Starting point is 00:04:04 USA. Good morning, USA! to wake up this morning and thank God for life. Absolutely. Because you do not have to be here, all right? Yesterday you making plans for Memorial Day weekend. Today you're dead. That's how quick things happen in these streets. Yeah, crazy night last night. It's been all over the news. A shooting at T.I.'s concert. He wasn't involved in any way.
Starting point is 00:04:39 They made that very clear. But there was one casualty and three people shot. Yeah, that's what I hate about when it's shooting at a rap show. They always say shooting at such and such concert, like he had something to do with it. I mean, it was at his concert. I'd rather they say shooting at Urban Plaza. Because clearly if people got into this
Starting point is 00:04:55 building with guns, it's Urban Plaza's fault. Right. Right, I drove past there yesterday. I actually know a lot of people that were going there, and Mayna and Uncle and Murder were on stage when this happened. That sounds about right. Rest in peace to Troy Ave's peoples. They say it was his
Starting point is 00:05:11 bodyguard, but I know that was his friend. He goes by the name of Banger. So rest in peace to Banger. He got killed. Troy Ave got hit too, right? He got grazed in the leg. Hold your head, Troy Ave. When I first heard the shooting last night... And that was at the time to be making ignorant comments.
Starting point is 00:05:26 I saw a lot of people on Twitter just saying really ignorant things. It's always sad when something like this happens. Why are you telling the social media savages when and where not to be ignorant? This is their time to shine. This is what they do. Okay? Make big jokes about things that should not be joked about. No, but somebody lost a son.
Starting point is 00:05:44 You know, I mean, it's just terrible. Do you think these social media savages care? We know better. We know the situation, but these social media savages don't care. They got to get
Starting point is 00:05:53 these Troy Ave jokes off. Hold your head, Troy Ave. Rest in peace to Banger. Condolences to his family. I keep telling y'all that thug thing is dead. That thug thing dead out here in these streets.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Yeah. Nobody care about that gangster lifestyle. There's a whole other world out here, and I am enjoying it. Well, we will continue to give you updates as we find them out this morning as well. There's a lot more to this story. All right. All right, well, let's get the show started. Hey, today's Throwback Thursday, right?
Starting point is 00:06:22 Throwback Thursday, that's right. We got a throwback artist. Who? Slim from 112 will be here. Drop one of Clues bombs for Slim from 112. You didn't say that with no confidence at all. Peaches and cream. You didn't say that with no confidence. You know why? Because I had all four of them on my mind.
Starting point is 00:06:36 And then I was like, who's going to be here? Slim. Name all four of them. I definitely can't name all four of them. You can only name Slim. Who the hell can name all four people in 112? Q. I definitely can't. Q. Q's our can name all four people in 112? Q. I definitely care. Q. Q's our producer.
Starting point is 00:06:46 Q's our producer. And Q was in day 26. No, Q was in day 26. Isn't there a Q in 112 also? There is. There is? Yeah. I didn't know.
Starting point is 00:06:54 No disrespect to 112. But all I knew was Slim. I know Slim, buddy. That's it. You guys, come on. Slim went solo too, though. Yeah, he had a solo joint. The rest of y'all have very unrecognizable faces.
Starting point is 00:07:04 Bryson Tiller type faces. Geesh. All right, well let's get the show cracking. Front page news, what we talking about? Well, let's talk about a teenage girl.
Starting point is 00:07:11 There's cell phone video footage of her having sex with multiple boys. Jesus Christ. In the school bathroom. No. When I tell you how many, you're gonna be like, wow.
Starting point is 00:07:19 I heard that story actually. That's a father's worst nightmare by the way. Don't tell me. That's top three father's worst nightmare. Geesh. Well, maybe I never thought about it before, but after hearing that story, actually. That's a father's worst nightmare, by the way. Don't tell me. That's top three father's worst nightmares. Geesh. Well, maybe I never thought about it before, but after hearing this story,
Starting point is 00:07:29 that's top three father's worst nightmares. All right, we'll get into that when we come back. Keep it locked. It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning. Morning, everybody. It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God. We are The Breakfast Club.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Let's get some front page news. Now, the Cavs beat the Raptors last night, 116- Breakfast Club. Let's get some front page news. Now, the Cavs beat the Raptors last night, 116-78, to take a 3-2 series lead. They blew out the Raptors. As they were supposed to. Now, let's talk about what happened at the TI concert, Yee. All right, well, it all started around 10 p.m. They were at Irving Plaza.
Starting point is 00:07:59 The opening act was on the stage. Our guys, Maino and Uncle Murder, they were performing, and that is when somebody started shooting. Now, apparently, Troy Ave was the first victim. He got shot in the leg as he was entering the green room, and people started fleeing the room, and that's when the gunman exited also and started firing again. Damn. Now, apparently, a woman was shot in the leg.
Starting point is 00:08:21 She is expected to survive. She's at Bellevue Hospital, and 50 Cent went and visited. He said, I'm here to support my friend. His girl was shot. What happened here is not good. Now another man was shot in the chest and was declared dead. We told you earlier that was Troy Ave's friend slash security banger. So
Starting point is 00:08:37 rest in peace to him and our condolences to his family and friends. A lot of responsibility put on that building, Irving Plaza. There's no way Irving Plaza security should have let somebody in there with the hammers, with the guns. All right, and there were two VIP rooms right next to each other. So T.I. had left the VIP room before the shooting even happened. So clearly he had absolutely nothing to do with it.
Starting point is 00:08:58 They still have not found that gunman. There's all kinds of cell phone video footage that has been circulating all around on the Internet. It had to be somebody right like it had to be like like somebody who's it was clearly tied to an artist or something yeah because they were back to be able to be in the green room area to get backstage and not get searched clearly had to you know there was over a thousand people i actually had a meeting right around the corner from there, and I was driving past there. The street was crazy outside. Listen, man, stop trying to thug. Thug life is dead.
Starting point is 00:09:27 All that gangster tough talk, those gangster actions are whack. Gaba. Just a whole other world out here, and I am enjoying it. You hear me? You hear me? All right. And now here's another unfortunate story. Yeah, I don't want to hear this.
Starting point is 00:09:43 This is worse than the shooting. This happened in Fort Myers. Now, they're investigating a cell phone video showing a 15-year-old girl having sex with multiple boys. How much is multiple? Yeah, the number I saw, more than multiple. Hold on. Let me finish. They were in the public high school bathroom.
Starting point is 00:09:59 Lord have mercy. It was 25 teenage boys. How many? Walk into the restroom. 25. How do you talk to your daughter after being, if you're a father? This was in South Fort Myers High. Something has to be wrong with that young lady.
Starting point is 00:10:12 Like, she has to be sick or something. Was there anything wrong with her? A video was taken. So they're saying it's unquestionably child pornography. That's crazy. And the 25 boys are saying there has to be some mental health issues. That's what I'm saying. With that 15-year-old girl.
Starting point is 00:10:25 Not necessarily. And it should be investigated as a crime, taking advantage of someone with a mental health issue. It has to be. No. Listen, back in the day. 25 is a lot, but guys have ran trains on girls. 25.
Starting point is 00:10:38 25 is an extreme amount. Listen. At high school? I've seen five, six in a high school. Like, 25 is a lot. Don't get me in a high school. Like 25 is a lot. Don't get me wrong. 25 is crazy. 25 is a lot, but we can't just chalk it up to mental health.
Starting point is 00:10:51 Girls have been getting trans ran on them for a long time out here in East Creek. Well, we don't know how old the boys were yet. They haven't released the ages of the boys. But the real question is whether a 15-year-old can consent to sex. Florida's age of consent is 18. But if you're a 16, 17-year-old, you can consent to someone who's between the ages of 16 and 23. 25. I've never seen a porn with 25. I've never seen a porn with 25 either.
Starting point is 00:11:15 But it's a new breed of people out here, man. The technology is different. The vitamins and stuff that they take and put in their bodies is different. They can do more than our generation. Mental issues, man. I used to think it was a lot when girls used to get four or five guys
Starting point is 00:11:27 running a train on them back in the day. There it is. Yes. So 25 is just, you know, it's a lot. I haven't had sex
Starting point is 00:11:34 with 25 people in my life. I can't name 25 people. I can't even name 25 people I'm cool with. Really? Come on now. Well, that's because you keep cutting people off.
Starting point is 00:11:41 Listen, all I'm saying is that a lot of... If I named 25 people you were cool with. It's like the NBA, right? You know, this generation is a lot more athletic than the previous generation. This young lady is just a lot more athletic than the previous girls who used to get trains ran on them. No, but that's sad.
