There was no anything inside those eyes.
They turned black.
It scared the hell out of me.
Evil, wake up.
I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Krivac and DePippo.
Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse,
appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum.
I said, I'm not guilty. I'll take it to the grave.

Last night, a blown call changed a game.

That's where Sports Slice comes in.

It's time for the good news.
Tell me something good.
That's pretty easy.
Today's my birthday.
Amy sent over a great dinner last night,
which we talked about.
Caitlin's mom is here until the weekend, which has been so helpful.
Just the rhythm is starting to come together, which is good.
Like yesterday, I really felt that.
I took a nap yesterday.
I never, I shouldn't say never.
I rarely take naps, and I especially haven't taken one since the baby has been born
because I try to give my wife any sort of relief.
And mostly, because she'll go, I don't need the relief.
Like, I'm good, but like her back kills her from holding the baby all the time
and from feeding, her back is like,
and I'm like, I'm not giving it to you
because you feel like you need like
a detachment from the baby.
Like physically,
your body's killing you right now
from all the work that you're doing.
So she got to roll her and like last night
I took the baby for like two hours, I think.
And she was like rolling her back
and hanging out with her mom.
So that was good.
It's also good again that she trusts me
because that time gets up and up and up
or she'll just leave me with the baby.
I think I've earned that.
So mine is just a just a job.
general, and I know it's going to take a step back eventually.
Like things in this very small season, we got the rhythm down.
It feels good.
She feels good.
Her recovery is in a great place.
Everything's good.
So it really has nothing to do with my birthday except we had a great dinner last night
because Amy sent over a dinner.
That's what a good idea.
How did you know to do that?
I just thought I was trying to think of something.
Is that a gift thing?
I have not.
I don't know.
I have not ever done that before, but you're not the easiest person to shop for.
It's a good way to put it.
But what's great is it wasn't something that I would have thought of.
I get it.
I got money, no doubt.
It's hard to buy something for somebody that has money.
But that was something that meant a lot because it wasn't about the money.
It was about you thinking, oh, what, like that was just preparation and time.
I feel like it was a few weeks ago or something.
You mentioned the memory of when my mom made your chicken fried steak.
and then I'm not saying that this is it,
but you know I sit at my kitchen table
and then a cardinal came.
Your mom, the cardinal told you.
I'm not saying it.
So it's from Amy's mom.
Yeah, that's why I really do think that like,
because I was really racking my brain
like what to do a couple weeks ago.
And then that's the same chef that we used
for your baby shower.
And what's really cool is they're a company
that gathers different chefs around town
from awesome restaurants.
So I was like, well, no doubt it will be good.
And my mom's no longer with us.
She knew how to make good chicken fried steak.
I don't.
So I felt like if I tried to attempt it, oh, first, this is the word, this is how it happened.
I started looking at Goldbelly because you're obsessed with it.
And I saw that Riba's restaurant in Oklahoma, you can order chicken fried steak from
gold bellies.
Wow.
So I thought, I'm going to order gold bellies and have it delivered to his house.
Only problem is I start reading about it.
It's not dairy-free.
And I was like, well, great, I'm going to ship that to his house and he's going to get sick.
So that's when I ordered the lacto joy.
The lacto joy was for the Reba's chicken fried steak.
And then I thought, well, this could just be dangerous and I don't want him to feel sick.
So then I reached out to the chef people and I was like,
is a dairy-free chicken fried steak southern comfort meal that's kind of still make him feel good the next day possible?
and they were like, yes.
And then I was like, well, this will be perfect
because that's how it went.
It went. Judy's not here to do it.
So Gold Belly maybe could do it.
Gold Belly can't do it, dairy-free.
That's how it happened.
It was awesome.
Yeah.
So shout out Judy.
And we had dinner for everybody because we're always like,
Caitlin's mother-in-law is in town.
And they're from a small town in Oklahoma.
And so they're not big sushi eaters.
They love the southern,
and so everything was perfect there.
So, yeah, it was great.
