So what I do during my Zooms, like if I have a full day of Zooms, is I'll schedule little workouts between them, 15 minutes, 10 minutes, even five minutes, wherever I can. And how I do that is I just like stream through my computer. It's so easy. Recently I was introduced to Allo Moves, okay?

Starting point is 00:04:33 Skinny Confidential, him and her. When I get off my phone, I have this new rule with myself, no phone in bed. Like, I don't want to bring my phone to bed anymore. So I notice when you take the phone away, it's like taking chemicals out of your house and then adding chemicals back in. You notice immediately how much it spikes your cortisol, how bad it is for you. I only read on a Kindle like the lowest light ever. And I think when you just stare at your phone before you go to bed, it's spiking you.
Starting point is 00:05:03 I could be wrong. It's just how I feel. No, you're one trillion, a trillion percent, right? The phone, there's a really cool picture of an iPhone. And you remember an alien, those things that climb onto your face? And then, like, an hour later, the aliens popping out of your stomach because it inseminated you, right? Well, there's a picture of an iPhone and it's got the legs around it over the guy's face.
Starting point is 00:05:29 And that was, that's a really powerful photo. And this AI that we're all part of, because we're now, we're entering like some kind of transhumanism. It's happening. Okay? This is real. It's not going to slow down. It's not going to slow down. And it's here.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Our lives are built into the mainframe of the internet. And these devices are the doorway to it. And our everyday lives now are predicated around these smartphones. And these smartphones are taking us out of our presence. Right. And they're shooting us with massive. of the massive amounts of dopamine. They're shooting us with massive amounts of cortisol. We're getting all these different things popping off.
Starting point is 00:06:09 It's the new drug, right? The phone is a new drug. And social media and the systems behind social media are doing this whole TikTok thing, all this stuff. It's taking you out of your presence. So your soul is actually going into this technological world. And the corporatocracies and the technocrats,
Starting point is 00:06:29 they know how to do this, because it's all about impulse, impulse and data capture and information and all that kind of stuff. That's why when you go on Instagram, you know, it's like, it's nothing but like crazy butts and it's like this whole but world has become this whole thing. And it's like they know that men are just like salivating over this. This is causing the lack of, you know, real sovereign men to like step into their virtue and step into their power because they're like, they're basically orgasming every time they're seeing all this like eye candy. And it's just getting, it's the same thing as porn.
Starting point is 00:07:01 We can go down the whole porn thing. It's the same thing. And I think on an energetic level, the phone is a radioactive device. It's not a toy. I sometimes forget when I put my phone in my pocket and don't put it on an airplane mode. I'm like, holy shit, what am I doing? This is not a toy. This is a radioactive device.
Starting point is 00:07:23 They mined into the earth to get the components to make this. The way this thing works is you have a lithium battery, you have crystals, in there and it's pulsing an energy, that energy pushes a radio frequency out and it's hitting a tower, it's hitting a Wi-Fi, and trillions of pieces of data are
Starting point is 00:07:43 going through this. Like, how crazy is that? And another thing is we're driving with these phones. That's even worse. Like you're driving and that thing is hitting off other towers, which means it has to push more radiation. We're already in a metal box. The whole thing's bad.
Starting point is 00:07:59 So what is your relationship? with your phone because you're like me where we both have to be on our phone. I look at my phone as work. So when I am winding down, I don't want it anywhere near me. Like it just, it actually disgusts me. I'm like, get away from me. This is my work. I don't, my friends get mad because I don't text back right away. I'd sometimes take a week to text back because I look at it just for work, not pleasure. What do you, what's your relationship? Is it, do you, are you off of it two hours in the morning and two hours at night? What do you do? Well, there's a funny story, you know, the, when I first got initiated into the deepest level of plant medicine and entheogenic compounds,
Starting point is 00:08:37 the day later, I was with my whole tribe and we were in San Clemente on the pier over there. You know, the pier in San Clemente? And I looked at my phone and in front of everyone, I screamed, fuck you. And I chucked it off the, off the teeth, you know, and just, I mean, I threw that baby. You know what I mean? That thing launched. And it was like, it was like a movie. And oh my God, I felt.
Starting point is 00:09:01 so good, like cathartic, like just my whole soul just sucking back into my body. And so, and here's the deal. The phone is sucking the juice and marrow out of my life right now. Do you listen to me? It's sucking the juice and marrow out of my life. Are there points to the phone, like my private telegram room and communicating with family and all these different things and I can post these cool videos on Instagram and all that stuff? Sure, I can communicate with you guys, best ever. This fucking phone is killing my, it's the main thing in my life right now that is absolute chaos. I'm working on it. I keep telling myself, okay, I'm almost done. I'm almost done. And I know that's an illusion to a certain degree because I'm still in it. So it's,
Starting point is 00:09:49 it's becoming very conscious, having these kinds of conversations and setting parameters. The problem is, for me, I wouldn't say the problem. That's word magic. The deal is, is that I'm almost a slave to it right now with everything that I'm doing. And that's why these phones work so well and get us so well is because you can literally do 10 billion different things with your phone from email to all. I mean, everything that I'm doing, I can just do it in a quick snapshot. So you're banking, your stocks, your travel, everything. There's everything you can do. Everything is there. It's so full on. I mean, you know the feeling when you feel like you lost your phone? It's like, wait a second. Think about that. So if you're listening to this, everyone's kind of,
Starting point is 00:10:29 Everyone's lost their phone, their smartphone, right? What do you feel? You feel like you lost your baby. You feel like your whole world. It's like helpless. Yeah, feel helpless. Everyone has access to it. It's like a whole thing.
Starting point is 00:10:39 So that's a good determining factor to see how much of a slave you are to your phone. I'm right now, I need to figure out a schedule and a structure. The problem is I wake up. And even at 6 a.m., I'm on call. You know, I'm on call. And I'm on call because of what we're doing. And that's just part of my reality right now and I've accepted it. So instead of fighting it and this and that, I've just, I've accepted it.
