Starting point is 00:03:26 What was it? That he cheated. Oh, is it not true? I think it was. I broke up. Oh, at 5C? Okay, put that then at 6B. But that it
Starting point is 00:03:43 6B. What's that porky? Johnny Carson. Yeah, put that at 6B. Let's go with some posha. is. Stand by. The taking off your shoes.
Starting point is 00:04:30 Mr. Bob Peter. All right, in it. It's time for the Bobby Bones post show. Here's your host, Bobby Bones. I can't get fast cars on freedom out of my head. If you look at my Instagram, Mr. Bobby Bones, there's a clip of Gary LaVox, the lead singer of Brascoe Flats performed that at our wedding.
Starting point is 00:04:57 And to me, that's not a top. five, seven, Rascal Flats song. Caitlin loves it. And the whole, the crowd knew every word to it. I didn't know every word to it. I knew most of the one.
Starting point is 00:05:07 You don't look a day over fast cars and freedom of something and something. Right? Yes. Without the something and something. I mean, I'm talking about life as a highway, bless the broken road,
Starting point is 00:05:18 what hurts the most. Mayberry. My wish. I like the sound of that. Mayberry. Does you go on and on? Summer night. Oh, that's a good one.
Starting point is 00:05:30 Seminance! But he crushed it at our wedding, and you can see Fast Cars and Freedom. Here's a clip up from the wedding. This is from the performance here. And it was fantastic. It was so good, and I'll always remember that now as part of the wedding. Yeah. But that just wasn't a...
Starting point is 00:06:07 But that was like Caitlin's favorite Rascal Flats song. And when Gary the Boxes is the house, she was like, you got to do Fast Cars and Freedom. And he was like, okay. He was like, mostly people ask me to do Bless the Broken Roan. road at weddings. And so I was like, I'll do that too. So he did both. We didn't put a club of the oven up, but he did bless the broken road first. Man, he's so good. He's so good.
Starting point is 00:06:24 Like, I remember watching him and then being like, wow, this is the most effort. He has the most effortless position of his body. Like, it looks like he's just standing, talking to you, but the most beautiful sound is coming out of his voice. He also sings when he talks to you sometimes. Like, he'll be
Starting point is 00:06:40 together and he'll be like, and I just want to know, would you like for lunch? No, you know he does it. A lot of it sometimes. be like yeah he does but um i posted that clip yesterday and just letting people know he has uh some tour days he's going out doing one-on-one live he's in evansville indiana he's done two shows in indiana wisconsin he's doing ohio so you can go over to gary lavox dot com it's fantastic he's doing rascal flat songs as well as his you know uh he just did put out a solo christian record so he'll be doing all those but it was great i still have one more video i i don't want to
Starting point is 00:07:13 over saturate my feed or people with just like pictures from the wedding and stuff we don't have pictures yet back we have a few okay i've been wondering about that yeah i don't know where they are i've been wanting to post a picture from your wedding but i have nothing i know i saw one of lunchbox and some of our other friends after the wedding because we never saw but even that one wasn't fully i don't know what to edit i don't know what that means you have to edit wedding pictures or maybe they're just i don't know. I saw one of Lunchbox, but none of, the only ones with you and them are like from the wedding wedding. Yeah, but I get you guys pictures. I don't know. But I'll post some, but every time I get online and go on my comments, like, where are more wedding pictures? But I don't want
Starting point is 00:07:54 like push, just do it all the time. We don't have any. But I have one more performance of Ronnie Dunn to a neon moon. Yes. But do I even post that? Put it up. Telling you, man, that was my favorite moment of the wedding. Yes, put it up. Maybe I'll just put it on TikTok. Oh, Mr. Bobby's on. Okay. Maybe I just put it on over there. Amy was buying something online, and you had a pretty common question about tipping because it was an online purchase, right? Yeah, and it wasn't, it was an online purchase that was going to be mailed to me, not like delivered by postmates or anything, and had an option to tip at the checkout. And so I was like, who am I tipping, the person, the computer that's finalizing the checkout? I mean, I don't know. I'm not even slamming it. I just don't understand. I didn't tip because I didn't understand who I was tipping or why or what.
