In 2023,
Bachelor star Clayton Eckerd was
accused of fathering twins. But the
pregnancy appeared to be a hoax.
You doctored this particular test
twice, Ms. Owens, correct?
I doctored the test ones.
It took an army of internet detectives to uncover a disturbing pattern.
Two more men who'd been through the same thing.
Greg Gillespie and Michael Miancini.
My mind was blown.
I'm Stephanie Young.
This is Love Trapped.
Laura, Scottsdale Police.
As the season continues, Laura Owens finally faces consequences.

When a group of women,
discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
They take matters into their own hands.
I vowed. I will be his last target.
He is not going to get away with this.
He's going to get what he deserves.
We always say that, trust your girlfriends.
Listen to the girlfriends.
Trust me, babe, on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcasts.
It's time for the good news.
Let's go around the room. Amy, you go first.
Well, my daughter, she is doing like a homeschool thing right now, and you get at your own pace.
Like, this is something we decided to do for her senior year, and it is not even mid-February,
well, I guess it's mid-February, and she's working at her own pace, and she's almost done.
Really? Her pace is to finish quick?
Yeah, and it's, I'm just very impressed with her dedication and her grind.
any free time she has, she is working on school.
And it's kind of crazy.
And she's making great grades.
Like everything she's turning in is doing well.
You know how a while ago I had to get certified to be the home school.
Remember I had to submit like my diploma.
I do now that you say that.
Yeah, yeah.
I forgot about Miss Amy though.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So luckily there's other people involved that I had to be like the, I had to be the person that's sort of in charge.
but she's really in charge.
Like she's going to be 19 in April and she's finishing like and she's already taken some college stuff too.
So I'm just so like as a mom I'm very proud of her and also just that she's able to be at a pace.
She already felt behind anyway because when we adopted her, English being her second language, like she felt older than all of her peers.
And so now this is kind of putting her back ahead and that's done something for her confidence.
Is this her graduating?
Yeah.
So what you say she's almost done?
I'm like she's almost done.
Yeah, and she'll be done with school.
But she was still invited to prom by somebody from her high school.
And she's still, because she started the year at the school.
So she's still in the yearbook.
And then you bought an ad because she was on the yearbook committee, remember?
Oh, yeah.
What if I bought the ad?
And she wasn't in school there anymore.
They're like, what a weird ad.
Well, she's technically not.
But I talked to the yearbook committee and they're like, no, we're good.
So the ad's still running.
And it says, this year, we're so proud of you.
Like love Bobby and Caitlin.
And so that will still be in there.
and it looks like she's hopefully going to get to go to the prom
if she ends up accepting her invitation.
They do a big prom-posal?
He didn't.
Is that something that happens to their school a lot, though?
I think it was just Snapchat.
Oh, that's how they do it now.
I would also believe that would be how they would do it.
Right, I don't know.
I think that promposals, I have no idea of some people still do it,
but she went to prom with the same guy last year,
and I don't think it was anything crazy.
So I don't know if some people are still,
holding on to the promosals and others are kind of letting it go.
Kind of like, you know, fads come and go.
I think she's okay with it, not being extravagant, though.
She doesn't like attention like that.
Well, congratulations.
So I just, yeah, as a mom, feeling a little proud today
because I couldn't believe when I was like looking at her stuff
how far along she is yesterday.
I was like, oh my gosh, you're almost done.
Lunchbox. Tell me something good.
I went to the doctor yesterday for the fourth time in the last few days.
For what?
You have like nine things wrong with you
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
They wanted to do a follow-up.
Just wanted to make sure that I was healing properly
and she walked in the room.
She goes, wow, you look great.
Checked everything out and gave me the all clear.
For what, though?
You had strep throat.
You had a swollen testicle.
You have a stomach issue.
Oh, oh, oh, from the strep throat
and the swelling of the face
and everything that was going on with that.
Well, we could have told you that.
Well, yeah.
Also, were you guys confused as to which part of his body?
he was talking about.
Yes.
Apologies.
Like, when something happens, you forget about the other things and I forgot about the lower
region for a little bit.
And I was just concentrating on this.
It was just a follow-up visit for my strep throat, my swollen eyes, my stolen cheeks,
my swollen face, my tongue, my lips.
But she said, everything is good to go.
Congratulations.
Looks like you are on the straight and narrow.
Well, for that.
For that.
Did you tell her about your testicle?
No, this is a different doctor.
She doesn't need to know about that.
I've got so many other doctors for that.
I don't think she can help me with this one.
But so now that you don't have the distraction of the strep pain and the swollen face,
like has the pain in the other parts come back?
No, not yet today.
Okay.
That's good.
That's a good question.
Whenever they ask, like, is there anything else that we can help you with?