Starting point is 00:11:06 It's part of it. So a little bit of easing grace. And this is a good point. Sometimes we have to just call a spade a spade. I've accepted this challenge to do what I'm doing right now with symbiotica and with our movement. We're not a supplement company. This is a movement, right?
Starting point is 00:11:20 So I've offered these types of perspectives and living in it. I'm not just some suit sitting behind the desk. You never even know fundamentally formulating products. I'm everywhere and I'm fighting for a cause. And so that comes with this level of connection to this device. So I've accepted that. And I know that's just part of my journey right now in my life. Well, if you think about it too, we are actually the first generation that's had to deal
Starting point is 00:11:47 with this. And I say this all the time, I did not get a smartphone until I was like my last year of college I was getting out. So I went through the first 20-something years of my life without this. I mean, people had cell phones and land phones, but it didn't have this crazy screen that could do everything. Yeah, you and I were the same. Yeah, it's in a text message where you had to hit like nine, eight times to even get one letter. And it was like, it was a pain.
Starting point is 00:12:05 It was like the Nokia, the Nokia 8800. Yeah, the text message was like, hi, see you. Like, you didn't send these long ass things. You used to page me one for three every morning in seventh grade. I would get a text and said one four three. Yeah. In seventh grade? Seventh grade.
Starting point is 00:12:20 We get on a pay phone. But anyway, so what I'm saying is we're the first generation to have to nap. And then I would like make him wait. like to like be a bitch. I would like make him wait like an hour and then I would be like, one, four, three,
Starting point is 00:12:29 two. I'm saying something important here. We're the first generation to have to figure out how to navigate this screen. Right? Like nobody, there's not, you can't look to a generation above us and say, okay,
Starting point is 00:12:39 how did they handle it? So we're going to go through all of the terrible things that this will take us through. Yeah. And the generations after us are going to have to be like, oh, those people got really fucked up by this thing. Totally. We're going to be part of the case study.
Starting point is 00:12:51 We are the guinea pig. As someone who literally works on my phone all day long, this is what I have solved in this area. And I'm not saying I'm, I'm perfect because I'm certainly not. But you just said, you tried to throw that you, the little tangent that you've meditated on this. I think that you have to be intentional about your phone and make the intention a routine. So, for instance, I have decided for two hours in the morning, I am not touching my phone unless it's to press play on a podcast that adds value to my life.
Starting point is 00:13:21 Period. Or an audible. That's it. I have decided the phone does not. come to bed with me. I don't need to go to bed with my fucking phone. I mean, honestly, I'm going to call you out a little bit. It's kind of like absurd. Like, you can't even get into bed without, not you, but like a person can't even get into bed. Staring at me intensely. Well, it's like, it's kind of like it's get rid of the phone. The bed is to fuck and the bed is
Starting point is 00:13:44 to sleep. It's not to scroll through social media. And currently to have our two-year-old come screaming and then a running jump to the young. And the two-year-old doesn't want to see you on Twitter looking at politics. Like, I'm sorry. Like, I'm not. Like, I'm not. bringing the TV to bed with me. I don't, we got rid of the TV in our room. I would prefer no phone in the room. I don't, and I'm not saying again, I'm perfect. Lauren, I love, I love this. It needs to be intentional. And what's happened with me having an intention with it, I also don't scroll the phone when I eat because I notice my cortisol goes up. So when I eat, I eat. I focus on my food. I think that if you just have a little routine with intentions like that, it really does make a
Starting point is 00:14:23 big difference. Huge difference. Yeah. How you do. do anything is how you do everything, right? And so that was putting parameters on your reality with your phone and the device and that radioactive box is one of the most important things that you've ever done probably for yourself. And that's what I call self-love. And thank you for showing up for yourself. I'm taking lessons because most people are unconscious with how they eat. They're unconscious with their lovemaking. They're unconscious with the device. And look at your, look at your situation. How are you handling your phone every single day? So if anyone's listening to this, like look at your phone. What's your relationship?
Starting point is 00:14:55 to your phone, when are you using it? Every time there's an empty time to meditate or to think about your life, is it you just drifting to escapism on your phone and following something on social media? That's a trap. You're losing your life. You're losing time and you're not gaining any potential out of it. Find out what you use your phone for that's benefiting you and highlight that and know that that's how I'm going to use the phone. If you got all these like, my whole thing is like, now people have the watches and all that kind of stuff. But I'm just like, come on. Because it's on your wrist. It's on your, it's like, dude, like you don't need all these, like, beepings and all this kind of stuff. It's disturbing your circadium. I hate the beep. Anyone that
Starting point is 00:15:34 has the beep on. I don't think I can be friends with anyone that has the beep on. I've never had a ringtone on any of my phones. The biggest shift that's transpired with these phones is these used to be devices that only served us. And now their devices, we serve them. 100%. Like this used to be something like, it was like it was a communication thing or something to go and get, you know, that was all it was. It was like, it was serving you to communicate. Now it's like you're serving the phone, right? You're staring at it all day, looking at all these different platforms, scrolling endless. You don't even know what you're looking at. You have no idea. You're unconscious. I think you also, you said this earlier, like, you need to be intentional with the content that you're also consuming. I think if you're
Starting point is 00:16:07 spending one minute watching someone's Instagram story who makes you feel like shit every day, well, that's 365 minutes of your life that you're spending watching something that makes you feel like shit every single day. I think being conscious and intentional with the content you're consuming, you said like, don't just scroll to scroll. Be very thoughtful. That is important. Yeah, that's something I read the other day, and I know you know, like you've talked about this a lot about like they were saying for women, and I don't want to be sexist here, they're saying for women, one of the most toxic things on the internet is constantly
Starting point is 00:16:38 looking at other women and comparing yourself. And for men, one of the worst things is porn. If you think about it, and again, not to generalize because I know women watch porn and men look like, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, of course. But if you think about the way that a lot of people spend time, it's like, and again, generalizing here, a lot of women do spend a lot of time. looking at other women, especially other women they aspire to be. And a lot of men, and I will
Starting point is 00:16:59 say this for sure, spend way too much time looking at porn. And it creates these universes in their mind that are just completely unrealistic and it just completely fucks their brains. Absolutely. It builds procrastination, actually. It doesn't motivate. It's not inspiring. And it creates, you know, basically a decapitated self-worth. And that goes back to childhood. Right. And it goes back to victim and all these different things. social media at first had an intention. It's now turned into a monster. And so if you're listening to this, make sure that your settings are where they need to be. Make sure you're not following things that are going to take you down other portals. We don't have time for you to lose your soul.
