Starting point is 00:00:00 And you can tell our friends, and they can have my things when we're dead. But we don't end forever. But we don't end forever. And you can tell our friends. And what time is it? Boys time. What time is it? Time for the boys.
Starting point is 00:00:15 Boys time. We were just in Omaha, Nebraska. They had a place called Boys Town. That's boys time. White guy time to show up early, black guy time to show up late. Boys time, you shut up right on time. Right on time. Whatever time you show up it is guy time to show up late boys time you shut up right on time right on whatever time you show up it is it's like military time and they go hey what are you doing you're late and then you go look at the invitations and then it magically changes for the boy boys people
Starting point is 00:00:35 time also birthday day birthday day i know ryan it is your birthday yeah you know how do you feel about that no we don't do shit dude oh. Oh, really? Well, then you're not going to like this. Don't tell me you have some fucking gay present for me. Fuck no. Oh, okay. Oh, I'm like, get the fuck out of here. He has a birthday hat. Dude, if you got me a present, I'd be like, fuck you. Get out of here.
Starting point is 00:01:02 I'm going to wear a birthday hat? Oh, my God. Dude. All right. Well, this is going to be very short-lived. This experiment to be wearing a hat. Oh, yeah. I didn't realize the fucking headphones.
Starting point is 00:01:12 Dunce cap. It's a birthday hat. I was just in Target getting batteries, and these were right beside me. You're in Target getting batteryed. Batteryed. I go, this will be a funny time. Dude, birthdays are so wack. Like, first of all.
Starting point is 00:01:23 Should we have a white claw? You have a claw? Maybe in a second Yeah Alright fine Bring a claw There we go See this is
Starting point is 00:01:32 And the thing is Danny doesn't even tell people When his birthday is You have to find out Like a month later And then now he's trying To make a whole thing out of mine The only thing
Starting point is 00:01:40 You know what the worst part About birthdays is Out of all the things The worst part about birthdays Is Cause there's the things? The worst part about birthdays is... Because there's some people that they essentially dedicate their entire life to sending people birthdays. Oh, man, they do a whole month of them. No, I'm saying people dedicate their life to messaging people. Like Waldo's like that.
Starting point is 00:01:56 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. He's messaging his old mailman. He's messaging people he worked with in 1942. And he goes, happy birthday, brother. Cheers. These are actually so fucking hot in here. This is actually well that's the thing
Starting point is 00:02:06 and our studio's really hot so it's gonna be a sweaty episode well as far as I'm concerned a grown man celebrating oh ridiculous
Starting point is 00:02:14 making big birthday celebrations honestly I was I bought those things too because they were like two dollars at Target and then I was like I was honestly on the fence
Starting point is 00:02:22 about even using them because I was like what am I just gonna be like you know but then you said it was your birthday and then I was like, oh, that's it hats are coming out So this had nothing to do with me that said something do with you not being all the waste money on a purchase You made no, what do you mean? I was 50 50. I was like, maybe not gonna bring it up I was like maybe if it came out but then you were like you And you had just in case I thought you forgot you had the things in there you're already sweaty
Starting point is 00:02:42 Oh, I didn't already sweaty? I was never not sweaty. I got fucking like carobanisties right now because I have the shirt that's just the towel. That's my gym shirt. I'm going to the shirt. No, the comments are going to be
Starting point is 00:02:54 the comments were calling me sweaty last episode. They're going to be calling you a sweat basket. Oh, dude. It's because we don't leave the air condition on and then we come in
Starting point is 00:03:01 and we turn it on. It's because our fucking yeah. But we're going to get one of those wireless it on. It's because our fucking, yeah. But we're going to get one of those wireless plug things. It's going to be icy cold. Dude,
Starting point is 00:03:09 everyone's going to be no sweat. Dude. But the biggest problem is, so I don't send people birthday things. I don't have like a hundred people. You know, how many people do you know
Starting point is 00:03:16 in your life? Like, you know, over half their fucking- Outside of my immediate family, I have like four people who always send me a birthday. Well,
Starting point is 00:03:24 that's the thing this is the perfect example of why you need to keep your circle small but you know i have friends you have friends from school then college then you have your hometown people then you have your extended family your facebook must be insane today right remind then you have yeah all you know i had facebook back in the day when people would add me from like the band and all that stuff so then you have and every single one of them you know they you get all these messages and it's like legitimately people that go on like hey happy birthday like let's reconnect you're like there's a reason we're not connected you're like i disconnected this yeah you're like this well you know you could
Starting point is 00:03:56 just remove it from facebook and that just puts the end of it it's the only reminder for 99 no but a lot of people and this is what some girls do and some, you know, chick dudes do, which honestly you probably should do. It's one of those things like, you know, that handbook where it's like the win friends and influence people. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's like remember everyone's name, remember everyone's birthday. So people, what they do is they make a birthday calendar and they have everyone's name. And then every morning before they even, you know, brush their teeth, they send out 4,000 birthday reminders. Happy birthday. Half their days.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Dude, some people, they're just doing the Facebook circuit. They just log on. They just wish everybody a happy birthday. I get ones from people and you go, what? And they're like, remember grade six? No. The craziest ones. We lived across the street from each other.
Starting point is 00:04:39 I've seen someone I think we know, a comic. He responded to everyone on Facebook. There were just 200 random people being like, happy birthday. And he was like, thanks, bud. You respond to every single one. A version of thank you. And you give a different, you go, thanks, bud. You go, great stuff, bud.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Can't wait to see you again. Thanks. Yeah. So for me, I see it as probably similar to you, which is a curmudgeon-y position. Just whatever. I don't know. You go, I don't. It's annoying. we have shit to do today yeah can't be dealing with you know i had to and then there's some people you got to take phone calls with oh yeah
Starting point is 00:05:12 you know man it's so funny my grandparents want my grandmother's birthday was yesterday she's 96 years old okay rest in peace i call her fucking i call her it's like the phone's like dead or whatever and then i finally get through to her. This is like my grandmother who like, you know, she's so pumped to talk to me. She literally, I was like,
Starting point is 00:05:28 Hey, only one. That makes one. No, she's like, yeah, man, probably.
Starting point is 00:05:31 She's like, I'm like, happy birthday. She's like, okay, great. Gotta go. Like literally she was just like,
Starting point is 00:05:36 I want nothing to do with your nonsense. Well, she just, no, no, no. She had so many people fucking just like, she goes like,
Starting point is 00:05:41 I don't have time. Especially if you're old, you got 20 people calling you. She has way more. She's like, my neighbors are coming over. But I was like, she literally was like, don't have time. Especially if you're old, you got 20 people calling you. She has way more. She's like, my neighbors are coming over, but I was like, she literally was like,
Starting point is 00:05:49 yeah, we got to wrap this up. 10 seconds in. She goes, thanks. She wants you to wrap it up. Seriously. Well,
Starting point is 00:05:55 people should know that on the topic of birthdays, me and Danny were in attendance at Obama's party. Us, Tegan, Colbert, Jake,
Starting point is 00:06:04 Mr. Z. We were hanging out the whole thing and I was- Who's Mr. Us, Tegan, Colbert, Mr. Z. We were hanging out, the whole thing. And I was- Who's Mr. Z? Jay Z. Oh, okay. I was like Zuckerberg?
Starting point is 00:06:11 And Beyonce. Oh, okay. Well, you know how everyone's mad because Obama had his big party or whatever. See, they're giving out weed? They're giving out weed at Obama's party. Dude, there was literally like someone videoed- I don't know if it's fake,
Starting point is 00:06:20 but it looked pretty real. It was like some- And there was like, literally like bags of weed for people. I don't know if it's legal or not. I think it. And there's literally bags of weed for people. I don't know if it's legal. I think it is legal. Rules for thee! Whatever.
Starting point is 00:06:29 It's legal. No, but the funny part is, for me, I go, yeah, whatever, Obama have a party. But I go, the reason I'm pissed off is because I had this really good idea to do a video about the governors. And the governors were going to make a, you know, it was going to be Cuomo, Newsom, Northam, back together. And what their thing was is they weren't invited to Obama's party and they're all pissed off, right? Oh, that's good, yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:53 Yeah, that was the idea. They need to uninvite everybody? Well, this is, then the whole Cuomo thing happened and it doesn't really make sense anymore. So I was very much like on this idea. I wanted to film it like ASAP and I was like, this is funny. And the idea was, you're all they're all saying like it's because well we're cuomo's being
Starting point is 00:07:09 like you know i just got to get out of town for a little bit we were saying and it's all that sort of shit and they're like we need to get in this party we're party animals and newsom's like i invented having parties in covid and then so then to me even funnier lines was like they're like all right well that's what we're gonna do is send a drone over top and it'll inspect the property we'll find out who's there and we'll send the text message out and if we get caught obama will think we're sick because we use drones so it's like a win-win situation but then with the cuomo thing it doesn't really make sense because if we go back this was gonna have to be back in time before the party so we go back and cuomo's the governor now and that's not
Starting point is 00:07:46 you know it doesn't make sense with everything that's happening what you're saying is you wish he would have been thought a little more thoughtful and just held out there well the real victims they never think of the real victims which is me that had like one of my favorite ideas for a sketch ever that it's done now because of cuomo's because you know yeah yeah because they got to take down another good italian man another just it's columbus and now fucking cuomo i'm out there like reinstate cuomo reinstate him this is a man due process and they're like what's the issue i go i just got a sketch that i'm trying to film out here i need this guy back in office i wonder what's gonna happen with because you know cuomo like with all the the Columbus statues, he's like,
Starting point is 00:08:26 yeah, it ain't coming down. Now he's gone. I wonder if it's Columbus fucking... Columbus comes down now because he was the only one. Well, it's like some chick now who's running the state. Yeah. She's going to be taking down everything.
Starting point is 00:08:37 Yeah. That's most of the time how the chicks... That's the same way that the chicks get a big part of Amazon. The same way the chicks get... Become CEOs. She inherits it. I always think it'd be like a sick story if like she's like it's total house of cards and she's behind the scenes like all these women are actually lying and she kind
Starting point is 00:08:55 of put them all up to it and she's like you know she's like look i want to get in there well it's basically like the black black underground internet stuff where they think of you know everyone's it's like tariq dashid but for like white stuff yeah yeah the uh everyone's... It's like Tariq Nasheed, but for white stuff. Yeah. We just got off a pretty big run of dates and it was pretty cool because some of the people would come up and I had two different people being like, hey, we're in a relationship
Starting point is 00:09:16 and we're getting married because of your videos. We met and our initial thing we connected on was sending your videos back and forth and stuff like that. The tour was fine, whatever. We kind of talked about touring last last week so i'm not going to go too far into it but the although the one thing i will say the craziest takeaway was uh in i think columbus all these people bought fake tickets there was fake tickets oh yeah like i don't think they got fucked over but it's like it's crazy that like people are bootlegging the tickets like yeah there's like
Starting point is 00:09:41 ticket scams so if you're coming to a, make sure you buy from a reputable source. Yeah. Literally. And they go, we spent $400 on tickets. And I wanted to be like, you know, I don't know how much they were exactly. But I was like, dude, that's crazy. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:57 It's like Chris Rock money. Probably the best thing that happened on the tour was. So this is the only thing I'm going to bring up. So me and Danny were coming, we were leaving, we were going from New York to, what was the first date? I think we were leaving Cincinnati.
