Starting point is 00:00:37 Fantastic. And he's a serial entrepreneur. A very smart cookie. And now Lauren Everts and Michael Bostic are bringing you along for the ride. Get ready for some major realness. Welcome to the Skinny Confidential, him and her. I heard for a while people like really hating Instagram comedy. And I was like, well, maybe you just saw something you didn't like.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Like, there are other ways to, you know, do what you love and kind of like make a different path for yourself. You know, you don't have to make the thing that everyone else is making. You know, you can totally like change the game if you wanted to. So my advice to anyone who, you know, wants to make videos is like find your voice and like, you know, stick to it. And do not expect to like blow up overnight. That's just like not how it happened. Ladies and gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, hopefully not too many boys and girls. This is some adult content sometimes on this show.
Starting point is 00:01:32 But ladies and gentlemen, we are back. That clip was from our guests of the show today, Benito Skinner, aka Benny Drama. Many of you guys are big fans. I am a new converted fan. Lauren turned me on to Benny and then we were lucky enough to have him on the show. Here's what happened. It was dark in our bedroom and I started cracking up and Michael wanted to know what I was cracking up at. And it was me watching Benny Drama do the Chris Jenner impression.
Starting point is 00:01:54 in her red track suit. You guys, he does the best Chris Jenner impression I have ever seen. It takes a lot to make me like really laugh. Me and Michael were rolling on the floor crying. Honestly, guys, do yourself a favor. Pause this show for a second. Go to Benny Drama 7 on Instagram and start watching his content. It is some of the funniest stuff.
Starting point is 00:02:15 He also does all these micro videos and what he does on them is he breaks down each zodiac, which is so fitting because I had jaw surgery to. weeks ago and while I was getting jaw surgery, Michael complained about the tickle in his throat and his bad back like for the whole week that I was recovering. And he did a parody on Aries, Zodiac. And Michael, what is the first thing they said about Aries? Didn't he say there's a tickle in the throat or something? That Aries love to pretend they're sick when other people are sick. A lot of you guys who have seen him on his viral videos where he plays Chris Jenner, those are hilarious. He did one with our friend, Heather McMahon.
Starting point is 00:02:54 when she played Ina Garden. He played Antony. Is it Anthony? That's the character. He also does Kylie Jenner impressions. He goes, Stongy. My favorite is when he plays grown-up Annie.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Yeah, that's so good. You guys got to go look at his Instagram. Anyways, so he's on the show today. We're talking about how he has really made a career for himself on social media. He's so young. He's going to be such a big star. Not that he already isn't. I mean, he's just fab.
Starting point is 00:03:21 You guys have to follow him on Instagram at BennyDrama 7. Anyway, we love this interview. We have to have Benny back on the show maybe as Chris Jenner. That would be major. I want to do a roundtable with him. And so... And Heather. Maybe him and Heather, that would be amazing.
Starting point is 00:03:36 Maybe the audience can write in. Maybe Taylor can come in the room. Maybe we can have Antony and Ina Garden and Chris Jenner and Kylie. Taylor can dress up as a cucumber. When he talks about Annie, my favorite part when he says, Daddy Warbex is fucking buried out in my backyard with his fucking cat. Whoa, you've been consuming his content in the dark. haven't you. Benny, come on. Let's do some characters together. Taylor's been feeling really,
Starting point is 00:04:00 like about, he's been feeling himself because I just gave him all this skincare, and he just walked into the office, and he's glowing from head to toe. All right. Well, like I said, hopefully no boys and girls listening to this. Ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, Benny Drama, Benito Skinner, welcome to the show. Let's get into it. We're going to take quick break, talk about one of the best services on the planet run by some of the best people on the planet, thrive, market. guys what the hell are you doing if you aren't using thrive in 2019 we love thrive market so i have a page on thrive market and i basically curated all the items that i buy and get delivered straight to my door but this specific time i want to tell you about the candy that i like on thrive market so
Starting point is 00:04:44 you guys know if you've been following the skinny confidential for a long time that michael and i are a huge huge fan of yumb earth when you order yum earth i just sit there and eat bags and bags of it just go and i just go and go and go. It's basically this organic candy. The sugar's really low. They have like lollipops that are so good, but I'm especially obsessed with their pomegranate and peach licorish, which is on Thrive Market. We're big fans of just getting in bed with a bunch of different candy and watching it like a good movie. Guys, we're talking about efficiency here. In a 2019 world, you don't have to go up and down the aisles of the grocery store, searching, asking the clerks, where is this, where is that? It's a waste of time. Thrive Market has everything. Food.
Starting point is 00:05:24 Food, frozen foods, wine, vitamins, supplements, beauty products, bath and body, babies, kids, home, pet. Like, they have everything. And so you can get it all in one place. And they source the best products and best ingredients. And on top of that, everything is 25 to 50% below retail. So really straight to your door, all the best stuff. And if you have a specific diet, shop by vegan, gluten-free, any allergies, they do all of the heavy lifting. So what Thrive Market is essentially selling guys is time.
Starting point is 00:05:50 So like Michael said, you don't need to go to the grocery store. It comes straight to your door. You can open your door and you can get right in bed with your candy. To check it out, go to thrivemarket.com slash skinny for 25% off your first order and free shipping. Again, that's thrive market.com slash skinny for 25% off your first order and free shipping. Starting point is 00:06:18 This is the skinny confidential, him and her. I promise I won't scrape my beard on this too much. I kind of want you to. Michael, Michael likes it. He's kind of a flirt. He is. I am kind of a flirt.
Starting point is 00:06:32 And his beard is so long right now. It looks great. It looks great. I'm rebelling a little bit. Yeah. I just need a little moment. Yeah. Why?
Starting point is 00:06:39 I don't know, Lauren. I just feel like, I just, I need a moment. Yeah, but you got your eyebrows wax the other day. I made him go to my girl. And you know what happened? He forgot to tell Lindsay he was wearing retinal. And I guess that rips your skin off. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:53 I was looking like a freak. I like it. You don't anymore though. Oh, he grew back. He loves compliments. We love learned a little bit, aren't we? I think we are. Now I'm looking at your brows.
Starting point is 00:07:02 I'm like, they do look great. Don't they look good? Thank you. I got to keep it somewhat rugged. I got my wife on all these like beauty routine. I'm like, listen, I'm still like really tough. Yeah. He's doing good, right?
Starting point is 00:07:12 Absolutely. I'm proud of. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So let's go back. How did you get started in this crazy world of social media? I want to go way back.
Starting point is 00:07:19 Oh my God. Yeah. So I went to college at Georgetown and I was studying film and media studies. Smart. Occasionally. Not anymore, I don't think. I think the internet is like melted my brain.
Starting point is 00:07:31 But I used to be super into like, you know, reading. Don't do that as much anymore. But yeah, I was in the film and media studies program there. And I started making my own sketch, like writing my own sketches. But I was still in the closet. So I like wasn't doing anything too wild or, you know, I just thought I would like post a video on the internet and everyone would be like, you're gay. You know, like that would be the only comment.
