Starting point is 00:00:00 This is an I-Heart podcast. Guaranteed Human. On paper, the three hosts of the Nick Dick and Poll show are geniuses. We can explain how AI works, data centers, but there are certain things that we don't necessarily understand. Better version of Play Stupid Games, win Stupid Prizes. Yes. Which, by the way, wasn't Taylor Swift, who said that for the first time.
Starting point is 00:00:23 I actually thought it was. I got that wrong. But, hey, no one's perfect. We're pretty close, though. Listen to the Nick Dick and Paul show on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Saturday, May 2nd, country's biggest stars will be in Austin, Texas. At our 2026 IHeart Country Festival presented by Capital One. Tickets are on sale now.
Starting point is 00:00:45 Get yours before they sell out at Ticketmaster.com. That's Ticketmaster.com. This is Saigon, the story of my family and of the country that shaped us. From IHeart Podcasts. You don't think I'm serious about a free Vietnam? One city, a divided country, and the war that tore America apart. It's for Vietnam. They're pouring patril all over here.
Starting point is 00:01:08 Freedom for Vietnam! There's a fire coming to this country, and it's going to burn out everything. Listen to Saigon on the I-Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. The pants that Tom Brady wore in his last ever NFL game went up for auction. $89,000. Like, that's what it's being auctioned off for? Someone paid that. Sold.
Starting point is 00:01:36 Wow. Dang. Wow. That's crazy. Like, why? TMZ Sports has learned. The unique piece of sports memorabilia went to the highest bidder. They thought it would go for like 10 grand and went for $89,000.
Starting point is 00:01:50 The pants are the football pants. I don't know what pewter is, but it's the buck's dark color that's kind of like a gray. Yeah, like goldish. That's pew. Yeah, if you said what's pewter, I wouldn't know what pewter was. So it's like pewter and red and bucks lost to the Cowboys, NFC Wildcard game, 2023, and $89,100. That's bizarre. That's crazy. Who gets that money?
Starting point is 00:02:15 The person who owns them. So somebody probably saved them, grabbed them. Like equipment guy? Could have been. Could have been somebody who bought them in an auction previously, and then they sell them for more. Okay, I was just picturing Tom being like, well, here's these pants. He needs more money. He'll help me make some money.
Starting point is 00:02:32 Put him on his eBay. That's a wild. This might pay $89,000. You didn't see that up for auction? I'd have bought it. I've been buying all the Caitlin Clark stuff. I ain't worried about the Tom Brady stuff right now. But all the Tom Brady stuff is really expensive because he's kind of peaked.
Starting point is 00:02:45 He's a goat. Until he dies and it goes up again. Which I hope he doesn't die. Well, he will eventually. Reverse, rest in peace. That means don't die. We have Kim back on the phone from earlier in the show. Hey, Kim, good morning.
Starting point is 00:02:58 Good morning. Okay, so Kim said her husband bought tickets for them to go to Chris Ableton. and he bought them not sitting by each other. Because that was all that was available. And so we talked about that. And I mentioned to Kim, I have a connection. Chris Stapleton and I, we have the same manager. And so Kim, this is what I can do if you would like it.
Starting point is 00:03:17 And I would be happy to do it. So don't go, no, don't do it. I know it's sold out. And the show's in Kansas City, what, in two days? Tomorrow? When is it? Yes, tomorrow night. I can buy you two tickets together.
Starting point is 00:03:29 They may not be as good because it sounds like yours are good. but I can buy them in like the, they're already sold out, but we still have some that we hold back section and gift them to you just for being awesome, being a listener. If you would like to sit by your husband, I have no problem with that. I can even buy them for you and you just say you're going to go and then get there and be like, nah, and then go sit in your other ones. And you can then sell it. It's up to you, but I would like to do that for you if you would like to sit by your husband. Well, I don't really know what to say. I would love to sit by my husband.
Starting point is 00:03:59 But, done. Okay. Done, easy. No, I want to do it for you. So that's not a big deal. So don't let you not wanting me to pay for them keep you from doing it. Only if you don't want to sit by your husband or if you're worried. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:04:12 Okay. I want to sit by my husband. So did you tell him you were on the radio talking about this? Did I tell them yesterday. I had talked to you. Yeah. So what we're going to do then, I'm going to fill this out. We're going to save your information.
Starting point is 00:04:29 We're going to get you the tickets. We're going to have them at Will Call. We'll tell you everything on the phone, okay? Okay. So don't be hard to find in the next, like, hour or so. Okay. And then call me back, like, if the show's tomorrow, right? Yeah, tomorrow evening.
Starting point is 00:04:45 Okay, then call me back Thursday morning and tell me how it went and have to see it for any good. Okay. I will do. Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much. You're welcome. Ramundo, if you'll put her on hold. All right.
Starting point is 00:04:57 And then let's do this. and then let's get her some tickets and hopefully it goes well. And also if you get there and you're like, get there early and be like, I don't like these seats, then sell them. Ooh. And keep your other ones.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Or then sell the ones up front. I'm not going to hate on you for making a good business. The single ones? Either one. Yeah. So, yeah. Sold out, but I got her. And they got to be pretty good
Starting point is 00:05:20 because I'm actually paying for them. They're not like free comps. You know? Free comps, I put you in the bathroom. They put you in the bathroom. You'd listen to the vent. You know what I mean? Okay.
Starting point is 00:05:28 So we'll handle that. If you guys want to call us, I'm done with free stuff today, though, so no more for calls. That's it. I'm done with that. But if you want to call us, if you have a question or a comment, give us a call. 877-77-Bobby. That's our phone number, 877-B-O-B-B-Y. This mom was talking about how certain things that our kids do counts as a bath.
Starting point is 00:05:50 That's not a bath. We'll talk about that coming up in a few minutes. And then also, you know, we're talking about Tom Brady and those pants he sold. I guess he didn't sell them, but they were his. Share sold her her 1972 Ferrari which I guess
Starting point is 00:06:03 that's cool because it was shares for $568,000 Wow like memorabilia is a thing and you're in on it kind of you're leaving the tar
Starting point is 00:06:14 like I like it I do it but I don't do stuff like that I can't imagine yet yeah there you go I don't know I cannot imagine
Starting point is 00:06:24 buying Tom Brady's pants his last can for, they thought it was going to go for $10,000. Do you think two dudes just looked at each other and like, oh, you think you're better than me? And they just kept raising the price. Yeah, right? At an auction?
Starting point is 00:06:36 Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I picture those paddles going up and they're like, what? And paddle. It had to be online though, right? When I'm on eBay, though, I want, like, I hate the people I'm bidding against and I have no idea who they are. Just so you do it. I hate them. I hate their guts.
Starting point is 00:06:49 I hate everything about them. But I don't know who they are. And I'll do the thing. I've been trying to get like Caitlin Clark sign stuff. and I'll do the thing where I jump in like with four seconds left and try to hijack the auction. But everybody does it at once. And I think I'm like 0 for 11. Maybe you've got to figure out a new strategy.
Starting point is 00:07:05 Yeah. Maybe I need to go for like bigger things, like Tom Brady pants. Or shares Ferrari. This Ferrari looks awesome. And I know nothing about cars. All right, call us back in a second. And then you turn the radio on and the dials us if you're going to turn. I'm never trying to put you through.
