Welcome to Thursday show, Morning Studio.
Morning.
Yesterday they announced the new class of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
I'll play you a clip, Amy. Tell me if you can name who it is.
Okay.
You should know all the songs.
I should.
Here is number one.
You know the song.
Yes, but I don't know that I know the band.
Who would you guess that is?
Rock and the Hall of Fame.
Okay.
Ever clear?
No.
Close.
The song is called Everlong.
Oh.
Maybe that's why it's in my head.
And I wouldn't say close.
Because of the song.
Okay, okay.
Nothing.
You'll give me a hint besides the song.
The lead singer of this band used to be a member of a different band that's in the Rock and Roll fame.
Oh, Red Hot Chili Peppers?
Foo Fighters.
Yeah, but isn't the, who's...
Dave Grohl, the lead singer of the foo fighter.
was in Nirvana as a drummer.
Yes, that is what I was thinking of.
He's in twice.
Amazing.
It's also crazy when bands that you grew up listening to,
young are now in the hall of fame.
I know, they're classic rock now.
Which is wild.
So, food fighters make it.
Here's the next one.
I did a dance to this in high school.
So then you should know who it is.
The, it's the something.
Correct.
The.
Really took a leap of faith there with that.
Not the pretenders, but the.
The B-52.
You know what?
Not a bad guess.
What's the opposite of stop?
The go-goes.
That's right.
The go-goes.
We got the beat.
This one you'll get.
Jay-Z.
Jay-Z, correct.
This one's tough.
See if you can name her.
Hey, be oh, it's too late.
Though we really make it.
Oh wow.
Yeah.
Something inside has.
Can you name that artist?
I'm here big a...
No.
Can you Eddie?
Is it?
Carol King?
Yeah.
Wow.
Good.
Name this one.
I don't think you'll get this one.
I don't know the song.
I'll give you a big hint about him and you still might not get him.
Liv Tyler thought he was her dad.
Live Tyler's mom said that's your dad.
And then she was at an aerosmith concert and was like,
like that looks a lot like me.
Like exactly.
And her mom was like, okay, that's really your dad.
Oh, wow.
Her mom is.
Yeah.
It's Todd Rungren.
From what?
He was a solo artist about who's in the cars.
He did a bunch of stuff.
Played a bunch of instruments.
Cool.
Yeah.
I just know the live Tyler story, really.
Like, that's the first thing that comes to mind.
That's crazy.
And then finally, in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is.
Tina Turner.
Tina Turner.
There you go.
Pretty good on that.
No, I should have gotten the Foo Fighters.
I agree.
You did almost get the song.
Yeah.
Ever long.
I've seen the Foo Fighters, I think, nine times in concert.
Nine times?
I think so, yeah.
Super fan.
They're up there on my most scene.
But I've seen the Chili Peppers a lot.
I've seen Garth a lot.
I've seen John Mayer a lot.
That's about it up in my double digiters.
Or close to double digits.
Who else would I have seen a lot?
I mean, it's not my friends.
Yeah.
All the artists that come in here?
You know people that hang out here.
It's time to open up the mailbag.
You send an email and we read it on the air.
It's something we call Bobby's Mailbag.
Hey, Bobby Bones.
My daughter just moved back home from graduating college.
She went outside to sunbathe on our deck but noticed our neighbor who's in his 70s with binoculars,
watching her from his steps.
He saw that she was aware of what he was doing, so she went inside.
But she's now uncomfortable sunbathing at our park.
pool. I, the mom, have never liked him and want to confront him. My husband, who has always thought of him as a
Christian man, is shocked, but believes his daughter. How do we address this situation? I really am asking for
my husband. I know what I want to do. Signed anonymous. All right, creepy old guy next door with
binoculars. Daughters out of college, in a bikini on the back porch. What do we do? This is what I would say to do.
I think it's hard to confront someone without actual proof. So I would use her as the base.
I'm serious. Listen to me here. I would have her go back out on the porch, just like she did before in her swimsuit or whatever and sunbathe, but I would be eyeball in his house. And if he comes out, a little window, a little pecker that comes out the back door, you get a picture of him with your phone. And that way you can show your husband, so then you can actually confront with proof. Right, because he could be birding.
He could be watching birds. Good point, Amy.
He could be.
But I don't think you can go over right now.
When you can do whatever you want.
But I think the move is to actually shut it down is to have proof.
So my suggestion is your daughter's the bait.
She goes out.
She lays at the pool.
Well, that's what you do.
You draw them in with bait.
And if he comes out again, you got him.
And if he doesn't, she gets to go out and get her tan.
Yeah, that is a creepy situation for sure.
He's in the 70s.
you know,
poor guy.
Now you're siding with the guy.
I'm not siding with him at all.
No, no, no.
That's a really creepy thing.
Yeah.
But I'm saying if that's what?
I mean, there's two sides every story.
If you were to be confronted,
he might be like, wait, what?
I literally was looking at birds.
I had my golf binoculars on, testing them out.
I was measuring it.
Not the far things are.
That's what we would say, dude.
Anything you like to add to that?
No, I mean, I guess having more evidence is good
so that you can have a conversation with him.
Because I do think if it is something that continues, a conversation might need to be had.
Yeah.
That's uncomfortable.
Eddie?
Yeah, that is uncomfortable.
But you're right.
I mean, the only way you can do it is you have proof.
And that's going to be a hard conversation with your daughter being like, are we going to need you to be bait today?
Right.
I don't like that part.
The daughter having to participate in being like a sting operation.
Well, she was probably going to go out and somebody again anyway if this hadn't happened.
So she's just living her life.
Okay.
Maybe you don't call her bait.
Be like, hey, go out and do it again.
If we see them, we'll take care of it.
Or don't tell her and just be on the lookout for the guy.
But don't your breath be like,
that's our advice.
Thank you for sending in that email.
You guys can email us with your questions at any time.
Morgan, what do they do?
Mailbag at bobbybones.com.
There you go.
Close it up.
We've got your email and we've read it on the air.
Now it's about to close Bobby's mailbag.
Yeah.
All right now is Chris Sombrovsky, who was the guy that got into the spaceship that's going up into space.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
He won.
So we tried to get lunchbox in
They didn't pick him
You didn't want to go to space anyway
No, so this guy really lost
Hey Chris, are you there?
I'm here
Lunchbox says you lost
Because you're going up
Well
I did lose
But not because I'm going up
But when you
When you
Work and make good friends in college
Did they look to you
And they can't go
So yeah
My buddy actually won
And he couldn't go
And so
I got his golden ticket
Oh, that's what happened.
Interesting.
So you didn't get, your buddy got picked, and then he got to pass the ticket on to you?
That's right, yeah.
What could he possibly have that?
I mean, did he just, like, really not want to go?
Or did he, he had a dinner party?
Why couldn't he go?
Oh, he had some personal reasons he said that he couldn't make it.
Absolutely bad though.
I've been racking my brain as to all the different ways I can repay him and, you know,
thank him for his incredible gift.
Wow.
Wow, so Chris is here because he is going up into this ship.
People were donating, and then they were picking somebody randomly who donated to St. Jude,
and you're going on this mission into outer space.
And we tried to get lunchbox in, and he did not win, but he was so mad at us because he didn't want to win.
Like, he was just like, I don't want to go to space.
Terrified.
Do you have family?
And the reason lunch didn't want to go is because he had family.
Do you have family, Chris, that's worried about you going up into space?
Oh, I do have family, yeah.
And some are more worried than others, I guess you could say.
but oh
my wife and kids are
very supportive and my kids are super
excited and yeah
I mean you talk about
traveling on a SpaceX rocket
it's probably not as risky as it feels like as a lot
of people think it might be
so a lot of other things I'm sure you could do that are definitely
riskier like
racing your cars down the street or whatnot
but this is a with all the people I've met and everything like that
that I've got no worries or concerns about what's going on and how they're training us or what they're
going to strap me into.
He's been traveling or they're going to travel weightless at 17,000 miles per hour as they go
up into space.
What is the, what's the training like for you guys?
Is it very physical?
Oh, my gosh.
The first activity was, well, first two activities.
We did centrifuge training, you know, where you sit in a chair and they spin that chair in a large circle
and you experience G-forces through your chest,
and that was very physical.
It was also a lot of fun.
I think the hardest thing I've done to date
is we did a team-building activity up on top of Mount Rainier in Washington,
and just climbing up 5,000 feet vertical,
snow the entire way.
We're in a cloud, so we had no view of what was around us,
and so we're just climbing up and just, you know,
endless abyss of snow and water.
white. I think my legs were screaming for
Adable for days after, but it was an amazing feeling to be
at the very top, knowing that you've finished this incredible hike
with your crew. They're all supportive, and the next
morning the sun came out, and it was like you're on top of the world.
It was the best feeling. But I will say, we are actually
starting our official training this week. So we're all
actually here down in California this week for
our initial kickoff of training.
What's the date you guys are going into space?
September 15th, no earlier than that.
If you watched any space movies to prepare yourself,
because I can recommend some.
Oh, we're always looking for more.
Yeah.
Like the best space at Star Wars.
It's not real, but okay.
Why not? You just never know what you're going to come into up there.
They're just fighting up there. Star Wars, Star Trek. There's a lot of them.
What's the one where Clooney goes up and they get...
Oh, gravity.
Oh, don't watch that one.
Oh, that's bad.
Hey, Chris, stay away from gravity.
Okay, I'll tell my crew that.
Have you seen gravity?
I've seen previews of that one, I think, yeah.
It's not that good anyway.
Did they make you sign an NDA to not talk about
if you actually run into aliens while you're up there?
That was not in the fine print.
I'll let you know.
Are you nervous or are they telling you it's completely safe?
