Welcome to the skinny confidential, him and her. Well, well, well, do we have an episode for you? Welcome back to the skinny confidential, him and her show. Today is an exciting one. If you read the title of this episode, you can see and read that I am five months pregnant. Well, Michael thinks we're both pregnant. So I'll say we're pregnant. And we tell Taylor our producer on this episode live that we're pregnant because we hid this secret from everyone. And I mean everyone for five months. Outside of Mimi, Lauren's sister, who is a little spy and would obviously know when Lauren's pregnant because she's with us every day. And my best friend Weston, who's with her, us all the time as well. There was literally no one else outside of our doctors that knew or know that Lauren is pregnant. So we, you know, the reason we wanted to reveal it this way on the show, which you're here in a minute, with our producer Taylor, is just to show the level

of impact that we had to go through, or the level of secrecy that we had to go through to hide this, because this is somebody that we're with every single week, every day, recording in the studio with guests, and he had no clue. Not the savviest crayon in the box, are we, Taylor? No, not the most observant. Not the most woke person. A little concerning. Time to pull the crust out of your eyes, Taylor. You know, and I thought that when we did, as everyone will hear soon, when we surprised me, I thought that he was going to say, yeah, I knew I had a feeling. This guy, I mean, God, is, like you learned said, he's not the sharpest pencil in the box. So how we've been hiding it, let's like get specific about it. I have been wearing talentless sweats for five months. Like, I've been wearing a huge sweater. I've been wearing Michael's clothes, his flannels. I've been doing ties around my waist. We've been like putting like these huge sweats on me and we've hit it. We hit it. Yeah, we made the decision early on that we were going to wait

to tell people, have a little moment to ourselves, which you all hear in a minute, the explanation, you know, during the episode, during the interview. But we wanted to jump on and do a little bit of an intro to give some context as to what you're about to hear because the episode starts off with Lauren and I messing with Taylor, letting him know that we are splitting ways, breaking up, and we felt that we couldn't just start the episode with that because it would confuse too many people. So what you're going to hear is a little bit of a prank that we're playing on Taylor for the first time that we reveal that we're, you know, like Lauren said, five months pregnant. And just so you guys understand our relationship with Taylor, we've known him since we were 12 years old.

He went to middle school, high school, everything with us. He's a longtime friend. So we've been perpetually fucking with him since we were in middle school, which is like, it's full circle here. You know what I mean? And on a lighter note, I am so extremely excited to be having a baby with Lauren. I can't wait. It's like it brings me to tears. I'm so happy.

You're crying. I'm about to cry. You cry every day. It's weird. It's hard to move me emotionally like this. Oh, you're going to cry now too. Babe, you're so cute when you cry. We're so excited.

Babe, you've never cried in your life. You're crying every day now. Are you pregnant? Guys, I've been talking about for a while about anchor babying Lauren, and I finally did. Listen, I saw you. I saw the trajectory of Skinny Confidential, and I said, holy shit, I better lock this thing down. A marriage isn't going to be enough. So I anchor babyed her, locked her down.

I'm not going to be out of your life for a long time now. I'm locked in. You always talk about this, but you, Michael and I met when we were 12, and you said you knew you were going to marry me and we were going to have kids together at 12, which is wild. There's been very few things in my life that I'm absolutely certain of. You are one of them. I've always been certain about you. And so that's why it's emotional for me because it brings a full circle.

I've been chasing this girl since I was 12 years old since the moment I saw. And now we're about to bring a beautiful child in this world. Like I said, it's an emotional thing. Let's hope the baby gets my nose. Let's hope it gets my hair. Let's hope that the baby also gets my winning personality. Listen, let's hope it gets most of you because you're the best. that he was completely flustered but after um and he wanted me to mention this and i think it it is a service to mention it, that he called me and left and said and had very, very kind words. He forgot to call me. No, he said to both of us. I'm just kidding. But he did. He said he loved us. Taylor, I'm waiting by the phone.

I'm sure, Taylor, we love you too. And that he's so excited and so happy for us. But he just took a while to process it. Like, how should you say it? Like, you guys have just been talking about this for a really long time.

And it's just, it's sad. Do you know what we're about to tell you, Taylor? I honestly have no clue. Well, don't like think that you're at fault, Taylor. He's not at fault. Michael and I have decided to still work together, but we're going to consciously uncouple. I'm still coming up with a blank here. Like, we're going to take a break from each other.

I think it'll be good for you guys. Am I going to replace Michael on the him and her show? No, like, as a couple, we're going to take a break. We're calling to quits for a while. Really? So you're back on the market then? No, we're being serious. You thought he was going to be sad, but he's actually happy about it.

Taylor, this is like a... Now you guys can be wingmen together. He can get girls with you. I just feel that Michael and I need to take a little bit of space. It's going to be the first time in a long time. No, I just think that Weston's going to move out of the condo. Michael's going to move into that condo. And I'm going to take over the house.

