If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.
Yeah.

Welcome to Thursday show.
Morning Studio.
Morning.
On now Melody in Nashville.
Melody.
Hi.
Good morning, Bobby.
Good morning, studio.
Morning.
Oh, I love that.
So I wanted to get your opinion.
So I'm coming to Nashville for my birthday.
I flew in just about a half hour ago.
And I am actually.
right now drive into Memphis and I'm going to meet someone that I follow on TikTok and I want
to get your opinion like am I really crazy for doing that or is it like like should I should I
continue one to go do it or what okay I would like to hear more information though go ahead
the rest of the information is I followed him on TikTok since about June he lived in
Delaware where I lived. He is homeless. One of his, maybe two of his videos kind of like blew up.
So I started to watch, you know, his videos go in his live stream in his chat. And he really
started to like try to project positivity and love and caring and just all that awesome stuff
out onto that app. And so I go in his live every day. And we text back and forth. I mean,
I'm married. I've been with my husband for 30 years.
He thinks I'm crazy. He's probably not too thrilled that I'm going down here and taking time out of my trip, birthday trip to go meet him.
But the reason for meeting him is we didn't get a chance to meet in Delaware.
I just wanted to take him to lunch.
I wanted to tell him that somebody is proud of him.
He had a really rough time growing up.
His mom abandoned him.
His dad abandoned him.
His stepdad was alcoholic.
Like, he's really trying to make positive moves out in this world.
And I'm really proud of them.
And I know I feel like I barely know him, but I feel like I know him really well, if that makes sense.
So I literally am going to meet him and we're going to go have lunch.
And I'm going to drive back to Nashville and continue with my birthday week.
Okay.
I don't hate it.
However, with some caveats, you can't go anywhere alone.
It doesn't matter who he is.
It doesn't matter if it's this guy, any other guy that you don't know.
As long as you don't end up somewhere where it's just you two and there's no one else around,
like a man you don't know, I think it's fine.
I think it's somebody that you guys have been texting.
I mean, on the surface, that feels kind of weird,
but I guess it's not romantic at all, right?
No, oh, no, no.
Not like he's not, you know.
Yeah, you have a husband.
You're 30 years in.
Yeah, no.
Great.
So if it literally is what you say it is,
where this is somebody who has motivated,
inspired, created, or reminded you have something that you're proud of,
I don't know.
I think that's actually really cool if you're going to do it.
Just do not put yourself in a vulnerable situation.
That's what I would worry about not knowing you, not knowing him.
No hotel room, no go in, I was going to stay into a house, but he's homeless.
President have a house.
Don't get in his call.
Just be safe.
Otherwise, I think it's great.
If you want to go and tell somebody that you enjoy their work and they're like, I would love to see you.
I think that's fantastic, but only in a public place.
It will be.
It's in a restaurant at Memphis something barbecue, Memphis Central,
Memphis Central Barbecue.
Okay, can I say one other thing?
Yeah.
Okay, do you have plans to give him money?
No.
Okay, and I don't mind you giving him a little money, but again, what I worry about,
and not because it's just you or just a woman, could also be a guy,
is you get there and he has this story where he's like, I need $3,000.
And then he takes advantage of you and your generous heart because obviously you have one.
And then the next thing you know, you're giving him $3,000.
And who knows what he's doing with that or if he even is homeless?
Like if it's just you expressing gratitude to somebody in a safe place, I think that's amazing.
It's a little odd.
I wouldn't do it.
I don't think.
But I actually kind of love it.
So if you are safe and you are not giving him money, a lot of money, I don't even care if you get him $100,000.
bucks, that's great. You're not giving them $3,000. I think it's actually great. And it's a little weird,
but that's okay. Weird doesn't mean wrong, but I kind of love it. Be safe. Be safe. I just need you to be safe.
I just need you to be safe. Okay. If you're safe and then you're not giving any money,
is it in daytime? No. Yeah, it's right now. Like I literally just landed. I got my rental car and I'm
driving to Memphis. Well, I mean, I pulled over, but I'm driving to Memphis to go have lunch. And I'm
to drive back to Nashville.
Monday's my 54th birthday and I'm going to party it up at Jason Maldine and have a good dinner and have a good time.
That's going to be home.
That's great.
Well, a wise man once said, get it lady.
So I want you to get it.
Amy, is there anything you want to say to this?
Well, I've been curious and maybe she said it and I just missed it and all of my just thinking about this all she's talking.
How old is he?
34.
I'm 54.
So this is sort of like you feel motherly towards him?
Absolutely.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, yeah.
Again, it's a little weird, but I'm okay with it.
I do weird stuff all the time, and I think this guy has done something that has moved you to want to show appreciation.
So I don't have a problem with that.
So be safe.
Don't give him an inordinate amount of money.
Okay.
My husband would have a flip attack.
Yeah, no nothing.
What's your husband say?
Because, again, I got to think, though, that this would be close to draw on a line if he really felt like it was a terrible light.
Like what's your husband say about this?
So I just texted him.
I texted him and said, please turn on the Bobby Bone Show right now because he's at work.
I said, please, please, turn on the Bobby Bone Show.
So he's like, oh, I didn't.
Sorry, I was in the bathroom.
So I don't, he probably hasn't heard any of this and I wanted to like try to get his input to.
I know that he's like, he's like, babe, I'm not thrilled that you're doing this.
I think I know, hon, that I've been listening to him.
I sit next to you like where you listen to his lives.
He's doing such great things.
Like, you know how do you battle on TikTok?
Well, he tells everybody in his room to go give positivity to the other person he's battling
that has no people in their chat.
And he's like, it's not about giving money.
It's about giving positive vibes, telling them they're beautiful, telling them they're loved,
because he really didn't feel that growing up at all.
And so he wants to make everybody feel love and appreciated.
and needed and wanted.
It's kind of like the whole, say, another day narrative, if you will.
So I love that.
And I'm so glad that, you know, he's doing what he's doing on that app.
And his name is Brandon.
And I think he's wonderful.
Are you in love with them?
No, no, it's motherly.
Okay, okay, just making sure.
I just wanted to get a reaction.
No, I think it's.
I hear you.
I hear you.
I got it.
Yeah.
I feel good about it.
Okay.
My final thing, after hearing that story,
I'm glad you spoke about it a little more.
One, you got to be safe.
Nowhere alone.
Two, you can't give him a ton of money.
Three, you can't, when he reaches out later, give him more money later.
And no money.
No.
Okay, just making sure.
I'm not saying he's asking for that.
Great.
Love it.
Love it.
Because there's just people that get taken advantage.
I mean, she could pay for the lunch if she wanted.