Starting point is 00:08:40 but I was like, oh, I mean, is this a thing that's going to start happening? Because I had never seen that online before. You shouldn't feel guilty about not tipping there. I'm a big tip. The best thing for me about having success now is that I can just tip a whole lot. That's the top three things for me about having success at this point in my career. Is that I can just tip a whole lot. Sometimes I'll do the whole check and just be like, because I had to work for tips for so long.
Starting point is 00:09:07 now it's so cool to be able to do to other people what I wish people would have done to me nobody ever did that guy for me I was begging I was begging begging you and so no tipping you should be able to see the person's face
Starting point is 00:09:23 right when you tip them general rule gotta see their face to tip them I don't know I'm tipping if I'm just tip clicking a click button exactly to go to Amazon's bottom line it wasn't yeah it wasn't Amazon but yeah like I
Starting point is 00:09:37 I was like, oh, shoot, but is there someone like a human that's processing it, and I missed out on tipping them? I will even, obviously, tip my Uber-Each driver because I can see their face on the phone. They get even more. And you're going to meet him at some point, right? That's true, too. I go outside, and I'm like, I'll meet you outside. I don't even make it put them on the door. Sometimes I'll be like, I'll walk down the road and meet you halfway.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Just to make it easier on it. Can you imagine? Speaking of roads, Eddie says the days of highway heroes are now gone. Yes, this is true. I mean, I loved, loved, loved, loved, loved seeing people straining on the side of the road and me pulling over and say, can I help you? Do you need help?
Starting point is 00:10:12 Do you have someone on the way or whatever? And I did it yesterday and I did it, I don't know, four or five months ago. And I got the same response twice, so I'm done doing it. And the response is, no, I'm good. My husband's on the way. Or no, I'm good. I called my friend. They're coming.
Starting point is 00:10:27 You can keep moving. They thought it was creepier than they did. Yeah. I know they have phones and I know that they could call somebody. But man, I'm really just trying to help. But it's almost like you pull up and they lock all the doors. Like, I'm good. Just waving. Keep moving. I don't need your help. We stopped for somebody, too, and their tire was blown.
Starting point is 00:10:44 They weren't weirded out by it because Caitlin was with me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm talking about just single dude. Yeah. Just me. But she was like, no, I've called my husband. Thank you. And that's the response most of the time. So I think I'm just done doing it. But that's good. It is good.
Starting point is 00:10:56 But, man, I loved helping people and be like, yeah, will you help me push my car on the side? Absolutely. How many people have you helped, do you think? My life? Probably five. Wow. So you've done. So he's going to miss it. He's done it five times.
Starting point is 00:11:08 Those were good. Five times, though. 42 years. Don't know 45 years. Sorry. Have you saved more people as a lifeguard or save more people on the side of the road? Three people lifeguarding. Yes.
Starting point is 00:11:18 But totally. You've saved eight lives. Yes. And I think that's something you should be proud of. Thank you, bones. Thank you. I'll think about that all day to day and be proud later. No, he didn't save anybody.
Starting point is 00:11:27 They told him they didn't need help. But if it's something you really like. But the five he needs it, he has stopped for. From my lifetime. Yes. In the last. like a few months, no, I've been turned down and I wasn't able to help. I love when it's
Starting point is 00:11:38 snowing, because I drive a Jeep. When it's snowing, I get to help people with my Jeep. I'm like, I'll pull you. No. Haven't once. What do you love about that? Being able to show like, I can do stuff. Helping people. It's like that human part of life where you're like, I got you, but I don't know you, but I got you. Okay, well, then you could still stop and check on people
Starting point is 00:11:54 just because you've been rejected twice. Now you quit. This is like the whole dating thing. Like after a while, you're just like, I'm just done dating. If it happens, it happens. Yeah, after twice. I mean, if Morgan would quit, she would never have been have her street fighter boyfriend. But Morgan, too, has also said, if it happens, it happens. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:12:12 No? I didn't make that up. Lunchbox, in a similar kind of situation where you're going to people helping them, he is asking why you can't compliment strangers anymore. Yeah, I was in line at Chipotle, and the girl in front of me had these, like, cool, like, neon shoes with some different... And I was like, oh, your shoes are pretty legit. And she goes, I have a boyfriend. What? She thought you were hitting that? How did you say it?
