There was no anything inside those eyes.
They turned black.
It scared the hell out of me.
Evil, wake up.
I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Crevette and DePippo.
Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse,
appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum.
I said, I'm not guilty.
I'll take it to the grave.

Tell me something good.
Got a good one or no?
Huh? Oh, sorry. I'm dealing with blood work.
Oh, coming in?
Tell me something bad.
What?
They're dying.
What's the bad?
Tomorrow we're going to find out
if lunchbox is Eddie have high testosterone.
Great. This does not sound good.
Tell me something bad.
they come in, you're both dying.
Guys, we need to talk to you.
I'll come back to you for telling me something good.
Thank you.
I don't think Amy heard the jingle go off.
Yeah, I don't think so either.
My ears weren't in and I've been texting back and forth because.
Handle your business.
Well, it's our business.
Yeah, it's kind of our business.
It's my business.
But handle your business over there and we'll come back.
Yeah.
Why are you doing peace?
It's weirdo.
Like, peace out.
It's the same a minute ago when someone pieces you.
We just, I did an interview just now with Tucker Wept more, which is going to hit
next week because that's when they're trying to get their song number one.
and I like Tucker. And at the end, because he's in another country. He's in Ireland, right? Northern Ireland.
Ireland. So, two different countries, though, by the way. Northern Ireland and Ireland? Are they the ones that fight all the time?
I don't know if they still do
Back in the day
Like religious wars
Yeah
Sure
Uneducatedly
I'll say yes
So yeah yeah
But he was on
And I said hey I'd see you dude
And I just waved
On camera
And it was kind of a peace sign
But it was just a two finger wave
And then he hits me back
With a peace signs
And I'm like
I gave him peace back
I just felt so stupid
I was just like
He pieced me
He can kind of do that I guess
And then I double pieced him back
I'm just like the old idiot now
It's like, hey, man.
Double peace.
Yeah, there you go.
Are they dying?
Is it telling me something to talk?
No, no, we don't.
I think I have an idea.
There's just a delay on,
that they think there's going to be a delay
on some of the results.
But we won't know.
Why?
Because you're dying.
Because there's something in the law like that.
Yeah.
We'll find out.
We'll find out.
Tomorrow, we should be able to have the results,
but it could be more than a day,
is what we're hearing.
At this point,
we thought we're going to have it done quicker.
Yeah.
It's too much tea to handle.
And it's not.
Oh my, that's a good point.
It's so much test off.
That's the good news.
It's not on therein.
It's the lab.
And so, anyway, I'm just trying to.
We'll find out.
We're all good.
Oh, we're all good.
Okay.
Okay.
Do you have anything?
Tell me something good.
See, I freak out for us.
Thank you.
But I didn't need to.
And you know what else?
Let's focus up.
Let's focus up.
Let's focus up.
Let's focus up.
Let's focus up and tell me something good.
This is related to it.
Okay, go ahead.
You know how yesterday I said my nails
were growing.
Yeah, your keratin was just...
Look at them now.
You think I can see?
I can't see five feet in front of me
and you're asking me to look around.
No, I have chopped them all off because
wouldn't you know it this morning
when I was curling my hair out of nowhere
and I must have hit it on something.
It wasn't from my hair, obviously,
but a hair got caught in my nail
because it clearly was like slit.
And I was like, what's happening?
And I looked down...
You said, what's a happening?
Madio.
And this finger was...
peeling off and so then because that one's gone I had to just trim them all so now we're back
to square one why can't you just do one fake I don't that would be that that's like throwing out the
baby with the bathwater it feels like then I'd have to go I don't want to go to the nail salon or whatever
okay I don't know I just if you were so excited about your nails was wasn't I and then you lose one
just patch that one up whenever I bragged you don't get four tires when you get a flat on one do you guys
you throw the other three away immediately no no no no well
it's funny you say that because
the other day when I did get something in my tire
I did end up having to get four new tires
unless they're really worn down
then they're just like replace them all
that's what I did. We had to get two on the back
of my wife's SUV because one was
one got a nail in it and they were like hey this is
you need a new tire anyway
if we replace this one with a nail in it the other one you need a new
tire and I was like are we sure
I think they know what they're talking about
as the dealership too we've done some work with them
they know what's up.
Yeah, they do.
And did they tell you to sit down?
They told you to sit down?
