The following podcast is a dear media production.
She's a lifestyle blogger extraordinaire.
Fantastic.
And he's a serial entrepreneur.
A very smart cookie.
And now Lauren Everts and Michael Bostic are bringing you alone for the ride.
Get ready for some major realness.
Welcome to the skinny confidential, him and her.
I love the Netflix hit series Selling Sunset.
It is so good.
I get sucked in.
And today we get to sit down with Bree Teasy.
She is a real estate agent at the top of her game, a mom and the star of Netflix hit series
Selling Sunset.
She's also an investor and a business consultant.
In this episode, Bree opens up about the real behind the scenes of her show,
her non-negotiable personal values, real estate, and the truth about building a career in real estate.
She also talks about motherhood and life beyond the camera.
Bree, welcome to the Him and Her show.
This is the skinny confidential, him and her.
The breakout star of Selling Sunset is on the show.
I told you off air, I'm a big fan.
You did, thank you.
I watched it.
I have binge watched it.
I actually binge watched it in Vegas when you were out gambling.
I'm like, I'm just going to sit here and watch the whole season by myself.
It's therapeutic.
Well, I like watching the shows, but she watches them on her iPad.
And I've decided that any show, like any reality show when it's, when you can't see it and you just hear it.
Yeah.
It's crazy.
Because you know, you hear the music and the transitions all the time.
It drives me nuts.
So then I went down on a gambling bender.
So, but, you know.
What makes you decide to get into reality television because it is a lot of work?
Honestly, I've always just, everyone I was around was like, you need to do TV.
You need to.
And I was like, why?
I don't know.
And it kind of just kept coming up.
And I don't think I really decided.
I felt like I was just, it was brought up so many times that I was like, you know what?
I feel like I'm supposed to do this at this point because it's like the fifth time.
And I mean, I'm quick.
I'm witty.
I'm with all the stuff.
So I was like, it makes sense.
Tell us about the behind the scenes of what it actually takes and what the audience doesn't see and doesn't
know.
Yeah, I think that people don't understand that it's really like a 10, 12 hour a day.
It's like from getting up in the morning, I do live in Calabasas and everything is more so, you know, over here.
on sunset and everything. So for me to get up in the morning, it's two hours of glam, at least an
hour and a half to two hours with traffic to drive here to be there by 9, 30 or 10. And then I got
a film at least until like six, and then it's the two hours back. And then it's like I barely
make it to put my son to bed and be with him. So there's like a lot. It's a full day and effort.
How many days a week? At least four. And it's not only just the work. It's also.
the emotional energy, I would think, of what it takes to be around the fighting and the cattyness.
Like, does that take a toll on you? I mean, it feels like there's like you'd be exhausted.
You are. You are completely exhausted. Like, it's a completely different, you know, than being the
physical or workout or even just, you know, it drains you in a different level for sure. And I think
it's really hard to kind of recalibrate from that. It's not an easy bounce back. And like when you do it for like
three months, six months at a time. You're like, okay. And I, yeah, we don't usually talk to each other
in between because we really need that reset. And it's not even like, we're mad at each other or whatever.
We're just like, girl, I don't want to see you. I just need a break. I love you, but I'll see you
in a couple months. How much are you able to like separate what happens on the show from when you take,
when you go home? We don't. We do not. I think unfortunately with our show, we are this bad shit crazy.
Every single person on here and these things are real. So it is really hard to turn it off because
it's actually happening. It's not like scripted like everyone thinks it is. So when, you know, this one's
calling you this and this one's going over here, you do take some of that home with you. I think I'm
personally better at not taking it home because I don't necessarily care as much. But a lot of the
girls have really let it get to them. And I think that this season you see that. People start
really showing that they're affected. Do you think you guys, I'll use your terminology, would be as
bat shit crazy with each other if you were working together, but without cameras. Do you think, or do you
Yes, you do.
Yes.
Okay, so the camera just happened to be there, but you would all be bad shit crazy fighting with each other regardless.
Yes, I do think obviously those things are heightened.
And obviously, you know, when you're put in situations where you're kind of forced to be with each other for an extended amount of time and things that are happened where women we naturally get into it, I feel like.
But I think, too, it's a perfect recipe for disaster because, you know, when they bring these women together, they're looking for certain personalities.
They're looking for certain things.
And so they kind of know off hiring who's going to get along, who's not going to get along.
And they kind of see those things already.
One thing that I liked about you as a viewer is that it's a lot of feminine energy in the office, obviously.
But I feel like there, even though you're so beautiful and your glam and all that, that you do have like a
masculine energy too.
I feel that.
And I think that was like a nice balance to the show.
Is it hard to like get into the catiness when you do have that sort of like masculine energy
where you just want to, yeah, be chill.
Yeah, I think that's kind of been the hardest thing because I'm like zero to 100.
So I'm kind of like, oh, okay, you're not going to let off me.
Now I got to go here with it.
But it's like I don't naturally, I don't naturally go that way.
Like I'm not like somebody that's petty and catty and like all of those things.
And I think that on the show you see that I am always backed into a corner.
And then I'm finally like, all right, bitch.
Can I guess here?
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
Sorry.
Yeah.
I was like, let it right.
I was like, all right, literally.
Like, and then it's a different, because I feel like normally in real life, women don't push you as much.
And I think they kind of read the room.
And it's kind of like I'm always, I'm not, that's why I've always said I'm not a girl's girl.
I think just because my energy is a little bit more masculine.
So women, I don't know, they act funny with me.
But I very much, very loyal.
I am a girl's girl at heart.
I just have a lot of masculine energy.
And I'm way more chill than majority.
Before you came on the show, did you know that the girls were going to come for you for your relationship with Nick Cannon?
Of course.
So you knew you were like, before you go on, you're like, this is what they're going to come for me for.
This is my list.
Just because of the relationship, like that's a qualification to be come for?
According to them.
Yeah.
I mean, I think when you do reality, you kind of have to know that whatever dirty laundry you have is going to be what people come for and you have to be prepared for that.
And I'm somebody that just lives out loud and there isn't anything you can say about me.
that I haven't said or would say or claimed from my past, so it can't really be used against me,
per se. But I think that, you know, with Chelsea initially, she thought that that narrative was going
to go well for her. And I think that when people got to know me and the more I was on the show,
they were like, she's her own person. This isn't like, it's none of your business. And I actually
had a lot more support publicly because of her dragging me so hard. And people were like,
why are you, why do you care?
You know, which at the end of the day, why does anyone even care anyways?
That's what's so interesting to me about it is why does anyone care if you have 10 baby daddies,
one baby daddy?
If he has 10 baby mama's like, I don't really, I don't really understand how that affects
them.
And I feel like one thing that I liked about you is that you owned it.
It's so interesting this week.
