When a group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist, they take matters into their own hands.
I vowed, I will be his last target.
He is not going to get away with this.
He's going to get what he deserves.
We always say that, trust your girlfriends.
Listen to the girlfriends, trust me, babe, on the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I got you, I got you.
To Monday show. Morning studio.
Morning!
Raymundo has something he wants to say. Go ahead.
So we had our coaches convention.
We went to this axe throwing place.
You guys are familiar, right?
Yep.
Never been, but you chunk axes at a board, a wall?
Yeah, a little bit of drinking.
There's food.
It's a good time.
And yes, you're trying to hit the bullseye get at one point.
It's just like darts, but throwing axe in the mix.
So we're doing that.
And not to brag, but I killed it.
I was the absolute best.
But I'm from the north.
I'm from Michigan.
We dealt with axes a lot.
the funniest thing was that lunch was horrible at it.
And at first it was just always a poor sport.
I can't believe people actually wanted to be around this guy
when he's in such a bad mood.
But then he was upset about it.
I mean, I would probably not be good at it.
Yeah, I took video of him.
I mean, he was like, he wasn't talking to people.
He kept just getting more and more mad because he couldn't even stick it onto the bullseye.
I'm not saying getting six points for getting a bullseye.
He couldn't even get the axe to go into the wood target at all.
And it's 10 feet wide in all directions.
I've never been, so I don't know how hard that is.
It's pretty simple.
Okay.
I never once had it not hit the target in some and get at least one point.
Okay.
So lunch is doing all this and I got to thinking, how emasculating as a guy that you're not able to throw an axe, which is such a masculine thing to do.
So that's probably why it was killing him so bad.
If you go to hunters and gatherers back in the day, he wouldn't have been able to provide for his family.
He'd been gathering like crazy.
Sure.
His family wouldn't have been warm.
He'd have been gathering the crap out of stuff.
Lunchbox, your version of the story.
Oh, yeah, I sucked.
I couldn't figure it out.
Like, I mean, I don't know if I had too much rotation or what, but it would hit, bounce off the wood.
Hit, bounce off the wood.
I mean, it was the most frustrating thing.
Because let me tell you, sucking at something is not fun.
It's supposed to be, oh, just a good time.
We're having drinks.
We're eating.
But, man, I couldn't figure out how to throw the darn axe.
Did you feel less of a man?
No, I didn't feel less of a man.
I was just frustrated.
Like the guy showed us some trick shots.
And so I'd do it once and I'd be like, oh, I got it.
And it would do it.
And then I'd get up there, you know, here.
Oh, you'd watch him and say you got it.
No, no.
I would throw it just like practicing.
Yeah.
Because he would show us a trick shot.
And then it'd be game time.
And I'd be like, how'd he hold it again?
I'd throw it.
Donk!
Right off the wood.
Did you ever stick one in the wood?
Oh, yeah, I got like four points out of two games.
So one time?
Not twice.
Two points, two points.
Do you feel people thought, wow, we thought he'd be more of a man than this?
Yeah, it was definitely a knock on him.
And sometimes women have, like in basketball, they even have a smaller ball than guys.
They were using the same size axes as us, and the women were scoring better than lunch, the guy.
And at times he thinks he's an alpha male.
Amy, let's say you're on a first date with a guy and he can't get the axis stick.
I mean, I think I'm just going to think it's funny.
I'm going to know that he's capable, but something's just off.
not him but the guy you're with
you're nailing it but he just can't you're nailing it
but he just can't do it
yeah I mean I don't know that it's a
undatable thing but
it's gonna be more funny
I'm gonna see how he handles me laughing at it
okay what if he like lunchbox he's really mad
oh well then that's unattractive you're not dating him anymore
probably not yeah I mean there was a guy
Cappy in a wheelchair he was sticking the board
I was like
what do you think the problem was like really
I don't know like I don't know if I
was pulling up too far back my
angle was bad because it would go and it would hit it and then it would bounce backwards or it would
just so no force no no so sometimes the back of the axe would hit so i don't know if i was throwing
like if i was going too far back and it was being too because he was like you don't want to over rotate
it and i was like he's too much of a man he's suggesting he had too much momentum yeah too much strength
right there's a chance he had too much strength could have been too masculine no no two hours were
there and he stuck it twice so then so then so then i
trying to slow it down and it wouldn't get it would just like don't know off and it was like I don't
understand it was so frustrating but it was so cool that's dirty dog for you to bring this up too
I'm being honest with you yeah I had a dirty dog it was it was pretty rough it was pretty rough
so you wouldn't go back and do it again no I'd go back to in a minute because you didn't do it
because you want to do it again yeah Morgan you ever done axe throwing oh yeah and how are you
oh I'm really good at ax throwing wow here we go I mean I've got like multiple full size
Wow.