And we're going to try to do the podcast together. And we're going to try to be on friendly terms. And we thought the best way to tell you was on the podcast to gauge your reaction. Well, I'm a blank slate. I'm vanilla right now. I have no reaction. Plus, I'm still, I'm a little awkward. I'm looking around.

I'm still confused. on what's happening. What's happening? I can't tell if this is a joke yet. Well, I mean, listen, it's been a long fucking time coming. You know, we're fighting here. We do this. It's too much.

You know, they all said, don't act like you didn't notice the tension growing. They all said, like, how do couples, how are you going to make it last? How are couples going to work together? How are they going to run this empire together? There's no way it's going to happen. You stay together for the kids. No. We don't have kids.

In all seriousness, we are just going to try to take a break from each other and see how it goes. it'd be a good TV show he doesn't know what to do he's freaking out I'm being serious are you are you okay I'm okay I'm completely fine

okay but like because at the end of the day Michael's name's on my check as he said last episode oh my god so now that it's coming now he realizes that he just drew a line in the sand

and said he's on my team you know who daddy is I guess I'm just saying that there's no sides in this and I'm going to be completely fine it's been after all these years he finally admitted that he's on my team everybody should know

that I knew both of them separately. Taylor, do you know that Michael's been cheating? No, bullshit. No, he hasn't been cheating, but we are taking a break. And Taylor, I think that's really rude that you don't even ask me how I'm doing. Because I'm still yet to believe the joke. This isn't a joke where Michael is moving into Weston's house. Are they going to live there together?

I can see that happen, yeah. Okay, well, we want to do a roundtable podcast about this because you think it's a joke, but we're being dead serious. So can you come over here and sit down with us? If we were making this up as like, Just hypothetically, if this were to happen. Number one, I could not see Michael and Wesson living together right now in one bedroom at all. I don't think that that would happen.

No, no. Weston's moving out. Oh, okay. Okay. And then so you're going to get the whole place by yourself? No, he's got, well, he's going to have to figure his thing out. Who's going to take care of Boone when he throws up on the couch? Well, Boone's going to go with me.

What? Pixie will probably go with me too. See? And just like that, she wants you back. Can we, can you come over and sit down so we can, like, actually talk. about this? Okay, one second. What is this? Oh, thank God you brought mints. Yeah, they're good.

You sure that recording's still good? Yeah. They build your saliva. Oh, God. It's really good to fight dry mouth. Tastes good, too. Okay, so... You're wearing a parka. It's 92 degrees out today. No, this is thin. It's a military jacket. Here we are back where it all started.

The four of us. Remember we all four started? Jordan was there, too. She's gone, no. Jordan was there and she was awkwardly cropped out just because of the way the camera was. For those that have not been listening for a long time, Jordan's my sister. She was there early on. But now really it's been the four of us

for a very long time on this show. Me and me. It'll still be the four of us. We're just not going to live together. Yeah. It'll be Taylor and Michael and me and you. Well, it'll be like the five of us now. I'll move in, don't worry.

Yeah, we'll be five. No, take care of you. Wait, it will be the five of us. It'll be the five of us now. It'll be the five of us. Yeah. I'd be able to move in and I'd take care of her. I'd step in.

She would even know that you were gone. Yeah. But what are we going to do about the baby? Yeah. Oh my God. Shut the fuck out. Are you fucking serious? Are you serious?

Oh, my God. Dude, you are maybe one of the dullest sons of bitches I ever seen, man. Really? Dude, look at her. Why do you think I've been so tired lately? Oh, my God. I thought you were taking your shirt off for a second. You're like, whoa.

You're like, fuck, yeah. It's finally happening. Oh, my God. How did I, how did you miss this with literally 40 recordings? Yeah. Lauren, are you crying? Because I'm laughing so hard at Taylor. So listen.

Wow. That's a huge. So now how do you feel knowing that it's five? Interesting. Well, wait, she look, you look like your, how long has this been going on? Well, so this is what I think is that. See, the reason I wanted the audience to hear this reaction is because this has not been an easy feat to pull off.

Lauren is currently five months pregnant. Looks like I'll have a kid in January. Oh my God. God. And you've been. And you've been with us every day. Every day. And you've, and I've told you I'm tired.

I've told you I'm hot. Turn on the air conditioning. I said, please turn on the air conditioning. You didn't listen. Today, you yelled at me. You yelled at a pregnant woman. Today, you were like really taking out on a pregnant woman. Today, you took it out on a pregnant woman.

And then also, at Al Say, I can't understand how you were so selfish to not even know that I was drinking alcohol. Well, how would I have known? Well, I mean, number one, I didn't even know you were pregnant. So I did mean not drinking alcohol. Not drinking alcohol. Oh. You didn't really put it. I don't even know if I even noticed that, to be honest.

He was in his own alcohol. Well, because there were drinks on the table. You didn't notice that I gained a few LBs. You know what? You know what's weird? And I swear to God, this is the weirdest thing ever. It's perception is I, this is actually going to, it sounds like I'm going to be a complete asshole.