Well, yeah, she's taking him a lunch, right?
Yeah.
Heck, she can give him 100 bucks a day.
I don't care about that.
It's just a thousands of dollars type situation.
Okay.
Will you?
Keep us best.
Welfare check tomorrow.
Yes, please.
We need to know when okay.
We need a welfare check tomorrow.
Yeah, like, do you have, turn your location services on?
You are in my darn brain.
My sister has the iPhone.
My husband has Android.
Like, I don't even know why.
He should have Apple.
But my sister has my location and she's on it.
Okay.
She's me pulled over right now in his road.
So, yeah, location, we're good.
I'll conclude with this.
You have a very kind heart, and I love that for you.
I just want you to be safe.
I'm grateful.
for you because you care, just generally speaking.
So I hope you have an awesome day.
I hope it is everything that you want it to be.
And I hope you end up safe and you're back in Nashville letting it rip at Aldine's bar in a couple
days.
I'm going to.
I cannot wait.
I'm so excited for this.
I go home on Tuesday.
So I'm so excited.
All right.
Hey, thank you.
Be safe.
Okay, Melody.
Thank you so much.
Love you guys.
I listen to you every day.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
Hello, Bobby Bones. I'm in a relationship that feels like it's already run its course.
I care about my boyfriend, and I think he knows deep down this isn't forever.
But every time I think about ending it, something happens.
Family drama, work, stress, health, scares.
And I don't want to pile heartbreak on top of everything else.
At this point, it feels like we're only together because breaking up hasn't been convenient.
What should I do?
Signed anxiously waiting girlfriend.
This is the easiest answer, and it's also the hardest answer.
It's, yeah, rip the band-aid off.
You have to do it.
If you're going to do it, go ahead and do it
because you're not being fair to him.
If you're going to break up with him,
stop dragging your feet,
even though he's going through crap,
let him get through the crap quicker.
All you're doing is delaying the crap for him to go through.
So if you feel like you're going to end it
and you know you're going to end it,
what you should do today,
regardless of what's happening,
unless like somebody dies today.
Yeah, then maybe home.
If his uncle gets on a car wreck this afternoon,
don't do it tonight.
But yeah, you need to break up with him immediately.
and be like, hey, this is the thing.
This sucks.
It's just you don't want to do a difficult thing.
That's what it is.
I feel like you're making an excuse because you don't want to do a difficult thing.
So if it's over, you are doing him a disservice by continuing to stretch it out.
If it's over, Amy.
Yeah, it's hard.
And you may always be able to come up with an excuse not to.
Always, yes.
So there's a kind, compassionate way to sever the relationship.
What's kind and compassionate is severing the relationship, even if it's not a kind and compassionate way.
Even if it's a straightforward way.
Well, yeah, being direct.
Yeah.
I think the kindness and most compassionate thing you can do is break up with them, even if it's a text message.
It's a terrible way to do it.
That's the worst way to do it, but I'd rather you do that than continue to stretch them.
I'm not recommending to do it that way, but I would rather you do it that way and continue to drag him and just keep him going.
Yeah.
It's unfair to him.
Yeah.
If you keep doing this for a long time and make it.
you not a good person.
Yeah, how about that?
Draw that.
Oh, I thought you were going to disagree.
Yeah, okay.
Yeah, we're on the same page.
All right, good.
Yeah, you got to end it.
That's it.
You just have to end it because if you want what's best for him, what's best for him is to have time to go and get over it.
Life always has hard things.
So do this hard thing and move on for both of you.
That's it.
That's what's up.
Anything else you like to add?
No, I don't support the text method, though.
I don't either unless it's the only one you feel like you can do because you're a coward,
then go ahead and be a coward because even you being a coward because even you being a coward is
better for the overall situation if you break it up.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, how about that?
Now we're on something.
Sure.
All right, close it up.
All right, hit me with the Price is Right music.
Close enough.
Okay, so Lunchbox next week is going to go and try to get on Price's Right.
Now, I'm standing on the stage in our studio.
There is a big wall behind me on the wall.
I'm going to put up products.
We're going to see between Amy, Lunchbox, and Eddie.
Who is actually the best at getting the closest without going over?
Wow.
Whoa.
This is awesome.
Okay, up first.
Because if lunchbox gets the old come on down, he's got to be able to do this.
If you can't win this room, he's not going to win that room.
Right.
Up first.
Hey, ooh.
That is a modern wood foosball table from crate and barrel.
Update it with a modern look.
This foosball table offers all ages of fun.
And a fast-paced favorite game for your room, your game room, your finished basement.
It's a modern wood fuzball table.
table from crate and barrel. How much is it? Write your answers down. And we'll shift around.
So there's, you know, give everybody a different advantage. I'm in. I'm in.
Brown, got black handles. Looks pretty sleek. Amy, I'm going to go to you first. What do you have?
$2,000. She said $2,000. Locker in at $2,000 right there. Do we have a ding or something?
There it is. Mm-hmm.
Lunchbox. Man, that is some beautiful wood. It's beautiful. And you, and you, you know,
said, crate and barrel, give me $1,200.
He's in for $1,200.
Now, Eddie, that's a very nice table, but I didn't go as high as these guys.
Put me down for $901.
$901.
Okay.
Like the one, you were thinking someone's going $900.
Thank you.
With the retail price of $1,199.
Eddie.
Everybody went over.
You two went over.
You guys went over.
I went over by $1.
That's, you still went over.
Oh, my gosh.
Yeah, he's at 2000.
That's tough.
Is that from Craynebearer outlet?
No, wait.
Well, you said $2,200 is $1.
That's what I put.
Oh, you did?
What'd you say?
Oh, I said $2,000.
Okay, got it.
Eddie, you're up one point.
Let's go, baby.
This time lunchbox goes first.
Eddie, by the way, if you're going to go lower than them, you should have gone just $1.
Oh, right.
I didn't think about that.
Because you can change it.
Oh, I can change it.
I'm not locked in when I say I'm in.
No, because you're listening.
to them.
Got it.
On Contestant Row, you don't have to write it down.
Good point.
Okay.
Number two, up on the screen here, everybody needs a computer, right guys?
Yeah.
Ooh.
Look at that sleek 14-inch MacBook Pro.
Apple's portable powerhouse laptop featuring a stunning liquid redna XDR display.
Powerful Apple M4 chip, long battery life, and a selection of fast ports.
How much is it?
The price is right, guys.
Lunchbox is coming to you first this time?
Yep.
It's a 14-inch Maddiebook Pro.
What do you have?
I have $1,500, Bobby.
$1,500 to lunchbox, Eddie.
Now remember, you can change based on anything he says.
Right.
And so can you, Amy.
