Here's your host, Bobby, Bow, Bow, Let's play couple voicemails that we got last night. Here is somebody, no name.
Starting point is 00:03:04 This is no name. Hi, Bobby, and good morning studio. I'm calling because I just listened to the weekend bonus show, and I have a question for Ray. If he's not willing to put in five hours on Sunday for a job he apparently really wanted, why is he putting in hours and hours a week for something that he doesn't even remember the name of, Cameo? It really doesn't make sense, and if you wanted the announcer job, he could have just gone for it,
Starting point is 00:03:25 instead of messing around with Cameo for hours and complain me about it every week. Ray, what's the deal? What's the deal? Yeah, there's a thing that we were taught. It's called work slash life slash balance. And I try to keep that. I don't want to work seven days a week. But it would be a fun job to be a public address announcer.
Starting point is 00:03:41 But I also did it for seven years. I was the voice of Texas State Athletics. It was fun. I moved on. I know everything that entails in the gig. It's a cool little... It's an NFL job. It is, but it's not.
Starting point is 00:03:53 It'd be a lot cooler to do a TV broadcast of the games. The PA is... That's different, though. P is easier. And that wasn't offered to you. Yeah. PA is like number 22, fourth and three. To do analysis, far more difficult.
Starting point is 00:04:08 You have no chance at that job. Right, but I mean, you could also then move on to other things. Those guys can sometimes do the Super Bowl and stuff like that, whereas the PA announcer of Titans, you're only going to be the Titans PA announcer. And you just didn't want to be it. I just know it doesn't leave to other careers and jobs and stuff like that. They give you a 20 bucks and pat you on the butt and tell you to have a good day. 20 bucks.
Starting point is 00:04:28 Guys, I've done it for years. What are you charging a cameo now? 35. Wow. Are you starting to have a little freedom now? People still message you like crazy? No, I mean, they've been coming in pretty steadily. So I don't know if to say it's slowed down.
Starting point is 00:04:41 I would say no, it's their mother's days right around the corner. Oh, and you're saying now is the perfect time to get a Ray and Bay cameo. Who better than to tell mom she's been great than with Ray and Bay and Pablo? And you guys just sit at home and knock them out every night? We try to. Bay's been annihilating life. been really, really tough with some stuff, but we're back on them tonight and tomorrow, yeah. And how many do you think you've done total?
Starting point is 00:05:04 We are. There's an exact counter, but it's probably 150. It's a lot of weeks. I mean, the guys made thousands of dollars on camera. That's almost a feature film. Yeah, we're at 130. And how many are in the queue to do tonight? The queue's just chilling with eight. One, I got to do in five hours. But other than that... So they have deadlines.
Starting point is 00:05:24 Yeah, they got deadlines. Any crazy... Hey, we need this or that. They'll say music, but we got a little player that we can hit. We play any song they want. Pablo, he gets a little irritable, but we still get him in the videos. Bay is always looking good. Sometimes they want her in a bikini.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Guys, don't be perverted. Okay. Us? No, no, no. The people that do the request, they're like, could you do it poolside, Bay in a bikini? I'm like, okay, guys. Does anyone ever said they just want Bay? No, but, I mean, that would be cause for concern.
Starting point is 00:05:52 Why? I mean, you know what? They want my wife. Here is voicemail number four from Sean. This is regarding the wedding DJ, I have Kramer. Kramer, a couple of my celebrations. One of the celebrations we had, there was a couple situations there that's kind of awkward, and Kramer just kind of slid it right in there and made everybody feel comfortable and ended up being great.
Starting point is 00:06:18 You're not going to be disappointed at a studio. Thank you very much. I don't know what people think I'm going to be disappointed. I've never said anything but let's go. I mean, that was a good Yelp review right there. unsolicited. I'm one who, like, chased him down to make him drive to town and DJ the wedding.
Starting point is 00:06:35 I thought it was going to be like a bad situation with Kramer. Like one time he got too drunk and... He whooped me at the party. He pulled off his belt and spank me in front of everybody. No, no, I feel like it's going to be good. I have an article here about celebrity couples from the 2000s that you don't remember. See if you're...
