Starting point is 00:00:00 Boys cast in the business with the legendary crashout from Perez Hilton coming out. Oh, that's, I don't even know if you call that a crash out. I think crash outs are one tier below whatever the fuck that was. Dude, I was looking up this video to try to figure. We can't even play it here. I tried to look up, and people remember who Perez Hilton was. Think, uh, Carrie. The movie Carrie.
Starting point is 00:00:22 Yeah, yeah, he's covered in blood. Head to toe. Head to toe. And then he's cutting himself with a blade. Yeah. And you said it was serrated. Yeah, Serrated Blade on TikTok Live. On TikTok Live.
Starting point is 00:00:33 And the thing is, he's probably so far gone, where as much as he's like, that was fucked up, he's like, God, I got so many views. Well, that's the thing. He's like, I've never got that many live viewers in my life. Buddy, I started looking at his profile. So if people remember, Perez Hilton was the OG sassy gossiper gay. Yeah. Right.
Starting point is 00:00:53 Built the big industry around it. Yeah, you could honestly probably, he was feared by celebrities. Oh, yeah. Like Perez, you do not want Perez Hilton to get his hands on some dirt about you. No, no, no, you do not want to be crossing his lips. No, you did not, in both ways, you don't want to be crossing his lips. No. But yeah, so he was the original celebrity destroyer.
Starting point is 00:01:16 Yeah. The cancel blogger, but I don't know if they really got canceled, but he made your life of living hell. Yeah, I mean, he was kind of giving TMZ like a bit of a run for their money, I think. Like, he wasn't like the same kind of scoop. Yeah, yeah. like, you know, he was, I feel like at a time, it was like, TMZ and him were like, yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:30 And I mean, I'm not the most knowledgeable of that because I'm, you know, I'm not, I'm a gossipy bitch. I wasn't tapped into that world. But I, the point, the point you're just making where you go, I bet you he was loving the views, I looked at his, you know, he's got a big YouTube channel or whatever. And I kind of looked at it and you go, last videos are him being like, you'll never guess what so and so did. And it's, you know, 2,000, 3,000 views. from a guy that was, you know, the pinnacle of gossip.
Starting point is 00:01:58 Yeah. So, and I've seen him do some random stuff. So you're saying this is just a bit of a rebrand. You've got to try something new. Well, I've seen him popping up random different places that you wouldn't expect. Because in this, there's this weird thing where sometimes with people like him, you're just like, you know, I don't know. That guy must be making $100 million a year probably. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:02:18 He just seems like, you know, I don't know what he has. You go, maybe he has some newsletter. You just expect something's going on. Do it okay. Just he was such a million. big name that yeah sometimes you hear like Chris Catan or something and you just be like what's that guy doing you go he just did the funny bone and 40 people were there and you go Chris Catan he's not a billionaire I know like even though we're in this and I should know that the like Tim Meadows or something
Starting point is 00:02:38 you know like when I was a kid you're like these two guys were like biggest stars in the world he's the biggest stars in the world yeah at least to me yeah and we're in the industry we should know better but yeah there's certain people where you're like I don't know where does he live like I don't know the dude next to the queen of England Malibu on the beach and a mansion but a lot of times these people it's like you had three big years you're making a ton of money
Starting point is 00:03:02 and then you know then after that you're kind of scraping 80 grand a year and you're just like no you got nuts galore you know you got some wife that's 50 you know you got you got clocked on his specific case he doesn't have a wife yeah I don't think president I mean he's got two kids somehow
Starting point is 00:03:17 so anyways all that being said it is possible that you know the that a lot of these people that were the star of the world and then you kind of end up like scraping around the bottom but I'm saying it's also hard mentally oh for sure
Starting point is 00:03:33 that does a number of people clearly I think he was I think Perez Hilton I could be incorrect but I feel like he had a Christianity arc well you try all the arcs after it I think that you watch these streamers internet people that are like he says a spiritual awakening in early 2020 Ooh, early 2026, he has a spiritual awakening stating that a 21-day hospital stay for severe
Starting point is 00:04:01 sepsis and deep vein thrombosis led to a near-death experience where he felt a direct encounter with God. First red flag right there. He goes, I talked to God. Probably God told them to do some live streams. Yeah, God told you that because these internet people, they sort of, you know, they don't have, they don't have anything other than whatever the wave of the internet is, right? So when the wave of the internet dies, you die with it.
Starting point is 00:04:25 Yeah, so you're like, can I make some money being Christian now? Yeah. Yeah. I guess that's what I mean, it goes back to my thing. I think people are always better off when they have a thing. Like even if you're like, I was a sports guy, I was like an athlete that's now a broadcaster. I mean, I think comedians are a little better writers, directors, something. So you have something that you do.
Starting point is 00:04:43 Even the guys that are like, I'm a this, but really I'm a handy man that does this or, you know, I'm a finance guy. Like there's something else that. Something else going on. Something else underneath it. but yeah, so they just go for the waves where Christian, as soon as a guy that was a sassy gay, he was gay, right? Oh, quite. So is he not gay now that he's Christian or is he Christian gay?
Starting point is 00:05:03 I think he's Christian gay. You know, I was thinking a bit the other day, and we can foreshadow it because we had Danny's favorite pastor on next week. Oh, yeah. This is coming next week, yeah. Yeah, a little tease buckle up. The man of the hour. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:18 I was quite excited for that. The group chat destroyer. The king of the group chats. But if you are, if you are super gay and then you want to be Christians, like, you want to you just, it just feels like, like, especially like the people that are like, I'm going to be a pastor, I'm going to be a lesbian, you're like, why not just not do it? Like, it would be the equivalent of you're like, I really want to be into Harry Potter, but I don't like any of the books.
Starting point is 00:05:46 Right. Like, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, it's more like, it's more like I don't like a couple lines. I don't know how much of it is They're like I want to like Infiltrate this thing to change it Versus like oh no I just like love Christianity
Starting point is 00:05:59 I just hate like this few Just go with Buddhism They don't say much about it Few couple things Well they don't believe in Buddhism They're just like that's I'll tell you what that's so against my personality Though I would never join a thing that like
Starting point is 00:06:09 There's a big debate over whether like They hate me or not Oh yeah Of course You know what I mean But again if you're like You know kind of an activist minded person You go I'm gonna take it down from the inside
Starting point is 00:06:20 Right yeah you get There is an attitude of like I'm gonna... Yeah, I'm gonna get in there. It's gonna change around me. It's gonna muck things up. I'm gonna get in there and muck things up. Yeah. Which...
Starting point is 00:06:31 Well, Parazel then looks like a detransitioner, to be honest. He does. He looks like he's kind of looks like he's in between because I think it's Ozem picked up, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. He used to be like super fat. Well, but I don't even know if I recommend watching this. This is some fucking dark web shit, man. This is, yeah, this is...
Starting point is 00:06:48 He's covered in blood yelling and screaming. It's... Hard to watch. Naked. Naked. I forgot that he's naked, yeah, because they keep panning down. I keep thinking I'm about to see his dick. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:57 The whole thing was bizarre. He does a pretty good job of not, like, he's still a broadcaster at the end of the day because it goes real close to his dick and doesn't get there. He's still worried about the terms of service. He goes, yeah, I didn't see anything in terms of service that's violating it specifically. Right. My little art. You are right, though.
Starting point is 00:07:16 He had kids, though, and I don't know how he got those, but he got them. Bought them. I guess you buy them. I guess you'd buy him. Maybe he was with a guy at the time and they broke up and they split the kids. Well, maybe. But, um... That was like everybody's like, I hope his kids are okay.
Starting point is 00:07:29 You know, that, well, that's another thing that I was kind of thinking is that they were, they were saying a lot of, um... I've seen like four or five articles, um, because whenever, whenever something becomes a thing that all the articles are saying, I'll see it a bunch of times and maybe bring it up here, right? And one of them that they've been pushing a lot of is that millennial dads are spending way more time with their kids. Okay.
Starting point is 00:07:49 And on theory, the point that it feels like a lot of these blogs are pushing is some idea of... Like boomer dads were bad? Yeah. A bit of boomer dads were bad and a bit of like gender roles are changing. That's a good thing, right? But really, if you think about it, the story's just men don't have jobs anymore. Yeah, yeah, of course. They work from home and they do like temporary gigs, like gig economy work.
Starting point is 00:08:15 It's not always a good thing. If you go, you go, dad was around 24-7. you go, what happened? That doesn't sound great. I mean, Chris Rock had that joke where he goes, when you go to a bad, when you go to a rich area, there's women walking around with no jobs. When you go to a poor area, there's men walking around with no jobs. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:32 But if your dad's there all the time, you go, something might be off. Sure, sure. And this is what happens when you go, when dads, this is what it looks like when dad's around all the time. When dad's around all the time, yeah, he starts live streaming. When you're 15, if you agree, it's almost like, first of all, you don't, want dad around all the time because when dad walks into the room he wants something you know what I man right like you knew if you're in your room and you hear dad's footsteps up the stairs you know put your fucking lawn mowing shoes on exactly oh do you go pick up the dog shit yeah yeah you definitely
Starting point is 00:09:04 dad's never popping into the room be like how's it going yeah yeah yeah right no leave it to beaver no oh thanks that's what you you you shudder sometimes when you're in the your mid-cque chats and your fucking dad footsteps. Fuck, what has he got me doing now? Parties over. Exactly. Dad walks in parties over. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:26 But, so it's funny, though, because dad's being out of a job isn't always a good thing. No. It's almost like if you go, dads are around all the time. It's like, AKA, dads have nothing to do. Yeah, they don't have, they're not fully employed. Right. Anyways. Perez Hilton, the original sassy gay.
Starting point is 00:09:46 Shout out. Uh, get better, Perez. You know what I want to say? He's probably literally like handcuffed to a gurney right now. For sure he is. Yeah, yeah. Probably they're trying to give him meds. He's fighting it.
Starting point is 00:09:57 And he's trying to get the phone out to live streaming. Oh, he's like, just turn on the phone, please. Of course. That would be, he's probably in his mind being like, that would be so many. The amount of views that are getting flushed down the toilet right now. Oh, so many views. Fellas, tonight. I am in Kitchener.
Starting point is 00:10:11 Then you can catch me in Moncton on Saturday. Nashville, we just sold out two shows and we added a third. Tacoma's coming up. Los Angeles and Irvine are on the books. Phoenix, Edmonton, Calgary, D.C., all up there at punchup.org, slash Ryan Long. I think that lesbians get a bad name because if I look in my real life,
Starting point is 00:10:31 let's say I've had maybe 10 lesbians that I've been like pretty good friends with, I'd say nine of them rule. Yeah. And no drama. No. But the problem is... It's the fake lesbians.
Starting point is 00:10:43 Those are the ones that are the most problems. It's a bit of the fake lesbian. ones where like you're lesbian for a week. And the activist lesbian. Well, that's, I almost categorize them as the fake lesbians because like, it's almost like the fake lesbianism is the activist. What about like, is Rachel Maddo a lesbian? I would think so.
Starting point is 00:10:59 Right. With that lettuce. But she's probably, like, there is that type where it's like she's not with a dude, but you're right. Maybe in real life she's the best. I don't know about the best. Okay. If they have some meat on their bones, they usually better.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Like Rachel Maddow. You know what I mean? A little bit of a beefier lesbian? I mean, I've rarely. I can think in comedy like five off the top of my head that I'm like they're they're bros. Uh, yeah. That was the old stereotype. Then the new stereotype is they got politicized and then they all got forced to be winers.
Starting point is 00:11:28 I mean, Rachel Mellon is not. It's not there is closer to an actor than a journalist. Yeah. If you frame Rachel Mado as like an actor. I mean, do, Rachel Mado still makes like $30 million a year. I know. It is so crazy for a show that probably. That's what I probably put Paris Hilton over the adjo.
Starting point is 00:11:46 probably gets, if I would guess, like, 60,000 viewers under 65. Yeah, and half of those are at the gym. Yeah. Half of those are at an airport and a gym. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it doesn't quite make sense, but... Yeah, so I think that the lesbians get a bad name, and in reality, anyone that's ever like...
