It's time for the Bobby Bones post show. Here's your host, Bobby Bones. Hello. Get some cool stuff happening because on Friday show, Jackson Dean.
Starting point is 00:02:22 If you don't come there, don't come looking. That guy is awesome live. He's going to be in. On Monday's show, we will have Joy Ligano. The race car driver. Yeah, who just won the championship. And Eddie was like, I'm a big fan. I know him well. He said,
Starting point is 00:02:36 you say, Legano or Logano? And we're like, okay, then no. No, listen. Yeah, yeah, he goes, Eddie, you know, man. Yeah, I like him. Listen, Lugano or Lugano? Here's the confusion. I've heard people on TV call him Joey Lugano, and then my son loves him for some reason, but he calls him Logano. So that's what
Starting point is 00:02:52 the confusion is. Your five-year-old son No, he's my 14-year-old. Oh, okay. He says Logan-no. He'll be in, which I'm pretty excited about, and I'm not a big NASCAR guy. I'm not a NASCAR guy, but that's interesting to me. It It was like today when we had the chef on, which that was awesome. That's fun.
Starting point is 00:03:11 I got to go straight into A1 sauce. How often I get to do that? I'm going to talk about, hey, what's your inspiration about that song? You know? Yeah, he was funny too. That's fun. Ray, what's the deal about you getting paid? Can we talk about this or no?
Starting point is 00:03:20 Yeah, I don't care. There was some. Why is he mad, though? I wouldn't say it was dramatic, but there was just a lot of head bouncing going in the glass room. And I say, hey, everything okay. Can I help something? And Ray goes, well, it's inside baseball, which means it's like super in-depth stuff. that maybe you don't understand unless you're in it.
Starting point is 00:03:36 And I'm like, nobody's more inside baseball than it's my baseball. So is that something wrong? He goes, well, I haven't been paid. Eddie got paid instead of me. What does that even mean? Well, yeah, I did the cow milking in September and they had accidentally paid Eddie. I guess maybe our names are similar.
Starting point is 00:03:52 Ray Mundo and Eddie. No, no, no. I was originally supposed to do it. And so I last minute canceled and Ray took over and he did it. So they paid me instead of Ray. But it was supposed to be fixed immediately. And so you got paid. Did you pay it back?
Starting point is 00:04:08 They said that I will be getting some money in my account in the next couple of weeks. That's not yours, though. So, FYI. They hit you on the pre. They did. And they sent me a form to sign. And as soon as that went into my account, that was me saying, get it out of mine and put it into raise. And they said that was all done.
Starting point is 00:04:24 That was like, gosh, four weeks ago, five weeks ago. So, Ray, they say now you have already been paid too. Yeah, they had the invoice, but I just now have to check my pay tabs or whatever. Are you paid so much? I don't even understand when it. We didn't have a talk. Hey, but are you killing it?
Starting point is 00:04:39 No. No. It's so much you don't even notice when a check comes? No, there's like five different categories. And I always thought when I did a talent thing, it was under one category. If it's under another category, because we do the podcast as well. We do the Bobby Bone show. I'm familiar.
Starting point is 00:04:53 I have car commercials at air. So those are three categories. And then this one is a separate category of its own. So it is a tad confusing. It is. Okay, well, I hope you get your money. If you don't get your money, I'm happy to Kool-Aid man this mother. I think you probably have got it, though.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Yeah, yeah, no, it should be fine. All right. If it's not fine, though, I'm happy to be here. It was just pretty dramatic in here this morning. Yeah, it's weird that if he did have it, how upset he was about not having it. You know what I mean? Because he was upset.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Their head was bouncing around like crazy. He really was. Something else, money-wise. So they finalized the divorce of Kim K and Kanye, and what I found wildly interesting was that Kanye has to pay Kim $200,000 a month in child support. They're both billionaires. Right.
Starting point is 00:05:33 Shouldn't the judge be like, you're both really rich? We're all square. Yeah. I don't care on whose side. But shouldn't there be a level that they both are at that level? You don't really have to pay. Because here's the reason that child support exists other than just making sure the kids taking care of. It's so if the kid goes to the other parent's place, there's not a huge drop-off in the quality of life.