Starting point is 00:12:38 No, I said, she was standing in front of me and she was about to order and I said, hey, your shoes are legit. And she just goes, I have a boyfriend. And then she got a burrito bowl to go. And I was like, how do you know what she got to go? Because she was right in front of me. It was all up on her. She was right in front of me.
Starting point is 00:12:53 But I mean, I felt like, I'm like, can you not say something nice to someone in line without them jumping down? Like, girl, I didn't even think you were cute. Well, she was actually kind of hot. But I was just trying to take. you had cool shoes. I'm married. I ain't worried about it. And it was just... You wear your ring? No, I hadn't into my ring on. There you go. You have it right now? No. You never wear it. I wear it like big occasions. Like I wore it to... I think I wore it to your wedding. Your wife doesn't care? No. Like I wore it for my 40th birthday when we went to dinner.
Starting point is 00:13:21 I wore it. Um, but yeah, every day it kind of gets lost in the hustle and bustle. Is it like a metal ring? It's a metal ring. Man, these rubber ones, you don't even think about them. They're awesome. Yeah, but then you're going to have a bad tan line too. I don't care anything about tan lines. And when they spray tan me, I take it off. Oh, yes, Mark. Otherwise, I don't get in the real sun. Morgan, if a guy come up to you and said, hey, great shoes, what would you say?
Starting point is 00:13:44 Oh, I'd be like, thanks, that's cool. I mean, I don't assume anything unless they start being like, okay, can I get your number? You want to hang out? I don't assume anything anymore. What about you have pretty eyes? That's flirting. Yes, you don't say that. I can't say that.
Starting point is 00:13:58 Is that what you were saying? To the people you pulled over on the road? No. What about? You have a nice body. No. They're like, I called my husband. It's different.
Starting point is 00:14:07 Hey, you got pretty eyes. Need that tire fix, babe? Yeah, there's your problem. That does not work. Okay. At the wedding, and maybe even the bachelor party. Hey, Ray, when did you talk to Andy Roddick when you have a little situation here? Yeah, so it was at the wedding.
Starting point is 00:14:23 So I saw him at the rehearsal the day before. We were at the same table. Some small conversation went on. And then at the wedding, everybody was separated a little bit. It's not like you had that close-up conversations. I really didn't even. talk to you because I was across the room from you and Andy same thing. Y'all were at a separate table.
Starting point is 00:14:39 But as I was leaving, I said, I caught him real quick and I was like, man, hey, I'm about to head out and we did daps and I mean, kind of just like a small hug. And he looked me in the eye and he goes, hey man, keep in touch. And so then I was asking you guys, what does that mean? Is that just a pleasantry or did he really mean keep in touch? like text him and stuff Pleasantry Do you have his cell phone number?
Starting point is 00:15:07 Yeah, I do so I don't want Do you have it because he gave it to you? Yeah, because I gave it to like call him at times Oh, you probably gave it to me But there's been times I've texted him before But so I'm torn I want him to know
Starting point is 00:15:18 I heard him say Keep in touch So is he literally saying keep in touch Like call him Message him sometimes Send him pictures and stuff Yeah Send him a sunset picture
Starting point is 00:15:31 He posts on Instagram Look at this one Andy Try it out I think he meant it guys Yeah I mean Andy was on the Bachelor party too And Ray you guys hung out a little bit there Yeah yeah we're on the couch
Starting point is 00:15:44 Watching video games and stuff So I feel like he wants us to continue to talk a little bit And not go years again without saying what up Well then hit him up today and just be like Hey keep it in touch Yeah just being in touch what's up You can always do like you're watching Olympics and then start like a conversation.
Starting point is 00:16:01 That's a great one. Thank you. Or the tennis is going on in the Olympics, so that would make sense for me to say that thing. Or ping pong. Hey man, is ping pong a lot like tennis? Hit me back. Hit me back. Keep in touch.