Good night.
last night? All good. Okay, that's my tell me something good. Amy. So I know mine has been about
kids stuff a lot, but last night my son had a new PR for his mile at track. I saw your
Instagram. And his latest PR was five minutes and 12 seconds. He, like a month ago, it was before
we left for the cruise, he was like, I want to break five. And we've been working on trying to
get in there and what he needs each lap to be to get there.
and last night I'm doing the timer
and I set my timer to where each time he crosses the lap,
I hit the lap speed.
Do you communicate to him as he's running?
I'm yelling.
Got it.
And it's annoying.
But I don't even know if he can hear me,
but I feel like people around me,
they're like, what's her problem?
But I, so each lap, I didn't know you could do that,
but my ex-husband, his dad, he taught me,
you go lap, and then it'll tell you,
oh, that lap was a minute and 12 seconds.
And so I knew his first lap out of the gate
was faster than any other first lap.
And that's what, not my ex-husband,
which he coaches him too,
but my ex-boyfriend ran track.
And he was like,
you're like, tick-tag toe with all the exes here.
But that's something he's been,
yeah, that's something.
He just saw him Saturday at the Cancer 5K
that we went to to honor his deceased wife.
And he was telling him how each lap needs to be.
And it was crazy.
he implemented it and I even texted my ex-boy from last night the times and he was like okay so now
this is proof it's all mental for him like it's so in his head he wasn't thinking he can do it and
now he knows he can do it so now that he hit five flat so last night was five flat and his goal is to
break five so hopefully next time he can get to 459 that's wild if you can break five it's wild what
he does already as a runner that's crazy yeah that's cool I saw on your story so that I mean I was in
another mom her one of my other adopted moms that's a great friend of mine she was
there because her son goes to another school and she was next to me. We were both yelling and then
when he crossed that, and he got first place, which he hasn't ever gotten first place before.
Really? Yeah. And so we were freaking, like we were on the bleachers jumping up and down.
Again, I mean, I'm sure those of you with kids that are great at sports, you're probably used to it.
I'm telling you all this is my first time. Like, and not even me. Like, it's you. It's your kids.
I know, but I was an athlete and like my parents didn't get to experience.
Like, I wasn't ever the kid that was breaking records.
Like my friend Claire was like, oh, yeah, you got a new PR.
She's like, look at you knowing the track language, PR.
And I was like, yeah, she goes, oh, yeah, but you ran.
And I was like, but I never PR.
Well, you did PR.
You just don't know what it was.
Exactly.
Exactly.
I hope that our baby gets Caitlin's athletic jeans.
Oh.
I hope.
I mean, y'all are both athletic, though.
It's different.
I know.
She's pretty skilled.
It's different.
I am.
medium, athletic, above average, preparation, and cerebral.
And I was able to be a pretty good athlete in high school, only pretty good,
but because I played smart.
It wasn't because I was like a good athlete.
She, her whole family, like her brother, 6, 7 played college basketball.
They're just an athletic family.
I just pray.
Dear Lord, I don't ask for much.
And then Caitlin's like, maybe our daughter won't want to play sports.
Well, but here's the thing.
Caitlin's also a good dancer.
She's athletic.
I mean, I get the dancing.
I don't know if people consider that a sport.
But I feel like, yeah, whatever your kid does, they're going to be, she's going to be they.
I still don't even call it a she.
No, I know.
People will say that.
Why do you say they about your baby's sick?
Because we trained ourselves for five months on the air to never say she.
The only one who broke that was Eddie the first day we talked about it.
That's not true.
I thought you've already verified.
I hate when you talk about that.
Okay.
That was a bad day.
Thank you.
Eddie, tell me something good.
Okay, so mine's like a little thing, but it's a big deal because like this morning when I was driving into work, my playlist was on.
Like, it was jam after jam.
And do you remember that song by Sean Mullins?
It was called a Lollaby.
Oh yeah, Rockaby.
Everything.
Dude, that came on.
It's going to be a, it may be called Lullaby, but he goes, rockabide.
Yeah.
And I hadn't heard it.
I didn't even know it was on my list of songs, but it popped up.