So you stuck it.
Is it hard, though, Morgan?
Like, is it really hard?
No.
It sounds really hard.
Yeah, it is.
It really isn't.
Like, once you get the hang of it, you just start nailing them.
Well, it's the problem.
I never got the hang.
For two hours?
You didn't get the hang of it?
No.
I mean, half the time I was drinking and then the other half I was throwing and it just
wasn't sticking.
Were you drinking, Morgan?
Yeah.
I was on, I went on a first day.
I went with a bunch of girlfriends one time.
It was rough.
How did the guy do it on the first date?
He did really good.
I'm going to be honest, is that happened on the first day?
It probably gets the ick. Not intentionally, but I think it would just happen.
So you were attracted to the guy that could nail it.
Yeah, you know, I mean.
But obviously that guy wasn't attracted to her.
Why?
Because he's not with her.
Maybe it just didn't work out for other reasons.
The accident was not the problem.
Unless it's not, I was only guy that couldn't hit the...
I mean, there was dudes in our group that were not hitting the wall either.
You said Cappy in the wheelchair.
No, Kathy was dominating.
But, I mean, Jesse, he was struggling.
Well, Jesse doesn't work on the show.
You're calling people.
loud.
Maybe give a little practice.
Go back.
That's what I need.
I need to practice because it was bad.
Ray, thank you for the segment.
Yeah, yeah.
Very rude.
We really enjoyed it.
Yeah.
Yeah, what?
No, I'm just going to say, sometimes you'd hear a big chain link fence sound and people
would look over and be like, oh, lunch, yeah, he missed the whole target.
Boy, like you hit the fence beside it when you hit the wall?
Yep.
Damn.
I'm appreciative of this segment.
This guy, it was a lot more fun that thought it was going to be.
Okay.
All right, let's hear from Tom in Pittsburgh who left his voicemail.
I have a question.
Facebook.
People post that happy birthday to mom in heaven and this kind of thing.
I just want to get your opinion, you guys.
It kind of bothers me a little bit and just wondered.
Yeah.
Yeah, me too.
As far as like I don't let it get to me, but yes, I feel like that is someone just seeking attention.
If they're going on a social media platform and just write.
it or something like, which by the way, I hope, and listen, my mom's not alive, Amy's mom's not
alive. I hope whomever is dealing with this has their own way to deal with it. But I feel like
I'm posting that on Facebook or the other one that kind of gets me is when someone, and I don't
hate prayer requests, but when they're like, I have a prayer request, but I can't tell you what it
is. Just pray for me. I need the prayer requests, but I don't want to tell you.
I'm like aren't you just like wanting people to feel bad for you?
And then guess what it is?
And then it's like I don't want.
You should, should I let that.
I don't let it annoy me to where I think about it all day.
But mostly I'm just like, this person needs attention for some reason.
Maybe it is.
They're just sad and they want, they need the positivity to come with them on Facebook.
So they feel better about their day.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I just let people do what they want to do.
That doesn't really bother me.
I mean, maybe they need prayers.
The collective prayers are good.
And maybe they really can't say.
Yeah, I hear you.
Also, the heavenly birthday stuff, that doesn't bother me.
Well, you're in a better place than we are.
I get annoyed and everything.
What about going to a dead person's Facebook and wishing them a happy birthday?
Like, I'd say, and we miss it.
I don't feel like that, though, is attention seeking.
It's attention seeking.
I feel like some people just do the sad sack.
And it doesn't have to be this.
It doesn't have to be the, I can't really tell you what the prayer request about,
but trust me, it's bad, but can I get some prayer requests?
What if, like, even with the loved one, though, like, it's just like, we miss you.
Like, they would have been here today.
It's like remembering and it's for you and your.
your family. A healthy person doesn't get annoyed at this stuff. But like me and Tom, we're out of
our skulls and we get annoyed at everything. And what I have to do is go, don't, don't waste any of
your emotional energy thinking about this more than the 10 seconds that's up there. But I will see
see people post just sad, sad things in general that are just like, man, it's just, it's just been
a hard day and it's been a hard week and a lot of hard times that's just been happening. And then they just
end the post. And maybe you should reach out to like a close friend and say that.
Yeah. I don't know. I just get annoyed.
at dumb things.
That's true.
Right now, I feel like this is not anything I would waste my energy on at all.
Yeah, I'm with Tom where it's a bit of a sad sack, ask for attention.
But I'll say this too.