Oh, they are not telling me it's completely safe, but I'm not nervous.
I think that's why you go through all this training because you're trying to prepare for everything that they can think of that could possibly go wrong.
We've had a lot of great advice from a lot of experts and astronauts so far that have flown before.
And you really plan for the best and to work towards that.
But keep in mind that you're always looking out for how things could fail or change and how you can adapt and get yourself out of a sticky situation if need be.
You're just going to go into space.
Yeah.
Just going to go up to space.
All right.
So you guys, how long are you up?
And when you come down, do you have to quarantine for a while?
Oh, we have to quarantine before we go up.
But there's no quarantine requirement when we come back down.
It's just the four of us in a little capsule for three days.
How do you poop and pee?
Oh, you use the special commode they've got up there, which I tell you, it sounds a lot better than those, you know, national park bathrooms on the top of that mountain.
that's for sure.
Do you have to take your spacesuit off?
And is it like, you know,
because when you're overall,
you've got to take them all the way down.
Is it like one of those things
or is there like a latch in your spacesuit?
Oh, gosh.
When we're in this,
we'll take our spacesuits off once we get to orbit.
Okay, so you take it off.
Yeah.
You know, like you see.
Yeah, like I'm supposed to know this stuff.
It was like, yeah, dummy, don't you know?
Most recently, we watched that away on Apple or whatever,
and they...
Netflix, yeah.
Yeah, or Netflix.
And they would be in their suits
if they would go out into the atmosphere
or when they're flying.
But once they got there,
they're in like t-shirt and joggers.
Are you ever watched away, Chris?
I have not.
I'll put that on my list.
No, don't watch that.
It doesn't turn out good for everybody.
Well, we don't know because they canceled it.
Well, listen, Chris, you are a brave man.
You are going into space for three days.
St. Jude has benefited heavily from this.
We're excited to talk to you.
And, you know, he also served in the Air Force.
Oh, awesome.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
So you have a lot of training with every, I don't know.
Were you a pilot?
What? I worked on our missiles out in Montana, keeping them safe and secure in the ground.
Nice.
You worked on missiles keeping them safe and secure on the ground. That sounds fishy.
Well, we don't want those ones flying, that's for sure.
All right, Chris. Well, good luck, man.
First of all, thank you for serving. Second of all, I cannot believe you are just going to go into space and be like, cool, see in a few days. Wild.
I went up on a hot air, only once I was miserable. I couldn't get down fast enough.
and you're going to go into space.
Well, thank you for spending some time with us.
We root for you.
Hopefully, when you land back,
we'll talk to you again and see how it went.
Oh, that sounds great.
And guys, you know,
just encourage everybody to, you know,
go to st.jude.org slash inspiration for
and look at different ways that you can get involved in this mission
because that's really what it's about conspiring people
to do something bigger than themselves
and to really help St. Jude get rid of childhood cancer.
So thank you, guys.
Yeah, there he is.
All right.
Hopefully, this will not be the last time.
we talk to you.
No.
Yeah, call us later.
Even he chuckles nervously.
Like, I hope that too.
All right, Chris, have a good day, bud.
All right.
Take care, everybody.
Hi.
I mean, yeah, we laugh about that lightly right now.
And what if, though, it does?
I know.
I'm going to feel really bad.
He does sound more fitting than lunchbox, though.
You can imagine lunchbox made radio calls and it's like,
hey, I don't know how I poop.
That's a good question.
I don't know how I poop on a Tuesday, much less up in space.

on big screens all across North America on June 12th. The show will also feature Chase Rice and
Nellie. Tickets are on sale now. On Morgan number two, that's your skinny.
It's time for the good news.
With lunchbox.
Tell me something good.
Terry Harrington lost her husband Brian
16 years ago but decided to donate five of his organs
so they were used in life-saving operations
and this guy, Jeffrey, got his pancreas and kidney.
Well, 16 years later, his kidney was starting to fail.
So Terry is like, let me go get tested.
She tested. They're a match.
So they saved this guy's life twice.
Wow.
Now her?
Yes.
Wow.
And he got the husband's two.
Kidney and pancreas.
And then now 16 years later, the kidney wasn't working anymore.
She's a match.
And so he's saved twice by the same family.
Boom.
That's a double shot.
You got to get the,
a Christmas gift with the whole family.
Every year.
Yeah.
Jeez.
Wait, so we don't need our, this might be a dumb question.
Do we not need our pancreas?
I don't know.
I'm not sure.
Let's ask all the doctors in the room.
Wait, is that an appendectomy?
I think that's something where they.
Appendicitis?
Appendicitis is the appendix.
Okay.
Which they say we don't need.
Okay.
Only recently have they said they might be kind of wrong on that.
You can, hold on, but you can live without a pancreas.
Okay.
I don't know.
If I'm right, you can live without it, but you have to make adjustments in your life because you don't have one.
I don't have a spleen.
I've never had a spleen.
They don't recommend you don't have a spleen.
Yeah.
But like yours is critical.
It's a life saving to remove it.
Yes, because it was so busted and ruptured.
They had to go away with it.
But it's mostly the pancreas controls like blood, sugar,
and you have to do things to control it on the outside.
Now you know all about the pancreas.
It's hard to believe that there's something in your body that you just really don't need.
Like, why is it in there then?
Well, you do need it.
And if someone calls me and tells me I'm wrong.
And they might.
I will gladly go, I'm wrong.
Grows back, right?
You can part of, yes.
It doesn't go away.
Okay, here we go again.
If you take it completely out, it doesn't grow back.
Right.
But it's like a starfish.
Regenerates.
Or if you cut off one of them, part of it.
Or you just don't need the whole thing.
Yeah, I'm stopping here.
Surely I've said something wrong in this medical minute.
Oh, yeah, just say the disclaimer.
We're not experts.
By the way, I'm not an expert.
All right, that's a great story.
That is what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's time for Amy versus Lunchbox.
We googled questions for dudes.
Amy will answer those.
We googled questions for the ladies.
Lunchbox will answer those.
Amy, you ready?
Ready.
Question number one.
In the movies.
And in the movie, Rocky,
Sylvester Stallone's Breakfast for Champions
included having a large glass of what?
Right.
In Rocky.
I feel like is that where the raw egg thing came from?
Sylvester Stallone's Breakfast for Champions
included having a large glass.
glass of what? Raw eggs.
Raw eggs is correct. Amy!
Wow. In any
regular Major League Baseball game
what team always gets to bat first?
Any regular season,
Major League Baseball game, what team always
gets to bat first? Oh my gosh.
Well, I don't know. They don't flip a coin.
Do they do like home and visitors?
Is it the home team? Like, what would be preferred? Do you want
a bat first? So maybe
just being nice, you let the visitors back?
Bat first?
Visitors.
In any regular season, MLB game,
what team gets to bat first?
Visitors.
What is your reasoning?
I don't know.
Being nice.
Yeah, because like,
if you're the home team,
you're hosting,
so the visitors get to bat first
because then they have a chance
to get on the board first.
It's like a nice gesture.
It could be that they're being nice
or I could be wrong.
The answer is the visiting team.
I mean, that's exactly the reason, right?
Yeah.
It's just funny how she gets there.
Flip a coin.
Wow.
It's preferred.
I mean, I also played ball back in the day.
Yeah, yeah.
Of course.
Before New England, the Patriots went under what city name?
New England Patriots.
Man, they've been from New England as long as I've known.
Before New England, the Patriots went under what city names?
The Pittsburgh Patriots now because of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Was it still in that region?
I mean, they could move all the way.
Like the team, the other teams move totally different states.
Uh, Pittsburgh.
No.
Pennsylvania.
No.
Um.
Oh gosh.
Four, three, two.
Baltimore.
Shoot.
Which answer?
I don't know.
The Baltimore Patriot.
Okay.
She says Baltimore.
That is incorrect.
What is it?
Well, lunchbox gets a chance to steal.
Oh, well, he's going to know it.
Boston.
Oh, they are still.
Oh, well, duh.
I really thought you were going to just
pull it, say it at the end, just mess them with us.
I was like, okay.
Oh, I was not thinking that through.
You weren't.
Okay.
All right, Amy, two, Lunchbox won that round.
Lunchbox got one steel, which, by the way,
the score is overall.
Lunchbox is up four to three playing to five.
If he wins this, he is the champion.
Okay, why did I?
Yeah, that kind of stuff.
You'll be okay.
I know. I just, okay.
Lunchbox, your questions.
As we Google questions for ladies, how many kids does Kim Kardashian have?
Ah, man.
I've watched the Kardashians, too.
I know she had one.
She had a surrogate for one.
So there's only one out.
There's only two choices.
What are the two choices?
I don't want to say them because I don't want to give her the...
Do you know the answer?
I mean, I'm debating in my head, too.
Okay.
Yeah, so if I get it wrong, she's going to get it right.
Mm, three.
Three is incorrect.
It's four.
It's four.
Did you know it was four?
I was debating between three and four.
I couldn't decide.
Thank you.
Chicago, Saint, and Psalm.
Lunchbox's Gavin McGrath song, I Don't Want to Be,
was the opening for what popular 2000 drama series?
I don't want to be anything.
Massive TV show, this was the theme of it.
Yeah.
Easy. One tree hill. Correct.
Wow. That was just pot to my head, just a guess.
Trying to act cocky. I had no idea.
If you get this, it's a tie.
Okay.
What popular fashion designer
did Rachel Green
work for on the show Friends?
Man, I've seen this.
What popular fashion designer
did Rachel Green
work for on the show Friends?
Dang. She had that annoying
boss guy, right? Like, you have to get it so
you can talk it out. Yeah, yeah.
