Owning a home comes with a lot of things nobody really prepares you for, including yard care.
Sunday is a company trying to make that part easier.
They start with a soil test and climate data to build a yard plan tailor to where you live,
then ship everything directly to your door.
no guesswork, no dragging bags of fertilizer.
And instead of harsh chemicals, Sunday uses simple, nutrient dense ingredients like seaweed, molasses, and iron.
Everything hooks up to a hose, which honestly sounds like my speed.
If your yard feels more stressful than satisfying, Sunday's approach makes a lot of sense.

Morning studio.
Morning.
Amy, what happened?
Okay, so I was at the mall shopping at a new store.
I had not been there before.
And I go back into the dressing rooms and I go in my little cubby with a curtain and there's no mirror in there.
There's communal mirrors in the middle.
So there's this big round space.
So you get dressed in the room but then you can't look at yourself in the room?
Exactly.
So you have to go out.
I mean, I was like timid because there's all these people out there and salespeople.
But then you start to get that.
hang of it, you're like, this is not so bad because all the people that work there, they're like
cheerleaders. You come out and they're like, whoa, you look so good. Oh, do you want me to grab those
pants in another color? Oh, those are amazing. You could size down, like all these things that you
like want to hear. And then I got more confident. I went out with more stuff. I ended up buying
basically everything that I had. Well, anyway, I get home and I'm telling a friend about this
experience. And she goes, you know that's a sales tactic, right? And I said, no, I've never had that
I've always had a mirror inside my dressing room.
And she said that some stores are starting to do it and placing salespeople out there
to be your hype girl.
So that way you end up buying more.
What if you need to buy underwear?
Or like a swim...
Well, they don't sell that there.
They don't?
Yeah, no.
You have to walk out.
I guess my thing with dressing rooms, if they do have a mirror in there, the lighting is always
so bad that I look so ugly that I don't want anything.
Well, let me tell you, they have the lighting out in the center and it is perfect.
They have a fan blowing and close your hair back.
You're like Beyonce out there?
Yeah, it's totally, if you had wanted to take a selfie in the mirror, very Instagramable.
Like the whole vibe is just perfect.
And I got to say, sales tactic worked on me like a charm.
Are you taking the stuff back?
No.
You get home and you put it on and you vomit.
I know.
I'm like, where are my hype girls?
I thought they said this looked good.
I'm surprised you're shopping at a mall.
Why?
Because I order everything online now for the most part.
Yeah, well, this is a new store that opened that I was excited to check out.
I will not try anything on in the mall.
I will not try anything on anywhere.
If I go, I know what size I am, I take it home with me, I put it on, and if it doesn't fit,
I'm just sometimes screwed.
You just leave it?
Then if it's too tight, I'll just lose a couple pounds.
And if it's too big, I'll just cinch it and wear a belt.
I won't try it on.
I will not take it back.
Oh, wow.
Stubborn, huh?
Lazy, lazy, lazy more than stubborn.
You're with the majority.
So many people ordering online, I was shopping for my kids, and they didn't have certain sizes in stock,
and the woman said, oh, yeah, like, ever since COVID,
we don't have full stock like we used to because most people are ordering online,
so I can order them and ship them to your house.
It was like, okay.
Well, there's a store, too, that we go to, and they don't have dressing rooms still,
and they blame COVID.
Even though COVID was like, 1974.
They're like, oh, we don't have dressing rooms, COVID, you know, we don't let.
That's another sales tactic.
Let's just keep it.
So then you take the clothes home, and they're hoping, like, you won't return them.
Oh, wow, good call.
Yeah.
So sometimes I will put it on if I do, if it's like a jacket,
I'll put it on there.
Yeah.
And then I'll walk around in it,
then you might forget and steal it.
What was it?
Was it? Morgan number two, one time
that was trying on clothes in the middle of the store
and a mom got mad at her because her child was there.
Yes, that was me.
Sports bra, though, right?
Yeah, I had a sports bra and leggings on,
but I was trying on, like, dresses and stuff
over my clothes.
That's funny.
All right, time to open up the mailbag.
You send an email and we read it all the air.
It's something we call Bobby's mailbag.
Hello, Bobby Bones.
My husband and I moved into a new house six months ago.
In the first week, we saw our neighbor.
We introduced ourselves.
Turns out, very cool guy.
So we told him he's welcome to use our hot tub if he ever needs to relax.
It's outside.
It's easy to get to.
We said this thinking he could use it every once in a while, not every night.
My husband and I joined him the first night, but we haven't since then.
He's been out of control.
He uses it all the time.
Hilarious.
we're feeling like he's taking advantage of our invitation.
At this point, we would prefer he doesn't use it anymore at all,
but he is a neighbor so we don't want to cause a divide in the relationship.
Well, it's the right way to handle this.
Thanks for your thoughts.
Michaela.
First of all, the gall.
I mean, that guy just jumping in.
That's not my personality.
I never want to bother anyone.
I wouldn't use it once.
I'll be like, thank you.
And I'd never go to it, even though I really wanted to.
But they did say you can use it.
He is using it.
The way to stop him, though, is not a conversation.
The way to stop him is by putting the cover over it.
Because you can have it run and put the cover over it and see what happens.
Now, if he removes the cover, which he shouldn't do because it's not his hot tub,
then you've got to go to level two.
But level one, and I think it'll stop him, but just put the cover over it.
Okay.
It only takes 30 seconds to remove.
But he already comes over in a swimsuit and his towel.
He's probably committed to removing the lid.
We've got a lot of comments about the guy.
and if the lid is not already on it
and it starts to be on it now
he's going to think something's up
put the lid on it
if that doesn't work
put the lid on it
and a little sign on it says out of order
or oh out of order
or broken
okay
that's it
yeah
hopefully the first one works
hopefully you don't have to put a sign up
it's out of order
and if that doesn't work
put up a beeware of dog
just for kicks
beware of dog
I think the lid will work
okay
you also have a neighbor
god bless
You told him he can have it and he's taking a van.
I think when people offer you something, you can take it.
He probably just confused the offer.
Yeah.
I mean, what's the confusion, though?
He was offered the hot tub whenever he wanted, and that's what he's doing.
Yeah, but when someone offers that, they're not expecting you to come every day.
Lesson learn, though.
Here's what the email said.
We told him he's welcome to use our hot tub if he ever needs to relax.
This guy must have a tough job.
Hey, man.
Stress job.
Yeah.
Maybe you're just doing him a favor.
Maybe take one for the team and let him.
Put the lid on it.
I have a feeling he'll think twice.
If that doesn't work, put an out-order sign on it.
But then he sees y'all in it.
And then he realizes he's probably been going to the hot tub too much.
Okay.
There you go.
Thank you for the email.
I hope you fixed this situation.
So funny.
Please let us know what happens.
All right, close it up.
We've got your email and we've read it on your air.
Now it's about to close Bobby's mail back.

Restless Road.
Fellas good to see you.
Amy, I would like for you to meet Restless Road.
Zach, say hi to Amy.
Hey, Amy.
Hello, hi, Zach.
I like this.
This is like running.
I mean.
Colton.
Oh, Colton.
Hi.
Garrett.
Hey, Amy, I'm Garrett.
Hello.
Got it.
Now.
So this body of work here is Restless Road.
We played the Opry together last week, and Charles Kelly from Lady A came and sang with you guys.
It was pretty cool.
It was absolutely incredible.
I mean, because he's a co-writer on the new single, so it was an honor kind of to have him come out and play it with us.
Do you know how I knew that he wrote the song is because he texted me bragging that he wrote the song.
Sounds about right.
Yeah.
And then I saw...
He texts us and brags about it all that.
There you go. There you go.
So before we talk about kind of you guys and who you are,
I'd like for audience to hear you a little bit.
I know you guys do this cool medley that I've heard you do.
Do you think you guys could do that here live on the show?
Oh, we think we could.
All right.
Here we go.
Here's Restless Road.
Baby lock the door and turn the lights down low.
Put some music on the soft and slow.
Baby, we ain't got no place.
to go
I hope you understand
I've been thinking about
this all day long
I never felt
a feeling quite as strong
I can leave how much it turns me on
just to be old man
I can take you for a ride on
a big green tractor
and we can go slow
and make you go faster down
through the woods or out to the pasture long as I'm with you it really don't matter climb
up in my lap and drive if you want to girl you know you got me to hold on to we can go to town
maybe if you'd rather take your four ride on my big green tractor but it should have been a cowboy
drive.
Stealing a young girl's
song.
Just like Gene Boy
singing those can't fire
songs.
Oh, should have been a cowboy.
Oh, should have been a cowboy.
Yes, we know.
On Bobby Buzzlers.
Nice job, fellas.
You know, I know what it's like now
because I've been jaded a bit
after being at a lot of shows.
When someone yells out your hometown,
you feel excited.
didn't you're like oh that i've lost however i wasn't expecting the rhyme with bobby bones and i was
like oh you know it kind of just worked perfect dream or something it was it was a it was a low-hanging
fruit we had to get it um so let's kind of start at the beginning here i know you guys from
knowing kane brown right i think kane is what who introduced me to you guys so garratt what's
the situation how do you guys know kane well colton colton can probably tell you that so um we know kane
from back in 2013, we were all on the TV show The X Factor together.
And that's kind of where Restless Road started.
And we were kind of all, we all met each other in Los Angeles and Hollywood Week.
And it was, we were kind of all pitted against each other, or so we thought.
And then coming to find out, no, they were all along trying to set up this four person group.
And Kane was supposed to be in Restless Road.
but then Kane decided he wanted to go on and do solo stuff and he became the Kane Brown that everybody knows and loves and we continued so
Zach when you're from Wichita Kansas my family actually lives there now but I was born and raised in Iowa and I lived in Michigan and Pennsylvania my dad he's a choir director so he he got a job at Wichita State University so that's where I call home now okay shocker shout out so your home now is Wichita well I just call home wherever my family lives from my mom and dad I was
live here? That's tough. You're doing the thing where
so you moved around a whole lot and your dad was a
choir instructor? Yeah, he's a choir
director. So was he hard on you?
No, honestly, I wouldn't
actually ever let him hear me sing.
Are you kidding? I don't know what it was.
Like, I wanted to prove it on my own or something.
I would never let him help me sing and I
eventually joined choir
myself. He wasn't my teacher, but
I joined because I was moving school so much.