Starting point is 00:11:54 She's 15 years old. I'm sure there's some mental issues. And now there's cell phone video footage that's going to be out there forever. That's terrible. Yeah, it's a bunch of fast-ass little kids. Right. Everybody fast. The boys fast.
Starting point is 00:12:04 Not necessarily. The boys fast. The girls fast. Not necessarily. The boys fast. The girls fast. We ain't talking about a rape hit now, right? People really need to, I think, now in school just really educate kids on the fact that anything that you do on social media, anything that you do that's recorded could be out there forever because we didn't have to worry about that. Forget the recordings.
Starting point is 00:12:20 You need to talk to your girls about getting trains ran on you. I mean, there's a lot. There's a lot going on here. As a father, this is your worst nightmare. How do you talk to your daughter? I trains ran on you. I mean, there's a lot. There's a lot going on here. As a father, this is your worst nightmare. How do you talk to your daughter? I don't even know what you're saying. You little hoe. You are grounded forever.
Starting point is 00:12:32 All right? I don't know if you would say that to your daughter. We don't know if she had mental issues. She really might have some mental issues. There's a reason why she did that. She has a problem. Stop, man. There's a problem.
Starting point is 00:12:39 There's a problem. You don't know that. No girl would do that. There's a problem somewhere, somehow. Even if she doesn't have mental issues, there's something going on there. Envy. You ain't never heard of girls getting trains ran on them? Not know that. No girl would do that. There's a problem somewhere, somehow. Even if she doesn't have mental issues, there's something going on there. Envy. You ain't never heard of girls getting trained around on them? Not like that.
Starting point is 00:12:49 Not 25, but you've heard of girls getting trained around on them? And not at that age. 15? What? Listen, we don't know the situation. We don't know if she did have mental health issues or not. I don't know. We live in a different time.
Starting point is 00:12:57 But she clearly needs a psychiatrist or something. So you're telling me every girl that I've seen get a train around on them in my life had mental health issues? I'm saying we don't know if she does or not. We don't know. Where are you seeing this, man? Where are y'all getting this is a mental health issue? Like, this doesn't happen.
Starting point is 00:13:09 It's in the news. They're saying that the girl clearly has some mental health issues. So you're telling me girls never got trains ran on them in Queens? You went to college in Hampton? College is different. Why is it different? You're talking about a 15-year-old, 14-year-old. Where do you think it starts?
Starting point is 00:13:24 What are y'all talking about here? My goodness. Like, stop it. Well, as a father, you never tell your daughter she's a hoe. I never would. You get to the root of the problem. You let me find out she got a train ran on her by 25 guys. I'm definitely calling her a hoe.
Starting point is 00:13:36 I need to erase this out of my system, man. Where did I go wrong? What did I do wrong in my life that you out here in the bathroom having sex with 25 different men? That's what I'd be thinking if I was a father. There's a problem there somewhere. But tell them why you're mad. 800-585-1051. If you're upset, you need to vent. Call us right now. Maybe you're pissed
Starting point is 00:13:54 off. Maybe you're having a bad day. Maybe your daughter got a train ran on about 25 guys. And if my son was one of those kids, I would bust his ass too. But tell them why you're mad. 800-585-1051. Especially if he ain't wear a condom. Doesn't matter. I'd still bust his ass. Tell them why you're mad. 800-585-1051. Especially if he ain't wear a condom. Doesn't matter. I still bust his ass. Tell them why you're mad. It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning. The Breakfast Club.
Starting point is 00:14:12 Hey, yo, this is Matt Rapper. Good morning, yo, for real. I'm gonna tell you why I'm mad. I'm gonna tell you why I'm mad, for real, man. Hey, yo, my girl keep coming home smelling like Polo Cologne. Like, that ain't for girls. I know something's going on, for real. I'm heated about that. And I need y'all to tell me why y'all mad, why you mad on The Breakfast Club't for girls. Like, I know something's going on, for real. Like, I'm heated about that. And I need y'all to tell me why y'all mad.
Starting point is 00:14:29 Why you mad on The Breakfast Club, for real. Hey, Van, tell them why you mad. I'm mad because where was the school security when all those guys were going in the bathroom? 25 guys in the bathroom, that's suspicious. Where was that? That is suspicious. That is suspicious. And she probably doing it with the security also,
Starting point is 00:14:42 but it's going to come to light because the same thing happened down here in Dade County, and everything came to light. 25 people in Dade County, too? It was about 16, and they were football players. That's what I'm saying. And this was in a locker room. It's usually the football players or the fraternity guys running trains on girls like this.
Starting point is 00:14:57 I don't know. Why are we talking this up to mental health? I have no idea. Hello, who's this? Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, this is Jay from Dayton, Ohio. Man, let's talk about this train this morning, man. Oh, gosh. All right, so you, come on now.
Starting point is 00:15:09 Charlamagne, you're the only one up there talking about some things, man. Y'all know trains been around for 20,000 years, man. Exactly. Don't make it right. So you would tell your daughter she's a hoe? I mean, she wasn't doing it right, so she had to do 25. No, you'd have to deal with the harsh reality of the situation because you would call another girl who got a train ran on her by 25 guys a whole,
Starting point is 00:15:30 so you'd have to treat your daughter the same way. But if my daughter was involved in that, there's something wrong. I'm doing something wrong. I'm not going to call her a whore. No, maybe you did. Maybe she learned this in the street. You might have raised that girl 100% the right way. She shouldn't have been in the street.
Starting point is 00:15:42 Hello, who's this? Yeah, this is Chris for Banks. Shout out, stand up. Tell them why you mad, bro. Girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, Secondly, we don't know if she is. I'm saying that we don't know. So are porn stars mentally unstable? I said we don't know. Are sex workers? But she's 15 years old. Well, in that case, why not let 15-year-olds have sex with whoever they want and there's no such thing as statutory rape?
Starting point is 00:16:12 15-year-olds are having sex, yee. It don't matter. They're having sex regardless. This girl just happened to have a train ran on her. Not with 25 people, though. Usually there's something involved. There's low self-esteem. There's some type of problem.
Starting point is 00:16:24 Hello, who's this? Hey, good morning, guys. This is more PPG. Tell them's something involved. There's low self-esteem. There's some type of problem. Hello, who's this? Hey, good morning guys. It's your boy PPG. Tell them why you mad. Hey, I'm mad at the shooting, man, at the hip-hop concert, man. A lot of these rappers need to stop acting tough, man, out here, man. Yeah, F that. Tell them who you think, you know? Alright, bro. That's why I appreciate the Kendrick Lamar's
Starting point is 00:16:39 and Wale's and J. Cole's of the world, man. The big Sean's. Tell them why you mad. 805-85-105. One of you are upset. You need to vent. Call us right now. It's of the world, man. The Big Sean's. Tell them why you're mad. 800-585-1051. If you're upset, you need to vent, call us right now. It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning. The Breakfast Club. Hey, hey, hey, yo, hey, yo, good morning, yo. This is the Mad Rapper, son, for real. I'm mad
Starting point is 00:16:57 and I stay mad. I stay angry. I stay heated. I stay pissed off. Tell them why you're mad. Breakfast Club, let's go. This is DJ Reckless from the V.A. Beach. What's up, bro? Tell them why you're mad. Yo, man, go. This is DJ Reckless from the V.A. Beach. What's up, bro? Tell them why you mad. Yo, man, I'm mad about this whole situation with the shooting, man. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:17:11 I mean, I'm mad about the other JT. I was talking about this morning with the girl and everything. That's crazy. But you know what I'm saying? With this whole thing with the shooting, man, I just don't understand. You know what I'm saying? People trying to go have fun. Going is messing up for everybody. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:17:20 You right. You got to leave that thug life alone, man. The gangster life is dead. That's what I'm saying. It's gone. You know what I'm saying? We right. You got to leave that thug life alone, man. The gangster life is dead. That's what I'm saying. It's gone. You know what I'm saying? We in the what? We 2016 now?
Starting point is 00:17:28 You know, 50 Cent's era and all the back in the day. And Wayne, that was back in the day. You know what I'm saying? That ain't happening no more. It's a wrap. I'm reading the paper this morning. I'm like, 33-year-old shot, 34-year-old shot. I'm like, yo, they too old for this, bro.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Well, the sad part about it is the cops actually let people do shows in the city now. Because at one time time they were so tight that no artist ever wanted to come to New York and perform. But now it's going to get back to that because of what just happened. There's a lot of urban plaza to blame too, though. For not searching people. Hello, who's this? Hey, this is T.
Starting point is 00:17:58 Tell them why you're mad, T. I'm mad because I'm sore for almost getting trampled over at the event last night. Damn. Tell me what happened. What did you see? Everyone just, I heard something up in the right-hand balcony, and next thing you know, everyone just, like, ran. And then it's a video online, and I was a part of that downstairs crowd.