Starting point is 00:06:51 A couple of these I remembered, but most I didn't. And I was like, wow, they dated. Chris Evans and Jessica Biel were together for five years. I guess I remember that now that you say it. I don't because he wasn't that famous then. And she's married to JT now? Yeah. 2001 to 2006.
Starting point is 00:07:07 Yeah. Like 15 years ago, I didn't know what Chris Evans was. Man. He just been a good looking guy. And Jessica Bill, though, was from what? My so-called life? In 7th Heaven?
Starting point is 00:07:16 Or 7th Heaven? Maybe that's what it was. I don't know about my so-called life. My so-called life was Claire Daines. Yeah, I don't know. I don't watch any of those. Janet Jackson and Matthew McConaughey. What?
Starting point is 00:07:26 I do not remember that. You did not talk about that in the book. That was a quick one. Oh, he didn't mention that. No, he did not. Ryan Gosling and Sandra Bullock for two years. What? She's 16 years older than he is.
Starting point is 00:07:36 Okay, yeah, I guess I remember. They did that movie together. And he was 21 when they hooked up. Wow. The proposal. They were in the movie, The Proposal. Kirsten Dunst and Jake Gyllenhaal? I don't not remember them.
Starting point is 00:07:52 I just don't care, I don't think. I didn't... Neither one of them really set off the old radar. The only person I remember what Jake Jelinehall was Taylor was Swett for a minute. And that's only because it was Taylor or not because it was Jake Jelinehall, you know. Jared Leto and Cameron Diaz, 1999, 2003.
Starting point is 00:08:06 I don't remember that. Eddie Murphy and Mel B. Scary Spice. I remember that. Had a kid. Yeah. Renee Zellwiger and Jack White. Weird. I remember that. You do? Uh-huh. Alanis Morissette and Ryan Reynolds for five years. Yes.
Starting point is 00:08:21 Wait, wait, back to Renee Zellweger. Was she with Katie Chesney? Okay. Yeah, they got married for a minute. Wait, who was with Sandra Bullock? Did you say Ryan Reynolds or Ryan Gosling earlier? Sandra Bullock was Ryan Gosling. Oh, Gosling. Okay, so she was in the proposal with Ryan Reynolds.
Starting point is 00:08:37 Alanis and Ryan Reynolds. Wow. David. Okay. Was the one for five years. Ashley Olson and Lance Armstrong. Yes, remember that. That was a big deal.
Starting point is 00:08:44 That was a big deal in Texas. That was very bizarre. Was it? Yeah, because isn't he way older than her? He was 36. She was 21. She was little Michelle. But she was 21.
Starting point is 00:08:54 I just said, you're like, hey, dude. Dude. Hey, hey, let's go. We've got a date in five minutes. You got it, dude. You got it, dude. It would be weird. So weird.
Starting point is 00:09:04 Lenny Kravitz and Nicole Kidman. Yeah. Yes, I remember that. Wow. I don't. I don't. And then Jessica Simpson and Billy Corgan. Do you know who Billy Corgan is?
Starting point is 00:09:14 Smashing Pumpkins? Yeah, I don't remember that. Didn't you read her book? I did. I don't remember her talking about that. She spent a lot of time on John Mayer and Nick Lechay, obviously. But a lot of time on John Mayer. I mean, John Mayer did a lot of time.
Starting point is 00:09:26 lot of people, right? He's dating Cassie David right now. Who's that? Larry David's daughter, who was with Pete Davidson? Oh, okay. All right. I think I've ever seen her, but I know Larry David. What? I don't know. I just made a weird noise. Yeah, he made it noise like you had something to say and you're holding it in. No, it's like, I don't know if something just came out of my throat.
Starting point is 00:09:44 Bill and Melinda Gates are divorcing after... I gasped. 27 years married. Wow. I gasped. Why? I gasped like I did with J-Lo and A-Rod. I don't know why. That J-Lo and A-Rod I knew was coming in. They both are... I know, I should not have been as shocked.
Starting point is 00:10:00 But I guess I watched that, I mean, a year and a half ago, maybe, but I watched that, you know, what was that documentary that Bill Gates put out? And they work so closely together in the foundation. And they just had a lot of admiration for each other. And they've been together for such a long time. 27 years. Wow. What happened? Any details?
