Welcome to Tuesday's show.
Morning Studio.
Morning.
All right, let's go.
Let's get started with whatever you got happening in your life.
First, our video editor, he sits over there all day long.
And not only is he a co-host on the show, but he's running the video cameras, meaning there are so many cameras on the walls here he's going to camera, camera, camera, camera.
I don't know how he does two things at once.
It's kind of amidextrous.
Yeah.
I don't know what that means, but yeah.
Well, left-handed, you can do it both sides, left or right?
Like playing the piano.
That's what I compare it to.
Here he is.
Here he is, Eddie, everybody.
Guys, since last Friday we had Randy Hauser on the show, I don't know.
I just went home and I started listening to some old songs and I'm like, I think Randy
Hauser has slowly moved into my top 10 favorite country artists.
Of all time?
Of all time.
I mean, don't ask me to name the top 10.
I don't have the list.
But I know he's up there.
Like, obviously Garth is there.
George is there.
Tim McGrath.
Why don't you do this tomorrow for this segment?
Give me your top 10.
Okay.
I'll have to think about it.
But I know that Randy is either in the top of.
top 10 or sneaking really close to getting in.
So he reminded you of how good he is?
Just we were playing some of his songs like running out of moonlight.
So I went home and...
Girl, running out of moonlight.
And then, you know, and started with a goodnight kiss.
Girl, started with a good night kiss.
Your kiss, my lips, my butt, your hut.
No, I didn't say that.
I didn't say that.
But I took it home and my kids are all listening to it.
Like, this is good.
We listened to his new album, Note to Self.
I'm like, Brandy, dude, I forget about him because he, maybe.
and put stuff out in a while.
That's what it is.
Dude, he is legit.
Yeah, my wife knows every one of the songs.
Really?
I was like, you're Randy Hauser fan?
She's like, yeah, sort of, I guess.
I'll play one.
Oh, yeah, it knows everywhere.
Oh, yeah.
She knows everywhere to every song, though.
She has like a photographic memory.
It's crazy.
Eddie, thank you very much.
Yeah, man.
All right, you wonder what he does all morning.
Well, he sits over there, and he's on Facebook.
Here's lunchbox, everybody.
I do like to chat away.
You do.
And my house, guys, let me tell you, it's falling apart.
not only do I have holes in my roof from a tree branch in a storm that blew off.
How long ago was that, though?
Let our audience know.
June.
June.
Your roof has had holes in it since June of last year.
Yeah, three holes.
But you haven't fixed because...
Because I was in talks with a TV show about being on their TV show and we'd been
going through interviews.
I'd been meeting with producers.
Did you meet with a single producer?
Yeah.
One.
You met in person.
No, on video chat.
Whatever you call that.
Zoom, yes.
One meeting.
With Amy's sisters show.
Anyway, go ahead.
And so I was going to, that was waiting for that.
Well, this weekend, I have an old house.
It's wooden windows.
And one of the frames, a piece of the wood fell off.
So my kid's window just have a big hole.
And so the cold air just comes in.
So I have a towel stuffed in their window trying to block the cold air.
I mean, I need a TV show more than ever.
Yeah, what show are you going to wait for to fix that?
I don't know.
I'm just like, I don't know how to fix a wooden,
frame around your window, like I'm not really good at the window thing.
I do.
You do?
Yeah, get on Google.
And type in, fix my house.
It's broken window.
The window's not broken.
It's just the frame around the window.
It doesn't matter.
That's even worse than the window.
Right.
And yeah, so I have a towel blocking the cold air from, I mean, it's just, it looks so bad.
Like, I have a beach towel.
So what are you going to do?
I mean, I'm not going to get online or start applying to HDTV.
Brothers.
That's your way out of this to go beyond a reality show for every problem.
Yeah.
So, yeah, I mean, if you guys can...
But you have to pay for it even if you do those shows, so why not just go ahead and pay for it?
Well, right, but at least I get on TV and they can do something really cool.
But it would be a year before they...
From the application process to when they would...
Oh, trust me, I know. I've been strung along for the last six months by another certain TV show.
Okay. Thank you.
But yes, I need a window person.
Do you want to say anything to him stringing...
You guys stringing him along.
Me, I am not a part of this.
I know he does.
But no, I think they've already made it very clear to him that he wasn't selected.
No, no, no, no.
They just, they ghosted me.
And then finally I had to call your sister.
And she wouldn't even directly say that I'm not going to be on there.
She just stopped saying, I think you should make other plans.
Because I don't even think she could directly say that they were for sure doing anything here in Nashville.
No, no, but she could say, you're not going to be on the show.
Okay.
Anyway, Amy, would you like to go?
Here, let's clap for Amy, everybody.
My friend owns a little boutique and had this crazy thing happen where this guy came in with a bag.
And she was busy helping another customer.
This is a small business, just her in the shop.
And he went into the bathroom, filled his bag up with all of her toilet paper and cleaning supplies from the cabinet and the candle that she had in there.
And then he locked out with everything.
But she didn't notice it at the time.
When she went to the bathroom, she was like, huh, candle's gone.
Huh.
All the toilet paper's gone.
cleaning supplies.
So then she went and looked at camera footage.
And yeah, sure enough,
guy walked him with an empty bag,
left with a full bag.
What do you think about that, lunch, buddy?
I think that's stealing, I guess.
But you probably got a thing.
He's probably not...
But why, I guess?
Because at a hotel, you're paying for that room,
so you're paying for everything in that room.
Whereas a bathroom,
that is just a, like a complimentary thing
that you can use as a customer.
Right.
It doesn't mean you can go in and take it.
