Ladies, this is a miracle.
There is no question that there are problems in this country between police and community.
Yes, you are a donkey.
The latest on that police killing of a black man.
Now to new developments in the deadly spa shooting rampage.
And yesterday was a really bad day for him and this is what he did.
And so we are in a state of emergency.
Okay, white supremacy is violent.
is it always has been the number one threat to our society.
But I'm also very proud that my wife is white.
The breakfast club, bitches.
All right, Shornayne, please tell me why was I your donkey of the day?
Well, donkey today for Monday, January 12th, goes to the United States Secretary of Homeland Security, Christy Kno.
Now, I think by now, we all are familiar with the tragic murder of Renee Nicole Good, okay?
A 37-year-old mother of three who was shot and killed by an ice agent named Jonathan Ross.
Ross can be heard on his cell phone video calling Renee a effing bitch, okay, after shooting into her truck as she turns away from his direction.
Now, what we have seen since this incident has happened, you know, before there was even a formal investigation started.
We saw Republican lawmakers.
We saw the president, Donald Trump.
We saw the vice president, J.D. Vance.
We saw right-wing media like Fox News.
We saw, you know, Christy Gnome all rushed to demonize Renee Good and justify being her.
justify her being shot and killed by Jonathan Ross.
Okay, literally they are trying to convince the American people that we didn't see what we all saw.
Okay, one of my favorite sayings is, don't pee on my head and tell me that it's raining, okay?
It's one of those sayings that makes so much sense, but it actually doesn't make any sense because don't pee on my head should be a complete sentence.
All right?
The fact that I would even have to say that anywhere at any time is troubling.
Don't pee on my head, but if you do, don't tell me it's rain because I smell the asparagus.
That is what this administration is currently doing to us, okay?
Peeing on our heads and telling us is raining.
But yesterday, Christy Knoem was on State of the Union,
and Jake Tapper asked her point blank,
I'm wondering if you're not doing a disservice to the officer Jonathan Ross
by reaching a conclusion before the investigation takes place.
And Christy Knoam started dancing like she was doing a TikTok video.
Let's listen.
Those are law enforcement officers being physically attacked.
By this standard, would any of the...
those officers being justified and shooting and killed?
No.
That one right.
Stop, stop, stop.
Stop.
That was a better.
How did it?
Oh.
Is that Agent Ross's voice calling Renee Good a fucking bitch?
I can't determine which one it is, but it could be, sir.
If you look at what the definition of domestic terrorism is, it completely fits the situation on the ground.
This individual, as you saw in the video that we released just 48 hours after this incident,
showed that this officer was hit by her vehicle, she weaponized it, and he defended his life
and those colleagues around him and the public.
What evidence are you looking at that so many other people around the country look at,
and they say, it looked to me, her tires were turned to the right, she was moving her car,
and they see a woman trying to flee.
Jake, I'm watching the videos.
Other people are watching the videos.
I'm getting the facts. Everything that we've stated as the Department of Homeland Security in this administration has been factual.
And I wish we would talk factually about what we see every day from these protesters, what they do, what they say, how they chant over and over, kill ice, attack law enforcement, how they're trained to perpetuate violence against them and to stop the work that they do every day.
Talk factual about the protesters, but not factual about law enforcement.
What evidence are you looking at, Christy? That was a valid question from Jake Tappel.
would have said, why are you peeing on my head and telling me his rain?
Did she not realize her own hypocrisy?
Okay, the media didn't jump to conclusions about Renee Good.
We, the people, didn't jump to conclusions about Renee Good.
We responded to the video we saw.
And then immediately, Christy Noem, people like yourself, immediately politicized it
and used it as an opportunity to demonize Renee Good and liberal protesters everywhere.
But Jake Tapper decided to point out the clear double standard between high and law.
law enforcement responds to Trump supporters versus non-Trump supporters by showing Christy Knoem video from the January 6th insurrection.
Remember when those domestic terrorists that I not so affectionately call vanilla ISIS and owl crackers?
Remember when they stormed the Capitol?
Yeah, Jake Tappel showed Christy Knoem footage of that and asked her about the double standard from law enforcement.
Let's go back to State of the Union to listen, please.
Those are law enforcement officers being physically attacked.
By this standard, would any of those officers be justified in shooting and killing the people causing them physical harm?
Every single situation is going to rely on the situation those officers are on.
But they know that when people are putting hands on them, when they are using weapons against them,
when they are physically harming them, that they have the authority to arrest those individuals.
The president pardoned every single one of those people.
And make sure that they're getting justice for their actions going forward.
President Trump pardoned every single one of those people.
And every single one of these investigations comes in the full context of the situation on the ground.
And that's one thing that President Trump has been so focused on is making sure that when we're out there,
we don't pick and choose which situations are in which laws are enforced and which ones aren't.
Every single one of them is being enforced under the Trump administration.
