Starting point is 00:00:00 The following podcast is a dear media production. My ponytail has never looked thicker. And this is a big deal, you guys, because I've had two babies. And I think that I've like really narrowed down what's working for me. And the hair supplement that I'm obsessed with, you've heard it here all the time, is Nutraful. Nutriful supports healthy hair growth from within. So what it does is it targets the five root causes of thinning stress, hormones, environment, nutrition and metabolism. And it really is a supplement for full body health. It's crazy because
Starting point is 00:00:35 millions of Americans are experiencing hair thinning. And it's very, very common, but it's not talked about a lot. So I think this is an important subject to keep normalizing. And it's just time to change the conversation and like open up about what's working and what's not. So I like this specific supplement because it's all natural. It has incredible ingredients. You know I've done my research. I've also asked a lot of celebrity hairstylists, and they all love Nutraful. They also have three different formulas. I'm on the postpartum one, but they also have one for menopause. It's all drug-free medical grade ingredients. And most importantly, there's research behind it, which is important. 86% of women reported improved hair growth after six months. What I notice is less shedding. So less shedding on my silk pillowcase in the shower. And I noticed my hair just feels thicker. Like I said, my ponytail is like wide. It's thick.
Starting point is 00:01:32 It's girthy. You can grow thicker, healthier hair and support the skinny confidential him and her show by going to NutraFle.com and enter promo code skinny hair. Starting point is 00:02:00 She's a lifestyle blogger extraordinaire. Fantastic. And he's a serial entrepreneur. A very smart cookie. And now Lauren Everts and Michael Bostic are bringing you along for the ride. Get ready for some major realness. Welcome to the skinny confidential, him and her. Aha.
Starting point is 00:02:20 When I won the modeling competition, my mom was like, the day this changes you or if this ever goes to your head, this will all stop. all that matters is that you let your light shine and your heart shine and if you think ever that you're better than anybody else and I was like, mom, of course I don't think that. And all that matters is that you are a good person and this is just like an added bonus. So I always looked at modeling like that, kind of like a means to an end. Taylor, cue the Victoria Secret Angel soundtrack that I know you have on repeat at your house. Or maybe don't because I don't want to get sued, Taylor. but imagine it's playing right now in your heads.
Starting point is 00:03:03 Miranda Kerr is on the podcast today. She is more, though, than a Victoria's Secret Angel. We talk all different things in this episode. She talks about being a mother, an entrepreneur, a wife, and just like a business badass. She also talks about her organic skincare brand, Kora Organics, and it's super interesting how she is so serious and specific about ingredients. We talk beauty tips, wellness tricks. We talk about her evolution.
Starting point is 00:03:28 She was such a bright light absolutely glowing when she came into the studio. I'll post some Instagram stories. I feel like I don't even need to introduce her because everyone knows her. But in 2007, she signed as a Victoria's Secret Angel. This made her the first and only Australian model to ever hold this title. She has worked closely with all kinds of huge brands, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Chanel, Christian Dior, Javanshi, and even Balenciaga. She's a major model, but she's turned into a major brand. She has a collection with Royal Albert.
Starting point is 00:04:01 You may have seen it on my Instagram stories. It's like butterflies. Such cute China. You have to check it out. And she is the boss, the CEO, the founder behind Acora Organics. Taylor was very excited the whole time she was in the studio. On that note, let's welcome Miranda Kerr to the skinny confidential, him and her podcast. This is the skinny confidential, him and her.
Starting point is 00:04:23 Miranda just walked into the studio and she smells like peppermint. Open my sinuses up. Yeah. What is that? It's aromatherapy. So it's essential oils. It's like one of the things in my toolkit that I really love that invigorate me. I mean, that's such a good tip to walk into the room with the smell.
Starting point is 00:04:44 Well, yes. And it's much better to have essential oils rather than fragrance. Okay. We're going to get into that because I'm actually allergic to fragrance. Oh. So I want to hear. I know your line is very specific. Yes, it's very clean. I want to go back, though, to your childhood. Because the way you grew up,
Starting point is 00:05:01 you can tell as an adult that you have had a lot of tools and access to things that I think a lot of people, especially in America, have not. Yes. But to me, it was like, I thought that everyone kind of, you know, when you grow up a certain way, you assume other people know that, and you're like, well, don't you realize that that's something that's like really helpful, whether that be essential oils or affirmations or crystals or organic food or Michael grew up on Windex and Downey. Just slam the door open, lights on, get to school, spray in the face with Windex and hit the road. Whoa. He's going to learn a lot in this episode.
Starting point is 00:05:38 So when you go back and you think of your childhood, what are some of the things that you grew up with that maybe you've realized? And if you could get specific, that would be amazing that maybe your parents did for you. Oh my God, there's so many things. So my parents had me when my mom was 18. My dad was like 21. They're still together. I'm very much in love. Wow.
Starting point is 00:06:00 So they had me quite young. They were babies themselves pretty much. My grandmother pretty much raised me. And she taught me all about cooking, about eating healthy. My fascination with crystals came from her kind of because my grandpa was a house mover. and when he moved houses literally back in the day, they used to pick up a house on stilts and remove it from one place in the country to another place.
Starting point is 00:06:29 And he found these geode crystals and he bought them home for my grandma and she was like, meh, whatever. And so she gave them to us and we loved them so much as children, myself and my cousins and my brother. I was just fascinated and like I didn't realize until I was a teenager.
Starting point is 00:06:47 that all crystals have different meanings and they can be really supportive to you in your life in different ways. What about the way you eat? Yeah. Was it different than, like, really different than Americans? Yes. Well, my grandma gave me noni juice when I was 13. She also was the one who introduced me to aloeira juice.
Starting point is 00:07:06 I'm trying to think of, like, other things that she would colloidal silver as well. A lot of natural remedies. She's very much, our whole family is very much into. health and wellness and we thought that we were super healthy and then my mom got sick when I was a teenager and then we had to kind of look at everything we were using in our home like hair care skincare cleaning products all of the packaged goods we were eating home cleaning products and we really were my a friend of my mom's gave us this book called the chemical maze and it explains in layman terms like because sometimes you read on the back of a package and it might have a number and you're
Starting point is 00:07:50 like what does that number mean so it had in this book all the numbers what it meant what what was it was it a foaming agent was it a suffectant was it a drying agent was it a preservative and and then how bad was that for you was it potentially carcinogenic was it an allergen and we learned a lot from that because we thought that we were healthy like we were drinking no any juice we were eating organic produce from my grandparents' farm, and then we didn't realize that there were so many products that we were using on a daily basis that were potentially carcinogenic. And we just assumed that they were safe because they were for sale. And did removing all those products help your mom get better?