Starting point is 00:10:19 Who knows? Who knows? Who knows? I don't know. Okay. I saw a meme, though, that said this summer, McKenzie Bezos, Melinda Gates, and Kim Kardashian are going wild. Yeah, they are. All the money they're going to have.
Starting point is 00:10:35 Bill and Melinda Gates, two of the richest people in the world who reshaped philanthropy and public health have said they are divorcing. They have been a singular force, but now they are not. They have $50 billion in their endowment to help others. And now they're calling to quits. Let's see. She's very smart. Their estimated worth is between $130 and $146 billion. With a B.
Starting point is 00:10:59 She filed paperwork, citing the marriages, irretrievably broken. Oh, I have a fun fact about Bill Gates. You want it? Mm-hmm. Okay. Well, he's so rich that the average American spending $1 is similar to him spending a million. A million? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:18 Wow. That's rich. A meal. That's like, Filthy, rich. That's going to the gas station. Right. And getting one of those little red chocolate balls right beside the counter.
Starting point is 00:11:30 You should update that fact with his wife now, too. She probably is the same thing with her. Well, no. I would say probably it's not going to be that because it's going to be split in half. Yeah. Now it'll be $500,000. Okay. Big difference.
Starting point is 00:11:43 That's wild. That's wild. Speaking of money, according to a new survey, 70% of people now say they would marry for money. Why? That means by getting married, your income level would be significantly increased. Now, just a little bit. A majority of those polled admitted job, career of the other person was strongly considered when getting married.
Starting point is 00:11:59 The average price that people would instantly marry for, $1.5 million. Oh, wow. It's great news, Bones. It's really nice. I know. I know. I'm like, whoa. Carolina man breaks the record for 3,050 push-ups in one hour.
Starting point is 00:12:14 Wow. T. Shane Johnson, a U.S. Marine veteran from Pineville, North Carolina, performed 3,050 push-ups in one hour, breaking the Guinness World Record. The previous record was 2,900. That's wild. That's crazy. What do you think you can do in an hour? I don't know, but he tried for 12 hours,
Starting point is 00:12:33 and the record was 19,325. He only got to 16,400. So the second record he didn't get, but the first one he got. He raised money for the National Purple Heart Honor Mission. Oh, that's cool. But 3,000.
Starting point is 00:12:49 in an hour? Hour, realistically. That's not... Because me, probably 200. In an hour? 200 in an hour. I mean, it would take me half an hour to get to 100, so... Then if that's the case, you couldn't get to 200.
Starting point is 00:13:03 You don't think so? Because I'd just burn out. If that's the case for half hour, I think you could probably do 200 in an hour. Yeah. I mean, me, probably 700? 700 in an hour. How many can you do in a row, like, the most that you've done in a row?
Starting point is 00:13:18 I don't know. I don't test myself. I've done 20 20 yeah with no knees 25 no knees 20 he looks at you like well didn't knees no knees no knees it's been a very long time since I've done a push-up though like for sure over a year how many could I do now 70 70 in a row and then you're just like oh that's a lot well it's not a hundred I think probably in my best shape I could have done a hundred maybe 65 to 70 are you really cranking them out like boom boom boom boom Or you just like down, up, down.
Starting point is 00:13:54 Probably a little bit of both. It gets a little slower as I get tired. What did we used to do, the Hershal Walker? Remember we used to try the Hershal Walker when we worked out together? Wasn't it 2,000 push-ups in a day? Was that what did we? No, we didn't try that. I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:14:05 I feel like we worked our way up to 100. But it was like brutal, brutal. And it took me forever to do it. I was thinking about you. You should come to the house and work out. I know, I should. I got a gym. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:14:16 Yeah. Yeah, because we want to work out. We used to go to the Y, but I mean, They're opening now, but I still don't feel 100% comfortable working out with a bunch of people. You're vaccinated? I know. Let it rip. It's just weird.
Starting point is 00:14:27 It's just weird huffing and puffing over everyone. But I'm down. I'm down to go to your house. Would you let me use the Peloton? Yeah, I set up profile. I need shoes. Okay. I need biking shoes, like cycling shoes?
Starting point is 00:14:39 You can probably ride on Caitlin's profile. She wouldn't care. You can't ride on mine, though. I don't need your low numbers. I'm bringing down your average. Listen, I get embarrassed on that thing. If I don't have a good ride, I consider deleting the whole workout. I don't, but every time I'm like, I don't do that.