Starting point is 00:18:16 Yeah, I saw it. It wasn't shot until it stopped, and then later on it just went, it just another shot came out when lights were on, and then everyone started coming downstairs, and I I fell and my whole body is sore. I'm sorry. How many shots you heard? I only heard one shot. So I don't know where all the shots everyone's talking about.
Starting point is 00:18:33 I only heard one shot. You only heard one shot. Okay. Thank you, mama. Hello. Who's this? Hello. Hey, tell them where you're at.
Starting point is 00:18:38 I'm mad because, man, I don't appreciate the way that, you know, the community, the black community is projected in the media. I hear that story about the girl with the 25 guys and all that. That's sad. And it's not like it just happened in our community. It happens in other communities. And we. The girl's black?
Starting point is 00:18:59 Oh, no, I don't know. See, this is my problem. You say it in the media. You don't know if the girl is black or not. You just assume because you hear something really bad that the girl is black. Just because your hair is in Fort Myers. I don't know if the girl is black or not. Because they're not going to release that story to you unless she's black.
Starting point is 00:19:13 What are you talking about? Goodbye, sir. Where are you getting this from? I'm not with him. We complain about the images of ourselves in the media. We don't even know if this young girl is black. We're just claiming it. Now, she could be black, but we don't know is all I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:19:26 805-85-1051. We got rumors coming up? Yes, we'll give you some more updates on what happened with the shooting at the concert where T.I. was supposed
Starting point is 00:19:33 to perform. Also, we'll talk about Meek Mill. He has put out his own All The Way Up remix. Okay. So we got a little bit of that for you.
Starting point is 00:19:41 And he seems to be taking some shots at Drake. All right. All that and more. Keep it locked. It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning. The Breakfast Club.
Starting point is 00:19:51 Listen up. It's just in. All the gossip. Gossip. The rumor report. Gossip. Gossip. With Angela Yee.
Starting point is 00:19:58 It's the rumor report. The Breakfast Club. Well, they're still trying to figure out what happened. They still haven't located the shooter. And this was a person who was shooting at a concert that TI was supposed to perform at at Irving Plaza last night in New York City. At least two men and two women were shot. One of the men did pass away.
Starting point is 00:20:17 That was one of Troy Ave's security guards slash friends, part of his crew. So rest in peace to Banga and our condolences to his friends and family. Now, I guess his girlfriend was shot as well. 50 Cent was actually in the hospital, leaving the hospital. They got him saying that he was there to support one of his friends whose girlfriends was shot.
Starting point is 00:20:37 Troy Ave was also shot. He was grazed in the leg. Now, some people are saying it looks like Troy Ave was the intended target, but there were two VIP rooms that were right next to each other. T.I. had left the VIP room before the shooting even happened. So he was not around. He had nothing to do with the shooting.
Starting point is 00:20:53 Mano and Uncle Murder were on stage performing when everything happened as well. Yeah, Urban Plaza holds a lot of responsibility because they wasn't searching people on the way in. You know, clearly. R.I. was a part of somebody's entourage that got in through the back. Right, that didn't get searched. Somebody got in with a gun. But rest in peace to Banger. Hold your head, Troy Ave.
Starting point is 00:21:11 And I hope nobody makes fun of Banger the way Troy Ave made fun of Joy Badass' dead homeboy who got killed. You know? That's why you got to watch your energy. You got to watch your karma. Energy throw out, come back to you. Well, it's such a sad situation. All right, now, over the weekend, You got to watch your karma. Things you throw out come back to you. Well, it's such a sad situation. All right.
Starting point is 00:21:30 Now, over the weekend, I was going to say over the weekend. This weekend or the weekend of the artist? No, no. The weekend of the artist. Okay. The weekend and Drake were all set to perform on Jimmy Kimmel, but they have pulled out of that performance. You know why? Why?
Starting point is 00:21:42 Because Donald Trump was set to be on that same show. Now, according to Belly. Now, I get it, who was also performing, Belly said, I feel like the way I was raised was to be able to see through all the titles in this world from religion to race. I just didn't want to feel like
Starting point is 00:21:53 I was a part of a celebration for somebody who has beliefs that majority of us don't agree with. You say Belly's Canadian? No, The Weeknd and Drake are Canadian. Oh, so they pulled out of... They pulled out of... And Belly was also supposed to perform.
Starting point is 00:22:05 They were supposed to tape their performance Wednesday. I'm not, but you know what, though? I don't agree with that. The reason I don't agree with that, I'm not going to let Donald Trump run me off. I'm going to do something like how Rory did. Remember when Rory went on late night TV and he, I think he put some anti-Trump shirt on
Starting point is 00:22:17 or something like that. Go out there and say something against Trump. That would be dope. You know what I mean? Use your voice to muffle out his. Or at least balance it out. Especially with Belly, I don't know what he looks like. Do you know what I mean? Use your voice to muffle out his. Or at least balance it out. Especially with Belly, I don't know what he looks like. Do you know what he looks like?
Starting point is 00:22:29 No, but I'm assuming he's got a belly. Well, maybe they're rescheduling for another date. And I'm going to be honest with you. If you're an artist and you're named after one of my favorite movies, you're never going to come first in my mind when I hear Belly. Well, does the weekend come first when you hear the weekend? Absolutely not. I'm thinking about Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Starting point is 00:22:43 First time I met The Weeknd, I told him verbatim to his face, I said, I don't know if you're good enough to be The Weeknd. You should be more like a Tuesday or Wednesday or something. He proved you wrong. He's absolutely earned that title, but I still think of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sorry. Alright, well that is your rumor report. I'm Angela Yee. Alright, when we come back, we got
Starting point is 00:22:59 front page news. What are we talking about, Yeezy? We are going to talk about the teenager who appeared to have sex with multiple boys in the school bathroom. We're still getting more information. I mean, this don't matter what her race is, but they said she was white. Okay. Yes. We'll get into that when we come back.
Starting point is 00:23:16 And also, it's Throwback Thursday. So Slim from 112 will be joining us. I still can't name all the 112. I can name two now, though. Q and Slim. Q and Slim. And Mike. There's a Mike? That's a new addition. How the hell Day 26 got all the same names as 112?
Starting point is 00:23:30 That Mike is new addition. You gonna tell me they got a Willie now, too? No, there's a Mike. And the other guy's name is like Darren or something. Ronnie, Bobby, Duran. That's a new addition. Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike. And Duran. Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike. Oh, no. Who else am I missing? Johnny. Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike. And Deron. Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike.
Starting point is 00:23:45 Oh, no. Who else am I missing? Johnny. Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Johnny, and Ralph. Ralph, yeah. That's the wrong group. Anyway, Slim from 112 will be joining us. Keep it locked.
Starting point is 00:23:54 It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning. Morning, everybody. It's DJ, MV, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God. We are The Breakfast Club. Let's get some front page news. Now, last night, the Cavs blew the Raptors out 1-16-78. As they should.
Starting point is 00:24:08 They should have blew all in the ass. As they should have. It should have been a blowout. It was. Shouldn't even have been close. That series should have been done by now. But I'm going to tell you what they need to do for game six. They're going back to Toronto.
Starting point is 00:24:18 All Drake got to do is get party next door, just sit on the sidelines with a T-shirt that says shenanigans, okay? And Kyrie Irving will be distracted, and they probably can win game six. I don't know about that. Now, let's talk about minimum wage, E. All right, would a $70,000 minimum wage actually be better for your company?
Starting point is 00:24:38 How much? $70,000 minimum wage. Now, Gravity Payments CEO Dan Price, about a year ago, actually announced he was raising the salaries of his 100 or so employees to at least $70,000. That's nice. And you know what ended up happening? What? His workers were a lot more productive after that.
Starting point is 00:24:55 Oh, I thought you were going to say they went bankrupt. No, actually, studies have shown that happiness improved as incomes grew up to $75,000 up to that point. So they're saying after that happened, a lot more of his workers became better performers. And there you have it. So maybe it might be better for companies. Everybody wants to be against raising minimum wage, but happy workers, happy company. Because people, if you're paying people
Starting point is 00:25:19 and you're giving them love financially, then they'll go to work and work harder because they'll feel like they're getting compensated for what they actually do. Absolutely. They're not coming to work complaining. The biggest complaint is that I go to work every day and I don't get paid.
Starting point is 00:25:32 You got me doing all of this work and you ain't even paying me for it. I'm not working no overtime. No, I'm not doing anything extra. Go above and beyond for your people. They'll go above and beyond for you. Okay. Now also, this team that we've been talking about all morning long.
