This is an I-Heart podcast.

In the middle of the night, Saskia awoke in a haze.
Her husband, Mike, was on his laptop.
What was on his screen would change Saskia's life forever.
I said, I need you to tell me exactly what you're doing.
And immediately, the mask came off.
You're supposed to be safe.
That's your home.
That's your husband.

Over the last couple years, didn't we learn that the folding chair was invented by black people because of what happened in Alabama?
This Black History Month, the podcast, Selective Ignorance with Mandy B, unpacked black history and culture with comedy, clarity, and conversations that shake the status quo.
The Crown Act in New York was signed in July of 2019, and that is a bill that was passed to prohibit discrimination based on.
on hairstyles associated with race.

I'm Ben Higgins, and if you can hear me,
is where culture meets the soul.
Honest conversations about identity,
loss, purpose, peace, faith, and everything in between.
Celebrities, thinkers, everyday people,

Hi, Bowen, hi, hi, Matt.

Every day I wake up.
You're all finished or y'all's done.
Morning, everybody, it's DJ Envi.
Just hilarious.
Salomey Nagai.
We are the breakfast club.
Lawleroses here as well.
We got some special guests in the building.
Yes, indeed.
Bellwisies in the building.
Yeah, yeah.
And also B2K.
Welcome, fellas.
Yes, indeed.
How y'all feeling, man?
Amazing.
Every 30-something-year-old woman in here
got dressed up today, put on makeup.
Word.
One of them came in here,
talking about y'all spray something in here.
You ain't never sprayed nothing in here.
You ain't never cared about it.
You got a jersey dress on.
You know what I'm saying?
We're excited.
It's so lit to see y'all together.
I had the accent earlier, like,
am I old because I'm excited?
Like, is it nostalgia or is it like I'm still young,
but I'm happy this is happening?
Okay.
You're seasoned, baby.
Okay, all right.
Thank you for that.
So let's start from the beginning.
How did the talk get back together?
Well, first of all, how did B2K get to the reason and say,
we're going to come back as a group and say,
we're going to put on a show for the people?
How did y'all start those conversations?
I knew y'all's going to look at me.
Come on, boy.
Let it out.
Come on, tell you.
Oh, man, just real quick, I came to, see,
oh, he had a show out in L.A.
I pulled up on him, and, man, it was just, it was dope.
I'm like, I want to come support, you know what I mean?
And when I got there, he pulled me.
me up on stage. We did a quick
little rendition of a girlfriend.
But after the show, we
talked and we had a dinner.
And it was like a
breaking of the ice. I hadn't seen them since like
2019. So it was like six
years or something like that.
To make a longer story short, it was a great
conversation. We talked about some of the
issues that we were having, you know what I'm saying?
Since the last time we seen each other.
And then moving forward, we brought the guys
into the fold. And we just kind of made
a group chat. And we used to start, you know,
mending a lot of the broken parts.
And then we had a great conversation
that almost led to a couple blows
and some wrestling matches.
I'm sure, I'm sure.
Because you're like, you know,
I'm going to shoot it straight with you
if we're going to get past this.
I'm like that, you feel of me?
But we ain't got to go into detail.
But it brings us to the current space
where, you know, it was an opportunity
for us to go back on the road.
And that's where RAS comes in,
how BOW got tied in.
We was at the BET Awards.
And if you know RAS,
you know, Raz is on.
always super passionate about brotherhood, you know what I mean.
And obviously I've had my trials and tribunations.
And, you know, time and great counseling has definitely brought me to a better space.
And, you know, what better person to tour with other than Bow Wow, being that we started our career with Bao.
You know, we was in his first ghetto girls video.
We went on tour with him.
So it's just a full circle moment.
I want to stay there for a second because, Marian, I know you're a very spiritual person, right?
And you're all about energy.
What needed to heal exactly for this to happen?
I think maturity, you know, that plays a big role in everything, you know, being able to see other perspectives and respect.
I really feel like, you know, in 2019, things were shifting, you know, it was a great opportunity for us, but I don't know that everybody was on the same page as far as life experiences, wins and losses.
You know, you get to a space as an adult, you know, where, you know,
else should feel like lessons instead of losses.
And it feels like we all have kind of, you know, risen to that level where, you know, we're all parents.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, we have to look at the scope beyond our personal feelings.
So I really feel like that's what, that's why we're here again today.
And a lot of people like to, I guess, hone in on the business aspect of it, which is cool.
But what people forget is that, you know, we were very young when we started.
So we established something beyond, you know, in respects to the business.
We really created a bond in the brotherhood.
So we're happy to present ourselves in a better way, in a more mature way.
And, yeah.
Now, what about you, Ryan?
How was it, for you getting back to the group?
because you said you sent out a bunch of emails
and you've been up here passionate before
about making this work.
So what was for you that said,
you know what this is going to work?
Or what needed to happen for you to say
this could work again?
For me, I had to take accountability for my actions,
right, and learn how to regulate my emotions.
There's a lot of things I learned
in different coping skills and therapy.
And I feel like with my maturity,
my marriage, me having children,
it just really grounded me.
