When a group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist, they take matters into their own hands.
I vowed. I will be his last target.
He is not going to get away with this.
He's going to get what he deserves.
We always say that trust your girlfriends.
Listen to the girlfriends.

What's up, everyone? I'm Ago Vodam.
My next guest, it's Will Ferrell.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
He goes, just give it a shot.
But if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.

Welcome to Tuesday show, morning studio.
Morning.
Let's go around the room up first.
He wants to get his face on the station car, but it seems like those chances are pretty far.
Here he is Eddie, everybody.
Guys, I'm so proud of my kids.
Like, this is amazing.
They've become entrepreneurs now.
My son, he's 15 years old.
He's starting his first job.
He's going to work at a summer camp.
And so we had to take him to the bank.
He got his first checking account.
He's got a debit card.
He's doing big things.
It's amazing.
That's cool.
That's not an entrepreneur.
Well, he's working.
Making money.
That's a job.
It's working.
Let me have it.
Okay.
Okay.
Well, entrepreneurs.
My two other.
No, no.
Wait, listen, I got two other kids.
Okay.
Okay, go.
Now, what they did, they went to the store, I guess prime drinks, sports drinks, whatever, are really rare.
Like now you go to the store, the whole aisle is empty.
Is that the, uh, Logan Paul?
The Paul brothers, yeah.
One of those guys or whatever.
It's his drink.
And so the kids love it.
Well, we went to Target.
We found like a bunch of packs of them.
So my boys were like, hey, buy a bunch of those.
We'll sell them to the kids in the neighborhood.
There you go.
So they bought like two packs.
With their own money.
With their own money.
And they're selling to kids in the neighborhood for,
$6 a pop.
That's awesome.
Entrepreneurs. That's an entrepreneur type spirit.
Yeah.
And, but, you know, they say don't use your own sash, you know?
Yeah.
What do you mean?
Yeah, don't get high in your own supply.
Okay, see, that's what I'm worried about.
Yeah.
I am worried about that.
Like, they're going to probably dip into their own inventory.
Yeah.
You know?
But even if they make enough money just to pay for their own and it's free.
Like, if they make enough to pay for their own and they get to drink this drink without having to pay any money, that also is a benefit.
That's true, too.
A question about your kids, though.
Yeah.
So I'm not sponsoring the basketball team, it looks like.
I don't think they like the names.
Okay, let me suggest one more.
The Razor Bones.
It's kind of cool.
Man, we start next week, so I got to, I mean, I don't have a lot of time.
I'll ask them this week.
The Razor Bones.
If they want to be, the Razor Bones, I'm happy to support the team.
The Razor Bones.
Man, how are you starting without this money?
I mean, you said it with you.
Yeah, you need an equipment.
I had to, man, it was tough, but I had to fork out the money for the registration.
Okay, well, if they want to be the Razor Bones.
Okay, the razor bones.
I'm willing to hop in.
You just let me know, okay?
Next up, if you ever get a call that's a weird interaction,
it might just be Lunchbox's alter ego named Nico Jackson.
Yes, lunchbox.
Guys, my soccer career is at a crossroads,
so we were coming up on the final of the season, you know,
so I send the text out, hey, who's in for next season?
Kind of crickets.
And then one guy says, oh, I'm going to join my friends on another team.
And his girlfriend's like, yeah, I'm going to go with him.
You know, we're kind of a package deal.
I'm like, all right, cool.
There's a guy James.
I played with for like six years.
Nothing.
So I show up at the game last Wednesday night.
And I'm like, hey, man, so what are you going to do?
He's like, oh, I'm playing with them, man.
I'm like, what?
Yeah, I got cut.
They all formed a team and didn't invite me.
Also, you didn't get cut.
They went the extra mile of just creating a whole team
and not inviting you on the whole team.
Because I was like, oh, James, you know, we've been together six years.
Same team.
And, I mean, he didn't respond to the text.
He just thought I would just not notice.
And we're standing on.
on the sideline next to each other and I was like,
so man, what are you going to do next season?
He doesn't have the nerve.
He doesn't even look at him.
He just looks out of the field.
Yellowbellied.
He goes,
I'm playing with him.
And they start a band without me
and they got a different name.
I felt that.
Man, I mean, this time was coming though, right?
That hurt, though.
I was just like, really, James?
You 50 now?
I'm 41.
Like, you got to stop playing rec soccer at some point.
You don't?
Hey, keep playing.
There should be an older man league, though.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You'll dominate that league.
Well, they have a league that's like over 40, I think, but it plays on Sundays.
Sundays are, I mean, I can't do that.
I do one night a week.
Wednesday night, boom, let's go.
So my question is, do I retire or do I sign up as a 41-year-old free agent?
Free agent.
Well, sign up where?
Like, where are you on a list of free agents?
Yeah, you just go to the website.
You sign up as an individual and they just stick you on a team.
That's what we do.
No, don't sign up as 35.
Okay.
Well, I mean, it's not like a draft.
Yeah, but still to be like, oh, this guy's not as old as, if you present yourself as younger and then wear your hat backward and be like, hello, fellow kids.
All right.
Wear jerseys.
When you show up.
All right, thank you.
Here we go.
Next, she's been sitting by my side for years and her morning corny is so funny.
It brings some people to tears.
Here she is, Amy.
So a listener informed me that when HBO Max switched over to Max, I guess, HGTV started to be available on.
the platform.
I'm sure they all are together now.
Yeah.
And so she's like,
hey,
I just wanted to point out,
like now I'll finally get to watch
your sister show building roots
because it's on Max.
And I thought,
oh my goodness,
this means that my sister
and I are on the same
streaming platform.
And that,
that's crazy because it's like,
who would I ever thought?
Not me.
Because Holiday Harmony,
and I checked because it's a Christmas movie.
Who would have ever thought?
It's a Christmas movie.
So I thought maybe they take it down
because it's, you know, almost it's summertime.
So it's still up.
Amy, does the company know this?
Because they can run, I mean, do press releases on this.
Oh, like two sisters, same platform.
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, there are a lot of family members that, you know,
when the Super Bowl happened, you had two brothers, one on each team.
That's right, the Kelsey brothers.
You don't think that wasn't a big storyline?
How is this not a storyline?
Somebody that's got an extra role in a movie and a H-C?
In a terrible TV show, yeah.
Terrible when you keep trying to get on.
Oh.
Uh-oh.
Still terrible.
Oh.
Anyway, you're more than an extra.
I meant a small part.
Give it a moment, for sure.
Yeah, you're not an extra.
You had a part.
Yeah, it's one scene in the bathroom.
I minimized it.
I shouldn't have done that.
It was just a joke.
It's okay.
And I apologize.
I hate me right now.
You don't, my kids do far worse.
They laugh.
They're like, you mean in the bathroom?
And they laugh at how I was like looking at myself in the mirror, which I agree was
it was awkward and I wish they would have cut that.
Well, what's funny is lunchbox had to pick a side to hate on.
Was it the side that Amy has a role that he didn't get?
Or is Amy's sister has a show that she won't put him on?
Amy's his role.
I've never seen it.
It's not irrelevant, but.
Did you watch it?
Yeah.
I'm busy.
Next time he loses a bed, we're going to make him watch it just so he can experience it.
All right, Ray, go ahead.
From Mountain Pine, Arkansas, he drives a Bronco truck and to not get rained on, it takes some luck.
Bobby Bones.
Thank you very much.
I'm going to be quick here.
So what is this in my hand?
A phone.
That's right.
It's my cell phone.
And I have put on, and it's the greatest thing, one of those screen privacy screens.
So if you're coming from the side and you can't see what's on my phone.
Oh, no, no, it's black.
That's crazy.
Yeah, I think now it's off.
And it's not off, though.
It's not.
It is.
If it's just angled slightly, it looks.
That's off, dude.
Tap it.
It's not off.
Now it's on.
Now it's on.
I didn't tap anything.
I didn't turn it all the way to you.
We're like, it's so good that you can't see it ever.
Anyway, it was like $20.
have them put it on at the store.
Hey, my cousin is a cop.
He has one of those.
It's just so people don't read up your shoulder.
I can't see your tape.
And what happened was my phone was on one of these cameras.
I caught it in a video.
And I was like, I can't have my phone accidentally get caught in a shot.
Oh.
Because who knows what's on there.
Right, right, right.
Not bad stuff, but like money stuff.
Yeah.
Email.
Turn it back.
Who gets fired next?
Oh, yeah, that could be on there.
So I just saw a camera pick it up and I went and bought one.
And there it is.
Those are cool.
Thank you.
What are you saying?
No, no, I was just going to see.
Like, I'm trying to see.
It goes black and so you can't see.
So look, now it's on.
Yeah.
And you can't see it from the side.
Oh, now when you turn inside, I see what you're saying.
Now, wow.
Privacy is pretty cool.
Very little to it.
It's not an inventant, but big deal here.
Let's open up the mailbag.
You send an email and we read it all the air.
It's something we call Bobby's mailbag.
Yeah.
Hello, Bobby Bones.
I went out with a bunch of guy friends for a guy's night.
We ended up at a hockey talk.
While there, I was approached by a woman to two-step.
I didn't think anything of it, so I went ahead and danced with her.
Not to brag, but I can cut a rug, so, well, a few more women asked me to dance.
Afterwards, some of the guys were giving me a hard time that my wife was going to be upset
because I didn't tell them, no, sorry, I can't dance.
Was I in the wrong for dancing with these ladies?
Should I tell my wife?
Thanks.
Two-stepping myself into trouble.
I think because it never occurred to you that it was wrong.
I don't feel like it's wrong in this culture that you and your wife have,
especially because it wasn't grinding.
So when it's like innocent, it wasn't wrong, you know?
Yeah, that's good.
I mean, if that's on and you're getting that, that's different.
Genuine pony, grinding it.
That could be considered different.
But I think it is just fully based on kind of the guidelines you have within your relationship
anyway. And I would think that
if you're two-stepping and you never think it's wrong,
that you're not in an environment where that would be wrong.
And I don't think your wife would really care.
Or you wouldn't have to ask us if it was bad or not.
Because I don't feel like you did anything wrong.
But why is he asking us?
Because his friends told them. They're like, oh, buddy, you cheated on your wife.
And he's like, no, dude, we danced to the chair by George Strait. That's it.
Blow a boot scoop.
And it was also like five or six different women.
If it was one woman the whole night, that's.
different. And they liked him because he can cut a rug.
Right. You can cut a freaking wrong.
You can penalize them? Come on.
So, this is what I'm going to say. First of all,
you can tell your wife, because you're not going to get in trouble.
You can say something. Tell her like you told us,
and you're going to learn real quick if it's okay or not.
Real quick. Say, hey, we went out. We ended up going out to electric cowboy.
Yeah, that's not a good start.
We were two-step in all night. We just ended up two-step in all night. And like,
Seven different women came and asked me to dance.
Oh, my goodness.
And we two-stepped.
Bose, you're bad of this.
No, and then the guys were like, you shouldn't have done that.
And I was like, why not?
My wife, we just two-step.
And then get her, if you want it, get her reaction.
I don't think you did anything wrong,
especially because there wasn't a rule obviously set
where you couldn't dance with other women,
and you dance with multiple women, and it was two-stepping.
There's just a lot of factors here that say you did nothing wrong.
Yeah, he didn't have a rule yet.
Right?
He's about to get a rule.
One could be enforced.
One could be created in a force.
But if you're feeling guilty, tell it to her like you told us.
Yeah.
Like you're confused.
Send her that email.
Man, that never really works, do.
Let's be real.
Like, he's going to start with to see what happened was, and then it's all over from there.
No, you don't start it like that, though.
First of all, you don't have to say anything.
That's what I'm saying.
No, no, I'm saying this.
You're fine, buddy.
Because if you didn't feel like you did anything wrong, you probably didn't do anything wrong.
If you had this crazy guilt on you, like, oh, should I have done it?
That's different.
You wouldn't have even thought about it.
had your homeboys not been like oh
look at Larry
Larry's getting hairy so
if you do have guilt
and you want to say it don't go as an admission
like I did something wrong
yeah yeah you do it like you told us
be like hey the guys are making fun of me
because these women kept asking me to Tuesday
and they were ugly
dude they can throw that in there
and then tell the story that way like
was I in the wrong
so if you do have to tell her that's how you tell her
so she doesn't feel like you're admitting guilt
you're kind of just confused as to why that would even be something to be guilty of.
And then go ahead and think about what you would feel like if your wife was coming to you and said,
hey, this guy wouldn't care.
Dancing with the girls and one guy hasn't you dancing.
One, not one guy, seven.
And then five.
Go ahead and care.
I wouldn't care.
If that happened to Kaylin, she has like seven, eight different dudes, I would not care at all.
Nope.
Two-step and nope, not at all.
I'd be like, that's awesome.
Two-step and you like love songs?
I'd be out of great.
It doesn't matter.
Who cares?
Who cares?
Who cares?
I used to the chair, dude.
Holy ghost.
Well, excuse me.
I don't know, dude.
It's not about the song.
It's about.
George Frey's.
It's about the rhythm.
Okay.
You know?
All right.
Excuse me.
Okay.
Thank you.
You're good, buddy.
I feel good about this.
I feel good about you.
But let us know.
Yeah, hit us back.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, that's the deal.
If you want to email us, Morgan, what do they do?