But to me, you were always your normal thin self until all of a sudden, boom, when you're pregnant. Now, like, I see you in a completely different light. I'm like, well, you're right. you did gain some LBs. Like those normal LBs. But it's weird. She's fucking five months pregnant.

She's got a little swimmer. She's got my seed in her gut. Oh, he keeps calling my seed. Been there for a while. You know, Taylor, you are literally, I think, the third person outside of a doctor to find out about this. Literally nobody knows. Parents, they were going to be mad. Parents, sorry.

Listen, we kept it quiet. We could talk about why we kept it quiet. We wanted a moment to process and understand what the hell was going on. Or at least I needed that moment, Lauren. But I think Taylor needs a moment to process and understand. Are you, because I feel like you're computing everything in the last. No, no, because I knew that this was somewhat going to happen sooner or later. It was only a matter of time because, number one, Michael's baby obsessed.

Yeah, he's obsessed. He's been trying. Every person that comes in here that I always say, well, you've heard me say, it's the same thing. I hate the baby convincing talk. Everyone's like, you need to have a baby. You need to have a baby. It's so great. It's so great.

I'm always like, oh, God, shut up. I've been talking about anchor babying her for a while on the show. Yeah, you have been. And that's why I know that she went off birth control. No, I went off birth control because I wanted to give my hormones a break after nine years. I didn't know I was going to get pregnant. Yeah, no, I know it wasn't because of that. But I know that you went off a long time ago.

This was very quick how we got pregnant. Like it was like, I didn't know it was going to happen. Listen, here was the plan, guys. And I always say on this show, if you want to make God laugh telling your plans, you know, when Lauren and I recently we took off and went to Europe for like three weeks, it was the only vacation we're really doing this year. It was done. And my plan being the dumb son of a bitch that I am, I was like, okay, I'm going to take my wife

over there, I'm going to have a lot of sex, I'm going to anchor baby here, come back, and she'll be ready to go. But the problem is, is I went out and I had too many tequila and too many margaritas, and I got a little frisky and a little responsible, and boom, I anchor baby at her. And so what it did was, we went on this great vacation where this would be drinking ourselves to sleep every night and running around. But she couldn't enjoy it. So I had to basically do the drinking for two for the whole time. Do you want to know? So it wasn't, so it was not a pull-out baby. This was a real, real legit.

I don't think you can't do a pull-out baby. Can you? Yeah. Are you kidding me? Let's just say this. Do you know what's going on in Taylor's mind right now? He's a little freaked out. He's wondering.

He's wondering. He's like, shit, is this guy going to be able to keep the momentum, running this company, let it keep going. Is he going to get stuck? Is he going to continue to sign my chance? He takes his foot off the pedal. That was my biggest concern. I've told you both that.

Is that my concern is that once the baby comes in, Michael's going to be like, okay, guess what? I'm a dad now. He's going to move up in the hills, like a white picket fence and just be like, you know, all I want to do, all I care about is the sunset and raising little, is it a boy or girl? We're not telling you. Can we say the code name? No.

No, we, no, we, eh. No, we're not doing code names. Listen, nobody's going to get the code names. Just don't name. No, we have a clode name. Okay, wait. But hold on. So that's his concern is that he thinks that my foot's going to go off the pedal.

I'm going to stop. Everyone's going to give up. So he's thinking about himself. No, and you, that you're just going to go, well, you know what. Okay, now you're the same thing, you're going to be like, you're going to move into a shack on the beach and just, like, enjoy. For the last night, five months, have I slowed down or sped up? No, no, you have been a nightmare. My inbox, like, never ends.

Listen, you got a sober Lauren here. It's a dangerous thing to have. She's so used to being hung over, you know, like two nights a week. Don't fuck with a sober Lauren. I think an introduction of a baby into someone's life changes them. So you both as you exist now are not going to be the exact same people once the baby's born. Okay. No more going to metal shows.

You may just stop drinking. You may stop drinking completely. Who knows? Okay. I'll still go to metal shows. I'm praying that will never happen. Yeah, that's not going to happen. I will still go to metal shows.

I like my life. I like my life. Wait, Taylor, I want to know about you as a kid. Let's have a story and bring it full circle. What's a good Taylor? It's Skyline Elementary. Well, remember when I was in high school, there was a time that I thought I might have almost got a girl pregnant.

And that was fucking scary. We'll go there really quick. That was terrifying. It was horrible. Okay. Luckily, eventually she did not have a baby. She pulled the old I'm pregnant on you when you tried to break up with her. Oh, I believed it to the, she was like, how much money do you have?

Like, can we move into the, what was it, into the countryside? And we can get a little, like a cottage and we can just raise the family together. Where the fuck of the countryside in San Diego? Well, I think she meant somewhere else other than that. Was this pre or post rat tail? Well, this was in high school. Mid rat tail? I definitely was not getting girls pregnant when I was, what was it, seven years old?

You know what? I'm watching this guy. He's flustered right now. Yeah, he's flustered. He's a, he's flustered. He doesn't, his mind's going in a million places. Hold on. Hold on. Let's back up just for the audience and for some context.