Starting point is 00:08:34 Yeah, she's good now. She's great. So you guys just edited everything and removed everything that could be harmful. Yeah. Yeah, we were just talking about this. No, I know. I mean, I'm getting it now. But to your point, I think a lot of people, especially in this country, you grow up and you assume because it's on the shelves that it's safe.
Starting point is 00:08:52 And like now we're starting to see that a lot of the stuff, the majority of the stuff on the shelves is not safe. Yeah. Especially in large doses. And it's like if you're consuming this over and over and over again, every day, or you're using this product. And then you wonder, oh, why do I have maybe this exma or why do I have this reaction or why have I got an allergy or, you know, cancer? is something that can really be contributed to your surroundings. And so it's just important to be aware of your surroundings. There are obviously other parts to it, but that can be a contributing factor.
Starting point is 00:09:29 I think even during the pandemic, everybody with all the hand sanitizer everywhere, that was a disaster. That stuff was in such abundance. Someone told me today that the blanket that they put on the baby at the hospital, and everyone knows that I'm talking about the one with the stripes. Like they give this blanket is a huge causer of eczema later on. Wow. And it makes sense because the baby comes out of you
Starting point is 00:09:52 and then they wrap it in that blanket that's washed and God knows what. And the baby has this fresh skin. And you're not thinking about it when you just give birth. It's like the last thing on your mind but it makes so much sense. Even when I go to a hotel now,
Starting point is 00:10:07 this is so crazy. I can't sleep in the sheets because there's tight. What is that? It's like I get a wrap. It's fragrance. Fragrance is an endocrine disruptor. It can is an allergen. That's why I only use like therapeutic essential oils in Cora. When you wash your sheets, that's what you'll use. No, just my skincare. But with the products that I use at home, we've gone through and how to look like what are the cleanest ones, you know, cleanest products out there with household cleaning supplies
Starting point is 00:10:39 and we're constantly kind of updating them because we'll be like, we thought this one was good. And they come out with something else. And then it would be, oh. And so you're like, oh. We had a friend come on, and he was saying that once you detox your house like that, you kind of can't go back because your body gets used to having that detox. Did you experience that when you edited your products when you were young? Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:59 And especially, like, if I go into a room and someone is burning candles, candles can be really, like, toxic. Throw this candle right away. Throw it out. It's out. It's out. I knew it. But there are really healthy candles. available as well. Okay, but I feel like they're healthy alternatives.
Starting point is 00:11:16 We do, yeah. It's like a noni juice smell. Nooni does not smell good. Oh, we had to freeze, dry the noini fruit to be like usable. It tastes good. I love it. You love it. Uh-huh. I like, I like, it's quite, they call it the cheese fruit. It's quite, I love things that taste weird because they feel like it does stuff. Yeah, I do too. Can you tell us about that way? I know, Like the Noni Juice, the story of how you created that. Like, tell us exactly what that was. And when you were little, how she served it, tell us the story behind that. So my grandma, she would always have something for us.
Starting point is 00:11:52 She'd be like, here, love, try this. That was, you know, the aloe vera and whatnot. And then one day, I think I was about 13, and she's like, here, love, try this. And it was the noni juice. And she gave me like 30 mils. And it was after school. And I remember how pungent the flavor was.
Starting point is 00:12:08 but I do remember feeling like quite energized afterwards, like in a good way, not in like a coffee kind of way, because obviously at that stage I didn't know what coffee was, but now looking back, it just felt like it was doing something good for me. And so I've pretty much been drinking noni every day since I was 13. And that's why it's the key ingredient across my whole range, because not only that, I would also apply it to my skin if I had sunburn or if I had a pimple, she'll be like, here love, put a little noni on it. I'll put the noni on and it was super soothing. From a scientific point of view, it actually has over 100 vitamins and minerals and
Starting point is 00:12:52 it's a superfruit, superfood. And I was like, I think one of the first two ever use it in skincare. And what it does, they've seen in experiments that it normalizes the cells. So if you have, if you look under a microscope at a bunch of cells, if there's some abnormal ones, then you drink only juice for a month and you go back and look at your cells again, it normalizes the cells so that they're like the proper shape that they should be. So I need to drink it and put it on my skin after I sleep in tide at a hotel. Yeah, maybe just, yeah, the hotel sheets thing is really something that bugs me as well. I mean, honestly.
Starting point is 00:13:27 It's itchy. I bring my pillow, like, at a minimum, but I haven't gone as far as, like, changing the sheets when I get into the room. I'm trying to bring like a barefoot dreams blanket that I washed it my house. house and just like wrap myself in it. But I know that sounds crazy. People are rolling their eyes at me, but it really is a problem. No, I understand because really it can be such an allergen.
Starting point is 00:13:50 Can you remember the first epiphany of when someone maybe came up to your parents or recognized you as being a talent? Like were you very young? Were you a baby? Like, when was the first moment? What do you mean by a talent? Like someone coming up to your mom in the supermarket and saying your daughter is stunning, she needs to be on television. Or did it not happen that way?
Starting point is 00:14:15 Was it something maybe you pursued? I grew up in a little country town, so people weren't really like about that. It wasn't really about how you looked. So I didn't really think that I was anything different. I just felt like when my friend entered herself and myself into this modeling competition when I was 13, and I ended up winning, I was like, wow, this is crazy. Meanwhile, I'd never even really, I don't think I'd bought, maybe, I hadn't really bought a magazine
Starting point is 00:14:44 because like we didn't really have that much money. I grew up with a family that just like, we survived basically on like the minimum. My dad was a builder, my mom was an accountant, but my grandma had this generosity of spirit. So she would always be like, yes, the door is always open. Come on in love. Yes, we can, everyone,
Starting point is 00:15:05 come in and have some cake and a cup of tea. Even though we didn't have much, she was like, she would make something out of nothing. Like she just had this, an abundant heart, I guess, where she, there was never like, no, you can't invite a friend over or no, you can't have that person. Like, it was always, come on in and welcome. And so anyway, what was the question again? Just like when you knew that you were going to take the next step to be in the spotlight. So, so yeah, when I won this competition, I remember. thinking, wow, this is kind of crazy. And I went on my first photo shoot and there were all these racks of clothing and my mom was with me. And I remember everyone saying like, oh,
Starting point is 00:15:48 she's so beautiful, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, are they just saying that to try and make me feel good? Like to get a good photo or something? Like, I really didn't believe it. Like, I was like, okay, that's weird. Then I remember thinking as well like, oh, can I choose my own outfit? And the stylist was like, no. Because I had no idea that there was a stylist and they picked your outfit. I was so naive. I was like, well, can I, can I wear that? I thought that the model got to choose her an outfit. And they were like, no, you're wearing this. And it was like this brown top. And I was like, oh, never worn brown before. You're like, no thanks. I was like, no. And actually, it looked really good in the photo. It made my eyes pop the brown. So, you know, they knew what they were doing. I
Starting point is 00:16:29 clearly didn't. It worked out. What you have gone through at all, I feel like, and what I think you've done so well is you've built an empire and a brand and a business out of what you've done. Not everyone is so lucky. When you look back at the modeling industries, there are things that you experience that you're like, oh my God, I can't believe that I went through that? Or did you have a great happy experience? Because I've heard both sides. Yeah. I mean, I think because I started, I didn't move to New York until I was like 21. Okay, so it wasn't like you were 16. So I wasn't young.