Starting point is 00:07:54 comment, which hasn't really happened. I mean, sometimes it does. And so then I found Dobsmash? Do you remember dub smash? What is that? What is that? I know what it was. It's so unfamiliar with it, but it's like, when you describe it as pre-Tick-Tac.
Starting point is 00:08:07 What is that? It's so they have like segments of songs and then you could lip sync to them. So I would come up with these like crazy scenarios and I would like have costumes on and I would do the dub smash with that. And then like people started tagging friends, which I thought was funny. And I'd always wanted to be an actor, but like I'm from Idaho. so that wasn't something that I said out loud. Yeah, I was not saying that out louder else my family would have been like, wait, what?
Starting point is 00:08:30 That's kind of random. Not my family, but more like, you know, the people I went to school with would have been like, what? What's the career path in Idaho? Oh, God. My mom's a teacher. My dad's a lawyer. There's a lot of like tech stuff now.
Starting point is 00:08:45 Yeah, I think that's pretty much it. And doctors. I think that's it. And I guess farmers, but not in Boise. But yeah. So I, you know, I started like kind of making a little bit more, you know, fully formed sketches. I got a job at a startup and I was editing their videos and I kind of like edit my own. Then I came out and the videos just like went off.
Starting point is 00:09:08 Like at that point, I was like full costumes. Like I was buying all these wigs and people were responding so quickly. And once it goes, it goes. Like it was rapid. And what year is this? This was. So I would say it really picked up like a year and a half ago. I did like a queer eye parody that did really well and it got some like traction.
Starting point is 00:09:30 And then that same week I mimicked Kim Kardashian Snapchat's. And that went like crazy, crazy on Facebook. Do you like study them to mimic them? Like what or is it just come natural? I think I've consumed so much of their like media that I can do it now. But I wonder, you know, I always think like maybe it was my time in the closet, like studying people or studying straight men of how to be a certain way. And, you know, I've always been definitely like theatrical. So I've always liked, you know, the idea of like being someone else or what
Starting point is 00:10:04 that would be like. What do you mean by that? Like you had to, you were studying straight men and how because you were nervous about. Yeah. Of like, how do I do it? Like, how do I pull this off? I think was definitely like a little bit of my mindset. And so yeah, I think I just, it's super easy to do them because I watch so much their content. And then I find myself like, you know, if I watch, their interviews, they talk so specifically. And they've almost, like, taught a generation how to talk. Like, I meet so many people who I'm like, oh, my God, you're talking like a Kardashian. Like, it's slow and it's...
Starting point is 00:10:35 Yeah, what's the, what's the tricks? Tell us how to talk like you. Yeah, teach my God. Oh, my God. Okay, I'm excited. So, to talk, like, Kim Kardashian. Okay. So, hey, you guys.
Starting point is 00:10:46 You know, it's very... It's, like, she used to have a high pitch, and now it's literally just vocal fry. Like just destroy your vocal cords essentially is how you do Kim. So you'll be like, hey, you guys, what's up? I have this new product. You know, it's like everything is so slow and they want to make sure you hear what they say. And then Kylie says, she goes to it. She goes, guys.
Starting point is 00:11:11 Yeah. Hey, guys. It's like, it's always has your hair. Yeah. And it's ASMR kind of. A little bit. Yeah. A little bit.
Starting point is 00:11:21 There's like compilation videos. on the internet of like Kim Kardashian ASMR. So when you were in college and you were still in the closet, what was that like? That sounds gnarly. Oh my God. Yeah, that was terrible. Super depressed. You can't be true to yourself and I feel like your whole thing is being true to yourself.
Starting point is 00:11:35 Yeah, exactly. And I, yeah, I mean, I think I kind of just, I tried to keep myself as busy as possible. So, like, I had a radio show I loved and, you know, I had great friends. And I just like, no or was completely hidden? So some of my friends knew early. I told a few of them. And yeah, I don't, you know, you never know, was it one of those things where when the people that knew, it's like, yeah, we've known all along. Yeah, we felt like that or is it like it was so, you were hiding it so.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Okay, so people knew. Yeah, I think, well, so it was a mix. So like my family, you know, maybe they thought when I was younger, but then they were like, but, you know, it didn't happen. So, you know, we're not going to like force the issue or like me. Yeah, exactly. And friends, I think, had thought maybe because I wasn't like with women ever. only like friends. So, like, all my friends were girls, pretty much, like, most of my life.
Starting point is 00:12:26 So, yeah, I mean, I think my friends, like, maybe they thought. But, you know, it's always, it's hard. I feel like when you come out, you don't necessarily want people to be like, we always knew. It's like, okay, like, give me some credit. Like, I tried. Yeah. You know, like. Do you think as a creator when you were able to actually be really authentic and real
Starting point is 00:12:43 with yourself and other people that it made you a better creative? Oh, my God, yeah. Yeah. I don't think you could be an actor. and you know and I think this goes for everybody like I just don't think that you can create something really special if you're like hiding so much of yourself you know I which just like shows I mean I watch some of my old stuff and I'm like this is terrible I'm like it's so bad it's like not um wasn't you yeah it wasn't me so yeah I think you have to be so especially as like an actor what about
Starting point is 00:13:13 Tom Cruise though oh my god I mean I'm always curious there are so many people that I'm like I don't know. Like I hope you're not. You know, like I would say like I hope that if you're portraying that you're straight and you're really being able to. Yeah, I hope that I hope that you are. Yeah. I, you know, there's like a, I think the term is like closet shaming or, you know, of, you know, I think this person's in the and I don't know. I'm like, oh, I do get suspicious every now and then.
Starting point is 00:13:38 But I try to hope that they're not because like if they are in the closet, the current like predicament going on in their head is a nightmare. And I'm so glad I'm like out of that nightmare. Yeah, it must feel great to just be able to be yourself on your own terms. Oh, it's the fucking bad. Yeah. And you realize that, like, the right people don't care. No.
Starting point is 00:13:56 That's the key. And if someone does care of move. Yeah, I'm like, oh, okay. The key to that was the first word, like the right people don't care. The people that do care are the wrong people. Exactly. And who gives the shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:06 And it's an easy way to cut people out. Yeah. It's like it kind of just cuts the fat. Yeah. It's kind of useful in a way. Yeah. If you look at it, it's like, wow, shit. I'm like, damn.
Starting point is 00:14:16 There you go. Toxicity out. Bye. Yeah, we're good. So, yeah, it's, yeah, I don't know. Highly recommend. So my question is, how long has it taken you to really grow on YouTube and Instagram and become this character?
Starting point is 00:14:31 Obviously, it didn't happen overnight. I know that. Walk us through from when it started to where it is now and how it's evolved. Yeah. So when I had my old job, I was trying to make, like, two solid videos a week. And I only started a YouTube channel so that I could. could make longer sketches because the one minute on Instagram is like very limiting. But still, you pack a lot in there as well.