Starting point is 00:14:51 I don't people to see it. Like, I have a bad right calf that just hasn't healed properly. And if I hit 400 now, I'm like, does a dang good workout. But if I'm at like, 360 or 370 output, I'm a little bit embarrassed. And I'm like, gosh, you just delete it. Knowing full well, nobody's going through and scroll. I know, but I care. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:11 But, you know, the only time I'm ever, I'll ever, like, congratulate myself is when I do a really good workout and I'm pushing through pain. Not injury, but when I'm like, I really want to give up. I will get off the bike or get off the treadmill and I'll be like, I give myself a high five. I'm like, that's what I'm talking about. I do. It's a very short, small moment, but I do. I give myself a high five and I'm like, that's what I'm talking about.
Starting point is 00:15:30 Because nobody else cares. Well, if I'm there, I'll give you the high five. And it's not so much about the running. It's about it hurting, not pain injury, but everything about it should tell me to stop. But if I can push through, like I'm proud of myself later. Because if you push through enough times, that same spot that you just had to push through,
Starting point is 00:15:47 you have to push through anymore. It's easier. you're just kind of leveling up. You have two really hard rides or runs or days at work or insert whatever it is that's challenging to you and you're able to fight through it. You're automatically stronger for next time. One, you know you can do it. So there's no excuse.
Starting point is 00:16:04 And two, you've been through it. And so that's when I give myself high fives. This is true. I remember when we were touring, Raging Idiots, and we had like 60-some. Remember that year we had like 60-some dates? And it was crazy. And I remember us thinking like, this is, too much. Like this is a lot
Starting point is 00:16:21 of work because we would do the radio show go on tour the weekend, come back to the radio show on Monday. But then the year after we cut down tremendously and then we're like, look kind of bored. We're used to that kind of like routine. I think you got bored because I had to do TV shows. I didn't really get that bored. That's true. I just put something else on its place.
Starting point is 00:16:37 Maybe I did. I'm like, this is weird because I'd gotten used to that pace. I'm pretty much now. Because we've had the last three weekends off, I think. Because I go back to Idol for the finale. And who knows, if Breaking Bobby Bones gets the second season, because the first season hasn't even aired.
Starting point is 00:16:52 You know, and we had a meeting yesterday about Breaking Bolly Bones, and our first episode is on Monday night of Memorial Day, right? May 31st? Yes. That's Memorial Day? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:17:02 I just get the holidays mixed up Memorial and Labor. Memorial Day is May 31st, right? The first one. Got it. So it's Memorial Day, May 31st, which is our first episode, and that's a Monday, and I was telling them in the meeting,
Starting point is 00:17:13 I said, man, I feel like you guys kind of took away my weapon, which is to be able to talk to people day of, and say, watch it tonight. Instead, we're leaving on Friday, and we're like, hopefully in three days, cross your fingers, you watch our show. Oh, right.
Starting point is 00:17:26 And there have already been some articles going, we don't think the show's going to get good ratings because, you know, his audience, he doesn't have a big enough group of people that will follow the show. Country music is not going to go. Okay. I think they, well, I think they kind of think a certain way
Starting point is 00:17:43 about people that listen to our show. I think they don't give them the credit they deserve for being, like smart, normal people. Like I think they think of everybody, I don't even know what they think about people, but I think there's some connotation with fancy folks in New York and L.A. that write articles about people that listen
Starting point is 00:18:02 or live in country music or middle America where they're not giving me a shot because of, they think I talk to those people all the time. And I do talk to those people, but they're not what they think they are. You know? Yeah. Like we are those people.
Starting point is 00:18:16 We talk to normal folks. I think they think that everybody has one-tooth and can't read. And that's what's annoying to me is that when people are writing off things that either country music artists are doing or what I'm doing because they're like oh, there's no way. They don't live in New York or L.A. They're not going to get the ratings.