Starting point is 00:12:07 Like, if you're like a cop and you work with, like a lesbian as a cop, you're like, no, she's the best. Yeah, she's fine. Yeah, definitely not. Yeah, the gold stars are, I think. better. I've never had a particular issue with one. Not that I'm incredibly friendly with, like, friends with them. I don't have a lot of, like, lesbian friends. I'm trying to think. When they go super all in political, it doesn't pair well. When they kind of think they're one of the boys, it's like, yeah, oh, yeah, they are. Well, that's, yeah, yeah, for sure. The ones who are like, yeah, those ones are more tolerable. But the reason I'm bringing this up is like, the old historic thing was kind of like, oh, lesbians can't take a joke. And it's like, I don't find that to be necessarily true. It's a bad, it's like an off stereotype. And it's almost prepared. by them. Because you have not take a joke type
Starting point is 00:12:49 being like we speak for leszies. I feel like I've had some shows where like, you know, some Brooklyn shows and they were going pretty well minus the lesbians who were just like this. You're talking, yeah, there's sometimes is a few backcatchers sort of sitting there
Starting point is 00:13:06 like if they're not happy. Yeah. But they, you know, what came? I don't think that's and I don't even have any jokes specifically like targeting lesbians at all. But they got I think they got Brooklyn not lesbians. Like the lesbian part of them wanted to laugh And the Brooklyn part of them said you can't Right, right
Starting point is 00:13:20 That's potential potential You know? Yeah I think at their heart of hearts Like their actual soul underneath But you're right Well, the whole ethos of them Is they're like, I'm a dude
Starting point is 00:13:28 Yeah, exactly Right There's two models Yeah, there's two models for sure But I think that we get sold the model That's the grumpy curmudgeon Yeah And the actual model that you see
Starting point is 00:13:40 Way more of is like a bro I think like an audience of studs That's a good audience full stud audience Mark Norman needs to do that Yeah Mark Norman I was literally thinking about it For his show of all the
Starting point is 00:13:51 A full stud audience Studs are fun Studs are fun Yeah You could have a good night With some studs So I wanted to Go in
Starting point is 00:14:01 In a reasonable detail About Leopold Ash and Brenner Yeah The saga That has rocked the internet Oh yeah This is a big one
Starting point is 00:14:12 And I was Telling you before the story was broken by Martin Shirely. Yeah, he was the first to it. I gave a little pushback on you telling me that because I feel like, it's like there was a tornado
Starting point is 00:14:24 and you're saying someone's like, no, he was the story of the tornado. He was the first. But yeah, but if I was the first person to tweet about a tornado, you're like,
Starting point is 00:14:31 you broke the story of this tornado and you go, well, we're going to... Well, but this is like kind of private information a bit. Like,
Starting point is 00:14:37 you have to actually... So he had a guy... So it wasn't public info. It was he must have known somewhere someone somewhere. His head fun was, wasn't big enough that they have to tell they have to disclose their positions
Starting point is 00:14:48 but but they don't have to disclose the amount of margin. Let's start for the beginning. Yes, exactly. So he's Wall Street of Wunderkind he's his German AI Wiz Kid. AI Wiz Kid I think his girlfriend or his wife
Starting point is 00:15:04 by the way this collapse he had his wedding the next day. Oh I'm let's go in order my friend. There's a lot of meat on this bone here. basically he was like yeah this AI he's you know he's like this AI trade this is going to be everything makes like you know he's positioning every time he would release his I don't know what is 10k or something when they have to disclose their purchases like every stock he would buy would just
Starting point is 00:15:30 like rip because everybody was following him essentially they're like this kid can't lose yeah he's like it's like a legendary finance Twitter guy it's been really bubbling up like where he really was reaching prominence in the last like six months I would say Because once his firm... Yeah, because I'm doubled again. It was like, now he's $50 billion. Everybody's just like, this goes, the next Warren Buffett.
Starting point is 00:15:50 And essentially, yeah, he's like, I think he had at one point, like, his 400% return in like a year or two, like something crazy. But I guess what was not disclosed was that he was using leverage, which is kind of a double-edged sword. And then there's all these different elements to it
Starting point is 00:16:09 because when, like, I heard Schrelly talking about it. And essentially when people know that like, like when wall, people on Wall Street, and I didn't really know this, but like when people on Wall Street know that like someone's in trouble, like, and they know what positions they hold, they'll short the shit out of these stocks to essentially fuck them over. Like they know they're like, oh, there's a for seller at some point down here. So they'll just start driving the price down to basically destroy the guy. And the old guard doesn't like these new wonder kids. They don't know. it's also, it's just like, it's just part of the business, I guess, where they go, hey, there's an opportunity here. If we can get the ball rolling downhill, like we can get it going real fast.
Starting point is 00:16:50 But that shark stuff where I was saying it's like a movie, right? Oh, yeah. It was honestly like, what was it, margin call? Yeah, because there's a lot of sort of different narratives here where it was the old sharks, you know, destroying the new young kid. Yeah. And then there's sort of the... I mean, it's the story of Icarus. The hubris of the new young guy.
Starting point is 00:17:09 Yeah, he wasn't honestly a big... hubris guy. Oh. Not that I saw. Oh, yeah? Taking a people's borrowing $45 billion and then making a wild fucking 3x leverage bet in the, the problem is that's not hubris.
Starting point is 00:17:24 Well, when it works, it works. The thing is, is Wall Street, there's been about a thousand of those stories. Not to that level. There hasn't been a thousand of guys blowing up a $50 billion hedge fund on leverage. Who was the Asian, the Chinese guy like a couple years ago who like,
Starting point is 00:17:40 I literally think he blew up like a $1,000. $50 billion fund on Discovery? All right, here we go. This is him laughing in an interview. Real dork. The only thing missing from that is him hitting his asthma inhaler at the end of it. This guy's a real dork. Came to prominence from writing an essay
Starting point is 00:18:09 about how AI is going to take over the world. He worked for fucking Sam Bankman-Fried. Yeah, I worked for you worked at FDX And I think a big thing was his His now wife was Pretty high up at Anthropic So they had a big private position And Anthropic
Starting point is 00:18:27 That was a big part of it Which is, you know, that's kind of a big problem too Because you can kind of just say This is what it's worth But until it's really trading publicly Like look at SpaceX, right? You don't really know So anyways, they just they hunted this guy
Starting point is 00:18:41 Like that's what it seems like The big guys were Is that the Citadel CEO? I think it was just like all the big hedge funds were kind of once they realized they're like, yo, like, like essentially the bottom of the for people who follow like the market the day after. Yeah, do it in plain English. The day they, you know, he, so he got liquidated on Sunday night is essentially he just sold his entire book to Citadel. In a back alley deal. Yeah, just like, well, you wouldn't be able to do it in the market.
Starting point is 00:19:07 No, I know, but this is, I'm just painting the picture of the movie where yeah. It's like Sunday night, midnight, midnight, being like, we. see weakness in this guy's thing. We're all going to get together and sort of put this. But it's like Buffett with City or people who are accusing them for example being like, oh, we think there's a rate hike to make it go down.
Starting point is 00:19:26 And then all this sort of stuff. And then they're meeting with this guy at like 4 a.m. because like when things start open at 6 a.m., this guy's like blown up. Right? Yeah, this guy's blown up. So they're at 6 a.m. making a back alley deal to sell me your $45 billion
Starting point is 00:19:42 portfolio for a fucking penny. And that's the thing is they would all, at least on paper, or lose money, if that deal wouldn't have been done, because if he's like a forced seller, then just, the market's just going to nuke. If he's a for seller of $40 billion or whatever, I think maybe he had more than that, like,
Starting point is 00:19:58 $80 billion with the stocks. You're like... And the reason you have to sell is the bank calls you, and they say, listen, you have, if you're at 3x leverage, if it goes down 30%, you went down 90%. So now they're like, hey, you owe us $20 billion.
Starting point is 00:20:14 and you currently have a portfolio that's worth $10 billion. Or whatever it is. So you have to come up with another $8 billion by the morning. And then basically he's meeting in back alleys. I assume there was cigars. I don't know. They all came in unmarked cars to like a farm in the middle of nowhere. And then they probably took the bag off of his head and they come out.
Starting point is 00:20:37 And they're like, my first offer is $5 for your $45 million. And he goes, that's not enough. And they go, well, that's a starting point. Yeah. Yeah. I think he got, the crazy thing is I think he got $10 billion is what he got for everything. And then apparently like Ken Griffin, like the next day they were saying he made like literally the next day. He's probably up on it now like $10 billion, I would guess.
Starting point is 00:21:01 On a late night trade overnight. Yeah, he bought his entire like long short. This is Donnie Brasco, but Donnie Brasco gets killed at the beginning. No, no, no, sorry. What's the movie? Is it Donnie Brasco? What's the one with Benny from the Bronx? Johnny, if you find that one.
Starting point is 00:21:17 Bronx tale? I'm Benny from the Bronx. No, and it's Pacino, and he's the young guy. Carlito's Way, and he's Benny from the Bronx, and then at the end of it, Carlito's walking, and then the new young guy kills him. This is the opposite story where it's, he comes in, the young guy's being all rude to him, and then at the end, Al Pacino's walking, and then he kills the young guy and stays on top. Yeah, stays on top.
Starting point is 00:21:40 And there's no moral. I mean the thing is is like he games the game he you know I think his investors put in five billion dollars and at the end of it he still had I think like 10 billion dollars so it's in a crazy way he still like even though he blew the thing up his money everyone else is is gone no no no no it's not not from what I understand it's not he still came away up 90% of the people who gave him money for their hedge fund got nuked no no it's just he lost all of his profits like everything he made was gone. This is,
Starting point is 00:22:14 from what I understand. But it wasn't like, it didn't go to zero. That's why he got out because he was going to zero and that was the prudent thing to do was just to like, you know, kind of reset things,
Starting point is 00:22:27 but it didn't go to zero. He sold like his entire book, but he lost like the 400% gain. Well over half of outside investors lost their money. Oh, okay. That's, that's not what I saw.
Starting point is 00:22:40 Anyways, that's what uh that's uh i read something else but uh either either way it was a fucking disaster for that kid but he'll be fine i did the crazy thing is i don't think this is the end of him well if you were telling if you were writing this movie script the way you tell it makes it a little less fun uh he's like you know it's a thing that happens and it'll be fine and most people well it's not going to be like it'll be you know it's actually pretty standard like no it's standard i mean i like if someone's like you're getting fucking kicked out of the hollywood meeting Like, yeah, I'd obviously rather invest in Citadel.
Starting point is 00:23:16 Those are the real fucking sharks who were just like buying, literally make $5 billion in a day. And that was the, by the way, that was the absolute bottom of the market. Like that day where he was forced to liquidate. Same thing happened to your boy, Sam Bankman-Fried. Yeah. Well, I guess, yeah. I guess, yeah. It didn't happen so quickly with San Bank, at least in terms of crypto.
Starting point is 00:23:38 Like, it didn't happen so quickly. crypto like was in the dumps for a while, but like the stock market like the SEP 500 literally after that day after you know, also wasn't down that much. No, it wasn't down that much. You know, but those AI stocks were 20, 30%? No, dude, like Sandus was 2,400 to a thousand. Like, it was over 50%. Yeah, but most of the stocks were not. The AI, no, no, no, regular stocks, if you own like the SEP 500, like the SEP 500 was down like 5%. Yeah, but he also had Navidia and whatever. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Micron, whatever like. But the, but the, but the, but the, no, no, regular. and the Sandus, and then all those like Neo Cloud stocks and all like the second and third
Starting point is 00:24:14 order AI plays, they got fucking hammered. But had he been like, it's the same as San Bank Reefried where, you know, everybody was talking about the San Banker Fried. Had he been able to just get through that little period, you're like he would have been fine. And same with him. You're like, as of today, if you looked at that book, it'd be like backed up 300%. Well, sure. You could say that about everyone in the financial crash too. If I could have just came up with $8 million, then I would have to liquidate my nine houses that I would have I had on mortgage rates they went down. It was like, yeah, that's what it looks like.
