Starting point is 00:00:00 This is an I-Heart podcast. Guaranteed Human. In 2023, Bachelor star Clayton Eckerd was accused of fathering twins. But the pregnancy appeared to be a hoax. You doctored this particular test twice, Ms. Owens, correct? I doctored the test ones. It took an army of internet detectives to uncover a disturbing pattern. Two more men who'd been through the same thing.
Starting point is 00:00:24 Greg Gillespie and Michael Mianini. My mind was blown. I'm Stephanie Young. this is Love Trapped. Laura, Scottsdale Police. As the season continues, Laura Owens finally faces consequences. Listen to Love Trapped podcast
Starting point is 00:00:38 on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. When a group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist, they take matters into their own hands. I vowed, I will be his last target. He is not going to get away with this. He's going to get what he deserves.
Starting point is 00:00:58 We always say that trust your girlfriends. Listen to the girlfriends. Trust me, babe. On the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Ikew, I got you. And I'm I go on. My next guest, it's Will Farrell. My dad gave me the best advice ever.
Starting point is 00:01:24 He goes, just give it a shot. But if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit. If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration. It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat. Just hang in there. Yeah, it would not be. Right, it wouldn't be that. There's a lot of luck.
Starting point is 00:01:47 Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. It's time for the Bobby Bones post show. Here's your host, Bobby Bones. Hello. Oh, my everybody. Good weekend. Amy had to leave, so she's not here. But I've kind of isolated the spot in my ankle that is injured. And it's not my ankle.
Starting point is 00:02:15 It's like a tendon that goes up through my leg. Is that an Achilles? No, that's the back part of it. It's like on the front part. I need like a specialist. Like, look for everybody watching. It's like right here. Through here.
Starting point is 00:02:30 It's been killing my ankle. So I'm going to put pressure on my foot. And I was like grinding at it really hard. You were grinding. On it? Oh, on it, I got it. But then I start to think, what if that's not, that's the opposite of what it's supposed to do. And I don't want to go to a doctor for like a tinkle in my ankle.
Starting point is 00:02:45 But you've been hurting for a while. Two months. That's been hurting for two months. Yeah. I heard it playing pickleball. And then, oh, here we go, the ankle joint. Do you see, what do you think that ligament is, Mike? The posterior, inferior, tibiofibular ligament.
Starting point is 00:03:04 Oh, yeah, yeah. That's what I thought it was. Yeah, that's what, that was my. diagnosis, but I didn't want to be wrong. Initial diagnosis. I just can't get it right. Yeah. That's tough.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Well, I thought it was my ankle forever. No, no, it was the... No, man. Interior, inferior. Fear, for the lovelia. Thank you. Yeah, man. Thank you, guys, for your diagnosis.
Starting point is 00:03:22 No problem. I'm trying to get better. Maybe over Thanksgiving. But I'd say let it heal. But I took like a week off to do nothing except to let it heal and it still isn't healed. You know what fixes that, man? Pumpkin pie.
Starting point is 00:03:31 We're cool with it. The whole thing. Didn't think about that. Got to eat the whole pie. Oh, that's interesting. I think you're making that up. But I'm willing to try it. Just to see.
Starting point is 00:03:40 We went and played pickleball yesterday. My wife and I, she's pretty good. Is she getting better than you? No, not yet. Okay. I've played. Let's not be crazy, Eddie. I've played more than her.
Starting point is 00:03:50 Come on now. But she's really athletic, and she has been taking a couple lessons just to make sure she knows all the rules and stuff because we played pretty good. She's quick. And you've never played. I played one time at your house. I think it'd be a sport you would love because you can get pretty good at it pretty quick.
Starting point is 00:04:06 And because I'm older? No. Because I drove by a house the day. Old people can play, but it's like golf. They were four old, old ladies playing pickleball in the front yard. And I was like, that's crazy.
Starting point is 00:04:16 But would you say golf is a sport just for old people? But you're not running around playing golf. But doubles pickleball. You don't run around a whole lot. They look like they were moving. I was pretty impressed. I think you would like it. Now, do you have special pickleball shoes
Starting point is 00:04:32 or do you just wear your regular tennis shoes? Well, I'm glad you asked. I was running just regular tennis shoes. but I think I heard my ankle playing. And so they do have... Hey, bones, I'm going to stop you right there. That's not your ankle. That is your inferior.
Starting point is 00:04:43 Paterior, patiliar ligament. So I looked and the people that play... It's the same as a tennis type shoe. It's just a little higher on the ankle. So now I have those shoes. So you do have... Now I do. They're just normal shoes,
Starting point is 00:04:56 but they're just a little higher on the ankle. They made by Nike or anything? Are they just like... New balance. Oh, interesting. Are you starting to play a lot? No, I just... I'm intrigued.