When they were quoting you.
Mine did.
Was it bad?
He said, are you going to need to have a seat, Amy?
He said, are you sitting down?
And I was like, yeah.
For all four of the tires?
The price.
Yeah.
Tires are expensive.
Just adulting.
That part's stupid.
But whatever, it's the bill has come.
The bill has been paid.
The tires are on.
Are you doubling up on oral rings?
She's just trying to get more.
She's trying to get more.
Like, everything possible.
She's combining her sleep scores.
This ring, so you're saying because this gold one looks like the silver one, this one is not, this one is the one that says cool.
It says cool in English on one side.
And then on the other side, it's in Spanish.
Cito.
Right?
Okay.
Mike.
Yeah, Cito.
I thought you were doing French.
No, it was a birthday present from a friend.
Okay.
It's Cito.
I thought she had two aura rings on.
What is your time?
Tell me something good.
Really?
Oh, I'm starting to kind of run again.
What did that have to do with the nails?
Nothing.
She's like it leads into it.
Right, right.
I saw your Instagram story where you ran a lap.
I ran a 100.
Yeah.
Yeah.
One lap.
No, you ran a 400.
That would be one lap.
I ran a one lap, which is a 400.
I ran a one lap.
I ran a one lap, which was a 400.
And I was posting, I was like, I can't remember the last time I ran.
And so many listeners were like, you ran to help help.
Stevenson when he fundraised for Haiti. And I was like, oh yeah, but that was back in like
October or something. So it's a bit a minute. Or no, it was November. It was around Thanksgiving.
So Stevenson was so pumped that I ran that one lap. So yesterday I did a little bit more.
We weren't out at the track again, but around my neighborhood, I have a loop. And I normally
just walk it, but I decided to jog for a little bit. It was probably about five minutes in total.
And I'm just, you know, I know Bobby said,
He started to run.
He has a valid reason because he had surgery.
But I'm like, you know what?
I can pick it up and run every now and again.
And so my goal is to just keep doing a little bit to where.
If Stevenson wants to go for a run, I can join him.
But not at his pace.
He'll have to do me, which, by the way, when he...
We don't think you're going to run along with him.
None of us thought...
Right, no.
We can't wait until anybody runs with Stevenson.
Right.
Maybe for a warm-up or something.
Yeah.
Well, I was just clarifying.
He's...
Not needed.
He's really fast.
And he's excited that I'm...
I'm running. So when I did the 400 on Sunday, yesterday I added a little more. That's good.
And then today I'll add a little bit more. And then... I had nothing to do with the tire thing,
though, we were talking about. Nothing. The nails. He was like, no, no, your nails on your hand.
Well, yesterday, my tell me something good was that my nails were growing. So I was saying,
not anymore. Mike runs all the time. I saw Mike ran, I think, 22 miles this weekend. Is that what it
was? Yeah. And he froze when he threw a shoe at the camera. Did you guys see that? No.
He what?
He sets the phone down it when he finishes the race and records him running.
Oh, yeah.
And he takes a free to do the shoe at the camera.
I don't know.
It was a cool picture.
That's fun.
But he ran 22 miles.
It was like, hey, normal Saturday, 22 mile run.
It's my long run day.
Like, that's almost Dexter type stuff, right?
Yeah, serial killer.
Yeah, like maybe.
If you're just running 22 miles for fun.
What?
No.
You're doing something.
You're torturing something.
Like, if you're doing that every Saturday.
You're torturing yourself there.
That's nothing for him to run 20 miles.
It's got to hurt, right?
Does it hurt?
No.
So you're just built for running.
Like my knee kind of hurts from my...
Yeah, my knee kind of hurts from walking up the stairs just coming to work every day.
Right.
I come in here out of breath sometimes.
Just from walking up a set of stairs.
Yeah, 20...
What's the most you've ever run at one time?
A marathon.
So 262?
Yeah, 26.2.
You ever think about doing those ultras?
I think I could do it.
The problem is whenever I'm in race mode, I get too competitive.
So I start out really hot and then I get exhausted.
And that's 100, right?
100 miles, ultra?
I think there's different ones.
There's like 50, 75, 100s.
Yeah.
Not 100 in a row, right?
Yeah, so 100 in a row.
It's a hundred miles.
You have to run overnight.
Yep.
Yeah.
That's crazy.