Starting point is 00:07:31 It's like these right. Wigs next trip And Bobby's on the So you know what this This is the Bobby Vaughn's Oh Let's do the news Bobby's big
Starting point is 00:07:46 Stories Man they were on a flight I don't know the difference In these big airplanes That fly people around Airbus A320 And it was like a big Like a big commercial flight
Starting point is 00:07:57 And it started hailing so bad It started damaging the nose of the plane The cockpit windows Oh I didn't know it hailed up there. Yeah, I don't know when up there hails
Starting point is 00:08:11 and when it doesn't. Right, right. Like, at what level can you not get held upon? I just always thought it started with water and then slowly freeze, froze it on the way down or whatever. A mayday call was made as the plane was traveling through a severe weather patch.
Starting point is 00:08:23 I guess it could have been on the way down. Plain crew said they did not see any indication of stormy weather on the path. Emily Oakley, a passenger aboard the chaotic flight told ABC News are about 20 minutes from landing, so they had to be on the descent,
Starting point is 00:08:35 as they say. And they enter. a cloud of hail. Oh, gosh. That sounds like. The plane took about two minutes or less to fly through the hail storm, but phones and cups flew all around the plane. People are screaming. It did land safely.
Starting point is 00:08:52 When they landed, part of the nose was missing. Oh. The pilots did an excellent job keeping things as smooth. No passengers were injured. New York Post. You don't want the, like, microphone to actually be on. into the plane, you hear the pilot's like, oh, F, oh, F, oh, oh, God, oh, what are you doing? We're not going to make it.
Starting point is 00:09:12 Oh, crap, I never had it. You want to make sure that thing is not on. Oh, that's scary me to. I don't even like flying down in rain. I don't even like flying. Let's just be honest. I don't know how they get that big, heavy thing up so high. And how it just stays and it doesn't just fall and crash sometimes.
Starting point is 00:09:27 It's crazy. Science, man. Whether you want to help the planet or it's just easy, they say it's good to pee in the shower. Every time you pee in the shower is the time when you don't have to flush the toilet. So you're saving gallons of water, which long term is helping the planet. So the more you pee in the shower, the more water you save. Urine is non-toxic, so it's totally fine health-wise to pee in the shower from Prevention Magazine. And you're saving water.
Starting point is 00:09:49 I mean, I do it. Amy, why are you? urine is non-toxic. I know we hear it's sterile, like it's okay, but so, hmm. Yeah, I read some words on a piece of paper. I have no idea. I know, but, like, I just don't want to touch urine. I call that anywhere.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Like, and then if y'all are going to take on to this, you all have to, like, pee, right? right into the drain. That's the goal. You can't be like throwing it around all of the shower. So when someone steps in there, like, I don't want to step on it. Well, the water washes it around. Y'all, because even, you know,
Starting point is 00:10:17 we target all the time. But we have a pointer. I know, and still doesn't make it in. And it's a game to us every single time. Okay. Right? Yeah, if you put like a little basketball hoop in the toilet, a guy would never miss.
Starting point is 00:10:31 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because we're just like lazy or it's lower to half asleep. But if you put like a little, a goal in there. Okay. that we would never miss. It's a good idea. Maybe that's, ooh, new business plan, little goals for toilets. Or like a golf, like a golf flagstick.
Starting point is 00:10:46 That'd be cool. Yeah, because we are just idiots. And we need a reason to actually commit to making the pee. Otherwise, we're just going to like, if it goes on it goes in. Next up, if you're having a hard time waking up in the morning, they say it's good to swear to yourself. Cursing activates part of the brain that's vital to the fight or flight response. Other words don't have the dramatic effect on you. hearing yourself swear gives you a jolt of energy because you associate that with when you need a jolt of energy or when something has so much energy it makes you say that right but when i say that
Starting point is 00:11:17 like i'm normally like yes in a stress mode so why would i want to do something to put myself in fight or flight yeah and if you can't wake up are you insulting yourself or you just saying depends it depends why you're cursing yourself like if you're so blank and good looking loser That's different. I think about that. If you're a blank and loser, it's, again, different. That is from CyBlog, an online psychological research site. Experts say knitting is great for your mind. Research has found that knitting provides a sense of calm.
Starting point is 00:11:46 20 to 30 minutes a day of knitting leads to better social interaction with peers and increased feelings of well-being. This is from the Journal of Occupational Science. I would say it's based on focus. Anything you can focus on that removes, and sometimes we don't, we're not able to focus because there's so much. stimuli happening. I would say it presents a focus. We have got to be focused. Therefore, we're not overrun with all the good, the bad, the just stuff. That's why I tend to puzzle way more when life is really complicated. What puzzle? Yeah. Like when I was, when life was really crazy, I was puzzling all the time, like doing puzzles and I felt it was odd because I never liked
Starting point is 00:12:26 to do a puzzle before, but it was actually very therapeutic for me. Just focus. Right. You have to knitting puzzles. It's why I like to play Madden on PlayStation. because I play like two games. Madden or basketball, football or basketball. And it's the only time I really can just like relax. If I could do that in a bubble bath, oh my God, I'm afraid I dropped the control in. But are you really relaxing? You're stressed out about the game, right?
Starting point is 00:12:48 Yeah, you're freaking out about what play. I don't know if I'm stressed, but I'm focused only on that because I've got to control everything. It's pretty cool. Like I promise you, I'm not just saying this because I like to play. But it is the only thing that I can do to kind of just relax and stop thinking. the world. It's a good narrative for you to keep up. Yeah, man. It's not a narrative. Especially with your wife. It's not a narrative.
Starting point is 00:13:09 All you guys can shut up. Okay, moving on. An Oregon man was stranded after he plummeted off an embankment. His dog ran four miles to get help. An Oregon man and his four dogs drove off an embankment. It stranded him in the woods and police said one of his dogs stepped into help by running four miles to alert people that something was wrong. Garrett had been traveling north and his dogs were all in the car and he didn't, they say, negotiate the curve properly. one of the dogs just took off. And the other three dogs are alive.
Starting point is 00:13:37 That's a crash scene. I wonder if the guy starts looking at him going. I wonder which one of you I'm going to eat first. The dogs? What? That's a, like, no. It's an animal. No, I know, but I'm just saying maybe it's on a bit.
Starting point is 00:13:48 Because, again, I'll go back to flying. As soon as we hit that hail, that turbulence, I'm looking around. Who am I going to eat first? Humans. Yeah, I'd rather eat a dog than a human. Yeah, but the dog runs somewhere. Depends how much I love the dog. And the dog runs somewhere.
Starting point is 00:14:00 Then how does he tell people, hey, we need to go this way. four miles back. Yeah, I have no idea. It doesn't even say that. But he ran four miles to find someone and then what? Yeah. My dogs were just found a new home. They stay with someone.
Starting point is 00:14:13 They would have lived with whomever they found there. Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is engaged. I don't know how big of a story this is, but I brought it at lunchbox because you love teen mom. Wow. You didn't know that? No, I didn't know that. I thought he got like alerts on his computer every time. It's teen mom alerts.
Starting point is 00:14:28 A source reportedly close to Portwood says that she said yes to her proposal for from Gary within the last two weeks. Do you know Gary? Don't tell me that she's getting back with her dude from the original baby daddy. The ring Portwood was given was reported to have been crafted from a family stone that was reset into a new ring from Us Weekly.
Starting point is 00:14:46 Never seen this dude. Different Gary? Different Gary. Boy, that's weird. That is so weird. That'd be tough. You can't be doing that. You have a kid with Gary. You can't marry a Gary. That's tough. Oh, another Gary. I think you've got to change a name. Gary has a Tuesday?
Starting point is 00:14:58 Yeah. I think you got to do. You can't help that, though. That's her name. Yeah, just guy. I think he changes it. What's his middle name? Lucas? Okay, you're now Lucas.