I, well, I mean, I hope so. She gets
to talk it out too. No, I'm saying you can give her
it doesn't matter if you have two people. Like you're not
going to get it. You're not going to, if you have to get it. First of all,
I'll tell you I already know it. Yeah, okay. Yeah, I mean,
and then she shared an office
with some guy and then they go on a date.
But gosh, what was...
You didn't watch Friends. No, I...
That was episode four, season nine. I told
you, I started watching the reruns
so I could know what Friends was and I started
watching it. And I got to the
point where she worked at this office.
And then you stopped watching it right there?
No, I don't know where...
He'll never know.
No, I don't know where I finish.
What popular fashion designer
did Rachel Green work for on the show Friends?
If he's sandbagging right now...
I'm going with
Ralph Lauren.
Are you sure?
That's the only thing I said pops in my head.
That is correct.
Yes!
Yes! Yes!
Oh!
How much you would have bet he knew?
all along.
Amy, you do the
same thing where you talk it out and I'm
the one that sandbags. Okay,
you have three questions, Amy. See how many of you get out of three.
Yes, because you do that. Here we go.
What basketball player starred as a genie
in the 1996 movie Kazam?
Amy. Just you.
Oh, shoot. Amy, you went. Go ahead.
Shaq? Correct.
This year's rescheduled
Summer Olympics will be held
in what country? Japan.
Wow. Correct.
A hex key tool, also known as an Allen wrench, is shaped like what alphabet letter?
A hex key tool, also known as an Allen key or a wrench, is shaped like what alphabet letter?
Like a lowercase?
Like a...
Hold on.
Um, like a...
Is it including the handle?
Is the handle in the letter?
Amy, a hex key tool, also known as an Alan key or a wrench.
Like a U?
Incorrect.
It would have been an L.
A what?
An L.
It's like that thing that comes, the little thing that comes with.
Oh, that's what it is?
Okay.
Lunchbox should get three questions.
You need to get two out of three.
Okay.
Here we go.
What celeb started the honest brand of household products?
Jessica Alba.
Correct.
Idina Manzell first played the role of which witch and wicked on Broadway.
Oh, they have different witches?
The Wicked Witch.
Incorrect.
It's Elfab.
That's tough.
If you get this right, it's a tie, and we just go to next week.
Elfa ball.
Did you ever see it?
It's so good.
It's terrible.
I've seen it like three times.
I know.
We saw it together.
It's so good.
One of my favorites.
It's all of my grandparents.
What's the slang term for high-wasted women's jeans that were originally
fashionable in the late 80s and early 90s?
High-rise.
Incorrect.
It's mom's jeans.
Amy, you are the winner.
Wow.
Wow.
It is now 4-4-4-4-4.
Yeah.
Amy has climbed from 4-0 to 4-0 to 4-4-4-4-4.
For.
Wow.
What do you want to say?
Well, I just, I want to apologize to lunchbox for my poor, like, sportsmanship.
What?
Because I shouldn't.
You celebrate right now, Amy.
But I shouldn't, I shouldn't have said he was sandbagging because I do have to.
All the time.
All the time.
She does the same thing I do.
But I genuinely don't know.
The thing is, I know the thing is we just think that sometimes you know, but you're, I
shouldn't have said that.
I should just let you do you.
And I shouldn't have called you out and accused you of that when, yeah, you
maybe didn't know.
All right.
There we have it.
Amy is the winner.
Okay, Amy, four to four.
I'm apologizing.
She's marching back.
I saw a story about what to text someone when they're grieving, like if someone dies.
Because I'm terrible at that.
I never know what to say when someone dies.
Like, what do you text them?
I'm sorry?
I mean, probably the answer is yes.
But they put a lot of these things down.
And I kept a note on my phone.
I screenshot it because this is good stuff.
These are therapists-approved things to say to someone who's grieving.
Number one, hey, I'm running errands.
Can I pick anything out for you?
Right?
Like I'm there for you.
You're already out.
Yeah, you want to do something.
Don't worry about it.
They wrote this one.
I was a little iffy on.
They said, hey, I'm coming over with coffee.
What if they don't want you to come over?
No, I don't think.
I think that's okay.
They're saying whatever it is, just be assertive
because the person might appreciate whatever you're bringing,
but you don't have to stay.
Make sure you don't, if you're not getting the vibe that you should stay,
drop off the coffee.
But just, it's because the person grieving,
they're going to probably say,
no, don't worry about me.
But this is saying no, just be assertive.
Well, my mom died.
Everybody was calling me.
I didn't even know how to answer them.
They were like, hey, what can I do?
I was like, nothing.
Stop calling me.
But I appreciated it, but I didn't want to talk to anybody.
Is that something where you appreciate it later?
Or you appreciate it in that moment, even though you said,
stop calling me.
Probably in that moment, because later, listen, I don't know who called.
Yeah.
I mean, I know, like, people came over.
Like, Amy came over.
You remember who brought coffee.
I don't drink coffee.
I don't know.
Another one is, hey, I heard about your loss.
I know you're going through a difficult time, and I'm here for you.
That's a good one.
Another one, I'm here for you if you ever need to talk.
Can I get you anything?
I said that one.
I know this is hard and I love you.
That's it.
That's it.
Yeah.
But I thought that was a good little article.
We can post that on our Facebook page.
Because I struggle with that on how to talk to someone after someone's passed away.
I called Amy and I was like, hey, I don't know what to say, but what can I do here?
Well, I saw one the other day that was helpful that I thought was good and helpful if you were close to the person or at least knew the person.
Like if you knew my dad died, I can't even use Eddie's parents as an example.
They sent me a text the other day, which was really nice.
And they had met my dad.
And they shared a memory of meeting him and kind of that my dad was so proud of me.
And he was saying, that's my daughter up there.
Like, y'all, it was like a raging idiot's concert or something.
But, like, that was special.
And what I read is in alignment with that, like, you could text the person.
and say, hey, so sorry for your loss.
My favorite memory of, you know, your dad or your mom or whoever it was was, and then share a memory.
And that's, like, something that's really thoughtful.
Did you know they did that?
Yeah, my dad asked for Amy's number, and I thought at first time, well, this is awkward.
I don't know what my dad's going to text Amy or what picture he's going to say.
But it ended up being pretty cool, so I'm glad he did.
No, it was so thoughtful.
Death stuff is hard.
Yeah.
I mean, I think about dying all the time.
I like to, Amy was telling me about cryo preservation?
Yes.
What was this?
Well, you heard about Walt Disney freezing himself?
Oh, okay, yeah.
Well, so, like, I was reading, I went out a deep dive in this one organization in particular,
like it's a group, a center, or a place where all these bodies are frozen.
And at this one place, there's like over 250 cryopreserved bodies.
Whoa.
And people paid $200,000 to have their body frozen.
And then when technology allows whenever we get to that point, then they will unfreeze them.
Some people didn't, I guess, have the money to do.
their whole body, so they just froze their heads
for 80,000?
Here's my struggle with this.
I feel like you'd need to freeze yourself
before you all the way died.
Yeah, like Han Solo.
No, these people were all the way dead and then frozen.
I don't know what happened to Han Solo.
They froze him before he died.
I think it was in a cryo, actually.
And then, I don't know, a few years later,
they unfroze him, and he was cool.
That'd be a good choice to make.
Like, okay, you're probably going to die right now.
Do you want us to freeze you alive
with a chance of waking you up
or do you want to go ahead and fight for it?
No, freeze.
Right? But what technology are they waiting for?
Like what are we, they may not even know what technology they're waiting for.
Eddie, from what I could tell, it's all above our head and I don't think that they're there yet.
And they may not be there for another 50, 100 years.
Are these the same people that's selling you a cat in Louisiana?
That's crazy.
$200,000 to freeze your whole body.
And $80,000 for a head.
And then there's some people that have cryopreserved their pets.
How much is that caused?
I don't know.
I want to say maybe it was about 35,000, if I remember correctly.
But they could, when technology allows, they'll unfreeze your animal.
Wow.
Wild.
I don't want to care about animals.
Yeah.
But it's still going to be dead.
That's what I understand.
And also, you ever heard the Jason Isbell song if you were vampires?
Yeah, that's a good song.
It's like, hey, listen, if we live forever, nothing would be worth anything.
Because we just live forever, and it's just something that comes and goes.
But because you have a timetable on you, you only have someone.
many moments, those
moments are actually worth something.
If we were vampires, we would just go chill and
smoke cigarettes and hang out and
nothing would matter. Right. That the song says.
Gotcha. But because we're not, we actually have this
moment together. We should value it
because we're not going to have a whole lot of moments together.
I mean, play that song right now. As he gives a jam.
So good.
Oh, here we go.
How'd you find that, Ramundo?
Like me one of us
will have to spend some days
along.
Maybe we'll get 40 years together.
But one day I'll be gone.
One day you'll be gone.
That's a good song, huh?
So good.

I'm good. How are you? Doing pretty good. What can I do for you? Morning studio?
Morning. You were talking about prom, and it got me thinking about the scholarship that you usually
give out to a student from Mountain Pine every year. And I couldn't remember if you had announced
last year during the pandemic if you were able to pick a student and who it was.
So I was just curious.
I was.
I think I did three last year.
And I tell you, I don't remember who because I just finished doing this year.
And I just read through a bunch of essays.
So now every name is jumbled together.
But I literally just picked this year's scholarship.
I did more than three this year.
I don't want to say how many in case they're listening because there'll be a whole reveal.
But I don't know the names because, again, my mind is all.
First of all, it's early in the morning.
And second of all, I just finished reading about 30.
says, but I did, and thank you for asking about that. I really appreciate that.
No problem. We y'all have a great day. Love the show.
What's happening with you today? Anything you want to share?
Not a whole lot, just heading into work. How's gas there?