And I feel like there was a love
that I was looking for because when you
dedicate so much to this industry
and then the rug is pull up on you
and then you're just trying to figure out
your back is against the wall.
You're feeling these emotions
that you don't know how to express.
You got people around you,
exploiting that, you know what I mean?
So just getting into good space
and then having my brothers, you know,
Bud, well, I was...
Oh, thanks.
I have a good therapist.
I'm a great therapist.
I just want to say that anybody was.
Who are you?
I thought he had a...
No, it was me.
I have a therapist,
but he's like a life coach.
I went on...
I call him like 4 o'clock in him.
Any talk.
He's like, yo, bro.
I'm up.
Walking the floor is like,
Hey, listen, man.
We ain't gonna go into that.
But yeah, shout out to his.
No, no, real talk.
Not real, brother.
It's accountability, man.
Yeah, definitely just the maturity, you know,
growing up, taking accountability,
having those rough conversations with O.
And, you know, just really displaying the true genuineness for my heart,
you know, in action more than words.
So I think that's just really what brought us all back.
What do you and O argue about it?
who got the best baby hairs?
I know baby hair.
I know y'all.
I mean, I know y'all, I mean, we saw, like,
yeah, I know y'all, I mean, we saw, like, the public with O'Mariyan and, I'm sorry,
with Omariant and Fiz, we saw everything with, like, you know, April, like, whatever.
And I know that there was a, when I saw your apology, Fizz, a few years ago,
I felt like there was a lot of hurt on both sides that led to.
to where y'all got to, how has it been dealing with that hurt in real time?
Because I know the conversations are probably still happening actively.
Like, that's not like a one-time thing.
Well, no, you said, say that again, you said the hurt.
So basically, I'm saying like when y'all were going through it, right, and you started
dated in April, there had to be, or I'm assuming, somebody's feelings was hurting
to miss the day, right or wrong?
Yeah, I mean, the whole entirety of it.
You know what I'm saying?
It was hurt there.
to come from it.
You know, it has to be rough conversations.
Yeah.
For sure.
And I guess my question in that was, so in dealing with that day to day, because that's not
like an easy thing to deal with, how is that every day?
Like when things come back up, how do you guys, like, work through it actively?
So let me, I'm going to speak on that because it's deeper than this, them.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, there's a family that you're talking about.
So if anybody got siblings and you close, you know what I'm saying, like, what they go through
don't just affect them.
Right.
And it's not just them, you know what I'm saying,
working to get through it.
You know, for us, it's like,
since day one,
it's always been a straight up, you know?
So we're not going to hold on
or nothing that we didn't already cover.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, once the conversation is had,
even if it's a boxing in the closet
that got to go down,
like once that's done,
it's done.
It's over.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's not a question or a conversation.
Yeah.
I didn't know if books was the Bill Belichick of this shit.
I just want to be
Yeah
I just wanted to be
You know
Yeah
And bad
I was gonna ask
You know
What made you say
You know what
I want to do it with
With these guys
Right
Because
They've been
F up and down
There's two members
One member
Three members
Half a member
So what made you say
You know
We're gonna put this
F in and go on tour
And make sure
They're gonna
Stay the whole tour together
No
It just made sense
Like
BT Awards
Like it just made sense
Seam it together
it was strong.
Like, presence was there.
It was like, okay, feel right.
And of course, you know, Raz's going to speak his mind whenever.
You don't care if we on.
I'm like, we're on live.
I don't give it damn.
You want to do this tour with us?
He said it live on TV.
Like, put me right there on the spot.
So I was like, yeah, it do make sense.
You know what I'm saying?
It's like the scream tour all over again.
You know what I mean?
Oh, we've been doing it for the past couple of years together.
I came out on the first run with 2019 when you brought me out right in Atlanta.
And it just made sense.
It's, them as a group, I haven't toured with.
with them in over, what, 20 years?
Yeah.
So it just made sense.
Me and Chris did runs, me and O did runs.
And I'm like, yeah, we only danced, what, twice.
It'll be good to dance for more time.
And the millennium tours we've been killing them.
Like, every year we just been killing them.
And we just felt like the time is now they're celebrating.
I'm celebrating 25 in the game.
The boy just celebrating theirs.
And it's just a full circle moment.
It's like, yeah, let's do it now.
And we still got it.
And then the fans want to see it.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, me and the whole other millions of people.
And we're ready
And I can tell you it was serious
I could tell they were serious
Like you could just tell you know what I'm saying
And I'm like yeah just feel right
Let's go ahead and dance
Let's do it
What was harder for y'all
B2K
Rebuilding trust or rebuilding chemistry
Trust?
I would say trust
The chemistry is definitely there
Yeah
B2K is a wild
I might do the R&B singers
And it's like
We'd be cool but you know
We're crazy as hell
I would like to speak to
you know how young we were in the game you know what I mean
um we were kids you know I'm saying
and we spent a lot of time like you know how kids go to school
and then they like see each other in class that's like no
we were seeing each other at the airport you know I mean
we were doing radio interviews so you know our bond is like no other
you know I'm saying it is a brotherhood but it's also
professional element to it as well so you know
do you all remember the moment when the trust was rebuilt when y'all
could all look at each other and be like all right they got my back
It's silent.