Everyone who has come on our show this week have been people that own who they are.
100% and they don't care what anybody thinks. And that almost like, it almost like takes the air out
of their sales that you're owning it. Yeah. And you weren't, you weren't like mad. You weren't sad.
You were just like, this is who I am. I'm with him. And it works for us. Yeah. What was that like
to just like take the air out of their sales? I think I've just always been like that. I'm very like,
this is what it is. I don't really care. Like take it or leave it. Fuck off. I'm going to do me regardless.
and like nothing you say can affect me in any way because I am genuinely happy.
I think that people that put on that facade and pretend that they're happy and deep down
aren't, that's when they can take the wind out of your sails.
So it's like I just, I was happy that it was, you know, perceived and people really saw
that that that's genuinely where I stand and that it kind of took some of that away.
But for me, it was like, she really shot herself in the foot and I just, you know, I always
just did me.
So I'm like, you can't lose like that.
And are you and Nick still together now?
Yeah.
And do you see it on the show?
No.
No.
But did they try to come for you still?
No.
No, that's ended.
Thank God.
That's over.
I'm sure whatever new girl or whoever might at some point, but like it seems to be the only thing that anyone comes after.
But yeah, no, I just don't really care to show that aspects.
I just don't think it's necessary.
I get it.
I get it.
I'm pretty protective about our kids on social media.
Like I want, I'm purposeful about it.
I'll show snippets, but I don't.
I don't want the whole thing.
Throwing them on a reality show would be really intense.
Yeah, it's a lot.
And listen to each their own, but that's, it's like you can't really control the narrative.
No.
No.
When you decide to do another season after the season that you just had, is that a big decision?
Yes.
Yes and no.
I feel like the one after season seven when I was like, fuck this show, I'm never coming back.
I hate you all.
I'm out.
Like I just felt like they were.
completely twisting narratives. Like Chelsea was full on making up stories that like I didn't know about
things with my own partner, just like stuff that I was like, okay, if we continue down this path of
just like blatant lies that you guys are allowing to air like worldwide, like I'm not going to
continue to do this. There's one thing to like have drama and have things occur and have to deal
with the backlash, but to absolutely lie on me and tell me that I just have to accept these narratives.
I was like, I'm not doing it. So and you're talking about my personal life and people that have
nothing to do with this show. And that's not even like, you know, the type of show that we're doing is,
it's not a housewife show. You know, it's supposed to be real estate. So like, what did the producers
say when you say there's being blatant lies that are being told about me? You know, they say like,
well, we just follow the storyline. That's what she said happens. And I'm like, well, why was it that
it was never brought to me and there was never an interview and no one ever told me and I see it on air?
So you sort of stood up for yourself? Absolutely. And so how do you go into the next season? Do you have to
like negotiate it in your contract.
Basically like draw the line. This is what it is.
And I think they knew me well enough at that point to know that like if whenever they played
with me in any way, I just wouldn't show up.
You seem like someone who's really good at setting boundaries and not bending.
Yes.
Have you always been like that?
Always.
Yeah.
What are what where did this come from?
Is this something like instilled in you from your parents?
I think it was just growing up like the way that my mom was and everything was like when no was no was no.
it was no and there was no like can I please can I do this and so I kind of just learned that
no really means no and I got to take that advice today I was like you want a skittal we have this
debate all the time really like yeah because I grew up with the same kind of mother it was like there was no
there was no there was no it was not happy it was black and white and you were like and you knew
beforehand you're like I shouldn't even try I knew what fuck it I won't yeah my mother was also a black
belt and tongue sudo she would do this weird thing where she would twist my arm and like
drop me to my knees
Oh my God, I love that.
It's kind of abusive, I think.
I guess.
I don't say it out loud.
But it was like, yeah, that's fine.
It's fine.
A different time, different time.
Yeah, it really was a different time.
It doesn't happen anymore.
My mom got the shoe, the belt, the whole thing, the spoon.
The spoon was, ooh.
Wooden spoon?
Oh, yeah.
We had to pick it.
If you came back with some, something else, she'd be like, try again.
What advice you have for someone who's negotiating any kind of contract?
You're obviously in real estate and with your contract that you're doing with
with selling a sunset.
What are the boundaries and the ramifications that you think about when you're
negotiating. I think the number one, it's funny. We just had this. I know. I think for me,
it's more of like having the knowledge and being aware truly of what you're signing and what you're
asking for and the things that like can be negotiated and things that you're willing to bend on.
Like you need to know all of those things going into it. And then if it's really something that
you don't want to do, you have to be okay walking away. Like you have to be okay saying that and
stepping away from the situation, which I've done a ton of times. So and it sucks. Because
you see the dollar signs, you see the opportunity.
But if you don't have those boundaries, then it's like...
We just had a whole thing in the front lobby, Lord and I had to be there's a release thing,
which I hate to be involved in.
Luckily the manager looks tough.
I thought he was going to slug me for a second.
But no, I mean, but the good thing is here on this podcast, we're not going to lie on you.
Yeah.
You know, we're going to do it.
I'm just going to...
We make people do them now because the problem in this space, because it's not like scripted
or television is you have great guests come on and you do a whole thing.
And then they leave and like, oh, I didn't want to say that or I just canceled the whole thing.
It's like, we just took all the time.
Oh, yeah, no.
But that's fine.
We had that discussion too.
It's not that kind of podcast.
No, no, no.
Okay, thank you.
No, this isn't a gotcha podcast.
No, we're interested in you, the person.
I think that's what this show is about and not like trying to.
Yeah.
You know, that's like there's other shows that are like that.
Speaking of the real person, let's, I want to understand the real estate of it all.
So are you, when you guys go on this show, are you actual real estate,
agents. Did you guys do the normal tests and everything? So before you came on the show, were you
selling houses normally? Yeah. So when I started, I got my license in, was it 2016? Got it all
blurs together at this point in 2016. And I was kind of transitioning from bottle service in Vegas
and I had all these clients and I was like, what am I going to do with all these people? And when I
was working in Vegas, I was, yeah, I was like, I need to utilize them because these are the money people,
you know? I was like the people that want to go spend thousands on a bottle. And so I was like, I need to
utilize this further. And so I was already sending people for rentals or whatever it was. And I'm like,
why do I keep giving these contacts away to other people to make money? So then I got the license and I kind
held on to it and I had moved back to LA full time. And I started slowly dipping my toes into it.