Mailbag at bobbybones.com.
Thank you.
Close it up.
We got your email and I'm to close Bobby's mailbag.
Celebrities in the wild.
We see them.
We tell you about it.
Ramundo saw a celebrity at a grocery store.
Yeah, Kroger.
Was it a singer-singer?
Yes, definitely.
It got number ones.
And tell them what they were wearing before you say who it is.
Yeah, they were wearing a shirt.
It was a jersey, and they had their name on it.
Like their last name?
Yeah.
And why did you think that was so funny?
I mean, that's going to show people.
That's a big-time, big old emblazing sign on the back of you,
This is me.
I'm that artist.
Do you think the artist wanted to be seen or could they have been in a celebrity softball game?
Possibly.
And I just think they don't give a rip.
Meaning?
You know what?
It doesn't matter what they're doing.
Somebody comes up to me.
Cool.
Yeah, I got my name on my back.
I don't care.
What's up?
Oh, it's that kind of artist?
Yeah.
Got it.
All right.
Let's get one question.
Now each of you get two questions.
We'll see if we can figure it out.
Okay.
Any go.
Yes or no.
Okay.
It's got to be a dude, right?
Yeah, obviously.
We're not even going to ask that.
We're just going to go with the dude.
Go ahead.
Okay.
Was he,
has he done a collaboration with Florida Georgia Line?
What?
Yeah, Amy, I know you're talking about.
You're talking about Cruz.
That's the same, the song.
That's the song you're thinking.
I'm saying no.
He's Nelly?
No, no.
B. Berexa?
Chase, right?
Yeah, that's what I was that.
He didn't do the collaboration.
He's a writer.
He's on a different song with them.
Is he?
Yeah.
But I thought he was on cruise.
Sorry.
I was the name, because my next question was.
What a confusing question.
Okay.
Because I was going to ask him he was on Survivor.
Correct.
No.
Go ahead.
Let's go.
Oh, man.
Now that throws me off.
Hold on.
That's what you were on?
Yes, we love her.
My next question was, was he on Survivor?
But obviously it's not because he didn't do a collaboration with them.
So now I'm throwing off.
Is this person married?
Yeah.
Eddie?
Is he a bigger dude?
Yeah, I mean, he would definitely beat both our butts if that's what you're asking.
Oh, strong.
No, we're not talking about kinky stuff.
We're talking about fighting.
Is this person over 40?
No.
Okay, see, these are real questions.
Let's go.
We're getting in there.
Does he have children?
If he does, it's a young one, so I believe yes.
But you don't know?
No, no.
Under 40, possibly kids.
Lunchbox?
Married.
Married under 40.
Doesn't have kids.
Has he collaborated with Tim McGraw?
Has he been in the studio in the last six months?
I'll say yeah.
Eddie?
You said hits, multiple hits, more than two hits.
No.
That's huge.
That threw me off too.
That's huge.
This is the last question, though.
Pick both of our butts.
Got it.
They'll beat your bucks.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Is this person from the South?
Yeah.
Okay.
It's not John
Hardy.
He's from California.
And he has more than one, two hits.
That's true.
It's easy.
They're not, I mean, I'm going to say Tyler Farr.
He had two number ones.
You think Tyler Farr could beat the Frey up?
No.
Yeah, 100%.
You think?
He's kind of a tall dude.
We're still guessing, though.
No, we're done.
We've got a right to answer down, yeah.
Oh, boy.
Okay.
Because I can't think of anybody with only two hits.
Number ones.
Number ones.
Right.
Yeah.
Because, I mean, John Party has a lot.
Thomas Wrette has a lot.
I'm in. I'm in.
Thomas Wrett has also like tons of kids.
That's what I'm saying. I was thrown off by that.
Chase Rice doesn't have kids.
I don't know.
He probably is more of the number ones than this, but I don't know.
Randy Hauser.
Over 40, though, I think.
I am.
Well, maybe it's 39.
Tyler Farr.
Eddie?
Jelly Row.
Parker McCollin?
Kim Moore?
It is.
Sam Hunt.
No, that's got more number one.
I know, I'm just yelling at this point.
Go.
Hardy, baby.
No kids.
He must have just got down on the baseball game or something.
Yeah, he plays like rec softball, I think.
Yeah.
He was like a baseball player in high school.
That's a good one.
Wow, wow, wow.
I saw a video where Hardy picked up a snake at the golf course.
Like by the head.
It was like, check it out, guys.
That's crazy.
I saw Sam Hunt do that do.
Really?
Yeah.
What's wrong with these dudes?
He just grabbed it and did.
Yeah.
You didn't say hi Ray?
No, I didn't.
I was grocery shopping.
It looked like he was doing the same.
Anybody bother him?
No, no, no.
It's one of those grocery stores.
People just get in and get out.
You're not there for it.
Oh, one of those.
Where you get your list and leave.
What kind of grocery stores known for getting in and getting out?
It's kind of like a come and go.
It's not like you're going to be there all day.
It's a gas station.
So it's like a gas station.
No, he said Kroger.
It's a Kroger.
It's a Kroger.
I would say if you're just going to get a couple quick items,
you go to this Kroger.
Yeah.
Yes, we said.
I don't know what he's talking about.
So some people hang out at...
Well, Amy, you did say that grocery store has a bar.
I don't know which one was.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Oh, yeah, yeah, it's called crowbar.
Kroger bar, the crowbar.
Or that's cool.
Or something like that.
But not raised because apparently they got like one aisle.
You're not allowed to walk.
You got to run through, grab it, and get the crap out of there.
Exactly.
What were you getting at the grocery store?
Ah, beer.
Yeah, yeah.
One item.
What was Hardy getting?
He might even getting booze, too.
Yeah.
So it's not a liquor store?
No, but there's a beer aisle
What kind of beer you get?
I do Micklob
Yeah
Trying to catch me
To say something wrong there
What was hard to get in?
I was hard to getting, you know?
I don't know why he was kidding
All right, Ray, thank you
Nobody wins
I was going to give whoever won $10,000.
No
I know, I know
It's time for the good news
With Amy
Tell me something good
After heavy snowfall
Way late in the spring
It completely covered
the fence in the backyard so the dog was able
to just walk on top of the snow and walk
right on out of the yard. It got
lost in the mountain for five weeks.
There was a hiker, Zachary
Hackett, and he actually took
an accidental detour. He hikes this route
all the time. For whatever reason
this day, he ended up on a different path
and that's when he came across the dog.
What was the dog doing? Riley, just sitting there.
He'd been there for five.
Also hiking?
Yeah, I'd expect a route. No, no. Because...
Oh, no, no, he's not telling that true. No, no. Okay, thank you.
He was laying there.
The dog couldn't move, had lost half its body weight.
So Zachary picked it up and hiked miles down the mountain.
Took care of it overnight.
Next day, took it to the vet.
Boom, boom.
They were able to find the owner.
And now Riley is back home.
That snow basically built a ramp.
Yeah, basically.
Just walk right over the fence.
No problem.
I suppose the dog doesn't sink through the snow, though.
They just packed in.
Yeah, but a dog.
I can have to swallow it right up.
Okay, well, that hiker definitely.
did not have to go on. What did you call it? The unexpected detour?
Yeah, accidental detour. And then save the dog. That's an awesome story. And I bet you the family was so happy that they got their dog back. I've been through that situation. Dang. All right. That's what's up. That is tell me something good. That's what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
A win is a win. A win is a win. I don't care what I'm saying. Yep, that's me. Clever Taylor the fourth. You might have seen the skits, the reactions, my journey from basketball to college football, or my
career in sports media. Well, somewhere along the way, this platform became bigger than I ever imagined.
And now I'm bringing all of that excitement to my brand new podcast, The Clifford Show.
This is a place for raw, unfiltered conversations with some of your favorite athletes,

There's two golden rules that any man should live by. Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And Rule 2, never mess with her friends either.
We always say that, trust your girlfriends.
I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of the girlfriends...
Oh my God, this is the same man.
A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
I felt like I got hit by a truck.
I thought, how could this happen to me?
The cops didn't seem to care.
So they take matters into their own hands.
I said, oh, hell no.
I vowed I will be his last target.
He's going to get what he deserves.
Listen to the girlfriends.
Trust me, babe.

I'm Ego Wode.
My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day
and I was like
And dad I think I want to really give this a shot
I don't know what that means
But I just know the groundlings
I'm working my way up through
And I know it's a place they come
Look for up and coming talent
He said if it was based solely on talent
I wouldn't worry about you
Which is really sweet
Yeah
He goes but there's so much luck involved
And he's like just give it a shot
He goes but if you ever reach a point
Where you're banging your head against the wall
And it doesn't feel fun anymore
It's okay to quit
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.
Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast.
We have a bunch of segments that we did not do on the show.
And we bring them all together.
And we do our top five.
Rejected segment.
So, that's how this works.
you guys will send ideas in and Mike D and I kind of look through them all.
Sometimes we pick them. Sometimes we don't.
But some of them we never would pick.
And these are those top ones.
Now the honorable mention one goes to Amy.
Oh, yes.
I love when I make it because I never make it.
Oh, because your stuff so good.
Your stuff so good?
Yeah, you're just so good.
No, it's either it makes it or just so bad.
Never heard from it again.
It doesn't even get put in the rejected segments, which sort of is making it.
So honorable mention is Amy, and this one was just so boring.
so we didn't do it.
She said a new personal record of 11 days without washing her hair.
Yeah.
11 days.
That's a long time.
Every woman out there is very impressed right now.
You didn't get dreads?
No, I brushed my hair.
I just didn't wash it.
Did we just not notice how greasy it was?
No, I trained my hair to not be greasy.
Don't worry about the thing.
Because every little thing is going to be all right.
You just have to get through some really awkward parts.
All right.
Here we go. Rejected segments, the real ones.
Number five.
Mike D wanted to do a fake funeral,
and all because Jamie Lee Curtis's brother was in the news,
because he had his own funeral because he wanted to be there while it happened.
And Mike said, what if we spend the will,
and whoever it lands on, we have to host their funeral here on the show.
Oh, yeah, the living funeral.
That's what I put too morbid.
Yeah, man, I can't do that.
But also a celebration of life.
We don't need to do that right now.
But then it feels like we're going to die.
Yeah, I don't like that.
That's weird.
Too morbid.
So I kicked that one out.
And I want to say this, the top four were all from the same person.
Oh, let's see.
It's the first time in the history of rejected segments that someone has almost dominated the entire top five.
I feel like it's either Ray or Lunchbox.
At number four, Eddie.
Oh, what?
Oh, what?
Four of all.
Number four.
Oh, boy.
And these are going to be good.
This one was considered too braggy.
Eddie said, what would you be the king of?
And then he listens to stuff he'd be the king of.
Yeah.
It all came from the coronation of the king of England.
And Eddie was like, what would you be the king of Eddie?
Dad.
Being dad.
King of the dads.
Yeah, yeah.
Grilling.
Ooh, grill king.
That's good.
So instead of that, what we would have done is we can all pick something you'd be the king of for you.
No, no, no, everyone picks their.
No, no, how you wanted to do it was too bragy.
Now this is the fun way to do it here.
Lunchbox, what would Eddie be the king of?
Lying.
Huh?
He's talking about.
Oh, you know what, I'll donate a kidney.
I'll give a waiter a huge tip.
No.
I'll get a butt lift.
That's funny.
Everything he says is a lot.
Amy, what would Eddie be the king of?
The king of like just smiling.
King of smiles.
I like it.
Hey, that's braggie.
I'll take it.
Ray, what would Eddie be the king of?
Brown nose.
The king of brown nose?
Yeah, there you go.
Is that because I'm Mexican?
No.
No.
No.
No, I'm not.
Morgan, what would Eddie be the king of?
I feel like pets.
pessimism. He's always very pessimistic about things.
He's optimistic.
Morgan, I thought you'd say delegating.
I'd say king of bald heads.
Is that what you, is that yours, bones?
No, mine is king of just being a good dude, you know?
Thank you. Thank you.
I went with lying, so.
I don't know why I missed it. It was supposed to be something like.
No, no, you're good, Amy.
Amy, yours was perfect.
I mean, hey, Eddie, I'm on a digital detox.
I mean, he lies about everything.
Like, everything he says is a lie.
Hey, what's the next one, move?
What would lunchbox for the king of?
Me, me, me, me, me, me.
I would go stench.
The king of smell.
Sting.
Yeah, that's cool.
Amy.
Yeah, God, you nailed it.
Dirty.
King of dirt.
I'm the king of dirt.
That's like the mess.
Greed.
The king of greed.
See, this would have been the segment to do, but also it turns away negative.
Hey, but it's good, though.
Okay, what about Amy?
King of what?
Lost.
What?
Lost.
Nobody died.
She got divorced.
Yeah, but she lost that for sure.
I also have lost.
That's a good point.
Ready?
King of clumsy.
Queen.
Okay.
Fine, queen.
Whatever.
The game is king.
Did you have one?
Niceness, Amy.
He's going to say nice.
The king of, sorry, the queen of lack of depth perception.
Yeah, backing into things, walking into things.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
All right, we'll move on.
Thank goodness.
The terrible bit.
That's my point.
Either way was bad, but the second way was...
You guys can do me.
I don't want to hear the crap online, so go ahead.
I'm the king of lunchbox.
Oh, man, humble brags.
Thank you, Eddie.
