There's a story about a flight that got turned around.
It was a Delta flight.
And there was a bad smell.
Turns out it was a passenger's food.
Are you the egg person?
I eat boiled eggs.
Not on planes, but I do hear it work.
Oh yeah, please don't eat them on a plane.
Why?
They smell.
Yeah, I was just wondering if you do it on planes too.
Nah, I don't think I've ever done that.
I don't smell eggs in here, though.
I eat it outside.
Oh, it stinks.
I'm respectful.
And I eat it.
Right outside the door.
This flight, a Salt Lake Citybound flight had to turn around because of an unpleasant odor.
It was a spoiled food.
Somebody brought spoiled food on.
It really wasn't related to the food they were serving and they didn't know it was spoiled.
So I think it was just like some Tupperware and they pop it.
And it was so bad they turned the flight around.
Do you know how bad it has to be to turn a flight around?
Yeah, bad bad.
Because that's very expensive.
Like toxic bad.
It's very expensive to turn a flight around.
The gas.
And sometimes you have to fly the plane around to lose enough gas so you can even land it.
Yeah, that's interesting to me.
That's a thing?
Yeah.
You can't land with a certain amount.
Really?
If you just ate a whole Thanksgiving dinner, would you belly flop and go pool?
No, you got to wait a little bit.
Exactly.
That's a good way of putting it.
So on Saturday, October 18th, so a few days ago, Delta Airlines, Salt Lake to Los Angeles was forced to divert because a passenger had brought spoiled food on board.
man, that must have been
bad stuff.
It must have been
just like a turd
and a bucket.
They just open it up.
What are the foods
you don't take on planes
like tuna fish, right?
Yes.
Beef jerky.
Oh, I do beef jerky all time.
Nope, that's bad.
That's bad.
It smells so bad.
It smells like a vomit.
Yeah, but sometimes
I'll get the little beef stick
and eat that
from the airport.
Can you eat the beef stick
before you get on?
No, because if it's a long flight
I need the beef stick
to get me through it.
The beef stick might not be as bad
as the beef jerky.
I never really thought
of beef jerky.
you being that bad.
It's bad.
Anything with onions, bad.
The cost for an airline to have a plane turnaround can range up to around $150,000.
That's crazy.
Because somebody brought a bad egg on flight.
I would be like, can someone, can we just take the food and contain it somewhere?
Like in a bag?
Yeah, in a bag.
In a bag, inside a bag, inside of a bag.
And then open up that little pilot's window and throw it out.
It lands in someone's house.
Litter.
I mean, that seems crazy to have to turn around for food.
And then what? Does that person just like not have smell?
Because like did they not know when they packed it?
Doesn't say what they knew.
I bet you they didn't know it smelled so bad.
If it were spoiled, you don't take spoiled food on to eat it.
You take real regular safe, fresh food to eat it.
And then you realize it's spoiled once you open it.
Okay.
That's my guess.
I don't know.
I just saw the story.
I thought it was crazy.
Amy, you.
Okay.
I need maybe y'all to explain to me what happened because I'm very curious about the coach
and the player that got arrested.
in basketball for gambling, but they weren't the same events.
And maybe the story is just developing.
I need you to tell me the story because right now I'm not familiar.
So Miami Heat Guard, his name is Terry Rose.
Rozier.
Yes.
Okay, I do know.
Roseier.
Okay.
And then the Portland Trailblazers coach Billups, Coach Billups, they were arrested in a federal
gambling investigation.
Cards, poker.
Is this the poker one or is this the basketball one?
They're both.
They're intertwined.
Okay.
Yeah, that's what.
I mean, I just don't understand.
I don't want to interrupt your story.
Please read the story, but I do know the stories.
The arrests are linked to separate gambling related cases.
So it's like separate but related.
And reports indicate they involve illegal sports betting.
And then it made me think in the past I've heard that basketball is one of the more...
Easy to shift.
Easier to rig.
Yeah.
I would use the word manipulate.
There you go.
Sure.
Slightly manipulate, which does change the outcome of betting.
Yeah.
Okay.
So the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
Brooklyn, New York is overseeing the cases, which include a probe into suspicious betting
on a March 2023 game, which Rozier, Rozier, Rozier, Rozier, Plade in.
And I'm just like, whoa, this is like, I need this to be a TV show so I can better understand it.
But there's legit, illegal sports things happening.
And there's a whole, there's a whole federal investigation.
Let's talk about them separately.
Okay.
So the Terry Rozier thing is interesting because basically why you get in trouble gambling is you're giving information,
I'll say basketball, to your friends or buddies or mob, whomever, that, hey, if you bet I'm going to, there's something called like an over under.
I'll just give you a rough example.
Over under, Terry Rozier, three rebounds.
And he's like, hey, my ankle's going to get hurt after the first two minutes.
I won't get that.
So bet the under.
Yes.
Yeah.
He apparently played in a game back then for the first nine minutes and 36 seconds before leaving the game with.
They foot injury.
Yes.
So you can go that method or you can try to shave other ways on like misshots and get extra rebounds.
There's a lot of things you can do.
And what it is is it's not that you suck or get hurt.
It's that you're giving people information that you're going to manipulate your game based on what they bet.
Highly illegal.
We'll get you kicked out of the league.
That's the basketball one.
And that's happened a couple times in basketball with different people.
Well, the Jonte Porter who got kicked out a couple years ago ended up.
He was part of this.
and they threatened him and said,
you are going to take yourself out of games.
Oh, my.
But he had to start the game.
But he had to start the game.
They said, this is the game you are going to leave early with an injury.
So his...
But it's his connection because he was already in it.
So that's why you said mob?
Yes, it wasn't like people just came up and were like you.
We're going to target you for no reason.
Right.
Like, there was already involvement because he owed them already.
And so to continue that, it was now you've got to earn this back.
But that's probably been happening for 50 years.
years, if not more than that. But now betting is legal in a lot of places. So it is now there are
rules and they're watching it closer. The poker thing is nuts. So the other thing you're talking
about. With Coach Billups. Okay. So he's to play too, Chauncey Billups. Great NBA player.
So they just had the press conference a little bit ago and I was reading about it. So details of
the rig poker games that Damon Jones and Chauncey Billups were involved in from the U.S. Attorney
conferences. So they played these games. High Dollar. They had x-ray machines built into the tables
to read face-down cards. Oh.
They had contact lenses and glasses that could read pre-marked cards. Like, let's just
call it Emisible Inc. It's not what it is, but kind of. On the back of the card? Yeah, yeah.
And secret cameras and card trays to know what the cards. Dang. That's crazy.
So I don't know how those two are connected. Like, who were the-
They were just, I think there was a investigation going and all those, and they happened to be arrested on
the same day. No, no. It's a.
same, like they intertwined, like Damon Jones was involved, I think involved in both of them.
And the mafia, the Italian mafia allegedly is the one that spiriting all this.
The Italian mafia is still a thing.
Like, it sounds so old to say Italian mafia.
But that's really a thing still?
So I think the term mafia is just something you kind of throw at some version of organized crime.
Yeah.
I don't think it's like we are the mafia.
Right.
I think it's probably a select few people that are doing some shady stuff, organized crime.
Mafia just is, it almost feels like a proper noun and it's not.
Yeah.
Sort of like a biker gang.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too.
A biker gang or like the old school mobsters.
Sure.
There are gangs that drive motorcycles.
But there's really not like, yeah, yeah, it's not like a universal wiker gang.
There's probably not an Italian mafia and it's just one.
There's probably some Italian people who are doing.
They're all buddies.
That are organized crime, but they don't own Italian mafia.
There's not one Italian mafia.
Sort of like our favorite show task.
Easy.
Don't give anything away.
I'm not giving anything away.
Yeah, well, it's a biker game.
Yeah.
Sons of Anarchy, ever seen it?
No, I never watched it.
Oh my gosh.
Bobby, you would love it.
He's not going to go back.
He's not going to go back to Friday Night Lights so he won't go back to watch anything.
Okay.
Yeah.
So my question is, like Chauncy Becker.
Billups.
Was he in gambling debt and they said, hey, you've got to come to these rigged poker games to get out of it?
Or is it, hey, we'll pay you $100,000 to come to these rigged poker games?
Could have been either one.
Gambling investigation.
This one includes two indictments, 34 people in separate investigations across illegal poker games and sports betting.
NBA players, organized crime, both mention, including Chauncey Billets, Damon Jones, Terry Rozier, and Jonte Porter, who we talked about earlier.