Starting point is 00:25:47 Right, so we're getting some more information on what happened. Now, they're saying a teenage girl appeared to have sex with multiple boys in a public high school bathroom after school. This is a time when extracurricular activities were going on, sometime between, I think, around 145 and 230. Now, what they are saying is all 25 boys were not charged. I think 16 of them were. The school was not planning to press charges,
Starting point is 00:26:09 but now it's a criminal thing because it's a 15-year-old girl. One of the boys actually posted video on his Snapchat. Of course they did. So that is how that video managed to circulate. One person put it on Twitter. That person had 149,000 followers. That account has since been suspended by Twitter because it's child pornography.
Starting point is 00:26:26 Now, one person that saw it said, Mom, this girl's head was in the toilet bowl, and she looked like she was dying. And there were a whole bunch of guys in there taking turns with her. Her head was in the toilet bowl? That's what it said. It is child porn, and it's happening right here in front of our face, in front of our children's face. You know, the last caller called during Tell Them Why You Madden was saying, you know, she's black and we portray her. She wasn't black, first of all.
Starting point is 00:26:50 She was white. And they say it was football players. And no disrespect to the white women, but growing up, that's usually how it went down. Yeah, they said many of the boys involved are members of the South Fort Myers High School football team. That's usually how it went down. It was always the football players running trains on the white girls.
Starting point is 00:27:04 So they might not have a football team this year due to these activities. But obviously this is a situation where people need to talk to the students. They need to talk to their children as well. And fraternities used to do it. I got homeboys who are cappers who said they would have a bowl of condoms and one girl and they would just go in there and place their capper canes wherever they could. Well, this is still a 15-year-old child, though. Yes, and high school girls were getting trains ran on them.
Starting point is 00:27:28 It wasn't to the extent of 25. This is hard. This is the reason why this is child pornography. You got to talk to your son. It's not adults. Your son shouldn't jump in a train like that. I would bust my son's ass if I found out he jumped in a train. Listen, we've all participated in one.
Starting point is 00:27:42 The only reason I never could participate in one. No, we have not all participated in one. Well, my penis would never get hard, okay? I've been involved in the train. Listen, we've all participated in one. The only reason I never could participate in one is now we have not all participated in one. My penis would never get hard, okay? I've been involved in like three I've tried to do and my penis never would respond. It would never work out for me. Okay? But let's not act like this is not pretty much
Starting point is 00:27:57 normal behavior coming up for years and years in these streets. Normal? Yes. Girls get trains ran on them. I don't like it. I think it's disgusting. I would cry if this happened to my daughter
Starting point is 00:28:08 if my daughter did this. that's disgusting. Yes, it's all disgusting. It's disgusting all the way around. I don't get it. I just can't do it. I can't perform when there's a bunch
Starting point is 00:28:15 of penises around me. I'm sorry. I remember one time. Tell a story. Go ahead. I'm just saying, I remember one time me and Wax
Starting point is 00:28:24 was jumping the chick off. It was way, a decade ago or better. I'm just saying, I remember one time, me and Wax was jumping the chick off. It was way, a decade ago or better. Okay. And I forgot that we was jumping off, and I started kissing her. He's like, what the hell are you doing? You started kissing the girl that he just finished? It was bad. Did you fell in love?
Starting point is 00:28:39 So you tasted Wax? He pretty much tasted Wax. I'm just saying it was bad. It was like, what are you doing? He's like, you're kissing a jump. Like, what are you doing? Hey! you kissing a jump Like what are you doing Hey Hey
Starting point is 00:28:46 He said that in the middle And then he said give me kiss Hey go ye You guys are You gotta jump out the window You guys are very close All I'm saying is Girls get trains ran on them
Starting point is 00:28:57 It's terrible It's disgusting It's wrong But let's not act like this girl Got mental health issues Cause she got a train ran on her And let's shout out to our friend Michelle Hope
Starting point is 00:29:04 Our sexpert. She actually was texting me this morning about the whole situation and sending me different articles about studies that show that young people who are on an average exposed to porn around 10 years old and the more porn that you are exposed to, the more aggressive and violent the porn becomes. And you feel like you need to push the limits. So young people that are exposed to porn so frequently believe that certain acts like trains are normal. What porn got to do with anything? Some girl's just hot in the ass.
Starting point is 00:29:29 Guys are horny. She was saying these are studies that have been done, and she sent me the articles. Oh, God. I don't need no study to know that trains go on in the hood. All right. There's always one or two jumps in the hood that are letting guys run trains on them. All right. Now, when we come back, it's Throwback Thursday.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Slim from 112 will be joining us. We're going to kick it with Slim when we come back. Have you ever ran a train to any 112 music? Shut up. Meet me in room 112 with 25 players. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning. That was Kent Jones.
Starting point is 00:29:56 Don't mind. Morning, everybody. It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God. We are the Breakfast Club. We got a special guest in the building. Throwback Thursday, Slim from 112. What's up? I know you're not chewing gum on the mic.
Starting point is 00:30:10 Oh, man. Yes, I am. Okay. Now, Slim, you put a lot of pressure on yourself to stay fit with that name. Oh, man. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. You know what?
Starting point is 00:30:18 I mean. You can't gain no weight. I gained five pounds. Everybody say I'm fat. It is what it is. But, you know, hey. So you're back on this bad boy reunion tour. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:28 Are you afraid about Diddy not paying y'all? Oh, no, no. We already. Money in the escrow? Good. Okay, got you. Now, why did 112 break up anyway? Well, you know, 112, like on their last album,
Starting point is 00:30:42 everybody started having, you know, they had their own individual outlooks of what they wanted to do musically. So everybody wanted to do. I think that with 112, everybody kind of got spoiled too. Every single we came out went platinum. Albums went, all albums went multi-platinum or whatever. So I think that they wanted a challenge and everybody wanted to do something different. So that's what it pretty much has been.
Starting point is 00:31:02 But it never worked out really. Well, it worked out for me. For you. Because you were the Beyonce of the group. Nah. Eddie Cain. Nah. You were the lead.
Starting point is 00:31:10 Nah. But I mean, I had no choice at the time, you know. I was sitting there, and I mean, I was like, man, yo, I got kids, man. I got to do something here. So, you know, I can't use a hammer and nail. So, you know what I mean? I went into the studio, and so fly. How many of those kids were conceived while you was a part of 112?
Starting point is 00:31:26 I think on the road. All three of them. Every single one. Every single one of them. Matter of fact, I need to blame, I should have named my three boys after the albums. So listen, you never had relationships with none of the baby mamas? Like it was just all straight up?
Starting point is 00:31:47 Oh no, I had one baby mama. Oh, okay, okay. Yeah, I had one baby mama so you know. So you got caught out there. Yeah, you met one beautiful woman on the road
Starting point is 00:31:53 and just stuck with her. Oh well, you know, I met her before I had the deal so you know. Gotcha. But you know, she was somebody that said, oh, you about to be over here?
Starting point is 00:32:02 Oh, I'm on the next flight. Yeah, I'm going to be right there. I'll be right there. Gotcha. Yeah. That probably kept you out of a lot the next flight. Yeah, I'm going to be right there. I'll be right there. Got you. Yeah. That probably kept you out of a lot of trouble, though. Yeah, for the most part, yeah. How was it getting back together with the group?
Starting point is 00:32:11 Oh, no, it was real cool. It was real cool. I was in Miami, and I got a phone call, and, man, they were like, yo, what you think about getting back with 112? And years had gone by, you know what I mean? And I had to admit, I missed them. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:32:26 They're like my brothers. So you weren't in contact with each other still? No. At the time, I wasn't speaking to them. No, I wasn't speaking to them. But I knew that, you know what I mean? They're like brothers. You know how, like, when family fight,
Starting point is 00:32:38 at some point, you're going to get back together. You're going to make everything work. Well, why weren't you speaking to them? Slim was feeling this, though. No. Had to be a point. Absolutely nothing to do. At one point, you had to be feeling this, though. No. Had absolutely nothing to do. At one point, you had to be feeling this. No, not at all.
Starting point is 00:32:47 Not at all. I mean, we basically, you know, everybody had different outlooks of what they wanted to do musically. And, you know, keeping it real, I didn't want to do anything solo. I wanted to stay in 112. It was the most easiest way of, you know, a group with four lead singers. And, you know what I mean? And we never saw failure. So, you know, why do something different? singers, and you know what I mean? We never saw failure, so you know, why do something different?