Starting point is 00:15:07 Yeah, that's so weird. But congrats. We had Amber Portwood in our studio. You know that, right? Huh? We had her in our studio. We did? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:15 Did we know? Yeah, you guys surprised me with her. We did? Yes. Wow. I don't remember that. When I say surprise me with her, like, she didn't come out of a cake or anything.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Right, right. She just came in the studio. Was she a teen? No, I think she was written. a book. And you guys brought her and Kaelin in here. Oh, I'm looking at pictures. This is from 2014. Yeah. 10 years ago. Who do we
Starting point is 00:15:39 just talk to on the phone? Who's building like a business? Chelsea House. Okay. She's very successful. Yeah, very. And then there's a Macy Bookout? Maye Bookout. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She's out in Chattanooga. Which one was in jail? Amber Portwood. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:53 What else you need to know? All right, that's the news, thanks. Those were Bobby's Stories. Hey, Ernest, what's up? Look. Starting point is 00:17:16 I think I had like $200 in my savings account, and my mom goes, what are you going to do? And I was like, I'll figure it out. We got a one-bedroom apartment for like $400 a month, and we all could not afford. Like, I was like, how am I going to make $100 a month? I'm opening up like I've never before. For those of you who think you know me from what you've seen on social media, get ready to see a whole new side of me.
Starting point is 00:17:37 Listen to Against All Odds with Iris Palmer as part of the My Cultura podcast network available on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. I went and sat on the little ottoman in front of him. I said, hi, dad. And just when I said that, my mom comes out of the kitchen. She says,
Starting point is 00:18:00 I have some cookies and milk. This is a badass convict. Right. Just finished five years. I'm going to have cookies and milk at them all. Yeah. On the Ceno Show podcast, each episode invites you into a raw, unfiltered conversations about recovery, resilience, and redemption.

Starting point is 00:18:45 And listen now. How do you feel about this mom saying that going to the pool counts as a bath? Not in my opinion. No. No. I mean, but I get it. Like, you just want your kids to get sort of rinsed off a little bit. But other kids are in the pool.
Starting point is 00:19:01 There's all kinds of germs. And there's the chlorine. But it's chlorine bad? Or does it clean you? For me, if I'm in it too much, my skin gets irritated. Like, I'll get little bumps, so I want to wash it off. Would you let your kids skip a bath if they've gone to the pool? I prefer they shower, but I'm sure they have done that.
Starting point is 00:19:18 Thoughts on pool is bath, lunchbox? I'd do it all done. That's what I did growing up. If you went to the pool, it was a bath because chlorine kills germs. That's why they put chlorine in the pool is to kill germs. So why. Does he know that for sure? Yeah, 100%.
Starting point is 00:19:32 That's why they put chlorine in the pool. in the pool. And so you have chlorine to kill the germs. So if the kids are swimming in the pool, the germs are killed. They're getting out. They're clean. I mean, we went to the pool yesterday. Kids had Cheetos and peanut butter and jelly all over their face, jump in the pool. Guess what? They got out. They were clean. That was their bath. All right. Go ahead. According to the Google, lingering chlorinated water on the skin surface can cause allergic reactions and make existing skin conditions worse. So taking a quick shower after swimming is definitely effective to get these chemicals off your body.
Starting point is 00:20:02 But can. Doesn't mean they will. Yeah. Or you can just wipe it off with a towel when they get out. You dry them. Ever think about that? I don't think you wipe chemicals off. I've been less than time. So yes, a shower and pool are the same thing. It's not the same. And your house is the same. 100%. Yeah, I don't know. I guess I'm not shocked. Eddie would say that. I didn't think anybody would jump in with a yes,
Starting point is 00:20:21 but I guess I'm not that shocked. Eddie? No, I mean, have my kids done it? Yes, 100%. But no, if we get a chance, we rinse off after we get out of the pool. If you get a chance. So there might not be a chance there. Correct. Hey, who knows, man? Maybe it's a busy day.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Exactly. What can you do? So sometimes the pull does count on the back. Sometimes. I want to go talk to John in North Carolina. He's got an interesting question. Hey, John, you're on the show. What's up, buddy?
Starting point is 00:20:43 Hey, how are you all doing today? We're doing pretty good. Good morning to Team Bobby Dune. Thank you, buddy. Well, my thing is, I've been in North Carolina, I was trying to talk about Washington, and we got a bunch of seniors to decide to do a senior prank
Starting point is 00:20:57 at our local high school, Well, one of them, evidently his daddy used to be a assistant coach, he had a key to the school. But he got the key, and the children or young adults went into the school on a senior crank, and he went into the cafeteria and ran to that cafeteria. They tore up a bunch of chapter tables, and they sat there's tables, they stayed at the tables almost anywhere from $3,000 to $3,000 a table. Tore up chairs. They took, rode on the mirrors and walls and windows with more.
Starting point is 00:21:29 They put rubber ducts and balloons all over the floor. The egg, your turkey case, and damage it severely. And they poured oil and stuff on the floor. And, you know, assistant coach went in, I guess, look at the damage, and he sat down and injured itself, not really bad. The thing is, the alarm system wasn't working. It hadn't been working most of the year. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:53 And the cameras were working. So they identified 47. students. Oh my gosh. He's the 17 to 18 year old students that were doing a school prank. Yep. To start with, if you're going to school, they aren't supposed to, that's breaking and entering. They're trespassing. But the thing against me is the community.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Most of the community doesn't think that they, anything should happen to them. Maybe they should have to do some community turks. Well, what happened is when you damage stuff, it's a whole new ballgame with what a prank is allowed to be. If you break stuff, if you damage stuff, that's when it becomes problematic. If you go on, you put all the ducks and you maybe throw a few eggs on stuff. Okay, it can be annoying. But that's not, let's get the legal system involved.
Starting point is 00:22:41 But when you start breaking stuff, it's for sure. And they broke in the school. Yeah. I don't even mind that as long as they don't break anything. If they get in the school, but they didn't break in that a key. An insider. If you don't break anything, you don't hurt anybody, I'm pretty okay with school pranks. But there's a fine line because as soon as you do what they did, then it's trouble.
Starting point is 00:23:02 Then it's somebody's got to pay for this financially. And then you have literally broken the law. You don't get carte blanche to run around and do whatever you want because you're graduating. So, yeah, John, I'd be ticked if I were you. And how do the 47 kids not blab that they're going to go into a school? Yeah, that's impressive. Like that right there's so impressive. It's almost like you'd let them do it.
Starting point is 00:23:21 No, you don't, though, but you don't. Yeah, no, I would be mad because you can't do that. You can't tear stuff up. So what's the consequence? They have to pay for it. in has been identified, they have to do community service. They got to pay for it. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:23:31 You do a freaking car wash or something, losers. Okay, okay. So go, what you did, that's loser. Now, if you prank and you do little flags and ducks and eggs, that's not loser, but it's annoying. But what you did is loser. Vandalism. Yeah, you can't go break and stuff.
Starting point is 00:23:48 What about holding them back a year? No. Too much? Two years. Whoa. You got to set the precedent. Let's go. Nobody goes to college.
Starting point is 00:23:55 I mean, that'll get the job done right there. That's right. That's right. I don't know about that. Start over. Kindergarten. Oh, all the way back? Yes. Go full Billy Madison. You got to pass every grade now. If I were the judge, I'd be creative with my sentencing, and they need to pay for it, and that sucks. And you need to set an example.
Starting point is 00:24:13 Absolutely. But having something on their record that could be crazy for their future. They get no record anymore. They have to start over with a new name. Oh, man. Start up reset. Yep. John, I'd be mad if I're you because I'm kind of mad right now. Well, they were not allowed to walk across the podium with the rest of the school. And one of them was the valedictorian that was involved in. It was all people with the high schools and school. We got a high couple of schools in school.