If there's money, there's corruption, just in general.
and so
and gambling
no if there's money
there's corruption
period what do you mean
what kind of money
any money
if there's money going anywhere
there is corruption involved
in some way
or there are people
trying to be corrupt
to get the money
politics
sports
gambling
not all
it's not corrupt
but there's corruption
around it at some point
because people are trying
to find the easy way
to make money off of it
the sports thing
there's been so many
like there's a 30 for 30
on a ref that got in trouble
years ago
the
Boston, is it Boston College?
Yeah.
I mean, that whole basketball team was behind, like, there have been a lot of busts throughout the years.
I don't know if it's Boston College, but I know, yes.
One of those.
They've, uh, I thought it was at West Coast.
Now it was in Boston, right?
Lunchbox?
Regardless, it doesn't matter.
There's money.
There's corruption.
Now, though, it's so regulated that they search for weird things like a player going down and people
making a whole lot of money because the player went down.
Well, they were betting on that more than they normally would, so they investigate it.
Back then, it wouldn't have been a thing.
It was 78, 79 point shaving.
Dang, that was back when you were a kid.
You remember that.
We were born in a live yet.
I was born that year.
Man, it was Boston College?
You came out of the womb like,
eh,
Boston College.
I wanted a bet and they told me to go to Boston College.
Over under.
120, I'll take it.
Yeah, this is the kind of sports I'm interested in.
What?
She did?
Well, just, yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, it's about to get ugly.
Like, mobs, crime, cartel.
What I think happened to with the ref story that he's talking about, because we were all adults when that happened, is that there were probably way more people involved, but the NBA didn't want the whole system going down.
So they isolated.
It's him.
He's out.
Done.
Nobody else was involved at the end.
And it probably, according to me, my opinion, only my opinion, that couldn't have been done and run by one person.
Yeah.
Just my thought.
But I know very little.
All right.
Next story, Eddie.
So I was read.
Well, I was on tick.
And I saw Bono.
Yeah, yeah.
It sounds better when you say I was reading.
We know you weren't reading.
I was on TikTok and I saw Bono and the Edge playing a show in the U.S.
I'm like, they're not.
Like, what are they doing here?
Dude, they were in Keynes Ballroom in Tulsa.
And they were receiving an award, a Woody Guthrie Award, because I guess Woody Guthrie
Guthrie was from Tulsa and there's a whole award thing there.
They came and accepted the award and Teabone Burnett got on stage and, like, interviewed
them.
And it was a whole thing.
I'm like, that is awesome.
One, we've played Keynes Ballroom.
And that's cool that you two.
was there. They probably saw a picture of us and they were like, dang, it's cool, the raging
idiots played here. Oh, that for sure. Woody Guthrie, my, so he, I believe he, this land is
your old land. What he got through? This land is my land. And the Bob Dylan movie. He's in the
Bob Dylan movie. Bob Dylan goes to see him in the hospital. Yeah. He was like, he walked so
Bob Dylan could run type thing. I mean, because of him, we got Bob Dylan. That's what I meant by
he walked so Bob Dylan could run. Yeah. Yeah. Same deal.
But I thought that was so cool.
And, like, they played, man, they played, like, all the hits.
I mean, I love you, too.
What are you guys listening to right now?
Is there anything?
Oh, I'll tell you.
Yesterday I, deep in an Atlantis kick again because I've been seeing the TikTok clips,
or as Eddie would say, I've been reading about her.
Reading about the TikTok clips.
Because she's doing that residency in Vegas, and I watched a couple,
so now they just feed them to me all the time.
So a lot of revisiting Alanis.
and she's super good.
You kind of forget how
like a transcendent
some of these artists were
because it's just time
but yeah,
a lot of Alanis right now.
You?
Nothing in particular.
Yeah.
The radio.
Really?
Yep.
Yeah, like I literally
been listening to
the actual radio
like us.
I mean, but not us.
Yeah, yeah.
You go back and listen to us?
That'd be cool.
So who's the computer went off?
That was mine.
One guess.
Yeah, what do you think?
It was mine, but also it was because I was in the hall a minute ago and I had to listen to something, so I turned it on and I didn't remember.
I plug in, I mean, just a pro tip.
I plug in my headphones, even though I don't use them just so that doesn't happen.
Really?
That is a good tip.
I need to get some headphones.
I mean, you can punish me.
Nah, you know what?
You've been punished enough.
By you saying you can punish me, I feel like you've been punished enough.
Also, I'm on like lots of day oil.
Oh, still?
Oh, I saw that.
Amy.
You're almost done with that.
bottle.
Yeah.
Now are you sure it was Dayquil or NyQuil?
No, I know it's Dayquil.
No, no.
No.
But do you get it now, though?
No, I don't.
And I don't want to revisit that.
There are two things I don't want to revisit today as the show goes along.
How old Ray is or Amy's NyQuil dilemma?
Oh, gosh.
Yeah.
Those are the two things I'd rather not get into today.
But it has to more you've thought about it the more makes sense.
No.
I haven't thought about it at all.
What?
Are you feeling bad?
I feel fine, but I'm definitely like.
not totally with it.
Like this morning, even on the way to work,
like I took the exit, the wrong exit.
Like I took the old exit.
Oh my gosh,
I did that last week.
Yeah.
Went to the old job?
The old,
no,
I didn't go all the way.
I took the exit and I'm like,
oh man,
what am I doing?
Good thing it's the exit before,
not the exit after because then I would be bad.
It's just old muscle memory, I guess.
I don't know.
I just feel a little like I'm with it.
I'm safe to drive,
but I'm also out of it.
But you are driving illegally.
Yeah.
It could be that.
You're on.
Does this say you're going to do.
drive on Daveville?
Exactly. What you call crime stoppers?
Let me check. I'm not to call somebody.
No, crime stoppers again.
Yeah, I know.
Shut up.
I'm going to see. I'm going to Google. Can you drive?
I just have to make it through today because I'm hosting an event.
Yeah.
Amy, you sound like a drug user.
What?
I just got to make it through one day, man.
I know, but that's why I'm on top of my NyQuil daytime to take it every four hours
so that I can like host the event and then go home.
How do you feel, though?
Honestly, I'm feeling a little loopy
But do you feel bad as it's sick?
No.
What's the coughing thing?
The coughing showed up last night.
Yesterday it was just the sniffles.
Well, and I saw you coughing.
Today.
Yeah, like, I don't care that you're coughing.
It's not because you like.
I took a COVID test.
No, no, no, no, just hold on a second.
Nobody's choosing you.
I know, but you do have a pregnant wife.
I wanted to be.
I know, off your heels back on your toes, okay?
Whoa.
Never heard that one for.
That's cool.
No, you get it?
No, like, don't get it.
No, like, don't be defensive.
I just made that up and I like it.
I like it too, actually.
Off your heels, back on your toes.
Okay, I'm back.
Because there's no reason for you to be defensive about what I'm about to say.
Okay, thank you.
I saw you cough and you put your head like under your desk.
So either you didn't call from the mic or you didn't call for anybody.
And I didn't think anything of it.
But I told Caitlin, I was talking to her.
I said, I said, I don't think Amy was feeling great.
She had a poseer Virginia hat on.
I did say poser.
But that's okay.
But it was a good hat.
I liked the style of the hat.
Thanks.
Pulled down and I could tell she wasn't feeling great
because her eyes looked a little, little NyQuilly.
And that was all.
So I was just asking how you felt.
Yeah, no, I feel okay.
But I know I sniffed on the mic.
On the mic.
I know, but I didn't do it.
And so now I'm extra, I mean, I don't know.
That just sort of happens.
So now I'm extra cautious where I'm like reaching for the cough button,
but then I'm hiding from the mic just in case.
Caught button's in a bad place over there for you.
Thank you. It really is.
And there's a duck sitting on your cough button.
That doesn't mind. It's not in the way.
The duck's not in the way. But for me to reach it.
Yeah. One of those long slappy ones you throw.
Lodgewax. I love the way Amy.
You leans back and sticks her arm out.
Well, no, Hers is in a weird place.
It is. But if you move your arm forward, if you just lean forward, you can hit it.
But to cough, I will say that's not a good place because the cough button needs to be where you don't know you're coughing.
and you quickly are just like
Yes, like that's the thing.
I don't have time.
I don't have to even extend my arm
so I can talk if I'm to talk about
Perfect.
My right here's doing this.
Lunchbox show how he's yours is.
It's right there.
Yours is in a bad place.
So let me, what I need to do.
Excuse me microphone.
Don't want to hit them.
If I hit the microphone, it makes a noise.
He can't hit my computer.
Yeah.
Okay.
Dang, yoga.
Oh, man.
Wow, that's so long ways.
It is a long way.
Guys, it's.
No, it is.
Because it's supposed to be
Serious.
I agree with you.
They're both idiots.
I don't know which one's being idiot
and which one's being real.
I'm being real.
All right.
Anyway, moving on.
Yeah,
get off your heels.
