It's time for the Bobby Bones Post Show. Here's your host, Bobby, Bones. A DNA test proved that an Ohio hospital mixed up a couple's artificial insemination.

No, that's awful. So they're having the kid? They've already had the kid. Yeah. And it's just two different people? Or one different dad, I guess. This is from Daily Mail. Janine and John Harvey used artificial insemination 30 years ago to conceive their daughter Jessica.

Dang, I thought you were going to say it's been. like 30 days. For Christmas 2020, Jessica and her husband got ancestry DNA tests as gifts from her parents. And Jessica's results showed that Mike was not, her biological father. So the egg was right, but the sperm was wrong. When the results came back, they tracked down the stranger whose sperm was used to conceive Jessica in a hospital mix-up. Janina Mike filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against the doctor and the hospital system for medical

malpractice. Was it the doctor's sperm? lack of informed consent. It does, that story doesn't go on. Well, I know, but sometimes that's,

those creepy doctors, they use theirs for everything. I mean, that's awful. It sucks for their life because, and hopefully, it's still tough. It's still tough,

because genetically, it's not what you thought it was. Unless genetically, you got some awesome genes. I'm trying to look at the bright side. I often think about that. Like, I hope to God,

I pray that when we have a kid, and Caitlin's not pregnant right now. But when we have a kid, that it gets all of her genes. Yeah, she's pretty talented. She is smarter than I am. She's funnier than I am. Athletic. She's more athletic.

She's everything that I am celebrated for, like through my career. I'm celebrated for things because I have achieved and risen to this point. Who knows if I'll go further? Who knows if I'll fall down? But at this point right now, it's been a good run. But for what I've been celebrated for, she's better than me at. I mean, so I just hope, maybe they just need to get something. else's sperm.

Oh. You know, let's talk real. I can only make this baby worse. So I think about that a lot. I'm a pretty smart person. But again, she's as smart. And I'm like, the one thing I have working for me. And I'm like, you know what?

I'm funny. Quick. She's funnier. She still makes me laugh out loud. And when you're with someone all the time, that kind of goes away because you know, their humor all the time. I would say that's why you guys don't LOL at me as much because you know me. I still LOL. Nah, you don't. Yeah.

You don't think I'm that funny. Say something funny. You don't even think I'm that funny anymore. We know each other for too long. But yes. But that sucks because they're 30. They spent a whole life thinking that. I wonder if she just never looked like the dad? And they just thought, ah, mom's gene. What if she was like Asian,

but the two parents weren't? They were German. They're like, I don't understand. It's what I wonder. like when we like adopting kids, you know, two adopted kids, like I wonder later in life, are they just, because I know it's going to be hard news and it's going to be hard for them, but I wonder if there's some kind of comfort knowing that, oh, but you guys have been there for me since day one, so I feel good. I would bet those are still her parents.

He's still her dad. It's just probably fundamentally shakes what you always thought. What she always thought. I bet you in six months, things feel normalish again. not all the way normal because now you know, but still you spent 30 years, that's your dad. And they didn't try to trick you. They also were fooled.

And so there's a little bit of, they didn't pull one over on you. You all got pulled over to, yeah. The trauma is now. There wasn't like from birth, like with an adopted child. Like that set, there was no separation.

Yeah. She was still in her mother's womb. Just made from a different dad. That is unfortunate. And I guess you just mix up sperms because you just, you got two vials next to each other? Biles probably.

It's Chris Smith next to Chris Mitherson and you just grabbed the wrong one. Or it was on purpose. Yeah, or it was the, you know. Yeah, I guess. Someone just having a little fun. You get distracted. Have a little fun back there and be like, okay. Yeah, intern, not getting paid.

Look at me now. Playing Candy Crush. Somebody getting angry. Well, this is 30 years ago. I think it was like Connect 4. Yeah, or Game Boy. Yeah, maybe. Morgan, you ever know what Connect 4 was?

You ever play Connect 4? Yeah, I've played Connect 4. They have the giant ones at bars now. That's how she goes. I saw a story about Hank Williams Jr.'s, Hank Williams Jr.'s son, he's in a conservatorship, and he wants out. What is a conservator? Like what Brittany Spears is in?

What is that? They pretty much are making sure you, I'm going to talk in my loose interpretation of one. It's the feeling of certain folks that you're not capable of making big decisions for yourself, for whatever reason. So they're going to take care of you, finger quotes, and make them for you. Usually financial decisions, right? Financial, the people that you're with. Some are more stringent than others.

So when someone's not able to handle their personal, we'll call them affairs. How you're being cared for, doctors, meds, where you, like controlling. The court can appoint someone. And again, if I'm off, I know I'm pretty much honest. on this. But the court can appoint someone to act on behalf of the often, at times, incapacitated person, not always, or maybe in some fashion. But somebody that makes it, that can make that decision in a court has to go, they can't take care of themselves or somebody to take care of them. And there's a time frame on this, like for the next five years or for the next 10 years?

I think they're all different. Okay. I don't know the answer to that. I think they're all different, though. But Sam Williams, the son of Hank Williams Jr., posted a video asking to be freed from a conservatorship that he says was placed by his father and half-sister Holly. Sam posted a YouTube clip saying he was placed in the conservatorship for 18 months. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Sam's father filed a petition for the conservatorship in August of 2020 following his sister Katie's death. Sam, and I saw some clips in the video where he held up a sign that said, I want out.