Starting point is 00:05:56 So it's not, you got to pay, because somebody really rich may have to pay somebody more child support than somebody that is not really rich. Like Dr. Dre gets his child's divorce, it's going to be massive. If Eddie gets divorced, but you're not, you're just in front of me. It's an example. Yours isn't going to be as high because there's not going to be a standard that the person has to reach. So that's what it really is. So the kid doesn't go to some parent and likes them less or loves them less and living in a less quality place. That's really what it is outside of just making sure the kid can eat.
Starting point is 00:06:25 But aren't they the same? Like, what's the difference? I was just shocked because that means, I was surprised he made more than her. I'm not. You're not? Does he? Is that what they said? It's the Adi-
Starting point is 00:06:37 Well, it was the Adidas stuff. Oh, I forgot. Yeah. That made him a billionaire. Okay, okay, okay. But it's like you're both a billionaire. You're going to have the same quality of life at both houses. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:50 I thought it was crazy. How many kids do they have? They have four. Wow, I didn't realize. They have four kids? North St. Chicago and Psalm. Wow. They'll have joint physical and legal custody of North St.
Starting point is 00:06:59 Chicago and Psalm. You know, we've been talking about, we're not having a kid right now. She's not pregnant, but we've been talking about names. I was really leading toward Pine Bluff. My kid's name. Pine Bluff. No way. Pine Bluff bones, yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:13 Okay. She didn't like that, isn't she? Mom Mill. Mom Mell bones, no? Would you think Eddie at all? No. Or a boy? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Okay. Just checking. I don't think so, no. What did you think lunchbox? What about Gibbles? Jason Gibble Jason Gibble. Nah.
Starting point is 00:07:32 Jason Gibble bones. I think I'm good there too but thank you for asking. Guys, girlfriend burned his house down after another woman answered his phone. Oh boy. And the story is...
Starting point is 00:07:41 Women are crazy? No, men are crazy. Okay, well, this is a sidebar. Guys, relax. And you can't really say... Well, he paused, I thought he was looking for an answer. Well, I'm going to give you something.
Starting point is 00:07:52 I would say that men are a-holes and can be mean and women, and this is a big general that isn't even fair anymore but the understanding is when people women are crazy
Starting point is 00:08:04 it's because women act on emotion more and men are just their emotions just being mean so they both have their negative emotion men are just mean women are as you would say crazy crazy well a guy again
Starting point is 00:08:19 his girlfriend burned his house down after another one answered the phone but it was his relative he answered no it wouldn't even a girlfriend so she overreacted a little bit pretty sure Amy, that's what. She went to his house, no one was home, set it on fire. She's crazy.
Starting point is 00:08:32 Okay. Yeah, back to crazy. Okay, yeah, but you know what, I love to bring up. But it doesn't mean everyone was crazy. That guy that, you know, was mad at his girlfriend and then he barbecued her and ate her. What? That's crazy. That's psychotic.
Starting point is 00:08:42 That's a psycho killer. Hey. You can't use that. Your case dismissed. That wasn't cleared in the evidence. Loretta Bobbitt is crazier. Hey. I don't know, man.
Starting point is 00:08:54 No, she sold it off while he slept and then threw it off the window. I get it. If you were to do something. something real bad, I get why you would go, too, cut that off. Right, that's what I'm saying. Yeah. The USA is getting plus 9,000 odds to win the World Cup. They're the underdogs for the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:09:08 My man. My man. We talked about that today in the news where you cut off your pinky toe if U.S. wins. I bet on the U.S. won at all. Did you? You did, dude. I sent Eddie the bet. I was like it's the most timid bet ever made.
Starting point is 00:09:20 I LOLed when I saw it, but I love it. I love that kind of bet. You bet a dollar. I bet $10. Oh, my gosh. Still, that's $10. And to win what? $900.