Starting point is 00:05:03 I don't know what you... Like, if it's the same equipment as basketball. playing tennis. Yeah. So, but it's fun because, again, I think, I think me, you, Ray, and Eddie could go play and it'd be really competitive in 20 minutes. Dude, it would be awesome.
Starting point is 00:05:19 You play, Ray? I played once in Phoenix. It's the easiest sport ever. It's easy to be pretty good. It's not easy. Listen, I'll play with some guys that are awesome. Now, do you do overhand serves like, whoosh. No, you can't do overheads.
Starting point is 00:05:32 You can do overhead after you serve it. Yeah, I just don't. But you can't do overhead. Like not serve. And then my wife and I own part of a professional pickleball team, the Texas ranchers. And so I'm just, you know, in case I'm needed an extra player sometime. I'm just, have they won the championship? No.
Starting point is 00:05:47 No. It's not championship time yet. Oh. Lil Wayne bought part of the team, though, too. Your business partners with Lil Wayne? Do you have board meetings with Lil Wayne? Never been in a boardroom about it, but I guess if we did. That's awesome.
Starting point is 00:05:57 CJ Stroud also part under the team. Wow. Never met them. Don't even have their emails. Don't even know if I could be like, I'll also own it. That's weird. is he don't care. You put that on your resume?
Starting point is 00:06:08 What? That you own a pickleball team. Why would I have a resume? What are you trying to say, buddy? No, I'm just saying, like, shouldn't you always have a resume ready? I don't have a resume ready. Okay. Have you ever had a resume?
Starting point is 00:06:18 Yeah, I got one now. Oh, I've never had. I've had a resume back in the day, day. I've never had one. And then I've had to make a resume, like, a video. Sizzle real. For TV jobs. They're like, hey, send us your latest sizzle.
Starting point is 00:06:30 Yeah. Oh. I mean, I know, like, in college, they were like, we took classes. Like, here, this is how you make a resume. and we had to turn one in as a project, but I've never, like, given someone my resume, ever. That's pretty amazing. That's because you started doing the show, well, you quit.
Starting point is 00:06:47 But right after college. That's what I'm saying. What were you going to say, well, so I'm never. He quit three. I was going to say you started doing this show after you graduated, but he didn't graduate. That's what I mean.
Starting point is 00:06:54 I never gave anybody. That's so weird. Yeah. I had to make a few. I used to send out tapes a lot, tapes with paper resumes. I mean, I probably sent 25 or 30 for my, like, first job. And I had a job at KLAZ, but I was trying to get another job somewhere.
Starting point is 00:07:11 And everybody was like, I got told no, no, no. I said I'm in a pizza box too. Oh, that's. So they think, what the heck? That's unique. And then they'd open it, it'd be a tape. So then I think people were just getting so disappointed. There wasn't a pizza.
Starting point is 00:07:22 No, it's just a tape. Yeah, I thought I was getting the Domino's pizza. So, but yeah, we should play pickleball. Okay. I'm in the process of getting a court built at my house. I thought you were going to build it. Yeah, what happened to that, man? That's part of the process.
Starting point is 00:07:35 I'm still thinking I might build it. Because I've been, I had somebody come and survey the land to see what the great was. And it's a, oh, it's a bit. You have to level it out. It's a bit slopey. I'm not super familiar with how to level it out. So I've been watching YouTube's on it. Oh, boy.
Starting point is 00:07:49 This is not going to be good. I just can't get anybody to do it. So if I can't get anybody to do it, I'm going to build my own pickleball court. Oh, boy. Okay. And then we can just play at my house. And somebody's going to get hurt because the slope's going to be slanted. A wise man once said that should.
Starting point is 00:08:05 showbiz baby. You want to play pickleball. That's what you got to do. Okay, well, I'm glad everybody's here, but I have a good fine weekend, good weekend. Yeah. Yeah. Eddie and I went to Louisville and I played my final comedically inspirational show, which was a lot of fun. That was a lot of fun. And then we watched games on the way back on the bus. We thought of you, man. We watched UTSA. Football. Oh, did you? That's your school that you didn't graduate from.
Starting point is 00:08:27 I forgot about he didn't graduate from. He didn't graduate from. That's right. So, sorry, buddy. Right. We were undefeated when I went. because you didn't have a team. Yep. You were undefeated. So you didn't lose, but you also never won. Yeah, but we were undefeated.
Starting point is 00:08:41 You know he went to class with a spur? With Bruce Bowen? Was Bruce Bowen a kid? No, he was on the Spurs. That's what I thought. I thought he was a non-traditional student. Yeah, he was trying to finish his degree. And so he took classes at UTSA while he was on the Spurs.