Is that the time to tell them like, well, I have a swollen testicle?
What doctor asks is there anything else I can help you with?
Are you a chick-fil-A?
No.
You never been asked that when you go and you like get your throat checked or whatever.
Like, all right.
So that's it.
Anything else we can get you?
No.
They never tell you that?
I mean, I guess I could see them asking that.
I don't think I've ever had a doctor like, all right, anything else going on?
I can get you for you get out of here.
Yeah, they tell me that all the time.
That's a valid question.
That is how he found my tuberculosis.
I was leaving the doctor.
I went to the general practitioner.
And I was there for it because I think I'd broken my toe or something and I was just getting it looked at.
And he goes, anything else.
I said, oh, yeah, one more thing.
Like, I do sweat at night when I sleep.
And he's like, what do you mean, sweat at night?
So he did what Eddie said.
He asked me, is there anything else?
You know, sometimes they're like, why do I ask?
Yeah.
Oh, great.
Like if I go in for a physical, which our insurance demands at times, I think they'll go,
what's wrong?
But my doctor has never said if I go on for a broken foot, all right, anything wrong with
your eyes?
How's your knee?
I just never get that kind of service.
Maybe I need a better doctor.
Because that's your general practitioner, right?
Like usually the ones like, well, tell me, what else is going on?
Yeah, that's the doctor.
I go to, though.
Oh, that's weird.
I didn't say that.
My doctor don't care about me.
Maybe you start saying it.
Is there anything else you want to ask me?
No, what do they ask you back?
Is there anything you have?
It's a stalemate.
All right, Eddie, you?
So today is my son's birthday, and that's cool.
It's great.
It's awesome.
Why do you say it like that?
Because it's the last of three birthdays.
Like, after this one, we got a break until September, and it's like, oh.
Because I've had two birthdays in January.
This one in February.
And it's like, dude, birthday parties, a lot of planning.
And then my wife always gets these balloons that she wants me to blow up and put on the wall.
And they're those huge, it's almost like for a prom.
And it says, happy birthday.
They're really big.
You need a straw to blow it up.
It's so annoying.
And every birthday, she's just like, I got the balloons.
You got to blow up.
So I did that last night.
It's just a lot.
Did you do them for the other kids?
Yeah, every kid.
You can't save some of the, like if their birthdays are that close together.
Or do they have different colors?
No, those balloons deflate.
Oh, they do? Okay.
So anyway, it's cool. It's his birthday and we're excited.
We're going to do fun stuff.
He wants to do like mini golf.
It's be fun.
It's just like, all right, after this one, got a break.
That's how I feel about all the celebrations in regards to my wife.
It's not about my wife, but it's just so many in a row because it's Christmas,
a week and a half later, her birthday, then Valentine's Day.
And then also, now we're going to have other things.
Well, anniversary is one.
Yes.
Now there's going to be a kid.
Yeah.
It's a lot.
It's a lot to keep up with.
So how many of these things?
You're definitely going to have to put your kid's birthday in your calendar.
I'll remember that.
Oh, you remember that.
Okay.
You're not my kid.
And it's only one.
Proof.
You're not.
And I did remember your birthday.
Oh, she's same because you forget her birthday.
Yeah, that's all about her birthday.
Yours too.
I remember both of them.
If you put me on the spot, I remembered them.
All right.
What are they?
21st.
Who's that?
Amy's.
I know it's not.
That's mine, dummy.
Day, day, day, 16th.
No.
15th.
No.
You still can't remember.
I do.
They're just not there right now.
But I remember the 21st.
Yeah, but you would think after 20 years you would remember March 18.
18th.
That's what I meant.
18th.
Sorry about that.
Yeah.
March 18th.
It's fine.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.

There's two golden rules that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And rule two, never mess with her friends either.
We always say that, trust your girlfriends.
I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of the girlfriends...
Oh my God, this is the same man.
A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
I felt like I got hit by a truck.
I thought, how could this happen to me?
The cops didn't seem to care.
So they take matters into their own hands.
I said, oh, hell no.
I vowed.
I will be his last target.
He's going to get what he deserves.
Listen to the girlfriends.
Trust me, babe.
On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts,

I'm Ego Wadam.
My next guest, you know from Step Brothers, Anchorman,
Saturday Night Live and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo.
Woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day.
And I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through.
And I know it's a place that come look for up and coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you.
Which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
and he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall
and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.
Listen to thanks, Dad, on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast,
or wherever you get your podcast.
So might tell me something good.
I don't know if you'll think it's cool or not.
But you know how sometimes, Amy,
you'll see boxes of shirts get donated to third world countries
for teams that didn't win the championship.
Yes.
So if the Patriots would have won the Super Bowl this year,
there were a lot of shirts that would have said Patriots, NFL champions.