Starting point is 00:33:08 You know, why temper with that type of success? When you say everybody wanted to do something different musically, like, how different could it have been? Because like you said, y'all had the formula already. Right. So what was people trying to change? Being solo. You know, you have guys in the group that, you know, that can really, really sing and, you know, they probably felt like, you know,
Starting point is 00:33:24 we want to show more. Yeah. You know, just show more of their talents. Now, there was a period of time when you were going to file for bankruptcy. Right. Did you end up doing it? Because I remember reading that you didn't end up filing and you changed your mind and you said you're going to pay off all your debts. I just went on through with the situation because the situation was I was staying in Bell Harbor, Atlanta, Georgia. And Atlanta, Georgia, while we were going through a recession,
Starting point is 00:33:48 man, they were saying that my house was worth dirt. Less than what you paid for it. A third of what I paid for it. That happened to a lot of people, yeah. The funny thing about it is the bank would not give me a fixed rate. I've had this particular property for 16 years. Oh, so you had an adjustable rate. I still got it.
Starting point is 00:34:02 So, you know, at that time, you know, I'm paying $10,000, $12,000 a month. You know what I'm saying? So I was doing it for a four or five. All I know is it was jumping up and down. You know what I mean? So I couldn't really do it like that. So I said, you know, my accountant said, hey, you got to do one or the other. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:34:18 I could not sell the house in Atlanta. So it is what it is. You know what I'm saying? But everything's looking good. What the hell was you living in? A van to Holyfield Mansion? Well, no, I was staying in Bell Harbor. I was on the water. All right, you know what I'm saying? But everything's looking good. What the hell was you living in? A Vander Holyfield mansion? Well, no, I was staying in Bell Harbor. I was on the water.
Starting point is 00:34:28 All right. So, you know what I mean? So, you know, those condos, that's like million-dollar row. You know what I mean? And that was just a condo. It wasn't even a crib. How big was it? It was pretty cool.
Starting point is 00:34:35 It was like a 2,000, 3,000-square-foot joint. You lost it? No, I didn't lose it. Oh, you didn't lose it? No, I didn't lose that condo. Oh, so that was it? Yeah, I just, you know what I mean? It was a lease.
Starting point is 00:34:44 Okay. So, you know what I mean? So I just, you know what I mean? It was a lease. Okay. So, you know what I mean? So, I just, you know. You let that go. I let that go. Came back to Atlanta, and now I got all my bearings and stuff straight. Like, I'm real straight. So, what you got now?
Starting point is 00:34:52 You got you a nice double wide, paid for, you know what I'm saying? Like, country boy Duke. It's nice. Now, the one thing about 112, I feel like y'all's story hasn't really been told. Like, even when you talk about the history of Bad Boy, like, everybody has an identity, but it's just like 112 was just 112. It's just like a group. Like, why is that?
Starting point is 00:35:11 Well, you know what? When we first came out, we weren't interested in letting everybody know exactly who we were as far as, like, individual. It was more about the brand. So a lot of times people, for a lot of part of our career, everybody knew of our songs. You know the Only You's and You Already Knows and Anywhere. You knew all those records
Starting point is 00:35:29 and Cupid, yes. You know, it was crazy, but people didn't know who Hugh Mike Slim Duran was. And for the first time, you know, I think that was probably one of the reasons why 112 wanted to take the hiatus and say, this is who I am individually, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:35:46 So yes, we are still writing our book. There are talks who maybe we might consider doing another album, but you know, it's a little weird listening to how music is. All right, well Slim from 112 is here. Matter of fact, let's get into a 112 joint. Here's Only You. It's the Breakfast Club, good morning.
Starting point is 00:36:05 That was Only You. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning. That was Only You. Morning, everybody. It's DJ MV, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God. We are the Breakfast Club. We got Slim from 112 in the building. Now, Charlamagne. Now, Biggie would have been 44. What Biggie memories do you have?
Starting point is 00:36:17 Nobody ever asked 112 about their Biggie memories. Man, we've got a lot of them. You know, we always kicked it. You know, when we first moved from Atlanta, Georgia to New York, man, we were kicking it with Faith and Big straight up. You know, they were bringing us to shows and stuff like that. And, you know, Big always had respect for 112, like always. Like he would always say, you're about to be them boys.
Starting point is 00:36:39 And he used to tell Puff, like, boy, you know who you just signed? Like, look at them boys. Like, you're about to be them boys. So he used to bring us, and he used to really be on like, boy, you know who you just signed? Like, look at them boys. Like, y'all about to be them boys. So he used to bring us and he used to really be on me as far as like, you're the lead singer. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:36:51 You're the lead. So you gotta, you know, you gotta show presence. You know, you're a small guy. Everything you gotta do is big. If I had a camera back, you know, we didn't have cameras and stuff like we do now,
Starting point is 00:37:01 but if I could have filmed that right before he's about to go out on the show and he'll be like, yo, Slim, you paying attention? And then he'll turn right around, and then you'll see him walk to the crowd, and the crowd goes absolutely nuts.
Starting point is 00:37:13 He was like a mentor. Yeah, he was like a real mentor. How come y'all didn't do more music with each other? It seems like y'all should have done a lot more music. Man, everything kind of went by really fast, you know, like with the passing, he, when we came up here, man, see, our album came out in 96. And look, he just, he passed still in the 90s. So, you know.
Starting point is 00:37:33 When did y'all sign? We signed in 94. We were still in like high school. Okay. You know what I mean? He came to Atlanta and basically it was like, you know what? I'm feeling these boys, whatever. You should have paused that though.
Starting point is 00:37:44 Came to Atlanta, feeling these boys. Well. You should have paused that, though. Came to Atlanta, feeling these boys. Well, no, no, pause, man. You know I ain't talking about it. Come on, man. I would have just paused that just because. Well, that's a big pause right there, but you know what I mean. Any other city? Okay.
Starting point is 00:37:56 You know, we sang in front of 112, you know what I'm saying? Yeah. Boom. So, you know, it took us a while. But you know what? For the time he was there, we did do a few songs with him. You know what I mean? Y'all did with Only You.
Starting point is 00:38:07 We did Only You. We did Sky's the Limit, Missing You. It was another version of Missing You on there. And then you could tell of his respect because look how many times he mentioned my 112 CD Blast. I see y'all travel a lot with Jagged Edge. Y'all cool? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:24 You know we got to fight with Kyle? No, that's my homie. That's my homall travel a lot with Jagged Edge. Y'all cool? Oh, yeah. You never got to do a fight with Kyle? No, that's my homie. That's literally my homie. You never got to do a fight with Drew Hill? No, no, no. Kyle, everybody fights with Kyle. Before Record Deals, me and Kyle, we were the closest.
Starting point is 00:38:39 Yeah, I like Kyle, man. He's a straight up cat. Anybody that would know him, you know what I'm saying? Maybe it's like an ATL thing. So if you know a cat rock a certain kind of way, you know what I'm saying? See, man, I'm from Cleveland Avenue too, so you know what I mean? I'm not a cat that'll just rah-rah-rah-rah, but, you know, I feel people out, and you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:38:58 I handle them the way I see them. You know what I'm saying? He's not a fake dude. He's straight up, so I know exactly how to, you know what I'm saying, deal with him. Now, what's next for Slim? What's next for Slim? It's all about branding for me. You know what I'm saying? He's not a fake dude. He's straight up. So I know exactly how to, you know what I'm saying, deal with him. Now, what's next for Slim? What's next for Slim? It's all about branding for me. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:39:09 I got myself on a three-year plan. I'm about to go to Hawaii. You know what I'm saying? I already got property, my kilo. I'm trying to build a spot. Oh, so you're moving to Hawaii. You're out of here. Three years and you're out.
Starting point is 00:39:19 Well, I mean, as far as the music is concerned, you know what I'm saying, I'm always be involved with music. But as far as, you know, right here in the mainland and stuff like that, I'm a simple cat. Actually, more like an introvert. You know what I'm saying? You must have got some vagina in Hawaii. You don't just look the same way in Hawaii.
Starting point is 00:39:35 Not true at all. You know what I mean? Like, I started early. You know what I mean? Like I said, I started really early. Sex-wise. Yeah, sex-wise. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:39:44 When did you lose your virginity? Well, I was with my baby mama. Oh, your baby mama. Okay. All right. Well, my son is 21, okay? Okay. How difficult was it to be faithful while you were on the road with one woman
Starting point is 00:39:57 and having all that success and being on tour? Oh, no, it was cool. Like, that wasn't a problem. He said she was showing up like, I'm ready when I'm coming. But she was one of those, you know what I mean? She was one of those, you know, baby mamas that, you know, hey, hey, so where are you about to be? Okay, well, I'm about to be right there. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:40:13 Whatever. So you never had issues with women on the road or anything like that? No, I don't have no issues. No, I don't do no issues. If anything, it was more about, you know, being a responsible dad. Because, you know what I'm saying? Like, I had the situation of this is how my dad used to be.