They took the clip down. I don't know who took it down. They took it down. I don't know what's happened, obviously. So I'm speaking from far out. but his sister died car accident right and I don't know if they felt Sam was not able to handle his grief in a way so they went to a judge to have a conservatorship

don't know anything else about it but because of the Britney story conservatorships are in the news now but yeah Sam Williams posted that video anybody else see that? You didn't see that? I saw that see the video or the I saw the stills I saw the new story and the stills of him holding the signs. Said I went out?

Well, I hope that it is able to be worked out. Either if he feels, they feel he is better, he can get out, and if not that he's taken care of. Because I don't know that family. Yeah, we don't know the family. I don't know what's happening. You ever met Hank Williams, Jr.? A long, yeah, once quickly a long time ago.

Very quickly, and it wasn't like this is Bobby Bowens. I think he was in an event. center and I was like, oh, those, heyway, I shook his hand and walked off. Hey, William Jr. So I saw that story over the weekend. A Home Depot employee is arrested for swapping store cash with counterfeit bills. They've been doing it for years. We have some, we have some fake money up here that's really good. They look so real. It's like movie money, and other than the fact that it says copy on it, you wouldn't know that it's fake. But Tempe Arizona Home Depot employees facing a federal charge after authorities say repeatedly took cash from

the store and replaced it with counterfeit currency before deposit. in the bank. According to a U.S. Secret Service news release, agents from the Phoenix Field Office arrested Adrian Gene Paneda, a vault employee at the store, who was responsible for counting cash and preparing it for deposit. They seized $5,000 in counterfeit currency and $5,300 in genuine currency during his arrest. He admitted to switching the real money with fake bills. I don't know this, but it says for years, boy, you just figure you can do it forever. They're never going to catch on. That's crazy. Oh, that is so crazy.

Another money story. A guy deposited $33,000 into a bank account, and that was it. It's his own money. This is legit. Money he had, money he earned. He deposited into a bank account, and then the branch closed,

and the money disappeared. Oh, that's why you don't trust banks. A California man deposited a $33,000 check into his bank account, and it disappeared on the Bank of America branch. He used, closed. Luckily, his money's been returned, but here he is explaining what happened. And I said, you're telling me the Bank of America lost $33,000 of my money,

and you're telling me right here to my face, there's nothing you can do. The woman said that there was no record of the transaction. So as far as she was concerned, no transaction happened. When I realized the branch that was closed and the teller that took my $33,000 cashier's check is nowhere to be found. My heart sank into my stomach. Got it back. Keep your receipt. So he had a receipt.

Oh, you fight that till the day you die. You're not losing that money. After some back and forth, he showed them the cashier's check and deposit receipt, proof of it. That's crazy. Now that I say five. Yes, I got it now. And I hear it completely different now. Yeah. Well, I don't. Okay, so there are 25 cows in a field. Don't even think about the cows. The cows is just something

I guess the cows should be there. Yes, it's all about the cows. But that number. It's all about the cows. It's about the cows. There's a word in there that sounds different. Yeah, you're listening for a wordplay. Yes.

You go up and just, boom, dropped. Police in Michigan say someone is a person ending a priest at a local church in an attempt to get money. Investigators have been told the man is pretending to be Father Kishore Batu and has asked many church members for money so far that they know of no one's been caught up in the scam. but he is impersonating a priest.

The FBI arrested a retired man in Florida for felony fraud after they discovered that he voted twice. It's not clearly we voted for when asked why he voted twice. The guy said,

I just want to see if you could vote twice. I guess you can. You can. You can. You can, but then you can't. Yeah, you can't do it, but. Rebel Wilson gets a restraining order against a man who claims they have a son.

Do you know Rebel Wilson is? Yes. The actress? Yes. Rebel Wilson was granted a restraining order against an illusional man who showed up to her home and claimed they share a child. The difference would be if this were flipped, you may go, but do they? But because she's the woman and had to have had the kid. Unless she donated her eggs.

Okay. Dang it. Foyled again. Wow. With my theories. Possible, Amy. Yeah, that's possible. But still, if it were the other way around, like if a woman showed up with a kid to a guy, you'd be like, hmm, maybe it is.

Let's get that thing tested. She's lost a lot of weight, huh? She has. But yeah, that's the situation, 41. She claimed in court documents obtained by the site that the man found her, secluded LA home, dropped off a handwritten note alleging they have a 20-year-old son together. That's an adult son too.

Probably somebody got involved. He's like, hey, just say it. And the kid's like, yeah. I'm her son. You ever see Station 11? You watch it? Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah, celebrities and stalkers, that's a tragic thing because people don't take it seriously because they're celebrities, but really, it just takes one person and one time to stab you or kill or shoot you and you're dead. We've had our issues recently in the past. I've had different issues for the past few years,

but it's gotten really hairy in the past year or so. And so they hit a little harder. It hits home a little harder nowadays. But now we know who, and we have proof. Like we have everything we need. We're a Wiki Links dump away from, you know, blowing it all up. Oh, man. which we hope never has to happen.

And then they weren't going to cast him. Amy talked about this, I think, in Fun Fat Friday or something. Do you remember?

I did. Yeah. It was talked about where some of the people that were, they were like, hey, we don't believe in this movie with you as the actor. With Sylvester Stallone?

Yeah. Because he wrote it, but they were like, okay, but who's going to do it? So they went in like audition people. Yeah, and the people, I remember the list. Is it like James Conn?

I feel like James Conn's coming to do. Right? I wonder where we talked about this. The Blair Witch Project was made in 1999. Oh, yeah, that was good. And they made it with 600,000 bucks. Less than Rocky.
