This week, I am joined by Anna Runkle, also known as the crappy childhood fairy, a creator, teacher, and guide helping people heal from the lasting emotional wounds of unsafe or chaotic childhoods.
Starting point is 00:02:22 Talking about trauma isn't always great for people. It's not always the best thing about a child. a third of people who were traumatized as kids feel worse when they talk about it. Get very dysregulated. Listen to a really good cry on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. It's your time to nominate a donkey of your own. Remember that. It's how they choose.
Starting point is 00:02:47 Call in now. 805-85-105-105-1. The donkey today for Friday, October 3rd, is the people's donkey. You know, every Friday we allow you to people to call in and give someone to be. biggest he-haw. So good morning. Who this? Yeah, this Nick. Nick, who you want to get the biggest he-haw to, sir? Man, I got to give it to Savannah State University, man. What's Savannah State do to you? Man, check it out. Man, I had to take off work. Me and my wife had to take off work to go get our daughter from school because, you know, it's about to be Christmas
Starting point is 00:03:15 breaker, whatever, and they got these kids having to check out by noon. If you don't get your kid off the campus by noon, they get like a $200-something fine. We spent all this money, put our kids in the school, it's a HBCU, and we got to all the way from Atlanta. It's like a four-and-a-half-hour drive, leave a light six in the morning just to get our kid from school. And, like, the tuition is crazy. I just feel like they should get the kids at least through the weekends. And some kids' family might not be able to get their kids in time.
Starting point is 00:03:43 Yeah, I don't understand that. Why they're treating y'all like a hotel? Why you got to check out? Well, it depends, you know, because when I went to Hampton, they didn't really kick us out. I know a lot of the students, a lot of the teachers and the RAs wanted to leave, so They give them a time so they can leave and catch their flights. That was the reason why, because, you know, people got to leave as well. That's probably the reason why.
Starting point is 00:04:03 Still true, but they still got security, you know what I mean? And we play for the meal plan and all that. They can leave you through the weekend. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, they want your kids about it. Yeah, one of them about it. But I want to tell y'all real quick, man, because I appreciate y'all to what y'all do, man. It's 15 year anniversary.
Starting point is 00:04:18 I know it was a 15 year anniversary. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I bet I'll just support y'all since day one, man, and y'all keep on going. And I just want to say that I feel like. like y'all voice is bigger than the news now because we ain't watching it a lot of people ain't watching news i feel like we should more but y'all got a bigger voice in the news these day because we're tuning in from all different types of people does working people kids y'all really
Starting point is 00:04:42 bigger than the news you know what i'm saying we're going to come to y'all before we believe what they're telling us on the news because half the time the news ain't real so i just appreciate what y'all do man hey thank you king we appreciate you man all right y'all stay blessed man yes sir good morning who's this Eric Hi, Shala What's up? What's up, Eric? We want to get the biggest he haul to, Eric.
Starting point is 00:05:05 I have to say, I love you guys. I love you, but I got to give it to you. It's not, you know, I know you're a faithful person, but once a week, you're always using the Lord's name in vain and saying Jesus blank. So I just want you to tone that down because I know that, yes, exactly. Why can't I call on Jesus?
Starting point is 00:05:26 You ain't supposed to use the Lord's name in vain The way you say it When you're talking to people When you No, sometimes You're your research I think sometimes when we hear You're not supposed to say
Starting point is 00:05:37 No, but I think I think I don't like when people say that And I'm going to tell you why Whenever you hear something that's like I guess evil or bad I think that's the person you should be calling on Not
Starting point is 00:05:51 You're not supposed to use the noise name in vain No matter what You're not supposed to use it in the way that is negative like that, a negative connotation. So that's all I wanted to say. I love you, man. I love what you bring out. And I do agree with you.
Starting point is 00:06:06 Sometimes it does happen. But I just want you to give you the donkey just for that reason. It's not all the time, but there's times where you say it. And I'm like, ah, please don't say it like that. Jesus Christ, man. All right, brother. Good morning. Who's this?
Starting point is 00:06:24 Good morning, Shaleman, y'all. This Roxy. Peace, Roxy. Who do you want to get the biggest he haul to? Okay, I want to get the biggest he haul to Cheyenne Bryant and everybody that's giving her a platform to tell her life. Oh, shoot, what Dr. Cheyenne did to you? Okay, I'm not calling on her accolades.
Starting point is 00:06:42 I can't question her accolades. But every interview she does, she got a different storyline. She told the canon that she was engaged four times. She said everybody else she was engaged two times. She said her mom and dad was pregnant. that's 16, 15, 17, 17. She also says her daddy got six kids,
Starting point is 00:07:02 then her dad got seven kids. She's so secretive, you might say she's a married side manor. Like, she'd be lying. I didn't watch all her interview. I've done studied this lady. She read a script. She's going to work for word
Starting point is 00:07:16 based on everything. She controlled her narrative. She's fake. Oh, okay. If she was in the hood, she'd get beat up every day. So she's fake. Why she got to get beat up, guys. damn. Because she's fake.