Starting point is 00:18:30 And that's kind of what it is. And so, whatever. And writers can write what they want to write and they can hate on us all they want. But still, May 31st, breaking Bobby Bones. People put it in their calendars and they take pictures and they tag me on it
Starting point is 00:18:44 and I love that and I appreciate that. So we'll try to prove them wrong yet again. I'll try to prove them wrong and hopefully you guys watch the show live and then I think like three weeks later it goes up on Disney Plus. So the ratings do matter if you watch it live or watch it later.
Starting point is 00:18:57 So the goal is to watch a lot live. The goal is to watch it live and make sure that these you know, Fonsie darling critics are wrong saying that we, normal people in middle America can't actually get ratings at something. Anyway, but I'm not moving to L.A.
Starting point is 00:19:16 I'm not moving to New York. No chance. Let's see. Will Smith admits he's in the worst shape of his life. He posted a picture on Instagram. I didn't think you looked that out of shape. He looked fine. Actually. He didn't get a little belly. Who cares? But he's like, I am in the worst shape of my life. Scuba Steve said that he's also in the worst shape of his life. Oh my God, yeah. I'm awful. I'm looking at the picture of Will Smith. That looks like a normal dude. It's what he should look like. He's like 55 years old, isn't he? It looks great. Yeah, for 55 looks amazing. How are you, Scuba? I'm not 55 and I look like that. Actually, a little worse. I look kind of like I'm pregnant.
Starting point is 00:19:49 I'll show you my belly. I don't want to see your belly. It's hidden. But let's look at the factors here. You moved across the country. You have two kids. You guys, put your shirts down. Yeah, what are you all doing?
Starting point is 00:20:01 You're living in a pandemic. You're working sun up to sundown. True. You're living your life. I mean, I'm happy with where I'm at. I just know that I feel sluggish. I don't have the same kind of energy and drive that I used to have. And that's why I'm upset at myself for being where I'm at.
Starting point is 00:20:16 well you know how to fix that i do i just it's i love sweets i love me too man god do i love i love sugar god dang after dinner man that's all i want is what are we going to have for a dessert you can't have it there i will finish a meal and be like i see a awesome sweet yep it's not complete without some sweets i just need something yeah like last night it had a bowl of cereal that's how bad you wanted it hell yeah we had nothing in the house and so i had a bowl of cereal that's dinner sometimes for me and then i woke up at three this morning and had more cereal. What kind of cereal?
Starting point is 00:20:49 Oh, it's not even a good cereal. It's some kind of like frosted. It's not a special K. Oh, eh. I know. You need some apple jacks or cinnamon toast crunch. But I'll eat four bowls. And I drink, I do it with almond milk.
Starting point is 00:21:05 You know what I'm starting to do to kind of like kill the sweet crave? What? Is honey. I bought like a jar of honey and I get a tablespoon and I put it in that honey and I eat it. I'm like, ooh, that was actually good because it's sweet, and I didn't dip into the M&Ms. And it works. Yeah, if there were M&Ms nearby, though, if I keep anything in the house, ate all of it in a day.
Starting point is 00:21:27 I'm telling you, the honey totally takes your craving for sweets away for a second. I just love sweets. I love sweet over, what's the other one? Salt? Yeah, what do they call? Svary. Svary. Sweet old.
Starting point is 00:21:41 Anybody like savory over sweet, though? No. Anybody? They're always like, what do you prefer, sweet or savory? I'm like, if anybody picks savory, I would investigate them. Let's play guess the sound from the viral video. Okay, so what I will do is I will play you a sound. Ray, do you know what this is?
Starting point is 00:21:56 Yep. Cool. I'm meaning to get to this for a little bit. Are we ready, guys? I'll play you a clip from a viral video. You have to guess what you're hearing. I'll play the sound and give you a few options. The video currently has 5.4 million views on TikTok.
Starting point is 00:22:11 First of all, here's the sound. Okay, is that a woman scared by a possum and her kids? kitchen, a screaming goat. Sorry. Anytime I get a break, I just try to drink water like crazy. And now you're burping? Yeah. A man being dramatic getting his chest waxed or a dog getting its nails clipped.
Starting point is 00:22:39 Here's the clip again. So it's a woman being scared by a possum, a screaming goat, a man being dramatic getting his chest waxed, or a dog getting its nails clipped. What you think about, do you know the answer, Ray? Yep. Okay. Amy. I go dog getting its nails clipped.