Starting point is 00:24:39 That's my whole graduating class, guys. I can't believe they don't let them walk the stage. That's a little stupid, too. No, I understand that. Yeah, I get it. I get it. That's not even a real punishment. It needs even more than that.
Starting point is 00:24:51 But the valedictorian, you think they would know the definition of vandalism versus prank. Yeah. But maybe some of the kids, and it doesn't matter, but some of the kids could have gone in with no intent of breaking stuff, and there's always a couple idiots. Like, oh, no. But yeah, you're involved in that. So now everybody must suffer the consequences.
Starting point is 00:25:10 That judge needs some ideas. Call me. Because I got a lot of them. Yeah, that sucks, John. I hate that for you guys. Your community doesn't deserve that. Those kids are really stupid. This will be a learning experience.
Starting point is 00:25:20 I agree. Nothing should probably be on the public record or the whatever they call it, Is there even a record? Let's be honest. Criminal record. Well, criminal, yes, but there's no like record record. They pull out a file cabinet. The council's like, ooh, there's a black mark. We probably shouldn't let.
Starting point is 00:25:34 That really isn't a thing. Well, when people say like this is off the record. Permanent record. That's not even a thing, right? Permanent record is a thing. No. It may be in a database somewhere. Yes, you have a record.
Starting point is 00:25:44 Criminal record, yes, but not permanent. No, it's like your rap sheet. That's a criminal record. That's a criminal record. Yeah. But in school. He was saying that some people in the community were like, no, they don't need any kind of
Starting point is 00:25:55 because he was saying they're 17, 18. So some of these kids, if they're 18, they're going to be tried as an adult. Well, I don't think they're going to sing-ting. Whatever that is. Fulsome. Permanent records don't really exist as far as what they would always tell us in school. Really? Criminal records do.
Starting point is 00:26:10 But they need to be punished. They need to be put in one of those things that we have here. Guillotine? Well, no, the guillotine chops off the head, guys. The one that, what's it called? The pillory. The pillory in the town. Let's forget it.
Starting point is 00:26:25 about that thing. They put their arms and head through and everybody throws eggs at them. Oh, man. That's actually not bad. They need to be punished. What's the name of your town? What's the name of your school, John? Hey, um, one thing, there's Washington High School. What is it called? And one of the things, the school superintendent, the people in charge of school, are still trying to decide if they want to turn it over to high enforcement. I'm okay with them doing that, but I don't know that they need to have it on their criminal because of it if they meet whatever the judge says they need to meet.
Starting point is 00:26:57 Also, there's been stories of times where, like, law enforcement has taken punishment into their own hands. Like when they've seen. Vigilantic justice. I'm up for that too. Yeah. Yeah. Let's meet them with a nightstick.
Starting point is 00:27:08 We talked about some kids did some stuff wrong and the police were like, hey, we could arrest these kids and it could be a whole thing or we could have them come and clean all of the cop cars at the station and they had to like work off. They did special circumstances that made the kids work it off to where they didn't have a record. They got to pay for all the stuff they broke, though. Yeah. Feels kind of lame. Maybe do a lottery, and whomever loses the lottery of all the kids that broke in,
Starting point is 00:27:30 they don't get to go to college. They lose all their scholarships. It's one. It's like when you play credit card roulette, you don't want to draw your credit card? I hated that game. That'd be five or six people at dinner, and you all put your credit cards in a hat, and the way to draw one that to pay for it all. It's a stupid game.
Starting point is 00:27:43 But you just pray to God. You don't let me be the one that's drawn. And then it's drawing, you're like, no, we pay for everybody. That's what you do. You're like a five-person lottery system with all 47 of them The five to get drawn have to take their scholarship money and donate it to charity and they don't go to college. That seems, I don't like that. But does the next class, do they react different because of this?
Starting point is 00:28:03 Oh, yeah. They will not be breaking in and doing this. Yes, they do. It's in Washington, North Carolina, guys, and the stuff by the district is being withheld. They're not showing anybody because they're deciding what to do with it according to the news. That's W-I-T-N. What's the school? Washington High.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Yeah. in Beaufort County Buford County. All right, John, appreciate that. We've given you guys a lot of ideas. I hope you guys run with them. I like the lottery,
Starting point is 00:28:27 win the best. Okay, y'all have a good day and take care. All right, see you, buddy. I think we just solved a small town's problem. This is one kid in trouble.
Starting point is 00:28:35 Boom. Lottery system. You're the one that has to die. No, no. This is not. Put him in the day for you. You're the one that has to die. That's it.
Starting point is 00:28:47 Zach Brown came over to the house. We talked for an hour. It's on the Bobbycast up today. But he talked about why he sleeps with a pee bottle, like a bucket, by his bed. Here you go. I use a pee bottle through the night because I got used to doing that when I'm touring because you're riding.
Starting point is 00:29:01 You know, we play three or four shows in a row. So I'm sleeping on my bus. The bus is going down the road. During that day, for my voice, I drank two gallons of water. So through the night, I'm going to peeve like two or three times. So I have to get my pee bottle right by the bed. So you don't have to get in it. Yeah, if you get up on a moving bus, and I have an overactive brain anyway.
Starting point is 00:29:16 You get up, you stub your toe, you bash your head in the wall. You're awake. And then it throws you off. So for people that have to do that, they make nice big ones with lids. So it's not, doesn't stink. It doesn't spill. It's like, you know the deal. That's my kind of guy right there.
Starting point is 00:29:28 Wow. Because he's like, if I just pee in the bucket, I don't wake up, really. I just pee right there and go back to sleep. So do you hit your head every time you go to the bathroom? Well, that bus is like moving around. Like I felt that more than anything ever. He's like got a road mine his whole life. My wife would hate, though.
Starting point is 00:29:46 If you had a people. Because the problem is I don't always do like normal things when I sleep. Like she'd wake up and be dumped over in the bed. Well, he said it has a lid. Yeah, okay. I wouldn't get the lid back on. Or I'd be having a dream that I was like drinking. No.
Starting point is 00:30:00 Like something would go on. But no, you don't want to wake up and he has to worry about his voice. So it gets a pee bucket with him. Apparently this is a thing because he talks about how they make them. And I just never have heard of this, which is genius for men. I mean, women can't really have a pee bottle. Why not? You do one of those funnels.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Yeah. Do a pee funnel. We put like pee pants on. Oh, yeah. Okay, why does all get up? Check out the Zach Brown interview. It's an hour of Zach and I just hanging out, chopping it up, talking about pee bottles. Two neurotic dudes.
Starting point is 00:30:31 Wow. Just layered in neurosis for an hour. Yeah, check it out. Elephants call each other by names, which is a crazy story, and I read into this one. And so the headline was these people at Colorado State, they were just basically recording everything that an elephant does. recording recording, recording, all the noises.
Starting point is 00:30:51 Elephants in Kenya and their natural habitat. And they started to reveal that certain specific tones, certain rumbles were exactly as they were before, and that they were towards specific elephants and that they could record that and play it, and that same elephant would look back. That was basically the name of the elephant. That's fascinating.
Starting point is 00:31:09 That's wild. I love it. Scientists played the sound of the herds and the elephant being called responded every time to the sound. Wow. Which that sound is that elephant's name or call. So I wonder if when they're like having the baby,
Starting point is 00:31:22 are they like, all right, do we call it? Ooh. That's a good point. I think someday we're going to hear this about plants. No, we already know that plants talk. They talk to each other. No, but I mean, like real. They scream.