Starting point is 00:14:53 I tried. I was diving in. You are fucking funny. I try. I filled a minute. It feels like you've shot multiple videos in those videos. Yeah. Does that make sense?
Starting point is 00:15:02 Oh, yeah. It's not like you're just taking a camera doing one take. Taylor, Taylor, you should take tips from him. He said he fills the minute. Oh, I am. Taylor, Taylor was on our podcast talking about his one minute man problem. And so he could use some tips. No, it's hard.
Starting point is 00:15:16 And well, sometimes I'm like, how do I still tell the story and get the good parts? Because I want the good parts on Instagram. That's like where most of, you know, the people who like consume my stuff get it. It's like a weird science that I'm still trying to like get it down. But it is like when the easiest is when it's one joke. And I'm just like trying to nail the joke. So it's like this, you know, this person in this situation. Did you study comedy?
Starting point is 00:15:43 I did. Yeah. So I had one class in college. college that was like specific comedy and then I you know I tried to read a lot before I started doing live shows and like because you know I think so many people are funny but stand-up is just like a whole beast and I have so much respect for people who can do a full hour you know like in my show I do 30 minutes and I'm like oh that's like I'm not yeah it's it was long and it took a long time to get that set but yeah I studied that and acting and but comedy I just I love it I feel like
Starting point is 00:16:10 it's something that everybody enjoys so how long from when you first started YouTube to know how many years so I started my YouTube channel when did I do it like are we talking 10 years ago five years ago two years probably not even two like a year and a half so you've blown up really quickly in fact out of all the creators we've talked to you've blown up you know what I think it is about you is that you're so funny and everyone wants to laugh who doesn't want to laugh if you don't want to laugh yeah what yeah like everyone wants to laugh yes and so I think I mean you have blown up more than any creator we've had on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Thank you so much. Like, what do you think the main reason is outside of just like raw talent and, you know, picking great characters? Like, do you, when you create content, is it topical?
Starting point is 00:16:54 Is it something, is it current? Like, how do you, I saw the video you just put out with Chris Jenner. Yeah. Was it Tristan Thompson? Is that one of those?
Starting point is 00:17:00 Yeah. So I was eating dinner with my boyfriend when that, like, came out. And I looked at them and I was like, oh, fuck. I probably have to make a video, right? And he was like,
Starting point is 00:17:09 yeah, you do. So sometimes, yes, I love it. The Kardashians and, like, Brittany and, you know, queer I got, like, they all give me a lot to work with as far as pop culture.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Yeah, I'm keeping up. Yeah, I'm keeping up. Yes. But, God, I mean, yeah. So if there's a topical moment, absolutely, then sometimes, like, randomly all, like, strike a chord that I didn't know was there. So that's probably the astrology videos. I was not anticipating the craze that was going on. But everyone has a sign. But everyone has a sign. And they all are so, even if they're not invested in it, Let me ask you this. If I'm in Aries. He was looking for Aries. He was in Aries.
Starting point is 00:17:47 Oh, you're getting in next month. Yeah. Oh, my God. I'm already getting requests. I'm terrified. What are you know some traits of an Ares? He loves to hear about his sign. You haven't done it yet.
Starting point is 00:17:55 Oh, my God. I haven't done it. Have you my Gemini? No, that's going to be the best. The Gemini is going to be the best. It's going to be the best. You don't know what you're getting with a Gemini. Someone asks me what Lawrence personality is.
Starting point is 00:18:05 It depends like the position of the moon. It depends what day it is. I don't know who I'm getting. That's the best kind of personality. I'm sorry, I don't like boring. No. Like, your one boring personality. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:16 Yeah. No, I like it. You should end with a Gemini. Well, so I'm doing them in order so that I'm like, there's, it's like almost a birthday present to my followers. And then also like, it just gives me like a little break because like I'm not an astrologist. Like I'm just an actor. Just an editor.
Starting point is 00:18:31 I'm not here to like, you know, preach to you about your sign. But there are some like little things that are that I've, you know, read. And it's funny to watch people relate. Okay. So Pisces, they're very sensitive and they cry a lot. So I had a lot to work with there. But what I like the most, there's always something that I like stick to. So, you know, even for the Chris Jenner thing, I'm like this is, I just feel like Chris probably wants to kill Tristan.
Starting point is 00:18:56 Right. Like, I feel like she's like fucking done with this guy. And so, yeah. So I'm slowly like turning her into Satan. Like, you know, which I just think is fun. That's like a side joke for myself, I think. But, but so I read that Pisces, they like. like really love checking in on their exes.
Starting point is 00:19:14 So I like stuck to that. And I was like, okay, well, that's going to be the like the big ending to the video. You pick a theme like every time. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:20 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And Scorpio. I mean, I'm a Scorpio. And it's all very relatable. But I try.
Starting point is 00:19:25 Yeah. I hope. That's, if it is, you know, there are somewhere, you know, there are less comments
Starting point is 00:19:30 and less interaction. I'm like, oh, maybe this one didn't hit. Like, you know, and so I definitely learn from every video. And,
Starting point is 00:19:36 yeah, so what do you think Chris Jenner's thinking right now about Jordan Woods and her red her red table talk with Jada Pickett Smith. Am I flubbing all these words? Picket. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:49 Who's so sweet. So sweet. I like want to sit down and I tell her everything. Yeah. She is. What a great interviewer. I'm like Jordan like did you deserve that nice of an interview? You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:19:58 I'm like you're lucky. Yeah. She picked well. What is Chris thinking right now? Oh my God. Well, there has to be a little part of her that is you know, it's not bad for them. I wasn't reading about them
Starting point is 00:20:11 that much this, you know, past few weeks. I told Mimi, I said, Mimi, I'm getting bored. Yeah. And I, every time I say that, then the next day, it's like, you know, Kim's wearing the Mugler dress and this, and now, I guess Travis, like, Jita and Kylie. So I'm like, damn, this is like, I'm like, I'm busy right now,
Starting point is 00:20:28 you guys. Like, I can't make a video. I don't have my green screen. Like, give me, like, two weeks off. But I feel like she's definitely super, I feel like I would be a little frustrated with my daughter. Chris Jenner here. And I also said, Chris, Hey, doll. I'm sorry, Chris. Hey.
Starting point is 00:20:42 How do you feel about all this? Oh, my God. Well, I'm hurt. I'm so, like, I have to do this. I'm hurt. Disappointed in Tristan. Yeah. And disappointed in Jordy.
Starting point is 00:21:00 Absolutely. She was close to Kai. And I just expected more. That's it. It's at the end of the day, it's family. You know, I feel like she's probably sad because she, like, treats all her kids' friends. How do you just stay in this character and not laugh? When you're doing it at home?
