Starting point is 00:01:21 And I get into a bit of trouble along the way. I'd say probably start bone smashing. That doesn't work. To make it look more defined. They say it works. I don't know. Listen to Skyline Drive, How to Live Forever on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast. or wherever you get your podcast.

Starting point is 00:02:04 or wherever you get your podcasts. Get your bones on. It's the Bobby Bone Show. So the Yellow Jackets is coming out with another season and I don't know if it's three or four. I loved that show season one. And then it got really weird season two. I don't even mind weird if it's like cohesive.
Starting point is 00:02:24 It just didn't feel that. And now it's back with three or four. That is a show that lost its way. It says the fourth and final season of Yellow Jacket. It premieres November 20th on Paramount Plus. That show, and it was very loosely based on the idea of Miracle in the Andes. But it's a soccer team, and they crash in Canada in the wilderness and they got to figure it out, and there's some cannibalism.
Starting point is 00:02:51 And it's a really, really great first season. Wife and I loved it. Season two got weird. Such a great start, but lost its way. And I was thinking about shows that lost their way. I would even put one of my probably top five shows ever on there. I think Walking Dead lost its way. Oh really?
Starting point is 00:03:07 Ding, ding. About two thirds of the way through. That's what I was just thinking. Did aliens come in or something? I wish. I don't even know because I quit watching. Me too. And I loved it.
Starting point is 00:03:17 That was my favorite show for about three years of my life. Like number one. Walking Dead, I feel like lost its way. It also started to get really dark. They were shooting it so dark. Oh, oh, like the screen was dark. Yeah, yeah. You couldn't see.
Starting point is 00:03:32 Got it. And that also sucked. Yeah, I felt like Walking Dead lost its way. Do you have any shows you think of if I say a show that was great and just kind of lost his way? Yeah, well, Walking Dead for me, that was one of my favorites. And then a very, very recent one I'm feeling now is Ted Lassow. Oh, Ted Lassow lost it in season two and three. I stopped midway through season two.
Starting point is 00:03:52 Oh, I love those. That's so lame. Are you watching the new one? I've started it. Remember she watched one episode and quit. Yeah. Because she got lost. No, she didn't get lost. She wasn't interested.
Starting point is 00:04:03 It just wasn't doing its thing. Wow. Same. I loved season one. That was awesome. Life-changing television. It made you feel good. It was funny. Everybody was talking about it. It was kind of hitting perfectly.
Starting point is 00:04:14 Yeah, for some reason, I just stopped going to it during season two and never went back. He's coaching a women's team this season, right? Yeah, in America. Oh, well, I don't know. I think he's going to go back over there, but right in episode one. I don't want to give anything. It can be a spoiler because I haven't seen. any of it. I just see what they show in that.
Starting point is 00:04:32 Spoiling anything, but he's in America for episode one. And the people from England come over and they experience America, which is just barbecue and... Oh, that sounds fun. I love to see that.
Starting point is 00:04:47 Okay, I need Eddie to watch it and I want to get his opinion on episode one. I'll watch it. You're not watching it already? No. My thing with Apple is that the weekly thing kills me. I can't do the weekly thing. Well, they already have three or five.
Starting point is 00:05:00 three episodes out. Yeah, but then once you're done with those three, you're like, okay, now I wait, and then I forget to go back. No, it sucks. I know. Cilow actually got good again this season, because I think they're doing four seasons all in on Ciloh. Season one was fantastic. Season two kind of sucked, so season three, I thought, oh boy, this show could be losing its way. It's good again. It's also based on the book, so I avoid seeing what's going to happen. Mike, do you watch Ciloh? No.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Man, it's good again. That's all I'll say. It's really, it's really. Hey, I'm not saying too. months. Not going to give a new way. But that one found itself. I think the office for a little bit, and that's probably my favorite show of all time, I think it lost its way for a second when Steve Carell left and they were like stunt casting
Starting point is 00:05:43 and they were putting it in a bunch of celebrities just to make it go. But then it really found itself again. It's one of those rare shows that was great, lost itself, and then found itself. And the last season and a half, two seasons were really great on the office. Shows that lost their way, lunchbox? Modern Family, I loved that show. then they just pushed it too long. The kids got older and tried to be the same.
Starting point is 00:06:06 It was just like, this is so bad. But I would still watch it because I was like, man, I've been with it the whole time. And it just got so stupid and lost its way. They should have ended it probably two seasons, maybe three seasons before it actually ended. Financial. Yeah, they were just making money. That usually gets it, right? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:25 The good thing about British television shows, they do two seasons for the most part, Max. and they check out. That was traditionally how they would do their big shows. Like Ricky Jerva shows, two seasons out. And then they'd sometimes come back and do a special or something. And that's what they did with Ted Lasso.
Starting point is 00:06:42 They were trying to end it because it was losing its luster, but then they're like, oh, money, we're going to force another season on you. But Eddie likes it. I didn't watch the third. I didn't finish the third season. Exactly, because it wasn't good. But I liked one and two.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Season one and two were good. Any show you can think of that lost its way? I'm going to go old school. Lost. Never watched loss. Lost started so good. And then literally got lost because it was like, okay, cool. There's a plane crash on an island.
Starting point is 00:07:11 Like, this is awesome. They're trying to survive. And then there's something weird on the island. And then you're just like, hold on. Did they all die? And then I feel like they were all in a boardroom be like the same thing. Guys, we're making so much money. Let's just make stuff up.
Starting point is 00:07:26 Yeah, we have to now extend it. And it's not going to make sense. Who cares? We're making money. Yeah. Lost got lost. I think I would have loved Lost if I'd watched it live. That's my kind of show. Probably.