I needed to do something to kind of make friends
and I kind of fit in so I just kind of
kept up with it and
yeah it's my dream honestly to do like a choir remix to one of our songs and have my dad come out and like conduct the choir so
with a stick he's got the you got to have a stick i actually got him a custom one for christmas there
it's called a baton i don't know i don't know but yeah you're the choir guy's son you should know
yeah you're you're your you're your you're your you're your you're you're never been in a choir
before yeah he's got the stick and everything so rest the name restless road what is the what's the
genesis of that. I wish it had a really cool story. I don't know what came first, the name or the
meaning. Let's make up a name. They've really told us on the show, they said, hey, we need a name
by the end of the day. And we were coming up with just everything we could. Nothing was sticking.
And we just said, restless road. And the guy was like, man, that sounds like something.
And we never looked back. You know, and now I feel like it kind of has taken on its own meaning.
This whole journey to get to this point in life in general for everybody. It's a restless.
road. It's, it's, it's, you never know what you're going to get. We have this whole catchphrase.
And it's called keep your eyes on the road. And it's just all about staying focused on your dream and
your goal. And that's kind of, so it's kind of, I feel like developed a meaning.
I'm going to give you a meaning. So when you guys met, you, you, you hit it off and you all were
like on Ancestry.com or one of those sites. And you realize when you look back into your history
that all of your grandparents lived on Restless Avenue. But Restless Avenue didn't sound good.
So crazy coincidence that they all lived in the same place. Because
They were all fighting for America in World War I.
And they lived on Restless Avenue.
And you're like, wow, we can't believe that we're all matched together.
This has got to be some sign from God.
And so instead of Restless Avenue, you're like, let's just say Restless Road because it sounds better.
And then now representing USA, you three, Restless Road.
That's your new story.
You can have it free.
Well, I'm glad you said that because my free trial on Ancestry.com ran out before I got that.
Okay, that's great.
You know what's really ironic, though, that you say that my grandpa, after we were on the show,
he changed the name of my home, the,
the road that we lived on in our hometown.
So it's not a total lie, so let's go.
He literally lived on Restless Road.
He really did change it.
And then he got really mad because my grandpa was like kind of a recluse,
so he doesn't like people.
And so there was two, like there was people stopping by because when we were on the
show, people were wanting to stop by and see where this was.
And he went out there and chopped the whole sign down and never put it back out.
So I don't know if it's still legally Restless Road, but we're going to, we're going to say it is.
All right, Russell Avenue.
See, the whole situation works.
So what's the living situation with you guys?
Do you guys live together?
Me and Zach do.
We live over in East Nashville.
And Colton, he has a beautiful family.
He's married.
He has two little girls.
Why don't you moving with them?
He's got a little room now?
I don't know.
I don't know if he can handle two more kids.
They're the funcles, dude.
So are you guys known as uncle?
Oh, yeah.
We're Uncle G and Uncle Zach.
Yeah.
And your kids are how old?
Two and four.
I mean, you're like 16.
How do you have to get kids?
I know, man.
I've been married for seven years, too.
already.
Wow.
I got married at 20.
And so, yeah.
And you grew up where?
West Virginia.
Now, did you ever make the walk to Tennessee?
And I say that because Eddie did from West Virginia.
I sure did.
I sure did.
I know a few people that's done it.
Y'all are a different breed of people, man.
I lived out there and I don't think that you couldn't catch me walking that far.
It is a long walk.
Colton, what was your hometown like?
small real small we had we have one one stop sign one gas station um and it there's about two last time
they did a census there was 272 people in the town so everybody knows everyone um but it's it's honestly
really cool because i feel like uh just west virginia in general they tend to rally around people
that are doing stuff because not a lot of people get out of west virginia and and do something so um it's been
it's been a really awesome experience
and being able to go back.
They actually, I don't know if this is,
it's weird, but they put,
I've seen you have a sign in your hometown
and they put home of Colton Pack
in front of mine, which was a really cool,
really cool moment.
So they're definitely proud.
It's a really cool, a really cool thing,
and I love to get to go back when I can.
So you're from West Virginia.
And then, Zach, like, where is,
I know you say your family lives in Wichita now,
But to you, where's home as a kid?
You got to pick a place.
Where would it be?
It's really hard.
I've always said I kind of feel like I don't have a hometown.
Maybe we'll write a song about it.
That's crazy that you felt like you don't have a hometown.
But in a lot of ways, it's something that my dad would apologize for later on and be like,
I'm really sorry that we had to move around.
But I actually really value and appreciate that experience because it really forced me to come out of my shell and just adapt to new situations.
and I've applied that a lot to what we're doing today.
I feel sad for him.
No, I feel sad for you.
Yeah, being a choir director, you know, military you expect.
You feel like you have a hometown.
Yeah, well, I got friends in a lot of places.
I got, you know, I loved my Michigan friends.
That's kind of where I feel like I, that's where I started singing.
That's where I did this town.
What town in Michigan?
East Lansing area.
Okay, there it is.
There's his hometown.
Okay.
My question would be if, like, he were playing Monday night at football and he's like, you know,
I'm from hometown Mountain Pine, Arkansas, Bobba.
You'd be like, oh, I don't have a hometown.
Or you'd be like, oh, I got to change it because I feel sad.
I can't even watch football now, you know?
But I like it.
I like your attitude about it.
Whenever you guys started playing together, did you feel like, oh, man, I kind of wanted to be solo and now we're together.
Is that kind of a process to get through?
Or we're like, man, we actually are a lot better together than we were by ourselves?
It's a way more fun being a group.
This would be, I just think, you know, being a group obviously comes with more challenges.
You're going to have to make some sacrifices, and I'm sure there's things that we don't even know about down the road.
We're going to have to work together on.
But for me, it's just so much fun.
It's no joke, they're my best friends.
And everyone thinks that we're brothers, but it feels like it.
And it's just we love making music together, and we just love what we do.
You still like each other?
Yeah.
We haven't had a blowout yet.
You really haven't?
No. We really have it. But we're honestly, I feel like we're pretty good about like...
Our communication skills. As soon as, yeah, if something's like a problem's arising immediately talking about it.
We just say how we feel and we work it out. We say it. We get past it and we move on.
Is there a voting protocol? Like if two one, you know, wins. How do you guys do that?
Well, I think what's cool about us is, you know, over the years that we've been together, like we all came from different places.
We have very different voices and styles. But I think that's...
what's cool is we kind of bounce off each other and you know it's it's cool to hear their
perspective because I might think you know something sounds cool but they they'll have a different
perspective and you know it's it's cool to bounce ideas off each other and then kind of be like hey
maybe I wasn't right and maybe that was a little cooler so you're from Tuscaloosa Alabama
I am how's that working out for you well I always tell people this um because you know people
who either love or hate that you're from Tuscaloosa they're like oh real tired or they're like
oh dude no but uh when I turned to when I started talking my parents said
You can either live with us here at home, or we're going to take you to the woods, and you can figure it out.
You got to be a real tired fan.
I said, okay.
So you were forced into it.
Yeah, I grew up there.
I was there until I was 18, moved to Nashville after, so I kind of have to be.
See, I am not.
I feel a bit the opposite.
I actually really enjoy going to Tuscaloosa, but I am not an Alabama fan at all.
Right.
But I'm just jealous that you guys are really good.
And so I take that out on you.
My hatred is jealousy.
Yeah, I don't know.
It's been weird, like with all the football.
success. You know, it's been weird watching sports growing up because when I was a young kid,
we didn't have Nick Saban. I think he's a huge part of that. But yeah, it was crazy seeing
where they were and how they are now. It was just big change. And you get to do three hometown
shows whenever you're touring. Like, all right, we're going to. Yeah. Well, I promise you,
there's probably no chance we're ever going to my hometown. There's not enough people.
Yeah, we will. Oh, we definitely go. You think we're going to? Yeah. We got to go back.
Hey, listen, we are going to West Virginia. So I kind of take West Virginia as my whole hometown.
same way about Arkansas. Anywhere in Arkansas that's like
my home. Exactly. Exactly. You guys are
all over. I'm looking at all these dates that you guys are doing.
And so when you play a live show
and it's U-3,
are you able to cover
the whole, I mean, musically, you guys have it all
right here with U-3? I mean, I'm sure
you got a drummer, but like what's, what do
you guys do in the set? Tell them about our guitar
player, Scott. Yeah, so it's actually
so Garrett plays guitar, Zach
plays guitar, I play guitar and piano.
And it's
really cool. So I went to
our lead guitar player is actually from my high school.
So he moved to Nashville.
I used to try to get him to move to Nashville early on
because he's just unbelievable at what he does.
And he actually moved to Nashville before.
I did after all that time.
And then when the opportunity arrived,
I told him, I said, man, we'd love to have you in the band.
And he's been playing with us.
So it's been really cool to get to see two people
from the middle of nowhere, West Virginia
on the big stage show.
I guess I asked that because, you know, you got to pay people.
It's true.
And at one point, the Restless World money
is going to be coming in pretty good, I hope.
Right now, you're trying to figure it out.
You know, you've got all those mouths to feed.
That is. That's very true.
That's very true.
Right now we do have a drummer in a league guitar player,
but other than that, we kind of...
That's pretty full-sounding.
That's pretty awesome.
You guys can...
I hope you go and see Restless Road,
because they have so many dates.
And we'll tell you in just a second about that.
But the thing that interests me, too, about new artists is when they get asked to do something like The Bachelor, like to perform on that show, because I just feel so awkward because do you have to do it over and over again?
I can't wait to dive into this.
Oh, yeah.
Because to me, that's always fascinating.
And I have a few friends that have done it.
And it just feels weird.
So who did they bring you in for?
And what was the scene?
We were episode four on Clayton's season.
And all we knew going in, we were huge fans of the show, by the way.
So when we found out, we were just so pumped to be there and we're asking.
Do you have to say that if you did?
do it like it's in the contract? No, we legit. Probably for eight or nine years now. We've watched it
religiously. Oh, y'all have watched parties. Oh, oh yeah. We know, we know all the facts.
Like we keep up. Okay. Ask us anything. We won't, but I believe you. Yeah, yeah. It's the most
dramatic season of The Bachelor. Coming out. Coming up. Anyways. Where do they send you just to L.A.?
We were actually in Houston. So we had finished a show. We were opening with Kane. We finished the show,
flew to Houston. And it was a date at this, like, farmhouse. It was a barbecue date that they were on. And so
During the daytime portion, we were kind of kept secret,
and we were asking the producers a million questions.
How's the show work?
We had like a million questions.