I had to pull over so I could talk to y'all.
Oh, gas is ridiculous. It's over $3.
Can you get it, though, is the question. Are there long lines of the pump? Are you still good
where you are? There are long lines, and most places do not have any.
Wow. They just have signs up. No gas.
That stinks. All right. Well, thank you for calling.
It really does. I hope you have an awesome day.
Thank you too.
All right, bye-bye.
Bye.
Here's Amy's pile of stories.
So there's a bipartisan group made up of a bunch of attorney generals all across the country
that are coming together to please urge Facebook to cancel their plans for a version of Instagram
meant for kids.
So they're like, we just, there's no, you don't need to do it.
They warn of kids having to deal with bullying or possible grooming from sexual predators.
I mean, the list goes on on why they think it's a bad idea.
But Facebook is saying, hey, look, we're going to work with child experts and government regulators.
And we're going to ensure safety and privacy for these young users.
Yeah, I've been thinking about this a little bit.
I have.
Actually, I think it's okay.
I'll tell you why.
I think you've got a bunch of old people that don't understand.
How great would it be if there was like a training system for young people to get into social media instead of just dunked in the pool?
Okay, you can be right now old enough to have an account.
Welcome to the world of bullying and people being able to.
I would assume there are going to be many parameters set up.
to ensure that all this stuff doesn't happen,
or at least make sure that everything they possibly can.
And, you know, when you're training for something,
you start small and make your way big.
I just think this is probably, if done right,
the best thing for kids that are eventually going to be on social media
and is probably a safer introduction
than the real introduction they're about to have.
And heck, some of these kids are on it anyway.
We won't say illegally, but they're on the adult one.
Or they on the adult page.
Right.
I mean, I guess I hadn't thought of that, like using it as a tructions.
raining because initially I was thinking, yeah, no, we don't need to have this. We don't even know what
it is yet. We don't know. There could be no comments. There could be no way to send messages unless it
goes through your parents first. We don't know. But I think it's easy to go, Instagram, bad,
Facebook bad. It's always going to be there. Right. It's not going away.
So why not use this tool as a way to train people for what could good and bad happen with it whenever
it finally opens up.
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, I like your thought on that and I'll reserve my opinion for when they actually roll out.
We don't even know what it is, too.
They're like, shut it down.
I know.
What are we shutting down?
We don't know.
Instagram for kids does scare me because I know how crazy online can be.
And just a reminder out there to parents, if your kids do have devices or accounts, like,
try to be as involved as possible in an honest conversation way, not sneaking behind their back
or anything.
So this bakery in Millwall.
Kahn for a bakery.
They were robbed.
And they had video footage of the burglar.
And so they took a still image from the video footage of his face and they printed it
on top of their amazing sugar cookies.
And then they sold a bunch of the cookies.
And people were buying them and they saw the guy.
And then they posted to Facebook that he has been identified.
So how cool then?
Because, I mean, then people were buying a cookie, snapping a picture of the cookie,
posting the cookie.
So that guy's face was getting out there and is such clever thinking on this bakery's part because I would have never thought of that.
They wanted to send out a big thank you to everyone who responded and bought the cookies and helped find him.
That's embarrassing for that guy.
You know he's in prison.
Like, how'd you get in?
He's like a snickerdoodle.
They put me on a snickie.
Okay, what else?
Well, Travis Tritt was asked by People Magazine how he dealt with advice to his daughter once she was seen with Michael Ray.
his daughter's name is Tyler Reese.
Some photos of her and Michael Ray surfaced last fall.
And they were just catching up with him about it.
And he was like, you know what?
I told her that you've got to live your life.
You've got to be happy.
And the number one thing to always keep in mind is don't pay attention to the tabloids.
Which, speaking of tabloids, do you think that Arod, he was questioned coming out of a restaurant?
Do you think he was throwing shade at Ben Affleck because of Jennifer Lopez when he was asked about the situation?
What do you think about the news about Jennifer and Ben?
Did you know they were in Montana together?
Go Yankees.
He said go Yankees.
Yes, of course.
Because Ben Affleck's a huge Red Sox fan.
Yeah, huge.
Okay, so it's official.
It's shade.
It's so dumb.
Yeah, like, leave him alone.
Who cares?
Poor guy's just trying to get a snickerdoodle probably.
Right.
Bakery.
All right, is that it, Amy?
Yep, I'm Amy.
That's my pile.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
Tell me something good.
So there's a homeless, retired,
Army Sergeant. His nickname is A-V. And he lives out of his car, but also is able to travel around
through donations to help different veterans across the country by, you know, providing art classes
for them, doing therapeutic activities like poetry. He's really into all that kind of stuff.
Well, Hero Homes, they're a nonprofit that helps out our veterans, and they gifted him a home.
And get this, the home has a basement, and he has decided he's turning that into a home.
art studio where he's going to continue his work helping other veterans, but straight from home.
Dang.
So he doesn't have to be homeless doing it from his car.
I mean, the guy's driving around helping out other veterans.
And they go, hey, you don't have to do that anymore.
Here's a house.
He goes, well, I want to turn part of my house into this.
Exactly.
I'm looking at a picture of him here on the porch.
He's a massive guy.
Oh, yeah, big dude.
And then also...
I mean, he might be 6'6.
Wow.
Like, I wouldn't want to mess.
You want me to learn poetry?
Yes, sir.
You got it.
Yes, sir, I'll learn poetry, sir.
He's a big guy.
Yeah, what...
Well, I was just going to say he's also on a new HBO documentary called We Are Not Done Yet.
So that's something that recently came out if you want to check it out.
Probably full of some feel-good stories.
All right, there you go.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
The preview for Caitlin in my episode of Bear Girls is out and the commercial is running a little bit.
And so here's the description.
Bear takes Bobby Bones out into the rugged wilderness of the eastern Sierra Nevada with his fiancé, Caitlin Parker.
And there's a clip of this, and I'm telling you guys, we had to go down a cliff and we tied this rope around this tiny tree.
He was like, trust me, it will hold both of you.
It's a, it's like a branch.
It's a bush.
And here's a clip.
I mean, this is a pretty good rock right here.
The tree would even be good.
You're saying that our body weight won't pull that tree down.
I'm so confident of this tree.
I'm going to put both of you on the line at the same time.
No.
So we're both on, and this will happen on Monday night.
No.
It's a tiny tree, a tiny bush.
We have to go down this huge cliff just with a tree around the bush.
We obviously lived.
The rope around the bush.
We were scared to death.
But check it out.
Watch it live if you can.
We really appreciate that.
9-8 Central on Nat Geo channel.
Be sure to DVR it too.
But that's happening Monday night.
We were very excited that it's finally going to be on the air.
We did live.
We're very happy to be able to live.
We lived to talk about it.
There were a couple times I didn't know if we would or not.
Now, over to Amy now with the investigative morning corny.
The Morning Corny.
What does a tick and the Eiffel Tower have in common?
What does a tick and the Eiffel Tower have in common?
We have 90 seconds go.
Bite, crawl, skin.
What is that there?
Paris, right?
Paris.
France.
Parasite. Parasite.
It's got to be parisite.
Good call.
That's really good.
Parasite.
They're both a parasite.
No, it's a...
Ooh, you nailed it with a Paris thing.
Okay, so what's the question again?
What does a tick in the Eiffel Tower have in common?
They're both parasite.
They're both parasites.
Because it's a site in Paris.
Right?
That's gotta be it.
They're both parasites.
What is the flea?
What does you say?
A tick?
A tick.
Is that a parasite?
Yes.
Okay.
That's it.
They're both parasite.
Parasites.
Yeah.
I feel good about that.
Mm-hmm.
We'll see.
Okay.
Well, let's do it.
What?
The morning corny.
What does a tick in the Eiffel Tower have in common?
What is a tick and the Eiffel Tower have in common?
They're both Paris Sites.
Nice job.
That's all you.
Come on.
Well, yeah, he came the Paris.
You came the sites.
It's a team effort, guys.
You came the parasites.
Oh, I just yelled, bite.
Nettie goes.
I think you yelled parasites.
Yes, man.
It's a team ever.
We did it together.
Because I don't think I would have known that a tick was a parasite.
You wouldn't?
I wouldn't.
I wouldn't it get you some learning.
Really?
Yeah.
Okay.
Hey, we're a team.
We got together.
That's why we yell this together.
You ready?
Go ahead.
Clear eyes.
Full hearts.
Can't lose.
Nice job.
Except for sometimes you do.
A lot, actually.
On the phone right now is Katie in Birmingham, Alabama.
Katie, how are you?
Good morning.
Morning studio.
Morning.
Oh, that's so cool.
Okay.
I just wanted to get y'all's opinion on this.
Me and my boyfriend have a difference of opinion.
So we're going on vacation tomorrow,
and we have a six-hour road trip ahead of us.
And so I would like to know y'all's opinion on who controls the music.
Is it the person that's driving or the passenger?
Ooh, it's a great question.
Now, I think as a driver, like, you're really taking the load.
You've got to drive.
You've got to pay attention.
You're exhausted when you finally get to your destination.
Because although you're not, you're really using your body,
a lot you're focused, mental exhaustion even.
I vote driver.
Yeah.
I vote driver picks.
And you can do two things.
As a driver, you can prepare your playlist before you leave and it can get played.
Or you can go, I'd like it more in this vein.
And then the passenger's got to kind of flip through and figure out the music.
But you're still in command.
But you're still in command.
Sure.
Now, what Caitlin and I will do in long trips, because we'll go to Arkansas or Oklahoma,
we will play podcasts that each of us like back to back.
And so she will listen to the morning toast, which I do like now too.
Morning millennials.
I listen to that too.
It's pretty good.
So she'll listen to that.