Starting point is 00:07:38 I just never watched it. It was also those days you had to get it on DVD or you didn't really watch it after it aired. Was it ABC? Yeah. This was on ABC show, right? Yeah. But I was behind. I don't watch the first season.
Starting point is 00:07:50 So they're showing season two. I have no way to watch it unless I'm going to go buy the DVD set of season one. So at that point, I was out. Did you like Lost? I love Lost, but they did have a writer's strike in season four, and they kind of had to reshape the narrative of like, okay, we got to make something different here. Was that one of those shows when it ended,
Starting point is 00:08:07 that there really wasn't a concrete explanation as to what had happened? You had to do it with your own mind? I think that's why a lot of people are upset about Lost because they didn't answer every single mystery of the island, and it kind of ended, I thought it ended in a really beautiful way, but everyone was like, well, what was the monster? And were they alive, were they dead? Right.
Starting point is 00:08:26 It's about the journey, man. Monster? Oh, dude, it got weird. The smoke monster. People getting, like, hurt but not killed. Like, just weird. And then it started, like, flashing sideways.
Starting point is 00:08:37 Yes. But I love timelines, though. You know what? That just came up, too. Same thing. Air crash, a plane crash. Manifest. That got lost.
Starting point is 00:08:45 Yeah, I agree. Because I watched it and loved season one. Loved it. And then what's happening? Like, same thing. Was there a rider strike on that one, too, Mike? Because it felt like brand new riders in season two. Because that one ended up getting
Starting point is 00:08:57 whatever it happened, canceled or not renewed, and they moved it to Netflix, and it had a kind of resurgence because season one was so good, that's when I watched it. Yeah. And then it just got weird. I loved that show. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:08 That's a great season one. All right. Had that on my list. I do have some comments I took a picture of. We did that segment where Lunchbox was talking about not having a running car in two years, and you talked about how it still parked on his curb, but we're just checking in on it.
Starting point is 00:09:27 And so I pulled some comments from that when I was looking at it. Here's one from, this is from our TikTok, from Sid 330. Sounds like Bobby needs to pay lunchbox a livable wage. Or maybe pay him enough so he can fix his own car. Okay. I like that. You agree with that? There are two problems with that.
Starting point is 00:09:45 One, I don't pay lunchbox. The company does. So I don't pay him a wage. Two, he can afford a new car if he wants it. He can afford to fix his old car if he wants to. it's not that he can't afford it. He chooses not to. Okay, that's that one.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Got another one here. Daniel is waiting for a hookup for a free ride from Bobby. Bobby knows that, right? He's not going to fall for it and buy him a new car. That is correct. All right. Maybe. Here's another one.
Starting point is 00:10:17 It's weird how attached he is to the broken down car, but it's also refreshing because we live in a throw-it-out society and he's not throwing it out. That's right. We just get rid of everything. End with the new. You should get rid of that, though. It doesn't work.
Starting point is 00:10:28 It's just trash on the street. You should throw garbage away, though. I get that. Are all the recycle or the bottles that you were going to recycle still in the trunk? There's still some stuff in there. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:10:43 Yeah, that's tough. Also, I saved them. What I'll do is I'll make a note and it says, Lunchbox comments, image. That means going to my images, and I have all the comments saved. So I write little notes to myself on where to find things. Oh, that's cool. A little system.
Starting point is 00:10:56 But as I'm, oh, very much so. As I'm doing it, I'm looking at other pictures in my phone. You know, I always like having a pool will be the greatest. I don't get in my pool. I kind of hate having a pool now. I don't use it at all. My wife uses it a little bit. Walked outside yesterday to the pool and it was completely drained.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Everything was, there was no water. Because I'm looking at it. Wait, what? This is the picture that was looking at on my phone. That's Eller. And she's in the pool because it's all concrete and there's like an inch of water on the very bottom. What happened? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:11:23 The coyot drink all the water? Oh, no. We just filled it like. Paid a bunch of money to fill it up. So I go outside yesterday and I'm, well, something seems off. Like the pool, there's no water in the pool. And so I text Caitlin, I was like,
Starting point is 00:11:37 do you know there's no water in the pool? She goes, there's no water in the pool? I say, yeah. We have a theory. We do not know if it's true or not. There is a button that you push by the equipment. It's a drain button. We think when they were coming to fix the pool,
Starting point is 00:11:50 they had the drain button. Oh. Well. Because they haven't told us, because we messaged them. We're like, hey, what's up? We don't know. And so we message to people that come and, like,
Starting point is 00:12:01 fix our pool, work on our pool. If that's the case, and it may not be, but right now that's the leader in the clubhouse. Our water bill, when we have to fill up our pool, is thousands of dollars. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:15 If they hit a button and drained our whole pool, and now I've got to pay thousands of dollars in a water bill, I'm not going to be happy about that. Well, isn't that on them? You would think. I think unless they go, no, we didn't hit the button.
Starting point is 00:12:29 We can't really prove they hit the button. Yeah, how do you prove that? Can you get them on camera? Did you get them on camera hitting the button? We do have cameras everywhere on the property, but I don't know if we have one that goes so granular to a button on a machine. Because they do have to go over to the machine. I don't know. Dang. Well, I mean, I hope it's that they hit a button and you don't have some weird leak.
Starting point is 00:12:48 That's true. I was going to ask you, where's the water? So if you hit the button, does the water go down a pipe and you'll never see it? So I walk to the backyard to see if there was a leak, because if it went through. there was no, there was not a big mud or anything. Okay, so then... So I gotta be honest, I don't know where the water goes. I think with a button it'd be like a flush.
