This is mine.
I own this.
It's surprisingly easy.
55 gallons of water, 500 pounds of concrete.
Or maybe not.
No country willingly gives up their territory.
Oh, my God.
What is that?

Hey y'all, Niminy here.
I'm the host of a brand new history podcast for kids and families called Historical Records.
Executive produced by Questlove, The Story Pirates,
and John Glickman,
Historical Records brings history
to life through hip-hop.
Flash, slam, another one gone.
Bash, bam, another one gone.
The crack of the bat
and another one gone.
The tip of the cap
and another one gone.
Each episode is about
a different inspiring figure
from history,
like this one about Claudette Colvin, a 15-year-old girl in Alabama who refused to give up her seat on the city bus nine whole months before Rosa Parks did the same thing.
Check it.
And it began with me.
Did you know, did you know?
I wouldn't give up my seat.
Nine months before Rosa, it was Claudette Colvin.
Get the kids in your life excited about history by tuning in to Historical Records.
Because in order to make history, you have to make some noise.

Wake that ass up.
In the morning.
The Breakfast Club.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, Lauren LaRosa.
We are The Breakfast Club.
We got a special guest in the building.
Yes, indeed.
Celebrating his birthday this week, ladies and gentlemen, Boots the Badass.
Happy early birthday.
Thank you, pretty.
Thank you.
Thank you.
How you feeling, brother?
I'm feeling good, bro.
I mean, I'm blessed to see another one, So birthday time, I'll be ready to turn up.
So I'm going to have a hell of a week.
Did you find your monitor and bracelet?
I know your ankle bracelet you were looking for.
We had to drive almost to San Diego and get another one because, you know,
that's where I caught my charge at San Diego.
So I had to go down there to a PO and get another one.
Did it slide off?
How did it just, were you sleeping?
I had a me and Scoob night.
A what?
Me and Scoob.
Men's school.
Me and Scoob.
Me and Scoob.
Me and Scoob.
I'm with Scoob, I'm toe up.
Yeah.
Oh, I was confused.
That's when I get a little tipsy.
Okay, okay, all right, all right.
And I went to sleep, I had a four and a half hour flight,
and I went to sleep,
it was on my leg.
Cause the lady in first class, she she said what is that on your ankle
and i said uh it's a monitor uh to know where i'm at that was and when i woke up i was in the
no i woke up on the plane and i got off the plane
and i got in the uber and i see i looked down and it was gone. You got scared?
Your heart dropped in it.
I got seen in that post.
And my heart dropped because it was already on probably 30, 40%. And if it go all the way dead, they think you didn't cut it off.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And they come into the last location.
And my location I was going to was the grammy hip-hop the grammy hip-hop award thing so
i ain't wanted to go dead and they coming at awards and guns out looking for boozy while
y'all trying to celebrate 50 years of hip-hop yeah that would have been it so i'm i panic man
and i know most of the time when i lose something that money bring it back
but i still haven't found it in the world still out there because I would love to have two.
I need a backup plan.
They slip off easily like that?
Man, I don't know.
I was in one of them seats, you know, that go all the way and lay down flat.
And I remember I was laying to the side like in the bed.
So it might have came off right there.
I called the other plane. They said it was in Honolulu. So it might have came off right there. I called the other plane.
They said it was in Honolulu.
So you couldn't get that back regardless.
That white lady got you, man. The woman who asked you about it
got you. She got you, man.
You think it was a setup? I don't know.
Then she was like, are you a celebrity?
Because somebody asked to take a picture.
And now I was thinking, maybe
she kept it for a souvenir.
She might be waiting on something to happen and it might pop up on eBay.
I don't know, but it ain't been returned.
Five grand is enough.
That's a good reward for that.
Yeah, five grand just for finding a little.
Man.
You put out a lot of reward money for a lot of stuff that you lose.
You lose a lot, Boosie.
Yeah, I lose a lot, bro.
I'm a forgetful. Do you get it back, though? I've been wondering. A lot of time. Oh, a lot of stuff that you lose you lose a lot boozy yeah i lose a lot bro i'm i'm gonna forget do you get it back though i'll be wondering a lot of time oh a lot of time
money bro money bring it back bro like people people need it these days everybody need it
so when i put out that money reward they come back in a day or two what did probation officers
say when you called them and said hey i don I don't really know what's happening. Oh, it's a she.
It's a she.
She was like, Boosie, you better start guarding this with your life.
You better put somebody around.
You was just, you know.
She got on my.
But my probation officer, she surprised how good I've been doing.
She thought I would be a headache.
I'm like an A plus.
Besides what happened. I'm like a a plus violator like I don't all my drug tests is clean I don't let it die like I'm a
you know overachiever yeah I mean the biggest thing for you is just being able
to travel cuz that's how you make your money yeah they don't give you no
problems with that now I can travel me anywhere i want i just gotta let them know
what flight i'm on hotel i'm staying at what i'm doing you know things like that but as long as i
go get to get my money i'm i think this being on this helped me a lot yeah i can't i'm not outside
at night yeah you know uh you can't get me at I got to be in for 10 o'clock.
If I ain't at work,
I got to be in for 10 o'clock.
And I'm fine with that.
I go to sleep early.
I done gained about 7, 8 pounds.
I'm getting my jail weight back.
Everywhere I'm going,
you fine, boy. There are all the women.
I swear to God,
all the women telling me, boy, you some, boy, you done got.
I'm working out, jogging every morning.
I go to the park.
Jogging every morning.
What you listen to when you jog?
Blues.
Blues?
Yeah.
I'm from down south.
We like blues.
I don't really listen to rappers like that.