Starting point is 00:16:13 I think that's funny. Is ping pong a lot like tennis? Okay. And just see what he says back. Okay. I don't think, listen, I don't think you would care. I talked to him yesterday. Andy's a good dude.
Starting point is 00:16:22 If you don't know who he is, he was a professional tennis player forever, he's number one in the world for a long time. Caitlin didn't know who he was. Really? No, I had no idea. Just thought it was a friend of yours? Yeah. And even when I said his name, she's like, I don't know who that is.
Starting point is 00:16:36 Which is fantastic. And even to him, it was fantastic. And he, they flown in for the wedding. And he texted me, goes, hey, I'm at your house. And I didn't see the text from it. And the next text says, hey, I'm in your house. And then I was like, what? I went and looked.
Starting point is 00:16:51 And he's like standing by the doorway, not because there are people everywhere. He doesn't want to people think he, like, broke in? and Caitlin saw him and just thought he was some guy and she was like hey how's it going and I was like no this is Andy and then it was all cool after that but she was like yeah I'd add I don't know and so that just shows you
Starting point is 00:17:08 everything is so you know everybody is famous to somebody right now and there's an Instagram influencer that I've no idea who they are that's specialized in chocolate cake that if somebody else walked by they'd see him and be like oh I'm a big fan of that person unless you're like Tom Hanks and but it's so much harder now
Starting point is 00:17:26 to be that. that. Yeah. It's so hard now to be that starting now. I don't think you can take a picture of Ariana Grande, who's possibly A-plus-plus in the past five years famous, and everybody knew who it was. But if you took a picture of Taylor Swift, they would,
Starting point is 00:17:45 because he was quite before that. Who's now? Who's the girl that hangs out with the Kardashians, Mike, who's the big, she's huge now? Addison Ray. Addison Ray, thank you. Don't know her. Right.
Starting point is 00:17:57 Massive. Matt. But most people don't even know who she is, but she walked in the room. What about Bieber? But he's before that. He's before. But who is somebody that you look at and you're like,
Starting point is 00:18:10 wow, that's cool. It's kind of famous. But everybody else will be like, I don't even know who that is. Like those have to exist. Yeah. Like now? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:18 I would say, just as a quick example, because of my mind. Eddie and we're at the bachelor party. And a guy that I know is a friend now, is named Quinn Grovey who played college football quarterback for Arkansas I does a podcast that listened to. But to me that's cool. And Arkansas keeps the geeking out over it.
Starting point is 00:18:35 Oh, geeking out. Right? Yeah, he kept saying Arkansas, man, can you believe we're hanging out with Quinn Grovey right now? And I'm like, I mean, I think he's a cool guy because I've met him a couple times, but I didn't know him as famous quarterback. And like if I look at, look at your Instagram right now, everybody, who you're following. Who do you follow that most people don't know who it is, but you're like, I'm kind of a fan of that person. Let me know if anybody comes to mine.
Starting point is 00:18:59 Johnny bananas. Okay. Wouldn't know Johnny bananas if he walked in the room. Man. And I'm not even saying that in a way of like he's not famous. He is, I'm sure. But I wouldn't know who it is. Chelsea from Team Mom.
Starting point is 00:19:12 It's all lechbox. Most of mine are Arkansas Razorback players, obviously. Olivia Rodriguez. Now, she's creeping up quickly to that edge of being almost famous where everybody knows her. Not yet. Yeah. You can walk a picture of her downtown and people would know who she is, but she's, yeah, massive for right now. Mike, who do you have up on the screen?
Starting point is 00:19:38 David Dobrick, he's a YouTuber, has 13 million Instagram followers, but you probably wouldn't know him. Don't know who he is at all. And again, this is not a slight toward anyone. But I'm just showing you if people can be way famous to somebody and then you have no idea who other people have no idea who they are. Eddie have any? No, I just have a bunch of like country people, but no, I don't have anyone like that. Even country stars are niche.