Starting point is 00:13:05 It just doesn't dump into the yard. Or it's got to go into like where the toilet goes. That doesn't go on to the yard. Any chance your neighbor siphoned your water? No. No. We met our neighbors for the first time. And you've been there?
Starting point is 00:13:17 How long? Few years. But Amy knows them. Amy's over at their house sometimes. Oh, those neighbors? Well, they've been renovating, so I haven't been over there. Yeah, no. We never met them before. Because they, I guess, yeah, they moved out to do some work.
Starting point is 00:13:30 Oh, they're not there right now? I don't think they're moved back in yet. They might have been over there checking things out, but they had to move out for the renovation and then they're going to move back. Maybe they're moving back now. Caitlin and I were walking in a part of town this weekend with Billy. We were just rolling into the stroller, getting her outside. And I love lemonade.
Starting point is 00:13:49 And there was like a lemonade stand. I'm a sucker for a lemonade. And so I was like, going to get me a lemonade. And so we're standing there. And they come up and they're like, hey, neighbors. we didn't know they were talking to us. Oh, that might be if you all are in a different part. Like, that might be where they're staying.
Starting point is 00:14:02 Well, they were like in workout clothes. Oh, well, they worked out a lot. I recognized him immediately because I think he was like a pro volleyball player or something. Uh-huh. Because he's like 6'7 or 6 foot 8. Yeah, they're like Ken and Barbie. Yeah. And we were like, what up?
Starting point is 00:14:13 We'd never met him though until right then. And it wasn't by your house. It wasn't even by our house. Yes, because I think that's over where they're staying. Yeah, and they were so nice. And we talked for a few minutes. Yeah. I was really trying to get that lemonade though.
Starting point is 00:14:25 You know I got it? Fine. But us talking kept the guy from giving it to us because we were talking. And he's like, I don't know if I was giving the lemonade while they're talking. And I was like, dude, just give me an lemonade. It was strawberry lemonade too. Guys, great. Yeah, there was a family we were talking to at the ballpark.
Starting point is 00:14:39 And, like, I kept trying to, like, move. Because we hadn't eaten dinner. It was already like 7.30. And I kept trying to move towards the parking lot, but they kept moving with us. And it took forever to end that conversation. That's a tough one. But you're a talker, man. Yeah, but I didn't mean to.
Starting point is 00:14:53 I, like, I started the conversation. and then I tried to end it, but it wasn't ending. And then my wife jumped in and she had more questions, and I don't know how to get out of that stuff. I got to get our pool figured out. That sucks. You know, it is hot. I wonder if it all evaporated.
Starting point is 00:15:13 It didn't, dude, because when I left in the morning, all the water was there. That's crazy. And then I looked at the calendar, the schedule to see if they were coming over. It was the day they came over, and it was. Okay. And then we hit them up. We had to have a full tree removed.
Starting point is 00:15:23 Speaking of like the ice storm, that thing hit Nashville. and wiped the city out for even weeks for some people. No power. We had a tree that it kind of was dead and they had to remove the whole thing. Like you know that big tree in our yard that has that circle surrounds? Right behind our house. They had to take the whole tree out yesterday. Is that because it's, it was so dead that it's in danger of damage in your house if it falls? Yep. Yeah. Big dead tree. How much that run you? Fourteen hundred. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:56 Just get rid of a tree. Whole tree, yeah. I have to get rid of some. Did you see them take it down? No. Man, you should watch that. It's amazing. Well, they don't timber that.
Starting point is 00:16:05 No, they do. When I had my tree removed, 14 guys, they were like ants. One dude did the chopping up top. Three of them did the pooling wherever it was going to fall. Yeah. And the others would just drag it to the chipper, chipper truck, and they were gone in like an hour. Oh, that's cool. We did that on Breaking Bobby Bones, and I went into Northern California.
Starting point is 00:16:24 and we had to remove trees, full trees. We had to learn how to cut the triangle into the tree, how to pull, where to pull, angle. And when we were practicing, we put a can down on the ground. And there would be no pull. They made me cut the triangle into the tree, which is, if I'm explaining it, you cut a triangle because it's big and it goes small, so the tree falls.
Starting point is 00:16:47 The tree's going to fall in that direction, wherever you do the triangle. But I had to cut the triangle to make it land on the can. Wow, so like target practice. So there was no pull. You had to cut the triangle exactly for the direction. So we did that a few times until I kind of got it. And then we did it.
Starting point is 00:17:01 Did you go up in the tree? Yeah, it sucked. So you had spikes? Did you have spikes on my boots and only a rope on my waist? There's nothing else. And the chainsaw? Do you have a chainsaw strapped to you? On.
Starting point is 00:17:11 That's awesome. An on chainsaw hanging from my hip. Climbing a tree with only spikes on my boots and a rope around my waist. It was the worst. That's so cool. It was the worst. Amy, here's the story. that I thought you could relate to.
Starting point is 00:17:25 An American Airlines passenger claims her family was downgraded from business class on a transatlantic flight because America needed to transport pilots and they took her seats. Oh man, they did her dirty. I mean, if they paid for those tickets and they put pilots up there,
Starting point is 00:17:40 that would be really frustrating. But they give you money back, right? I don't know. I would think so. They can't just pay you full pride. That's more of one of those. I just read the headline and thought about Amy
Starting point is 00:17:51 and never read any more into it. I'm not getting any different price because I think they already know that I got a really good deal. Yeah. They're not like, they're like if you want to cancel your flight altogether, you can. Like, okay, no. You got to get to Ecuador. Right. Got to go find you in Ecuadorian.