Because I be feeling like everybody lying.
Nigga you lying. You didn't do that.
Then when I meet you, you ain't nothing like that.
It might have changed.
I mean, it just blows me. And that does something to me.
Because I be want... I'm kind of old school so I grew up liking the rappers
who probably a lot of rappers wasn't like that but I but I expected that
where I'm from well I'm from you mostly go off your reputation on the streets
that's what make you who you are with the music right and when I get laid wrong I'd be like well that'd be my high
expectation I learned that in anger management but that's your pedigree though you came up on
the Pimp C so I mean yeah see who he said he was yes and if Pimp C was alive today we'll be beefing
with the whole uh industry so do you not do music with rappers that you feel don't live the life
that they portray in their music?
Nah, if you call me for a feature, I'm a hustler.
You gonna go get that money?
I'm gonna get that money.
Out of a 6ix9ine?
No, I ain't going against my morals and my standards, but I'm a person who I'm easy to work with, bro.
Like, you know, I'm just On certain stuff
I stand on
And I don't care
Who you is
You know
And I ain't gonna
Dick ride you
I don't care
What you got
If you don't wanna
Make music with me
I'm fine
Cause I got my own
Wave anyway
But I like to
Collaborate with people
And you know
Cause I be knowing
You put me on this zone
I'ma show my ass I'ma me on this zone I'm gonna show my
age I'm gonna eat your ass up I'm gonna try my best five minutes man pause man
okay with the curse you say you eat somebody ass so he was saying you start master charlemagne the freak master
there you go they told me look on the plane they say charlemagne come with this
i was alive that's all you saw charlemagne get ready charlemagne damn charlotte i'm finna block about 30 people you fucking with charlotte now you got the movie coming out no honor loyalty or love yeah yeah yeah i got with uh me and million dollar keith
my guy baltimore uh we got together it's dropping on boostedmovie.com you can pre-order it right now
um just another ghetto story mean, about people getting crossed.
Everybody cutthroat in the movie.
Everybody a snake.
I got that coming.
It's dropping on the 14th on my birthday, which you can preorder now.
I got an album with my in-house producer coming in December, Jit the Beast.
Me and Daz Dillinger working on the album.
BG, too, right? Me and BG got a classic finna drop
bro I started working already how many records I got done we got five done
right now how's he doing oh he doing good I'm just waiting on him to get out
the halfway out so we get some footage in a studio the making of it another bag
so how's he working as he how y'all doing a project now if you know I just
sent him records he get like one day out a week to go in and record.
But I need him, you know, I'm kind of tired of sending records back and forth.
You need the energy.
You want the energy.
I want that energy.
And like I said, I want it recorded.
That's another bag, the documentary.
He ready to drive.
He ready to go in.
He ready to go in right now.
But me and BG got a hell of a project.
What kind of relationship
did y'all have while he was locked up like how do you support your people when they oh i looked out
for him his whole trip yeah yeah i looked out for him his whole trip bro when i say
every anything he called for whatever his mama called or anybody that's dope like you know that
before i left the street people don't before i left the streets bG stayed at my house my last 20 days.
No.
The whole 20 days.
He said, I'm spending these last 21 days with you.
He stayed there every night all the way until I walked in the corner.
Damn.
And he told me before I went in, he told me, I got you.
Wow.
And, you know, my first couple months in, he told me I got you and you know my first couple months in
he had me he just ended up going right after me so uh you know that's what that
if you if you're a real person you got you got your people and I would see his
whole rip bro how'd you get so close huh how'd you get so close uh just really making
music we was called to make a CD together about a year before I went in.
And that's how we just got to hanging. We in the streets like Batman and Robin.
Not just in the clubs. Our cliques were similar. I will say that.
My boys clique with his boys. The bosses click with the bosses. We drugging and thugging.
We was really out there and that formed a bond.
Is New Orleans and Baton Rouge really that different?
I wouldn't say.
I wouldn't say it's really different.
It looks different to other people.
It's like a...
I would say the culture different because you know New Orleans got bigger parades bigger bigger Mardi Gras things like
that they had the industry with the music for so long so they looked at as a
bigger platform always been looked at as a bigger platform until you know I
really made a way for Baton Rouge to where we respected now we got heat
coming out there now. What advice do you throw his way BG's way about coming home
and getting back to music getting back into the industry? I tell him to keep it
calm like you know I was telling him like it ain't what it used to be.
Does he get that, though?
Like, does he understand that?
I mean, I get phone calls every other day.
He'd be like, man, you saw what?
I'm like, man, hey, you don't even need to speak.
You're going to be like me.
I don't want you like me but he's seeing certain stuff happening in the world that he felt wouldn't go on before he left the streets right stuff that's happening and he'd be
like man that ain't real shit you know like the world ain't on real shit. You know, it done changed. And that's what I'm going to feel like he got to adapt to.
But he focused, bro.
He got some records.
He got some records, bro.
A lot of people reaching out to him.
DJ Khaled, Sexy Red.
Like, he got some.
The next year, his year.
Yeah, when he get his feet on the side of the ground.
Sexy Red said she the modern day Boosie, man.
Yeah, I saw that. What you think?
I mean,
I feel like she gave me
my flowers. I feel like
she really gave me my flowers because
Sexy Red from the loop.
I've been there in the loop
since
I'm talking about 20 years.
The one people love and they respect his ratchetness.
They respect her ratchetness.
And I thought about it.
I was like, she kind of right.
Because people respect my ratchetness.
You might not like it.
You might not like it.
But you respect it.
I'm not hiding nothing.
I'm not trying to be somebody I'm it. I'm not hiding nothing. I'm not trying to be somebody. I'm
not. I'm who I am.