Oh, I thought we had to.
I think it's more than, he said $1,500.
Yep.
I'm going to go $1,800.
Amy, over to you.
I have $1,400.
The price is $1,500.
$99.99 is the winner.
Come on up to stage. Okay, good.
Okay, so I could also just said $1.
Yes. And you can also go like $1 over him.
Yeah.
We're getting that.
Okay.
You're a little rusty.
Let's go to our third item as we prepare lunchbox for prices right.
Rayban Meta Glasses.
Hey, maybe you've seen those on me before.
Those are cool.
As I've worn them in studio a couple of times, they combine,
iconic Hollywood style with meta AI.
These AI glasses let you react to what you see.
Take pictures, videos, listen on the go.
The Rayban meta glasses.
What do you have there?
Eddie, you'll go first on this one.
This is really hard.
Now you see up here these little cameras in them.
I have no idea either.
I've never seen these before.
I'm in.
Except around Bobby's face.
Everybody good?
Eddie, you'll go first.
The Rayband meta glasses.
What do you have?
Bones, put me down for
$450.
$450 put them in there.
Amy, over to you.
Okay.
What is lunchbox going to do?
I don't know.
So I guess I'll just go $451.
$451.
Lunchbox over to you.
I'll go $452.
Oh, you suck.
$452.
The price of the Rayband Metaglasses is $2.99.
Hey!
We all went over.
Everybody went over.
Oh, I thought it was given me.
They're only $299.
There are more if you have to get a prescription put in them.
Oh, that's why probably.
Which, you thought.
No, not.
Because you've talked about.
That's not what you thought.
I'm not talked about it like that.
We had no idea.
Never seen it.
Right now, what's the score?
One Eddie, one lunchbox?
Correct.
So we all go over, it's where.
Everybody loses.
It's the first one to get two right is the winner.
Next up.
Ooh, who likes washing dishes?
Nobody.
Okay, who likes to have somebody else in the house wash dishes?
Yeah.
All right.
This is for you.
What we have is a whirlpool quiet dishwasher, and if you open it, it has a third rack.
Clean dishes with a 51 DBA quiet dishwasher.
A third rack lets you load hard-to-fit utensils to free up more space while the fingerprint-resistant finish resists smudges.
And it's easy to clean on the outside as it cleans on the inside.
How much for the whirlpool, quiet dishwasher with a third rack?
Amy, we're going to you first.
$552.
$552.
$5252.
Lunchbox?
Man, the smudge free really sold me.
$1,150.
Oh.
One thousand.
Wow, doubled Amy up.
Eddie.
I'm going to go $553.
The price is $528.
Oh, Amy still got it.
No, nobody on it.
Eddie, I don't think you know how to play this game.
Because if you're close, but you're under, just go $1.
I know.
Well, I thought it was going to be in between.
I really didn't think.
I thought she's in a thousand.
No, I didn't.
I said 500.
What'd you do?
What did you say?
552.
Okay.
So I went one dollar above her.
Got it.
I was trying to be getting me 20.
Got it, got it.
I'm forgetting who's saying what, okay?
It's my first job hosting.
I'm sorry.
And we don't have a little light-up screens like they do on the price is right.
It's a little bit easier.
All right.
Let's do another one.
This tough.
Who likes to exercise?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, kind of.
This is a Nordic track treadmill.
The X24 model is paired with eye fit,
allowing you to immerse yourself in stunning workouts around the world on its 24-inch touchscreen.
Looking for the actual retail price of the Nordic Track Treadmill.
This time, I think we go to lunchbox first.
Okay.
It could be wrong because I've been wrong about a lot of things so far.
That's okay, man.
You're doing a great job hosting this game.
Thank you very much.
I mean, I've never bought something like this.
Neither have I.
I'm going to go.
Did you say you can connect to classes around the room or just look at scene?
I'm around there.
Allowing you to immerse yourself in stunning workouts around the world.
World, man.
Not just a room.
At least bump a hundred dollars.
It would suck if the screen only showed you pictures of your room.
Oh, yeah, I did say room.
I'm an idiot.
Give me $925.
All right, put them in, $925.
Eddie.
It's going to be more than that.
So give me a thousand dollars.
$1,000, Amy.
Remind me what lunch,
Box said?
5.
Over on his screen, he said, oh, 900.
Okay.
And Eddie said $1,000.
$1,000.
She said $1,000.
But please don't be $8.50.
She got me.
And the price of the Nordic Tract treadmill is $4,299.
Amy gets up points.
$4,000?
That is a fancy one.
It's got to be the pictures from around the world.
You're thinking of the ones that show you just pictures of your own room.
That would be the cheap one.
Same.
Yeah.
All the tight it would.
Oh, hey, whoever gets the next one is the winner.
Let's go.
And we may send you inside a lunchbox.
Oh, that'd be crazy.
Yes.
All right, next up, the Apple Watch 11.
What model are we on now?
Well, the 11.
That's why it's called the Apple Watch 11.
I didn't know.
This was like the cheaper version, though.
The 11.
Yes.
It offers all-day battery life around 24 hours.
New health features like sleep score tracking and hypertension notifications,
and the inclusion.
a 5G cellular connectivity for standalone use.
The Apple Watch 11.
What is your price?
And I believe we go to Eddie first on this one.
Man, this is tough.
All right.
I'm in.
Eddie?
Put me in for $300.
No, $399.
$0.39?
$0.3.99.
Amy?
It's more than that.
It's got to be way more than that.
Do you know what version it is?
11.
11, yes.
Man, that's tough.
Whatever I do, learn from a lot.
is going to get no idea what I'm going to do 399 okay I'll go I'll go 499 499 lock around there
lunchbox over to you yeah man I've never looked one of these up never in my life but it can't be as
much as the phone right own is about a G has to be somewhere between there but is it more
than three it has to be more than 399 and Amy you said 499
So, Bobby, give me $500.
Smart $1.00.
Hey, Ray, do you have any kind of special alarm?
Oh, no.
Someone's exactly right.
They win $100 or $1,000.
So somebody got it exactly right.
No way.
It has to be one of them to.
Oh, it's going to be mean.
Meaning you hit it right on the nose.
It's got to be a $49.
It has to be a $39.
It's a $3.99.
No, $4.99.
It doesn't have to be.
It does.
Yeah, it does because most places that's marketing.
Yes.
You go $400.

My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with him one day,
and I was like,
And dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come look for up and coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.

It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
Tell me something good.
So I just want to shout out to a tattoo shop called Honor and Grace.
