vision of success. So right now I'm currently sitting in the office, the sun is out, I can see palm trees,
it smells like summer. I'm just feeling amazing and I thought I would drop in to share with you
the one thing I do daily that directly contributes to my success in both life and business. And I
have done this for a really, really long time, every single day consistently for years so you can trust
me when I tell you that it works it's completely easy it's free and it's something that is rarely
done consistently I also do it at the beginning of every year and quarter when I'm setting goals
it's a tool that I use when I'm prepping for a really big launch. There's also an ingredient I pair with it
to give it extra power. So these are all the things I'm going to be talking to you about.
And it's just one thing. It's just one thing that you can be doing. And before I tell you this,
I just want to tell you, it's not going to work unless you do it consistently. It's the same with
everything, right? Like our Instagram wouldn't have grown as fast as it has and as big
as it has had we not been consistent if those days I didn't feel like posting I just didn't post
didn't happen every time I felt resistance or every time I felt I was too busy or it wasn't a
priority I just did it anyway because I decided okay that is my goal that is something I really
want to focus on doing.
And even though you might not be seeing the short-term rewards,
it's more of a long-term strategy to be building a community.
I was like, no, this is something that really, really matters to me
and to the company and is going to provide us with so much long-term success.
So for years and years, I've been posting consistently every single day,
showing up even when I didn't
feel like it. And I've always had that reminder of let's play the long game here. And it's just
a small thing. You might be thinking, well, just posting on Instagram is a really small thing. And
it's one of those things that doesn't take a long time, but to actually sit and think it through
and to do it takes more brainpower and effort than you would think and it's so easy to be like well it
doesn't matter I'm just not going to do it today I can pick it up again tomorrow it's no big deal
and I agree it's no big deal but if you do that with everything then eventually it's going to
start to add up and it will become a big deal so I just want to pre-frame with how important
consistency is and so when you're setting goals, I want you to be thinking
about them with a short term and a long term focus. Are you willing to keep pushing and keep doing it
even if you aren't seeing that short term gain and those wins? Because you have to be clear.
And I'll be totally honest with you, the podcast as well, it takes a lot of work to create episodes
because we want to create from a really high quality place and Danielle and
I have been you know we had this idea of we want to be like six months in advance prepped and we're
still ahead of ourselves but we're not as far ahead as we thought we would like to be because
we started dropping the ball a little bit and okay we'll just push that to interview to this next
week because we're busy and then we had to sit and check ourselves and be like no this is a priority
for us like we really really want to be leaning into the podcast and growing the podcast
and so that means pushing through the consistency part even when it's uncomfortable and even when
it's the last thing you want to be doing so yeah we all struggle with it at every single stage
and I'm sure whatever next activity or hobby or work thing that I pick up whatever I'm
working towards I'm still going to struggle with consistency so the one thing that I do daily that
contributes to my success in life and business is pre-emptive gratitude let's take a quick pause to

don't need to need me to tell
you the science behind being grateful. It is one of the most epic things that you can do. Instantly
changes your state. Studies have been done on people that practice gratitude. They are happier,
they are more successful, they are more fulfilled. Gratitude is an amazing tool but I do it slightly differently. I do pre-emptive gratitudes. So what
this means is I do gratitudes for things as though they have happened before they've happened and I
do three things every single day. Now you can write them in a journal or you can say them out loud.
I do both. So sometimes if I'm you know know, working from home or I'm journaling that
morning, I will write down the three things. Or if I am in a rush and I feel like I haven't got time
to do that, then I'll do them out loud in the car when I'm driving to the office or a meeting or
wherever I'm going. I put the windows down. I have the amazing sunshine and warm air coming through
my windows and I say out loud today I am
so grateful for so I'm going to give you an example of what it might look like what mine
looked like and how you could maybe incorporate this into your routine so for example mine might
be I am so grateful for bringing in a hundred thousand dollars today doing what I love I am
so grateful that today was free of stress and played out with
joy, ease, and flow. I am so grateful for showing up as a loving wife, supportive CEO, and thoughtful
friend. So it's really simple. It just took me, what, 10 seconds to do them. And seriously, guys,
this is a game changer. So here's the thing. Your brain doesn't know the difference between
whether this has happened or not. This is like magic stuff. Like this is a hack we can all be
doing. Your brain doesn't know the difference. If you, if you are doing these preemptive gratitudes
and you're setting the tone for your day and you're already elevating your emotions, your
energy at that level, your day is going to be epic and you're
going to be going through that day with such a clear intention, knowing exactly what you're
working on or working towards. So for example, I've said I'm so grateful that today was free of
stress and played out with joy, ease and flow. So that probably goes into my subconscious and so
if I'm given a challenging obstacle or anything throughout the day, that's already programmed in my brain that I get to do it with joy, ease and flow.