Starting point is 00:40:28 I know how it felt. A lot of times when I was recording on 112, I had my oldest son with me in the studio. Big shots out to Puff's mom. She used to really help me out. Come get him so I could record.
Starting point is 00:40:44 Sometimes I used to have him. I have one situation. It was like a song. The reason why y'all hear Cupid, I wrote two songs. One was another acoustic joint, but you would hear Trey in the background. I'm trying to make him go to sleep. He was like, ah, ah, ah. I thought y'all were trying to imitate
Starting point is 00:41:00 Timbaland with the baby sounds. No, you never know. No, no, no. Y'all haven't heard that song, but like I said, I picked that other song because of that situation, but it's just one of those things where, you know,
Starting point is 00:41:10 you want to be a responsible father. You know what I mean? Now that's 16, 18, 20 years old, and you know what I'm saying? I'm pretty proud of it. Well, we look forward to seeing you
Starting point is 00:41:18 on the show. Yeah, and remember that when you were on the road with the Bad Boy Reunion tour this year. You're a responsible father. Oh, yeah. Well, I mean,
Starting point is 00:41:24 I've been on all types. We started tours since what? Ron Isley went out through New Edition, you know, Janet Jackson.
Starting point is 00:41:32 You're good. It's not our first. We appreciate you joining us, Bob. All the good theater, that's the festival now. We a little older now, Slim.
Starting point is 00:41:38 Is that it? Ladies and gentlemen, it's Slim from 112. Appreciate it. Appreciate it. Thank you. It's The Breakfast Club. Come on in.
Starting point is 00:41:46 The Breakfast Club. Listen up. It's just in. All the gossip. Gossip. The Rumor Report. Gossip. With Angela Yee.
Starting point is 00:41:58 It's The Rumor Report. The Breakfast Club. Well, we've all been excited about the All The Way Up remix, right, with Jay-Z. Well, now there's another remix, and Meek Mill is on it, and Fab. Now here is some of what Meek Mill had to say. I'm in the six-man, six-man, Dion waiters And I'm on my level now, I'm so beyond haters This is slaughter, new world order
Starting point is 00:42:20 I be going hard, Westbrook, fourth quarter This is hip-hop, you ain't write it, don't record it. I don't know how they getting down across the border. Views from the projects and they getting on the prospects. Meek, you got to let it go, my brother. This is getting real. You remember when Jay-Z went at Prodigy from Mobb Deep and Prodigy wouldn't stop rapping about Jay-Z? Like, you got to let it go, my brother.
Starting point is 00:42:41 Meek got to stop. Like, let it go. I need Meek's energy in the club too, right? So I need those records to come back, but he got to stop going. Just let it go, my brother. Me gotta stop. Like, let it go. I need Meek's energy in the club, too, right? So I need those records to come back, but he gotta stop going. Just let it go. We don't care no more. We're over it. You got Billboard Album of the Year, rap category.
Starting point is 00:42:54 I agree. Drop one of Clues Bombs for Meek for that. Like, you're clean. You came out of this kind of clean. Like, it's over. Let it go. Well, you know he's on 90-day house arrest right now, so at the end of this month, he will be released from that. So we'll see what happens once that's over. Well, you know he's on 90 Day House to Rest right now, so at the end of this month he will be released from that.
Starting point is 00:43:05 So we'll see what happens once that's done. I'm not buying it. I don't want to hear a Meek Mill album or Meek Mill mixtape full of Drake references. I don't want that. All right, the Kardashians have been offered a whole lot of money to star in their own movie. Guess how much? How much? $100 million.
Starting point is 00:43:20 I heard World Poker Fund actually offered them a billion for a movie. Well, allegedly they've been approached by a top Hollywood film studio. They see the potential for their movie to be big money, you know, so that's, I guess, possible. I don't know. Would you want to see the Kardashians on the big screen? Nope, unless all of them naked. Even Caitlyn?
Starting point is 00:43:43 That'd be kind of amazing. I would want to see it if they were truthful. That would be kind of amazing. You know what? I would want to see it if they were truthful. That would be kind of amazing. What you mean truthful? If they were truthful to talk about the whole sex tape, the honesty, if she knew about the sex tape. Man, they talk about it all the time. They can put that on E!
Starting point is 00:43:54 I don't need no movie for that. That'd be good. They can tweet about that. She got to talk about the whole Lamar Odom and the drugs. Kardashian's not getting me in the theater. Sorry, bro. I would check it out. Nope.
Starting point is 00:44:03 All right, well, speaking of the theaters, the Fast and the Furious is celebrating its 15th anniversary. And in celebration, they are doing a limited nationwide theatrical run that's going to happen on June 22nd. That's the same day that movie came out back in the summer of 2001. So that movie actually, they said of all the movies, Furious 7 was actually the most successful. It made more than $1.5 billion worldwide.
Starting point is 00:44:27 Does that work nowadays, though, when you got all of these movies on demand and Blu-ray and Netflix? Well, if you're a huge fan, it's nice to go to the theater. When can you really do that? They did that with Purple Rain. They put it back in the theater. So if you're a huge fan and you have a day that you can just one day go to the movies and see it on the big screen. But the beauty of going to like, I mean, the beauty of watching movies you've seen a million times is that you can talk through them and not feel like you missed something. What if you go to the theater with people who never seen the movie and you and your people trying to have a conversation? Yo, remember this, that?
Starting point is 00:44:55 It's probably more for people who are huge fans. And imagine if like you were too young to see it in the theaters or the first time you saw it was at home. You just want that experience. True. Or if it's your favorite movie. Yeah, that's true. All right. And the eighth film is going to come out April 14th, 2017
Starting point is 00:45:08 next year, just so you know. And they make them fast. Real fast. Fast and furious. Alright, well that is your Rumor Report. I'm Angela Yee. Alright, Missy. Charlamagne, who you giving that donkey to? Listen, I always tell y'all that as a father our only job is to protect and provide, right? Correct. This is a great story
Starting point is 00:45:24 of somebody who definitely failed to do that with his daughter. We'll talk about it for after the hour. Alright, keep it locked. It's the Breakfast Logo Morning. Charlamagne say the gang don't get out of shape. Charlamagne? You are a donkey. It's time for donkey of the
Starting point is 00:45:41 day. Donkey of the day does not discriminate. I might not have the song of the day, but I got the Donkey of the Day. So if you ever feel I need to be a donkey man, hit it with the heat. It's a breakfast club, bitch. Who's Donkey of the Day today? Hey, Donkey of the Day for Thursday, May 26th, goes to an Idaho man named Keith Scrawn. Now, Keith was sentenced to 120 days in jail. He should have got a lot more time
Starting point is 00:46:06 because he took his 14-year-old daughter out of state to marry a 24-year-old man. Now, that's just a layer of the story. I already know all the fathers out there, like myself, immediately, like, what? When they hear that a father took their 14-year-old daughter to marry a
Starting point is 00:46:21 24-year-old man, what the hell is Pop's problem? As a father, our job's to protect and provide. You're not protecting your 14-year-old daughter to marry a 24-year-old man? What the hell is Pop's problem? As a father, our job is to protect and provide. You're not protecting your 14-year-old daughter if you're giving her to a 24-year-old man. And why would you provide your 14-year-old daughter with a 24-year-old penis? I know, fellow fathers, I don't understand it either. But wait!
Starting point is 00:46:39 It gets worse. Would you like to know why this father is contributing to the delinquency of his 14-year-old daughter? Would you? Would you? Would you? Let's go to Fox 31 Denver for the report. A local father accused of taking his 14-year-old daughter to another state so she could marry the 24-year-old man who impregnated her. That man also facing a rape charge. His name, Aaron Seaton. Law enforcement sources say they went to Missouri and when they returned back to Idaho, documents say Strawn allowed his
Starting point is 00:47:09 daughter to cohabitate with Seton. Strawn is charged with two felony injury to child charges and one charge of accessory to rape for quote harboring and protecting Seton by allowing him to reside with the 14 year old victim. Court documents show that the 14 year old girl had a miscarriage, but she is still legally married to Seton. Okay, so listen. Your daughter gets raped, gets pregnant, and you make her marry the man who raped her.