Starting point is 00:10:11 Cincinnati, Ohio. So me and Danny were going from New York to Cincinnati and the pilot was like a based pilot. So before we get on, the announcements come on, the thing's about to leave. He goes, hey everybody,
Starting point is 00:10:24 this is a flight going to Cincinnati, hoping to land at 3.20 p.m. And just a reminder that you do need to put those masks on, which is something I vehemently disagree with. He goes, I don't know if it does much, but it's a requirement by the airline and the transit authority. It is probably against our constitution. And no matter how you feel about this situation,
Starting point is 00:10:46 Lord knows I disagree with this. But, uh, we recommend that once you're off this flight, you call your representatives. He goes, call your representative. We're loving the idea of the other guy coming on the mic being like, you hear a struggle for the mic. Well, it is funny because the next, uh, when we were landing, it was the other guy. Like the other guy who goes, he goes, all right, we're going to land this shit. He goes, hell no. You've been listening to too much InfoWars.
Starting point is 00:11:09 Give me the fucking thing. They kicked him off the mic. He comes on. I just want to say that have a safe flight and the election was stolen. Enjoy your flight. The peanuts will be coming around and there is a Marxist currently overthrowing our country. Enjoy the flight. The insurgency was nothing wrong and
Starting point is 00:11:25 happy travels to Cincinnati. We are bringing this puppy up to about 4400 and also when you will be landing in communist China, I mean Columbus, America. He's like, yeah, and we'll be in Cincinnati and just, come on,
Starting point is 00:11:42 think about it. You really think one of these planes took down those buildings? Come on. And you're like, whoa. Yeah. Okay, we're going to be landing on the flights. We immediately expect you to be attending a anti-vax rally. And then the guy, you just hear a tussle in the front. And the guy comes up and actually, just want to say that I'm the new pilot here and I'm with her.
Starting point is 00:12:03 I just want to say that I'm actually not pilot here and I'm with her. I just want to say that I'm actually not with her. The pilots are actually not with her. We just want to say get vaccinated and just be safe. Orange man, good. Actually, orange man is bad. And I just want to say. It was amazing. I know we were looking at each other like, what?
Starting point is 00:12:20 This is people from New York, too. So people were looking around. And he was sort of telling it like he agreed that you already thought that he goes you know and i'm sure that everyone on this plane disagrees with these in these laws but and you're like no they love it yeah they love it yeah these people from new york dude they're pumped oh yeah i'm going to like a couple concerts coming up and all of them have now been like hey you have to have covid uh like this is i think that's starting now we're oh they're going hard our concerts are like you need uh to show proof of vaccination or a negative test or whatever and uh like in the comments literally 90 of people are like this is sick and then 10 of people are
Starting point is 00:12:54 like yo didn't you guys like play woodstock what the fuck like people are like yeah you guys were like hippies and now you're fucking all big government like yeah well we actually gonna talk about the covid thing uh a little later i got a whole big thing but what i wanted to start with was the amount of celebrities that have been going crazy there was you know every once in a while there's you know this or that on this this week i was just everything i saw was like a new celebrity going wild and i want to start with uh a little run of my favorites yep Yep. And so the first one, and this guy, I think I'm in love, might be my new favorite guy. And he's been out there being political,
Starting point is 00:13:32 but a certain Matthew McConaughey. Yeah, all right, all right. Yeah, so Matthew McConaughey, he had a book, and he's selling this new thing. So Danny says he knows what it is. I think it's a grift. My thing is I watch this commercial and I go, what are
Starting point is 00:13:47 you selling? I know exactly what he's selling. Yeah, so let me... This is Steven Seagal levels of amazing. I know, I know. I love this guy right now. All right, all right, all... Right.
Starting point is 00:14:03 The pen thing. It's pretty great. Yes, indeed indeed the follow-up to my book green light is a companion and a good friend for the ylu it is called the green lights journal yes in this you are the author of your story of your journey throughout this journal i've written prompts all right things to nudge guide challenge and basically what is this i know exactly dude it's the fucking tim ferris he's like literally he sells a blank book it's a notebook that every comedian we know has he said it's a couple prompts will be like how you feel in the day dude this is like i'm telling you i said it's the new like it's the new like alcohol brand okay so basically he wrote a book and then he's like there's a book
Starting point is 00:14:52 that you can buy that goes with my book yeah and it's a journal it's an empty journal what it was going on right now it's like shotgun with you as you tell your tale on these pages journaling all my life is where and how i figured out who the hell i am and who the hell i'm not uh in this journal you will get to know yourself better and who better to get to know so you're telling me he's selling a blank book yeah like it's honestly it's one of those things tim ferris always talks about this thing it's like it's straight up there'll be like a prompt and then you write for five minutes or something and then it's literally empty.
Starting point is 00:15:29 It's blank pages that you just write shit in. This is a book where you get to know yourself. Yeah. And then there's prompts for me. What do you mean prompts? Like it'll say, you know, what are you grateful for? Write for five minutes and then you just fucking write away and then that's it. If you didn't know what he was selling, which even i looked at the thing and it goes uh green lights your journal is a
Starting point is 00:15:49 guided companion to the number one new york seller green lights filled with prompts pithy quotes adages and advice and i was still just literally 95 blank space so what is this pithy quotes so pithy quotes of his own book. So you read, so basically you're supposed to read it. Matthew McGonagall, green lights. And then you read, they're like,
Starting point is 00:16:10 turn to page 67, read that page. And then he's like, that's a pretty solid page, huh? Yeah. Here's the, I looked up.
Starting point is 00:16:19 This is a place to investigate and hang out with yourself. You get to hang out with yourself. A place to make self contracts, a place to be unjudged by the rest of the world. It's a place to share problems with the page and find solutions to those problems. It's a place to document successful habits. So this is a blank book. You can return to them later in life when you're lost.
Starting point is 00:16:38 It's a place to remind yourself of what's important. Become aware of who you've been, who you are, and who you want to be so you can take ownership of the one person you can't get rid of. You. So, if you're ready to make a reservation for one, go to greenlights.com and pre-order Greenlights the Journal.
Starting point is 00:16:57 What am I buying? You're buying literally a journal. Do you want to make a reservation for one? Get in touch with yourself. Get in touch with the universe. Crack the universal codes of humanity. What is exactly? Oh, it's a blank book. Yeah, it's a blank book.
Starting point is 00:17:11 This is a blank book. Straight up a blank book. It has a little prompt here and there every 10 pages or whatever. It says, how are you feeling today, slugger? Well, me and Danny will be in Plano, Texas. And after that, we will be doing a companion show where you can, a wonderful experience of getting in touch with yourself. It's like, will you be doing stand up there?
Starting point is 00:17:31 It's actually just a empty bar. Dude, it's the ultimate. Will you be paying for a ticket for? It's the ultimate grift. It's like you go, hey, we just slap on a cover on a blank book. Like imagine like you go, hey, fucking Random House wants to give you a book deal, Matt. And he goes, hmm, that seems like a lot of work what if i just sell an empty book that i say you write it yourself isn't that amazing it's as much as a book too like that's the really crazy thing is like it
Starting point is 00:17:55 costs as much as a book so you basically you're journaling yeah but the idea is while you're journaling matthew mcconaughey is like there with you there's probably like a few like yeah there's probably like a few shirtless photos of him like from the good old days couple shirtless photos just like you get to it like yeah
Starting point is 00:18:10 alright alright he goes alright alright doot doot doot doot doot alright and it spells the word right like with a W I feel like he's troll like he must
Starting point is 00:18:19 get the checks for this book and be like man people are stupid nah I think he's into this he's buying into it dude I'm telling you it's the Tim Ferriss shit this is like this is what he does this is tim ferriss five years ago tim ferriss has released 90 books that are just like my morning routines and different types of teas he drank yeah yeah oh he'll have a tea soon yeah because matthew
Starting point is 00:18:36 mcconaughey is probably like i don't want to like sell alcohol because i don't like me people say but if he does a tea i go i would know what a tea is this is legitimately a blank book and by the way i only know that because you told me i legitimately a blank book and by the way i only know that because you told me i know you sent it to me i listened to the whole thing and i go what is he selling he goes but it'll be me accompanied side by side me and it's by this book and it'll be me and you frolicking through the wilderness in relation to my past book i go your past book? Yeah. I guess he has.
Starting point is 00:19:07 That's how you sell two books in one. Yeah. It's like a companion, but the companion to the actual book is just empty. Well, I've been loving Matthew McConaughey. Should we do that for merch? People kept asking for merch. Blank shirt. We got this blank shirt or like blank book. We go, yeah, just write all your favorite jokes of ours in there.
Starting point is 00:19:22 Okay. Yeah. Blank book. And then the Sean King, he's been amazing. So basically, Sean King, like black Twitter sort of turned on him. I'm taking these off. Everybody's turned on him. All right.
Starting point is 00:19:34 I'm done with this puppy. I've already sweated through it. So everyone sort of turned on Sean King. And a big part of it was saying that he stole people's money. And he had all these charities. And allegedly, part of it was saying that he, you know, stole people's money and he had all these charities. And allegedly some people are saying that. Also, he's not black. And that he's not black.
Starting point is 00:19:51 Yeah. Just like run glosses over that. And he's also not black. Right. But he's one of those guys that's sort of entering the Matthew McConaughey territory where I'm like, you got to respect it at some point. Like Yashir Ali, same thing. He's like, um, whatchamacallit would call her the fucking like pastor you know those like mega church pastors who are
Starting point is 00:20:08 like complete scams like gajillionaires yeah so he comes out so everyone got mad at him in his own community and it was really like black twitter sort of you know turned on him right which was and then he comes out and he posts a house and he goes, this is my family and we have to move, which is devastating. And my family's cried over this nonstop because Fox news and New York post posted a picture of my home everywhere. And I've been doxxed and out of the gate, it was like, it was not, it was every publication. And if you go look at the people, like, because white people don't even really know about
Starting point is 00:20:44 him that much. You know what I mean? It's way more of of a he's a celebrity kind of in the black world right was yeah it was but it was so he's like first he's like all like black guys turned on him he was like these right-wing bigots totally you know what i mean yeah he goes maga hasn't met your black brain by posting my thing but even more importantly sean king's entire thing was based on doxing people like his whole deal was like hey here's a guy a woman that was like a karen yeah what's her name you know what i mean so we can get do your thing internet yeah so his whole thing is doxing people.
Starting point is 00:21:27 And he's like, I cannot believe the right wing. I cannot fucking believe. Because the New York Post doxed me. And then he goes, it's not safe anymore to move, right? So he goes, it's not safe anymore at my house. So he's got this $800,000 house in New Jersey or something, right? He goes, it's not safe for me. So I got to move out of my home. And here's my cash app, Venmo.
Starting point is 00:21:44 Yeah, I know. That's the best paypal yeah put all this stuff he goes help me move i mean it's literally it's you know we we see it all the time in the the kind of cancel canceling world but it's just like live by the sword die by the sword you die he's not died by the sword he honestly he's playing 3d jets with all y'all oh i mean he has to move and all that shit i don't know he's not doing well or he does dude black people call him talcum x you know how crazy that is yeah that the like the black community has embraced calling him talcum x which was basically like started by steven crowder i think like i'd never heard that before that was like a really like fringe thing and people are
Starting point is 00:22:18 like oh don't call him that and then now it's just like that is his nickname for all people right and then he goes i was minding my business and all this happened. But it's like, he's accused of like fraud. He's like minding my own business. It's like the, you know, getting people to send them, you know, millions of dollars. And then it's like questionable where the money went or whatever. And he doxes people. And it wasn't right wing people.
