Best Bits of the Week with Morgan.
It's listener Q&Daytime.
Where Morgan and a show member answer almost all your questions.
All right, Lunchbox.
We are doing some listener Q&A.
It is time from the middle of the ocean.
We are on the cruise.
Yeah, Radio Lunchbox on Instagram.
If you want to see what's going on on this cruise,
I've been documenting like a madman.
Yeah, and OutwebGore Morgan, both of us have.
Yeah, I know. I'm just saying, I'm just letting everybody know.
In at Bobby Bone Show, we are going to just kind of dive in through a bunch of questions.
How's that sound like?
Sounds great.
All right.
Does Lunchbox still shave his legs?
It kind of looks like it from photos.
What?
Did you ever save your legs?
Never in my life have I shaved my legs.
Do you don't have hairy legs?
I have hair on my legs.
Did you just blonde?
I don't know.
I've never been asked that in my life.
There is hair on his legs.
I've never shaved them in my life.
So I don't know what that question is.
Do you still shave your legs?
Oh, that was a crazy wave.
Did not like that feeling on my body.
What?
We are hitting some.
Oh, they're even that big ways, man.
No, the boat is rocking.
Everything is shaking.
It's because people are walking by.
No, that is not.
Yes.
Okay.
Well, I'm glad you don't shave your legs.
Apparently somebody thought you used to be like a runner, track star.
And the reason is because you shaved your legs.
I never shaved my legs when I ran.
I was really fast, but I didn't shave my legs.
but imagine if I would have shaved my legs,
I'd probably go to run a 420 mile.
That'd have been amazing.
Who got the drunkest so far?
I think we both have the same answer.
Are you ready?
One, two, three.
Oh, you mean to the show members?
I was like, I don't know their name,
but they were passed out.
There was a listener passed out in the...
Don't be calling out the listeners.
No, they were in the opus when the radio,
what do they call rodeo disco?
They were playing.
There was a dude just sprawled out on the chairs,
passed out drunk.
I mean, so...
I would say that was the drunkenest, but Ray out of the show.
Yeah, definitely out of the show.
But that's not really saying much.
I mean, Ray literally has three drinks and he's hammered.
Like, we were in Key West and he had like four drinks.
He's like, I don't even remember taking the golf cart back.
I'm like, what?
He did say that to me.
He's like, are you sure we got it back?
I was like, yes, Ray.
We were all there.
Yeah, we were there, dude.
You were there too.
Lady, you got to stop.
Hey, we're in a different podcast of this.
You can't reference something from the first podcast.
lunchbox is yelling at a lady who keeps walking around the track she's been walking for an hour and a half
do you guys have any particular travel routines
when lunchbox just forgets things and he packs it in one small bag
what didn't mean travel routine yeah like anything you do in particular while traveling
no well i don't even because you go to different places you can't do the same thing i've
never been on a ship like this so i've never i mean no i don't have a routine i packed my bags about
an hour before i'm supposed to leave that's my routine and my
theory is if it doesn't fit in a bag you don't need it.
I don't feel like that's how it works because then you had to buy stuff.
So you did need it.
No, no, I needed sunscreen.
It could have fit in the bag, but I thought it would explode on the plane.
Why did you think that?
Because the pressure.
You're not allowed to bring spray sunscreen on a plane.
It'll explode.
100%.
That's never one of the ones that they asked, you know, when you're at the thing.
Yeah, they say aerosol can.
Oh, I guess that's true.
I've never brought spray, though.
I normally have, like, lotion.
Yeah, I don't do it to the lotion.
You just do the spray?
Is that because you have hairy legs?
No, it's quicker and easier.
And I need, you know, you to spray it on my back.
And so I know you're not going to want to rub the lotion on my back.
That's true.
I mean, you may want to, but I can't allow you to do that.
No, I'm good.
I'm very much appreciate you doing a spray.
Okay.
That's there.
I don't think I have any particular travel routines either.
Yeah, I don't think I do.
I mean, I have like TSA pre-check, so I try and show up as late as I possibly can and just scoot on in there.
Yeah, it's not a routine.
that's just,
well, there's people who will show up, like,
we got there.
When I got to the airport,
you had got there even later than I did,
but when I got to the airport,
Bay and Ray were already there,
Scoop and his wife were already there.
