Starting point is 00:02:43 Morning. All right, let's go. Let's get started with whatever you got happening in your life. First, our video editor, he sits over there all day long. And not only is he a co-host on the show, but he's running the video cameras, meaning there are so many cameras on the walls here he's going to camera, camera, camera, camera. I don't know how he does two things at once. It's kind of amidextrous.
Starting point is 00:03:00 Yeah. I don't know what that means. Well, left-handed, you can do it both sides, left or right? Like playing the piano. That's what I compare it to. Here he is. Eddie, everybody. Guys, since last Friday we had Randy Houser on the show, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:03:13 I just went home and I started listening to some old songs and I'm like, I think Randy Hauser has slowly moved into my top 10 favorite country artists. Of all time? Of all time. I mean, don't ask me to name the top 10. I don't have the list. But I know he's up there. Like obviously, Garth is there.
Starting point is 00:03:28 George is there. Tim McGrath. Tomorrow for this segment. Give me your top 10. Okay. I'll have to think about it. But I know that Randy is either in the top 10 or sneaking really close. to getting in. So he reminded you
Starting point is 00:03:41 of how good he is? Just we were playing some of his songs like running out of moonlight. So I went home and Running out of moonlight. And then you know, and it started with a good night kiss. Girl, started with a good night kiss. Your kiss, my lips, my butt, your hut. No, I didn't say
Starting point is 00:03:59 that. Oh. I didn't say that. But I took it, I took it home and my kids are all listening to it. Like, this is good. We listened to his new album, note to self. I'm like, Randy, dude, I forget about him because maybe he hadn't put stuff out in a while. That's what it Dude, he is legit. Yeah, my wife knows every one of his songs. Really?
Starting point is 00:04:13 I was like, you're Randy Hauser fan? She's like, yeah, sort of, I guess. I'll play one. Oh, yeah, it knows everywhere. What about this one? Oh, yeah, she knows everywhere to every song, though. She has like a photographic memory. It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:04:23 Eddie, thank you very much. Yeah, man. All right, you want to what he does all morning? Well, he sits over there, and he's on Facebook. There's lunchbox, everybody. I do like to chat away. You do. And my house, guys, let me tell you, it's falling apart.
Starting point is 00:04:36 not only do I have holes in my roof from a tree branch in a storm that blew off. How long ago was that, though? Let our audience in it. June. June. Your hole has had, your roof that holds in it since June of last year. Yeah, three holes. But you haven't fixed because...
Starting point is 00:04:52 Because I was in talks with a TV show about being on their TV show, and we'd been going through interviews. I'd been meeting with producers. Did you meet with a single producer? Yeah. One. You met in person. No, on video chat.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Whatever you call that. Zoom, yes. One meeting. With Amy's sisters' show. Anyway, go ahead. Yes. And so I was going to, that was waiting for that. Well, this weekend, I have an old house.
Starting point is 00:05:17 It's wooden windows. And one of the frames, a piece of the wood fell off. So my kid's window just have a big hole. And so the cold air just comes in. So I have a towel stuffed in their window trying to block the cold air. I mean, I need a TV show more than ever. Yeah, what show are you going to wait for to fix that? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:05:33 I'm just like, I don't know how to fix a wooden, frame around your window, like I'm not really good at the window thing. I do. You do? Yeah, get on Google. And type in, fix my house. It's broken window. The window's not broken.
Starting point is 00:05:49 It's just a frame around the window. It doesn't matter. That's even worse than the window. Right. And yeah, so I have a towel blocking the cold air from, I mean, it's just, it looks so bad. Like, I have a beach towel. So what are you going to do? I mean, I'm not to get online or start applying to HGTV.
Starting point is 00:06:06 property brothers. That's your way out of this to go beyond a reality show for every problem. Yeah. So yeah, I mean, if you guys... But you have to pay for it even if you do those shows, so why not just go ahead and pay for it? Well, right, but at least I get on TV and they can do something really cool.
Starting point is 00:06:21 But it would be a year before they... From the application process to when they would... Oh, trust me, I know. I've been strung along for the last six months by another certain TV show. Okay. Thank you. But yes, I need a window person. Do you want to say anything to him strength?
Starting point is 00:06:35 You guys stringing him along. Me, I am not a part of this. I know he does. But no, I think they've already made it very clear to him that he wasn't selected. No, no, no, no. They ghosted me. And then finally I had to call your sister. And she wouldn't even directly say that I'm not going to be on there.
Starting point is 00:06:50 She just stopped saying, I think you should make other plans. Because I don't even think she could directly say that they were for sure doing anything here in Nashville. No, no, but she could say, you're not going to be on the show. Okay. Anyway, Amy, would you like to go? There, let's clap for Amy everybody. My friend owns a little boutique and had this crazy thing happen where this guy came in with a bag. And she was busy helping another customer.
Starting point is 00:07:16 This is a small business, just her in the shop. And he went into the bathroom, filled his bag up with all of her toilet paper and cleaning supplies from the cabinet and the candle that she had in there. And then he walked out with everything. But she didn't notice it at the time. When she went to the bathroom, she was like, huh, candle's gone. all the toilet paper's gone cleaning supplies. So then she went and looked
Starting point is 00:07:37 at camera footage and yeah, sure enough, guy walked him with an empty bag, left with a full bag. What do you think about that, lunch, buddy? I think that's stealing, I guess. But he probably got a thing. He's probably not But why, I guess? Because at a hotel, you're paying
Starting point is 00:07:55 for that room, so you're paying for everything in that room. Whereas a bathroom, that is just a like a complimentary thing that you can use as a as a customer. Right. It doesn't mean you can go in and take it. So I see that is kind of bad.
Starting point is 00:08:09 Not fully bad? Not fully bad because I'm going to say this guy's probably homeless and needs some cleaning supplies? It didn't appear that way in the video. She said, that was my first question. I said, oh man, he must need that stuff. But if you're homeless, you need cleaning supplies. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:22 You need toilet paper. Right. And a candle. A candle, yeah. You need some light out there at the campsite. I don't know. It just was interesting for true. What's he going to do with a bottle of pledge?
Starting point is 00:08:32 Is that what you're saying, Eddie? Exactly. Come on. What? Sniff it? No. Well, I don't know there's a pledge in there. I just... Oh, I thought you...
Starting point is 00:08:41 Okay. Okay. Redmond, don't play line. Our favorite morning show, he's ahead of the table, but he won't trust cold water. To kill germs, it's not able. A real sports fanatic, he's got whistles to spare. So long with Arkansas's on top, he won't shoot you his player.
Starting point is 00:08:57 He's met all the legends for Lionel de Gatley. But as far as we know, he hasn't met Smokey. Truth be told, his favorite house guest was that husband trophy. Here's Bobby Vone. All right. We got there, though, didn't we? We got there. All right, I'm going to give you guys,
Starting point is 00:09:16 especially the women that listen to the show that have boyfriends or husbands. Heck, even the men that listen to have boyfriends and husbands. Here are some gifts that you can go out in order. Christmas is a month and two weeks away. So these are gifts. One, that you can get your man. There's something called peeps that are glasses. cleaners, glasses cleaners, and they're great. It's a thing you hold, and it's got some
Starting point is 00:09:37 antibacterial thing that cleans the glasses really well. So if a person wears a glass, glasses, it's called peeps. Not the kind you eat. Yeah, not the marshmallow treats. But they're glasses cleaner. That's the first thing I'm going to recommend. Next up, I had been gifted a Netflix account for a year once, maybe two years ago. It was the greatest gift. I never went, yeah, I'd like for somebody to pay for my Netflix for a year, but someone bought me a Netflix gift card for a whole year, and I just typed it in to my Apple account, which is where I do Netflix,
Starting point is 00:10:09 and it paid for it. It was a great gift. Something I never thought that I would like, but it did, and I loved. I'll also say, if you can get your man a great electric grazer. Now, if you get him a really, really cheap one, it ain't going to last very long and it's going to hurt them. But if you can get him a good one, even if he likes to shave the blade, the electric razor is good to have if you're in a hurry, or if you just want to shave the neck
Starting point is 00:10:27 like I did this morning. That's great. And then finally, when it comes to shaving a, fogless mirror that you can like suction into the shower. You're shaving in the shower is so much easier for a dude. I'm assuming you got to shave your legs in the shower or the bathtub. Yes. Because it's hot. It's wet. Water. Yes. So same thing with guys. If you get them a fogless mirror to put in the shower, you shave so much easier, your face doesn't hurt as bad. Those are the four things I would say right now. I'm looking though because I get a lot of DMs from women going, hey, what do I get my husband? So those are the first four things I'm putting up on
Starting point is 00:11:02 list there. We'll list those two up at bobby bones.com if you guys want to see them. So there you go. That's what I have to share. We're here. We're ready to go. Everybody good? Yeah. It's time to open the mailbag. You send an email and we read it on the air. It's something we call Bobby's mailbag. Yeah. Hello, Bobby Bones. We're heading to my in-laws for Christmas. I'm already dreading my husband's stepdad. He's a textbook narcissist. I've been in the family eight years. Every time we
Starting point is 00:11:29 visit, he constantly puts my husband down in one way or another. his balding pattern, which he's self-conscious about, his career, he's a successful Air Force pilot, his favorite baseball team, the Astros. The list goes on. My husband is the kindest man, and he just takes the constant berating from his stepdad. I've bitten my tongue for eight years, but after some recent drama with this man, I don't know if I'll be able to bite it any longer. I want to jump into my husband's defense. What's your advice? What should I do? How should I respond? Do I buy my tongue or speak my mind? We're staying in their home for a week. Love, love, love the show.
Starting point is 00:12:02 a very narcissist Christmas. Oh, wow. This is what you should do. You should talk to your husband and say, hey, how does this make you feel? Don't tell them that you're thinking about erupting. At least not yet. You say, hey, when we go back,
Starting point is 00:12:15 this is what makes me feel uncomfortable. This happens, that happens. This is how it makes me feel. How does it make you feel? And if he's like, you know what? This is just classic. I'm used to it. It's what I did my whole life.
Starting point is 00:12:25 Then you have to respect that. Remember, you're sticking up for him, but if he feels like he doesn't need anybody to stick up for him, there's no need to. This may be there will be there. relationship. I don't like it either. I don't see it. But I don't think you do anything if he truly doesn't want you to. Now, if he feels bullied, if he's like, I wish somebody would come to my defense.
Starting point is 00:12:43 If he, if you sense, that's a different story. But I think you have to have the conversation with him before you blow up. Because when you hop in and you kick in some family dynamics, oh, that's a, tough one. That's a tough one to go back to fix, especially if you don't live in the same place. Because you don't really see to repair. You can't wax the car. You can't wax the car. You can't wax the car. the car in the garage. Cars down the road. So I never there's a big dent in it. So you need to talk to your husband and say,
Starting point is 00:13:10 we're going to go back. How do you feel about this when he does this type stuff? He's like, oh, you know, that's classic him. It's fine. Water off the back. I'm used to it. You have to be too. But he was like, you know what?
Starting point is 00:13:19 It sucks. I just kind of wait. Then maybe you talk with him about how you can healthfully address this. And maybe it's just building him up to have the conversation. Because it probably ain't, it probably ain't you, unless it gets real bad. you jump in. I know you're the wife,
Starting point is 00:13:35 but this is a him in his stepdad situation that maybe you can help fix it through him. That's what I'm going to say. But you don't want to go and you know, you've been married a long time. You don't want to go and start messing with family dynamics. Especially with people that ain't your family, especially a stepdad.