Starting point is 00:09:30 That's what I'm talking about. And a toe? Yeah, lunchbox is a toe. Yep. So even to win against the Netherlands, if you bet $100, you'll make $275. That's the kind of underdog we are. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:45 Okay. The Netherlands are big favorites. It will take $235 to bet on the Netherlands to make $100. Who is the top top? Brazil? Yes. Yeah, Brazil and France, right? Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:09:55 Okay. If we're that France can be better at something France is always good Is Tony Parker plays with them too? No I don't think Tony Parker plays anything anymore What's what I'm saying? I mean I ever think of these athletes
Starting point is 00:10:03 Um An Ohio couple delivers FedEx packages After the driver dumps him on the side of the road They found him It just went delivered him Is this again because he wanted to get out of work earlier or something I don't know his motivation But it's really cool of them to do that
Starting point is 00:10:17 Yeah I would assume that's the case He's just like I don't have time to do this I'm going to get in trouble if I don't want to dump Guys don't do that You want to hear I don't want to talk about this during the show because it was kind of a sad story. A contractor dies while working and he fell into the wood chipper.
Starting point is 00:10:33 No. Hey, what movie is that where that's how they get rid of people? Breaking Bad. Nope. It's not a movie. I know. I've seen something where they do that too. Fargo.
Starting point is 00:10:43 Oh, I don't know that one. That's how they get rid of people. I'm thinking of breaking bad where they do, they put them in the bucket. The bucket is, the barrel. The barrels. I mean, oh, that's tragic. That is awful. That is awful.
Starting point is 00:10:54 Terrible. A guy complains of bloat. I live bloated. Because my stout, IBS issues like crazy. With him, he had 187 coins inside of him. He ate him? Yeah. Is that a six-miss?
Starting point is 00:11:07 He's a piggy bank. Is he stick them or eat him? He's a piggy bank? Yep. Okay. Mike came to me this. Here are the favorites to win the... You get the coins at him, bet him on these games here.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Yeah. Brazil, number one, France is two. Spain is three. Ooh, Spain. We are like it. There will be 16. will be like at 13th or 14th of the 16. Yeah, it's tough.
Starting point is 00:11:28 A Michigan inmate is busted for posting a rap video to YouTube. They made it in jail. I saw this. You saw the video? Was it a good song? No. No, what they made it in jail? They used cell phone.
Starting point is 00:11:39 These guys are dumb. Not for, just for posting it. Have it. Send it to your friends. They don't post it because now you can't do it anymore. Now they're in truly... It's called Indus Cell. Indus cell?
Starting point is 00:11:49 Indus cell. That's funny. From Fox 2, Detroit. Alien minerals never seen on Earth. are found in a meteorite that crashed into Somalia. That's what I'm talking about. At least two minerals never seen on planet Earth have been identified within a 14-ton meteorite found in Somalia two years ago.
Starting point is 00:12:03 It's from the Daily Mail. Three stowaways found on ship's rudder after surviving three days and an 11-day trip. They just jumped on and rode 11-day voyage. They were found after those days there. They were just on the rudder. Remember how sad it was when they were taking those people out of maybe Afghanistan.
Starting point is 00:12:24 I don't remember. They were jumping on the side of the plane trying to get out of there. There was the guy that was in the wheel wherever it still is. Same kind of situation there. Which is super sad. Boy, I hit you a couple sad ones, huh?
Starting point is 00:12:37 Yeah. Anyway, so this guy ate 187 coins. Bring us back up. He went to the hospital complaining and bloating, stomach pain and vomiting. The x-ray and they sent the tubes up his butt in his mouth. 187 coins.
Starting point is 00:12:50 It took two hours under the knife to clear his gun. gut. He swallowed the coin. It's a mystery, they say. It's from the mirror. And then it says, study shows that eating potatoes can help you lose weight with a little effort. Because potatoes are good for you. They're nutrient-based. You're not starving yourself, but also a lot of the bad things aren't in potatoes. And so you can eat potatoes, be very full, full or quicker, getting all your nutrients, and you can actually lose weight if you're dedicated to potatoes. It's from the New York Post. Boom. How we feel about that?
Starting point is 00:13:19 Good. Me too. Here is a voicemail from Dustin and Utah I just wanted to give a shout to my PE teacher She is for full class an hour of 40 minutes I got to watch the soccer tournament With US and I ran And we got to see the winning point
Starting point is 00:13:39 I knew it mattered a lot to lunchbox On them winning and I just want to give a shout to my PE teacher And thanks for making great content and having something that I can listen to every day. Thanks, guys. You're welcome, and your little brother's beating somebody up. So if you can turn around and stop that.