It's crazy to run 22 miles for fun.
But I see those people that run those ultras
and I think, Mike could do that.
Do people die doing that?
I sign them up.
I sign them up and we all donate to them and Abby gets mad.
How dare you?
I feel like you could do 50.
Probably 50.
That's crazy.
Even to do 50.
I say even.
No, that's crazy to do 50.
Mike, where do you go?
Like, do you pick a spot?
You know, today I'm going to go to Goodlitzville.
Like, do you go places?
Sometimes.
Like, I always like to go by the stadium here and then I'll pick, like...
Football, Vanderbilt or Titan Stadium?
I always go by there.
And that's kind of like my...
Decide how far I want to go.
If I want to go a little bit further, I had another two miles from there,
just so I know, like, I can make it back home.
Numbers game.
You ever almost got hit by a car?
Not anymore.
Probably when I first started out
I was a little not as cautious
as I should be, but now I'm pretty
hyper aware.
It's a long way. Do you ever get so far
away, you're like, I don't want to do this anymore, you take an Uber back home?
I've thought about it. That's always like my, if I go too far and I don't want to go
home, I'm about to get in an Uber really sweaty right now.
Like back in the day you couldn't do that. There was no Uber.
You just got to walk it back. Yeah, it's crazy.
Abby, when did you race this weekend?
Yep, Saturday.
How do you feel about it?
Pretty good.
I hope. My legs are a little sore from that 10-mile run.
Oh, yeah, you're not doing anything this week, right?
Right. Even though I'm looking, I should be running today like a light run, like three miles.
You should be or you will be?
I'm going to because I should be.
Ah, good for you.
Yeah.
How's that fundraising going?
How's fundraising going?
Who was that she was mad at?
Me, me, me, me.
Because I was trying to help the cleaning lady and I didn't donate to hers.
That's not what it is.
Nope, that's not.
No.
I agreed with you when you said that the first time that's not what it was.
but then when she reacted to the U.S. talking about the cleaning lady,
I then changed and was like,
oh, no, it's definitely about the cleaning lady taking.
That's what it was, right, Abby?
He said he wants to help somebody,
but he doesn't actually do it.
Right.
And I'm here with something you can help and you don't.
That doesn't make any sense.
Yes, it does.
We're working on the cleaning lady.
What are you doing?
Who is we?
The cleaning lady, she's supposed to get back with me
after her doctor's appointment on Friday.
I saw her yesterday.
Yeah, she hasn't had it yet.
It's on Friday.
And then once she knows the procedure she's going to need or whatever,
then she'll come to us with a number and then we'll go from there.
It's a little dangerous just to allow somebody to come to you with the number regardless, right?
Well, I mean, yeah, what do I do?
Like, ask for receipts.
Well, no, I mean, she already knows what we're up to.
Receipts?
No, no, no, she doesn't, though.
I told her, like, we would like to help, so just let us know how we can help.
I didn't tell her, like, we're asking everyone to donate money.
Didn't say that.
But we haven't asked anybody to donate money.
Right.
And I'm saying, you know, just let me know how we can help you.
Like, if you need a procedure done, how much is that going to be?
let me know. Okay, but that sounds like
you're sounding like
you're saying, let me know,
we're going to help. We're going to handle it.
I would say I would like to help. You're going to be on the
hook for whatever this is.
Because you told her, we'll take care of it.
I didn't say we'd take care of it. I said we would like to help.
Yeah, but you're like, just let us know.
Yeah, we got you. Hey, we don't know exactly what we're going to do.
You guys told me to let to find out, like set a goal.
We told you to get more information.
And that's my information.
I think it's just how you presented it to her that you were going to help.
Yeah, you got the information and said some stuff back that may have been making you a little more liable.
I haven't made any promises.
All I'm saying is I would like to help with whatever you're going to.
You said, just let us know what it ends up being.
We'll take care of it.
We didn't say take care of it.
Guys, I have a goal, $5,000 to raise.
Wait, we're talking about the cleaning lady.
See what I'm saying?
Where are you with your goal?
I have a concrete goal.
I am 2,000 short.
Oh, oh, you're doing very well.
I have 3,000.
Can I make a suggestion as to why you're short?
Or can I make, maybe it's not a suggestion.
A suggestion as to what you could do.
Run the full marathon.
Every year you run the same thing.
Yeah, no, that's accurate.