Blindness.
You got to go after a physical train?
What?
What?
You're going to be bald head.
No, I said, I'm surprised they wouldn't.
I would never say that.
Well, you went after my death perception.
That's not a physical...
Yes, it is.
You can only see this.
Amy, go ahead.
A certain part.
For me.
Go hard, Amy.
Okay, the king of...
Name drop.
No, like sort of self deprivation.
Deprivation?
Isn't that the way you say it?
Like, sometimes you know...
Discipline?
No, no.
Like, I feel like something's...
Working hard?
Like, listen, you're like, oh, I'm so bad at this and so bad at this.
And then you're, like, you're so...
And then you end up being so good at it.
That's not deprivation.
What is it?
Deprivation would be keeping me out of, like, not letting myself have something.
Oh.
Then what's the house...
How do we say?
Deprication.
Like, I'm self deprecating.
Yeah.
Make fun of my...
Okay.
Okay.
I don't know.
Number three.
Is this?
Eddie, it's with you, buddy.
Yeah.
This one we said no to because we felt like it was just using space in an email to have something to send in.
I've had weeks like that.
Go ahead.
Eddie said, is this considered littering.
So I boiled two eggs in the morning.
Oh, no, this is good.
This is real good.
So I boiled two eggs in the morning and I'm in a hurry and ate them on the go.
So I peeled them and throw the shells out the window.
Am I littering?
No.
No.
And we've talked about this before, bananas, fruit.
Sunflower seeds.
You can't throw that out the window.
you said that.
I didn't say that.
Really?
It's not littering.
I wouldn't throw it out the window like in the middle of the road because people will see it and be like, oh, that guy's littering.
You take a picture license plate, whatever.
I do that.
But it's not littering if you throw a piece of fruit out.
Somebody may slip on the banana that could hurt somebody.
The car can spin out of control.
I've seen it, Eddie.
Well, you know, like, a little documentary called Mario Card.
Ever heard of it?
When you throw an eggshell, it's like white and really like noticeable.
But it's biodegradable.
Yeah, rejected segment three is Eddie just filling space there.
Number two.
Now, this one, I put a number two, and then I thought, it's kind of interesting.
Come on.
Come on.
So I couldn't decide if it was stupid or really interesting, so we're going to do it.
Lunchbox has had a reminder on his computer for two months now.
Oh, it's not there now.
Because I sent this in like weeks ago.
Where is it?
Where is the reminder?
It said on his computer.
So are you saying this was a lie?
It was really saying.
No, no, no.
No, no.
What is he talking about?
It said email so and so about.
Don't forget to email guy about, and then there's scribble, and he can't read.
it. I wonder if you ever emailed that person.
I don't know what I saw.
All right. There you go. See? The king of
the liar strikes again.
That's messed up. Finally, number one.
And eight, why we look to my computer? Number one.
Here we go. Eddie wants to know, did guys have a bathroom
routine? And what we did, we said this was too gross to sit through
because he goes, like not brushing your teeth, but actually going to the
bathroom. Oh, I thought it's going to be like skin care. No, no.
He said it's Eddie goes, I used the bathroom every day at the same time.
It's usually 2 p.m. at the past couple of days, I've messed up by going early.
My body once.
Oh, here's what happened.
So, like, I messed up my routine.
My routine's 2 o'clock every day.
I get home and that's what I do.
Like straight to the bathroom, I do it.
But I messed it up one morning and now it's during the show.
No, this is not a bit.
So now I'm like, what do I do?
It's during the show.
I'm really, every once in a while, like, before I come to work,
my body tells me I got to go and I'm like, man, this is,
my body clock's all off.
And so I go at like four in the morning, it's like, this is,
my day is all messed up.
See?
He knows what I'm talking about.
So that one was too gross.
Oh.
and just didn't care enough.
What about your routine bones?
What time?
No.
I sit and scream.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
You struggle with it.
Yeah, yeah.
That's why you didn't want to do it.
I'm basically having a baby every day.
Yeah, sorry about that.
That was rejected segments.
Eddie, congratulations, 80% of the rejected segments is fun.
Terrible, gosh.
By the way, we have like 10 other ones that didn't make the list list.
We'll do in the post show today.
And that's not just me, right?
It's not just you.
There are other people's as well.
All right, rejected segment.
All right, questions for the room.
Everybody gets one.
I'll go first.
What's something that you're willing to pay a little extra for because it's worth the money?
And I'll go first while you guys think about it since it's my question.
Underware?
Worth the money?
For sure.
Because for a long time, I just wore the whitey tides.
Oh, gosh.
So it's not good.
And it haven't in a while.
And then I would just go and buy whatever the cheapest box or briefs were.
But they rip.
holes. But the thing is, and that would be okay, but I just stick with them so long that I'm just
trying to hold the underwear. So I don't. So underwear for me, because I've got some good, I wear
Tommy John some. Oh, okay. Nice. Yes, very nice. And there's never any issues with them. They don't
rip. There are no holes. It's excellent. So I'm going to go underwear. I'm also going to go socks
just because same reason. And toilet paper. Oh, toilet paper is a good one. You get bad toilet paper. You
regret getting bad toilet paper almost immediately. Yeah, right away. So those are the three things that I would
pay a little extra for, and I do pay a little extra for because it actually makes it different.
difference. Amy? Well, you bring up toilet paper,
makes you think of paper towels. Like, I love a good
awesome paper towel. And sometimes
I do try to buy the
less expensive ones because I'm like,
I don't want to spend this on paper towels.
And I always end up going back
to spend the money on the paper towels because
they're just so different.
Eddie? Cheese? I mean, look,
like, yeah, yeah, I used to be cool with, like, the
singles and like just the little store
brand, you know, mild cheddar or whatever.
Uh-uh. But if you go to the deli
and you get legit cheese,
It's worth the extra $4 or whatever.
It's so good.
I'm a cheese guy now.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
I love a block of cheese.
Lunchbox.
Cereal.
You buy that cheap cereal, it doesn't taste the same.
But you go get cinnamon toast crunch.
That tastes legit.
You go getting the crunch toast?
Not very good.
Crunch toast instead of cinnamon toast crunch.
Yeah.
I mean, they have to name it something that can't be the exact same.
I'm telling you the cereal is by far the one.
All right.
Next question.
Lunchbox, what do you have?
I want to know who's the same.
the rat. Who's the rat in here? What do you mean? What are you talking about? Oh yeah, because all of a
sudden I talk about Netflix, you know, allowed me to keep going and I get on Saturday and guess what?
My Netflix doesn't work. You think you're the rat. But you think one of us called to tell on you.
Yeah, I think one of you guys got mad and was like, you know what? I'll show lunchbox and you guys contacted Netflix that, hey, I think I don't know how to
contact Netflix. And I don't know your account. Oh, sure you don't. No, sure you don't. What? Why is it being so?
And I don't know your account number to even tell them. It's not even under your name. I don't know your in-law's
names either.
Who's the rat?
You don't want to respond to that point?
No, I mean, you can say all that.
A rat is never going to say, oh, I don't know this.
You're one of the smartest people in the world, and you don't know how to contact Netflix.
I don't know how to contact.
Quizball is seventh grade and you don't know how to contact Netflix.
I could probably send an email to customer service, but I don't know the account.
No one told on you.
I think you just got got by what they're doing.
Like your time came.
Yeah, you came.
Or are you the rat?
No.
How would I know how to cancel?
your subscription.
Oh, who the hell would I know to do?
No, I don't know how to do that.
Okay.
I don't think anybody hears that.
Amy?
Did I say something that offended you so then you come after me?
Well, you do say stuff, but I think you're a rat.
You talk about it on a national platform.
Yes.
Like, regularly.
Any listener could have told on you if that were...
Or any listener could work for Netflix.
And they're like, oh, da-l-l-l-b-roop.
That's true.
No, I don't think there's any rat in this room.
I think you rated yourself out.
Oh, man, relax.
I think we work with a rat.
Okay.
Amy, what is your question?
Are you do yours?
Would you answer it?
She said yes, she's the rat.
I'm not the rat.
Okay, what is your question?
What is something that everybody is super proud of themselves for?
I mean, raising four kids.
Nice.
Pretty proud of that.
Nice.
Lunch box?
Prom king, obviously.
I mean, it's so awesome.
I mean, I'm thinking more recent.
Like something.
You didn't say that, though.
You said what is something?
Yeah.
Or just like that you are proud of that you're celebrating yourself for.
Prom king.
We got bones
I don't know
We just hit 10 years on the show
Oh that's huge
Yeah
We didn't want to celebrate that
We thought the company might
But they didn't
No we can still do something
You know who celebrated
From the company
JC
Jack Crout
Oh
Wow
So you're JC
We had 10 years here
Not Jesus Christ
That'd be cool
We didn't work for the company
But yeah no
We didn't
I would say we've been on 10 years here
We've been managed
You know
I've managed not get fired so far
So that's pretty good
Yeah
You?
I'm doing a journaling challenge, and I haven't skipped a day in, like, months.
And so I'm celebrating that because normally I, you know, move on from something.
You want to know how we know we're lame?
We're celebrating journaling.
Like, I mean, what did you say you're celebrating?
Problem.
I mean, that's not the name.
That's not lame.
Like, no, no, people listening to this right now are like, oh, these guys are so cool.
And then we're like, let's celebrate something.
And Amy goes, all right.
You think people listening to us are thinking we're so cool when.
It doesn't matter when.
I don't take shots anybody.
Nobody thinks we're so cool.
Right.
People think that at times some of us are just like them,
but I don't think you make things we're so cool.
Oh, man.
I mean, you want to talk about living a boring life.
I'm bragging about journaling.
You're bragging about something that happened in 12th grade.
Right.
Yeah.
It was a long time ago, man.
But also, I'm showing an example of like...
You live more life since then than you live to that point.
Let's see, 18.
Yeah.
You can also just celebrate the simple things.
like and be proud of yourself.
Okay.
Eddie,
do you do a question yet?
I haven't done my question.
What's yours?
So what song makes you smile
as soon as it comes on?
Oh,
that's a good one.
Come on.
What's yours?
Mine's a thousand miles of Vanessa Carlton.
Dude, as soon as I hear
I'm like, God, so good.
We should do that dance party this week.
Come on.
That's a good one.
Probably.
Probably.
Why do you build me up?
Oh, that's cool.
Yeah.
Dude, we should play that game where you try to start it.
You're like, boom.
I'm surprised you guys got that from.
Oh, dude, that's good.
Amy?
On the road again, Willie Nelson.
Oh, that's good.
Lunchbox?
Man.
This is going to make me sound like less of a man, though.
You can sound lame?
What is it?
Pardon the USA, Miley Cyrus.
That's a good one.
No, I can't do that one.
If one of us said he'd hate us for it, but we're not going to hate you for it.
That's right.
No, no, that's right.
We're showing you.
I'm just saying.
man, I didn't want to admit it, but...
You know the words?
Yeah, I get off at LAX and I'm in my card again.
Am I gonna fit in?
And I get in the cab and the Jay-Z song is on.
And the Jay-Z song is on.
And I put my hands up.
Singing that song.
Whoa, party in the USA.
Yeah, that's a jam.
Yeah.
You singing it made me smile, actually.
Dang.
Is that good it is?
All right, final question.
Morgan, what is your question for the room?
Are you allowed to adjust the thermostat at a friend or relative
house. Not without asking.
Why do you ask? Well, because I had
people over and somebody adjusted my thermostat
without asking me and I was like, well, I guess I just felt
that they were obligated to. Yeah, I don't touch
my thermostat. Yeah, I never
really thought about that, but I would never touch
someone's thermostat. You can say you're cold or you're
hot. Hey, if it's somebody you're close to
Amy, can I turn a thermostat? Can I have to put it up to
or put it down? But you can't just go up
and change it. Especially
if you're not super close because I'm thinking about, I'll probably
do it at Amy's house. What if you're spinning?
I think, yeah.
Oh, you would be.
I would.
If you're close, I think you probably shouldn't, but you still can because who gets a crap.
And if you're spending the night, like, maybe in your, have the thermostat near your room.
If it's, like, split into sections.
Like upstairs, downstairs, you might be like, oh, I'm going to turn it down one.
General answer is no.
You should not touch a thermostat.
That's not yours.
So someone just changed yours?
Yeah, I had, like, a group of people over, and I guess it was getting hot.
And I was just, you know, busy, like, hosting, I guess.
And they just went over and changed it without asking me.
I was like, well, I guess it was hot in here for people.
they felt they could do it.
Not someone you were super close to.
I am more close than not close, but not like my best friend.
General rule, no thermostat changing unless you ask if it's not your...
If you're not paying the bill for it, you probably shouldn't change it.
Oh, man.
At my parents' house, I change it all the time.
That's your parents.
Exactly. I think family, you change it.
Yeah, but that's somebody you're super close to.
Yeah.
Yeah. Like, even Amy, I would change it.
I mean, because my parents in the summer, when it's 100 degrees in Austin, they don't
turn the AC on, they leave the windows open.
I'm like, you guys are nuts.
And I go visit?
Hey, AC, baby.
What temperature do you put it on?
74 because they have it they just have it off so it's just like that's a complete shock to their system
they are nuts what would you keep it on if it were yours at your house in austin and summer
it was like 72 so it wasn't too bad normal yeah normal and did they ever go it's so cold in here
oh they turn it off and i'll wake up in the middle night sweating I'm like all right got to go it's a battle
what's the temperature in here right now like 37 probably what is it say Morgan I bet you it's
He's about to say turn it down more.