So I see that is kind of bad.
Not fully bad?
Not fully bad because I'm going to say this guy's probably homeless and needs some
cleaning supplies?
It didn't appear that way in the video.
She said, that was my first question.
I said, oh, man, he must need that stuff.
But if you're homeless, you need cleaning supplies.
Yeah.
You need toilet paper.
Right.
And a candle.
A candle, yeah.
You need some light out there at the campsite.
I don't know.
It just was interesting for true.
What's he going to do with a bottle of pledge?
Is that what you're saying, Eddie?
Exactly.
Come on.
Uh, what?
Sniff it?
Yeah.
Well, I don't know there's pledge in there.
I just, oh, I don't know.
Okay.
Okay, Raymond, don't play mine.
Our favorite morning show, he's ahead of the table,
but he won't trust cold water.
To kill germs, it's not able.
A real sports fanatic, he's got whistles to spare.
So long with Arkansas's on top, he won't shoot you his player.
He's met all the legends from Lionel de Dali.
But as far as we know, he hasn't met Smokey.
Truth be told, his favorite.
her house guest was that husband trophy.
Here's Bob Vone.
All right.
We got there, though, didn't we?
We got there.
All right, I'm going to give you guys,
especially the women that listen to the show
that have boyfriends or husbands.
Heck, even the men that listen to have boyfriends and husbands.
Here are some gifts that you can go out in order.
Christmas is a month and two weeks away.
So these are gifts.
One, that you can get your man.
There's something called peeps that are glass cleaners,
glasses cleaners.
and they're great.
It's a thing you hold
and it's got some antibacterial thing
that cleans the glasses really well.
So if the person wears the glasses,
uh,
glasses,
it's called peeps.
Not the kind you eat.
Yeah,
not the marshmallow treats.
But they're glasses cleaner.
That's the first thing I'm going to recommend.
Uh,
next up,
I had gift,
I had been gifted a Netflix account for a year once.
Maybe two years ago.
It was the greatest gift.
I never went,
yeah,
I'd like for somebody to pay for my Netflix for a year.
But someone bought me a Netflix gift card
for a whole year.
for a whole year,
and I just typed it in
to my Apple account,
which is where I do Netflix,
and it paid for it.
It was a great gift.
Something I never thought
that I would like,
but it did, and I loved.
I'll also say,
if you can get your man
a great electric razor.
Now, if you get him a really,
really cheap one,
it ain't going to last very long
and it's going to hurt them.
But if you can get him a good one,
even if he likes to shave
with a blade,
the electric razor is good to have
if you're in a hurry.
Or if you just want to shave
the neck like I did this morning.
That's great.
And then finally,
when it comes to shaving
a fogless mirror that you can
like suction into the shower.
You're shaving in the shower is so much easier for a dude.
I'm assuming you guys shave your legs
in the shower or the bathtub.
Yes. Because it's hot.
It's wet.
Water. Yes. So same thing
with guys. If you get them a fogless mirror to put in the shower,
you shave so much easier.
Your face doesn't hurt as bad. Those are the four things
I would say right now. I'm looking though.
Because I get a lot of DMs from women going, hey, what do I get my husband?
So those are the first four things I
putting up on the list there. We'll list those two up at bobby bones.com if you guys want to see them.
So there you go. That's what I have to share. We're here. We're ready to go. Everybody good?
Yeah.
It's time to open the mailbag.
You send an email and we read it on the air. It's something we call Bobby's mailbag.
Hello, Bobby Bones. We're heading to my in-laws for Christmas. I'm already dreading my husband's
stepdad. He's a textbook narcissist. I've been in the family eight years. Every time we
visit, he constantly puts my husband down in one way or another. His balding pattern, which he's
self-conscious about, his career. He's a successful Air Force pilot. His favorite baseball team, the
Astros. The list goes on. My husband is the kindest man, and he just takes the constant
berating from his stepdad. I've bitten my tongue for eight years, but after some recent drama
with this man, I don't know if I'll be able to bite it any longer. I want to jump into my husband's
defense. What's your advice? What should I do? How should I respond? Do I buy my tongue or speak my mind?
we're staying in their home for a week.
Love, Love, Love, Love the show,
signed a very narcissist Christmas.
Oh, wow.
This is what you should do.
You should talk to your husband and say,
hey, how does this make you feel?
Don't tell them that you're thinking about erupting.
At least not yet.
You say, hey, when we go back,
this is what makes me feel uncomfortable.
This happens, that happens.
This is how it makes me feel.
How does it make you feel?
And if he's like, you know what?
This is just classic.
I'm used to it.
It's what I did my whole life.
Then you have to respect that.
Remember, you're sticking up for him,
but if he feels like he doesn't need anybody to stick up for him,
there's no need to.
This may be their relationship.
I don't like it either.
I don't see it.
But I don't think you do anything if he truly doesn't want you to.
Now, if he feels bullied,
if he's like,
I wish somebody would come to my defense.
If you sense,
that's a different story.
But I think you have to have the conversation with him
before you blow up.
Because when you hop in and you kick in some family dynamics,
oh, that's a tough one.
That's a tough one to go back to fix,
especially if you don't live in the same place.
because you don't really see to repair.
You can't wax the car if the car in the garage.
Cars down the road.
So there's big dent in it.
So you need to talk to your husband and say,
we're going to go back.
How do you feel about this when he does this type stuff?
He's like, oh, you know, that's classic him.
It's fine. Water off the back.
I'm used to it.
You have to be too.
But he was like, you know what, sucks?
I have to kind of wait.
Then maybe you talk with him about how you can healthfully address this.