Starting point is 00:13:50 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I just think too, it's a decision you have to make with your husband, but if it is textbook narcissism, but I mean, that could be a lot of different things. there's no point, really, because it's probably just going to cause more. He's not going to understand what you're saying that stepdad's not even going to see that he does that.
Starting point is 00:14:08 He's not going to understand. So there's no point in having confrontation with him. So it's kind of also a waste of time. You got to, you're right. You got to check with him, see how he feels about the whole thing. But gosh, as you were reading it, I was starting to get upset at this dude too. And I wanted to tell him something. So I understand that too.
Starting point is 00:14:25 Here's my question for you, though. So when she does have the conversation with a guy with her husband and he says, yeah, it really bothers me. Does she tell him right then and there? All right, I want to stick up for you here. Because won't he feel kind of cool that his wife's sticking up for him? Maybe. Or maybe he's like, I don't want you to consider it. I know how this family reacts.
Starting point is 00:14:41 Yeah. Maybe. But I think. But let him know that it's making you mad too. This is a time for the uncomfortable discussion of feelings. Man. And it's always tough talking about somebody else's family. Because you talk bad about somebody's in law or somebody's family.
Starting point is 00:14:56 That's a tough one. That's a tough one. Thank you. Good luck. Work it out with him. And then decide. You don't need to. you have to bite your tongue.
Starting point is 00:15:02 You may have to bite your tongue for another year. And remember, it's temporary. You're only there temporarily. Yeah. But also maybe short in that week. Hey, that's a long week. A lot of things you can do. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:10 Or stay awake, but you get an Airbnb. That's true. I'm playing a lot of activities outside the house. All right, that's the mail bag. Close it up. We've got your email and we read it on the air. Now it's about to close Bobby's Mailpack. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:26 We're down to two. We have our Christmas show. It comes out before we leave for vacation in December. but I want to give everybody plenty of time to get the gifts for each other, but we've kind of whittled it down to two options for Christmas this year. A, a spicy Christmas. Yeah. You draw someone's name, then you get them a gift, right?
Starting point is 00:15:47 So the person can either accept the gift, or they can go to my luxury boxes, because I'll have seven boxes up here with a luxury gift in it. And it will be a gift that is luxurious. But of the seven, five of them are luxuries and two of them are spicy. Like the little nitro, the hottest gummy bear, or the world's hottest chip. But if you open it and it's not luxury, if it's spicy, you get to eat it right then. Can I suggest something?
Starting point is 00:16:14 I think half should be spicy, half should be a good gift. No, it's fine. I want to do two. I want to do two, two. I don't want to do half and half. Milk will be provided after you finish it. You don't have to take the spicy option. Thank God.
Starting point is 00:16:25 If you never want spice, it's great. Nobody could open a single luxury gift. Oh, they will be luxurious, though. You should have milk and a nice. You ever had an all like a His pay trip to Rome? No way. That's in there?
Starting point is 00:16:35 I don't know. Oh man. Who knows? I doubt it will be, but who knows? He never know. There's only a 28% chance to get something spicy, but a 70% chance of a luxury.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Wow. So spicy Christmas is one option. The other option is a pass or smash Christmas. Meaning we draw the name, same thing, la la la. So you get a gift and if you like it, you keep it.
Starting point is 00:16:59 And if you don't like it, you smack, We'll have like a mallet or a sledgehammer. It's going to hurt people's feelings. I know. And if you don't like it, you smash it immediately. And that's just like such a waste of money, just smash. Yeah, but then you spend the will of cash.
Starting point is 00:17:13 And on the will of cash, there'll be a couple, $1 options, a couple of five, but they'll also be $50 and $100. Oh, wow. It's almost like you get rewarded with money for being mean. Or if you don't like it, you may just get $1, too. Oh, okay. So would you like a spicy Christmas? because we're down to these final two or pass or smash Christmas
Starting point is 00:17:32 that's the options okay we have nine people total they're going to be voting here Amy you want it spicy or you want it smashed I hate spicy so much but I go spicy because I'll just not but I do want something luxurious
Starting point is 00:17:48 luxurious I mean you go on spicy Christmas spicy Christmas okay Morgan I hate spicy You can go past their smash Christmas too I know and I really kind of like that idea
Starting point is 00:18:02 Like smashing something sounds really fun Yeah We can go do that elsewhere You're right and I don't have to hurt somebody's feeling But I'm still going smash Christmas Okay we got one boat spicy Oh wow One boat smash
Starting point is 00:18:14 Spicy Ready? Well bones You know me Hispanic feller I like the spice And I'm just thinking about myself In this situation like what would I do?
Starting point is 00:18:27 I feel like I would be very level-headed and I'd be happy with a gift I got. But knowing that there are some luxury items in those boxes, I may go for the boxes. And I think it'd be so interesting. So let's go spicy Christmas. One vote, spice. Yes, one-vote spice.
Starting point is 00:18:43 Spicy. Lunchbox, you want spicy or you want smash? It's easy, man. Because then it forces you to buy a present that can be smashed, you know, like what if someone gets you, I don't know, something that can't be smashed? You smash is like, oh, that's kind of boring. The chance to all.
Starting point is 00:18:57 open those gifts and get a trip to Rome. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I'm not giving away a trip to Rome. But you said that. You said it. Okay, Rome, Texas. Let's go. Let's party. I'd be pissed. I would be real pissed.
Starting point is 00:19:08 That is nothing but anti-luxurious. So I am definitely going spicy. All right, three to one. Mike D. Want the temptation. Let's go spicy. Four. Okay, one more vote, and we roll and it goes to spicy all the way.
Starting point is 00:19:23 Ray? Sorry to not make it interesting, but I'm going spicy. All right. We have our winner. All right. It is a spicy Christmas. Spice.
Starting point is 00:19:32 Spicy. Maybe after we all go get Mexican food together. Well, two of us might be in the hospital. They don't want any Mexican food. But I mean, just to stick with... No sauce over him. To stick with the theme for the holidays. We'll set our limit amount off the air.
Starting point is 00:19:48 Everybody will draw a name. We can draw a name tomorrow the next day or so. Yeah, limit 250. Then you have to spin that, though. You don't have to. That's the limit. No, you... No, we're not doing it.
Starting point is 00:19:57 Yeah, I don't like this already. Hey, because it's a spicy Christmas, can we be allowed to have margaritas during the show? Yeah, Bones, come on. That'd be fun. No, because one of you guys will get drunk and say something. It might make us choose the spicy. You know what? Margaritas everywhere.
Starting point is 00:20:12 Yeah. But one of them has a nitro gummy beer in it. All right, Merry Christmas, everybody. It's time for the good news. With producer Eddie. Yeah, I'll make something good. It's Friday night, and the Norton High School Lancers are playing Sharon. in high school at football. The Lancers win the game. The game's over and both teams are huddling
Starting point is 00:20:32 on the end zones, you know, talking to the head coach is talking to the team. And the head coach notices that somebody on the track collapses. So he stops his talk and he's like, hey, somebody go check on that man. It's a 70-year-old man. He is the timekeeper of the game, so one of the officials. And so the trainer of the team goes over and checks it out. He's unconscious. He's turning purple. So she starts conducting CPR on them. They get one of those AED defibrillators. and then he comes back to life right in time for the ambulance to get there and check on him and take him the hospital and he's now on the road to recovery. And here's Kat, the trainer, talking about what happened.
Starting point is 00:21:06 He went from lifeless to talking. It felt like a million years. But I think it was in the span of like five minutes. I didn't sleep at all last night. I really didn't. Good for that coach. I wonder if he's on the winning team or losing team. They won.
Starting point is 00:21:20 He was the winning team. So he's probably like, we're going to go inside and we're going to go outside. We're going to hit him high. We're going to hit him low. Timeout. What's going on over there? Coach, there's this old guy fell. Yeah, then got to go save him.
Starting point is 00:21:31 Clear? Yeah. You have to yell clear. Well, those things, like, I know people worry about them, but you'll see them. Like, they have a sign with, like, a heart and a lightning bolt on it. You can find them almost, like, anywhere in public places. And don't be worried because when you turn the machine on, it tells you exactly what to do. Does it say when do you yell clear?
Starting point is 00:21:49 I don't think it says clear. That's in the movies. No, no, no. You better believe. Clear. Clear. Hit the button. It's going to be yelled.
Starting point is 00:21:56 me. And if they don't, I'm going to yell it for them. Okay. So people know. Good story. Good job, coach. That's what's all about. That was Tell Me Something Good. Starting point is 00:25:30 35 bucks? I mean, that's just the truth. I mean, what is she known for? I think she's won. Do you want a CMA this year? Yeah. Or Ashken McBride for event or something. For event, exactly.
Starting point is 00:25:45 It's still a CMA. She's had a couple number ones. I'm 35 bucks. We have Marcia on the phone. Marcia lives in North Carolina Marcia, how are you? I'm good, how are you? I'm doing really good. We're going to play Who Charges More for Cameo?
Starting point is 00:25:58 And if Lunchbox gets two out of three, you're going to win a Sonic gift card, okay? Oh, cool. Okay. Lunchbox. At first, Carly Pierce or Daniel Bradbury. Who charges more on Cameo where you go, and Cameo is an app where you pay people
Starting point is 00:26:13 to send you a personal message. How much was Carly Pierce again? We're not going to tell me that. I already talked about it. Sorry, dude. Who charges more? Carly Pierce or Danielle Bradbury? It's got to be Carly Pierce. I mean, Daniel Bradbury, I mean, $25?
Starting point is 00:26:32 So, but you're going Carly Pierce. Yeah. Carly Pierce, $85. Yeah. Daniel Bradbury, $75. Good job. Wow. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:43 I mean, I don't see what Daniel Bradbury, for $75, what is she? I mean, she was on the voice? Is that it? Is that why you get $75? I don't know why you're asking me. I'm asking. Obviously, people are paying for these. I'm trying to see credentials here. This is just a game. Like, he doesn't have to criticize. No, no, I'm asking because that's why I'm...
Starting point is 00:27:03 Next up. I was able to get it right. Rodney Atkins. If you're going through hell. I think I played blackjack with that guy before. Okay. Or Gary LaVox, late singer of Rascal Flats. Oh, Gary LaVox. Who is more? Rodney Atkins. Or Gary LaVox's late singer of Rascal Flats.
Starting point is 00:27:20 It has to be Gary LaVox. I mean, he's won awards. He's been in Rascal Flats. They made a gazillion dollars. They toured forever. It's Gary LaVox. Gary LaVox charges $225 for a camera. Dang.
Starting point is 00:27:32 Wow. Wow. Rodney Atkins charges $299. What? Got him. You're getting messed off. He's charging. He may need to make rent.
Starting point is 00:27:44 What? Oh, my gosh. Lunchbox. He's going to slam everyone. Maybe he sings a little message. I mean, Gary Laugh. Larry LaVox can sing a message. All right, you have to get this one to win.
Starting point is 00:27:54 Wow, guys. But if you do have $2.99, I'd say go buy one for that guy. Why? Help him pay that rent. I'm sure he's doing okay. Yeah. Lunchbox, you need this to win. All right.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Craig Morgan. Now, do you know what Craig Morgan is? Yeah, he's the guy that was in the military and he sings. He has, he's out of about Sundays. Sunday. He's got a real deep voice. He has International Harvest.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Yeah, and he has a funny laugh. Or Charles Esten from Nashville. Oh, man, it's been a minute since he's been in the spotlight. Slam everyone. He didn't slam Craig Morgan, to be honest. He's scared of Craig Morgan. No, I'm not scared of Craig Morgan. TB8, he didn't go up to Craig Morgan.