Starting point is 00:19:58 Sure. Like Matt Stel is thinking like that, but I think, I don't know. I don't know. Amy, anybody? I'm looking. Have you ever looked at Addison Ray, though? Yes. Have you ever looked at Addison Ray. Yes, we have. What are you going to say? I know she is.
Starting point is 00:20:12 What? I had to Google her because I didn't know who she was. Now, I bet we can figure out why that girl was like, I have a boyfriend. Right. He probably said it in such a creepy way. Ryan Sandberg. I follow him. He's on my shirt. You have on your shirt. Eddie, look at her.
Starting point is 00:20:28 Oh, I thought I was thinking, I'm on a boat, Adam Sandberg when you said that. Andy Sandberg. Okay. I was saying Ryan Sandberg. Anyway, that point. Addison Ray has 38 million Instagram followers. Yeah. That's a lot.
Starting point is 00:20:43 I mean, she got famous from dancing on TikTok. You dance on TikTok? I know. More than TikTok, I think it's more of a Kardashian route. How did she meet the Kardashian? She's from Louisiana. Right, Mike? When she was, like, hanging out with Courtney Kardashian?
Starting point is 00:20:58 Like even a housewife, you know? I don't know who they are. Oh, yeah, a lot of them. I freak out when they come around. Okay, okay, okay, okay. Let's see. Brooks and Dunn have announced their final Las Vegas shows with Riba. I did get a chance to go to the fantastic shows.
Starting point is 00:21:13 They play all hits. They go back and forth. It's great. If you do get a chance to go to that. Where are those? In Las Vegas. What hotel? Do you remember?
Starting point is 00:21:21 Yeah, I think Caesar's Palace. Okay. Pretty sure there. Rolling Stones released the 100 greatest music videos of all time. So what comes to your mind when I say
Starting point is 00:21:33 what's the greatest music video of all time? It didn't have to be the one you go with but something that comes to your mind I go Paula Abdul off the track where she's dancing
Starting point is 00:21:39 with the cartoon Skat cat. Yeah, I remember that. That was a great music video. I gotta go Thriller. Yeah, thriller to me as a kid never really watched it that much
Starting point is 00:21:49 but like I've always told it was great and I watched it later in life. Yeah. But like for me because Thriller made maybe one of these. No, I didn't make
Starting point is 00:21:57 This list. What? Billy Jean did at 10. That's the street fight, right? Yeah. Yeah, knife fight. They were kind of doing West Side Story.
Starting point is 00:22:07 Like a play of West Side Story. November rain was a big one. Oh, I remember that. When he smashes the telephone. And it was like 10 minutes. This is all on the list here. What about crazy? Patsy Klan?
Starting point is 00:22:19 No. Britney Spears? Alicia Silverstone on the tractor or... Oh, Aerosmith. Yeah. Yeah. Hurry and...
Starting point is 00:22:27 Is that crazy or living on the edge? That's not living on the edge. It could be both, but I think that's crazy. Vogue makes the list here. What about, oh yeah, it has to be them dancing in the hallway. What's that song called? Gangdom style. No.
Starting point is 00:22:41 Oh, baby one more time. Yeah, that's probably one. Oh, the school girl. Yeah, that was a big one. Lunch is a perth, huh? Like the warring does the last five minutes. Yeah. What?
Starting point is 00:22:52 Oh, stop it. You guys watched it too. Don't add like. No, we did. Exactly. When it comes to mind, Slot, like, guys of all time. Well, a 16-year-old Brittany.
Starting point is 00:23:00 But you were a teenager at the time. Yeah, we were a teenager at the time. Yes, I know. And I felt the same way at the time. But I'm saying, it's just all three of those things in a row. In a row. Have you seen that in a row?
Starting point is 00:23:10 Look at this. Got it, got it, got it. Whatever. What about Johnny Cash hurt? That is actually number two. I wouldn't have put that up there because I don't... I remember it barely. That one made me cry because he had just died
Starting point is 00:23:23 right before it was released. So when it released, it's like, All you can think of was Johnny Cash just died. Number one is Beyonce Formation. Childish Gambino, this is America, which is a really good one. Made it. He's doing the dancing. They got their shirt on.
