It's time for the Bobby Bones Post Show. Here's your host. Bobby Bones. First things first. I've had the tail for 24 hours. I tried to get Caitlin to go to dinner with me last night. She did not want to go have dinner with me wearing a tail. I understand.

We ended up ordering in. I ordered around the office yesterday. Then I had people come over, and this was the only really embarrassing part was somebody came over to look to fix some stuff on the property and had the tail on. Stop. And I never addressed it and they never addressed it. I know they saw the tail because it's a long and stupid. People were like, what's the tail for? Kids were dressing up as cats.

And schools had to be like, stop dressing up as cats. And so we found like the tail and stuff they were wearing to school and said, loser has to wear. wear the tail. I lost the wheel. So I have to wear it for 48 hours. It's sitting beside me because I can't sit in a chair with it on. But I will wear it again today. It's stupid. That's all. But I am

wearing it and it feels ridiculous. One more day? Well, they also gave me these ears. For a headband. That's cute. So cute. I love that. That's like total cosplay and I'm not going full cat. Oh, I know. I was thinking the people that came to your house definitely think that like

Well, I just never said anything, and I think they saw it. Think what? What's that? They think that Caitlin and Bobby dress up. Like for fun? Oh, I don't know about that. Do you think we're fairies or whatever? I don't know that's the case.

That's what it's called furries. The neon moon remix that's all over TikTok. So good. And it's the dance. You think it's not good. It's actually terrible. What? It's really bad.

It's so bad. I like watching people do it. Well, yeah, but that's different than the mix of the song. The whole thing is fun to me. Like, have you heard the whole song? song from the beginning? No, I just hear the So you just hear the clip.

I just see whatever people are dancing to. Yes, so not the whole mix of the song. Oh, okay. Here's the song from the beginning. There we go. I'm going to play in the dance party Friday, but I really expected more from the mix because the 15 second clip is actually pretty good.

Eddie, wait, think about this. I feel like it's Venga Bus. The Venga Bus is coming. All right, that's better to hear. This is the part I hear. The real song. Ray, what do you want this mix? I think it's decent.

The TikTok hook is very catchy. The TikTok is catchy. The hook is catchy. But the whole mix itself, weird. Maybe at a bar, it's good. I like it. Keep it up. This is still the part you hear on TikTok.

The rest of this is doesn't make TikTok. It just starts to feel a little goofy. You're like, hey, hey. Feels like body-like in back for its haste. I've lost the sadness, though, of Neon Moon. This is a sad song. So that's not a sad beat. It's not.

Let's hear how it breaks into the chorus here. Is this international? I don't know. It's got to be right. It's got to be from another country. I thought it would be a really cool remix whenever I just heard the 15 second, but I would never listen to this. What do the guys think about it? Brooks and Dunn.

The only time Ronnie and I've talked about it, it's never been like critiquing the song. You can turn it off, right? It's been him going, what's happening? And him literally going, I think they remade it because it kind of came to life at your wedding again. And I was like, I don't know that that's true. Could be. Somebody from another country? Somebody saw the video.

He goes, because this song had kind of just been laying there. Nobody had cared about it until I sang it at your wedding. And I was like, I don't know if that's true or not. Probably not, but okay. And he was like, it's unbelievable. We can't believe this song. And from 1992, it's like hitting the charts again. And again, that mix is not even that good.

So like that won't be played. Will that be played on the radio? No? Okay. I mean, we will on Friday. In the dance party. It could get so big, I guess, that people do play. But I feel.

like if we were playing Niamu and we played that one instead, our listeners would be like, what is happening? Like, you think Pop Radio will pick that up? No, but I've seen crazier things happen. That's true. You know? And I also don't know if that's good. I heard, I was listening to the pop station

Like, I'm so really, I still am waiting for an apology, but I still haven't got one.

Then I sent him a picture of the pool. And he goes, I bet it's better than the daylight. Oh, yeah, probably is. And then his next statement was, welcome to Arkansas. I started to get mad. Oh, dang. Dang.