I think if you just said, hey, looking for some prayer requests, appreciate it, I'd be like,
oh cool, I wouldn't be annoyed by that.
Okay, so it's when you go into detail.
Yeah, it's like, I don't want to tell you, but trust me, it's bad.
It's one of those, like, really going through something super difficult.
and I wish I could tell you guys,
I think if you just posted,
hey, you could really use
some prayer requests right now.
I would not even think twice that.
I'd be like, oh, that's great.
Okay.
What if it's just like, hey, you know,
miss you, mom.
Would have been your birthday today.
I think you're only doing that, though,
to get the attention
of people going, oh, I'm so sorry.
Right, because you can just talk to your mom.
Or you can just have that within yourself.
And again, but I'm irrational,
and I get annoyed the stupidest things.
I also understand that.
Yeah.
Your mom's not on Facebook waiting for that.
I never post happy birthday to my dead mom.
Right.
I literally not once have ever done that.
And I think if I were to do that, right, well, today would have been my mom, you know, birthday.
I would have only been posting that so people would have seen it and felt sorry for me.
Oh.
Well, I feel like I've posted something like that before regarding my mom or my dad.
And I don't, I didn't think twice about people feeling sorry for me.
It was more of like, oh, I miss my mom today.
And I want to put this up.
Like, she was amazing and I miss her.
That feels different, though.
Yeah.
So could it have that energy?
I don't think I'd have been annoyed by that.
I don't want to be judged.
I don't think I would have been annoyed by that.
I don't want to be.
And now I'm just annoyed by the whole thing because Tom has really triggered something in me,
which I wish he wouldn't have,
but he did.
But I think that you gave people some good wisdom,
which is like just keep it short and simple.
Like if you genuinely just want like the power of more people praying for whatever
it is unspoken, then you can just say like, be praying right now.
Thank you.
Yeah.
It's like at church when they're like a anonymous prayer request.
Unspoken.
I never get annoyed at that.
Yeah.
But if the preacher were like, an honest prayer request.
Tim, raise your hand, Tim.
Okay, there's Tim's gonna hand it.
Tim says he got somebody needs everybody to pray for him for.
He really wished she could share.
And, you know, he's not doing very good with it.
And if you guys want to stop buying, like, give him a couple bucks after,
I think I would be like, Tim's playing everybody right now.
And he just wants the attention.
Okay, guys.
So my mom's birthday was December 19th of 2024.
Oh, no.
Every year.
And so I don't, I don't ever post really that much about her.
But on December 19th, I did do a pick.
of my mom and me and my sister when we were little kids and my mom holding us.
Let me judge. Go ahead. And I said, HBD, mom. And then I put a red balloon because that
symbolizes like before my mom died, we released red balloons with her. And then I put,
we love you, miss you, all the things. That's it. And then I don't feel like that is attention
seeking. And I tag my sister. Because it's a fun picture of you and your sister as kids.
Like it's just not begging. Okay. Yeah. That's not sad sack. Right. If a post is just sad
sack regardless of what it is, I get annoyed because you're only sad sacking for attention.
Okay.
It's like if someone just writes having a tough day on their Instagram story.
Oh, yeah.
On their story, like you can tell a few friends that.
It's like, hey, I'm having a tough day.
Great.
But if you write that, I think people didn't know, what's wrong?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, maybe I'm not even thinking next level.
Hey, Tom, we're not thinking about people just looking for engagement on their pages to grow their
followers.
Maybe I should talk about my dead mom more and get more engagement.
Get more followers.
What you need to do is say, you need to be like...
I hate me.
I hate me for even feeling this by being annoyed at people for this.
Okay.
I don't like that.
I don't like that about me, but I am annoyed.
Tom, I feel you.
Thank you for that voicemail.
You and I are the only two people on earth.
We are bad people.
All right, next up, give me the next one, Ray.
Number two.
Okay, so we know what everyone on the show their favorite thing is, right?
Like Bobby, yours is raise your back, blue pig.
and baseball cards.
Eddie, Dallas Cowboys, Amy, Byrds,
lunchbox, reality TV.
But other than what we already know,
what is something that you know
too much about around the room?
Oh, what do you know too much about?
It can't be one of those.
Okay, I can go
probably 90s sitcoms.
I'm pretty good.
I can name an actor,
almost any sitcom at any point.
That's all I did growing up.
So I'd put myself there.
Uh, would you go music history or something?
Oh yeah, you probably know that.
Trivia in general, like I'm big trivia nerd, nerd.
But all this stuff kind of fits.
I'm just a nerdy dude for the most part.
So, yeah, Amy, you?
I don't know. Therapy trivia.
Oh, that's good.
I never have seen that category once.