Starting point is 00:22:41 It was like kind of his own people or whatever. Yeah. And then, so i'm just watching this whole thing and i was just like you like the balls to come out and be like everyone's mad at you for um you know essentially like stealing their money kind of is the main accusation and then he comes out and he goes oh because everyone accused me of stealing money i gotta move so anyways you can send me money so you can send me more money and then the next post after that on his instagram goes september 11th i'm launching my new fashion line fashion line it goes sean king do rags
Starting point is 00:23:17 line of do rags by sean king yeah come on i'm releasing a line of do rags and afro pics on King. Yeah, I'm releasing a line of do-rags and afro pics and like, you know, black hair products. Dude,
Starting point is 00:23:28 even Tamir Rice, who was like one of the black kids who was like killed by the cops or whatever, his mom came out recently and was like, we talked about it, but he was like,
Starting point is 00:23:34 she was like, yeah, he raised all this money on like the back of like my son getting killed and like didn't tell me about it and like didn't give it to me and like,
Starting point is 00:23:41 she's like, he just took it and she's like, what the fuck? Yeah, he's like, I'm sort of like a curator of charity funds yeah yeah but this that one was so because i was looking at the one being like the balls on this guy and then the next post is like also fashion drop yeah he's like in de blasio territory of just like nobody likes him yeah i guess he they sort of people like him too you do sort of box yourself into a corner
Starting point is 00:24:06 because I do get, okay, so you build this like doxing and fake charity empire and then you have all these followers and you're just like, well, I should be rich because I'm famous. So you're kind of like, well, what can you do? Because you can't, all his shirts are kind of like, you know, the police are bad
Starting point is 00:24:24 and the gist of all of it is like the funds are going to help people's families so I think at some point these guys are like I mean if some of the funds
Starting point is 00:24:34 go to their family that's probably fine I mean that's like fucking tales all the time with charities tale as old as time you know people raise money and they go
Starting point is 00:24:39 yeah that's a lot of money I raised so much money for this charity like I really should take a decent cut like think of what all I've done you put your Venmo on there and then essentially before you know you got a million
Starting point is 00:24:48 dollars in your account from like one day's work should we hit him with a request and you're i was you sent him a venmo request the boys yeah but the the spin on that guy and then so robin d'angelo's podcast tour has also been really good oh yeah so she's been going around you know we started talking about comedy but she's had this one one thing recently where they were like what do you think about the fact that like a lot of black people disagree with you and she goes well there will always be black people that disagree with anti-racism and they're like being used you know they don't understand it so i don't take those people seriously literally in her mind she's probably just like saying like she goes don't say uncle tom don't say uncle tom don't say uncle tom yeah so she goes on record and she goes black
Starting point is 00:25:33 people that don't agree with the philosophy that she essentially invented yeah yeah a white woman yeah they just don't get it they don't get it they're stupid and then the there's so i don't know if i put those in celebrity categories but oj simpson comes out and he goes he said that he doesn't want to go to los angeles because he might be sitting next to the real killer i saw that i go this is what is this like a fucking like onion or like uh what's the other one that they do all that i was like this is satire. It has to be. Because nobody's even talking about this for so long. Like this hasn't come up in five years. OJ's been a source of great enjoyment for the last little bit.
Starting point is 00:26:14 I am glad if he does go to jail, they should still allow him to have a phone and a TikTok account because he's been incredible. Oh, he's been great. No, they're not saying anything. Even with the vaccine. I thought it was the Double Jeopardy stuff. Even the vaccine.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Well, you know He always has some new thing He might steal a shirt again Or something But he always has some new thing Like he was coming out recently Being like You know you gotta get the needle
Starting point is 00:26:32 And get jabbed Or whatever I know It's literally OJ saying Everyone should get their shots Get your shots yo Yeah he was just like Also the idea
Starting point is 00:26:42 Like if his wife If his wife If he wasn't the real killer, the person, like, it's not possible that they've moved. No. And also it's like, what? Oh, Jay, you're riding the bus. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:51 Like, what do you mean? You're going to be sitting next to him, sitting next to him. Where? Yeah. Like I honestly picture OJ is just like literally on the city bus and I was like, Oh, that could be the real killer. And then the last, uh, celebrity of the week that was making me laugh was Alfonso Riviera. So Carlton, he's at a club.
Starting point is 00:27:08 And apparently, you know, so Carlton's just been out there like since Fresh Prist, just like crushing snaps, right? Oh, yeah. He's like a real puss hound. Kind of like Robin from Robin and Batman recently because they said they came out and said that Robin from Robin and Batman, that he's exploring sexually. By the way, so many people in the comments are going to be like, it's Batman and Robin. From Robin and Batman. It's Batman and Robin. Robin from Robin and Batman.
Starting point is 00:27:35 We said something. I don't remember. That's some sort of comic book thing. We got like a lot of people didn't like. I said red, white and blue or something instead of red. I said that red, blue and white. Red, blue and white. But so they basically said that robin is
Starting point is 00:27:46 coming out and then he's been exploring his sexuality and we were loving the idea where me and uh dating our buddy matt were just like dying at the idea that what that meant was just like maybe he's trying two girls at once trying three girls at once just key parties and fucking like yeah because the idea obviously is that he's like they're gonna say he's like non-binary or something but it's like yeah robin's been exploring his sexuality like he convinced his wife to let him be polyamorous but she still has to he's just in an open relationship robin's yeah nobody's so funny if he's in an open relationship and then like one of the fucking like pages in the comic book his wife's like what like she doesn't even know he
Starting point is 00:28:20 goes yeah so robin's new thing is he's just out there crushing pussies, exploring. He might do three girls at once. He might be... He's trying to fuck a fat chick. He's doing the Eyes Wide Shut parties and stuff with the fucking weird masks and shit. He's getting out there. Nothing gay, though. Nothing gay at all. Imagine he's like, what?
Starting point is 00:28:38 No, I'm not fucking gay. Yeah, nothing gay. We were going to maybe make that sketch. But Alfonso Riviera, he gets out there and he was like... He was at some club, nothing gay. We were going to maybe make that sketch. But Alfonso Riviera, he gets out there and he was like, he was at some club like wasted. He's still going to clubs and they're like, oh, Carlton's here. And he's like, shit on my lap, baby.
Starting point is 00:28:54 I'll do the Carlton dance in your fucking pussy. And then he basically said, he goes to rant on stage going off on all the white girls here. I've been steady fucking white pussy for the last 10 years there almost ain't a white bitch in this town i haven't fucked and he kind of talks like hood yeah yeah oh when he turns it on for sure like when he's trying to get pussy yeah so he was out there so i'd say out of my all of those they're all really good i would say my favorite is probably sean king still sean king always the best just
Starting point is 00:29:25 because he doubled down like all of these people was kind of like a one-shot pop this month whereas talcum x he fucking killed it by saying that uh you know i screwed up here's my venmo and everything and then followed it up with but also by my new fashion line yeah yeah my do-rags so i want to give sean king give it to. So I want to give Sean King. Give it to Sean King. I want to give Sean King the fucking... The celebrity of the week. Okay. New segment.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Everyone, before we move on, though, I just want to say a shout-out to a new sponsor that we have here, Raycon. Not Raytheon. I know what you thought. Raytheon? You thought we got sponsored by Raytheon, but it's not. It's Raycon. Wetheon I know what you thought you thought we got sponsored by Raytheon but it's not it's Raycon
Starting point is 00:30:07 you got the defense money which is headphones and I've said this before but I forever was a guy that would do like the corded headphones even when I was running
Starting point is 00:30:17 I would literally like run into you know the pole hit it and it was my phone goes flying that whole thing so I said that's
Starting point is 00:30:24 you know when you say the three purchases that are the best? You know how like... Speaking of Tim Ferriss, he does the... What's the best purchase you ever made? I'd say top three for me. I've been trying to tell you for two years and you're like,
Starting point is 00:30:33 no, I'm a wire man. I get it because you lose everything. My thing was I'm losing them, but my opinion now is even if you lose them a couple times a year, it's still worth it. Just consider it like you have a subscription to them. It sort of is how I've been a little bit considering it lately so rake on headphones and you know you can do it
Starting point is 00:30:49 forever you want for me when i'm having sex i'm listening to my comedy set so you know what i mean and these are multitasking yeah this is like people ask us advice about stuff go while you're fucking see if you can be productive in another area of your life they can cancel out some of the noise of your girl chatting while you're having sex. No matter how you're feeling about getting back out there,
Starting point is 00:31:09 there's no denying that it's an adjustment. When the world gets too loud, something I love to do is create my own soundtrack by popping in Raycon wireless
Starting point is 00:31:17 earbuds. Now. What would be your soundtrack? Is it mostly just like kind of self-motivational stuff? You were getting killed
Starting point is 00:31:24 because you said you only listened to Eminem rap god over and over again. I'm beginning to feel like a rap god. That's Danny when he's having sex. I told you, I'm listening to my own sets when I'm having sex. And they're like, so I grew up in a white family. You started laughing. She's like, what are you laughing at?
Starting point is 00:31:41 I killed it so hard last night at Brooklyn Comedy Club. Dude. What did I say there? How did I say that line? You kind of rewind it while inside of someone. Yeah, they come with gel tips for comfort. And unlike other brands, they don't stick to your ears, which is actually I do find a problem if you're working
Starting point is 00:31:59 and getting jacked and yoked like I am. For someone like you, it's probably you're doing a light workout. You've got the girl weights. Danny's doing the bands. I'm a For someone like you, you're doing a light workout. You got the girl weights. Danny's doing the bands. I'm a band guy. Yeah, you're doing the bands. They start at half the price of other premium audio brands.
Starting point is 00:32:14 They sound just as good. And Raycons come with a 45-day happiness guarantee, so if you can't lose, give them a try. You'll see what I mean. Create your own soundtrack with Raycon right now. Boys cast listeners can get 15 off the raycon orders or at buyraycon.com slash the boys cast that's spike at raycon.com slash the boys cost r-a-y-c-o-n.com buyraycon.com slash the boys cast now moving on i found a pretty good one.
Starting point is 00:32:45 That's probably, I felt like I had some pretty good things this week. Yeah, we had some. So BuzzFeed is officially releasing that they're for the boys. Love BuzzFeed. Yeah, so BuzzFeed hasn't been on my radar that much because, you know, they've just kind of been falling off me caring about what they do. It's, you know, you kind of know what they're getting out there.
Starting point is 00:33:03 I've been more of a vice man. But so this is all, you know how white chicks have been getting you know just torched up for the last you know that's why i have a idea for a karen sketch where it's karen she's getting like robbed in her house and someone's coming in and she's calling the cops and the the police officers are just like oh we got a real karen on her hands you're like he's breaking into my house he He's got a knife. We go, okay, let me guess. He's a person of color. Total Karen.
Starting point is 00:33:29 Yeah. And we got a total Karen on our hands. So you sure you want us to send somebody over? But Buzzfeed, and this is, you know, kind of that thing where it always, it always gets here. Like they don't just stop. They don't stop at white men are bad. They can't stop.