Starting point is 00:28:40 Well, he hasn't yet. He doesn't know the price. So, like you guys, you need this to win for Marsha. This is a tough one. Craig Morgan or Charles Eston. But what I learned on this last one is that other guy, he didn't have any money so he's charging $2.99. What other guy? Wasn't it? That's not what that means.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Rodney. Adkins. I did see that Rodney Atkins and his wife bought like a $2 million house recently. Really? Or sold one or something, yeah. Oh, sold it. No, no, I sold it. One of the two. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:29:09 And then Chip Esten. He ain't, man, boy. Oh. Chip Esten. For the win. If it's Chip Esten, Marsha, you win. A Sonic gift. Craig Morgan charges $200 for him. What?
Starting point is 00:29:26 What? There's a slam. For what? See, he's slimy. Be careful. What does he charge $200 for? For him? He's got, I think he's got like eight or nine number ones.
Starting point is 00:29:36 He's got a TV show? He has a TV show? He's got a book? No one's watch that TV show. Charles Eston charges $250. Boom! That is crazy! What, hey, honestly, guys,
Starting point is 00:29:48 Chip has a nice guy. Yes, very. Okay, guy. What's he hanging? I mean, what's $250? Well, he's on the Netflix show, Outer Banks. Outer Banks. He's like a villain on that show.
Starting point is 00:29:59 Oh, he's on Outer Banks? Yeah. That show's terrible. No, it's not. It's awesome. Yeah, I mean. Mr. Positiveity today is just really. I watched the first episode, I watched about 20 minutes,
Starting point is 00:30:08 and they start shooting to the kids on the boat without even asking them questions. I'm like, this is stupid. Okay, couldn't it be that they're just like, hey, they throw a number out there and they're like, if someone's willing to pay $250, then, then, hey, I'll do it. It doesn't mean that they think, like, Oh, I'm going to get a bud. But I am glad to see the Chip Esson still acting.
Starting point is 00:30:24 I thought after Nashville that all those people were done. He's on Outer Banks, yeah. No, no. I'm saying Friday Night Lights and then that was it. I haven't seen it. No, she was in White Lotus. White Lotus. I don't know what that is. HBO, big show.
Starting point is 00:30:34 Anyway, hey, Marcia, you win. Nice shot. Wow. Good job. Thank you, one, Doc. Yeah. Welcome. Good job.
Starting point is 00:30:42 So put her on hold one second. I'll just give you the person in how much they charge. Tell me if it's too high or too low. Okay. Breeland, $30. Oh, that's about right. I mean, that's a solid $30. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:30:54 Like, not really much to him. He hasn't done much. He's just new. Well, there's a lot to him. There's a lot to him. Really talented guy. No, no, I'm not saying he doesn't have talent, but he has no, he could. His number one with Hardy.
Starting point is 00:31:05 Well, he wrote it. I don't even know if you wrote it. Okay. That's what you think that one's fine. That's fine. I mean, he could charge 15, but 30 I can't get mad at. Jana Kramer. What do you think she should charge?
Starting point is 00:31:18 Jana Kramer, she's on the real housewife, so I'd say, She's not on real housewives. Of New Jersey or new... Who are you thinking of? Janet Kramer? Yeah, she's on that real housewife's guys. She's not on real housewives. Which one?
Starting point is 00:31:31 Of Beverly Hills. No, she's not. She's not a real housewife. She doesn't live in Beverly Hills. She lives right down the road. Janet Kramer's on real housewives of Beverly Hills. No, she may have like made an appearance once. She's not a person on there.
Starting point is 00:31:43 She's a country singer. She was on Friday Night Lights back in the day. Yeah, I know. I'll say 75 bucks. She charges 175. Whoa! She was on one tree hill back in the day. And lots of other movies.
Starting point is 00:31:55 I mean, Janet Kramer got in a fight with Megan King on the reunion of real housewives about ex... But again, she's not a real housewife. You can argue all you want. Jen Wayne from Runaway June and Amazing Grace. Yeah. She charges $35. I was going to say $25. Okay, so you're okay with that.
Starting point is 00:32:14 Yeah, she's a reality star. Naomi Cook, who used to be in Runaway June. $10. I mean, maybe, maybe five. What? Stop. I mean, it's true. I mean, no one knows who that is.
Starting point is 00:32:29 She was somebody when she was in Runaway June. If you just told, if you went out to people on the street and go, hey, you guys ever heard of Name Me Cook? Who? Naomi Cook. Name me cook. Jen Wayne charges 35. Naomi Cook charges 50. Save your money.
Starting point is 00:32:44 Oh, my gosh. What if they were Fian? Parmally. Oh, my God. Oh, man. Well, there's a lot of them in that band. All the guys, yeah. Yeah, so they got to get about $3.
Starting point is 00:32:52 Probably $12. What? Can we make this stop? I kind of like it. $99. Whoa, $99? Parmally, guys. Listen, I like you guys. You guys are nice dudes, but you ain't $99 nice. That's probably $10 each. Well, there's only like four of them. I don't know how many there are.
Starting point is 00:33:11 It's like Gremlin. They reproduce. There's like more and more than. Is Lunchbox on Cameo? Yes. How much does he charge? Oh, this is a good one. 50. 50. Okay. Hey, save your money.
Starting point is 00:33:23 How much do you charge? We're a rock bottom. We're at $20. So bargain basement. Did people pay that? $50? I haven't seen the birthday hat come out in a while, though. Birthday hat comes out.
Starting point is 00:33:33 I haven't seen it in a bit. Josh Turner. Josh Turner. Baby Turner. Man, lost in the radio. Gosh. He probably charges. Man, I don't know what he does.
Starting point is 00:33:51 Sings. He just sang a song. Wrote a buck. You just sang one of his songs He has a bunch of hits He has a bunch of hits Yeah From 1990
Starting point is 00:33:57 No he's No he's not that When's the last time he had a hit He's like our age Okay but wins the last time yeah I don't know Okay so Past his prime
Starting point is 00:34:05 $45 $199 For $199 $1,000 $1,000 $8 strokes During this segment
Starting point is 00:34:13 Okay So most Most people you think are just Way overvalue Oh my They overvaluing I probably undervalue I probably undervalue
Starting point is 00:34:20 I try to make it affordable for the fans I got a message from Morgan saying that we can now talk about her love life again because apparently Morgan is now single again. I am single again. What? Dang it. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:34:35 Lunchbox, what do you know? Can you update our audience on Morgan's love life from what you know? Does Morgan want this? Well, I just wonder because he doesn't always listen to what's happening. And our audience may be in and out on segments. So I wonder what your interpretation is. Well, the last I heard is that she was dating this dude for a long time. and she would try to keep them real private
Starting point is 00:34:54 and then they were talking about moving in together and then the next week they broke up and then they got back together and that's pretty accurate he pays attention, right? Well, I mean, and so I thought you know, I thought we were still on track to move in together. So Morgan, you are now...
Starting point is 00:35:11 Oh my gosh. You're now broken up. Yes, I'm single. What do you want to say? How long have you been single? Oh, boy. About... Two and a half weeks now.
Starting point is 00:35:23 Oh, it's still new. Really new. Very new. But there's... Is the wound still fresh? It's not fresh. There's just a lot of anger. There's not sadness anymore.
Starting point is 00:35:35 Why did you get back together? Because I believe that people deserve a second chance if they're willing to put in the effort. And he was from what I could tell and what he was showing. And then, you know, he didn't show that. And then I found out things. And now it's over. So... So now.
Starting point is 00:35:51 you are back on the prow? I am back on. Yeah, I'm moving forward. I'm done. Like, that relationship is over. There's no going back. Are you now going to date angrily? Like, I'm going to just go date because I just need to date and get, could show him.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Or do you feel like you're in a good place? Meaning, if you're dating angrily, I don't want to be one of the first few guys you're dating because they don't really have a shot. No, I'm not dating angrily. I am, I am dating again because there's a lot of things here. I already grieved when we broke up the first time. I don't really have a lot of grieving to do this time. There's just more like anger that somebody disrespected me again. Did you feel like it would work out when you got back together the first time?
Starting point is 00:36:31 Or did you feel like you owed it to yourself to show that you tried your hardest, even though you thought it wouldn't work out? I think it was both. There was like part of me that truly believed it could work again. But then there was part of me that didn't want to regret not trying again since he was willing to try again. How long were you guys together all in? All in Year and a half
Starting point is 00:36:53 Okay Yeah So now here you are Lunchbox Anything you want to say I mean It's crazy you go from Moving in together
Starting point is 00:37:02 To Two and a half week Single like I'm over it Like I'm like I don't think you know At real time though Lunchbox to be fair
Starting point is 00:37:09 She said two and a half week No no no But I'm saying All this stuff She's telling us Like the thing And she are Hey can I be honest
Starting point is 00:37:15 Listen to her voice Sounds a little bit emotional Hey, last time it was emotional. This time I'm not crying. Do you think she's not emotional now? Yeah. I'm trying to fight through it right now. Well, it's tough to come on.
Starting point is 00:37:27 No, I'm not saying it's easy, but she says that she's over it and I'm like, your vocal cords say something different. I don't think so. She sounds strong. Since what is he in tune with what people's vocal cords are telling? I can tell. Your sounds sarcastic. That's true.
Starting point is 00:37:43 It's nailed it. I got her. Okay. So are you sure you have moved on? Yeah. I've let it go. I'm taking the steps forward. And I don't have anything to grow from.
Starting point is 00:37:54 Like, I didn't mess up. I didn't do anything wrong. I just loved somebody and now I'm moving forward. So I don't really have a lot of things to grieve. A little break, maybe, though. Hearing this, though, I mean, I think that still maybe a little. Like, you go on a date, you'd start dating someone today. Yeah, I went on a date.
Starting point is 00:38:11 Oh, okay. Whoa, that's anger dating. That's anger dating. No. Yeah, that's pretty interesting. But it's her. I can't, I'm not her. I don't feel what she does. Okay, okay, I got a question. So you go on that date, the date with whoever you went on date with, I don't know who it is. But do you tell them, hey, you know what I mean? I'm angered dating right now just so you know you're the first one in line.
Starting point is 00:38:30 No, I don't, because I'm also not, I'm not rebound dating either. I'm not just going to date somebody out of revenge. I'm just dating to make myself continue to put myself out there because I still want to find love. I'm not mad at love. I'm mad at the person who broke my trust. Oh, no. Oh, no. Is the new guy that she's dating. listening to this now and now he knows he's the... No, I was honest. I told him. You broke up five minutes ago and now you're with him. What do you tell him? I just told them that I had recently gotten out of a relationship and I'm dating again.
Starting point is 00:39:01 That's just kind of where it's at. Was it weird to go on to date again? Oh, yeah. It was so weird. I was sitting there like, what am I doing? What's happening? Especially it's the... I used to be comfortable with someone and now I have to start getting vulnerable again. I have to meet somebody new. Did you scrub your Instagram? Did you go back and take all those, like, hint,
Starting point is 00:39:18 photos out, like where you show you holding his hand, his shoulder. Did you take all those down? I never posted. I posted one. On story, she would do a little more. Oh, was it story? Yeah. Aren't you glad you didn't like focus him though?