I've watched Jeopardy a long time.
But probably just because I've done so much therapy, not because I am a therapist and I'm by no means an expert.
And I don't really know much of anything.
I just have experienced a lot and done a lot of different things so I kind of know what they are.
Eddie?
I do a lot of research on bands.
Pearl Jam.
I know too much about Pearl Jam.
Bob Dylan.
Bob Marley.
Just music stuff.
Willie Nelson.
I read a lot about that stuff.
Lunchbox?
Oh, I'm pretty stupid.
I don't really Google anything.
Like, if I don't know the answer to a question, I'm like, I don't know the answer.
So, um...
Sports.
Lottery?
I mean, the history of lottery.
I don't know anything about it.
Well, it doesn't have to be the history of something.
It just can be what you do know a lot.
You know, you do know a lot about the lottery because they'll go, well, with certain tickets,
there's only this percentage of the big winners.
Like, yeah, like, I would think.
I would go lottery.
Yeah.
Because I wouldn't know that at all.
Like, I don't know the difference between mega millions and the other ones.
Yeah, but guys, we don't have a lot to us.
We struggled with, we struggled with anything.
Diversity?
Yeah.
Well, not diversity.
I mean, we got Eddie's Mexican, Oregon's Kansas.
No, I meant like diversity in our knowledge.
Who knows what lunchbox is?
Yeah, Ray Mundo has a Mexican name, but he's not.
He's white.
Yeah.
So we got plenty of diversity.
Yeah, I hear you.
All right, thank you for those.
By the way, leave us a voicemail at any point.
877-Bobby.
The regional manager for the company where I work came into the office last week, and when she saw my cubicle,
she told me I needed to make it look, quote, more professional.
I have my area decorated with knick-knacks and lights.
even a little disco ball.
I get my work done.
No one ever comes to my section of the office, so no one's going to see it.
Also, in the three years I've worked here, this was the first time our manager has even stepped
foot in here.
Should I just pretend I did not hear her and keep my area decorated like I prefer or make work
less fun and do what I'm told.
Signed, unprofessional employees.
I like this person.
Hey, work is not supposed to be fun.
Right.
It can be.
Like there are times where it will be.
There are times that it can be.
but work is not designed for you to go and have fun.
If your superior says clean up your desk, clean up your desk.
Now, can you integrate small things back in slowly to see?
You can try that, but I would immediately make the changes and the fixes that she has suggested or he.
Whoever the superior is.
I thought it was a she, but yeah, you do that.
You do that right now.
I guess it depends on how you want to move forward with this position or company.
Like, you know, and if you don't and you want to get fired, don't.
Right.
I mean, if you have goals to move up, then, yeah, I'd go ahead and tidy up.
What does the more professional mean, though?
Like, depends on the job.
There could be people coming through clients walking through an office and all the
The eggplant emoji up on your.
All of a sudden.
Not professional.
You know, you got Vegas dice hanging.
Oh, man.
But that's fun.
Right.
Here's the thing, I'm glad you brought that up.
Yeah.
Work, that's supposed to be fun.
Right.
You know, those little dancing plants.
Or Billy Bass.
Oh, Billy Bass is so cool.
Here's a little song I wrote.
And then it goes back.
See, all that's awesome.
But if your boss says you need to change, there are two things you can change.
Either your cubicle or your job.
Yep.
That's it.
She may never walk through again.
That's why I'm not against doing exactly what she wants and slowly integrating
tiny things over a slow period of time because she may never notice again but if she does come
and notice a week later and you haven't changed you're packing your bags pretty soon.
Is it ever a good idea regardless if it's about a desk or something else for you to just
act like you didn't hear your superior?
No.
Insubordination's tough and then especially if because if you can prove which you can't prove you
didn't hear that's that's tough.
That's tough.
And then she's or he or she says well didn't you hear me say that?
You say prove it.
No, you said this.
He says, huh?
What?
Yeah, fix it up.
Fix it.
That sucks.
You'll be okay, though.
Works not supposed to be fun.
It can be.
Sometimes it is fun, but it's not supposed to be.
You do not have that right.
You have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Not Billy Bass in your office cubicle.
That's it.
What's up, everyone?
I'm Ago Vodam.
My next guest, you know from Step Brothers, Anchorman, Saturday Night Live,
and The Big.
Money Players Network. It's Will Ferrell.
Woo. Woo. Woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with him one day.
And I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come look for up and coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
Mm.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.
Listen to thanks, Dad, on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts.

You doctored this particular test twice in so-ins, correct?
I doctored the test ones.

Now I'm not saying I'm psychic for sure, for sure, but something in me must have known that my garage was going to flood.
when the pipe exploded in my garage and water went everywhere.