Starting point is 00:21:17 Well, since it's just me. Oh, my God, totally. And I'm like, what is, what are my life? Like, what are these choices? Yeah, every now and then. But then it's also just like, so I, it's fun to kind of just, like, laugh with yourself and be like, that was such a weird take. I'm in devil hands.
Starting point is 00:21:31 Yeah. Yeah. Like, you know, and the, like, funny little things that happen. Like, I couldn't put the devil hands on by myself. So I had to like, you know, put them in my teeth and like strap them on. We need a bunny BTS. I know. There's so much BTS, which I need to post.
Starting point is 00:21:46 You need to do the BTS. Sometimes those are the best because like just. I know. I have one, I had one blooper reel I did like in January. Let's take a quick break and talk about how I've been going to bed at 10 p.m. Where the hell has CBD been our entire life? How did we how did we not know? Like why are we all learning about this now?
Starting point is 00:22:07 I don't know. but I cannot live without cured nutrition's classic mint oil in my tea every night. I literally take like five sips and I'm asleep. It has changed my life. When I was a bartender, I used to go to bed at two in the morning all the time. And so what ended up happening is when I quit bartending, I could not go to sleep until two. And what the savior has been truly is CBD. When I first heard about CBD, I was really resistant because I'm somebody that, you know,
Starting point is 00:22:35 I've been very vocal that I don't like psychoactive. THC. I've never been good with it. I don't like feeling out of control. And so I was resistant. I was like, I don't know. I don't really need that kind of stuff. And then I learned it is all non-psicoactive. It is THC-free, vegan. I take the cured nutrition, cured Zen product right before I go to sleep. And I sleep like a baby. It takes the edge off. It really removes that kind of like nighttime anxiousness. And it just knocks me out. And I get like the best sleep in my life. Yeah, guys. Honestly, I am getting my eight hours in because of CBD. There's so many benefits. It's anti-inflammatory, which I very, very much need. And it also, I feel like helps with anxiety and relieves pain. So I had a really bad neck pain the other day.
Starting point is 00:23:17 I slept on my neck wrong and I can tell that it works. I really like cured nutrition because, like Michael said, it's it checks all my boxes. You know what I mean? Yeah. So guys, check it out. I mean, it's game changer, especially if you're somebody that has a little bit of sleep anxiety, a little bit anxious at night, needs to get a little bit more rest. And just a hot tip. What I do, is I take the mint oil and I put a few drops in a hot water and then I add lemon and a bunch of mint leaves and it's delicious. So to try cured nutrition and get 15% off your entire order, go to curednutrition.com slash skinny and enter promo code skinny for 15% off. Again, that's curednutrition.com slash skinny and a promo code skinny for 15% off your entire order. And as always,
Starting point is 00:24:01 we will link this in the show notes, the show resources, the website everywhere. So be sure to check it out guys curednutrition.com. My question is, is say you're going to imitate, you're doing Kylie and you're stormy, swimming. I'm kind of getting A-S-M-R-O-M-A-SOMY. Yeah, you're good at it. Thank you. You can do the thing-go.
Starting point is 00:24:23 What is from start to finish a minute video on Instagram like that? It's getting 11,000 comments of people tagging their friends. What is the setup a full day? Do you batch it? Because I like to time batch my content. Is that what you do or is it like, just has you feel creatively? I so wish I had them like planned a little bit more in advance. You know, I always try to.
Starting point is 00:24:46 But then I'll get like really excited about one video and then I like can't wait. Like I have to put it out. Pure artist. That's a pure artist. I'm just like I can't like I need you to see it immediately. And I also get fear that somebody is going to make the video. Yeah. And do something similar.
Starting point is 00:25:00 So, you know, there's so much content out there. So I'm like, I feel like, you know, when it's topical, that's when I'm most nervous because I'm like, oh shit. There's a timeline. There's so many people who are going to do a Chris and Jordan thing right now. So I'm like, what's my spin? And like, can I do this in four hours? And sometimes I can.
Starting point is 00:25:19 And sometimes I can't because I'm just like. And then do you edit it? I edit. Jesus Christ, there's a lot of work. I love editing though. But yeah, it does get it. I need like a break every time. The Zoom ins are so fucking funny.
Starting point is 00:25:29 Oh, thank you. Zoom in my favorite feature. That and the Deep Voice. I'll do Deep Voice like all day. Do the Deep Voice. It's still funny to me. wouldn't it just like immediately so with chris it'll just be like yeah yeah and then it's like da da da da da da da full like satan like pitch shifter on premiere is my best friend so when you watch your content
Starting point is 00:25:45 back are you laughing or are you bored with it are you done with it like do you just want to move on because sometimes i know as an artist or creator you aren't inspired all the time for me i'm i say i'm inspired 20% of the time the other 80% i'm just pushing myself and it's pure discipline yeah but when i put it out sometimes you've worked on it so hard that you kind of just need to like from it. Is that how you are? Oh, my God. Yeah. There are some that, like, I've spent all day on it, so I don't want to see it for a long time. And then, like, it is fun, though, when, like, friends go, I love watching people watch them because it's like I've, I'm the only one who's, you know, laughing at it during the day or, like, trying to make it funny. So it's fun when I can,
Starting point is 00:26:23 like, send it to, you know, like, my brother and my sisters, my parents and boyfriend and friends and, like, finally watch someone else enjoy it. There are some that I literally hate so much by the time I'm done because they're hard to edit. But something like the Chris, where it's, you know, I get it out in four hours. Once I get it out, it's like, okay, now I can like maybe enjoy it. How do we get Chris to see it? Oh, okay. So there's a rumor that Chris has seen one.
Starting point is 00:26:46 Yeah, I think I appreciate that she saw the first one I did it for, which was like a momager one on Mother's Day. They have to see. They have to. I feel like they are on it so much. They've never said anything. I mean, listen, they're big. They're up there.
Starting point is 00:26:56 But I mean, like, for the type of content you're creating, you'd be in how easily accessible it is for, to view. I can't imagine somebody hasn't like sent them to them. It scares me to think. I hope they enjoy it. Unless they're just fully not watching. I don't know. I feel like that would have to seep through.
Starting point is 00:27:12 Yeah. I don't know. Because even with LSD-M's like she gets a message not on that level, but I'm, but she sees things. Not on that level. But you see things. Like it's like, that's hard to miss. Yeah. There are some, well, it's some like, it usually happens when I'm like there's no way they'll see this.