Starting point is 00:24:42 Yeah, that's the danger of leverage. Yeah, but that is the, that's the financial crisis. You go, I own 12 houses. And that's worth a million dollars. And then now they go down to $500,000 and I owe $800,000 on them. So I'm technically worth negative, you know, $8 million. And you go, well, if you just wait it out, you go, well, I don't have $8 million. The bank won't have $8 million lying around.
Starting point is 00:25:02 The bank won't let me wait it out. But unfortunately, the bank's not going to let me wait it out. But it is just interesting that that was just, that was the bottom that just fucking rinsed them and then... I know what you mean. And then back up. But almost... Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:16 I agree with you. That was an interesting part of the story. Yeah. And... Like, they did really, like, hunt him. They hunted all of his positions. I didn't realize they hunted him as much as you were saying. Hunt him, which actually makes him more...
Starting point is 00:25:27 More to the movie. Yeah, more to the movie. Yeah, yeah. Like, you have them sitting there with... They were going after him. They were looking at their positions that were like, we got to just drive all of these stocks down to basically force his hands. They game stopped him.
Starting point is 00:25:38 Kind of. Yeah, yeah. They were like, we just need to force all these things to tank. And then he, until he basically cries uncle. Like, there's a point where, there's a point where, and at that point, there's nothing you can do if you're him. Like, his big thing was that I guess he didn't disclose that he was just levered up to the fucking gills, which makes sense when you're like, oh, how did you get these crazy
Starting point is 00:25:58 returns? And you're like, well, I'm borrowed. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you go, hey, I turn this fund from $500 million to $45 billion. You go, what kind of crazy shit were you doing? He was a genius. You go, yeah, because you go, I don't know just Fortune 500 companies for some reason. I just, I'm 30X though. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:15 Turns out he's just not the roulette table in Vegas. So, yeah, he had this essay called situational awareness. He was running a $45 billion fund like a fucking JJ runs a shit coin portfolio. The old guns are meeting in private alleyways. I know Janie's looking at me like it wasn't a private alleyway. I actually, I know you have your Screlli info. I have info from my guy that it was a private alleyway. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:36 that they're meaning in a private alleyway it was a bunker bunker oh they're probably a bunker yeah it was yeah I believe that there was some bunkers involved and then you mentioned this earlier but the most one of the other crazy parts
Starting point is 00:26:51 was he has $45 billion fund he's at his wedding and at his wedding he's decided that they were gonna have they were giving TED talks at his wedding so if you like remember when I went to your wedding in Hawaii imagine you go yeah and Tuesday I have like
Starting point is 00:27:06 Dave Chappelle coming in, he's going to give a speech. It would be like if you sit up a comedy stage at your wedding and you go, yeah, the wedding's at 6, 4 p.m. Like we have me, Ryan, and JJ are all doing a set. Obviously, we had to get a set in. Yeah, of course. So he puts like a, he's turned his wedding into a tech conference, which you think would be pretty hard sell. But I guess his wife's like a, you know, a techner as well. Yeah, but also like, you know, he planned this wedding when he was way richer.
Starting point is 00:27:31 Oh, yeah. And he's like, oh, man, these people are costing me like a million bucks apiece. So he's kind of sucks. Yeah, yeah, and then he's got Tim Ferriss giving a speech for $80,000. More. Yeah, more. And then he's getting the phone call being like, it's happening. Literally the night before your wedding and you're having this Ken Griffin talk.
Starting point is 00:27:49 You have to take that as a sign, right? You just go, hey, it's a game. I think you just keep walking. I mean, I imagine his now. Walk down the beach and don't stop. You live there now. I mean, I'm sure. I hope that this didn't personally do too much to him.
Starting point is 00:28:04 That's what you hope? What do you care? financially. Well, I'm saying, well, not that I care, but you would think a guy... Fingers crossed, I pray for him. No, but you would think a guy who's like... If you're listening to Leopold Danny's praying for you. This smart isn't just like logging into his banking and he goes,
Starting point is 00:28:16 totally broke. Well, no, yeah, he has his separate things as him, but like, his wealth is down 11x. But his reputation as the the whiz kid, which I'm sure some people will still get money in five years. Yeah, you know what? There is a real lesson here when it's, and, you know, it's still hard, but whenever they, put up this whiz kid on a pedestal and in the finance world, usually that doesn't work out.
Starting point is 00:28:42 Yeah. Yeah, usually avoid at all costs. Haven't what you were saying about when you have this crazy portfolio that like goes to, that you have to sell because you're so leverage and then the next day you have to, and then the next day watching it skyrocket is probably one of the most mentally painful things. And it's probably how a woman feels when it's, a guy breaks up with her because he doesn't want to have kids and then a month later he's with a new girl
Starting point is 00:29:09 and he gets her pregnant. Yeah, yeah, he's like guys are pregnant. Pretty much. That's pretty accurate. We broke up an eight-year relationship because you didn't want to have kids. I'm curious if you can even look at the fucking stock market right now. It's possibly one to avoid the honeymoon. You have to think of that.
Starting point is 00:29:24 The honeymoon was really going to fucking hear me out. Staycation. It's not proper honeymoon. It's not really in the budget anymore. Yeah. And when I write that movie, definitely that's going to be a part of it
Starting point is 00:29:38 is that he kind of didn't want to do the honeymoon. So that's the happy end of him. He doesn't have to do it. You know what? This is for every guy that I've, but I, it may be obvious, the first part, but people will say like, oh, you've heard obviously people say like, oh, I married my best friend and obviously people kind of make fun of that and say it's bullshit, right? Yeah. But I was saying the success of a relationship in a lot of ways depends on each of their ability
Starting point is 00:31:59 to not treat each other like their friends. Yeah, I mean, my wife always said, we have like a running joke, which she goes, you're my best friend. I go, you're my wife. Yeah. And she goes, well, that's funny. You're my wife because the way you're fucking running there. Because I saw you bench press and actually you're my wife. Right.
Starting point is 00:32:15 But she also has to not because, okay, you know, the same way, you've probably been a scenario. I'm going to say less Danny because you never change anything about you depending on who you're with or what your scenario is. Oh, yeah. You're the exact same person no matter what. Yeah. But like, okay, let's say. No putting on errors for this guy. No, you don't.
Starting point is 00:32:34 You don't change based on things, I guess. So, yeah, you're probably the same person around your grandmother as a girl you're having sex with. Naked and erect. But, okay, let's say I was doing a trip where I went out, hung out with, like, fucking six of my boys for like a week, right? Yeah. You come back in, and basically, if you're around, like, let's say you're around comics for, like, six hours, you would come back and you start, you talk to her the way you're talking everyone else, right?
Starting point is 00:33:02 Yeah, you start coming back. You're like, look, this fucking lazy. fuck sitting on the couch, hey? Fuck, what was that episode fucking 90 to you? Let's do something. Look at you. Lazy fuck. Is she eating again, huh?
Starting point is 00:33:12 Look at this dust on the baseboards. What's going on? Slipping. Yeah, slipping. Eating again. Fucking fucking get it in you, huh? Yeah, oh yeah. You start talking like that.
Starting point is 00:33:21 Thought you were going to go to the gym? Oh, a big surprise. This one didn't fucking follow through with plans. You know, you start talking about you talk to your friends, which is the worst. And I think most women would, even though they, that's the easy part of this, is that Most women say that they want you to talk to them like a friend, but they don't actually, right? Yeah. I think you can get more agreements on this.
Starting point is 00:33:40 The other side of it is, and the other side of that is that women can't treat you like they treat their friends, which is gossiping. And, like, coming home, like, oh, this crazy thing happened to the character on Love Island or The Bachelor or whatever it is. And you go, no, no, no. You have friends for this. Yeah, you have friends for this. Yeah. My wife sometimes tries to do that. I'm like, this isn't a me conversation.
Starting point is 00:34:01 Did you say that? Oh, yeah. I'm just like, I don't give a shit about any of this. You give her the chmoth? This is below my line. Way below my line. This is way below my line. That is the equivalent.
Starting point is 00:34:12 I'm like, do you hear it like LeBron splitting on the Sixers? That's exactly what it would be like. Can you believe he left the Lakers and you didn't go back to Miami? Old Cleveland and he's on the Sixers and she would like, what? Can you believe that John Cena's coming back? Yeah. Yeah. She's like, I don't care of shit.
Starting point is 00:34:25 No, you're right. Yeah. So, that's her emotional support dog and you have your emotional support, Bloomberg, Derby. know. But so, but maybe this at its core feels a little, duh, but it's a lot of things being said, which actually is just the core of it is so much can be avoided by not treating each other
Starting point is 00:34:51 like friends. Yeah. Except you were not, we're not friends. Yeah, we're co-workers. Well, we're not really, I'm your boss, but it's like, you know, on the org chart. I'm up here. you're like quite down here but you know i see promise you can get probably up here at some point if you work hard keep your nose is the ground you're subordinate i'm fucking correct and there's
Starting point is 00:35:15 no and there ain't no hr in this household and i'm the hr yeah i'm subordinate and bad news and the hr files the fucking trash can over there so yeah file all your HR departments with the fucking file folder aka the trash bin the circular been but yeah that is both of them it's the guy
Starting point is 00:35:37 coming home treating being like fuck you know sure yeah decided to take a break from
Starting point is 00:35:41 doing hair today whatever yeah yeah not working out this week yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:35:48 yeah because they always cancel their plans and you sort of okay yeah yeah yeah yeah plans are all
Starting point is 00:35:53 tentative with a woman of course of course we're just calling him out on everything but if your body
Starting point is 00:35:58 anything they do you're calling him out on yes yeah Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I mean, it's a harder.
Starting point is 00:36:05 Harder thing to do with a person you live with. Fucking new haircut there, pal, looks great. Yeah, yeah, yeah, of course. What did you do to your fucking hair? Fucking Edward's Sitterhands, could you? Right, all that stuff's a nightmare. Yeah, yeah. And at the same time, you go, oh, my God, this happened with this person.
Starting point is 00:36:23 You go, that's not, I'm not the gossip department. I'm your fucking boss. I don't care. Bring that, bring that, bring that, I told you where to put that H-PAR. Well, I remember we'll actually have juicy gossip. I'm just like still don't care. Who juicy guy? You like to where you go, oh this would be on this is and I go don't care.
Starting point is 00:36:37 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Not for me. Go talk to your friends. So I think that's a fair deal that people have to say. Yeah, I agree. Anyways, these AI guys, it's sort of being cheered on a little bit because the AI guys are so hated a little bit. And all the the open AI and all the like lib AI guys are like desperately trying to, you know, be like, no, we think it's going to be a problem too. Sure.
Starting point is 00:37:00 Do you see that the song? the rap 80s song? No, what happened? I don't know. Okay, so there's a song out. It's a big controversy. Usually Ryan comes up with the rap gossip. I do.
Starting point is 00:37:11 But the song, and I am going to preface this by saying, I hate, I hate this. Rappers. No. You see Nipsey Hustle thing went viral? About a fucking blasting his music on a fucking airplane. I've seen that before. I never saw that. So Nipsey Hustle, who is the original head? headphone dodgers.
Starting point is 00:37:32 The king of the headphone Don't he was gifts But he had What did you do? I got tagged in it like a million times I guess I'm I guess I'm like the king Anti-Headphone Dodgers You are?
Starting point is 00:37:42 It's like my movement Yeah that is I guess But I got tagging it so many times But yeah he's just something where he's like yeah Some white guy asked me to turn my Speaker off on the airplane And then I was like threatened him with violence Yeah
Starting point is 00:37:55 Bitch The most real Fucking bitch There you go He posts a photo of the guy. It's just a guy reading the paper and he goes, this fucking piece of shit had the audacity to walk up to me and ask me to turn my music down. You go, you sat in a flight for three hours playing fucking rap music on your phone. Without headphones. You're like, aren't you rich?