Starting point is 00:47:38 That's crazy. Because you believe that if a man gets a woman pregnant, he has to marry them. That sounds crazy. Keith, if you did this for religious reasons, this makes absolutely no sense because you must think of the circumstances in which this baby was conceived. If a 24-year-old man rapes a 14-year-old girl and she gets pregnant and you decided to get your daughter
Starting point is 00:47:56 an abortion, I'm pretty sure God would understand. Okay, see, whenever you hear politicians like Mark Rubio or Ted Cruz say they don't favor a rape exception when it comes to abortion. And you hear them argue that if a woman is impregnated by a rapist, the government has the authority to force her to take the pregnancy to term regardless of her wishes. When you hear them say things like this and you wonder to yourself, who would ever vote for them? It's people like Keith Scroggins. Okay, not only did Keith make his daughter marry the man who raped her, he forced her to live with the rapist as well. I often wonder lately what dimension I live in when I hear these kind of stories.
Starting point is 00:48:30 Like, I really wonder if I live in another world and I'm just seeing and hearing stories being reported from another realm. Because in the words of old Beanie Siegel and Scarface, this can't be life. Some donkey of the days just sell themselves. Please give Keep Scrawling the biggest hee-haw. He says he was only 14.
Starting point is 00:48:50 That's crazy. Yes, and if you're wondering where the rapist is at this point, he's serving a 15-year prison sentence. And still married to this 14-year-old that he raped. It's terrible for her. All right. Well, thank you for that donkey of the day. Up next is Ask Yee.
Starting point is 00:49:06 800-585-1051. If you need advice, relationship advice, any type of advice, call Yee right now. She'll put you live on the air, help you with all your problems. Again, 800-585-1051. Call us now. It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning. Good morning, everybody.
Starting point is 00:49:23 It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha Guy. We are The Breakfast Club. Now it's time for Ask Eve. We got a question for Yee calling right now. Hello, who's this? This is Irvin Woodford. What's your question for Yee, bro? Man, my girl done broke up with me because she called me being, you know,
Starting point is 00:49:40 called me infidelity. I'm trying to see how you're doing. Okay, so you got caught cheating. How long were y'all together? Three years. All right, tell me how she caught you. She went through my phone, and then, you know, she called me up, so I admitted to some things, thinking I could get the trust back.
Starting point is 00:49:59 That was a dumb move. She said, just tell me. If you tell me, I just need to know. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Wow. You fell for that? Bro, I know, man. I know, I know, I know.
Starting point is 00:50:11 Well, you were already caught anyway. Nothing worse than lying when you're caught already. Yeah, yeah. All right, so. I'm really messed up right now. Do you believe that she really is never going to mess with you again, or do you think she's just trying to teach you a lesson? Man, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:50:26 She's sending me mixed messages. We talk, then we don't talk, then we talk, then we don't talk. I don't know for real. So I'm not going to lie. This just happened to a good friend of mine. He got caught cheating. The girl actually contacted his girlfriend,
Starting point is 00:50:40 and she's seen him one time since January. She's not really messing with him right now. But she still talks to him. They still text each other. One day she hates him. The next day she's like, oh, I want to work it out. So she doesn't really know what to do. How long ago did this happen?
Starting point is 00:50:56 This happened at the end of January. Oh, same thing. Okay, so my advice to you is, A, let her vent and let her take her time doing it. She's going to bring up things a million times. She's going to ask you a million questions, right? Mm-hmm. All you can do is answer those questions as honestly as you possibly can and explain yourself. There's going to be times that she's irrational.
Starting point is 00:51:19 She's saying things. She's going at you. You just got to take it because right now you're trying to get your girl back. So in order for you to do that, you gotta allow her to get it off her chest and try to get over it. And don't get defensive about anything. Just let her know, you know what? I did hurt your feelings. I
Starting point is 00:51:36 was wrong. I should've never did that. I don't know what my problem is. It's definitely not you because she's probably also feeling insecure. Yeah. Yeah. As well. Tell me some specific things that she's been doing and how you've been reacting because at the end of it all, you were in the wrong, so now you got to just deal with all the emotions that she has.
Starting point is 00:51:55 She'll hit me up and tell me she missed me. You know, she needed some help on the paper for mid-term. I helped her with a mid-term paper, but then other days she'll hit me and be like, yo, when I think of you, I think of you and that girl. That's true, and she probably really does think that. Are you still having sex with her ever? Nah, nah. We in different cities
Starting point is 00:52:13 right now. Okay. So I think just be patient with her, but at the same time, you gotta do little special things for her to show that you still really, really care. It might be frustrating. Sometimes you probably don't feel like texting back and forth for hours. Sometimes you don't feel like talking on the phone all night and getting nowhere. It is what it is right now.
Starting point is 00:52:32 So I think what you need to do is just let her go at her own pace of forgiveness. Eventually, every day it gets a little bit better. I'm sure when it first happened, it was really difficult. Then by February, it didn't come up as much. By March, she might go a few days without bringing it up. But, you know, it's something that's going to keep coming up. So I think the key thing here is for y'all to spend some time together and for you to see her.
Starting point is 00:52:56 Yeah, quick question. Flowers or no? Absolutely. Do nice little things for her. Send her flowers, things that you know that she likes. Maybe something even more thoughtful than flowers. I hate. Can I tell them one thing, too? No.
Starting point is 00:53:10 I just want to think. Hey, I want to hear it, Solomon. Listen, when she finally does get over it and she's back smiling with you, that means that she's cheated on you and so now she feels even. That's not true. She's definitely going to cheat on you, bro. That's not true right now. She's going to on you, bro. That's not true right now.
Starting point is 00:53:27 Right now, she's devastated. But listen, don't just send flowers. Do something more thoughtful. Why don't you send her a letter too with that? Something that you really took some time to sit down and write. Things that men don't do anymore nowadays. And send her a plan B pill for after she has sex with the guy, she's going to use it.
Starting point is 00:53:43 Hey, Solomon, f*** you, man. Hey, I love you too, my brother. All right, but good luck to you. But you know, if you do get her back, you can never mess up again. Yeah, I already know, for real. Okay. Appreciate y'all, man.
Starting point is 00:53:57 All right, good luck. All right, that was Askey. We're going to come back with more calls for Askey. Charlamagne, I don't need you chiming in anymore, okay? I just wanted to help the brother out, man. I just wanted to prepare him for his girl, because his girl definitely going to cheat on him to get back. That's just the way things are.
Starting point is 00:54:10 That's not true. Not necessarily. It's ASCII. Don't listen to Charlamagne. The Breakfast Club. What's up? It's ASCII. It's Hotline Bling.
Starting point is 00:54:23 And our hotline is blinging right now. All right? It's The Breakfast Club. Who we got on the line? What's up? It's Asyee. It's Hotline Bling. And our hotline is blinging right now. Alright, it's The Breakfast Club. Who we got on the line? What's up, Angela? My name is Lamar. I'm from Connecticut. Why you sound so depressed, Lamar? Because I'm going through it right now. I need an intelligent woman's advice. What's the problem?
Starting point is 00:54:37 I was communicating with a young lady on Instagram for maybe about three years. And when she moved from my state to a different state to be with a guy who she ended up having a child with. When you say communicating on Instagram, y'all was meeting up in person though, right? No, we weren't. We weren't. So for three years you never met her in person, but she lived in your
Starting point is 00:54:58 state. No, I did my research though. She knew my cousin. My cousin confirmed that she was a real person and yada yada. So we was goodada. For three years y'all never saw each other in person? No, no. You know why though? Because I knew it was going to happen.
Starting point is 00:55:14 Which it did. We met about a month and a half ago. That sounds crazy. Okay. I know it does sound kind of crazy but we met maybe like a month ago and she ended up moving back to my state because she ended up breaking up with him and they ended up having a child maybe like 16 months ago so it's like a newborn baby in the situation or whatnot and i'm at the point where i'm kind of
Starting point is 00:55:36 like like i know she's feeling me i know we got a connection but i'm not a fool you know i'm saying like i know baby daddy he lives in, a whole nother state, like, down south. So it's like, he's not around, but I'm just not trying to be a rebounder, you know what I'm saying? Because at the end of the day... Well, it sounds like that's what you are. She has a newborn baby, and for three years, y'all was communicating on Instagram and never met up.
Starting point is 00:55:58 Aww. Right. Because she was in a relationship. Right. But why was she communicating? What was y'all communication like during those interviews? Like, I'll be honest. It was maybe once in a blue, like, hi, how you doing? You know, I was like, she wouldn't really respond to me because, you know, she was with her guy or whatever.
Starting point is 00:56:14 But I ended up messaging her maybe after like not talking to her for like nine months. And she ended up telling me that two months ago she moved back to my state and that they broke up. So I felt like I take it upon myself to try to meet her and see like if there was a connection there and there was like we see each other probably like three times a week okay so at least she wasn't cheating on her man no no no no and i
Starting point is 00:56:38 could tell like she wasn't really trying to give me the time of day but she was she was open to me being a nice person because I wasn't hitting her with all, you know, flat up in that DM, you know, whatever. Well, I'm going to say this. She does have a relationship that she's just getting out of. She has a newborn. She seems like a respectable person. So I would just be considerate of the fact
Starting point is 00:56:58 that she's just been through a lot. There's another life involved, so be her friend for now. Let me tell you what she says to me. Like, you know, we communicate often. I mean, we see each other often. You know, she initiated the first time we did what we did. Because at the end of the day, like, I liked her.