Starting point is 00:33:42 Won't stop at white men are bad. They can't stop. Won't stop. So Buzzfeed is now released. Buzzfeed has released a 15 examples of toxic femininity and they put it out to the listeners. They put it out to the writers and they've curated what, you know, Buzzfeed is officially subscribed to the idea that boys weren't the problem and toxic femininity is in fact, Scooby-Doo. it's been women all along but but obviously as you can imagine buzzfeed's uh women are toxic is all
Starting point is 00:34:15 basically like all toxic women is when you're not you know following the agenda yeah there was some pretty good ones too there was this journalist i don't know if you saw this recently but like this you know there was this journalist who was one of the main cancel people i can't remember her name but i know the other person is yolanda machado so this girl who was like oh yeah what is she yeah i know her but so i'll just tell shortly this story but the kind of stuff that's going on on the internet of like women turning on each other so basically this girl comes out and they they were trying to cancel her for like an insensitive racial tweet right and she's like a
Starting point is 00:34:49 very you know on board with all this stuff kind of girl right and then uh they were getting so mad at her that she says i tried to commit suicide you know didn't conclude it she was you know kind of went halfway to flintstone vitamins like a chick yeah did a chick suicide version and then she comes out and she goes just so you know like i tried to commit suicide because of everyone that's been you know yelling at me because they really turned on her and then they all the people that turn on her go you have learned nothing if you think that saying you're suicidal after caught you're caught doing something that's not mental health it's white women tears oh yeah this is a gaming thing she wrote an article about gaming yeah yeah so right now the consensus is that if you try to
Starting point is 00:35:31 commit suicide after getting canceled it's white woman tears and you're like can you imagine though being the type of person that you go you know what i care about mental health that's the most important thing to me someone goes like I just tried to commit suicide from you bullying me and you go oh we got a case of white woman tears although I will say if you're dating a white woman really good use whenever she fucking turns
Starting point is 00:35:56 the waterworks on you go oh some more white woman tears oh yeah here we go fucking these people are giving a little bit of a playbook for the boys that's what i'm saying this is a playbook for the boys with the white women tears thing because they know how they're thinking of it in their mind they're like all right we we took care of white dudes we got them they're done you know what i mean we put the finishing
Starting point is 00:36:16 touch on them now it's time to take down toxic women and where the boys are like we're not done i feel like even the white woman tears would work if your girlfriend's not white. Because it even hits harder if your girlfriend's like something else. And you go, oh, the white woman tears. Yeah, look at you. Look at you. You know, just because you're with a white man. Now you're white adjacent and you're doing white tears.
Starting point is 00:36:38 Even if you're in a totally like a not white relationship. Neither of you are white. Just be like, oh, the white woman tears. Oh, here we go with the white woman tears. because we all know that women kind of sometimes exploit the fucking waterworks everybody knows that oh duh you know so then Danny's girls have exploited waterworks of squirting every single time three times Danny finishes sex he goes you only squirted a couple times this time something wrong uh yes I tried to wring out the mattress and nothing came out every time Danny is it something I'm doing or Every time you finish sex, you try to ring out the mattress.
Starting point is 00:37:08 And then you go, hey, did you not come your normal 45 times? Yeah, it was something I was doing. I know a girl that she goes when she was dating a guy after he finished, he would go, how many times did you come? And she's like, zero. If I was him, I'd be like, okay, good, just checking. Yeah, I don't want you getting fucking uppity yeah so the first one is women who slut shame period and then
Starting point is 00:37:34 oh actually you know what the other thing that was really good was the last man so there's this new trailer that's coming out called uh the last man and the gist of it oh yeah i forgot yeah i forgot we saw this right as we're watching this trailer so go watch it and it's honestly the actual movie's not that crazy it's basically like and it's based on like a pretty famous graphic yeah so all men died but the the problem is because they everyone knows the only way to sell this kind of stuff is you have to go so pro women so all the people that are involved in the project are posting and all the articles surrounding the project are like finally a world like we're without men and blah blah but if the actual movie is like everything's going wrong so it's like a world without men and just have like
Starting point is 00:38:21 every girl's like depressed just so much infighting fucking nothing works actually i don't know if so i got a sneak peek of it i saw the first episode the entire first episode no cars for their keys it's the whole first episode doesn't really do much but it's a real cliffhanger though because it ends with them finding the keys yeah but it's so funny but with uh women who slut shame period is always a funny one because it's like, I have a feeling that a lot of these are going to be the idea of anyone, anyone who says anything I do is bad. So here's examples of toxic women or any woman who tells me anything that I'm doing isn't good. That's going to be the gist of it. With the slut shaming, it's like,
Starting point is 00:39:05 listen, if you're happy, you're happy. But if a girl's sleeping with 85 dudes and she's depressed, you got to enable her. If your therapist says, Hey, it's maybe it's possible.
Starting point is 00:39:21 Maybe it's possible that you bang and, you know, the entire fucking hockey squad didn't make you feel better. No. And then doing it a second time didn't make you feel better either. Is that possible? And then you go, toxic. Toxic.
Starting point is 00:39:37 Number nine is my favorite, by the way. Yo, baby, you so toxic. Isn't that Britney Spears? That's not. But my pits are, this is number nine. My pits are hairy. This is, by the way, no way this is real. We're not going in order? Oh, are we going?
Starting point is 00:39:49 I thought we were kind of skipping along. No, we're going to go in order. We're not going to do all of them, maybe. Well, okay, that's what I was ensuring. Number two is making fun of your female friends to try to get attention. Also, just picking on and gossiping about other women. Literally being a guy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:02 Unfortunately, I've worked with a few women like this also this uh article that they're writing is literally 15 women gossiping about women they call toxic you know who's fucking toxic and they're they're literally gossiping about those people and picking on them so you go well okay so let's say we agree with this list where we go okay some of these women are toxic this woman is slut shames toxic what should we agree with this list where we go, okay, some of these women are toxic. This woman who slut shames toxic. What should we do with her? And they're like, wow, we should ruin her fucking life. We should do it there.
Starting point is 00:40:31 So does that make you toxic? No. No, you're fucking toxic. I'm not toxic. You're toxic, but you are right. So all when it's like, yeah, making fun of your female friends to try to get male attention. That's all women who try to get female attention and they're doing it now number three toxic femininity is to me is when women shame men for being too soft or adhering to
Starting point is 00:40:54 their limited ideas of masculinity masculinity so any girl that doesn't subscribe to exactly how this girl thinks is toxic if you are shaming a man because your fucking husband walked in there cried his eyes out i mean for sure if you're like the girl that's like you need to be in a fucking fight you know a million fights or whatever totally but if you go the other way and you go what if uh so it's toxic femininity is when women shame men for being too soft. Well, what if they shame them for being too hard? And they would probably be like, well, that's good. Think about that though. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:32 So she says it's toxic. Because we're kind of hard. But I think my thesis is going to be with a lot of this stuff is like, obviously what she means is you can shame if it fits her ideology. Yeah, of course. But you go, so why would it be okay to shame men for being too hard? Like if you said a toxic man, for example, would be someone that's like, you know, getting in fights and stuff like that. And that's how he wants to live his life.
Starting point is 00:41:54 So can you shame him? Fuck yeah. Yes. But if you say he's too soft. Yeah, you go, yo. And also the thing is, I dated a short man for many years. And women would say, like imagine like, I mean,
Starting point is 00:42:06 read that, what did she say? She goes, I dated a very short man for many years and women would say the snarkiest things to me. They judge me for dating a man that wasn't bigger than me because that's what a real man is supposed to look like. Imagine just like you have friends,
Starting point is 00:42:15 you go, yo, he's a little shorter than you. You should break up. What? Yeah, you go, that's a little toxic. Yeah, that's, you know what real toxic femininity is? I mean, it's the equivalent of like some fucking your boys being like, yo, it's the equivalent of like some fucking...
Starting point is 00:42:25 Your boys being like, yo, your girl's put on like 10. You should maybe break up with her. And you go, I don't know if that's really... Yeah, I don't think anyone's going to be saying that. What they might say is like if they've, you know, if they're at a bar and it's like, I'm thinking about talking to that guy.
Starting point is 00:42:40 But anyone, once you're sort of like dating, no one's going to have the fucking cajones to do that sort of stuff. But this stuff when they say toxic what they really mean is like any ideological drift yes but um anyone who does not agree with me what the actual toxic femininity is you know not cooking for example what would be real toxic femininity messages you a hundred times a day bad at laundry bad at laundry but the, probably the most toxic thing a girl can be is not happy constantly. Oh, that's. So if you have a girl that's just like never happy, no matter what, and then blames it
Starting point is 00:43:14 on you when it's always actually like her situation. Yeah. Like if you're dating a girl that's not happy with her work and I'm your friends and it's always like, well, maybe if you did this and maybe if you hung out with me more and Bob, but you go, this isn't about me. No, but I don't think. But it's an like well maybe if you did this and maybe if you hung out with me more and bob but you go this isn't about me no but i don't think but it's an easy way to kind of deflect and we did uh we did on the patreon last week uh a bit of um uh things we think we screwed up in our 20s and it was funny like in the comments and everything one of the main things that people were saying was the number one mistake that you could make is have a fucking kid with the
Starting point is 00:43:43 wrong person oh and i really do believe they're probably right that i'm happy that fucking didn't happen but having an accidental kid or even an on-purpose kid with like a total psychopath i've seen it happen to other people that is the number one way to make your life hell and it never ends oh it never ends yeah so the only solution to that is only bone dudes. Only fucking, yeah. Or women who don't have uteruses. Only bone dudes. And then make sure that when you start dating a girl, you wait six months until you have sex. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:14 Or trans women. Or trans women. Trans women who have the bottom surgery. Yeah. That's probably ideal scenario. So more toxic. In your 20s. Yeah more toxic stuff i hate when women tear other women down for doing girly things some women do that i'm not like other girls thing
Starting point is 00:44:34 to extreme so if you do like makeup or nails you're automatically beneath women who choose not to because they're all past that it's like fucking two percent of women who are like not into that shit yeah it's like oh yeah yeah the tiny fucking minority is like this is all different people and they all conflict too because literally one of them goes uh when you tear down girls for being girly it's toxic and then it's like the other one's like when girls need you to be girly it's toxic everything's toxic it's also with this stuff it's like this is like the optimist prime of a woman right here every woman in here it just makes up one superwoman who's just like everything they say conflicts with everything else and they're just fucking like up here one moment down here one moment they're just so many of these conflict with each other one girl literally says i
Starting point is 00:45:23 hate when girls tear down women for being girly. And the other girls, when you tear me. Basically, the idea is like nothing's good or bad. Yeah. And it's also not tearing down. It's just like, listen, if I hang out with a group of people that are like, their whole thing is watching football. And I hate football. Like every time I hang out with you guys, all we do is watch football.
Starting point is 00:45:46 Eventually you would be like, we might just not be like the perfect combination to hang out. You know what I mean? Yeah. You'd be like, yeah, we're watching football again. You go,
Starting point is 00:45:52 I don't feel like coming over today. You know what? This kind of kind of remind me of two that I was thinking of a little, that there is this, you know that. Okay. So it's a race thing, but which race?