And maybe it's just building him up to have the conversation.
because it probably ain't you
unless it gets real bad and you jump in.
I know you're the wife,
but this is a him in his stepdad situation
that maybe you can help fix it through him.
That's what I'm going to say.
But you don't want to go and you know,
you've been married a long time,
you don't want to go and start messing with family dynamics.
Especially with people that ain't your family,
especially a stepdad.
Yeah.
Yeah, I just think too,
it's a decision you have to make with your husband,
but if it is textbook narcissism,
but I mean that could be a lot of different things.
There's no point, really,
because it's probably just going to cause more.
He's not going to understand what you're saying
that stepdad's not even going to see that he does that.
He's not going to understand.
So there's no point in having confrontation with him.
So it's kind of also a waste of time.
You got to, you're right.
You got to check with him,
see how he feels about the whole thing.
But gosh, as you were reading it,
I was starting to get upset at this dude too.
And I wanted to tell him something.
So I understand that too.
Here's my question for you, though.
So when she does have the conversation with the guy with her husband and he says, yeah, it really bothers me.
Does she tell him right then and there?
All right, I want to stick up for you here.
Because won't he feel kind of cool that his wife's sticking up for him?
Maybe.
Or maybe he's like, I don't want you to consider it.
I know how this family reacts.
Yeah.
Maybe.
But I think.
But let him know that it's making you mad too.
This is a time for the uncomfortable discussion of feelings.
Man.
And it's always tough talking about somebody else's family.
Because you talk bad about somebody's in-law or somebody's.
family of their, that's a tough one.
Thank you. Good luck.
Work it out with him and then decide.
You don't need to, you have to bite your tongue.
You may have to bite your tongue for another year.
And remember, it's temporary.
You're only there temporarily.
Yeah, but also maybe shorten that week.
Hey, that's a long week.
A lot of things you can do.
Yeah, like, just don't.
Or stay awake, but you get an Airbnb.
Yeah.
That's true.
Playing a lot of activities outside the house.
All right, that's the mail bag.
Close it up.
We got your email and we've read it on air.
Now it's time to close Bobby's mail tag.
Yeah.

We do everything too.
Just post your task, set your budget,

Airtasker, get anything done?
We're down to two.
We have our Christmas show.
It comes out before we leave for vacation in December.
But I want to give everybody plenty of time
to get the gifts for each other.
But we've kind of whittled it down
to two options for Christmas this year.
A, a spicy Christmas.
Yeah.
You draw someone's name,
then you get them a gift, right?
So the person can either accept the gift or they can go to my luxury boxes.
Because I'll have seven boxes up here with a luxury gift in it.
And it will be a gift that is luxurious.
But at the seven, five of them are luxurious and two of them are spicy.
Like the little nitro, the hottest gummy bear or the world's hottest chip.
But if you open it and it's not luxury, if it's spicy, you got to eat it right then.
Can I suggest something?
I think half should be spicy, half should be a good gift.
No, it's fine.
Two.
I want to do two.
Two, two.
I don't want to do half and half.
Milk will be provided after you finish it.
You don't have to take the spicy option.
Thank God.
If you never want to spice, it's great.
Nobody could open a single luxury gift.
Oh, they will be luxurious, though.
You should have milk and a nurse.
Ever had a, like, a pay trip to Rome?
No way.
That's in there?
I don't know.
Oh, man.
Who knows?
I doubt.
It will be, but who knows?
You never know.
There's only a 28% chance against something spicy,
but a 70% chance of a luxury.
Wow.
Yeah.
So spicy Christmas is one option.
The other option is a pass or smash Christmas.
Meaning we draw the name, same thing.
La la la.
So you get a gift and if you like it, you keep it.
And if you don't like it, we'll have like a mallet or a sledgehammer.
It's going to hurt people's feelings.
I know.
And if you don't like it, you smash it immediately.
And that's just like such a waste of money to smash.
Yeah.
Then you spend the wheel of cash.
And on the will of cash, there'll be a couple, $1 options, a couple of five,
but they'll also be 50 and 100.
Oh, wow.
It's almost like you get rewarded with money for being mean.
Or if you don't like it, you may just get $1, too.
Oh, okay.
So would you like a spicy Christmas?
Because we're down to these final two.
Or pass or smash Christmas.
That's the option.
Okay, we have nine people total.
They're going to be voting here.
Amy, you want it spicy or you want it smashed?
I hate spicy so much, but I go spicy.
Because I'll just not.
But I do want something luxurious.
Luxurious.
I mean.
You go on spicy Christmas?
Spicy Christmas.
Morgan.
Oh, I hate spicy.
You can go past or smash Christmas too.
I know, and I really kind of like that idea.
Like smashing something sounds really fun.
Yeah.
And they do that elsewhere.
You're right, and I don't have to hurt somebody's feeling.
But I'm still going smash Christmas.
Okay, we got one boat spicy?
Oh, wow.
One boat smash.
Spicy?
Smash.
Eddie?
Well, Bones.
You know me.
Hispanic feller.
I like the spice.
And I'm just thinking about myself in this situation.
Like, what would I do?
I feel like I would be very level-headed,
and I'd be happy with a gift I got.
But knowing that there are some luxury items in those boxes,
I may go for the boxes.
And I think it would be so interesting.
So let's go spicy Christmas.
One vote, spice.
Yes, one-vote.
Spice.
Lunchbox, you want spicy or you want smash?
It's easy, man, because then it forces you to buy a present that can be smashed.
You know, like what if someone gets you, I don't know, something that can't be smashed?