Starting point is 00:17:03 So I made sure my mom was like, when I won the modeling competition, she said the day this changes you or if this ever goes to your head, this will all stop. Like you, all that matters is that you let your light shine and your heart shine. And if you think ever that you're better than anybody else like that. And I was like, Mom, of course I don't think that. And she's like, okay, well, I'm just saying. like I've seen things happen, you know, and heard things could happen, especially when you're young and impressionable. And I just want you to stay who you are, like humble and kind. And all that matters is that you are a good person.
Starting point is 00:17:40 And this is just like an added bonus. Like if you get to travel and you get to work with creative people and you get to save a bit of money, you know. So I always looked at modeling like that, kind of like a means to an end. And my first trip was to Japan. and that was after I graduated. So I made sure whenever I did any modeling jobs, it was only really in school holidays. So I wasn't really modeling like that many jobs as a young girl.
Starting point is 00:18:07 And then so Japan, that was an experience because it was a whole, I was 18. I celebrated my 18th birthday in Japan. Okay. And an experience because the culture is so different, but I was so fascinated by the different traditions. Like when you walk into the route, went into your home. If it's your home, your shoes can face inwards, but if it's not your home,
Starting point is 00:18:28 they have to face outwards. And I love those little traditions. And my mom would always make us take our shoes off at home. So that was something that I kind of liked a lot, like taking your shoes off when you get in. And I love the food and I love the kind of kindness in Japan and the respectfulness that they show each other. But I was sharing a model apartment and there were I'm just trying to think there were two bedrooms and like five girls in one bathroom. So it was a lot. It was an experience. You'd never be able to make it learn.
Starting point is 00:19:05 There's no way. That's tough. That's a lot of energy. It was a lot of energy. And also. And it was like who's getting the jobs. Yes. And then to look like you look, it's, I mean, it's probably, it was probably stressful, I can imagine.
Starting point is 00:19:18 I mean, it was a different experience. And back then, you had to get a calling card to call home. Oh, my gosh. So I'd have to go to the mart and buy a calling card. So then I'd scratch off the numbers on the, you know, the thing on the back so you could see the numbers. And then I'd call my mom be like, hi, mom. I don't think people realize how intense and stressful the modeling world is. It is so much work to stand there all day long and take pictures and pose.
Starting point is 00:19:49 And you have to be, you're sucking in and the pressure. I mean, it's a lot. And you're exerting a lot of energy. And everyone's judging it. every single angle and every single speck. And a lot of men. A lot of men, I just, I've finished a lot of models, like autobiographies, and they all say, like, it's just so much pressure.
Starting point is 00:20:03 I think that it's so probably cool for you now in such a moment to have your own business and it be on your own terms. Yeah. And also because there's a big, there's quite a preconceived ideas around models, like, maybe they're not as smart, you know, and I was always said to my dad, like, I don't even want to be modeling, like, why am I doing this? and I was like, I really have this desire to make a difference to people's lives and help people. So my passion actually was always a nutrition and that kind of started when my mom was sick.
Starting point is 00:20:33 That's what sparked that passion. And then over the years, I've completed different courses and I'm a certified health coach. And so I would say to my dad, like, why am I doing this? And I want to make a difference to people's life. And he's like, Miranda, every day you can make a difference to people's life by talking with them and just being who you are. Like whoever you speak to, whether it be the models and makeup artists, like, and then I ended up when, after Victoria's Secret, and obviously getting a voice with that name, you know,
Starting point is 00:21:01 with that voice you get the name and then you were able to actually have a positive impact on people. And I've written a couple of books for young girls, like treasure yourself and empower yourself. To have that recognized by the Australian government and like have that in the curriculum at school was like something that made me feel really good. So I was like, okay. So my dad was right in a way that I'm. I eventually was able to get back. And now with Cora, I really help people in a healthy way get the results that they need because I think people shouldn't have to compromise their health to get results.
Starting point is 00:21:31 I think that it's so cool that you took Victoria's Secret. And yes, Victoria Secrets like Astronaut Syndrome. It's so amazing. Like you're at the top of the world. But then you took it as a foundation and you did like a jump board off of it and created your own brand. So when did you decide to create your own brand and why? So in 2006, I was talking to a friend of mine and I had said to her, I'm still looking for certified
Starting point is 00:21:54 organic skincare. Like we eat certified organic food. We are really conscious about, you know, all of the cleaning products at home. We've cleaned up a lot of our products, but I'm not able to find something that's actually certified organic and gives me the results that I need for my skin. And she said, well, why don't you speak to a friend of mine? And she made certified organic aromatherapy, essential oils. And her name was Judith White. And I spoke to her. her and then she put me in touch with her chemists that were making her certified organic essential oils and that's how it all started and I said to them do you think it's possible to create products that are super powerful and certified organic and I was like why haven't why haven't people done it and they
Starting point is 00:22:36 were like well it's very expensive your costs of goods are you know it's going to be high you know it's going to be a lot of time and energy and effort and I was like okay well let's just try some samples We made some samples and my mom actually had rosacea around her nose and she was on a steroid cream and she was kind of very embarrassed about it because her whole life she hadn't really worn makeup. She's got like naturally nice skin. And I gave her the nonny glow face oil and within a week, this is the sample. And within a week she called me back and goes, I'm off my steroid cream. This is amazing.