Starting point is 00:23:02 Okay, let's hear it again, see if we can picture it. Eddie? Yeah, if you listen closely, you can hear the in between his screams. It's a dog getting his nails clip. Okay, let me hear that again. Could be a possum. They're on the ground.
Starting point is 00:23:23 No, they don't make that sound. Lunchbox? Well, my first in sync was a bird, but that was not one of the options. And so then you listen to it clearly, and it's the go. You can hear it. Screaming goat. Here, let's listen again. Well, one of you's right.
Starting point is 00:23:42 It is not the possum. It is not a guy getting his chest waxed. The screaming goat is wrong. It is the dog being its nails clipped. It's like a little pug or something, huh? It must be. I felt like I heard of. You can hear the, what do you call it, snarl?
Starting point is 00:23:55 It's from Danny Hatcher on TikTok. It's a video of his pug getting its nails clipped at home on the couch. Poor little things. We had the dog groomer. It's taking us three months to find a dog groomer that will come because Stanley needs his anal. glands released or whatever they call it. So people are just wash your own dog. I don't know how I release
Starting point is 00:24:10 anal glands. Yeah, all dogs need that. They do? Yeah. I don't know. I know his body. Our dog does. I've never done that to my dog. His body's fat and weird and he's got stuff he has to. We have to clean his folds out. You know, they're stuff with English bulldog that I didn't know. I've had many dogs. His face skin.
Starting point is 00:24:27 Yeah, his face skin. We have to like clean, like, open them up and clean the folds. And so I was like, I was on the internet. I was on Twitter. I'm getting tired. We've been doing a all day to day. We recorded an interview. I was on the computers.
Starting point is 00:24:43 And I got on Twitter. I said, hey, anybody know where I get a dog groomer? And I just got a tag. You've been like, wash your own freaking dog. And I was like, I do. We watch them on the water hose sometimes, but I need like things done. But this morning, while I've been at work, dog rumor went over and hopefully got whatever out of this glands. Losing my voice.
Starting point is 00:25:00 Stuff's falling from the... Is that what that is falling from the sky? Oh, no, no. You're talking about the white stuff? Yeah. No, that's like, that's off a tree. What is that? I saw that at your house.
Starting point is 00:25:09 It's a certain kind of tree that emits a little like cotton thing. Is that an allergen? I don't think so. I think it's just like a leaf falling. No, it's like a puffy thing. Yes, I know, but it's... Like you know those things you pick up and go, a dandelion.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Yeah, it looks like dandelion tops falling. It's a certain tree. I don't know if it's a magnolia or whatever, but that's what it is. Hey, Eddie, did you send your kid to school with some sort of risque shoebox? Yes. What happened? Okay, so, so he comes to school and said,
Starting point is 00:25:33 and it was already late in the day, and he goes, Hey, oh my gosh, I forgot to tell you guys, I need a shoebox for a class project tomorrow. And so I go to, I look around the house, there's no shoebox. So there's a boutique by my house, like a little fancy boutique or whatever. Fancy, darling. So I walk in, I was like, hey, can you help me? I need a shoebox for my son's class project. They're like, oh, yeah, we'll go in the back.
Starting point is 00:25:54 And they got a shoe box. And I didn't read what was on the shoebox, but I just gave it to my son. I say, here you go. This should help you at school. And so I'm trying to find exactly what it said. Yes. All right. So then he takes it to school, does his class project. He comes back. He's like, uh, mom, dad. Like, what is the shoebox? Because the teacher was saying this is like not good and inappropriate. So I'm like, let me see that. And I get it. And it's, it says dirty luxury on it. And it's got like a silhouette of like a sexy girl.
Starting point is 00:26:25 And I'm like, dang it. I did not check the shoebox. You said porn shoes. Yeah. So he goes to school with these like high heels stiletto shoe. box and thinking probably that his mom has those shoes. Dirty luxury. Yeah, so I'm like, well, sorry about that. I should double check. You guys check out the Talk to Chuck podcast.
Starting point is 00:26:45 He has on his best friend and author Taylor Scott. He talks about his new book, Lead with Hospitality. Chuck and Taylor talk about how they met and how Taylor didn't like Chuck at first. They bonded over their love of Disney, and you get to hear Taylor's animated voice from his days at Disney. What? Mike, do you know about that? He worked at Disney?