Starting point is 00:18:06 I got to get to quenka. I don't know about that. Sure. Quenka. I don't know about that. Behind every night spent making the kids lunches, there's a lot of suspense. Will they finally eat the veggies? Will the pastos survive the first place?
Starting point is 00:18:22 bite? Will the lunchbox come home empty, half full, or come home at all? And will you finish episode 8 before you're done slicing the cucumbers? On the new podcast Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle.
Starting point is 00:18:56 I chose option B. I'm Julie Pinero, and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility. Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people, and they were like,
Starting point is 00:19:15 you smiled at us. Not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up to a new version of yourself. So whether you're a solo travel veteran
Starting point is 00:19:33 or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to Solita on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, this is Hayes Davenport. And Sean Clements. We host the podcast Hollywood Handbook on the Big Money Players Network. Our show is extremely accessible to first-time listeners. Each week, we talk to someone in show business, aka The Biz,
Starting point is 00:19:57 and try to help them with their careers and see what they have to offer us. Everyone has a good time, and no one gets mad at their publicists for letting them do our show. We've had a lot of great guests like Sarah Sherman, not that great. Actually, can you help me shape this? How about we flip it on his head, right? How about we flip the script? What is the surprised woman? who actually you think is the straight man is actually the one who's acting weird.
Starting point is 00:20:23 Adam Scott, this entire time you've been expecting Adam Sandler to come to visit the show. I would never expect, I would never set expectations for something like that to happen. If the universe allows for something like that to happen, I'm open to it. I'm always going to accept. You know, Danny McBride, fine. Yeah, it's all this fragile masculinity exuding. I could smell it walking down the hallway, to be honest with you. I was like, I was like, is that weed?
Starting point is 00:20:56 Nope, it's fragile masculinity. Ben Stiller, no. Because a lot of times out of context, people don't get it, or even know what a circle is. You know what I mean? They're like, oh, I go what's a state. Everyone's so dumb except for you. And fake. Right, fake and also not interested or just like, oh, I've got my life.
Starting point is 00:21:15 I don't care about your life. care about your life. And a lot of other big shots that wouldn't be where they are without us. Oh, and by the way, Will Ferrell told us personally he loves the show and he wants to be a guest on every episode, but he's just so busy. Listen to Hollywood Handbook on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Munga shit together and I'm back with a new season of the podcast Skyline Drive. This time I'm diving into a rabbit hole of peptides, organoids, blood boys, blue zones and brain replacement to try to understand what this longevity obsession is all about, and what it really means to live forever, for all of us.
Starting point is 00:21:51 I learned about some rad science. I can make a brain for you, and then we can test what draw is the best for your brain, as opposed to his brain. Here are some hard truths. I would expect Indians to age faster, but I did not expect it to be almost a four to five-year acceleration. and get myself into a world of trouble. I'd say probably start bone smashing.
Starting point is 00:22:19 That doesn't work. To make it look more defined. They say it works. I don't know. Listen to Skyline Drive, How to Live Forever on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Ray, you want to talk about tipping?
Starting point is 00:22:34 What do you want to talk about tipping? Yeah, so these are some tipping situations. I just had a question what you would typically tip if you were faced with these type of things. Are you asking me what I think you should, tip or are you asking me about me specifically? I'll answer both, but... It would be interesting just to hear
Starting point is 00:22:52 you flex a little bit because I think yours would be more than mine. Okay, I will be... Well, okay, I'll be honest. If that is the goal of your segment idea here, I will tell you what I would legitimately tip. Okay. Okay, go.
Starting point is 00:23:06 So I did pedicures with me and my wife, and those are a little expensive because they actually do... I mean, if you're a guy and you got some intense toenails, like, they'll do work. and it actually is better for your feet. So it's like a couple hours we were there. But what's the cost?
Starting point is 00:23:21 So it's 150. For a single person? For me and my wife. Okay, so 75 each. Yeah. I don't know the pedicure culture as well. So I'd probably just go, if it was 75 each, I just do 100 bucks. Okay.
Starting point is 00:23:35 That's exactly what we did. We just rounded up. Not sure what the pedicry culture is. Okay. Hair cut. The only reason I tip when I get a haircut is because the lady, I'm the only guy that she has. She moved on in the world and she's like, now
Starting point is 00:23:49 has a salon, her own thing, her own clients. I'm the only guy that she cuts hair for. So because of that, I give her $10 every time just because she's so nice to keep me on board. What's crazy is? My headphones came out and I can't hear what he's saying. Oh, no. He's just... Yeah, all I see is face moving because he's behind the glass. Okay, I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:24:05 Would you say that last part again? I pulled my headphones out. I just kept saying sentences. So, yeah. So I tip my haircut lady just because she has her own practice now and she is nice enough to still continue to do guys, even though she specializes in women. So because of that reason, that's the only reason I tip and I do $10. What's your cost of a haircut? It costs $40. And so I give her 50. If someone has their own salon, if someone, like, the person who cuts my hair is actually a
Starting point is 00:24:37 close friend and she comes to the house and cuts my hair. So it's different. We don't tip somebody that owns their place because they're getting all the money. If someone's renting a chair at a place, they don't actually own it, um, and let's say the haircut was 40 bucks. Mm-hmm. I think mine would probably be a little more than that.
Starting point is 00:24:55 Mine would probably be about a hundred. Wait. What? So I don't, she doesn't come to my house, but she caught my hair the other day and I tipped. Great. I don't.