Starting point is 00:38:18 He goes, these white people get too confident and you're just like, so because you're black, like, no one, you're just allowed to do that. What are you talking about? Yeah, crazy. And yeah, and you're like, and you're rich. And you're like, and 40. And, Yeah, you're a grown man and you're threatening him with violence. Bitch. Bitch. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That would be Danny, though.
Starting point is 00:38:41 I can picture Dan. We should have Photoshopped Danny into that. That's really funny. I'm just like, one day, one day I'm going to go full falling down and I'm going to snap. Yes. And ask someone to turn their headphones. Maybe I'll get like, I'll put on chain mail and go looking for it. No, you put on the dog suit.
Starting point is 00:39:00 The dog, yeah, the dog suit and go looking for it. Excuse me. So, anyways, so there's this song. It's called Rubbers. I don't know if anybody's heard of this. Never heard of those. It hit, it hit 60 something on the billboard hot 100. It's by this guy, Phoenix.
Starting point is 00:39:25 What the fuck that means? Yeah, I don't know. It's a, it's big. It's like I think on YouTube it has, I want to say, 7 million views or something. It's a pretty big song. And it came out like, I think, last month maybe. And it's by this dude, he was Shoreline Mafia. I don't know if you ever heard of them.
Starting point is 00:39:48 No. So, like, these, like, L.A. L.A. rapper. Small town Canadian. Sure is he Mafia. But it was, it was, it came out last month. It's obviously AI. It's like an 80s song.
Starting point is 00:40:03 It sounds like Morrissey. or like the Smiths or something, but it's all like the vocals, like the actual lyrics are like all rap related like about like watches and bitches and all this stuff but so, but it's obviously AI
Starting point is 00:40:18 like it's obviously AI. The dude's from L.A., it's like a British accent and he everybody's like, it's like it's AI, he's like no, it's not AI. He like he won't admit it and he's got like Timberland and Timberland's like this is, all these people like this is an amazing song and he just like won't admit it. He's like it's like it's not AI.
Starting point is 00:40:35 then he'll play it live and you're like, this is like, he can't do it, right? All he's like is, no, it's just it's auto tune. Uh,
Starting point is 00:40:41 that's all he says. He's like, no, it's just like auto tune and I did it with a British accent. So people, but it sounds like this 80 song. But the thing that I hate about this is that it's a very catchy song. Like really like, I heard it twice and it's just like playing in my head.
Starting point is 00:40:54 I can't get it out of my head. It's, which is the part, which is the part of, it has, headphones on the table. Uh, that I'm able.
Starting point is 00:41:02 It's really, it's honestly, it was a song. where I go, because you hear the lyrics, and my thought was, this is a song that existed in the 80s, and he just changed the lyrics to make them like hip hop. I was like, certainly this is a song I've heard before, or not heard before, but I'm like, this is. I do like you listen to a rap song and sing, certainly.
Starting point is 00:41:22 Certainly. But I was 100%. I'm like, no, this is, it's almost like a song where you go, this, this had to have existed already. And then he just changed the lyrics to make them like hip hop or whatever, but it didn't. It's not that. It's just, but it's AI generated 100%.
Starting point is 00:41:38 But it's, dare I say, people are not happy about it. Dude, every now and then there's sort of like someone in the sort of like real Libby world
Starting point is 00:41:46 that'll come out and they'll be just like, yeah, I made a pamphlet with AI and it was just like to the fucking chambers. Oh, yeah, yeah. Like off his head.
Starting point is 00:41:57 New York Times did a article on this. Like this is how I found out about this. This was like a week ago, New York Times was, is this the song of the summer basically? And they're like, but they're like,
Starting point is 00:42:09 they're like, it's not because it's AI, but otherwise it would be. But it's crazy to me. And I guess, you know, this is a conversation we've had where, you know, everything AI makes is kind of redundant, I guess. And, uh, but I don't know. There's something about this song where you go,
Starting point is 00:42:27 and again, I don't believe he's, he's taking it to the fucking grave that it's not AI, but it's obviously. Well, this is a uphill battle to fight for anyone because this word's going to go. I think that we're going to be the people. Think about how much we're going to look back at this time. You know, you'll have a boomer come up to you being like when I was fucking, we used to have three channels.
Starting point is 00:42:48 That's going to be us. Is this just Dylan goes electric? Buddy, we're going to be explaining to fucking kids like, in my day, there was only five applications and they didn't implant them into your mind either. You had to pull out your phone and watch. I used to have to log into Pornhub instead of being tied down and milked by my robot overlords These robots used to treat us with respect
Starting point is 00:43:13 Now they torture us in their slaves These old robots used to treat us with respect They didn't tie us to the milk in bed And throw bolts at us The other robots They didn't make us clean their ports Well they Sprayed robot juices all over our face
Starting point is 00:43:31 And we used to have to watch I used to have to look at the news. They didn't just implant it into my head against my will. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. It's weird. It's weird. Because this was the first song we were like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:45 Like, it's obviously AI. You can just tell. You can mostly tell if some British guy came out with this, they could actually probably sell this as not AI. Like if a British rapper came out with this, they could probably actually. The accent sort of did it. You know, you know, if you see me with a hard accent, you know, that's AI. And like I saw a, like a British rapper.
Starting point is 00:44:02 Because I kind of went down the rabbit hole, but then I, you know, I saw this and then I saw, he did an interview with Andrew Callahan. And in the interview, he starts, like, talking. He's like, no, he's like, it's just, I have this London accent that I sometimes do, which is like, throws people off. And it's like, the worst London accent. Like, it's so terrible. And you're like, this is obviously, like, do your thing.
Starting point is 00:44:23 This is the British rap. And a b'abab, booboo. Yeah. But, but a botabababab be. Bop bop b'bobu. Yeah. That's what all sounds. Essentially.
Starting point is 00:44:32 So, uh, bo da bo bo bop bo and then it always has like a like a weird like drill. I mean, the thing is is like I'm sure he's made a lot of money off of the song, but he can't really perform it live. Like there was, I saw one live performance and you know like the DJ does the thing where they stop, they stop the music so he can just sing and it's exposes him. Like every time the DJ stops the track. Sounds like Mr. Bean. Yeah. Well, it just exposed him completely. It's like, you're like, yeah, there's no way that that you made the song.
Starting point is 00:45:01 but it is a very catchy song. Every once in a while, I just got, every once in a while, I just got to do a quick reminder that we do an extra episode every single week at patreon.com slash the boys' cast. And the episodes lock in easy to whatever app
Starting point is 00:45:15 you want to listen to them on, patreon.com slash the boys' cast. AI people are in the chopping block right now. And AI is most hated. Yeah, most hated. Which people are not happy that I started a charity to put AI centers in minority
Starting point is 00:45:31 neighborhoods. Trying to do my part. Why Combinator? You know, why Combinator? They had this like one company that had a party. You know the part?
Starting point is 00:45:40 Yeah. So they basically had like a party and I think the comedy seller has done that too at their party. They have a tattoo artist. Yeah, well, Skank Fest did it. Yes, you don't have to,
Starting point is 00:45:48 yeah, the difference of Skank Fest is not like, hey, you want to perform a Skank Fest tattoo. I think that was like the joke. And we'll consider you. They would easily say that. Like if someone was there and they were a comedian and they said,
Starting point is 00:45:57 hey, if you get a big Skank Fest that you can do a set. Maybe it's a little more on brand for Skank Fest, but for... Yeah, so basically they were like, you can get an interview if you get a tattoo or something like that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:06 It was just an interview, but people fucking exploded and then the guy had to go on LinkedIn and write a fucking huge apology, like, I'm the worst, I'm so sorry. They don't realize they're in their little bubble, though. Yeah, and I guess they thought... They're like, we're the best.
Starting point is 00:46:20 Yeah, I mean, again, the odds are this company rebrands to a new thing in 18 months after this thing doesn't work. Oh, yeah. The thing is, you're getting a logo of a company that probably won't exist. I wouldn't give a shit. That'd be funny to me. I have way dumber things than that. Yeah, I guess if you're like a big tattoo guy,
Starting point is 00:46:36 uh, I suppose if you're like, yeah, it's just like one of a hundred tattoos I have who gives a shit. You get covered up. Yeah, you get covered up, I suppose. But you know there's probably you're going to a fucking bank now that bank tellers got like fucking sleeve neck tattoos. Yeah, it would be, but you know there's probably like some kind of desperate people who are, they're like, I normally wouldn't get a tattoo, but this is the kind of sacrifice they talk about. If you want to work in Silicon Valley, you got to make sacrifices. It's either this or getting fucking bum rushed by Zambic. Yeah, but again, you're like, people make their own choices.
Starting point is 00:47:05 I mean, it's not technically forces on you. Yeah. But, yeah. We're just going to do a quick, let's do a quick update on this Fauci thing because since we did our last episode, we did talk about it last week, but then also Fauci's diary released, which is funny because we've been joking about how, I can't remember who it was that had the Epstein diary. Was it Epstein that had a diary?
Starting point is 00:47:29 Yeah, he was. There was a few diaries that keep getting released. And, no, because I did a video about it. No, someone... I think he would write emails to himself. He would write emails to himself. Like the Bill Gates email about what the Russian prostitute or whatever? There was someone else.
Starting point is 00:47:45 That was an email he, like, wrote to himself. But there was a bunch of them billionaires that had a diary and one of them, I can't remember one of their names. What are the names? If you want to look it up, Johnny, if you see one of these billion... But they keep coming out that there's these, like, huge powerful... people that have these diaries. Yes.
Starting point is 00:48:02 And so Fauci's diary, it's like, first of all, he's rambling about Rand Paul, right? Oh, yeah. Not a fan. Not a big fan. But it's just, you're fucking,
Starting point is 00:48:12 can you imagine if we're going home at night and then like pulling out your diary and just being like fucking Rand Paul's piece of shit. Sure. Well. Open AI guy. I do, yeah, that's what it was.
Starting point is 00:48:23 The open AI guy. Exactly. Okay. I remember that. Yeah. Oh, yeah, right. I mean, Fouchie's, he was in a weird position because he literally
Starting point is 00:48:32 went from being unknown to just like the most famous guy on earth. Well, he's written about that in his diary too. Of course. Says he didn't love the fame. I'm sure he didn't. He was a whore for it. They asked me to throw out the pitch at the
Starting point is 00:48:44 Nationals game. I don't want to do that. Ellen wants to hang out again. Don't know Bono's Island again. Hope they have K and 95s. Still fucking the wife. Might get some strange. A lot of strangers have been coming at me.
Starting point is 00:49:06 Is she really is, is she really in my league anymore? I don't know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know. The fouch has ascended. The fouch has ascended. He's writing a lot about that. But yeah, there was a bunch of, there was a bunch of things that you'd probably think would be true,
Starting point is 00:49:20 where it was like the wet market. He was like, yeah, I don't think it originated there, but maybe that was an accelerant and stuff like that. Sure. thing was that he was saying stuff in the diary and then he was going on TV and saying not that. Yeah, but yours, it was the other way around. He would go on TV and be like, uh, this is what happened. And then he would go back to his diary and he goes, psych. Sike. I had my fingers crossed when I was on MSNBC today. I had my fingers crossed. If you notice, my right hand was behind
Starting point is 00:49:53 my head. Ha ha. Fouchier. Yeah. I mean, that's a really, obviously, of all. the things needed to piss people off of stuff like that. And again, you were getting, you couldn't say this stuff on social media. Like the stuff he was saying in his diary. That's what always makes it crazy. Yeah, when you look back, what makes it... Because there is a point of where I kind of agree
Starting point is 00:50:13 where there's some people that maybe talk about this too much and you're just like, it was a while ago now. You have to like let it go. Sure. But when you do think of that one point where you go, so he was going saying something, going back to his diary and saying the opposite, and then people were having their lives ruined
Starting point is 00:50:28 for essentially saying the true one. Saying the thing that was the most obvious. And it was obvious. It was the thing that you just kind of started looking into. You go, oh, no, this is probably the most obvious thing that happened. And then they were like, okay, well, you lost your Twitter account for that. Yeah, yeah. So good luck.