Yeah, well, it's a little late this year.
But next year, yeah, I'll do that.
I think last year I did do 3,000 was my goal.
So I went a little high this year.
But you're still 1,000 short on that one, right?
No, I'm 2,000 short.
I have 3,000 right now.
Oh, so you would.
have hit last year's goal already. Yes. Well, yeah. Correct. I'm like a little below 3,000 right now.
Well, Abby, on Friday, I said, hey, send me the link. Oh, yes. Oh, you all sending it to you? I'll send it to you.
She hasn't sent it yet. I thought you were mad. This could probably be part of the fund rate. Wait, what?
I don't know. I thought the whole thing. You thought what? She thought you were mad.
Mad at what? You know when you spit on her after the show and you were like, don't ever look at me.
Yeah, you said, don't look me in the eyes. That didn't happen. That didn't happen.
You also don't have like a ready.
Your link is so hard to, well, you have to go to a page
and you have to hit the thing where it gives you two options for the link.
Like you should have on like a picture up pinned or a real pinned with it on there.
Like here's how to donate.
You shouldn't make people chase if you're asking them to donate.
Yeah, I've been putting it on my story, but only a few times.
It's not on there now.
That's what I want to look at.
Oh, Abby, I wasn't mad.
Yeah.
So why didn't you spit on her?
I did.
Can you apple pay Abby?
I didn't.
I wasn't even in the same building as her.
How much did I donate last year?
A lot.
Don't say that donate.
I couldn't believe it.
Don't ask that.
I think it was like a thousand.
That's what she's going to expect now.
You told the cleaning lady we'd take care of her hospital bill.
You didn't say that.
You can be giving advice.
I didn't say that.
Oh, man.
I mean, Eddie, kind of in a nutshell, you did.
No, I didn't.
The way you worded it.
You weren't even there.
I listened to the clip.
I didn't think I knew about it.
You listened to what clip?
Lunchbox goes home and listens to all the clips again.
I was not here.
He's like, I secretly recorded you.
I was sick, and that's when you guys did the podcast.
Because I'm the one that brought in and said, hey, is there any update?
Because I watched the clip online, and Eddie said he was going to help this lady out.
And there was no update.
There's an update.
What are you looking at?
me I'm trying I'm hoping Abby's thing does
Apple pay because if not it's just such a pain in the butt
oh it does okay I'll give a little dabble right here
little crumb look at you
gonna reach the goal right now no god no I'm saving up for the clean lady
yeah yeah don't blow it all on Abby no all on mine
I'm just kidding I just I throw a little crumb at Abby here
just to motivate everybody else maybe to throw a little crumb at it
So I put $250 in there right the second.
Oh, thank you.
And then we'll go from there.
Love it.
Abby.
Abby, you got to put something.
You got to keep me the link.
You have to keep it up on your story.
Because when I searched for it, it wasn't easy.
And if you want stuff from people, you got to keep it up.
So put it up now.
Okay.
I got an email.
Cue the confetti.
You received a donation.
Thanks.
Are you sure I gave $1,000 last year?
Yeah.
Oh, dang.
Maybe it was a year before.
What were you thinking?
I just remember I woke up to an email that said you got a donation.
It was huge.
Yeah, that's the enthusiasm you should have.
Bobby just donated $2.50 and you go, I just got an email.
No, no, no, no, thank you.
No, she said, thank you.
No, she said, cue the confetti.
I got a donation.
You guys can go to Abby's Instagram, which she's putting up a story now, so it'll be up
for 24 hours at least.
It's Abby Lee Anderson, L-E-I-G-H, Abby Lee Anderson, and $10 challenge.
to any of our podcast listeners only, part tours.
You can hit that.
Just tell me something good.
That could be a tell me something good.
We'll see what happens.
Thank you.
It's greatly appreciated.

In the moment, it felt like it was going on forever. I didn't think I was going to live. I was terrified.
There was no anything inside those eyes. They turned black. It scared the hell out of me.
That was your first murder case?
Yes, sir.
Fear to say this was the biggest case of your career?
Yes, sir.
Rape and murder for a child.
Just as bad as it gets.
I would think so.
Evil, wake up.
I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Crevette and DePippo.
Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse,
appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum.
I said I'm not guilty.
I'll take it to the grief.

Tell me something good, Amy did hers.