Starting point is 00:46:03 Well, it's all races, but there's, there's this whole idea that one of the things that's really racist, right, is if you want to pick people that are more like you. So sort of like the inherent biases, for example, is that if you're an Indian dude and you run a company,
Starting point is 00:46:22 you're probably going to pick more Indian dudes. Same reason why guys might just want to pick a guy. Birds of a feather. Birds of a feather. Because you might just get that person more. And I kind of do get that. It's like, you know, if you went to the same schools and you kind of like the same music,
Starting point is 00:46:37 and for me, that probably is less racial. For a lot of people, that's less racial. The same reason that two construction workers that are different race are going to get along with each other more than they will with someone of the same same reason that, you know, two construction workers that are different race are going to get along more than with each other, more than they will with the someone of the same race that some, you know, uppity fucking liberal Upper West Side, whatever. You know what I mean? Housewife of a hedge fund manager or some shit. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:46:57 Or a university professor. But it's a contradicting thing because all of the stuff that's like this new focus on race stuff, all it does is make people apart more. So if you go, hey, everyone who does the same culture and stuff like that, right? For example, when I was in school, a lot of people would have parents from different backgrounds and a lot of people of different race. But really, and this is a thing that even goes with class and everything, there's been a lot of studies that say that it's way more important who you went to school with than your parents.
Starting point is 00:47:32 Because you're more influenced by your friend group, especially people I was. For sure. Way more. By the time I was like 12, my friend group was very important to me and my parents, I was barely like, oh, you're still here?
Starting point is 00:47:43 You know, I was so... I always say that when they got divorced, it was kind of like, you're still here uh you know i was so i always say that when when they got divorced it was kind of like you know oh that was my old joke uh but it was hey uh just so you know we're not getting divorced because of you and i was like yeah what yeah i didn't i didn't think that when i'm gonna come home and you were throwing my clothes out the window i barely know you exist right now now can i go skateboard yeah so so all of this stuff where it's like the segregationist where it's like oh white people can't do this thing and black people don't do this thing and all of this like focus on race makes people their cultures more separate
Starting point is 00:48:15 which is obviously in turn gonna continue the cycle that people hire people more like them whether you're except well except for now you get in trouble for it well sure but it's they're forcing people into a situation where again if you are fucking super indian and you just moved here lo and behold like that's who you kind of uh hire at your company right i remember yeah when i was doing uh i was directing this video and i went to this there was these two guys that were in indian companies and they were only only company have ever been that it was literally only one race at the thing so that's why i keep referencing that i mean there's lots of businesses there's a place in toronto remember uh pj o'brien's yeah so it's like this irish bar and they have like four different bars that they own and they only hire
Starting point is 00:48:58 people from ireland yeah i remember like straight up like we only you can only work if you're from ireland yeah that's their whole thing yeah so so when they're pushing all that stuff and you from Ireland. Yeah, I remember that. They're like straight up like we only, you can only work here if you're from Ireland. Yeah, that's their whole thing. Yeah. So when they're pushing all that stuff and you get why they want to do that but you go,
Starting point is 00:49:11 if the whole idea is like let's keep Indian cultures for Indians and white people for white and you, the more you separate all that stuff, the more that problem
Starting point is 00:49:19 is going to persist. So I was like, it's such a counterproductive solution to, you can't like bring people together by separating them. No. It's people and also yeah again they will always especially with people who are from different cultures where it's like you will always gravitate towards like you know especially areas like like you know cities where you're like that's like your culture because
Starting point is 00:49:38 especially you're like hey i want stores like i remember where i live from they carry the products from the country i'm from and you And you can't just have those randomly. They have to be concentrated. It just doesn't make sense. I feel like there's a natural order to this stuff that sorts itself out in a way. But yeah, I agree with you. You can't just force people to fucking... Number four, toxic.
Starting point is 00:49:56 My grandma keeps telling me to lose weight and go on these diets and wonders why I don't visit. Toxic grandma. Do you think your grandma's like, really? Like, she walks in and she goes,
Starting point is 00:50:07 what's up, fatso? Hey, fatty. Oh, look who it is. Are you sure? Oh, let's get the loading. She walks into her grandma's house for her birthday. She goes, beep, beep, beep.
Starting point is 00:50:18 Let's get the loading dock out here. Hey, can you unlock the loading dock? What's up, Samantha? Oh, I forgot you were coming. I guess get a couple more plates. out here hey can you unlock the loading dock what's up samantha oh uh you didn't i didn't forgot you were coming i guess get a couple more plates fitness instructors toxic you know what the there is this funny thing was like you know because to me if i was honest to god if you were looking at let's say you're dating a girl who's more toxic the girl that calls you fat or the girl like with the you know
Starting point is 00:50:45 goes to college head shave sides like scolding you every two seconds that is clearly the toxic woman oh by far taking people down ruining people's lives that's the you're that's the talk the grandmother's literally like she might be a dick about it but she just wants you to be healthy yeah i mean if your grandma's calling you fat all the time it's toxic but there is a cultural thing where it's like it's like, that's just a cult. If you have an Italian grandma, she might be telling you the opposite, which I think one of the things was people would tell you you're too skinny. Telling you you're too fat.
Starting point is 00:51:15 You got to eat more. Telling you you're too fat is toxic. Telling you you're too skinny is toxic. It's all toxic. But when these, it kind of reminds me of like, so you know how these these people are the toxic ones like you're my that's my second hypothesis but it it's funny watching like the most toxic people accuse anyone else of being toxic for example tmz does like woke articles now
Starting point is 00:51:38 really yeah so tmz will it'll be like, they kind of like easing into it, but they'll do a ton of like, you know, Karen being copying racist. You know, they're all- I love how they went from like literally like posting like fucking upskirt photos of celebrities. That's what I'm saying. To being like, hey, we're, racism's bad.
Starting point is 00:51:59 Well, can you believe the fucking journalists and all like the TMZ paparazzi having the audacity to be like we're some sort of moral arbiter in any capacity these are literally the scum of the earth here's a photo of a couple on vacation from behind a tree yeah totally like like they're literally hiding under cars you killed princess diana you pieces of shit. Killing Princess Diana. They're one step away from hiding in a porta potty to get a photo of your snatch.
Starting point is 00:52:32 Like literally getting shit on. They have a fucking wiper on the lens. Yeah. And then crawling up from the porta potty, covered in shit, to get their $40 from a photo to like their scummy ass website. And then having the audacity to be like, men are frigging toxic. Oh, look at this fucking Karen over here.
Starting point is 00:52:53 Didn't like her latte. You're like, dude, you would break a kid's bones to make $40 with photo of that would ruin someone's life these people for years the same magazines that are out here posting the you know even buzzfeed was into this shit back in the day and they'll post like hey it's toxic to call a girl fat here's five years ago all of the people that fucking work at these places being like so-and-so is looking fat yeah and they find a photo of her look where she you know stands up weird at the beach yeah totally and she'll be like 70 something that's our buddy had one where they were like bet middler is looking old oh yeah she's fucking 70 these are the same people that are scolding you
Starting point is 00:53:43 the same people where the money is you. The same people. They know where the money is, you know? The same people that in a different culture would be, they would do honey, I shrunk myself to sneak into your butthole. These are not people of high morals. And then they'd come out and they'd publish a photo of like a little extra poo inside George Clooney's rectum. Yeah, they like get the fucking like but like a head cam from fucking like the guy who waxes his asshole and they're like they would
Starting point is 00:54:09 if they could they would disguise themselves as an asshole waxer yeah and then get like they'd have a photo on their waxing tool totally so they could sell that to you know the top buyer on the fucking internet. And these people, that's the same thing as this person calling anyone toxic. Get a fucking grip. Yeah, that's some gall. She goes, I hate when... Okay, so the next one is... We won't look at all of them, but... Keeping a spotless house and being judged if you can't.
Starting point is 00:54:41 It seems one is a better woman if one is good at cleaning and highly i mean obviously one's preferable versus the other like i mean whatever you don't you don't nobody's saying like quit your job and focus on keeping the house clean one is one thing is better than the other thing call me fat's toxic call me a slob oh i'm sorry i'm a fucking hoarder who has rats fucking all over the place and rat shit everywhere dead rats everywhere i'm sorry i can I'm a fucking hoarder who has rats fucking all over the place and rat shit everywhere, dead rats everywhere. I'm sorry, I can't be a fucking perfect woman. Yeah. And by the way, there's been a, that's the one of the most.
Starting point is 00:55:14 By the way, I watched an episode of Hoarders like three days ago. Really? Dead rats everywhere. Gross. They always say, that's one of most uh false premises of all time that women are less uh that women are uh more clean than men every girl that i've ever lived with is way sloppier than me oh not me really no you're not sloppy though i not sloppy, but generally women are cleaner than me. Really? I feel like it's hair everywhere. It's not gross like grime, but there's stuff everywhere.
Starting point is 00:55:50 There's clothes everywhere. I'm not tidy, I guess I would say. I'm not dirty, but I'm not tidy. So girls aren't gross, but they're tidy. But sometimes the bathrooms, I feel like girls' bathrooms, there's just stuff everywhere. My girl's fucking tub is like... I'm going to sift through hair dryers to get to the sink she has she always like well just because she uses all these fucking creams and shampoos but like
Starting point is 00:56:11 she'll leave it on the the thing so it's like i sometimes i get in her tub to take a shower and it's like it's like oiled up like i'm basically about to just slip and crack my hand yeah you do like a half pipe thing kind of it honestly it's fucking yeah you just go up and back now well stop being fat stop being poor paris hilton 2005 so brave yeah so you can't have a spot if you call if you call me a slob it's toxic um if you tell you i'm too clean also toxic you tell me i'm too clean also toxic i like that buzzfeed's moved on to girls for example i'm very happy about that i'd have how many quote tweets of this article on twitter that included the hashtag do better yeah i think they should do
Starting point is 00:56:50 better um okay my pits are hairy i'm sick of women being disgusted by it so why are all these articles all like 10 reasons i'm probably you're mean if I'm telling me that I'm disgusting? Okay, listen. If you're a slob in the house, you don't cook, you don't like to do girly things, like put on makeup or take care of yourself, you don't like to go to the gym,
Starting point is 00:57:16 at least shave your pits. I go, listen, if you're super hot, you could probably get away with it a little better. He goes, I'm sick of women and men being disgusted by it or no i'm sick of women being disgusted by it no man has ever disliked or said anything about my pits not that i care but women have outright stopped me on the street and asked if i'm uncomfortable if i smell worse than i did if i have it yeah so no they didn't first off you do care why would you only not care if a man asks you that? Women are just really getting in your craw.
Starting point is 00:57:45 Also, there's no fucking way that women are stopping you. What, are you walking down the street like this? And then women stop you and go, Hey, excuse me, stranger. Is that uncomfortable? And do you stink? Yeah, yeah. Hey, just a quick question,
Starting point is 00:58:02 because I've been thinking about growing some puppies for myself. Hey, do you stink, stranger on the street? What? I've been thinking about getting a couple of those for myself, if you don't mind. Hey, those bushes right there, are those street legal? Can I take a whiff? Can I get in there?