And then the first year that I really tried, I did 20 million. And then I had my son. So I've been like,
you know, I'm in, I'm out, you know, and it's kind of like a hard thing with the market. But it's also now being a
mom, real estate is so much work and there's so much time that goes into it where you may never
see a dollar. Like I had the client that I did sell the 17 million dollar home to, it took me two
and a half years. So it's like, and that was me showing him before I even had my license. And so I was
like bringing him with a friend of mine. And then I switch, it's, it's a lot. It's not just like,
you know, you get all these people overnight and no. What are some other misconceptions about real
estate that people wouldn't know? I think that people think that people think that
this can be like a side hustle. Right. Like it's not a side hustle. This is a full time career. And,
you know, once you've built that entire name and business and people know you for that and
trust you and come to you, it's a little bit easier. And you can also like have other people
work under you and things like that. But this is definitely a full time business. It's not
part time at all. And so with all the girls, do they all have to have their real estate license?
Yes. So there is actual business being made.
And when you guys show the houses on the show, is it like a fake situation or is it real?
Well, we do have situations where, let's say I have a client that isn't comfortable showing their actual home.
Then we will get a home that is not theirs to show so that they're comfortable.
It doesn't mean that the sale isn't necessarily real.
But there are a lot of people that aren't comfortable showing you the entire inside of their home and all the stats and all of their stuff.
So, you know, they'll do situations like that, but that's the extent.
With selling a $17 million home, you've obviously been around homes that are crazy and extravagant.
After being able to see all this, what do you think is a smart investment when it comes to real estate?
Well, it depends on where you live for sure.
But here, I think that it also depends on your taste and expectations.
And I think that with the market in L.A., you're talking about you kind of want to have a home that has everything.
They have like, you know, a basketball court.
They had a movie theater, like all of the amenities, if you were really going to
spend. I think I feel like the sweet spot for most clients is like 3.5 to 5 million-ish. And then once you go
above six, they're pretty crazy. So if you were looking in California, like what are what are the
things besides that if someone's looking between three and five that they should look for? Like are
non-negotiables, do you think? And have the like speaking of the fires, has that impacted some of the
purchasing power or some of the buyers? Like people are people looking less or people now saying
there's an opportunity or it's like? No, I feel like it's dead now. I feel like right after it
happened, it was crazy, but there was a lot of gouging and stuff that was being done by landlords.
They were basically doubling and tripling their rents and they were doing things that are not
legal. And there was actually agents that were getting penalties and getting in trouble for that as
well because you know the market value. So you should not even entertain that or bring a client to
that or allow that. And some people were just desperate so they were trying to pay more to get into
something. Because everyone was scrambling around trying to find a replacement. I mean, imagine.
Everything you have burns down overnight. You have kids. You have animals. You have whatever. And you're like, what are we supposed to do? So I think that. And then knowing that it's happened to so many people, you're like, okay, there's only so much inventory in California or like these prime areas you want to be in. So like, how do we just secure ourselves? And I think that that was the desperation for people to pry on that was kind of crazy. It's sad. Funny enough, we flew in the very day those fires were happening, not knowing we got rerouted a bunch of times. And we're recording with Tony Robbins of all people. We're sitting.
over there. And I looked out the window and it was just black. And we were staying in a hotel
and we ended up leaving actually early because there were so many people panicking trying to get a
room. And like, listen, it's not right for us to kind of be here taking. So we left. But that was
that was crazy. It was like the whole city. You weren't here. Yeah. It was just people of traffic
trying to get out of the city. And it was scary. Yeah, it was really scary. It was a lot. We haven't
seen anything like that. So that was, it was beautiful to see how our city really did pull together.
And a lot of that we do get to showcase on the show, which was great.
But it's just something that you can't ever be prepared for.
And it's scary.
What if the owners of the O group taught you about real estate?
Like, what have you been able to see through their eyes?
They've all obviously been very successful with what they've done.
What are like the pillars that they stand by?
Not very tall pillars.
I'm just kidding.
I love you guys.
I'm just kidding.
But, you know, with them, I think, sorry, we're like this.
We all talk shit all the time.
But I think with them it's more based on they really care about like the integrity of the deal.
Like they care about, you know, how you represent them, how you represent yourself, like how you're able to close that deal.
And I feel like that's really the main thing with them.
They don't really care too much about the numbers, even though they act like they do.
And they like the money, of course.
But it's like they care about how you're closing that and how you're treating people and how what our name looks like to everybody.
So I think that's kind of probably the biggest lesson I've learned because I've always been
an independent contractor and I'm responsible for myself or, you know, it's different to represent
like a whole company like that.
One of my biggest secrets is to always have a meat stick on hand.
Hear me out.
First of all, it needs to be clean.
I need something high protein in my purse at all times.
And I was recommended to this brand, Maui Nui, okay?
Peter Attia told me about it. He told me about it when he came on the show and it was like subtle. And I went and bought so many of these sticks. They are absolutely delicious. It's the cleanest protein you'll find. It's a snack that's in my gym bag, my purse, my drawer, my glove box. I give them to my friends when they come over. It's 10 grams of clean protein. The one that I like is the original. They also have a peppered, which kind of has like a spice to it. I like that one too. But I'm really into the original. It's like a hint of sweetness.
It has two grams of brown sugar in it, and there's nothing else in it. There's nothing artificial.
There's no MSG. There's no nitrates. There's no artificial preservatives or fillers. It's just pure,
wild nutrition. How I like to eat these two is like before I go out to dinner, just to get 10 grams
of protein. It's such a hack. It's 55 calories. This is what you want to be eating if you need
something in a pinch. Right now, Maui Nui is offering a free 12 pack of their jerky sticks with your first order
of $79 or more.
Just go to Maui-Nui-Venison.com slash skinny to grab yours.
That's M-A-U-I-N-U-I-Venison.com slash skinny for your free venison stick starter pack.
Go try them out.
And when you're asked about how you heard about Maui-Nui, make sure you mention the him
and her show.
It really helps support the show.
Quick break to talk about Symbiotica, one of our favorite supplement companies.
We have had the founders of Symbiotica on this podcast at least five or six times.
I'm sure you guys have checked out those episodes, but if you have not, check out Symbiotica, Skiny Confidential, any of the ones with Chervin or Durrana or Shahab.
They are building an incredible company.
They also just got into Target all over the place.
They are selling everywhere.
And here's why they make some of the most incredible supplements on the market.
Some of the standouts that Lauren and I cannot live without is their vitamin C.
It's a liposomal vitamin C.
I think it is one of the best vitamin Cs on the market, especially as we get into the winter season here and you're worried about your immune system.
That's going to help boost collagen and your immune.
function. They also make one of the best glutathions on the market. This is the master
antioxidant for the body. Most glutathions taste terrible. This one does not. It tastes incredible.
We also love their magnesium L3 and 8. I take this at night when I want to get a little bit
of deeper sleep. I also take it in the morning if I feel a little slow. You can add it to coffee.
You can take it right out of the packet. And like I said earlier, most of their supplements are
liposoma form, which means your body is going to be able to digest it even easier.