And it says Dayquil can cause side effects
such as dizziness, drowsiness,
and blurred vision.
I do feel a little.
Which can impair your ability to react safely.
Driving is questionable.
It doesn't say driving is questionable.
You made that part of it.
It said you should not drive until you know how the medication affects you.
No, you see you're making stuff.
He's stumbled.
You're talking.
Yes.
That's literally what it says.
Okay.
now he's going to call and report me.
Two Dayquil.
Is this Dayquil?
Can I get your verification?
I was just telling you what's said.
Can you verify that if you have an expired license,
you shouldn't be driving on your product?
Ray, let me do a couple voicemails here.
Go in number two, please.
Hey, I just want to be able to get a hold of one of those magic mirrors
that Lunchbox looks into that he thinks he's a 10.
I put him out of 5 at best,
so I'd like one of those mirrors because I'd like to look like a 10, too.
Thanks.
Where do you get yours?
What do you mean?
The magic mirror.
Every mirror that I go to is a magic mirror.
I don't know.
I guess every business has a magic mirror because every mirror I look in, I'm a 10.
There you go.
So hit me up with the next one, please.
Number three.
Morning studio.
I was just listening to Morgan's Best Fits this past weekend.
And she mentioned to Eddie that her boyfriend was working on our yard.
That her boyfriend's in charge of taking care of their yard.
And so I'm just curious if Morgan's boyfriend has moved in and if we can get an update there.
Okay, thanks.
We'll what you guys do.
Bye.
What?
Did you say that?
You set our yard on the show.
So, I mean, that's something that you did say.
And you can say, no, I have nothing to say.
And we will respect that.
But this is just something that you've said.
They're just asking for clarification on.
Even if you provide none, I would like to offer you the opportunity to clarify.
Yes.
Yeah.
He's living with me.
Wow!
Yeah, I figured.
Wow.
What's up, Amy?
That was fast.
Amy, what's up?
No, that was fast.
Whoa.
Hey, I'm going to tell you from experience.
I mean, walk gently.
With love, she hadn't said anything, so that was fast.
Oh my gosh.
He's moved in.
Amy, you can't say stuff like that.
Oh, yeah, guys, he's moved in for a while.
I just haven't said anything.
Yeah.
So it was even faster.
Amy.
Oh, my God.
Amy got to tell me.
I'm not the same as y'all.
What?
Y'all do it with whatever.
I'm saying.
So all we have to say is with love.
With love, wow.
You can say anything.
Anything you can say with love.
She just, obviously she was going to share it when she was ready.
Wow.
And I didn't want to pressure into it because I didn't know that.
But she did say our yard on the air.
So where did his place?
I got multiple of those.
Okay.
And I wanted to provide her an easy avenue to drive on to it.
And she could have said nothing.
She could do like Abby does sometimes.
Respectfully, I'd be like, I don't really know talk about that.
No problem.
We'll move on.
But instead.
Oh, my goodness.
Wait, so how did he get rid of...
With love?
With love.
I am with love already.
I need to say it every time.
Just in case.
Just in case.
Okay.
How did he get rid of his place?
Oh, so fast.
Oh, man.
His love.
He was renting, so his lease was up.
Oh, then that's perfect timing.
That makes sense.
Honestly, if he was already there so much and it was up.
Yeah, it didn't.
We've had a different option.
of like, okay, you can do month and month, you can do six months.
And it was just so expensive.
And I was like, you don't even spend time there anyway.
So, well, I had him get a storage unit for his stuff.
And I was like, let's try this out.
Let's see how it goes.
And then, yeah.
Yeah.
That's where we are now.
Makes sense.
With love.
With love.
With love.
With love.
With love.
With so much love.
With love.
Dude, I'm still bruised up, so be careful.
Yeah.
With love.
Do you guys, I'm not talking to,
you don't have to answer any question, Morgan.
No, no, I'm talking to Morgan.
If you're saying it to us.
With love, Morgan, you don't have to answer any question.
You can just say right now I don't feel comfortable answering that.
Go ahead.
With love, guys.
Okay.
Do you guys find it convenient?
Oh, you're asking us.
We don't need your love.
Yeah, we don't need your love.
Just be real.
Go ahead.
Do you guys find it convenient that his lease was expiring when he found Morgan?
Why are you doing fingers?
Oh, you think, okay, hold on.
No, it's coincidence.
I'm asking you guys.
You think that his lease was ending, so he's,
He's like, I need to find a place to live.
Let me find this girl.
I'm asking you, Eddie.
What do you think?
I would say no.
However, Ray did that.
Exactly.
I mean, we've had a group.
Ray was living here in the building.
He was basically homeless until he found his wife now.
And so I don't think he found, I don't think he was like, I must find somebody anybody.
I think he got lucky to find Bay and it worked.
But Ray, that was your situation.
Yes, lunchbox.
I was leasing from him and the lease ended and he kicked me on the
streets. So he had to find a place and luckily Bay came along. Within the month, I was homeless
in that month. Yeah. Here's the funny part. No, I said, should we get somewhere else? He goes,
no, I think I'm going to live at the radio station. There was no me kicking him. There was no
me kicking him. There was no me kicking him. There was nothing about me kicking. It was so much.
We had this other guy who worked in the building and Ray asked him, hey, can I put like my trophies and stuff
in like your house? So when my parents come to visit, I'll just say that I'm living at years. And he did.
He decorated one of the rooms like he was living there.
Ray would sleep under the board.
Like Ray was living.
He would sleep under the board?
Or on the couch.
A couch, the couch.
If there were people around, you can't sleep on a couch.
If they always see you sleep on a couch, they're going to realize you're living there.
But if you sleep in our studio, which was so cut off from everybody else, no one ever knew.
Right.
And it was the perfect hours, too.
Oh, I was at work.
No, I was sleeping.
And you showered where, Ray?
The gym?
24-hour gyms changed my life and probably a lot of people's.
That's wild.
Wow, Ray was homeless
And that's not a bit
I want everybody to know
It's not a bit
In his bio
Can he put
From homeless to the Bobby Bone show
Like can he
The only problem is
He went from the bio
Bone Show to homeless
To the Bible Show
That was the middle
Yeah, good point
So okay
I know we're talking about Ray
Yeah let's not deflect here
Well no no
I really have nothing
But if anybody else has some love
No no I'm just
To my question
Do you guys find it
Suspicious?
No.
Suspicious is not the word that I would use.
I think it's actually the way their story has unfolded.
Like if you listen to his episode that he did with her,
it really is like divine timing for both of them and how they met.
And so this is probably just another piece to that puzzle of like,
what?
What do you mean divine timing?
Stop, I can't have a serious conversation with y'all.
Can I do what some would say?
No.
You can.
Then I won't though because ain't nobody saying crap.
Morgan, right?
It would be like, oh my gosh, this is part of like serendipitous.
Was it because of the home situation?
No.
What was the divine?
I'm out.
I'm out.
I'm out.
I'm out.
Stop.
What was going on in his life, he was looking for a sign.
A home.
You said home wrong.
You mispronounced home.
Huh?
He was looking for a sign.
Which was a home?
You mispronounced a home.
And he was wearing a shirt.
Him and Morgan.
She turned.
turned, they saw each other.
Guys, if any of this has happened to one of y'all, it would be like, oh my gosh, this is amazing.
Go ahead, go ahead.
Yeah, Eddie, you talk about signs all the time.
I love signs.
I love signs.
I know what Amy's going to say.
I know what Amy's going to say.
Let her say it.
Amy, say what you want to say.
This is crazy.
I'm saying this is in alignment with how their whole relationship is unfolded.
Amen.
Which.
I'm sorry, I did not mean to interrupt.
Let me know when you're done.
I mean, I guess I'm done.
I mean, I'm making my point.
It's like, it's not.
like convenient for him it's like oh I mean it might be a little bit are you seen are you
started like realizing her boy no no no no no I'm saying it fits in like everything has like
come together perfectly for them to meet and unfolded in a way absolutely that is working
in their favor so why not jump on it okay now I hear you and I respect it and and I and I
I can agree with that's a possibility.
It's just hard to have a serious conversation with y'all.
Can I do a...
Can I do a some would say?
Some would say, please.
I'm not saying that we would say this.
But I would say some would say
that when somebody needs something,
they present the situation to be a bit more perfect
than it actually is.
He's not doing that.
Why would you do that?
He needs a house.
Well, he didn't, though.
He could have stayed in his apartment.
For a couple months.
I said, some would say, I didn't say it, just some.
Some would say that,
You know, well, if I'm perfect in every way, I love the dog.
Let's take the dog on vacation.
Let's, I'm perfect.
I'll be more desirable to be around.
I need a home.
I remember the times when the lease was expiring.