And then I'll listen to some history podcast.
And she's like, I'm so bored.
But we trade off there.
But I'm going to go overall, the driver because they're doing the lifting.
You?
Yeah.
I think the driver picks what they want because they're the ones having to stay entertained.
They're doing the hard.
Yes, like the heavy lifting.
But the passenger has to help them out and take control for them.
Eddie?
In my car, the driver.
controls all. Like the music, kids be quiet, quiet time, the games we play, the driver does
everything. And if you want to pick the music and your passengers, you get in the driver's seat,
you drive for a little bit. That's right. You jabroney? Stop complaining.
Lunchbox? It's the driver. The driver has to pay attention. The driver has to stay awake.
If you don't like the music, take a nap. Driver controls it. Katie, was that the answer you were
hoping for? Yes, it was. Okay. Okay. Take this and be like Exhibit 1. Hey, whatever they say.
Yeah, and the fact that he doesn't think that, I don't know.
What a loser.
Maybe he'd think this.
New boyfriend.
I agree with that.
Oh, where are you guys going on vacation?
Oh, we're going to Asheville, North Carolina.
Dang, fancy.
Come on.
Well, see, I was planning on playing some of the bodybone show,
and he doesn't listen to you guys regularly,
so I don't think he, like, knows everyone's personalities.
Oh, yeah, for sure, dump them then.
You know what I was making a joke earlier?
I'm totally on board with getting rid of the...
What?
Or what a better way?
six hours or however long in a car to get to know us.
I still don't dump him.
I mean, he's had enough time in his life to figure us out.
All right, listen, I hope you have a safe trip.
Asheville seems like it'd be awesome right now.
Play him this. What's his name?
His name is Will.
Hey, Will.
What up?
We're friends.
You should listen to us.
No, we're not, Will.
All right.
Hey, Katie.
Have a great day.
Thank you for calling.
Thanks.
All right.
Bye-bye.

Tom Cruise is a little cuckoo, right?
Well, yeah.
And it's been a little cuckoo for a long time.
Yes.
Yes.
And I'm not just talking about...
Scientology.
Yeah, I'm talking about it.
He does his own stunts.
The guy's worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
And eventually he's going to die because he keeps elevating.
He's like, why, I live through that one.
Let me do one a little more dangerous.
That's what it gets you.
Tom Cruise says the new Mission of Possible movie he's working on now
has the most dangerous stunt that he has ever done to date.
By the way, he's worth $570 million.
Wow.
Just looked at them.
You think they wouldn't let him do these things because his insurance?
I'm sure he has it in his contract.
I'm not doing the movie unless I can do my own stunts.
I wonder what this pride thing is with him or he has to do his own stunts.
He's probably just done everything.
This is like he just has to do everything.
He's a thrill seeker.
Do you think he's a thrill seeker or do you think he just has to prove to other people I can do my own stunts?
Both.
Because it's probably one of the two.
What do you think?
I think it's probably more the second one.
Like look at me, I'm still an action star.
I do my own stunts.
Because how old is he?
50 something?
Yeah, he's not young.
This is the same guy.
Here's some of his old stunts.
He scaled the world's tallest building.
Do that himself.
Think about that.
You're crawling up.
Crazy.
He held his breath underwater for six and a half minutes.
That seems impossible.
He's 58.
Okay.
Almost 60 years old.
How do you hold your breath for three minutes?
Yeah, I don't know.
He hung off the side of a plane as it was flying.
And he's also had to learn how to pilot a helicopter.
So here's what's happening.
He says he has to ride a motorcycle off of a cliff
while a helicopter hovers above.
Now what does that mean, though?
Because I get...
Is it going to have a string on him?
Yeah. Like, is he going to grab the rope
while he's falling off the cliff?
He's going to die.
That's just saying now. He's not going to end up good.
Wow.
This guy's crazy.
Other dangerous aspects of this stunt
can include the helicopter throwing him off,
him hitting the ramp wrong,
his shoot getting caught on the bike.
So maybe that's it. He's jumping.
There's a helicopter over.
He jumps off a ramp.
he then has to pull his parachute when he's up in the air.
Oh.
That's scary.
The guy's almost 60 years old.
This guy's insane.
Is this how he goes?
Maybe.
Make your prediction.
Not this stunt, but I mean, is he just going to keep doing dumb stuff?
Because it's only safe to a point.
Meaning, on my show that comes out, May 31st, breaking Bobby Bones, I'm up and I'm doing all kinds of crazy crap.
They can only make me so safe.
They can follow every protocol, sure.
But sometimes accidents happen.
And sometimes user error affects it.
Which you would be the user
Yeah, I would be the user
There's probably a better chance
I die doing my show than him doing this
Right
But still, and then think about the stunt coordinators
Who's, if he gets hurt
It's on them
It's on them
And they're like, why does this guy want to do this?
Right
We can hire a stunt man
There was another story I read
There was a climber in Utah
He wanted to go climb in this spot
Called Certain Death
Well, I don't want to climb there
That's one spot I don't want to go to
100% death
All right look at the map
Bobby of all of them
Which would you choose not?
Well, I'm gonna stay away from certain death
but I'm good for everywhere else.
But a climber in Utah was rescued Sunday
from a mountainous area known as Certain Death
after a large rock the size of a refrigerator rolled on top of him.
Oh, man.
Rescue crews responded around 4 p.m.
To the call of an injured climber
in an area, which is about 15 minutes from Salt Lake City,
two climbers have been navigating new routes
in an area called Certain Death when the accident occurred.
Do you think the other one goes,
we should have listened to the map?
Yeah.
Or when they rescue him, like,
Did you not know this was called certain death?
You know when they're going in to rescue the helicopter?
They're like, all right, we got to go into certain death.
Like, do we say something to him when he gets in the helicopter?
Do they wait a week?
Do we message him after he's healed?
But people are nuts, man.
On the phone is Skyler, who lives in Louisiana.
Hey, Skyler, good morning.
How are you?
I'm good.
How are you all?
Doing pretty good.
Where do you live in Louisiana?
I'm about like an hour away from New Orleans.
I'm in Covington.
Do you know a lady down there that's selling cats?
Because I don't know if you heard, but somebody in Louisiana scamming Amy out of cats.
You know about the story?
I don't.
Okay, well, keep an eye peeled.
Okay, I will.
If anyone's bragging about how they robbed a radio host of some money with some fake cats, we need to know.
Oh, what's your name?
Thank you.
We're going to play our game called Never Gonna Get It.
The most difficult trivia game in all of radio.
Oh, yeah.
And up for grabs, Skyler, for you if you're able to identify the right.
dancer or someone who gets it a $100 cash gift card courtesy of our friends at Hyundai.
Nice.
That's right, which currently I'm driving the Hyundai Palisade.
And let me tell you A plus.
That's not even on the little card here for me to say.
No, no, no, I didn't see you reading that.
A plus. I love it.
Okay.
Skyler, ready to go.
I'm ready.
I will ask the question.
You get a chance to answer it.
If you miss it, you didn't get to pick one of the people on the show to represent you.
Got it?
Got it.
Here we go.
It's time for never gonna get it.
About eight and ten women know this about their bodies,
but only two of every ten men can say the same.
What is it?
About eight and ten women know this about their bodies,
but only about two of every ten men can say the same.
Okay, Skyler, what is your answer?
They're, like, measurements.
They're measurements like for getting closed.
Yeah, for, like, getting closed.
Okay, that's incorrect.
36, 25.
Thank you.
Nellie?
Measurements are 34, 26.
I think it's 36, 25, 34.
Oh, no, hey, Ray, will you pull that now?
Come on, you got it.
36, 25, 34.
Is that?
Hey.
Must be the money.
Must be the money.
I don't know.
That's it.
Right with me.
We got there.
We got there.
Sorry.
That's what came to my mind with measurements.
It is not measurements.
Okay, now, here's where the game gets interesting, Skyler.
Okay.
You can pick Amy, Lunchbox, Eddie, Morgan, Raymondo.
It doesn't matter, everybody's sitting around me.
Pretty easy question.
Lunchbox always thinks he has it.
Yep.
Amy, are you on a streak or no?
Yeah, I think I am.
And I might have it.
Amy's won two in a row.
Which is crazy.
Well, hold on with, Skylar.
Guy, you're jumping the gun.
I don't know for sure, for sure.
Eddie, how do you feel?
feel? I've never won one. Ever. So she just shouldn't pick me? Just stay away from me. Morgan, you've been pretty good. Yeah, I won last one and I've won a few, but no streaks yet. Ray? Yeah, just your average, all-American boy answer. Probably not good. Okay. I don't know what that meant. For some reason, I'm like, yeah, I get it, man. All right, Skyler, pick your player.
Amy. Okay. Amy, what's your answer? Blood type. Blood type, okay. Good answer. Skyler, do you like that answer? Because I will let you move on from Amy.
That's a good answer.
You're cool with that answer.
I'm cool.
Okay, well, let's see who else.
She's got some good answers.
Lunchbox?
Oh, yeah, blood type.
Eddie.
How quick their hair grows.
What?
Women know that.
Ask me, it doesn't grow.
I don't know.
Morgan?
I was going to say first gray hair.
Like, when they get their first gray hair.
Ray Mundo?
A good one.
Give me, if they have, cellulite.
That's very all-American.
Like family feud style.
Okay.
Skyler, I'm going to give you one more option here.
Oh, does somebody have it?
Oh, somebody may have it.
Okay.
Do you, if you think someone has it, I will let you have everybody here on the panel.
But if you think no one has it, you can pick no one.
So basically you have a 50-50 chance now.
If you still think it's Amy and lunchbox, they both have blood time.
Yeah.
I mean, that's solid.
So you can go, yes, that someone has it.