And it just like, and then Willie Nelson came on after that.
Wonderwall Spacehog
Like it was just on today
And I felt like I don't know
It's not always like that
So I said you know what
This is gonna be my tell me something good
Because this made me feel good
To start my day like this
I was play listing last night
Because I was listening to chill 90s
Alt Rock with the baby
And so I had a good night too
A playlist
Good
Because she gets enough 90s country
Because Caitlin will play that
Enough Baby song
She doesn't get enough 90s alt
And so
I was looking at it now
because I just did a generic, like, make a list.
Let's see.
Don't look back in Anger Oasis.
Yes.
Better Man, Pearl Jam.
Okay.
Everybody hurts.
R.A.M. Bitter sweet symphony, the Verve.
Walk on the ocean, towed the wet sprocket.
Nothing man. Pearl Jam.
Blessed Union of Souls, I believe. Matchbox 20.
It is on to.
That's awesome.
Maybe.
Maybe.
Maybe. Just like the Earth's giving us a good playlist.
Maybe.
They figured it out.
Like, we need it.
Happy Pride Month, Toronto.
Pride is an uppercule.

In the moment, it felt like it was going on forever.
I didn't think I was going to live.
I was terrified.
There was no anything inside those eyes.
They turned black.
It scared the hell out of me.
That was your first murder case?
Yes, sir.
Fair to say this was the biggest case of your career?
Yes, sir.
Rape a murder for a child.
She's as bad as it gets.
I would think so.
People, wake up.
I'm the one that saw the murder.
Take place by crevette and de Pippo.
Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse,
appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum.
I said I'm not guilty. I'll take it to the grief.

There's a lot of people who understand postpartner depression.
I was not prepared for postpartum anxiety.

to your podcast. Morgan, or lunchbox. Morgan, are you ready every day? I just go to you and you
I'm going to come to you. Just be ready almost every day. Yeah, I just keep my mic off because I type a lot.
Okay. Lunchbox. You go first. Oh, yeah. Last night I got to take a trip back to childhood because we
used to have these cups, these plastic cups. They were like, looked like little mugs that we would
drink out of. And my parents, I guess, found the exact same ones online and ordered them for my
kids so a package came to the house and my kids opened them up and they're like oh it's just a cup
but to me it was like oh my gosh it's my childhood those are the exact kind of cups we would drink from
so it's pretty cool that my parents were able to find them send them to my kids my kids don't care
but for me it was pretty cool do you guys ever buy your kid stuff and they're more focused on like
the box or the packaging all the time in the price the little babies yeah they do that all the time
yeah like like when my kids were young we would buy them all these toys and then they'll play with the
toilet paper roll. I'm like, okay, well, I guess
waste of money. So what is your advice then for me? Don't buy
a lot of toys because they really don't play. And then
you'll buy a bunch, but there's one that they stick to
and then everything else is just kind of just sits there. It's just for you because
you got to give them a gift, even though they don't use a gift. Yeah, it's just a waste of
money. Morgan, what do you have? Well, I'm really excited because obviously Paradise is over
now, but I had two other shows that are back with new seasons and I'm so
Stokes.
What's back?
Daredevil is back on Disney Plus.
Have you watched an episode?
Yes.
Is it gritty?
It's about the same as the first season, yeah.
Mike and I were talking about that.
We were hoping, and the Punisher's coming back too, right?
Yeah.
It's like a special.
Yeah, we're hoping that Disney keeps it as gritty as it was on Netflix.
Yeah, I mean, the first episode was still as intense as the first season, so I think so.
And then for all mankind on Apple TV Plus.
I never got into that.
Now, I watched it a long time ago.
It's space.
Space Race, right?
Yeah, it's like basically the Russians beat us instead.
It's kind of the plot that it takes.
I don't like that.
Well, then you'd hate Man in High Castle.
Yeah, that's where the Nazis win.
Because the Nazis in Japan won.
That's crazy.
Did I miss, what was it called?
For All Mankind.
Did I just not watch it good enough?
Like, do you really like it?
I really like, I don't know that I like these latest seasons as much as I really liked one and two.