You only had a couple months.
It was like, you'd freak out a little bit.
Some would say.
No, also his sister and brother-in-law live in town.
He literally could have lived with them if he needed a place to stay.
Yep.
And that's why I don't say it.
Some would, though, but I don't.
And I'd like to tell them no.
Also, I mean, Amy, you're talking.
talking about the sign and divine and serendipitous or whatever you said with love.
With love.
The clip that Morgan posted of the podcast when he talked about, he was like, I was thinking
about leaving Nashville.
And that morning, I looked up at the sky and I said, hey, give me a sign.
I'm supposed to be in Nashville.
And he goes, and that night I went out to the bar and I saw you.
Well, you're missing a whole lot of the story.
Is that right, Morgan?
There's a lot more to that story.
And I'm like, that, it was that convenient.
That's divine.
I'm like, that night, literally, the morning of you had said,
give me a sign I'm supposed to stay in Nashville.
And that night at the bar, it was like, oh my gosh,
that was supposed to stay.
She has a house.
That's not, oh, my gosh, that is not.
Poor guy's not even here to defend himself.
It's not what it is.
But we're with love.
We're with love.
So there's no need to defend what someone's with love.
None of us are saying anything.
No, y'all are painting a picture as though he can't.
Some might.
Some, I am not.
Some are, some might paint a picture that he's not capable of taking care of himself and he is.
We know what he said that.
Whoa, whoa, that is you saying that right now.
You said that.
Wow.
None of us jumped in that far.
You said, some would say, no.
Wow.
Oh my God.
And he's not even here to defend himself when you said someone like that.
The fact that you would say that of all things.
That is what some are implying.
because why would he need Morgan's house?
I don't think anybody said he...
You said some would say.
No, no.
I said some would say it was different than him.
I think the guy didn't take care of himself.
Probably a pretty smart guy.
Yeah.
But I don't say anything about that.
It's someone would say that, well, if the timing.
The leashes is running up.
Divine.
Give me a sign.
Let me find a vulnerable female.
Well, that was months ago there is.
You got a good friend about to go on a fun vacation.
You know that, hey, they could possibly take somebody with them.
You're going to be an extra good friend for a while.
Or they got a swimming pool.
You're going to be like, dang.
I'm going to be real cool with that friend for a while.
It's time to go swim to swimming pool.
So you get invited to swimming pool.
Yeah, and then when it's wintertime, I'm not really a good friend anymore.
I don't need the pool.
We're not saying that's this.
I'm just saying I've heard on the streets of similar situations.
I'm on the streets a lot.
You guys don't get it.
But anyway, congratulations, Morgan.
I'm very happy.
I'm very comfortable.
This is a great relationship.
So you guys can make all the jokes.
I'm fine.
No jokes.
No, this is all love.
So much love.
Question, question. Okay. Now can we get an honest answer? Like, how long after you started
dated did he officially move in, move in? Well, I don't want to tell you that.
Oh, there you go. That means real quick. No. No, I mean, she does not have to answer anything.
We will not assign anything to a non-answer because she did, she was granted that right to say no without us judging.
Okay. If I, if I, I mean, just my estimation then.
This is all you. This is all you. This has nothing to do with her or what you actually know, just so everybody knows.
She doesn't want to tell us because she knows we're all going to be.
Lord, like, oh my gosh.
And we're all going to be like, whoa, that's so fast.
That's crazy.
That's a possibility.
Or it could have been yesterday.
She said a long time ago.
But it doesn't matter.
Okay.
So I'll protect her in that.
She said no.
So I don't even want to allow speculation on something she's not comfortable with us speculating about.
Congratulations.
What?
Can't even say it.
Yeah, I'm just, I'm blown away.
He's a job, right?
Yes, he has a job.
Very good job.
Okay.
Did he say no more?
Good job.
He was about to leave the city for him.
he got offered another job yeah because he's a great worker he did he got offered another job yeah
they turned it down for some girl he just randomly met at the bar one night
I don't I don't know that that is true so I can't stand on that I am happy for you
and you said our yard I didn't catch that I was on the podcast I didn't catch that oh it was
only in best bits it was just best bits and she's talking about it I was like man I
I miss a lot of stuff because we're all talking at the same time.
What you said? He was mowing in our yard.
Yeah, I guess that's what I said. Didn't catch it.
Well, you want to know what? I caught it because we recorded Best Bits for this week.
And Morgan started talking about how she's getting rid of a lot of stuff.
Our bills. She's like, our bills.
So I had written it down. I wrote it down saying Morgan's moving a lot of stuff, like selling stuff on Facebook marketplace.
So does that mean she's clearing room for his stuff? That was where I thought.
And then boom, this comes up. I'm like, wow, there goes.
And I'm sure he's paying like half the mortgage and stuff.
Yes, he's paying for things.
We've divvied everything out to make it all fair.
Who gets the park in the garage?
Oh, good question.
I do.
It's a brand new car, so that was really what took the win there.
All right.
So he's just struggling buying a beater?
No, no.
He's got an old beat-up car.
No, but he's had it for a few years.
He's barely getting place to place.
We joke that if he ever got a new car, then it would be swapped and then I'd be sad.
But it's also his doesn't fit in my garage.
garage so well thanks to the listener for breaking news there
wow the listener didn't see listener's not a whistleblower the listener heard morgan say something that led to
that i told my wife we had a whistleblower on that said we already had the baby and she was like
what are they talking about i said well because eddie laughed when i said i may not say when we
have the baby eddie's always laughing at crap and people are just assuming guys i just think stuff's
funny yes and so i said she may have already had the baby and it's like he he he and so people are like
like that. People are like, yep, you already had the baby.
I ordered your baby shoes.
I saw them, two pair. You saw them?
Hold on. Baby shoes for like what size. Because the baby's already here.
No, no, what size? It doesn't matter. Why?
They're called crib shoes. Yeah, it doesn't matter. No details.
Why? Well, because I don't want you talking about anything.
I know you got two colors though. Two pair, didn't you? Yeah. Yeah, they were on sale,
so I was like, why not get both? But here's why? Because some of you slip up at saying,
Not I.
Or you're not even saying the wrong thing.
Nobody did.
Somebody just interprets it into that you've said something.
I know.
And it's not even that you're revealing something.
You just say something and there's interpretation.
I understand that.
So I did see them.
She showed me on yesterday.
Do you need stuff?
This is what we're going to have to do, guys.
It doesn't matter.
This thing does not sleep at night.
Like, I do not understand.
This is, let me talk to them.
Hey, stop laughing.
I'm not laughing.
I'm not making a noise.
What has to happen is, you're just going to have to,
if you see something,
cute, then you just get it.
Because Bobby's probably not going to register
for anything. Okay. I got a listener
got this, brought it by today.
Oh, that's cute.
Is that a razorback? A baby razorback?
Or just a pig?
Well, let's see what it says on it. It says
I think it's just a... Yeah, woo. No, it is, so it is.
That's a cute little pig.
Yeah. So,
there you go.
That's all.
That's all. Eddie already spoiled
it. We already have a baby.
Yep.
Morgan, do you guys have baby?
No.
Oh, man.
I'm sure that one you guys would notice on me.
I'm going to do one more voicemail and we'll wrap it.
It's tough to do things worse.
Why continue when it's not going to be as good as what you just did?
You don't put the headliner in the middle of the show because someone else has to go on after.
And I think that whole segment was the headliner.
So thank you for that, caller and Morgan.
Okay, give me a voicemail number four.
and we will conclude with this terrible voicemail.
Go ahead.
Yeah, I've got a morning corny after dark for you.
What's the best part about getting a prostitute in Arkansas?
The family discount.
Sorry, Bobby.
That's funny.
That's funny.
That's funny.
That's funny.
I liked it.
We're out.
What you got?
What are you about to eat?
These are my throat, Los Angeles.
Los Angeles?
Los Angeles.
I don't know, no, I'm asking.
No, it's a, Jay.
I'm asking not.
You know what it is.
Is it?
I wouldn't bet a whole lot of money either.
I would think it's lozenges, but I wouldn't be so sure of it.
Okay.
Lozenges.
Go ahead.
Well, I don't know, but I have brought this up a couple days ago.
Nobody said anything, but I don't know why.
Speaking of jokes, can we ask Eddie if he's mad at me?
About the Mexican thing you said him?
Yeah.
Why would I be mad at you?
She said she said you're a racist joke.
And you haven't replied.
It wasn't racist.
I said, I asked if you were offended.
And then I thought we could tell the joke because it's so funny.
Where did you send it to?
Oh, boy, she didn't have your number.
Never mind.
I don't have it.
She doesn't have your number, dude.
No, I DMed it on Instagram because it was a...
Oh, I haven't checked that.