Cellulite, blood type, gray hair.
How fast their hair grows?
Right.
Yeah, yeah.
So, Skyler, do you think someone on the panel,
gets it yes or no?
Yeah.
Okay. Amy, blood type,
lunchbox blood type, you're wrong.
Oh, no, no, it could be gray hair.
That's a good one. I promise you.
Oh, I'm...
Eddie, you're going to skip me.
How fast your hair grows? Come on, do that.
If that's right. I'll come back to you.
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
Ramundo, cellulite is not right.
Morgan, you pick gray hair?
Yeah. Not right.
Oh, come on. Come on.
Eddie, what is your answer again? Oh, how quick your hair grows.
I think women know exactly when they need a haircut.
Men, I don't know, man, whenever it's out of control.
I can't believe it, but that's the dumbest answer I ever heard, and it's not right.
No, it's not right.
You just look at the mirror and be like, okay, my hair, I need a haircut.
Like, I know she said measurements, but is something obvious like weight?
No.
Okay.
See, I thought chest size.
No, okay.
Well, that's measurement.
Well, I didn't know if weight was considered the measurement.
It is.
The color of eyes they have.
Eight in ten women know this about their bodies.
Only two in ten.
I don't know mine.
You don't know yours.
You don't know yours.
And Caitlin didn't know hers, but she figured it out.
Because she needed to know it.
How?
Ring size.
Oh.
Dang, that's good.
Skyler.
Sorry.
You did not win the $100.
But.
Give it to her anyway.
No.
We can't.
Now you make me look like a jerk.
We can't do that.
You're not a jerk.
I get the lawyers call and they go, you can't give people prizes if they didn't win.
Sorry.
We can give you some crap in the back.
Okay.
We have a bunch of stuff that's sent to us for promotional items,
and we can mail.
Right, we consider some crap in the back, right guys?
Yep.
I'd like to give her something.
Now, Amy, makes me look like a jerk
because I can't give her the prize.
Wait, that's not what I was trying to do.
You're not a jerk. You're right. We can't give her the prize.
I'll tell you what, Skyler.
You can either have the crap in the back
or you can come on next week and compete again for it.
Whoa.
She's like crap in the back.
I'll get the crap in the back.
All right.
All right, there she is.
Skyler.
With the crap in the back, we'll send you up a whole box of crap.
All right, Skyler.
I'm sorry you didn't win the prize.
I'm sorry I just can't give it to you,
but I used to do that all the time and then I got in a lot of trouble,
so I can't do that anymore.
It's not fair.
I won't.
She said she wants to win right if she wins.
We gave her a chance for next week.
She didn't want to come on.
I know, but she'd rather have the crap in the back.
All right, Skyler, hold on, and we get to your prize, okay?
Thank you.
All right, there she is.
Skyler, everybody.
It's time for the good news.
With producer Eddie.
Tell me something good.
27-year-old Erica Gray had always dreamt of being a mom.
But seven years ago, she got diagnosed with cancer.
Cervical cancer.
Well, the doctor finally found a cure for it.
It said, you know what, we're going to do a hysterectomy.
It's powerful.
It's going to make you cancer-free.
But it will also leave you unable to carry a child, unfortunately.
Well, that went through.
She is cancer-free.
But the doctor said, I know a nurse who just worked on you who would love to be your surrogate.
They met each other.
They hit it off.
And now the lady used her as a surrogate,
and now baby Richard was born in Dallas, Texas, in March?
Holy moly.
Isn't that cool?
Like one after the other cool.
Dang, that's what it's all about right there.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
What's happening to friends?
Call us if you want.
877-77 Bobby.
Easy.
877-B-O-B-B-B-Y.
Tomorrow, Keith Urban in studio, performing.
He's bringing his guitar.
pretty excited about that.
Let's go over to the news.
Bobby's Big.
Stories.
We've been talking a little bit about the gas shortage.
I saw my first gas station with the line all around the block yesterday.
It's happening.
Caitlin and I had dinner with a couple friends and we're driving back.
And I was like, what's somebody you aligned for?
She was like, it's a gas station.
I was like, oh, she goes, it's everywhere.
How do you not notice this?
I'm like, I don't know.
I don't notice anything.
But it was all around the block.
And it was two pumps.
And people just, and then one car was trying to sneak in.
I was like, this is going to be a fist fight.
I don't even want to see it.
Get your camera out?
I did not.
I was out of town.
I was getting out of there.
A U.S.
government agency got on Twitter yesterday and said,
hey, listen, there's a gas shortage.
But remember, use the right kind of container.
And this is my first story.
They said, do not fill plastic bags with gasoline.
Because it is not approved for fuel.
Right.
Because people were filling bags with gas.
They probably just were grabbing anything they could find.
Like a Ziplog bag?
Like, what?
I was thinking they were like grocery store bags.
Yeah.
Oh.
Or trash bags.
That's what I was thinking.
Okay.
I was thinking the gallon zip lock.
Also in the news is that they expect this to be better in the next four or five days.
This isn't going to be a multi-month.
Everybody's out searching for gas type of thing.
So if you can hang, hang.
And also, mostly this is because people are freaking out,
not because there's an actual gas shortage.
It was like toilet paper.
It's just with a comparison, why do we pick toilet paper to go in hoard?
And then we all, we feel like we're all smart guys.
We did it.
We're like, oh, these dummies are high-horn.
Then we're like, there's no toilet paper.
Get all you can get it.
A man used his stolen ID to purchase a $58,000 SUV.
So he had a little stolen ID.
And then he posts for a photo at the dealership with his car.
Oh, of course he did.
Detectives with the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department took to a Facebook and said,
hey, who is this guy?
And then they posted a picture because it was him standing there in front of the truck that he bought $58,000.
bucks. It was a Ford explorer
from Thoroughbred Ford.
Thoroughbred Ford.
But he was like, here I am.
And then they found him in like, I don't know, a second.
I mean, yeah. He had a mask on in the picture, though, to be fair.
Oh, yeah. Because I was thinking even like
Facebook identifier or whatever.
Like, if you have a Facebook profile, doesn't it identify people?
Yes, it's creepy.
Yeah.
The face recognition.
Yeah. Yeah, it's creepy.
It's like his profile doesn't match his new stolen identity.
The masks that
And my iPhone now recognize masks, eyes or whatever, the new update.
Oh.
Have you guys that day a drive?
No, no, of course not.
I don't have facial recognition.
I don't open my phone with my face.
Do you?
Yeah, of course.
Oh, okay.
I don't know.
I just haven't set that up.
And it won't open, even if it's on your face, if your eyes aren't looking at it.
So if you're getting, like, held hostage and you don't want them to open up your phone.
Oh, see, don't look at your phone.
Interesting.
It will not open.
You want to see?
Okay, yeah.
Watch.
Shut my phone down.
Open it up.
Okay, got to have a lot.
Okay.
Why is Siri going?
Okay.
So if I don't look at it, it's not opening?
It doesn't open.
What's it doing?
It just goes lock, lock, lock.
Oh.
There you go.
A little something.
Thank you.
I guess that's why even with a mask, it still works as long as you're looking.
Ohio is going to hold five, one million dollaries for people who have gotten the COVID vaccine.
So any Ohioan who has received at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine is eligible to win a million bucks.
What?
And they're doing five drawings for a million bucks.
Well, that's awesome.
You might could actually win that one, Lushbox.
Wow.
Wow. Just for getting...
Just forgetting the vaccine.
I'm in the wrong state.
There you go, are you?
I'm in the wrong state.
We need to move.
That's the news. Thank you.
Those were Bobby's Big.
Stories.
It's a very exciting day.
When one of your favorite artists of all time secretly releases a project,
you get excited, and that's what happened today.
Because there's a new EP out today.
It's called Award Winning EP from Bobby Bones and Raging Idiots.
Oh.
It's one of my favorite artists.
So that's clever.
Every time you say the title of the song, you have to say award-winning.
Well, the name of the song is the grandma's song.
But the EP is called.
Oh.
We titled an award-winning EP.
So people go, I wonder what awards it won?
Let's listen to it.
Oh, gotcha.
We don't win crap.
Let's be honest.
I never do.
But this is a live recording of the only really emotional song that we do called the grandmother's song.
You know, I was adopted of my grandmother.
Yeah.
So we wrote this.
Have you heard this song before?
It's a personal touch?
I don't think so.
You haven't?
Okay.
Here it is.
And you can now stream it today.
The new project is out from The Raging Idiot.
It's an award-winning project.
It is.
Here is the grandmother song.
Everybody's got that one special memory.
That even when they closed their eyes, they still see.
I was eight years old when mine happened to me.
I was trying to find a place to hide, play, and hide and see.
And then it happened.
What happened, boom?
That's when it happened.
I saw my grandmother naked.
She was stepping out the shower.
It was so unexpected.
She didn't have a towel around.
She screamed.
And I screamed.
We never spoke about it ever again.
It only lasted a second.
I saw my grandmother naked.
The Bobby Bone.

Owning a home comes with a lot of things nobody really prepares you for, including yard care.
Sunday is a company trying to make that part easier.
They start with a soil test and climate data to build a yard plant tailor to where you live,
then ship everything directly to your door.
No guesswork, no dragging bags of fertilizer.
And instead of harsh chemicals, Sunday uses simple nutrient dense ingredients like seaweed, molasses, and iron.
Everything hooks up to a hose, which honestly sounds like my sense.
speed. If your yard feels more stressful than satisfying, Sunday's approach makes a lot of sense.
Go to get sunday.com to get your free custom yard analysis. That's get sunday.com.
All right, this is the world's smelliest fruit. I smelled it before the break it. It surprisingly was
as bad as advertised. Because I thought, okay, we're going to do a bit. Well, hey, wink, wink.