Starting point is 00:25:08 You all have the same one? That's interesting. She does own it. It's just her. But she, but she probably charges more. more to come to my house. Oh yeah, probably a travel fee.
Starting point is 00:25:17 Yeah. Okay. My haircut, if I would, yours is, I'd probably tip 100 bucks. Yes, you're going 100% on that. Okay, Sonic, they now allow you to tip with the card.
Starting point is 00:25:30 So every single time, boom, I do add a dollar. Nice. Regardless of the price. Amen, brother. Good, good for you. What about you? You know the answer.
Starting point is 00:25:39 That's a weird one. Yeah. 80% of the time, Even if I'm just getting a water, I'll give them $100 bill. Wow. That's a joke. It's not a joke, man. If I don't have a $100 bill in my wallet, I'll give them whatever I have a $20 or something.
Starting point is 00:25:59 And if I don't at least have a $20, I won't go. Because I'll buy it on the app. I use the app for all my Sonic purchases. But I try it. My backpack. I try to keep that. I actually try to keep, in my mind, Sonic tipping money in my wallet, at all times. So let's see if I have any now.
Starting point is 00:26:18 I do believe in keeping cash for that reason. Right now, if I were to go to Sonic, five, yeah, I have money. And you're good. Let's go to Sonic. Yeah. I have money. Yeah. Okay. So yeah, I usually do $100 a tonic. Okay. I have two left. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:39 Valet. And I'll only do this if it says, hey, eat at our restaurant, free valet. And so since it's free, I mean, that's the whole point that you're going there to eat the meal because it's free parking. So just to be nice, I give them a $5 bill. That's awesome. And that works. Okay. That's what you should do.
Starting point is 00:26:57 All right. Because they're, the car being valeted into a spot is free parking, but they're still depending on tips. What are you asking? Like you, though, but are you just? I would say, please keep this close because I like to eat and get out. Show park. Love it. Not a show park.
Starting point is 00:27:14 I don't care about that. He backs it up. Keep it close. It's right by the entrance. And I usually just give them a hundred bucks and whatever the valet fees you can take out of it and keep the rest. That's good.
Starting point is 00:27:25 So if it's like 20 bucks, they get to keep 80. Yeah, that's good. It's really good. That's usually what that is. So hold on. So Ray said that he chooses his restaurants based on if they have free parquet.
Starting point is 00:27:36 Well, that's the only time I will do valet is if it's free. If it's included in whatever you're doing. That is always nice. Yeah. Yeah, but good for you to still tip Because that's what they depend on This one confuses me
Starting point is 00:27:48 And it's not restaurants It's airport restaurants In particular So because their turnover is so quick And I almost seem rushed Like the second the lady brings me my food She's already bringing me the bill And there's a guy with his backpack
Starting point is 00:28:04 Hit me in the head It just seems so hurried So the most I'll do At an airport is 10%. You're not getting 20% if I'm there and you're, I'm being rushed. So I would like to challenge your perspective. They are moving that fast because they think you have a flight to catch,
Starting point is 00:28:19 not because they're trying to rush you out. So generally, that movement is because people coming in have 50 minutes, an hour and 10 minutes, whatever is scheduled for their layover, and they know they don't want you freaking out going, hey, I need my check, I got to go. So they're just trying to get ahead of that. You can actually stay however long you want. They are actually being so proactive in that you got to go.
Starting point is 00:28:40 They're bringing you all that fast. I would encourage you to do what you would do at a restaurant. 20? Yep. But don't you think she's getting tons of turnover? Imagine the amount of tables. Airport waitress gets compared to a normal waitress. Yeah, but I would say people aren't eating as big.
Starting point is 00:28:57 They're not getting appetizers. Their bills aren't going to be as high because they're not getting drinks, appetizers. They're eating by themselves or with one other person where a lot of foretops are coming in if they're standard serving in a restaurant. I think it all evens out. And also imagine working at the airport. like people aren't in a good mood. No one wants to be at an airport. So I would just encourage you to go 20% on that.
Starting point is 00:29:18 Flight out, I would say good mood. Flight back, not good mood. But how do they know? And also, flight back, I'm not... Or connecting. Okay. But still, they don't know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:28 Okay, are you happy with my answers? Yeah, that was informative. I learned a lot. Okay. There you have it. A woman tattoos the names of the moms of each guide that she slept with on herself. What? Why? What? Names of the moms?
Starting point is 00:29:43 What? Harriet Richardson has tattooed the names of 15 mothers of men that she's hooked up with on the side of a rib cage. So she asks after they hook up, like, what's your mom's name? Or before. She said it's not about revenge, but about memory and the lasting effect relationships can have. She chooses the mother's names because she often felt a stronger connection with them than their sons. What the... Oh, so she dated these guys.
Starting point is 00:30:06 Yeah, and she's even hired a private investigator to track down a couple of the names. She could not remember. This is weird. That is weird. I agree with that. That is definitely weird. That's why it made the news because it was so weird. So there you go.
Starting point is 00:30:20 Let's see what else we have here. Should kids under 16 use social media? No. No. I mean, they're going to, but they shouldn't. Right. The question is, should kids under 16 use social media? We're so, I mean, definitely with boundaries.
Starting point is 00:30:39 I'm asking a question here? I mean, if we have a choice in it, no. Well, yeah, he's giving you the choice. Yeah, yeah, you get a choice here. Right here, this is your choice. This question. But the way it is right now, we just need them with boundaries. My answer is yes.