Starting point is 00:27:27 And then that person will see it. Like Noah Centineo, I was like, no way in fuck he's going to see this video. And I was also, you know, it was going to be. inappropriate so once he commented I was like thank God I didn't let go off you know I bet they like it though it's self-deprecating you have to be self-deprecating I'm like it's flattering like if someone did an impression of me I'd be like that yes thank you I can't believe you like want to do that that's what I love about the Kardashians though is they're in on the joke oh yeah I love people that are in on the joke they know how
Starting point is 00:27:55 absurd they are yeah you know what I mean what's the difference between between going out and doing 30 minutes of stand up and then putting out a one minute video on Instagram or YouTube. Do you have to get in a different kind of comedy, a different kind of mindset? Yeah, definitely. I mean, you know, my life show does have videos in it and in costumes and I do impressions and stuff, but yeah, it's kind of the first time. Oh, thank you. Stop. It's not sold out an Oxnard. If you're in Oxnard, you guys, like, hit me up. Big, big demographic. Maybe Sacramento. Sacramento is a show coming up. It's a completely different mindset. And I was terrified before I did it the first time because I was like, you know, I do talk about pop culture, but not
Starting point is 00:28:33 as much. It's more about, you know, like my experience is day to day. And I think I'm very, like, observant. Like, I love watching people. So it's fun kind of like telling stories and about my life and and what I've noticed that our generation does because we do a lot of like very strange things. But it is such a different mindset. Yeah. Because it's like the first time I'm me. Because, you know, on my content and, you know, I don't story that much. So I kind of keep a little distant. I know. I need more stories. We need you on stories. It's bad. It's bad. I know. Like, I watch Heather McMans and I'm like she's just so fucking incredible that
Starting point is 00:29:07 storying and like I want to be with her all day. But you're doing one thing and he's doing it amazing. Thank you I appreciate that. Next time we have to have you and Heather come in here and we'll do this. We'll do a round table. I would yeah I could literally talk with her and be with her all day. She's just she's so goddamn funny
Starting point is 00:29:23 Heather. She is. So my question every like I don't know any casting director I'm like she should be a star. She will. She is. She will be. She is a star. Yeah, exactly. She's a star. She's the next. I need her like, you know, I need her in a movie. We need a Netflix show with both of you in it.
Starting point is 00:29:38 I would die. I would die. Literally. I told her that. I'm like, I would, yeah, I would make something with her every day if I could. Producers are listening to this. Pick that pile up. Like, get your shit together.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Please. Stop fucking around. I'm putting this on the record in 2019. When you guys are, when you guys are manifesting it in two years that you guys are doing a Netflix show together. Oh, God. Let me ask you this. What do your parents think about all this now?
Starting point is 00:30:01 Like, what's your mom and dad's response? Oh, my God. You know, at first, like, they... That's what gets me curious? I'm like, what do those conversations look like? Oh, my God. And even, you know, when I first met my boyfriend's parents, I was like, oh, God, I don't know if, like, I should tell them.
Starting point is 00:30:14 Like, you know, I don't... Maybe, you know, my boyfriend's name is Terry. I'm like, I don't know if you told them. Like, we'll see. My parents really love the videos, and they came to my live show in November. And I think that, like, sealed it for them. Because at first, like, I don't know if they thought I could, like, have a career doing that. Like, in their defense, like, they just don't, like, our parents...
Starting point is 00:30:33 Our parent generation just does not come from this world. Like they don't even know how to look at it or understand. Like someone's watching you on a video. My mom still likes my videos like four days later. And I'm like, thank you for that final like girl. Like I needed that. Thank you. But yeah, they're into it now, which is it's really fun.
Starting point is 00:30:47 I think at first as a parent, no matter what, you're just going to be like scared of the internet and how people are. But I've been really fortunate. People are like super kind to me. And if like, you know, every now and then I get a shitty comment, I think the best thing to do is just like immediately ignore it. and then go respond to like a nice one. You forget about it.
Starting point is 00:31:05 That's a good tip. I immediately ignore it and respond to a nice one. I mean, what do you think you'd be doing if you weren't doing this? Oh my God. I would be heartbroken. I know, like I have to do this. Like I have to. He's an artist.
Starting point is 00:31:15 I just, I have to make stuff and write. And I tried doing an office job and you guys, I'm really bad at it. I was not good. I got fired. Walk me through a day. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:26 So you work in this office. Walk me through your work day. Oh my God. If I worked in this office, I mean, I would definitely get in late. because I'm like not a morning person. Same.
Starting point is 00:31:35 I'm artistic. Yeah, no way. We need time. I need my fucking beauty sleep. Hello. And I need like a chill. Like I need my Starbucks. I need like a good.
Starting point is 00:31:44 But I love the night. Like I love working at night. So I think that's why it didn't, you know, editing is so great at night because no one texts me. It's like no one's, you know, saying. I'm on the same page. I think I'm too like ADD for to like be around people while I'm working. So I think that's also in office environment is bad. Yeah, you need your sounds.
Starting point is 00:32:01 I'm like, I just want to talk. Yeah, yeah. You and me both. Yeah, right? Hanging this up and close this office down. Right? We have a lot of young listeners. Do you have any advice of someone that has a niche idea that they want to put on the
Starting point is 00:32:15 internet? What would you tell someone that wants to make one minute videos how to sort of blow up like you? You know, I think, think outside of what you're saying, you know, I think I heard for a while people like really hating Instagram comedy. And I was like, well, maybe you just saw it. something you didn't like like there you know there are other ways to you know do what you love and and kind of like make a different path for yourself you know you don't have to make the thing that everyone else is making you know you can totally like change the game if you wanted to so my advice
Starting point is 00:32:49 to anyone who you know wants to make videos is like find your voice and like stick to it and do not expect to like blow up overnight that's just like not how it happens I've made like 125 videos at this point. Well, you're living proof as well, like the example of you mimicking other people in the way that you thought needed to be, you know, the way you grew up, you thought you needed to mimic. And then when you said, you know what, I'm just going to be myself and do my thing. Like, that's when you start to see. I think so many people they go through and they like have these parameters that society sets in front of them and they say, okay, I got to do that. And then they look at somebody like maybe like yourself who's had success doing the formula that you do. And they try to mimic that. And it's like you're constantly
Starting point is 00:33:24 living and working as somebody else. And so it's hard to get into a rhythm of creativity because it's not your creativity. Yeah. Oh, absolutely. It's like it's just not you. So yeah, it's like about and just, you know, I always stress that like if somebody comes to my page and they leave wanting to like let their freak flag fly a little bit more and like wear a wig and wear a weird lipstick and wear the shirt that they like never were going to wear and do something that they loved but felt like they were going to get made fun of. So they, you know, left it to the side.
Starting point is 00:33:56 Like get into that. That's so much more interesting to me now. I just feel like, you know, I see so many things where I'm like, oh, like you're just, you're limiting yourself trying to be perfect or trying to, I don't know, people are messy. I'm like, I like the messiness. I like, I like freaks. Like, I want crazy. When you think about the people that we all admire. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:15 I give me anything but boring. Right? I'm just like, I just want like, I've seen so many things. I'm just like, I want weird shit. Yeah. When you think about everybody that we admire, like anybody, anybody, anybody admire, it's because they've done something unique and different and they stood out. Right? Like when you waxed your eyebrows and you looked to different.