And that's what sex already is.
You know, so
I had a girl came to me in a mile
the other day, looked just like sex already.
Glasses and all. Telling me, I know
I'm your type.
What you, what she?
She had glasses on And all
Didn't she
She had blue hair
Damn
Was she pregnant
No she wasn't pregnant
No she wasn't pregnant
But
That ain't never been my type
Bruh
Them like my sister
Girls who grew up with me
In the project
I never been
Turned on to them like that
Alright now
They always been like my sisters in my night
late night when ain't nothing open but legs in the wife out I slide now exactly
yeah don't don't act like I yeah don't act like I'm that's what they gonna do
it is say don't act like you were too good for yeah don't know you know but
I'm talking about stepping out with. I always wanted the little cute one, the little, you know, the little one, you know, the little.
The sophisticated one, sophisticated ratchet one.
Yes, I always wanted the one who daddy had the money.
Okay.
You know what I'm saying?
The one who had the dope deal of daddy.
She got a car at 16.
The one like that, That's what I wanted.
That's who I always stepped out with.
But late night.
You know what's up.
Ain't nothing over.
So she was right.
She is your type.
Just late night.
No, it's not.
That's not my.
That's not my.
Did you get her number?
When ain't nothing around.
When ain't nothing around.
And that liquor kick in.
She look like Halle Berry. Noton no no i'm not saying that i'm not saying that but uh late night i mean she did you get her number in case of late night
who homegirl from the mall oh no baby i got man oh you got the my right i bet so what'd you tell
her when she said i I'm your type?
What'd you say to her?
How'd you let her down easy, Boosie Boo?
I was like, really, I ain't really let her down.
I just really stared at her.
I just really stared at her.
She said, don't be acting like that.
And I just, I said, I ain't acting like nothing, you know.
It was like 12 o'clock in
the morning I usually flirt with I'm a flirt I usually I like to make women feel good 12 o'clock
in the morning Lennox open at 12 for real Lennox open at midnight 12 o'clock in the morning
what happened to the album with T.I. you ain't named that album. Oh man, I don't know bro. Y'all on good terms now? Yeah, we on great terms, but I mean, T.I. was like the momentum feeling it, you know, the momentum feeling. I call him, I think that was a couple, about a month ago, and asked him what was up with it. I think it's just like on the back burner right now but it's damn near done bro
and
I think I'm more excited
on driving it
than Tip
you know Tip
Tip locked in with these movies
but
and comedy
man me and Tip
made a hell of a house
I just fucked it up
what?
at least you can admit that
man
would you
okay
but how though if it's just a momentum I know he said scheduling like y' you can admit that. Okay, but how though?
If it's just a momentum, I know he said scheduling,
like y'all can get that back.
Yeah, we can get it back.
Right now we shopping a reality show we did with our sons.
Oh, so y'all still doing that?
Oh, that's fine.
Oh yeah, that's done.
We just shopping it right now.
We just shopping it with some networks
seeing who gonna come with the money.
I see your new celebrity crush is your Charlemagne cousin.
You gotta stay away from my cousin, though.
That's your cousin?
Damn right.
Blood cousin.

Monk's Corner, St. Stephen, right by each other.
Bailey's and McKelvey's.
It's not his blood cousin.
Yes, it is.
That's his blood cousin?
That's his blood.
That's your blood.
You're always lying.
Show me a baby picture.
Yeah, if that's your cousin,
you're gonna have a baby picture.
The sleepover picture. Where the baby picture at? She ain't nothing but're gonna have a baby picture the sleepover picture what

We killed them.
Me, Jeezy, Tip, Glorilla, 3-6 Mafia, Luke.

Oh, shit.
And me and Luke got,

I got drunk with Luke.
I had the time of my life.
You can't say that.
Oh, I can't?
Why can't you?
He can't smoke.
He can drink.
I can drink a house up.
Where you been at?
I can't smoke.
I can't smoke.
You can drink.
Oh, okay, okay, okay, okay.
So, Chloe Bailey, you seen her?
Did you approach her?
You ain't see the video?
Man, bruh, my publicist, she was so fine, I got nervous.
I don't get nervous.
I don't get one thing about me.
Whatever I want, I go get.
But she had on an outfit that was just, oh my God.
You walking up, what you thinking?
Like, what's your thoughts?
I was like, damn, this child here.
This is a goddess.
I was, hey.
My publicist, she went, you're going to take a picture with.
I'm like, hold on, let me get myself together.
Let me get myself together. Hold on, let me get myself together let me get myself together
hold on let me get my because i wouldn't i wouldn't lit then i was i was clean but i wouldn't

That's it?
You didn't say give me a number, let's exchange numbers.
Man, I wouldn't.
You got 30 people in here.
You got, bro, I ain't with all that.
I ain't with all that.
I ain't with all that.
I like.
You hit her in the DM after?
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
That's why you wanted his page back.
He called Duval.
Duval, come on, get on live with me.
Yeah, they took my page again.
Again?
Both of them.
What'd you do this time?
I did nothing.
Every time I got a movie coming out, they gonna take my page.
I'm up against some powerful people. As soon as I saw you and Duval on live, I said, Bootsy must have got his page.
You already know.
That's my tactic.
Every time I get my page took, I call Duval or Snoop or desert banks to go live with me cuz I get they follow
And I shake back a hundred dollars today
So my new page I just started
Has nothing to do with Boosie guess what the name of?
What my real name Torrance hatch IG
Torrance hatch IG that ain't do nothing but make them delete it faster.
Spell it for me, Boots.