Some of the other standouts are their vitamin B-12 complex, as well as their vitamin D3K2, again, in liposomal delivery.
We give this to our children, we take it ourselves.
It has become a staple in our daily routines, and we have not looked back.
Taking Symbiotica supplements is one of the easiest ways I've found to stay consistent with my health goals, even during this busy year.
All you have to do is go to symbiotica.com slash TSC today to get 20% off plus free shipping.

shipping. I have this blanket on my bed. You've seen it on my stories. My babies love it. My husband loves
it. It's cashmere. It's stunning. It's beautiful. It's gray. It's perfect. I'm obsessed with it.
And it is by cozy earth. So they also, like how I got hooked on this brand initially is they have
bamboo sheets. And I wanted to try some sheets that were made for bamboo because I like that
it keeps you cozy without overheating. And it also helps you sleep several degrees cooler. So I fell in
love with their sheets. And then I was like, wait, what is this cashmere blanket on their site? And I reached
out and I was like, can I please try this? And I fell in love. If you're not into cashmere,
they also have a bubble cuddle blanket. And this is such a good gift for cozy moments. It basically
combines comfort and style. And there's like a textured bubble design. The kids love this one too.
It's ultra-soft faux fur.
And it's a really good one to just add luxury to any room.
You can't go wrong on this site.
I also grab their slippers.
So I feel like this is a good site to go shop on for the holidays.

Code Skinny. So many times during the day, I just want a drink that feels real, something bubbly
and cultured that tastes great and actually heals my gut. That's why I've been drinking so much
Synergy Cambucha. Both at the studio and at home, our fridge is always stocked with Synergy.
Here's the thing. This is real kombucha. No shortcuts. It's always raw and never pasteurized.
Synergy is made with real organic ingredients that you can see and taste. And that's how you know they're working.
You're getting scientifically backed benefits with every sip, like gut health, digestive support, immunity, and protein absorption.
Synergy is the OG cambucha, and I've always loved their story, which goes back 30.
years. Founder G.T. Dave first began brewing in his parents' kitchen in 1995 after his mother's
breast cancer diagnosis. Inspired by her recovery and the healing powers of cambucha, he kept perfecting
the recipe and eventually shared it with the world. That very same recipe is what you'll still
find on shelves today, crafted with authenticity and trusted for its real benefits. Each bottle
delivers nine billion living probiotics across a diverse spectrum of beneficial bacteria you won't find,
in your average supplement. That diversity comes naturally from the way each batch is slowly fermented.
These living cultures work hard to help your gut thrive. And when your gut microbiome is more diverse,
the benefits multiply, all working to make your gut feel better. It's a daily reset for your
body any time of day that you'll actually feel. And synergy doesn't just improve your wellness.
It also tastes great. There are over 20 bold flavors, so you'll definitely find one that you love.
I've been into Synergy Forever and I usually gravitate towards the tropical flavors, but this fall I've been reaching for more flavors that celebrate the season.
Honey Crisp Apple, Cranberry, Blood Orange. They really have a flavor for everyone. Each one is tangy, vibrant, and naturally bubbly.
There's a party in every bottle. There's a reason Cambocha is my go-to and of course there's a reason it's always synergy.
They were the first bottled Cambocha paving the way for Cambocha as we know it, and it's a reason.
been the number one in the U.S. and worldwide for over 30 years. So sip it, love your gut,
and feel the power of kombucha when it's crafted the right way. The Synergy team can't wait
for you to experience the gut health benefits of real kombucha, so they're treating you to a free bottle.
Just slide into at Synergy Cambocha's DMs on Instagram and send them the code, Synergy Skinny,
to claim your coupon. That's at Synergy Cambocha on Instagram. Drop the code and sip on your
complimentary bottle while supplies last. How do you think about all of your finances with everything
you're doing as a woman? It seems on the show as a viewer, and I could be wrong about this,
it seems like you're very financially literate. Yeah, I think. Yeah, it seems like it. How do you
set up everything you've got going on with reality television? You obviously have your social
media, your real estate. Like, what are some things that you've learned along the way that our
audience could take away? I mean, I've learned a lot of hard lessons. I've learned a lot of hard things
about, you know, I let's say I had an LLC, but I didn't have the proper insurance or I didn't
have this or I've had that. I think that for anyone that wants to kind of open their portfolio and
get into other things is making sure that you really are employing the right person. That needs to be
like a CPA and attorneys that are really helping protect you and setting it up correctly. Like,
do you need to be an LLC? Do you need to be a court? Do you need EPLI insurance? Do you need X, Y, and Z?
and just making sure that the initial steps to every single thing you're doing are taken care of, because I think the clients, the planning, all of the other things like you can kind of do on your own. But without those people, you know, you kind of chase your tail and then you end up in situations where you have to fix things. And I think that people like that are the main reason to making everything successful overall because like no one's like a one woman show. It's impossible. Like you still have supporting people at different levels. So.
I feel like that's the main reason.
Michael literally tells me this all the time.
He's like, you have to set up your company as a multimillion dollar company from the beginning.
Well, yes.
But I've been through the block and made a lot of mistakes doing it.
And I talk to a lot of young entrepreneurs now that are starting out.
And they want to save, they want to go to the cheapest lawyer, the cheapest accountant or the, you know, the cheapest, whatever.
And I'm like, listen, you're going to, it's going to cost you later.
I'm a firm believer in just setting it up properly with the right people and the right reputation, spending the money.
I know it's painful up front, but it's a lot more painful cleaning up the stuff down the line.
And trust me, I've had to do a lot of the cleanup.
Same.
The cleanup is not fun.
It sucks.
Yeah, it sucks.
It's hard.
And then, you know, it can be really detrimental and it can be really scary.
So I think that, you know, not trying to find the shortcuts in those things is like the most important to being successful even in just the initial setup.
Great advice.
What are some of the biggest mistakes that you see when people are buying or selling their home?
I think people not being patient and really understanding what they're purchasing and why they're
purchasing it and where it is and like weighing that out. Like if this is an investment property,
just because it's pretty, is it really the right investment property? Like I have one, for instance,
that has two dual primaries. We used to call them Masters. But like for me, I'm like in the area that it's
And like those things weigh out differently.
Now if you're going to, let's say, Calabasas or somewhere else that, you know, just is a typical family home that might not be ideal.
I think you have to really research and understand what it is that you're trying to accomplish to be successful.
I think people get excited and they just think like, oh, I can just invest in this or, oh, I can just do this.
And then they end up being like, oh, this wasn't the right choice.
I wish I would have waited or researched more or something, you know.
Doing what you do, when do you think it's appropriate to buy versus rent?
Like not even appropriate, like from a cost perspective, right time in life.
Do you always think it's the right time to buy instead of rent?
Or do you think renting sometimes is better?
I personally like renting.