Starting point is 00:23:09 This is back when we were sampling and I was like, okay, we're onto something good here. And from day one, I really just wanted these products selfishly for myself and my family. And then I thought, well, why not have them available for everyone? So that's when I launched in Australia 2009. And then I didn't end up launching internationally until 2017 because the company is still mine. So I have to, every time I launch into another country, I have to invest all the funds. And the reason I've done that. That's unique.
Starting point is 00:23:40 Yeah. So it's 95% mine. I have a 5% investor from day one. That is unique. I would love for you to talk more about that because a lot of celebrities that we have on here, you know, they only... They have other people's money behind them, and that's a different level of pressure
Starting point is 00:23:55 because then you don't actually get to do what you want to do. That's very business-minded of you, though. So have you always been business-minded, or is that something that you've learned? It's very entrepreneurial. My mom, both my mom and dad had their own company, so they had a restaurant, and then my dad had his building, So my mom is an accountant by trade until she was always like, be careful with your money, save your money. So I just would always save, save, save, save, especially because I thought it was a short-lived job.
Starting point is 00:24:21 So I was like, oh, I better save every penny I can. And then I was able to invest it and create this company. I still to this day haven't taken a cent out of the company. I've just put it all back in to employ and like really great people to help bring this dream to live on an international scale because now we're in 30 countries. Yeah. So, and then every time along the way, they're like, so many people like, I want to invest, I want to buy them. And I'm like, no, I don't want to dilute anything about this brand. I don't want someone coming in saying, well, you have to lower this potency here and put a little bit of that there. And I don't want to compromise the products because then I won't use them. And if I'm not going to use them, right? Why do I want to sell them or have anyone else use them? I feel the same way when you compromise the integrity, I feel like the audience can see it. This show is sponsored by BetterHelp. Let's talk about Better Help, guys. If anything, Lauren and I love efficiency.
Starting point is 00:25:23 We love convenience. And we love to be able to get to the root of any issue that's in our lives. If you've been listening to this show for a while, you've heard all of these different high performers come on the show and talk about the benefit of talking to somebody, the benefit of therapy. But in addition to that, it is a pain in the ass to go to a doctor's office, get in your car, drive across town, figure out who's going to talk to, then bear it all sitting in a waiting room, which is why I love BetterHelp so much. BetterHelp is basically online therapy that you can do

So the car can detect a pedestrian and it has a safety feature that really just helps my anxiety when I'm backing out. I really, really like the pre-collision system. I feel like it's a must in a car for me, especially. Anyway, just like the RX, its drivers are people who don't rest on their laurels like you guys and are always striving to up their game. Because I know the brand changed obviously a lot since you were there. And there's like some of the team, but they're saying the audience, but I know the girls on the team want to know. When you were, was that something you were aspiring to be a part of? Or was it like something that just happens organically?
Starting point is 00:29:01 And when it happens, like, do you look back on it now and say, okay, like, are you, like, is it a proud moment? Or is like, oh, like, or not? Because another brand has changed so much and there's, you know. Well, when I was 16, I went on a student exchange program to Virginia. I had a woman named Megan and I actually So she came to Australia and stayed in the little country town And then I went to Virginia and stayed in this little town called Tazwell
Starting point is 00:29:26 And when I was there We kind of traveled around a little bit Because they wanted to give me the experience of what America was like And they took me to a Victoria Secret store And I remember looking around going Wow, this is like something I've never seen before This is like a wonderland for girls I remember going to that store at that age too, I think
Starting point is 00:29:46 I was looking around back then. I was like, wow, I haven't seen this before. I was like, this is amazing. Look at all these different, like, you get these different underwear. It's like cute and sexy and fun and flirty. And to me, there was like such an innocence about it and a purity, even though it was still sexy. And I honestly had a wonderful experience. Well, because the reason I ask, I don't even know if this is a delicate conversation. conversation or not, but I just see people got so sensitive around this topic of Victoria's secret. And to me, I never really got the whole Haswell about it. I was like, okay, like,
Starting point is 00:30:25 this is something that I imagine a lot of people aspire to and like. And I mean, I think it's a the brand. The brand was iconic. Huge deal. Like to be, I actually watched you walk down the runway. Can I just say like, did they fuck up that brand? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what it is now, but I don't know. Once Miranda was off, the brand has never been the same. That's actually true. Maybe I'm speaking in really because I don't know what to say, but I just, you don't see much about it anymore. Yeah, you do not see much about it. The Victoria's Secret fashion show's gone. There's no more fashion show. The internet's going to yell at me for it. And I don't even really know what I'm talking. I'm just wondering what happened because it was something that was so prominent.
Starting point is 00:30:56 Is that what happened? Why would you do that to them? I mean, you did leave. You went and you created your own business and it's like booming. I mean, I think that it's very easy when you hit Victoria's secret to sit back and eat bonbons and be like, I made it. But to go and to create your own business and your kids and like your YouTube like everything is is everybody get do all the angels get along is this like is everybody a happy family or is this is yeah it is yeah yeah I mean we they're all really nice girls and work really hard and like all the girls I worked with like Alessandra Lily Lillie Aldridge is one of my best friends that's cool it was honestly like some of the most fun like trips we would go on the
Starting point is 00:31:40 swim trips with all the girls and yeah it was fun Has your diet and workout routine? Everyone wants to know your diet and workout routine. Like I have to ask, everyone wants to know. Changed since you were a model to now. Yes. How so? Well, now I'm 39. Right.
Starting point is 00:31:57 And I've had three kids. So I have to work harder. Before I was like in my 20s. Okay, you got to give me the tips though because I have a three month old and I need so many tips right now. You look amazing. I still have a long way to go. Any tips that you have, please. Yes.
Starting point is 00:32:11 So basically I wake up in the morning. I have 32 ounces of. of room temperature water, one lemon squeezed in, that flushes everything out from the night of you sleeping, or maybe lack of sleep because you have a newborn. Then I have 32 ounces of cold pressed celery juice. And the celery is really alkalizing for your system. It helps me with energy levels. It's helped with digestion.
Starting point is 00:32:36 I really love it. After that, I have this medical medium smoothie, heavy metal detox smoothie. and that's really good and actually the whole family has that and what is in it blueberries banana barley grass spirulina
Starting point is 00:32:53 fresh orange juice and why do you say heavy metals detox this stuff pulls out and it has dulse seaweed which and cilantro so it pulls out any heavy metals and we're all exposed to heavy metals every day and it just helps detox the body
Starting point is 00:33:07 so that's great and then I'll have my coffee I go in and out of a love-hate relationship with coffee because I love it. I love the way it tastes, but I don't necessarily love the way it makes me feel. Like I feel like I'll get energized and then I'll be like crash.