Yeah, it's 67.
It's crazy, man.
Not even that cold.
What are you talking about?
It's freezing.
You keep it cold.
Why when you take your SAT or ACTs
that they keep the air cold?
I don't remember.
That was a long time ago.
Because you're on alert.
Yeah, why are we living in the past?
You're Chris.
You're thinking clearly.
Why does everybody have long sleeves on in their freezing?
Look at me.
I'm in a short sleeve shirt.
You have a heater.
All your computers keep you warm.
I also have my blanket over here.
I am surrounded by computers.
Yeah.
I don't mean that's a healthy heat, though, I'll be honest with you.
I just saw.
of something. What? Like, you're surrounded by all that around you. And the lights up there, too.
Yeah, but do we worry about, they say not to put, they say not. Luckily, I keep it really close to my
testes. Yes. So, that's what I mean. They say for men not to put their laptop on their lap.
I don't have it on my lap. But I mean, it's hovering. Got all that over there. I have to.
What do you? You're just kind of tucked in.
That's interesting. I don't know. It is. It is. Okay. Everybody feel good about the questions?
Yeah. Everybody got their question in? Yeah. Okay. Good.
You rats.
Here's a voicemail from Marie in Austin, Texas.
I just got tickets to your show here in November,
but I have to tell you, I went online to go buy tickets,
and I was almost at checkout,
and I was like something was going off in my head
that told me to go and check your Instagram
to make sure I was buying tickets from the right site,
and I was not.
So I almost got stamped.
I felt so much like Amy,
but we got tickets, and we are excited to see you in November.
Hey, thanks.
How do you feel when people say so much like Amy?
Because you did bring that on yourself.
Yeah, I mean, I guess I'll just have to own it and embrace it.
And people change.
And she made a decision that was good for her based on some of the decisions that you made that you wished maybe you wouldn't have.
Right.
But now I do the same thing.
I make better decisions because of me too.
Yeah.
I like that.
And y'all, y'all too.
Well, you found it's scam alert.
So, thank you.
For those asking that show in all.
is a charity show that Jordan Davis and myself are doing.
And that is not part of like the tour that I'm going to announce.
It's a very small tour.
But I'm going to do like eight to ten cities.
But that's all.
That's all I'm going to say for now.
But it will be coming up soon.
But that is not it.
That's a different situation, all for charity.
You can go if you want tickets to this in Central Texas.
Go to ACL Live.
Just Google that.
I'm not sure the website.
ACL Live.
And that show is in November.
Here's Amy's pile of stories.
I have tips to avoid falling for a Facebook marketplace.
scam.
Anyone you guys ever been on Facebook Marketplace?
No.
Bought something?
Yes.
You do?
I feel like the basically dark web.
I'll be honest with you.
I feel like Facebook Marketplace is the dark web.
Oh, I think that's Craigslist now.
Facebook Marketplace is where it's at.
Oh.
Okay, go ahead.
I buy Ansel on there.
So first of all, the listing or offer, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
The payment method, if it seems suspect, like they're like, hey, could you make that a wire
transfer or something?
It's $9.
All the one was that towel set, man.
You're trying to have a wire transfer?
Or could you put that on prepaid gift cards?
Those are red flags.
They push for external communication,
like if they want to move to a different app
or even get your phone number to start texting you.
Or if they want to go to WhatsApp and then talk in an accent
that does not sound like they are in America.
I don't know.
Sometimes I'll see like a Jeep for sale for $11,
and I'm like that can't be accurate.
I feel like I'm being scammed.
That's clickbait.
They want you to, they're like,
you see $11, you call.
click on it. It doesn't mean it's a scam, but someone
wants to get your attention. I'm telling you, if they're
selling me a Jeep for $11, that's a scam.
That's a deal. What did you try? No, no, it's a scam.
What did you try to buy, Amy?
Oh, so, well,
I literally did some of this as
the buyer. I asked the seller.
What if she's scamming people from all she's learned on scam
alert? Like all that we're saying don't
do, she's taking home and she's using it for her own
advantage. No, no, but I, so.
Carrava's gift cards? You're trying to get those?
I lost my dining room table
everything in my dining room in my half.
For the divorce?
Yeah.
Oh, man.
Oh, wow.
Oh, man.
So, anyhow, doing some shopping.
So I went to Facebook Marketplace, and I found the most amazing dining room table and chairs.
In fact, it kind of looked like a stock photo that it was too good to be true.
But it is.
You just said, though, don't believe it.
It's too good to be true.
Oh, no.
I'm so confused.
But it's not.
It wasn't.
It was from a home, like, in Nashville.
But I am not on Facebook that much.
I was sending her bunch of messages.
So I said, hey, could we move this to text?
Because I'm going to miss some of these messages and I'm going to be out and about.
So I asked for her phone number.
Hey, big time, out and about.
You're looking for me.
I'll be out on the valve.
And then I also said, I also asked if wire transfer was a way for me to pay.
How are you a wiry train?
Weird.
I don't know.
I just thought, I honestly don't know how to go to the bank.
Anyway.
You don't know how to go to the bank and get money out?
Yeah, she's scamming everybody.
She's scamming.
She's scammie, Amy is a scammer.
If someone said to me, I want to pay via via wire.
transfer for something that was four or five hundred bucks i would just think something fishy was about
to happen see it's just tricky right now you have a wire no i don't even honestly know that i know
how to do that part but i just thought like venmo you can only pay a certain amount and then i my banking
is it's a table and eight chairs and a painting you having a picnic and a painting and a painting
well you didn't add the painting yeah i know but there was other things that she was selling and so i was
like oh i'll take that too i'll take that too but anyway facebook market
place is a great place to shop
but just look out for these
things that you're doing got it go ahead and then as
the buyer I don't need to do them
this person really really really really
loved their cat his name is soren
hi and he revealed on TikTok that he freeze
dried his cat apparently
this is a better way
dead though after the cat had died oh yeah
yeah I died well why
why do you do that well if it was alive that'd have been bad
that'd have been not loving oh right right right right
right yes I don't I don't mind it
if you're gonna stuff it and some people do that
And we had friends that were taxidermist as a kid.
People stuffed everything they loved.
If they loved or killed it, they're probably going to get stuffed.
So, yes, weird, yes, wrong, no.
Because sometimes people taxed, go to the taxonomy for the cats.
Well, he says that freeze drying is better than taxidermy because it's less impact on the body tissues.
And it preserves it.
Who cares?
The cat's not a lot.
It's dead, yeah.
I know that this is what he was sharing.
And I was like, wow.
I just get a stuffed with me.
They can do the stuffed ones.
That looks perfectly now.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I guess, forget those ads on Instagram.
Do you want a driver cover?
It looks like your dog?
And I'm like, well, that can't know.
That can't look like Stanley.
Oh, my God.
So, but they can really create fake stuffed animals that look like.
I would do that instead of turning your cat into beef jerky or whatever he's doing.
Your actual animal?
Like you just get a stuffed animal that is made to look like your animal.
Oh, that's cute.
They can make it pretty easily.
Yeah, what else?
Morgan Wallin says that.
Oh, much in video of her whole.
holding her cat.
It's a girl.
It's a woman, yeah.
Oh, it's a woman?
Yeah.
Soren Hyah's name I wouldn't know either to attach what gender to it.
It's a woman.
She's petting it in her lap and it's freeze-dried.
Weird.
Yeah, I felt bad for her.
So is it so cold?
Like, how's she holding the cold?
I don't think it's still frozen.
Oh, yeah.
Stay cold.
Okay.
All right, what else?
Morgan Wallin says that being a father has given him something to live for.
It's what's most important to him.
Before becoming a dad a couple years ago, he doesn't know if he would really call him
selfish, but at the end of the day, he probably really was before becoming a dad.
And so, I'm just curious to you in the last few years, what is something that has given you
something to live for, Bobby?
What in the world?
Were you thinking about not living?
I mean, having a wife.
Yeah, I was going to say it.
I just thought you would like go right into that.
Yeah.
I have to say it.
I mean, that's the I answer, but I thought she wanted something different.
Yeah.
I don't know.
The kids?
I don't know.
What kids?
Animals.
I don't know, man.
I want to give a better, like.
You know, but no, my wife, obviously.
All right, thank you, Amy.
I'm Amy, that's my pile.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
It's time for the good news.
With lunchbox.
Hey home, it's not been good.
Ricardo was working at H.E.B.
The grocery store in Pleasanton, Texas,
and he's doing the curbside to go when he gets the call,
oh, yeah, I'm in spot two.
Can you bring my order?
And he goes out.
And it's this old granny and goes,
ma'am, you know you have a flat tire, right?
She goes, no, I didn't.
He goes, hold on, I'll be right back.
He goes to his manager and says,
this lady in Spot 2 has a flat tire.
Can I get my jack and change her tire?
Manager's like, go for it.
So he goes his car, gets the jack, broo, boop,
changes the tire, boom, all for that old lady.
That's awesome.
Then what happens?
Then.
I do it.
I know.
Get this.
There's a lady that has a nonprofit that, like,
recognizes people in the community.
She happened to be there and see it,
and she presented him a check with $500.
Whoa.
What a boy, Ricardo?
And then what happened?
That's it.
Did he spend it?
What did he buy?
What did he buy?
It doesn't say there is no in then.
Oh, amen.
No, amen. No, amen.
And the philosophy is show up, give a flip, repeat of that nonprofit.
I'll be suing for that one.
I don't know about that.
Sounds a lot like fighting.
It was my saying.
Great story. Ricardo, nice job, buddy.
You definitely didn't have to do that.
That is what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
A win is a win.
A win.

There's two golden rules that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And rule two, never mess with her friends either.

It's Will Farrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with him one day, and I was like,
and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place they come,
look for up and coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.

Here's a voicemail from Josh in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Morning studio.
I was recently laid off from my job, and a friend of mine hooked me up with an interview with his company for a job in another state, thousands of miles away.
They offered me the job, and I verbally accepted over the phone.
After thinking about it and visiting, I don't want to move.
It would also be a massive pay cut.
I don't want to move and trap myself somewhere for three years where I have no room for promotion.
or raise it. Is it okay to turn down the job and not find the contract despite already verbally
accepting? I don't want to burn bridges and don't want to hurt my friend, but I'm just not sure
it's right for me and I don't know what to do. I would not move. You did not sign anything.
Even if you did sign something, you can call and go, hey, look, I had something extremely personal
happened in my life that I don't feel comfortable sharing and I am not going to be able to take
this job. I'm very sorry. There you go.
You know what is extremely personal?
The fact that you don't want to go.
You don't get to share that.
Oh, so you're not lying.
It's a very personal decision.
You don't want to go.
He didn't sign anything.
You didn't take any money up front for the move.
You were probably emotional when you agreed to it because you felt like you had no options.
Totally.
So you're like, oh, I just need to do something.
I don't know what I'm going to do if I'm not able to work.
You could even send it in an email.
Hey, dearest company guy.
Dearest company girl.
I had accepted this job verbally.
but because of some extremely unfortunate personal news,
I regret to inform you.
I can no longer accept this job.
Please let me know if there's any way I can help transition to the next person.
Thank you for your time.
Call me if you need to.
La, la, la, boom.
And the unfortunate news is that you...
I don't want to go.
I'm scared.
I felt like it's not a good idea once I've collected myself.
Do not move for that if you...
Don't move.
You're good.
It probably happens all the time.
You didn't sign anything.
It's just a verbal agreement.
and something extremely unfortunate has happened.
Yeah.
Which is you're sad.
You're scared.
You don't want to go.
Yes.
There you go.
Easy to get out of.
Thank you.
Now time for the morning corny.
The morning corny.
Why should you never fall in love with a tennis player?
Why should you never fall in love with the tennis player?
Love means nothing to them.
Got it.
Oh, love.
I knew that was in there.
That was the morning corny.
Couldn't quite place it.
though. I'm glad it wasn't something with backhand, you know what?
Yeah. Oh, I thought it was going to get served.
Oh, that too. Wait, what?
Eddie is talking about domestic violence.
Let's talk. She's talking about divorce.
Yeah. But you just want with the easy.
That's better.
Yeah, your is a better. I mean, it's a better. I mean, it's nothing.
Big news. If I can get that drum roll, please.
Somebody on the show has told me they booked their first TV commercial.
I have not seen it. I didn't know anything about it.
So it was news to me as well. But this is a big achievement. We like to celebrate our achievements together.
Everybody on the show is trying to do stuff outside of the show.
Amy's got a small part in Holiday Harmony on HBO, now called Max.
Yeah.
Eddie.
Not really doing anything outside the show.
Hey, I'm doing speaking.
Absolutely, yes.
Been speaking.
Plays with the raging idiots out on the road.
A lot of outside of the work.
Lunchbox is on Zoom.
Reading scripts to Threase Company.
No, I've never done Threes Company.
Dawson's Creek.
Oh, yeah, whatever.
Langdlach speaks?
Yeah.
Kids.
No, no.
Morgan, what do you do?
I'm doing some of the CMA Fest.
There you go.
Doing hosting.
There you go.
Okay.
I bet you got the little hustles.
So one of you has booked a TV commercial.
Amy, who do you think it is?