Yeah.
It's silent.
You know what's understood
don't even need to be explained.
Max.
How full does this feel for y'all?
Like, you talk about it being a full circle moment, right?
But, like, having that trust back and being able to do this together, like,
how does it feel internally like?
Is?
I mean, for me.
I got a big smile on my face.
That says it all.
I mean, for me, sometimes it don't feel real, you know,
but I think being older and more aware and present in the moment,
you can like it just gives a lot of appreciation you know like damn like I love my dogs man
we we back to this shit you feel tomorrow's not promised you know it was unfinished business you
know what I mean so we back to it feels like completion yeah it was like a complete you know what I mean
because we had a lot of just outside noises you know what I'm saying um in in everybody's ears
just really we weren't able to get back to us and now you know we've been able to get back to us and now you know
we've experienced enough life where it's like, okay, I need to have a conversation with whoever.
We met enough to have those conversations.
We'll have to talk to third parties or anything like that.
We're in alignment.
For all of y'all, were y'all ever given the tools to process fame as teenagers or y'all just
had to perform through whatever?
No, I think that's the origin of, you know, how things can get a little crazy because
it all happens so fast.
Even even speaking with Bile, you know, he was, what, 12 when everything, like really,
took off for crazy, us being able to come on his tour, seeing that, like, for the first
time the girl's going crazy, and then weekend and week out, they start going crazy for us.
And B2K took off.
It's like, you don't really get a chance.
Or there's no, like, there's no guideline or no course to say this is how you post the
process.
It's like one day it's the next day everybody's screaming your name.
You know what I mean?
Egos can be created through that.
You know, oh, they're screaming the loudest for me.
Oh, they're screaming aloud.
Oh, they're screaming a lot.
Like, it's a lot of stuff that come into it that start to break every.
thing down, you know what I mean? So I feel like sometimes in the industry, you've got to go through
that point where it's like all brand new to you, then you're feeling yourself, you're smelling
your own is, you know what I'm saying, and then you get that dose of reality. And I feel like
all five of us has had that dose of reality to be like, okay, like he said, it ain't promised.
A L is not a loss, it's a lesson. You know what I mean? And when you get that again, you'd be
very humble, you know what I'm saying? You're very humble. Appreciative. You know,
Straight out.
Straight up.
So, yeah.
How did you all pick the rest of the acts?
I see y'all got crime art, pretty Ricky, Jeremiah, walker, flogger.
That's the long-ass show.
Is it different?
Oh, like.
We, we, we, we, that's a BPC question.
Okay, that's a lot of people.
Black promoters collected.
Yeah.
I ain't going to lie.
I ain't going to cap.
Like, sometimes we do got a little to say.
So I ain't going to lie.
Like, we did it Shanti in one year.
Like, I had hit sis.
Like, yo, I think you should roll with us.
And then if we get the okay, like, we'll lob it to, like,
you know what I'm saying?
franchises, pimping, that's the homies.
It's like, all right, man, we don't have
you ain't on this bitch six years in the row.
For the homies on here.
No, they definitely do.
They be rocking.
And I'm like, we got to switch it up, man, bring them back.
Like, so sometimes we do some say-so.
And then sometimes we'll be like, I know I have.
I've been like, man, put this motherfucker on there and we'll get closer.
They don't.
I'll be like, shit.
But yeah, we do get a little say-so.
I'm sure if, oh, you did it because you got me on the motherfucker.
You was always the headliner.
Nah, I always give,
oh, his credit when it comes to the millennium brand.
You know what I'm saying?
And RAS too and just the whole the guys.
You know what I mean?
It was theirs.
Oh, you know what I'm saying?
You just got the DNA.
You're ready to go back out on a screen tour.
He's getting ready to screen fest and, you know, probably still is going to do it.
I think the confusion is it is the DNA from the screen, right?
That's where it comes from.
But the Millennium Tour, O&M popped that off first.
The boys popped that out first.
You know what I'm saying?
And O came and grabbed me like, hey, you can't turn this down.
Like, it's really a no-brainer.
So I get credit to my bro because I always.
I wasn't even thinking about touring.
That wasn't even on my mind.
I was on some other shit.
And he's like,
nah,
you got to come get a piece of this.
And bro did that.
You know what I'm saying?
When you take it serious,
because it was one time he was wild about.
I mean,
when you was wilding on JD.
They gave me the broke.
You and Ray Jee,
running around,
twisted.
It was times when you even said that
you was drinking too much?
When did you say,
nah,
I got to stop and take it serious?
Um.
Hey,
hey,
hey,
hey,
you know what?
Because I know,
because I know,
I know,
I know,
I know what old thing?
No, no, no, no, no.
Because we got a group chat.
We got a group chat.
So I'm the one that's always wilder than that motherfucker.
Like, I'm always wilder, but passionate and shit.
I think for me, honestly, I mean, I said it already on record.
When I had to talk with somebody, you know what I mean, I ain't got to say no names,
but I pretty much, I think y'all probably know what I'm talking about.