They're in Savannah, Georgia, and they're helping breast cancer survivors get their
confidence back. Now they'll go over scars with tattoos. They'll also do ariola tattooing because
women that have had breast reconstruction. Like that's something that's lost and that gives them confidence
back. Like tattoo a skull on it or tattoo the color back on it? No, they would tattoo like a nibble.
Make it look normal. Oh, got it. Because I was like to see an eagle. Yeah. Like a sun.
It's really amazing because they do like 3D shadowing and stuff because it's just flat but it gives
the vision and like the visual
and so women have their confidence back or if they've
lost their eyebrows they do permanent
makeup tattooing. So they have artists
that across the board stuff
on these women and they
see about three to four patients
a week or survivors a week. That's great.
One of my TikTok
algorithm things that feeds me now
is this guy and he goes
and he finds barbers and he
went and he was like, hey I get a haircut because this one kid
he's like a new kid influencer barber
he's 13 years old. And
he's like hey how much for a haircut and the kid's like five bucks
he's like I'm just trying to build up my clientele
he's like great and so he's asking him about like his shaving
equipment and gear and stuff and he's like well I got this
it's kind of the TEMU version of it you guys know what TEMU is
no it's like the Chinese
cheaper version of it
so if ever someone's like oh that's a TEMU version of Brad Pitt
it just like not quite Brad Pitt but like that's where that
comes from is that that company so it's like a less
quality but based on yeah
so
the guy's like oh he gets a little haircut and he's like I do have a favorite barber and the kid in the list like his favorite barber that he watches on TikTok and so he keeps getting hair cut and the guy's like doing some texting or whatever and the kid's like okay it'd be five bucks thank you for coming over and he goes cool and he has a five bucks I said why don't you have this too and he gives him an envelope and the envelopes because he does this all the time this isn't like a one-off and the envelope he's like this is a thousand dollars because yeah man like I've been watching what you're doing you don't have many followers but I'm watching what you're doing what you're doing and and
And, you know, I was once a kid like you who was just trying to make it in the haircut business.
And so then he's like, I text my friend and it's his friend that's that crazy haircutter, the one that has millions of followers.
And so he gets on FaceTime.
And he's like, I'm going to pay for you and your parents to go down and like spend some time.
It was awesome.
That's so cool.
It reminds me of this in a way where, but yeah, that's all on my algorithm now, haircutting.
But like, you're stuck now.
But like positive haircutting.
I don't know how I got on that, but that's what I'm on now.
But that's a great story with the tattoos.
It's good.
That's what it's all about.
was tell me something good.
I got three things on my mind.
Number one, Jerry Jones, who is the owner of the Cowboys?
Flipped off the Jets fans.
He was awesome.
And was fined $250,000.
Which is like nothing to him.
Yeah?
But still, it doesn't give you the right to just act like a child.
That's pretty immature.
Or is it awesome?
What was he smiling when he did it?
Like he...
Or was he being, like, really perturbed?
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was fined $250,000.
for giving New York Jets fans the finger at the game last weekend.
He claimed it was an accident.
He meant to give the thumbs up to Dallas fans.
But instead he gave the middle finger.
You know, there's a whole finger in the middle of those two.
Jerry.
It's not even just one finger away.
So your thoughts, Amy.
Yeah, I'm not a big fan of giving the finger at all, like ever.
So it's very unbecoming.
I'm going to say I like it.
Why?
Because nobody got hurt
I like rivalries in sports
I like also like old guys doing funny things
It's like giving the finger
Yeah it's completely different
Yeah and nobody got into a fight
I'm okay with it
And again you got fine quarter million dollars
That's crazy
This is Eddie's team though
Oh I love the Dallas Cowboys
How do you feel?
I think it's great
That's what I want my owner to do
Stick up for the team
Flip off other fans
Yes I mean
People love to talk trash at these games
And expect no one to do
anything back. A finger, it's harmless. What is it? It's just a finger on your hand.
So is that what you tell your kid next time he flips someone off? No, no, no, no, no. We did talk about it
as a family and I said, guys, it's not good that he did that. But it's kind of awesome.
Amy, he flips him off and then realizes what he did on purpose. He was like flip and was like,
oh, thumbs up. Oh, yeah. There was also a clip of Baker Mayfield. Familiar.
Sounds like a football player.
Quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Yep. Baker.
And so...
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, Baker, Mayfield.
Y'all DM or something?
We used to.
Then he made $100 million to stop DMing me.
But he was like talking garbage to a Seattle Seahawks fan in the tunnel in Seattle
before the game.
Kind of his thing anyway.
Like, nothing real serious about it, but the fan's jawed at him.
He's jawing back and they're going at it pretty good.
Just aggressively talking.
And then after the game, after the Bucks won, he went back and found the fan.
I was like, how you like that after the game?
Dang.
That's awesome.
I like that.
Nobody's getting into a fight fight.
I like that.
Okay, that's number one of my list of things I've been thinking about.
Number two, this sounds like something we do on this show.
So I'm glad to read this.
Mostly to say that we didn't do this.
A man is hospitalized after eating 6.6 pounds of gummies in three days, gummy bears.
Oh, gosh.
That would definitely be a challenge.
Yeah, that would be something like, can we do it?
Let's live stream it.
Yeah.
A 33-year-old truck driver consumed a large quantity of gummy bears in a short period of time.
He bought these
Haribo is that brand
Harbo
Yeah
Herbo whatever that is
on Amazon
because he had a craving
for some gummy candies
And he consumed
Over 10,000 calories
Worth of gummies
Started experiencing
serious physical symptoms
He was taken to the emergency
With severe abdominal pain
Sweating,
high blood pressure
and cold sweat
So I'd like to say
Let's not do this
Cool
This is a bit
We won't do
We'll put it on the list
Of bits
Not to do
Consume
6 pounds of gumies
in three days. Gosh. Yeah, man. I would think
I would just get tired of the taste after a while. Yeah, man, it just gets hard
to chew. Or if you just get full, you just don't want to eat anything else.
A one time, I made the mistake of eating a lot of sugar-free gummy bears.
You know? Okay. Y'all don't know what would happen to you? No. I, my stomach was in
knots. Like, I was curled up in the fetal position. I remember I was at my sister's house. It was
probably 2004. Like, that's how vivid this memory is. And I'm curled up in the fetal
position because it was cramping up my stomach so bad because whatever they put in sugar-free stuff,
it really tears up your stomach.
It's worse than sugar.
Oh.
Yes.
But I was like thinking, oh, these are sugar-free.
Don't do it.
And finally, couples who make it past five years have a 70% chance to last more than 20 years.
Now, if you're into stats, couples who celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary have roughly a 70%
chance of staying together for 20 years or more.
and those who make it to their 10th anniversary
face only about a 1% chance of divorcing
each year after that.