Starting point is 00:13:57 But his focus was amazing. It was. He was dedicated. A lot of stuff happening around him, and he was dialed into talking to us. Thanks, Dustin. Here is Brandy in Oklahoma. USA, USA! USA!
Starting point is 00:14:09 For once, I agree with Lunchbox. Huge win by our men's next up Saturday. Let's go! 9 a.m. 9 a.m. Central. It'll be an early morning for some of you folks, but it's worth it. Get up. Like West Coast?
Starting point is 00:14:26 Yeah. Oh, gosh. That's rough. 7 a.m. rough. They're not playing at 7, but. But I'm saying for them to get up and watch it. 7 a.m. Top songs and country music. Number three, Bailey Zimmerman, fall in love.
Starting point is 00:14:42 Oh, yeah, we only do five seconds. I was like, that is the weirdest thing. But that was two. Here's a smoke. I'll just sing. the crap. Better safe than sorry. Play the second part. That close.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Turn it down for a second. La, la, la, la, la. Turn it back up. It's me. Back up. All right, it's good enough. We can hear the whole song that way. It's right? It's me.
Starting point is 00:15:09 It's like a watermark or it's like a... They will send us albums. If it's way ahead of the album release, sometimes I never listen to them. but you'll be listening to a song and it'll go this is a promotional album of Luke Combs and you're number 32682 My Files on a butt
Starting point is 00:15:26 And you can't right in the middle of the song Yeah weird And you're like I don't like that verse But it's just something they've put over the top of it So you can't steal it Here's Thomas Wett Riley Green Half of me Half of me wants to cook
Starting point is 00:15:36 Good Jackson Dean don't come looking You'll be in on Friday Okay I see if there's anything else I want to Oh Eddie's getting too big for his britches This is from Ray meant to get to this earlier in the week, was not able to. Ray, why is Eddie getting too big for his
Starting point is 00:15:54 britches? Yes, we have parking here at work, and some of the only marked parking is bones. You've worked for that in your contract. It says Bobby Bones parking spot, correct? Yeah. In my last negotiation, I had to make that a negotiation point. Yes. And so right next to you, Eddie's always parked. He's never had really a label that that's his parking spot. We've all just known that. Well, IHeart put now a plaque there that says for clients or guests, they can park in that spot. Well, Eddie just said, I'm too big for my britches. I'm just going to pull right in and continue to park here, even though he's not a client or a guest of Iheart. It's marked for somebody else, but you're still parking in it? I don't know. I never saw the sign. There's a sign there.
Starting point is 00:16:32 It's right there. I mean, it is literally eye level. It's one of those things bones. Like you say, you're driving somewhere and you're like, man, I don't really remember how I got here. I don't look at the sign or the spot. You know what? I buy it. I buy it. Moving on. Thank you, man. Yeah. I've been parking there since day one. What about now that you know. Thank you, dude. They're a little tight. Could you hear this? What we're saying right now? I can hear this. Okay, good. So you heard there's a sign there?
Starting point is 00:16:52 Now I know there's a sign there. Would you like for me to not park there? Why would you ever admit that? Just say you can't hear you, idiot. I'm not deaf. I can hear you. But you're not blind either and you've seen the sign. No, I haven't seen the sign.
Starting point is 00:17:02 I haven't seen the sign. I haven't seen the sign. It's right in front of your face. Have you seen the sign? Yes. He's lying. It's right next to mine. He's seen the sign.
Starting point is 00:17:08 Maybe it's my eyes, guys. I can't see that son. Is your memory okay? Is your memory okay? Because we just talked about something. Well, what did we talk about? Who are you? Where am I? What is this place?
Starting point is 00:17:23 Ray, where are we on time on this? It has been 16 minutes. This is so short, but I got to jump to do a podcast. I thought we were going to be able to go longer. Is this long enough to put up? Is it its own self? How long was it? Sorry, I was it. 16.
Starting point is 00:17:35 Yeah. Do we put a lot of spots on this for 16 minutes? No, it's shorter. No. Not for 15 minutes. It's a different. It's just front and end. It shouldn't be a mid. Is it worth putting this up? Yeah. It's better than nothing. I don't know. I just heard the content we did. I don't know. Okay.