Starting point is 00:17:44 We need you. I need you at full capacity. Also, when I post a book and someone messages me and says, how do you have time to read? I'm like, you're watching my Instagram. story, take that time to read. Right. Like if you're asking someone how they have time to do stuff, but you're watching their Instagram story. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:03 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Sometimes it's just so obvious. Right. It's so obvious like where someone's at. And we've lost our, you know, common sense. I think ultimately we've got to go back to like being logic. A lot of the logic has become irrelevant these days because of the entrapment.
Starting point is 00:18:25 of all these micro stories. You know, someone watching 10 different lives on social media, the brain doesn't calibrate it as, you know, you're looking at something. They really are getting impressioned on that. That's how valuable sight is and sound. You know, it's like, it's coming inside our body. It's like internally coding into our brain. That's the power of cinema, right? Cinema is cinema was the propaganda machine in the 1920s and 30s and 40s. That's what help great depression and create the wars and create the industrial revolution. It was cinema, right? It's us, you know, staring at a screen and getting drugs in our system because of the chemical reactions we're getting from the emotional response systems of the visual. And that's
Starting point is 00:19:08 exactly what this is, but it's doing 10 billion times at a second at a crazy rate. And we're holding it in our hand. No more holding your phone in your pocket. It's not on airplane mode. Yeah. And don't put your phone up to your ear and, you know, don't do those things. And just try not to hold your phone as much as possible. I can feel it in my hand when I'm talking on the phone. So can I. I know. Yeah. I can also. I can feel it in my ear. I'm going to be like that guy in the space blanket. No. No, I literally understand. I love his brother. His brother is my spirit animal. I actually get that. Chuck. You do feel like I feel like Chuck sometimes. Yeah, so do I. I. We feel it. And it's getting worse and worse. Like, you know, this whole thing with Wi-Fi and 5G and all this kind of stuff. And we're already in
Starting point is 00:19:51 metal boxes. It's like, what is going on here? You know, what is this doing? Are we part of some social experiment? Probably. My friend in New York was texting me. She's like, how do I ground my feet if I can't get outside? And I was like, take a kitty litter box. And in the kitty litter box, put fresh soil and put it under your desk and put your bare feet in it. Just like half the audience just tuned out. Get creative. That might emotionally work. Physically that won't work. Oh, it doesn't physically work. No, no, no, no. It's not alive because it's not actually the actual soil. It's not connected to the bio, by the biomagnetism of the earth.
Starting point is 00:20:26 We need to be conductors because we're electrical. We need to be, our feet needs to be in the earth. So even if you like went to the beach and got sand and put it in there, it doesn't work. I don't think so. You have to be connected to the earth. Symbiotic. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's called grounding, not littering.
Starting point is 00:20:39 You know what you could do is you could drill into the wall. Okay, let me think about this. So all buildings have to be grounded to the earth. That's fire hazard. right? So the electrical current is going into the earth or everything would catch fire. So there are devices that you can connect to the grounding tech and then put it into the kitty litter. And then you're sitting in kitty litter shit, but at least it's connected to the earth. And then while you're doing that, take your magnesium symbiomyal.
Starting point is 00:21:09 Listen, Lord, we had everybody. Everyone was paying so much attention. They were nodding their heads. Yes. They were like, I get it. These people got something here. Then you brought in the kitty litter. And everybody tuned down. I like to jump the chart. I like to press it as. intense as I can impress it. Even with the ice bath, I'm like, put me up to 15 minutes. I love that. With the ice bath, I can go, the longer I'm in there, the easier it gets.
Starting point is 00:21:27 Like, what are you the time about? That's like, that's why showers are so tough, right? Because you're just like standing there. It's like hitting one side of you. You're like, ah, oh, ah. You're like trying to twist. What's your protocol? Protocol.
Starting point is 00:21:38 I guess it's similar to yours, but every time I go in there, sometimes I'm just in there for about 10 minutes. It's a long time. Yeah, I feel good in there. You stay for 10 minutes straight. 10 minutes straight. Wow. That's impressive.
Starting point is 00:21:52 Yeah. What temperature out right now? 41. That's good. Yeah. It's gnarly. 41. It feels good.
Starting point is 00:21:57 I mean, I'm not surprised if anyone's at 10 minutes in the ice bath. Yeah. But, you know, on average, you want to be in there like three minutes, three, four minutes. Okay. Yeah. Okay. I want to go back to postpartum because I think the audience will kill me. What supplements, if you could pick three?
Starting point is 00:22:11 I don't want to overwhelm. Would you recommend postpartum? And before you start, I'm going to say for me, Omega has been. life-changing because it's helped fight inflammation in my body and I get inflamed easily. It's also added DHA into your body, right? So Dicosahexinoic acid is one of the most important micronutrients. It's an omega-3 that you need when you're carrying a baby and when you're breastfeeding as well. And so that gets depleted. Half your brain is made of DHA. Half your eyes, your central nervous system. And for a woman, that's like the nutrient that is sucked
Starting point is 00:22:44 out of her when she's holding a baby and when she gives birth. So DHA is awesome. So our, you know, we have that omega formula. Also D3K2, COQ10, those those micronutrients are very, very nourishing for someone who's just given birth for obvious reasons. I think our methyl B12, the B12 product, you know, you need those B vitamins, especially methylcopalamine and B6 pyrodoxane and that we have that in there. That's almost like a complex that formula because there's multiple B vitamins. There's L-metol folate in there. Methylation is important for a mother. Methylation is important for a baby as well. So if the mother is getting these specific forms of B vitamins, not folic acid, we don't want, not cyanacobalin, we don't want, which you find fortified in so many things. You want the methyl compounds in there.