Hmm.
It is not Amy.
It's not me.
So I, hmm.
I feel like Lundrax has really been going after stuff.
And maybe we finally convinced him to go for.
How has he been going after stuff?
I'm saying he's been going after stuff.
I'm doing the, we sort of pick out him for doing.
doing the Zooms and the not much else.
Yeah, but what has he been doing to go after, though?
You said it's been doing.
That, practicing the Zooms.
And then he, like, showed up on Nicole Kidman's set, being like, put me in, put me in.
Yeah, yeah, that's going out.
Okay, well, you guys will be happy to know the person who got the TV commercial is, Lunchbox.
Yay!
Wow.
The first TV commercial!
What's it for?
Hey, don't you worry.
You will see it shortly.
I cannot tell you.
Wait, you can't tell us what it's wrong?
No.
Why?
You know, they don't come out and announce people in commercials before.
the commercials air. But you can. They'd like YouTube. No, they do not. They said it is confidential.
Did you sign something? Yes. You signed something? Yeah. Are you lying? Like an NDA?
I don't know what that means, but I signed a contract saying I won't talk about it and that the
commercial will be out and you'll be able to see it and we're going to shoot it and it's going to be
amazing. How'd you get it? I auditioned for it. Send a tape. Are you lying? No, I'm not lying.
I don't understand how you...
Something feels weird about it.
It does feel weird how he's answering the questions.
And second of all, I don't know a single brand that wouldn't want their brand
unless it was a Super Bowl commercial that they were keeping secret.
It's not a Super Bowl commercial.
How do you know?
There's no way.
Can you give us the category it's in?
TV.
Okay, come on, man.
No, the category of...
The product.
Oh, the product.
How would it?
I describe it.
Satisfying.
Snickers?
No.
No.
So the category is satisfying?
Yeah.
Let me explain what categories are.
That's a category.
Like there's health care, there's food,
there's service,
entertainment, clothing, yeah.
You could say service.
So like a restaurant?
And you haven't shot the TV commercial yet.
No, no, yeah.
And will we see it?
You will see it for sure.
Okay.
You're going to show it to us or we would happen upon it.
I mean, if you're watching TV, you may see it or I'll show it to either one.
I don't know what shows you watch and what commercials they play.
Okay, I have one question about how.
I know you audition for it, you send in a tape, but how did you even hear it was open?
Like, how did you hear about the audition?
Online.
Okay.
Yep.
Scoo Steve is shaking his head right now.
Online through his email from me.
Oh, what do you mean?
So this is with Sonic.
So it's a good thing.
You got a Sonic TV commercial?
Sonic commercial, but it's not.
It's not on TV.
Oh my God.
It's on Instagram TV.
So is Sonny going to put it on all their brand stuff?
Well, so there isn't a final say on where it will live maybe in the future, depending on how they like it.
But it's only supposed to live on our Instagram account.
Wait, so if it's really good, though, it could make TV.
Let's get this right.
No, it's not.
Oh, no.
Okay.
You don't know that.
Okay, but it's not a TV commercial.
And it's only for our social media.
I was sold his TV.
He doesn't read his emails because I'll talk to him about stuff after the show.
He's like, yeah, I don't know.
I'm like, no, it's just this.
Read your email.
And I go, oh, I see what's in the email.
So it's not a TV commercial scuba Steve.
I mean, they were shutting down an entire Sonic so I can go film this.
Yeah, so it seems like it's going to be a big deal because it is for us.
They are shutting down roads.
They are closing down a Sonic.
There is a camera crew going to be there.
There is things that's happening that makes it big.
But he left out of detail.
It's commercial, but for Instagram.
And my camera crew, it's me.
Is it Eddie?
It is.
Oh, that's not.
And what's funny is he's going to be sharing the spotlight with somebody else.
too. You have a co-host in it?
No, no, I was told that it's
going to be two different commercials
and there may be someone in there for a couple
seconds or the other one. Who's that?
Morgan.
Oh, Morgan, you got a TV commercial.
What job? Morgan. I didn't know it's going to be a
Morgan. They just said you may have a co.
So you don't have a TV commercial. So we just said all this
and you don't have a TV commercial. I do.
Why do you keep pointing at Scoobo Steve?
He just said you don't. Hit the clips. What's the audio
that we have here? My agent called,
tell me I got it.
Oh, my gosh. And what's your agent?
name? Jackson Hughes?
I feel like we're dealing with like a, you know,
this is a serious thing.
I'm sorry to our listeners.
Living the side of his brain.
I also did not know what we were doing here.
I thought he really got a TV commercial
and I wanted to experience it live and learn about it.
And Jackson Hughes is not a real person.
It is Lunchboxes.
According to you, he's not.
It is Lunchbox's voice and he edits this together.
Go ahead.
Lunchy, lunchy, my friend.
Jackson Hughes, your agent, yes.
Oh my gosh, I got great news.
You know the tape you sent off for that commercial.
They loved it.
They loved it.
You're in.
You're in, my friend.
You've got it.
You've got your first ever commercial.
We're going to film it later this week.
So I'll be in touch.
But congratulations.
All that hard work is paying off, my friends.
We're going places.
You did it.
You're in a commercial.
Buy lunchy.
You didn't even change your voice.
That was my voice.
It was left on my voicemail.
So I don't know how you think I could be on my voicemail.
That is Jackson Hughes.
That's my agent.
Isn't Jackson's a tax company or something?
Jackson He was.
That's what it is.
Jackson Hewitt.
Should we not make fun of him anymore about this?
Like, I feel bad.
Why do you feel bad?
Because I got a commercial and you guys didn't?
No, because that's you and you're in this fairy tale.
Okay.
The category is clearly food and he went satisfying service.
Are you satisfied when you eat it though?
Exactly.
Do they provide a service?
Yeah.
Exactly.
Okay.
Okay.
Morgan, good out on a TV commercial.
Oh, thank you.
I didn't realize this is a big deal for you too.
This is what he sent me.
I just want you guys to know what he sent me to talk about.
I booked my first TV commercial
Please have the club of
How Do You Like Me Now Ready?
Yep.
Hit it.
How do you like me now?
It's all lies, though.
And then he goes, just to further get me to do the segment, he goes, it's legit.
So when he says something else is legit, I can't trust it anymore.
He's crying wolf.
He's crying wolf.
But in his mind, it is legit.
I want to play Dirk's, lunche, lunche, lunche.
We're going to try this segment, and we're going to try this segment, and we're
We don't know. I don't know. Nobody here knows what we're going to talk about.
So what will happen is Scoobie Steve comes on and we do Scuba Steve suggests.
And he just throws a segment at us and we'll go right to town.
There's been no preparation for the segment.
Usually when I do the show, I'm the only one that knows what's going to happen.
But you guys will have an idea possibly of what's been happening because we all know each other pretty closely.
This one we have no idea.
Scouba Steve suggests what's the bet today, Scuba.
So you may have seen this in the news.
I know movie Mike for sure knows about this.
Dwayne Johnson and Ben Diesel have had a long running beef.
They don't like each other.
It came on the set, I think back in 2017.
But recently, they squashed the beef to get this next movie off with the ground.
Fast X10.
What is it called?
I'd be fast X.
Fast X, yes.
So I thought it'd be great for us to go around the room and think about a beef that we have longstanding for you to be one that they're aware of or one that you internalize in your head from something you did in the past or they did in the past.
Talk about an enemy?
Well, talk to an enemy, but I feel like it's a good exercise for us.
us to talk to this enemy and maybe find out
the other side of it. Maybe there's a reason
why. I'm not doing that. I'll tell you
who, now I'm not going to tell you the enemy was. But I think
misconceptions happen all the time and we can have a
misconception. I hate them. But maybe they have
a reason behind it. You don't realize that you don't have
their perspective of what it is.
And if you talk to them, maybe as humans we can come
together, connect and fix our issues and move
on. Okay, well let's talk about this.
You have an enemy or you have a rival
or someone that you spent a lot of your life
feeling like it was your nemesis?
Amy? No. Okay. No.
Good for you. You're healthy.
Eddie?
Lunchbox.
You know?
A lot of jealousy.
I don't know.
You just don't like me, man.
You think he's like your arch nemesis?
Yeah, sometimes.
You guys don't hate each other.
No, no, no.
We really like each other.
Yeah.
But, like, sometimes he just fights with me for no reason.
You think he's jealous of you?
I think so.
I got a question, Bobby, honestly.
What would I be jealous of Eddie for?
My attention.
I've made the news a few times.
You know, I get to do cool things.
You do speak and get paid to speak.
I get paid to speak.
Okay.
What am I jealous of Eddie for?
Just go ahead.
I'm still waiting for something.
I just mentioned them.
He did mention things that you're dying to do, but you haven't done.
So I think he thinks you'd be jealous of those things.
Oh, trust me.
I'm not jealous of Eddie at all.
So why are you always mean to me?
I'm not.
But you think Eddie's jealous of you.
100%.
Why?
He wants to be on my level.
What's your level?
Dude, everything I get to do, everybody that recognizes me all about me, the shine I get, you want.
That's not.
true. There's no shine that he gets that
there's nothing. That doesn't exist.
See what I'm saying? It's this weird
feud, but I don't know why. I have no
idea why we have a feud. But we
do. Lunchbox, who would you say your arch nemesis
is or was?
Oh, man, that's tough.
Is it me? No, I don't
spend time thinking about you. I'm saying,
I live rent-free in your head. You don't live in my head.
Oh, man, that's tough. I mean, I had to run in with one
like an artist back in the day.
that was very awkward and
ever since then I've been like, yeah, screw that artist.
You know what I'm talking about?
I don't know.
There's more than one person.
Oh, got a band?
Yeah.
In D.C.?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Don't worry about that, though.
You're good.
You know what?
And it also made me have a feud with them because lunchbox had a feud with them.
But I've also heard other people have feuds with them.
So that kind of justified why they acted that way to him.
I actually have no reason not like them.
I'll be honest with you.
But lunchbox is like they treated him like crap.
So like, then if you're in debt to launchbox, you're doing that to me.
So I also don't like you.
That's interesting why I don't like them.
Now I realize why I don't like them.
Yeah.
Because I never really had a direct reason.
But lunchbox was like, they treated him like crap.
So then I just didn't like them.
Good.
I, good.
Yeah.
Do you still hate him?
Yeah.
100%.
Have they had to come in since ever?
What?
Have they come in here?
They had never been on the show.
Okay, I couldn't remember.
No, not that I can remember.
No, no.
We're good.
And I've had a couple not terrible experiences.
But I think even then I was like, you treated my guy bad, so I'm going to be mad at you.
But maybe we should clean that.
No, it wasn't just bad.
It was threatened with violence.
Really?
Yeah, dude, I was there.
I don't remember all that.
It was just, it was us three, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, we were there.
You weren't there, Bones.
I know, I just remember being told about it.
You want me to tell you about it?
You want me to tell you what happened?
Yes.
It was so weird.
So we're walking backstage.
But don't see who?
I'm not.
Eddie and I are walking and there's the buses.
And we're walking one way and they're walking one way and we just walk by each other.
Don't say, you know, they don't say anything to us.
We don't say anything to them.
And then I hear Ludgebox, lunchbox.
And I go back and he goes, you don't ever walk by a man without shaking their hand.
That happens again.
I'll kick your ass.
Why'd you whisper if you're going to say it?
Like if you can say it, you know, we still heard you.
But it's one of the two.
You can like go, I'll kick you.
We still heard you.
Loudly.
And I thought I thought I was editing myself and I didn't.
And I literally thought the guy was joking.
And he was like, he wasn't joking.
And he was like, you never walk by another man and not shake their hand.
Now shake my hand before you walk off.
And I was just like, and I looked at it.
Did you think it was a joke still?
I would have thought they were joking.
I did too at first.
But then when he said it like the third time and I was just like.
You shake his hand?
I shook his hand on.
He got a little weenie.
Hey, he put his hand out like...
No, no, no.
No, no.
Here's the thing.
You're right, sir.
I'm not...
I wasn't being a man.
Like, if there was no, if there was no witnesses, I feel like the story would be like,
heck no one in shake his hand out.
So I pushed him back.
No, no.
He had his hand out, so then I shook it.
And then we walked off and I said, I thought he was joking.
He goes, that was the weirdest thing I've ever seen in my life.
And I mean, because when we weren't walked by each other at first,
neither person said anything to each other.
So to get mad, I didn't know.
You guys have handshake bullied.
It was very weird.
Hey, lunchbox had his head down like, yes, sir, I'll shake your hand.
He puts it up like when somebody kisses their hand.
He puts it up.
No, you know, I did it.
But it was just like, what in the world?
But yeah, it was very strange.
But that was a long time ago.
You're not over that?
No.
Okay.
No.
I'm kind of not either.
And I forgot why I was mad at him.
But now I remember.
Scooby, do you want to fix that one or no?
I think why not?
I feel like, again, they could have been in a different mindset back then.
They could clean their act up.
I know you're talking about too, because they are a little weird.
But I think I don't care. I'll tell them to their face.
No, you won't.
Yes, I will.
I think we should bring up.
Hey, he'll kick your.
Yeah, right.
I think they were just playing around and kidding with you and they just took it too far.
No, they really weren't.
No, no, there was no play.
There was no joking.
The anger in the eyes told you they were not playing.
He walked up like, I'm going to kick your butt with his finger out.