You said for sure, for sure.
So maybe there's just one for sure you think you might be psychic?
I don't know.
It's just pretty interesting.
Let me tell you what happened.
For months, I've been meaning to take things from my garage to goodwill and to the dump
and clean out this whole side of the garage.
Actually, the side of the garage where the pipe exploded.
Okay.
And months, I've been meaning to do this.
Guess when I did it?
Right before the pipe?
Just guess.
Yeah, the day before.
Yeah.
The day before the pipe exploded.
It just seems a little interesting, and I hadn't really put two and two together until later I was talking about it with my friend that actually went to the dump and the donation place with me.
And so because she has a truck, we loaded up my car and her truck full of stuff.
That stuff would have been ruined and undonatable.
In order, though, do you think you're more psychic or it was a coincidence?
I mean, I'm in a lean coincidence, but I just think it's pretty awesome that I did it the day before.
So maybe something in me sort of new.
I better take care of this now.
Question.
Your cousin is a psychic.
And she says she's just able to tap into a different level of consciousness that we're not able to.
But actually, all humans are able to, she thinks, if we are open and willing.
Possibly genetic.
It was my question.
Except for she's not biologically my cousin.
We've gone over this multiple times.
I forgot about that.
Yeah.
Our moms were best friends.
I just grew up saying Aunt Lisa, which was her mom.
Oh, that's a country cousin.
I forgot that's, yeah, that's what we say in Arkansas.
Anybody that's like close to you?
It's just your cousin.
Yeah. So it's not in my blood at all. But I wonder if one part of me just was tapping into a different level of consciousness the day before.
It's just weird.
I think you can focus in and make another prediction? Looks like a prediction later.
What do you need to know?
I don't know. Let's test it out.
Let's say you go at some point because we have a lot of show left.
You go into my office for five minutes and just sit in the dark.
Okay.
And then we'll have you come on and tell us what comes to you.
I can do that.
Oh, this is cool.
Yeah.
This is bizarre.
I mean, because who knows?
I don't know what to think about it.
Listen, I know.
You're not psychic.
However,
I know that I'm not either,
but it's like I could have done that.
But you don't know because you said you didn't know, no, no.
Because I guess it's just bizarre that that stuff's needed to move for months and I moved it the day before.
So you're saying there's a chance.
I'm saying there's a chance.
Okay, so we'll see if Amy can make a psychic prediction later.
But also, it's stupid.
I'm not.
But I'll go sit in your office for five minutes.
In the dark, and I just want you to be just, yeah, yeah, because I don't want you to be distracted by anything in the office.
Any of the pictures of me in like a cowboy hat, looking pretty good in that picture. Have you seen it?
Yeah, it's fine. I'm not going to get distracted. You never know. Okay. So we'll do that. Everybody good on that?
That I can't wait. I'm pretty psychic on that. And I don't want you to have any idea of what you're psychic about going in. I just wanted to come to you.
Blank slight. Blank slight. I'm not a, I don't believe, I don't believe in psychics. But I also can't tell you that they're not real because I have no way to prove that.
I don't know either, but if y'all ever had those weird moments where you haven't done something and suddenly you do it and then something happens
That's called coincidence because I had a lot of those moments where nothing happened probably more of it doesn't matter
I don't want to be a hater on it I want you to prove your psychic ability in a little bit okay
For the good news with producer eddie
I think of teenagers in the snow I think of snowball fights you know like sledding stuff like that but no not the teenagers in waterbury
Connecticut, they decided to go out and go into the community and shovel driveways and sidewalks
for elderly people and disabled people.
Dang.
So one of them was like, let's just do this and the other ones were like, okay, cool.
Yeah.
Like that's leadership and that's also teens going, because I can't imagine a lot of teens thinking that's fun.
Right.
Like taking responsibility to help other people.
You're doing snow, man.
You're doing like fun stuff in the snow.
And to help the elderly and the disabled, I mean, dude, they're going straight.
To where?
Straight to heaven.
You think that...
Got it.
This alone.
Yes, sir.
They're free to do other bad stuff.
This counter acts that.
That's pretty good.
That is pretty good, though.
And where was it again?
This in Connecticut.
Waterbury, Connecticut.
A big shout after those kids is there.
Great job.
That is what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
Today, Tracy Lawrence's birthday.
The history of Tracy Lawrence.
Grew up in Formin, Arkansas.
Started performing at age 15 years old.
Three things you might not know, but now you might,
because of interviews that I've been able to do with him.
Back in 1991, Tracy Lawrence was shot four times in a robbery that nearly turned deadly for him.