Starting point is 00:50:45 Joy Parlor. I forgot about Parlor. You remember Parlor? Joy, Gab. You can give all your COVID takes over on Gab. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, yes, it's fine. you can't be on Instagram or YouTube anymore.
Starting point is 00:51:01 Have you heard of starting a telegram channel? Anything, no? Well, so, but the diary, I can't get over how many grown men have a mother effing diaries. Which, again, if you're doing, if you're in a certain tier of kind of person, like these are all considered evidence. Yeah. You know, you can't just, it can't be like, oh, I'll just burn my diary. if they ever asked for it, I'll just destroy you. You go, well, you just destroyed evidence.
Starting point is 00:51:30 And if they catch you, that's a major felony. Right. Yeah, yeah. So, I don't know. There's got to be a way to keep a diary. Rand Paul thinks he's so fucking cool. Maybe that could be a tech company, like a diary that you can keep that doesn't get exposed every time you get subpoenaed. Encryed diary.
Starting point is 00:51:48 Yeah, it's not even possible for them to get it. Yeah, so yeah, this is something or I don't know. I don't know what the solution is. You know what? It's huge. I read some guy had a thing where he has his phone and you type in the passcode and it just wipes it. Oh, he has like a kill switch. He got arrested. Yeah, but that is hilarious. The guys have the kill switch password. I'm graphing. Yeah, yeah. I give you your jicks holding your phone as it's wiping. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I go, what did you do? She goes, give me your password. Of course.
Starting point is 00:52:16 Fine. Of course. Yeah. Yeah. Some have at it. For sure. And then you're like, she typed in the password and he just goes like, deleting contests, you're like, what did you do? What did you do? What the hell did you do? What the fuck did you do? You're like, I had all my stuff on there. You crazy bitch. Someone's done that. For sure. I mean, you, you, the impression is a little more like, fuck y'all's is doing. Yeah, I think in that case. Yeah, but this guy's got charged. This is the first of its kind. So he went to the airport. He, he's an American citizen. He, uh, I think he's like a left wing kind of,
Starting point is 00:52:54 they would consider him a left-wing extremist or whatever. And so he had this, it's an Android software called Graphene. It's like the most secure operating system called Graphene OS. And you can do this. It has a setting where if you enter this password, it just wipes the phone. So he was like on the radar of, you know, the federal government in the U.S. He was in Europe and he came back and they're like, you know, they know who he is. And they're like, what are you doing?
Starting point is 00:53:20 We want to go through your phone, which they have, they're allowed to. And they're like, what's the password? password and he goes, here you go. And then... So like what in there is going to be like the addresses of like ICE members or something? Yeah, exactly. Like stuff like that. Like you know, and so he's like, here you go. And then did it. His phone wiped
Starting point is 00:53:36 and they fucking charged him with destroying, I think destroying evidence. And what happens to have what do you go to jail for? This happened last week. I mean, he hasn't had a trial. This is a first of its kind, I believe, for this thing. The specific thing. I did think that that is
Starting point is 00:53:52 hilarious. Because probably there was a period of of time. I know this group this. Like even if you're getting robbed, you know, maybe if you're getting robbed, do you type in that? Yeah, but this has existed, I believe, for like 10 years, this, this operating system. So there probably were guys who did get away with this back in the day because they just like weren't on to this kind of thing. You know, they're like, I don't know what happened. Like, I don't know what you did. My phone's glitching out. Weird. But now they know about it. So I guess they just kind of put the pieces together and like, yeah, this destruction of evidence. that is crazy
Starting point is 00:54:24 Yeah it's pretty crazy So I went through the COVID Reddit Because every time someone Every once in a while someone sends them Us them And I just wanted to see what the vibe was after Because Fauci's back in the news And getting in trouble
Starting point is 00:54:36 And a big part of the Reddit Was a lot of people posting That they think that because Fauci's Getting in trouble right now That people are going to be Like hate and hate crimes against people with masks is up Yeah And
Starting point is 00:54:51 But it's all people being like I was harassed and it's because of the Fauci thing and there's no evidence. Also it probably didn't happen. And on top of that, yeah. Probably. You probably didn't get it. It's a lot of Jesse Simulet stuff. I walked up and he said this is no mask country and then punch me
Starting point is 00:55:09 in the face. They coughed in my face. He pulled my thing down. This guy goes, assaulted for wearing a mask and he posts a photo of himself and he's got the full thing on. Because you have possibly been assaulted for any of your other characteristics. Right. you're a fucking dork. Or, more importantly,
Starting point is 00:55:27 could be a crazy guy. It could be a crazy guy, also you didn't get assaulted. It's taken me a bit to come down from the shock and acknowledge what happened. Last week, I was kicked and tripped behind a grocery store. 99% sure it was due to me wearing my mask in public. Zero evidence. Zero evidence.
Starting point is 00:55:42 Just that's kind of... After going down, I stood up and looked behind me, which was way much... Into what was way too much white on both the tops and the bottoms of my eyes, telling me that this individual trying to fight me in the deli was not playing with a full deck of Marvel trading cards. So I quickly walked away.
Starting point is 00:56:02 Why am I sharing this? If and when you have seen people talk about anti-mask hate online and you find it hard to believe, believe them. It's taken me six plus years to experience this in real time. Well, I never doubted that other people were truthfully documenting their own experiences, as with all things, is different when it happens to you. So six years...
Starting point is 00:56:21 off like the one day of the year you leave your house, you get assaulted. Yeah, I mean, this probably lives in like fucking, you know, the hood of Minnesota or whatever. Yeah, can we get a better description of this perp? Yeah, well, he even said, he goes, the guy's crazy in his thing. Yeah. And they're drawing the conclusion that this is because Fauci's getting, because Fauci has to do his testimony against Rand Paul. Sure. Big uptick in harassment.
Starting point is 00:56:46 I've had two people harassed me in the last week. One also threw some gay slurs for fun. I am gay, so I guess that was the cherry on top. Also, don't know the last time I've had that happen. It's been years. I've also noticed people staring at my mask, rolling their eyes, and many who look like they're about to say something. All happened suddenly in the last one to two months.
Starting point is 00:57:04 I go for walks with my dog multiple times a day. This behavior is new to me. I now feel like I have to have my guard up, walk with aggression, and don't give a, and give off a don't mess with me vibe, which is why I think there's been more issues. It's exhausting. And anyways, every comment is about Fauci and this and that. that. Sure.
Starting point is 00:57:22 But... Dan Paul did this. He's gonna... Paul is to blame. But if you saw a gay guy with a mask walking with a don't mess with me vibe.
Starting point is 00:57:29 I would not mess with him. And then there's some normal ones. Unable to attend upcoming funeral involving my family members and people aren't happy with them. I don't even know. Why you can't...
Starting point is 00:57:39 They won't you wear a mask at the funeral? Or it's just that's... Grandfather passed last week. We used to be close. I'm mourning, but I'm grieving him in my own ways since the summer of 2021
Starting point is 00:57:49 when he started calling me tinfoil. hat. Okay, so they didn't let him in because, or he doesn't want to go because his grandfather called him a tinfoil hack guy. For continuing a mask. Most of the rest of my vaxed and relaxed, extended family left me for dead when I became ill with long COVID. They left you for dead with long COVID. What do you want them to do? My family left me for dead. What did you have long COVID? Yeah, long COVID. I was just tired. Brain fog. That was quite tired. They left me for dead with my brain fog.
Starting point is 00:58:23 A few straight up disowned me when I begged them to mask around my grandparents mostly refused undoubtedly playing a role in his death. He stopped criticizing me about my mask when his kid, blah, blah, blah. In 2026 played a role in his death? This year?
Starting point is 00:58:39 Yeah. I'm sure probably these people are like, yeah, you're a funeral and goes, will they be testing at the door? Here's the thing, though. You can just not go to a funeral. You know this person made a whole stink. Of course.
Starting point is 00:58:49 replied all to everyone in the family. I will not be attending and here are my reasons why. And you just could have said no. Yeah, you could have just... We kind of knew you weren't coming. And then lastly on Fauci, the body language experts said, nonverbal message is clear. The body language experts reveal the key cues they spotted in Fauci's testimony.
Starting point is 00:59:08 Even as the accusations became more forceful, he does not match the energy or visibly prepare himself, prepare to defend himself. The nonverbal message is clear. He is refusing to participate in the confrontation beyond what is legally required. Yeah, also the verbal messages were also that. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:59:24 Yeah, you're like the nonverbal. He said one thing over and over again. The body language experts think you might have been pleading the fifth. Wow. I always say that I'm done with the body language experts, and then they outdo themselves. Yeah, they give themselves some gems. Fouchy you stood on the stand and he said, I plead the fifth, and the body language expert says, based on his body language, he's pleading the floor. Like, I would like the body language expert where it's like, yeah, you pleaded the fifth, but the body language.
Starting point is 00:59:49 language says he was guilty. He's actually pleading the fifth because he's guilty of all this stuff. Not just like, yeah, he's seemed like he didn't want to answer and then he also did not answer. Yeah. So I guess there's all these Democratic socialists that are taken over. Oh, they're taken over, buddy. And the
Starting point is 01:00:07 one. There was a big win last night in Michigan. Yeah. So there, and some of them it's a big problem for the Democrats in America. It's a big problem for everybody. unless you're subscribed to this stuff. I mean, I was kind of thinking the madness of 2026, or 2016 to 2021 or so was over.

Starting point is 01:02:34 Right. And I think we may be returning. Do you think that it's related that they added more, uh, that women joined the workforce and within 10 years
Starting point is 01:02:47 they're communists. possibly I mean this it's not not of the I mean I mean I would go further back to the you know getting the right to vote but things really went down but these are all whack packers right yeah like they they all remind me of like the not all of them but there's a lot of these uh I guess it be the equivalent of you see like a far right candidate like what's his name the the guy who's like a groiper oh fishback you know what I mean and
Starting point is 01:03:20 and he's saying like women shouldn't vote and stuff and you're just like all right this is right there the difference is that fishback is going to get annihilated right where these people are winning big distinction and they remind me of like when we are in the Toronto comedy scene just like the wildest open micer who was like you know did you this guy looked at me wrong like I was assaulted yeah I should have his spot on the show
Starting point is 01:03:40 and you go what is that I don't do that I am. Right. But it's funny because they're, they're kind of have, you know, all these videos of them being just saying like the wildest things. Wildest. I agree with you what you just said where you go, oh shit, people are still rocking like that. It's, it's coming back. I mean, look, it makes sense. Like I've said, you know, it makes sense that if everybody on the left said, uh, Trump is like a fascist, like they were painting him as way more far right than he is, then you would get an equally far left reaction. but yeah these people have the like I just went to five years of college and I came back with like just my head is just
Starting point is 01:04:20 swimming with the dumbest ideas you've ever heard in your life not practical yeah and I'm zero days in the workforce and then now I'm like the governor you know what I mean this chick in Wisconsin she's like a chef this Asian chick yeah okay she's one of the funniest one she's running for governor yeah
Starting point is 01:04:39 I wasn't always aware of the struggles of other communities of color because for me, assimilation always kind of took over. And so I did marry my proximity to whiteness continues, right? My son is biracial. He's half white and half Korean. And I think navigating, you know,
Starting point is 01:05:00 what his identity is and how people perceive him is always at the back of my mind as well. That's a big yikes for me. The legendary race traitor. I agree. It is a big yikes. That's a big yikes. You have a half white child? But she couldn't bring herself to say that she goes, my husband is my proximity to whiteness continues. She couldn't just say.
Starting point is 01:05:23 She hates like every holiday. Like every she hates every she's just kind of Debbie Downer. These chicks love white guys by the way. Yeah, of course. Yeah, because white guys are the only guys that put up with this kind of nonsense. Oh, of course. Yeah. But yeah, she hates like fireworks. She hates Thanksgiving. She just hates everything. I've seen that.