You kind of just told me, man, you tighten your ass up.
Like, you're out here doing all this goofy shit.
You don't understand that you're a legend, man.
You can't come around me with that bullshit no more.
It's time of you to wake up and understand.
Was it, JD?
You close.
So I was saying, Nick, Puff said it.
He told me, you know what I'm saying?
Told me this years back.
Like, remember when he came up here?
He came up here.
Yeah, I was like me.
He was like, cut the bull and shit.
You know what I'm saying?
You're around.
Snoop, you around.
J.D., you know what I mean?
My fuckers really fuck with you.
You got a billionaire you can call.
Everybody can call them.
Everybody can call me.
But I'll pick up for you.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you got to understand your brand.
Don't fuck that up.
All your old geez is here, you got to be one.
So I think when he said that, like about seven years
or whatever and just clicked in and then you know my kids getting older my son about to be six
shy driving this year so it's kind of like a lot of things come in perspective i'm about to be 39 it's like
you start getting all that love and everybody giving you your flowers me and oh we don't want a billboard
award for the tour you start getting all this it's like that shit right there it makes you sit back
and be like okay yeah i am him all right i am one of the ones it's like when you understand that you
go move like one and that's why i ain't seen me no bullshit no fuckery for the past i don't know how long
i just been on my i've been in the crib focus working selling you're
these do rags and doing what the fuck I'm supposed to be doing
that's it
I'm focused on the
I'm focused
I'm focused
I'm sorry
to do rags man
I got the durags man
I got you strange
now I got to get you a sponge
though
what
he's speaking up
hey man bring my duress in here
what man like
no
no
get the bow out
do rag
and get the brush to go with it
I'm telling you it's different
did man it's crazy
it work for you
oh my god
number one
I got that sold up
that lane
I'm good
The Brad was up here
She said she spas out on you a couple times
When Brad don't spas out of me
When I changed my number
And I don't give it to her
When I thought I did give it to her
Like that's this though
Like that's another one who gonna
Hold you accountable
Hold you accountable check on me
I was just with Snoop last week
That's another person that
You know
That's gonna get on me
And it's just too many people
That I got that's in my corner
That I know I can always talk to
And even back to the question
He's like how you navigate
Through this shit
It's like now you know
I used to
That's why we got the group chat
You know what I'm saying?
That's why we got that because instead of us wild and,
oh, yeah, I like how you did that, bro.
Yeah, that's that 25 anniversary, though, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I've seen that one in the hair.
So, yeah, that ain't out yet.
You got a lot of LeBron in you.
I'm going to tell you what I mean, right?
Like, it's hard to, like, meet expectations.
And when you think about when we saw Bow Wow on Arsenio Hall,
all them years ago, he was like, that little dude nice.
Yeah.
You didn't have to become a superstar.
Nope.
That she couldn't win either way.
You ever think about stuff like that?
Nope.
That you fulfilled that?
I knew it.
I knew it.
I knew it.
I just knew it.
It's all I knew it.
I didn't know nothing.
That's all I know.
I didn't know nothing else.
At first it was being a comedian.
And I think that's how I was able to transition to the acting thing so easily.
I started out with that first.
Rapping came because I could mimic just about anybody.
And then if you could mimic a motherfucker, you're basically doing it.
So then it was like, all, cool.
Then somebody started writing my rap.
I think if I write this shit, then boom, then the whole chronic tour, 93.
came, Snoop find me. I mean, dad, shut out the
dad's, dad's finds me to bring me to the back.
And now the rest is history. And it was like, okay,
I guess we're going to stay on this path. Then this is what
we're going to do. This is what God chose for me. So, uh,
we're going to ride it out. I'm going to write it out to the death though.
I ain't going to stop this shit ever. I'm never going to stop.
I love it and you say that now.
Because even when you were wild and going through
your bullshit, I knew it. Like,
it just wasn't for no reason. Like, what do you
think it was? Did you feel alone? Like, were you
dealing with? Honestly.
Just doing dumb shit.
It's just that simple.
You know what's stressed out
And I really, listen, I really thought I was low-key
When I was put up the plane
I really did, I thought I was low-key
And I did that shit
I just got caught, you know what I'm saying?
And who was there with?
Well, you weren't with me on the plane, what I'm saying?
But you was at the studio when we did the little skin shit,
you feel I'm saying?
He was right there when we did the skin and shit.
So for me, you already see, I'm a team,
I played ball, like we got the group chat,
my, I don't got thin skin.
Like, this is what we do.
Like, but all my fuck-ups and bullshit,
it's really happened.
Like, the hoodie where my daughter just
recreated the hoodie thing.
We coming out to crab boil and she's like, I'm about to do this.
My dad, he got on the outfit too.
We got the black hoodie and I'm about to get him.
And I didn't even know what she was doing.
But as soon as she did it, I was like, yo, you're going to go viral with that.
Because it already went viral.
It reoccurves every some odd weird years, but you about to bring this shit all the way back fully.
But when she did it, it was like, that was really a moment.
It was a million kids.
I got anxiety.
You heard, oh, say, we was child stars.
We hear crowds and shit.
We get the flipping.
I'm like, oh, shit.