Starting point is 00:27:02 He did animated voices? That's what I'm talking about. Chuck did? No, Taylor did. Taylor, I need to get in touch with Taylor then. I'll call, can you call Chuck for me and tell Taylor to contact me and we can talk about voices? No, no, no, no. Are you working on your tape?
Starting point is 00:27:14 Yeah, of course. Of course. Me and Mike were trying to come up with characters yesterday after the show. What'd you come up with? What's the one you're working on? What was the one Mike? Mike says I should do a Mexican guy, for sure. Well, you're the only one who can because you have to be Mexican to do a Mexican guy.
Starting point is 00:27:28 Right, so a Mexican character, maybe like Don something, you know? I don't know. working on. Don jalapeno. Could be funny, right? You could actually be a jalapeno. Yes. Instead of a Mexican guy, but Halapin, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:40 Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then I have a Mexican accent and stuff like that. Amy's fifth thing is today? Yeah, it's where I share emails that have been sent in and answer any questions from listeners. So you never know when your note might pop up in an episode. That's true. All right, thank you guys.
Starting point is 00:27:56 This has been the post show. Don't be listening to this before the... We're not loading this before the radio show, right, Scuba? No, it goes radio show and then post-show. Okay. Because some of those B-teamers, I was watching them, they were like, you can't tell me what to do.
Starting point is 00:28:11 I'm going to listen to this first. Yeah, that's their fault. All right, I'm just kidding. All right, thank you guys. Have a good day. Don't forget, Bobby Fest, tickets go on sale. Friday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com. We're doing two, one day.
Starting point is 00:28:23 And by the way, people were asking like, what's the rest of the festival? Like, what's happening all day? I'm glad you asked. Is Amy going to do her thing? Oh, no, no. You want to come out and do us. We're doing a side stage.
Starting point is 00:28:32 You want to do your podcast live? I haven't talked about this besides just when we're on air. I know, that's the best time. I don't know, I just kind of threw that out there. Because I was thinking lunch can do kind of like guess you the weight and stuff too. Oh, like a carnival style. I'll eat my hat if I can't get your way. Right, right, right.
Starting point is 00:28:53 Here we go. So here is the true story. And I hope people listening from all of the country make their plans to come in September. That'd be cool. I also learned it's a Saturday and a Sunday, not a Friday and a Saturday. Yeah, the calendar told you. that, huh? You know, no, a listener did from which is.
Starting point is 00:29:09 Because I thought we'd be in Texas on, but if it's an all-day thing, they can't be on Friday, people have jobs. So it's all day, Saturday, all day Sunday. Here you go. The main stage, which is raging, Bobby B'Bow's Raging Idiots, it's us, and Brandon Rui and our awesome band. We're the headliner, Russell Dickerson, Maddie and Taye.
Starting point is 00:29:28 We're going to each, like, radio station's going to find a local band to, like, have a contest. They get to win the opening, opening spot. There's going to be a side stage. with family programming, acoustic performances, a magician, venue will have face painting, balloon animals, probably like a dunking booth. Dunking booth, a photo booth.
Starting point is 00:29:45 It's going to be like that kind of thing. Cool. Like a festival. Which is why it's called Bobby Fest. Yes. That's what they do. So people were asking me, I didn't know exactly, but that's what it is.
Starting point is 00:29:56 Well, and just for people to keep in mind, since it is a Saturday and then a Sunday, like if they do any traveling or whatever, Monday is actually Labor Day. So they may have that day off. The Monday after's Labor Day? Yeah. Now we're talking?
Starting point is 00:30:10 We didn't realize that. You can make a party all night long. I thought we have to do a 4 p.m. headliner set. Thank you for sharing. Do you think there'd be people that would do, like, you know, like the Grateful Dead, they had people that would follow them from town to town? You think there'd be people that would fly into Austin, go to the New Bromful show, and then follow us all the way to Wichita?
Starting point is 00:30:27 No. Okay. But I hope they come from one of them. Okay. No, I don't. That would be cool. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:36 All right. That's what's up. Thank you guys. Post show is pretty good today. Pretty long. Right? What we're looking at here? Like 30 minutes. Half hour? Yeah, 27 minutes.