He'll keep digging. I saw a story this morning about Brian Laundry, the guy they're looking for in the Gabby Petito case. Do you know he still hasn't been charged with anything? Oh, no. Laundry 23, who's being sought by authorities, hasn't been accused of the Long Island Native's death, but is wanted for allegedly using someone's bank card in Wyoming in late August. So that's what they would... So what's he wanted for?

Just questioning? That's it. I just want to talk to him. Interesting. I guess because I just, I mean, I just assume they were like, we got them. Because then don't you have to have, yes, a reason to bring someone in? Questioning. Like, but actually, like, you can ask them to come in or can they arrest him?

I don't know. I don't know. I thought they were accusing him of something just because of how big the story is, but they still say they were not accusing him of anything. I think it just went straight to, all right, we're looking for him. We can't find him.

But you sat in the back because why? I sat in the back unless I had an assigned seat up front because I like to be able to do whatever, like talk to friends or doodle, whatever I want to do.

Yeah, slack. You ready? I started every first day of school in the back. And then about a weekend, they're like, uh-uh, you're up in the front. Because you wouldn't shut up? I would talk. Hang out my friends in the back. I sat in the front, but not because.

because of anything other than I can't see. Like even with my vision, and I was like, what? Because I was someone who would learn, you wanted to pay attention. But still, I could learn from the back. But I really couldn't, I could never see. So mine wasn't about hiding anything

or being back and gossiping or talking. So you were always in the front? Front-ish. Yeah, especially if there was a lot of board writing. But they say, while you might think the college students who sit in the back are slackers and those in the front are eager achievers, a new study says,

that's just not true. They found it does not matter where students sit during class. There was any quality data that's sitting in the front of the class equates to good grades or vice versa. So it seems that walking to the front of the class brings on a lot of anxiety and some people don't want the attention. Yeah, that's true. But they still want to learn. Because everyone feels so differently about that. That's a good point. A man picks up his girlfriend with his mom's corpse in the trunk. Did you guys see the story? No. It's been a weird day with stories because there were a lot of these. They were a little dark. What's happening right now? That I felt needed to be talked about just because they were so, I was so interested in them.

A guy in Tennessee is accused of taking his mom's body to a hospital in another part of the state, but the way he did it was because he picked up his girlfriend at 8.30 a.m. with his mom wrapped in a tarp in the back of his truck. They stopped for food, coffee, and gas on the way. When they reached the medical center, it was close. They drove to Nashville. He, police noted that the two passed multiple hospitals and law enforcement facilities along the way.

His mom had killed herself in a wooded area in Chattanooga. Oh my gosh. He was arrested in charge with failure to report the discovery of a dead body and evidence tampering. Wait. They are investigating. What? I mean, I get the evidence tampering, but if he genuinely discovered his mom and he's trying to get her somewhere, how is he getting wrong thing?

Probably call. Oh. Two, you probably get there right away, if that's the case. Because why would, I mean, I understand that could be tampering. What if something fishy went on and he was like, no, she did it? I don't know. You can't put, and then he stops and has food. I know, that part is.

Goes the coffee shop. Yeah. That's a weird story. It sounds weird, but you can't expect for everyone to know what to do in that situation. We all know, right? I don't know. But what if someone's raised not knowing anything? Not even, I think we've talked about this.

Are you Mowgli? Maybe. If you live out in the country and you've never called the cops or dealt with anything like that in your life, mom died. Put her in the trunk. Let's take her to the hospital. Throw her in the back of the truck. Let's stop and get some food. I mean, she's dead.

So what's it going to matter? I would think that would be a one stop. I think that would be a one stop. If you're going to take her and you put her in, you take her right away. I feel like all of us would probably know, but there are probably some people that don't know. I have family friends that went through a terrible situation during COVID of another family friend that passed away. And it was in Austin during the ice storms. Remember whenever it was awful?