Starting point is 00:31:36 We're going to have some sort of machine that actually hears them, like no English or whatever language they're in. Right. Plant language. Because they grow, they need sun, they have friends, they watch football. There's all the things. things that the plants do. They don't eat, they die.
Starting point is 00:31:51 Mm-hmm. But that doesn't mean they talk. Yes, it does. Oh, gosh. They have to communicate. They don't talk like us. Talking is different. Elephants don't talk, but they're communicating with sound.
Starting point is 00:32:00 But there are some sounds we don't even hear. Exactly. Because they're often. Like the plants. There's some things we can't even see. We can't see right now all the tchon tchons from cell phones in front of us. We can't see it. They're all over in front of us.
Starting point is 00:32:12 Oh, that's weird. We can't see because our eyes don't have certain amount of cones. Some colors that even animals. that even animals can see. So to think that we can hear and see everything, like that would just be ignorant, we cannot. But plants do have a form of communicating. I'm all, I'm pro-plant.
Starting point is 00:32:30 Give them a hug. You might smash it too hard though and break it. Hey, give them a little pet. Tell them you love them. Yeah, I saw that. They send tiny mist-like messages to each other if they're close enough through the air. That's amazing.
Starting point is 00:32:43 That's their communication. That's crazy. What about that one that went, Feed me a Seymour. Oh, that's a movie. That's a movie. That was a good movie. That was a good one. So, Lunchbox's car, he has an Ultima, and it has been on its last leg for a long time.
Starting point is 00:32:59 It's a 2005 ultima. How many miles? 217,000. What's wrong? Now it's, I think it's dead dead. What happened? Oh, man. Okay, don't do the crying.
Starting point is 00:33:10 I thought you've done this. Like 10 times. Yeah. But he keeps saying it's the last time ever. No, me and the four-year-old went to go pick up. groceries and he's like dad can we go on the highway i was like yeah we can go on the highway take a little lap on the highway in the car that your wife doesn't want to take your kids yeah she doesn't really like the kids going in the car and we came up to the top of a like and it is
Starting point is 00:33:30 it died right there died like going up the his favorite no no we got to the top and it was just like and so we were going like 60 and so i was like well it lost all power everything nothing so i just coasted it i was like might as well see how far we can get and I was able to make it to an exit take a right, take a left into a neighborhood and just roll and then it stopped.
Starting point is 00:33:56 Here he is trying to start his car. This is, yeah, when it came to a stop. That's it, man. Okay, so is it still there? It's still there. There's a lunchbox breaking the news to his wife. No, no. After a mile walk home,
Starting point is 00:34:18 carrying the groceries with my four-year-old. Go ahead. Well, that's a wrap on the Ultima. She died on me. Said bad words about her. Now she's dead. So is it dead dead? Watch home with the groceries.
Starting point is 00:34:39 Are you done with it? It's dead dead dead. So you're not going to come back again and be like, I'm getting another run. I mean, I can't. It doesn't start, it doesn't do anything. I know, but can't you take it somewhere to see if that's, no, no, no, I can't take it anywhere. It's on the side of the road. I got to go, I got to get a tow truck.
Starting point is 00:34:56 Is it in front of someone's house? It's in front of someone's house. Oh my. If you leave it there, will someone just pick it up and take it to the trash? He left it in front of someone's house and they put it in the back of a truck. And that's the day. And they took it all to the dump. And that's the day.
Starting point is 00:35:14 The autumn died. And we're singing. What are you going to get? No, I don't know. Right now my wife's driving a rental. What? Why is she driving a rental? Why aren't you?
Starting point is 00:35:29 No. If you let me finish my sentence, I would tell you. when we went to the when we get a rental they only had bigger vehicles and so she has to be able to fit the kids in the car so you're driving hers and she's driving a rental yeah
Starting point is 00:35:41 she's driving she's driving by lunchboxes what like it's just it's crazy like okay I'm not going to
Starting point is 00:35:52 we know we know no no no no just buying you car man but this is the final time remember when we got in trouble because he was like on the air asking for deals
Starting point is 00:35:59 at car dealership and random car dealership we're offering him deals and then our legal call to like you can't do that. Yeah. So dumb. But so. What?
Starting point is 00:36:08 I'm just, I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm going to have to get a tow. Here's what you're going to do. I'm going to get it towed to the house. But for what reason? Get a tow to like the scrap yard. Leave it there, dude. Nah, you can't, you don't want to leave it there.
Starting point is 00:36:21 They'll take it it. It's been number on. No, no. A little sticker on it. No, what you can, what I've thought about is you can leave it there. They'll put a sticker on it. Then they'll come tow it and they'll send you in the mail that you have 60 days to claim.
Starting point is 00:36:32 it and then if you don't claim it 60 days. You're going to leave in front of someone's house for three months? Let's just tow it. The day. The y'all... We're never talking about that car again. That's not true.
Starting point is 00:36:46 Unless he buys a new one, we're never doing this bit again. What if we have a funeral for it? Can we guys come over? Can we guys come over? No. Just say goodbye to it? We're not saying goodbye to it. We can't wait for that thing to be going on. Can we burn it? Can we beat it with a baseball bat? Yeah, we do all that on there.
Starting point is 00:36:59 Like they used to do like the high school, like fair? You pay it money to be it. Or I can run over it with my Jeep. Now we're talking. I'm going to do that? Oh man, I don't know if I can witness. You guys. Okay, we're done.

Just finished five years. I'm going to have cookies and milk at my mom. Starting point is 00:39:58 What I'm excited about is we have confirmed the toupee lady now. Tupe? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Eddie has agreed to wear a toupee. Yeah. Oh my gosh. But there's work involved in it. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:40:11 What kind of work? That we contacted her. This is her job. Like she is literally someone who fits dudes for toupee. It's called J-Bang salon. So what's going to happen is she has to come in. Hey, Scuba, and she has to like shave part of his head to put the toupee on, right? Yes, you have the top part of his head in order to get the glue on there to stick.
Starting point is 00:40:33 Get to shave that little. I mean, there's really nothing. out there, dude. Let's keep it real. They can't put hair on hair, bro. Yeah. Oh, what if it doesn't grow bad, bro? But the end result's going to be beautiful. So she puts it on... It's just the middle part, not your whole head. Yeah. Yeah, she wants the side. I actually sent... You sent me pictures the other day. I did. She likes what she's working with. So she's able to make it look pretty good. So I'm going to have a George Jefferson cut like underneath the two pages.
Starting point is 00:40:56 What? The George Jefferson where it like grows on the side in the back, but not on the top. Yeah, or red from that 70 show. And you know what? If you're not comfortable with it, because I think it takes a while to actually do the... toupee, right? Yeah, it's a solid hour, so it's going to cover the stretch of our show. Okay, okay. What's my hairstyle? Do we know my hairstyle? Am I getting a high fade? Like eight of them? That would be hilarious. Yeah. Different colors. Probably something with bangs. Yeah, what if he's like one day he wants to be mohawk? One day he wants to be something else. I don't think it's one day. You can change it out because there is glue involved.
Starting point is 00:41:24 How long does the glue stay on? I don't know. All questions for her. Okay. But she is coming in. Oh my God. You do have to shave this parts. They can glue it to your head. Shave all the way to the skin. On the top part. Yeah, because he's got a stick. Yeah. Oh my gosh. So after the week's over then, I'm going to have a shaved head. No, you're going to be wearing a toupee. For how long though? A month or something. It stays on forever.