No, I don't check that very often.
But even from your people that...
He doesn't.
This is why Eddie's annoying.
Well, this is a couple of reasons.
One, he doesn't see those.
Two, he almost never takes part in a group.
text, even if he's in it, and it's like popping.
The group text is funny. It's not
annoying. Eddie doesn't even show up.
Unless they say, like, right, Eddie?
And I'm like, yeah, that's pretty funny. And that's only half the time.
But most of the time, it's not for me.
You guys are just talking and like, that's funny, but
whatever. But the DMs, no, I haven't checked it.
So, y'all want to hear the joke?
Say the racist joke live. Okay.
Live!
Why did the Mexican take anti-anxiety
medication?
Hold on.
Do you think about this.
Go ahead.
Ready?
for Hispanic attacks.
Oh yeah, that's funny.
That's funny.
For Hispanic attacks.
She had sent me a note going, hey, I sent this thing to Eddie, he didn't respond.
And then I was like, I didn't think.
Then I thought you might be offended.
And I was like, I thought this.
And there was two little.
I got one.
Oh, no, no, no.
What do you call a Mexican?
Hispanic attacks.
That's a good one.
Yeah, I like that one.
It's like, you know.
Eddie's upset with Ray too because he keeps getting called.
No, it's like twice a year.
People think that Eddie and Ray are different because Ray uses the name Raymundo and Ray is not Mexican.
No, they think that we're the same person.
And he thinks that you're, yes, yes.
Yes.
He may be Raymundo.
Raymundo.
And so it happens twice a year.
I get upset.
So there's a thing that Mexicans can do and it's called a grito.
Have you heard this?
It's like when you play Spanish music and you go, ah!
That's a grito.
So you've heard so many, you learn how to do it.
Yeah.
It's just part of our culture.
So I want to see if Ray can do it.
Ray, don't show him how to do it again.
Because if he's Mexican, he'll already know.
Ray, would you mind doing that?
It's actually not bad.
I mean, was he a bandito?
Is that not it?
No.
Us, white folks, we don't even know a good one or a bad one.
Our gringo ears, all we hear is, we just heard the same thing.
Right.
But Ray should know what it is if he is Hispanic.
But that wasn't the same?
No, it's not the same.
Mike, was that good?
It sounded more like Super Mario.
Right, do it again.
I'll do it.
That's how my people did it.
Sounds like an orca.
It sounds like a whale underwater.
It does.
Like they're communicated.
And how's it go?
What?
Yeah.
Mike Dee, how was that one?
That's pretty good.
I felt a very line king-esque in there.
You are white.
You can't speak on this.
You can't judge on that.
You have a gringo ears.
Yes, you're not Hispanic.
You haven't had babies and you're not Hispanic.
Yep.
You never had your own kid out of your womb.
and your highest panic.
Okay, that was unnecessary?
It was.
No, it was unnecessary by the listener who said it and really made it a thing.
Right. We do not stand for that, do we?
Do we? We do not.
We do not.
No.
With love. With love.
Well, I think we're going to wrap it up for today.
We take a break. We got some other stuff too, right?
Coming up in a second.
Okay. This part of it, we're going to wrap up. Let's take a break. Thank you.
A win is a win. A win. A win is a win. I don't care what you're saying.
Yep. That's me.

That's a lot to break down.
Gorsha accusing Kelly of sleeping with a merry man.
They holding Kay Michelle back from fighting Drew.
Pinky has financial issues.
I like the bougie style of Housewives show.
I think it looks like it's going to be interesting.

American soccer is about to explode.
The World Cup is coming.
Ramos sending on the Ernie Stewart of Chip.
I'm Tab Ramos.
I'm Tom Boe. On our podcast, Inside American Soccer, you'll get the real storylines.
I'm not worried about Policic. I'm not worried about Balagan. I'm not worried about McKinney.
My only concern is what happens in the back.
The biggest decisions.
If you're going to look at stats and numbers, he has no shot at making this World Cup team.
And the truth about the U.S. national team.
It wouldn't be a huge surprise if our team ends up in the quarterfinals or potentially a great run into the semium.

There are so far two theories on lunchbox not getting on prices right. The first one is he really
got on and you can't tell us because that's the rule. If you get on, you can't say anything
about it. How do we feel about that? It could have. I mean, it
It could be that, but I think we had a plan in place for that where he could have said Papua New Guinea and he's not in trouble.
Like, we know what that means.
But what have they even said no code words?
We don't know.
I mean.
It could have been some non-disclosure in that contract that was you can't even reference in any way whatsoever or you will lose your prize.
Okay.
So I don't think that's it, but listeners think that's it.
Yeah.
He doesn't really understand contracts though, so.
And you didn't sign anything.
Nope.
Didn't sign anything.
just my social security number and address just in case you win.
Like the very beginning where I told you you sit under the tent and there's 12 computers,
you type in your information and you say you haven't been on a game show in the last year.
And that's it.
The other one is he was too good looking to get cast.
Yeah, that's not it.
That's one we've been floating around here.
You've been floating around.
Yeah, it really hasn't been a wee, just something.
But I do have another theory as to why Lunchbox possibly did not get on.
and I saw this yesterday because there's a reason a lot of people end up being disqualified
from television shows, reality shows, etc.
And this could have been a thing with him.
A lot of people are being disqualified from television shows, including reality, thanks to STD tests.
What?
No.
Wait, what?
No.
No.
A casting director says that STD testing disqualifies a lot of people from making the cut to get on shows.
Well, because they don't want people going on and then give them.
to somebody else.
Oh, well, so that's got to be
for dating shows, right?
I hear you.
Or like, yeah, Bachelor.
I am not taking anything out.
Every theory works until it doesn't.
What are they doing on Price's Right
where you can spread an STD?
The show's changing every year.
He has had TB, which...
No, and a yeast infection.
He had a tuberculosis and a yeast infection.
Yeah, in my throat.
Yeah.
But they did not do STD testing at Price's Right,
So I can tell you that that is not the reason I was disqualified.
They say, quote, so the next time you're watching your favorite show and you think to yourself,
I wonder how many diseases these people have.
The answer is zero because if they're on camera, they've been tested and they're negative.
That's funny.
So maybe that's...
No, no, there's nothing to that because there was...
I have a picture of you with a hat that says, ask me about syphilis.
Okay.
They probably heard about that.
Oh my gosh, they researched him and saw that.
They Googled him.
He was wearing a hat.
this has asked me about my syphilis and maybe they didn't let them on.
That is a theory.
It's just an o theory I have.
That is a terrible theory.
Because I can't figure out why you didn't get on.
I understand that.
Either can I.
I sat there and I don't understand it.
It's like yesterday we went for burgers and I'm wondering where this is going.
They're like, can't serve him.
He has an STD.
And some guy comes up to me and goes, man, I really don't understand how you didn't
on Price is right.
And I'm like, me either, man.
He goes, I listen every morning hoping with that good news that you got on.
And I was like, yeah, I know.
Trust me.
He goes, I guess, I don't know, I guess they don't know what they're missing.
I'm like, thanks, man.
Okay.
I don't know that this guy existed.
No, he did.
He did.
And then I said, burger place?
Yeah, burger place.
What was his name?
Generic burger place where the guy he doesn't know his name.
He knows a person's name if he sits by them for three seconds.
He's like, yeah, I met Maryplace.
Maryland, prize the ride. She's from Wisconsin. She's been in the oil industry for 22 years.
She was with her daughter, Tina. No, her daughter's name was Stephanie.
Marilyn was a nurse. Steve, I think, was his name.
But he did have a three-month-old baby. I knew that. But yes, he was, like, feeling bad for me. I was like, I agree, man.
So, one, do you think it's possible you were too good looking to get cast?
Yes.
Okay. Two, did you actually get on the show?
No.
Three, do you have an STD?
No.
Okay. Let's go to Dax in Idaho, who's on the phone right now.
Oh, Dex. Dex. Dex. Good morning. Welcome to the show.
Good morning. Good morning, studio.
Morning.
So I'm seeing a trend here. Between the siphilis, the broken down altma, between the lottery and now the price is right.
I don't know if it's necessarily bad luck or bad karma, but I definitely think it's bad luck.
lunchboxes part. I mean, this guy, bless his heart, can't win. I agree. I can't out a little bit of it. Yeah. I literally can't win. I can't win the lottery. I mean, I tried my luck because everybody wins the lottery when they're where?
I don't know. California. No, not everybody. There's just more people in California, so there are more winners from California. But did I win in California? Nope. You did not. No, didn't win. Didn't win the lottery. I mean, it's just like, do you think your overall negative attitude brings negativity? No, I just remember how I tell you the world hates me. I always say that.
It's basically what I just said.
Yeah, why?
