It's time for the good news. With producer Eddie. Tell me something good. Carter and Andresa, they are boyfriend and girlfriend. They've been dating for four years. They're filmmakers, though. And their favorite movie is Shrek. And Carter's like, you know what? I'm ready to propose.

but what he did was awesome. He's a filmmaker. So he got into the movie Shrek and he edited himself into the wedding scene. So while they're watching the movie one night, it's just movie night. They're watching their favorite movie. And when that scene pops up, Carter walks out of like the room, goes to the kitchen. And you see the video of the girl just watching the movie and sees instead of Shrek, Carter is walking down the aisle. So he like CGIed himself into the movie.

And you can see it watching the movie going, hey, that's Carter. Wait, what? And instead of Shrek talking. nearing Fiona, it's Carter proposing to her, and it's awesome. I got like mild chill bumps on my neck for that. Yeah, that's cool. And then that's when Carter comes from the kitchen. He's dressed like in a suit and gets on one knee and actually doesn't a

wardrobe change, a quick wardrobe change too? It was so cool. Man, that's a good one. Yeah, and the fact that they're filmmakers. How do you get in a movie, though, like that? Because, again, you have to do that, create inside of it, and then load it up on something and then play it from a device that's not inside. Netflix. You can't like, Netflix. You can't like hack into that.

Yeah. So there was a lot of work in that. He's a filmmaker, right? No, but I'm saying even to play it, you've got to figure out how to go, hey, we're going to watch Shrek in a way that is unconventional because usually you'll watch it from whatever you have it saved. Yeah. Like maybe he goes in and starts it before she even comes in like he does it on a VHS or something. I don't know. Yeah. That's a good one. That's a good one. Congratulations to them. and they can't pull them out. Can't pull them out. He's like, I can't feel my legs. And they're like, uh-oh, hypothermia is setting in. So they start going out on the ice and they pull them to safety. What was setting in?

Hypothermia. Got it. What did I say? No, no, you... I'm pretty sure I said hypothermia. You nailed it, dude. I'm pretty sure you did too. That's a good one.

Yeah, but Sergeant Joseph Rager and Corporal Stephen Spitthalter, great job, man. Shout out. I mean, it takes a lot of guts to go out on that frozen ice. You can fall in too. I don't trust it. I haven't lived enough cold places to trust frozen ice stuff.

I walked on that one in Wisconsin. That was scary, man. There were cars parked on it. Oh, yeah, no way. Ice fishing is probably the craziest thing ever. I mean, you watch that, you see it on TV when they show a football game in Wisconsin. They're like, oh, here are the people ice fishing. I'm like, that is bananas.

What I don't understand about ice fishing is they put a little tent, right? And then they drill a hole in the ice and they fish. But then they have a little heater in there. I'm like, don't do the heater? Isn't that going to melt the ice? Yeah, that's bad news. Not strong enough to melt the ice because the ice is so, strong. I sure they know what they're doing. Yeah. My friend Scottie does it all the time.

Like he goes out nice fishes by himself. That's crazy. In Colorado. He hikes mountains by himself in the snow. So for Christmas I bought him a satellite CB, walkie-talkie, whatever you want to call it, radio, because he would just be out. I'm like, dude, you need to have a satellite one. Just in case. Because you're out there and there's no signal for a cell phone. So I bought on that. And to this day, he still hasn't died. Oh, good. I take a little credit for that. Yeah. Good story. That's what it's all about. That was tell me something good. A win is a win.

Let's play this voicemail here. I just got pulled over by a state trooper in Texas, and I was listening to the podcast on my phone, and I had, like, put my, my phone was, like, in my passenger seat. And anyways, the cop asked me to roll down all the windows and asked if he could open, I'm in a minivan, he asked to be able to open the back door, because he thought there were other people in here because he could hear y'all talking. And I just needed y'all to know that he thought y'all were actually in the car.

Have a great day. You have a couple questions. One, I guess we weren't playing through the Bluetooth. We were just playing from the phone. Right? Yeah. Because otherwise it would just sound like the radio. Two, if you get pulled over, how often does a cop go open up all your doors?

Well, maybe if he didn't see people, but he heard people. He thought they're hiding. And if you're hiding, then that's suspicious. Oh, okay. That's true. Or they're locked in the trunk. Like you're trafficking people? Or they're doing something bad.

I thought that whole story. I've never had a cop pull me over and go, hey, I need you to open everything up. Especially, I mean, I'm thinking if I was an officer and I pulled over a woman in a minivan, I'm like thinking, ah, she's safe. That's what you would think immediately, just woman and minivans. For sure. You're good to go. Sexist. Positively sexist. Yes.

Let's go with voicemail. This one right here. Yeah, if you missed that segment. Oh. They bought an ice machine. No, Eddie gave it as a gift. Yeah, for Christmas. Okay.

And then. It's our money. They decided she didn't want it enough that they spent on it. So Eddie's going to take it back and then just keep the money. Yeah, it's gone. That's why the gift part's important. Yeah, but I think since you gifted it to her, you still gift her that money. Yes.

Like a gift card? Yes, sure. Because it could be credit to whatever. What if you just let her take it back? And then she has... Oh, that's not a bad idea. The opportunity to buy whatever. It's gone.

I sent it back already. It's gone. Oh, you mailed it back. Yeah. It's a ticket to the UPS store. Man, good for you. I don't send a single thing back through mail. I kind of just accept my losses.

If I get something through mail, I'm like, oh, it doesn't fit. That's on me. Did they make it so easy now? My wife send stuff back all the time. What do you do with your returns that don't get returned? Thank you for asking. I hang it up for a while and then I realize once I'm donating, I'm probably never going to wear this thing that I knew I wouldn't wear because it didn't

fit when I got it. It should have sent it back. And then I put it and I donate it. But I don't do it immediately because I think maybe I'll find a use for that. I never do. But I don't send anything back via mail because it just feels like it's, too much of a process. And they even send those sticks. They make it so easy now. I know. So easy. I still don't do it. And then the money shows back up and you're like, wow. It's really awesome.

The two things I don't do, I don't send stuff back in the mail and I don't try clothes on at the store. That's when you know you've made it. No, I just don't like pants. Dang, dude, you've made it. You don't even have to return. I think I was doing this before I made it. I don't think I was buying as much stuff before I made it. But I will not try pants on for any reason whatsoever. Oh, you're so lucky. I won't. It's just so unknown. I don't want to take my pants off in a dressing room. So you won't try pants on. And let's say you'll buy three different kinds just to try on at home. And then... Well, I don't buy three different pants to try on at home. I buy one pants that I think fits. And then I go home with it. My wife will make me if she's with me. But I often don't buy clothes with her.

I don't buy that many clothes anyway anymore. But if I go and like, we're at the mall or something, and if I just have pants, I know what size I wear. I wear 32 waist. So I just buy them. And then if they don't fit... You don't pay attention to the least. Yeah, but it's always same size. Slim. Husky. You know, there's different, like, sizes, different styles. Husky, athletic.

No. Athletic. Not anymore. Yeah. Yeah, there are. There's no husky. Oh, I don't know. It's just size.

I wear 32, 34s. I know there are different styles, but not sizes. Like there's wide leg. Slim. Yeah. No. There's slim. I've seen straight legs.

Yeah, there's different cuts. I think you're doing like kid pants. Yeah. Do they still make Husky? That feels like it's a bit insensitive with today's world. I don't know. I never heard of where Husky. You threw it out there like it was still a process.

Back in the day when you get Levi's, they had those when I was a kid. But I never was the Husky. It's never the Husky kid. I guess chalked that up to another one of my things as a kid. Lucky.