Starting point is 00:08:59 And the teacher said, first day of class, she was like, hey, if you, like, absences, if you have more than five unexcused absences, you fail my class automatically. And so he was like, he talked to her and said, hey, well, I play for the spurs. And so I'm going to be traveling. And she goes, I don't know what that is. You're going to bring me a note from your coach. Coach Popovich. And so he had to bring a note from the coach. That's funny. Dear Mrs. Wyatt. Was he a month? He was six, seven. He was huge. Yeah, in class. Yeah, but he would come in like 10 minutes before class, sit in the first seat, right with
Starting point is 00:09:32 classes out, he's out. Because people were trying to get pictures and autographs with that? Probably just because he was there to do his business. He probably had to get to practice. I mean... Did you ever talk to him? No. Really? No, you didn't talk to him.
Starting point is 00:09:42 I'm telling you, you just... I'm shocked that you didn't try, though. I mean, I tried to sit next to him, but I'm telling you he was, he was like a dedicated student. Did you ever sit next to him? Yeah. And you never been like, yo, BB. No, I didn't ever say you.
Starting point is 00:09:54 But did you ever see him when you were doing promotions and be like, Bruce Bone, I sit next next to you in class. I didn't ever say, hey, do you got the homework? Can I copy the homework? I should have asked him that. But when they won the championship, he did cut a piece of the net and give it to me while I was standing there on the court.
Starting point is 00:10:07 You still have that? Yeah. And so maybe he thought that I was part of, maybe he thought, oh, I recognize that guy from class. And he works the Spurs. Probably not, though. No chance. I probably thought you were a kid.
Starting point is 00:10:20 I mean, I was 19. Yeah, but your face is a lot. Well, it was a lot younger. No, it is young still. When I shave, everybody thinks I'm 21. No, they don't. I can guarantee you nobody thinks you're 21. Lunchbox, you didn't think it was crazy.
Starting point is 00:10:31 Bruce Bowen, who was a millionaire NBA superstar at the time, went back to school to finish his degree, and you still won't go back to finish three hours of school. Yeah, I thought it was really crazy he would. I don't know why he was doing that. But maybe it was something he made a promise to someone. I don't know. Maybe himself. Yeah, could be.
Starting point is 00:10:52 And I was just like, man, that's crazy. You think if you went back to school, though, it would be a mayhem? Yeah, it'd be tough. Because celebrity status. But do you go in and go out like Bruce Bowen did? That nobody missed with you. Right. That's true.
Starting point is 00:11:04 Researchers agree that meaning and work is linked to happiness and increased job satisfaction. But new research finds most people prefer a higher salary compared than more meaningful work. Ding, the duh. Although most people want a job that provides them with a sense that they're doing something important, money easily beats that feeling. Even the highest paid one increased wealth and other revenue streams compared with greater meaningfulness. I got a question. They actually spend money researching this crap? This is from personality and social psychology bulletin.
Starting point is 00:11:30 It's important, though. No, it's not. Yes, because you believe something that they're saying is not accurate. No, they just said more money is more important. No, that some people think that. People said they want jobs with fulfillment, but if they had to pick, more fulfillment or more money, they take more money. Thank you. So they're saying I'm right.
Starting point is 00:11:46 No, but they need research at the back end of it. Like, okay, so you did it. How do you feel? This is what I would say about that. That if you find a job that you love and it fulfills you, you actually work a lot harder at it. So it kind of feeds into the more money thing anyway. Because you find something you like, you do. it, you love it, you do it a lot, you want to get better at it, you get better at it, you get a
Starting point is 00:12:04 raise. That tends to work in that cycle. If you just get a job that pays a lot, sometimes that's not enough motivation to keep doing a job. That motivation usually just to keep your job. I don't know, you see that bank account, you're like, man, that's nice. Right, so you fight to keep your job more than to actually get better at what you're doing, which allows you a long career in that type of work. Yeah, that's true. Cool. Here are the most irritating traits of couples that tend to make others resent you. Number one, saying how perfect they are at everything.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Number two, matching. My wife hates when I match her. I'll match her on purpose. She won't know that I'm going to match her, and I see what she's wearing, and I'll go and find things that match, and I'll time it out before we have to walk out the door, and I'm matching, and like, oh, I've got to go. She's like, oh, my God. You do that on purpose?
Starting point is 00:12:49 Love it. It's hilarious. I like to match, first of all, and then it's hilarious because she doesn't like to match, because she doesn't want attention drawn to her for any reason whatsoever. Calling each other nicknames. PDA always taking their side and always bringing their significant other to an event regardless if they were invited. Lunchbox is that this whole family.
Starting point is 00:13:05 I didn't do that with my family. I think that's nice when you bring your wife everywhere. I think it depends on if they're invited. Now, I take mine a lot to places when she can go. I don't have any mask. Right, you just show up because you're one. You guys are one. You're one married couple.