Starting point is 00:30:56 Here's why. Here's why. No, here's why. It's like a kid driving a car at 16. Should a kid under 16 be able to drive before they get their license? Yeah, because they've got to learn how to drive. They've got to learn the skills when they do get full driving. They can drive.
Starting point is 00:31:09 You don't just take a kid who turns 16 and go, this is your first time to drive. You now get in a car. Go. there should be a safe ramp for kids at 13 or 14 to slowly learn it. So when it does hit, they can freely get on it, that they are not eaten in DMs by pedophiles. They're not consuming things. They're screw with their mental health. They're learning about cyberbullying.
Starting point is 00:31:30 So I do think there should be a bit of an on-ramp, slow learning, just like there are many things in our life when it comes to situations where you get to use something for the first time because of your age. That's what I would say. I agree with that. Can you start the on-ramp, like, at 18? Well, no, if 16 was the question. Yeah, yeah, yeah, so don't start it yet. The answer is no to 16, but if you want an on-ramp to using social media,
Starting point is 00:31:54 you slowly start doing it when they turn 18. But they're an adult at 18. They can do whatever they want at 18. Yeah, but, I mean, they're still kids. Maybe yours. I was not. 18, I was on my own. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:06 You're different, for sure. But I'm saying everybody's different. But, I mean, you're asking a question about every kid. I'm asking about 16-year-olds. Yeah, no. But, like, are there different kinds of 16-year-olds? Yeah, for sure. Should kids under 16 use social media?
Starting point is 00:32:20 For that reason, I'm going to say yes. The same reason kids under 16 should drive before they get a license. And they do with a parent in the car. Great. Then there should be rules that they can get on with a parent next to them. I'm saying this is such a big part of kids' lives now that can go terribly awry. They could be mental health. They could kids kill themselves.
Starting point is 00:32:39 So I do think it should be guarded. the same way and you should be educated the same way that you do if you're something like a driver's license. Like I think we go Instagram, it's kind of dopey. I keep kids off of it. But it's such a part of everyone's life that I do think there should be like a training element to it the same way. You get on a bike. You don't just ride first. You probably got training wheels before you start riding a bike. Yeah. I mean, I can't be. I get it because I've let my kids have it with boundaries. So. And if you're 16, and you're going 18,
Starting point is 00:33:12 if you're 16, a kid's driving a car and they're driving away from you and you're not in there, you don't think they're on social media? No, 16? No, because you have to have permission to get the app. You don't, though. No, you do. You can set that setting on their phone. You set that.
Starting point is 00:33:26 No, I'm saying by the app, you don't have to. Well, but like Stevenson can't upload anything to his phone without a code. Yeah, but you're talking about a phone specifically. I'm talking about the app. The app doesn't have it. You can be 12 and lie. Oh, yeah, because. Yeah, my daughter would go through the browser.
Starting point is 00:33:40 You could steal someone's phone and get on it and use it. Or not. You can go through the browser. Or you can go through the browser. Because when my daughter got grounded from Snapchat, we learned she was still using it on the browser for like months. We were like, oh, dang, we'd ever thought of that. You're clever. And then even more, you got to get with the other parents and be like, are we all on the same page here?
Starting point is 00:34:01 Like, your kid doesn't have Instagram, right? Or no, or, okay, yours do. Yeah, but they're just not. No. No parents are on this. There's nobody's on the same page. Some people are like, oh yeah, they can sleep with the phone in the room. And I'm like, what?
Starting point is 00:34:14 No, phone outside of the room. Not going to go to your house. Interesting. Yeah. It's like, where do you charge your phone? I never, I haven't thought about that. So do you guys have that rule now? Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:34:24 We do. The rule is what? It charges outside of the room. What if they want to get up in the middle of the night? Can they use it in the middle of the night? Or is it not allowed, let's say, at 1 a.m. Well, there's downtime. The phone.
Starting point is 00:34:40 Can you shut off the phone to go, it does not work at 1 a.m? Yeah, he has, I forget what it's called. His dad has all the controls. So sometimes I even have to call, like, it's a whole thing, which I even get, I'm like, oh, we need to just up the privileges
Starting point is 00:34:55 because this gets exhausting. But it's also worth it. I mean, it's to protect him. So especially if, like, having kids over and then being able to get online and they can't look at just, anything. You know what scary is like sleepovers? I just don't think that's ever going to have
Starting point is 00:35:12 a sleepover. I ain't doing the sleepovers. What do you mean? If there's any dude, if I have a little girl and there's any dude in the house at all whatsoever, I ain't sending her over. So if there's a dad at the house, you're not going to... I don't think I'm sending where any men are. No way, man, I'm with you. Not with, yeah. As of right now, sleepovers? Too many instances where girls are so vulnerable. And boys are
Starting point is 00:35:30 too, but I have a girl. Kids are so vulnerable and you don't really know them. It's like a family member. I know the more that you learn, I feel very fortunate as a child that I was never put in any compromising position because so many kids were with, yeah, it may not even be a dad lunchbox, but an older brother, a cousin, an older. Do it at our house. But what's even crazier that it could be a dad.
Starting point is 00:35:56 Oh, yeah, it could be. I mean, we've heard news stories of dads being like, oh, yeah, I put a little sleepy, sleepy in the smoothie. It's not even worth that. Like, it's not even worth that. So. I know. No, it is a bummer.
Starting point is 00:36:08 because sleepovers can be so much fun. I never liked them as a kid. Oh, they were so fun, dude. I kind of hated them. I don't even like lock-ins at church. I'd leave. Well, there's a lock-in. How'd you get out?