They don't know what a nigga.
They don't know what a nigga.
Don't keep a nickel on you,
all the time, but I love it, though.
I love it.
That's just that daddy-daughter dynamic that we got, you know what I mean?
And I love it.
I never thought about that type of PTSD.
We always think about PTSD from, like, the negative way.
But imagine, like, everywhere you go, you're used to crowds just rushing you.
I went to the mall the other day.
You go to the mall.
No, I put up to the back.
My man come out the mall through the back door and just put my shoes and shit.
He was like, bow, I think you should really come in and got some good Chromeheart shit.
I know you're going on tour.
You might have to try these on.
I'm like, well, how are we walking through the,
the real way.
Like, I just, I started flipping the fuck out there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm like, I don't do this.
I don't go to the mall.
Like, I don't go to the mall.
I don't go to the mall.
I don't leave my house.
Like, the boy, I don't leave the crib.
I'm in the crib.
24-7.
I got everything I need after I was on.
I saw y'all interview with the Shabron where y'all were talking about that.
And you were talking about how now it's crazier because people just, it's pictures.
It's not autographs.
Like, people just pull up with the phones and like, you don't even have a chance to like, hold on, relax.
And that AI shit is crazy too.
Yeah, the AI shit is wild.
I don't fuck, yeah, I don't fuck with that shit.
Y'all think we'll ever see some of the things that we've seen
when you guys were kids and teens
and running from thousands of kids chasing y'all?
Because we don't see that now.
We don't see superstars like that.
You think we'll ever see that again?
I don't think they want to go through that now.
You can talk about for a new generation.
I think that level of mystique is gone.
With social media and all the reality TV,
there's no more just you can turn on your phone
and see what somebody's doing.
The real world, essentially.
It's not like you have to guess.
I wonder where they are, what's going on?
Then you see us, it's like, oh, my God, that gives that effect of shock, that shock value, you know?
But without it, I mean, without the social media and all of that, then it would be there, but it's not there.
I think we'll see, like, you know, here and there.
You know what I mean?
I think it's going to really be about the artist because, you know, they connect on a different wavelength now.
You know what I'm saying?
Kids would sleep in front of 106 and Paul days before this.
That's what I'm saying.
It was a different connection.
So I don't know.
I think there will definitely be some bright stars in the future.
It's the natural cycle of things, you know what I mean?
But how they connect, I'm not sure.
I don't know if people would still be running after them
and have that kind of fandom.
I think you see it in some other cultures,
like maybe K-pop and stuff like that.
Yeah, you see it in K-pop,
but, you know, they run their system
completely different from our world.
You know what I mean?
So I'm not sure.
The access and availability has changed.
You know what I'm saying?
We live in a different world now.
So it's not.
It's like,
Back in the day you had to run home to see 106 and Park or you was going to miss it.
Wasn't no, I'm going to watch it later and I got it reported.
Or let me see what this person is doing right now.
Right.
Exactly.
You didn't have that.
You know what I mean?
So you had to get those moments.
You had to try to get their shirt or they wristband or they towel because you ain't going to see them again.
Until they maybe come back to your city or, you know, you're not going to see them live.

In 1969, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr. had both been assassinated, and Black America
was out of breaking point.
Rioting and protests broke out on an unprecedented scale.
In Atlanta, Georgia at Martin's Almemata, Morehouse College, the students had their own protest.
It featured two prominent figures in black history, Martin Luther King Sr., and a young student, Samuel L. Jackson.
To be in what we really thought was a revolution.
I mean, people would die.
In 1968, the murder of Dr. King, which traumatized everyone.
The FBI had a role in the murder of a Black Panther leader in Chicago.
This story is about protest.
It echoes in today's world far more than it should, and it will blow your mind.

In the middle of the night,
Saskia awoke in a haze.
Her husband, Mike, was on his laptop.
What was on his screen would change Saskia's life forever.
I said, I need you to tell me exactly what you're doing.
And immediately, the mask came off.
You're supposed to be safe.
That's your home.
That's your husband.
To keep this secret for so many years,
He's like a seasoned pro.
This is a story about the end of a marriage,
but it's also the story of one woman
who was done living in the dark.
You're a dangerous person who prays
on vulnerable and trusting people.

What do you do when the headlines
don't explain what's happening
inside of you. I'm Ben Higgins, and if you can hear me, is where culture meets the soul,
a place for real conversation. In each episode, I sit down with people from all walks of life,
celebrities, thinkers, and everyday folks, and we go deeper than the polished story. We talk
about what drives us, what shapes us, and what gives us hope. We get honest about the big stuff,
identity when you don't recognize yourself anymore, loss that changes you purpose when success is
enough peace when your mind
won't slow down, fake when it's complicated.
Some guests have answers.
Most are still figuring it out.
If you've ever felt like there has to be more to the story,
this show is for you.

Yeah, we're going to be able to go up and touch and feel, you know what I mean?
So, yeah, I think that that's what created in it,
why it might not be that way no more.
Everybody is just too comfortable without,
just see it later. Are we going to get
posters? Are y'all going to redo posters?