But I also really enjoy space.
stuff? I think I watched the entire first season
of that show and never got back into it. You know what show I wish
they would do again is the
serial killer show? Mind Hunter.
They stopped that because COVID shut
down production and they had to cancel the show.
That was a good show. That was crazy.
I heard that the guy,
one of the actors from Paradise was also in
that, but I never put two and two together.
The guy
who plays Gary, the postman in Paradise.
Let's see.
Jonathan
Oh, yeah. Cameron
Britain. He does. He plays the killer. He plays Ed, Ed,
uh, Ed, uh, end up. Ed Kemper. Yeah. Uh-huh.
Oh, wow. I, like, stumbled upon his Instagram and he was like, you guys
hated me before. And they were talking about Mine Hunter. And I was, like,
looking at his page and I was like, Mine Hunter, who was he? And then, sure enough,
he was a serial killer. Did you watch Mine Hunter? Yes, I did. And I always think
about those shows and wonder, hopefully it doesn't give anybody any ideas.
I think if you're going to kill, you're going to kill. I don't think you're
sitting on the edge and you flip on Netflix and you're like,
that's a sign I should go murder
That's what I think about when I'm watching
Well any of these shows
Not snapped because that's like
Huge snap like something just happens
There's no premeditation really
But man
I do worry about all these other things we have out there
These documentaries and crazy stories
Even like husbands plotting to like
Kill their wives or vice versa
And then it's like someone's married
Unhappily and they're like
Okay this is what I'm going to do
You know how people like when they feel like they're not alone in something, they're like,
ah, it's kind of okay.
You know?
And I feel like if a killer is listening to these true crime things, they're like, wow,
someone else thought that too?
That's kind of cool.
Well, what I would say is this is just a repeat on when video games came out and parents were like,
oh, it's making people murder because kids are playing video games.
There's murdering in video games and are murdering people.
Oh, I'm not one of those people.
No, I'm just saying it's basically the same thing.
Oh, it is.
Okay.
Yeah, it's media.
affecting you to do something that you normally wouldn't do,
man, unless you're just in a really bad place, it's not going to do that.
We consume all this stuff.
Did you ever want to kill anybody or eat anybody?
No.
No, but if you're kind of close to that, like maybe that could...
I don't think there's been proof that that's happened on a large scale.
They still do it with music before video games.
That's true.
Marilyn Manson, he made people kill because the songs were bad.
Metallica, the West Memphis 3.
My point is, this has been something happening through generations.
You're not crazy for feeling this way because every generation.
of adult has felt this way. But I do think it's a repeat of what generations before us have
been dealing with. And we're there now. We're there now. Yeah, we're there now. You know we're
watching a little bit. And I didn't spend a lot of time actually consuming it because it doesn't interest
me, but Caitlin and her mom were into it. There's a new Chip and Joanna show, maybe on Hulu where they're
building like a castle or lake house or something. It is a castle, but it's in Texas.
They're building it or renovating it? That part I didn't catch. But it's, but it's
pretty interesting for a minute. I also have a friend who I didn't know this was in Chip's wedding
and Chip was in his wedding. I'm going to tell you who. Yeah. It's called Fixer Upper the Castle
is an eight episode. I guess it's not new. Yeah, fixer. Maybe they just put it on a new platform,
but they renovate the historic 100-year-old Cottonland Castle on Waco, Texas. But we watched
some of that yesterday, and I don't have Magnolia Network as a standalone. I would think that's on
Hulu or something. But they weren't into it. That castle looked pretty cool.
Yeah, sometimes those shows are really good.
Like, they always have on, like...
It's on who, though.
What do you call that?
Home and Garden or whatever.
Home Network?
Is it HGTV?
HGTV?
Yeah, they have that on at the gym sometimes
when I'm on the elliptical.
Like, I didn't know that one of the new kids in the block guys, he did that.
He has a show?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Let me see which one.
Joey?
No.
Okay.
Jonathan?
Yes, Jonathan.
Yes, Jonathan.
Yeah, Jonathan Knight.