When the power grid shut down. Yes. Yeah. How dark are you taking us here? Well. Let's get prepared. I guess I was showing my family friends, they knew. what to do, but it's awful and so traumatic. And they had to, yeah, like, the, the corner,

the funeral home or anybody, ambulance, no one could get on the roads because they lived back on the lake and windy roads. So the roads were all icy and shut down and they needed, they felt like they wanted her to get to the hospital. So my family friends loaded them up, loaded the body up and took them from themselves because they couldn't get there and it was awful. I still think you make a call. Yeah. I think they tried to call. tells you what to do. So, I mean, in theory, Eddie, your explanation, but I just think most people will go, oh, crap, this just happened, let me call.

Right. Let me call the cops. Call the ambulance. And not go by Duncan real quick for a dirty chylote. Especially if it was she took her own life, but in that way, because it could have, how they, yes, like you were saying, Bobby, how do they know that that's, if it's tampering, what if he shot her? And this is like his master plan to be like, oh, she did it herself.

A lot of what is, but you can't rule out that he just maybe didn't know what to with the body except drive it to the hospital. But then his girlfriend, did she know? Did the girlfriend know? I don't know. I doesn't say. She probably did. Okay, Lodd what ifs, Eddie? Okay, and then surely, did she raise the same way to not know anything? Who knows? Maybe they're neighbors. Cameron Diaz explained she is not attracted to her husband, Benji Madden's twin.

I saw this. This is crazy. She says they're not the same. Well, yeah, they're different people. I know, but they look the same. But you can be attracted, if she's attracted to Joel, right, that's who she's married to? Joel Madden, physically. Why not? be attracted to do his twin brother looks just like him.

didn't want to act anymore. like try to live as normal life as possible. Pretty cool. But I guess if you look at both of them, they're pretty different in the way that like, I think her husband's all tatted up. They're both pretty tatted up. Oh, really?

Right, Mike? They're both full, like, yeah, full. No, no, no, but her husband has a neck tattoo. Like, that's a different level, right, when he goes all the way up to the head? I don't know. I thought they both were like that. Are they not, Mike?

On Hulu, there's the new Britney Spears documentary. Have you watched it, Amy? I have. Yeah, it's the latest one from the New York Times. So it's a follow-up from the one that we, so they have, I think like nine episodes in this series where they, it's like all kinds of documentaries. And two of them are Britney Spears-related. So we have the first one was like episode six and this is episode nine. And it's the follow-up to the free Brittany movement and showing like, you know, what it was like outside the courtroom when Brittany was finally able to testify. And the suit, but the, but the, but the, but the, but the, but the, but the. main thing that sticks out is a former security guard of hers or someone that worked for her security team is speaking out. And I mean, he was on the inside inside dealing with, you know, a lot of the puppeteers. It's almost like there was all these strings being pulled. And then you would think that

the security was in place to like literally keep her safe because she's so famous. But the security was in place to kind of keep her in this, you know, invisible prison cell. I was reading they had her phone fully tracked. Yeah. He has, like they're watching a text, who she called. They had listening devices in a room. And then they were trying to get rid of the fact. I mean, yeah, it's crazy to think that if what all these people are saying is true,

that someone as famous and wealthy as her was on lockdown like this. And she had no control or ways to contact the outside world at times. Or if she did, she was being monitored. And then like her dad would take her phone away. from her. And then she would be backstage at a concert and like her wardrobe person is being interviewed on this documentary too. And she would be like, I would hear Brittany being like, Dad, please let me have my phone back. And he would be like, no. And then she would have no in that he would threaten like, well, if you do that, you're not going to get the boys. Because

he had control over her seeing her kids. And just terrible. I wonder what happened at the beginning of that. Like what started all this? Yeah. Because we don't. The beginning of the conservatorship. Yeah. We don't deserve to hear. any of the story. It's not like we're owed it. No. But I wonder. No, but I think Britney's, you know, I think now she wants things to be heard because she's like,

this is what I've lied before and said I'm happy. And she's like, and I'm not. And I haven't ever been. And there's times where, like, she's been highly medicated without, like, security, the security guy said that they would have her pills in an envelope and that she would be given them. And, like, she couldn't leave the room until she consumed the pills. And, like, this is an adult person.