He was dropping his friend off at a hotel where she was saying when three men circled them as they got out of the car, pointed guns at them, and then he talked about getting shot.
I grabbed the pistol with my left hand.
The guy was right behind me and I grabbed the gun and it went off and shot my finger.
And then so I hit him in the mouth.
other people came back on me she took off running in the front and they I got hitting the hip which I still carry a bullet there I got hitting the upper right arm and they shot me right through the left knee right through the joint and I out saw the leg all the way through so I had three three surgeries and went up having to have a total knee replacement in 2016 dang crazy shot four times I must have forgotten that story that's it's crazy um time marches on the song sparked a lot of controversy because of the lyrics the label was worried about radio stations
and that they wouldn't play it, but it was still a major risk.
Here you go.
The thing that made me cut that song specifically, the one thing that did was smokes a lot of dope.
Because I knew it would shock people.
I knew it had shock factor to it.
And everybody was terrified of it.
I knew it would either be the biggest record that I'd ever had or would kill my career,
but there was no in between.
Because the line is, brothers wearing beats smokes a lot of dope.
Yeah.
And then finally, his song, Pay Me a Birmingham.
him, again, which might be my favorite, was never a number one, but he talked about how huge it was
for him. It was a massive record. You know, I've been blessed with a lot of number ones in the business.
They haven't only got top five. All number ones aren't that way. I've had a lot of them that,
you know, they manipulated the numbers. They went in on a dying breath. Some things fell out of
the top, whatever the reasons were. I don't think the longevity of the song needs to be determined
by how far it went up on the charts. There's a, you know, a marquee to, all that stuff, too.
I think the longevity of it speaks for itself.
I mean, it's one of those songs that just connected with people.
I want to play it because of all that.
Tracy Lawrence birthday, 57 years old today.
Happy birthday, Tracy Lawrence.
He still got bullets in him.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
What's up, everyone?
I'm Ago Wodam.
My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live,
and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best.
advice ever. I went and had lunch with them one day and I was like, and dad, I think I want to really give
this a shot. I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings. I'm working my way up
through and I know it's a place that come look for up and coming talent. He said, if it was based solely
on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet. Yeah. He goes, but there's so much luck
involved. And he's like, just give it a shot. He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're
banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore,
It's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.

This began a years-long court battle to prove the truth.
You doctored this particular test twice in silence, correct?
I doctored the test once.
It took an army of internet detectives to crack the case.
I wanted people to be able to see what their tax dollars were being used for.

Ten answers are on the board.
It's the Bobby Feud.
Name a musician
that only needs to go by one name.
Ooh.
Oh.
Ten answers on the board.
Can you name a musician
that only needs
to go by one name.
We rolled the dice backstage.
Eddie, you hit first this time.
You're up.
This is easy.
Give me Taylor.
Show me Taylor.
All you guys knew who I was talking.
I would have never picked Taylor for that.
No.
You didn't know I was talking about Taylor Swift?
Well, when we say musicians, but if someone were just like, hey, you see Taylor on TV,
I'd have been.
Taylor.
Really?
Okay.
She's very famous, the most famous.
Wow.
Yeah.
That's terrible, Eddie.
Amy, musicians that only need to go by one name.
Beyonce.
Show me Beyonce.
Beyonce who?
Oh, stop.
That is the number three answer.

Three points on the board.

Yeah, didn't make it, didn't make it.
Let's go over to Lunchbox.
Amy has three off the board.
At number three was Beyonce,
and number five was Adele, and number six was Cher.
We're looking for musicians that only need to go by one name.
Lunchbox.
Yeah, Bono.
Show me Bono.
What?
Wrong.
Points are now doubled.
What?
Eddie?
Give me Sting.
That's on my list.
The wrestler?
No, stop.
You know who I'm talking about.
The singer for the police?
Rock, Sting.
That's what I am, Eddie.
Show me sting.
What the?
No, I'm confused.
Okay.
Amy, back over to your points are doubled.
Madonna.
Show me Madonna.
That's the number four answer, worth eight points.
Good job.
Shania.
Show me Shania.
I am. So three, four, five, and six are off the board. Lunchbox, what's you got?
Eminem. Show me Eminem. That is correct. That's the number eight answer. We're at 16 points.
Thank you. Give me Reba. Show me Reba. Wow. I thought he was going to take it. So that's two rounds
complete. We have one more round. Amy is in the lead with 22 points. Eddie with Z. Eddie with Z.
But it's the third round.
Lunchbox with 16 points.
There are one, two, three, four, five answers still on the board.
Beyonce and Madonna, Adele, Sharon, and Eminem are off the board.