And I was like 45 minutes
until we were about to board.
Yeah, I was 30 minutes still boarding.
Yeah, and they were both there
like an hour and a half before me.
Oh, Scuba got there two and a half hours early
because he got a massage and a pedicure.
Ray was there three hours early
because Ray is the most wound up tight guy
I've ever met in my life.
He's going to have a heart attack by 72.
Um, yeah. So no, I don't have any travel routines. I mean, just have a good time. That's what I do.
Yeah, I try. You know, I've really tried and it doesn't even still work, but I'll try and
plan outfits for every day so then I don't pack a lot, but then I still had two check back.
So, yeah, I mean, I guess my routine is make sure everybody has fun because I mean, my new
nickname on this cruise has been King of the Cruz. Everybody's been, hey, there's the King of the Cruz.
There's King of the Cruz. I've been with you a lot and I have not heard anybody call you that.
I didn't know. I didn't know that was my new nickname, but thanks for that. I appreciate it.
I have not heard that one time. Yeah, I don't know. You must not be listening.
You know what I've heard, though?
King of the cruise.
King of the Cruz!
I don't think it's you.
It's pretty nice.
I really appreciate that, that, guys.
On the cruise ships, since it's been really human and windy, what products were you
using for your curly hair?
You saw my crazy curls, the natural curls?
I did?
From the ocean.
Oh.
Yeah, I didn't know that was, because I thought that was just natural.
It was.
That's what I was about to say.
Right, right, but that's not humidity.
It's like when your hair gets humid and windy, your hair kind of does all crazy things.
Oh.
You know?
Okay.
You wouldn't know.
You don't really have like long hair.
Yeah, I don't do any.
I haven't used any products with the humidity.
I'm just going to go in all natural.
And it seems to be working for me.
Yeah, I use like an anti-prid spray, but then my natural girls, it was just straight up ocean sea salt water.
And that's, I just let it be what it was.
So I don't really have a lot of tips there.
Is the lunchbox still complaining about his room?
Um, no, I haven't complained as much because, um, I mean, we're already on the ship.
So I can't complain anymore.
I mean, there's nothing to complain about.
It is what it is.
We are, you know, nine days into this cruise and it's not going to change.
So there's no point in complaining anymore.
And I'll be honest, I didn't realize on a cruise.
You're not in your room that much.
Yeah.
I didn't realize that.
And it's big enough to, you know, go to bed, take a shower.
I will say that if I was a couple on the cruise ship, I'd complain about the size of the shower
because you can't both get in there at the same time.
That kind of sucks.
That feels like a weird complaint.
Yep.
Okay.
Well, I mean, you never get in the shower with your fiance?
Don't you just want to be really close and uptight and personal anyway?
Yeah, but I mean, it's not, I mean, you can't be enjoyable in there.
Okay.
Which cast member is enjoying the cruise the most?
I don't know.
I feel like it probably, I probably me, me, no.
No, me.
You complain a lot.
You want to take naps and you want to eat all the time.
You do too.
No?
Yeah.
I say I'm sleepy.
Okay.
That's the same.
That is the exact.
exact same thing is saying I'm tired.
It's the, it's the toad that goes with it.
You're just like, oh, I'm so tired.
I didn't want to nap.
I don't want to do anything.
And I'm like, I'm sleepy.
It's different vibes.
No, no, no.
Just because you say, I'm sleepy and you have a mouse voice.
Does it mean it's not?
It is a little less aggressive, yes.
Oh, my gosh.
It's all about the toot and the tone.
But yeah, I mean, I'm pretty much dominating this cruise.
Morgan goes to bed early.
I stay up until 2 a.m.
You stay up to 2 a.m. one night.
And you went better.
And every other night, we've gone to bed at the same time.
I don't know about that.
That is literally true.
Maybe it is.
We've been hanging out together the whole time.
Maybe you're right.
I don't know.
But yeah, I think I'm pretty much dominating it.
I mean, I would say Ray, he would say that because of what he's drinking, but the stress
that comes with him, I don't know if he's enjoying it at all.
That's really true.
I mean, he got, like, we were doing the show from the cruise ship, and he doesn't even
have to do anything.
Like, he can't control any buttons or anything.
He still came in this room two and a half hours early for no reason.
He did.
That did happen.
Okay, we're going to take a quick break.