I still got B2K postsists. I still got B2K posts. I still got
BOWsiezy posts. I got all kind
of poses. Can we, can we, can we? Oh, y'all
redid posters? Yeah, we're actually
considering doing kind of like a
type of yearbook, you know what I'm saying?
We're fire. You know, we go back through
some Word Up magazine, photos,
vibes. Because that memorand billion is so key
and important. So, yeah.
We definitely, we definitely thought about that.
For y'all as a group, it's for giving us
something y'all fully achieved amongst each other or is something y'all still practicing?
I think it's a constant practice. You know what I mean? Like Rass said, tomorrow's not
promised, but we're here. You know what I mean? And we're available. I know I'm available
for forgiveness and understanding. I think you have to meet your days like that. That's how I
personally feel. Yeah, for me, shout out to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I've been on this
journey for like three years now.
Shout out to my wife for bringing me in.
But you got saved?
Yeah, I got saved, man.
I got baptized.
And once I understood that, you know,
I forgive everybody immediately.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm not going to let that torment me.
I'm not going to carry that with me.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's like, I don't got to rock with you.
I forgive you.
You know what I mean?
Because I'm not going to carry that.
So when I see you again,
I'm what's up, bro?
You know, I don't rock with you, but I,
I ain't hold that.
Even, but not amongst each other, though.
No, in general, it's a, it's a way of life.
You know what I mean?
Like, I love these dudes.
I ain't going to let nothing happen to him even when I'm angry at them.
You know what I'm saying?
In the past seven years, if something was to go down,
and I've seen something, though, he's squabbing to the death,
and then I still don't like you.
You know what I'm saying?
But I'm not going to let nothing happen to you.
But now, now I just like, like I said,
as humans, we can't hold on to that.
You know what I'm saying?
You've got to let it go.
Yeah, it's not good for all of that.
So, yeah.
Fizz, Raz, what about you?
For me, I feel like life is pretty much empty and meaningless
until you put meaning behind it.
So whatever action or whatever happens,
it doesn't have any meaning until you give it
what meaning you want it to have.
So forgiveness for me is easy.
How about you, Ray?
I would have to say learning how to forgive,
you know, repent me to turn things around, you know what I mean?
So just, you know, correcting your behavior
and understanding, you know, how can you be better
and set boundaries because everyone's different.
So, you know, I think it's a daily process, you know,
because you're like, you don't want to let the, you know,
the mind is like if you, if you're not keeping your thoughts
of the captivity of Christ, it's like now your brain is just everywhere
and it's taking it to a place of dark spaces that you don't need to be in
and they could make you kind of like respond differently.
So I think every day it's a process.
How about you?
Hold on, you said boundaries.
What boundaries exist now, Raz, that didn't before?
And why are they necessary?
When you're an adult, you have to understand,
okay, there's a time to play
and there's time to be serious.
You need to understand.
You need to read the room,
read people's energy, read what they're going through,
have compassion and have grace,
and understand that.
And knowing that and understanding those things,
it allows for you to navigate,
move through this world a lot easier
and a lot less problems.
Yeah, I've learned that you have to manage everyone different.
Like, I can't manage you the same way.
manage bow you know what I'm saying and that's where the respect comes in
it's understanding that you are you the way you are and I got a I got to rock with
that you know what I mean I was asked do you own the scream tour you own the screen
franchise something like that I heard you own I don't do you own all of it a piece of it
or a piece a piece you go about that because it's a piece was your face a piece just business um
you know once he came back around it was up for grabs um you know Gary shout out the
Gary BPC, of course, just felt like, man, this is yours.
Like, this is yours.
Like, you know, you should have this.
If it's up, you need to come get this.
And it was just as simple as that.
And just everybody knows, like, I'm not one of the people.
Like, if I own something, I don't want it to be bowed out.
That's not why I did it.
It is a full-circle moment for me.
But, you know, I feel like it was, I felt like the branch of the banded to me
a long time ago.
I feel like we shouldn't even have gotten to even to this point.
You know what I mean?
And pretty much it's kind of like, I just want to be how Jayzey is for
Made in America for it.
Like, I'm around, but I'm,
I'm going to be in the trailer doing,
you know, enjoying myself on the tour bus,
just enjoying all the artists perform.
You know, it's not the bow.
I'll put on, it's the scream fest.
It's the screen, it's for everyone else.
It's no different than the Coachella.
It's no different than anything.
You know what I'm saying?
It's not.
It's huge.
Yeah, yeah, I might, one year I might want to host it,
and that's it.
And I might not never want to perform on it at all,
but it's for all of us, you know?
Are you doing an album with Justice X?
You're doing a full album?
What's your eggs?
Y'all's so messy.
What's your eggs?
Jess, who's your eggs?
Who's your eggs?
Who are your eggs?
Who are your ex?
Chris Ryan.
We're talking about Chris Ryan.
Oh, okay.
Because y'all know, you know, you know, man was the guy for like two years.
Whatever.
I don't know.
I've never seen you.
I never seen you.
I never seen it.
I'm going to get you.
Y'all got songs together.
Nah, Chris, we got a record out now.
Use me.
Shout the hitmaker.