Sure did.
Kind of.
We got there.
Eddie?
Yeah, last night my wife made
this awesome skillet bread,
like three ingredient bread.
I felt like we were in Bible days.
It was awesome.
Like, we were very simple last night with dinner.
I roasted some chicken
and she did this bread.
And lately we've been doing this like a challenge.
Like, hey, if the world ended today,
like, what could you do?
And so, like, I was like, I can start a fire, like, anywhere.
And so I proved to her that I can start a fire without, like, matches.
I did that.
And then she was like, I can make a skillet bread.
And she did it.
And it was so good.
Like, all the kids last night were like, mom, this is amazing.
The fact that you can make a bread.
That's a fun challenge.
So what are the three ingredients?
She made it.
It was like flour, baking powder, and water or something.
And olive oil.
And bread from the store.
No, no, no, no, no.
Man, it was all scratch.
I was so impressed.
Wonderbread.
Flower, olive oil, and wonderbread.
What are you laughing at?
Bobby's joke.
Oh.
The store.
Bread from the store.
The Wonderbread is a third ingredient.
I did see, and who knows, but I saw a tweet that a Chinese official was arrested for taking a picture of the End of Times American plane.
It was out.
It made me think of your story.
Why?
What is the End of Times American plane?
Like they could be getting people and supplies.
somewhere in case like a meteor was going to hit or a massive earthquake or any situation
like that. I did ask my wife like, would you want to just stay us? I got it. Chinese National
arrested for allegedly photographing planes at Offutt Air Force Base and apparently the plane,
one of the planes that I read was the one they don't want seen, which is they only get out for
dire times. Like what is the indicator on the plane like?
Probably not labeled. End of time's plane. It's got a label on the tail.
reserve for end of times.
Only use if times are ending.
He told investigators he knew it was illegal to take pictures of the planes on the ground,
but he did it anyway to see the status of the plane for his personal collection.
Oh.
That's weird.
Oh, that's cool.
That's fun.
Yeah, it is fun.
Well, ask her for the recipe.
That sounds delicious and easy.
It's simple.
It's more like training.
Training for what you guys are doing right now.
Lunchbox, tell me something good.
Oh, yeah, this morning I woke up, got dressed, put my hands in my hands in my
pocket. Oh!
Had a splinter in my hand.
I don't know where I got it, but it was poking and it hurt.
So I went in the bathroom, got a warm washcloth, put it on there to, because I had to Google
how to do this, to open up your pores, got some tweezers.
Got that little sucker out of there.
Are we doing a bonehead story of the day?
All the sound effects?
Ah.
Ooh.
Hand in my pocket.
No, but you don't realize how much a little splinter hurt.
Like it's just a little piece of whatever it is
And it must have been in there
And I put it in my pocket
And it shocked me
A lot of pain
Congratulations on that
Thank you so it feels good
To be able to put my hand in my pocket pain free now
Man doesn't not
It is hard to come up with it
Tell me something good every day
I have to go through my whole day
Like yesterday I didn't have
Whoa whoa whoa whoa
What are we saying as hard
That was actually something good
Well if you're having to really sell it
Like with all the sound effects
You also probably know
It's not that great of one
You know what I mean
But he's sound effects guy
But not during all the stories
during bonehead.
Just admit it.
It's hard to come up with a...
Like I went to them a whole day yesterday.
I was like, I wonder what mine's going to be?
I was sitting...
Well, could it just be your breathing?
It could.
Sure.
Mine is though we went back to...
We have a couple's therapist
that we've been going to since before we got married
and we hadn't gone for the past two months or so
because the baby.
We went once and we had the baby...
We couldn't get in because I went in the wrong day.
So this time we went.
It was the right day.
And so we don't have child care.
baby with us. And so luckily she was good, but we got through that almost a whole hour.
So, I mean, hour, 50 minutes is what therapy is. So we got like 45 minutes before she started
getting a little fussy. Then we're like, all right, we're going to go ahead and go. But he's also like
our therapist together. So it was cool to take the baby. That is cool. Yeah. Like it's got to be
cool for a therapist to see like a family grow like that. You know, like started with you guys
early on. Yeah, he probably felt a part of that. Yeah, that's why we took her. Because he's helped
That's cool.
And it's why we didn't cancel or it's why I didn't or she didn't go on by herself.