Starting point is 00:33:23 Do you like mantra? Macha? Yeah. No. I don't really like the flavor, to be honest. Okay, I know I like sickly. Well, you get the wrong macheteer tastes like turpentine. Okay, so I need to do the heavy metal detox.
Starting point is 00:33:33 Then what's next? Okay, so what I've really enjoyed doing as well is like moving my body pretty much six days a week. I can handle that. Yeah. And at a minimum an hour walk, so you do a walk with the family or you do a walk on the treadmill.
Starting point is 00:33:50 One little secret indulgence I've been doing is walking on the treadmill and watching a show because I never have time to watch anything. I know. With kiss. No, you can't watch five seconds.
Starting point is 00:34:00 Isn't that all these people that don't have kids, they ask me, like you caught up on all these seasons? I can't really... No, no idea. I can't even go to the bathroom. Yeah, I know.
Starting point is 00:34:07 I can't get through half an episode of anything anymore. So either when they're at school or when they're napping, go on the treadmill and just watch a little something just to like make it easier the time go by faster. Are you doing like 6.0 or are you on like 3.0? Yeah, like 6. So you're walking fast and at an incline for an hour. Okay.
Starting point is 00:34:26 That really helps. I got to up it. And then I've been mixing it up between, I've been always a big lover of Kundalini Yoga, but I mix it up with Tracy Anderson. I go into her studios and sweat it out. Like it's amazing. and Megan Rube's Golf Society, if I need like a quickie. You know?
Starting point is 00:34:44 Yeah. She's great. She's been on here. Yeah. She has a great personality too. Yeah. She's great. So after you do your workout, what are you eating?
Starting point is 00:34:51 Then I'll go into my lunch. So today, what did I have? I had like this sweet potato hash with a boiled egg on top. That sounds good. Yeah. And then after that, I had, so that was kind of like brunchish. Okay. Then I had, right before I came here,
Starting point is 00:35:10 It's just like cauliflower, like cauliflower rice, but it's just cauliflower with green beans on top and a little bit of onion. Are you vegan? No, but I have been vegan in the past, but now I need like a little meat. I shouldn't have asked if you're vegan because you ate an egg, but I guess I should ask you vegetarian. No. I eat a little meat. I eat a little, especially I like fish and I will eat red meat, especially around that time of the month. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:37 I feel like I need it. I'm an A-blood type. which apparently you don't need necessarily as much red meat, but I feel like I just follow my intuition and I feel like I need it. After your cauliflower and green beans, what will you eat? Tonight? Yeah. I'll normally eat like an early dinner with the kids,
Starting point is 00:35:55 and I'll have like a soup, like a kind of like, like lighter in the evening, like a soup and sometimes like grilled fish. And cocktails? I do love my favorite cocktail is tequila, like one shot of tequila with. coconut water. Oh, that's a good tip. No one said that one. It's amazing. That was like, it's just the best cleanest drink. Electrolites? Yeah. That's smart. Yeah. We get balances it out. Can I ask you a personal question? I'm going to anyways. Yeah. So, imagine it feels like, no. Well, listen, I was asked. So the way you grew up sounds like very
Starting point is 00:36:32 humble beginnings, right? And you have very grounded in small town and all these things. And now with, I mean, you and your husband have built an empire and you think about raising kids, now in this new world with what you guys have built compared to what you have. And I asked this because I asked a lot of our successful friends about this. It's like, you know, you want to raise well-grounded. Humboldt children. Yeah. And like with the success you've both had, how do you think about that now?
Starting point is 00:36:55 Oh my goodness. We talk about this all the time and we talk to other parents about it. And one- You don't want to raise a shithead, right? Like I don't want to be like- You don't want to raise a spoiled little brat. And that's why like it's interesting for me not growing up with much. I would often go to the toy store and be like, oh, let's get you a little treat or a little something.
Starting point is 00:37:14 But I've realized the best thing is to only allow gifts for Christmas or birthdays. Really? I'm making mistakes with that. Yeah. Well, I heard you can do, and tell me if you disagree because you have, we only have two and one of them, the oldest is almost three. I heard you can like kind of spoil until they're like three, but then you've got to taper it back. Well, between zero and three, that's when they're actually like a lot of their brain.
Starting point is 00:37:37 And that's when a lot of their brain is formed and their emotional connection. So when they say you can't spoil them enough, they mean like with love. I took it as that. So you can like give them so much love and you and so many cuddles and everything. And then when they get past three, there can be a little more boundaries with that. And then when it comes to toys and whatnot, I really have like, I've said, listen, we can get as many books as you want. We can go to the bookstore. We can get lots of books so you can.
Starting point is 00:38:07 learn and read. My dad also had that rule for me. And you can, and I've cultivated that. And my 11 year old loves reading because of it and he loves writing. And then I've said, listen, as far as toys go, if you have something that you want, we can talk about it. I'll put it on the list for Santa or we'll put it on the list for your birthday. So I literally throughout the year, he'll be like, oh, I saw this thing or my friend had
Starting point is 00:38:30 this. Can I get that? And I'll say, yeah, let's put it on the list for Christmas. I'll put it on the list for Santa or I'll put it on the list for your birthday. Am I fucked? Here's what I did. This is horrible. I don't know what it's going to happen to me.
Starting point is 00:38:43 The first day of school I got her a present for going to school. And then the second day of school, I was like, okay, I'll get you a coloring book a present. Now every time she comes home from school, she associates it. Where the hell's the present? With the present. So we walk in the door, she says, where's the present? Oh, no. What do I do?
Starting point is 00:38:58 You can say, honey, I've realized that that was just a special occasion, your first day of school. but we're going to school every day now. So if you want to get a book, you can get as many books as you want. We can go to the bookstore after school, but presents are really best for Christmas and birthdays. So if there's something that you want, we can write it down. I'm going to film that and send you her reaction.
Starting point is 00:39:22 Yeah, please do. She's going to look at me like. Yeah, she'd be like, what are you talking about? What are you talking about? Are there anything that you can give the audience for tips for feeding your children? Like the most healthy? They really go through stages. Every age is different.