But they didn't.
The shirts were already made in case they won.
So immediately they take those shirts.
They ship them off to another part of the world
because they don't want them existing.
With me?
Right.
Okay.
In 1994, Arkansas won a basketball championship.
In 95, they went to the final game and lost.
A friend of mine sent me a jacket and a hat that they took from the locker room before they mailed them back.
So like the hat that I have on, this is Razor Back to Back Championships, 94-95.
So this is a hat that we would have got had we won that second championship that doesn't exist.
Wait, they took it way back then?
They've always done that.
They don't want that gear.
No, no, no, no.
I mean, in 1994.
So in 94, we won.
In 95, we were in the championship game.
So in 95, that hat is from 95, and you have a friend that took it?
That and a jacket, because my friend was coaching at the school where they had the championship game.
So he went in the locker room after they lost and took a hat in a shirt.
He was moving, and he said, hey, I've never used these.
I've had these saved.
Do you want them to have it in like a pristine box?
It's like perfect.
They're both brand new.
You don't see the jacket.
It's brand new as well.
It says back-to-back 1995 championship.
That's amazing.
30 years old.
Yeah.
And it looks brand new.
Wide as crap, huh?
Yeah.
So, yeah, that's pretty cool.
I'm pretty cool.
Yeah.
I mean, I find that good.
Is that worth a lot of money?
Like, because...
I don't think so.
Because one, it never happened.
And two, like, there's...
I mean, where are they?
I just imagine it's a different timeline
where we did win back-to-back championships.
And I'm wearing this because it really happened.
Yeah.
Okay, okay.
So that's one.
Number two, I had an ankle rehab last night.
And I think I may only have one or two left because I ran on the treadmill
and we have something that's...
We.
they own it. It's called an anti-gravity treadmill. Everyone on one of those? No. So you basically get in
and it wraps around your waist and it blows up air and for me I'm able to run at 70% of my body weight.
So the air ends up taking a lot of the impact off, like almost like you're floating. And I ran the
whole time and only have mild soreness today. So biggest leap for me as far as my ankle rehabilitation.
I'm starting boxing back again today, which is nice because I haven't been able to do anything.
My doctor's cleared me.
going to you can do the footwork or do you just are you going to box you know because I feel like all that
tiptoeing around like I'm going to do the like like a like a butterfly that might be dangerous I don't know
if I have much butterfly left in me but but you just use upper body no no no I will box I just can't run
yet I'm okay are you going to be in a ring you spar well I'm thinking because rings are designed
like that the buoyancy like it's it probably be easier on your foot or your ankle no no I'm going
hard. Okay. See, I'm worried about that.
It's not running. It's
boxing. It's different. It's
definitely different. Definitely. So, that's what I'm
doing today. Have you considered water jogging?
In what?
You have a pool? It's broken and empty. Oh, that's right.
There's a big crack in the bottom of it that we still haven't fixed.
Sour subject. Yeah, I know. Very sore. Sorry. Well, at your facility
they may have pool. I don't know. I don't like going to the facility
because you go to the facility,
it takes 20 minutes to get there.
You got a park in a parking garage.
It's a half, 40 minutes just to get into the place.
Okay, I'm just saying there's a little harness
you get into and you water jaw.
I'm not a dog.
They do have those for my dog,
like when my dog got ACL surgery.
No, I'm good.
I've been given the clearance by my doctor to box,
just not run yet.
And then yesterday I was leaving the hospital
because that's where my rehab place is.
And I saw somebody in a Pimp and Joy sweatshirt.
And so they were walking out
and I was driving out of the parking garage
and I said, hey, nice shirt.
And she thought I was like hitting on her
and I didn't put those together.
And she was like, thanks.
And I said, no, no, we made those.
And she's totally confused
because she's just walking about her day
in a parking garage.
And she's like, huh?
And again, she's trying to determine
if I'm yelling at her
because I'm hitting on her
and I'm not hitting on her.
And then I realize I'm in deeper than I should be.
Like I should just drive off at this point
because it's now awkward.
She's looking at me
and she's, should I walk close?
her to the car, trying to figure it out, or should I run.
I see this happening in her head.
And she takes another step forward, and she looks and she goes, oh, you're by the bones.
I was like, oh, thank God.
And so I said, yes, she said, oh, my mom gifted me this like 10 years ago.
There's a black one.
And I was like, that's awesome.
And so that's the end of the story.
But it could have gone really wrong.
No, those are good.
The gifted ones are hard because I think a lot of people gifted Pimp and Joy, like especially
if they were going through something difficult.
and I've had it happen where, yeah, they are listeners and they know right away,
or they're like, what are you talking?
Like, I don't know.
My friend gave me this.
I borrowed it.
I don't know what this means.