He was a drinking problem. He was drunk or something.
That's true.
Do you think he maybe just had too much to drink?
That's possible.
I'm sinking.
I don't know.
Again, the whole point of this is to figure out why and squash the beef.
But do you think...
I'm not squashing crap.
I don't even think they remember.
Mine's a radio show.
They can kiss my grits a hundred times because they used to go on the year and just
we were, same show.
We were all young 20s.
We were like, we don't really know we're doing, but let's just give it a run.
And we just...
Lunchbox went to jail.
And we were like ranked 14th, 15th.
And we did a bit.
They got lunchbox put in jail.
We got suspended for a long time.
and we didn't know if you're ever going to come back to work or not.
We came back to work and then it was like immediately people paid attention to us.
And then we just stayed number one forever, like 10 years.
Just was a great, great run.
But there was another show that would always be like, oh, you know what I heard?
I heard By Bone Six's paycheck to the bar and picks up girls with a paycheck.
One, didn't make enough to do that.
Two, I never picked up a girl.
And three, he didn't go to bars.
Yeah, three, I didn't go to bars.
But it was always lies like that, one after the other.
They would say that on their show.
On their show.
That makes sense.
And so it was just years and years of it.
And so we pounded them to oblivion.
And, you know, they got fired.
You want to give them a shout out?
You know, I don't.
I don't.
And it is, yeah.
Scuba, all you've done is bring up, like, us being angry at people.
I thought it would be therapeutic and good, but apparently I was wrong.
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm good.
If we had to pick one to unbeef with, who would it be, the radio show or the band?
Oh, the radio show.
Oh, really?
Yeah, because they're probably older now.
Well, they are older version.
They're probably on their...
Yeah.
And they're probably like...
On their what?
You're good to let that go.
I'm never letting that go.
Ever?
Ever.
Ever.
What would you do if you saw one of them?
I did see one on once.
I said, get out of my face.
You don't talk crap about me somewhere else.
And then you're in front of me, acting like you're my buddy.
Oh, that's exactly what happened.
I mean, now.
Same thing.
Oh, yeah.
Years separated from it.
Same thing.
That you would say, get out of my face now.
I would say, shake my hand.
Or I'm like, you guys call us if you want questions, comments.
877-Bobby.
That's a number.
Let's do the news.
Bobby's big.
Stories.
The scientific reason the early part of the week is so hard.
I have the answer.
Why do you think it is, Amy?
Gosh, because you're just coming off the weekend of like doing other things and you have to refocus.
But I love Mondays.
Okay.
See, I think I'm rubbing off on her.
Yeah, you are.
You are.
You never love Monday.
You guys all haters.
I hate it.
I still hate Monday.
It's a blank page.
Yes.
You can create whatever you want the entire week.
It's up to you.
Now, you can hate Mondays and start on your blank page later and then your blank page is kind of crappy by the end of the week.
But you can get focused on it early on and be excited that you have the opportunity to put whatever you want on that whole page.
I guess.
Oh, man.
Yep.
Yeah. Medical researchers found that Monday is the day of the week that people feel their fattest.
And also when they feel the least attractive because, well, Saturday, Sunday.
Sunday you're off your, not even, I'll not even say diet, but you're off your, whatever your normal day to day, routine, regimen is.
Maybe drink some.
What do you mean?
Maybe.
I'm not, I'm saying some people.
That's combined with Monday and Tuesday where the workloads are probably the heaviest and you get the most emails and falls because people are waiting all Saturday and Sunday where they can't really get anything done.
So now they're going to reach out to you on Monday.
Experts say the key is to really throw yourself into work and embrace it instead of allowing overwhelming negative feelings to take over.
nose of the grindstone early in the week
is a great way to start your week.
There we go.
There you go.
There's also like on Friday, it's always like,
can I circle back to you on Monday
and then you have to go back and
all the circles.
All the circles are coming back.
Hitting you on Monday.
That's from LinkedIn Research Study.
Is office flirting okay?
Amy?
No, what is flirting though?
Are you single?
Flirting is between two people.
No, I'm going to explain to Amy what flirting is.
Yeah, well, I do need to define
because some people would think
that there is flirting happening
because of the way we all interact and talk.
Us?
No.
No one thinks we're flirting.
No one is flirting.
Really?
Do you think we're flirting with you?
We have a very different job than most people.
Yes, that's true.
Who's flirting with who?
Yeah, who do you think is flirting on the show?
I don't know.
I guess my friend just like she was listening.
She was like, I am so buttoned up in professional work
and it just seems like y'all all just talk about whatever
and things that like I would talk about with like someone I would
dating.
Oh.
That doesn't mean we're flirting.
This just came up with my friend the other day.
We're just way more laid back.
The goal of this show is so when people are listening,
it's like their friends are hanging out.
It's like they're hanging out with us,
but they just can't talk to us.
It's the same thing.
If they were sitting in this room with us
and they were just sitting there,
they would just be a part of this conversation.
No microphones or microphones to be the same conversation.
But are we flirting?
Yeah, are we flirting with those people?
I guess I'm taking a back that she would even...
It's only because my friend literally just said that.
I don't think we're flirting.
Sometimes I think there's sexual tension between lunchbox and Eddie.
What?
What in the horror about?
How they're like...
Hold on.
There is no sexual tension over here.
Trust me. I am not flirting with Eddie.
Yeah, 100%.
Do you think we flirt with you?
Like, who flors with you the most?
No, but Eddie did say that one day.
Oh, he did.
Who's that girl behind me in the car?
And he's like, it's like, is...
But you can make joke.
That's what I mean.
But do you not hear the end of it?
It was you.
and I was like, oh, it's an evening.
That's the end.
I think she blocked that out, Eddie.
I wasn't flirting with you.
I know.
I don't think that you were,
but I think that was one of the examples
like my friend brought up.
Like, she just wouldn't be able to say that
to someone at her job.
Yes, that's true.
But that's not flirting.
Okay.
Just because you hang out with your friends,
I mean you're flirting with them.
I know.
I guess I was just saying it's on a scale.
Like, it's different for some people.
Carry on.
So what's the question?
Experts say the flirting between coworkers,
as long as it's innocent and lighthearted,
it can be a positive experience
that relieve stress
and improves productivity.
office flirting as long as it's in a joking manner improves office camaraderie and helps everyone feel included in part of the team.
The studies authors are quick to point out there's a serious difference between harmless banter and legitimate acts of sexual harassment, which can also be a detriment, so be careful.
Yeah. ScienceDirect.com.
Okay.
There is no flirting on this show.
Uh-uh. Zero.
I am, I was saying my friend just had this conversation with me.
You were buying into it, though.
No, no. It made me aware that people have different work.
environments. Yes, this is, you're just now aware that what we do is different than everybody else?
Well, I've been doing this for 17 years. So yeah, I mean, and my friend's very different outside
of work. She's like, at work, I'm just a completely different personality and I'm very buttoned up.
She's like, there's just some conversations y'all get to have his work as friends on the microphone.
She's like, I would never have at my office period with anybody. And I'm like, oh, it's just like a
different, it's relative to where you are and what your career is.
When we leave, we all throw our keys in a basket when we come into work and we leave, we grab the keys and
whoever it is we go home with after the show.
That's the part of the job.
That's how we flirt.
See that.
Funny banter.
Yeah.
So this one,
okay, let me get back to that.
I'm so shifted right now.
Okay, a man confesses to killing his landlord 15 years ago and burying him in his house.
Well, high on meth.
He said he didn't want to live life anymore without confessing.
Oh, gosh.
15 years later.
Police officers found Tony Peralta earlier this month sitting on a curb not far from the convenience store
in a small southeastern New Mexico community where he borrowed a cell phone.
so he could call 911 and confessed to killing his landlord 15 years earlier.
He agreed to take the officers where he buried the body before standing up and then volunteering to be cuffed.
He told officers he was tired of living with his lie and confessed to the murderer in 2008.
He said he had been abusing meth when he killed William Blodgett.
A tearful parol to tell police he didn't know why he had done it.
He was arraigned on a charge of first-degree murder and did not attend the hearing from CBS News.
Pretty dark story there.
But you know, good for him.
I'm like he had to do it because it was just eating him up.
That's crazy.
It also sounds like he might be homeless.
Yeah.
And maybe he wants a home.
Yeah, I didn't think about that.
And so he's like, I need, this is terrible.
I'd rather be in jail and have at least three square mills and what's flirting.
He was in jail for sure.
Homeless, good Samaritan rescues a toddler who was dumped on the side of the street after a carjacker took the SUV while he was sleeping in the back seat.
Oh my gosh.
That carjacker sucks.
I like the carjackers that steal a car, see the kid,
return the car, or go back and put the kid where the parent was
where they stole the car and then drive off with the car again.
Yeah.
I don't think they ever take the car back.
They just ditch the car.
I think they abandoned it, but I don't think they drive it back to the scene.
No, but they've been somewhere they've stolen the car with the kid in it
and they quickly go back and drop the kid back off and then take the car.
Oh, I don't remember hearing that.
Yeah.
That's a good one.
That's what I say.
I like that kind of carjacker.
That's the kind of carjacker.
I vote for for president.
One, what?
Isn't there also the carjackers that get in and they see the kid and they're like,
never mind.
And they just get out and they're like, oh, but they ditch the car like down the road.
No, no, no.
I think there's been a couple stories we've had where they've been like, oh, there's a four-year-old.
I'm going to carjack a different car.
We like those carjackers.
That's a good too.
Okay, they're not good, everybody.
A good Samaritan who was homeless helped reunite a two-year-old boy with his parents
after a thief stole the car.
The little boy was sleeping in.
Parents are now searching for a man who stole the SUVs whose owners had left the kids,
the kid inside.
The youngster's parents had stopped off at a relative's house in Florida.
Didn't want to disturb the boy, so they left him sleeping in the front seat of the car.
Seconds later, the thief managed to break in steal the car.
The kid was still sleeping.
That's when the thief goes, oops.
Shouldn't have broken into this one.
There's a kid here.
Even if you're like a thief, you've got to have some sort of moral code of not stealing a kid.
That's a different charge.
And charge aside, that's a kid.
You probably have a kid, Mr. Thief.
Yeah.
A short distance away from where the car is stolen, the suspect,
remove the child from the car and left him on.
the nearby street.
Nearby, yeah.
I hear you, and that's better than going not nearby and dropping them off or you can do bad, you know, work things with the kid.
Because he probably didn't notice the kid in the back until he got to block.
Front seat.
But no, when you're in the moment, when you block out.
Oh, you look in the front seat.
Right next to you?
Yes, you steal a car.
You look around.
You look in the front seat and see what's in there.
I'm talking to a kid.
Okay.
Well, I'm good.
Glad the kid's okay.
Taylor Swift broke up with Matt Healy
Maddie Healy from the 1979
Already? That was quick, huh?
I don't think they were ever like seriously dating
I think they were just hanging out
Flooding probably
So Taylor Swift and Maddie Healy are shaking it off
They're shaking it off
When it comes to their relationship
They'd been seen out a bunch
I don't think anybody thought it was serious anyway
But yeah I like it's 1979
But that again that's from TMZ
They are not together anymore
I saw there are a million people in the queue for Taylor Swift
Argentina concert.
She's doing...
She's doing some international stadiums.
Those are going to be crazy.
There are a million people in the QA
and get tickets. Those people concert differently.
Like, they go hard over there.
Yeah, soccer in general and people that like
soccer go a little harder
than us. And then finally,
I'll be back. An Orlando woman wins one million
twice playing the same scratch-off game.
The Florida lottery
announced that
Alta Viz, Moravis,
41 of Orlando.
Not only won $1 million playing the 500 times
the cash scratch-off game.
She won it twice.
Dang.
How does that happen?
She said, I'll be back
after she won the first one.
Then she went back and hit it again.
Amazing.
Crazy.
CBS Austin has that story.
That's your news.
Those were bodies big.
Stories.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what you're saying.
Yep, that's me.

My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman,
Saturday Night Live and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings. I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come look for up and coming talent.
Listen to Thanks Dad on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
I want to play a voicemail.
This is Steve from Nashville.
We're at the celebrity softball game, and I'm really worried about to the Steve because he hits a ball like a girl.
However since he got his, you know, snip.
First of all, I'm going to say this.
I've been watching a lot of college softball,
and I don't think hitting the ball like a girl should be a negative thing
or a net because I'm watching girls who are crushing the freaking ball.
They hit it hard.
Yeah.
So I think hitting like a girl, throwing like a girl,
that ain't really a thing because I know a lot of girls
that are way better athletes than any of us dudes in here.
So aside from that,
scrup, Steve, apparently you didn't look very athletic.
I think it probably would have been the thing.
No, and to kind of paw on what you're saying,
the best player of the game was a woman.
It was Teney or Deney.
Yeah, she played softballed Alabama.
Dude, she killed it.
She was incredible.
She played Division I won't softball.
I love watching her play.
It was awesome.
So, yeah, to go on to that, but yes, I didn't play my best.
And it's mostly just because I'm just not that good at it.
I mean, it was good in the field, good at throwing and catching all that.
But my batting was okay.
I had one pop fly and a grounder.
What position did you play?
I've switched between third base and right field.
Did you make any plays?
I made no great plays.
Well, you said you did good at fielding and throwing.
Well, I was there.