Because sometimes if one of us is sick, we don't want to waste his time or money.
So we'll go.
I had to have a talk with him.
I was like, hey, because he started to be like, hey, if you guys have to cancel on its day of,
just tell me it's fine.
I won't charge you.
I'm like, no.
If we cancel within 48 hours, you must charge us.
Yeah, because that's the rule.
That's the, and you just have to.
Because I don't want to feel the guilt of taking your time or taking,
the time that you could have made money. So you have to. I know. I think it's torture on them,
though, to have to do that. Which is why I said, I feel guilty because this is your job,
your profession. And if I canceled day of, in that hour, you could have used to pay the bills
at your house to buy food for your family. And now you have no money coming in because I cancel
day of. Like, no, you have to charge me. And so we had that. So because he has to charge,
sometimes I'll go by myself, Caitlin's sick or something.
That's always fun.
We don't really talk about the relationship, though.
Then he has to tell her what we talked about.
Yeah, full disclosure.
So we'll just talk about me.
I don't talk about how to talk about bon-a-w-w-da-old.
I can't believe you say that.
That's very nice of you.
No, it's good to have that boundary.
I understand.
But whenever they say, like, you know what, we're not going to try it.
I'm like, thank you.
It's awesome.
I just think of me in that situation.
I know.
Because that would, yeah, you're right.
On their part of it, that would suck for them.
If they only have seven hours of the day where they get to actually do sessions,
and they count on every one of those sessions.
Of course, everybody counts on all the money
they're expected to get.
And all of a sudden they don't get it,
that's not fair to them.
Yeah.
It doesn't matter if it's $5 or $5 million.
So yeah, we have that rule.
So because that rule,
sometimes I'll go on by myself if she's sick or something.
But that didn't happen yesterday.
Went in together.
Baby was good.
All good.
That's what's up.
Morgan, anything?
Do you already do yours?
No.
You got nothing?
Hey, hey, you put your hands in.
You can tap out.
Yeah, I, well, um,
I have a good one, I guess, but it's probably going to be kind of lame.
But I got really excited because we have grass seedlings that popped up.
We now have grass growing in our yard.
That's cool.
And I know, not like first time ever, but first time in the last like three years.
I've been trying so hard to get my grass to look really good.
And it is just a battle royale in the South, honestly.
Like crab grass just takes over my yard all the time.
I've tried to kill it off so much.
So I'm really hoping tried something different.
My fiancé tried something different,
so we're just hoping that this time it sticks.
But right now we have little seedlings.
That's good.
That really wasn't a bad one.
Okay.
I'm really excited about this.
Guys, don't forget.
You can literally, I woke up today.
I'm breathing.
That means you got nothing.
That's a tap out, but you can do that.
I'm breathing today.
I'm breathing.
Hey, I'll remember that one.
When you got nothing.
Your coffee?
I made it, guys.
It's to work today.
Yeah.
If you have to really dig down that deep, you had a rough day.
You had a rough day for sure.
That's okay.
Rough days happen, man.
Rough days happen.
Yeah, but that's where on the rough days, it's kind of where you have to start.
And then it'll have a little bit of a domino effect if you're like, oh, wow.
And I'm able to walk.
Oh, boy.
We have access to clean water.
That's true.
That's true.
And hot water.
Yeah.
A hundred years ago, they didn't even have hot water unless they boiled the crowd.
What was that like?
There were no showers.
And we have a job.
For today.
For today.
That doesn't sound very funny.
That's what it's all about.
There you go.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
Tell me something good.
So there's a high schooler.
Her name is Layla Melody.
She's only 16, but she already knows what she wants to do with her life.
She wants to be an emergency room nurse.
Her grandfather gave her.
a gift. He let her practice.
He went into cardiac arrest.
That's not letting her practice.
She was forced to practice.
So he went into a cardiac arrest.
Also, this happened on April 1st.
So if I were her, I'd be like, Grandma,
are you joking me?
But she ended up doing CPR, saved his life,
and her town recognized her. She got a CPR saves pen
and received a proclamation.
So just shout out to Layla.
That has to be stressful to have to perform CPR on somebody you love and know, you know and low.
Because a lot of times if you're doing it, hopefully you don't have a relationship with them so you can keep your head clear.
There's no emotion attached to it.
You don't want a lifesaver to have emotion.
You want them to be focused on all the things they need to do.