Starting point is 00:39:38 Like my children, they were both breastfed. Well, the three of them were breastfed. And then when I eventually introduced foods, they were really eating well with like sweet potato mashed with avocado. Or I'd do like banana and coconut milk and like some avocado like mashed all that up and blend it. You know all the, and you'd get them all their veggies or then you do like berries and like berries and like berries and like. like delicious blueberries and strawberries and all of that, and then they would eat it. Now, at almost three and four and eleven, they all have different eating preferences. Like my three-year-old is pretty much like a fruitarian.
Starting point is 00:40:19 Like, he just wants to eat fruit all day long. And at the moment, like, he doesn't really like meat that much. He's more like into fruits and vegetables. So I'm like trying to go with it, but then making sure that he's getting his protein. That's why I give them that smoothie because it has. the spirulina and it has the barley grass in there with the protein and they like it and they love it okay I'm going to make the smoothie the smoothie is really a winner because you've got loaded all if they you know they have all their vitamins and minerals in there it's like a multivitamin
Starting point is 00:40:48 smoothie jam packed and then what else I mean the four-year-old he loves salmon and he loves chicken and he loves his avocado the 11 year old is on some health kick right now he used to eat almost anything and everything. And now he's like, I'll just have a quinoa salad with chicken. I'm like, what? What happened? It sounds like they're in middle school. Like good food, though.
Starting point is 00:41:12 They are. Oh, and then what I do for breakfast, instead of like giving them boring oatmeal, what I do is I make oatmeal. I put in the vitamins oatmeal, oat milk, banana, and a little maple syrup. And I blend that up. And I make pancakes out of that. And you put maple syrup on it, and they love it. They think they're having pancakes every morning.
Starting point is 00:41:34 That is a good tip. Yeah. I'm going to do that for Zaza. I feel like she'll eat that. She'll eat that. See, oh, do you want Mommy to make your pancakes? Yeah, I got to be more manipulative, I think. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:44 And then I also make spinach pancakes too. And throw spinach in there. Yeah, but not for breakfast. That's in the afternoon. Like in the... That's a good one too. With everything you guys have going on, how do you find time to like kind of fit it all in and balance the kids and businesses?
Starting point is 00:41:57 It's a lot. It's like time. That's all I really, really need. it's time because and I always want to give my full because my mom always said to me and it is rings in my head all the time like if you're going to do something give it your 100% so like no matter what you do so whether I'm like changing a diaper or whether I'm doing the P&L or the cash flow or the or they're creating a new product I'm like I'm not going to do this unless I can give it my 100% or more same with when I'm cooking I'm like just put all of my love into it and so what happens
Starting point is 00:42:30 to me, I personally feel pulled in many directions with my three children and my husband, and I'm wanting to give them all my all and my whole heart. And, you know, one thing I did realize, and like I tell myself, is that my parents worked throughout my whole childhood. And that actually taught me the importance of work ethic. I wouldn't have the work ethic I have if they weren't the parents that they were. Luckily, I had my grandma who was very nurturing and very loving and she taught me how to cook. She taught me how to like raise kids basically.
Starting point is 00:43:06 And when I was 10 years old, my aunts and uncles, because we all kind of live together in the same little country town, they would be like, here, watch the baby. And my cousin who now lives here with me, she's 10 years younger, we just celebrated her 30th birthday. I was changing her diapers when I was 10. And now it's payback. She gets to change my kids. That's amazing. I'm going to use that for my sister too. That's a good one. Yeah. We talk about a lot of different supplements. We talk about a lot of different products. We have a lot of different partners on this show. All of them that we love. But if I was going to recommend only one supplement, listen closely, only one. If you could only choose one out of everything we talk about, and that is athletic greens. Athletic Greens is the most complete formulation of a product when it comes to supplementation that we take. It's got everything from a pre-reveillance. It's got everything from a pre-reliance. to a probiotic, to a probiotic, to adaptogens, to minerals, to vitamins, it's got your greens.
Starting point is 00:44:07 It's got everything in one punch. I am somebody, and I know there's many of you out there that really struggles to get all of the vegetables in. I find the task tedious and annoying. If you know me, I don't like sitting there like a brontosaurus chewing a bunch of lettuce all day long. I just feel like it's very annoying and I don't like it. People loved her episode.
Starting point is 00:47:16 She talked all about skin, gut health, hair growth, sleep support, energy, libido boost. And she has a company called JS Health Vitamins. Now, after talking to her and talking to her off air, I realized with my postpartum experience that I needed to check out the thyroid formula. It's like thyroid plus. And I have an issue with my thyroid that happened after Zaza, so I want all the thyroid support that I can get. And this JS Health supplement, and I asked her off air about it, includes iodine and selenium. And this is going to help support a healthy thyroid. I feel like just supporting
Starting point is 00:47:52 your thyroid in general, though, is important because a lot of people are having thyroid problems. Right now, I'm hearing it from everyone. This also gives you energy. With the thyroid condition that I have, I sometimes feel low energy. So that's important. Her thyroid. Plus, in my opinion, is something to check out, especially if you're struggling with any thyroid problems. She also has this other product, and I, like, looked at her whole site, and I really picked what I like, and I got to try it, and that is the Vitality X plus collagen blend. This is, like, a beauty powder, okay? So I just put a scoop in water, and then I froth it with a frother, and it tastes delicious. This is such an easy one to add to your routine, and it's all about
Starting point is 00:48:33 supporting the gut, the hair, the skin, the nails. All her products are gluten-free. They're GMO-free. They're made with ingredients that you can trust. Starting point is 00:49:15 check out that episode with Jessica. Beauty tips. Everyone wants to know your beauty tips. What are things that you do every single day? Because to me, you do not look 39. So what are the things that we can do at home that are going to keep the skin useful? It doesn't look like you go in the sound a lot. No, but I do like a little vitamin D. Okay. I actually like when I wake up in the morning, I like to go and put my hands out into the sun, get a little sunshine in the palms of my hand and like do this little meditation just for like a couple of minutes where I feel the energy of the sun like energizing my whole body. It's like a weird thing that I do. It's like a hole sunning for your hands. I love that. Yeah. I, I'm very into all of that. I've been, my three month old has