We'll be right back with some more questions.
You can have opinions.
You can have like a strong stance.
And then there's your body having its own program.
I'm Dr. Maya Shunker, a cognitive scientist and hosts of the podcast, a slight change of plans,
a show about who we are and who we become when life makes other plans.
We share stories and scientific insights to help us all better navigate these periods of
turbulence and transformation. There is one finding that is consistent, and that is that our resilience
rests on our relationships. I wish that I hadn't resisted for so long the need to change.
We have to be willing to live with a kind of uncertainty that none of us likes.
Listen to a slight change of plans on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
podcasts. On a recent episode of the podcast, Money and Wealth with John Hope Bryant,
I sit down with Tiffany the budgetista aliche
to talk about what it really takes
to take control of your money.
What would that look like in our families
if everyone was able to pass on wealth
to the people when they're no longer here?
We break down budgeting, financial discipline,
and how to build real wealth
starting with the mindset shifts
too many of us were never, ever taught.
Financial education is not always about,
like, I'm going to get rich.
That's great.
It's about creating,
an atmosphere for you to be able to take care of yourself
and leave a strong financial legacy for your family.
If you've ever felt you didn't get the memo on money,
this conversation is for you to hear more.

The World Cup is coming.

I'm Tab Ramos.
I'm Tom Boe. On our podcast, Inside American Soccer, you'll get the real storylines.
I'm not worried about Policic. I'm not worried about balligan. I'm not worried about McKinney.
My only concern is what happens in the back.
The biggest decisions.
If you're going to look at stats and numbers, he has no shot at making this World Cup team.
And the truth about the U.S. national team.
It wouldn't be a huge surprise if our team.
ends up in the quarterfinals or potentially a great run into the semifinals.
The World Cup is almost here.
Experience it all with us.

If you are a founder or a freelancer or the friend who always says, hey, you know what, what if I started that?
This is for you.
I'm telling you I had nothing to my name.
I didn't know a single person in New York.
And somehow I'm dressed by Oscar DeLorenda walking down that red carpet.
This month, we sit down with entrepreneurs and creators who actually did it,
who turned the scary leap into a business, a paycheck, and a life they are proud of.
Direct center of our happiness or our regrets is whether or not we're taking action on the things that matter to us.
They're not selfish. They're so important.
They actually lead to our greatest contributions because when we're living fulfilled,
we actually show up better everywhere.
We lead better. We're better friends. We're better relationships and collaborators and all those things because we have passion.
about the things we're doing.

I was, hi, Dad.
And just when I said that, my mom comes out of the kitchen.
She says, I have some cookies and milk.
This is badass convict.
Right.
Just finished five years.
I'm going to have cookies and milk them all.
Yeah.
On the Ceno Show podcast, each episode invites you into a raw, unfiltered conversations about recovery, resilience, and redemption.
On a recent episode, I sit down with actor, cultural icon, Danny Trail, talk about addiction, transformation, and the power of second chances.

And listen now.
All right, good things only, lunchbox.
What has been our favorite part of the cruise so far?
Oh, man.
The beach in Nassau was great.
The casino has been a lot of fun.
The Blackjack Tournament.
Oh, Tequila Sunrise Bingo.
Oh my gosh.
Fantastic.
There were so many people.
It was a great job, great time.
And then also Keith Urban.
Phenomenal.
Funominal.
Spell it with me.
Phenomenal.
Why do you keep doing that line?
You did that with beautiful too.
Yeah, spell it with me.
I don't want to spell it with you.
I would agree with Keith Urban.
That was like just such a unique experience to see the cruise ship on one side.
You're down.
You're watching Keith Urban.
There's only like 2,000 people.
Right.
You're never going to see Keith Urban.
Keith, Keith, Euben.
Ubin.
Ubin.
We were from down under.
You're never going to see him with so few people.
Yeah.
That was what was real cool.
Yeah.
And he was like really up close and personal with a lot.
He moved in the crowd.
And it was even just fun to watch.
We came back to the boat halfway through and we were watching it from a balcony,
which was cool too.
I talked to somebody and they were like, we were front row.
Keith.
Oh, it was Regina.
The guy from Regina.
Colton from Regina and his girl, CJ.
They said, we're up close.
he was sweating on us.
Oh my gosh.