Starting point is 01:05:39 What was it? She just, she's always, like, tweeting. She's always tweeting. She just hates. This girl's legendary.
Starting point is 01:05:44 She hates every single thing. Like anything, Christmas, like whatever it is. Just like, Thanksgiving must fucking get her nuts and a bow. She hates it all. Yeah,
Starting point is 01:05:51 she's all of it. But like, I won't be surprised at this point if she wins. Granted, these are swing states. So, you know, these aren't like these New York Congress people
Starting point is 01:06:03 who are, it's a guaranteed win for them. Yeah. These are swing states. So they could potentially still lose. but I love these people, man. They're so funny.
Starting point is 01:06:11 Yeah. Each one of them, you look back into their history and it's just all nonstop. The crazy, and I grew up, like my crew in high school, we had a couple half Asian guys. It's so fucking funny. We actually were sending photos of the one of our buddies who's half Asian and he's married to a white chick and we're just like fucking mourning the proximity of whiteness. It's so crazy. But these chicks always have a white boyfriend. Everyone always points it out.
Starting point is 01:06:42 I've got to said that too where I go, you know, we always have a lot of these people in comedy especially where online every day they're just like white dudes are the worst white dudes. And then you're kind of like friends with them and you go, well, how are you friends with them? And they're white people. I go, I actually think they're lying to them. I actually think they like you go, no, in real life you go, I think that's the lie. Yeah. They don't mean any of this stuff. Right.
Starting point is 01:07:06 Like it's in their performative. It's all a big joke that you go, you go, you know, why do you want to be friends with someone who hates you? You go, because she doesn't hate me. It's a lot. Also, I hate white people too. I'm a self-hated guy. So it's, you go, yeah, yeah, you go, no, I don't think she does hate white people. Actually, I think she doesn't give a shit. I think they're fucking liars. Yeah. Some of them are not liar. Her husband's got to be pretty whipped, though. Oh, big time. Although he's, I'm sure, like, moving into the governor's mansion. But they always point out, they'll say like AOC and people like that.
Starting point is 01:07:38 they kind of like or Elon Omar all these people that are like the most white dudes are the worst and then they marry white guys and people do point out they go like how much of a hypocrite it is
Starting point is 01:07:50 or whatever right and that's probably true but you also those are the bossiest women you probably ever met in your life that guy's probably so bitched around oh insane that is a tamed white dude
Starting point is 01:07:59 like he's on a leash in a cage yeah yeah he's not living a great life he never speaks up you know no no no he just does but he sold. You remember in Game of Thrones, the guy he got his dick cut off? You got that member?
Starting point is 01:08:12 I think so, yeah. Yeah. And then he had to become the guy's servant or whatever. He was like a eunuch? Yeah, but he used to be like a... What was it? He used to be a shit talker.
Starting point is 01:08:23 Yeah, he used to be a shit talker. He used to be a royalty or whatever, and then the other guy took over and they cut his dick off and they just had him walking around on a leash. That's the other boyfriend. Like this girl's probably so bossy. Yes.
Starting point is 01:08:35 Yeah, yeah, a nightmare. But half Asian, like, can you imagine being like, I can't even, every person that I grew up with was half Asian, like, which is lots. Yeah. The idea that like that was like some foreign thing
Starting point is 01:08:49 that you should navigate their proximity of whiteness to whiteness is so funny to me. Yeah, like that, the discussion is even being had. I'll say, it's a half Asian being like, especially in a major city, it's the equivalent of someone probably pitching to you like, you know, you don't know what I've had to go through
Starting point is 01:09:08 being like half Italian. Right. That's about how crazy it is. Yeah, yeah. You know, obviously my path is going to be different from yours what I've had to deal with from being half Australian. Like, it's good. It's that, like, it's that nothing. Yeah, it's, yeah, not much.
Starting point is 01:09:24 But, uh, yeah, this chick is fucking, they're all pretty kooky. Well, the press is kind of running a campaign. Because the, the sort of lib press doesn't like the socialists. Well, the socialists are sort of winning, because the Lib Press sucks too. Well, that's, yeah, like the, you know, the Democratic, like the base kind of, you know,
Starting point is 01:09:42 the old school Democrats are like, you know, we don't want to be socialists. And then they also don't like that, uh, these, you know, these DSA candidates are spending way less money than them and winning. So they're like, we're kind of, that was our whole playbook. Yeah. Was we throw a ton of money at it and, you know, you get your commercials and you win. It's just like whoever has more money wins. It's just like doesn't work anymore.
Starting point is 01:10:06 at all at all no it's just like no now it's just like you go on tic-tok and you say wild-ass shit my proximity to whiteness what does that mean no i was hanging out with my uncle yeah and you what did you do last weekend you last week and i was experiencing proximity to whiteness yeah what do you mean went to a movie saw the odyssey uh yeah i don't know if this chick will win in because you think like wisconsin's gotta be like i don't really give a shit if they win or lose or whatever it's more to me it's just like funny that there's all these like prominent politicians and then they have to they have to be like careful about it because
Starting point is 01:10:40 their fans are so militant. Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You got to say all the all the right things. But yeah, there's a bunch of them though and they're all trending in a weird direction for sure. Yeah, I guess so. No, I mean, 100. I mean, every country's trended that way a little bit. Yeah. And the other way
Starting point is 01:10:58 though, it's like a split. I mean, we've been I think, well, I mean, even none of this surprise. Again, you see these like you know, the James Carvilles of the world like these dudes who are the face of kind of the democratic strategists and they're you know like what the fuck yeah they're just like these people win i'm out like i'm leaving yeah you know this guy who's democrat for life kind of thing he's like well this isn't my party anymore i guess well they haven't figured out give all your money to him yeah exactly just raise taxes just we're fucking
Starting point is 01:11:30 trying to like logic with any of those people is impossible like if you ever have people in your life that are just like all on board with socialism you're just like it's like talking to a fucking oh yeah yeah you go there's no point the problem is is they have the thing is they have like a couple points where you go okay it's like you know stuff like free health care you go okay it's like understandable an understandable position certainly but then they go like just apeshad like i mean you even look at mom don'ty with his pieda terror thing where uh it was supposed to be for five million and then he five million up and then he just releases everybody's info if you own a place over a million.
Starting point is 01:12:06 Scott Galloway fucking took it on the chin. You weren't happy with him. Scott Galloway. He had a few buzzed all the thing. He goes,
Starting point is 01:12:12 I've been doxed. I know. The best is like, I supported you. And then you doxed me. He wasn't a happy camp. Well, they didn't think you're like,
Starting point is 01:12:20 oh, you're putting a list out with our address and our names and stuff? That's kind of fucked up. I actually saw this couple of people being like,
Starting point is 01:12:29 they were like, well, I thought they were going to tax billioners. And now they're doing it to people of a million. And you go, yeah,
Starting point is 01:12:34 yeah, In Russia, they usually, like, any time this has happened, you go, okay, well, yeah, they start with billionaires. Okay, well, if you think it works, why not do the one under that? And if that worked, why not one under that? I mean, the income tax, when they started the income tax in this country, I believe it was only applied to 3% of people. Now, everybody pays it.
Starting point is 01:12:49 Yeah, I just wanted to find you when some people are like, that's crazy. I thought they were going to keep it up. And you go, I'm out. I'm out. That's the classic, useful idiot. Right? Is they go, well, they're obviously, they're not coming for me. I know.
Starting point is 01:13:02 Right? they're going to come after and they go no they're coming for you too yeah to me it's like i don't know a single person not a single person that's not really true but i don't have a plenty i don't have a lot of my friends or people in my real life that are just like totally irrational and don't understand like how anything runs yeah and again like look uh like uh this stuff could be because you know kate griffin again the citadel guy he was like he got blat put on blast when Mom Donnie announced this because he has like a $250 million apartment that he doesn't live in in New York City. And Mom Donnie made him like the face of this whole thing.
Starting point is 01:13:40 Yeah. Right. And then he's just like, you know, this is pretty fucked up. And then there's talk that he's developing some giant skyscraper for his company in New York City. And they're like, maybe we won't do it. But he's still doing it. Yeah, it doesn't matter if still doing it. Yeah, but that's not how it works. You go, well, but I'm saying, if 10% of the people don't do things they wouldn't do, then that's, you go, the case by case doesn't matter. No, no, the case by case doesn't about it's like literally saying like if women get fat that uh you go if women get fat men are probably going to buy them less stuff and you go look at that girl she's fat and someone bought or something you go yeah i don't know how to if you don't understand like average is no no my point is that i think
Starting point is 01:14:16 maybe some people are like maybe we'll wait this out for a little just to see yes and also some people moved and we know them yeah yeah of course but you're talking to our buddy they go the la has that thing where they're doing the california tax and i go i asked one of my buddies who's like has like real money and he's in those circles I go how many of your friends moved he goes he goes
Starting point is 01:14:36 every single he goes I know about like dozens of yeah he goes there's probably you know a few hundred billionaires he goes dozens of them have already moved to Austin dozens of them moved to Miami and he goes
Starting point is 01:14:45 the ones who haven't moved is because they think they can beat it yeah they can beat the law he was like I can structure my assets in a way that I won't have to do it right yeah yeah but he's like he was like he goes yeah
Starting point is 01:14:56 there'll be a few people that do it but a lot of them don't and you go pointing at one that did doesn't mean anything. Yeah, yeah. But I'm more so saying, like, I think you, you could see, like, almost, like, the rate of change of these people leaving will, will speed up in more of the future. Like, you know, there'll be people who are kind of like scurrying now, and then it'll be, like, you know, maybe Mom Donnie gets reelected and they're like, all right, well, this isn't changing anytime soon. So now I'm definitely out of here. Right.
Starting point is 01:15:22 Like, you pay the PA to tear tax for a year. Dude, you know what fucking... Or you were going to make... You were going to build something and you don't. Like he was already like in the middle of doing this whole thing. So it's a hassle to pull out. Dude, do you know how high the taxes? Did you look into it? I saw some of the Pieta terror tax or whatever that they have in New York City.
Starting point is 01:15:41 No, what is it? It's if you have a place that's over $5 million, which is like obviously high, but it's not like crazy anymore. Now granted, the way that they assess it is like, you know,
Starting point is 01:15:55 the city has like an assessed value. and it's not the same as the actual value, if that makes sense. Like for property taxes, it's usually well below. It's 6% a year. The fuck, that's a lot.
Starting point is 01:16:07 It's like your mortgage. More, it's probably. So, but now here's the thing. They're like, it's 6% a year on, say, a $5 million a place, which is like 300 grand a year.
Starting point is 01:16:18 Who would do that? But the city, like their whole thing is the city goes, well, no, but we assess your property, like when we actually assess the value, a $5 million place,
Starting point is 01:16:27 gets assessed at like, say, 1.5 million. So it's actually a buck 50. 90 grand or whatever. But what happens when the city's like, oh, you know what? Actually, we're going to start assessing the value at what it actually is. Yeah, that's all you have to do. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, you're just one day you go, hey, you know what?
Starting point is 01:16:42 I don't know why we do this. Why do we assess the value? That is a lot, though. You're just like, oh, I have like a place in this other place. And you go, well, now, because you're like, I kind of had it as like, well, it's an okay investment. And you're just like, well, now it's the worst investment. Worse investment ever.
Starting point is 01:16:54 Like, I mean, property historically goes. was up 5% a year. So you're like, I now lose 1% a year. This is a pretty bad investment on top of maintenance costs, HOA fees, all that shit. Pretty, dude, I was like, I couldn't believe it when I actually looked in. But it's kind of one of those things where it's like, we have, you know, we know people that are in that scenario and they're kind of like,
Starting point is 01:17:15 the pitches that they're like, yeah, well, they'll just take it. And you go, the pitch is sort of like that every, there you go, they're so, they're idiots. There are ways around it. You can move in a family member. you can put a tenant in it. That's why I mean, though. It's either ways around it or they would do that.