It's stinky. But no, it's bad. In my eyes water a little bit. It's called a durian. It's a
Psyche odorous fruit native to Southeast Asia.
And how this came about is I was given an article from this show called Would You Eat It?
And they had a chef, a kid who seven, and a dog all eat this as a bit to see what they thought.
And I thought, oh, it sounded a great bit for us too.
I didn't even know this fruit existed.
It does look like a sea creature, doesn't?
It's all spiky.
Yes.
So we have a wheel here.
There it is.
All of our names are on the wheel.
If it lands on you the first time, you can buy it.
buy your way off the wheel for 50 bucks.
Oh.
$50.
Wow.
And that will be a charitable contribution to St. Jude.
Wow.
But the second person that it lands on, if you don't want to buy your way out, has to actually eat it.
Okay.
Hey, let Amy smell it, Scooba, if you'll walk it over to her.
I'm, oh.
Is it sharp, pokey?
Yeah.
It is?
Okay, Scoob, Steve's walking it to Amy.
Don't, just take a small wish.
Just go.
Look that way.
Go.
I mean, it looks like a brain.
Oh.
That is gross and it looks gross. It smells like there's nothing pleasant.
A sweaty sock that's been forgotten about.
That's what the internet said.
Like a sock that's been like, like, oh, I forgot that was there and I worked out and it kicked it under the dryer.
Really does smell like that?
Yeah.
Yeah, I do.
A little sniffy whiffy?
Yeah, I'll go to it.
Oh, God.
Now it looks like a museum exhibit.
We're walking up to it.
The inside, like, I don't even can't, Eddie's all up in there.
He's looking.
It likes it. Corona. I can't smell anything. Oh, that's right. Eddie had COVID. No, I smell the hint of it. And what I smell does smell kind of like dirty socks. We forgot you don't have all your smell back. I have to get my nose in it to smell. Should Eddie be taken off the board? No, I can taste. I can still taste. But the taste in the scary part. I mean, it smelled terrible. I just had to get my nose in it. Okay, here we go. This first spin of the wheel, you can buy your way out of it. Ready? Here we go. Let's spin the wheel.
Come on.
Come on.
Yes.
Mike D.
All right, Mike.
Enjoy.
Mike D.
Will you be buying your way out of it?
Are you going to eat the Dorian?
I will eat it.
Oh, okay.
Wow.
Is that how you say it, a Dorian?
So how do you eat it?
It's already cut?
Yeah, you just, now I've opened up the lip.
You just go in there and grab.
There's a lip.
That's disgusting.
There's seed pockets, and there's multiple different fruits in each seed pocket.
I peel back the lip for you. Can you come help us?
Yeah, sure. We'll probably do this with more than one person.
Oh, what? What? Why? You just said we spin the wheel once and someone eats it. Come on, man.
You know, you're making it totally different.
Amy, in life. What? Sometimes you have to pivot. Yeah, I understand that. Yeah, it's just situational.
I know. Okay, we have this thing. Can you see it on camera right now, Eddie?
What does he do? Does he need to fork? Yeah, that might say. Very cool.
You can just grab with your hand. Oh, oh. I'm not, I'm not, we're...
That looks disgusting.
It looks like inside of a pumpkin.
Yeah, or a body.
Oh, good description.
It looks like a scrambled egg almost.
It is yellow like a scrambled egg, but pumpkin texture instead of a pumpkin.
All right, Mike, grab it and go.
Oh, he's thinking about changing his mind.
You want to buy out of it?
I mean, I kind of do.
Now, this looks disgusting.
I didn't see the inside of it.
I thought it was just going to look like fruit.
No.
It looks like an alien.
It does.
Do you want to buy out of it?
You know, if I still can, I would like to buy my money out of it.
All right, he'll donate 50 bucks to St. Jude.
Here we go.
Oh, great.
If I still can, I want to buy out of it.
Does the second spin get to buy out?
No.
That's it.
Okay, I'll tell you what,
second spin come out for 100 bucks.
Oh, my gosh.
Okay, go.
Hey, it is.
What is it?
I didn't know there's a fundraiser.
Here we go.
Let's spin that wheel!
Oh my gosh, please no.
Come on, come on.
No, come on.
No, no.
Yes.
It's me. Eat that fruit.
I will buy out of it for $100.
Come on, bones.
I said it before we spun.
I know.
I will buy.
Now St. Jude's made $150.
But think about the people listen.
They want to, they want to hear you eat it.
The next one to buy out of it is $150.
Scott, this is already out of control.
All right, here we go.
Let's spin the wheel.
No, no, no, no.
Come on.
Come on.
Please, world.
Please, world.
Go, keep going.
Like what?
More you never turn.
You have the odds.
I don't have
150 dollars
that's
on the donation.
What?
Take it to the face.
Take it like a spoon.
Take it to the face.
Take it to the face.
Take it to the face.
All right.
All right, this is called.
Durian.
It is a world's smelliest fruit.
Stick your nose in there.
You smell it?
Oh, yeah.
It does not smell good.
No.
You can grab just that piece right there.
Got that piece.
It does look like an.
Alien.
Pull it out of there.
It's so slimy.
How big of a piece do you want her to eat, bones?
That's good.
She's getting a chunk.
Oh, that's disgusting.
Eat it.
Take it to the face.
Take it to the face.
Take it to the face.
Oh, what if it's amazing?
Ooh, she likes it.
Okay.
It tastes like a pineapple.
It does.
But like a banana.
A banana.
A banana.
It is delicious.
It smells bad.
It smells bad.
It looks bad.
But it tastes good.
She's eating more.
Oh, man.
Y'all just spent $150 for a banana.
We donated.
Yeah, it's like creamy.
It kind of tastes like yogurt.
Yeah.
You like it?
Oh, yeah.
It doesn't look good.
Like, don't look at it.
Just eat it blindly.
That's what Caitlin does with me.
What?
She doesn't look at it, but she just kisses it.
Yeah.
She's like, I'm not going to look.
Oh, man.
That's not true.
Where do you buy this, Scoop of Steve?
You can buy this.
any like agent market like 99 ranch is very popular in the west coast any kind of world marketplace
where'd you get it here i got it here at k s wold world on just like a west side yeah they're
expensive this was $27 what one fruit so it's a delicacy these are like usually $5 a pound so this is a smaller
durian wow yeah yeah so it's really good okay well so we learned it smells awful yes but it
actually tastes pretty good okay we can't get enough now yeah i kind of want to eat the whole thing
And Mike, we lost money.
Well, you need to because it was $27.
Yeah, don't let a bite of that go to waste.
Yeah.
Okay, friends, the next segment will be a real treat.
Because we have the world's smelliest fruit in the studio.
Can I smell it?
And where do you even get this?
Where is it?
It has to stay in another room.
It's in the bathroom?
The glass room.
So that it doesn't stink of the studio.
So it's when you cut it, it stinks.
Because if we have to, we have to cut it, I don't want to cut it yet.
Is that what it is?
Oh, it's cut.
It's cut.
I just, I just put it up here for a second.
I just want to take a little sniff.
It looks like a sea creature.
I read that it smells like a gym socks and like disgusting, sweaty stuff.
I'm not a vomit.
Oh, God.
Oh, my God.
So does it, is it smell bad but tastes good?
We'll see.
Okay.
Hopefully, Amy.
If I smelled that, I'd flush.
Oh, yeah.
Oh.
Oh.
I can't believe it smells.
that bad actually. I didn't think it was going to be like that.
So what are we going to do? Draw names. Only one person
has to do this? We'll go. Nice.
And whose idea was this?
Bobby's. No, it was Scoobo Steve's.
I'll tell you who's been coming through quite
regularly with bit ideas. A good one's a Scoobo Steve.
This is not a good one. I like it.
What are the odds you lose? That's the question.
A 28-year-old woman from
Florida is behind bars after posing as a high school
student to promote her Instagram page.
She went into the school. Oh.
Her name's Audrey, which by the way, what a name for a 28-year-old?
Audrey.
Didn't really expect that.
I like it, but you don't hear a lot of Audrey's in their 20s.
But she wandered the hallways of the school wearing a black backpack, carrying a skateboard, handing out pamphlets promoting her Instagram.
Naturally, she also filmed herself doing it because she wanted to put up on social media.
Security started asking her questions, said she was looking for the registration office.
With her skateboard, obviously.
Nothing says teenager like skateboard.
She eventually fled the school grounds.
She was arrested later that day on charges of burglary, resisting arrest, and interfering with the school function.
What?
So what does she do on?
Is she a musician?
Why is she need followers?
She used to be a cop.
Whoa, that's a twist.
She once worked as a police officer, but lost her job in 2017 when she was arrested and accused of hacking into another social media account and posting nude images of the officer.
Oh.
Man, why'd she get fired?
That's weird.
That's wild to do that, too.
I want to follow her.
I really just like, man, she's up to some crazy stuff.
So, a 28-year-old, you would kind of notice, right?
Yes.
Unless they look really young.
But I like the backpack and the skateboard, really selling it.
You know?
Do you know Cotton Eye Joe?
Yeah, I do.
Cotton-Ey Joe, where did you come from?
Where did you go?
Where did you come from?
Cotton-I-Joe.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do you know the redneck's version from back of the day?
May 13th,
1995, the rednecks
And it was like
They're a Swedish group
And they took Cod Night Joe
And made it a hit
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah
We'd play in the dance party sometimes
Here it is
But I'd been for Codna Joe
I'd been married a long time ago
Where did you come from
Where did you come from Cotnajo
This is the version you know right?
No, I know where like a fiddle comes in
Yeah, yeah
You don't know when this
Dancebeat comes in
There's that fiddlest, yeah
The rednecks are still
an active group. And it hits hard too.