The sweat was dripping on us.
I'm like,
okay.
Thriving.
And she said her neck hurt
from looking up at him.
Yeah,
that was fun.
And I will say,
like my carry,
doing the karaoke thing
has been so much fun for me.
Yeah.
Like people are partying down there.
It's like the end of the night,
so people are just like letting loose.
Everybody's dancing and vibing together.
So karaoke's been fun.
I am excited to do my bingo though.
Yeah,
that's a lot of fun.
I feel like that one's going to be fun.
Do you get seasick?
I do.
Lunchbox doesn't.
No.
I don't even notice.
You haven't been phased at all.
I've been wearing a patch every single day and I've taken drama.
I mean, like two or three times a day.
I feel like it's just walking on land, man.
I don't even notice the waves.
That's so wild.
Like as much as you do get sick that you're not at...
No, no, I don't get sick that often, guys.
You guys are exaggerating how often I get sick.
But you do get sick.
So, like, normally, like, you're just more susceptible, maybe?
No, that's germs.
Yeah, so you're more susceptible to things?
This, the boat, the rocking of a boat is not germs.
That's true.
It's not.
Like, germs, for you.
from kids.
When you have kids, if you ever do, I'm going to tell you what, you are going to regret
ever talking about how much I got sick because you are going to get sick so freaking much.
Okay, but correct me if I'm wrong.
Really where it's like where it gets sick is when they're in like daycare or school because
that's where they're bringing it home from.
But if like they, you know, you stay home with them, maybe you don't get a sick.
Is that, is that, could that be accurate?
I mean, I don't know if you even go out in public.
I figure they pick up the germs because kids are petri dishes and they stick their hands
There what dishes?
Petri?
There we go.
That's what I said.
Okay.
Yeah, I do.
I do.
I've been getting really sick.
I'm currently because we're so close to Bimini, we're only going like six miles an hour
and it's making me very sick that we're going slow.
I wish we were just hitting it and I'd be a lot better.
I'm good.
Like a champ.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I think that's why that vodka shop really did me in.
Yeah.
Because that was already seasick and then you add that to it.
That's why I've been avoiding drinking too much.
We don't need me seasick and drunk.
Both haven't been happening.
Have you guys been getting noticed by any fans?
Yeah, Dustin.
No, none, Dustin.
None whatsoever, man.
Like, we've been walking around the boat.
Carefree, not taking a single picture, man.
Oh, yeah.
No, we've talked to everybody who wants to talk.
Dustin, let's just put it this way, man.
I've taken 6,332 pictures.
I've counted.
What did you love about cruising that you weren't expecting to love?
This is from Lindsay in Pennsylvania.
Um, I don't know.
I mean, just, it's,
crazy. There's always stuff going on. Like, this woman has been walking for two hours now.
Stop paying attention to the woman. Let her walk and be. I can't help. I can't help.
But now I'm going to see her out on the ship and I'm like, girl, you need to stop walking.
I don't know. I think all of it. I thought he was going to be miserable and I don't know. It's been
great. Yeah. I mean, there wasn't really anything that I wasn't not suspecting of because I've been
on Christmas before. So it was about on par. I think the cooler thing about this one is that there's
been country music everywhere, which has been fun.
Like live music is happening all the time.
That's unusual than a typical cruise.
Normally you have like DJs and music playing over speakers.
This has a little bit more live atmosphere to it.
So I think that's been really fun about this one.
We've got, oh, how has he continually led us lunchbox fans down at Easy Trivia?
He's gotten worse and worse.
What?
Yeah.
That's the question?
No.
From who?
No, that's from Sam O'Sha.
So I think it's Sam.
Sam O'Sha.
man, look, man.
Let's just say that, yeah, you're going to give your good days and your bad days.
It happens.
And they keep giving me superhero trivia.
And I don't know anything about superheroes.
I don't watch that crap.
So maybe I need to watch, make my kids watch the Avengers and all that so I can learn about
these people because they know when they want to eliminate me.
They go, next category is going to be superheroes.
Well, you know, lunch is going to be out.
Let's just notice that.
They like to go to superheroes when I'm in the game.
that's all I'm going to say.
Why didn't your significant elders go on the trip?
Because I have three kids.
And my three kids cannot watch themselves
as much as I think a seven-year-old
could get to school on time by himself
and get his brother there.