So mostly I think that first five years
is seeing if you actually really like the person.
Or if they're going to be a cheater,
they're probably going to do in the first two years anyway
because that's who they are.
And that usually happens in the first few years anyway.
Thoughts, I just made that part.
It's just my own personal theory.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I was thinking I was married 17 years.
And so were the 1%?
Yeah, that's why it's a 1%.
30%.
Oh, there was a 1%
Well, it's 1% each year.
So it's like compounding, but I'm saying couples
will make it past 5 years, which you did.
Have a 70% chance to last more than 20 years.
You're in that 30% that didn't quite make it.
Look at you.
And every year it goes up to 1.
Every year after 10,
there's only about a 1% chance of divorcing each year after that.
So that also counts.
Yeah, you really, that's that standard, eh?
You really broke barriers here.
Thanks.
You really proved them wrong, didn't you?
Yeah, showed them.
That's from the Office of National Statistics.
Surviving the challenges of dealing with money pressures, which happens in the first five years.
Oh, yeah.
Partners adjusted in new routines and navigating major life changes like careers are starting a family,
all usually within the first five years.
If you can get through that, then they say you're kind of built to get through the other things.
And even if they do happen, you have a history of getting through other hard things,
which makes it easier to get through other hard things.
Right.
And those are all hard ones.
Life changes, financial stuff.
Oof.
What's the hardest one?
The life changes.
Hey, we're not at five years yet.
We're almost there.
We're not five years yet.
Oh, yeah.
You're about to have a life change though, baby.
Big time.
I'm really holding on that we can get to that five year point.
I am getting a lot of people asking, hey, can we send you a gift?
Because my wife's pregnant.
And I keep going, no, no, no.
We don't need anything.
But now I feel like I'm doing a disservice by not allowing people to send gifts.
This is the same problem that I had when we were getting married.
because I'm like, we don't need anything.
Like, financially, we're good.
And then the conversation was had with me with, hey, people are going to send you stuff,
so you might as well give them an easy place to go get stuff to send.
And one of my buddies was like, hey, I want to send you a box pass fires.
And I think he might have been kidding.
I think he just wanted to send me something.
But now it's like, do we create a registry that's a non-shower registry?
Or do we have to have a shower to create a registry?
Because I'd love to have a list just up that goes, hey, can we send you something?
then yeah here's a link is that weird i mean most of the times people create the registry for
the shower or the wedding so i guess when it comes to the birth of a baby yeah sure have it just for
like it's like the birth is the wedding you can just have it okay so i have something i'd like to
put on the registry then okay so i saw this news story that 30 original bob ross paintings are
going to be auctioned off.
That's awesome.
It has been my dream.
Like I have four things.
One, two, three, four.
I've never had a bucket list because I'm like, ah, I'll just go do stuff I want to do.
I'm a single guy, no kids.
Oh, my, that's not going to be true anymore.
No.
So I was just like, so the things I wanted to do were I want to go take batting practice at Wrigley
Field, which is where the Cubs play.
I want to sleep in a train.
Now, again, not like a hobo.
but like in Europe or the
like in a sleeping cart
the express the polar express the polar express
yeah because like in Europe it looks all cool
like you're in a train there's a bedroom you're just
going down whatever countries I don't even know
I've never even been seen one of those
but that would be one of my bucket list
things the next one is to be able to interview
David Letterman and my fourth one is to have a Bob Ross
painting and now that these Bob Ross paintings
are going up for auction why not
this should be on my baby register
street. It can be the only thing. So how do we do that? Like, does somebody buy that for you? Well, I think
you could all chip in. Let me read you the story. Here you go. No, it's got to be, it's going to be so expensive.
Maybe. Well, there's no rules on how much things cost on a register from what I know. Is there?
No. You put what you want? What do we max out at? You said we could all pitch in. So tell us. What is it?
So I saw the story. 30 original Bob Ross paintings. And Bob Ross is the guy back in the day in the day in PBS had like the
Afro, the white afro, white guy afro.
And he'll be on TV painting and it'd be like,
look at the, the countryside.
Yeah, he's awesome.
You want to mix the white with the black here?
I would love to have a Bob Ross painting.
And so these public television stations are struggling after all these federal budget cuts.
And so the 30 paintings featuring Ross's signature, tranquil landscapes, now all together are being valued about $850,000.
That's not one.
And I'm sure some are more than others.
He died in 1995 and this is what I want.
So, and I think my future baby would love it too.
Oh, absolutely.
I'd put it in the nursery.
Oh, perfect.
But they're all not going to be the same.
So you're going to do an average here and I feel like that's unfair.
Why?
Well, because they're not all going to be that expensive.
There could be a couple less than the average.
But we need the average.
Ballpark.
I know I just don't want the number set out of.
Okay, you know the number?
Okay, $850,000.
Divided by 850,000 divided by 30.
Yeah.
On average, guys, we're looking at about $28,000.
Okay, and there's four of you here, five of you here in the room.
All right.
I think we can do this.
Yeah, that's not going to work.
No?
No, I mean, we're going to have to do a GoFundMe or something.
It's my bucket list, though.
Divided by five.
Yeah, that's.
So that's $5,600 each.
Okay, put Scuba, Ray, and Abby in there then.
Do it by eight.
Okay.
That'll help a little bit.
Yeah.
Divided by eight.
Okay, 3,500.
That's doable.
Yes.
That's doable.
And then we start hitting up artists.
No.
What do you mean?
I'm not hitting up artists.
These are the people here.
The important people.
Yeah.
You're close friends.
Let's say you're like.
Add kickoff Kevin.
There we go.
Okay, hold on.
He's in the other room.
To your point,
Gator.
There might be one for 20,000.
You know?
Like one of them might be 20,000 divided by nine.
$2,22.
And we're getting there.
Now, we're almost there.
I've almost got a Bob Ross.
And we don't know it's that expensive.
That's the average.
Could be cheaper.
Oh, I went cheaper.
That was me going cheaper.
Yeah, yeah.
Because I, listen, I'm not allergic to a deal.
So guys get one of the...
Like a Bob Ross is a Bob Ross.
Amen.
You're not going to be mad if we get you the cheaper.
Would it be weird if we did a registry and I did put stuff though that wasn't baby related?
Yes.
Yes.
It would?
But weird doesn't mean wrong.
Weird doesn't mean wrong.
Would it be wrong?
No, I don't think it's wrong.
I think it's weird.
Yeah, because everybody needs stuff different to be a parent.
Correct.
You may need something different than the next dad.
Would you consider hanging the Bob Ross in the nursery?
Absolutely.
Okay, well, then now it is baby related.