Starting point is 00:39:30 Yes. I'm really glad that I didn't share that now because I don't have to like deal with, especially every time I post somebody be like, oh, where's your boyfriend? What happened? Now I don't have to deal with that at all. So I'm going to keep with that until I am engaged. I'm not posting anybody fully on my post. Oh, that would be another six months.
Starting point is 00:39:48 Oh, boy. Well, good luck, Morgan. Oh, boy. And you are actively dating now. I am. On the apps or what? So are your DMs open? I don't think I want my DMs open, but yes, I am on dating apps.
Starting point is 00:40:01 You've been on one date? I've been on one date. And how'd that go? It went really good. He brought me a present, though. I'm not sure how to feel about that. And what was the present? It was toys for my dog.
Starting point is 00:40:13 Ray's laughing out loud. Ray, will you turn your mic up? We never hear you make noise. I heard that through the wall. Ray, why did you laugh? We heard you through the wall. Yeah, we never heard that. Ray, why did you?
Starting point is 00:40:23 It was just funny that he would bring toys on the first date. It's not a good move, really. It's a little desperate. You don't think so? No, I mean, he obviously knows she's from the show and he's trying to impress. Or he could just look at her Instagram and see her dog everywhere.
Starting point is 00:40:33 Yeah. Well, we texted a little bit before, and I had talked about my dog and how she's really important to me. Okay, red flag or... Yeah. What is it? Ray.
Starting point is 00:40:43 Definitely, I guarantee you're never going on a date with that dude again. Well, but no, we're just talking about that, though. like you got other options. He acted like he was all in. Lunchbox? He's acting like he's ready to get married. Eddie? A toy? I think that's sweet. It's a great I think it is too. It's for a dog. And if it's on the
Starting point is 00:40:56 Instagram, you know, it's on whatever. It's fine. It's thoughtful. Amy? Yeah, I think it's okay. It's not like he brought her some, you know, a ring or a piece of jewelry or something. It was a little thing for her dog. What'd you think about it? I couldn't decide and that's why I wanted to bring it to you guys. It's good. It's a dog toy. It's fine. If your dog is all over Instagram, it's easy for him to see and find. No problem.
Starting point is 00:41:16 I mean, what does he say? Right when you sit on I brought you a present. Yeah, well, that's what, I didn't open it right away. I was like, this feels weird. Why did you bring me a present? He's like, you'll never guess what it is, and he squeezes it. Squee, squeak, that's in a package. You'll never guess.
Starting point is 00:41:29 Are you going out with them again? Yes, we're going to go on a second date. Wow. When? I mean, I got. Did he pick you up? Not on the first date, no. I never let him pick me up on the first date.
Starting point is 00:41:39 It's times are different now lunchbox because you know people don't know where you live. And yeah, you don't really want people coming to your house initially. Oh, yeah, I wish I learned that lesson. One? From the bars, man. Tell you what? Take girls back to your house and they know where you live. All right.
Starting point is 00:41:51 We're going to play it. 80 years ago. He's reflexed. Yeah. We'd get in the covered wagon. All right. Morgan, good luck. We're rooting for you.
Starting point is 00:42:00 Don't let the dog toy thing at all cloud how you feel. I think it's an excellent thing. Just a dog toy. Now, if it starts elevating each time you go on a day, if it gives you a car, date four, you have a decision to make. Do you ask them as a prerequisite or what are you pre-requisite? Yeah, that's good. That's a class.
Starting point is 00:42:15 Like, are they, are they listener of the show? show, do you ask that question right out front? Oh, well, I did have somebody matched with me, and their first question was, are you Morgan number two? And I immediately unmatched. I was like, I'm not going to answer that question. If you have to ask me that and you have to call me Morgan number two, that's pretty awkward for me.
Starting point is 00:42:30 Would you rather them just not say anything about it? I'd rather them say something, but like in the conversation, just naturally bring it up and say, what up, Morgan number two? That feels weird. And be cool about it. Don't be like, oh, my God. Just be like, hey, yeah, I've heard the show some. Yeah, I thought you look familiar.
Starting point is 00:42:46 But don't be like, even if you are, I'm like, I'm super fan. Don't be honest. Yeah. Not if you want a chance. A voicemail from Kyla in Holly Springs, North Carolina. I'm just calling in because we are celebrating our 10-year anniversary. You guys probably didn't know that. But I've been listening to the show for 10 years, and I changed over after listening to a local radio show that made me mad every day.
Starting point is 00:43:11 Found you guys flipping through the channels and you make me smile every time I listen to you. You all make me laugh and smile, and my kids and I love the game. So thanks for all you do. Happy anniversary to us. Happy anniversary, Kyla. That's awesome. 10 years. This is Emily in Ohio.
Starting point is 00:43:25 Hi, morning studio. I just had a question. Ray got married a long time ago, and he got diamonds in his wedding band. And the show always said he probably wouldn't wear it much. So I was just wondering if we could get an update on that. Love the show. Ray? Yeah, I don't wear it.
Starting point is 00:43:41 I believe on my wedding day, that was the only day I wore it. Now I just go with the rubber. You know, I go with the rubber too, and I have one with diamonds in it as well. It's just too thick and heavy, and I always fiddle with it. I leave the rubber one on it. I don't even think about it. Would you ever wear the nice one, though? I do.
Starting point is 00:43:57 I wore it to the CMAs. There you go. I wore it if I'm recording for a stage show. Like a, yeah, yeah. Yes. When do you wear yours? Like formal? Never.
Starting point is 00:44:07 I can't lift with it. It hurts. You can't lift. You don't have to do bench press if you're dressing up. Yeah, it's just a hassle. Just wear the rubber one all the time. You can just bench press any moment, so you're always, I get it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:17 I get it. Oh, my gosh. Here's Amy's pile of stories. I saw this story and instantly thought a lunchbox because there's this man. He won $10 million playing the lottery. And he quit his job. He bought a Ferrari and a Porsche, a nice watch. He even bought his favorite bar, like the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:44:37 Well, that's a big buy. I mean, the other ones are big, but that's a big buy. Well, now he's looking for something on the more practical side of A wife, a partner to spend his wealth with. And he wants someone that he can love. Don't put that in your profile. Yeah, they're all coming. You're going to get so many matches.
Starting point is 00:44:54 He wants someone who likes to travel and wants to start a family. But he says he's prepared for the gold diggers and his money is in safe hands. Yeah. You know, that's just not how you get the true love, right? Yeah. He's looking for love, but he doesn't want him to know. He's like part of the royal family. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:45:13 That's what you got to do. You blend in. You got to make a profile and go, I'm so poor. Date a poor guy. Who'd like to date someone that eats ramen every day? And then see those matches and then you know they're there for you. Yeah. Well, you may need to get none if you do that.
Starting point is 00:45:26 You know, and also if he won $10 million, he got $5, probably. So, and if you bought a bar. And he quit his job. Two nice cars. Two nice cars. I don't know he has a lot of love. I don't know, yeah. He's got just a little love.
Starting point is 00:45:39 Okay, what else? A mom is being blasted online for having her son fifth birthday at Hooters. I don't hate it. I don't mind it. Because Hooters is, and they, well, okay, what happened was it got posted on TikTok and it's gone viral, 6.9 million views and climbing. And all the Hooters girls are gathered around singing happy birthday to the five-year-old,
Starting point is 00:46:04 and he's just smiling near to ear his best life. And so, obviously, people have a lot of opinions about it and they're blasting her. And, you know, the occasional few are like, oh, Oh, look at little buddy. Live in the Dream. So some people support it. Yeah, it's tricky. I'm looking at the pictures.
Starting point is 00:46:21 They do have good food. Oh, yeah. My dad used to say best wings. The five-year-old probably isn't sexualizing these girls. Right. We are. But why does he like it then? The wings?
Starting point is 00:46:35 No. Because it's fun. It's a lot of nice people. They're singing to them. Yeah. It's tough. It's tough. I'm trying to just.
Starting point is 00:46:43 I don't want. I just don't want a parent shame someone. No. Because who knows that his dad may have taken him to watch games? I don't know. I don't know. It's legal, so I'm okay with it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:55 In the story, it says, The kid is flanked by a band of vivacious waitresses singing. He doesn't even know what that means. He just knows that a few years ago, that's where he got milk. Okay. Or some five-year-olds still get milk. Right. So he knows.
Starting point is 00:47:10 Okay, what's the next thing? All right, guys. Zach Ryan was talking about the CMAs Because a lot of his fans were upset That he got zero CMA nominations But he's like, hey, guys, it's cool I don't need to be considered for a CMA He's not trying to insult the awards in any way
Starting point is 00:47:28 He's just saying on a personal level It's not one of his priorities To have an award on his shelf He wrote on Twitter, I don't want to be considered For the CMAs ever Oh There was lots of tweets But yeah
Starting point is 00:47:38 Yeah, listen, take it for me Somebody who's also bitter at the CMAs. I've said things, well, I still agree with them. I'll say, I'll quote it exactly. Guys, I don't and will never want to be considered at the CMAs. But what happens is, Dolly said she didn't want to be considered
Starting point is 00:47:56 for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame either, and she's in the Rock and a Hall of Fame. It almost is... Hold on. Guys, I never want to be considered host to CMAs. I never. Do not consider it. I would look at you in the eye and go, and spit in your eye if you ever said to me. It's a tactic, guys.
Starting point is 00:48:11 Oh, okay. tactic. Okay, well, I do like Zach, Brian, but let's see what happens there. Is that it, Amy? He'll be nominated for Best New Artist next year. For sure. No, he will anyway, but yes. Okay, is that it? Yeah, I'm Amy. That's my pile. That was Amy's pile of stories. It's time for the good news. With Amy. Tell me something good.
Starting point is 00:48:34 Shout out to this pet rescue organization called Pet Rescue Pilots, because they are flying older shelter dogs all around the country to get them placed in homes with people that want to take care of them, which the older dogs, sadly, they're not adopted as quickly as some of the younger ones. So there is a need for that. So just reminding people of older dogs, but the rescue pilots just celebrated their 25th hundred dog. It's like kids. Harder for older kids to get adopted. That's right. Yeah, that's why we decided. You know who flies at animals like this, Fred, who we used to work with. He's in Chicago now. Really? Brother Fred?
Starting point is 00:49:13 He's pilot, but he does that with dogs. He takes animals and flies him. Oh, that's cool. Isn't that cool? Yeah, very cool. I don't think he's brother Fred anymore. But, I mean, it was. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't think it's brother Fred anymore. Brother Fred. They're just Fred. Yeah, that's cool. I love people who do that. Volunteering their time to save animals, adopting animals, adopting kids, humans.
Starting point is 00:49:30 Yeah. Good for you. Hey, we did a little dog adopting, too. Good for us. Yeah. Good job, everyone. Nobody flew it to us, though. Yeah. That's a good story. That is what it's all about.

Get anything done. It is time for the morning corny. The morning corny. What did the mama turkey say to her naughty son?
Starting point is 00:53:22 What did the mama turkey say to her naughty son? If your papa could see you now, he'd be turning over in his gravy. That was the morning corny. Lunchbox still didn't get it. He still thinking. It's a lot of words. Yeah, but it makes sense. Yeah, like grave. Gravy, turkey.
Starting point is 00:53:44 Yeah, he's been eaten. If you guys sprayed by a skunk, lunchbox, let me ask you this. If you guys sprayed by a skunk, what do you do? Probably kill it. Well, you may not get to the skunk. But you've been sprayed. What do you do? Or take off your clothes because then they're going to get rid of the smell.