Starting point is 00:41:47 Wait, I can shower with a toupee in it. Oh, course. You can swim. Have you seen the commercials? No. When the guy gets out of the water and he's like, man, I can live my life normally. We're just like that. No, but I've seen those movies where people getting a little fight and the toupee falls off. I don't think that's what's happening. It's not that. I think what's going to happen is,
Starting point is 00:42:04 they are now so technologically advanced. Okay. That it's going to look really good. It's going to look a little weird at first, but I think you're going to like it. And because we're doing it out in the open, I think that you're not going to have to, like, hide from it or anything. And after a few days, that's all good.
Starting point is 00:42:21 Dude, my kids are going to hate this. They're going to laugh at me so hard. It's going to be funny. It's going to be hilarious. But if we didn't know you, I bet we would see you and not think anything of it, and it would look good. Well, his kids be able to pull on it,
Starting point is 00:42:33 And it'll be okay? No, we don't want that because it's an expensive thing. Okay, so no wrestling with the kids. No, you don't want anybody to pull it off. No, no bits with the hair because it is an expensive, like they have to do an install. Oh, man. Okay, but there's no surgery done. It's just glue.
Starting point is 00:42:47 Correct. But you should look at these guys. Come look at my screen. Yeah, let me see. These guys look great. Hey, do you see the kind of hair styles? Dude, do you can have any hairstyle you want within reason. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:42:58 They have like real legit hair. Like, see, like they shaved his head. Wow, that's cool. That's cool. Scroll. Look at this guy. That's not me. But that's not you, but it looks real.
Starting point is 00:43:10 It's not me. That's kind of a little foothawk. I like that. Let's, dude. Dang, dude. I'm going to have cool hair. And here's the thing, you don't have no hair, so it's not going to look totally, totally different. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:22 Yeah. But how is she going to match the hair on the side of the head to the top? I think she's an expert. That's her specialty. I had to take a bunch of pictures the other day instead of the scuba. Yeah, yeah. Like side of the head, top of the head, close ups of the head. So question.
Starting point is 00:43:35 I'm so excited. If I like this, do I get to keep it? Probably, the hair. And the glue and everything? Dude, I don't. I wonder how often you had to reapply. Because Bones, if this looks- All questions for her tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:43:47 I know, I'm just saying sunscreen, you have to reapply every few hours. All questions for her tomorrow. Dude, I'm actually excited. Once I saw those pictures. It's going to be great. I'm telling you, you're going to look good. It's going to be funny because it was a bit, but it's going to look good.
Starting point is 00:43:59 It's the same person that Cody Allen went to when he did his hair, and it looks so good. People are going to be like, wait a second. Yesterday I saw you were bald, and now you have a full head of hair. But it's also not like you're hiding. You're not hiding anything. But like if I shut up my kids basketball games, like, yeah, I got a little footh going. No, no, but again, you never show your head.
Starting point is 00:44:18 So people probably won't think that much about it. As long as it's not like dreads. Dreads would be cool. I've always wanted dreads. No, no, I wouldn't get big eyes about what you can get. I would just get like a good solid style. Oh, my gosh. Dude, I'm looking at the...
Starting point is 00:44:31 I hope it's like a buffet where there's a line of things. You just get to pick one. I'm actually really excited about this. Yeah, I would be too. Dude, I haven't had hair like that since I was in high school. If you were bald-bald, I would say it would look sig-sig-sig-significantly different.
Starting point is 00:44:43 But because, one, you are had a lot. And two, you're missing some up front and a little and back. You still have some hair. It's not going, it's going to look different, but it's not going to be like, wow, let's call him Freddie now.
Starting point is 00:44:54 He's such a different person. Dude, I love how you are selling this that he has a lot of hair on top. I didn't say a lot. I have hair. He has some. He has some. He has some.
Starting point is 00:45:01 Dude, I'm not completely bald. Like, I'm hair. Yeah, you're going to have to shave that for sure. You have to shave that. You have to shave that. That's going to be the most difficult part. But if it's awesome, you just keep rolling the toupee your whole life. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:14 It's all life? Why not? Why not? But Amy, but I'm going to have to move with the styles bones. Like, every five years, the styles move on. Great, go get you a new one. You probably just pick it up. I wonder if you had to get a special shampoo.
Starting point is 00:45:28 Is it like real hair? Is it someone's hair? Again, another question for her. I was completely thinking like it's going to be a side part. It's going to be all like, you know, falling off. Oh, no, no. That's like the 80s, bro. That's what I was picturing.
Starting point is 00:45:38 Yeah, that's like Leslie Nilsen. Yeah, naked gun. That kind of stuff. That's stuff like that. But yeah, so that's next week. Yeah, do you know anybody with a toupee? But it doesn't, maybe I do, maybe I don't, right? It's a great thing.
Starting point is 00:45:51 Maybe I met them and had no idea they have a toupee. Exactly. Here's the weird part. If you want the real inside juice, which I feel like we can do here because people listening right now are listening to the podcast. I feel like we can tell. the podcasters a little more than we can. Just the people to listen on the radio.
Starting point is 00:46:04 Too good to be true. No, not at all. But what's happening is we're recording it tomorrow after the show because it takes a little bit of time to air either the end of this week or early next week. But it's not like you, then you have to avoid being in every video. You're not going to be. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:46:18 I can just put a hat on. Maybe. It's going to be flowing out of there. But you don't want to... The last thing... The hat's going to be flowing. The last thing you want to do is wear a hat when you got new hair. Right, right, right.
Starting point is 00:46:27 So once it's there, it's there. But like, even people with good hair, they wear hats, too. Yeah, Bobby, you wear a hat. But do you want to kill good hair? You're going to be so excited about that new hair. I'm really excited. As soon as I leave the studio, I'm going to take my hat off. You can't have bangs coming in front of your face.
Starting point is 00:46:39 Gosh, I can't wait. So we have to think about that with the videos. Oh my gosh, I'm going to drive on the Jeep dude with the top down. Oh, no, I'm going to blow off. It's a new life, dude. I lose the toupee. Like, these guys look so happy with their new hair. Yeah, they do.
Starting point is 00:46:52 I'm looking at them on their Instagram. I never seen a happy group of guys. Honestly, I'm really excited about this. I was not excited about shaving my head, but I'm excited about this. So then if we do it, if we tape it tomorrow after the show, do we just do it Thursday or Friday? Yeah, I think you just kill it and do it, yeah. Instead of holding it for next, I mean,
Starting point is 00:47:12 because Friday we're pretty packed. I mean, the best thing really is he just wears his hat. It's just for a couple days. Okay, so we'll just play it by your tomorrow. Let me wear the hat and then I'll throw nuggets out. Like during the segment, I'll just take my hat off a little bit. No nuggets. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:47:24 Nah, we're not really a nugget show. And then somebody would be like, what, wait. Do you have hair there? We're not a nugget show, dude. We wouldn't be good at Nuggets. Okay, man. Marketing genius over here. Yeah, I hear you.
Starting point is 00:47:34 But that's going to be cool. I'm excited. Yeah. I kind of want to get one. I'm a shame I had to get one. What is this? What does this cost? I probably like a thousand bucks or so if you're to pay for it.
Starting point is 00:47:43 Right? More than that. New hair system and install is $1,000. This is from Nashville hair replacement.com. Purchase of new hair system, including hair install. New hair systems last an average of six months before needing to replace. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:48:01 Our new system install includes making a custom template, creating a natural-looking hair line, and a precision haircut. And then there is new hair system only, no install. There's new system install only. So it's not $1,000 every time, but it's $1,000 for the first time, and then a few hundred bucks, I think.