T-O-R-E-N-C-E-H-A-T-C-H-I-G.
T-O-R-E-N-C-E-H-A-T-C-H-I-G.
Man, you need an alias, man.
You shouldn't be no Torrance Hatch, no Bootsie, no Boopie.
I did.
I had Mama He Live. I had everything, bro. You had no Boopie. I did. I had Mama. He live.
I had everything, bro.
Then you had the 2.0 at one point.
I had 2.0.
When I saw the 2.0, I said, Boosie just need to create an app and just figure out his own.
Because this is just.
Again, guys.
T-O-R-E-N-C-E.
Fan base right there for you, Boosie.
H-A-T-C-H-I-G.
Follow Boosie right now.
Fan base right there for you, man.
I just need somebody to, you know,
I'm looking for the billionaires.
I need some billionaires
to build their own platform and
get Boosie about 10% of it.
Uncensored.
You can start one, Boosie. Uncensored.
I need to be uncensored.
Because people
won't see me.
People want to see me.
But you've been behaving.
You've been good on IG.
I haven't seen you do anything on IG.
I'm not going to post nothing on IG
because I know what I'm up against.
But Boosie, you ain't like you're a bad person.
You just speak your mind.
I just speak my mind.
You've been good recently.
He hasn't been doing nothing crazy.
It's not bad, but in the beginning
it was because of all the nudity and stuff, right?
Yeah, that's what my 12 million,
I'm still my official at my official boost ig i got 30 000 when we ever get that back put your lips on
live i'll give you a hundred dollars that was that was that was that that ruined me Every time somebody said it in the airport, I'd be like, shit.
I just want it to die down.
Bro, everywhere I go.
Boots in.
Put your boots in as alive as I can.
Bro, damn.
Stop it. I already got an ankle monotone.
Like, bro.
That was the worst thing. That was probably one of the worst things i ever said
in my career see i like this boost you know you said you said the ti thing you took accountability
for now this i mean i told you i thought i go to anger management now yeah it's working
it's working my expectations was too high for the world that's why i was mad
now i look at everybody you ain't shit.
So when you hurt me,
you ain't hurt me. I already thought you was shit.
That's right. You don't take it personal.
I don't even take it personal because I had
high expectations.
My anger management counselor, he from New York.
He been through a lot too with his family.
He grew up similar
to me and he make me understand.
Who said? he never showed you
you he was that person hey why did you trust him like that real she never
showed you she was that in this why are you hurt hmm my expectation you didn't
know this rapper but why are you even come in on what he did Why did you Your expectations
My expectations be too high
Give him the benefit of the doubt
Not every bad
You a shit ball
Go ahead Boosie
No that's
No you have to think like that
That's a good way of looking at it
No I'm saying like
I'm proud of you
Okay okay
I'm proud of myself too
That was like the grandma
Go ahead Boosie
The anger management counselor
Ain't tell you to look at people
As shit balls
Nobody said
No you have to look at them As You don't expect your anger management counselor ain't tell you to look at people as shit balls. No, you have to look at them as...
You don't expect you from them.
Correct.
That's the VC version of that.
Yes.
Exactly.
Don't expect you from other people.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That makes sense.
And you can't put people in positions
who never showed you they can be in that positions
or never showed you that loyalty.
That's right.
So when they cross you, you got to take responsibility for that too.
Because I always look at it like you did it, you did it, you did it.
But I let you do it.
And that's what been helping me out in anger management.
How do you apply that to like Young Blue and your brother then?
Just said it.
My brother never showed me that.
We never had a, for me to stop, take him from the cable guy to a manager.
He never showed me he would be loyal to me.
We was Ricky and Doughboy.
Since birth.
I just went with that.
Another thing I don't like my anger management told me.
You got to separate childhood from adulthood.
Everybody ain't the same who was on the monkey balls, which the rules don't go the same.
This no used to go by ice cream and you won't buy your boy ice cream.
It ain't going when you get an adult.
It changed. you won't buy your boy ice cream. It ain't going to, when you get an adult, that change.
When somebody wants what you got,
that change,
bro.
And that's what I,
that's what I learned with,
with them.
And I was so upset with them because we was talking about them paying me my
money.
So I was quiet.
But when I went to jail and came back
out we going to try now you won't kick me when I'm down hey I was being quiet
you ain't hear nothing from me now I'm finna you finna hear me because I was
already doing business with Empire Empire knew that was my heart has been new they've been asking me about him why you couldn't come get me five million
huh I'm gonna beat you there you wanted to cut me all the way out and that was
that that that that that that's the money we talking for our million I'm
so infatiny how much they owe you though damn near seven okay okay seven but I'm suing for 10. How much they owe you though?
Damn near seven.
Okay, okay.
Seven, but I'm suing for damages.
You know how this money?
Yeah, yeah.
Attorney fees. They got, what you call them?
They got empire them paying for their lawyers.
I'm out the pocket.
You up against the machine.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm up against the machine.
I'm three-fifths out the pocket myself.
So basically, bro, you know we was gonna come to agreement or
whatever but like when I got in trouble that's when they you know they kicked me
bro and I said it won't come to an agreement yeah you know two to four
million wheels they felt like when I got in trouble you can't afford attorney
fees we gonna stall him out.
I'm a hustler.
I go to South Carolina and Florida.
Do all the car shows.
Man, I do three shows in one day in South Carolina.
60 a pop or more.
Florence, Orangeburg.
And eat them up, bro.
Charleston, Greenville.
Then go across to Charlotte.
I got to stay in the front.
People don't understand it.
I have the Carolinas on lock.
I have Florida.
Florida got 900 counties.
I have Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas.