You know what I'm saying?
We got that out.
But now, it's been talks in the past about us doing something.
But, nah, that's wrong R&B single.
But I definitely, there is an album, though, and it's done.
And it's done.
And it's done.
And you said that there was a lot of music.
And you said it on Gilly and Wala.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's done.
I'm done.
Me and an Army artist.
I'll show you all.
I'll show you all.
He ain't ready to reveal it to show us.
It's fires.
Bout got like three hours done.
You don't get all three of them.
Yeah, well, we just did something.
We just did finally.
We just did finally after so damn long.
finally did a record.
Hopefully we can get that out ASAP.
And then me and bro, who I'm talking about with the album,
we're about to drop something this month.
Videos done, all that, too.
So, yeah, we're cooking.
We're ready.
Okay.
And you're looking like...
Is he from Atlanta?
No, he ain't from it.
He ain't from the South, though.
Okay.
From the South.
B2K.
I'm done.
Okay.
Yeah, they sit down to a lot.
I know your head pains don't release someone,
but I didn't know if y'all were really doing it.
Okay.
So when?
March 6.
Oh, shit.
That's when the album released.
First day to tour.
That's when you're okay.
First open the night.
Right, that's fire.
Now, being equity owners in this project, we wanted to,
shout out to Prince.
We wanted to make sure that we curated and stay within our own ecosystem of our diehard supporters, right?
So we included the album within the ticket sale.
And it's slaps.
It's bangers.
Yeah, we're proud of ourselves.
Everybody's singing.
Everybody's doing their thing.
Yeah.
When did y'all learn the music business?
Hmm
Well, it's always changing
It's changing
I think it's something that you continue to learn
You know what do you mean by that exactly
Just in general
Like what you're talking about now
Like because I'm sure when y'all was younger
Right
Yeah, we didn't understand that
Exactly
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah I mean
Being around the business
You learn a lot and read a lot of books
And when you want to
I mean the more you understand your business
You know, they can take care of you
But like, you know
Shit when you get robbed
For your money the first time
I'm serious,
Hold on
Honey
That's what you're gonna be like
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,
Wait, I just went on to what you mean
I came by this Bentley, I just came on the wrong, what you mean?
So, wait, man, I got to do six months shows.
Yeah, that's when it gets, that's when you know, that's where like,
Everybody brought their head one time for me.
Like, I don't got no account.
How old was you, when you realized?
Like, 16.
I don't got no accountant.
Like, it's a lot of artists that can't just get on their phone and say how much money
they got.
I do that.
Like, I,
pay somebody to pay
you got somebody to pay your taxes though
yeah I do that
my on that
I got the agent all that for that
boom it's time I just sent them
13,000 got them up out of here
yeah I'm doing myself
my aunt
myself I'm not paying nobody
to look at my money to do none of that
I want to go on my app
I want to see it
yep
on my app
I'm good
at 16 how short were you
like money wise
wasn't
what was missing
when you was like
wasn't it wasn't it was more of like
shit
like just
well did you did like why didn't this get done
or what's taking so long or like why would you
put money over there why would you invest that I didn't
say to do that it's shit like that like I didn't tell you
to do that like and then you know cats
might try that well you got 7.5 coming in if I can take two
and put the five there but I can take this two
try to flip that and bring it back he won't know it it's like nah
I ain't tell you to press green on that
like therefore it's like no I want to press I'm gonna press
I'm gonna press green this my shit I'm we up here
dancing and flipping and working hard
and traveling and going around the work
Nah, I guarantee
89% of artists can't open up
They're falling and look at their money
I bet you
Let me ask you, do you ever get to a point
Every y'all can, all y'all can answer this
Where it was tight
Where it was like, what the fuck?
Like, it was like, I don't know
if I can make this next month mortgage
Or this is gonna be tight
For the next couple of months
Has it ever got that for any of y'all?
Hell yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
That's like
Back outside.
Yeah, that's like
No, that's like, go ahead.
I mean, that's like you could have,
I mean, you could have a half
a crib that's a half a million dollars
money's tied up, you know what I'm saying?
And you can't, you know, liquidate some assets
fast enough, you know what I mean?
I remember when the group disband, I went to China
for about seven years, I was able to make a living.
So yeah, shit was tight, you know what I mean?
When the group broke up, shit was slow.
Especially everybody was looking at me crazy, like, you know what I mean?
So, you know, I'm glad we live in a different space nowadays.
China.
I was out.
I'll be at it.
And when I got, listen, and when I got off the boat,
when I got off the boat, I had to offer for the B2K tour.
To me it's like, man, whatever you got to do to get your mind right.
Like you took a boat back here?
I can't, I'm just going to say.
I know.
You're not.
You're not going to take that one.
I know what you.
I know.
I was going to say when I got off the flight.
He said when I got off the flight.
He said when I got a boat back, man.
What you got a week?
Boat Earthland, you're in a great space now.
Yes, man.
I'm talking your selfies.
like you're in a really good space.
So whatever you had to do.
And congratulations on fatherhood.
Yeah.
That's amazing.
You are all smiles with your baby.
I love it.
I got another one on the way too.