I don't know.
Because you hate the world?
No, this world is a great place.
I don't want to be anywhere else but this world.
I'm going to tell you that right now.
Just in case the world's listening.
I just want to make sure everybody knows.
I don't want the world to take it out on me.
This is the only place I want to be.
Okay.
And the world doesn't repay that to me.
Dex, we appreciate the call.
We feel very similar to what you're expressing there.
So I appreciate that.
I hope you have a great day, man.
Yeah, thank you too.
See you, buddy.
I want to go talk to Christine, who is listening in North Carolina.
Hey, Christine, you're on the show.
Good morning.
Hey, good morning, guys.
Thanks for having me.
I'm a huge fan.
Thank you very much.
What's going on?
Not much.
I was listening to your segment about the reality TV shows, and my grandfather-in-law was on
the Price was Right, and then my mother-in-law was on The Golden Bachelor,
and I can confirm they do not have TV tests for the Price is Right, but they do for all the other dating shows.
Okay, so your grandmother was on the Golden Bachelor?
No, my mother-in-law, my husband's mom
Oh, interesting
Wow, that's fun
What a show
Yeah, it was crazy
It was crazy
I think that's crazier than
If it were like somebody you knew
You know, in your 20
The older person thing is weirder on a reality show
Than the younger person
Oh yeah, and for her husband
He's like my mom
Watching his mom
Yes, yes, yes, yes
What was that like?
What she's like kissing and stuff on it?
No, she's like,
was very well behaved, thankfully, but it was definitely, like, interesting for my husband to watch
it. He was, like, on edge the whole time. It was hilarious. But she was very classy, thankfully.
What did he think about her going on it to begin with before she actually went on the show?
Supported her. She had lost her husband a while ago, so he was really excited she was
putting herself back out there, but he was worried about her kissing people on TV. So there was
a little bit of mixed emotion. Wow. I wouldn't watch that. How far did she make it?
She made it to the third episode.
But she wasn't a huge fan of the guy, she said.
So it kind of worked out, okay?
Yeah, I bet that happens a lot when you get on.
It doesn't have to be The Bachelor or Bachelorette, but you get there and you're like, this person's kind of a turd.
And, like, I spent all this time getting ready.
Like, I moved out here for a couple of months.
I asked my job if I could have off.
And then they kind of suck.
I'm sure that happens way more than we think.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I could say that just by watching.
some of the episodes. It's like, I would be real disappointed. Some stuff I've seen, I'd be like,
what? I just wouldn't vibe with that person. But then you're in a competition now, so you're like,
do I just go all in? You win so you can dump them at the, your goal, you just like them so much. You
want to win and convince them so you can then say no to them on the final episode. That's Dirty
Dog. Ooh, I don't know that I could do that. I could do that. That would be how I would,
like, get my mind in competition mode. Christine, thank you very much. That's a really good story.
Thank you for sharing it.
Yeah, thanks guys. Have a good one.
All right, bye-bye.
I want to go and talk to Melody.
Now, here's the deal with Melody.
If you remember, Melody called us because she was flying here going to meet a dude that she saw on TikTok,
who was a homeless guy that she followed.
She's following his story, but she went to have lunch with them.
And we were like, take care of yourself.
And then she was coming to Nashville to do a couple days of vacation after she lived because we were concerned.
She was going to get murdered.
She survived.
She survived.
We haven't talked to her since she left Nashville.
Hey, Melody, you're back on the show. How are you?
Hi, good morning. Good morning studio.
Morning. How was your trip?
Fantastic. It was fantastic. I had a great time.
What did you think about Nashville?
Oh, I love Nashville. I love. I wouldn't want to live there, but I would be so broke if I lived there.
But it was so fun. And I told you I would call back and give you an update on the rest of the weekend.
My birthday dinner was amazing. Went to Jason Aldeans.
I actually got the Tomahawk steak.
I had to share it with my bestie, and we couldn't even finish it, but it was so good.
Oh, I sent him to dinner.
That was on you.
Yeah, you've been good.
I forgot about that.
Hey, all right.
Yeah, so I wanted to thank you for that.
Dinner on the show was so wonderful, and it was so good.
Well, let's not get twisted.
The dinner on Bobby.
The dinner was not on the show.
Because these knuckleheads didn't.
Well, dinner was on Bobby.
Yeah, yeah.
That's just technicality.
It is.
We're all together.
Like the county, you know.
Tomato tomato.
Okay.
But it was so, so delicious.
We had a great time.
That was my second favorite event there.
We rode the Nashville tractor.
Oh, my God.
We had the best time.
So anybody going to Nashville, you need to ride the Nashville tractor.
Not any of the other tractor rides, just the Nashville one.
So good.
That's like the pedal tavern, but on a tractor.
Yes.
They're pulling you.
They're pulling you. You're just in the bed of a...
Yeah, but it's like a thing you just get in and get drunk and ride around.
It's awesome.
You just dance, listen to music and drink.
Yes.
They just play Redneck Woman over and over again?
No, they didn't.
They played so, so, like such awesome music.
It was so good.
They were like taking requests.
It was fun.
We were all dancing.
And no, I'm not riding the one that you pedal.
No, I'm not working that hard.
No way.
Yeah, there's a culture here of many things.
You can get in a bus and get on track.
There's a hot tub one.
You can get a hot tub.
It started with the pedal tavern, and now it's anything novel that rolls through the city.
You can get in and get drunk, and they'll just drive you through.
So, yeah, yeah, that's awesome.
Well, you got back home safe, and your husband's, I'm sure happy you're alive and back.
He is.
Yeah, well, that's cool.
I'm glad you called us back.
Yeah, you're welcome.
And I also got to meet Red Aiken's, and that was so phenomenal.
Was he in the tractor?
He was driving the truck.
No.
We went to the 100th birthday.
tailgate party and it was the tailgate party and he was the person performing and that was so
wonderful he signed my hat I feel like I was the only one there with a sharpie so don't go to
Nashville without having a sharpie on you um it was really really really awesome and amazing so
well we appreciate you sharing that story it was great time amy sing a red i can't song um
you can do it yeah i know i can i'm not put the pressure on you go ahead um can you can give me one word
that that ain't my truck that's
That's it.
Your melody's totally off.
Yes, that's it.
That ain't my truck in her drive.
Man, it ain't my day to die.
Yeah.
It looks like she's in love and I'm out of luck.
Yeah.
That ain't my truck.
I'm glad you got to see it.
Even though it was a performance, I'm glad you got to kind of see a celebrity.
Because you come to Nashville, you want to see somebody famous.
So you saw Redikins.
Any other celebrities in the wild?
Not celebrities in the wild.
wild no but I did get to see
Susie Boggis
joined the Opry that
Kathy McTaget invited her to with her induction
that night and I got to see
Terry Clark and Trisha Yearwood was there
and oh my God it was so awesome
I was on cloud I'm still on cloud night
I got to have had to bees and that was so good
it's a good thing she survived
TikTok guy because she would have missed out on this amazing weekend
yeah a heck of a trip
Melody. Thank you for calling
and letting us be a part of it. I'm glad that the show
could buy you dinner. You're welcome.
It was Bobby. Yes, thank you, Bobby.
Just Bobby.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Whoa.
All right, Melody. Have a great rest of the day and good
weekend. I will. You too. You guys take care.
All right, bye-bye. I saw a Celebrity in the Wild last night.
You did?
Yeah. Where were you?
We're verifying it.
Oh, so you don't know for sure, for sure?
Because I feel like I heard you
you know, do the verification.
Like, hey, let's find out if this guy
was there. And I feel like he has a very specific
look. Yeah. You know who it is?
Well, I heard him say to verify.
And I'm like... We text him, but it's still early in the morning.
Who else could look like this person?
Who else could look that person?
It wasn't Shania.
Is it a guy? Kind of a...
He texted back?
No. Okay.
I think I saw last night
Warren Ziders.
Oh, pretty little poison?
Yeah.
She's my pretty!
Ray, would you mind playing pretty little poison?
I went to dinner with my wife last night, and I was just sitting.
And I think I see him, like, kind of across the room, I ain't going to bother anybody anyway.
And so I'm like, I think that's Warren Ziders.
But when Warren Ziders, like, looks normal, he's very normal.
Yeah, yeah, like, I picture him in black and, like...
He had a baseball hat on, and he had his long hair.
That's tough.
It was in a hat and a ponytail going through the back.
It may not even have been him, because there is a definite...
He had it through the hole?
Yeah.
Interesting.
I'm pretty sure.
Maybe it was with the hole.
It may have been under the hat.
I don't know.
People put it through the hole.
The dudes put it through the hole.
That's a good question.
I think they do.
Because he has long hair.