Starting point is 00:36:20 They didn't really lock the door. They just said it. I just called that. Oh. Would you just go back home? Yeah. Oh, I'm going to just sleep here. What fun is this sleeping on a...
Starting point is 00:36:31 Well, the lock-ins, you wouldn't sleep. The ones I went to, those are all-nighters. Yeah, you go until like two and you get real tired. then I just go home and everything was close enough to walk so I just walk home but those were the days if you're wondering
Starting point is 00:36:45 there was a whole story about and it's reminding me at Eddie of how people check people's credit card scores before they date them seriously yours is debt debt related I was debt yeah yeah my wife had
Starting point is 00:36:58 I don't know how much debt on a credit card and I just felt like if we wanted to start our marriage right her dad should probably take care of that and he did but this is people now they will find out people's credit card and credit scores and if their credit score isn't good enough
Starting point is 00:37:12 they will before it starts to get serious go hey i don't think this is something i want to invest my time in day wow that's crazy can't you figure out kind of somebody's credit store by other questions i don't think it's a question because you're gonna lie ask me a question oh okay well you're i'm assuming never three ever your dating is going to be honest with you oh never assumed that you got a lot to learn about dating life we'll tell you all about it yeah um so So I saw that and thought about you. Eddie wants Amy to make a psychic prediction on the NFL. I don't know if you're in the mood or...
Starting point is 00:37:44 But don't rush it. We still have, you know. How much time do we have? Not much, but... So this weekend is week zero college. Then the next weekend is week one college. And the next weekend is NFL week one. So you want to do it before NFL week one.
Starting point is 00:37:59 But the earlier, the better because those odds are really good. Then let's just wait until before week one of the NFL season. Perfect. Perfect. You good with that? Yep. Are you going to be thinking about it, Amy? Or is it, you know, wait for that moment?
Starting point is 00:38:13 Psychics can't think about it. I'll wait for the moment. Do you feel like you have a little bit of psychic ability, for real? No. You really don't? Like, you don't think there's any part of you that has whatever that... I mean, sometimes it's fun when I get close. There was something that happened the other day.
Starting point is 00:38:27 There's definitely something to have. Let's get it. No, because y'all didn't believe me. What? Rosie O'Donnell? But Caitlin said... Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:35 No, that's not. That's not psychic. No. That felt psychic. to me. I'm telling you what I thought was kind of weird and psychic was that bit that she did before Dolly died. She has guilt. I know she did.
Starting point is 00:38:47 And I'm not bringing that up because of the guilt, but I feel like Amy, the timing was so crazy that that could totally be psychic moves. Sidekick? Sidekick? Sidekick. He's saying psychic. Seikik. He's saying psychic. You say it weird. Like sidekick. He says a lot of things weird.
Starting point is 00:39:04 Yeah, man. I'm telling you Spanish is my first language. I... have felt weird. I love that I keep saying that and you guys don't don't respond to it. It's stupid. No. You don't even speak to about Spanish on the show.
Starting point is 00:39:18 I understand, but you got to know that my parents spoke Spanish. But it wasn't your first language. But that's what I heard first. But that doesn't mean it's your first language. The first language that you learn and that you speak now is English. I love saying it though. And you guys just move right on. But it's not your first language.
Starting point is 00:39:32 It's such a lie. Hey, Ray, do you have the 2000s movie clips game? Yep. Do you want to try to play? I'm going to play because I don't have the game but I'd like to play. Can you set us up on what it is?
Starting point is 00:39:46 So this is clips from movies from the 2000, you just named the movie. What are you getting in lunchbox? A piece of paper. Oh, you're going to play an actual clip, not do the... Okay, the quote. Okay, I'm ready. Love that movie.
Starting point is 00:40:03 Oh, we're writing down? I'm in. I'm in. I'm in. I'm in for the wind. That was... He's yelling Wilson. Yeah, Wilson.
Starting point is 00:40:14 That's the easy one, lunchbox? I put Castaway. Castaway. Castaway. Never seen that one. What? Yeah. That's a good one, man.
Starting point is 00:40:23 It's good. Yeah. Oh, yeah. It's really good. I don't think it makes my top ten Tom Hanksers. But it's good. Yeah, probably not mine. Surprise Eddie likes it, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:40:32 He just by himself? There's not a lot of action, huh? No, but that's Tom Hanks. I love every Tom Hanks movie. But also, Eddie hates dialogue. Not a lot of dialogue, because there's a whole hour of it, or he doesn't talk at all. That's right. It's just him by himself surviving.
Starting point is 00:40:44 Interesting. Yeah. Next. If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball. I'm in? I'm in for the win. I'm in. Everybody got on that one? One, two, three. Dodge ball. Nice.
Starting point is 00:40:59 The funny thing about that movie is they had a whole different ending for that movie. What happened? And they had to reshoot it. Why? At the end, Ben Stiller, who plays the bad guy, they get up and they're doing one-on-one. Ben Stiller just nails them with the ball. Bad Guy wins, shows over. Which I think would have been the best ending.
Starting point is 00:41:16 But they went and re-shot it, and then it has the ending. It has an end. Yeah. All right, next up, number three. What is this? A center for ants. I'm in. I'm in.
Starting point is 00:41:31 Will you play that one again? What is this? A center for ants! I'm in for the win. I'm in. Everybody in? Yep. It's also a Ben Still in movie.
Starting point is 00:41:42 Eddie? Zoolander. Amy? Zoolander. Lunchbox. Just watched it for the first time a couple months ago. Zoolander. Oh, really? Yeah, never seen that. I still haven't seen it. Really? Did it hold up? Yeah, I thought it was pretty funny.