Yes.
And I'm like, okay, just kidding.
So that happened yesterday too.
I love that.
Yeah.
It almost turned out bad.
No, you were fine.
She takes a picture of me and posts it on social media.
This guy was hitting on me from the car.
That'd have been a nightmare.
Yeah.
So there you go.
I guess I have three mild ones.
Stanley goes back to training today.
He goes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Didn't love it on Monday, I've been told.
Like, we just flop down.
Like, this sucks.
I'm not doing this anymore.
He's a seven-year-old bulldog.
What do you expect?
That's what I say.
Yeah.
So he'll go back today.
But yeah, a lot of good stuff.
Arkansas plays tonight.
Who's they play?
Alabama, a big game.
Two top 25 teams.
Battling it out.
Huge.
I thought about going.
Oh, it would be, where is it?
Tuscaloosa.
Oh, yeah, that's not bad.
Down him back.
Pregnant wife.
Oh, so you're not going.
Oh.
Down and back.
Real quick.
Real quick, man.
Same night.
Up and down the road.
I mean, I would do that.
I've done that.
I had a family thing in Tuscaloosa.
We were bowling.
In Tuscaloosa.
In Tuscaloosa.
Went down, we bowled, drove back.
What's that drive?
Five, six hours?
Less.
No.
What's Tuscaloosa drive?
It's not that, no, it's not that bad.
Because we drove down once.
I'm going to say like three.
No way.
I'm going to say you're crazy.
Well, I love on that. I love souther than you.
Because you live in a south part of town does not mean that you're subtracting four.
My five, three and a half.
Bam! What is up?
You got to do it.
That's crazy.
Like you're trying to argue with me and I've driven it.
And I almost started to believe you because I'm like, well, he would probably know better than me.
To be fair, I did ask for an answer.
I wasn't sure.
I lost the argument, but it wasn't because I was sure.
Wow, good job.
Thanks.
Maybe.
Did you look up Tescalosa or Tescalo lucca Luce?
Because I was talking about Tuscaloosa.
See, and it's probably, because that's from where we are right now.
Probably more south where I live, it's about three, which is what I said.
Tuscaloosa is 332.
See, that's what I thought.
I was more on the over.
You don't live much more south than I do.
Okay, well, my aunt literally lives in Tuscalo.
Okay, but I've been to your house.
You can't use that as an argument.
You live souther.
Anyway, all that's happening.
So there you go.
A lot of stuff going on.
That is Tell Me Something Good.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's time for the good news
With Bobby
Tell me something good
Kids in L.A. neighborhoods
Are being offered free tickets to Disneyland
for reporting illegal activity.
Whoa, that's cool.
Interesting.
During a 30-day challenge.
Man, if my kid turned me in
for Disneyland tickets,
I'm going to be happy about that.
Those tickets are expensive, man.
The initiative,
launched in response to complaints about issues, including graffiti, vandalism, illegal dumping,
all that I'm good with all. You know what I should be good with all. I'm just saying it's fine line.
Like your dad's stealing cable and your son turns a man.
Now you lose cable. But then like if you turn your parents in, who takes you to Disney?
That's a great point. You got to think about that.
I think there is it like turning your way that. Your peers in?
It just says crimes.
Yeah, it's not specifically parents.
But yeah, so it begins with students at this environmental charter middle school.
We'll later expand to other schools.
Participants can submit reports on this app.
And organizers say the program is designed to encourage young residents to take an active role in helping improve their communities.
It's slippery slope, man.
I just start snitching on everything.
I know.
Some people would, I know.
Just make everything up.
It's a numbers game.
We can't make it up.
How do you know?
It doesn't say it to be proved.
New York posts with that story.
I hope this works in the way that they hope it works.
and then the communities are better.
I hope.
All right, there you go.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's time for the good news.
With producer Eddie.
Tell me something good.
Last Thursday night, there's a basketball game in Belmont, Massachusetts.
It's two middle schools playing.
And after tip off, three minutes into the game, one of the coaches falls flat in his face.
And so everyone's like, what is happening?
The other coach, he runs over, checks him out.
His lips are blue.
He's not breathing.
and so he takes charge.
One of the players, go get an AED.
Somebody call 911.
And apparently this coach is also a doctor,
so he knew exactly what to do.
He put the AED on him, shocked him.
Turns out he was having a heart attack.
But the coach saved his life.
You have a doctor and a coach.
Yeah, isn't that amazing?
Do you call him coach or doctor coach?
Doctor coach.
Ooh, it depends on the setting.
You're not going to play for him, right, and be like, hey, doc.
Maybe.
If I was a doctor, I want my kids to call me doctor.
I don't care what I'm coaching.
Yeah, yeah, that's good.
That is really good.
That is what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what you're saying.