So I did not know I was pregnant for seven weeks. Okay. No fucking idea. What about that mind-body connection? I had no idea I was pregnant. Mimi was like, you should take a pregnancy test. You're having sex without a condom. I'm like, there's no way that I got pregnant this quickly after going off birth control.

Like, it's good. takes a minute for your body to adjust. Thank God one of us is responsible. Yeah. Thank God, because I would have not taken that pregnancy test. So we were at this little hole in the wall, and we were doing lunch, and I literally was on my Instagram account, checking my Instagram, and I was like, oh, I should take that pregnancy test that's in my briefcase. So I pulled it out, and it was one of the tests that says pregnant, not pregnant. Now, you should note that three weeks earlier I had taken a pregnancy test that was the line test, and it showed up in my opinion, it showed up negative. I'm not sure if I read it wrong, but if you guys are doing those

line tests, I would not recommend it. I would do a pregnant, not pregnant. There's a difference. Anyways, so I'm in this little hole in the wall. I take the pregnancy test and lo and behold, it says pregnant. Now, Taylor, this is the day before we were supposed to go to a wedding in Cabo. So now I'll tell you my perspective. I'm sitting there. I had caprice salad. I had some melon in prosciutto and I was eating all of it. And I was getting irritated because I was like, why is she not enjoying this meal with me? She looked like she'd just seen a ghost. So she left me in the restaurant, but I just sat there and finished my meal.

And the next day, we went to Cabo and... Didn't tell him. I had no idea still. And in my fashion, I started, you know, I let loose in Cobba. I was having shots at the bar with my friends, running around, wondering why Lauren was being such a downer. This motherfucker is grabbing my tits in bed in the middle of the night so hard. He was grabbing them like a fucking watermelon.

And at this point, my boobs are really swollen. So I'm like, okay, I need to tell Michael, but I need to tell him in a way that's strategic and cute. I can't just tell him. I need to wait. So I wait three days to tell him. Finally, I decide with the butler that's at Palmilla to create this whole brunch for him. And on the brunch, I ask for a beauty and the beast dome. You know, those domes that you pull off?

It was kind of just a breakfast, tin breakfast tray. But let's like a room service tray cover. Yeah, it was. It was. Let's not romanticize it. Let's call it how it is. Yeah, come on. Just call it what it was.

It was a beauty and the beast dome. I put flowers all over the plate and then they left. Michael sits down. He's grabbing my boobs. He's drinking his champagne at 10 in the morning. Everything's great. I was in fucking Cabo, man. He's in Cabo mode.

I'm sitting there freaking out. He opens the dome. Not one. Three positive pregnancy tests because it was almost like she still didn't believe it. and then I had to, I was, you know, a million things were going, then I started crying. There's a whole weird moment. It's a weird thing, man.

It's a weird thing. All of a sudden, perspective changes a little bit. I don't want to be one of those weird guys, but all of a sudden I'm, like, interested in things I was never interested in before. I'm looking at things. I don't know. Like, I was just, I'm just, it's a weird, it's a weird shift. But it, but Taylor's worried because he thinks, oh, shit, this is going to slow this guy down.

I actually think it's going to make me speed up. Yeah, it could. But, again, to be determined on that. I would, if someone ever handed me that and it was a, I would probably just pass out. Well, yeah, but you're not in the same situation, right? Yeah, if I was, if I was happily married and all that stuff, yeah, I guess it'd be completely different. So then we decided at that moment to hide the pregnancy for five months. We just decided that we needed a moment to ourselves.

So the last five months that everyone's been watching my Instagram story and they've seen any alcohol, don't come at me on Instagram. I haven't drank it. I have. I did it. Michael has. I don't, I don't want 500 pieces of advice of what I've done wrong in the last five months. I just wanted to blissfully enjoy it with my husband. We have not told our family. We decided to tell you and Mimi on air. Well, we couldn't avoid it from me. Mimi's like a fucking spy. She's always around the house sneaking around. I track her period. So I was like always

concerned. But that's another story. Honestly, now I'm surprised that I didn't notice at all, like at all. Even like the slightest bit. The funny thing is, is like we spent so much time with you in the studio in close quarters. And think about it. I guess there's been since Cabo and over the last five months. Yeah. It's done a pretty good job, I think. The wool has been like, I was like the wool, what is it? The wool, I feel like the wool's.

You thought you were a woke person. Yeah. At this point, though, it's getting too much. How did I, how did I not know this? To be honest, it's, it's interesting. You know what I want to know if anyone's ever done? I wonder if there's ever been a woman who's been pregnant and has gone the whole basically nine months and just denied that she was pregnant.

And there's always just like, how dare you say, what are you trying to say that I'm like overweight or something? I think you should tread lightly here with talking about women's weight. I'm pushing it right now though Like five months I think You look different No five you can't you can't push it For me I don't know

The baby curves I mean we've never done this before I've already been reading all these baby books I mean they kind of they don't tell you I make him read them I'm just getting the spark notes. But, you know, we've never done this. And so I was like, okay, let's just not tell anybody for five months.