Starting point is 00:23:31 Those right there are, I would say, leading the pack for you in terms of like helping restore and keeping balance in your body. As you can imagine postpartum, I am specific when it comes to my bras. What is better than a brand that makes cookie dough that you can eat straight out of the jar?
Starting point is 00:25:36 That's right. You don't have to bake it. You can just eat it out of the jar. I mean, you could bake it if you wanted to. But I like to just open the jar and eat it on the couch while I'm watching Real Housewives. That is dough, okay? dough makes delicious enhanced cookie dough. You can eat it raw or bake it, and the cookies literally take like seven minutes to bake. My daughter loves it, and I love giving it to her because it's made with clean ingredients that are good for you. Think oats, almond butter, flaxseed, coconut sugar. Everything is vegan, gluten-free, and there are no BS ingredients. It shouldn't surprise you that I just love the chocolate chip flavor. Also, there's like a flavor that not skinny, not fat made. That's awesome. That's like an extra chocolate chip. They have like a birthday cake, a brownie batter. But if you're going to go on and you're going to buy this dough, you also got to get
Starting point is 00:26:23 their drip. It's like a healthy version of Nutella. And you put it on sourdough and like you just don't need any other sweet in your house. You have the drip and you have the cookie dough and you're like good to go. I'm sure you've seen dough all over Instagram. Celebrities are eating it everywhere. Influencers. It's literally the cookie dough that went viral on Shark Tank. Tons of exclusive flavors like mint chocolate chunk tastes like a thin mint, space brownie, taste like a cosmic brownie and cinnamon roll. It's like ooey gooey and you could eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, whatever. They're available online only, but these flavors are limited edition and they sell out so fast. So I would recommend you pounce on these ones. You can also grab their limited edition flavors on their

Are you taking every single product that symbiotica makes every day? Are you implementing other products? Like what's your vitamin go to? And Jamie, Don't like make him tell the exact truth.
Starting point is 00:27:52 Like what are you traveling with? I want to know specifics. It granular. Yeah, let me get granular. I just did this at our Symbiotica campus. I went through my entire routine. Sheila Jeet is a staple in my life. It will always be a staple in my life.
Starting point is 00:28:05 I do go a couple weeks where I stopped taking it just because I want to cycle with it. For the most part, that's a daily staple. B12 staple. D3K2. Staple. I do probably four days on the Omega. Oh, I didn't mention the magnesium L3 and 8. That's another really good formula for a mother.
Starting point is 00:28:23 I take that every single day. And so does my daughter. She will take the package. And you can take that in the morning too, yeah? Anytime. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, it's not a stimulant. It just takes you to homeostasis.
Starting point is 00:28:33 Magnesium is the most important mineral that actually acts as a co-factor in our lives. It's a conductor. And so we get depleted of magnesium. It's not in our foods anymore. So that one crosses the blood brain barrier at a high clip. So I do all that stuff. Molecular hydrogen now is probably one of my favorite products. and the glutathione.
Starting point is 00:28:51 I'm doing three or four of our glutathions a day. I'll be honest with you. I was going to, I take at least one a day every day. I'm addicted to it. Why? What does it do? Can you overdo it?
Starting point is 00:29:00 I don't know. Good question. I mean, it's never enough. Chervines in the ice bath for 45 minutes. I do get glutathion also by IV once a week too. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:10 I mean, I love glutathione. I like, so that's fine that you're getting IV. But I also do yours every day. It's good to get it through digestion so the liver can metabolize it. That's my opinion. I think IVs are great for certain things. It's just this product.
Starting point is 00:29:23 It's probably one of my favorites. That and the molecular hydrogen are just like changing my life right now. I have a rough time getting my zinc level up. Okay. For whatever reason. And like I'll take zinc daily and sometimes even get the IV. And for whatever reason my body has trouble. Like I did that whole like blood panel went through everything and like for whatever reason
Starting point is 00:29:41 zinc is tough for me. Are you taking our zinc complex with the copper? Yeah. Maybe more. Can I take two a day or is it's too much? I think that's too much. I think you just have it with your largest meal. And then, you know, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:29:53 Do you guys have good oysters around here? Yeah, we do. He told us this last time. Tell us the benefits of oysters. Maybe I got to do those. Like, maybe we're getting for oysters like once a week. I do. He loves oysters.
Starting point is 00:30:04 Like how many do you have when you eat oysters? I usually have like a little bit more than a dozen. So I'm, you know, we order two dozen. I'm eating like 15 of them. We're going to night to eat oysters. Okay. So maybe I'll say. Are we going to have oysters tonight?
Starting point is 00:30:15 Does Khalil have oysters at Sunlife? I don't think so. Oysters are so healthy. I've seen them on your Instagram. They have Clarks. Okay, we're going to have oysters then. Right after this. I don't want to wait until tonight.
Starting point is 00:30:26 You don't want to go to Sun Life? No, no, no. We go to Sun Life. I love Sun Life. We were just at Sun Life with Garrett McNamara and his wife. We had a great time. We're not coming anymore. Never mind about your smoothies.
Starting point is 00:30:36 Whatever. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. I want to give Kalil a big hug. Yeah, we're still coming. Oysters are phenomenal. Obviously, you know, do your due diligence. Make sure they smell good.
Starting point is 00:30:45 Make sure there's the texture's right. Add a little horse radish. get a little bit of vinegar in there, get some lemon in there. That's how we do it. And it's good to have those components with an oyster. It just helps with the hydrochloric acid and with the gut. We want to always have those kinds of things in there. You know what? I've been eating with the oyster. What's that? You're going to be proud of me. Antchovies. Okay, good. Antchovies are fucking good for you. I'm a big fan of anchovies. Remember what I said. I don't care what anything tastes like. If it gives me a benefit, I will shove that anchovies down my throat.