I was there ready to go and I threw the ball.
You're ready to go.
Okay, good.
Yeah, and I warmed up with Jerry Stackhouse.
That was probably my highlight.
That was really cool.
Cool.
Coach Vanderbilt.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But the NBA player to me from the 90s.
And he was geeking out and Morgan was like, dude, we got to go get a picture with Scoob before the game starts.
Like, Morgan, you do not interrupt his childhood dream.
Jerry Stackout, that's pretty cool.
It was like playing catcher dad.
I did want to break.
I know that feeling.
I played catcher Nolan Ryan once.
Okay, cool.
Yeah, so you get it.
Warming up.
You did?
Yeah.
Where?
And I just didn't want it to end.
Adele Diamond.
Round Rock Express.
Oh, yeah.
We were doing a deal there.
You throw it hard?
Yeah.
He was, I mean, he didn't throw that one-on-two.
No.
But he was throwing and he threw just consistently strong.
It was awesome.
Anyway, moving off that, I didn't want to talk about the game.
Big Celebrity softball game last night.
And I was looking at the promo and they were talking about the people on the people's team.
For example, over on team Riley Green.
Which team are you guys on?
Team Jelly.
And then Scuba was on Team Riley Green.
Got it.
So on team jelly roll, they talk about the people.
There was jelly roll.
There's Taylor LeWan who used to play for the Titans.
There's Morgan number two.
There's hard.
They used the whole list and it was Morgan number two.
And lunchbox didn't show up until like the very end of the list.
It's like the people running this just don't, I guess they don't have really understand what they're doing.
They don't understand how to promote their event.
Like when you are promoting it, you want your biggest names first.
But I think that's what they're doing.
They know that.
In their mind, that's what they're doing.
That's what I'm saying.
Obviously, they don't know what they're doing.
They think, like, they have Morgan number two on there with Jelly Roll, Taylor LeWan, the biggest names.
Like, if you want the biggest names on that promo, what biggest names do they not put?
Me.
Okay, other than you.
My point is they think that Morgan number two is a bigger draw than you.
It's crazy to actually think that.
Like, whoever did that, their social media coordinator should be fired, like, immediately.
So, good showing last night?
Everybody showed.
People there watching the game?
It was sold out. It was awesome. Love it.
And so was this a thing last night, too, or was this this one story that I saw?
That was just one story that I saw. I was like, you saw.
Last night it was fine. You know what I mean?
And like I was there. We were great.
I don't think so because I got a handout all of my signed baseball cards and lunchbox still has all of his.
Wait, people wanted your signed baseball cards, but they didn't want his?
Yeah. And like all of mine are gone.
Here's the thing.
Because people, Morgan was walking around with hers, like saying, here you want my card and signing them and handing them out.
People were coming up to me and I asked who they wanted one.
I just put him on my backpack and was like, hey, guys, I'm here to drink and take pictures.
You want to take a picture fine.
But I can get them out of my backpack.
And then I can give them to my relatives, like for Christmas presents.
Like I got my baseball card.
I don't know if I believe this.
See, this is why I'm a better draw.
I was even doing good with a baseball cards.
That's a good point.
I heard from a little birdie that there was actually kind of a, I'm not going to say a fight, but an uncomfortable moment between you two about this thing.
Morgan was being promoted more than you.
No, no, no, I just did that one promotion.
I mean, Morgan, who was the last person to leave the stadium?
No, no, but so many people want to take pictures.
Hold on. But in human form, did you guys get into it a little bit?
Yeah, he literally, we were sitting here in the studio and he, he sees it for the first time.
And he looks, he's like, why are you on here?
And I was like, because I'm playing in the game.
And he starts throwing this whole fit, and everybody who walks in the studio goes,
guys, why is she promoted more than me?
It was this whole argument that he was mad that I was getting promoted more than him.
I heard it was sincere too.
Like he was really upset.
It's not, why take it out on her?
It has nothing to do with her.
Well, I was just asking her like, don't you find it crazy?
Like, this is unbelievable.
But why not just go, I wish I were up a little more.
This is crazy.
Not you're up above me and that's stupid.
What is?
I mean, just go look at social media presence alone.
I dominate her.
What do you mean presents?
Followers.
If you want the most followers to just go look at hers and mine.
I blow her out of the water.
So to say she's...
You've also been on the show a lot longer.
Doesn't matter.
Okay, I hear you.
That part should matter too.
My hope would be that you would go, dang, this sucks on that up there more, but not take it out on her because she was.
She had nothing to do with it.
She didn't create it.
Yeah, but she...
No, not, yeah.
I just thought it was a bad look.
I was just a better player last year, I guess.
I mean, that has to do with it.
She played last year and you didn't.
Yeah, see?
I did hit last year.
But they didn't...
They put me in the game.
I put you in the game.
There we go.
And I love how lunchbox just keeps playing the game.
Like, you know, if he's so mad at this organization, don't play anymore.
But he goes every single year and gets hurt that they never talk about him.
Or they make him the announcer.
Well, last year they didn't even ask him to play.
And I got upset for him.
Oh, good.
It was a whole thing.
And so he played.
And this year, he got invited to play.
But now he's upset because he didn't get put up on the list high enough.
That's almost something.
Well, just to say something positive here, I saw someone post a video of lunchbox going up to bat.
And they did his, like, walk-up song.
And he went up there.
And when they said, all right, and lunchbox.
I mean, there were loud screams.
That's good.
Yes.
Like, it seemed as though people, I don't know how they were with everybody.
I don't think anybody's saying that people are happy to see you.
We know there's loud scrim.
We're just saying, don't take it out on Morgan.
Right.
That's it.
I know, but I figured this would help him.
Just go ahead.
Trust me, I know there's loud screams.
I know who gets big billing.
You're good.
No, not billing.
You didn't get the billing.
All right.
Billing means promotion.
Yeah, that was their fault.
Yeah.
You may get like a big.
More love, yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
How was your love, Morgan?
My love was great.
Like I said, I was signing autographs.
I was taking pictures.
Let's go to Scoba, Steve.
Because Scoba, you're not either one of these two.
Your thoughts.
Yeah, I like that.
Amy said that lunchbox got a lot of roars and cheers,
but Morgan got like 10 times more.
When she came up, it was like Michael Jordan came out.
And they had her run for jelly roll.
And she ran hella quick.
Is she more of an athlete than he is?
Way more of an athlete than both of us.
Oh my gosh.
Here we go.
By far.
Did Morgan hit the ball out of the infield?
Doesn't matter where she hit it.
She was fast?
I moved you to third base.
I did my job.
Exactly.
She got base hits,
which was all that you guys needed.
She didn't get a base hit.
I thought she got one.
Yes, she did.
No, you did not.
Okay, I'm not arguing about stats and a charity game.
We're not going to have more of a following there at least.
Okay.
So how did you play?
Great.
One for two.
We scored our first run.
We couldn't get,
our team couldn't hit the ball.
Finally, I got the game.
I got it going.
You got the game winner?
No,
no, got it started.
Like we,
on top of,
Hardy struck you out, man.
Well, Hardy is like a,
I know.
I used to be like a big-time baseball player.
He was so, like, he was like, this is the worst day of my life.
He said, and, but we.
Why would you bring him Hardy Strikeout?
That had nothing to do with anything.
Like nothing.
Like, nothing to do it.
You were asking how to go?
Yeah, yeah, that's for you.
Your game.
But why would you take shots at other people?
I'm not taking shots at Hardy.
You have no reason to bring up Hardy striking out.
Like, we would have never known unless you did.
Yeah.
We have not.
And now we know it was the worst day was life.
So you went one for two.
Morgan, how'd you do?
I did.
I didn't get on base for my own hits.
I got, I moved lunchbox one.
I got, but I made contact.
Not even in a bat then.
If it's a sacrifice, it's not an abat.
There's a fielder's choice.
Hey, I didn't get, I didn't hit any pop-ups.
They were all grounders.
And I ran for jelly and I scored for jelly.
So I did play good.
And I fielded a lot of balls.
I was out there making place.
Good for you.
Let's watch you fill any balls.
Yeah, one Jerry Stackhouse hit out to me.
Like the second baseman dropped it.
And where'd you play?
I played right field, second base.
Oh, wow.
Right field.
Ow, wow.
More, where'd you play?
I was in center and right and second.
We're at Lunchbox and I were switching off.
I was trying to make sure you played.
Yeah, that's nice of you.
That's good at you.
Here we go.
Okay, I'm glad you guys played.
I mean, I love the way.
For a great cause, Faults of honor.
And that's all.
I just wanted to bring it up, see how it went.
You have anything else, lunchbox?
Yeah, like I gave another grievance.
No, no, I'm just saying.
I mean, they nominated me for MVP, but ended up not getting it at the end.
Who nominated you?
What's the nomination process of MVP?
There is a nomination process.
There is none.
Everybody's up for MVP, and then they choose to at the end of the night.
Who nominated?
you? I guess people on our team. Team meeting.
So who got it? Deney Hayes. And then a first responder.
Yeah. Denet was on the other team now? She was on our team.
Oh, yay. Losing team got it. No, we won. No, we won. Got it.
Scuba lost. Got it. And who struck out? I'm not going to say. You already did. Don't worry.
Ray Lynn did too. Okay. Was it the worst day of her life? No, I don't think so.
Okay. Anybody else is devastated by striking out? No. I mean, there's only, I think. I think.
There was only two strikeouts, maybe.
How did jelly roll hit?
He grounded it to like shortstop and Chris Lane booted it and that's how.
No, I got an error.
But I got on base.
That's what I'm saying.
That's no reason to even bring it, Chris Lane making an error, honestly.
You've just been like...
Or maybe Sean Boot dropped it at first.
I don't know what happened, but what are they to do?
What are they do?
It's all shots from him.
Yeah.
What's an error you made?
No, I didn't make an error.
No, you hit a popfly.
That's not an error.
Yeah, you got out.
That's not an error.
Okay, I'm glad you guys had fun, yes?
Yeah.
But I did meet Charles Esten.
Chip.
Yeah, he came up and introduced himself.
You've met him before.
He's been in the studio.
He was like, hey, you may not know who I am.
He's been in the studio.
He's been in the studio. Like, multiple times.
No, I have tea from this.
Lunchbox went up to, or Charles Esten came up to him.
And lunchbox comes to us after this conversation.
And he goes, guys, Charles Esten said, I don't know if you know who I am, but I'm a huge.
fan of yours and then they took a picture
together so lunchbox comes up to us and he goes
guys Charles Esten's a huge fan of me
I know Charles Esten so he walks up
I said hey did you happen to say to lunchbox that you're a huge
fan of his and he goes no I just said hey
I don't know if you know who I am and wanted to say hi
I lunchbox got called out he's never been more embarrassed in his
life than when he got called out but you lied about
somebody saying they were a huge fan of you but then he asked to
take a picture with me but you can take a picture together
it doesn't mean you're like a massive superfan
like you're posting on social they're like please post
on social to promote this.
Oh, maybe that's what he's doing.
I thought he's doing it because he's a big fan.
No, lunchbox turned bright red in the face
and I call them out right in front of Charles Leston.
It was great.
Everybody, glad you played the game.
No more in lunchbox.
He's going.
I got more to say, no more.
I mean, I love it.
I love it.
I mean, the person that doesn't get embarrassed,
she asked like, I was so embarrassed.
And I was like, oh, my gosh.
Skibba, was he not red in the face when that happened?
Yeah, he was pretty red.
Here we go.
Okay, that's all.
Hey, guys, hit it out of the infield.
Let me know when it gets out of the infield.
Thanks.
Do you think Charles said that to him as like a joke?
Because hasn't Lunchbox said he's more famous than Charles Destin and nobody knows?
I don't think he said it at all.
He did that.
He just made it up.
Lunchbox just wanted to say that somebody else in the room.
I'm done.
I know this bit.
You guys are trapping me in this bit.
It's a fly trap.
He is flytrap of bits.
We're not doing it anymore.
It doesn't matter what I say about the UFOs.
You guys aren't going to believe it's aliens, right?
No.
Let me get that clear.
Yeah, pretty much.
You're right.
Okay.
An Air Force veteran and former member of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency has come
forward with information he claims as a whistleblower that has extraterrestrials and an extraterrestrial
craft that has been recovered and kept secret by the U.S. government. David Grush is formally
blowing the whistle on secrets. He said no one has ever shared publicly before. He claims the government
is covering up UFOs. He claims he's seen evidence of a secret crash retrieval program. He alleges
the U.S. has even retrieved bodies from other species. Quote, we're definitely not alone. The data
points quite
empirically show we're not
alone. It's from News Nation
now. So again, Air Force
Veteran, former member of the National Geospatial
Intelligence Agency.
That part sounds like that. No.
He doesn't get any credit for being in the Air Force
or part of that agency. I never heard of.
Exactly. What is that? That doesn't matter.
I don't know. I've
not heard of a lot of agencies, but it sounds cool.
Nothing? No. And he says E.T.s are real?
I think when you do that, it does trouble.
trivialize it a bit. What do you mean?
E.T. He never said anything about the movie E.T.
Well, he said extraterrestrial.
Yeah, but you're saying it in a way of like,
yeah, phone home, bicycle, basking.
Recess pieces.
Yes. And you, when you do that,
hey, that's what it is.
Nothing, right?
Nothing. Nothing.