Starting point is 00:48:17 But you're not to pay for it. And it's interesting, when you go get a haircut, you've got to be careful that they don't accidentally cut that hair. You got to say, wait, stop right here. Like, that's where the two-pays start. Yeah, I'll ask them that. You just say, just get the sides. Just get the sides because this isn't real up there?
Starting point is 00:48:28 Yeah, this is fake. Or do you think they'll notice? Can they shampoo your hair? Right. You're going to test them? Let's see how real this looks. Hey, is scuba at all, like, interested, too? It's, we're doing you.
Starting point is 00:48:40 No, no, I'm saying just, like, secretly inside. Well, scuba can wear a whole wig. He has no hair at all. He can just go to, like, party city and get away. That's why she liked. Yeah, just get a friggin' Cindy Lopper wig, man. Go town. She liked what she's working with with you because you have the side.
Starting point is 00:48:54 Correct. She'll match it up. Yeah, this is so cool. Hey, do they have, well, ask her? this. Yeah. Let's save all of our questions. No, no, no, no. Just save your questions because you guys like, what if? I just wonder if they have like a flat top
Starting point is 00:49:07 with bangs like one box. We'll ask her tomorrow. Hey, thank God he didn't go full butt shave whatever he's going to do on his hair cut. Right? A good move by you. Did you do anything? Yeah, his neck. Good job. That's all you need to do. I think it looks great. He left the bangs. That's cool. It's not even about the bangs, but when he gets it cut way, way
Starting point is 00:49:23 short, it looks like one of those hairless cats. What do you call it? I think it's called like the scrotum. the high skin fade or something. You guys said it looked good at Eye Heart. I never said that. I never said that. We said you look good, you look nice. You must have heard what my hair.
Starting point is 00:49:39 Your hair looks good now. Man. Your Walker Hayst up like that. See, I don't know who to trust, man. You guys tell me one thing. I got other people telling you now. Your hair looks good now. That's why we said don't get it cut.
Starting point is 00:49:49 There's no need because you would have got the scrote and then you'd have seen like skin. What's the one with seeing skin? We don't want to see it. Yeah. not in basic training. Well, yeah, but... It looks good.
Starting point is 00:50:02 Just let it go. A lot of people do the skin-tight fade. I hear you. It's the new end haircut. Should I ask the two pay people about that one? If he had that, they'd come in. You want us to do your side, sir? Skin tight.
Starting point is 00:50:18 Okay, so everybody will get photos today. Amy's been in and out to get her hair down all morning. Looks good, Amy. It looks exactly like it did yesterday. Like, I mean, it looks the same. See how you. Yesterday I had to pull back. Let me just stop.
Starting point is 00:50:31 Let me just stop, everybody. You are like trying to help him and you're like, oh, this looks good. This like, and he takes the first shot at you. No, no, no. She said my hair when I get the skin type A looks like crap. That's a shot. All she said yesterday was don't get it cut. It looks better like this.
Starting point is 00:50:46 And then right now she goes, yeah, we don't want to see that. And so she took a shot first, so I took a shot back. It's all, listen, it's fine. I'm not upset. Honestly, what is different from your hair yesterday today? I didn't have to do it. She did it. Which is great.
Starting point is 00:51:00 Do you normally do that every day? What she did? Not the whole. I'm not as good as her. She's still honestly not done. So there's a few more pieces. But she did makeup too. So I got here early.
Starting point is 00:51:09 Eddie, can you tell me the difference? How do you feel is her makeup different lunchbox to you? Yes, it must be. Oh yeah. She looks like she's about to get married. That's cool. Like she went full like.
Starting point is 00:51:20 But are you being sarcastic or does my makeup look different? No, no. Really like you put like makeup like it's a wedding day. Like you went full everything. No, I put it on for photos because you've, I have nothing. But as I'm saying, can you be honest with me?
Starting point is 00:51:33 Do you see any difference in her hair? I'm sure. She is. Hey, is Lauren coming, Scuba? See, I don't think so. Huh? Lauren, is she coming? My person?
Starting point is 00:51:41 Yeah. She'll be there, yeah. Nice. Boom. It's like my wedding day. Can I borrow her too? No, you have your own person. Oh, I got my own person.
Starting point is 00:51:50 Does lunchbox have someone? Yeah, well, they're sharing the same person. What? We're sharing the same person? And all, and all the same sponges and stuff too. Oh. Question. Like, are we doing, how long is this going to take, like, three hours?
Starting point is 00:52:02 No, less. Good question. Good question. Because, I mean, I mean. No, no, it can't because I have therapy. Well, Bobby's part is 90 minutes or less. It's going to be a little thing is about probably two hours. 90 minutes? Just on you? We have stuff to do together.
Starting point is 00:52:14 I have individual. I have Amy and I. I have one with Amy in lunchbox and Eddie. And then we have a group one. Hmm. So do we? I was just wondering, yeah, I just was wondering, like, food-wise they're going to be? catered. Yeah, we have lunch provided.
Starting point is 00:52:30 So I'm talking about. Oh, we do? You never got my order. That's good. Because I got to go right to therapy. And then I go right from therapy. You don't want to be hungry at therapy. I don't be, yeah. And I go right from therapy to a Bobbycast with Cooper Allen. Oh. Then right to a workout. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, my day's pretty dreadful today. Guys, we're also taking Pimp and Joy pictures. So. Oh, my gosh. Just be efficient. That's all I'm asking. I got like 15 minutes. How many outfits did you guys bring? Be joyful. So I picked a few outfits in the,
Starting point is 00:52:59 I woke up in mysteriously, my wife had put a couple of because I think she saw the ones I had picked. Well, I texted her my color palette. Oh, that doesn't matter. It does matter. If we're taking, if we have some we have to take together, I just was making sure. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:53:14 It doesn't matter. How much Photoshop anything to do, like, on my face? Can they do whatever I want to? But if you have, like, logos, I'll Photoshop them out. Yeah, but there, we said. Man, if we did got your hair done before the freaking photo. Oh, my God. No, then you even stuck with it, remember?
Starting point is 00:53:27 That's the rule. I might be stuck with it. Or we can photoshop hair on you. Sure. Or are you wearing a hat? I was going to do both. Because really in pictures, they can make it look like I have hair.
Starting point is 00:53:37 Yeah, you can also wear a hat and we just blew it out the logo too. Like Ray's got a Nike shirt. I'll have to get rid of the Nike check. Are you have your hipsar hat? I have that too, but Mike brought me back some, he brought me some generic hats with no logos on them. Okay.
Starting point is 00:53:49 What are you guys laughing about in there? Dude, if I can just, if I can roll in a Nike shirt, my sweatpants, I love this photo shoot already. I don't know. You like change shirts. I figured you changed it to that one. Did you wear that one today? I've been wearing this since I woke up at one.
Starting point is 00:54:02 Oh, I never seen him wear a collared Nike shirt. I thought he was wearing it for the big day. Nice, man. It looks like getting married. It does got the spray tan. I mean. Wait, who got a spray tan for this? I didn't.
Starting point is 00:54:12 I did. I wish I would have, but I didn't. Did Ray Gar-Gar-on? But also, I got mine for, I have a work event this week, too, so I'd rather have a spray tan because then getting dressed is just easier. Yeah. I'm just going to need them to pick out the clothes. I'm going to put them out there, say, pick.
Starting point is 00:54:25 Right. There you go. I brought about 15 shirts, four pairs of pants, two pairs of shoes. It's eating at me that color pallets do matter because what if... I only brought certain clothes. I know you did, but I'm just saying, what if you show up with red and I show up with green and then we have our shots together and we look like a Christmas photo shoot. Mario Luigi, Eddie and I do it all time. Yep, that's our thing.