Starting point is 00:23:40 They like to shoot them in the head. You don't remember this video? No, uh-uh. I remember Michael and Janet Jackson doing... What was the song they did together? It was in black and white. Is it called Black or White? No, that was a good video, too, with McCulley Colkin.
Starting point is 00:23:56 And, like, the cad, and they cut the end of it off after the Super Bowl where he smashed the car. Oh, wow. I don't remember that. I remember that one. Scream. Yeah, Michael and Janet did scream. That was a really good one. Mm, music.
Starting point is 00:24:09 I remember, um... It was... Uh, down to college. My, but... Oh, Strawberry Wine? Yeah, I remember that video. See, man, you got country Chattahoochee. Yeah, true.
Starting point is 00:24:20 Like, Chattahoochee's the best country video out there. What about, um, standing outside the fire? Oh, that was great with all the, uh, is that Olympic? Olympics? Yep. The red strokes. I don't remember that one. It wasn't that where all the paint came down?
Starting point is 00:24:33 Oh, where it's in white and it's in the piano and it's all the red paint? Yeah, and it's like slams down on them. I think that's it too. A lot of Garth videos were fantastic. I mean, Thunder Rolls was amazing. It's a movie. Morgan, what are you itching to say? Bye, bye, bye.
Starting point is 00:24:46 In sync was a big one. And then that don't impress me much. Shania Twain and her leopard outfit. Yeah, a lot of her outfits. You guys are creeps. Okay, no. Let her outfit. A lot of her outfits I can remember
Starting point is 00:24:57 Like she did it addicted to love Parody for To love Robert Palmer In his video It was him with the dancing girls with the slick back hair And she did it for Mike, well you look that up She and I have to win Robert Palmer
Starting point is 00:25:13 What is it? It was man, I felt like a woman Okay Lunchbox, remember blurred lines Yeah I do Oh, we recreated it Well the first version was Naked Girls Right
Starting point is 00:25:24 Yeah I do remember that one In the second version, we recreated the song, we didn't do the video. We didn't do a video. We weren't naked. But we didn't do it like they did the video. Kind of, but we were the opposite. We were like all dressed and nerdy. I don't remember that.
Starting point is 00:25:36 Yeah, we did. We had like suits on and stuff. Yeah, it was the same time that I made y'all do the Taylor Swift parody 22, but we did it to 32. Mike, can you show me the blurred lines? I have no recollection of that. Uh-huh. I was wearing a fedora. Do you remember?
Starting point is 00:25:49 But my screen's down. I'll see Dana Carter on the screen. Do you remember Amy's 22? video? Yeah. 32. 32. We did it in my the house. I moved here. I like that one, but the one I got mad at is when you guys made me do two. And that's when Bobby was a baby. Like that's where I was like really good. I don't know about you, but I'm feeling two. And we had a little potty trainer thing. Like we had the smash
Starting point is 00:26:15 with 32, right? 32 was awesome. Great idea. But then Amy's like, I want to do two. And Bobby's a baby with a pacifier. And I'm like, this is I barely remember that. I took it too far. I don't know if like, That's before I had kids. I remember I told Amy like, I'm not doing this. And then you told Bobby and Bobby's like, we got to do it. I'm like, I don't want to do it. Was I even like a ray in his underwear?
Starting point is 00:26:38 Oh, that's why I don't remember. I wasn't in it. Blurred lines? Why were you not in it? The raging idiots featured Jared Neiman. Why weren't you in it? And then the lunchbox walks up on his underwear. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:26:48 Oh, it's all the guys. That's what it is. But I was in it. Am I in at all? No, okay. Why not? I don't know. Too cool back in the day?
Starting point is 00:26:57 No, I must have... Tim is in it, shirtless. Battle. Oh. And Amy's kind of the head. I don't... Yeah, I don't remember this at all. No.
Starting point is 00:27:08 Me neither. I mean, you've not... Ray's looking pretty ripped in this video, though, Ray. Yeah! Back in the day, kind of had it going. Back in the day, he's still kind of ripped. Yeah, back in the day, though. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:20 I'm looking here. Hey, you ever seen him? No. Okay, lunchbox. Look at this. That's right. Man, I've been reading about Addison Ray, guys. What year was that?