Starting point is 00:54:01 So I didn't get directly sprayed, but I was sprayed when I was a kid. A few of us where my grandmother put us in tomato juice in the bathtub. A lot of tomato juice with water. Oh, man. I think that's an old person remedy. I don't know if it works or not. Maybe it just you put something stinkier on you. So, you know, it's like when, oh, your arm hurts.
Starting point is 00:54:19 Let me punch in the leg. It makes you forget about the arm. But they say, if you get sprayed by a skunk, stay outside. Do not take it inside because those odors that are on you will bind the surfaces in the house, like wood, fabrics and rugs. So you need to basically take a shower outside. Spray it down outside. So don't get naked like.
Starting point is 00:54:39 Lunchbox then? Well? Well, you could. Water hose it up. Okay. I mean, you may want to do it in the backyard, though, so you don't have to register, you know what I mean? You know, I mean? You know, I'll be naked in the front yard because that gets you in trouble.
Starting point is 00:54:49 It is skunk spraying season. Is this season? Well, these skunks are a little more active right now. Oh. It's starting to get, it's not super cold yet, but it's a little chilly, so they're moving around. You know, they get a fur coat. Easy for them. And they're so cute.
Starting point is 00:55:02 They are. Like, they look cute. They do. But they smell like crap. And they don't have the big Pepe Lepeu, huge white stripe on them. like people. They just look like little cats. Yeah, with a big bushy tail. Yeah, and sometimes you can see a little white,
Starting point is 00:55:15 but it's not like this humongous white stripe like the cartoons. It just looks like a little rodent that's running around. So Keith Urban was here yesterday. We love seeing Keith Urban. Great guy, fun guest. I didn't realize what happened, though, behind the scenes. So, Eddie, what did you see that was so weird? It was strange, man.
Starting point is 00:55:32 I walk in the bathroom and lunchbox is sharing a sink with Keith Urban. Now, you know our sink is a one-person small seat. It's tiny. Wait, y'all only have one sink. It's like a camping. Yeah, it's like camping sink. And they're both washing their hands together. And it's more like Keith was washing his hands.
Starting point is 00:55:46 And lunchbox was like, excuse me, Keith. And he's trying to get in there. That sink is so small that if you're washing your hands, I wait till you're out of the way. Correct. Or go to the kitchen to wash your hands because two people do not fit there. Okay. Yeah, that's weird. So what happened?
Starting point is 00:56:00 Nothing. I just wrote it down. I'm like, I need to bring this up to the show and get the real story. Did you track Keith Urban into the bathroom? I know. We just happened to be in the bathroom at the same time. Did you go first or did he? He was first.
Starting point is 00:56:11 So you follow him into the bathroom? No, no, no, no. I didn't know he was in the... Oh, no, no, no. Lunch, you can't do that, dude. You can't follow guests in the bathroom. I didn't... I didn't know Keith was in the bathroom.
Starting point is 00:56:22 I had to go to the bathroom and I went and Keith Urban was in the bathroom. So I didn't follow him in there. He was done doing his business. I was done doing my business. There was a sink. So I washed my hands. You guys always yell at me for not washing my hands. But you never wash your hands.
Starting point is 00:56:36 This is a great point. Exactly. I'm glad you said this. You know? Never wash your hands when you leave the bathroom. Out of 100, if you're in there by yourself, how many times? Out of the 100 times do you wash your hands? Three. Okay. So a 3% chance you're going to wash your hands. Yeah. Keith Urban's washing his hands, which is great to hear. Yeah, he was washing his hands. He was there for a while. Why did you decide to wash your hands right then? Ah, because I saw Keith Urban and we were talking. And so I figured if I just walked out, it'd be weird if I just ended the conversation and he saw me not wash my hands. So I just continued the conversation as I washed my hand. And so I just continued the conversation as I washed my hand. and yes, Keith Irvin's hands were in the sink at the same time. Mine were.
Starting point is 00:57:12 It's a tiny, tiny sink. You couldn't sit back and let him finish, then you go after him? He was taking a long time. Like, he was washing for a long time. Like, were y'all both under the water at the same time? Yeah, yeah, yeah. We were shoulder to shoulder. I came up. That's so weird. That's so weird. I came up on his left side, like his left shoulder, and so my right shoulder was touching his left shoulder. And I stuck my hands in there, said, excuse me, man, I didn't get in there too. And I got some soap and I started rubbing. And so some of my, my soap and water was running onto Keith Urban's hands in the sink and then vice versa.
Starting point is 00:57:44 His soap was going on to my hand. Why did you do all that honestly? Is it for the story? No. Literally I was just... You never wash your hands. We were literally talking. Me and Keith were having a conversation.
Starting point is 00:57:55 About what? Oh, just how are things going? You know, nothing important. But I felt like if I left mid-conversation, he'd be like... But wasn't he ahead of you? He was. So why would you leave? Why not let him leave?
Starting point is 00:58:06 Because he was taken forever. I mean, I do it quick. But you don't wash your hands. I do it. No, no, but you don't. Right. As I'm saying, so I just stand there and talk to him. What's your theory, Eddie?
Starting point is 00:58:15 I think he wanted to touch Keith Urban's hands, one, and wash it with it, and then tell the whole world about it. Also, how many other people can say they shared a sync with Keith? There we go. There we go. I knew it. There we go. You know, not many. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:58:32 I have something that a lot of people in this world wish they could have. Which is. Share to sync with Keith Urban. I can put that on my bio on my resume. Your resume? You put cool facts whenever you do a resume and be like You using a resume for something?
Starting point is 00:58:48 I've never made one. Yeah, but you think about it? I can go to the Career Center at UTSA and they will help you career services. They'll help you put a resume together. Never went. Never put a resume together. But if I ever need one,
Starting point is 00:58:59 cool facts about me. Share to sync with Keith Urban. Hey, Scoo and Steve, is it weird to you? The lunchbox went and got into Keith Urban's personal space in the bathroom just so he could touch him. No, no, it wasn't to touch him. We weren't touching hands.
Starting point is 00:59:11 You said your soap dripped on the other. Shoulder, shoulder, shoulder, but the soap did drip off my hands on his and some of his soap. It's weird. I will say one thing is nice that he used soap because I've never seen used soap my entire life. But it happens to Ray and I a lot. We'll go to the bathroom washing hands. But Ray will go, hey, I'm going to go to the kitchen sink. I'll be right back.
Starting point is 00:59:27 And I'm washing my hands. So we separate. There should never be too. Okay, but here's a day. Very awkward. You did it on purpose. So we had this conversation right now on air. No, no, I just did.
Starting point is 00:59:35 You got on the air. You got on the air. You're a Keith Irvin. I told you. Yes, I said that I did it also so I could say that I shared a sink with Keith Urban. But the fact that Ray goes to the kitchen sink is disgusting. You know why?
Starting point is 00:59:47 Because Scuba washes his hands, right? And then he goes and he pulls that handle that Ray just touched with his dirty hands. So you negated your washing anyway. I use a paper towel. Scuba doesn't. Yeah. Why are we going scuba under the bus?
Starting point is 01:00:00 Because he was trying to throw me under the bus. I asked him a question. Yeah, you're deflecting. Also, what if like every celebrity that came in here. We should see how many people you can watch your hands with now. Now it's a good.
Starting point is 01:00:11 Okay. Yeah. A male only. Right? Men only. Double points? He goes in the ladies' room, watch his hands.
Starting point is 01:00:21 I want to talk to Heather in North Dakota, who's on the phone right now. Heather, good morning. What's going on? Morning studio. Morning. Yeah, I have a son that when he was 12 years old, my husband and my son was driving down
Starting point is 01:00:35 the gravel road. by our house and they saw litter of skunks on the side of the road and my son's like hey dad when they're that little they can't spray and my husband's like all right go ahead so he jumped out the truck and he ran over and he grabbed a little one by the tail and he held it up about face high and about that time it's spreading right in the face oh man and my husband proceeded to roll the windows up and lock the doors as fast as he could and my son had to ride in the back of the truck all the way home and when he gets there, he literally got everything tomato out of the house and bathed him in the front yard.
Starting point is 01:01:14 And it did help with the skunk smell, but it took a couple of days to completely go away. Did you tomato juice? Yeah. Did you say that? Tomatoes. Yeah. Did you, it was it like tomato juice or did you take tomatoes and smush them on them? Everything tomato we had.
Starting point is 01:01:29 Yeah, okay. That's what I was wondering. Like, did you get like the V8? Yeah. Or do you just go Foszie Bear and smush it? hit him with him. Yeah, you know, I heard, too, that tiny skunks can't spray because they haven't developed that yet. But maybe that was an older skunk that was just small.
Starting point is 01:01:44 It's a little guy. Yeah, maybe it was just the Danny DeVito of skunks, you know? Heather, thank you. How long did it take until he was all the way, no smell? It was a couple days at least. Oh, that's gross. It's funny that your husband's reaction was locked doors, roll the windows up. Get him out of here.
Starting point is 01:02:01 And throw him in the back of the truck. Because that's the right reaction because it'll stink up and stain the inside of the truck. Heather, thank you. Hope you have a great day. Thanks for calling us. Thank you. Bye-bye. A couple things I wanted to get to. First of all, let's do a scam alert. Scam alert! We do these because there are so many out there right now that if these happen to us, we want to share them. So this one's Amy. Shocking. Wait, hold on, but she didn't fall for it. And I thought she would have because it was a good one. I almost kind of did. Tell them what happened because I didn't know this is the thing. So I was selling something on Facebook Marketplace. And I'm a chair. I've sold a lot of things on there.
Starting point is 01:02:37 It's great. How much? How much for the chair? I've made a lot of cash. No, no. How much for the chair? Oh, just $150. Just.
Starting point is 01:02:44 Wow. Nice chair. Well, it's more of like a chair with an Ottoman. It is very nice. The chair was way more. Some of that link. All right, so you're selling the chair. Okay, so I'm selling the chair.
Starting point is 01:02:55 And the buyer is like, hey, I'm really interested. I can pay cash and pick it up at 5 p.m. And I'm like, okay, that sounds great. We meet at locations. By yourself? I was going to have to get my friend to load it in a truck. It was the whole thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:09 No, lunchbox taught me years ago never to go alone. But do you? No, I promise. I don't go alone. Okay, go ahead. I don't go alone. She takes her daughter. Okay, so I'm like, okay, this is great.
Starting point is 01:03:21 We're going to get rid of this chair. And then they said, hey, I want to make sure that you're real. Like, can I have your phone number so we can start texting. And I've exchanged phone numbers before to text back and forth about or make phone calls about when we're meeting, whatnot. So I was like, okay, I just. just responded real quick with my phone number. And then I get a code, a code sent to my phone from like Google authentication or something.
Starting point is 01:03:45 And I said, uh, then they replied, hey, did you, did you get the code? Can you let me know the code? I want to make sure that you're real. They were trying to get into my phone. And if I give them the code and they have my phone number or something, I think they were going to like use it to be able to use my phone number for stuff. This is amazing. It's the Facebook account.
Starting point is 01:04:03 Wow. It is them acting like. They don't want to be scam, but that's the scam. Yes. Wow. Exactly. The people tried to make me seem like I'm, make sure I'm not a scammer, but they're the scammers. Oh, how long did you stare at that and go, huh?
Starting point is 01:04:17 No, like split. I reply back. Goodbye. You got them. I would even reply there. I would just not reply. You gave them a polite goodbye. Have a great day.
Starting point is 01:04:29 You should have given them a wrong code. On Facebook. No. Oh, you want to be nice? Yeah, that's the point. You never do such things. somebody's trying to scam you. They probably were someone, who knows, maybe even in another country.