that just got put into this, yeah, a prison of sorts. And then they would strategically have her photograph to where the public would think, oh, there's Britney out and about. She must be doing fine. But really, she just was in this daily prison. Do they address why she was put into the conservatorship to begin with?

I think it was after she had her mental breakdown. Sure. I remember what she, but I'm saying, like, I wonder. If they did, I miss specifically, but I know that in the state of California, that somehow her dad, presented and her management team and all of that presented that she wasn't of sound mind to make responsible decisions and also that it was to protect her from other people that wanted to take advantage of her when really they were the ones taking advantage and like she didn't want to work as

much as she was working and they would continuously like book her jobs and she was exhausted and she but she didn't have a choice because it was like okay if I don't keep doing this then maybe I'm not going to get my phone or I'm not going to see my boys or Crazy. Were you more upset after watching it? Yeah, I'm more baffled. And then also, too, that the laws, like, Brittany made a good point when she was giving her, I guess you would call it testimony, but that like, she's like, and I'm one example. Like, there's conservatorships all over for people that are way more vulnerable and don't

have the voice or the fans that are going to speak up for her. They're going to fight for her. And they're just in, they're just suppressed. And people are running their lives because of the way the. In systems, conservatorships are supposed to be set up to help protect people and people that need it. But then there's abuses of power. I wonder if that's what happened. Like if initially it went, they tried to set up for a good reason and then it became a lot worse.

You would think. Like they were protecting a commodity more than they were valuing a person and protecting them. Well, that sucks. Yeah. I've only watched that story from afar. I think you would find it. And there's far more in it. I'm not at the end. These are details that have been out for quite some time. Now it's just in a documentary form, which is interesting to see. And then, yeah, like I said, the point of view from the guy that worked for the security company, I feel like that was the big mind-blowing information in this particular episode.

I spent a little time with her dad. You did. At I heart. Yeah. Yeah. Have I told that story on the air? I don't know. I think so. Where? I haven't. Oh, never went. Then I'm like a crazy. What? I thought. you had. Mike said I haven't said it on the air. I remember that moment. I can picture it right now in my head. I was right there with you. Yeah. Yeah. It was before her boyfriend. They were trying to set me up with her. Oh, you definitely hadn't talked about that. I haven't. No. No. Well, and that's one thing they address in the documentary, actually, come to think of it. Not you. Oh, no, yeah. I'm nothing to do with it. I don't know anything about it. No, no, no, no, no, nothing to do with you, but her dad actually setting up relationships and then controlling, uh, relationships and I had no idea. Any of that was happening.

What happened was, the quick version of it was, I was there, they were like, hey, would you like to go out with Brittany? Like, you know, like, hey, I think it would be cool if you guys met. And I was already there and I was hanging out with her dad. I didn't know any of this stuff was happening. Nobody did. Nobody did. And I spent, and then, um, I was Eddie was there. And then at the end of the night, I got pulled a direction to go work. And then by the time I could be free, they were like, ah, she had to leave. And I was like, all right, cool.

And then we never talked about it again. That was it. It was a whole situation. Crazy. Where I was just like, somebody trying to set me out with Britney Spears? But listen, it was loud. I really didn't have a bunch of conversation with them. But I sat with them for 30 minutes, you know, watching shows.

She was performing that night. Watching her. Yeah, she then performed that night, too, now that I think about it. Well, I hate that for her. And I hope that all of her story gets out that she wants to get out and hopefully can help other people too. Yeah. Like it's just, yeah, it's just great. It does make you think of, yes, all the thousands of people this might be happening.