You smash is like, oh, that's kind of boring.
The chance to open those gifts and get a trip to Rome.
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
I'm not giving away a trip to Rome.
But you said that.
You said it.
Okay, Rome, Texas.
Let's go.
Let's party.
I'd be pissed.
I would be real pissed.
That is nothing but anti-luxurious.
So I am definitely going spicy.
All right, three to one.
Mike D.
Want the temptation.
Let's go spicy.
Four.
Okay, one more vote, and we roll
and it goes to spicy all the way.
Ray?
Sorry to not make it interesting,
but I'm going spicy.
All right, we have our winner.
All right.
It is a spicy Christmas.
Spicy.
Spicy Christmas.
Maybe after we all go get Mexican food together.
Well, two of us might be in the hospital.
They don't want any Mexican food.
No sauce over him.
Just stick with the theme.
For the holidays.
We'll set our limit amount off the air.
Everybody will draw a name.
We can draw a name tomorrow the next day or so.
Yeah, limit 250.
Then you have to spin that, though.
You don't have to.
That's the limit.
No, you, because, no, we're not doing that.
Yeah, I don't like this already.
Hey, because it's a spicy Christmas, can we be allowed to have margaritas during the show?
Yeah, bones, come on.
That'd be fun.
No, because one of you guys.
Hey, it might.
It might make us choose the spicy.
You know what?
Margaritas everywhere.
Yeah.
But one of them has a nitro gummy beer.
All right, Marikerson, everybody.
It's time for the good news.
With producer Eddie.
Yeah, I'll make something good.
It's Friday night, and the Norton High School Lancers are playing Sharon High School at football.
The Lancers win the game.
The game's over, and both teams are huddling on the end zones, you know, talking to the head coach is talking to the team.
And the head coach notices that somebody on the track collapses.
So he stops his talk, and he's like, hey, somebody go check on that man.
It's a 70-year-old man.
He is the timekeeper of the game, so one of the officials.
And so the trainer of the team goes over and checks it out.
He's unconscious.
He's turning purple.
So she starts conducting CPR on him.
They get one of those AED defibrillators.
And then he comes back to life right in time for the ambulance to get there and check on him and taking the hospital.
And he's now on the road to recovery.
And here's Kat, the trainer, talking about what happened.
He went from lifeless to talking.
It felt like a million years.
But I think it was in the span of like five minutes.
I didn't sleep at all last night.
I really didn't.
Good for that coach.
I wonder if he's on the winning team or losing team.
They won.
He was the winning team.
So he's probably like, we're going to go inside and we're going to go outside.
We're going to hit him high.
We're going to hit him.
Time out.
What's going on over there?
Coach, there's this old guy fell.
Yeah, then got to go save him.
Clear.
Yeah.
You have to yell clear.
Well, those things, like, I know people worry about them, but you'll see them.
Like, they have a sign with like a heart and a lightning bolt on it.
You can find them almost like anywhere in public places.
and don't be worried because when you turn the machine on,
it tells you exactly what to do.
Does it say when do you all clear?
I don't think it says clear.
That's in the movies.
No, no, no, no.
You better believe.
Clear.
Clear.
Hit the button.
It's going to be yelled by me.
And if they don't, I'm going to yell it for them.
Okay.
So people know.
Good story.
Good job, coach.
That's what's all about.
That was tell me something good.
Carly Pierce charges $85 for a cameo.
Lunchbox, too high or too low?
Too high.
What do you think Carly Pierce?
cameo should cost.
35 bucks?
Okay.
I mean, that's just the truth.
I mean, what is she known for?
I think she's won.
She wants a CMA this year?
Yeah.
Her husband for a event or something.
For event, exactly.
It's still a CMA.
She's had a couple number ones.
All right.
35 bucks.
We have Marcia on the phone.
Marsha lives in North Carolina.
Marcia, how are you?
I'm good.
How are you?
I'm doing really good.
We're going to play who charges more for cameo.
And if lunchbox gets two out of three, you're going to win a Sonic gift card, okay?
Oh, cool. Okay.
Lunchbox.
Up first.
Carly Pierce or Danielle Bradbury.
Who charges more on Cameo where you go, and Cameo is an app where you pay people to send
you a personal message.
How much was Carly Pierce again?
We're not going to tell me that.
We already talked about it.
Sorry, dude.
Who charges more Carly Pierce or Daniel Bradbury?
It's got to be Carly Pierce.
I mean, Danielle Bradbury, I mean, $25.
So, but you're going Carly Pierce.
Yeah.
Carly Pierce, $85.
Yeah.
Daniel Bradbury, $75.
Good job.
Wow.
Okay.
I mean, I don't see what Daniel Bradbury, for $75, what is she, I mean, she was on the voice.
Is that it?
Is that why you get $75?
I don't know why you're asking me.
I'm asking.
Obviously, people are paying for these.
I'm trying to see credentials here.
This is just a game.
Like, he doesn't have to criticize.
No, no, I'm asking because that's why I'm...
Next up.
I was able to get it right.
Rodney Atkins.
If you're going through hell.
I think I played Blackjack with that guy before.
Okay.
Or Gary LaVox, late singer of Rascal Flats.
Oh, Gary LaVox.
Who is more?
Rodney Atkins.
Or Gary LaVox's late singer of Rascal Flats.
It has to be Gary LaVox.
I mean, he's won awards.
He's been in Rascal Flats.
They made a gazillion dollars.
They toured forever.
It's Gary LaVoxon.
Gary LaVox charges $225 for a camera.
Dang! Wow. Wow.
Wow. Rodney Atkins charges $299.
What?