And then by the time they ate dinner,
I'm using air quotes because they don't actually eat the food.
They eat dinner at around midnight,
and then there's this big sliding door,
and we're on the other side of it.
And the producers just like,
hey, whenever that door opens, just start.
And the suspense was just killing us
because we had to be totally silent.
It was like eight minutes went by.
Well, you didn't tell us.
They're like, just watch that door and be ready to play.
And whenever it opens, just go.
And we're like, I'm like sitting there for, I bet you 40 minutes, just waiting, waiting, waiting.
And it's dead silent.
Everybody's whispering.
And then the producers got her earpiece in.
She's like, she's crying.
The girl's crying.
It's good tears.
It's good tears.
And the door finally opened.
Yeah, and they walked through.
And they were, I mean, five feet away from us.
And just went for the instant makeout.
And that's really what was challenging was keeping the straight.
because you can't, you have to look at them.
You can't not look at them.
But then you feel weird both ways.
But it's weird both ways.
If you don't look at them, you're like,
we're performing to them,
but then they're like making out, you know?
And then you're just like,
am I wrong for this?
You only have to do it one time?
We did it a few times.
Did they have to keep kissing?
Well, so what was funny is, yeah,
because right after Clayton did this big massive speech
and, I mean, it was like,
it was perfect.
It was the perfect speech.
And then the producers go,
can you please say exactly what you say,
just like you said it.
He said, I like those words you use.
I like to use more of those words.
So instead of doing the speech, they were just like, no, we're just going to make out instead.
So then they continued to do that.
And he kept trying to have to stop them.
And, yeah, it was.
We got like two or three minutes with them off camera.
And they did seem to be like all over each other.
Are they still together?
I don't even know.
She made it to the bitter end.
And she was, it was Rachel.
I'm not going to, you know, spoil anything.
But Colton, we don't know any of the finale is.
Wait, this time.
I don't even know if this is like, this air.
It came out like, what, a week or two ago?
Oh.
It was the biggest train wreck of a finale.
Like, the guy did probably, you know, everything wrong.
And the girl that was a part of our date,
she kind of got, you know, the short end of the stick.
Like, she was her and the, she was like second and third
with the other girl.
He just told them both.
They made her the new Bachelorette.
Yeah.
They gave her another chance at love.
The funny thing about the story is I lost interest after you finish your part.
I don't care.
I mean, I, yeah, you guys were just talking to.
air after a while.
Rachel,
Susie, I don't know what's happening.
Yeah, I thought maybe they were sharing a story from a year ago.
No, no, just.
Yeah, yeah, just.
Yeah, Rachel and Susie, that's cool thing.
No idea what's happening here.
Colton.
Yes.
No, no, that's Colton.
Colton was the other bachelor.
Clayton.
See, there's just so many seasons at this point.
Too many to keep up with.
Restless Road is here.
You guys have a new single.
I would like for you to play it.
Can you play the whole thing?
We can.
Okay, good.
Because sometimes people come in and only want to play
like a third of it. Let's just play the first 15 seconds. See, I knew it. I knew there was something
up. All right, here is Restless Road, and they're going to do their new song, Growing Old with
You. All right, boys.
You stole my heart and changed it. Took all of my plans and rearranged. Now I finally know
what amazing grace is when I look into your heart.
Baby I see my home
What you say we put us down some rooms
Find her house up on a hill
Travel around
Put some pictures on the shell
Hold your clothes and keep the faith
Raise some kids with our last name
What you say you do
I feel like going always
Restless Road, nice job boys
My favorite part of that song is when Zach comes about and goes
Zach comes back and goes,
Hey, baby.
I don't even know what she said, that one part,
where we're all like, we're in the mood,
we're dancing with herself,
we're feeling like we're on The Bachelor,
we're doing the, hey, that was good.
I like that, Zach.
Are you known?
What is that?
Baritone, right?
Are you a bass, a baritone?
Probably more of a baritone, but.
Yeah, I don't know the difference,
and I wouldn't even know.
I don't know either.
He was trying to tell me the other day,
he was like, well, soon my dad taught me this,
and I was like, I don't know.
I would say I'm a bass singer,
but then I'll see some video on TikTok
and see a guy who can sing way lower
than me. I'm like, no, he's the real guy.
But how high can you go?
I can go so high.
And how low can you go?
Oh.
On Bobby Bones.
Yeah, I think I can do that.
Hey, so.
What's that line?
No music.
When you come back in, I'm putting you on the spot here.
When you come back.
Let me be quiet.
Let me be quiet.
And go.
What you say we put us down.
down some roof. Okay, that's what I liked. Yeah, you should do that more. Yeah, that's good.
Okay, here's the deal. Restless Road is here. They're launching their first ever headlining tour.
The Bar Friends Tour starts April 6th in Milwaukee. If you're listening to us in Milwaukee or Madison,
you can go watch, but they're all over the place. Get tickets at restlessrode.com.
So many of the cities that we're in. Grand Rapids, Nashville, Atlanta, St. Louis. I can keep reading it,
but you would just get annoyed. We go to Restless Road.com. They're also looking for local
openers for their tour, so they're picking winners.
We're about to pick winners now.
So that's pretty cool thing, though.
Try to find local in every city.
And they also bring local fans.
And that's pretty cool, too, because then you get free people coming to the show that are
buying tickets.
Make them buy tickets.
Don't get free.
All right.
Restless Road, guys, appreciate that.
Great job.
You guys can follow them at Restless Road.
They have a massive TikTok.
You guys do a lot of singing on TikTok.
You guys do.
You're just like, all right, we're here for another video.
What would you like us to do?
And like, well, I guess we'll sing.
Like it.
All right, Restless Road.
You guys check out Growing Old with you.
Bones.
The latest from Nashville and Hollywood.

Hammock will all be joining him.

brand. More performers were announced for the CMT Music Awards. Parker McCollum, Breeland,
Priscilla Block, Jesse James Decker, L.V. Shane, and Caitlin Smith are all performing. The show
airs April 11th on CBS. I'm Morgan number two. That's your skinny. It's time for the good news.
With Bobby. Tell me something good. So this kid who is 10 has been watching the news and
he's watching the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Pretty heavy for a 10-year-old.
Yeah.
You let your...
I don't, we don't really, but they know all about it.
And so I think it's fine if you want to let your kid watch certain things.
Yeah, I just wonder if you let your kids watch the news.
I would monitor it with him, but my kid talks about this war every single day.
Which one?
The Ukraine and Russia.
No, no, I know the war. Which kid?
Just in case you didn't know, Vince.
My 11-year-old.
I guess there are wars everywhere.
No, my son, mostly because he's worried that there's going to be World War III.
In America?
Yeah, he thinks every day.
Has America gotten involved in the war yet?
Got it.
Got it.
Well, this 10-year-old named Mack was watching with his dad,
and he's like, dang, I'd like to help these people in Ukraine
who are being run out of their country.
So I set up a lemonade stand at his grandmother's church,
and last they've checked between people raising money
and hearing about the story, he's made over $10,000.
Wow.
That's amazing.
That's a lot.
Which, he is using that money to provide emergency aid to kids in these conflict zones.
they're either leaving or still there
and good for you, Mac.
That's awesome. He's 10 years old.
That is what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
This guy lived in an airport for 14 years.
So he's in his 60s
and he said he was tired of his family
telling him to quit smoking or drinking
so he moved to an airport.
This is in China.
You wouldn't be able to do that here
but he was able to move into the airport
and just live and always move around
for 14 years, which is crazy.
Now, if,
You had to live inside of a store.
One store.
For 14 years,
like what specific store would you live in?
I'm going to go with the Apple Store.
Because I do love my phone.
I love social media.
So I'm probably going to go,
they have comfortable little bean bags.
Sleep on that.
I'm moving into the Apple store.
Eddie, what about you?
Bass Pro Shops.
You ever seen all the fish in that aquarium?
I'd get a fishing rod.
I'd sit there.
I'd fish all day.
Well, you could also eat it.
And I'd eat the fish, right?
Exactly.
That's funny.
Yeah, and then we get bored, go to the gun department, shoot some guns, whatever.
Not all of them have the fish, though.
But you'd move into one that had the fish, the big thing.
Absolutely.
That's interesting.
Amy?
I feel like IKEA, because I would have a lot of different little departments I could hide out in and comfortable beds every night.
It's like a whole house in there, I guess, yeah.
Hot dogs.
Yeah.
Like, and there's a snack bar.
Exact child care.
Like, all kinds of things.
Lunchbox?
Oh, it's easy.
Academy, because I can work on my basketball game, shoot hoops all day, got a tent to sleep in.
I'm tired of basketball, go and play some golf, you know, work on my soccer, whatever.
You'd work on your basketball game?
When do you play basketball?
Never, but I mean, what I'm saying is, I mean, there's so many sports that I want to get better at,
and I'd have all day to get better at them.
Yesterday we were talking about a ventriloquist doll, and this doll supposedly haunted,
and I said, who believes that a doll could be haunted?
And both Amy and Eddie said, I don't think a thing can be haunted.
I said great, I'm glad you said that, because what we have purchased is the
crying boy doll that they claim is haunted.
The crying boy was part of a collection of dolls.
The owner of the doll said she swore,
she always felt strange and sad around him.
Like it brought some...
I don't have time for that energy.
She said sometimes his shoes would be off
and she would never touch the doll's feet.
Okay.
So since you don't believe things are haunted,
we're going to play a game.
Loser takes the doll home with them for a week.
Cool.
We actually will get the doll on Friday,
like in, hopefully.
and then all next week you have the doll at home with you.
Oh my gosh.
So we're going to play 21 questions,
and the loser takes the haunted doll home for a week.
Okay.
So what will happen is I have a celebrity.
I've shared it with Mike D.
He'll also serve as fact checker.
You can ask yes or no questions.
And if you decide that you want to guess the celebrity,
buzz in with your name at any time,
but once you guess and you miss it, you're gone.
You lose.
Okay.
So you can at any time, buzz in,
and say, I want to guess a celebrity.
For the win.
Say your name as the buzzer.
If it's wrong, you get the dog.
If it's wrong, you lose.
Yeah.
So, ready to go.
Amy, you'll go first.
A yes or no question.
I have a celebrity in my head.
Okay.
You have 21 questions.
Go.
Is it a male?
No.
It's a woman.
Eddie?
Is this woman dead?
Oh, here we go.
No.
The dramatic pauses.
I'm thinking.
No, the woman's not dead.
Okay.
Is she married?