Starting point is 00:13:23 Oh, but I don't think that's the case in all situations. Yeah, I don't think you can just show up with your wife to every work event. Oh, I think so I mean, if you're not the boss Well, yeah, yeah, yeah If you're like low in the totem pole, probably not But I mean, if you're like If you came to work today
Starting point is 00:13:35 And you brought your wife with you to work today Yeah, that'd be just sat beside you You guys would hate that If any spouse cave You guys would hate that That's true because I mean But you guys are one You are one
Starting point is 00:13:45 Yeah We're a unit Like I've learned to answer things Just like we Like, uh... French? We do this You know like
Starting point is 00:13:54 What do you guys do? Well, we do this When she was pregnant. Were you both pregnant? No, I don't do that because she was pregnant. We were both having a baby. Okay. But I was not pregnant. Got it. A woman in Ohio is facing a child endangerment charge after her two-year-old grabbed a gun from her purse and accidentally fired it in a Walmart store. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. Police said woman's facing a child endangerment charge after her toddler found a gun in her purse,
Starting point is 00:14:19 fired it in Southern Ohio. The Waverly Police Department said the woman told officers who responded that the two-year-old boy took her Taurus 9-millimeter firearm from her purse. the bullet went to the ceiling of the store the child was left with a minor injury to his forehead due to contact with the magazine got very lucky that nobody was hurt and nobody died there especially the kid could easily shot himself
Starting point is 00:14:39 they need to watch that video there's a video that you show your kids about gun safety. Kids too yeah well they watch YouTube kids from two years old man it's a video and it's awesome I don't know what it's called Mike you can look it up but it's this kid and it's like oh I found a gun what do I do and like at two
Starting point is 00:14:56 I think a two would be to your old understand that? Do two, when my, all my kids, when they were two years old, they can all navigate through an iPad. I believe that, but will they understand a gun safety video? I don't know. Show it to him anyway. The guy is lucky to be alive after hitchhiking, a 240 mile ride under a semi-trailer instead of paying for a taxi ride home. Instead of paying for a taxi ride home.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Yeah, he like got under it. How do you hold on? Wow. How do you hold on that long? He stowed away beneath a B-Double trailer instead of paying for a short taxi ride home. The 43-year-old man who was believed to be under the infatheard. influence of alcohol had crawled onto the metal racks beneath the truck with plans to hit a 25 mile ride along the road, but he couldn't get off.
Starting point is 00:15:37 The truck never stopped. And so he went. He got $288 fine, but 240 miles is what he ended up riding. Oh, man. You're just praying to somebody stops at a gas station. Yeah. And then you're also screwed because what are you going to do? You have to pay double.
Starting point is 00:15:54 You got to put the Uber back home. So. And you probably pass out. I don't know. I mean, if you're a really drunk man, you lie down. Mid-roll? All right, here's mid-roll. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:16:08 There's two golden rules that any man should live by. Rule one, never mess with a country girl. You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes. And rule two, never mess with her friends either. We always say that trust your girlfriends. I'm Anna Sinfield. And in this new season of the girlfriends, Oh my God, this is the same man.
Starting point is 00:16:31 A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist. I felt like I got hit by a truck. I thought, how could this happen to me? The cops didn't seem to care. So they take matters into their own hands. I said, oh, hell no. I vowed. I will be his last target.
Starting point is 00:16:49 He's going to get what he deserves. Listen to the girlfriends. Trust me, babe. On the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. What's up, everyone? I'm Ego Wodom. My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live, and the Big Money Players Network. It's Will Ferrell. My dad gave me the best advice ever. I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot. I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings. I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come look for up-and-coming talent. He said, if it was based solely on, talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Starting point is 00:17:39 Yeah. He goes, but there's so much luck involved. And he's like, just give it a shot. He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit. If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration. It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat. Just hang in there.
Starting point is 00:18:01 Yeah, it would not be. Right, it wouldn't be that. There's a lot of luck. Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. For those who appreciate whiskey, is there a good whiskey?
Starting point is 00:19:20 I don't know. I'm not a really a whiskey drinker. Meaning, I'm sure there are brands that taste different, but is there a really fine whiskey that regardless of the brand, it is just smoother or something. I don't know. I don't even know how to ask the question. Ask scuba. He knows.
Starting point is 00:19:37 What's up with whiskey? So for me, if you're asking just for a general brand, one of my favorites, and I think it's smooth in any level of six year, 10, 15, and so on, is a brand called whistle pig. And any time I'm taking these guys out to get a drink or we go somewhere, that in an old fashion is super smooth and really delicious. So what about, okay, let's let's see, whistle pig. I'll look at this. You can buy a whistle pig, the boss hog, for $1,000.