I'm talking about.
Don't forget Georgia.
Parts of Georgia.
I ain't talking about Georgia.

Boosie
It ain't the fact that you just doing it how long you've been doing it.
When they love you, they love you forever.
You've been doing this shit for at least 20 years.
Easy.
At least 20.
Easy.
My first tape was 98.
C-Loke Records.
Where half the game was in 98.
Let's keep it real.

I was opening up when Chingy was off the chain.
No, I'm telling you.
This 2002, 2003.
I've been coming up my main cities, my main South Carolina, Jackson, Mississippi, since
01.
Faithfully selling out.
It's 2023. You looking at a legend they only
won't give me my flowers they trying to kick my flowers in the street but I
bring them up out the gutter ain't too many people doing what I do what I've
done and still doing not to mention took off the streets come back stronger took off the
street a lot of people can't make it once they come back from jail right so
I'm a machine bro and I got I got these people who my fans different from
everybody else everybody else fancy I like your song that would they tell a

And you make socially conscious records.
People forget, you know, I don't know if you've ever seen that video
when they were singing to the police.
They was having a little standoff with the police.
They was singing Fuck the Police.
Yeah, yeah.
What was that?
I think that was during 2020.
That was during George Floyd, right?
George Floyd, yeah.
A couple years before, I remember.
That's a different type of fan base, man.
That's right. And White Me Down is a Kappa anthem. Oh, my God. Oh, yeah. A couple years before, I remember. Yeah, yeah. That's a different type of fan base, man. That's right.
And White Me Down
is a Kappa anthem.
Oh, my God.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, they don't play.
Boosie thought he was
a Kappa boy.
There you go.
Oh!
Boy, that guy.
Hey, hey.
Wait, Boosie,
that's all you need
for the homecoming.
That's all you need.
They be ready.
I'm talking about
in circles, Schroeder.
Yeah.
I'm talking about ready
when you're singing it, bro. I'm talking about ready.
When you're singing it, bro.
I'm talking about they had them came for it.
Boosie, you ain't want to never be an honorary capa?
They ain't never invite you?
I'm sure they invited you.
Nah, I ain't never want to be a capa.
One time I wanted to beat all the capas up.
You wanted to beat them up?
Why?
Yeah.
Because it was mandatory you wore that jacket. No, no, not that.
Let me tell you the story.
Let me tell you the story.
I was in the streets heavy.
My brother came home.
He got, what you when you got, you jumped in?
Hazed.
Yeah, he hazed.
He had marks all on his back.
Cuts all on him.
I was like, what you're scared of
is indeed.
You let them people,
is that a game?
Because I didn't know.
That's how I knew
how real
this fraternity is.
This some street shit.
They love each other.
And I was,
bro,
but after a moment, I got moment, I got to rocking with them because they love me.
The Cavaliers, bro, they love me.
The Q-Dogs, too.
I got to set it off for the Q-Dogs, and I got to wipe it off for the Cavaliers.
But, hey, brother, I realized then that this college shit is kind of,
hey, this ain't no punk.
I mean, I don't know too many street dudes
going to go down the hallway with people hitting them.
He said he had to run down the hallway and get to the end.
We'll say allegedly because we don't want to get in trouble.
Yeah, because they're not supposed to do that.
They're not supposed to do that.
Oh, my bad.
It was years ago, though.
It was back in the day.
Yeah, that was about 2000.
Yeah, this was back in the day.
Now, we had Leslie Jones up here, Boots.
We don't got that clip, do we?
We got that clip, right?
We don't got the Leslie Jones clip, right?
Take care of you.
Leslie Jones said, man, that men need to take care of their dick, man.
She said your dick is connected.
She said your mental health is connected to your dick.
And men need to stop blaming for women when they go limp.
Hmm. I think it's vice versa. need to stop blaming for women when they go limp?
I think it's vice versa.
I think it's vice versa.
I think since... Oh, you got it?
Oh, let me let you hear it.
Let me let you hear it.
Yeah, let me hear it.
Because a woman got to get the dick up now.
Shit.
I feel like I want to talk to men.
And let me just say this, too.
Y'all don't know shit about f***ing. Or if your d*** is working properly. What should we know, though? Shit. are not working properly. This is the best mental health promo I ever heard. I just... That's some bad sex.
Two nights ago, at the Ritz, I told that
motherfucker to get the f*** out.
How dare you f*** me like that at the Ritz?
The goddamn Empire State
building is right there.
Well, at least it ain't no surprise to him.
He's not hearing this for the first time.
Trust me.
You know who he was.
Leslie f***ing Jones.
What you think?
I think she right.
But women, I mean, as a woman, you got to know how to get the dick up, too.
Yeah.
I think my dick get harder
when I wasn't drugging
like when I was on that
Serb and shit I'm one and done
that's most men
when I was on them fucking
back in the game on that Serb and shit
you know
but when I started working out and shit
you know
I go longer I go longer and shit shit, you know, I go longer.
You know, I go longer and shit.
But I feel she right.
I mean, I feel she probably right.
We got to work on ourself too because them drugs, that shit have you tired, bro.
You get a good nut.
You like, bitch, turn over on a bitch.