Mike.
I think so, but Mike is serving as the fact checker, and he will tell me if she's married or not.
She is married, yes.
We get 20 questions each, right?
No, we go until someone loses.
It's just a game.
This could be 100 questions.
Go ahead, Eddie.
I'm married, okay.
Let's see.
Is this person famous?
Yeah.
Obviously.
No, not obviously.
It could be like my cousin.
It's never obvious.
Go ahead.
Does she have kids?
No.
No.
No kids.
Married, no kids.
Is this woman who's alive?
Is she American?
Oh, here's the drama.
Dramatic pause.
Trying to think.
Yes.
Yes, she's American.
I'm looking at Mike if I'm confused.
Yes, she's American.
American woman.
Is she a singer?
No.
Female, famous, not a singer, American.
Married, no kids.
Yeah, married, no kids.
Is she an actress?
No.
Mike, we're going to go with no, right?
No, we'll say no.
Not a singer, not an actress.
She doesn't sing or act and she's famous?
Is she an influencer,
TikTok or whatever?
No, not a TikToker.
What did she do?
Bobby, is she Caucasian?
She is, yeah.
Is she in politics?
No.
Is she a comedian?
Yes.
Oh!
This is tough.
I have a question I don't want to ask it.
Did you said no kids?
Is that my turn?
Yeah.
You said no kids?
No kids.
Married.
She's a comedian.
Now, are you guys starting to think you know who it is?
I know who it is, but I'm scared.
Okay.
Is she a comedian that has also starred in movies?
Let me ask Mike, because I don't think so, but...
Gosh.
Mike, she's been in...
What?
Not known as an actress, but she's been in movies.
Is it my turn?
Mm-hmm.
This is tough because I feel like I know who it is.
And I have one more question, but I don't want to ask it because I think that'll give Amy the answer.
And you can't follow a question with immediately yelling your name.
You have to pause for at least three seconds.
Okay.
So you don't just go get the answer and yell your name.
Okay, I have a question.
But she can jump in.
Can she, is she, can she be a raunchy comedian?
That's not going to help me.
Yes.
No.
No?
Uh-uh.
Oh, well, that.
Kind of shows me off.
I wish Eddie would have guessed and missed it.
That'd have been hilarious.
Okay.
Okay.
Female comedian, married, no kids.
She's been in some movies.
What about TV?
Has she done TV shows?
Yes.
Okay.
Okay.
What are you thinking, most?
The thing that's confusing, when you ask if somebody's something,
it's not what they're known most for, but they've probably done it.
Oh, I get it.
What was their springboard?
Like, maybe they're,
They've done other things, but what did it start with?
Like, your start is radio.
You wouldn't say I'm an author, but I've written a couple.
Correct.
I'm selling books.
But, right, same here.
But you said yes to comedian, though.
Yes, and yes to TV show.
TV show, yeah.
Okay, so it started with comedy.
Eddie, it's over to you.
Oh, it's me.
Okay.
Was she a part of the Oscars?
This year?
I didn't watch.
All I know is somebody slap somebody.
Yeah, but you know who was involved.
No, she wasn't.
Okay.
Good.
Not good I meant.
If it doesn't have kids.
Every comedian I'm thinking of has a child.
It must not be one of the comedians you're thinking of.
We're playing 21 questions.
They're trying to identify the celebrity.
Does she have blonde hair?
Yes.
That's big, Amy.
That's big.
Blonde hair, but she totally has.
Blonde hair, female.
Babies.
American.
Mary.
Comedian.
American.
Has done teeth.
Okay, is she over 40 years of age?
You can do your name any time.
Come on, Amy.
Go ahead, Eddie.
Come on, big shot.
Michael, you look up.
She is over 40?
She is over 40.
She is over 40.
Amy, ask it.
She's over, well, no, this person can't be over 40.
Unless she's 41.
It's your turn.
No, he just asked.
Dang it.
This is tough.
Amy, guess it.
Guess it, Amy.
Mm.
You got it.
Manned hair, married, comedian, no kids.
Has she had any plastic surgery?
I don't know.
That's yes.
Some of them have been vocal about it lately.
That's why I'm asking.
I don't know.
I don't know that.
It's been in magazines.
I don't know that.
So that's a question though, right?
And they said they wanted to be real about it.
Yeah, I don't know that that's the answer.
I don't know that answer.
Okay.
Does she have her own TV show?
Does she or has she ever?
Ooh.
Ooh.
Oh.
Let's go with hash she ever.
What's her name?
Mike, I believe she's had her own.
TV show. Yes, okay.
A bunch of actors. Like, acting show or talk show?
He just said TV show. I know. Now I'm asking.
Well, you have to ask yes or no. Talk show? Yes. Talk show. Yes.
That helps. Kind of. I can't do it.
Guys, you have to buzz in with your name. I have a big question here and I can't ask it.
You have to buzz in with your name if you want to know the answer. But we're getting down the nitty-gritty.
Eddie, you know you can ask a question. And then once he answers, you have three seconds to yell your name to answer.
You have to wait three seconds.
Which means I have to learn.
So you don't have to wait for Amy.
She can jump in immediately.
Yes.
Go.
Okay.
Mm-hmm.
Has she ever done any voice work?
That's interesting.
Yeah.
Voice work.
Voice work.
Oh.
God.
Yes.
I knew I shouldn't have asked it.
Eddie.
Give me Ellen for the way.
Amy.
Amy, get ready.
You're about to have a creepy crime boy in your house for one week.
How did you guys?
I can't.
Why did you?
You knew he was.
going to jump in. I know, but I was, if I
guessed Ellen and it was wrong.
That's the same risk I took. Same with him.
Amy, you had three, you had no seconds. You could have jumped right in.
Wow. Now she takes the crime boy home.
If, what if, like, what if I don't get sleep that
week? You might not.
That's going to be because you've done it to yourself. You might not.
I don't believe that things are haunted. I don't think it's haunted.
I don't want the, even the potential of hauntedness.
Bones, what's the worst? Just the shoes?
What's the worst that this crime baby has done?
She said she felt uneasy and sad.
Yeah, depressed.
Amy will take a haunted doll home with her for a week.
It must be in the confines of your house.
No garage.
I have children.
Yeah.
But you don't believe in it.
Okay.
It can be in my garage?
No, not your garage.
In the house.
Amy comes in wearing all black next week.
She cries every segment.
Amo, Amy.
Although similar to other seasons of the show.
Seasons, that's it.
Not always.
There are different seasons of life.
Morning studio.
Maybe the main ones watch TV with you.
Do not bring it in this studio.
Don't bring it with you.
Why?
Because I don't want that.
No, they don't want to give it to that.
It's fine.
I don't want it riding in my car.
And have it for next week.
You lost.
Yes.
I knew it was Ellen.
No, you did.
Okay.
All right, let's play Luke Cohn's.
Whenever Eddie said, is she American?
You're like,
that's what he does.
He acts like he doesn't know.
Has she ever done voice work?
Let me think.
I can give you the right answer.
Tractor supply can help you make the most of your property or yard.
Whether you're working on your garden or you're ready to upgrade your outdoor kitchen,
you'll find everything you need at tractor supply for life out here.
Visit your local store today.
All right, here's a voice smell from last night.
Hey, we've got a morning corny for Amy.
What do you call a hot dog with ice on it?
A chili dog.
Love it.
Shout out to my son, Cody and Kaysen from Georgia.
Did they write it or just a shout-out?
Are you going to tell yours?
Now?
Is that the one coming up you're going to do?
No, not that one.
Do you want to say it now?
It's a good one.
No.
You don't want to say it now, but you're not going to tell it.
I don't think I can say that one, can I?
Do you know it, Bones?
Yeah, what's Will Smith's favorite band, Smash Mountain?
Oh, yeah, yeah, do it.
Why was that bad?
I don't know.
I just felt bad.
No, not do it.
I just did it.
I mean, I have another one that's similar I could do.
Okay, go.
What's on Chris Rock's face?
Let me think about this.
Will's hand, Will slap.
Ooh, Will's hand.
Fresh Prince.
That's it.
Fresh Prince.
That's so good.
Thank you.
All right, here is.
You have another one?
Yeah, but I'll save it.
This will be my one.
Hannah in Memphis.
Here's a voicemail from last night.
I'm just catching up on Monday's podcast,
and I heard your segment on how Arizona has the feature on your phone
where you can have your ID on it.
And just hold a PSA.
If you live in Delaware, Mississippi, or Oklahoma, you can download an app on your phone called Mobile ID,
and you can do the same thing?
But can you put your driver's license in it?
I don't want to carry stuff anymore.
I want my phone to have everything in it.
I want my blood type.
I don't know my blood type.
Me neither.
I've had it checked a couple times.
I forget it immediately.
It's like, okay, that's it, and then it's gone.
Yeah.
So I don't know.
I don't know.
And then one final voicemail.
This is Paula in Omaha.
Hi, Bobby.
I've been waiting to see what.
happens with Ryan Hurd's new single, pass it on, and I have heard nothing and can't find anything
about how it's doing.
But can you please tell me how to figure that out, or if you know anything?
Question mark.
She said question mark.
I like that.
He will be in Friday to perform that song.
So Ryan Hurd comes in Friday to perform that with Marin, his wife, with Hardy, and that's also
the same day Amy will sing, Omar.
With Ryan Hurd.
Yes.
So that is on Friday's show.
No, but you'll sing,
Summer Love and Had Me a Blas.
No, no.
Yeah, I know, yeah, I know.
It's a matter.
Here's Amy's pile of stories.
So apparently complaining in moderation is key.
One of the most important things
that behavioral psychologists have found
about happy people is that they spend a moment
during the day or maybe even sometime
throughout the week,
griping to a friend about things that stress them out.
This, in turn, lowers the amount of stress that you feel overall, allowing you to have a clear head.
So bottling things up is bad, expressing things to a safe friend, good.
What do you do if you're stressed?
Period.
What's your thing?
I go outside, go for a walk, change my environment.
I have breathing exercises.
I have lots of tools in my toolbox.
Let me just lay out a book.
She's got a whole brochure of things.
Yeah, what about you?
I play madden football.
Yeah.
That's the only thing that I feel like I can do that I have to think.
about, but I'm not wrapped up so much in it that I start to get stressed out about it as well.
But do you ever just like vent to Caitlin like or anything? No?
Really vent. No, vending is good though. I've always tried to be really healthy to bottle it up.