And so I'm going to react differently to if I hadn't set my intentions before that.
So, so important and has honestly changed the game for me.
So I do it every single day.
And then before launch, what I'll do is I'll write down the exact outcomes of the launch
and what contributed to me
getting there. There's also extra tools you can use on top of this to give it extra power so like I
said I do three preemptive gratitudes every single day and then before launch I will sit down and I'll
write a full page of things I'm grateful for that happened during or after the launch, even though it hasn't
happened yet. So I'll put the numbers, how it went, how I felt, what kind of people signed up, what they
were saying, and it's crazy how similar the outcome will be to the thing you've actually written down
as well. I'll do it at the beginning of a year, I'll do it at the beginning of each quarter when
I'm setting goals. I am always writing these pre-emptive gratitude letters and don't get me
wrong I love doing gratitudes at the end of the day as well to like really reflect on the things
that have gone well and it puts me into such an amazing state before I go to sleep but the ones
before anything's ever happened seriously game changer so the powerful tool that I'm going to
share with you as well comes from Dr. Joe Dispenza. I don't know if you're familiar with his work. I share his stuff a lot on my stories. So you might have
seen them on there, or you might have read his books, been to his events. Let me know if you're
familiar with him. He's amazing. And I'm going to just share a little tool that he uses along with
this kind of activity. So he says, if you pair a clear intention with an elevated emotion, that's where the magic is going
to happen. So you've got that clear intention and you're actually going to elevate your emotion.
You're going to change your vibrational state. So when you're doing your gratitudes in the morning,
getting excited and happy as though it's already happened. So if I'm saying,
oh my God, I am so grateful that I brought in a hundred thousand dollars today I'm like what does that feel like I'm gonna feel it viscerally in my body and get
into that state and then he also says you want to remain in that same energy for the rest of the day
and so what you can do is put little prompts on your phone and set alarms so maybe your alarm goes
off once every three four hours with some words that remind
you of the energetic state you want to be in so is it excited is it happy is it in flow is it calm
like what is it and put that into your phone as alarms and when it goes off it just reminds you
to stay in that same energy what joe dispenser saying says is if you're not making an effort to stay in the energy of your creation,
your gratitude, your intention throughout your day, it's the same as eating an organic,
healthy, amazing breakfast and then spending the rest of the day eating junk food.
And what's the point of doing that if you're trying to get healthy?
Like you're not going to reach your goals if you have the best morning routine possible.
And then the second you walk out the door, everything crumbles and you go down into these unhealthy patterns. And so that's also really, really important when
you're doing it. So just to recap, preemptive gratitudes, I do gratitudes for things as though
they've happened before they have happened. So I do three things every single day. And then I do
it before launches, before, you know know as I'm setting goals for each
quarter, at the beginning of the year. I write down the exact outcomes of the launch of the day
and exactly what contributed to me getting there and it's almost like this pre-emptive action plan
that just gets you so clear on where you're going, it gets you so clear on your vision
and seriously guys it works like magic. I'm not kidding, this is so so easy where you're going it gets you so clear on your vision and seriously guys it works
like magic I'm not kidding this is so so easy and I have done it every single day and when a lot of
people say how did you create this or how have you managed to do what you do I really do credit this
tool with helping me get there I am always so clear on where I'm going what I'm doing why I'm
doing it and it's because I take time to get so clear
on those intentions every single day.
And you do it so often
that it really, really becomes a habit
that if you don't do it, you kind of don't feel right.
And so even if you've just got to imagine it in your head,
you know, if you're like really, really busy,
you can just sit for a few seconds,
eyes closed and do those preemptive gratitudes
and just get into that elevated emotion, get into that energy as though it's happened and just watch what magic
is seriously going to unfold. The real power here is when you change your energy and you change your
vibrational state to get in the energy of what's already happened. And if you're that excited,
I mean, seriously, the way everything's going to unfold for you is going to be amazing so I've talked a lot about one thing that I would love all of you to just give a try