Starting point is 00:20:02 For a bottle? There's Whistle Pig for $3.99. There's Whistle Pig, I guess, a smaller one for $79, $750,000. Oh, it's 18 years. That's why that one was $3.99. This one, the boss hog, Siren song, straight rye, $1,49, 12 year. So with their year, does it taste different or better if it's older? So if I've compared, just because I was curious like you, the six year to, I think the 15 year,
Starting point is 00:20:30 they're both pretty good. the 15 is a little bit more smoother, especially when you're mixing it into a cocktail. Like, I like an old-fashioned. But sometimes I'll drink it and I go. I really can't tell the difference. But does that mean people can't tell the difference, or your taste isn't there?
Starting point is 00:20:46 Maybe my taste isn't there. I'm not like a salmone, or whatever that is for whiskey. Morgan, what about you? You drink. I do, but I've really only had, like, whiskey sours or, like, fancy whiskey drinks. I couldn't tell you, like, an actual whiskey. brand. This whiskey selling for
Starting point is 00:21:03 $2.7 million. What? Wow. Is that the Rip Van Winkle one? The most, no, you're... Poppa Van Woonke. Yeah. Yeah. No. No, no, no, no. It is the McAllen, 1926. Whoa. It's just one of 40 bottles drawn after aging in sherry casks for
Starting point is 00:21:19 60 years. They think it's going to sell for $2.7 million seeing it. But do even, but if you drink a drink of that, is that like, I just drank 50 grand? I bet you it doesn't even taste good. Normally the stuff that's cheaper always ends up tasting better. That's not true. It's sugar is all over. No, basic Jack Daniels is so hard and disgusting.
Starting point is 00:21:37 There is a difference when you pay for what you get. Like almost like a pop off bottle, plastic bottle, whiskey is like rubbing alcohol. It smells bad, taste bad. I just mean like you don't need a $1,000 bottle. You can have a $30 bottle and it'll be good. $30 sometimes is bad too. I think once you start hitting 75 and above, you get a nice bottle. And if the bottle's in plastic.
Starting point is 00:21:56 He's like, I'm not a salient, but he's loose. Plastic means gross. Hey, bones. If you ever start drinking and you get a plastic of bottle of vodka, throw it out. Plastic anything. Let me put that in my phone all quick. Just in case. It's rough.
Starting point is 00:22:08 Yeah. But if you're in high, you were like in college, that's fine. Sure, yeah. Randy almost had a high school. You know what? Stop myself. But if you buy a $2 million bottle of whiskey and you drink one drink of it, does it go down like its value like $70, $80 grand?
Starting point is 00:22:21 Yes, because you opened it. Yeah. Like these bottles are probably unopened. You want to keep them sealed. Like baseball cards? Yeah. Yes, exactly. You want to keep them in the package?
Starting point is 00:22:32 Right. It's like Spider-Man figurines from the 70s. Exactly. They're out of the package. They're still valuable, but not as valuable as sealed. Dang. A 1926 Scotch whiskey. 2 million.
Starting point is 00:22:42 That's wild. Gentle giant, this dog, 250 pounds, eats an entire chicken daily, as his owner spends nearly $5K a year on food. I need to hit them up. Look, I'm telling you, I spend that on surgeries. For Stanley? Yeah. This dog is huge.
Starting point is 00:22:56 When the dog stands up on its hind legs, this owner is 6 foot tall. When he stands up on its hind legs, at least five inches taller than the owner. Oh, I wonder if that dog likes smoke chicken. That's what. Send my DM. Apple's finally changing its text to stop screwing over Android users. Any androiders in here?
Starting point is 00:23:14 I don't think so, huh? No, no chance. Lunchbox? No. Apple announced they're planning on an update next year, but the video's coming through blurry, the photo's coming through blurry, reactions like ha-ha, and Harding something will now come through group texts. Your message will show up. blue also
Starting point is 00:23:32 it does ruin a group chat with people if someone has an Android because you don't get to use all of the Apple tools oh like what like all I do is text I don't know what tools
Starting point is 00:23:48 do you have any group text yeah you have one the show's in but I have a lot of group text but people get all up so like oh my gosh it's a different color like really you give a crap if it's a different color it's not just the color some of the stuff doesn't go through if it's universal. Like the videos and pictures. Now, videos and pictures, you're right. Like, my family
Starting point is 00:24:03 text, like, they'll send a video and my brother, I mean, he's a good dude, but he doesn't have an iPhone. And it comes in about this big. I can't see the video. And I'm like, he sends me a picture of his kid playing flag football. I'm like, well, which one is he? Which, what's the kid? What's flag? Yeah. I can't see what you're sending me. Like, I don't even look at it anymore when he sends me pictures. The top 20 cities engaging in adulterous behavior? Oh, Vegas. Vegas. Vegas. Okay, here we go. Number one, go. Vegas.