Starting point is 00:50:07 Then sunning his butt hole, I take him to the pool and just sun it. Yeah, it's nice. Just a little. Just a little. Just a little on the testicles. A little minute. Yeah, just a little minute. Don't burn myself to testicles, please. No, sorry. Not too long. Not too long. It's just like literally like a little minute. Okay, so you do your meditation. Yeah, with the sun. But also, like, I really believe that consistency is key. So when you're consistent with your skincare routine, morning and night, so no matter what, no matter how tired I am or how late I'm going to bed, I always have a shower and clean off my makeup and do my whole. routine and my husband's like, can you just get into bed? And I'm like, honey, just got to do my
Starting point is 00:50:42 couple more steps. Yeah, you like are like looking great. Like he should be like just do what you're doing, honey. He's he's very grateful. Have you manipulated him into a skincare routine? Oh, I didn't even need to manipulate him. Oh. So when I met him, when we met like, I guess almost nine years ago now, his skin was very dry. And he wasn't, he wasn't able to find like anything to really help it. but he has like naturally dry skin. And so I gave him the noni-glow face oil. And then when we were dating, I created the chimerick scrub. So the combination of the chimerick scrub and the noni-glow face oil,
Starting point is 00:51:20 and now the chimerick moisturizer are his all-time favorite products. Like those three products, you can't take away from him. Like I literally tried to at one point. I was like, we were traveling from, he was coming back to L.A. And I was going to Europe and we were, I think we're in the Bahamas or something. And I said, oh, I forgot my products. can I take yours? He's like, no. I'm like, but you're going back to L.A. He's like, well, you're going to London to launch your skincare. So you can get some more there. I was like, whoa, buddy,
Starting point is 00:51:47 okay. He loves them. And they really transformed his skin. Yeah, but she talks about him. Like, if you would have just said, hey, Michael looked a little dry. You were like, oh my God, this guy was a disaster when I met. I had to change his whole face. No, it was a lot of work. Look at his glow right now, though. He has colostrum on his face. I'm going to get you some nony glow. Well, listen, I get a talk to a lot of people. And you need the scrub. So he used the scrub in the shower. every morning. Okay. And guess what? It has the peppermint aromatherapy in there. Send me a separate box. I'll get my people in touch with your people. She'll steal
Starting point is 00:52:12 all my stuff. Uplifting, energizing experience. Oh my God. He's so extravagant. He's going to be smelling like peppermint oil. She just throws me the scraps of all the stuff that she doesn't want. So like, I'm going to have to, we'll send you a box specifically. Yeah, specifically. You guys love and stop. The ego
Starting point is 00:52:28 is going to be out of control. Tell Evan, I want to hand it. Wait, how did you guys meet? When we were 12. Oh, my God. 12? Yeah. Literally. Wow. That's great. And she just like would not stop knocking on my door. And I was like, can you slow down? Is that when you started the skincare routine when he was 12? We started the skincare routine when he was 21, but it was a slow trickle.
Starting point is 00:52:47 No, I would say honestly, like it started when I was like 28, 30. It's gotten better. No, it's gotten way better. I started with a little moisturizer. I was living hard and riding fast and I needed a lot of help. Here's the way to do it. You say, you guys, you say, do you want me to massage you with a little nony oil? Yes.
Starting point is 00:53:02 They love a massage. You start with the scalp. Yes. And then you just go to the face. And then you're like, oh, look how good your skin looks. Oh, my God, your skin looks so good. Well, the biggest, I mean, I didn't grow up, like we talked about this earlier. I didn't grow up with anyone that put an emphasis on any, like, I never knew about the skincare.
Starting point is 00:53:18 And I don't think a lot of men get it. And then I talk to people like yourself and different doctors on the show and they're like, explain how the skin's like one of the largest organs. It is. And what you put on it, soaks in. Yeah, so now I think about it the same way I think about any kind of health or fitness activity. Well, do you know a fact? Maybe. A certified organic ingredient has up to 60% more antioxidants.
Starting point is 00:53:36 than a non-certified organic ingredient. It's your colostrum certified. I don't know, Lorne, you gave it to me. I hope so. It's not my colostrum, by the way. I was wondering if it was. No, I mean, I, close your eyes. We'll go get some with that later.
Starting point is 00:53:50 Have some in your coffee. Yeah, exactly. It's good for you. It is. It has some in your bathtub. Yeah. If our audience was to start, because I don't like to overwhelm everyone
Starting point is 00:54:00 because so many different experts come on here with one product that you think is your best product. Yeah. What would that be? The turmeric scrub. The turmeric scrub. Yeah, it's like a tumoric.
Starting point is 00:54:09 It's a face scrub. It's the two in one. And you use it? Oh, every day. And my husband use it every day. Okay, can you use it in the morning and night? Because I know sometimes with the scrub. You can use it in the morning all the night.
Starting point is 00:54:19 Okay. My husband used it every morning because he just loves to like sloth away the dead skin cells and start his day like that. He does the chimeric moisturizer, then the face oil. Me, I use it like every other morning because you can decide if you want to go aggressive with it. It's almost like a microderm abrasion scrub. There's no other product I've like tried on the market that's like this doesn't matter clean, not clean, whatever.
Starting point is 00:54:40 There's no other product like it. So it has the rose hip seeds. It has the papaya enzymes. It has the aspen bark to give you different layers of exfoliation. And then if you want, once a week, you can leave it on as a deeply purifying detoxifying mask. And then it like really minimizes your paws and like pulls out the impurities. You do that maybe when you're in the bath.
Starting point is 00:55:01 I don't do that as often I love to use it as a resurfacing scrub. like I should use it every other day, but I actually use it every day. I feel like you could take that down to the boobs too. Well, we actually came out with a body product because this dermatologist in Australia was DMing me saying that he was subscribing the chumaric face scrub for people for that pimples on the back of their arm that they get. Like psoriasis or edema. Ketosis.
Starting point is 00:55:27 Oh, I know what you're. It's called something. Yeah, I know what you're talking about. Yeah. Oh, Kim Kardashian has it, right? Pimpuls on the. back of your arm. Maybe not pimples on the back of your arm. Maybe it's a rash. So, psoriasis? Don't say that back, Kimler. Her people are going to come out?
Starting point is 00:55:39 No, no, she talks about it. She says she needs, you sent, you need to send her. I don't want to hear from her people. Yeah, the non-new face or the body all would be great for that. Yes. But for the pimples on the back of your arm, that's the chumric. And that's why I created a body scrub version of it, which we just launched. So we launched body that was inspired by our best selling skincare. So we launched a body wash that was inspired by our milky mushroom cleanser with the cauliflower mushroom. We launched a body cream, which actually you can use on your whole family, your children as well. And the body cream was inspired by active algae moisturizer, so it has algae in there.