And now people are, I think people are going to be kind of, I guess, because I'm seeing other people like, they're announcing a lot earlier. And I guess maybe this is just not like a normal thing to do. I could see why, because it's been kind of towards the last month, it's been pretty difficult to hide. I mean, we've been kind of keeping her in like a shelter away from everybody, big, big clothing, sweatshirts, sweatsuits. Like the past week or two, I feel like it's been really hard since it got so hot.

I came into the office the other day and you were like, yo. Yeah, you're wearing like a white t-shirt. I'm like, no, you got to go back into your car and put on a sweater. Yeah. From a practical standpoint, though, obviously, like we like to give, let's just give some value here. You know, I think it was really important for Lauren and I to take some time to figure out this process. One, it took us three visits to three different doctors to find someone that Lauren liked. It's taken us multiple times to get the proper research to know, like what tests we want to do, what we don't want to do, what information we want to have, what we don't want to have.

what we don't want to have, all the different appointments. And so we wanted to go through that process, you know, with medical experts and with ourselves without having 50 different voices from our families and friends coming in as well as, and I love the audience, but as well as all of the different listeners and audience and readers. Like now we're at this point. No, I want advice. I want people's advice, but I need, I am the type of person where I have to like throw myself into something and do it on my own and create my own, my own experience and journey.

I don't want to go look at what everyone else is doing. I just want to see how I'm going to navigate it. And of course, I'll take everyone's opinions and I'm happy to, you know, hear what they have to say. But at the end of the day, I'm going to do what's best for me and Michael and the baby. And I think that we've had a really nice time for five months just being together. Like, we do the same thing every night. Michael's been making me this like prenatal green smoothie. You should talk to my sister. She's, she works in labor and labor and delivery. My aunt worked in was, I think was a labor and delivery nurse for 35 years, maybe a little bit longer.

My sister's been doing it for the last five years or something. So she could probably, again, I'm sure everyone's told you all, all about it, but I'm sure I haven't told anyone who has told me. Oh, yeah, you're right. Nobody's told us anything. Oh, because you were saying like people are going to give advice. for some reason, that process to me, as people were, what happened is we've seen friends and family go through the process, and we just wanted a moment of kind of quiet, silence, process, to enjoy the moment together.

And honestly, it's made our relationship, I think, better. Yeah, I think it's made our relationship better because I feel like you're nicer to me now that I'm bringing it. Well, this is you carrying my seed. Yeah, can we stop, you guys? It's honestly gross. No, it's like, if I have to hear about your seed one more time, it's so...

I'm going to be ill. She's carrying the torch for future children. Michael has been really happy, though. The night... I started crying. Every day when I see you're like, I would have been crying, but for a completely different reasons. You know what?

It takes a lot to kind of move me in that kind of way where it actually brings me to tears. It's a weird thing, man. I don't know to explain it. He has been happier lately, hasn't he? Yeah, it's like every single day, whenever something negative is happening that usually he'd be freaking out and panicked. He has a better attitude about it. Yeah, that's true.

So I have one quick question. Please carry this on once the baby's born. Yeah. What was the... What was the first indication that you thought you might be pregnant? For instance, going from the thought of, oh, I'm not pregnant to I'm taking a pregnancy test. Those are kind of dramatic different like mentalities. So what made you get to that part where you wanted to do that?

Mimi put the pregnancy test in my briefcase. I would not have taken it if it weren't for me. So Mimi, why did you, what made you do that? Well, I track Lauren's period on this app because right when she's PMSing, it's usually like when I try and go out of town or something. Well, how do you track her, but do you like dig to the draft? It's fucking weird, man. I don't know if there's a normal thing between scissors, but it's fucking weird. I put it in the calendar.

I invite Michael. It's a secret. It's red. Actually, she does. She's send me indicator. She's like, hey, I think Lauren's P ain't messing right now. So watch out. She'll, like, send me those kind of notifications.

I'm a good friend. You know, it's like back in the neighborhood, like the neighborhood kid run, like, he sends a signal, sends a carrier pigeon up. Like, that's what happens. She sends a signal. Says, watch out. There's a dicey period here. Well, maybe she was doing it because I know that there is, I think it's called like forecasting or something

where you try to, you have, you deflower, no, you can't deflower because she wasn't a virgin. Obulating. Yeah, you ovulating schedule. And then you try to say, okay, like, look, we're going to have all this unprotected sex right now. You think if you're a producer, you know how to talk into the mic. Sorry. So what I was saying is, is I think, have that. Did you ever even go by that at all? Yes, because I was tracking it. And Lauren would also, like, subtly mentioned to me when they were having sex. And so I'd also write that down. You two are weird, man. This is like, I don't know. I don't, you know what is even weirder? She probably has a checklist. You know,

like whenever someone's like locked in a prison cell, they do the little tally marks with the fives on the wall. She has a book somewhere where she's probably like, okay, like they did it again right now. The one day when they had the baby, I know for certain that they had sex that night and the next morning. And I'm like, that's the day that happened. No, that wasn't the day. That wasn't?