Starting point is 00:24:32 Is that your answer? Yeah. Vegas comes in at number four. Oh. Oh. I figure not only the people that live there, but you go on vacation there, that's when a lot of. Okay, go ahead. New York City.
Starting point is 00:24:45 New York City comes in at number. Not on the list. Top 20. Wow. Hmm. Maybe we're thinking that's wrong. Austin. Austin, Texas.
Starting point is 00:24:58 No. Mobile Alabama. What? No. Miami? Correct. One. Oh, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:03 crazy over there. Okay. Cancun! Not American. What about Phoenix? Scott Stale. That's a good one. Morgan starts nailing all of them.
Starting point is 00:25:14 Morgan's like, all the place I visit. I don't see that one. Orlando at 2, Atlanta at 3, Vegas, and 4, Tampa at 5, Cincinnati at 6, Minneapolis at 7, St. Paul at 8. Cincinnati? Buffalo at 9, Pittsburgh at 10.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Denver, Cleveland, Tucson, Colorado Springs, Anchorage. You get caught quick if you're in Anchorage. doing it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But I think Minneapolis St. Paul, because it's real cold, there ain't nothing else to do. So it's like, you stay indoors. I'm sure there are other things to do. Yeah, like, do it with the person you're with, not cheat and do with someone else. You can still do it. How long the perfect Thanksgiving nap lasts?
Starting point is 00:25:47 According to a new survey, 58% of Americans say they're more likely to take naps during the holiday season the rest of the year. The best Thanksgiving naps happened after watching the football game and after the big meal and dessert. The perfect nap starts at 257 p.m. and lasts for 42 minutes. Hmm. Interesting. How much weight Americans think they'll gain during the holidays?
Starting point is 00:26:07 72% of Americans are planning on enjoying themselves and not worrying about their diet until 2024. I saw Dana White on TikTok talking about the water fast that he did. Unbelievable. For 72 hours? I think I'm going to do it. Me too. You want to do it together? Not today.
Starting point is 00:26:22 No, not today. After the holidays, because we're going to go through the holidays. Yeah, it was a 72 hour water fast. The first day, it's like you can drink water, but just with electrolytes. And then the second and third day, it was just bone brink. Roth and then he showed a picture of himself which I didn't think he was going to be as ripped up as he was anyway. He looks like a superhero. He was ripped
Starting point is 00:26:39 up before but then after he was like man it just takes a lot of the like excess water what was the other thing he said? But it looked good. I think I'm going to do it. He was ripped up before but covered. You know it's like a little soft and then the after picture and then I saw
Starting point is 00:26:57 it I'm like am I falling for a scam here like is he telling? He wasn't selling anything I know but I mean the picture are so drastic. I couldn't believe that's how much. Okay, but my question is, then you eat something and it goes right back, so you're just doing it just to... Well, what are you going to eat? A turkey afterwards? Yeah, no one's
Starting point is 00:27:13 saying it's forever, but it does... It's just for two days to look cool? No, I think it's to kind of give yourself a starting place to start over if you want to eat healthy and, like, have a healthier place to work from. That's it. Okay. You can't do that and then eat a pizza after. A lot of these articles are like fasting, just fasting anyway. It's good for your body to have a minute to
Starting point is 00:27:31 like not have to worry about continue to digest all this freaking food. Yeah. Um, or probably, I ate a lot of processed foods. Last time my stomach was killing me. And my wife's like, what's, what's, why is your stomach card? I said, I don't know. She goes, um, should I try to help you figure it out? I was like, okay. She goes, well, you had some cheesecake a minute ago. And I was like, yeah, it was good. She goes, you had five cookies and milk. Like in the last half hour. I was like, yeah, it was pretty good. She said, you had some churros, like a bag of churros. I was like, yeah, that's pretty good. She goes, and you can't figure out why you think your stomach cards? I was, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:27:58 You're a child, man. That's what I did to my kids. I don't know. I can't figure it out. I did read that Dana White headline wrong though a little bit. I thought I was like, man, he went that long without drinking water. That's great. No, oh yeah, that's funny. Dang, dude. You die trying to do the same one.
Starting point is 00:28:15 All right. Let's see what else we have here. Kane Brown laughed at Eddie's athletic ability. And what on earth? He was just kidding. Was he? Kind of. I don't think he was kidding.
Starting point is 00:28:25 We do a show called Too Much Access, a video show. And there's a video of Eddie and I throw on a football at TCU, which is the new episode's up today. And Kane Brown wrote a little fun. He's like, Eddie. Eddie's such an athlete. He's such an athlete. But you did make an over-the-shoulder catch.