You know what I'm saying
but when you you energized and you won't go again you won't you won't go again so
I feel it's some rightness and what she's I like this I like this kind of
conversation Boosie it's a different Boosie I gotta ask you've been doing the
work though yes you just want to pay attention all the ratchet shit but now i feel like a lot of your moments that are viral are like
it's it's like fun lighter stuff you saw people are remaking the school like your audio yeah
that's like a trendy thing on tick tock right yeah that's viral yeah that's fire for you what's the
school thing i'm in school we tore up already i was at the awards and i did a video i was drunk
oh when you grabbed pretty v no not no I was drunk into I'm in school we
tore up already and I'm rocking back and forth and you can see that I'm kind of but it's fun
so and now everybody everybody grab a grab a friend be like I was cool we tore up already
oh so that was two different award shows I thought that was the same night no that was two different award shows you've been really just living
your life and having a good time and people is people are receiving I've been
through so much I I got it you TMZ. I used to work at TMZ. Well,
I had a struggle before you ever saw me
on TMZ.
I'm pretty sure.
What I've been through.
Like,
I'm like a,
no,
I'm not going to say that.
Like a cat nine lives
type of thing?
Something like that.
Okay.
Something like that.
And,
I've been through a lot.
Like,
when I say a lot,
so right now, I'm living, I'm living my best life as I can while still going through things.
But I got to smile to keep from crying.
A lot of people who I'm not here to share it with.
Right.
If I could take it all back, I probably wouldn't even chose that life I chose because I'd be looking on Instagram.
All the people who wouldn't thugging in the streets with no game.
All their friends got gray beards.
All of them be hugging with slacks on.
No, you got, bro, y'all see.
Y'all see them black men with, look, got they nice shaved beards, all they friends.
The Chelsea boots.
They go to brunch.
Yes.
I know the ones you talking about.
I be like, man, I messed up.
I don't think so.
All my friends dead.
Most of them.
I swear to God.
Homicide.
Wow.
Most of my friends are gone.
The rest of them in jail and other ones betrayed me.
So, I mean, I'm happy with my career or whatever, but.
You miss the brotherhood.
I miss my people.
Right.
You know, they can share it with their people.
When you can share stuff with people, it makes you more whole.
That's just with a woman, with anything.
But I can't share it with my boy.
Right.
Who was talking about having this with me. Before it was even seen.
So I'm making them smile.
That's how I feel.
But, man, I miss my people, bro.
If I would have chose another life, I would be.
Still have your people around you.
I would still have my people.
What about Webby?
I saw a picture of you and Webby recently.
Yep.
Me and Webby got a show coming up.
That's my brother, bro.
People be trying to make it look like me and Webby ain't got no smoke, never had no...
That's my boy.
I mean, Webby really focusing on his little boy right now.
He got his little boy.
I got 2 that rapping.
I mean, but Webber, my boy, ain't never going to change.
I still feel like we the best duo ever.
I will argue with Jesus.
Boosie and Webber done raised more people than anybody.
I mean, it's a hell of a combination.
You know what I'm saying?
Why y'all don't do more together?
I want to get in there, there bro I want to get in there
we just got to find a time bro we just got to find a time bro I mean y'all should do a podcast
together webby might be funnier than you Boosie I ain't gonna lie we together I laugh at web it
brought what I'm saying this dude say some shit like, you be like. Can you imagine the headlines that come out of a Boosie Webby podcast?
That would be amazing.
Yeah, that'd be fire.
We still have classic interviews from Webby.
Oh, man.
We got some of the best interviews.
Charlemagne Degay.
Charlemagne.
Charlemagne.
My girl, Charlemagne.
My girl, Emory.
Angela.
Angela.
Boy, y'all got some names on y'all.
Boy, y'all got some names on y'all.
Boy, y'all got some names on y'all.
That ain't the one, though.
Bruh.
We had Webby on one time.
I said, Webby, man, what you think about Obama? Webby said, shit. I ain't the one though. Bruh. We had Webby on one time. I said, Webby man,
what you think about Obama?
Webby said,
shit,
I don't think nobody cares.
I said,
God damn,
that's a real answer though.
Say what you want.
Y'all need to do a podcast together.
I think so too.
Webby and Boosie podcast.
Duvall got a podcast already.
We doing Duvall podcast.
At least a little
TikTok live or something.
You and Webby need a podcast Boosie. Everybody want me to do a
podcast bro. I mean I think
I'm gonna argue with everybody who I come on my
podcast cause nobody feel us. I don't want to be
the man who don't agree
with nobody. I don't want y'all to have guests.
If you and Webby had a podcast y'all just talk about
the current events. Whatever's going on.
Y'all don't need no guests.
Please give us that answer
letters from fans jail phone calls jail man yeah absolutely you could do like y'all do remember how
they used to do the love lockdown black effect i heart radio we do some real money yeah where Hey, Sam. Sam. Wake up, Sam. Hey. Charlemagne the gay is the geek.
Charlemagne the gay.
Charlemagne the gay got a bag for you.
He said you get us some millions for the park.
I would do it.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Man, we ain't doing that.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Man, bro.
I got to get millions.
If not, I can make it.
Ain't that kind of money in it.
Well, I don't want it.
You got to want it.
Yeah, I can make a half a million kind of money in it well i don't want it because yeah
i could make a half a million with vlad every year man damn i don't know i don't really need it
so i gotta you know we gotta talk about you a half a million with vlad
a year close to it god damn salute to vlad then vlad was up here vlad was talking about your
episode where
you showed your house right you talked about all the acres that you bought and how you were trying
to set your your house up and things like that so break that down because obviously that is only for
you you can't sell it because you're creating apartments and condos and buildings on top of
buildings behind buildings and blocks and streets what was the the the mindset for that? I built my first estate.
I started building it in 17, and I finished it in, like, 19.
How many acres?
I got, like, eight acres right now.
But that was first started on 44 acres.
And I built my home.
I built my estate.
That one got football field, all kind of zipline,
all kind of crazy.
But the one in the back,
I was watching Batman.
And I said,
I want a Batman mansion.