Starting point is 00:58:16 I won't get too close. I know there's a pandemic and everything. Do you stink? And by the way, this is another thing where it's like a girl being like, no guy cares that i'm fat it's like if you're if you're judging that by they're fucking you yeah totally i know yeah i fucking uh let him and his buddy tag team me so they obviously don't care all right they don't give a shit yeah they don't care at all they fucking just love me for me
Starting point is 00:58:38 they don't care that i dare a very fit i mean his buddies all fucking they took me down they ran a train on me and uh yeah they loved me for me yeah so they go uh having pits is toxic um then they go women telling other women to dumb it down to attract a mate is toxic sorry but someone who prefers to date idiots is likely super toxic and a bigger idiot so you know what you're a fucking idiot i'm not yeah yeah girls can't know it no i i think i know the exact issue what's going on right here so women often and this type of woman will often confuse being opinionated with being smart so like do you know what i mean though they they think they're being told to like dumb it down but it's like on either gender if you start a fucking date and like one
Starting point is 00:59:32 minute in you're like and the thing about this and the thing about this and the thing about this and then and then you're like you're being a little you know just take it down a lot she's like just because i'm smart you know you don't need an opinion on every single thing. And you know what? Men are bad at that too. For sure. But I think that it's not, we wouldn't say it's toxic to tell us to stop. No, it's not toxic. You're like, you're just,
Starting point is 00:59:52 no, for a guy, this guy's a fucking asshole. You literally, whatever you say, he's going to say something. And listen, I've said this, I've had many times where I fucking, I'm like, was on a date, getting arguments because I'm fucking opinionated and I'm getting into these things and blah,
Starting point is 01:00:07 blah, but I don't walk away with any confusion about what just happened. Very aware. He goes, Ryan goes, yeah, I want that one. No,
Starting point is 01:00:16 I literally get a crossroads. I get, you get it. You're at the girl's house. Like I've had that many times where you're like, you're literally with a girl at her house and you're about to argue and you're starting to argue and she's like you're being a dick right now and she's about and you're like and this and that and you're like i could stop right now and have sex and i go well the thing is you go but the thing about critical race theory is and she goes
Starting point is 01:00:39 all right i'm gonna go to ben i go, if you actually look about it, it's mathematical statistics. You just become full on Ben Shapiro. You go, well, it doesn't need, no, you won't even be arguing about that. We'll be arguing about like,
Starting point is 01:00:53 whether the waiter was annoying. No, I'm saying you become him in terms of the debate. No, you do become him because you become, I see what you're saying. Like you lose your ability to be social. Whereas most people, but you're just like,
Starting point is 01:01:02 I got to take down this debate. Right. Whereas like, yeah, yeah. The idea is like, you're ruining dinner. Yeah. You're like trying to pwn a girl you're just like i gotta take down this debate right whereas like yeah yeah the idea is like you're ruining dinner yeah you're like trying to pwn a girl you're on a date with yeah yeah no but sometimes it's just like i think it's not that i'm trying to pwn her it's that i like maybe fine i'm like enjoying myself yeah sometimes that's fun too or maybe it's just trying to intellectually dominate her no you're missing you're missing it no you just like the
Starting point is 01:01:25 sport it's the sport yeah yeah i'm doing that you know what i'm honestly doing treat doing the exact same thing i would be doing if i was hanging out with a guy yeah that's legitimately what i actually mean literally one which they hate yes there's been so many things we see and then you go you just look at it and like it's some sort of gripe and you go oh yeah yeah it's because uh a guy tried to treat a woman like a guy because women were like treat us like the guys and then and then at first we were like i don't think you want that and you go no no really do that and then yeah don't do that right yeah so what that that's exactly what i do but i don't walk away from that being like i was right i walked away from that being like yeah yeah i went for it yeah ryan you couldn't get out of your way again huh you could get out of your own way
Starting point is 01:02:11 i actually fucking ate pussy anyway yeah pussy's gay i didn't even want to have sex with her the next one is telling another woman that needs meat on her bones also toxic so if you say she's too not curvy enough toxic too curvy is toxic so she said toxic femininity equals being a karen which is the same thing they always do where it's like make a group that you're not supposed to be number two put everyone in that group karen not be so they know they go you're being a karen they go i I'm not a Karen so um when brides pull the this is my day card or make ridiculous demands of those being around them because it's a day that they quote unquote dreamed of since they were six so and then they go there are two
Starting point is 01:02:59 two of you getting married and your friends and family are happy to support and committee bridezilla this and that you go so it's toxic yeah girls are annoying on their wedding but like they're not two people getting married no like i've known some where the guy's really into it actually but not really yeah you know a dude that like yeah my friend aubrey was really into he was like really into it planning it and stuff oh? Oh, yeah. Like what? They had fucking fireworks and I don't know. He just was like... He wanted to flex with the wedding?
Starting point is 01:03:30 Kind of, yeah. That's the kind of... Interesting. Well, I think statistically it's probably fair to say that the girl cares more and so does her. Oh, no question.
Starting point is 01:03:39 Right? Zero question. What was I going to say? I love how they don't number this doesn't end with yeah and half of these are fucking ending in divorce too and you and she goes uh i now i need to cut my hair spend a minimum of five hundred dollars on a gift i always kind of say i'm just like this is goes back to our birthday thing that we were saying at the beginning of the episode that you do not need 10 000 people in your life and you should if you're growing up I whenever you're talking to someone that's a lot of I've I've known a lot of girls that sort of have this conversation where
Starting point is 01:04:14 they're like oh I I have to go to this person's wedding and then I have a baby shower and oh it's this and that and it was like I mean everyone thinks that they're more important than they are but if you literally message that chick and she was like, you're like, ah, because of work, I can come to the main wedding, but I can't come to the other. She would go, oh, okay, that sucks. We'll miss you. And that'll be the end of it. Yeah, for sure. So you don't have to do every obligation.
Starting point is 01:04:36 That's people in their 20s still thinking they're teenagers. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because when you're teenagers, it is very like, I can't miss the thing. Yeah, I can't miss. Totally, totally. You can't miss a thing. Yeah, I can't miss, totally, totally. You can't miss a thing. Now it's like, you miss the fucking thing.
Starting point is 01:04:47 The craziest, you ever meet like a couple and they're like, yeah, every weekend this summer is booked up with a wedding. You're going to a wedding every weekend? I have met people like that.
Starting point is 01:04:55 You have too many friends. Yeah, you're like, this is insane. There's no way you're friends with all these people. You have too many people in your circle that you're allowing with that.
Starting point is 01:05:03 You know what I mean? You can't be going to more than five, six. And then you're going to the showers and the accompanying events. I think I've been to six. And you don't also have to do a $500 gift. And this is like your best friend. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:13 And if it's your best friend, I mean. Then fucking quit complaining or get a new best friend. Yeah. If you're best friends, bridezilla. And she's the big, you know. So social demands don't have to be such a burden. So being a TERF, that's another one. That one I have to agree with because I fucking hate TERFs.
Starting point is 01:05:28 Danny was saying that before the episode started. TERFs are the least favorite thing in the world. I fucking hate TERFs. I work with a lot of 18 to 25-year-old women. They often, in the break time chat, is about weight, makeup, hair, beauty. So it's mind-numbingly boring. You don't say. I told you.
Starting point is 01:05:48 This is where I'm like there for the boys. This is a quote. Never thought I'd see the day that I was reading BuzzFeed. This is based BuzzFeed right here. People were like, bring it up, bring back base Fauci. Fauci just started writing for BuzzFeed. I know, BuzzFeed is fucking the first article for BuzzFeed. Dr. Fauci being like, aren't women fucking who just drone on
Starting point is 01:06:06 about bullshit annoying you go base fauci she says i work with quite a lot of 18 to 25 year old women often the break time chat is almost solely focused on weight makeup hair beauty treatments etc it's mind-numbingly boring buzzfeed for the boys by By the way, it's a thousand times better than talking about turfs. I would way rather be talking about their fucking makeup and fitness regimen. Yeah, this is like the lunchroom at maybe like a restaurant
Starting point is 01:06:35 or something, but at like Google, the lunchrooms all just turf this, turf that. The cafeterias or whatever. But also they said, you know, the girls who don't that uh don't that shame they're sorry four or five ago it was anyone who shames people for talking about hair and makeup i know literally and then now we're like okay we're talking about hair and makeup too much so anyways uh and then the last one was that she doesn't wax and people made fun
Starting point is 01:07:06 of her that she doesn't wax her fucking bush so two out of 14 of them are fucking when people get mad that i have bush a lot of people just say glycerine that's what i do when i bring it when i bring it if i have a girl this has always been my thing since the since the early 90s i said whenever you have sex with a girl and she has a bush, as soon as you pull down the pants, you say, Could have been easier on me, me, me. Glycerine. She goes, what's that?
Starting point is 01:07:35 I go, oh, it's just a bush. Bush. Got a machine here. You hum that to yourself while you're having sex with a girl that has a bush? You go, that's actually a seduction tip is if you're eating out a girl with a big bush hum glycerin it makes it go wild or even better as you're doing a girl with a bush and you go swallowed followed everything from my love swallowed
Starting point is 01:08:09 that's a tip for the bush fans out there and saying I'm not like other girls and just bringing down women unnecessarily so BuzzFeed for the boys by the way did you peep the comments on the article because the number one comment was what was very good.
Starting point is 01:08:26 It's from Sylvia Plaster. Might be a troll. I'll always... Tell me she said the Bush thing. She goes, no, no, no. She goes, a lot of these are just examples
Starting point is 01:08:34 of internalized misogyny or otherwise behavior produced by slash reacting to the patriarchy. So they need a 16. You don't need to make up terms like toxic femininity. Basically, men's fault. Oh, she's like, she doesn's like she goes she goes yo women are not responsible for any of this right it's no such thing as toxic it's like when white supremacy yeah yeah it's literally the white
Starting point is 01:08:54 supremacy is the root of all like poc on poc crime yeah it's the white like literally she just says that's the playbook that's great number one comment she goes we already have a term for all this is toxic masculinity yeah i thought that i thought you were gonna say a couple other people say yeah the term toxic femininity shifts the blame away from the true culprit the patriarchy women get blamed yeah it's easy you know ah fuck so it turns out it was and there's a lot of people saying so here's another one these are all just people aren't happy with this article women enforcing the existing patriarchy. LOL. What the fuck? Toxic femininity is not a thing.
Starting point is 01:09:26 Stop. So basically, you know, they went against their audience to see like, hey, I wonder if we're going to like A, B test to see if this is going to work. And then you go, yeah, it did not work out there. Well, then I'll tell you who did like it. Us. Us, yeah. Well, then you know what they need is number 17 that's writing a BuzzFeed article about toxic femininity.
Starting point is 01:09:46 There's like literally 20 comments who are all just saying, yeah, toxic femininity does not exist. This is all just the patriarchy. Fuck. Internalized misogyny. Well, I guess it should have just been one thing that's toxic femininity. The patriarchy. You ever heard of it? You ever heard of it?
Starting point is 01:10:04 Oh, fuck. the patriarchy yeah you heard of it uh you ever heard of it oh fuck well we have a little bit of a longer episode today because we have a second sponsor too here coming through which is bowl and branch again you know what it is sheets everyone's favorite sheet company we do not recommend you get white ones and put them in a kkk that is not definitely if you want to be a ghost you can be a ghost. Starting point is 01:10:39 That's rule one for us is put some nice puppies on that. The girl comes home, she goes, what are you, a movie star? Oh comes home she goes what are you a movie star oh my god i am in bed with movie star like ali mcveil is what the prostitute you're paying will say yeah she's in your basement apartment or just your basement or just your been there for years you want to give her a nice chain to the pipe she's chained to the pipe i said something about
Starting point is 01:11:03 chain to the pipe on another thing and people are like why would they be chained to the pipe i don't know what do you mean chain to the pipe no on a different pipe I said something about Chained to the pipe On another thing And people were like Why would they be Chained to the pipe I don't know What do you mean Chained to the pipe No on a different podcast I said something And people were like
Starting point is 01:11:10 That's like a stereotype No I know But it was something else I said And they were like That makes no sense Bowling branch Knows high quality sleep

Starting point is 01:11:26 She'll come home. She'll go, wait, I thought you were the bar back. Yeah. So do you own the bar? No, I mean, that is a big thing. It's like, you know, not to try and tap into women's psychology, but like, you know, if your bed really. Aphrodisiac.