Starting point is 00:28:38 Maybe he thought that's what that was. No, he did a laughing emoji at the end of it. It wasn't like Eddie's such an athlete with like an arm flexing a muscle. It was a laughing emoji. Hey, I thought me and Kane were buds, man. And that's what Buzz do. I want to challenge Kane. To what?
Starting point is 00:28:54 To a sport, athletic off. You really got him there. All right, here we go. We're going to end with this. I give you. One category, seven questions. Let's go. We got money?
Starting point is 00:29:07 No, it's not a game. I don't think Lunchbox would be good at this game because it's concert edition. He didn't like music that much. What you mean? What's the game? Yeah, name it. I can name it. It's not a game where you're guessing.
Starting point is 00:29:21 It's like your own personal information. Ray, can you give me some game music? Let's go, lunchbox. We'll see what up. What artist did you discover at a concert, meaning you didn't know who they were before seeing them live because they were an opening act? Oh, I know. Collective Soul.
Starting point is 00:29:34 I'll go no doubt. Brandy Carlisle. Where was collective soul? They were at Rockfest, 97, Dallas. I went with two chicks. Krista and Lauren, and they wanted to go, and I was like, I guess I'll go.
Starting point is 00:29:46 I don't know who's miserable. It was at the... Who was the headliner? Bush was there, no doubt was there. That leads to mine, because I saw Bush playing in this opening act with this woman who was crazy,
Starting point is 00:30:00 blonde girl, jumped climbing all over. It was no doubt. I didn't know if she was in time. Oh, that's really cool. Yeah, Google. girls with a middle line, middle actor. But yours is a collective soul, mine's no doubt. Yours was who? Randy Carlisle?
Starting point is 00:30:09 Nah, you know what, I'll change it. So they were an opener? Yeah, that's kind of what it is. I'm gonna go Kings of Leon. Who were they opening for? Pearl Jam? Long time ago. They were nothing.
Starting point is 00:30:19 It's pretty cool. I mean, they're big now, right? Does anyone know them? Yeah, they're big. What concert surprised you the most because you had no idea of how good they were or how good they'd be? That's a good one.
Starting point is 00:30:33 Good question. Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett. That's a good one, dude. I went because my wife did the marketing for the concerts, and so... That's a good one. We were there, and she gave me a ticket, and I went, and I was like, wow, this is... Holy crap. Eddie?
Starting point is 00:30:49 I'll go Blink 182 in Vegas with you and your wife. Yeah. Went to some pool party, and Blinkway 2 was playing. I'm like, oh, my gosh, these guys, it was one hit after another. And they sounded good. And they sounded amazing. At a pool? Yeah, I talked for the Cosmopolitan.
Starting point is 00:31:03 They put a stage. Oh. It's awesome. I would say trans-Siberian orchestra. It's freaking awesome. I had no expectation. I was like, this is going to be lame. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:31:16 Where did you see them? Austin. That's cool. Frank Arwen center is awesome. Okay. What band have you seen perform live more than three times? What band are artists? Lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:31:26 Blue October. Eddie? Pearl Jam. Yeah. John Mayer. Garth Brooks. Wait, you're a big Blue October fan? They're really good.
Starting point is 00:31:33 I went with a buddy back in Austin and I had no respect and it was at Stubbs. I was like these people are great. And so you saw them like three other times? Yeah like whenever they'd come to Stubbs, he'd go. About when they'd play our show. Yeah, and they'd come in and play our show and I'm like, oh, they're gonna be at Stubbs, I'll go again. They were good.
Starting point is 00:31:52 What's the best music festival you've ever been to? South by Southwest. Oh, I hated South by Southwest. Really? Yeah, I hated it. Dude, I loved it. Like, it was because it was because it's ever been to, it takes over the town.
Starting point is 00:32:05 And that's why I hated it. And I had to go to bed early so I can never go to the shows. Well, yeah. I liked ACL, except for when I lived over by Zilker Park, they shut down all the cell phones because everybody was there. That's right. But I liked ACL because I saw a really great John Mayor performance. ACL for me, probably.
Starting point is 00:32:20 You? Oh, man. I heart radio music festival, guys. At a boy. Yeah. Company man. At a boy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:24 Amazing. I thought, of course that. But what else? Correct. Oh, ACL. I mean, that's the only one I really did. You like South Buy, man? No, I didn't ever go to the shows.
Starting point is 00:32:33 I didn't care about music. then. But I did. You don't care about music now. But I did go to Kanye West at South by Southwest. It was me and Kanye, we had drinks together. No, you're in the same room. Yep. Yeah. I've seen Kanye, JZ, I've seen Eminem,
Starting point is 00:32:47 Bruce Springsteen, all of those people at South by Southwest. Saw Eminem, 50 Cent. Yeah, saw Diddy. What artist have you never seen in concert, but it's on your bucket list to see? Taylor Swift. That's interesting. I mean, I should have gone to this tour, but I didn't. Maybe I'll go
Starting point is 00:33:03 one of the South American ones. Ooh, they had a bad run this past week. Oh, I saw that. They went to give people water. Somebody died. Maybe not then. Um, huh.