I just showed you video of people attacking law enforcement officers, undisputed proof, undisputed evidence.
and I just said President Trump
pardoned all of them and you said
that President Trump is enforcing all the laws
equally. It's just not true
there's a different standard for law
enforcement officials being attacked
if they're being attacked by Trump supporters.
We just saw them. Yes it is.
America, this isn't about
politics to me because both sides
absolutely politicize issues
like this. All I care about in a situation
like this is right and wrong. And if
we as a people don't know what right and wrong
is anymore, it's over.
Not that America has ever been held to a high moral standard,
but if there's a video that we all can see,
a la Rodney King, George Floyd, Eric Garner, okay, now Renee Good.
If we all can see a video and see that an injustice happened,
why is it so hard to just admit, hey, that was wrong?
Listen, ICE agents have a job to do.
I get it.
ICE has been around for 22 years, okay, United States, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Okay, Bush, Obama, Biden, Trump, ICE was around under all of them.
There have always been massive ICE raids in this country.
I don't know how they were doing their ice raids before because we didn't have social media back then recording their every move.
Okay.
And I don't have to agree with how they do their job to know they have a job to do.
I want them to do their job lawfully.
And I don't want us impeding on them doing their job unlawfully.
Okay.
I don't know if what Renee Good was doing was unlawful.
It didn't look unlawful to me.
But I don't know the law.
But I do know what I saw didn't warrant her being shot and killed the way she was.
And if we can't agree on simple right and wrong scenarios,
We are doomed as a society.
Okay, right now we can't determine what's wrong in this situation because of good old-fashioned cognitive bias.
Okay, this is the time when folks are letting their politics pick sides and they shouldn't.
At some point, we have to have some shared empathy.
Okay, shared empathy helps us to bridge divides, all right?
Politics just leads to more cognitive bias.
People tend to favor information confirming existing beliefs.
That's confirmation bias, but there should be no confirmation bias in this.
situation because you got eyes.
Okay. You can clearly
see what happened to Renee Good
was wrong. And we should all be
acknowledging it because we don't want it to happen
again. All right. We want ICE agents
to do their job lawfully, not
unlawfully. And we want citizens
to lawfully protest against ICE
if they see injustice, okay, and
not unlawfully interfere in a
situation and end up dead. But we
can't get to that point. If we
collectively, okay, if collectively
we can't say what happened to Renée.
good was wrong.
And it's just another example of law enforcement being extra aggressive when they didn't
have to be and using deadly force where deadly force wasn't needed.
But instead, we the people are getting peed on and being told it's raining.
Please give Christy Gnome the biggest he-ha.
That's ridiculous.
Yes, it is.
Sounds dumb.
All right.
Well, thank you for that donkey today.
but the asparagus is crazy
because
what?
Don't pee stick
when you use your
listen yes
and women be trying to tell me
some girls
that be trying to say
oh no
I don't never smell
my pee
when I eat asparagus
girl yes you do
well it affects
everybody differently
so everybody's
yeah everybody's pee
doesn't
smell when they eat
asparagus
I forgot why
but there's a
scientific reason
we need to figure it out
and what does it mean
for the women
who would do stink for
because I know
I can't eat it
even bite a piece of aspergis.
Piss me smelling for hours.
This is great.
So right.
Well, thank you for that donkey of the day.
Yes.
Now, when we come back,
let's open up the phone lines.
800-585-105-1.
So there's this TikTok couple,
the social media couple,
Desmond Scott and his wife, Christy,
that just announced.
What makes one a TikTok couple?
I guess what they started on TikTok, but no.
There are a couple that they're big on TikTok
and big on YouTube.
Oh, got you.
People know them from their social media.
And they're huge.
They do all these videos.
They get millions and millions of views.
I think she has 17 million on TikTok,
9 million on Instagram.
But they recently got divorced, right?
After being married since 2014,
they met at 14.
They have two kids.
But the question is 800-585-105-1.
We were just talking about it behind the scenes.
And Jess said,
I just, oh my gosh,
because it's going to be so many people who made of me.
But they met at 14,
and they have only been in one relationship,
their whole life, right?
They got married,
they got two kids,
and, you know,
they just recently divorced
because allegedly he cheated.
She filed for divorce.
Yep, she filed.
I'm sorry,
yep, she filed for divorce
because found out there was infidelity.
But I'm like, yo,
you got to think about it.
Not justifying him cheating,
but it's just like,
yo, we've been together since 14.
You know what I mean?
You don't really get to live out
your bachelor days,
you know what I'm saying?
And you don't really get to,
you know, she didn't get to live
to live out her bachelor life.
Now, she probably never wanted one,
never desired.
to have one because they always say women know what they want before men, but I just feel like,
you feel like people should sow their royal oaths before they get married. Yes. I mean,
let's discuss it. Let's open up the phone line. You should have a chance to do that. Do you agree with
yes? 8-585-105-1. Do you feel like being with somebody since 14 is too young to be with them
for that long? That is the question. Yeah. Yeah. And we'll take your calls when we come back.
We'll give you our opinions as well. But call us up right now. It's the breakfast club. Good morning.