Starting point is 01:17:32 Right. Yeah, yeah. I guess you're really getting like the super, like maybe they're reminded like the super rich who couldn't be bothered to skirt these rules. Well, the other part of it is and I actually like, like Ken Griffin's not moving in a tenant. He's like, yeah, I have a tenant now. No. And I hate talking about this forever, but there is certain people to do.
Starting point is 01:17:50 But there is there is the other side of it where they go every new building they build. They go, they put this like huge pendos at the top that's like, you know, 10 million and that pays almost pays for like all these other units. Yeah. And they go, well, no one wants to buy that one anymore. So you go, well, everything else is more expensive now because we can't sell this like super swanky unit at the top. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:08 And you go, now everything else is more expensive. Yeah. But okay, the reason we are getting, to get away from the intricacies of that stuff, more so there is actually like actual funny things that happen. Like in New York this week, they decided they're going to put these dumpsters everywhere. I don't hate this
Starting point is 01:18:29 I mean The people who hate it They're like Let me explain it Aesthetics of you explain it It's just they were putting these giant Dumpsters everywhere Because in New York
Starting point is 01:18:40 Everyone puts trash bags on the street And the city's just like some fucking It's a filth Seth pool Yeah it's disgusting And there's like this enormous rat problem And a big problem The big part of the rat problem
Starting point is 01:18:53 Is that there's bags of trash Every 15 feet Yeah I will say by the way, I don't know if anybody else has noticed, is the rat problem seems to be much less than what I remember at pre-COVID. Like, I remember when I moved here, you're like, I would take the, go to the subway,
Starting point is 01:19:10 like West Forth Station, going down the stairs, rats walking up the stairs. Like, and I'm not even exaggerating. Like, I know this sounds like an exaggeration. I'm not. Tons of rats. You would, like, the tracks would have tons of rats on them. There'd be rats everywhere.
Starting point is 01:19:23 I maybe see a rat once a month. Really? Yeah. I mean, look out for them. Dude, I walked through Washington Square Park last night. That used to be just rats everywhere. Maybe they just gentrified, though. They moved in a new area.
Starting point is 01:19:36 Well, that's what I'm curious is what happened to them because... You moved to different areas, too. Yeah, I mean... You may be not in the rat den anymore. East Village is maybe more of a rat den. But West Village, I mean, I remember seeing, you know, I spent enough time there. I remember seeing rats all the time. Well, they've got these huge rat problem.
Starting point is 01:19:52 Danny says it's not as bad. There's bags of trash everywhere. It smells. I just want to give Eric Adams's flowers. I think he maybe actually put a dent in the rats. I think he put a dent in the rats. Remember when he was like, these are not your friends? They're not cute.
Starting point is 01:20:03 Well, they always come up with these wacky plans for the rats, right? They're just like, we're giving birth control to the rats. And then I've, statistics I've seen have said like it hasn't made that much of a dent. You're saying it's better. Again, anecdotally. It's not that, yeah. So you may be right. That's not as relevant to the situation.
Starting point is 01:20:19 But basically they're like, we're going to have bins and people put their garbage in bins instead of like on the street. And then there's big, big. operor of saying it's taking it will take away 30,000 parking spots, which is probably not great to house these bins. The parking spots was the only reasonable criticism. Yeah, the only reasonable criticism. And then some people are like, I don't like the aesthetics of these giant garbage. I mean, my question is, is this like a cost saving thing? Like, is this actually to save money on trash collection, which is probably like a massive expenditure here? There's an, there is a debate to be had about like, what's the best way to do this? But this article is so funny because it basically
Starting point is 01:20:55 says it's gentrification. It says the year is 2032. You're walking down the picturesque tree line street in Brooklyn. On the next block, the vibe is ruined by a standing army of plastic dumpsters. Your date says, wow, I miss the days when there were trash bags all over the sidewalk. Believe it or
Starting point is 01:21:11 not, this will happen if we don't stop Mayor Zoran Mondami's misguided empty bins plan. That's going to be you. Yeah. And this is the best one. The bins contribute to a sense of New York becoming a more sanitized, day where it is gentrified, perhaps physically cleaner, but losing the character in history.
Starting point is 01:21:31 So you're going to year. The character and history of a stinky-ass city with rats everywhere. People talk about crime this way, too. They go, you know, like, you look back fondly of like, man, I used to just not go anywhere without being punched in the face. Just randomly assaulted. I always think that would you see people have been like, back in my day, fucking Brooklyn was dangerous.
Starting point is 01:21:50 You can watch the street, walk down the street. And you're like, are you saying this good or bad? Yeah, was this good? It's the mob who's shaking everybody down, extorting every business. You couldn't even start a store without the mob coming in there and threatening to kill you and taking all your money. And you go, are you saying this is a good thing? Yeah, I don't really care about the aesthetic element of this if the city doesn't smell so bad. I'll tell you what, Trump having to give back all his tariffs definitely makes it hard for anyone to argue the other way where they go, yeah, well, Trump just made his fucking socialist tariffs and then he gave up back at fucking every dollar.
Starting point is 01:22:23 Apple just got like fucking ten. I mean, I said it when it happened. It was the worst case scenario. Literally, every consumer paid the tariffs, and then it was refunded to the company. It was like a massive wealth transfer from consumers to businesses. That's one of the biggest disasters I did. Disaster. Like, and I look.
Starting point is 01:22:48 Howard Lutnik really took it on the fucking shit. I applaud. Secretary of scans. I mean, look, this country just hit 40 trillion on the definition. I applaud Trump for trying something wacky. You like the tariffs better than me. I wasn't a fan. You had your paper that you liked. I'm saying I app-
Starting point is 01:23:05 Johnny, didn't you not have his paper he liked? Yeah, that was the whole premise for the whole tariffs. But I'm like, they have to do something. Like the status quo of just like, hey, we're just going to keep trudging along and do nothing. Like, I don't think that's good either. Like, I at least applaud someone for trying to take some wacky shots. It blew up in his face completely. Like, completely blew up in his face.
Starting point is 01:23:24 Just the fact that you're like, this is how it shook out. It's just like a bunch of multinational corporations just got a bunch of money from consumers. Yeah, yeah, it's crazy. Nightmare. Worst case scenario. And he sold for Trump's probably like, yeah, that was a win. What we're going to do is we're going to take 5% of the truth social revenue and we're going to sell people my tweets. And then I'm telling you, it's one step away from the American government saying, you know, do you want to buy a dick rating from a patriot?
Starting point is 01:23:52 It's Mitch McConnell lying in his bed. And he's fucking doing dick ratings all day. No, women have to get conscripted to the only fans army. Yeah. And then if you're a woman in the army, it's just all day, you're just doing photos. Actually, it's funny. I'm sitting that because, you know, I have my theory that that's the American government. And then they go, so all the women got conscripted to the American government and they're just taking nudes all day.
Starting point is 01:24:14 That's part of your being in the army. And they're like, did it work? They go, no, but India's broke. 40 chess. 40 chess. India just called. India just called. They need bailout.
Starting point is 01:24:24 India is fucking broke, dude. Yeah, so this, this, this, this, uh, debt thing might not be fixable. I don't think anyone's in a good, but I don't think any of these parties are in a good position. I mean, you know the fucking, if these DSA people get into power, like, they're not, they're not going to fix it. They're going to be running that thing up. Uh, it's, it's, it's, it's, uh, you, you basically just accept the fact that you go, you're getting bum rushed by a politician, which politician, which politician,
Starting point is 01:24:54 Is it a fucking Is it going to be a patriot Do you want to get bum rushed by? Or do you want to get bum rushed by Someone who just did way too many years In fucking, you know The most useless degree of all time Yeah, a couple masters programs
Starting point is 01:25:10 A lot of master's programs PhD just useless And you're just and your These ideas are going to be You're not going to be Up against the ropes with wacky ideas Just watching the number go up Yeah
Starting point is 01:25:22 Just dizzying I do think it's funny, though, that, like, how bad the press is it sort of hit in Mondami because all their things, they'll be like, fucking, this guy is Muslim, and you're just like, he's probably the least Muslim guy ever. Like, I loves gays. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:33 Like, he's true. Like, uh, it's almost like the wrong thing to hit him on. Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah. I know, I know some people definitely, uh, the pro is real people are like, he's Muslim.
Starting point is 01:25:46 You go, yeah. It's not, uh, not a, die hard. Yeah, it's like, does the stuff, but. yeah yeah yeah I mean now they're like he wanted ID for his grocery stores and then you're like oh you don't have to show ID to vote
Starting point is 01:26:02 and then he's like yeah you don't need ID which is funny because he had to because of that comparison about how you don't need ID to vote but then you're like oh but you need ID to buy groceries and he said you're right no ID yeah he goes he's like all right no you don't need ID to buy groceries which will make obviously the abuse of the system
Starting point is 01:26:18 much higher we're living in a fucking like all these people driving in from joke taking the train in from new jersey to go this fucking grocery store just rinse it and then all these uh all these small businesses are obviously like hey this is i thought there was immigrant there's like a bunch of immigrant grocery store uh kind of consortium and like hey it's uh it's gonna be be kind of bad you have to appreciate the funniness of the whole thing where you have a bunch of like immigrants basically suing him because he's putting them out of business and you have people
Starting point is 01:26:49 coming in from jersey to buy fucking 40 loaves of bread so they could sell like It's just like, you go, listen, you have the president selling his fucking tweets on true social. Yeah, just look, like, if you're, like, if you're, like, if you're, like, if you're, like, if you're, like, if you're, like, it's just, you're just, you're missing out. Like, it's just, this is a country of just people. You are an idiot. Yeah, I just like, find a scam. Everybody's scamming people. It's just, it's just the way of life.
Starting point is 01:27:13 I always had my theory, too, when they said America is going to be Muslim. It's way too fat to ever be Muslim. And also, this is even better than that because basically I said that one of the reasons is where, you know, British, you look at Britain and you're like, yeah, they got the Britain people did get, uh, can be taken over by Muslims. So can Canada and you go, America, one, they're not going to start eating. They're not going to get rid of bacon. Like, and B, one thing that they don't have is American people. Like,
Starting point is 01:27:39 oh, can you imagine a Muslim guy trying to tell like a fucking American black chick from Atlanta to like cover her face up? Hmm. Yeah. Are you kidding me? After she spent all that money on that weave? Yeah. Like, yeah, America has a little something called black chick. that you know what I mean you're not going to oh yeah Abdul you're gonna fucking tell her what to do
Starting point is 01:27:58 well that's the thing as they they're doing it slowly good luck I think you're gonna I think that you've never happened in my opinion probably not or it will take probably not here no hell no dude
Starting point is 01:28:12 not a chance no I think I think you see the stuff in Europe and it's a bit of a it's ungovernable population man yeah uh I mean I think there's a good chunk of the population is pretty governable. Yeah, but there's a big
Starting point is 01:28:25 chunk that ain't. And they're definitely not, and well, the question is, have you meant American women when you try to tell them what they can and can't do? Yeah. Yeah. How about your wife? You think you could tell her to fucking... Oh, I can't and I do. She doesn't listen. I try. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:28:41 It's going to be Abdul fucking praying every night. Like, it's not working. She's not listening. Do you see the hates, the hate line in Edmonton? They're advertising it on buses. Basically, they passed some anti-meanness law in Canada. Oh, you let's go.
Starting point is 01:28:58 Whatever. And then, uh, just girlfriends who are too mean to their boyfriends, I'm assuming? Kind of. And then basically, it's like kind of the UK model
Starting point is 01:29:06 where they set up this phone line and you can just report people for tweets. And, uh, it's pretty like broad about like the kind of stuff. Like, uh, I don't know the,
Starting point is 01:29:18 but it's like an actual phone number. It's like an Edmonton hate line. And then I think the Edmonton, The report hate initiative by the Edmondon Police Service and Crime Stoppers allows people to report hate-motivated incidents or online harassment. But it's like really vague. Hey, Ryan Long here. I just want to report the funny bone in Pittsburgh. Pretty sure that audience hated me.