You ready?
Yeah, dude.
We're all ready.
We're playing the game.
Give me.
Yep.
Kanye.
Show me Kanye.
What the?
I went zero.
You went zero.
First pick, zero.
This is crazy.
Wow.
You're an embarrassment.
Big time.
You're an embarrassment.
Amy, you're in the lead, but you sure could use a buffer here.
There are still five answers on the board.
The number one answer and number two answers are both still on the list.
That's crazy.
I don't know which direction to go, so who cares?
I'll go Brittany.
No.
I know, but I tried.
She tried, though.
She did.
Unless box you can win this.
Yeah.
Hey, pretty mama.
Elvis.
Oh, yep.
Show me Elvis.
Number one answer.
Three points.
Where's that put me?
And second place still.
You got 16.
Now you have 19.
Oh, how many is Amy here?
22.
I should have been paying attention.
I was trying to wreck my brain for names.
You got the number two answer,
7, 9, and 10 still up.
Elvis, Beyonce, Madonna, Adela,
Cher, and Eminem all off the board.
Man.
Four answers remain.
Drizzie Drake for the win.
Drizzy Drake.
you'd have to say drizzy i'm just kidding

And your number 10 answer was Tupac.
Amy, I'm happy for you.
Eddie, I'm embarrassed of you.
I'm embarrassed of myself.
You go points. You got the egg.
But Amy, you are the greatest at this game.
So please hit her song.
My faith in humanity has been restored.
Sometimes you will be online and it will be so toxic you think.
It's really like that outside too.
Like outside these doors, it's got to be so toxic.
Here's a story that happened to me in the last couple of days where I'm like, man, people are real cool.
So over the past couple of months, we've had a dog get out and people have found that dog and said, hey, we found your dog.
Here's the phone number on it.
We're just calling you if you want to come and get it.
We're like, elder has like escaped and run across the highway.
And luckily, somebody cared so much to find that dog.
So if I see a dog out, it's like I would want someone to catch our dog.
So let me try to catch this dog.
So my wife and I are driving around.
It's like 10 degrees outside.
There are two dogs running down.
the road in a different part of town that we are.
One has like a handkerchief on,
and so you can tell they're just not stray dogs.
And they're like running together across crosswalks in the middle.
And so I'm like, let me out of the car.
I got to go chase these dogs.
And I'm in like Jordan ones too,
which are not the best used to run in.
So wasn't it like peak athletic performance?
That's what everybody to know.
It wasn't at peak performance.
So she's like, okay, so she whips around.
I jump out.
I'm chasing these dogs.
I'm on foot.
And I can't quite catch up to them.
And as I'm running toward him, I see another guy come running down a hill.
And he goes, are you chasing those dogs?
And I'm like, yeah, are you? And he's like, yeah.
I said, are those your dogs?
He goes, no.
He said, are they yours?
I said, no.
I said, so we're just chasing him to catch him?
He's like, yeah.
So now we got a two-man team.
Not either one of our dogs, but both of us have seen these dogs.
And we're trying to catch them for whomever.
Because at some point, somebody has done something for us, and we just feel like we owe it to the world.
And so we're running.
He's taking that block.
I'm taking this block.
this car pulls up beside me rolls the window down goes hey you bobby bones and i was like yeah he goes
are you chasing those dogs i was like yeah are those your dogs he goes no do you need help
yeah jumps out of the car that's awesome we got three people chasing dogs aren't even our dogs at
this point and so we're trying to strategically and these dogs have the time of their life it's like
jail break they're they're they're out we come up on another guy who just got a backpack on and he goes
you guys looking for those dogs they just went that way and I'm like yeah thanks he goes are those your dogs
I said no and then there are people it's like a whole unit right where there's and we're like no but we're all
trying to catch it goes do you want me to help I was like not our dogs but sure he's like great
laces bag down starts walking toward we got we got a whole search team on these dogs and I'm going
these are nobody's dogs as far as the four people that are searching for it but all four of these
people myself included feel like we owe it to the world or we owe it to these dogs to try to make
sure these dogs are safe. Now, what ended up happening was these dogs ran down a railroad track
and we lost the dogs. We never caught them. But, but, you know, the story doesn't end in like a beautiful
way or but. At least a train didn't come. We don't know that. We think the dogs ran back to their
house, but they ran down a place we couldn't get to as humans. Let's tell ourselves that. They ran home
but all four people were chasing these dogs until we could no longer reach the dogs.
Dang. So, beautiful. Yes, I, a bit of me like, that.
that candle that sometimes flickers out where I just have no hope,
I'm reminded that people outside the doors are much nicer than people inside the doors.
People posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, in the comments on YouTube.
That's not real life.
Real life, not one single person of the four went, hey, those are your dogs?
No.
What political party are you?
Well, I'm not in then.
That didn't happen one time.
Was not it.
What are your beliefs?
Nothing.
It was just people.
looking out for other people, even people we didn't even know.
I do wish we could have caught the dogs.
Like, I could have lied and just been like we caught the dogs.
But I feel like the dogs got back to it.
They were off the road anyway, like they were back in an area.
They were probably like talking to each other.
They're like, dang it, we got another one.
Get away from these guys.
Yeah, lose these guys.
They're multiplying.
It did remind me that what you see online is not real life.
What you see on the news is not real life.
The internet, the news, they try to divide us.
politicians they try to divide us not one single person of the four asked anything about the other
people's personal life beliefs voting record nothing so I just want to encourage people to remember that
that if you're out and you got a flat somebody's probably going to help you if you need help
I just wish we would count the dogs it's a good reminder thanks but it was pretty cool to see
everybody that it was nobody's dog we're all just looking for it yeah you know what's messed up is
there's one person, maybe two,
that are listening to this and they're like, shoot, next time
I decided I'd help somebody, I got to check and see who they voted
for first. Yeah, it's going to make people do
that. Yeah. If somebody really
needs help, you know, that's not a real life thing.
People are there for other people.
Don't let the internet or your politicians
or the news divide you because that is their
goal. That's literally their goal
to divide and conquer. All three
of those things. That's all.
Look at this flame. It is fully
burning because I have faith in humanity
yet again about two escape dogs.
It's time for the good news
With Bobby
Tell me something
Amy listen to this story because
This could be you
Hopefully at a later date
This guy named Jed
Made the football team
At Shapparral High
In Scottsdale, Arizona
He got a Letterman jacket
Unfortunately when the jacket
Was finished being made
And picked up
His family couldn't afford
To actually pay for it
So he never got the jacket
And so he was bummed out
Never got it
30 years later
his brother popped into a thrift store and there was that jacket so they had it then they just ended up selling it
it was his actual custom ordered letterman's jacket from 30 years ago pads that jett on the shoulder
that's cool all of it was still there so he bought it at the thrift store the brother's all emotional
and that's super cool like it's from ABC 15 now a couple things here number one amy still searching for her college ring her Aggie ring
Class of 03.
Somebody broke into her house and it was probably stolen then.
It was cold with a little tiny diamond.
It was pawned.
I think Amy's offered a ton of money for this.
You did.
I don't know that I offered a ton.
I think this value has been, I think you guys have lied about my offering because I don't remember.
I feel like you did.
How much did I offer?
Mike Dinos.
You don't want to know the official total I have down here.
I don't want to know?
No.
Especially if you don't remember offering it.
How much did I, okay, what's official total?
It's at 1,500.
And how much is that am I on the hook for?
1500. I don't think I'm the only one that's put money in this. I think you guys keep lying about it.
Did he? It doesn't accrue interest. And it's not even your ring. It's kept like going up. Yeah, I don't know why you keep doing this. But I don't think I do. I think everybody is like committed some. Honestly, we could order a new one for less than that. That's not the point of it. But we like the original. And we like the idea of it being returned. So it has your name on it and everything, Amy? Yeah. Either initials or full name. So it either be like. So I owe somebody $1,500. And Amy didn't put.
any money into this? Maybe she put a little, but I think it was like 50 bucks. Really?
That doesn't sound fair, man. I'm so...
I don't remember either, Bobby, but I'm just saying. I'm so annoyed that I'm such a good guy.
Wait, but let's tell me something good. Let's tell me something good. You don't even remember
offering it. I remember. I thought it was like 500 bucks. I'll be honest with you. Okay, okay.
$1,500. If someone finds Amy's ring, I'll give him $1,500. Will you remember that this time?
No. Because it'll happen again. I'm like, well, you're, I guess...
Mike, we go, I think it's $3,000. And I'm like, no, man. So you're technically
14,000.
No, not $14,000.
I mean, I see.
Guys, this is exactly what happens.
Sorry, sorry, just calcula.
$1,450 and I'm 50.
Somebody finds this.
I found it.
Amy did add 50, so 50 that is Amy.
And I literally said I'd give $14,000.
It started at 500.
This is the stupidest that I've ever done.
Okay, hopefully nobody finds it.
I mean, sorry, good luck.
Hopefully, Amy, you get your ring.
And Jed, shout out.
That's what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
That is the end of the first half of the podcast.
Go. A win is a win.
A win is a win. I don't care what I'm saying.
Yep, that's me.