Oh, I wonder if that's a girl thing or a guy thing putting it through the
whole of a hat.
I think it's case by case.
I think it depends.
How else are you going to ponytail it?
Like you can go under and then ponytail tail.
You just wear the hat over and it looks long through the back.
Yeah, or you do a low pony.
I don't.
Everybody knows low pony, dude.
I don't through the hole.
But that's just me.
I texted, I wasn't going to go up and say hi and bother them.
I don't like bothering people.
Also, there could have been a world where the opposite was happening.
He was like, hey, I think it's bob, but I don't know.
Right.
I don't know.
But I think last night I saw a, and I never am in the wild.
So rarely do I see a celebrity in the wild.
On her lips just like Sinai.
Yeah, let's go.
That ain't my truck in her drive.
Man, it ain't my day.
That's what you said
It looks like she's in love
And I'm out of love
You're throwing me off
You gotta go high on the luck
That's called background vocals
That ain't my truck
What is that one line where I keep saying
Because it's not die
I don't know any words to any songs
I mean but that was a jam
Back the day where I probably know every
Like how does it even start
What's the first line?
Like this
Dumpch to doom
Don't do
Don't don't do
Don't do
Don't do
Don't doom, don't early in the evening, just about suppertime.
Over by the courthouse, they're starting to unwind.
Four kids on the corner, I'm trying to bring you up.
Willie picks a tune out and he blows it on the hum chorus.
Go, Amy.
Out on the corner.
No, down.
Down in the street.
You got to honky, tonkey bonkey.
Let me take another call real quick.
And then we'll see if that was warned.
If you listen to our podcast, we do a complete second show.
And so we finish this when we go live on YouTube.
We keep going.
And we do a podcast.
He text you back?
Nope.
Okay.
And Mike stood up extra tall like you got a text back.
Let's go over to Allie and North Carolina real quick.
Allie.
Morning show.
Mo.
Almost.
Almost.
Morning studio.
Try that again.
Morning studio.
Morning.
Perfect. I was calling Bobby. I wanted to follow up on your Panthers pick.
How are you feeling this season?
Well, my shoulder hurts, if I'm being honest.
It's been tough. They're 3-0 at home.
I've been pounding a lot. I keep pounding. So my shoulder, my shoulder hurts.
Hey, we're playing pretty good.
Being a lifelong Panthers fan, you don't know, really, but we've been playing pretty good.
So we went once again, beat the Dallas Cowboys.
Yeah, yeah, you do.
Yeah, so I feel pretty good about the Carolina Panthers because I hopped on when they were not good.
And now together, we're fighting.
We're showing up.
People don't take us for granted anymore.
Pounding. Keep pounding.
Yeah. I'm pounding right now.
He is.
I'm currently pounding.
We're looking at it.
Yes.
Shout out to Amy for going to the UVA game.
Join in coming and see some ACC play out here.
Let's go. Woohoo.
Do you know what the ACC is?
The all conference crew.
That's exactly not it, but close enough.
What is it?
Atlantic Coastal Conference.
That's right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
forgot. Well, Ali, you sound like a sports fan yourself. I appreciate that.
Say, and keep pounding and thanks for your sport. I can't stop pounding. I pound all the time now.
You guys would not believe how much I pound. All right, thank you very much, Ali.
I want to get to this call from Bill in Delaware. Hey, Bill, you're on the show. What's up, buddy?
Hey, Bobby. Good morning, show. What's up, man? Studio.
Close.
I got a question. I got an answer for a suggestion for Amy. Amy.
Yes. Oh, I lost them.
No, you're here. You're here. You're here.
Okay. I think you should go on the price is right just to spite lunchbox for turning you in.
Oh, yes, yes. To crime stoppers?
I think you should go on there and I hope you get them on down. You get the, you get everything.
You get the dollar for the $100 for the perfect bid. You get on stage and win a car, get the showcase, get the dollar on the wheel,
get $10,000 and then get double showcase just to spite lunchboxes for turning you in.
Boom.
I mean, yeah.
Now I am a little more motivated.
At first, it felt wrong, but now it feels right.
He doesn't own prices right.
I know, but I know how excited he was to do it.
And he did.
He did.
He went on.
He failed.
Now, it's your turn.
Yeah.
Do I need a valid driver's license to?
You do.
No, you don't.
No, you don't.
No, you don't.
Okay.
I have a bet.
No, no.
passport. I can fly there on my passport, and there's no way they can require you to be able to
drive to win a car. That's correct. And also, whenever you got the Christmas movie, you know,
who is the most upset? Lunchbox. That's true. You forget about that. I do. I easily forget.
Yeah. So Bill has a great point. Okay. Thanks, Bill. If for nothing alone, spite.
Yeah, to make it awkward in here. If that's what you want, if you want work to be very uncomfortable,
then. But how comfortable would it be? Wait, is this a threat? But lunchbox, you're making it uncomfortable.
lunchbox, you're making it uncomfortable for turning her in.
She's supposed to be your friend.
You don't turn friends in.
That's right.
You call crime stoppers on her for not having a valid driver's license.
You have her back.
Right.
Yes.
How uncomfortable is that?
You turn friends in if it's like a really bad crime.
But maybe you do, maybe you don't.
It depends how good a friend.
It depends how good a friend you are.
Yeah.
Well, you don't want to be an accessory to murder if you don't turn her in.
Depends how good a friend it is.
Yeah, no, I hear you.
I hear you.
I just think that Lunchbox thinks he,
owns prices right. Nobody else can try to get on it because he didn't get on it.
And he's like, it's going to be so awkward in here if Amy gets on it. Okay. I welcome the awkwardness.
I never said that I own the prices right, but I just think that's pretty low. Amy and I think you're a classy individual and you wouldn't do that.
Try to get on a game show that has nothing to do with you. If you're classless, do it.
You have no morals.
Wait, what?
You call crime stoppers on her. Has she been breaking the law?
Do you own prices right? I didn't say I did.
Bill, we appreciate the call.
Thank you for listening to the show.
Lunchbox ain't brought to law?
No, never.
I'm sure we can think of something.
Yeah, probably think of a few, actually.
Well, before, and I heard on the radio
that you stole something from the show there.
And charities.
He does go to, like, charities, like cancer charities
and take extra things when it's not meant for him.
I was just one time at St. Jude,
I took like four backpacks.
Right, that weren't really for you.
It doesn't matter.
We're not going to call crime shoppers, are we boys?
No.
No. Classy guys here.
And Amy.
All right. Bill, thank you for calling.
All right, thanks a lot, guys.
Appreciate it.
All right, see you later.
Let's go to Lori in Wyoming, who's on the phone now.
Lori, welcome to the show.
Good morning, studio.
Morning.
So it's always kind of bothering me.
A lunchbox always puts his nose in other people's business.
And so I listened to the section this morning where he's called Amy or her driver's license or the lockdown.
of, I guess. Yeah, you call crime stop. And I think this is a really good time for him to redeem himself
and be a gentleman and drive her after work to the driver services office so she can renew her license.
And I think that, in theory, sounds great, but a lot of times lunchbox drives his bike to work.
Yeah. How's it going to be two people on one bike? You get a pumper? It's what it's called.
You can pump your friend. Put some pegs on there. But also, how is it my responsibility?
She's the one that did it. I don't need to drive her because she doesn't know how to take care of business and get
her driver's license.
No, and she admitted that she wanted to take full responsibility for her own actions.
But I just thought to keep her from getting a ticket, it would be nice if you just drove her there.
And you could even drive her vehicle, drive her there to get that, so no tickets are issued.
No, I'd love her to get a ticket.
Then she'd really learn her a lesson.
That'd be awesome.
Because you really want her to learn a lesson.
Yeah.
That's your goal to teach her a lesson.
Yes.
It's sort of like a parenting moment.
You're her parent.
I mean, it feels like it.
You're her daddy.
No, this is weird.
He's not my daddy.
Lori, thank you for calling.
I appreciate you suggesting that.
I don't think it's going to work here this morning with him, but I like the idea.
All right.
Thank you.
Have a great day.
All right.
Bye, bye-bye.
Let's go to Julie in Arkansas.
Listening, hey, Julie.
You're on.
Oh, morning, Cito.
Morning.
So I know, Bobby, you are a die-hard lifelong Carolina Panthers fan.
Keep pounding, baby.
However, I remember at the beginning of the season, the Minnesota Vikings were mentioned.
And I just wanted to give one last push for you to either to possibly be a secondary Minnesota Vikings fan.
First and foremost, my dad has been a Vikings fan since 1967 when Bud Grant left the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to go coach at the Vikings.
That was just, I think, seven years after they started the team.
And my dad's from Canada, and he passed away on October 5th.
And the one thing he had dementia real bad, the one thing he never forgot was how much of a Vikings fan he is and was.