That's nice. Yeah, yeah. Good job. The key is moderation because complaining for hours on end,
that's, that has a negative effect. But you know what I'm not good at? What? Moderation. At anything.
That is true. So we like to rate foods on the show from time to time, fruit, vegetables.
desserts. Well, America has voted, and I have the official results for the favorite vegetables.
Favorite vegetable? Okay. It's going to be...
Top three. Well, Brussels sprouts have come on late, but I'm going to tell you why that's not accurate.
People don't like Brussels sprouts. They like Brussels sprouts with caramel or salt. They like the things
that are on Brussels sprouts. Carmel, huh? Well, I have not heard of that recipe, but...
A Brussels Sprout Sunday. Who knows what they have at these places? I'm going to go, broccoli is number one.
cauliflower is like junior varsity broccoli, so I'm not going to put it in there.
But I'm going to go broccoli, and then I'm probably going to go carrots.
And then third, I'll put Brussels sprouts.
Okay.
Well, I mean, you basically are the Pulse of America.
Go ahead.
Because broccoli is in it one.
Carrots is in it two, but spinach is in it.
I miss spinach.
I do like spinach.
Where's that sweet potato?
That's a root vegetable.
Far off then.
If we're getting specific.
But, yeah, so make sure add some of the favorites to.
your diet.
My favorite kind of spinach?
Creamed spinach.
Oh, nice.
It's just like...
It's just like Brussels sprouts.
With caramel.
With that, yes.
So the boot put out a list of their favorite Alan Jackson songs, and I got the top three here.
I'll see if you agree.
Living on Love, in it number three.
Nineteen 94.
Living on Love.
And at number two, Chattahoochee from 92.
And then the number one comes from 2002 Drive.
I'm glad they didn't put where were you in the world stopped turning.
Because although that is a loved song, we don't want to hear that because it reminds us of 9-11.
That's right.
So most powerful, yes, but we're never going to go, can't wait to go to the Allen Jackson concert.
Here, where were you when the world stopped turning?
That's a big one.
It did make the top five.
Oof.
Great song.
I'm not going to put it up top of my playlist, though.
Chattahoochie has to be number one.
But they can't put it at number one because then they look lame for putting the biggest, most commercial.
But also, it's the one about getting older.
That's a really good one.
Don't rock the jukebox?
That's not the one I'm talking about, but also a good one.
Well, the one that rounded out the top five, it's five o'clock somewhere with Jimmy Buffet.
Nah, terrible.
Not a good one at all.
What?
What?
What?
Remember when?
Oh, that's a good one.
It seems so.
That's a good slow one.
The moment Jimmy Buffett's lame.
It's good for an Alan Jackson song, but it's not one of the best Alan Jackson song.
Oh, I do not consider it lame.
All right, is that it?
Yep, I'm Amy. That's my pile.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
So I don't know if this woman has gotten Teacher of the Year award, but I'm going to go ahead and give her my own version here.
Kinsey Jones teaches second grade at San Diego.
St. Michael's Episcopal School in Richmond, Virginia, and she got her kids to do this writing
exercise for a local animal shelter where they drew pictures of each animal that was available,
and then they wrote some sentences coming from the animal's perspective on why they should be
adopted. Now, this is just stuff that the kids got to get creative and make up their own stuff,
because obviously they can't talk to the pets. But she had them specifically target some of the
older pets that had been there the longest and are least likely to get adopted.
So far, eight animals have been adopted of the dogs and the cats available.
And I just think it's such a great idea.
That's all it took was to, and the story gets out there and more people know about this shelter.
And then they go check out the animals and then they think the stories are super cute.
And she just hopes that it leads to other shelters in the country maybe doing more to market their animals this way or other schools to get to partner with the shelter.
That's pretty cool.
Yeah.
That is what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
All right, let's go over and get the morning corny with Amy.
The morning corny.
So there could be a hundred people in the room.
99 won't slap you, but one will.
One will.
Okay.
So dumb.
That was the morning corny.
We've probably hit our threshold of talking about this.
Also, I feel intensive.
Unless something breaks.
Okay.
Right.
Like I'm tapping out of this.
Me too.
Just in general.
but I do want to take this call.
This is Bethany who lives in Atlanta,
and this relates to a story that Morgan
number two has told us where she goes to the grocery store
and there's a guy that gives her something free every time.
And he's like, ooh, how about a cake?
Ooh, how about a cake?
And so she's like, is he flirting?
Bethany, what do you think about this?
So I listen to a podcast that's called Sounds Like a Colt,
and they just do, like, trendy things that are going on and discussed.
And one of the things they talked about was Trader Joe's,
and they had like some ex-employees on there.
And they said one of the things that they're, I guess,
taught or told probably quote unquote not technically,
but is to like flirt with the customers
and that they can give away products.
And it's probably actually some of his favorite products
that he's given her.
And then she can say,
oh, well, that's actually good and she'll buy it next time or that kind of thing.
So I think that he's probably actually flirting with her
because she is a cute, you know, young, blonde, and that kind of thing.
But I also think it's quote-unquote part of his job.
Well, that's a lot insulting.
Interesting.
Is it Trader Joe's?
I will not confirm or deny.
Okay.
And so you go into wherever this is, and the guy just gives you things.
And since we talked about it, have you been back?
I haven't.
I'm a little scared.
Yeah.
I mean, when he gives you a whole cake, that's significant.
That's not a sucker.
And he's done it.
The same guy has done it multiple times.
And he jumps in line.
and then he takes over for the guy that's checking her out.
Correct.
That's not part of the job.
And you don't hand them a credit card.
You stick it in the little card thing.
Are you going back?
I will at some point I have to.
Well, you just go back for us.
I know you're not going to go back right now because of the situation,
but if you'll go back for us and report back, it would be good for the show.
No, I will.
Do you want me to purchase the four items that you guys all said and see which one gets picked?
Just go back, and if he's there, report back on what happened.
Okay, I will.
I don't think he's trying to get you into a cold.
I don't think he's trying to sell you anything.
I think he's trying to date you.
That's what I think.
Hey, thank you for the call, Bethany.
We appreciate that.
Thanks for taking my call, Bobby.
Love y'all.
All right, thank you.
Have a good day.
All right, you, too.
Lunchbox claims the world is ending
by what he witnessed here in the studio.
Okay, go ahead, lunchbox.
Amy is super nervous about her upcoming performance
with Ryan Hurd.
She's going to be singing, and she's like,
Oh, my gosh.
Friday morning, right here.
Yes.
And she's like trying to, you know, practice and practice.
And then I see the,
the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life.
Amy is friends with singers,
people that are in the industry,
actual professionals,
and she is in the glass room asking Abby
for singing lessons.
Like, asking her for tips
on how to sound like a good singer.
And I'm like, hey, Amy,
why are you going to Abby?
That is the absolute last...
That's rude.
You might as well just sing it,
how you sing it,
and you're just as fine as Abby.
Like, she can't...
What did you guys do?
I have some from yelling.
What did you guys do?
helping me with how to harmonize.
How to harmonize.
Well, yeah, because I guess it's Ryan's song.
And then Marin, she has a little verse, but she's harmonizing with him on the chorus.
So she was trying to help me get a little higher because I tend to be right more where
Ryan is when I'm practicing.
So I don't, she was just helping you, which I thought was really nice.
So Abby, what was the advice?
Can you tell us, like, what you walked Amy through?
I don't know how exactly.
Yeah, because hers, and you were saying it too, during how she was just kind of the same level.
Yeah, she's kind of doubling him more than, yeah.
So I was like, you got to go like a little, like an octave higher so that you're harmonizing.
So did you sing with her?
From the diaphragm.
Did you sing with her and practice it?
I did a little, yeah, I just did like a little note.
Yeah, let's hear it.
Just her?
Okay, do it.
Okay, oh wait.
And I know, wait.
And I know, wait.
And I know.
Oh, shoot, now I can't do it without the music.
And I know.
And I know, yeah, it's a matter of time.
No, it's higher than that.
See, I can't go higher than that.
Go, Abby, go.
I need the music.
Okay, well, Friday.
Amy, this is the advice I'm going to give you.
That's why he's laughing.
That's what she went to for advice, guys.
That's what she went to.
He doesn't have to say the world is ending because you saw.
You're not going to nail it.
These are professional singers.
Just have fun.
That's the point.
No, you're going to get in your head so much.
No, no, no, no.
I want to have fun, but like you said, I need to bring more.
But you don't have to chase the harmony.
Okay.
Well, you tell me.
It's too late to learn harmony.
But a harmony, Eddie, we harmonize with me.
Okay.
And I know, and I know it's a matter of time.
It's different.
But you're not going to do that.
Okay.
You want to try it again with Abby?
No, no, no, no.
Don't go to Abby.
You're so saying.
Yeah, me, you go.
Okay, okay, okay.
It's fine.
I know that it's fun.
Friday, big moment.
Wow.
Big moment on Friday.
You guys got to listen to this.
Listen to Eddie.
Listen to Eddie.
He's going to do what you're doing.
And I'm going to try to sing a little quieter.
It's going to be hard.
I have sang with a lot of professionals.
Okay.
Listen to Eddie's part here.
Okay.
Why am I getting roped into this?
Every single time.
You're just trying to mimic this.
Ready?
And I know, and I know it's a matter of time.
See, you hear eyes up there?
It's...
Y'all?
Oh, boy.
Okay, okay.
Okay, I'm just going to have fun.
That's all you need to do.
It's all I need to do.
That's it.
I've had a lot of fun moments singing with really talented people, and it's not about me.
Amen.
Trying to be as talented as them.
It's just memories for me.
Friday morning that's going to happen.
Okay.
Here's a voicemail we got late last night.
Hey, Bobby.
I just had a question for you.
So I don't know if you heard about Eric Church canceling his show for the playoffs this weekend so that he could go.
That kind of seems like you was letting his fans down.
What do you think?
Yes, he is.
Definitely is.
Yes, he is.
Now, that being said, let's talk through this for a second.
Because he canceled the show, which is so weird to me that he didn't postpone the show.
But it's canceled.
Like, that to me is the thing that I'd really be irritated by.
I was thinking about in my life, there are only a few things that I would go, hey, I can't do the show.
Let's take sickness out because if you just can't perform, you can't perform.
Right.
And I would, if Arkansas were in the final four,
or in like the college football playoff,
I would postpone a show.
Somebody dying,
somebody being sick,
and that.
Those are the only three things I would move a show for.
But I would move the show.
Birth of a baby?
That's a good one.
Yeah.
Would you?