Starting point is 01:11:42 Just, I mean, if a chick's like's like oh this guy has a bed of an adult black it's an afro-afrodisiac afro-afrodisiac if you have a bed of an adult you know
Starting point is 01:11:51 where you go oh this is like a proper person like yeah whereas if you just have like you know a loose
Starting point is 01:11:55 just like sheet that's like not even tucked in just kind of sits on the mattress boys cast or no sheet at all if you don't have a sheet
Starting point is 01:12:04 by the way you are some kind of animal some kind of crackhead if you're listening all. If you don't have a sheet, by the way, you are some kind of animal. Some kind of crackhead scum. If you're listening to this and you don't have a sheet on your bed, get a fucking sheet. And this is a husband and wife team. I got the gray ones personally.
Starting point is 01:12:15 I had black sheets at my old house in the old condo. Felt a little like, see, that was too far. It was like a CSI episode. Well, it was honestly less about that it was more like you know when jerry says he's an orgy guy yeah seinfeld like it was it was one of those things where like because i had the cement walls in my condo yeah like black sheet is for a
Starting point is 01:12:35 water bed it was it was it was it was like that a little bit like it looked like i was trying to be a fucking swinger yeah yeah yeah so that so i by the way waterbed such an insane bed waterbed that was you gotta be i had a friend when i was a kid she had a waterbed that was dude that was the most because they're like so uncomfortable they're like the opposite of a comfortable bed and then you're like yeah my bed sprung a leak danny no danny comes on the waterbed she goes I have a water bed it's empty And Danny goes well I'll fuck you we'll fill it up We'll fill it up

Starting point is 01:14:09 a classic New York apartment, and so sometimes the water doesn't work, right? So I went to take a shower. Water doesn't work in the shower. I go, oh, whatever. I'll shower when we land, right? So as I'm walking out my door, I hear like drip, drip, drip,
Starting point is 01:14:21 and I go, oh, shit, because you know when you turn the shower on and then it's like a couple drips come out, then it wasn't working and i go oh shit you know what it's early in the morning it's like seven or something i go oh shit you know what i didn't turn it back off like i gotta turn it off because otherwise i'm gonna get back my fucking shower is gonna be running right so i turn it off and i'm leaving the house i go oh man that would have sucked if your fucking shower was running the entire time oh right you're gone right and then i get home in my apartment it's like
Starting point is 01:14:45 fucking a sauna and i go what the fuck is going on here i'm like this is insane i guess i did had turned it off and then i turned it back on thinking what yeah because there was there was no water and then it just in that rush i turned it back on but the no water came out. So I was like, oh, it's off. Right. And then I came, my shower was running on hot for six straight days. Okay. Literally, what is that? 150 hours. My shower was running on hot. And the best part was I told my mom and she goes, do you know how much that's going to
Starting point is 01:15:22 cost? And I was like, I don't know. This is how crazy my mom is. I go like i don't know this is how crazy my mom is i go i don't know like 50 but i was like no and then she she texts me back she goes yeah so i just uh looked uh a shower like that uses two gallons a minute she's like you used your mom she goes you used 15 000 gallons of water she's like that's gonna cost you so much money and then i was like she's like how much do you pay per gallon? The funniest thing is my mom expects me to know how much I pay per gallon of water.
Starting point is 01:15:50 And I go, I don't know idea. She goes, you don't know. And then, and then I went and looked and then I'm like, and then I go look and I'm like, Oh,
Starting point is 01:15:56 I don't pay for my water. And I was like, yeah, my building pays for it. So they're getting a fucking big bill. But dude, it was fucked up. Like my whole place was like steamy. Like it was insane. So they're getting a fucking big bill. I got to get all bills, bills, bills, bills. But dude, it was fucked up. Like my whole place was like steamy.
Starting point is 01:16:09 Like it was insane. The only thing I lucked out on. Did it wreck anything? Posters falling off the walls? No, but the only thing I lucked out on was I left one window open before I left in the kitchen, which is right by the bathroom. So like.
Starting point is 01:16:20 That's a helpful. Dude, if it didn't, my place would have been fucked. I don't even know what it would be like. You definitely would have wrecked some stuff oh yeah oh yeah amazing
Starting point is 01:16:27 well we'll do this a little bit of this clip before we go Danny sent a little bit about Australia insane what's going on in Australia so Canada is
Starting point is 01:16:37 you know as we know Canada is bad but Australia Canada is Texas compared to Australia it's nuts it's fucking crazy they are
Starting point is 01:16:44 it's like they're making a point. You know what I mean? They want everyone to be like, so we'll just play a little bit of this, Poppy. Yeah, it's extraordinary new rules that have come into force from today. Essentially, any Australian who is based overseas and comes to Australia, even just for
Starting point is 01:17:00 a visit, well, they now need to be granted permission to leave. Now, ordinarily, if you were leaving to go back overseas, you'd simply just have to show your passport at the airport and off you go. But it's now designed to close a loophole to stop Australians based overseas from coming back for a visit, particularly given in the last few months, the international arrivals cap has been hard due to Delta outbreak strains. You can't leave if you, that's like if we went to Canada and they go, you can't go due to Delta outbreak strains. You can't leave. That's like
Starting point is 01:17:26 if we went to Canada and they go, you can't go back to America right now. Yeah, you go, you need government permission to leave. It's Hotel California. Yeah. They literally Australia just turned themselves into Hotel California. So basically what happens is you go to Australia and then you go, okay, I'm going to get out of here. They go, where are you going, mate?
Starting point is 01:17:42 Oh, oi. You live here now, mate. You think you won't go to the beach since you live here that's not bad well i think people will like that one mate i told you they had the athlete who went out on his balcony and they go he just put the entire league at risk because during his 14-day quarantine he stepped out on a balcony outdoors these people in australia oh yeah and that's what they said they go on they go oh they don't have like a constitution yeah they don't have any charter you have no rights yeah there was a big anti-vax rally in new york the other day
Starting point is 01:18:14 and i tell you i tell you daniel polis chuck how many masks did you burn this is one of those things where it's gotten to the point where you know it's a very it's just the whole internet like this has become the cardinal issue for sure right of people being like anti-vaxxers are the worst thing in the world and then them and then people conservatives being like free the whole thing freedom the passports their cardinal issue right yeah and i'm starting to think the good news is everyone is arguing about the vaccine and the passports and nobody is paying attention to jokes anymore i think the bad the boys are kind of back as long as you know as long as you don't joke about the vaccine how many people that their whole thing was like, you're a sexist, you're a racist. They're like, you're a murderer.
Starting point is 01:19:06 Totally. Anti-vax. Yeah, they got a new hill. They got a new hill. And it's a nicer hill. I like them on that hill, to be completely honest. I agree, actually. They all got psyoped from the government.
Starting point is 01:19:16 But it is one of those things where people go, you're out there being like, hey, we're making fun of doing videos about gay people and stuff that would be touchy subjects. And they're like, hey, what are you doing? And you go, you think that's bad? This guy's burning a mask. And they go, what? This pilot said he doesn't want to wear a mask. He keeps calling it the plandemic.
Starting point is 01:19:40 Yeah. That guy over there, this guy had a party with 10 people. 10 of his family members. They look over, they go, what is this stuff you're saying on your podcast? And you go, you want to,
Starting point is 01:19:50 you think that's bad. A guy just had a fucking party with his family and they go, Oh, round up the troops. And they're all, this is the Cardinal issue for everyone right now. And we're free to do dude shit. We're free to do dude shit. We're free to do dude shit.
Starting point is 01:20:07 Boy shit. You know, and it is one of those things because I'm not, like obviously I agree with that I think the lockdowns are, this is over. If you have a vaccine, you're safe. People are allowed to fucking smoke.
Starting point is 01:20:20 Look at the fucking chart of deaths for Delta. They don't want to look at deaths. They're all about cases. I know. Deaths don't help their thing at deaths. They're all about cases. I know. Oh, deaths don't help their thing a little bit. Yeah. And then the government,
Starting point is 01:20:30 you know, it's one of those, it's the classic Stockholm syndrome where the government, and although I will say, sorry, one thing regarding COVID because everybody's like, you know, it's whatever, it's nothing.
Starting point is 01:20:38 So we just did a podcast last night at gas digital and the producer there, I don't know if you know that just got out of like a crazy covid bout and you're just like that yeah yeah and he's just like i'm telling you man these guys are fucking the ultimate like everybody there's like the vaccine stupid it's plandemic whatever like no they are that like that's what gas digital is like they don't they're not like oh what like no that's what they are right and he was like that too and he's literally like yeah he's like as soon as I get this vaccine, he's like, that was fucking hell. And from the sounds of it, like he's, there's a real chance for him that like, this is going
Starting point is 01:21:13 to be an extended thing. This wasn't just like the worst two weeks of his life and it's over. What do you mean an extended thing? Because he had severe lung issues and you're like, those don't necessarily go away. Right. Well, and he was a guy who was like anti-vax and he was literally like the day I can get it. He wasn't anti-vax.
Starting point is 01:21:27 Not anti-vax, but he was, they were like, whatever. It's whatever. He wasn't though. Or he wasn't. Okay. Well, but he didn't, you know, he could have been vaccinated. I guess he didn't get it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:21:34 Dude, he had six months. Like he chose not to. There was a reason for it. And I mean, he wasn't pro-vax anyways. He's in an environment where literally everybody we know. I would say most people we know probably has it. And it's like, you know, if you want to go back to Canada you had no choice
Starting point is 01:21:46 and I think a lot of people have that dude the fucking comedy clubs I know some people are like oh well I'll just never perform at a comedy club again you know but you know what I mean
Starting point is 01:21:54 it's like never go back to Canada never perform at a comedy club this is one of those things where yeah exactly anyways my point is what I'm saying is a lot of people are like and it's like that dude
Starting point is 01:22:00 is like you know it's interesting when you see people who kind of switch because they're like, oh, that fucking sucked a lot. And like, dude, he's like, he doesn't even have his lung capacity back. Like as someone who like I have, you know, obviously, Joey, but I have like the mildest of asthma. And you're like, if you get smoked by COVID, I had it. It was. But I am.