No, the day that the baby. A little two for one of the night. It says everyone like really is dying to know. The day the baby was conceived was Mimi, me, Michael and Chris Beaton, our friend who married went to El Compadre Mexican restaurant and got drunk off margaritas You and I got drunk, everyone else was like sober. No, we went to El Coyote.

Oh, El Coyote. And we got drunk off margaritas and then we came home and we had great sex to Queen. Remember you? And I went home and watched Netflix. It was right around the time that that movie was out.

Remember when the Queen movie came out? El Coyote, is that the one with where they were dancing on the bar and the girls? Isn't it? El Coyote? Doesn't ring a bell. It needs a bit more context. Coyote ugly.

I don't think. Yeah, I don't think anybody was dancing on the bar. It was in Coyote ugly. Yeah, so that was when the baby was conceived. But I don't know if I wrote that one down. You should write it down now. So here's the deal.

I want you out of our sex schedule. I want you completely out. I don't want you to do. How's the sex now that you guys are pregnant? You don't know anything about the positions they're doing, do you? No. Tell me no. Did we talk about that?

The sex no. The sex now. I think it's pretty good. It's like a whole new world, you know. It's like a juicy world. How are the boobs? Well, those are, I mean, they're huge. I don't even know where to begin.

You're not going to, you can't damage the baby, right? You're not going to like bruise his head. Listen, I'll tell the guy thing to say. Tell the truth, Michael. Tell the truth. For women and men listening, it's a strange thing for a man that's with someone for the first time that's pregnant. Because those thoughts go through your head. You're like, what's going on here?

Michael, tell the truth. I mean, that thing gets in there, you know, so like, I don't know where that, where it's positioned. Michael thought you guys. He thought his dick was going to touch the baby's head. It's, you know, I've learned now that that's probably not happening. But it is something that it's a worrisome thing. Yeah, but still, even if it doesn't. doesn't touch them, there's still that force of the body.

That's what he said to. Thrushing or sorry, thrusting. That as a kid, it may grow older and have these like flashbacks of, you know, like being in the womb. And just that like the, the, do you still think about that? I read this thing, but some guys say like, hey, they're like not, they're not going to be turned on. I'm probably more turned on now that, you know, is that weird? I don't know. Just more attractive.

Now that what? Now that she's got my seed. When I told you, you loved it. Let's play a drinking game. Every time Michael talks about his seat, let's take a shot. Please, I can't. She's got the pregnancy glow. Okay.

She does. Yeah. Thanks. You asked me if I could tell I was pregnant and I could not tell for seven weeks. However, looking back on those seven weeks, there was one day that I was at the D.P. Hugh house and I was absolutely starving. And I came home and ate the entire kitchen and fell asleep. So that's the only indication that looking back that I had that I was pregnant.

I thought something was weird today actually when you were eating that weird ass sandwich. Yeah. No, there was also when we were in New York at the polo bar and you were looking so forward to having that hamburger and we got there and you couldn't eat it. I had a lot of aversions. Yeah. A lot of aversions. She was like, what are some of your versions? You don't like red meat right now?

I hate red meat and red meat grosses me out. I hate fish. You liked bagels at first? I liked bagels, but now I don't. I'm over that. Everything just kind of grosses me out. I like really simple foods. I love sandwiches.

I love sourdough toast. That sandwich earlier had like all sorts of shit on there. Don't say it's simple. It was pepperosini's and avocado. What's a pepperosini? Cramed banana pepper? Let's not try to get her present to the proud of something now. It's a cousin of the pepper.

Listen, I've been having to carry the show. Sometimes her brain gets a little scramble because you've got some pregnancy brain and you know about that. So I've had to be like, you know, I've got to be all my game. You yelled at a pregnant person too. Well, I didn't know. Yes, in a way, but also technically no because I was unaware of it. You yelled at a pregnant woman. You yelled at a pregnant woman.

You violently. violently yelled. You screamed at a pregnant person. So how are you going to tell your parents? Are you not going to do that thing? No, we can talk. I'll tell you. We could talk because...

Wait, hold on. I want to know what Taylor thinks the stupid thing is. So what I was going to say is on Instagram, well, I guess it's not stupid because now there's a lot of people that are going to go immediately going, I just fucking did this where there's like some sort of, it's like in a box or something and it's out of like blue balloons for the boy or pink balloons for the girl or what was another one? That's a gender reveal, not a pregnancy announcement.

Oh, yeah. Or I guess it's the same thing. No, here. because by the time this airs, because listen, guys, everyone's listening to this on Tuesday, because we've released on Tuesday, the announcement, we're telling our family on Sunday. So this is weird. I'm like, in the future, this is like some Terminator 2 shit. You know, we're telling our family on Sunday. Today is Tuesday. So now at this point, our family knows, right? That's kind of like some inception stuff.