Starting point is 00:27:30 She's a good girl. 2013. He first moved here. I can't have that stuff still up there. She's what? A good girl. Yeah, she donated a million dollars. She won some Mario Tennis Aces tournament,
Starting point is 00:27:42 and she won a million bucks. She donated to charity. And the reason she got in with the Kardashians is she was popular on TikTok, so they hired her to surprise Courtney's son at his birthday party, and then she became friends with Courtney Kardashian. Which then...
Starting point is 00:27:56 led to super famous. But yeah, she got famous on TikTok, so she dropped out of college at LSU, moved to L.A. Then she met the Kardashians, and now she's 20, and she's going to be in, the remake of She's All That to He's All That?
Starting point is 00:28:09 Yeah. Anything else she didn't know about Asson Ray, I got you. Look, I'm doing it for the show. Well, we ask you not to. Okay, then I'll stop. Oh, okay, that's it for today. Ray, how long has this post show been? 24.
Starting point is 00:28:26 I'm still not fully in fighting shape yet. What do you mean? I like to get up and do a long post show. Oh. Waking up early again. Yeah. Not quite caught up. Yeah, me either.
Starting point is 00:28:40 Why are we just, why is it silent? Eddie does stay up here all day and work. I do. When we work at my house, we work at my house a couple days a week, I'll walk out at like 1 p.m. And I went in a day at lunch. You know, dogs are sick right now,
Starting point is 00:28:55 so I'm having to put stuff in their eyes, like yesterday. And Eddie's Jeep is still there. And I don't quite know I think he's where You're working Of course I'm working Yeah I think I feel like it's working
Starting point is 00:29:03 You don't Sometimes No I'm working And that's cool That's cool that's cool Some of the others on the show Oh go ahead I just think it's cool
Starting point is 00:29:10 That sometimes you don't know What I do But I'm working Of course I'm working I know you're editing videos Yeah And uploading them We probably do
Starting point is 00:29:20 Just so you know Like for every video I do I gotta do like Three different versions of them So it's like I've got to do Instagram version Instagram story version
Starting point is 00:29:26 Instagram story versions, YouTube versions, things like that. Morgan, why are you laughing? Because he gets really mad at me that I make him do a lot of different versions. It's part of my job. So it just takes time. That's it. Do you ever go, this sucks? No. No.
Starting point is 00:29:41 Don't lie. No. Why do you lie? It's okay to say it sucks and that you complain sometimes. We all do. I don't know where I got this from. But in my life, like if that's what I have to do, I just do it. I don't complain about it.
Starting point is 00:29:52 I don't say this sucks. I just do it. if like if this goes away, like if I don't have to do like 30 videos and it ends up just being like two videos, I'll get used to that. And then if the 30 videos come back, then I start saying like, well, that sucks. I don't want to do 30 videos. Wait, I thought you were someone that didn't complain. But it's my life, so I don't complain anymore.
Starting point is 00:30:10 It's like this is what I do now. Ray, what about you? Because you're up here probably, you and Scoobo Steve up here probably, probably, you're earlier than everybody else. Do you ever go, dang, this sucks. Yeah, I have the conversation with my wife pretty regularly where I'm like, listen, this is my. final year waking up early. Hey, I say that too. I said it to Caitlin yesterday. I was like, I'm about, I'm about to be done. And Ray wakes up the earliest for sure. Yeah. And so what, what would you like to see changed? No, I mean, that's just me saying that. Nothing will probably
Starting point is 00:30:39 ever come of that. But I would love to walk dogs in the morning. I would love to read the newspaper. I would love to see the sunrise. Walk dogs in the morning? Yeah, he's just thinking of dogs. You're scared of dogs. You're scared of them. You're scared of them. When we live together, you were scared of my dogs. You would going your room. When you come to my house, you run from dogs. I don't understand. We're looking into getting dogs. Oh, boy. And in your apartment? Once we get a house. Okay.