So I went to the back
and just started building.
I mean, when you got land,
you can just...
So you built the house
behind the house?
Yeah, it's about 12 acres behind
that way to the back i built that and um and i live movies bro i got the thing that be in front
the club with the big old light thing you know the light thing in the air yeah you got a you got a
you're gonna see a beat when you come back that's like, it's Grovelife, right? That's Grovelife. Bruce like Bruce Wayne. So you have a B in the air when you come in.
You're going to see a B in the sky when you come back there.
I would hate for you to see.
You saw the walls, how they, how they, how they.
Then with the, with the, with the four, with the four apartments, it was just somebody
coming up to me, Bootsy, you want to do something?
Ooh, I got a major deal.
What?
What'd you say?
Boom.
South Carolina.
Savannah, Georgia.
Go get that payment right fast.
And I got some Mexicans who don't stop, bro.
I got probably the second biggest pool in Georgia back then.
It's beautiful, bro
I mean I got not and I got a
400 foot screen
That you gonna be able to sit in a pool and watch and watch it. You know is bro. I
Ain't playing
And I just got you I got nine containers containers also I just got nine big cube containers I'm going all the way to the back on the hill and put a
container mansion up I'm designing that right now I'm doing a container mansion
on all the way on top of the hill you can't live in all three houses booze I
know but I mean I can't you can't tell me I can't stop building I know you got
like girls in and out of there but like are you gonna like now I don't have no business in and out my
house are you gonna marry somebody cuz who you gonna do out of my house you do
have holes in your houses cuz one of y'all's in my party my pool party but
that's not for holes just to come in yes I do have the dick ride chair I know I
saw that chair
but it's not i don't have holes i don't mean like you gotta you gotta i can't believe you
lauren you try to paint boozy like that no see you go on your cheese no you don't even know my
name lauren lauren lauren you sound like i don't have Holes Holes
That go
I'm not
Like
Not like running through your spot
That's not what I mean
Okay okay
I mean like the women
That you're dating
Like seriously dating
Where they're with you right
Yeah
They're there
But is Boosie gonna be married
And locked down one day
Where a woman can enjoy
All of this
I won't say no
I won't say no
I mean
At one time I would say
I'm not marrying nobody
You know
Because I was scared
A woman gonna take my money.
Can't prenups stop that, right?
I mean, not really.
I mean, I was reading on it.
Because that's my thing, too.
They got some say, yo, you cheat.
That's your ass.
Oh, well.
They can challenge that.
You know how you stop that?
Huh?
You don't cheat. I mean, I know, but sometimes, you know, that's why you got to get somebody who, when you feeling down or whatever, you want something, they'll cheat with you.
You know?
Well, then, yeah, you can't challenge that in a prenup, I'm sure.
But that's not cheating, though.
Yeah, that's like a...
Y'all doing it all together.
I mean, I'm just seeing all these houses.
And sometimes, you know, men have two brains.
Oh, do they?
I've never heard that in all my 31 years. You didn right here and one down there and they got one right here that
jump yeah i know okay that motherfucker jump that motherfucker might see something like
your head doing this motherfucker steady jumping do y'all ever have staff meetings the two brains
do they ever have staff meetings uh no you just gotta you just gotta walk away you gotta try to walk away yeah okay when
they do that you have to walk away when that motherfucker jumping and your mind telling you
you have to walk away what's that walk away like you walk away like this you gotta walk away bow
legged yeah you gotta walk you gotta walk away bow legged man because a lot of men don't mean to do what they do bro
a lot of brother had my some of my married partners and they'd be like i gotta go bro
i gotta go bro you know that's respectable you know because his two brains working yeah
his brain is telling man i gotta him I gotta get out of here I'm gonna remix it. Suck this bitch off. Shawty, I'm gonna remix it.
Suck this bitch off.
Oh my God.
Suck this bitch off.
Yeah, you wanna talk shit?
You want it in your mouth?
Yeah.
Suck this bitch off.
Well, your friend shouldn't be at the topless party.
That's the part of it.
Right, right.
And that's what I stopped at my topless party.
I don't...
I ask them before they come,
is you married?
Because if you married, I had an i had an instance when the wife pulled up somebody white pulled my
dms my dms was full and i felt i felt guilty i saw a lady at walmart she say uh i just won't
let you know i support you but you somewhat ruined our household damn it Boosie you
say uh she said I kind of felt I went too far with my my husband coming to your
topless pool party but ever since then they've been you know so if you married
you I don't want you at my topless pool because you I mean, because I'm going to show you a good time.
All my players, everybody who come, I'm trying to get you touched.
I'm going to keep it real with you.
You know what I'm saying?
When you leave my state, you're going to say, boy, I had a nice time.
But that's your friend's fault, though.
He knew what it was.
He had no business there if he knew what it was.
I told you.
I should have told him he had two brains.
The other brain overpowered him.
So it's safe to say Boosie won't be married until he can control both brains at the same time.
Nah, I mean.
I just feel like you're on this journey right now.
I can control myself, but, I mean, hey, I mean, I want to settle down and, you know, I can have some women, you know, I mean, beautiful women.
So if Khloe Bailey said, let's settle down, you going to settle down?
They're going to be at the top of them houses looking over the estates.
Somebody come here and fan him.
Bro, she's just my celebrity crush.
Everybody in the world has a celebrity crush.
Somebody you be like.
Hers is Michael B. Jordan.
I don't give a damn.
Nigga ain't me.
I don't give a damn.
I don't give a damn.
I've been working out too.