This guy that has been trusted forever says this,
and you trust him less now?
Yeah. Yeah. What's he been trusted forever?
He was a member of the National Geospatial Intelligence.
Exactly. What is that?
He's the Air Force veteran.
Hey, Mike, will you look up national geospatial intelligence agency?
And let's see exactly where that is.
Because if it's just like a club, like a baseball legion team.
The Lions Club.
Yeah, that's trouble.
Okay, here we go.
It's called the NGA.
They deliver world-class geospatial intelligence that provides a decisive advantage to policymakers,
war fighters, intelligent professionals, and first responders.
It's a lot of big words.
Yeah, it doesn't sound like he does anything.
It is from the U.S. Department of Defense.
It's literally in the U.S. Department of Defense.
Yeah.
Their primary mission is collecting, analyzing, and distributing geospat,
intelligence, support of national security.
Okay.
What about it?
No, that's what it is.
I know you smiled like, ah, see, got you, and I'm like,
I still didn't get me.
Okay.
Well, we'll move off that.
There's just, guys, it's just trickling out.
We're not alone.
They're trickling it so much that when it finally is a thing where it's like,
yeah, look, the president,
whomever it is four years for now, six years.
from now. Whenever they do come out and they go, well, wow, we have discovered something.
It's going to be, everything is like, yeah, who cares? It's not going to be this impact when it
should be. We're fighting with Russia and China. We should be, yeah, getting ready.
Well, there is the space force. I don't think that really ever was a thing. That is a thing.
I mean, I don't think it's a branch of the military. I hear you, but I don't think it's like really
invested in. But also, we're speaking of a bub, but don't you think that they could be coming from below?
They could, the ocean. We've never been at the bottom of certain parts of the ocean.
So we need a below the ocean force, too.
No, it's just general.
Oh.
We just need to be ready.
Although there's nothing we can do.
If they're that intelligent.
Yeah, we're done.
We're at their mercy.
It's like people who are like, you know what?
If the government comes to give me, I got my gun.
We're going to form a militia.
Yeah, right.
You ever seen a drone buddy?
Your shotgun ain't going to do much.
Yeah.
They can fly little drones and put a P inside the window of something.
Boom!
And you think you and your shotgun's going to fight back against you?
You're crazy.
Well, why can't they be friendly?
They could.
We always, our minds always go worst case scenario.
Okay.
What if they don't want our others?
But don't come and they'll be friendly.
We'll be like, screw this, we'll shoot them.
That's true.
And then they won't be friendly anymore.
That's how we are.
That's true.
Anything we're not comfortable with who try to kill and stomp out.
So that's what happened.
They're like, we come in peace.
We come to give all of you world peace yourself and lots of love and everybody gets money.
We have an ad.
Boom!
You know that's what would happen.
Chrissy Teigen freaked out.
when she mistakenly believed she had an identical twin.
This story is hilarious because she did 23 of me and it comes back that she has an identical twin.
And so she called her dad.
She was like, yo, whenever I came out, did anybody come out with me?
Did you see?
It turns out back in the day she did a 23 and me, but she signed up under a fake name.
Oh, but then when she didn't get into her name, it's like you have a twin.
Oh, my.
She didn't even think about that.
That's pretty funny.
That's the kind of crap that happened to me.
And I'd be like, oh my God.
That's funny.
Chrissy had previously done 23 and me for the PBS show Finding Your Roots,
but they ran her info under a fake name to protect her privacy.
She had matched with herself just under a different name.
I mean, it was identical.
It was like 100% match.
Identical, identical.
Isn't that funny?
Yeah.
Okay.
But that guy, being in that organization, being in Air Force,
the UFO guy, the UFO guy, it doesn't even a tenth of a percent make you go,
he's actually had legitimate jobs
or he's had to be trusted by people that we trust
so maybe I should listen a bit.
I feel a little bit.
You too don't?
No, because I've known people that have been in the military
that have been cops that have been doctors.
I hear you.
This is a little different.
This is Air Force veteran plus he was so good
and so trusted and did such a quality job at that.
He went into working for the national defense.
Like he's working for the people that protect us
every single day. Homeland Security.
Right.
There's all kinds of different, you know,
layers of the government, like where you can be and information that you are privy to that other people
never will know.
Yeah, but we're out in the wilderness.
I've never seen anything.
Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Jesus, God.
How about, you know, you'll run that?
No, but I wasn't around then.
No, I'm talking about right now.
Don't you believe?
Yeah, sure.
But you can't see it.
What I'm saying is I saw a UFO.
I swear I saw it.
It was your wife's cell phone in the window.
Boom, exactly.
Now I don't believe.
No, no.
But I would have.
Just because you went nutty and the thing.
that you thought was a UFO wasn't, doesn't mean it doesn't.
Okay, I'm not doing this.
I just want to be hiking in the woods one day and I want, I want to find the alien.
I don't.
I don't.
But the odds of you being the one to find it, Eddie, are very slim if there are.
Let's see the alien.
Like, somebody's seen it.
Where's his picture?
But can you imagine if they would have come 20 years ago and said we have a spacecraft
and it?
Do you understand how it would just be anarchy around here?
No, one spacecraft, we'd be like, let's see it.
You think we'd just be chill.
Yeah.
It'd be a museum.
Like, let's go.
You're out of your mind.
People would be freaking the crap out.
Like there's a species that is so much smarter and their technology is so much greater than us.
They can travel light years.
And you think we're going to be all cool with it?
Like, oh, cool.
No.
I mean not at first.
But you don't even like losing the gold medal in the Olympics.
That's true.
We get a silver.
We're like, oh, we suck.
But we get over it right away.
Yeah, we forget about it in like a week.
What's that guy's name?
I'm going to do some research on him.
Check his Instagram.
See if he's correct.
He's got a lot of medals.
I'm looking at him here.
Oh, he's got medals.
Yep.
Probably credible then.
He got a lot of medals.
And he's got one of those things.
You know, the military people have the little squares on all the different colors.
Oh, yeah.
What are those?
Patches.
Yeah, like the patch got all the different colors.
Those are so cool.
Like General Colin Powell and Schwartz coffees to have them.
Got one of those.
Those are cool.
Okay.
Bobby Bone Show.
Bonehead.
Story of the day.
This story comes us from Auburn, Maine.
Authorities are looking for a woman who walked into a pet co with a raccoon.
Oh, my gosh.
You can't do that?
No.
Like a pet raccoon?
I know.
I would say no.
but I bet you, if I'm betting, she didn't just find it as a baby, raise it, try to domesticate it.
You probably can't anyway.
She probably catch it?
They don't know.
She showed up to have the nails clip.
Oh, gosh.
And she was showing it off to people letting them pet it.
Some people kissed it.
Oh.
And maybe she did get it as a baby.
Yeah.
But we had folks that had found baby raccoons.
And after a while, they were like monkeys where they just naturally became iris.
irritated easily, which was never good.
Like became themselves?
Yeah. Raccoon went raccoon.
Yeah. Like, we had a baby deer growing up.
He was awesome. Like, he slept in my bed and everything.
But when he got horns, he wanted to kill me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Who have the animals slept in your bed?
Well, I mean, I had a friend that had a deer that came in their house and got on the
couch and it had the antlers and everything.
What was happening?
Well, hold on. I think we skipped over the Eddie story real quick.
You got a deer slept in your bed?
Uh-huh. We found it. Like, the mom had gotten hit by a car, and the baby was just roaming,
And so we got the baby and then we fed it bottles and everything.
Did he sleep with me in the bed?
Yeah.
Probably like two months.
Wow.
He was my pet for sure.
And then when he got older, he grew horns.
And we had to be like, all right, dude, you're on your own.
You tell him that.
You have to talk with him?
Yeah, man.
You said him down.
Got him a suitcase.
Two months in a house, I feel like.
With a deer.
Did he struggle out there?
No, we had like an area where he can kind of roam.
We had like a game fences.
Okay.
So he was still around.
We'd see him.
How do we never know the story?
I don't know, man.
He had a deer that slept with you for two months.
was awesome until they wanted to kill me.
Okay.
The raccoon story, how does that end?
So it's illegal to possess it, and they're the number one carrier
rabies, so now they are wanting to get it tested for rabies, and that means the people
that tested it.
I bet it doesn't have rabies, especially if it's being a good little raccoon in the store.
It's not filming.
Which means it probably knows how to be good, which means it's probably raised by her,
but still, you can't really have a raccoon.
Yeah, and Petcoe wants you to know they do not trim raccoon.
Saccoon nails.
Say it's cat.
Say it's cat.
Prove that any cat.
That's why I say.
Prove it.
All right.
Is that it?
I'm Lunchbox.
That's your bonehead story of the day.
I hate to end the show on sad news, but we have to do that now.
It's sad news for Jeff Goldblum and myself.
Both of our shows were pulled from Disney Plus.
Oh.
I know.
You guys got pulled.
They pulled a ton of stuff off Disney Plus.
I don't know why.
Maybe they're having to pay for rights or something.
In Jeff Goldblum show, they spent a lot of money on.
Dang.
But I got, it still exists.
Now we're on Prime Video.
Okay.
This is Apple TV.
Can you just buy shows on Apple TV straight up?
You can't?
Okay.
So we still exist.
So you can watch Breaking Bobby Bones,
but Disney Plus basically purged like a fifth of their shows.
And when Mike D read it on the air, all the shows,
we were just high on the hog baby.
We were like, we didn't get cut.
That's right.
I remember that.
And I remember thinking there were some shows better than mine,
and they got cut.
It was sad.
I thought it was honestly,
I thought it was going to be eliminated from everywhere
like I never existed.
But I'm not.
It's going to be on Prime Video on Apple TV.
There was a story written about it at popculture.com.
Bobby Bones fans will be sad to learn
that his National Geographic show
has been pulled from Disney Plus.
Not just Bobby Bones fans.
Bobby Bones is sad.
Yeah.
I was so surprised that it wasn't pulled, though,
whenever the first list came out
because, again, they pulled some big shows.
But I thought because it was still alive,
meaning it was never actually canceled.
They just wanted to go internationally,
and I couldn't do it because of the show,
that maybe they were like,
let's just keep it alive because we may go back to it.
So you got cut the second wave of cuts?
I don't know how many waves they did.
Oh, man, I'm sorry.
Or there was just so many, couldn't tell.
I don't know.
The show is no longer available to stream for free.
Fans can still download the show for $1.99 an episode,
Prime Video, Apple TV, in Breaking Bobby Bones.
the fan favorite radio DJ.
I hate being called radio DJ.
God dang.
I don't play songs.
Don't spend songs.
I don't pick songs.
I literally get paid to talk.
Anyway.
Let's not be too mad about that.
I'm more mad about that
than my show being taken off Disney Plus.
And former American Idol mentor
travels to far-flung destinations
across the country to find.
Anyway, we know how the show went.
Season 1 of the show launched in 2021.
16 half-hour episodes.
At this time, Nat Geo has not announced
a new season,
but there is no word the show
canceled either. Oh, maybe they could bring it back then. I know I can't, I can't do it internationally.
I could go one place internationally and stay and do this show because I did that in Costa Rica.
But what was wanted of me was do this one in France, do this one in Iceland, just travel, travel.
I can't because I owe this show more than anything else. So that's it. Popculture.com.
That's weird they said has not been canceled. Maybe they reached out and. Yeah, I got some inside news.
I got two things of inside news. One, I got canceled, too. I got canceled, too. I got
Revived.
Maybe it's one of those things where
they could be revived,
but it's like you take it away
so that when it comes back,
it's like even more.
Well, I don't know this demand is going to be created.
I'll be out of me.
Well, but it is off Disney play.
Is it off now, Mike?
Do we know?
Or is it going off?
It's dead.
It's gone, gone.
I'm going to tell you what beat me.
I'm going to tell you why I hate this show.
This is a show I hate.
And when Breaking Bobby Bones came out,
had great ratings on Nat Geo
and had
pretty good to good ratings on Disney Plus because they show you the trending shows.
And for two to three weeks, the show was only beat by one show.
And because of it, I hate the show.
What show was that?
Bluey.
Oh, yeah, hey.
All the parents do.
You can't compete that.
Bluey kept me from number one.
I was never number one because that stupid show.
And then I thought it was Blues Clues.
It's not.
That's different.
It's a different show.
Anyway, that's what's up.
Sad to say.
but it still is on Amazon Prime if you guys want to watch it.
And maybe I get paid for that one.
People spend it, I doubt it.
Or maybe so many people can download it.
We can bring it back.
No, I don't want to bring it back, though I can't do it.
Anyway, moving on.
It's Sonic's birthday this month.
Cool.
Happy birthday, Sonic.
How old?
You think Sonic's a guy or a girl?
If we're like, hey, Sonic, happy birthday.
I thought the guy because of hedgehog.
Yeah, boy, I thought that's what I thought.
Well, no, that's not the same brand at all.
No, no, I know.
But Sonic, Sonic, the hedgehog is a guy.
So I figure Sonic, the restaurant's a guy.
Would you think Sonic would be a guy?
guy or girlfriend. So happy birthday, Sonic, and then we're like he or she's listening. So gender

strawberry shortcake stuff the other day and then I put it in a freezer because we have a guest
house that we do the podcast and stuff and I put it in the freezer in the guest house. Oh far away.
So I wouldn't go to it. Smart. And then I remembered I had them over there and ate three of them.