Starting point is 00:34:29 I was into that. It's like, yeah. It's a new look. Oh, yeah. No, I love that. Some gore. That's what I'm talking about. Like when Taylor was at our wedding and he went to a strip club and pissed himself and was on the strip pole.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Yeah, Taylor, that was fun. He added some flavor to our wedding. Taylor's a vibe. Yeah, Taylor is a vibe. Taylor is a vibe. I've never heard him described as a vibe. He's something. That's the whole damn mood.
Starting point is 00:34:52 Okay, I love that. Taylor, you're a vibe. Did you hear that? Taylor's smiling. I thought I told you to have that micot at all times, too. with me. My God. Taylor,
Starting point is 00:35:00 you are being flirting. He is. I tell you to have that mic caught all the time so you can chime in. I'm gonna wait. You're probably back there scrambling around.
Starting point is 00:35:07 He is. 100%. Okay. So what are your most popular videos and why do you think they went viral? Obviously, I'm gonna just the zodiac ones are some of them.
Starting point is 00:35:16 But what are other ones and why do you think they went viral? I'm so glad you. Yeah. I'm like so sick of talking about this video. So thank you. I'm like, I'm so sick of those videos.
Starting point is 00:35:23 I get hounded all the time. I would say the ones that did. So queer eye. I think because, you know, I really love the show. And I think if you really, like, enjoy something, you can make a great parody of it. You know, that's why I think the Kardashian stuff hits because, like, I really do enjoy them. And I'm interested in what they bring to culture and who they are. And I think they're just, like, impressive women.
Starting point is 00:35:45 So. Like, it's not coming from a place of, like, you don't like them in one of fashion. It's like coming from admiration. Exactly. I think comedy, when it, you know, veers more into, like, shitting on something or feeling like you're better than something. It just doesn't come off as, like, fun. Feels better. Yeah, it feels bitter. And yeah, just not as, like, fun.
Starting point is 00:36:01 I'm like, maybe we can, like, laugh at this, but I can point out a few things that maybe you haven't noticed. But because, like, I get to do this as my job, like, I got to notice. And I want you to see it. But the Kylie and Travis one did super well, the GQ remake. Just because I think everyone watched that video and was, like, a little confused. So I was like, wait, okay, I'll make something with that. And, yeah. What was one of the questions?
Starting point is 00:36:24 Can you remind us of one of the ones I added? I think it was like the simple one like there are some I was like I'm gonna cut it but I liked it in the end where it was like what color aren't my lips And he's like pink. You know it was just like this simple like just another or like my flavor She did he know the dogs. Oh, of course. Yeah and like they're together and you know like they have a child together And yeah he does not know the name of her dogs she said which aren't they like normie and stormy and normie normie normie dormie Stormy. Oh, I love it. I love it. If there's a lull in my live show, I'm just going to say stormy. I'm like, I think that's just how I'm going to do it. Can you say it for us all? Yeah, oh my God. I'm like, Stormy. Stormy. You love it. I see. It's so bad. It's like ruining my relationships. Do you think Kylie is mad at Jordan? Yeah, definitely really sad. I mean, I just, oh my God. Like, I think in that family, if you bring someone to the table, it's like you better bring someone who's like going to, you know, bring their A game. Like is it I'm trying to think who's Chloe's friend is it her name Malika right and I feel like she is just right or die like she just lives and Breeze Kardashians So like Chloe's bringing her to the table and like you know Jordan just did not show up well actually she did show up at the red table at the red table talk
Starting point is 00:37:45 What the hell's the red table? Jada pick it's you got to watch it's actually fantastic Can you give him an update? I get my own okay Kardashian is from Laura Facebook started a thing called Facebook And one of the shows is red table. Do you like Facebook watch? I watch red table. I've watched a few red tables I don't ever watch like on the moment it's out But I watched the one they did with Will Smith which was fun because it's like all the Smith women But all that matters is Jordan is Jordan. So they brought Jordan in because like I guess she's a family friend And it's literally just a red table and they just talk
Starting point is 00:38:20 Honesty I think that's like you know the shit Yeah, and so she was on it today. I need to watch the full thing. I've only seen clips, but. Juicy. I'm stressed. It is so, I mean, it's just perfect. Like, yeah, I need to, like, dissect it tonight.
Starting point is 00:38:38 I feel like it was planned. Oh. But I do think that you need to do a red table reenactment tonight, not to stress you out. Yeah, I probably do. Like, honestly, like, I'll cancel dinner with my sister. Yeah. Your life's a little stressful now because all these things are. What's happening.
Starting point is 00:38:54 I know. I know. What was so great because Kim did the like Mugler dress thing. Like Lauren's looking at you. She's like waiting for it. And people, I mean, they message quick. They'll be like,
Starting point is 00:39:03 you know, it was really hard when Brittany all of a sudden she was like posting a video a day. And I was getting tagged in it so much. And I'm like, you guys like, this isn't just a reenactment account. Like I have to have an idea. Like it has to be like, you know,
Starting point is 00:39:16 I have to be excited about it or I'm like, or it's literally just going to be like, you know, word for word. Why is the furniture small? Heather did a breakdown of this. In Brittany's house, the furniture is small. Yes. Now I'm completely lost.
Starting point is 00:39:28 Brittany, oh my God. I mean, Brittany is like, she's so near and dear to me. And I've studied it. I've watched all of Heather's. I need to talk about it with Heather more. But I think it's like, at the end of the day, she's just like a sweet Southern girl and likes, like, cute things. And she just wants to, like, dance and probably didn't want this life.
Starting point is 00:39:49 But it was, like, handed to her. And at low-key, like, destroyed her. but then she, like, made her way out, which I think is, like, a feat. She is. Like, I just, I, like, want to save her, but also I'm like, she seems really happy with her kids and that, like, super hunky boyfriends. But, like, there's something going on. Heather McMahon did a whole breakdown.
Starting point is 00:40:07 I know. But she's so sweet. I know. She's so sweet. That's what I'm, like, Brett. But it's nice the way you make, not, I don't want to say make fun of. The way you impersonate people is not in a way that makes people feel bad. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:18 I mean, I think on the last Brittany one, I was like, you know, I was watching a lot of her videos for like inspo and I was like oh this one's getting kind of sad I'm like this one's feeling kind of not as fun because some of her videos were pretty strange at the time but I think it's just because she's like chilling in her house and like I mean all she knows is like performing and you know I just yeah I can't imagine her life that sounds like a true nightmare to me like doing that much performing like it's a lot I mean it's like you said it's like 20% of creativity but then also to add on to that like then you know 79% performing all the time you know public service announcement everybody before we jump into that let's talk about my wife's sweet sweet ass michael is turning the heat up
Starting point is 00:41:05 we need to discuss the ultimate dress pants you guys were obsessed with this i got so many dms about it so basically there's these pants and they're the ultimate dress pants they're by beta brand they're black i love black they're flattering and they hold you in okay it's like everything gets held in, which I love. So they have fake zippers and fake pockets, which is great so they're not like bulging out. And they have options for all shapes, sizes and taste. They have boot cut. Starting point is 00:43:01 Just really quickly comes the answer out. You got to like pause this. Shut the show down. What's the Instagram really quick? It's at Benny Drama 7. Okay. Go take a break. Literally hit pause.