Starting point is 00:31:02 Yeah. So what do you mean you told Caitlin the other day? You're almost done. Eh, for another time. Well, it's healthy to talk about. Eh, for another time. I was just like, I'm done. I can't do this anymore. I'm out. But did you say that a lot? You said? No. Just mostly recently.
Starting point is 00:31:21 I think I'm just getting burnt a little bit of all, not just this job. jobs. I think I told I'm going to retire. I'm done. Retire? I'm just out. No, you're not. You hate that life. I am done. At times I just get fried. But this is the best part of anything I do. This job, I just wish
Starting point is 00:31:36 was in the morning. If I could start at like 2 p.m. Mother. Maybe awesome. All right, we're done. Thank you. Have a great day, everybody. And thank you for listening to the post show or watching on Facebook. Tell your friends about us. Amy's got a four things, like a bonus episode.
Starting point is 00:31:54 today? Yeah. Tuesdays is my Q&A. Listeners send in emails and I share them. Are the sore losers doing a show today? No, not today, but you can listen to yesterday as we just recap our vacation. We did a two-hour episode yesterday. Are you guys doing sports? Two hours? Why?
Starting point is 00:32:11 Are you guys doing sports? Yeah, of course. The Olympics are going. Right. It's mostly about sports, right? Well, I mean, you do, I would say it's probably a third sports and then the rest of our life. Wow. But... You're not going to grow though if you don't do more sports. That's going to get, otherwise you're just doing Bobby Bone Show JV.
Starting point is 00:32:27 I just feel, no, no, no, I just feel like, well, and this is all of us, I think. But I just feel like all the sports podcasts, like they do all sports and then they're kind of like, they're not that long, but we do an hour because it's like we do sports and then we do our lives. Well, let me just throw a little, that's someone who looks at podcast research all the time. You're just going to get our listeners if you're just talking about your lives, because nobody's going to come and check out the show new and be like, let me hear these guys lives. That's Bobby Bowen Show Junior Varsity. If you're doing sports, I'm always looking for a new sports podcast.
Starting point is 00:32:54 to listen to. Yeah. And I like for them to trickle into their lives a little bit. I think there's stuff there. But you'll keep our listeners very happy, but you're not going to grow unless you're getting people that are looking for a new sports podcast. Does that make sense?
Starting point is 00:33:10 Yes. Hey, what do I know? Problem is, problem is, is that Lunchbox is really the only one that knows a lot about sports, because that's his life. I watch sports because I gamble on it, and I watch games, but I don't really know, like,
Starting point is 00:33:24 the, like, what the, I don't even know when a trade deadline. I listen to sports shows, they have an idiot on the show. That's me. I'm the idiot. Eddie knows the who's, who's, and the what's what? No, he doesn't know who the who's and the what's. Ray, what's up with you? Yeah, I can host a sports show on my own, so I might just branch out and do my own. Oh, oh.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Oh, okay. All sports all the time. Wow. You want to know Ray, though? He doesn't watch live sports. No, he just watches the highlights on Sports Center, so he needs he knows. No, you don't get the game like that. Great.
Starting point is 00:33:52 He can't talk about a game because he only watch. Five minutes of it. Every sports show watches every game. No, of course not. We do out of the three of us? No, you don't. Shh. Lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:34:01 90% of people I know that do full sports talk as a life, they will watch possibly three quarters of one game and then catch all the highlights of everything else. We split the games. Lunchbox, you're watching the White Sox tonight. I'm watching. You're watching MLV games? You're out of your freaking mind. Oh.
Starting point is 00:34:16 Just kidding. But why was yesterday? I'm still, I have to know. Why was yesterday's episode two hours? I think my, I think what I, what I think what I, What I take from it is that lunchbox is silent during vacation. So when he comes in, he's like, just starts talking, talking, talking, and that's it.
Starting point is 00:34:32 You can't stop the guy. Okay. I was just curious because that's another thing that probably kept Eddie at your house all day. Maybe that's true, too. That's why it's 6 o'clock. We're having dinner. Eddie's still over there. All right, thank you guys.