Starting point is 01:04:40 You're right. I should have just given them a 5252-6-6. No, you should have given them 9-1-1. 69-69. That's a good one. 69-4-20. You know all the stupid numbers. I know, but watch out for that.
Starting point is 01:04:52 That's a good one because where you put your guard down is them going, hey, I don't want to be scammed, so would you please help me do this? You're like, of course, I don't want to be scammed either, so I'll help you because I wish someone would help me. Yeah. And they almost got you. They did. You promised you didn't get got? I didn't get caught.
Starting point is 01:05:06 There's scam alarm. We got a scam alarm. If you're flying for Thanksgiving or Christmas, this is a quick thing. A TSA rule people don't know about, including myself, about snacks. The TSA requires travelers to separate snacks and put them in bins when going through security checkpoints. Snacks can trigger the alarm and x-ray systems because the natural ingredients mimic some of the things found in explosives. What?
Starting point is 01:05:28 That being said, yesterday we're talking about people getting guns through, loaded guns through, remember that segment? And box cutters, but they're like, make sure your cashews are all split up. So that's the TSA rule, just so you know, and that's the more you know. Let's go over and talk to Missy, who lives in Austin. Hey, Missy, good morning. Hey, good morning. So I just wanted to comment about Lunchbox and his sink situation.
Starting point is 01:05:55 So I don't remember if it was last week or the week before, but Lunchbox would not, he said that he couldn't tell if a man was sexy or not, he would not say it. However, he would not wash his hands with anyone out. So without actually saying it, he said that Keith Urban was sexy by rubbing spilders with him and letting his soap drip. I agree. If you're just turning the show on earlier, but half an hour ago, Eddie told us that he saw lunchbox in the bathroom with Keith Urban. And Keith Urban was washing his hands in a tiny sink that we have.
Starting point is 01:06:30 The lunchbox went up and started washing his hands at the same time. It's not a two-person sink. It's very small. And then Lunchbox started dripping his hand water on Keith Urban's hands. And then the opposite, Keith Urban's soapy hand water was dripping on, and lunch was talking about it in great detail. And she's- You guys asked me what happened, and I told you in great deal.
Starting point is 01:06:47 It has nothing to do with him being sexy. It's him being Keith Urban and how people go to see his concerts and love Keith Urban because he's super famous. So, yeah. I thought he's going to say super hot. Me too. So what is your story now? Because you just did it for the story. What is your story?
Starting point is 01:07:01 You did it. Now what? Hey, guys. Oh, yeah, make Keith Urban. I love his music. You know, one time I washed my hands in the same sink as Keith Urban. Same time. No way, you did?
Starting point is 01:07:10 Yeah, man. He was in the bathroom. I was in the bathroom. And he was in the bathroom. I followed him in the bathroom. And we both happened to be done at the same time. So I started washing my hands with him and it was really cool. You basically took a bath with Keith Urban.
Starting point is 01:07:22 Yeah. Not basically. Yeah. Basically. Just a small one. Yeah. Okay, sorry. I shower. Okay, yeah, I took a shower with Keith Urban. There you go.
Starting point is 01:07:31 But that's what I'm saying. Like, it has nothing to do with this. That's what I see. the story turns into. Like her saying, I said he was sexy. It had nothing to do with sexy. But you don't just shower with. But you wouldn't take a shower with Keith Irvin unless he was sexy.
Starting point is 01:07:41 Yeah, exactly. He's a celebrity. So that's why you showered with him? Yeah. Oh, hey, thank you for the call, Missy. I appreciate that. Yeah, thanks. Bye.
Starting point is 01:07:52 All right. See you later. Let's do the news. Bobby's Big. Stories. Experts say you could be listening to your headphones too loudly, which could be wearing on your ears, making them tired, and hurting your hearing, listening with the volume cranked up, can fatigue nerve receptors in your ears, forcing you to strain to hear conversations for the rest of the day, and also, it creates physical
Starting point is 01:08:15 stress. So set the volume and notch below the midway point low enough that you can still carry on a conversation. That is from prevention. Why would I want to carry on a conversation if I have headphones in? That's the whole point of me having headphones in, so I do not have to carry on a conversation. So, but I hear you. Nick Cannon, he just welcomed his 11th child this weekend, the 12th one's on the way. and here's the real story.
Starting point is 01:08:33 It's estimated that the child support expenses are $3 million annually. Oh my goodness. A year? He's made so much money? The mass singer host denied that calculation, published by the Sun. He said, I definitely spent a lot more than that on my children. I don't plan to ever have to participate in the governmental system of child welfare. At the beginning of the month, Alyssa Scott revealed she's pregnant again.
Starting point is 01:08:55 One week later, somebody else did this from the Sun. but they say almost $3 million dollars. But he's saying, don't worry, I pay way more than that. Is he helping raise the kids at all, or is he just... Well, they're all different, well, not all,
Starting point is 01:09:10 but there's a lot of different women. So I don't know that you can be every day present with every kid when they're living in different places. But I don't know the answer to that. It could be yes. I'm assuming he has a role, but that's just a straight assumption.
Starting point is 01:09:23 Oh, he says his role is to procreate. And anybody that I know that knows him to say he's just a lovely guy. Like, apparently the ladies think so too No, he loves love. He loves, he does. He does, he does. Jay Leno was seriously burned in a car fire.
Starting point is 01:09:37 Whoa. Jay Leno and avid car collector was in his L.A. garage where he stores his cars when one of his cars burst into flames. The flames burn the left side of his face. He was taken to the burn ward of Grossman Burn Center where he still remains. Nothing more is specifically known about his condition.
Starting point is 01:09:53 That is from Extra TV. Saw that yesterday pop up on TMZ. Jeff Bezos says he will give away most of his money to charity. The wealthiest man in the world is planning on giving his fortune away. In an interview with CNN, the Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos, says he will give away the bulk of his $124 billion to fight climate change and supporting people who can unify humanity in the face of deep social and political divisions. Bezos says he's currently building the capacity to give the money away, but plans to do so within his lifetime. That's from the New York Times.
Starting point is 01:10:22 I mean, his ex-wife has already done a lot of that, right? 24 billion. Yeah, she's giving away a lot of her as quick. She was like, I don't need of this, let me get away. And he's like, oh, crap. He reads the story. He's like, oh, no, I got to get going on this. I'm looking terrible. A deer mistakes a reindeer display and ends up trapped in a house because the deer tries to go see its buddy. It's rutting season, and a deer will do almost anything to get a possible mate. A Wisconsin couple was shocked when a deer broke into their house and trashed the place for three hours because the animal couldn't find the escape route. So then it starts to freak out, right? That's where all the trashing comes from.
Starting point is 01:10:55 It went from one room to the next. State wildlife officials came and got the creature out of the house. I feel bad for that deer. It was scared to death. It was scared to death. This woman, Sue says everyone believes he saw the family's reindeer and thought it was a potential mate. WYMT has that story. We were driving by someone's house a couple days ago, and they had fake deer in their yard.
Starting point is 01:11:16 It just gave me flashbacks because growing up, Gaymorden would put out these fake deer on the side because you can't shoot from your truck. I'm not saying people where I come from didn't shoot from their truck But you can't hunt from your truck It wasn't, I say we it wasn't hunting You just are not supposed to shoot from your truck And so they would put out these fake deer And so at first they were just big stuffed deer
Starting point is 01:11:38 Then they got a little better They were like almost Chuckie cheese animatronic They'd be moving Yeah And so but they would be back kind of And you'd be like oh there it And so they would see if people would shoot it And if they would
Starting point is 01:11:51 Because they would usually only put them out when the game warden was there nearby. They wouldn't just leave them because they were expensive. Because we just, well, somebody was stolen them. Somebody. I don't know who. Somebody was stolen them. But we saw people with two fake deer in their yard the other day in a big field. And I was like, those are going to get shot.
Starting point is 01:12:09 They weren't putting them out for Game Ward. And they were just putting it out to like mess with folks. A man falls 40 feet to his death after slipping while taking a selfie on a rock ledge at a Brazilian beauty spot. A 33-year-old man plunged nearly 4.000. 40 feet to his death after he lost balance while taking a selfie. He was trying to take a selfie when he fell from 40 feet. Fire department's spokesperson said, hey, don't risk your life for likes.
Starting point is 01:12:33 That is from the Daily Mail. Rain, snow, those two things happening in a day don't make our mood any different. Researchers found that on average, the weather has no effect on people's positive moods. In fact, a snowy rainy day has the power to make you think time is slowing down, making you less stressed and more at peace. In the study, more sunlight or higher average temperatures didn't make people feel an elevated sense of happiness. And low temperatures, rain and snow didn't increase feelings of depression by any measurable amount.
Starting point is 01:13:01 That's from the Columbia Tribune. I hate cold weather. I'm depressed that's coming. It's only kind of cold now, but I'm depressing. I even have to go through it again. I want to move for the summer. Wait, move for the winter where it feels like the summer. Down south.
Starting point is 01:13:13 Oh, I want to be a bird. Yeah. Make me a bud. I can fly far away. I want to go full force gump on this thing and get out of this cold. It's awful. A jealous ex-husband shoots off his wife's new boyfriend's wiener with a handgun. What?
Starting point is 01:13:26 A jealous ex-husband is said to have shot off his former partner's new lover's ding-dong with a handgun after firing a bullet at his groin. The guy at 37 years old had been drinking with his own girlfriend when he flew into a rage and he stormed to the home where he pushes the door open. It's his ex-wife and her new boyfriend. and the gun went off, quote, by mistake. You'll get right on the way. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:54 That's quite the marksman mistake marksmanship there. And I'm not a guy that believes in an eye for an eye. The old biblical, old testament way of you still, you get your hands cut off, you get your eye poked out of you. But when you shoot someone's wiener off, I think you should have your wiener shot off. Ooh, right back at you. So I don't believe in an eye for an eye,
Starting point is 01:14:12 but I believe in a ping for a ping. Yeah. Because that's the only real way you can get the proper punishment in that situation. Because there's no saving that, right? Well, question, yeah. Can you get that fixed? Kind of. Oh.
Starting point is 01:14:29 The answer is kind of. Where it's working again? Because when the Bobbitt thing happened, because she cut it into a field, they wouldn't found it. Yeah. And I don't know that it had 100% capabilities, but I think it had pretty good capabilities. I'm not. Yeah, but they, I mean, that was. was just a clean cut. I mean, this is shot.
Starting point is 01:14:48 Like, this is... Yeah, that's a good point, too, because it's going to be... I don't know. Google some pictures. Yeah, Google some pictures and let me know. What does he type in to Google that? If my peepee gets shot off. No, just type in destroyed pee-pee. And they hit images in some of happens.
Starting point is 01:15:05 Reattached shot. A pair of Idaho men said it took them more than a year of practice to break the Guinness World Record for the most baseball catches in one minute. It's the guy we talked to on this show that sets the world records. Oh, yeah. But him and a buddy tossed the ball back and forth 55 times in 60 seconds for the world record.
Starting point is 01:15:23 You hear that and you go 55 times in 60 seconds. We can probably do that. That's what I thought too. The world record was held prior to this by some Japanese baseball players. But I watched the video of these two. I don't think we can't. They practiced for a year to do this. How far apart are they?