You're right.
That's him.
Jonathan Knight's
Love Story Farmhouse Fixer
I didn't know that
He was up there like there renovating something
And I'm like gosh that guy looks really familiar
Rock the
I don't know
He does have a show
Yeah
Him and his brother were both in new kids
Yeah
Jonathan and Joey
Jordan
Ah dang so close
But then was there a Joey
Joe Joe Joey
Joey was the youngest
Please don't go
Girl
Yeah new kids on the block
Members and brothers
Jonathan and Jordan Knight
Are starring in season 6
of HGTV's Rock
the block. There we go. I saw that Jesse and Eric Decker's show is coming back. Unless it was in April
Fools. It could have been in April Fools. What was their show? Their show. They had one for three
seasons. It was called like Game Time or something. Game on. It definitely could have been April Fools.
So let's see here. If so, this was the only time I was got. Because I believed nothing else.
And now I'm thinking to myself, I got got. Eric and Jesse game on season four.
Why would they post that on April Fools, though?
Morgan, is that the graphic?
If it was real.
It's the graphic.
It says Disney Plus and Hulu, premiere 612, 26.
We can see if that's real.
Does that be a good one?
Should I text Eric and be like, dude, was that a joke?
I bet Morgan can figure it out.
I think it was a joke.
Okay, that's the only one I got by.
Pretty good.
Kentucky football tried to put out of thing, we're going blue with the field.
And I was like, that's not true.
There's no way.
That's not true.
Boise State was like, we're going to sue you.
They were being funny.
Did you get got yesterday at all?
No, Stevenson just said he forgot his running spikes and we're driving and he was like,
April Bulls.
Because I don't know.
Did I tell you how last week he did forget that?
Yeah, he had to get a lecture.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it was kind of cute that he circled back to that.
Based on social media activity from April 1st, 2026, regarding season four of Eric and Jesse's game on is an April Fool's Day joke.
Okay, that's the one that got me.
I had one I was going to do, but then I thought better of it.
I was going to say Eddie and I sold our raging idiots catalog for $100 million.
No one would believe that.
We're all celebrating.
We're in Vegas.
All right.
That is Tell Me Something Good.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's time for the good news.
With Bobby.
Tell me something good.
She's a seventh grader.
Her name's Aisha.
She created a six-step plan to help combat cyberbullying.
You do with that at all?
side bullying?
No.
Are your kids?
Thank goodness.
Been pretty good with that.
You guys?
No, no one's on site.
Is it even real?
I mean.
No one's online.
You're out.
They're lying to you.
Your kids are lying to you.
We've had some good old fashioned
in person stuff, but.
Yeah.
Well, it is very widespread and she wanted to step in.
So she created a system called Bright,
which encourages potential victims to block,
report bullies, ignore harmful messages,
and get help from trusted adults.
use hotlines and take breaks from technology.
Bright.
All that's B-R-I-G-H-T.
Oh, that's cool.
So she developed as plan and now like she won a civics be with it
and she's like speaking at these places.
Dang.
I want to see if I can remember the analogy.
Right.
It's not an analogy.
I mean the acronym.
Yeah, go ahead.
I don't mean to be a hater there, but I just don't want to hear it on social media.
I get bullied on social media.
I get cyber bullied.
Yeah, when I say something wrong, I get cyber bullied.
Well, I meant acronym obviously.
Boundaries.
Block and report is B.
You know for one?
Report.
Hold on.
Yeah.
Block and report is BR.
Yeah.
Okay.
I.
Okay.
I.
In, I don't know.
You're open for two.
Ignore harmful messages.
Ignore harmful messages.
G.
Get help.
Get help from trusted adults.
That's G.
H.
H.
Hold on.
I think G.H is get.
No, no.
What's H?
H.
Hotlines.
Oh, hotline.
Okay.
H.
H.
And then T.
is take breaks.
Yeah, good.
We got there.
Eventually.
Good job.
It's a seventh grader doing that.
That's cool.
Today's show with that story.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
Tell me something good.
Shout out to Jehim Warner, who's only 17 years old.