Starting point is 00:43:11 It's just so random. No, I like the 7. He would not give it to me. So I'm 7. So he exists. Benny Drama's out there? Oh, he's out there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:19 He's, uh, I think he follows me, but I can't follow him back because I'm too petty because I'm mad. He wouldn't get me Benny drama. Benny drama if you're listening. Yeah, if you're listening, like, I'm loki pissed. Um, no, I like the seven now because it's kind of like funny and AIME and yeah, I like, I don't know why it's there. It reminds me of my screen name, a fantasy girl one for three. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:43:38 Thank you. Do you know my boyfriends? What? NFL fanatic. Yikes. Yikes. Yikes. And I'm like, girl, name him one person in the NFL.
Starting point is 00:43:47 Like, oh, I love you. Love it. Honey, what was yours? Yeah. Mine, yours is boring, like, probably embossed.
Starting point is 00:43:52 Yeah. It was like, he like didn't have. I was super into Metallica at one point. Oh, yeah. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:43:56 But I still, I still love Metallica, but he was like metallic 666 or 66, something like that. It was like very, I was like very, I was like really kind of like, I feel like now it would be waxed brow two, too, too,
Starting point is 00:44:05 yeah. You'd get some weird fucking emails. Oh, my God. I need more weird emails like I need to kick in the head. Yeah. Okay. so. I like that.
Starting point is 00:44:15 I need to know, with your Instagram platform, you're obviously doing major things. Are you putting all your energy onto your Instagram and your stand-up shows? Do you plan on expanding bigger? Like, it's hard as talent I know to have to start to scale a business. Yeah, totally. As a creative. And kind of like, where does it go from here?
Starting point is 00:44:33 Or am I getting bored? Right now I do, like, I'll keep making this stuff on Instagram and posting the longer sketches to like YouTube or different platforms. You know, I am talking to some like, I guess, like digital networks and places like that that, you know, maybe some of my videos would have, like, higher production and kind of see my characters and, like, on a set instead of, like, green screen. But yeah, I, you know, I, at the end of the day, I think I'm probably an actor first. So I would love to be in something that I didn't write. It's, like, so fun to, like, see what someone else thought of as a character and, like,
Starting point is 00:45:05 put my own voice into that. So that's something that I'm, like, starting, you know, and recently got, like, a manager and agent, so trying to figure that out. But, but, yeah, I would love, you know, It's so interesting to speak with people that do what you do because 20 years ago, you know, you need to get age and man. You need to go out of audition and do all this stuff. Like you have so much leverage now because you control your platform and your channel. He's created his own future. And also you can bring a steady stream of income and opportunity. Like before in order to be seen in the level that you've been seen, you have to go and audition and get somebody to put you out there.
Starting point is 00:45:35 It's crazy. And the people who do that, I'm like so mad respect. But like I just can't. Auditions are terrifying. Like I can't imagine. You can do it on your own turn. You know what. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:43 You have friends that are very talented, maybe they're writers or trying to be actors. Yeah. They're like so resistant to social. Like, I'm not doing that because it's not my crap. And I'm like, listen, man, like you're pushing a rock so far uphill. Like, why not leverage these platforms that have eyes on them already? And it can be fun. It's strategic.
Starting point is 00:46:01 Yeah. And it's like, okay, every now and then I'm like, it would be funny to show people I could do this, you know? And then I think it would excite me in doing it. So, you know, like the Noah Centenio video, I was like, I just want to show you that I could do this. And, you know, I've done a lot of Chris Jenner this week. So, like, let me just do this. And people responded really well to it.
Starting point is 00:46:21 And, yeah, I think it's a great place to, like, show range. And also, it's just, like, so much fun. In the 2019 world, it, like, doesn't make sense to do it the hard way anymore. No. And also, like, a lot of, you're doing it. Well, hold on. It is the hard way. No, no. It's just a different way.
Starting point is 00:46:34 What's saying basically, like, to not utilize these platforms. No, it's, in my opinion, it's the smart way. It's the more of this, it's like kind of like the four-hour work week. It's like, why. why, if you could wake up before anyone and make all your cold calls at 6 a.m., then why go to work at 8? Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:46:51 Like, and just, you know. If I started making cold calls at 6 a.m., I don't think a lot of people are. He's not allowed to make one peep in the morning. Oh, good. I like that. Oh, my God. You should hurt.
Starting point is 00:47:01 You're the me. You're so, oh, my boyfriend was sitting here, I'd be like, oh. I'm like a-thru-8. This is how he gets up. I'm like a fucking ghost in the morning. Shit. I'm like, my cortisol levels.
Starting point is 00:47:12 This is not good for, like, No, I'm already stressed. Yeah, immediately. Isn't it fun to wake up with a gutache? I feel like that's just like the life. Yeah, I just live with constant. I'm just constant, yeah. Eyes opened.
Starting point is 00:47:23 Here comes the stress. We're to go. No, exactly. That's what I feel. I'm like, how many videos do you? No. If you could recommend a book, a podcast, a resource to our audience, it could be anything. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:47:33 Maybe a comedy book you read, a podcast that you love, a Netflix show you like. What would you recommend? Right now, you know, I, oh, God, that's so hard. I love Big Mouth. I've been watching a lot of Big Mouth. The cartoon. With Nick Croll. Nick Croll, like John Mullaney.
Starting point is 00:47:50 It's like, it's just genius. You think it's really amazing. I would love doing cartoons. Oh, thank you. Wait, you need to do cartoons. Sometimes. I love it. I would love it.
Starting point is 00:47:58 I would really, really love to. That's definitely like on the dream dream list. Big Mouth. I need to watch that. I just want to be like a, I don't know, like a gay something and a Pixar movie. That's like all I want. Just something. I like anything.
Starting point is 00:48:11 Like a Disney? Like a mean kid or something. You know, I don't know. maybe Scuttle and like a little mermaid. That's what I'm talking about. Something good. That'd be great. A cartoon would be fun.
Starting point is 00:48:19 It would be so much fun. So I just, I love what they did with that. I think, you know, comedy cartoons are great. And they're like, it's just nice to just fully like turn off, but also the show. Like, it does make you think about things and it's like nostalgic. I've heard nothing but good things about Penn 15. What's that? It's on Hulu.
Starting point is 00:48:35 Okay. And these two comedians did it. And they're 30, but they're playing 13 on the show. Amazing. And it's like super like nostalgic for our generation. Like they have, you know, like even the name like Penn 15. But I guess it has like all our music. And so that's on my list.