Starting point is 00:07:28 Yeah, I don't, I salute to Dr. Shea. Like I said, I'm not questioning her afflays whether she a doctor or not. But everything that she talked about is scripted. She said a word for word on every interview. But then she'd be talking so fast, she'll lie real quick
Starting point is 00:07:43 and then just go past it. All right, well, thank you for calling. Good morning. Who's this? DeAngelo from Illinois. How are you? DeAngelo from Illinois. Who you want, who you want to get the biggest? he hard to, sir? First, I got to say, man, I appreciate y'all, man.
Starting point is 00:08:00 Y'all are the most diverse people on the radio. Secondly, I need to give all the hammer tones you got to my baby mama for being the worst baby mama on the planet. She deserves three donkeys other day. I had my second, well, her second child that we went and to get an abortion, you know what I mean, agree with, she didn't get it, and now she wanted to get a child back. She only morning, no more. She needs three don't need three don't think of the day for being an unfit mother.
Starting point is 00:08:24 Wait a minute, what you mean, get a child back? go get a child back to? Man, listen to me, man. Like, I'm a little older, man, and we agreed to have an abortion, she didn't have it, had four other kids after my son, and now don't want my son no more. She was just looking for a bag. Guys, watch out, they bag chase. So are you going to go get your son?
Starting point is 00:08:44 Absolutely. Okay, okay. Absolutely. I'm a good dad. You know what I mean? But it's just the fact of I wasn't trying to do that, and she forced the hand, thinking she was going to get some money, and now she don't even want them. But remember, this is number two of six.
Starting point is 00:08:57 So she keeps in the other five, but don't want mine. So you, number two, then she had four more after you, you said. Four more after me. Shout her out. No, you just did, sir. And have a great day. Good morning. Who's this?
Starting point is 00:09:12 Good morning. Who's this? Hi, this is Beverly. How are you? Hey, Beverly. Who you want to get the biggest he hard, too? To Mike Johnson and Donald Trump. Because they're going to have the last laugh about.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Jasmine Crockett when she gets into the Senate. Don't count the sister out. Oh, I'm definitely not. You calling from Texas? No, I'm calling from Wilmington, North Carolina. Yeah, I'm not, I'm definitely not counting Jasmine Crockett out. But you know the thing about Jasmine, man, I don't think she can lose in this situation,
Starting point is 00:09:43 meaning that even if she loses the Senate race, it's just going to increase her profile. She's going to continue to be a huge voice. And, you know, I just think the future is going to always be bright for Jasmine Crockett, you know, regardless of what she, regardless of what she chooses to do. I totally agree. 100%. So they did the donkey of the day.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Absolutely. Let's take one more, man. Good morning. Who's this? Walter from Tennessee. Hi, Walter from Tennessee. Who do you want to give the biggest he haul to, Walter? Don't get a day to y'all, the breakfast club and the state of Indiana
Starting point is 00:10:18 and to the white kids that assaulted a five-year-old girl in Indiana. Well, hold on, now, Dad. It was a black girl. You just shot three different shots now. So it's us, the state of Indiana, and who? And who? The white kids that assaulted a five-year-old child.
Starting point is 00:10:35 Well, let's start with that. Who are the white kids that assaulted this five-year-old child? It was some smaller kids. A black girl, and I'm going outside, and they asked they wanted to play. And they're assaulting her and almost be her a half of them. Where were the adults? And most of them kids didn't get charged. Where were the adults?
Starting point is 00:10:54 I don't know, too, and they should get it too. I got to hear more about this story. Wait, where did this happen? I got to go look this up. It was in Indiana. Report of Indiana, bro. That I don't know. I can't remember.
Starting point is 00:11:07 If you Google it, it'll pop it up. I need to go look this up. I haven't heard about this story. I just Google it. I didn't see it. That's a massive report. Why do you want us to get the biggest he-haw, sir? Because y'all didn't report it.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Well, we didn't know about it. This is the first thing hearing about it, my brother. Yeah, it was Indiana or, or, Ohio, my bad, I might need days too. Come on now, see, see, come on now. Indiana, now you're going to get the biggest he's hard, too. Now, he's got to get the biggest he-hart, too. Talk of Indiana, Ohio.
Starting point is 00:11:34 I don't even know where to look. Anyway, we do this every freaking Friday, okay? The people's donkey, you can call up and give somebody the credit they deserve for being stupid. Or you can go to the I-Hard radio app, go to our talkback feature, and leave a message for whoever you want to get a biggest he-haw-to, man.

If you're ever injured, go to Michael the Bull.com. That's Michaeltobleau.com. And when you mess with the bull, you get the horns. Hold up. Every day I wake up. Wake your ass up. The breakfast club.