Got him.
You're getting messed off.
Oh, he's charging.
Oh, he may need to make rent.
What?
Oh, my gosh.
Lunchbox.
He's going to slam everyone.
Maybe he sings a little message.
I mean, Gary LaVox can sing a message.
All right, you have to get this one to win.
Wow.
Guys.
But if you do have $2.99, I'd say go buy one.
that guy. Why? Help him pay
that rent. I'm sure he's doing okay.
Yeah. Lunchbox, you need this to win.
All right. Craig Morgan.
Now, do you know what Craig Morgan is?
Yeah, he's the guy that was in the military
and he sings. He has
about Sundays.
Sunday. He's got a real deep voice.
He has international harvester.
Yeah, and he has a funny laugh.
Or Charles Esten
from Nashville.
Oh man, it's been a minute since he's been in the spotlight.
Slam everyone.
He didn't slam Craig Morgan, to be honest.
He's scared of Craig Morgan.
No, I'm not scared of Craig Morgan.
He didn't go up to Craig Morgan.
Well, he hasn't yet.
He doesn't know the price.
So, let's watch you need this to win for Marsha.
This is a tough one.
Craig Morgan or Charles Eston.
But what I learned on this last one is that other guy, he didn't have any money so he's
charging $2.99.
What other guy?
That's not what that means.
Rodney.
Rodney Atkins.
I did see that Rodney Atkins and his wife bought like a $2 million house recently.
Really?
Or sold one or something, yeah.
Oh, sold it.
No, no, no, sold it.
One of the two.
Go ahead.
And then Chip Eston, he ain't, man, boy.
Oh.
Chip Esten.
All right.
For the win.
If it's Chip Esten, Marsha, you win a sonic gift card.
Craig Morgan charges $200 for a camera.
What?
What?
There's a slam.
For what?
See, he's slimy. Be careful.
What does he charge $200 for?
For him? He's got an, he thinks got like eight or nine number ones.
He's got a TV show.
He has a TV show?
He's got a book.
No one's watched that TV show.
Charles Eston charges $250.
Boom!
That is crazy!
Hey, honestly, guys, Chip As is a nice guy?
Yes, very.
Great guy.
What's he hanging?
I mean, what's $250?
Well, he's on the Netflix show, Outer Banks.
Banks. He's like a villain on that show.
Oh, he's on Outer Banks? That show's terrible.
No, it's not. It's awesome.
Yeah, I mean.
Mr. Positiveity today's just really.
I watched the first episode. I watched about 20 minutes and they start shooting the kids on the boat without even asking them questions.
I'm like, this is stupid.
Okay, couldn't it be that they're just like, hey, they throw a number out there and they're like, if someone's willing to pay $250, then, hey, I'll do it.
It doesn't mean that they think like, oh, I'm going to get a bunch of $250.
But I am glad to see the Chip Essin still acting.
I thought after Nashville that all those people were done.
He's on Outer Banks, yeah.
No, no, I'm saying Friday Night Lights and then that was it.
I haven't seen it.
No, she was in White Lotus.
White Lotus.
I don't know what that is.
HBO, big show.
Anyway, hey, Marcia, you win.
Nice shot.
Wow.
Good job.
Thank you, Mark.
Yeah.
Welcome.
Good job.
So put her on hold one second.
I'll just give you the person in how much they charge.
Tell me if it's too high or too low.
Okay.
This is.
Breeland, $30.
You know what I mean?
Not really much to him.
He hasn't done much. He's just new.
Well, there's a lot to him.
There's a lot to him. Really talented guy.
No, no, I'm not saying he doesn't have talent, but he has no...
He could... His number one with Hardy.
Well, he wrote it.
I don't even know if he wrote it. Okay, okay.
So you think that one's fine.
That's fine. I mean, he could charge 15, but 30 I can't get mad at.
Jana Kramer.
What do you think she should charge?
Jana Kramer, she's on the real housewife, so I'd say...
No, she's not on real housewives.
Of New Jersey or New...
No.
Who are you thinking of?
Janet Kramer?
Yeah, she's on that real housewives.
She's not on real housewives.
Of Beverly Hills.
No, she's not.
She's not a real housewife.
She doesn't live in Beverly Hills.
She lives right down the road.
Janet Kramer's on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
No, she may have made an appearance once.
She's not a person on there.
She's a country singer.
She was on Friday Night Lights back in the day.
Yeah, I know.
I'll say 75 bucks.
She charges 175.
Whoa!
She was on one tree hill back in the day.
And lots of other movies.
I mean, Janet Kramer got in a fight with Megan King on the reunion of real housewives about ex-
Again, she's not a real housewife.
You can argue all you want.
Jen Wayne from Runaway June and Amazing Grace.
Yeah.
She charges $35.
I was going to say $25.
Okay, so you're okay with that.
Yeah.
She's a reality star.
Naomi Cook, who used to be in Runaway June.
$10.
I mean, maybe five.
What?
Stop.
I mean, it's true.
I mean, no one knows who that is.
She was somebody when she was in Runaway June, if you just told, if you went out to people on the street and go, hey, you guys ever heard of Name Me Cook?
Who?
Naomi Cook.
Name me cook?
Uh, Jen Wayne charges 35.
Naomi Cook charges 50.
Save your money.
Oh my gosh.
What if they were family?
Parmally.
Oh, man.
Well, there's a lot of them in that band.
All the guys, yeah.
Yeah, so they got to get about $3.
Probably $12.
What?
Can we make this stop?
I kind of like it.
$99.
Whoa, $99?
Parmally, guys.
Listen, I like you guys.