Starting point is 00:33:13 By you? Bucket list. I mean, I really haven't. There's no one I'm like, oh my gosh, I got to see them. Anyone. But people say they're good. I don't know who my answer would be. I mean, I have no idea.
Starting point is 00:33:26 Who, um. Who's good? It's a lot of good people. That I haven't. I'm like, are there? Yeah. I can't think of anybody that I would want to see
Starting point is 00:33:38 that it's just like, have you all, have you all been to a Taylor show? You went to ERA. Taylor? Taylor. Yeah, I've seen Taylor play a few times. You have at a show?
Starting point is 00:33:48 Yeah, but I've seen her play a few times. No, no, at a concert though. But again, I've seen her play, so to me that counts. That doesn't count. If it's like 50 people, two people, or 10 million.
Starting point is 00:33:56 Nah, because Ares is like a production. Okay, so like I saw Garth Brooks at the win. That counts. That counts. All right. Eddie's rules are stupid. Thank you. No, but you want to see, you want to go to their concerts a different experience than seeing them at a little, like, side-show. Some people would say to see them, some are smaller is better. It's just your opinion. It's more intimate. I meant for this game.
Starting point is 00:34:15 No, you don't get to make the rules. What's the question? Who's on your bucket list? With what? What? Bucket list of what? Just see before. No, you're leaving out the word concert. It's on there. Okay, but concert can be small. Okay.
Starting point is 00:34:30 Like, if you go to Stubbs, is that a concert? Yes. Okay. Hey, so I don't know what Eddie's talking about. He was not the stadium, man. No, he said 50 people. Yeah, I said that. Some of these guys start out at a bar, and there are only five people there.
Starting point is 00:34:41 That's a concert. Have you ever said in the front row to concert? If so, which one? Yeah, Jay Z. Irwin Center. Our boss was like, hey, you want tickets to Jay Z and I got extra ones? And they were in the front row? Yeah, I had no idea. And I showed up his front row.
Starting point is 00:34:54 It's awesome. You? Pearl Jam, man. I had Hawaiian lays. Somebody gave me Hawaiian lays. They're like, hey, throw this up on the stage. And I'm like, no, I'm not throwing Hawaiian. lays up on the stage. And then the lead singer
Starting point is 00:35:05 during the set, he goes, man, it feels good up here. It feels like Hawaii. And I go, Hawaii, I got lays! And I reached under my seat, got the lays, and threw him up there. And the whole band wore the lays because of me. They did the rest of the show with Hawaiian lays on. It's just funny, because
Starting point is 00:35:21 I was really like, why are you giving me Hawaiian lays? It's the dumbest thing ever. First row. Front row, John Mayer, and sat front row Chris Rock. Oh, that's cool. Not really. It was terrible. Why? Front row to comedy show.
Starting point is 00:35:34 You don't get any speaker. You just got to hear from their mouth. It's terrible. Oh, I sat front row. Matt Carney didn't know. I was going to be sitting front row. Matt's a friend of ours. And we were, it wasn't even front row.
Starting point is 00:35:42 It was like the seats were on the stage. I felt like we were looking right up, but it was wiener. It was weird. That's funny. I was like, sorry, dude. The last concert you went to. Final question. Oh, I went to Ed Shearin.
Starting point is 00:35:56 Yeah, that's the last one because he was after Taylor. Have I even been to a concert lately? Do I heart. Yeah, that doesn't count, though. That doesn't count? That's not a concert. It is. We had to go for work. We had to go for work.
Starting point is 00:36:07 We were paid to go. Nah, they didn't pay me. They did. It's your salary. And part of your contract says you have to go to station events. I don't know, dude. I don't know. The last concert I went to for fun.
Starting point is 00:36:17 I went to Amos Lee. That's been a couple years. We went to Morgan Wall and my wife and I did. Maybe counting crows, you and me might have been my last concert. Yeah, maybe. All right, there you go. That's the lucky seven. Thank you, everybody.
Starting point is 00:36:31 That was pretty good at that game. You were. Good stuff to add there. I've actually been to things. Mm-hmm. All right, we're done. Yeah, we are. Hope you guys have a great day.
Starting point is 00:36:39 Don't forget. Thank goodness. The big special happening on Thursday and Friday night. Special. Lunchbox is special with the people from the challenge. Oh, man, that's a must tune in. It is. It's great, dude.
Starting point is 00:36:51 I mean, even if you don't like the challenge, dude, it's so good. These people are awesome. Your thing? Yeah. Yeah, cool. So check that out. Thursday. Other than that, thank you very much.