There's two whole different ballparks
Yeah yeah yeah
You know what I'm saying
You can go play over there
Yeah
But this ballpark
I mean this ballpark
Will stay open
Yeah
I mean
I mean I don't
But everybody
Everybody
A lot of people
Don't like to admit it
But everybody got somebody
Who you be like
That motherfucker fine You probably know You can't get got somebody who you'd be like that fine you probably
know you can't get them in everything but you'd be like if that tried you know
i'll break the rules last time you said you said you jacked off right before you came in
i did yeah yeah yeah i did you asked me if you did it this morning why did you why did you bring
that up yeah i did i did i did i did after do it, do you hear wipe me down in your head?
Nah.
Nah.
Nah.
Nah, I like, I like the, you know, like, in prison, that's when I, you know, that's when I kind of was a jack-off machine.
Yeah, yeah.
Even the guards, you know, like a guard, a guard never ran to the man on me like
and I respect every guard who did that because I needed at that time you know
they gave me eye contact right they let me get off which are the female guards
me yes yeah you said the garden we don't know what you mean oh nah like the
female guards yeah you know like okay just say up the shower right here, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And they have the brick wall.
You looking over the brick wall.
You're not supposed to look at that woman.
Because she'll go to the man and say, you jacking off.
But no woman ever ran to the man on me.
They'll let me get off.
You know, they'll turn around like they're riding on a death.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Put the motherfucker up.
You know what I'm saying?
So I respect every woman who did that.
Then I used to jack off on the phone with who I was talking to.
You know, I used to get off.
The warden came, say, Boosie, stop it.
I was like, Boosie, stop it.
They're talking about the phone lady says she can't take it no
more.
Because they take
the calls.
Yeah, they tape all
the calls.
I already know you
take it.
It don't matter.
They say Boosie,
stop it.
I wish the girl was
here while I'm talking.
She a tip, bro.
They came down there.
I thought I was
going to get locked
up.
Big old white boy
coming down there.
Boosie, stop it. I forget you was an Angola boy. Boosie, stop it. You a blessed that big Boosie stop it
I forget you was in Angola boy
Boosie stop it
You a blessed person Boosie
I've been in Angola
three years on death row
God damn you blessed
Three years
I feel like you could do
a movie just on prison
I feel like Boosie
you could do a whole movie
just on your prison story
Yeah I saw some shit in prison
I don't
I mean hey
Especially Angola
Angola is
The fair joint is nothing bro the fair that shit is Especially Angola. Angola is...
The fed joint is nothing, bro.
The fed... Everybody got money in the fed.
Yeah.
Everybody...
Ain't nobody...
Angola was negative.
Everybody mostly negative.
It was a lot of negativity.
Even Death Row, you know.
Everybody finna die, you know Even death row, you know. Everybody finna die, you know.
It's negative, you know.
Boots, they got you back on the TV, nigga.
You happy I'm on the TV, nigga.
Damn.
You know, I don't know, Boots.
You know that it's different when I did a couple weeks in the fed
because everybody, there's more motivation, bro.
There's more motivation bro it's more motivation bro it was like man when i walked down on a nigga riding a dick i'm about to ask you that
when you saw the cocaine in the shower in angola i didn't know about it i say all y'all niggas
looking at my pictures for three days ain't nobody tell me about the cocaine and and when i saw that
bro i was like i won't go home i watched. I showed people that video at least twice a year.
Like, bro, nigga was riding her dick backwards.
In his, riding her dick backwards.
I say, man, bro.
I say, bro, my bad, bro.
Man, I walked out that motherfucker on shambles.
Reverse cowgirl.
Reverse cowgirl.
I say, man, this is sick. But but see when i first saw the video the thing that
always gets me is you say after you saw it you said you got on the phone you said you call your
mama's i said mama come get me i say mama man go out of everything i can make you call you
ask him can i get a bond i want a bond i want a bond i wanted to get out there because that ain't no place for no man bro
then i used to get into arguments i'd be about to fight with dudes who
who don't think that's nothing wrong with it because they giving a dick you. I used to tell a man, you're gay. I used to tell him, nah, nigga, I'ma
stand up, nigga. I'm fucking him. He's a hoe. And the women in Angola, not the women, the
homosexuals in Angola, they different. They can't stand up around you in piss. They have

They all have a different name.

Had enough of this country?
Ever dreamt about starting your own?
I planted the flag.
This is mine.
I own this.
It's surprisingly easy. 55 gallons of water, 500 pounds the flag. This is mine. I own this. It's surprisingly easy.
55 gallons of water, 500 pounds of concrete.
Or maybe not.
No country willingly gives up their territory.
Oh my God.
What is that?
Bullets.

Hey, y'all.
Niminy here.
I'm the host of a brand new history podcast for kids and families called Historical Records.
Executive produced by Questlove, The Story Pirates, and John Glickman, Historical Records brings history to life through hip-hop.
Flash, slam, another one gone.
Bash, bam, another one gone.
The crack of the bat and another one gone.
The tip of the cap, there's another one gone. Each episode is about a different inspiring figure from history.
Like this one about Claudette Colvin, a 15-year-old girl in Alabama
who refused to give up her seat on the city bus
nine whole months before Rosa Parks did the same thing.
Check it. And it began with me. Did you know, did you know?
I wouldn't give up my seat.
Nine months before Rosa,
it was called a woman.
Get the kids in your life excited about history
by tuning in to Historical Records.
Because, in order to make
history, you have to make
some noise. Listen
to Historical Records on the iHeart
Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. and more. After those runs, the conversations keep going. That's what my podcast Post Run High
is all about. It's a chance to sit down with my guests and dive even deeper into their stories,
their journeys, and the thoughts that arise once we've hit the pavement together.