If you're your grandpa, you're like, oh my God, my grandma's going to die.
Especially if it's grandpa and he's elderly.
I want my first CPR experience to be on someone like you, Bobby, like a healthy, strong person normal, you know?
Thanks.
But like to, yes, not only be someone that you love.
love, but they're...
No, you don't want it on me because you'd be like, don't die, Bobby.
Elder, no.
You'd probably just cry the whole time.
No.
Okay, you're right.
She's doing her fist on my chest.
Don't die.
No, I'm just saying, I think with older people, don't you have to be careful?
But also, it's like, okay, if I break a rib, I break a rib.
That's what they told me.
If you break a rib, at least are alive.
Right.
With a broken rib.
That's better.
Good story.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's time for the good news.
With Lunchbox.
Tell me something.
There's this dude driving for Amazon and Jackson
and Jacksonville, Tennessee.
He's driving on his route when he looks over to house
and there's a porch fire.
He's like, oh no, what am I going to do?
He calls 911 says, hey, there's a house.
The porch is on fire.
You got to get here quick.
Fire department shows up.
Puts out the fire before it extinguishes the house.
What's up?
Estimishes the house?
Eliminates the house.
Eliminates the house.
Eliminates the house?
Like burns it up?
Oh, before the fire.
That's another word I was looking for.
See, we have a good story here, but we've totally...
Well, I just, I wanted to correct them so people weren't like, what does that mean?
Yeah, but I feel like we've lost the essence of the story, though.
So paraphrase the story again, Lunchbox, so we can end on knowing what this, what happened here.
I mean, he was just driving, he saw a porch fire.
Now he's making it worse.
See, this is my whole point here.
And he called 911 and they put it out.
Okay.
Here's the thing.
What?
I call 911 all the time.
Oh, my gosh.
And I've never been the...
story of a tell me something good.
But you've never actually saved anyone.
But he didn't save anybody.
There was no one home.
But he saved the house.
He saved a house, great.
It's hundreds of thousand dollars.
That's insurance, man.
That's what people like.
But people was like family heirloom.
What if they're like you and they can't get insurance?
Yeah.
I am insured.
But I'm just saying like I, man, I don't know.
I've saved a kid.
So your story is you wish someone would call me something good for you.
But you haven't saved anybody.
You haven't saved a kid? Or did you save a kid?
Yeah, when they weren't wearing their seatbelt.
No, that's not...
No, you called 911 because a kid wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
That doesn't mean there was an accident.
But he saved the kid's life if there had been.
If...
What about the domestic dispute when she's out of her car going,
someone please help me, someone please help me.
And he's like, you're going to drive me home and I chased them and called 911.
I don't remember that.
With my kids in the car.
That was bad.
Yeah, he did chase him with his kids.
I didn't.
I ran a couple red lights just because they ran a couple of red lights.
With this kids in the car.
What about that guy that was doing with?
Whippets in the middle of the road?
Oh, yeah.
Saved a life, man.
He was passed out in the middle of the road, and I came up.
But didn't he just get up and walk off?
Well, no, I had to wait.
I had to awaken him.
Yeah, but I mean, he just got up and walked off.
But he called 911.
But 911 didn't show up to fake to help.
You did.
You just said, hey, dude.
Well, they did show up, but he was already had walked away.
But at that point, I had parked my car diagonal across the road so no cars could get by
because I was worried they were going to hit him.
Because so many cars just went around him.
because they probably thought it was a bag of trash
and I realized the white sneakers said
that's a human and I got out
and the lady was like hey will you check and see if he's alive
I'm like are you serious and I poked
him and he popped up
he popped up man he could have been hit by a car
he could have been for sure
yes could have been
you know what though that could have been to tell me something good
but it wasn't because
because I saved his life
he was laying in the middle of road and cars
were going around him also there is no proof
of any of this a lot of these stories
he comes in with guys there's no
I'm not even saying you're lying.
I mean, I literally
I mean, was there that 911 call
that we had of the WIP?
I have no idea.
Of all the ones we've had
and played back.
This is one that we don't have.
I mean, this was very early on
when we moved here.
I think I was still living with Ray
at that time.
Okay.
Well, good for you.
How about this?
That's lunchbox.
There you go.
That's the tell me something good.
Yeah.
That's what's all about.
That was tell me something good.