Starting point is 01:29:40 I was experiencing a lot of hate from the audience in Pittsburgh. But that's kind of where it's going in Canada is they're doing this stuff. Like they have buses. Like look, they have literal buses driving around. around see hate report hate with a QR code on the bus I'll send that to you Johnny so people can see it and yeah they're just like stitch line do you think any of my shows will get reported so I mean excuse me sir I saw some hate knowing Canada some people's shows are gonna I mean we know people who do shit like that we I mean
Starting point is 01:30:12 what were those the danger cats yeah like theirs are for sure I've seen some hate like it's uh what was the board or whatever What was the thing called? The, that they got people on with Mike Ward. The Human Rights Tribunal. This is like an even more granular version of it. There's just a phone line. That's the dudes need to fucking get together and troll that, though.
Starting point is 01:30:37 If you had a bunch of dudes calling in and just being like all reporting their wife. Yeah, you could, yeah, like. She's a hater. She doesn't like my rap career. Yeah, that's. I showed my wife my mixtape and I'm experiencing hate right now. I mean, that's the kind of ungovernableness that, Canada needs and Edmonton. Philosophy is apocrates, Socrates.
Starting point is 01:30:56 Is, uh, just everybody calling in for just every, calling it. Just literally just fucking flood the zone. Flood the zone. Yeah. Uh, yeah, my girlfriend's wearing the high-wasted jeans again. So I guess, I don't know, it feels like she hates me. Are we doing bell bottoms? Because I don't know. Experiencing some hate right now.
Starting point is 01:31:13 Not looking great. So that's what I'm saying. When you look at other countries, I don't think it could happen here on that level. Uh, let's talk Romeo and Hamad. Why is this an issue? So in other countries, the governments give all these grants, right? So like all the half of entertainment just paid for with tax dollars. And they give all these grants to these wacky projects.
Starting point is 01:31:35 And in Britain, they're doing remakes of Romeo and Juliet, and it's Romeo and Hamad. And it's Romeo and like a Muslim immigrant. Sure. Which, Danny, you've been trying to make that. Were you mad that they sell your idea? They stole my idea, yeah, yeah, yeah. But obviously the Romeo fans are the ones who have an issue with this. All right.
Starting point is 01:31:58 Instead of Lady and the Tramp, Lady and the Lady. I mean, this is the kind of hairbrain things are coming up with. Muhammad and the Beast. The Beast is a dude, by the way. Beast is a dude. This is a dude, just to be clear. Not a beastly woman. Listen, I've always said it's the deal with the devil.
Starting point is 01:32:16 It's like Muslims. You can come here, you can do whatever you want. It's like if you want to start companies to get government money, You can get welfare. You can bring your whole family here. We're not even going to check. There's just one catch. We're going to teach your son how to fucking slobunab and ob.
Starting point is 01:32:31 And this is a deal with the devil. Yeah. But it is fair. It is more than fair. Yeah. It's a minor concession. Your son is going to be sucking a dick in Romeo and Hamad. He's going to be watching.
Starting point is 01:32:44 He's going to be having coloring books of just like two dudes sucking each other off. And here's the thing. You're paying for it. You're paying for it indirectly. Yeah. Then go. If you don't like, hey, oh, we don't, we don't say that. If you don't like it, go back to your country, is that where you were going to say, Ryan?
Starting point is 01:33:01 I'm, that's what they're saying. That's what they're saying, yeah. They're saying you don't have to come, but if you want to come, yeah, your son is also going to have to come on top of Romeo. Your son is going to be the understudy in Romeo and Ahmed playing Hamid. Unfortunately, this sounds like the kind of thing, too, where Romeo's a Muslim dude, and Hamad's a white guy. Just everything, just fucking put it in the blender. Shake it up.
Starting point is 01:33:25 Shake her up. Yeah. They have to, yeah, they've been, they've been, and they've been cranking those out, because that stuff kills on the grand circuit, man. Yeah, it turns out the theater that Romeo and Hamad was,
Starting point is 01:33:36 the debuting at got firebombed. Interesting. Interesting twist we were not expecting. And you know what's so great in the diversity category that counts as Muslim content. Of course. And Muslim and gay. You have a Muslim being like,
Starting point is 01:33:50 no, it doesn't. As it does. As it does, no takebacks. Good news, Muslims. Got some great news. Some more Muslim programming for you. Really good news, Muslims.
Starting point is 01:34:02 We were fucking cranking out the Muslim program. What did you make? Abdul and Abdul. What is it? The story of the Equinox steamer. Yeah, this is probably going to lead to some kind of honor killing, unfortunately.
Starting point is 01:34:19 Okay, let's end on one more of these. Muslim stories. Because the Muslim gay thing always is my favorite dichotomy. Trans woman begs to return to the U.S. after fleeing Trump's America to be placed in notorious Islamic asylum center in the Netherlands. And so basically
Starting point is 01:34:36 when Trump came in, she took asylum. So there's asylum in the Netherlands. So there's all these like, I guess these trans people and they went to the Netherlands and they went to refugee camps. I believe he lived in California. Yeah. And then went from California to a,
Starting point is 01:34:52 refugee camp to flee Trump to flee Trump of like I mean we've all seen photos and videos of refugee camps I mean you should be thankful if you never wind up in one in your life like nightmare and she's like no this is better
Starting point is 01:35:08 the only thing I'll give her was in the article she was like that was the stupidest thing I've ever done in my life I at least I'll give her that she has the clarity you know just come back why can't you just come back you didn't sell up your citizenship. I don't know why.
Starting point is 01:35:25 Like, I don't know. She's stuck in the refugee camp? That would be too easy. Notorious refugee camp. 2,000 asylum seekers. For years, it sheltered people fleeing war persecution. Mostly Ethiopian, Somalian, Syrians. Now a new wave has begun.
Starting point is 01:35:43 Transgender Americans who feared their safety when Trump went to the White House. She's 48 years old, left the United States after it became increasingly volatile. a software engineer from San Francisco. Like San Francisco, you know, being trans... Software engineer, dude, she's got money. Being a software engineer, trans software engineer
Starting point is 01:36:02 in San Francisco was too dangerous. She'd faced abuse on the street while using the women's restroom, a situation... So the refugee camp, she probably allowed to piss wherever she wants to say. The situation I have in the U.S. is a trans person is not good, but right here I will be hurt and killed. So it didn't work out, really. really that good. Spain, by the way, has been insane especially. Yeah. Oh, yeah, the Spain,
Starting point is 01:36:27 the Morocco stuff. But yeah, I've watched some of the interviews with the Spain guys. So basically, um, there's, there's all these people from Morocco. There's a Spanish autonomy. I mean, people know this, but there's a Spanish autonomous zone or whatever. Like, you know, it's from old colonialism stuff where Spain went across the water and took a piece of Morocco. Everyone knows that. Yeah, I don't know. There was fucking Spain and Africa. But you just said everyone knows this. No, I said, Nana. Well,
Starting point is 01:36:52 everybody knows the story at this point, I think. And it's the Spain, that there's a bunch of refugees. Yeah, a bunch of, that's what I mean.
Starting point is 01:36:57 But, like, I didn't know that there was Spanish territory in Africa. Okay. Yeah, yeah, I didn't know that. But anyways,
Starting point is 01:37:05 they just, they, you know, you can, I actually saw a guy talk about it where, so they set up, the Spanish, so stupid,
Starting point is 01:37:11 the Spanish government set up, they passed a law where if you cross into Spanish territory, but you go over a wall, and you go over a wall,
Starting point is 01:37:21 you're instantly sent back. You cannot claim asylum. If you go over, like over land, essentially, you cannot get asylum. But they didn't say anything about swimming over.
Starting point is 01:37:34 And you can literally from this point in Morocco, like the whatever northeastern most point of Morocco where the border is, you can just swim around. It's like a 20-minute swim. So,
Starting point is 01:37:46 and they're like, we don't have a law for, we never made a law for that. Like the Supreme Court never passed a law about swimming over. So they all just were like, yeah, I guess we're all fucking swimming over. And then the question is everybody's like, how did it get it?
Starting point is 01:37:57 Because, you know, everybody's like Israel and the U.S. are doing this to punish Spain, essentially. How did Israel do it? There's no evidence, but I think Israel is kind of playing the game where everybody's like, you know, give the Palestinians their land. And then you're like, well, Spain's very critical of Israel. So then Israel's like, well, why don't you give Moroccans their land? It's like, that's not your land. That's their land. so they're just doing that thing where they're like oh
Starting point is 01:38:22 but how did they make them go they just started they did like again that's a conspiracy theory I don't think there's actual evidence to point did they start putting up flyers like free room and board in Spain no well apparently it was just like a big social media thing started and people started organizing on social media so they're like who was behind organizing it and you know people are saying it's uh kind of just like to fuck spain over because again it's like if you get into Spain you get an asylum claim
Starting point is 01:38:48 like you can go anywhere in Europe. Right. Like you're part of the European Union if you figure that out. It's not just you're stuck in Spain. You're like you can go anywhere now. You're cooking. You're cooking.
Starting point is 01:38:58 Yeah. So, but apparently everybody went over and it's like only 80,000 people live there and I think 60,000 people went there. So they're like, yeah, there's no food. There's no order to stay. There's nowhere to go. Are they giving them claims?
Starting point is 01:39:10 No, most of them went back. But I interviewed, I watched them interview the guy and they talk like, it really reminds me of like if you ever saw that video I did where I asked people should they have females play Toplis and then I interviewed the one guy who was like Indian or something
Starting point is 01:39:29 and I should play Indian or something and he goes I go should females play topless and he goes Yes no problem This guy Johnny was there yeah So but this guy kept their interview him They're like you're going to stay and he goes Yes we stay here no problem
Starting point is 01:39:40 And the guy goes well where are you going to stay He goes oh no problem we stay yes yes yes no problem They love saying no problem No problem Oh, no problem. Yes, we come here. Oh, the dog is there no problem. Yeah, but they say no problem.
Starting point is 01:39:51 No problem. No problem. Yeah, but it sounds like a lot of them went back because they're like, oh, this actually kind of sucks. Oh, right. Well, there was no food for them. There's no way to stay. Do you think there's anyone that, like, uh, they're some of them stayed though? Their wife has to watch, they're watching the news and they go, that my husband.
Starting point is 01:40:08 He's, please. Well, I think that's the deal is because it was like all man. It's only the bros. It's only bros, but then they go over, they get their thing. and they're bringing the family. Or don't. Or don't. New number, who dis?
Starting point is 01:40:23 For sure. As soon as I'm set up, you're coming to, for sure. Yeah, of course, of course. I'm having trouble getting set up. You've been there for 10 years. It's tough. It's tougher than I thought. It's tougher than I thought.
Starting point is 01:40:36 But for sure, next decade, we're going to get you over here. Yeah, we'll get you over here. The kids are grown. But it is. Yeah, it's just a herd of boys. Yeah, it was all guys. That's most of what those things look. like?
Starting point is 01:40:47 Yeah, essentially. But I mean, I would love if there was actual evidence that the U.S. and Israel were behind us. That's a funny prank on Spain. Flashball. Yeah, it's kind of funny if that's the shit that they're getting it.
Starting point is 01:41:02 Like someone's job is just to organize an invasion of Spain by Moroccan men. You're able to just manipulate 60,000 guys on Facebook to just go storm the beaches of. Maybe that's what you did. You just started to. Facebook group. Tri-to-Span. I mean, look. Free trip to Spain.
Starting point is 01:41:18 I mean, remember during COVID and stuff, there was like, yeah, there was all these Facebook, like, MAGA Facebook groups, and they were all run by just like foreign actors, just to rile people up and setting up, like, events and everything. So, I mean, it's possible. Certainly possible. I haven't seen any real evidence of it. Let's watch this national anthem thing on the Patreon. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:41:39 Patreon.com slash the boys, guys. We will see you next week. Later. Thank you.