Starting point is 00:31:14 Antchobes don't bother me anymore, no. Anthovies are full of omega, right? They're filled with omegas. They're filled with micronutrients. They're healthy fats, long chain fatty acids. It's really good stuff. So I'm going to slam more oysters. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:27 Slam more oysters. Let's see what it does to your zinc levels. You're taking one capsule of the somatica zinc, which is zinc copper selenium. But I do five days on, two days off, five days on. I like that. I like that routine. Because I heard you could overdo, you can overdue the zinc, yeah? I wouldn't say you can, depending on your lifestyle, if you're active, you're moving, you're a man.
Starting point is 00:31:46 If you're having sex, you're going to be burning it off. How often should we be having sex? Like, what do you think? What's your prescription? The truth of the matter is, it's all the time. Okay, so hold on. So now I have to be off my phone for two hours in the morning and night. I have to meditate, do the ice bath, take my supplements, take care of both my kids,
Starting point is 00:32:06 do the podcast, post Instagram stories, run up a company. I can habit stack. I could meditate while you're having sex with me from behind. Well, here's the thing. While I'm taking things. That's two hour window is that that's more, that's plenty of time for me.
Starting point is 00:32:20 I got to be honest right now. We are like, we got to be, we just got through number two and I'm like, we're, I got my period right away. Oh, you did?
Starting point is 00:32:29 What do you think? Right away. She's trying to say I got to get clipped. Yeah. She's saying I got to. No, no, no, no, no, no. What?
Starting point is 00:32:35 No, no, no. Sorry. I'm not a fan of that. Why? Come on. No, no, no, why? Why? Why?
Starting point is 00:32:42 I literally, okay, that settles it. Let's have the conversation on air. Why wouldn't he get clipped after I've done everything I need to do on my end? I think you guys can figure out a different strategy to not get pregnant. Yeah, agree. I just don't believe in surgical procedures like that. I don't believe in fucking with my hormones with birth control pill. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:33:00 I'd rather, I'd rather him get clipped than you get on birth control. Well, can't we track the cycle? I don't love a condom either. For me, I sure. I sure don't. By the way, I love a condom for some people. But for me, I don't love a condom. I don't love a condom at all.
Starting point is 00:33:12 As a matter of fact, I wouldn't even accept a condom advertiser. They were not allowed. You guys are husband and wife. You don't like a pigskin? You guys are husband and wife. It's not like you're having multiple romantic partners and all that stuff. So you guys shouldn't be wearing protection. Let's just say that.
Starting point is 00:33:28 If you're promiscuous or you have multiple partners, that's a different story. So I'm not judging condoms or against it. You got a disclaimer everything nowadays, huh? You got to give a disclaimer because you never know. Yeah. You never know who's listening. And I just have to give the right perspective. I'm like pro at this now.
Starting point is 00:33:44 You notice? It's nice because about a quarter of our audience is just people listening to when we slip up. But it's nice because it boosts the numbers. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. For sure. I like that. Yeah. in these experience. It's good and healthy for us. I don't know if we should be orgasming every day.
Starting point is 00:34:12 There is a lot of research on semen retention. And I, I'm a big advocate of it. I practice it. It feels really good. I notice my energy, my power and my focus go up. Meaning when you, but you're still having sexual activity, but you're just not letting yourself climax. Yeah, you're going to have to get specific with that one. Like, you're having sex and then you just stop, like you let the girl come and then you hold it in? That's one method. Okay. Are you like clenching? Or like, Are you just saying you're like being absent? Are you saying?
Starting point is 00:34:40 Okay. So you can't just go into this with the terminology. You have to prepare yourself. And there's like, you know, there's dosha's for this. And there's like process for this. It's part of tantric sex and all that kind of stuff. What I've been doing recently is I've been doing a lot of kegles. It's a big part of my like life right now.
Starting point is 00:35:00 And women can do it. I'm sure you do them. Maybe you can teach me. No, he doesn't do him. But my Chinese doctor yesterday said I should be clenching my ass. all day long. Yeah. And he said so should he.
Starting point is 00:35:11 So maybe you can explain it to him. Can you show us? Well, you basically, it's the concept that like if you're in midstream of, you know, taking a piss, you stop it. Yeah. And so, okay, I'm doing it right now. Yeah, I'm doing it right now, right? Even though I kind of have to pee right now, all that water, all that hydrogen.
Starting point is 00:35:30 For me, I find it best to do it like in the shower, but you can do it anytime. Sometimes I find myself just daydreaming and doing it. But you're basically, you're holding, your stincter's tightening, your balls clenched in. And you're holding that for like three seconds. And then you let go with a breath. And then bring it back in. And this does. My Chinese medicine doctor, I literally said to you today, my Chinese medicine doctor told me to grip my asshole yesterday.
Starting point is 00:35:58 Exactly. It's, Chervine, though, it's, you're so, why I think you're so interesting is you're so, you're like an onion. Like you just have all these different tips and tricks from all these like different But I smell a lot better than onion though Well yeah But we can do an armpit test You know I want to take all three of the conversations we've had for the other two times And I want I just I'm going to have our team just pull a bunch of random sound bites
Starting point is 00:36:21 But not give any context Just like if Michael wants to do semen retention or someone's listening and wants to do Seaman retention Do you can you only do it when your Chinese medicine doctor wants me to clinch my asshole That's going to be the opening of the clip you get a clamp and every time you're about to bus. Spankers and postpartum.
Starting point is 00:36:39 You put it on the tip and shut it down. No, well, that's part of it. But no, Cagle work is really important for us. Just as important it is for women. It's important for us to keep that area. Not only tight and strong and active, but it's a neurofeedback loop, right?