But I don't think I would schedule it.
Okay.
I guess that maybe I wouldn't get, I don't know.
I'm just saying, your wife's in labor.
You can almost predict ish a birth.
For the most part.
Death, not so much.
Okay.
That's true.
So, you know, Eric Church, I have this show on San Antonio, but then North Carolina makes it to the final four.
And he sends a note out, and you got to give him credit.
He's like, hey, it's the most selfish thing I've ever asked the choir to do.
I'm going to go to the game.
So canceling means everybody gets full refund and they just have to wait to see Eric some other time.
Canceling means they'll get a refund on tickets, but he's not going back there.
I know.
That's what I mean.
Like, they're going to have to figure out seeing Eric elsewhere.
And people that bought flights.
Yeah.
And most people
What? What are you doing that?
I don't know because I feel like because this is for a basketball game
Like it's...
No, most people that go to a place on like an arena in San Antonio
Live nearish by.
Some are traveling.
But I would say 90% of them are driving there.
There are some.
I bought flights.
But for the most part, it's not a Vegas residency like Adele
where people are flying out there.
Okay, good point.
That's what I was going to reference.
But you're right.
So when people are going, well, we bought flights.
Yes, that's terrible for you.
but most people at a show in San Antonio or Dayton, Ohio,
or he gets people driving in, a couple that fly.
But yes, it is terribly selfish, but he admits to that.
He could have just said,
got COVID, problem is when he shows up at the game
with a fake mustache on.
You're like, hey, there's Derek Church.
Yes, incredibly selfish, but he says that.
He's a massive North Carolina fan.
I think it's also a family thing.
I think it's also the fact that they're playing Duke.
I think it's also the fact that Coach Kay is retiring
and he hopes they can retire Coach K.
There's just a lot to it.
But yes, is he letting his fans down?
Absolutely.
But I think he's okay with dealing with those repercussions this time.
He's been someone who's given so much to the fans.
I mean, yeah.
And have you ever been to an Eric Church concert?
Yeah.
It's crazy.
I don't know a lot of the songs.
I only know the radio songs.
He does a lot of these songs.
I think he just wrote before he walked on stage.
I'm like, I don't know what he's singing here.
I heard this one.
But if you look around, every fan is standing up,
singing every single word to every single song,
and they are very committed.
So I assume most of them will probably be like,
oh, okay, Eric, we love you.
Oh, I assume it would be the opposite.
Like, we're so committed to you
and you're going to bail on us for a basketball game?
So they drop them?
I don't see that.
They're all like, we're going to Luke Combs.
We're done with church.
They all leave the church choir and go to Combs.
The only part that I struggle with
is him not rescheduling a show there,
or at least going, we're going to do a show here
at some point. I'm very sorry.
Like I'll make it up.
And he may.
Yeah, he might.
But right now, that hasn't happened.
He didn't have time to think about that.
He's got to think about all the game.
Yeah, he's got to run some plays on his head.
He's got to focus on the game.
I don't hate it.
I can't hate it because I would do it similarly only in those circumstances.
Death, Arkansas Sports, sick.
In that order.
Perfect.
Okay.
But only the big games.
And I'm saying that now.
So when I do do that, you guys are like, yeah, classic.
But I would also postpone.
not just cancel.
But yes.
Do I think he's letting people down?
Absolutely.
Does he know that?
Yes.
Oh, so he...
Got to love honesty, at least.
Yeah, and he has enough money to where,
could he do it where people submit their flights if they bought it before he canceled and he
pays them back?
No.
Oh.
That'd be nice.
And most of these, they can probably, even on the few that people bought, you can probably,
and some of them get refunds.
You call the airline and be like, I was scheduled to go to Eric Church and he canceled
because of the basketball game
and they're like, okay.
We get it.
We heard that on the Bobby Bowman show.
Okay, so Eric Church is not going to have a show.
That stinks.
There'll be small fallout, but very small,
and then those people will even get over it.
People get over everything now.
Yes, good.
So, I get it, though.
I'm jealous he even gets to go.
Arkansas is one game away from it.
I was going to leave you, bro, and he's here.
I was just going to go to the game.
So that's the Eric Church story.
I was seeing some of the national media pick up on that, too.
It's a big enough story where they're like,
this artist had an arena.
And it's like, I'm going to go to the basketball game.
It also has to make the North Carolina people feel like that's our guy even more.
Like, I want to schedule something that doesn't even really exist.
And I'm like, yeah, I was actually going to do a whole concert in New York at the Kennedy Center.
But you know what?
I'm going to come back to go to Arkansas baseball game.
The biggest concert ever.
Yeah.
All right.
So there's that.
Thank you.
I don't need any more calls about this because people are fired up.
I mean, I have people from San Antonio that are just all over the phones.
They're mad?
Oh, wow.
Wow.
Yeah.
They should have a voice in this.
Well, they do.
The news story.
They have enough.
I feel bad for them.
I do.
You do?
Yes, because I don't understand basketball.
Like, I wouldn't.
Oh, I feel bad for them, too.
They've waited a whole year for this show.
It's just like us calling in sick for something.
You know, unfortunately, for him, though, it affects a lot of people.
People don't buy tickets for most people's jobs.
I get it.
Yeah.
Like the librarian can go to the game.

With lunchbox.
Tell me something good.
Kelsey Stevens was having dinner at the Golden Corral where he goes once a week with his wife and kids when he ordered a steak and he's eating it.
Oh, uh-oh.
Got lodged his throat.
I can't breathe.
His 14-year-old son jumps up.
Oh, oh, tries to give him the heimlich, not working.
Well, lucky for him.
Carla Jones, who's a waitress at the Golden Corral, runs over there, goes,
Oh, not on the first one, second one.
Oh, push.
Out comes the steak and saves Kelsey's life.
And Kelsey said, I will sit at her section for the rest of my life.
Wow.
Hopefully in Tipa.
So dramatic.
That's very dramatic, but it's a dramatic situation.
I agree. He was dying. She was helping someone else. She dropped what she's doing.
throws down the order pad, runs over, and ah, ah, two.
You don't ever probably, you don't really eat steak after that, do you?
Or do you just obsessively chew your food a lot? I'd just be terrified.
That, the second one. I'll still eat a Dorado occasionally.
Even though y'all is talking about? True.
Covered up my whole air hole.
Yeah. And it was not good.
Now you chew it well.
Yeah, well, now I put it in water.
Suck it.
Thank you, lunchbox. That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's this time we check in on the big stories.
Let's go.
Bobby's Big.
Stories.
A Virginia woman who won a $110,000 prize from a lottery drawing said she had already thrown the ticket in the trash.
So she went through the trash, found it, rechecked it, won.
Love it.
Saw it.
It was like, those look like the numbers, because it was all family birthdays.
She was like, I swear to you, digs through the trash.
Oh, I would have been so freaking out.
If I think there's a chance and I don't know where it is,
but she hit it $110,000.
Lunchbox, you play the lottery every two weeks.
You do spend a significant amount of money on the lottery.
Correct.
Have you had any instances recently where you've won anything more than five bucks?
I've won like $25 a couple times, but nothing, no.
Nothing over $100.
nothing over 25 it sounds like
Yeah, I just want to make it sound better
When I say over 100
It's feeling it makes me...
Nothing over a million.
Yeah.
You're doing that.
Uh-huh.
Police visit Will Smith's house
Uh-oh.
To check on reports of a drone.
Oh.
So as they were flying over his house with a drone,
it's the thing people want to click on.
And I saw us talking to a friend yesterday
and people were telling him,
hey, stop talking about Will Smith.
And he said, okay.
And then he checked like the data.
And he was like, more people are clicking on
on Will Smith stuff than anything else.
So they realized this.
The cops were called.
They were trying to find that drone
that seems like paparazzi was flying over their house.
That stinks.
You can't do that.
You can't fly.
You shouldn't do that.
Fly a drone over someone's house.
That's from page 6.com.
Well, Chris Rock is playing a show maybe tonight in Boston,
maybe this week in Boston.
And it's first show since the incident.
And you can go ahead and check out the ticket sales.
And it's all secondary tickets,
so he's not making any more money,
but they're like a thousand bucks.
Oh, they went up?
Oh, way up.
I'd want to go.
Absolutely.
Times 50.
Yeah.
So they're selling those tickets now.
The people that already own them know, oh, well, we can make a lot of money off this.
And so some of the tickets for a pair of tickets are like $1,000, not even in the greatest section in the theater.
It's crazy.
Here's the joke that the CMT Awards should do.
Oh, he's playing the Wilbur on March 30.
I've played there a bunch of times.
Yeah, that's right.
I've been silent before.
People bigger than me.
He has.
Basically.
Yeah.
Here's the jokes that the CMT Awards should do, and it's pretty funny, because you have to reference it.
It's the first award show since the Grammys, and you can just make any joke, but you, and I don't know if Kelsey's not going to do jokes.
It's probably not her thing.
I don't know if the actor, what's the actor, Anthony Mackey?
Is that his name?
I don't know, what's his name?
Yeah.
I don't know that if he's a comedy guy, but what you do, and it's not even about so much delivery, is you say, okay, I know there's been some recent issues with, you know, people in the crowd coming up and.
slapping the host. So before we do that, and then when you talk about someone like Adairia,
you take and you move the security over to his table where he's sitting in front of him,
and you tell a joke about him, then you make sure he, uh-huh, he's holding them back. And the joke
is you're constantly moving the security to the people you're talking about. Big, big,
big, funny guys. You do that a few times, get a good laugh, and then you don't have to address
it the rest of the show. That's good. I got called in to write for an award show a couple years ago.
I wrote a bunch of material, and I never heard back. And then I swear to you, I saw a couple
jokes on the show. They used it.
You turn it in and they see it?
Like, I guess, yeah, it's like
an audition to write for them or?
No, it wasn't an audition. Well, then how can they take
your stuff and not give you? A couple things.
One, somebody could have written
something similarly.
But I did
send in material.
And I didn't know the people that were
producing the show that well. And they were like, hey,
you're right. We need people to write that know these people.
Okay, cool. And then all I know, I saw
couple jokes that were very similar, but I am who I am, and I sat down and I was quiet.
Wow.
Now you're mad.
I'm ready to slap somebody.
Okay, Ozark Season 4, Part 2.
The release date is April 29th.
So less than a month, and then Ozark is over, that final section, but it's gotten really
great again.
Ozark was awesome, it slowed down a little bit, but it is really wonderful again.
So April 29th, it's back out.