I do have rental properties and investment properties that are passive income, but they're also a debt.
So everyone, you know, even I didn't fully consider that.
Like you have to think about all that time that it's empty, the maintenance, the mortgage, the
insurances, like all of those things. Can you afford that property for six months to a year?
Are you going to be able to in six? That's interesting. Yeah, that's good to think about that.
And, you know, I didn't. Like, I'll be the first to say it. You learn it the hard way sometimes and you
think it's going to be easy to rent or you think it's going to be whatever and then something happens
in the market or, you know, your AC goes out. Like, do you have the funds to support this investment?
And majority of the time people don't. And then they end up losing that property or having to sell that
property and then they're scared of it because they didn't have the right resources to make the
proper investments. That's so interesting that we have seen that a lot. It seems to me that people
and I know nothing about real estate, but it seems to me that people buy bigger than they think
they need a lot. I think there's this fallacy in real estate that especially in residential where
people think that they're buying something that is always going to be an appreciating asset. And I tell
I'm like, there's so many things to consider, but it also, it depends on when you can actually
sell that asset and get the money out.
Like, you know, right now there's a, we live in Austin.
There's a correction going on over there.
Correction going on here.
If we would have, we bought a place and then sold it real quick in 2021, great.
Now it's going to be a little harder, right?
And so I think people forget about that.
Yeah, they do.
And it's hard because you can't predict the future.
You don't know what's going to happen.
You don't know when it's going to happen.
So it's a gamble.
But I think that there are different.
forms of investment, you know, like a duplex of this, that things that, you know, more doors where
if you at least have one or two of those doors filled, then you can still float your property
versus like the one door that's a big overhead and like things like that. But again, that takes either
a mentor or proper, proper research or, you know, things that we have the resources for. But I think
sometimes I do love this new generation of everyone, you know, buying younger and like making good
money and not necessarily having to be like that typical four-year college vibe, but they also
have the resources to do a little bit more research. And I think that there's a little disconnect there,
but we're definitely, you know, in a much better place with, you know, this new generation,
understanding the investments and stuff of that nature. What's the best tip or life lesson that
you've learned from Nick? And what's the best life lesson or tip that he's learned from you?
I would say
he's learned from me
is to actually enjoy yourself and have fun
because that man is
old and crotchety these days
he doesn't want to do anything
but he's not that old now
he just turned 45
yeah he's not old and he's acting
I get it I get what you're saying
he's just like eh
me whatever
um
I was like old and crotchiness
I was like is he like is he like 60 or something
45's young
like he's 60 I'm like we used to have fun
get it together
we got stuff to do
but I
think from him what is how does he say it it's like the where if you can't change it don't let it
control you vibe he says it much better but i have a tendency to like okay i got to fix this okay i'm
to stress on it i'm trying to control the situation and he's like you can't stress but you can't
control like you got to just let it go and you know he always says let it go to god which i
struggle with that aspect but he'll be like just let it go and i don't really i loosened a little bit
but I'm still like holding.
So I think that's probably the biggest and the best lesson that I'm trying to apply.
When you come home and you have like your list of all the things that the girls have done that day and you tell him, does he just say let it go?
No, no, no.
Then he enjoys it.
Then he's in with the tea.
So he likes the tea.
Yeah, some of it he'll be like, she said, what?
And then the rest is like, oh, we don't care about that.
So I never actually know what he's going to say, to be honest.
Sometimes he's like, he's in here with the girl talk and the tea.
And the rest of the time he's like, oh, that don't matter.
it's fine.
So you love the tea.
You love the tea.
Secretly we all like the tea.
Yeah.
But it's not your tea.
Sometimes I like to like do this thing where I withhold the tea and then like make him like work for the tea.
Oh, I love it.
And so I'll just be like oh yeah, it was fine.
Pass the ketchup and he'll be like trying to get the tea out of me.
I don't you see that meme where it's like when you tell the meme it's like it's telling the married guy something and the guy like before the person can even finished.
She's like sprinting home as fast as he can to tell this girl.
Oh my gosh.
That's like that's what I think of.
Yeah.
I love that.
Because you can't tell anyone else.
Someone's like,
don't tell,
but maybe tell your wife for a girl.
But you like my tea.
Yeah,
you know why?
Because like we don't,
a lot of guys don't have a lot of,
we don't really have a lot of drama.
Like I can go out and sit in,
as you were talking earlier,
I'm like,
if I sat in a house with the six of my guy friends
just hanging,
like,
there probably would be like no issues.
And don't be fooled.
This man,
if selling sunset or real housewives is on,
your peripheral is on it too.
You like the tea.
You like the juice.
I like to,
I mean,
listen,
I think when guys come on these,
things and they say, I don't watch. When that thing's on, it's hard to turn away from the
wackiness that goes on on these things. It's like, it's just wild. Yeah. You're like, I don't want to watch,
but I feel like I have to watch. I have to know what happened. It's crazy. As you have been in the
relationship you're in that's high profile and you're also on reality TV. Do people treat you different
when you go out? Has there been a shift or is it just been like a slow build?
I think it's kind of, I mean, I think it's a little bit different when I'm out with my partner.
because then it's like a, oh, okay, and you don't, like, they don't know who to talk to or
you don't know what the situation is exactly. And then I feel like for me, it's definitely shifted,
and it's shifted in a way that I have more appreciation for because it's women that, you know,
engage and talk to you and come up to you. And, you know, before that social media and like,
whatever, my demo was more men. And I was like, oh, I don't want any of this type of attention.
And you're like, no, thank you. No, thank you. So I'm, exactly, please know. And so the shift
with the women and the engagement and the acceptance. And, you know, all of that's been really different.
And I do love, I do love that because you never really know, like, when someone's looking at you,
especially when you're out, you're like, oh, does she fucking hate me? Does she like, like, does she
know who I am? Is she just looking? Like, you just, you don't know what to make of it sometimes.
So I'm just going to also do a public service announcement. Like, please don't send us.
I'm going to, there's, I forgot there's a nine-year-old in the room, but D-I-C-E.
K picks. Like, please, please, please.
Because you put that out there, you're going to get like 10x the amount.
Dead. We, we do it. No, it's, it's never a good look. I just want to just send a public service
announcement. It's not hot. Even Jeffrey Starr said, don't do it. No one wants to see it. We're
not into it. Not into it. It's, I'd rather see your thumb. Yeah. Anything. Ear,
toe. Don't care. That's how much how like gross it is to us. We would rather see your big toe.
Yeah.
Those unmanacured nails.
Yes.
I've never understood it.
I'm like,
this is not coming across the way you think it is, sir.
No,
can you explain this?
It's not coming.
I don't get it.
It's not translating, guys.
I will never understand.
Yeah.
It's not like,
it's not how it is when a girl does something.