Starting point is 00:56:13 And then the scrub, which is inspired by a turmeric face scrub because it's an award winner. It just won a Lua Best of Beauty Award. So all organic products. They're all certified organic. What are Miranda's benchmarks when it comes to creating your products? Like what are things that you're like, I'm not putting this in there? I don't care. It's not really about that because when we're certified organic, like,
Starting point is 00:56:34 We're not allowed to put in, like, pretty much, like, we can't. They tell me, I'll say, listen, I want to create a product with turmeric because I love the internal and external benefits of turmeric. I eat turmeric. I put it on my skin. It's same with Noni. I have Noni internally and externally and externally. Same with this, our vitamin C serum. We're the first certified organic vitamin C serum in the world. And we have cacadoo plum in there, which is what you can have internally and externally on your skin. So I'll say to them, this is my idea, this is my concept. They're the ones. ones that come up with the science behind it as to what we can and can't use. And they have the whole list from Ecoserk Cosmos, which is our world certification body. And it's a great site, you guys, if you want to check products. Yeah. And then on top of that, all of the words that I write on the back of the products have to be approved by them, everything. So it's very transparent. And that's why I, when I was looking for products that were organic, I wanted certified organic. because that way it's not just me who's telling you that it's organic, you have that certification from an outside verification,
Starting point is 00:57:37 an outside body that is looking at everything and making sure that, and they're so strict with their rules, like even with our packaging, we're limited to what we can and can't use with packaging. I was the first, I think, to create these refill pods. So you buy the glass jar once and the refill pods thereafter. Because I wanted the luxurious experience, So I wanted this beautiful glass jar. And the top of the jar is symbolic of like the crystals,
Starting point is 00:58:05 because all of our products are filtered through and touch upon crystals, because that was a tool in my life that really helped me. So I wanted to infuse them with that energy. Just as an added kind of 360 experience for your mind, body and skin. And yeah, and then all the products have affirmations on the back of them, like a positive word like forgiveness or peace or bliss or love or, yeah, just words to up. uplift the user experience and then all the products have their own aromatherapy profile with the
Starting point is 00:58:34 essential oils for their skin benefits and the spirit benefits. What's cool about your brand is it sounds like you created your brand like for you and the girl. Yeah, but that's what sells. It's like when I wasn't able to find that. Right. I mean, I think that's why it's so successful. Before you go, you have to tell our audience. This is one of the number one questions.
Starting point is 00:58:56 what your morning and nighttime routine tools are. For instance, like, are you using red light? Are you reading off a Kindle? Like, what are your little tips and tricks? Well, there are so many. So I love a sauna. You can get a sauna blanket or you can have a sauna, you know, infrared sauna at home.
Starting point is 00:59:15 I do, or you can go somewhere and do a sauna like maybe three times a week. I think the detoxing the body, especially in this day and age, is really important. So sweating out the toxins for me and then a cold shower. I love like cold shower therapy. We are on the same way. Do you guys have a cold plunge yet? No, but I really want one.
Starting point is 00:59:34 I'm going to put you in touch with some people because it's a game changer. That's what I want. That's what I actually wanted to buy. I put it next to the cold and the sauna. I have the one that you need. It's by Blue. Blue Forge. What is it, Michael?
Starting point is 00:59:48 I'm going to connect you with people. This has like a wood outdoor sauna that's like so your vibe because everything that you've said today about your products, I feel like this is so in line. But the best thing that they... Oh yeah, this is amazing. The best thing about that one is the water moves like you're in a running river. So it's not like stagnant energy. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:07 Do you know what I mean? Yeah, I love the energy moving. Yeah. And it makes it more challenging because when you're sitting there, you develop a warm barrier around your skin. So when you have the water moving, it's like, you go to like really... And it's so beautiful. It's grounding.
Starting point is 01:00:17 It's wood. And you breathe out. So you just like, we do that with the cold and the sun and you go back and forth. Okay. I love how you're into hot, cold therapy. So you do that. You do that before bed or you do that in the morning or what do you do? I like it in the morning.
Starting point is 01:00:29 So after I drop the kids off at school, this is my new routine. But now that they're all at school, I get to have a little moment to myself. Wow, that's nice. Look at that like. Yeah. It's only just started. So it's been two weeks. So I get to go and use the sauna for 15 minutes and then I'll do a cold shower.
Starting point is 01:00:44 And then I get to do a little meditation and a little yoga outside. But this is, I've already woken up and done my other morning routine, which is online class. either from like when the kids are still asleep because my husband wakes me up at 5 a.m. So I have between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. when the kids wake up, ideally, they wake up at 7. And I have this little, so this is what you'll have to get. So it's called a sleeper hero. I have it for my son and my 11 year old had it as well. The light goes green when they're allowed to get out of bed. Everybody swears by this thing. Does this really work? It does. I'm like, don't come into mum until the light's green because otherwise how they know.
Starting point is 01:01:21 When can you teach them this lesson? I'm like, it's like 11 a. I'm just kidding. Okay, so is... I've tried that, doesn't work. A sleeper hero, so it tells them when they can leave the room. Yeah, like when the light goes green. And what online classes are you taking at 5 a.m.? Either Tracy Anderson or Megan Ripp, depending... You're doing the workout at 5 a minute.
Starting point is 01:01:37 I'm doing the workout before the kids wake up. So the workout's done, and that way I'm feeling energized, at a minimum, that's done. If I have the opportunity and the schedule's not crazy, then after I drop the kids off at school, I'll come back to the 15-minute sauna, the cold shower. If I do that three times a week, that's great. And what about night? At night? Oh, I loved, like, after the kids go to bed, I love dimming the lights, putting, like, a non-toxic candle on. I also have the Himalayan salt lamps that I put on. Once a week, I'll like to take a bath,
Starting point is 01:02:08 and, you know, put a crystal in the bath. I'll put my body oil in the bath, so it's kind of like, use the body wash, I'll put a mask on. I love having that moment for myself. You're all right, sorry. It's okay. Swallowed water down the wrong, babe. Yeah. I got excited about the cold bunch Oh yeah You're right Okay Go on, okay
Starting point is 01:02:32 You can ask the final question That's like that dry body brushing It's another great tool The final question is Do you need an ambulance in here? You're all right? She's alright I swallowed water
Starting point is 01:02:41 And on the wrong pipe Okay Where can everyone find you Pimp yourself out? Pimp myself out What does that mean? I don't know She says this term
Starting point is 01:02:48 It's like her catchphrase But it just means like Where can everyone find you Where's all your social channels I don't let you Pimp yourself out go cough. Okay. Yeah, she just wants it where everyone can find you. Give us your home address. Cora Organics.com. That's where Cora is and some of my favorite products are there. There's a