Like, they really... You can't wait for it.
Yeah. Turn that up.
They're still big in Sweden.
This is their one song in America.
Turn it up, DJ!
They were all playing different people.
They all were cosplaying different people.
Meaning they had characters that they played in.
Oh.
Yeah. I don't even know what's going on right now.
I never made it that far.
I never got that far either. I was just thinking the same thing.
I never got that far in the song.
I never heard that.
Bobby Bone Show.
Story of the day!
This story comes to us from Massachusetts.
Last year, a 53-year-old man got busted when he got $440,000 in PPP loans for his restaurants.
Only problem is his restaurants were never open.
So they arrested him.
He's like, oh, no, I can't go to prison.
So he fakes his own death.
He puts his car on the beach with his wallet, his keys, and a suicide note.
But police can't find any evidence he killed himself.
They tracked him down, and now he's going to prison.
He was living in like another state in the south, right?
Yeah.
Like his suicide was just his life.
There's wallet in the sand with a note on it.
And he thought they would just be like, well, all right, this is where it ends.
Well, Clark, put a bow on this one.
Another case successfully solved.
What it is.
All right.
I'm Lunchbox.
That's your Bonehead story of the day.

So this guy blows a bunch of money on an engagement ring and the fiance doesn't think it's good enough.
And I would only say blows if he spent it and is like, what am I doing now?
Like, this is, this is a waste even?
A 30-year-old man is wondering who's the bigger jerk.
And I saw this on Reddit after he bought his fiance a $20,000 diamond engagement ring and she didn't even like it.
At first, you were suspicious that he could get a 3.6 carrot stone for that price.
Like, wait, does this even?
Like, she's like, side-on.
him. Like, what's this about? Then he told her he'd been saving for 10 years to get her something
lab grown because, quote, they're better for the environment and he had a moral issue with
buying a blood diamond. Now, she's like, how about we get me a little something more appropriate
for my taste? Huh. I didn't know lab grown was a thing. Yeah, neither. But still, for lab grown,
that seems really expensive. But not that I know what lab grown is, but still, that's crazy.
Is this one of those cases, though, where if someone acts like this, you should already know this is how they act?
Yeah, you say that all the time.
If you're proposing to someone and they act like this, you probably already know in their life they're acting like this in another situation.
So it shouldn't be that surprising.
Can we just say for the sake of this, though, he's shocked by it and he's just now learning that this is something she'll care about?
Okay. I'm okay with submitting to that.
Are you guys torn on this?
No, I think if someone buys you an engagement ring and they spend $1,000 or $20,000.
Be happy.
Yes, but she sounds like she may be looking after him being like,
hey, you may have gotten ripped off on this.
Let's try to save you some money.
I do not think that that's what it is.
No, she's suspicious.
She loves that it's 3.6 carrots, but she's like, wait,
it should be more than 20,000.
So now she's mad at him.
She has moved out to stay with her parents until he agrees to trade the stone in
and exchange it for something she thinks is more appropriate for her taste.
Okay.
Well, I need to see the whole setting.
Amy's like, let me be the judge of that
it's just, in my opinion, after just being through an engagement,
I didn't know exactly what to get Caitlin.
She did not go with me.
She did not know what was coming.
But I did ask questions over months prior to at least point me in the right direction.
I felt like I needed it.
It was my responsibility to do my due diligence in that way.
And then I got Amy to go with me and check it off.
And be like, yep, I agree.
Confirmed.
Because if she didn't.
like it, then you blame it on Amy.
Well, then I had someone.
Exactly.
Then I had someone.
Who's the jerk?
Him or her?
Her.
Yeah, I think so, too.
Surprisingly, internet scams are still very successful.
You know how we talk about people get online and they're like, hey, I'm Cole Swindale,
and I'd like to be your boyfriend, send me $1,000.
Yep.
And people believe it.
People have fake debt.
Like, they're me and made thousands of dollars off of people.
And we're going, man, how successful is this stuff, really?
A new survey found that people are more.
more likely to fall for internet scams than any other type of scams.
50% of the victims in these scams are between the ages of 18 and 34.
They're not 90-year-olds, like we assume.
Like mostly, you just think it's like an old lady or an old man sitting at home.
And someone's like, I'm a Nigerian prince and I need some money to get out of jail and you can have half my account.
But what's happening too is a lot of people fought for them and they're so embarrassed that they fell for them.
They don't report it to the police.
And so we don't really know the real numbers.
It's more than we think.
You ever been scammed?
PayPal.
Nope, the answer is cat.
Right now you're being scammed for a kitty cat.
Well, I mean, I know for sure I fell for an email that I got that I thought was PayPal
and I clicked on it and entered my info like a moron.
But this was years ago.
And I only found out because then I went to Chick-fil-A and then my card was like declined
because my bank was waived the flag or something.
And so then I looked into it and I was like, oh my gosh, that must have been that PayPal link.
And then I found charges at Home Depot and Home Depot.
all these places that I had not gone.
What city? Do you remember?
It was when I lived in North Carolina.
But were they a local person that sent that scam out?
No, it was somewhere else.
Okay.
And then the cat is TBD to be determined.
We don't know yet.
Lunch parks got scammed once.
Here's on social media and someone sent him a video that said,
Hey, you're on the news.
Look at you.
Yeah, Facebook.
They sent me a message.
I mean, it wasn't even on my wall.
It was a message from someone and they were like, hey, dude, you're on the news.
Wow, that's cool.
And I was like, what?
I was on the news.
Let me check that out.
Watch the video.
I never popped up in the news, but they sure didn't get my password.
Not cool.
In the early days, I was scammed, not for money for love.
Oh, yes.
Yeah, when that dude was acting like a girl?
Yeah, that stunk.
I got a lot of people, though, didn't he?
He did.
He got no money out of me, but he did get money out of other people.
He was believable.
I thought it was a guest jeans model.
I almost got scammed when we moved to Nashville.
We had found a house that we loved on the internet,
and we called the number there on whatever listing it was,
and they said, yeah, just send a deposit.
And I was like, this is just too good to be true.
We didn't send a deposit.
We checked with a local realtor.
And they're like, that house is not for rent.
Like somebody lives there.
Wow.
Yeah.
I get texts now because I have a house that we moved out of that I'm renting to people right now.
And people said, hey, you want to sell this property?
And one time I called them back.
And it was some weird.
It wasn't like someone really going, I'm here.
I'm looking at it.
I like to make an offer.
It was some company that just finds listings sends mass texts.
Oh, wow.
And apparently, I don't know how they try to get you, but they tried to get me.
Anybody get any of those?
Text for people wanted to buy your.
Amy had someone come to her house.
Oh, that's true.
But they really bought her house.
Yeah, it was real.
Thank goodness.
Yeah.
Ray, you ever been scanned?
No, come close with PayPal with Amy.
I was selling a car.
I was selling my in-laws car.
And the guy was going to give me the money, but that's the thing.
Then they gain access to your account.
So they will send you the money, but then they close their account and all that like that.
And then that's how they get your information and scam you.
However, I never let it get to that point.
They were about to.
to send me the money.
Oregon ever been scammed?
No, I mean, the one time I ever went on Craigslist,
I ended up with the sheep job, so it kind of worked out for me.
Now she's editing Sheat Weekly.
Great Magazine.
Scoot was Steve.
Have ever been scammed?
It was an illegal scam when I was in my teens.
Went to a bad part of town to get something.
I went to a bad part of town to get something.
Interesting.
That doesn't sound good.
It was illegal.
So he was doing something illegal and he got scammed.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
We gave the guy 20 bucks and he goes,
it'll be our back.
And he never came.
back. We drove around for hours and
he never returned. This is before the internet.
We're trying to buy CDs. Yeah, sure you
were, buddy. Okay, CEDs. Sure you were.
Just don't click on a link.
Don't click on a link unless you know who it's from.
But sometimes I get one from FedEx and it's
really them. And then I'm confused. Right.
Well, my PayPal one looked very real. But
if you look closely, it's more like
PayPal.
Instead of PayPal.
Looking at the top
baby names from last year.
And I'm never that interested in this story.
Olivia's top girl, Liam is top boy, but the name that people aren't naming their kids anymore is Rona.
Oh, well, yeah, because I guess Corona.
But who named their kid Rona anyway?
Who knows?
That was what I read.
They were like, nobody's naming their kid Rona anymore.
I was like, who's naming their kid Rona?
I definitely never have heard of a Rona.
Yeah.
No one.
It's like, well, nobody's naming their kid Butthole anymore.
Who was?
No one was.
I hadn't heard anybody named their kid Rona.
But that was a big story.
one name has seen a relatively sharp decline,
Rona, with only 17 baby girls given that moniker in 2020.
Was there, there was more than that?
17 of them?
Who are these parents?
I don't know.
Okay, but here's the thing.
It wasn't like Rona was this wildly popular name,
which was to my point to the story.
In 2017, 30 infants had the name.
Okay, so.
30 to 17.
Yeah, okay.
I still didn't know who these parents are.
And what are they, what was the Rona from?
That's Sharonah.
That's Sharona.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I remember a weird owl came out as soon as COVID or at the time, to us, it was all corona.
He was like, I'm not doing my, my corona.
Stop asking me to do that.
Remember that?
Yes, I do.
Ami, what's happening today?
A normal day for me.
What about you?
Well, this is the one day a week that I have agreed with Caitlin that I take off from all things.

And instead of harsh chemicals, Sunday uses simple,
nutrient dense ingredients like seaweed, molasses, and iron.
Everything hooks up to a hose, which honestly sounds like my speed.
If your yard feels more stressful than satisfying, Sunday's approach makes a lot of sense.