And on Sunday, we hired a plane to fly around in the air with a sign that says baby Bostic 2020. Because, you know, my dad loves aviation. And the way Lord and I like to, to do things is not say anything for five months and then fly a giant plane in the sky for the entire city. It's like we don't want any attention and then like give us all the attention. What if they don't even see it? They will. They're like, look up and he's like, don't tell me what to do. No, I hired a 30 minute window that it's going to be just flying around for 30 minutes. Taylor, here's what we're doing. We're celebrating Lisa's birthday. I put that in quotes. His Michael's mom at Al Say, my dad's restaurant. So my dad and Julie, my stepmom will already be there.

Michael's whole family's coming to Al Say to celebrate. Hopefully you can come to this. You want to come Sunday? That's why you kept asking you to come. So Michael's going to say he has a present for his mother. And we're all going to walk outside for the present. And then we're going to say, look up. Simultaneously, I want trays of champagne being passed.

I had a cake made by Betchen cakes. She's amazing. And she's made a Barbie cake of Michael's mother as grandma with the baby. and it says happy birthday glamma. Then as that's happening, I had my dad's favorite tequila bottle, Gary, Michael's father's favorite gin bottle, and then Michael's mother's favorite champagne bottle completely crystallized with grandpa, glamma, and grams and glamps. And they're going to get their bottles, and it's going to be like this whole thing.

You know it's going to be really shitty? If this doesn't go off the way we're planning it right now. No, it has to. And then we'll have to edit this podcast because we're doing this before. before this has even happened. I'm telling you, this is some inception shit right here. But yeah,

man, so no, we're not doing a clown popping out of a box with some balloons. We're flying a plane. Your dad's going to cry, I think,

easily. Don't you think? Her dad? Yeah. I think he's, your mom's going to cry. Brad, I think he knows.

He's been doing this weird thing where he hugs me. I don't know if he's just gotten a little bit more like touchy and feely as he's getting older. You know what if he knows. I have a feeling that he probably does.

If you think about it, I mean, I didn't know, but that doesn't really count for much. Yeah, that's true. For this, I guarantee you, has anybody else hinted? Do you think anybody else knows? That's a good question.

Does anybody else know? To my audience, I don't think they know because not one person has messaged me, but my boobs did look so big in Cabo and people thought I got a new boob job. Surprise, it's not a new boob job. I'm pregnant and can't have margaritas in Cabo. So when you get pregnant, the tits just grow larger. I've learned a lot about the female anatomy, probably things I shouldn't know. Like what?

I don't know. I mean, like, listen, we're looking in uterus. we're looking around at stuff. We're looking at placentas. I want to eat my placenta. Okay. I don't know about that. Are you going to make a pancake out of it?

Maybe. Or pill form. Some French toast. You know what actually, Lauren. I'll have to look into that for you. You do what you want. You do what you want. What is the process of eating the placenta again?

You take it out and you fry it up like a steak. No, you don't. I wouldn't do it that way. I would take it up grounded into powder and put it in my smoothie. Is there something that specializes in that? Yeah. Is it for health reasons or is it like a thing? Love a niche.

What is it? Like, you know. Listen, this is going to be controversial. The doctor told me that there has not been any scientific data that shows that there's a health benefit. They say that in sub-Saharan Africa, where food was scarce in the past, people did it as a protein source, which makes sense. But they say there could be a mental boost for it. So I don't know. Audience is probably going to come in and say a million things about that.

But that's literally what the doctor told me. Listen, bitch. I'm going to mix that shit with my inuline and four-sigmatic in my froth and pour it in my coffee. And instead of doing something with me and Michael, I wanted to do something with just me and the baby. So do you, have you ever seen the Fay Dunaway shot at the Beverly Hills Hotel? No. Is it one of those weird ones where it's always like the one person and it's like the maternity where the belly's out and it's like kind of like weirdly sexual? You know, like, when you go downstairs, you know, like, when you go downstairs, you know, that picture right across her, there's the woman,

and she's sitting in the chair out by the pool, and she's got, like, the Oscar award? No. Do you not pay attention to anything? It's like iconic photo. No. Every time I go there, I look at it. You're like talking to a wall.

Yeah, whoa. I've never seen that. It's time you'll go. We'll show you. Open your eyes, man. I know. All right, well, never mind. Let's skip over this part, I guess.

No, I want to explain to him. So we recreated the Beverly Hills iconic fade-downaway moment. You'll have to Google it. exactly the same. We shot in the same location, same everything, but I'm pregnant. And so that's how I'm announcing at the Beverly Hills Hotel, which is fitting because we're having the shower there. So wait, am I not supposed to tell anybody correct until like so I guess now because of this is out people know surprise. Weird inception, right? Previously, I won't tell anybody until this, but it's going to be, it's exciting. Monday people will know. Okay. Monday everybody will.

You're going to come on Sunday. Oh yeah, yeah. It's going to happen on Sunday. But Monday, everybody will know. Everyone's reaction is going to be, interesting to see what's going on with this. What do you mean? I honestly, for me, like I said prior, it's been like somewhat of a fear of mine because. So he's flustered.