Check.
Whenever these go up, I'll be sure to take the link and send it over.
You'll be sure to send it to us.
And we'll see how we can.
I mean, I deserve that, right?
Yeah, that'd be awesome.
And then to find the.
episode that he painted it in once we have the painting that'd be so cool.
Okay.
So how do we do this?
Let me say it in advance.
Thank you guys.
You're welcome.
Thank you for getting me of Bob Ross painting.
Somebody's going to have to go to the auction though, right?
No, it's all online.
And they're putting it all different places.
So they have all these paintings.
And again, these TV stations are going broke.
And so they're just going to sell them.
It's basically PBS because that's where he painted.
They have a bunch of them.
Bobby, you just lowballed us with the $850,000.
You did.
You know it.
You know it.
I just looked at it and it says there are 30 paintings.
that estimated are worth 850,000 together to 1.4 million.
You know me. I stop reading sometimes in the middle of a sentence.
I know you don't.
So like now we're back up.
We can't do that.
Man, that's right.
Can you guys be on the lookout though?
Mike, can you be on the lookout for those paintings going up?
Yeah.
There's one now that I was looking at last night.
It's on the golden auction side.
With 11 days left, it was at like $20,000.
That's not bad.
It's not bad.
No, it's going to go away.
We can do that.
And it's going to. At least bid.
We can.
It's going to go way up.
Okay, but thank you guys in advance.
So I am appreciative.
I'm looking forward to it.
Man, I can't wait to have this baby.
It's going to have the greatest painting.
In the nursery.
And it's nursery.
So that's the first one I'm going to do in my bucket list.
When I do that one, I'll get the other three.
I'll mark the other three off.
Okay?
Can I put shoes on there?
Yeah.
Oh, here's one.
Dad needs shoes.
We found one.
Circa, 1988.
original Bob Ross painting $39,000.
Mike, how many days left in that auction?
It's the...
Oh, it's ended.
Yeah, it's ended.
And it sold for $39,000?
Yep.
And that's what we're talking about.
We missed it.
These guys seem low.
Okay.
Hey.
No, no, no.
No.
Oh, money bags.
That's not what I'm saying.
Monopoly bags.
You should get those dollar signs on the bags.
Okay.
Understand my perspective here.
Yes, for us, hi, we're not buying art like this.
I would just think.
If they're only selling off 30 Bob Ross's, like, I don't know, he's iconic.
I just thought they would go for more than that.
He just probably has a lot of paintings, right?
He painted one every day on TV.
Yeah, a lot.
And then they said that he would paint it first off camera and then recreate it on camera.
So he's got double of each painting.
I didn't know that.
Yeah.
Really?
Every time?
Yeah, that's why when he did it on camera, there was no edits.
He would just do it because he'd already done it.
I did an AI of me as Bob Ross.
painting a Clint Black's going to be on the next Bobbycast and it's pretty funny.
I'll put it up for the T's probably the next couple days.
But okay, yeah, I can't wait, guys.
He did 1,143 paintings.
Wow.
So, yeah, really looking forward to that gift.
And I don't know, I won't be disappointed if I get it.
I will if I don't.
Okay?
Got it.
Good luck, everybody.
A win is a win.

There's two golden rules
that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And rule two, never mess with her friends either.
We always say that
trust your girlfriends,
I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of The Girlfriends,
Oh my God, this is the same man.
A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
I felt like I got hit by a truck.
I thought, how could this happen to me?
The cops didn't seem to care, so they take matters into their own hands.
I said, oh, hell no.
I vowed. I will be his last target.
He's going to get what he deserves.

What's up, everyone? I'm Ago Wodom.
My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live,
and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like,
and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through and I know it's a place that come look for up and coming talent.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know,
The cat just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.

Lunchbox is going to Price is Right next week.
He leaves Tuesday after the show?
Yep, Tuesday after the show.
He's going to be online Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for three days trying to get into the show.
So we have Kristen on, who is in Texas.
Hey, Kristen, you made it.
You got on the show.
You got to the Showcase Showdown?
I did, I did all the way to the surdown.
It was amazing.
So you got called up.
What did that feel like?
And did you know you were going to call?
Did you have the, like a feeling you might get called up?
My husband thought we would, but it just, you're constantly waiting.
And it wasn't until the second half of the show that I finally got called.
And once you hear your name, I mean, your whole body just gets chills.
And you just, you freak out.
I mean, it's just instant.
And you're jumping.
Everybody's cheering for you, high-fiving you.
You don't know which way to go.
You just run up to the stage.
And no, you can't go on the floor.
stage you've got to go down on the bidders row and so you line up and then all these cameras are on you.
I mean, it is wild.
It's so fun.
So how many did you have to do before you actually won the item to get up and play the game?
I think it was two or three.
The first one was the little hiker that goes up the mountain and I didn't get that one.
The next one, I can't remember.
It was like a 50-50 game or something and it was a grill.
It was a $3,000 grill.
And I was the highest bidder and I was still off by like $1,000 because who's cool to thought this girl
with 3,000. So it was just, it was crazy to me that I even made it up on stage. And at that point,
the game that we played next was, you know, which is a higher priced item? Is it a sauna or is it a
shower? And, you know, look out to the audience and I swear they said, you know, one item. And I went
with it and it was wrong. And I couldn't believe it. I was so upset. Like, okay, well, we can still
keep going. So we got to do the wheel. And I think that's like everybody's dreams. You've got to spend
the wheel. You've got to spend the wheel. You've got to put your hands on it. Is it heavy? Is it, you know,
what's it like? And it is. It's a little heavy, but it's, I mean, I think lunchbox would do
amazing. You would probably have it go around at least like three times or four times.
But yeah, so through the wheel and end up being the closest to go and made it to showcase showdown.
What did you roll on the wheel? What number? Like 95, 90?
80.
Wow. And I was the first one to go. Yeah. So I had to, you know, debate, do I want to try a little
bit more? I had two people after me. So I stayed at 80 and it was very nerve-wracking to see the
other two go and it worked. It landed. So you go to the showcase showdown. It's you and somebody else.
What happens there? He decides to pass, because he passed, I think yeah, he passed his showcase to me.
And it was a car and travel and a game room and you got all the cameras on you. And so you're
looking at all the prizes. And I forgot that it was also like big money week or something. So they
add in $5,000 cash. And I couldn't see all the prizes that were there. And so because of all the cameras.
And I'm trying to calculate in my head.
I look out to the audience.
I see all these numbers thrown around.
I wanted to say 32,000, but I went with 27,000.
The other guy, he'd been on like a travel showcase.
And he ended up being like $8,000 away from his.
And I was about $10,000 away.