And he has converted so many Vikings fans in Arkansas, in our little town of Paris, Arkansas.
And we've continued to spread the love of the Vikings throughout Litter Rock and Conway and everywhere else.
And so I just want to give a push to be another Viking Arkansas.
You know, I appreciate the effort and I appreciate the passion.
But, you know, I've just been pounding for so long that me pounding in France.
anybody else would feel very inauthentic.
So I'm a pounder, you know.
Oh, it's a pounder.
That's okay.
Like, I walk in a room and they're like,
there's a guy, he's been a guy.
He's been pounding all day.
And I'm like, yeah, sure have.
So, you know, I'm a Panther fan.
I root for the Vikings.
You know, I do an NFL show.
And my co-host is really good friends with the Vikings coach,
Kevin O'Connell.
Kevin O'Connell was actually Matt Castle's backup in New England.
So, you know, we talk to him sometimes.
I like the Vikings.
but I'm going to just keep pounding, as they say.
$100 I put on them before the season started
to win the Super Bowl plays out with my dad
as their new angel in heaven.
Man, your dad's got to do a lot of angling.
Yeah.
Because they got a backup quarterback now
that I think they're only playing
because they don't believe in their starter.
But I hear you.
Julie, I hope you have a great rest of the day
and I hope your dad's up in heaven.
Hey, the Vikings have been good, though.
Like generally, they're just a better team.
That's awesome.
So, yeah, I don't know what else to say,
but I appreciate you calling.
Thank you.
All right.
See,
later.
All right,
that's all.
You guys have a great rest of the day.
Amy,
what's on your podcast today?
Today's a listener Q&A episode.
So they wrote in about if they're...
You can always promote Tuesdays too,
if that's the big one.
Like, it isn't...
You know what I mean?
Oh, okay.
Well, yeah, Tuesday's episode was...
Like, it's not dead.
It's not dead.
No, it's still there.
The feeling of the day for that one was forgetfulness
and some funny things that came out of that
and then how to stay out of other people's drama.
even though sometimes it's really
We all need to listen to that one
Like you know you want to
My son got in trouble for gossiping
We just all did that to Morgan
We like we all got right in the middle of it
Like we got in the middle of them
Spread her arms out to have a little more room to relax
Wait we gossiped
Well we just got
We like created had made
All that yeah
Oh yeah
And Eddie how do you get in trouble for gossiping
He just got busted talking and telling like some story
And then I guess the person he was talking about her
And like
Then told the teacher
It's not big trouble, but he got in trouble for doing that.
So that's feeling things with Amy and Kat.
Oh, right, right, right.
Wherever you listen to podcasts.
We forgot.
I would make a funny joke right now.
About what?
But I don't feel it's appropriate.
Yeah, about what?
So I shall just go, Morgan, what's on your podcast?
What's so funny?
Now I want to know the funny joke.
You don't.
Morgan, what's on the Morgan and her boyfriend show?
Hey, those are good episodes.
It was a joke.
It was literally a joke with love.
And I pulled back.
With love.
I pulled back because I thought that I didn't.
Yeah.
She said she wanted to hear it.
I know.
It's like those are the episodes that pop.
And now I'm like, shoot.
So I say to my boyfriend, hey, you want me on my podcast?
And he's like, no.
I was like, thing.
He's like, be on your podcast.
No, I said that.
No, they for sure pop.
No, I know.
They for sure pop.
But I said that even while.
I was like, this thing's going to hit hard.
So I was like, hey, you should come on my podcast.
Unless you do it all the time.
and then it's
But yeah, if you like serve it up
I know
Like it's a special treat
People like that
Of course because people
Want to know people
Yeah, I don't think you will
But
Your boy ever?
It's not Lion King
See she continues to offend me
Stop
I will say
He's not at this time
Like he says no
At this time
I mean
Did you really expect him to say yes
Well Morgan
I don't know
After Ben and I
I broke up. Ben did an episode with me on co-parenting, and I never thought that would happen.
I was like, well, you know, people surprise you, you know?
You know, and I got another joke I shouldn't do.
I was going to do it. I was going to do a joke about Amy, but I didn't do it.
Do it. Just do it. Just do it. Was yours about he'd be more comfortable if it was AM radio, not a podcast?
No.
Oh, because he's older.
It was a joke. It was a joke I didn't do. I know it was just a joke I didn't do.
No, no. My joke was like, he won't even put you on his social medias, but he's going to come on your podcast.
His social medias.
Oh, he did post me.
Oh, he did.
He did.
I just wasn't going to make it a thing because it's like.
I think it's great.
Don't make it a thing.
It's like, he's private.
It's like nobody's, that's why y'all wouldn't even know.
I've never been to a stroke club, right?
Never.
And never?
You know that.
I've never been to a stroke club.
I have no desire to go to a strip club.
But I always was like, man, if I ever went, it would be weird because since I had never gone,
everybody would be looking at me if I was like getting a lap dance.
And that would be weird that everybody's watching.
She said I'd never done it.
Everybody would be looking at me.
It's like calling it out.
The same reason Amy didn't call out the fact that, hey, she was on it.
Because then we're all like, oh, wow.
They just let it exist.
Yeah, I just let it be.
If I go to the circuit club organically, just let me have a lab dance.
I'm not going to, but that's.
He actually put me on his Instagram 12 days ago and never said anything to you all.
Nice job.
Nice job.
And he didn't do it because of that.
He was just, I think it's sensitive for him and his kids.
And like, their mom died.
Absolutely.
Then now here I am.
And they all saw it, you know, and then I'm like, but I think things are evolving with her kids.
Like even they're posting me on their pages.
And I'm like, his daughter put me on her Snapchat.
And I was like, oh, like, that's a big deal for high school.
Were they on the Virginia Carousel?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And they all approve, like they, because I was like, I don't have to post this or anything.
And they're.
That's great.
It was.
So to me, that has been.
good because I am very sensitive
to their feelings on that.
That's good.
I have to not do the bit, guys.
I like to call myself out for the bit of,
hey, I had a joke.
The AM radio, yeah.
No, no, no, that joke's mildly fun.
But, like, I got a joke about Morgan,
and that means I have to tell it, even if I'm like,
I'm not going to tell it. Yeah, so tell it.
No, no, no, no. I already did it.
I have to stop doing that because that can't be a joke that I build in
to where I'm like, man, I had this joke I wasn't going to do,
which means I'm going to tell the joke.
I just want everybody to know I'm like pre-apologizing,
but I really don't have an apology heart.
Okay.
You know what I mean?
I think so.
Yeah, it doesn't matter.
I got to stop.
Just say the joke.
No, no, because there's no love with that.
I didn't say with love.
As long as you say with love.
Yeah, and I don't want to say with love.
I'm going to go like, ooh, I had a good joke.
Also, like, he, yaha, it's my boyfriend's not that much.
Right.
If he was that old, we wouldn't actually make the jokes.
Right.
That's the point of it.
Like, we're actually getting older.
Like, give me a rotary phone.
Let me call him real quick.
Yeah.
All that stuff works, but he's really not that old.
I know.
Well, he could, like, he can, he has normal conversation and can hang.
You don't have to defend him like that because then he sounds old.
When Amy's like, no, no, no, he can have an old.
He can talk with us.
He's hearing aid.
He just turns it up a little, but that's not true.
He doesn't have a hearing aid.
I know.
He doesn't, like.
But that's the point.
Don't defend it.
Can hang, work out with you every day.
Don't defend it.
Don't defend it.
Don't defend it.
Okay, everybody good?
Eddie.
Did I share what's on my podcast or?
Yes, Morgan
You did ask that. We never got there.
You know what?
She'll listen to Amy's about forgetfulness because I just forgot, but you go ahead.
I had the founders of Ring True.
They had sent us a bunch of jewelry up here to the studio years ago,
and they employ human trafficking survivors with their company,
and it's just really cool, so I brought them on for an episode.
I'm so glad you said being survivors.
Trafficking?
I thought she was going to employ human traffickers.
I did too.
I was like, wow, that's good.
Survivors.
it was going, yes.
Yes, and your podcast is...
Take this personally.
Yes, you guys, be sure to check that out.
And that's what's up.
And Eddie, I'm sorry.
Or?
Being offended.
Oh, yeah.
And this is part of it.
And Mike, I'm sorry, you're offended too.
Thank you.
Eddie, Amy thinks the Lion King is the same thing as Hispanic culture.
No, and Eddie, it's what he sounded like in the beginning.
The grito does not sound like, hey, binga.
Different.
I don't, see.
Don't find for it.
All right, we're done.
We'll see you guys.
Tomorrow.
Goodbye, everybody.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care which I'm saying.
Yep, that's me.