Starting point is 00:36:57 You have to think about it. You have to think about it and you're controlling that area. And that's a really important area. that's like, you know, the taint goes up the spine, the pelvic floor, up the spine, up, you know, out of the neck, into the top of the head. It was like alignment to that. No, but it's interesting you say, because the more I think about it,
Starting point is 00:37:15 like if I say move your finger, like anybody can move their finger in two seconds, you don't have to think a lot about it. But you actually have to think a lot about that actually, especially as a man who doesn't do it that often. It's like it is a very mind-body connection to be able to actually do that. So your assholes clinch right now? Yeah. A lot of, I did it while I was talking.
Starting point is 00:37:30 A lot of women lose that for, a number of reasons, and we were talking about it earlier, is that so many women are taking laxatives. Laxatives are one of the most, I would say, offensive things to the human body. It takes the power and the strength and the energy to move things through the body, and it shuts down that peristalysis flow, which is like how things coil and move. And if women are constantly taking laxatives just to like get their way slim or they're not digesting their food they're stopping that internal power right there which is their core and and once that weakens other things in the body start to weaken more and more and more i also think too if you're taking laxatives you also have
Starting point is 00:38:19 to be careful of like all the good bacteria exiting i mean that's that that's for sure that's part of it yeah yeah i mean i mean i not only that but you're you're losing your ability to be able to to digest food. You're losing your ability to absorb minerals. You're losing your you're lowering the pH and your gut. I can go on and on. It's gnarly stuff. So we got to, if you're listening to this and you're like on laxatives all the time, we've got to figure out another solution to that. I have a solution that I think more fiber, but also cillium husk. Which is fiber. Yeah. That feels better when I take that. If I need to go to the bathroom, that it like helps a lot. Yeah. I'm not against cillium husk. I think there's a purpose. It acts as a
Starting point is 00:38:59 prebiotic too, but it's just one of those things that you're just, you're not doing it five days a week. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. Because then you get used to it. You get used to it, just like anything else. We want to create balance. Okay, but I need to go back to semen retention. When you do semen retention, can you only do it when you have sex or is it like edging, like what Taylor does? Is that what semen retention is? I don't know what he does, but I guarantee it's wrong. Okay. You can do it in, it's not just sex, masturbation. So you basically beat off until you're about to come and then you stop. That's right.
Starting point is 00:39:30 You feel the impulse of the orgasm coming. Everyone knows what that. You can feel it from your toes. And then you stop and you clench. That's hard to do. Yeah, no shit. It's super hard. Wow.
Starting point is 00:39:41 That's discipline. Yeah. You should habit stack that too. Because you forget to do it, I feel like. Just do the ice bath, do a cold shower and then just get that going. And it's like a habit stack. Brush your teeth. Some of the main masters.
Starting point is 00:39:55 I mean, you mentioned your Chinese herbalist. you know, that's like a, that's a practice. That's a, that's a superpower. You know, if you can control the onset of an orgasm coming in to not have that orgasm, just think about what actions you're going to be able to take in your daily life. Right. So, so you get what I'm saying. It's mental toughness. You're building the muscle. Yeah, you're building the faculty and that faculty is not, is, it's unlimited in terms of where you can now apply that faculty. All the stuff that were like, all the pleasures we're looking for, all these different. things. If we're able to like hold that as men, as women, it's game over or game on.
Starting point is 00:40:39 Anything that saves me time is my vibe. Anything. Okay. And once upon a farm is helping me with that. They're leading baby food and kids snacks brand offering organic, cold pressed fruit and vegetable pouches, dairy-free smoothies, overnight oats, plant-rich meals, and more. So how I like to use these is especially when I'm traveling. They're so easy. I can just take them on the plane. There's no added sugar. There's no concentrates. They're made with whole farm fresh ingredients. So I know when I'm giving Zaza something, it's like nothing artificial. I do their subscription service. It offers fully customizable options. So I just pick and choose from their variety of blends or meals. And I like to switch it up
Starting point is 00:41:20 before every delivery. So you can go on. You can pick out what your kids like. What I like to do is let Zaza sort of be the judge. So I'll let her pick. She really likes their little plant-based meal packets, there's like this one and it has mango and carrot, like navy beans and coconut butter, and it's the one she always asked me for. So you can pick out whatever you want on their site. They have all different kinds of things. Another one that she's obsessed with, just so you know when you're on there, is the sweet potato, mango, and coconut milk. It comes in a little packet. It's perfect. And it even has chia seed in it. So she's getting her healthy foods. Everything's organic, non-GMO, unsweetened and made with no preservatives or artificial ingredients. I can carry these in
Starting point is 00:41:59 my bag. It's perfect for someone who wants their kids to eat healthy. You can even pack them in their lunchbox at school or if they go to a friend's house to play. You should know it's found at retailers nationwide and online. You're going to get started today and enjoy an additional 35% off your first subscription order. Use code skinny at once upon a farmorganics.com. That's once upon a farm organics.com. Symbiotica, symbiotica, where do I even begin? I think I am symbiotica's number one customer because every time I turn around, they're coming out, with some other incredible product that I just have to add to the cart. Listen, they are a partner of this show, obviously.
Starting point is 00:42:38 They are a sponsor of this show. I still use my own code. I still buy this product monthly, regularly. I get the zinc. I get the chlorophyll. I get the protein. I pretty much get everything. But listen, I'm not telling you to do all that.
Starting point is 00:42:53 I'm telling you to at least try some of it. But if I was going to start with one place, an essential that I think everybody should have, I would get their vitamin D3 and KU10. I would get their vitamin B12. and I would try their magnesium three and eight. Those three products alone will have you feeling incredible. They're essential to pretty much everybody on this planet if you're walking and breathing. And I believe symbiotica's formulas are some of the best formulas on the market.
Starting point is 00:43:15 So again, we all know we need to supplement. We all know we need vitamins. We all know we need to feel better. And those are the three that I would try. Chervine, the founder, has been on this show multiple times. Now I highly recommend you listen to any of those episodes. He's a wealth of knowledge. And we talk all about these products.