It's like a Hail Mary.
It's like a football reference.
It's a Hail Mary.
But like you're just scaring Mary.
Messaging is not being received.
No.
No, it's not.
It's not the message in the bottle that we're hoping for.
No.
No.
No, definitely not.
Okay, so I, this show is big about routines, wellness, beauty, health.
Are there some things that you do when it comes to wellness and beauty that are non-negotiables?
I mean, all of it.
I'm a psycho with it.
Tell us all the things.
Literally, it's so funny because when my son hears my alarm at night, he literally knows it's regiment time.
Okay.
That's good though, probably for him.
It's a routine.
It's good.
So we do everything, we do everything together.
But like, we take our little walk at night.
So the first one goes off at 5.30.
So we have, or six actually, we have dinner at 530.
We take our walk and we say, I have a horse.
So we take him out.
We go for our little walk.
He takes a bath and then I'll take a shower and I'll do the full care.
So he'll sit there and he'll like, be like, what's that, Bobby?
And I'm like, it's under eye mask.
And he's like, why?
So I'll do the whole thing.
I change it throughout the week.
There's like so many like from retinoles to the eye patches to the leave on mask,
which he calls the monster mask, you know, the full one.
And I try to literally, I do the at-home micrneedling.
Like, I do it all.
So I literally have a breakdown for every night of the skincare that I'm going to do.
What do you mean?
You got to make a full breakdown.
So like Mondays, one day and Tuesdays.
So tell us what the week is.
This show will love it.
Okay.
So I only go from like Monday through Friday because the weekends are just too crazy.
And it's my one-on-one time with my son to just do whatever he wants all weekend.
But I would say Monday, I think it's Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is the retinal for the under-ey.
cream that I do. And then I have the sheet mask, which was Tuesday and Thursday, but then after you're
also doing like the lip exfoliator, you're doing the full exfoliating before you do that. Okay. And then when it
comes off, you're doing all the serums. Are you writing this down or is this like in your brain? That's
why I'm like trying to rack it because I have it literally written out and all of the bottles will
say on there like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, nighttime, daytime. And I do like the crazy, the label
machine. You seem like you're really like organized. I am. I'm. I'm.
very type A. Yeah, I can tell. Like, it seems like you are, like, have everything ready to go.
But if you can't, you can't get it all done. It's too much. Like, I know. My brain's a little
more like it's organized chaos. Like, I feel like, I love how you like have the labels and it's
organized and it's written down. That's like Michael, Michael has this. What is organized?
It's organized in your definition. Like it makes sense to me, but it wouldn't make sense if someone
came into my house. I think it's just actually just like you like remove the word organized.
Yeah, yeah. It's just chaos. Yeah, like a little.
See, my rule is the opposite. I want where you come into my house that anyone can find anything
and do anything within the home. So I literally, every bin is labeled. Yeah, it's a lot. It's my OCD.
I like that though. In control. Are you organized that like that when it comes to your time?
Absolutely. So it's like full calendar, everything. What would someone be surprised to hear about you when it comes to
motherhood? Because it seems like that's very important to you. It is very important to me. I think that that
organization is how I prioritize him and make sure that I'm still able to take care of the things
that I need to take care of. And I think that people think when you're type A and organized and you're
crazy that like you can't enjoy yourself and, you know, all of those things that come with it.
But we went thousand percent to and now my son looks forward to like, oh, he knows this weekend.
I live in Hidden Hills and they do like this crazy festival thing. And so he's like, this is the
fiesta this weekend, mommy. And then Sunday we're doing the pumpkin patch. And he's
starts to get excited and, you know, has something to, like, look forward to with the type A.
But it's like, I make things very fun and my entire life truly is either my work or my kid.
And Nick gets a little fraction, but like majority, it's like a little fraction.
Yeah, he can just, he can come into the kid stuff if he wants.
But, you know, and my workouts and stuff.
And so, like, he's just as busy.
So we work out together and we make time in different areas when we are.
But, like, you know, I think that he's has.
majority of my schedule, my son, and everything is, I will move things, I will cancel things,
I will not do stuff. Like, I want to make sure I stick to my schedule because then he knows those
things are coming. And when I say I have to be back, he knows I'm going to be back. And I think that
that's really helped where we have a really, what is the, it's like a positive attachment. I forget
what the term is for it. I know what you're talking about. It's, fuck. I know, like, well,
Shares like, Dr. Beck, he talks about it. What's that attachment? Oh, I know, yeah. Whatever.
I don't know the terminology. Yeah, but it's like that. It's like that.
really healthy attachment that I'm very proud of. You have to Google it because I literally was just
reading a book about it. It's like, Dr. Becky. It's called positive. There's, it's like a positive
attachment. Google attachment theory for babies. Yeah. And I feel like he's really shown me that we've
been able to accomplish that. And that's something that I think makes it also very, I don't want to say
easy, but easy for me to be successful and do what I need to do. And because I think of this trust and
structure that I've given him, he lets me do that. Like, I'm like, I'm going to go to London for a week. He's
like, okay, mommy, I'll see you Friday. And it's like, it makes it so much easier for me. Because he
knows that you're coming back. Yes. This episode is brought to you by Sacks Fifth Avenue. I'm one of
those people that like plans out how I want my gifts wrapped. So I like it all cohesive. I'll do
wrapping paper and bows and like the little hang tags. But then I haven't actually planned out the gifts.

I first heard about Jones Road Beauty when they went viral all over social media for their miracle
bomb.
And I had to buy some.
I immediately ran to their site and got it because everyone was saying it's the most beautiful
bomb ever, and it really is a miracle bomb.
And when I got it, I fell in love.
If you're unfamiliar with Jones Road Beauty, they're a minimalistic makeup brand founded by
makeup artist Bobby Brown. Everything they create is versatile and easy to use. But what I like personally
about this brand is that every formula is packed with clean skin-loving ingredients. They're very specific
about the ingredients that are in their products and all of their products are actually good for your
skin. They're all designed to give you that effortless, natural, no makeup look. But back to their
miracle bomb, okay? This is a bestseller. And basically what it is is,
is it's a multitasker. So I notice that I could use it as a tint, a blush, a bronze, or a highlight,
even on my lips, which is so cool. So what I do is I keep this in my little skincare bag on the way
to the gym, and I just use it how I feel like it. This can replace like a bunch of products in your
makeup bag, and it's perfect for when you're rushing around as a mom or you're going to work or a
holiday dinner or you just want to look pulled together. This holiday season, simplify your
routine with makeup that's clean, strategic, and multi-functional. From now until December 1st, Jones
Road is doing their first ever Black Friday sale. Go to Jones Road Beauty.com to get up to 20% off
sitewide. That's Jones Road Beauty for 20% off your entire order. After you purchase, they'll ask
where you heard about them. Please support our show and tell them we sent you. Black Friday, Cyber Monday
is coming in hot. If you go to shop skinnyconfidential.com, you can shop all your favorites for 30% off
sitewide. There is no code.
necessary. I should also let you know we have TSC Pilates socks that you get for free with each
purchase while supplies last. What I would get if you are on the site is I would for sure grab the
mint roller. That's a no-brainer. It's such a good gift. I would get a couple of those for your friends,
for your family. And then the brow peptide, which is my personal favorite product we have,
has completely transformed my brows and my lashes. How I use it is I habit stack it with my skincare routine.