Starting point is 01:22:20 Dude, I was. You didn't have it, did you? Yeah. Oh, you know, I know. I for sure had. If you had a bad one it would smoke you dude but more importantly like if you've ever had been like wheezing or like kind of short of breath it sucks so badly not fun it's for even like the most minor thing and then you're like yeah you're like you fucking lose 50 of your lung capacity like that
Starting point is 01:22:39 sucks well i've been even on top of that anyways do what you want but i'm just that's always interesting thing yeah it's like the smoking i go do what you want everyone should be and obviously the take is don't do what you want but my point is do what we want the government is kind of like the re the part that i don't believe is like they're kind of saying oh the reason that it's still locked down is because people won't get vaxxed or whatever and it's like i don't really believe any of that no i believe that they kind of were going to do and it's it's one of those scapegoat things like i was watching that dictator show or whatever right yeah and it was kind of interesting but like the number one thing always for everyone on every side that wants to do all you know that wants more government
Starting point is 01:23:15 control is like we need to find a group to blame it on so for them it's oh you can't go outside because of this yeah yeah so but on both of the sides it's one of those things where you're like watching and i go it's it's bad optics to be on who wants to be the safe guy but who also wants to be the like i'm not gonna be the the like pro the the on the internet anti-vax guy because he's just not like who wants to be that guy of course agreed it's like one of those things where you pick your yeah i mean i'm not making anything covid my identity that's probably a good way to put it yeah yeah i don't like the thing is people's fucking identity kind of just goes with the wind where they go like yeah my identity is like
Starting point is 01:23:55 whatever's just in fashion and it changes all the time and this is a complicated one yeah but the point that i was trying to make that i've been trying to spit out for the last like five minutes but i've been it's just like a kind of a complicated one. So I've been struggling with it. But my point is kind of that, you know, on both sides, but you see like, for example, even if you agree with like that, you disagree with this stuff or whatever. You know, you like that preacher, you were talking about preachers. There was a preacher out there being like, you do not need the mask. You need God and this and that.
Starting point is 01:24:23 Right. And like, even if you agree with that guy, like, remember that that guy is getting rich. Yeah. Like, you know, there's a lot of conservatives up there that, like, know that this is the rallying cry right now. And they're getting everyone. But, like, just remember they're getting rich. Yeah. Like, remember that all those people are making money and telling you to, like, be soldiers.
Starting point is 01:24:42 For sure. And also people on whatever side. People who seek out stuff like that are looking, looking like pretty much everyone who seeks, you know, you see everybody like whatever side they're on. They go, they post like a fucking thing that's for their side. And you're like, they seek out the stuff that like confirms your bias. Right. How you already fell.
Starting point is 01:24:59 Then you go, yeah, this is like, you're already on that team. You're never not on that team. Yeah. And everyone's here. Here's my numbers. And someone goes, here's my numbers. Exactly. Here's my, you know, goes here's my numbers exactly here's my you know i have a study that says this you go i have a study that says this you go oh that's not peer review you go like whatever it's like you're gonna always find your own thing like there's always going to be studies approve one
Starting point is 01:25:14 thing studies approve the other thing we'll figure this out in five years let me add one thing to my point that i is that one of the problems with most conservative positions, and whether you call this conservative or freedom or whatever, is that the other side doesn't understand the first principles of what you're trying to say. So they just see you as crazy. For this one, a lot of the country, they don't understand the idea of why you would need guns, for example.
Starting point is 01:25:46 If you're a gun person and you're like, the reason we need guns is to fight to any rank of government blah blah like most people have no clue what the fuck you're talking about they would just be like what they're like you're gonna fucking shoot the government yeah right exactly like a bow kind of like this when people are like well it's a this vaccine passport thing it's like it's an infringement all right and they're just like well i don't like everyone thinks of it in terms of it was their house and they were like if it was my house why wouldn't we just all agree to like get the vaccinated like what why you'd be the dick in the house like that's how they all see it so i don't think from an optic standpoint it kind of reminds me of like the you know when people had criticisms of black lives matter you're like no black guy is gonna like listen to you and be
Starting point is 01:26:23 like oh okay you know you just you just sound like crazy to them yeah and it just drives like normal people away and i know but if you are the person that's like this is your fight this is your fight yeah and then you just you find all the stuff that and on that side i'm just like even if you are the person that your whole identity is like if you get vaxxed step away from this whole thing. If you have it, the government is not going to make more decisions based on the marginal people that are getting vaxxed based on all these publicity campaigns. It has nothing to do with that. If it did, there would be a correlation between all that stuff.
Starting point is 01:26:58 But if you look at states, there's no correlation between who's more open and who's more vaxxed. It's the opposite, probably. It's literally the opposite. that's the opposite. Probably the opposite. It's the opposite in countries. So if you go and also they go, we got, get you go to vaccines.
Starting point is 01:27:10 It's like, well now you might need a third one. So it's like, they're obviously not really fucking telling you the truth. So if you're a person that like has gotten vaccine and you're out there like chanting the drum, just know you're chanting the drum for people that are lying to you. And if you're a conservative,
Starting point is 01:27:23 just know you're chanting the drum for people that ain't fucking listening. No, no conservative just know you're chanting the drum for people that ain't fucking listening no no that's for sure yeah you're like dude the amount of people all the only thing is people are thinking you're weird yeah so the amount of people whose opinions are changing on this stuff is like few and far between how do you think that was do you think i got through that yeah i think yeah that's pretty cogent yeah i've been i was kind of been like thinking about this one a lot and i've honestly it is one of those things it's like such a this is one of the most complicated things that probably ever happened and at least are at a lifetime right so i don't know if i always have like the you know i know exactly how i feel but it switches around but i'm always more focused on
Starting point is 01:27:58 like the people and the psychology element where it's like you know the idea of i always bring this back to sublime which is funny but it's like sublime was a sick band in my opinion but then a lot of people it would be like the idea was their fans were so lame that you like don't want to be a sublime guy at some point yeah and there's so many of those things and it's like the optics of the thing you just kind of like realize what you're talking to people and it's realize what you're talking to people. And it's like, when you're talking to people, it's like not, some people are just normal.
Starting point is 01:28:28 And a lot of times you have to understand like how they see it and understand even like your chance of convincing anything, unless you just want to be the, you know, pundit for your side. And that's what a lot of people are.
Starting point is 01:28:38 But always remember, those people are getting paid to do that. Yes. You know what I mean? When you watch your stations or your, even like your internet people that you like or whatever, and they're agreeing with you and when you watch your stations or your even like your
Starting point is 01:28:45 internet people that you like or whatever and they're agreeing with you and getting you riled up it's like just remember that they are being they're making their have a very financial incentive to do this of course it's their business it's literally their business literally their business what do you get out of it other than like people are mad at you well like people it's again it's you know it's it's everything is like your identity it's like you know you're on team red you're on team blue you're on team kova you're on team like you know vaccine anti-vaccine it's just people just have this way of sorting themselves out yeah into teams yeah i know there was and we were saying that like there was we're gonna probably talk about this a little more on the patreon because we gotta wrap up here but this is this is the type of topic
Starting point is 01:29:29 where it is like you're kind of working out what you think of it and you don't have you know you i think that me and you are whatever rational or whatever but you don't always have the answer on these things right and the um that's where I was looking at like, man, it must kind of suck to be like Rogan famous to, for just for that reason. Obviously there's a million reasons why it's good, but Joe Rogan legitimately can't say anything without it becoming a national
Starting point is 01:29:57 news story. Well, I mean, you really, your thing with him is you go, I mean, he says it, whether it's true or not,
Starting point is 01:30:03 he goes like, yeah, I just, I don't go on Twitter. So, right. He goes, I don't go on twitter so right he goes i don't go on twitter so i don't know that's not true though he might not go on twitter but it gets to normal news and he responds to it sometimes yeah for sure yeah when it's on cnn everything he says becomes a national news story yeah like doesn't that like i'll tell you what it definitely makes you less funny you know what i mean i mean not that that's a comedy what it definitely makes you less funny you know what i mean i mean not
Starting point is 01:30:25 that that's a comedy podcast but definitely makes you less funny when everything you says is like microscoped and i guess you know hopefully the premise is you're like i'm not fucking you're not like an expert on this shit but i think that's why even what i'm saying is usually more about like people and whereas what should actually happen with this with with the thing it's like my take after watching all this stuff and thinking about this all week and you know all year whatever is less that it doesn't matter less than once that you're right or wrong or it doesn't even matter even though i do have my opinions and more that like this fight is fake and it doesn't matter they're gonna do whatever the fuck they want to do i also feel like this isn't,
Starting point is 01:31:05 you know, cause there's an argument can be made where sometimes like, yeah, they're like, there's people on one side, people on another side, but then there is an objective truth. So whoever's on that side,
Starting point is 01:31:14 but with the COVID stuff, I'm like, everything changes constantly. Yeah. And there also isn't an objective truth for the cultural, because there is some degree of, and this is what I always say with like the differences between Canada and, and people always go, is, is socialism better than capitalism?
Starting point is 01:31:27 Like people have those conversations. It's like, well, it fucking depends on your culture. Like if you just said, you know, if you go into some place like China and you're like ultimate freedom, like blah, blah, like all this stuff, it's like they wouldn't like that. They'd be, you know, so it really depends on your culture. Absolutely. So in the culture of america it is more difficult to tell the other half what to do and that's what i think people that want them to get vaccinated are finding out that lying to people all the time and then they would love to just be china and they
Starting point is 01:31:54 go well you have to do this or you die or sorry or we put you in jail essentially but they're finding out the hard way that like this country doesn't really have that value system and also like wow big fucking surprise that florida is being florida and they're like they have a you know everybody's like oh my god like florida like the butt of jokes for fucking the last 30 years for stuff like this is doing stuff like this and you're like yeah right people who think like that move to florida they like the freedom of just doing whatever the fuck they want exactly it's like it's they go they see a culture that they go that's me i want to live there and then you go why it's like literally the birds of feather thing they go it's like but this is like more ideologically
Starting point is 01:32:33 they go hey these are the people who i get along with yeah they don't want to meddle in my fucking business and there's a state that does that i'm going to move to that state and then you go and then people like why are they like that and you go so it really has made that by design it is by design and that's why it's like all the polarization is probably just going to drive people apart the way that abortion did where it was like you know texas would be like actually we lowered the amount of months that you get an abortion and then new york's like well you can have an abortion when he's three you know do people pick it at fucking like vaccine clinics and shit like how their abortion clinics funny that'd be fucking funny so it goes back and forth and then it also it almost like you know almost just you're like even if one side like you'll see like a
Starting point is 01:33:14 desantis and it'll be like a win for that side and you're like yeah but it also is just the opposite reaction is going to be like the other guys like well we're closing down more so by the way i'm gonna call it right now hottest halloween costume of 2021 in red states the sheep the sheep well the last thing we'll say before we go is that there was basically i don't know if you saw like the sheep with a needle the proud boys in antifa have been um like having all these clashes all over and i think what they should do is have one final proud boy antifa clash where they go all of antifa anyone who you know identifies as antifa anyone who's a problem they all meet up in the middle of the city huge brawl last group standing that decides if the Proud Boys win, then there's fucking no vaccines. They should do that for Israel-Palestine too.
Starting point is 01:34:11 Exactly. And if Antifa wins, then everyone agrees to wear a mask or whatever. And a bike helmet. That's the only way to solve it. They don't solve this shit these days. That should solve every issue you're right Antifa proud boys they put them in like a dome
Starting point is 01:34:29 I mean it's basically like Rome the Colosseum everyone's outside like what are we doing Antifa comes out sponsored by DraftKings you can fucking live bet so I think that's what should happen how many bike locks are going to get pulled out over under well we did the reason we did our last episode three days early last year last week so I think we had a lot to talk about but i try
Starting point is 01:34:47 to keep we try to keep them at a reasonable length this was at a reasonable extra episode at always the boys cast uh patreon.com slash the boys cast appreciate everyone that has been supporting we're getting very close to a thousand A lot of patrons came out to the show.