You guys are nice dudes, but you ain't $99 nice.
It's probably $10 each.
Well, there's only like four of them.
I don't know how many there are.
They're like gremlins.
They're reproduced.
Is lunchbox on cameo?
Yes.
How much does he charge?
50.
Oh, this is a good one.
50?
50.
Okay.
Hey, save your money.
Ray, how much do you charge?
We're a rock bottom.
We're at $20.
So bargain basement.
Lundrumbs. Did people pay that?
$50?
I haven't seen the birthday hat come out in a while, though.
A birthday hat comes out.
I haven't seen it a bit.
Josh Turner.
Josh Turner.
Baby Turner.
Mom lost in the radio.
Gosh.
He probably charges...
Man, I don't know what he does.
Sings.
He just sang a song.
He just sang one of his songs.
He has a bunch of hits.
He has a bunch of hits from 1990.
No, he's, no, not that.
When's the last time he had a hit?
He's like our age.
Okay, but when's the last time?
I don't know.
Okay, so past his prime, $45.
$199.
For $199?
Which box has had like eight strokes during this segment.
Okay.
So most people you think are just way overvalue.
Oh, my.
They overvalued.
I probably undervalue myself.
But they're all undervalue.
I try to make it affordable for the fans.

I got a message from Morgan saying that we can now talk about her love life again
because apparently Morgan is now single again.
I am single.
What?
Dang it.
Oh, man.
Lunchbox, what do you know?
Can you update our audience on Morgan's?
love life from what you know.
Does Gordon want this?
Well, I just wonder, because he doesn't always listen to what's happening.
And our audience may be in and out on segments.
So I wonder what your interpretation is.
Well, the last I heard is that she was dating this dude for a long time.
And she would try to keep him real private.
And then they were talking about moving in together.
And then the next week they broke up.
And then they got back together.
That's pretty accurate.
Yeah. He pays attention.
Right?
Well, I mean.
And so I thought, you know,
I thought we were still on track to move in together.
So Morgan, you are now...
Oh, my gosh.
You're now broken up.
Yes, I'm single.
What do you want to say?
How long have you been single?
Oh, boy.
About two and a half weeks now.
Oh, it's still new.
Really new.
Very new, but there's...
Is the wound still fresh?
It's not fresh.
There's just a lot of anger.
There's not sadness anymore.
Why did you get back together?
Because I believe that people deserve a second chance if they're willing to put in the effort.
And he was from what I could tell and what he was showing.
And then, you know, he didn't show that.
And then I found out things and now it's over.
So now you are back on the prow?
I am back on.
Yeah, I'm moving forward.
I'm done.
Like, that relationship is over.
There's no going back.
Are you now going to date angrily?
Like, I'm going to just go date because I just need to date and show him.
Or do you feel like you're in a good place?
Meaning, if you're dating angrily, I don't want to be one of the first few guys you're dating because they don't really have a shot.
No, I'm not dating angrily.
I am dating again because there's a lot of things here.
I already grieved when we broke up the first time.
I don't really have a lot of grieving to do this time.
There's just more like anger that somebody disrespected me again.
Did you feel like it would work out when you got back to the first time?
Or did you feel like you owed it to yourself to show that you tried your whole?
hardest, even though you thought it wouldn't work out?
I think it was both.
There was, like, part of me that truly believed it could work again.
But then there was part of me that didn't want to regret not trying again since he was
willing to try again.
How long were you guys together all in?
All in, year and a half?
Okay.
Yeah.
So now here you are.
Lunchbox, anything you want to say?
I mean, it's crazy you go from moving in together to two and a half weeks, single,
like, I'm over it.
Like, I'm like, damn.
I don't think you know it real time, though.
Lunchbox, to be fair.
She said two and a half week.
No, no, no, but I'm saying all this stuff she's telling us.
And she are, hey, can I be honest?
Listen to her voice.
Sounds a little bit emotional.
Hey, last time it was emotional.
This time, I'm not crying.
Do you think she's not emotional now?
Yeah.
Trying to fight through it right now.
Well, it's tough to come on this.
I'm not saying it's easy, but she says that she's over it and I'm like,
your vocal cord says something different.
I don't think so.
She sounds strong.
Since what is he in tune with what people's
vocal cords are telling.
I can tell.
Okay.
Your sounds sarcastic.
That's true.
She got it.
Got her.
Okay.
So are you sure you have moved on?
Yeah.
I've let it go.
I'm taking the steps forward.
And I don't have anything to grow from.
Like I didn't mess up.
I didn't do anything wrong.
I just loved somebody and now I'm moving forward.
So I don't really have a lot of things to grieve.
A little break, maybe.
Hearing this, though, I mean, I think that still maybe a little.
Like you go on a date, you would start dating someone today.
Yeah.
I went on a date.
Oh, okay.
Oh, whoa.
That's anger dating.
It felt, yeah, that's pretty interesting.
But it's her.
I can't, I'm not her.
I don't feel what she's.
Okay, okay, I got a question.
So you go on that date with whoever you went on date with.
I don't know who it is.
But do you tell them, hey, you know what I mean?
I'm anger dating right now just so you know you're the first one in line.
No, I don't.
Because I'm also not, I'm not rebound dating either.
I'm not just going to date somebody out of revenge.
I'm just dating.
to make myself continue to put myself out there because I still want to find love.
I'm not mad at love.
I'm mad at the person who broke my trust.
Oh no.
Oh, no.
Is a new guy that she's dating listening to this now and now he knows he's the...
No, I was honest.
I told him.
You broke up five minutes ago and now you're with him.
What do you tell him?