Starting point is 00:54:45 We have photo shoot today. If you heard the post show yesterday, Ray says it's our last one ever because we're probably getting fired next few years. Or someone's quitting. Yeah, so big day today. photo shoot Eddie gets new hair We got a lot of stuff happening So we have options where everybody at some point Is at the end of the photos
Starting point is 00:55:01 So we rotate so they're easy to cut out Diabolical I like it Oh another question about the photo shoot Everybody feels one specific person starts to feel weird because they're always asked We feel on the edge Why are we on the edge of every picture? I don't know man just play cool
Starting point is 00:55:14 That's your spot You know what I found out That Abby's gonna be in the picture I was shocked She's on the air She's on I didn't know that Here we go She started talking about her outfit, and I was like, wait, you're coming?
Starting point is 00:55:26 For the group shot? Didn't know that. Well, even in the group shot, we're going to do two versions. One with all of us and one without me and Abby, just so it's you guys. Okay. In the event something happens or whatever. Something happens. What's talking about?
Starting point is 00:55:40 What's happening right now? Well, also, there's like the main show in general, if you think about it, just being very honest. Scoobah just dropped a hint. It's that room right there. Scoobo just dropped a hint of where he's headed. I think we found the guy that's quitting. These things last for seven years, so I want to make sure we have every option possible.
Starting point is 00:55:58 As long as you have one, let's be honest. That's a truth. Long as I just stand there and put both arms out by myself. Let's be real. And then everybody else just stand, do a solo. We can always just cut and place you guys in my arms. That's a good point. You know?
Starting point is 00:56:11 You're probably right. We're all good. Hey, the boot. Did you let the photographer know that I'm wearing a boot? No, no, no. You need to take the boot off. Yeah, you got to take it off. Surely you brought the other shoe.
Starting point is 00:56:22 You can't wear a boot in pictures that's lasting forever No one No one thing No one thought about telling the photographer I'm in a boot You brought a shoe You're not that stupid
Starting point is 00:56:32 You're messing with it You brought a shoe You're not that stupid That's hilarious I brought the other shoe Everybody reacted like what the That was great Thank you
Starting point is 00:56:40 Uh huh Okay What an idiot Thank you all We have a big day today Big day tomorrow We gotta go man Big day
Starting point is 00:56:47 Yeah we have more show I gotta get my hair to do All right You gotta get your hair to do Okay let's do Bobby Bones show Boney up the day This story comes to us from Maryland
Starting point is 00:56:58 Two 18 year olds Were busted with a stolen car Get arrested, taking down to police headquarters And they call the parents Say hey, come get your kids Guardian shows up In a stolen vehicle Oh gosh
Starting point is 00:57:12 Hey What did I say? Apple That's it Don't fall far Yeah probably didn't fall far from the tree Yeah I probably didn't live in the greatest environment
Starting point is 00:57:20 Man Didn't have much of a chance That sucks. I hate that. That sucks. Okay. I'm Lunchbox. That's your bonehead story of the day.
Starting point is 00:57:28 You surveyed your kids? Yeah. I saw a post on Instagram and it said, ask your kids what you can do better as a dad. And I was like, I've never asked them this. Well, that's kind of hilarious. Yeah. So did you ask them together or separately?
Starting point is 00:57:43 Together. Okay. It's four of them. I didn't want to do it separately. Well, maybe you got different answers, though. There are four of them. I kind of wanted like one unanimous answer. Okay.
Starting point is 00:57:51 And so you said, how did you say it? I said, hey, guys, let me ask you this. Like, if I can do something different as a dad, like, what would you say that I don't do this? Like, what would it be? And their answer was? They thought about it. They talked amongst themselves. And they said, you know, dad, like, you can be a little more patient with us.
Starting point is 00:58:11 I said, okay, well, like, give me an example. That was a mature answer. Yeah. Like, what do you mean? Well, sometimes you, like, lose your patience and you, like, get mad at us and you start yelling. And I was like, so you're talking about, like, when I asked. you to do something like 100 times and then you don't listen the 100th time and then I yell. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:25 And they're like, wow, kind of like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, I mean... Did you start yelling at them then? No, but it doesn't make any sense. Like, they want me to be more patient, but I want them to do what I ask them to do immediately. Yeah, they tell them to act better. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:58:40 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And say, hey, guys, yeah, I hear you and that, you're right. I absolutely do need to be more patient. Something that would be helpful in that is when I ask you to do something, you try doing it on the first try and I'm going to work on being patient and now we're working as a team. Dang, to say all that to four boys, I feel like they'd have farted on them like half or three. Like they would have thought it was funny and farted on them. You didn't have the patience for that.
Starting point is 00:59:04 Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think. Really? I mean, it's four boys. Well, they want to be heard, so he has to acknowledge. I hear you. I think they want to get away with stuff. Yeah. Oh.
Starting point is 00:59:13 I know they hear me. Yeah. They just don't want to do it. Okay. Who does? No one. What would your kids say, do you think? Oh, probably the,
Starting point is 00:59:21 yeah, why do you have to say things over and over and over? But also, to Eddie's point, it's like, I say it over and over because you're not able to hear me. You're about to say that. I know, this is parenting. This is like a literal example of what it's like because you try not to use the negative words because I want to be like, you're not listening
Starting point is 00:59:37 and then they'll keep not listening. So I want to be like, I know you're a good listener. So it would be helpful if you listened on the first time. Does that ever work? I am in the process of the last year. implementing that type of encouragement. And I think I've seen, especially with my son, removing the negative words of like,
Starting point is 00:59:58 you know, instead of saying, you can't throw the ball in the house, I just say, hey, I love that you're throwing the ball. Go throw it outside. So then there's no negative attached to it. Oh, good. That's really good. That's pretty good.
Starting point is 01:00:08 That one like rope a dope dope. You walk up and like, I am a pretty good ball for. Yeah, yeah. So it's stuff like that. What's you like that? My son's therapist. But is it lying if I say they're good listeners when they're not really good listeners?
Starting point is 01:00:24 They give them the opportunity to be, and then when they do actually listen on the first time, be like, this is so great, I can tell you're listening to me on the first time. Do you feel like it would work? I think with you kids, it might. I think it takes repetition, just like you're building those neuro pathways similar to your therapy, Bobby. You're like learning new ways. Like you have to just do things over and over and over and reputation is key.
Starting point is 01:00:48 And then mixed in with that, sometimes you have the screaming. the yelling, the nagging by me. Yeah, Bobby, you're a good listener, man. Yeah. Thanks. One day you're going to be the best listener. I think, but a group mentality with four boys. Yeah, I mean, I...
Starting point is 01:01:02 That's the one or two boys, one or two kids, I think about four boys. Like, they just gang up on you. They do. They jump you. They're like a big gang. Yeah, each, and probably each of the four, they're very different. So you may have to even do one thing different with another one that you don't. Because my kids, I pan...
Starting point is 01:01:18 Punch one kick another, what I always say. I thought I thought. It was interesting though that they all thought the same thing. Be patient. Or did somebody lead them to that? Well. Was there a leader of the group and they're like, yeah, yeah, yeah. I think the oldest is a leader because obviously the youngest is five years old.
Starting point is 01:01:31 He wasn't a leader. Yeah, he's like, give me more candy. That's it for the show today. Thank you for being here. Thank you for checking us out. There's a new episode of the Bobbycast with Zach Brown. We did an hour together. Zach Brown.
Starting point is 01:01:42 Why pee's in a jar at night? What? What? He does that? Uh-huh. Every night? Whenever he needs to. Because, okay.