Starting point is 01:15:39 Not very far. From, I would say 12 feet probably. So it's like hot potato. Yeah, kind of, but they're wearing gloves. So you got to catch it and then throw it back. That's tough. So it's where they end up hurting themselves is they have to catch it and their hands got to be right on and immediately throw it out
Starting point is 01:15:52 so they keep smashing their fingers in the mall. Oh, yeah. But that's from UPI. The Grammy nominations will be announced today. Grammys are kind of full of crap too. It's just a little bored that vote. It's not really indicative of anything other than what people that are told or cool,
Starting point is 01:16:08 they vote on cool things. So we're not nominated this year? And then there are times, I don't know, probably not. But there are times. where, that I've heard, I'm going to, this is hearsay, I'm going to say that, where, you know, everybody votes and it's a Grammy member, and then still the board goes down, we're going to do something else. Oh, really?
Starting point is 01:16:25 That's what I've heard. Hey, who knows how true that is? What they say. I got to say that right now. That's what they say. There you go. By the way, the follow-up to the story yesterday, the University of Virginia student that did the shooting and killed those people, he is in custody after the fatal shooting
Starting point is 01:16:40 of three football players. A 22-year-old university of Virginia students suspected of fatally shooting three members of his former football team is in custody after a 13-hour manhunt. Lunchbox, should read this story? Yeah, they were returning from a field trip to D.C. When they, at the beginning, they didn't know if he was on the bus, but he shot at the bus and fled in his SUV.
Starting point is 01:17:02 And they don't know a motive at this time. Because they all played football. Yes. But he had been flagged by the university police for having a gun. And then also he was a part of a hazing incident. they were investigating, but the people wouldn't cooperate, so the investigation was dropped, and, uh... That's a terrible, terrible story.
Starting point is 01:17:21 And the guy's dad, the one that did it, came out. I was like, I'm so sorry, I don't know what happened. Like, he was just, ugh. Heartbreaking. Top three songs in country music. Number three, Morgan Wallin, you proof. I need something you prove. Number two, Thomas Wretton Riley Green, half of me.
Starting point is 01:17:35 Half of me wants a cool. Number one, Tyler Hubbard, five foot nine. God makes five foot. Number one, pop song is from Steve. Lacey called Bad Habit. Number one dance song, David Geddon, Bibi Rexa. I'm good. I'm good, yeah, I'm feeling all right.
Starting point is 01:17:54 Baby, I'm gonna have the best. I'm bloop. I'm bloop. I'm blue. Dada, da, da, da, da. Recognize that. You kids don't even know how good that song was. Lunchbox.
Starting point is 01:18:03 If you want an update, I found out how you repair it. Be gentle with your words, please. Yeah, if the, like, if it's shut off, if it's completely lost, the gold standard is taking tissue from elsewhere on the body to reconstruct the organ. That's not going to look right. I wonder if it looks. I mean, I wonder if it still works.
Starting point is 01:18:20 I doubt it could work the same. Is it like a prosthetic? You can still have relations. Okay. Yeah. That's what it says. All right, that's the news. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:18:31 Bobby's big. Stories. Okay. I got some other facts. No, we're good. You want to know where the most... No, no, no, we're facted out on this. Okay.

Hey, Bobby, I like to send her matches to Amy Tell her don't sell her toes for $250. Her toes were more than that. Oh, I thought he was going to say,
Starting point is 01:22:25 don't sell her toes because that would be gross. Right. Yep. What on earth? But now it's just my toes? He thinks they are more valuable than that. Like how much? Yeah, how much will this guy pay for it?
Starting point is 01:22:36 Well, you're asking, but you're not going to do it. True. I don't think I could sell any part. But yeah, it is. That's a delayed answer. If someone said this, what if someone hit you up? Said, hey, we're doing a ankle bracelet jewelry line. We'd like to give you $250 to put this jewelry line and feature it.
Starting point is 01:22:54 Oh, yeah, I'd actually be like, oh, probably a little more. I take it, yes. Right. So, who cares what they do with the pictures? $250, $250, man. Her feet. Count me in. No one's asking me for my feet.
Starting point is 01:23:09 Okay. This guy's trying to get Amy to send him a, picture of her feet for $250. I'm thinking about sneaking a picture of her feet and sending it to them for $100. I mean, y'all convince me that it's harmless and I should just do it, but I don't know. I guess I would feel weird.
Starting point is 01:23:28 Money. It's nothing illegal. Nothing. Yeah. Feel that green. It's nothing, yes. Let's go to Steve in Ohio. Steve, you're on the air. What's up, buddy? Morning, studio. Morning. Hey, so I work for an exterior home remodel company here in Canton, Ohio.
Starting point is 01:23:47 And I wanted to just give LB some advice as far as the fact that he's waited five or six months to get his roof repaired. Yeah, five months. It's probably in the long run going to cost him thousands more if he doesn't get it fixed relatively. Why is that? So Woodrott sets in anywhere from one to six months. months after Wood's been exposed to the elements. He's got several holes in his roof
Starting point is 01:24:19 and obviously it's rained there in Nashville I would assume several times since it happened. Today. Yeah, today. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. It Luxembourg's left two huge holes in his roof in case you're new to the show because you wanted to get a reality show where they would come in and fix your house. Yeah. Except the reality show was never
Starting point is 01:24:35 by fixing your house. It's about remodeling. Right, but when you're remodeling you're going to add things so you're going to have to take off part of the roof. So why would I put a new roof on for them to just destroy the roof when they're remodeling. They don't usually take out a roof unless they're adding it. They don't really like to add something up there. They decided not to use you.
Starting point is 01:24:51 So here you are sitting with two holes in your roof. You haven't fixed. Children living in the house. Three holes, but yes. Yeah, and then, yeah, yeah. Now a hole and it's just your. Yeah, and then I got a hole somewhere else now. Okay. Steve, I appreciate that.
Starting point is 01:25:04 But what do you think about this? He's saying it's going to cost you more. That's what insurance is for. I'm going to file an insurance claim. If I didn't get on reality TV, then you have to go to the insurance. And the insurance had to pay for it. That's why you have insurance. So we'll figure it out.
Starting point is 01:25:18 Still got dreams about reality TV. He's all none. You're using those holes. He's all none. As a ways to get on reality television. Yes. Like, you know, like, oh, you know what I mean? We're down on our luck.
Starting point is 01:25:28 Can come save us? Have you gone? Have you gone? Is that your police help me voice? Yeah. I was like, I got three holes in my room. I got three kids. And they look and see what your job is.
Starting point is 01:25:38 And they're like, shut up. Amy, what is the thing where if you get in a car right? I could text somebody. Oh, so my friend Aaron Opria, she, like, posted on Instagram, I thought this was the coolest thing. Her husband was in a car accident. Airbags went off. I mean, it was pretty bad. And she instantly got a notification either from his iPhone or his Apple Watch, whatever.
Starting point is 01:25:58 It detected that he was in a crash. His stuff called 911 for him. Then she got a note saying, hey, your husband's in a car accident. 911's been notified. This is his location. So she knew everything because obviously if he's, you know, he could. be he wasn't but the person that's in an accident could be knocked out and all the people the emergency people are contacted your loved ones are contacted I just thought it was really cool feature and it tells you
Starting point is 01:26:22 how to get to them yeah because she could see on a map where he was so is it something you have to set on your phone yeah good question I need to ask her about that I just saw her post about it on instagram and she was like this is a really cool feature and this is how I found out and ever I saw her reposting people asking her about it and I just thought wow once my daughter starts driving we're enacting now there's the life 360 app which is different, like, and we've got that on her phone. And if she's in a car accident or if she even is speeding, I'll get a notification. Does she know that? Yeah. About the speeding? Yeah. That's cool. Why do you say it like that? Yeah, I don't think she knows about that. Yeah. Here's the thing if it was on an Apple watch, because I have an Apple watch that I wear and I work out in,
Starting point is 01:26:59 I know what I'd be trying to do. I would try to run as fast as I can with it on. Stop real quick. Just say if I could set it off. You like run into things? Yeah, that's about my challenge. It would be me trying to, trying to set it off by not being in a car wreck. And then call Caitlin. notification? No? Okay, let me try again. But then you're going to be the boy that cried wolf and when you really are in a wreck or something, Caitlin's going to be like, ugh, annoying. I agree with everything you're saying, but I also know me and I'm like, challenge accepted. Yeah. I saw the new Black Panther made a ton of money movie Mike. Did you like it? It was incredible. Really? It was really good. What if you didn't
Starting point is 01:27:32 have the hype going into it? Would it still have been great? Oh yeah, even without the hype. What do you give it? I mean, it's my first five out of five of the year. It's a perfect movie. Nothing I could say could take away for how and what that movie meant to me and how it felt. I think it's a perfect movie. Why? It's so emotional within the first scene of how they handled, like, the real life passing of Chadwick Boseman and the tributes they had in that. I felt something while watching that. Do they address it like they knocked down the fourth wall?
Starting point is 01:27:59 No. But the way they handled it was so well done. And you can even feel like the actors like going through that as their characters. So that was, yeah, that was a lot. How long was it? It was long. Two hours and 40 minutes. Oh, no. Two movies. I feel like it's warranted. There's so much
Starting point is 01:28:16 great character development in this movie and just the journey they go on. I think it's worth it. It does feel long, but it's a worthy investment. You gave it five out of five. Five out of five. I never do that. Morgan, do you watch it? Yeah, I went and saw it on opening night, and I'm the same as Mike. I gave it five out of five. It's so
Starting point is 01:28:32 good. I cried multiple times throughout the movie. Is it the greatest superhero movie of all time? No. Not greatest of all time. Five out of five? But it's up there in the top five of all time. What about you? Yeah, I would agree. It's not the greatest of all time,
Starting point is 01:28:45 but it's definitely up there, my top five of favorite. It's just, they set it aside from so many different things of what they've done before and what it looks like and everything with Chadwick Boseman just made it that much more emotional.
Starting point is 01:28:56 Did they shoot this one differently? Was it, were there different stuff with the movie? It looks a lot better. Like just like graphics and stuff? Yeah. All the visual effects looks a lot better. It doesn't look like your traditional superhero movie. I think that's why.
Starting point is 01:29:09 What do you mean by that? It looks like a movie that could be nominated for an Oscar. It did give me some avatar vibes too. Meaning that we're experimenting in some of the visual ways? The villains in this are blue. And it looks, I'm glad this one came out first because it's going to be hard to differentiate the two. Okay.
Starting point is 01:29:26 Wow. Okay, five out of five. Both of you. Two, five out of fives. Okay, there you go. Anybody else have a movie review? Amy, did you watch a Christmas movie? Yes, I watched Falling for Christmas starring Lindsay Lohan.
Starting point is 01:29:38 She's bad. Is that on Netflix? She's back. She signed a three-picture deal with Netflix, and this is one of three. And how was it? I don't know when the other two were coming out, but I thought this one was great. Although you have to keep in mind, Christmas movies, the bar is set different than any other type of movie. I liked it.
Starting point is 01:29:53 I thought it was really good. I watched the whole thing, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. What do you give it? I give it three and a half out of five. Well, that doesn't sound as good as the rating the review. I liked it. I didn't say I loved it, but I said she's back. She is back.
Starting point is 01:30:09 I was more so watching her the whole time. I'm like, I'm so proud of her. Look at her. She's doing good. And at the end of the movie, they had all these outtakes, you know, when the credits are going. And it showed her being goofy on set.
Starting point is 01:30:20 And I was like, look at her. She's just being normal. I'm just happy to see her back at work. Your movie's coming out. The day after Christmas? Thanksgiving day after Thanksgiving. Yeah, it'd be terrible. It came out the day after Christmas.