So I lost.
Yeah, yeah.
But I wanted to call in and give tips on how to get on the show.
Because I know Lunchbox was talking about what he's going to wear and what he's going to do.
And I don't know if he's heard any other tips about that.
Yeah, go ahead.
They are interviewing you the whole entire time.
We didn't have tickets for our show.
We showed up for the 7.30, airing, the recording, and got there about 6 o'clock in the
morning and stood in line.
We were the first people in line.
And then there was a whole line behind us of the people that had tickets.
So what they do is it's about the first 80% of the people that have tickets.
And then they bring in everybody else who's been waiting that don't have tickets.
And they start at the beginning of the line.
So since we were the first ones, we got to go in.
Well, while we're waiting outside of the studio, like on the street, I swear they're watching you.
So we're making friends to everybody around us.
We're talking.
So high personality.
I think lunchbox will do really great at this.
He'll talk to everybody.
Be lively.
Be yourself.
Be goofy.
Be energetic the whole time.
And then once you're inside the gates, they're still watching you.
And you don't speak with the producer for a while.
But when you do get with the producer, they're going to ask you three questions.
One is like, what's your favorite game?
Another one is, you know, where are you coming from?
you know, how did you get here? What's the purpose? And I think the third one was, you know,
what are you hoping to get? I don't know, I can't remember the third, but those two were the big ones.
That's awesome. He's written all this down.
That's a lot of stuff. Oh, man. I got it. Thank you for the call.
Be crazy. We're going to put, oh, boy. Yeah, thank you very much. And hopefully he gets on the show.
Thank you. Thanks. Thanks for calling us. Sorry you didn't win. All right now, let's go over to
Kurt in Cedar Rapids. Kurt, what's going on?
So I was just listening.
I listen to your show every morning and I have to drive up here to meet with my dad.
And you were talking about lunchbox going out to Price is Right.
And everybody worried about whether he'd be able to broadcast live from out there.
And I didn't, nobody ever mentioned the time zone change.
So he'll actually have to get his butt up like at 3 o'clock in the morning.
If you guys are actually out at 6 on the East Coast, right?
Yes.
It's brutal.
Whenever I was out there.
I need the days off.
Doing dancing with the stars.
That's what I had to do the show starting at 3 o'clock every day.
terrible. Yeah, so I was kind of thinking, because nobody mentioned that. I was like, well,
1 o'clock he'll actually be able to get a nap in before he has to go to that one.
I think he needs to get there right as the doors or the lines open because most people have said
they had to get there at 6 a.m. I would get there five, six hours early and then I would just
have so much energy and be a bit undeniable. I mean, that would be what I would do. Yeah, well, that's
the plan. Now that you guys have talked about this and I mean, everybody's been talking about
I will have to get in line early. I didn't realize that. I wasn't
fully understanding the scope of the project.
And now I know. And I'm going to be there and I'm going to be working that line.
I'm going to have items in my pocket and we're going to bid on them.
What are you talking about? I wouldn't take anything in your pocket.
Like, yeah. What? Like what kind of? Why would you take things in your pocket?
Well, I were waiting in line. I can tell people to, like, I can pick three contestants and they can.
Oh, you want to set up your own mini games out there. Yeah. That was kind of fun.
I thought he meant like snacks. That's a good time killer.
He's playing three card money.
ripping off all the people out there?
All right.
Where's the dollar?
Yeah, I don't think that's a terrible idea.
That's fun, right?
Yeah.
But you can only put three items,
and I think everybody will then know pretty quickly, right?
Well, I was thinking I would bring like a grocery bag and be like,
all right, you know, this box of whatever, granola bars, like, let's start the bidding.
And like how much you bid?
Oh, you're the winner.
Come on down.
That's not a bad idea.
I like to set up a mini game show out there.
Yeah.
A guy in a tuxedo doing mini game shows.
I think there's something to that.
If you don't get on...
I'm going to be disappointed myself.
No, I hear you.
Am I a failure?
If you don't get on, I think it's only because they will be scared of you.
Oh, like, is that predictable?
Yeah.
Because I think there's a fine line.
You should have high energy.
I think the game is good, dress up.
It's just if you're like too volatile feeling, I think they may pull back.
But I think you're the perfect contestant.
Yeah.
They're probably only going to have like a couple white guys.
So you got to win the white guy.
group, the white male group.
Oh, that's true.
Because they're going to have some old people.
They're going to have somebody that's black.
They're going to have somebody that's probably Asian.
They're going to have a white guy.
They're going to have young.
Like, you've got to meet that.
So when you see other white guys, go talk bad about it under the producers.
Be like, I heard that guy's up to some no good stuff.
Okay.
Maybe you should fact check that guy.
Or no, background check that guy.
And then I'm also worried, what if they call, this is my biggest fear is if they wait
up to the very end to call me down to concessant row and I only get one chance to
bid? You heard the song. Oh, that's only, that's just like heart crushing. No, you know the song.
What? You only get one shot. One shot. One opportunity. You know all the words of that. So if you get it,
you just got to take advantage of it. Your fear shouldn't be that you get on and get a shot. Your fear should be you don't get a shot.
Oh, yeah, that's true too. Yeah. Doesn't that roll over though? Like if you make it, it doesn't roll over to the next show?
Like you don't stand? No, no, you're out, dude. Also, if you make it down, you can't come back for 10 years.
I don't think you can come back for the next day or the next day.
Right.
So if you make it down and then you don't get on the show, yeah.
It's over.
Thursday and Friday, you don't go.
Maybe just go sit in the audience.
Because you're on vacation anyway.
No, I'm not on vacation.
It kind of is.
You kind of swindled this.
What do you mean?
You guys said, I never do anything.
You said, I never do this.
And so I was like, okay.
You know what?
And if he gets up and goes to the studio in the morning, it's work.
Yeah, yeah, here, yeah.
But we never agreed for three days.
That was just kind of something thrown in the mix that he's going to stay out there for
three days.
Wouldn't you agree with that?
Yeah.
When does he fly back?
Exactly.
Saturday?
Yeah.
It's a vacation.
It's time for the good news.
With producer Eddie.
Yeah, home is something good.
Dylan Garcia is a marketing student at LSU and he's making people happy because he's hiding
cash all over campus and put it on Instagram with just kind of hints.
And he does a video of like, oh, I'm going to put the cash on the statue of the tiger.
and he shows where it's at,
and then he sits back and watches people
just run to the tiger to find the cash.
That ain't a hint.
Well, he kind of just tells you where it is.
Yeah.
It's like, well, maybe he doesn't say this is exactly where the tiger is.
Well, there's one big tiger's statue on campus.
No, I get it.