Yeah, well, just because like I've said, I always like, you two are both so progressive on like both your careers right now. So it's always been like a fear of mine that, like I said, it would sidetrack both of you because of course it is something that it's like a beautiful creation. And to dedicate time to that, I always thought that maybe you would kind of take time off from the momentum that you guys have both currently have, but I guess not. So I could be wrong.

Listen, you can't, like I said, you want to make God laugh, tell them your plans. And I don't want to jump in to parenthood, fatherhood, and say, oh, no problem, we're going to be able to get everything. I don't know yet. All I know is that this hasn't decreased either of our drive. It has probably increased. I know me personally, it's increased my drive because now not only do I want to provide for Lauren and myself, but I'm thinking about this other entity that's not here yet that I want to really, really provide for. And also, listen, just being selfish, I know some people, like, maybe it's different for others, but I know for me, like, and maybe I don't talk enough about this on the show. Ambition is a real thing. And there's, and there's, it's one thing that I think that you can't measure

scientifically, but some people have a fucking shitload of it and some people are, some people don't. And there's not one right or wrong way. Like some people, you know, a certain level, of accomplishment. They're happy with that. It drives them. You can be very happy people. For some people, me included, I need to keep going. Like I've said this multiple times on the show. I'm like a dog chasing a car. If I caught it, I wouldn't know what to do with it. There's not an end goal for me. I believe a true, like what it really makes an entrepreneur is that no matter what, you always need to be building something. It's in my DNA. I cannot be doing something. I'll be an unhappy person. So listen, I'm very excited about this kid. I hope I'm going to be a great father.

I know Lauren's going to be a great mother, but I don't think I can be a happy individual if it slows my growth and ambition. That's still going to be there. But who knows? Maybe I come back in three or four months and say, hey, guys, I got a kid and I'm not anymore. But I just know what's in my DNA and I know how I am and I've never been able to slow down. And like I said, it's not because there's some goal. It's not because there's some monetary vision that I'm trying to get to. It's because all I want to do in this life is build and progress and achieve.

and it's just in my DNA. So I don't think you need to worry. Lauren, do you feel the same way? I mean, nothing's stopping. If I'm not using anything as an excuse, I have a vision and I need to execute it. I can't live if I don't execute what's in my head in my vision. I can't live.

But here's my thing, too, is like I don't look at the two as the same. Like, why can't I have a fucking ball-ass career and build a empire and build a huge team? and execute on all the shit I want to execute on and be a mother. Like, who made up this fucking rule where you can only like half ass each thing? Like I, like, I am like the queen of figuring it out. I always try to find ways to make it happen. And, you know, I think that I'm going to be able to do both.

Of course. And I've never been a mother. So I don't know if I'm speaking out of turn. This is just how I feel right now. You know, Mimi, when you asked me earlier, like, oh, I'm pretty zend out now. it's because I know that this is about to get really fucking hard because it's always been hard. Everything that we've been doing has been a struggle. It's been hard. This is not going to make it easier. It's going to make it way harder. But that's what I'm trying to say. That's the stuff

that gets me going. It's a new, it's a new exciting challenge. But who knows? More or less, I was just saying that, you know, when you have a new kid introduced or when you have a kid in introduced in the world past change and things that at one point your life seemed important end not being important to you or you know just your your perception of everything changes and that's what I mean is more or less maybe you're like okay well maybe I don't want to do this anymore maybe now my passion's shifted and it's related to that not so much that you wouldn't be able to have like a still a new career or a progressing career with a baby sure I think some things maybe get may get completely uninteresting but I just know like at the core I don't think that'll take away from the drive to build and achieve.

There could be things that we're not interested anymore, but I don't think it'll take away from, like I said, ambition, building, achieving. It just might be a different focus. Who knows? Okay. So that's where we're at right now. We're, I'm five months pregnant. Nothing's changed besides the fact that I can't eat sushi or drink alcohol.

I've had a little bout of morning sickness only once or I didn't know. I felt sick to my stomach. like really sick. And other than that, it's been pretty smooth sailing. I feel like I've worked harder being pregnant because I've been like dead sober. So to wrap it up, unlike Michael did, Michael didn't wrap it up. As a man, is there anybody that likes to wrap it up? I'd be curious to know.

Because they're not, they're really not comfortable. Well, of course, nobody likes it, but it's a necessary. precaution if you want to avoid these type of situations or nasty STD situations. You don't know. I mean, listen. Hold on. I feel like this is, I feel like we got to go into a whole different episode with this question. I'm saying, no, it's, of course, it's a necessity because you definitely do not want STDs or any of that stuff. But I'm just saying general, it's never something that you're like, yay, like let's wrap it up. It's like saying you like wearing a seatbelt. Nobody likes wearing a seatbelt, but you got to do it for safety. I feel safe on a seatbelt. I'm going to fly out of the fucking car.

Okay. Well, I'm going to wrap it up. You should probably wrap it up too.