Starting point is 01:30:31 Yeah, that's right. So it comes out Thanksgiving Day. I'd say you're a movie. You have a part in a movie that is called Holiday Harmony. Have you let movie mic review it yet? He's going to. Are you going to review it honestly, Mike? Be honest.
Starting point is 01:30:42 Yeah, I got to give it an honest review. Don't give it extra points. My credibility is on the line. Absolutely. Yeah. Are you nervous about it? I think that everybody that worked on this film, they're amazing and awesome. I think it's going to be great.
Starting point is 01:30:54 I'm nervous about the debut of my bathroom scene. That's my time to shine. And I have zero acting skills. So I can't be hard on myself. It is what it is. Have you seen the movie? I haven't yet. But Mike and I are getting an early screening.
Starting point is 01:31:08 and then we're going to, and then I'm going to be on this podcast. It's my first official interview as a movie star. How many lines of yours do you think they keep in the movie? Oh, they're all, my part is in there. It's locked in. It's a pivotal scene, so they can't cut it out. Yeah, that's what I thought. I thought that too, once.
Starting point is 01:31:25 And I had a bunch of stuff cut out. Yeah. No, no, no. I interviewed the writer-producer and then the main character for my podcast, but I'm saving it for Thanksgiving Day. So that's when it'll come out. But I already talked with them, and she's like, yeah, you did great. How many lines did you have?
Starting point is 01:31:38 I know. Well, I had some stuff on stage with Cicinian and then side stage and then I, at one point I introduced myself. Hi, I mean. And then when I get to the bathroom, it's probably one, two, three, four, five or more lines. Who had more lines? You were the other radio girl. Well, I don't know. She had a different scene without me in a different area. What if she's like a big star in it? No. No, I think we're equal. Oh, okay. But the bathroom scene is where that's the moment with the main character where, It shifts. Which direction will it go?
Starting point is 01:32:11 If the bathroom scene didn't exist, then there would be no nothing that happens after. So now are you thinking about doing more movies? You know I'm taking acting lessons? The writer-producer told me that my name has already come up. Oh, stop it. At other meetings. I knew you wouldn't believe me, so I have a clip.
Starting point is 01:32:26 Oh, you have a clip of the person telling you that? I have a clip of what she said. So basically what I... So you just happened to be recording when she said you... I was interviewing her from my podcast. Of course I was recording. That's true. You have me recording when you're interviewing at somebody.
Starting point is 01:32:37 So I had just revealed. to her that what that whole experience, it like lit like a curiosity in me to take acting lessons. Here you go. You are such a natural. Yes, acting does come with rejection, but I can't imagine it being a lot for you. We have already talked about using you in other movies. So that's probably going to happen soon. Wow.
Starting point is 01:33:02 Has she seen me? Has she seen my tape? Well, if you want me to send her your tapes. Don't do that. I can't wait until holiday harmony on Thanksgiving Day, HBO Max. Yeah. Can you believe she said that? Okay, Bobby, you tell me, do you think she was being nice?
Starting point is 01:33:18 Yes. What? That would be straight line, though. Why would she just said that? Why would she say, well, so no, she said. I think she was being nice and that. I think they're nice and she's on your podcast and she probably wants. But she didn't have to say that.
Starting point is 01:33:31 All I had said was I've started taking acting lessons and I'm sure there's going to be a lot of rejection. And then that was her answer. what she said was very nice. That was a question, right? No, the question was, has my name come up in movies there are already? Yes, if we put her on, she can promote our movie. Oh, man, thanks. No, that happens to all of it.
Starting point is 01:33:48 I mean, that's why. Well, okay. She did say you were talking about her, though. What did you think you were doing on your acting ability? I don't know. Maybe, but you asked if she should be nice. I thought she sounded very nice. Yes, she is very nice.
Starting point is 01:33:58 There you go. Okay, okay, okay. Amy, what I heard, it sounded like you were going to Hollywood. Like, she wants you go there to do more. Hollywood. Maybe. Maybe. That's what I heard.
Starting point is 01:34:06 I don't know. I just was caught off guard and it was unexpected. So yes, we'll see. Don't judge me on my first acting debut. We will because it is your acting debut. Eddie, what did you watch? A documentary? Oh my gosh. Killer Sally. Like, I went in because, you know, the video clip that it shows you when you just hover over the name of the movie. It's on Netflix. It's on Netflix. And you hover over it and it's about like a bodybuilder on steroids. Oh, I've seen her. She's massive. She's doing her arms up like muscular. Yeah. Well, it turns out that she killed her husband and like it's a. crazy story of them both being bodybuilders.
Starting point is 01:34:39 He would be physically abusive with her. Then one day she couldn't take it. Pop, pop, she kills him. But then the story. No, I mean, that's just kind of what the movie's about. And it goes into it right away. But the whole story of what happens after that and the investigation. And then she has two kids.
Starting point is 01:34:55 What happens to them? Dude, you're talking about three days of just thinking about this documentary. And I'm like, why did I watch this thing? Oh, is that sad? It's so sad. What do you give it? Just because it's so sad, three out of three muscles. Three out of five.
Starting point is 01:35:05 Three out of five muscles. He's so sad, he can't even count. Dude, it's terrible. It's like one of those, like, watch it. It's good, but don't watch it. So what do you give it? I'd say four out of five muscles. Okay, now he's going.
Starting point is 01:35:14 But don't watch it, though. Don't watch it, but it's four to five? Man, watch it. Yeah, it's pretty good. All right, well, there's a movie review. Thank you guys. Bobby Bone Show. Story up the day!
Starting point is 01:35:26 This story comes to us from Orlando, Florida. A 32-year-old man was wanted out of New York for stealing $150,000 in COVID relief funds. But he tells his family, hey, got all this money. Let's go to Disney. So they're walking through the Disney Park win. Oh, no.
Starting point is 01:35:43 There's a detective from New York on vacation with his family at Disney and recognizes him. That detective that was looking for him? Wow. What are the odds? He alerts Disney security. They follow him through the park. And when he leaves, they arrest him at the bus stop. I once saw Mr. Tallis and my geography teacher at Walmart in Texas.
Starting point is 01:36:01 And I'm from Arkansas. Wow, that's amazing. Really? Yeah, I was living in Arkansas. I mean, I was at home. That's where I moved. That's crazy. That's weird.
Starting point is 01:36:07 Went to Dallas with Church, Six Flags trip, and saw him Mr. Hollison, my geography teacher, like, in Walmart. I was like, there's no chance that's him. And so I called Disney Security and they arrested him. Yeah. No, when they arrested him, they started seeing it. It's a small world after all. That's funny. It's a small world.
Starting point is 01:36:23 No, they did it. In front of his kids? No, no, he's kidding. Oh. Okay, well, even still get him getting arrested in front of his kids. No, no, the kids weren't there. But if you get arrested in front of your kids, that's okay if you did bad stuff. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:36:33 They should have to go. You don't get a pass. They're coming in. They're charging you. Whoa, whoa! Got my kids here. Okay. Yeah, it's like when they came to my house,
Starting point is 01:36:40 the rest of my dad, I mean, they took him right out. When he was at Santa Claus, there was messing with touching kids. This was unpaid tickets, and the constable showed up at our house and we were getting ready for school and they knocked on the door
Starting point is 01:36:50 and they took my dad in the back of the car. Wait. Oh. It wasn't when he was touching kids at Santa Claus. No, no, he was not touching kids at Santa Claus. No, I know, but they thought he was. They did.
Starting point is 01:36:59 There was someone with the exact same name as my dad that had been accused of touching kids and they had news called our house. Allison said, are you going to be Santa Claus again this year even after the accusations? And my dad's like, I have no idea what you're talking about. And then you watch the news that night and his name is on the news. But not him. But not him.
Starting point is 01:37:17 It was not him. That's a story right there. That is. But also after all of these years, we're just now finding out lunchbox saw his dad get arrested. Do you remember that? He's told that before, I think. No, no, I've seen him get arrested at my house and on my birthday one time down on 6th Street. He's gotten arrested that many times.
Starting point is 01:37:33 Hey. What happened there? We were going to Esther Follies. We'd gone to dinner and he got a comedy show. Yeah, comedy show. And he got pulled over. And once again, he didn't have a driver's license. And he had unpaid tickets.
Starting point is 01:37:48 So he had a warrant. So they pulled him over and they took him down to jail. He's got to learn to pay tickets. But he didn't have a driver's license either. Like he, I don't think he's had a driver's license in 20 years. Okay. Still drive? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:38:01 Yeah. Yeah. Like to go to his high school reunion. He's thrown his dad into the bus Literally as we do the show. He went to the airport and he didn't have a driver's license. He used his high school ID to get through security. Are they like, sir?
Starting point is 01:38:15 Like his ID from, I mean, when he was in high school, I mean, 40 years ago. Yeah. They were cool with that? Yep. Was it like chiseled on a tablet? You can barely read it. And that's crazy. I'll see my dad get arrested twice in front of me.
Starting point is 01:38:27 Wow. This is crazy. Yeah, so my uncle, they had to miss the comedy show and he had to go get him out of the jail. God forbid. Out of the jail. Not the comedy show. We're back on the guy that was what I said Disney World?
Starting point is 01:38:39 Yeah, so it's a small world after all. I'm Lunchbox. That's your Bonehead Story of the Day. Oh, Lynn Goodman, the old guy from Dancing with the Stars. The one who was always really hard on me. He's retiring. Oh. You know, those guys, Lynn and then also the other guy with the dark hair.
Starting point is 01:38:56 What was his name? You remember it. That's awesome of you. But they would fly back and forth constantly from the UK to America I could do both those shows. Oh, really? All the time. So they were going back and forth, but Lynn's 78 years old. Off camera, Bruno.
Starting point is 01:39:12 Bruno. That's it. Off camera, Lynn was actually quite nice, but they wouldn't like you to talk to them a lot while you were doing the show. I was lucky enough to spend a little time with them a couple times during the season, but then afterward, he was awesome. And that character, is that of a character he played, kind of the crotchety old guy?
Starting point is 01:39:32 Yeah, now, Lynn was, he was like a ballroom dancer like back on the day, right? Like a really good dancer. I think they both were. Him and Bruno. Okay. So, but Lynn's going to retire. Here is some audio of his announcement. As this will be my last season judging on Dancing with the Stars.
Starting point is 01:39:48 I've been with the show since it started in 2005, and it has been a huge pleasure to be a part of such a wonderful show. I'd also like to say, Bobby still sucks. Yeah. He made that clear. Hey, Mike, are they still comparing, is it Vinny to me? He got kicked off. Oh, he did. Oh, well, then definitely.
Starting point is 01:40:10 They'll never be another name. Yeah. Everybody that goes on that show and gets some sort of love and isn't good, all of a sudden I start getting trashed again. I look at my DM, it's like people just ripping on me. And I'm like, bro, I'm just here watching Yellowstone. Like, I got nothing going on. I didn't say anything. I didn't do anything.
Starting point is 01:40:27 But he didn't win, huh? I don't know anybody that's watching it. now because it's not on television. It's on Disney Plus. And I don't really watch a lot of television. I only watch streaming. But even then, we're not trained to watch live programming yet on the streaming platforms. Yeah, that's weird. So has anybody watched any of it? No. Me either. I don't hate it. I just haven't watched it at all. But I never saw an episode before I went on. And then I don't think if someone said so. I guess when I went, I watched Lauren Elena. When you went back? Yeah. I went to watch her. That's it. We're out of here. We hope you guys have a great day.