Starting point is 00:41:56 I really enjoyed it. Okay, next one. You stay classy, San Diego. I'm in. I'm in. I'm in for the win. Ray, how many do you have? Seven, and then if there's tiebreakers, we got something for that.
Starting point is 00:42:10 Okay. Yeah, I'm in. One, two, three? Anchorman. Good. All right, next. On Wednesdays, we wear pink. I'm in.
Starting point is 00:42:23 Oh, man. I'm in. Play again. On Wednesdays, we wear pink. All right, it's one or two. I'm in for the win. Lunchbox? I put mean girls.
Starting point is 00:42:42 I have mean girls. Amy, is it mean girls? Mean girls. Thank God. Eddie. Legally blonde. That was the other one I was thinking. Damn.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Doesn't she wear pink? Probably. Yeah, she does wear pink. Yeah, but... But she didn't say that. Never seen mean girls. All right, number six. Morals. For spring.
Starting point is 00:43:01 Groundbreaking. I'm in. Oh, no. What? Again? Morals. For spring. Groundbreaking.
Starting point is 00:43:12 I'm in. Sure sounds like they're talking over each other. They are at the beginning. Morals? No. Is that not what it says? He doesn't say morals? Orals for spring.
Starting point is 00:43:26 Okay, I'm just going to have to go with... I don't know. I'm trying to name the actress. I'm in. I'm in for the win. Lunchbox? Devil wears Prada. All I could think of was that's Julia Roberts.
Starting point is 00:43:43 I picked Pretty Woman, but I don't know if that's it. It's not it. What is it? It's Devil Wars Prada. Whoa. It is? Wow. Good one.
Starting point is 00:43:50 You? Devil wears Prada. Dang. Good. You guys. So what did she say? Florals for spring Cute
Starting point is 00:43:58 Got it Okay All right last Amy and Lunchbox are in the lead here Hey This is my grandma You say we're sucking hind to it That's funny
Starting point is 00:44:07 That's the little one You know If you're going for milk If you're going for milk That's a small one That means you're losing All right go ahead You either die a hero
Starting point is 00:44:14 Or you live long enough To see yourself Become the villain I'm in What? You know this? Yeah What?
Starting point is 00:44:24 I think I know who that is What? You don't know who that is. Yeah, I do. I bet you don't. I'm going to write that down. Side bet two points? We start betting to get our points higher. Hey, I bet you ten. Huh, okay. Can I hear it again? Yeah, one more time.
Starting point is 00:44:39 You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. That's not who I thought it was. What? I don't know. I'm in. You might have it, though. There's 2000s movies? Lunchbox, what do you have? I don't have anything yet. I'm in.
Starting point is 00:44:53 Okay, time. Amy? Spider-Man. You're close Batman Yeah I think it's Dark Night Oh it is Is it Dark Night? Yep
Starting point is 00:45:02 It's Harvey Dent Yep Eddie? I have Spider-Man Oh wow And I thought it was Kyle Chandler Is that Kyle Chandler? No Harvey Dent
Starting point is 00:45:09 It's a blonde hair dude Dang okay He lost the side Batman I got ten points then Because it was double No Okay Eddie you're the only one
Starting point is 00:45:19 That doesn't go to sudden death All right I'm done Would you have got Dark Night I don't know I was gonna put iron man. So then you wouldn't have gotten into. So no.
Starting point is 00:45:29 Okay. The answer is no. Okay. All right. What's wrong with that? How many do you have? We can do up to four. Okay, let's do three and we'll do one speed at the end. All right. Go. Hello, Amanda. You don't know me, but I know you. I want to play a game.
Starting point is 00:45:48 I'm in. I'm in for the win. That's scary. You're out. You need to stop talking. Just because I'm out. You need to stop talking. Yes, sir. Yeah, is this what I had to... Are we in?
Starting point is 00:46:00 Yeah, it is what you had to watch. I had to watch like 10 of these. You had to watch it. Yeah, go ahead. Saul. Saul. Eddie, you stopped talking. I didn't say a word.
Starting point is 00:46:08 You shouldn't say anything until you get your answer. What? Y'all were in? I don't think he'd be said anything. Maybe I changed... No, but we made her watch saw. You wouldn't change to write it down. I had my punishment.
Starting point is 00:46:18 I had to watch Saul 1 through 10. Maybe I had scream written down and changed it to Saul when you said that. You can't do that. That's not legal. Good point. All right, next. What'd you do with them? Motorboat? You play the motorboat?
Starting point is 00:46:30 I'm in. Wait, what? No, no, no, no. One more time. You can get a tour one more time. What'd you do with them? Motorboat? You play the motorboat? I can't say, I'm in for the win. Oh my God, I got it wrong. 2,000?
Starting point is 00:46:50 Right when you said it? Well, I don't know that I haven't for sure. Stupid! I got too cocky. Went too fast. Do you have Saul? No. What do you have? Hangover. Okay.
Starting point is 00:47:03 I'm 58% positive of mine. Because it's Vince Vaughn. I just guessed. Right? Isn't it Vince Vaugh? Yes. Okay. I put wedding crashers.
Starting point is 00:47:11 Oh, that's probably it. That's it. Why would you have? Wedding Crashers. I would have changed it. I don't know that I'm right. Oh, am I right? If you don't let me change, you ought to put old school.
Starting point is 00:47:21 That's why I thought I screwed up. So you had it. And then when you missed it, you didn't miss it. Right. Got it. So yeah. Okay, so Blunchwarks and I are left. One left.