So in the morning, I just brush my brows as the last step. And then at night before I go to bed,
before I put on my mouth tape, I put on my brow peptide. And what's in the brow peptide is castor oil,
which encourages hair growth. I've noticed a really big difference in my brows the most, but also lashes.
It has a peptide in it, so it's minimal ingredients. And then I also feel like you have to grab the
mouth tape. We have navy mouth tape now and we have cream mouth tape. That is such a fun gift to give all
your friends and it's affordable. So you can go on the site, shop 30% off site wide. Just go to
shop, skinnyconfidential.com, and you want to shop the sale quick because Pilates socks, they're so
cute. I wore mine the other day. They say TSC on them. They have like a navy stripe and it's only
why supplies last. Go to shop, skinny confidential.com and grab all your favorites at 30% off.
I think that sometimes you just got to do what works for you. Some people co-sleep. Some people,
I'm trying to really wear my baby as much as I can whenever I'm home because I think that that also creates the attachment.
I forgot what it's called that you're talking about.
But I think that you just, if you are a working mom, you have to be very creative about how you find ways to connect with your child.
Because we were trying to do it all.
And the man kind of gets left in the dust sometimes, but that's too bad for them.
They got to get in where they fit in.
As long as it's not for too long.
Yeah.
The cure attachment.
That's what I was going. Why could I not remember that? Secured attachment. What are you doing for diet and fitness? Okay. So I have always been a psycho about both. Okay. If I don't work out, I feel like I can't do anything. Like, I feel like it is a non-negotiable for me. It's the first thing I do in the morning. I usually start my workout at 6 a.m. every day, 6.30 sometimes. And then that's at least an hour a day. Weight training. Weight training. I love weight training. I love Pilates. I'll do hot yoga at night. So sometimes I'll
it'll be like two a day, but that's like something I do with my partner. So we usually do it like twice a week.
Wait, Nick does hot yoga? Yeah. And Pilates. He comes to both with me. Wow. That's something that I wouldn't
think. Why don't you do hot yoga with me? I do the Pilates with you. You do the Pilates with you. I think
you'd actually really like the hot yoga. We don't do like anything crazy. I like when I go in the sauna late at
night and I like stretching in there. So you could do yin and he's like naked and the sauna stretching with that weird penis hat. It's like too much. It's not a pretty
side. I'm dead. But no, because it like, you know, I feel like I get loosened up because of the heat.
So you would love the yoga. That's the whole point. The hot yoga. I could do the yoga, but I don't like being in the room with all those other sweaty people. Yeah. That is, that is a part of it. I could do it like, you know. So you're doing, you said you're doing weightlifting Pilates and hot yoga. Yeah. And then I have Peloton at home and I always do the cardio for sure. I love boxing. I really try to kind of switch up my workouts. But I would say those are the ones that I stick to.
the most. Because it's not easy after you have a baby. It's not. No, it's not. And I've only
one. And I still am like, God bless these women that get back after two and three because
it's it. I also thought because I was shredded before like full six pack, bill like I thought
I'm going to snap back right away. It was not the case. And it was just, it's really hard to do
when you can't sleep, but you're not getting the proper sleep that you need and you're not
eating the right things and taking the supplements and all the things to support yourself. Like,
it's not going to be easy. There's some kind of.
a statistic that says after you have a child, and people I don't have to Google this, but it's
basically you're signing up for six years, even if they're sleeping with you or not, of
deprived sleep. Yeah. So then if you stack multiple kids, like you just reset the clock every time.
Oof, I can't. I think because like every parent knows, you kind of sleep with, like there's
something where you're like kind of aware even when you're asleep. You're like kind of half awake in some
instances. Yeah. I wake up right before my son wakes up every single time. It's like you just know.
It's like that it's that instinct of knowing you have to like kind of keep an eye on.
So you never, I feel like you never get that REM sleep is basically, yeah.
They're just basically saying for six years your sleep is completely disrupted compared to somebody
who does not have that.
Yeah, because, yeah.
It is a lot of pressure after you have a baby with the weight.
And I think I can only imagine how much pressure it is to then also have to go film a show
that's on Netflix with a bunch of women.
That's not a fucking joke.
I was six weeks postpartum wearing a diaper.
I do not know.
I'm four months postpartum.
And I'm like, I'm like, I feel like, you feel like a blob.
Yeah, you do.
And you just, first of all, your whole insides are still finding their way back.
Six weeks.
That's a, that's a lot.
Diabolical.
Yeah, that's almost like torture.
Yeah, it was.
They threw you into the pit.
With Chelsea.
Yeah, it was awful.
You also like can't be, I feel like you can't get in trouble for your attitude six weeks
postpartum.
You would hope, but.
And you stretch that to like, you're like, three years later, she's not postpartum.
But they say, but they do say two years minimum for your entire body and brains reset.
It's an actual statistic.
And then you keep resetting with every new kid.
Exactly.
And then you go through pregnancy.
So it's like, how can men even blame us?
We literally are being, it's a chemical imbalance.
In balance, Lord, thank you.
And you can't do anything about it.
No, but joking aside, we work with a lot of women, but we work with a woman here that was out here.
She's postpartum.
and she was like maybe not as early as you were like maybe a few months into it and she was filming a
tv shot here and she's quitting the show because she said it was like really like messer was like hey
you got to actually because she had really bad postpartum the first one yeah and i said if that's
going on you should probably just walk because it has a long-term consequence if you don't
it 1,000 percent does and i think that's the hardest part as women is we really sacrifice so much
And I think that we don't get enough grace to really deal with what postpartum is and like what we're going through.
And it's, you know, you're painted that you're crazy.
You're painted that it's this.
And it's like the statistics of just what it does to your body alone, nonetheless, these circumstances of people that do what we do in this industry, it's like you can't give a little grace.
Like it's actually, it's pretty fucked up.
And I think that that was a big thing for me was the awareness of that because I was a first.
time mom. It was my first time on a show. And I just say what I want to say. So I was like,
no, this has to be said. This is crazy. Like the expectations here for women alone is just
diabolical. This is my theory. There's that quote, an able man bears many burdens. I think that
women have way more of a capacity for things. And so I think when you're pregnant and then you
have the baby, but you're also working 40 hours a week and you're also running a family at home and
you have a husband and whatever, whatever, whatever.