I don't know if they could handle the four-year-old.
Yeah, and my fiancé had to work.
And honestly, we were, like, debating it.
Like, is it really worth him taking off work when I have to still work a bunch?
We'd rather go on a vacation together when I don't have to work a bunch
and he's watching the girls.
So dumb.
So dumb.
But yes, that's why.
Those are why.
And maybe next year we'll figure it out where they both can come.
My wife will not come next year.
You don't think so?
No, I'll tell you right now.
We have three kids.
That fact never changes.
Yeah, that fact never changes.
Lunchmocks did say he's really glad my fiance didn't come because he'd be really bored.
Oh my gosh, because I would have had no one to hang out with.
It would have been awkward.
Best thing y'all have had to eat, Shannon from North Carolina.
We've got to feel like what are some of the best food drinks, treats you both have had on the cruise so far.
Oh, well, the pinia coladas have been delicious.
I mean, they really have.
They really are tasting magnificent.
And the ice cream.
The ice cream is like my thing.
Okay.
Soft serve.
Yeah, I know.
Jolado.
She has been ordering room service ice cream every night.
No, I go and get it myself.
At least I do a little few steps to go get in.
French fries with the ice cream, though, in particular.
Disgusting.
It's so good.
Every time you do that, I want to smack the French fry out of your hand.
And you know what?
The grill has the best French fries because they're in like a little boat form and they're
perfect for scooping with ice cream.
Disgusting.
Blah.
So,
Okay. We're going to wrap this up. We have one more question, but I am going to do two quick
shoutouts. We had somebody who said, I'm so glad you both stayed on board. You're doing a great
job. And somebody else said, you two are the funniest great content from you both. It looks like
you guys are having a blast. So now I will end it on this. What is the funniest thing that has
happened on the cruise so far? Oh, man. Oh, the drunk girl getting on stage with Scottie McCruy
was pretty funny because he was doing this tribute to his wife.
And it was like, oh my gosh, so cute.
He was like, I love her.
She's my best friend.
He was like, and this is her favorite song that I've ever written.
And he starts to play it.
And this girl comes out and starts dancing.
I'm like, oh, my God, that's his wife.
It wasn't his wife.
There was just some random drunk girl on the ground.
That was funny.
And then also, tequila bingo.
This woman got a work call from her work,
while she was on the cruise and I answered it.
And they were like, hey, whatever her name was.
And I was like, yeah, she's not here right now because she quits.
And I quit her job for her.
And then I hung up.
I need to know if she's okay.
You know, I need an update on her.
She's still employed.
I thought that's pretty funny.
That is funny.
Me hitting the guy with the duck was good.
I went on stage with Ray and we were doing an intro out on the pool deck.
And I brought some ducks with me.
We were supposed to hive up the crowd before Keith Urban.
And I brought some ducks with me to throw them out to it.
And I was throwing out.
Everybody was like wanting him and I threw it in one direction and there was a guy sleeping and I just chucked it right at him on accident.
Hit him right in the chest. He woke up like, what just happened?
Oh, he was asleep? That's messed up.
Everybody was laughing, but I don't think he was. I need to make sure he's okay if I can find him.
Yeah. I thought the Q&A, the Bobby Bone Show Q&A was really funny.
Of course you thought that was funny. That was like all you.
It was hilarious.
I enjoyed my shot in that Q&A. That was good.
And then the other funny one was us
So Lunchbox and I were
When we were out at NASA
We were coming back to the boat
And we needed to get in by a certain time
And we saw two buses like drive by us
And we looked at each other like
Oh that's full of a bunch of people
We need to beat them so we can get on the boat in time
I didn't want to wait in
Like you know how people had to wait to get back on a cruise ship
They have to check your ID scan you in
It's like oh my God
It's gonna be 35 minutes
And we have to wait behind all those people
We ran and ran and ran and ran and ran
And lunchbox was hurting
And the whole time was complaining like
Oh I'm hurting I'm hurting I can't run
I'm going to go
We cannot get stuck behind these people.
Well, fast forward, I ran into Parmali, and they were like, we saw you in lunch running by our buses.
It was Parmally, and the buses was not people on the ship.
So we were running to beat Parmally on the ship.
So that's pretty funny, too.
But that wraps us up.
All right.