That's from IndieWire.com.
A man is a red.
and accused of using an Apple Watch for stalking.
So what happened was in Nashville,
allegedly, Lawrence Welch and his girlfriend had used the Life 360 app to keep tabs on each other.
But then she nuked that.
Then she realized she needed a protection from him.
Apparently there was some disturbing behavior and death threats,
according to the story from WSNV News.
Mass texts.
And then eventually they found that he was finding her because he had put.
put his Apple Watch like under the car.
Yeah.
Cops say you attached an Apple Watch
to the spokes of one of her tires.
Cops found the watch
and arrested Welch and
added to his growing list of domestic charges.
Yikes, that's scary.
Do you want to hear a very
vague situation
that's happened to me?
I don't know.
I don't want to, here's the difference.
I can tell you, I can't tell you all of it,
but I can tell you a piece of it.
I think that might be interesting
than knowing none of it.
Okay.
There are all these shows on Netflix.
They're all these, you know, bad vegan, the Tender Swindler, their murder shows.
There's been something that's been happening in my life for the past couple years.
That we have been approached about making a docu series about it.
Whoa.
It's not good.
You know what it is.
Yeah.
Like stalking situation.
Wow.
Because we know everything about.
We have all the reports.
We know everything.
IP addresses, VP.
We know the whole thing.
We've hired.
And we have.
Would you like to make that into a, we'll call a streaming service,
multi-episode docu series with the investigators and everything?
So you said yes, right?
I don't.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't know.
It'll rock this whole place.
And by this whole place, I mean, just me.
But still, it's a situation, you know?
Didn't know that part.
Yeah, nobody has, but we'll leave it there.
In April, two pilots will attempt a mid-air plane switch.
If you're a fan of live action stunt work, well, watch this on Hulu April 24th.
Luke Aiken's, Andy Farrington, their cousins, pilots, and skydivers, and now they're going to do the stunt.
Each of them's going to take their plane 14,000 feet in the air, going to put them in a vertical dive.
They're going to jump out of the planes, leaving the planes uncrewed.
They're going to get into the other plane and then control, land them safely.
How are they going to do that?
Are you going to be watching people die?
They'll probably have parachutes on, but.
The planes could crash.
They better be doing it over an open field.
Well, they're doing, the planes as they're diving down,
it's diving down into an area of orphanages.
No, it's not.
No, I'm kidding.
It's probably going to be over a field.
But even still, there's animals in the field.
No, they clear it out.
It could go badly.
Why do they have to go in a vertical dive?
Why can't they just, like, keep it at its cruising altitude?
Well, because that would be worse because you can't get up.
Yeah, you can't get back up to the plane.
Once you jump out, you would be flying down.
Yeah, well, it's better than having the plane going straight down.
I know. I get that my suggestion is flawed, but there has to be another way.
That's from IFL science. That's your news.
Those were Bobby's big. Stories.
Hopefully you're like me and you try to find little ways to make your life easier or little ways to make your life better.

Amy lost a game this morning, so she has to keep this haunted doll in her house for a week.
Verified haunted.
A lot of creepy things have happened.
Whatever verified haunted means.
I don't even know.
I just say it.
Sounds good.
Okay.
But the seller on eBay has a lot of.
of haunted things and has a great reviews, meaning people are getting them and bad things are
happening to them.
Oh, awesome.
Perfect.
You're going to really feel bad when something bad happens to me.
No, no, no, no.
This is what happened to all the listeners of this show.
I want to be fully transparent.
I brought up, do you think things can be haunted, like actual items?
Yeah.
And I was like, I ain't messing with things.
Lunchbox is like, we all said, no, but the two people that were so brave were Eddie and Amy.
They were like, we do not believe things can be haunted.
Correct.
So I said, great.
Well, we have something haunted.
Yeah, but why mess with it?
And then what happened, Bobby?
All of a sudden, you weren't like, why mess with it until you lost.
So, we ordered this thing from eBay.
It's called the crying boy.
The haunted crying boy.
And whenever it's in the house, bad things were happening to her.
She was feeling weird.
The shoes would come off the thing.
Like she was sad and depressed.
So they wrote, back to me,
the doll will be shipped out this evening.
Thank you for purchasing for my creepy collection.
This person is a collector of a lot of creepy objects, has an entire eBay account dedicated to it.
They have a strict no return policy.
They don't want it back for any reason whatsoever.
They have an entire paranormal YouTube account, but they got banned because some of the stuff seemed too real.
They have great reviews, been selling since 2017.
So that should be in, hopefully, Friday.
We can send you home with it Friday or maybe Monday.
I do not want it in the building here.
Why?
We will do the transfer out in the garage at your car.
But you'll send it home with me.
But you don't want it in the building.
You don't believe things can be haunted.
I don't.
But then why?
And here's a couple voicemails.
VoiceMell 1.
I was just listening in about the haunted doll.
I just want to warn you all that you shouldn't be burning haunted items
because that can actually cause the person who burns it to be haunted or the house to be haunted.
So just a bit of a warning of the show.
What?
Good looking out.
But you didn't believe it.
Now all of a sudden you have one.
I still don't, but I just don't even like the idea that it possibly could be, even though it's not.
But don't burn it, Amy.
Here's another voicemail.
Hey, I wanted to tell y'all that I have two spirits who I consider my family.
And sometimes you'll hear tapping on the walls.
And this is a weird feeling, but when they're inside their dolls, it'll feel a lot heavier.
but when they're not inside their dolls,
it'll feel a lot lighter.
Thanks, love the show.
So if you pick up the doll
and it feels extremely heavy,
the spirit's in the doll.
It's probably taking a nap.
Like, my dog will go into his little room
and hang out in his little bed.
The spirit could be in his little bed,
which is the doll.
Okay.
I'm going to leave it there.
Hopefully on Friday we'll have this haunted doll.
Why, is there not a caller that's like,
Amy, don't worry about it.
A dog can't be haunted.
I know, but I need someone to affirm
that. How much would you pay Eddie to switch it and take it back? Take it to his house. Nice. Come on.
Would you... I would pay him. I would pay him. Whatever you're thinking, hire. I would pay him. How much
would you think I should pay? No, no. You're the one that didn't believe it. I know. So you guys can
negotiate that off the air? At this point, I would pay. Yeah, because I don't want to get bad sleep because
what about Ray? Ray's the one who'll do anything for money. That's true. Ray, will you take this doll for
money? Yeah, how much we're talking? Just let me know. Why don't you guys have that negotiation off the air?
Okay. Okay. And then let me know if... Okay. See, yeah.
I'll send it home with whoever.
I just want to see if bad stuff happens to him.
But then what if coincidentally, bad stuff happens?
And then we all think it's...
That's all coincidence.
That's the haunted doll.
That's the crime boy.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So if you can convince Ray, he'll take it and put it in his apartment.
Okay.
Because like, even just because of the thought that the...
I don't think the doll is haunted, but, you know, placebo effect sort of,
it might make me sad or affect my sleep or, you know, I don't want anything bad to happen.
All of a sudden she believes
I don't though
I just don't want it
If it's got weird things attached to it
I'm gonna play this song here
Don't hit start just yet Ray
But during this song
Why don't you walk into Ray's glass room
You guys have
Two minutes and 55 seconds
For a negotiation
Okay
Come back in
And only let me know
On the year after the song
If he's accepted your offer
Okay
Okay Ray you can hit the song
Amy you can walk out to Ray's room
All right going to negotiate
Goodbye
Amy's walking back in the studio.
I want to hear about that one second,
but Ashley in Ohio was on the phone,
and we're talking about this haunted doll
that Amy has to keep at her house for a week.
We have ordered it off the internet.
Ashley, what do you want to say to Amy?
I just wanted to say that you're going to be okay.
Nothing can be haunted.
Thank you.
She believed that until she lost.
I do believe that, that it does help for Ashley
to affirm that for me.
because everybody else is freaking out about it.
So you walked into...
You're going to be good.
You walked into the glass room.
Yes, and I started offering money to Ray.
And then he was tempted to take it.
But then he had to call his wife.
He got her on the phone.
And, I mean, she said no to every dollar amount.
She was like, no.
Like, I don't even think we could have paid tons and tons and tons of money.
Amy was low-balling at first.
Oh, she was low-balling.
Yeah, low-balling never works.
I wasn't low-balling.
I felt like that was high.
How much?
How much?
She's not.
non-hunted doll in your house?
Oh, now it's non-haunted when it's not yours.
Ray, so your wife didn't want to have anything to do with it?
Yeah, Amy's number was very low.
I got her to go up $100 more than her original offer.
And I told my wife, and my wife said absolutely not.
She has big stuff coming up in her life.
She doesn't eat bad juju.
So does your wife believe the doll could be haunted?
I mean, she must believe in haunted things because she then texted me after she told me.
She said no.
Absolutely no, don't bring that doll home.
Yeah, no.
She was very firm in her answer, I could tell.
As you walked out, Eddie said,
said, well, hey, they're forgetting about me.
Yeah, I mean, I was willing to take any kind of money.
So what was the offer, Amy?
Any kind of money?
Why don't you write it down and show them?
What was the offer, Amy?
Just write it down and show them.
If you lowball him, though, he's going to say no.
But I'm not lowball and he just said any amount of money.
He's in a no, no, I'm saying, whatever that $100 over was, write that down.
Okay.
Okay.
All right.
Come on, Bones.
Here is the offer.
Lunchbox, you write the real one down just in case.
Eddie.
That is it.
This is what it got out to.
Yeah.
It's a little low.
That's a little low.
This is what it got up to.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Lusbox has a completely different number.
That's what it got up to.
Amy.
Amy, I will take this number.
That was hypothetical.
Ray threw that number out to Jim's wife.
Hypothetically.
I'm dizzy.
Ray, we got to go.
It is what it is.
Amy will have the crying boy doll.
Thank you.
Lots of calls about this haunted doll that Amy's going to keep in her house next week
because she lost the game.
Marshall is on the phone right now
who had an experience
with a doll as well
Marshall can you talk to us
about what happened
So it was kind of a similar situation
In high school
It was a bet
That I lost
And so we ordered
This apparently haunted doll
On mine
And we kept it in the house
I kept in the house
For about two months
In the first week
I didn't believe in any of it
I was like
Nothing happened
And the second week, my sisters started being, they were more sad and depressed all the time.
Well, my dad and my mom, they started getting more irritable.
Well, then that third week, it really started affecting me and made me very angry.
I started, I was very aggressive.