Starting point is 00:43:29 They're all incredible. I recommend, like I said, almost all of them. but those are the three I'd begin with. And of course, we have a code for you. Use code Skinny at checkout for 15% off your first purchase. That is in addition to custom bundle discount so people can get 45% off. Create your custom bundle at symbiotica.com and get 30% off now. Starting point is 00:43:48 Use code Skinny at checkout for 15% off your first purchase. That is an addition to custom bundle discount so people can get 45% off. Create your custom bundle at symbiotica.com and get 30% off now. That's symbiotica.com and use code skinny. Can you also do that while you're having sex, stop the orgasm, and then stop the orgasm and then come? That seems like it would feel better for the guy to do it during sex. Well, for sure, if you hold back and don't go by the way, it's going to feel better. But what I was asking earlier is with semen retention, could you actually, do you, in this practice, could you start having sex, the women has an orgasm and then you stop and you actually don't finish yourself?
Starting point is 00:44:29 Yes. And that would build semen retention, I'm sure, in a much better way than masturbation. Yes. And I'm not there, but if you practice this enough, and this is part of your life, there is reality to, you can have some type of orgasm where you're not actually releasing. Huh. No, that makes sense. Yeah. That's happened to me before. Even as a girl. I know what you're saying. So it's like it's not a full explosion. It's almost like a mind. I know what you're talking about. Yeah. You're in that pleasure center. Yeah. Like your body doesn't release anything. Right. I know what you're saying. That's hard to explain. It's almost like a body orgasm. It's a hum. It's like a hypnotic
Starting point is 00:45:10 hum versus the explosion energy. It's actually implosionary energy. I know exactly what you're talking about. I've never had the words to articulate that. And I didn't know that was the thing, but I know exactly what you're talking about. To wrap this up, we've decided that I don't have to get clipped. You're not getting clipped. Not on my watch. No clip. No clip. Why, though? Just I just no. That's, yeah. So I text you. harassed you because I was getting intel information from a bunch of people in LA that there's this new skinny shot and it's this shot that that I can find the name while we're talking about it but it's a shot that people use for diabetes I'm going to let you explain it
Starting point is 00:45:52 that I have heard that a lot of celebrities huge ones A-lister's ones that everyone knows are using this to get really really thin So I text you about it and I was like, is this like a legit situation? I would love for you to give your opinions on this because I know you were telling me it fucks with your insulin. What is it called? I'm going to get why he's talking. Of course it's not a good decision.
Starting point is 00:46:17 I mean, I'm not even going to hesitate on that. Is that drug manufactured for drastic situations? Sure. You know, it goes back to the old adage. When it comes to like pharmaceutical drugs, some people, they're going to need. pharmaceutical drugs. Some people are going to need surgery. Some people are going to need Western allopathic. I don't want to devoid all that. Of course not. There's a lot of much smarter people than I that know exactly how they manufacture these things and there's purpose for these things.
Starting point is 00:46:48 And, you know, some people are going to have a better life with it. Is it what we want to generally wait for and do on our lives? No. We want to, we want to practice, you know, root health. And we want to be able to stabilize our health without the help of a drug or the help of something very drastic like that. You know, when looking at rapid fat loss because of something that causes your blood sugar to whatever, have such a reflection or to drop or whatever, and it speeds up, you know, your pep is, so it's a peptide, right? And so that peptide is working on, I believe, the pancreas, correct me if I'm wrong. And that rapid, extreme metabolic reaction is never something that is sustainable, is never something that is good for your health. Instead, it's causing
Starting point is 00:47:41 massive amounts of oxidative stress. And my whole thing is I'd rather find out the solution the right way without causing drastic aging and basically a breakdown in the body. And so I know, because we're in this world right now. You know, everyone wants a quick fix. Everyone wants to get skinny real quick. Everyone wants to lose, you know, X amount of body fat. People just have babies and can't believe that they've gained weight and just, yeah, for some reason they just can't comprehend that.
Starting point is 00:48:09 Wink, wink, wink. You know, you carried a child. There's something birth through you. Like, come on. So it's hectic out there. And it's just, it's everything that goes back to our social media conversation. Like, I want to be skinny. For what?
Starting point is 00:48:22 Enjoy your fatness. It's cute. It's healthy. It looks good. I'm sure he wants to squeeze you and tackle you and you're like a like a little teddy bear. I don't need you on whatever this thing is either. I don't know what kind of mood swing I'm going to get. I feel like I'm not going to say what it's in your text because I can't find it in our text. And I want to give the name of it for the audience. I think no. By the way, he's saying no. And I did not do this. I just want people to know if they hear about this drug. Because it is going around with a lot of people. A lot of people are asking me about it. for weight loss. I wanted to talk about it on the podcast because Shravine advised me against it. And I also asked a lot of other holistic doctors that have come on the podcast and they advised
Starting point is 00:49:06 against it too. So if you're out there and you're hearing about this drug, Michael has it. That's it. That's it. That's it. Right. Yeah, here it is. Well, it says there's an article. There's a huge article. Patients taking experimental obesity drug lost more than 50 pounds. A lot of a lot of a PayPal New York Times. A lot of celebrities are using this. But it doesn't tell me what the things called. So it used to be bariatric surgery. Like, come on.
Starting point is 00:49:32 Like, remember? Yeah, gastric. Gastric bypass. And then they would do mini gastrics. What was it the other one? Lap band. Yeah, lap band. Which was a disaster.
Starting point is 00:49:42 It killed people. We've gotten to that level of like, we can't figure out our own health. Yeah. We have to like cut into the body. Like, how crazy is that? That is crazy. If you want to get this injection, more power to you. You ask me, you're like a sister to me.
Starting point is 00:50:00 So I'm going to give you my advice. We can't find it. We can't figure out what this is called. No, here. Okay. Let me pull it up. Sorry, we have to tell the audience at least what it's called so people can like do their own research.