Starting point is 00:48:49 But it's literally been recommended so many times. I think I'm going to recommend it. Like let's watch it together. Let's watch it. I need to do it. We have Lulu. Yeah. You can log into Mimi's account.
Starting point is 00:48:58 Oh, God. Oh, I might need your account. Okay. And we can exchange it. We'll give you Mimi's account. We'll give the listeners Mimi's account. We'll watch together. Oh, I would love that.
Starting point is 00:49:06 Yeah. He was like, what the fuck? Pimp yourself out to our audience. You guys, I'm telling you if you don't follow him on Instagram, you're missing out on life. I was crying, laughing today. Michael was crying. Weston was crying. You are fucking funny.
Starting point is 00:49:18 We stopped. We stopped the meeting in the middle of it and just started watching your content. What do you want more of? What do you want? What do you want me to make? Oh God. We do just. I'd like a red table.
Starting point is 00:49:27 I would like a red table. Okay. Yeah. I can definitely make a red table work, I think. I also would like to see you reenact the kiss. Okay. Between Jordan and Tristan. The kiss.
Starting point is 00:49:37 Oh, the actual kiss. Yeah. Oh my God. I don't think it was a kiss. I'm so curious. Yeah, I've wanted to do like a date line type thing with it. Yeah. Like a cheaters?
Starting point is 00:49:47 Yeah, exactly. Cheaters. Oh my God. The guy with the glasses would like run up to people. X-files. He got stabbed, I think. Did he really? Inspector Gadget, you could be in like a chair.
Starting point is 00:49:54 Doing God's work. Amazing. Good for him. You got to do a red table. Yeah, I definitely do. Investigate files. I'm like, fuck. I wanted to sleep tonight.
Starting point is 00:50:03 So what's your Instagram? Everyone has to follow you. Oh, so my Instagram is at BennyDrama 7. Okay. YouTube. Not to be confused with Benny Drap. Not with Benny Drap. Don't you dare follow him.

And then if you want to get tickets to a live show, I'm coming to Lake Seattle, Philly, Sacramento, Boston. I think I'm allowed to say it, but I'm coming to D.C.C.E.? You can even even be backstage when I'm like changing into Brittany and I have to like smear black eye shadow. Do you do all your makeup? I do in my videos. Well, because I'm obsessed with makeup tutorials. Like I've been looking at the highlight in your inner corner this whole NYX. I knew it. Six bucks drugstore. The platinum one brightens the whites of your eyes and your teeth. It's just like just a little. I don't like eye shadow. I don't like I don't see. See I think for my character like I need. You know you need eye shadow. You need eye shadow for your hair. Oh my God, yeah. But these lashes are... Do you have like a little like here? I have like a contour.
Starting point is 00:51:17 Yeah, like bronzer. Yeah, it's like the Anastasia kit. Oh, I love. But you got to get these lashes. Ardell 113. I really need. They're the best. I'm so bad.
Starting point is 00:51:24 Okay, so quick tutorial. How do I put them on? Oh, I don't know how to put them on. Yeah. I've watched so many drag queens do. Let me tell you. Yeah, no, no. I like to use glam squad to put them on.
Starting point is 00:51:35 Okay. Yeah, I don't know how to put them on. But I'm not like, I wouldn't give the advice on it. She knows how to take them off and leave. them in weird places in the house. Good. Here's a tip. It's like spiders.
Starting point is 00:51:45 Here's a hot tip. Yeah. I take them off. Okay. And then I leave them in different places all over the house. That's so fun. Under his pillowcase. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:52 It's like a little scavenger for you. That's great. His daily stoic journal, he opens it up. It's a bookmark. Oh. So what it does though is it like just shows that he's taken just in case. Like this is a good tip you guys. When I was just dating Michael, you leave little things around the house.
Starting point is 00:52:08 Oh my God. It's like that Britney'song perfume or whatever. Remember that? Oh my God. He remembers. Do you remember that one? My dad gave me advice on his case, like, listen, you start dating a woman. He's like, don't give her a drawer.
Starting point is 00:52:19 He's like, what are you talking about? He's like, if they take a drawer, then they take the dresser, then they take the closet. I took the whole fucking house. Oh, my God. That's literally me. I mean, I have like bins of costumes around my apartment. My boyfriend's just like, how long have you guys been dating? Two and a half years.
Starting point is 00:52:31 Ooh, you need to show me a picture of him. I haven't seen him on your Instagram. Oh my God. Yeah, I've kind of, I hide him because some of those young gays. Let me see. They'll come. Don't DM him. I'm like, I don't need that.
Starting point is 00:52:42 Could you imagine? Look at his phone. Hold on. I need to stop. Yeah, I bought the Lumet case with Kim on it. I want that. Look, and, okay, I needed to charge it, but the lights, like, look at that. This was important.
Starting point is 00:52:53 Yeah, you need that. Oh, okay. Sorry, Lume. Lume, send me a new one, honestly, but I need to charge it. Okay, hold on. Yeah, it's like, change the game. That's the best part of the show. Just come on here and mention a brand and then ask them to send up.
Starting point is 00:53:05 Lumet, what's up? Guys, look at his phone case. That is so cute. Louma, you guys, Nordstrom.com. Is it LuMay or Lumie? Oh, it's probably Loomi. Why am I making it back? You know, it's Lumey.
Starting point is 00:53:15 Added an accent. It's Lumme. Very French. Yeah, there is no accent on there. That is Loomie. Oh, God, I can't believe I said Loume. Benny, thank you for coming on. You are hysterical.
Starting point is 00:53:26 You guys follow him at Benny Drama 7. The next time you come to L.A., you're coming on the podcast with Heather McMahon. Oh, my God. We're going to make that happen. That's a dream squad. We're putting that out. Yes. We'll put it out.
Starting point is 00:53:35 Maybe we'll even throw in the bitch Bible. We'll do a round table. I would truly love to. Yeah. And we're coming to your show. This is great. Now, people stop sending me your podcast. Me like, be on it.
Starting point is 00:53:44 I'm like, okay. You're on it. You're here. I did it. You're coming back. And I cannot wait. Did that happen? You got people are sending?
Starting point is 00:53:51 Yes. You know what? You know what? You know what? You know what? I actually might, next time you're in town, invite Chris Jenner on the podcast. Oh my God. So I might.
Starting point is 00:53:58 I would die. He needs to come on as Chris Jenner. I want you in full character. Can you do that? I would die. Maybe our listeners can make that happen. Guys, go out there. Get Chris Jenner to come on our show.
Starting point is 00:54:06 No, no, no, no. I want him as Chris Jenner to come on our show. Oh, I misunderstood. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:12 Oh, yeah. Let's put that out into the ether. I always have her wig with me just in case. She's the only wig I travel with. She's never know when you need to like whip out of Chris Jenner. Next time I insist that you come on the podcast as Chris Jenner. Yeah. I will like blood off that right now.