And he'll do poropotties.
He'll do like all kinds of places.
But it's really cool because it started with just friends.
And now he has sponsorships.
So now you can give more money, gift cards, and all kinds of things.
People around campus are really happy.
We're in the porta potty.
Hold on.
Yeah.
I know what did you call it?
Porto potty.
What?
Porto potty.
What?
Porto potty.
What do you call it?
Porter potty.
A portable.
Porter.
She says Porter.
I say Porter potty.
I say porta potty.
Porta potty.
So it's, and again.
Porta.
That y'all are right.
It's got to be porta because portable.
I'm not fighting for mine.
I'm just saying Eddie said Porto.
Porto.
That sounds like a sandwich place.
Amy said porter.
That sounds like the last name of somebody.
I don't know if porta is right.
It's got to be porta.
Porta. Okay, here we go.
Porter potty.
Porta potty with an A is the brand name of a specific line of portable toilets.
Wow.
So that would be a brand.
Porter.
I don't ever see, I don't see porter potty's anywhere.
I know.
I think it's just the way it rolls off my tongue.
Yeah.
What about Porto?
That sounds almost like an Italian food as well.
Two poros, please.
Or like a port down in Texas.
All right, there you go.
That's what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
Weak in the morning and you turn the radio on and the dial just keeps on turn.
Fox Morgan 2 school with Steve Reddavich trying to put you through.
Mike is writing this week's next bit.
Now Bobby's on the mic so you know what this is.
This is the Bobby Vaughn's story.
We have 90 seconds to figure out as many of Amy's corny jokes as possible.
Amy, are you ready?
Ready.
It's time for the investigative morning corny.
The morning corny.
What's a guitar player's favorite dairy product?
Dairy.
Mild, gil, guitar, string.
A solo.
String cheese.
String cheese.
That's it.
What musical keys do cows sing in?
Mood.
G.
Moo.
Or key.
Hey, hey.
What musical key?
A.
The key of a.
The key of ghee.
The key of ghee.
Milk key.
Oh, milk key.
Milk key.
No.
No.
There's got to be something there.
Dairy key.
Utter key.
Musical.
Okay, what are keys?
Tiger key, lion key.
Okay, okay, let's go back to musical keys.
What musical key to cows thing in?
Okay, how about A?
You can be flat.
A flat.
B flat.
B flat.
Beef flat.
Beef flat.
That's it.
Good job, dude.
What part of a turkey is musical?
Gobble, gobble.
The gobble.
The gobble.
What part of a turkey is musical?
The wing.
The turkey leg.
The guitar.
The turkey.
The throat.
Gobble.
The neck.
The bass.
The piano.
The drumstick.
The drumstick.
Good job, dude.
You're on a roll.
What do you call clean music?
Clean music.
Windex.
Sheet music.
Disinfectant.
Clean music.
Bleach.
It's got to be a genre, huh?
Like a pop rock.
What do you call clean music?
Christian music.
What is it?
A soap opera.
Okay, that works.
I mean, y'all got string cheese, B flat, and drumstick.
I think Bobby got them all.
No, I didn't get string cheese.
Lunchbox did.
Good job, guys.
Yeah, whatever.
It's only three, though.
I know.
It felt like we got more.
It felt like we got a lot more.
We're struggling.
That was a fight.
of the day.
This story comes us from Rhode Island.
A 42-year-old woman got pulled over for DUI, gets arrested, cuffed and stuff,
taking to jail.
Two hours later, her husband shows up to pick her up from jail, and he gets charged
with DUI.
Wow.
That's just...
I felt that was coming.
It went perfect for each other.
Well, they found, you know, they had similar interests.
Driving drunk.
Maybe they can get help together.
They're meant for each other. Yeah.
Okay.
I'm Lunchbox. That's your Bonehead Story.
the day.
There's a company that's paying people $666.66 to watch horror films, and Mike D. has
submitted his name to get this money.
Signed up.
So, like, what's the, what is it?
All you have to do is watch five horror movies and basically review them.
Does it say which five?
No.
You can watch any five.
I think it's from their service, so it's kind of like a promo thing they're doing.
Ah, so it's like, that's a pretty good little PR move.
Yeah, they have a, like, a service that has all horror movies, so they just want you to watch
them.
Tell them what you think about them.
It's funny that it's $666.
Oh, I didn't catch that.
March of the Beast.
Dang, 666.
Because I don't think if they were doing $100 and make the news.
It's a little creepy.
You know, we started to watch this show on Netflix for one episode in.
I think it is called.
It's about a school in Tall Pines.
Oh, wayward.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't know how I feel about it because I don't like scary stuff.
And it's in the middle of kind of scary because they play ominous music.
Mm-hmm.
Like mysterious.
Ooh.
Yeah.
Kind of.
So I started it too, and I will say that I thought it was going to be scarier than it is.
I don't want it to be scary.
Yeah, it's...
I want to be thrilled, not scared.
It's a difference for sure.
I watch a thriller all day long.
I don't want to see monsters.
I don't mind zombies.
I don't like monsters.
I don't like jump scares.
I think that's what it comes down to.
I don't like jump scares.
No jump scare.
How many episodes have you watched?
I guess two, maybe.
And really, it's the very very.
very first part of the first episode that makes you think it's going to be scary.
Yeah, because of the scary music.
Yeah, you're right. It's ominous. But then once you get the idea of what's happening,
you're like, okay.
That show is an island. I've only seen one episode, so I can just give you a very broad stroke
of what the show is about. It's basically about a boarding school. They send kids to
that are trouble and something's happening at the school that's weird. Would that be accurate?
Yeah. I can't really spoil anything because I don't know anything.
Yeah, that's accurate.
The main woman, we're trying to figure what we knew her from.
She was the attorney and juror number two.
Juror number two, what's that?
A movie?
Oh.
Like how Amy was trying to figure it out.
She was never seen it.
I was like juror number two.
Wait, but we know her from something else too.
Maybe.
Her name's Tony Collette, and I didn't know what I knew her from.
And so my wife and I went through the whole thing, and she was like the main attorney
and juror number two.
What else?
She was in a horror movie called Hereditary.
I didn't watch that.
United States of terror back in the day.
Australian, I believe.
Interesting.
She's very familiar-looking.
Yes, very.
Any TV shows?
Because she's so familiar.
Like, it says a little of my sunshine,
but that was 2006.
I don't even know what her thing would have been.
Anyway, we're in it.
There's no review,
but that's what's up.
And Mike's trying to make the money of the devil
to watch shows.
That's risky, Mike.
Hey, money's money.
That's what I don't know.
All right, we're done.
Hey, thank you guys for being a part of the show.