I just told him that I had recently gotten out of a relationship and I'm dating again.
That's just kind of where it's at.
Was it weird to go on to date again?
Oh, yeah.
It was so weird.
I was sitting there like, what am.
I doing? What's happening? Especially it's the
I used to be comfortable with someone
and now I have to start getting vulnerable again.
I have to meet somebody new. Did you scrub
your Instagram? Did you go back and take all those
like hidden photos
out like where you show you holding his hand,
his shoulder? You take
all those down? I never posted. I posted one.
I think that one's still up there. On story she would
do a little more. Oh, was it story? Yeah.
Aren't you glad you didn't like focus him though?
Yes. I'm really glad that I didn't share
that now because I don't have to like
deal with, especially every time I
post somebody be like, oh, where's your boyfriend? What happened? Now I don't have to deal with that at all.
So I'm going to keep with that until I am engaged. I'm not posting anybody fully on my post.
Oh, that'll be another six months. Engaged. Oh, boy. Well, good luck, Morgan.
Oh, boy. And you are actively dating now. I am. On the apps or what? So are your DMs open?
I don't think I want my DMs open, but yes, I am on dating apps. You've been on one date?
I've been on one date. Yes. And how'd that go? It went really good.
good. He brought me a present, though. I'm not sure how to feel about that.
What was the present? It was toys for my dog.
Ray's laughing at loud.
Did I hear that? Ray, will you turn your mic up? We never hear you make noise.
Ray, why did you laugh? We heard you through the wall. Yeah, we never hear that. Ray, why did you?
It was just funny that he would bring toys on the first date. It's not a good move, really.
It's a little desperate. You don't think so? No, I mean, he obviously knows she's from the show and he's
trying to impress. Or he could just look at her Instagram and see her dog everywhere.
Yeah. Well, we texted a little bit before and I had talked about my dog
and how she's really important to me.
Okay, red flag or...
Yeah, or green flag.
Ray.
Definitely, I guarantee you're never going on a date
with that dude again.
Well, but no, we're just talking about that, no.
It came on way too strong.
You got to act like you got other options.
He acted like he was all in.
Lunchbox?
He's like he's ready to get married.
Eddie?
A toy?
I think that's sweet.
It's a great...
I think it is too.
It's for a dog.
And if it's on the Instagram,
you know, it's on whatever.
It's fine.
It's thoughtful.
Amy?
Yeah, I think it's okay.
It's not like he brought her some,
you know a ring or a piece of jewelry or something it was a little thing for her dog what'd you
think about it i could i couldn't decide and that's why i wanted to bring it to you guys it's good it's
good it's good it's a dog toy it's fine if your dog is all over instagram it's easy for him to see and
find no problem i mean what does he say right when you said oh i brought you a present yeah well
that's what i didn't open it right away i was like this feels weird why did you bring me a present
he's like you'll never guess what it is and he squeezes it squeak squeak squeak it's in a package
you'll never guess are you going out with them again yes we're going to go on a second date
Wow.
When?
I mean, I got...
Did he pick you up?
Not on the first day, no.
I never let him pick me up on the first date.
It's times of a different now lunchbox because you know people to know where you live.
And yeah, you don't really want people coming to your house initially.
Yeah, I wish I learned that lesson.
One?
From the bars, man.
Tell you what, take girls back to your house and they know where you live.
All right, we're going to play it.
He's reflexed.
Yeah.
We'd get in the covered wagon.
All right.
Morgan, good luck.
We're rooting for you.
Don't let the dog toy thing.
at all cloud how you feel. I think it's an excellent thing. Just a dog toy. Now, if it starts
elevating each time you go on a day, if it gives you a car date four, you have a decision to make.
Do you ask them as a prerequisite or what are you prerequisite? Yeah, that's good. That's a
client. Like, can they, are they listening to the show? Do you ask that question right out front?
Oh, well, I did have somebody matched with me and their first question was, are you Morgan
number two? And I immediately unmatched. I was like, I'm not going to answer that question. If you have to
ask me that and you have to call me Morgan number two, that's pretty awkward for me.
Would you rather them just not say anything about it?
I'd rather them say something, but like in the conversation, just naturally bring it up.
Yeah, and be like, what up, Morgan number two?
That feels weird.
And be cool about it.
Don't be like, oh my God.
Just be like, hey, yeah, I've heard the show some.
Yeah, I definitely look familiar.
But don't be like, even if you are, I'm like, I'm super fan.
Don't be honest.
Yeah.
Not if you want a chance.
A voicemail from Kyla in Holly Springs, North Carolina.
I'm just calling in.
We are celebrating our 10-year anniversary.
You guys probably didn't know that, but I've been listening to the show for 10 years,
and I changed over after listening to a local radio show that made me mad every day.
Found you guys flipping through the channels, and you make me smile every time I listen to you.
You all make me laugh and smile, and my kids and I love the game.
So, thanks for all you do.
Happy anniversary to us.
Happy anniversary, Kyla.
That's awesome.
Ten years.
This is Emily in Ohio.
Hi, morning studio.
I just had a question.
So Ray got married a long time ago, and he got diamonds in his wedding band.
And the show always said he probably wouldn't wear it much.
So I was just wondering if we could get an update on that.
Love the show.
Ray?
Yeah, I don't wear it.
I believe on my wedding day, that was the only day I wore it.
Now I just go with the rubber.
You know, I go with the rubber too, and I have one with diamonds in it as well.
It's just too thick and heavy.
And I always fiddle with it.
I leave the rubber one on it.
I don't even think about it.
Would you ever wear the nice one, though?
I do.