It's like the husband sort of is like, oh, they can handle it because they have such
capacity.
Yeah.
And there is a lack of grace that I've seen from.
No, I'll just be honest.
I didn't understand what was going on the first time.
And I think a lot of men, how would we?
Yeah.
We don't.
But it was weird because you know somebody so well.
And then they kind of, don't think this is a wrong way.
They kind of like switch up on you.
Yeah.
And you're like, snap out of it.
Because they're used to you.
By the way, that was the wrong approach.
Because I was like, hey, what's wrong with you? Oh, see, that's fighting. I'll be fighting right there. I'll be like,
I think he said that three days after I gave birth, maybe. No, not that early. No, I was like,
what's wrong with me? No, because it's the first time. I'm in a diaper. I'm 600 pounds overweight.
She's like my boobs are leaking. I have fluid, my boobs and you're like asking me to like film an ad or
something. I'm like, what's wrong with me? Yeah. It's honestly, it's, it's like, it's like, it's like,
He's so used to me being so capable.
It, like, malfunctioned that he can't believe that I can't just, like, get through the finish line.
It's that part.
It's like you're used to somebody being so on it, you know, strong, all the things.
And then they like, to your point, they switch up on you and you're kind of like, and especially as a guy, you don't know.
Now, the third time around.
Now I just kind of like walk.
Like, I do that like Homer Simpson back in the bushes.
Yeah.
I'll be that.
See you later.
That's what you should do.
But I think that there, I wish that there was more education, especially for, like,
new parents because even as a woman, I didn't know I was going to go looney tunes. Like, I was like,
what just happened? Like, and you, and you don't even, you don't know how to even stop it.
Like, you literally can't. So I understand why people get divorced in a year or so after having a
baby because the men are like, what the fuck happened to you? I don't think we, I think it's so,
it's new for society. And I think we misdiagnosed a lot of women in the past, especially like
our parents' generation, you look at it's like it's depression. Absolutely. Right. And you put them
on like a Prozac or whatever. And you're missing that it's,
It's actually this postpartum.
You just, you know.
Which is actually normal.
And it should be supported, not, you know, look down on.
Yeah.
I like that you, I don't like for you that you came back six weeks postpartum because I can only imagine how stressful that was.
But it was nice to have that shown on television.
So you could, I mean, I could relate right away to that.
Yeah.
I was like, I can't believe she's back on screen so quickly.
And then they're like throwing daggers.
Yeah.
Oh, they dragged me for the first year and a half of having my son.
And then when I got to the two year mark, I was like, all right, bitches.
I'm good now.
So everybody better relax.
Torch the world.
Yeah.
And then I did.
I did torch the world.
And so now they've left me alone.
So sheena, She talks about that too.
In her book that she just wrote, she talks about how she had to go back to filming Vanderpump rules 10 days after she had a baby.
No.
And then they were like throwing her to the lion's dent or what's the lion's.
Yeah.
It's crazy.
But that's, it's insane.
It honestly shouldn't be legal.
I'm not like there should be like a maternity leave yeah like it's just it's fucked up because especially
being on a worldwide show you don't know what you could say because you're pushed with being
sleep deprived or whatever and then there's forever consequences for that and it's like just think about
fights that y'all could have had between each other but imagine that to the world and you have no control of
that edit like that's not right no so I think that I was lucky that I was just too tired to care but it could
have went really left, you know, with people attacking your character and your family and, like,
you're not sleeping. And it's a lot. Petitioned to have a maternity leave for reality TV for three months.
No, and I've said it like a thousand times on this show. We've done a show for a very long time,
but we control the environment, right? And there's no like editors or post-production or network.
It's just like, it's our things. We can kind of, again, control the environment. And for you guys,
obviously, you can't do that. And you put in situations. But additionally,
I think when you go on reality
television, the audience,
for some reasons, feels like they can
say way more in a way more
vicious way than they would to something like this.
But we get some shit on this show for sure.
But it's not to the degree.
Shane is a good example. We produce her show.
How do you deal with that?
I don't. I don't. You just don't look.
I'm like, who are you? I don't care.
I mean, even if I see it, it's hard
to even take that serious. Like,
you're not a real person. I don't know you. No one
has ever or will ever say that to
my face. So it's kind of just to me, I don't see the internet as being a real place.
That's good.
To be completely honest. Like I think that.
Probably healthy.
I mean, yeah, I, it's the only way.
If I can't really see it and feel it and I don't, you're not in a person.
Like you, I'm like, so your opinions don't matter.
The people that are the closest in my circle matter and that's really it.
So.
Before you go, give us some juice.
Like you got to give us something juicy about next season.
Is there anything juicy that we can.
Get excited for.
I feel like I.
Oh, we weren't filming, huh?
No, we weren't filming.
Okay, okay, wait.
And I don't know if you can give that juice.
Oh, no, it's public.
Okay.
Okay.
I said, I think for me, the juice was that the little trio that was going so strong.
It's not a, it's not a trio anymore.
What did that do to the infrastructure of the show?
Like, did it make all you guys get close?
Like, what was the vibe?
Oh, I would say some of us got really close, and then there's some on the outskirts.
that you'll see play out pretty quickly.
It went really left this season.
Like I did not expect,
I didn't expect that at all.
I didn't see that coming.
I kind of,
I personally always felt like these individuals
were not genuine and not really your friends.
But I can't say I told you so,
but I told you so.
Who's your favorite on the show?
My favorite?
Yeah, like your best friend.
I think my favorite was always Heather
and then she left me.
So I've been missing her,
But I would say...
We love Heather. We interviewed Heather.
I love Heather.
And I would say the next person I'm probably the closest to, or was the closest to was Emma.
And then Mary.
Those are probably like people on the closest with.
Our new girl, Sandra, she's great, so sweet, hilarious.
And then Alana, I don't hang out with her too much.
I see her like here and there, but...
So when do we get to see the season that I'll be binge watching?
October 29th.
October 29th.
Where can everyone find?
you, pimp yourself out.
I only do Instagram and TikTok.
I'm obsessed with TikTok.
And actually Snapchat, I've been doing too.
We're going to do a TikTok trend right now of your voice.
Oh, no, not that one, are you?
I don't know which one it is.
There's only one, really.
Which one is it?
Yeah, she definitely asks that about it.
Yep, that's the one.
What do they call it in that show, earmuffs?
Uh-huh, earmuffs.
Bree, thank you so much for coming on the show.
I'm so excited to watch Selle.
Sonset. If you guys have not binge watched the show, go back, start it from the beginning. It's so juicy
and so good. And you also learn a little real estate, even though I don't. I love it. Yeah, a little bit.