Starting point is 00:50:10 We are saying do not do it. Don't go do it. Oh, semi-glutatide. Yes. The weight loss drug that a lot of people are using behind the scenes that you should, that is not getting good reviews is semi-glutatide. GLU. drug, semi-glutide.
Starting point is 00:50:25 I wanted to talk about it on this podcast in case any other people are hearing the things I was hearing just so they could know a different opinion. But it goes back to the same thing where it's like the quick fix usually comes with a lot of other things. After this podcast, I'm going to get stem cells, practice semen retention, squeeze my schvincter, take cold baths up to 10 minutes, have my magnesium, my B-12, my omegas. Have a lot of sex. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:52 And if we've solved anything, we realize I don't go. to get clipped. We've got to figure out your cycle. We got to use, we got to use, we got to look at the moon or whatever, figure out what's going on. You sun your balls. Yeah. This has been a plethora of information. If you guys have not listened to part one and part two with Chervine. Is this two? Okay. This might be three. This might be three. No, I think it's part three. We'll do four though. We'll do four. We don't think we should break this episode up. We like having you on. Yeah, we know. You're welcome. Some people are just like
Starting point is 00:51:20 permanent guests. Khalil is not. Kahl is not. not a one and done. No, Cleo's coming back on soon. Cleal's coming back on, I think, for his fifth time. Ed Milet keeps coming back on. There's some people that just... You keep coming back? I keep trying to...
Starting point is 00:51:33 No, I could ask you a hundred different questions. I think the next one, we go into some other cool concepts about spirituality and psychedelics and all that kind of stuff. I'd love to dive deep on that. Choosing like your life path, like what your purpose is. And more we can get into like purpose-driven life. So you guys, if you want, can we do like a little giveaway? with Symbiotica products?
Starting point is 00:51:55 Of course. Okay. So if you want, can we do my favorites? Yeah. My favorites are the B12, the D3. I would definitely do the magnesium packets and the Sheila G. Absolutely. Let's do like Lauren's favorites.
Starting point is 00:52:08 All you guys have to do is tell me on my latest Instagram at Lauren Bostic what you want to know in part for about spirituality, psychedelics, like Shrveen just said. And then make sure you follow at symbiotica on Instagram. and we have a code. Can we give a code? Skinny. Skinny. Skinny. Skinny. Use code skinny. You guys, if you're going to start with one thing, it seems to me, after interviewing Cherveen and talking with Michael and everything that I would start with the B12. That would be the one I would start with if you're going to pick one. Yeah. I mean, I'm not kidding. If you guys pull up your customer database, I'm ranking up there.
Starting point is 00:52:46 Right on. All my top athletes are on that. That's one of my favorite products. just so it just does so much and so easy and it's delicious. I am such a fan of your products. I took them throughout my whole pregnancy. I'm taking them after to recover. It's really crazy because during my first pregnancy, I didn't supplement that much. And afterwards, I did not supplement enough. And I really think that contributed to how bad my postpartum anxiety and depression was. And I just obsessed with your products. So also another good one that I couldn't use pregnant. Jamie told me I couldn't use it was the magnesium spray, but I can use it now. You can use it now. Yeah, for sure. And that stuff's amazing. You spray this magnesium on your body and it smells like fresh lavender.
Starting point is 00:53:30 It's not like anything synthetic. No. It's real like magnesium salt, right? Yeah, it's dead sea magnesium. My daughter like accidentally scratched my whole chest right here. Yeah. And I didn't know that like you spray that stuff. That you get a little sting. Yeah, of course. That's chloride. That's good though because then it got really into your system. I healed like the Wolverine the next day. I expect you to be setting your balls tomorrow. Sherveen, where can everyone find you,
Starting point is 00:53:53 pimp yourself out? Tell us your Instagram, symbiotica's details. I just want to say it's always a pleasure to be here. It worked out to come out here to Austin, great city, great people, great vibe. We're Southern California people, and I'm sure Texas can't stand us.
Starting point is 00:54:08 Californians coming here, but you guys are doing a great job here. You can find me only on social media on Instagram, Sherveen 333. and big shout out to the Symbiotica family because of you guys were able to help people like Lauren and people like Michael and so many awesome people to help them with their health. And that's really like that's a family thing. You got a good team.
Starting point is 00:54:30 I have the best team ever. I mean, I'm just one, I'm one sliver of a whole pie of energy. And that pie is like everybody's all in. Everybody's intentions there. And I want to make something also clear is that Symbiotica products, you know, these things are being made every eight weeks. So when you're getting a symbiotic product, you're getting the freshest ingredients, the freshest product that we go into an emulsion every eight weeks. That's how fast it is. These products aren't sitting on a counter or sitting in a warehouse or anything like this.
Starting point is 00:55:01 These are live. I never thought about that. Yeah, that's what separates us with a lot of companies. Well, I like it too. Sometimes I see sold out and I know it's because it's like you're not just stalking this endless supply. You can't. These are live breathing nutrients. They're food grade. stuff. And that is a testament to the team. That is a testament of so many people working their tail off to make sure that our supply chains and our ability to manufacture are holding us there. And it all goes out to them. So big shout out to the Symbiotica family in San Diego. We love you. And how you do anything is how you do everything. I hope everyone enjoy this. You know what I want in my next house though? Do you tell. I want like an area where no one can see
Starting point is 00:55:40 me so I can go outside and spread my butthole. Like a butthole sunning. room. You need that. Yeah. Because right now, like, I feel like people could see me sunning my butt hole. Maybe you can fix a mirror and have that mirror reflect into the house. Into my butthole. Into your butt hole. I got to figure that out tomorrow. Ivy Lee method. That's my number one priority bitch. Shervine, thanks for coming on. Love you guys. Hey, buddy. Wait, don't go. Do you want to win a bunch of my symbiotica favorites? All you have to do is tell us your favorite part of this episode on my latest post at Lauren Bostic on Instagram and then follow me on TikTok.