Starting point is 00:57:14 So if I'm feeling her, I'm not really going to go for it. Because, you know, I feel like there might be potential there. And that kind of took me off guard. But basically, long story short, she hit me with, I don't want to feel like I'm in a relationship, but when she's with me, it's like she's all up in my face. You know? Listen to what people tell you. If she's telling you that she doesn't want to be in a relationship,
Starting point is 00:57:36 she doesn't want to be in a relationship right now. She has other things on her plate right now that she's concerned about, and if you truly care about her and love her, I think that she'll take your time. I would say I don't love her, but at the same time, I will say that I'm not trying to
Starting point is 00:57:51 invest time into something that there's no potential there because at this point in my life, I'm not really looking to hit it and quit it. I'm looking for something. Regardless, anything can happen.
Starting point is 00:58:01 It could end up that y'all together. It could not. I'm 30, Envy. I'm trying to settle down like you, bro. That was Charlamagne. Oh, that's Charlamagne? Oh, tell Charlamagne to check me out on Instagram.
Starting point is 00:58:10 Ain't no ugly dude, you know what I'm saying? I get it. What? You trying to kick it to Charlamagne now? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tell Charlamagne I said what's up, man. Okay. Well, he said he's going to check you out.
Starting point is 00:58:18 What's your Instagram? How does this switch so fast? It's royal underscore pariah. Pariah means outcast. We know what pariah means. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm on block. Yeah, I'm good.
Starting point is 00:58:29 No, I appreciate that. Why do you have bananas posted on your Instagram? Bananas? Oh, because that's when I was hanging out with Shorty. What? So if you read the Instagram comments, the WCW comment. I'm not looking at your Instagram. That's Angelique looking at your Instagram.
Starting point is 00:58:44 So you got pictures of this girl with you on your Instagram already? I took one. We got one picture. That's it. And you look like America's next top inmate. I wouldn't want to be in a relationship with you. That's funny, Joe. Man, I'm a college graduate, bro.
Starting point is 00:58:56 Get it right. See? You can't judge a book by its cover. I ain't say what you look like. I ain't say what you are. I say you look like. That's cool. I mean, you know, you do what you do, too, bro.
Starting point is 00:59:03 You used to be dark-skinned. Now you light-skinned like me. I think you need a little bit That's cool. I mean, you know, you do what you do too, bro. You used to be dark skinned. Now you light skin like me. I think you need a little bit of the moisturizer I'm using for what I'm saying. I just want to say your whole entire Instagram is about relationships though.
Starting point is 00:59:11 I ain't going to lie to you. I can tell you really want one. You got skin like a 90s rapper. Like you've been in the clubs for a decade or two. Maybe some things will work out, but right now
Starting point is 00:59:20 if she's not in that space, she's not in that space. She can't force it. I like that all these sensitive guys have been calling up here this morning. I don't know what's wrong with these new Negroes, man. We love y'all. These girls ain't thinking about you. Like, it's a new, in the words
Starting point is 00:59:32 of T.K. Kirkland, it is a group of girls graduating from college every summer. Why y'all tripping off these young girls? I mean, off these girls. There's young girls out here every day. It's like a it's like they just breeding them. They're coming off the conveyor belt.
Starting point is 00:59:48 All right. Well, that was Ask Yee. And Charlamagne, tease my rumor report because Envy's not here. You know we don't know how to do this. You got a rumor report coming up, Yee? Yes, I do. We're going to talk about Diddy. You know he's hurt, right?
Starting point is 01:00:01 Why is he hurt? We'll tell you what happened. And, of course, we'll give you an update with the whole shooting that happened at the TI concert. And we'll tell you who was injured and one person actually was killed. All right, don't go nowhere. It's the world's most dangerous morning show, The Breakfast Club. The Breakfast Club. Listen up.
Starting point is 01:00:21 It's just in. All the gossip. Gossip. The Rumor Report. Gossip. Gossip. With Angela Ye. Gossip. The Rumor Report. Gossip. Gossip. With Angela. Angela Yee.
Starting point is 01:00:27 It's the Rumor Report. The Breakfast Club. Oh, man. So Diddy injured himself. I didn't know what happened, but he was in the hospital. Here he is on Instagram letting you get some details on what's going on. Say a prayer for me. I'm about to have surgery on my shoulder.
Starting point is 01:00:43 I'm just thankful I was able to make it through the shows to be able to just get to this point to have the surgery. Been in a lot of pain for a while, so I'm ready to get to the road of recovery. This is my fourth mutated cuff surgery. I don't know why I've had four surgeries, but I know I'm going to rehab it better this time. He shouldn't have four surgeries.
Starting point is 01:01:03 Oh, you can't be shimmying them shoulders like you used to, did he? I saw you when you was dancing with Pam from Toto last weekend at the Bad Boy reunion tour. As soon as I saw him do this. He was bouncing too hard. I said, I knew too much. He's going to need a warm bath with some epsom salt. You might need one too. My dad actually had that surgery.
Starting point is 01:01:17 I just remember the pain he was in. He couldn't throw a baseball. He couldn't shoot a basketball. Then after the surgery, he was good money. So they're going to have to get rid of them baseball outfits they come out in on the Bad Boy tour. Well, he got surgery. He'll be good. He's going to have his arm in a sling, though, the whole good money. So they're going to have to get rid of them baseball outfits they come out in on the bad boy tour. Well, he got surgery. He'll be good. He's going to have his arm in a sling, though, the whole time now.
Starting point is 01:01:28 I think six weeks to eight weeks. That's just an excuse not to dance. He's still going to dance. It's just limited movement. He's still got the moves, though. And Pam from Total. One drop on a Clues bomb for Pam from Total. That was a great little scene watching her and Diddy get it in last week.
Starting point is 01:01:42 Put that up on my Instagram and put mood. All right, now let's discuss what happened at this TI concert at Irving Plaza last night. Everybody was going to this concert. Joe passed it. There were hundreds of people outside. And apparently there was a shooting. They're saying at least two men and two women were shot. One of the men did pass away.
Starting point is 01:02:00 So rest in peace to Banga. That is actually one of Troy Ave's friends and his security, part of his team. So apparently Troy Ave's girlfriend was shot as well. 50 Cent was videoed leaving the hospital. He said he was going to visit and show support for a friend of his girlfriend who was shot. Troy Ave was also grazed in the leg. So there are more details coming, but allegedly they have some video footage too too, in the green room of the shooter. I saw that on PIX11. Look, you know, it's crazy.
Starting point is 01:02:28 Troy lost his man, Banger. God bless the dead. And I hope Troy realizes now how whack it was of him to make fun of Joey Badass, his homie, capital C. I believe in the law of energy. What you put out comes back to you. You make fun of someone's dead homie, now your homie's dead. There's something to that. And what if some rapper
Starting point is 01:02:44 comes out and starts trying to clown the fact that Troy's man got killed? I'm sure Troy would feel the way. But no rudeness to our banger and his family at all, period. Unless you want that energy to come to you too. But, you know, Troy, hold your head, learn from this experience, keep it moving. And that thug life is dead, man. Intelligence is the new gangster.
Starting point is 01:03:00 Alright, now, you know what I really enjoy watching 2 Chainz on his most expensive-ish, right? Well, he actually used $500,000 bongs and dabs. Check it out. I actually have a table here filled with probably a half a million dollars worth of glass. Light it. Don't get too high yet.
Starting point is 01:03:23 We're not done with you. I'm not getting high yet. Okay. You took a $50,000 hit out of the banjo right here. You like it? What? I like to get high, man. What is this?
Starting point is 01:03:32 It's THC. Woo! About to do the most expensive dab hit right now. You're done. That's so strong. See? He might have did crack. That's what you want to do with your life, though. That's so strong. He might have did crack. That's what you want to do with your life, though. That's the type of thing.
Starting point is 01:03:49 That's the whole other world that's going on out here. I don't know nothing about it. That dude in the street don't know nothing about, okay? Not taking guns in the club to shoot people. That's what you want to do. I'd rather be somewhere smoking something that's $5,000 not knowing if it's cracking. $50,000. $50,000.
Starting point is 01:04:03 Jesus Christ. That's what I'm talking about right there. Yeesh. That's life. That's living. And that is your rumor report. I'm Angela Yee. All right, Yee.