So I got very aggressive at school.
And so my parents called a Catholic priest, and he came and did, I guess, like an exorcism.
and locked it in a box and put chains around it with crosses in the chains.
Is this for real?
It said that it is locked away.
Yeah.
I don't know, Marshall.
Is he?
Is he?
What do you think we go Marshall and put them on?
I don't know, Marshall, or is this real?
Are you just sharing like, this is the plot of a movie?
No, no, this is real.
Okay.
And with the spirit, it stays contained as long as you leave it in there.
Okay.
And so it stays at my grandparents' house.
locked in the box.
Okay.
We should call my pastor.
Some can be.
Why not throw in the river?
Why not just chunk it?
I'd hate for someone to get a hold of that.
I mean, it really affected me in a very, very bad way.
And I ended up having to be hospitalized because of it.
Hospitalized.
I can't handle.
Listen.
Well, so I gave it to his me-mo.
Okay.
I said his grandparents' house.
Okay.
You know my life.
Hey, guys, guys, he said everything started after the two-week mark.
I know.
First week is fine.
I've worked so hard to get to a good place, and then one day with a doll, I'm going to get shot back down again.
But you don't believe it.
But you don't believe it.
I know I don't.
I know.
Right.
That's why I just feel like.
Marshall, you didn't make up in.
Oh, sorry.
Go ahead, Marshall.
No, I swear on my life.
And now, Amy, you have, all the times I've listened to y'all, you have the sweetest, most caring soul that I've heard online.
No offense to everyone else.
Abby, your sweetest can be too.
Everyone else is too.
But normally the people that have the pure hearts like you are a lot safer.
So even if this dog is possessed, I think that you will be fine.
He thinks.
What about my children?
Children are the most purest and innocent form on the face of this earth.
Perfect.
Well, Marshall, we appreciate that.
I'm sorry for what you went through.
Yeah.
I hate to hear you got very.
very aggressive.
Yeah, it's tough.
Well, and have a great day, my friend.
It depends when you mess with the unknown.
Yeah, I heard that.
All right, buddy.
Thank you.
I just think it's funny as Grandma and Grandpa have it.
Yeah, still.
In a box.
I just trick from somebody else.
I'm taking it, not my grandma and grandpa.
Alicia, in Georgia, you're on the
Bobby Bone show.
We appreciate you calling.
What's going on?
I just wanted to ask, what's going to happen
to the doll after this week is over.
Mm-hmm.
Do you have any grandparents?
I don't.
I mean, I have, no.
Me personally? No.
Give it to Marshall's grandparents. They had a whole collection.
Yeah, they're fine with it. We don't know.
I will feel better. I'm going to talk to my pastor. I'll feel better after I talk to him
because he'll tell me everything's fine and I don't need to worry about it.
We'll put him on the show. If you need that, we'll call them up.
Unless you want it to be a private talk.
But don't let us know.
And why do you need him? You already said it's not real.
Because I just need, I like words of affirmation when it comes to anything in life.
Alicia, we don't know yet.
We'll see what happens.
Next week, Amy, we'll have a Honda doll
living at her house with her.
And we'll leave it there.
It's going to work out wonderful for you.
It's going to be wonderful.
Wonderful.
Ain't that wonderful?
Come on, Amy, it's fine.
All right, Alicia.
Have a great day.
All right, thank you.
All right, bye-bye.
Dana and Tampa is on the phone.
Talk about something completely different.
Okay, good.
So we can move off of that.
Dana, what is your question?
Hey, Bobby.
Well, first, can I just say I love you guys.
Yes, thank you.
have such a positive show and it makes my morning.
Thank you very much.
We really appreciate that.
And can you hear me okay?
We can hear you loud and clear.
Never heard anyone better, actually.
Very funny.
So the reason I'm calling is because I really wanted to hear Zach Brown's new song out in the middle
on the radio.
I mean, obviously I can hear it whenever I want, but it's just, you're actually the only
show I ever listened to on the radio in the car.
And because my friends and I are actually in that.
music video, I thought it would be so cool to be able to hear it, but it's been out for a couple
of weeks, and it hasn't played yet, and I just wondered, how does that work?
How it works for a song to be on the radio.
I'll give you the infancy to radio story quickly.
Some writers hop in a room.
They write a song.
Could be a great song.
Could be a turd.
Now, they have a company that...
It's a great song.
No, I'm not talking about that song.
I'm giving you how it works.
In general.
In general.
In general, how it works.
So they send it to their podcast.
publisher, the person that hires them to write songs.
Their publisher then goes to all these different artists
that's looking for a song. Do you think the song's any good?
It could take three months. It could take a year.
So they have this song that's written.
Sometimes just a recording on their phone.
Sometimes a demo they've recorded in a small studio.
They pitch it to artists.
We use Zach Brown as an example.
This is probably not the case of this.
They pitch it to Zach Brown.
It's like, I like that song.
We're going to record it in three months when we get together and record our album.
They record that song three months from then.
They have 42 songs.
Well, they now got to cut it to 10 for a record.
well, it makes the cut.
The album comes out a year later.
Then they decide, is it going to be a single?
Probably not the first time.
Maybe not the second time.
So it could be another eight months or so until, wow, luckily, it's a single.
Then if it's a good single, it gets premiered,
and it takes another 40 weeks to hit number one if it ever hits number one.
And it doesn't really hit radio in any significant way until it's like top 20, top 25.
So there's two and a half, three years right there.
for an average song.
The record label's got to believe in it.
They have to shop it.
It's a whole situation,
but that's how a song goes.
A to Z,
then you have a number one.
Have I heard this Zach Brown song?
Where is it now in the Charmore?
40?
What the heck?
We have it?
What the heck?
You're gonna play it?
I mean, I guess.
How long is it?
Oh, perfect.
It's my favorite time.
What is it?
130?
Yeah, I know.
That's my really favorite time.
Out in the middle,
we can play this from Zach Brown band
and her friends are in the video.
Her and her.
Which is why she probably likes the song.
Wait, Dana, you're in the video too?
I'm in a little embarrassing because I didn't know this part was going to be in it,
but I actually flipped the bird.
It looks like I'm doing it to the camera, but it's not the camera.
It was a friend who I just, we forgot the cameras were there because Zach was at this event
that we have in South Carolina every year called Winterstrong.
And we just do all this cool outdoor stuff.
So I was shooting a bow and I was getting overcoached by my friend.
He was also a recon sniper, so I should have just listened to him.
But anyway, I flip the bird at him, and that's around two minutes and 26 seconds.
So she loves the song.
Fair enough.
We could have already been through the song, but I'm going to play it now for you, Dana,
because I enjoy you and I enjoy you listening to the show.
And here is the song out in the middle from Zach Brown Band.
All requests all morning long.
Actually, just kidding.
We do one a year, and here it is, Bobby Bone Show.

Bobby Bone Show.
Bonehead.
Norrie of the day.
This story comes to us from Paul Ding County, Georgia.
Two 21-year-olds were out and they were talking like,
hey, honey, remember how we always wanted to stay?
still a school bus.
Honey?
Yeah, it was a guy and a girl.
Oh, okay.
It's a couple.
Oh, got to go.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, and they were like, no, we shouldn't do that.
Shouldn't do that.
Couple more drinks.
They're like, let's go get that school bus.
That's like Bonnie and Clyde style.
I would think it would be two dudes.
Okay.
2.30 a.m.
They went to the little school yard,
enjoy ride.
Woo, woo, woo.
They lost control, crashed through a fence,
and then neighbors held them down until police arrived.
Oh, then they got held down.
Shout out neighbors.
Citizens arrest, sort of.
I wouldn't think that would be
a crime that would need to hold someone down.
Like nobody died, nobody got beat up.
Yeah, but they were clearly inebriated and...
But you probably just take a picture on with your phone and let them go and then get on the next morning.
I don't know.
You don't want them to get behind the wheel.
They were dangerous.
They lost control of a school bus.
Yeah, but a school bus, they're huge.
I would lose control of a school bus.
Exactly.
We're lucky.
Nobody got hurt.
Yes, that I can agree with you with.
I'm Lunchbox.
That's your Bonehead Story of the Day.
In Pennsylvania, there's a manager.
well, was a manager at a Denny's,
and he embezzled over $200,000
in about nine months working at the Denny's.
Who knew they even took that much?
Wow.
Yeah, how many pancakes are being bought at Denny's?
Wow.
Police say they were sent there March 9th
because they were like, hey,
there's some issues with some cash deposits.
They looked over the accounting records,
and it showed that this 34-year-old manager
stole $217,000 from a Denny's over a nine-month period.
Wow.
That's just so much money and not that long of a time.
I know.
because he had to be depositing something.
It's a girl.
Oh, she, wow.
Sexism.
I know.
I was a guy.
I'm not going to lie.
Me too.
I would have thought that too, yeah, because dudes are more garbage than women are.
Let's be honest.
Also, do we need to get a Denny's franchise?
Apparently they are just stacking cash.
Nine months, that much money, and you didn't think someone was going to be onto it?
Yeah.
If you still $200,000 over like five years, I don't give me any ideas.
But you can probably.
a lot more safely, get away with that.
Because it's not a significant amount of money gone in a short time.
Maybe she needed the cash fast.
Yeah.
She needed it now.
I'm assuming that's the case.
WJACTV has the story.
And Amy, you're absolutely right.
The monies and Denny's.
Let's go.
What are we doing?
What are we doing here?
If you could open one, a Denny's, an IHop, or a Waffle House.
They said, we're going to give you the keys to one of them.
Which do you open right now?
I gotta go Waffle House.
I'm gonna go IHop.
I like Waffle House the best,
but I feel like IHop welcomes families more
all day and all night.
I'll take the late night, crew.
Because I'm just thinking about stacking that cash.
I'll go eat at Waffle House
after I finish work at IHop.
Eddie?
You're right about the whole family vibe at IHop,
so that's why I'm picking Waffle House.
Oh, you don't want family.
You have too much family right now?
Get a little time away from the family would be nice.
I don't know if you can still smoke in Waffle House?
No, you can't.
No, no, no, no.
A few years ago.
you still could. I was in like East Tennessee. And I was like, well, let's get some waffle.
We went in, people just puffing away in there. And that jukebox is legit in Waffle House.
Well, it's like their thing now, too. Yeah. Yeah. Sometimes they're a little too new, though.
They felt like updated it too much. Yeah. All right. Have a great day. We'll see you tomorrow.
Bye, everybody.