I wore it to the CMAs.
There you go.
I wore it if I'm recording for a stage show.
Like a, yeah, yeah.
Yes.
When do you wear yours?
Like formal?
Never.
Just like, I can't lift with it.
It hurts.
You can't lift?
What?
You don't have to do bench press if you're dressing up.
Yeah, it's just a hassle.
Just wear the rubber one all the time.
You can just bench press at any moment, so you're always, I get it.
Yeah.

The Bible Bowl show.
Here's Amy's pile of stories.
I saw this story and instantly thought a lunchbox because there's this man, he won $10 million
playing the lottery.
and he quit his job.
He bought a Ferrari and a Porsche, a nice watch.
He even bought his favorite bar, like the whole thing.
Well, that's a big buy.
I mean, the other ones are big, but that's a big buy.
Well, now he's looking for something on the more practical side of life,
a wife, a partner to spend his wealth with.
And he wants someone that he can love.
Don't put that in your profile.
Yeah, they're all coming.
You're going to get so many matches.
He wants someone who likes to travel and wants to start a family.
But he says he's prepared for the goal.
diggers and his money is in safe hands.
Yeah.
You know,
you ever see coming to America?
Yes.
He's looking for love, but he doesn't want him to know.
He's like part of the royal family.
Exactly.
That's what you got to do.
You blend in.
You got to make a profile and go, I'm so poor.
Date a poor guy.
Who'd like to date someone that eats ramen every day?
And then see those matches and then you know they're there for you.
Yeah.
Well, you may not get none if you do that.
You know, and also if he won 10 million, he got five probably.
So, and he bought a bar.
And he quit his job.
Two nice cars.
Too nice cars.
I don't know if he has a lot left.
I don't know, yeah.
He's got just a little love.
Okay, what else?
A mom is being blasted online for having her son's fifth birthday at Hooters.
I don't hate it.
I don't mind it.
Because Hooters is, and they, well, okay, what happened was it got posted on TikTok and it's gone viral,
6.9 million views and climbing.
And all the Hooters girls are gathered around singing happy birthday to the five-year-old,
and he's just smiling near to ear his best life.
And so obviously people have a lot of opinions about it, and they're blasting her.
And, you know, the occasional few are like, oh, look at little buddy, live in the dream.
So some people support it.
Yeah, that's tricky.
I'm looking at the pictures.
They do have good food.
Oh, yeah.
My dad used to say best wings.
The five-year-old probably isn't sexualizing these girls.
Right.
We are.
But why does he like it then?
The wings?
No.
Because it's fun.
It's a lot of nice people.
They're singing to them.
Yeah.
It's tough.
It's tough.
I'm trying to just.
I don't want a parent shame someone.
No.
Because who knows?
His dad may have taken him to watch games.
I don't know.
I don't know.
It's legal.
So I'm okay with it.
Yeah.
In the story, it says,
that's tough.
The kid is flanked by a band of vivacious waitresses singing.
He doesn't even know what that means.
He just knows that a few years ago that's where he got milk.
Okay.
Or some five-year-olds still get milk.
Right.
So he knows.
Okay, what's the next?
All right, guys.
Zach Ryan was talking about the CMAs because a lot of his fans were upset that he got zero CMA nominations.
But he's like, hey, guys, it's cool.
I don't need to be considered for a CMA.
He's not trying to insult.
the awards in any way. He's just saying, on a personal level, it's not one of his priorities
to have an award on his shelf. He wrote on Twitter, I don't want to be considered for the CMAs
ever. Oh. There was lots of tweets. Oh, interesting. Yeah.
Listen, take it from me, somebody who's also bitter at the CMAs. I've said things,
well, I still agree with them.
I mean, it says, I'll quote it exactly. Guys, I don't and will never want to be considered at the
CMAs. But what happens is, Dolly said she didn't want to be considered for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
there and she's in the Rock and a Hall of Fame.
It almost is...
Hold on.
Guys, I never want to be considered
to host of CMAs.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Never.
Do not consider it.
I would look at you in the eye
and go, and spit in your eye
if you ever said to me.
It's a tactic, guys.
Oh, okay.
It's a tactic.
Okay, well, I do like that, Brian,
but let's see what happens there.
Is that it, Amy?
He'll be nominated for Best New Artist next year.
For sure.
No, he will anyway, but yes.
Yes. Okay, is that it?
Yeah, I'm Amy.
That's my pile.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
Tell me something good.
Shout out to this pet rescue organization called Pet Rescue Pilots, because they are flying older shelter dogs all around the country to get them placed in homes with people that want to take care of them.
Which the older dogs, sadly, they're not adopted as quickly as some of the younger ones.
So there is a need for that.
So just reminding people of older dogs.
But the rescue pilots just celebrate.
celebrated their 2500 dog.
It's like kids.
Harder for older kids get adopted too.
That's right.
Yeah, that's why we decided.
Yeah.
You know who flies animals like this?
Fred, who we used to work with?
He's in Chicago now.
Really?
Brother Fred?
He's pilot, but he does that with dogs.
He takes animals and flies him.
Oh, that's cool.
Isn't that cool?
Yeah, very cool.
I don't think he's brother Fred anymore.
But, I mean, it was.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't think it's brother Fred anymore.
Brother Fred.
I think he's just Fred.
Yeah, that's cool.
I love people who do that, volunteer in their time to save animals,
adopting animals.
Adopting kids, humans.
Yeah.
Good for you.
Hey, we did a little dog adoptant too.
Good for us.
Yeah.
Good job, everyone.
Nobody fluent us, though.
That's a good story.
That is what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