Oh,
congratulations.
Oh, they're talking here first.
You got the club.
I'm going to be, I don't know why I'm so
interested in your spiritual journeys.
I guess because we've seen Omarion's
kind of play out.
But then I'm listening to books.
I hear you, Fizz.
I hear Razz.
I'm like, I want to know more about the healing
process.
You say you went to China.
I want to know what books.
You say you found Christ.
If you have you.
We know about, we know about shit.
No, no, no, real talk.
The fact that I remember I was talking to Fizz
and he was, I mean, you could speak for yourself,
but from my observation, he was doing a lot of long walks
and he was in church and studying the word
and, you know, he was in a place where he had the courage
to be able to stand on stage and apologize to him publicly.
He could have did that, you know.
That's real.
I think I tapped you like, you like, you.
That's, that maybe conversation.
We were at the concert together.
Yo, yeah, right.
Oh, fact.
You were there.
I liked it.
He didn't hear so much, you forgot it.
There was a lot of things that needed to be handled.
Yeah, yeah.
Good work, bro.
Thank you, man.
So it's been, it's God and therapy for the most part.
Definitely God.
Definitely God.
I would say my fitness journey helped a lot.
You know, being in the gym with myself locked in and looking in that mirror.
Mm-hmm.
You know.
with having to get right with myself.
That's where the work came in at.
Self-realization.
Yeah, yeah.
Realizing who I am and what I mean, you know.
How has your understanding of vulnerability change since, you know, your first run?
I know for me, I recognize and realize it's a superpower, and it's only something that, you know,
it's something that if you allow people to use against you can be, it could hurt you.
You know what I mean?
It's nothing to be afraid about when you're vulnerable.
Vulnerability is a superpower for an artist because we're about self-expression.
We're about growth.
So I figured it out pretty young, you know, singing songs, being vulnerable, talking about personal issues.
I know for me that's when I was like, okay, vulnerability is not a bad thing.
As long as you face what you're feeling, you know, sensitive about or insecure about,
no one can use that weapon against you
if you're honest with yourself
so vulnerability is actually a superpower for an artist
Is that going to come out in the music?
For sure
Yeah we got a song called mileage
You start thinking about my mind
I'm like
Yeah, we got a song called mileage
Don't care about your mileage
Because at this, you know, at this age
You have to realize that
You know, you meet somebody
You know, they have a pass
Somebody else who's knocking that muffing up
A couple owners
Come on a shot.
Pigslist.
Come on, man.
It got to be a...
It might be 9, 9, 999.
Oh!
Yeah!
Got to press that old number.
Like...
Did you shoot you a shot at Nien Long in the last interview?
Did that work?
Did that get anywhere?
Oh, no.
Let's get to it!
I'm not a shooter shatter.
I'm like, when I see you, I see you.
We're going to see what happened from there.
You ain't seen her yet?
Yeah, no, I ain't ran back into her yet.
Oh.
We see what the vibe is, though.
Yeah, I ain't a shooter shotter.
I see you, though.
They'll be talking about people's hit-ness.
They never bring you up, but you got a secret.
Crazy.
Wow, man.
He's a whore.
There's a whore.
See, this is the real old coming out now?
Is it?
I'm a whore?
No, no.
I'm a whore.
Be real, like, we, homie, we bros, like, be real.
You're a whore.
He's a hoar.
Rass.
That's a slor.
I don't think so.
I just think you got good taste and they want to bust in a while.
Fizz.
Fizz.
Fizz.
Fizz.
Fizz.
Be real.
Fizz, be real.
Buzzers.
I'm a whor.
I'm a whor.
You call me a buzzet,
that's crazy.
You're a bull.
These two cats right here.
These two cats right here.
That's what I'm going to say.
You got anything you say?
My wife outside.
I go, listen.
This is the person that I'll look at.
Like, man, like the perfect, like the
role model as far as like in that space
you know what I'm saying because wifey be
right there looking she's getting to making sure
get his foot in she'd be in
you know what I can't meet nobody like
that they don't
I told me bow I told bow on the chat
you need to get married
what was my reply
right there I don't think I replied to it
you said you know what
he said I'm a fuck
he said I'm a fuck it up
that's the right
that's the same thing though it depends on
where you shopping for a man
Will you be going on?
He was being honest.
Where are we going?
Where can I go?
Like, where can I go?
Like, I'm either on stage.
We at the nightclub.
Yeah.
I'm on the airport.
Like, where am I going to see him?
What happened?
I forget her name, but the pretty girl,
Jada Pinkett's niece, right?
She's so pretty.
What happened?
Why do you sit up like that?
Why do you like that?
Yeah, because, I mean, she's out the way.
No, no, she's very, no.
It's very beautiful.
It's me.
Like, it's me.
Like, it's me.
It's me.
Like, you know, I, I, I, you know, I.
I have my moments where, like, sometimes I just want to be by myself and sometimes, like, you know, the responsibility of being a boyfriend, it's shit hard, rules.
And, like, I've been making money since I was 12.
It's hard to put rules on the nigga.
I like, I like to be free.
I don't want to be, like, right now, if you didn't call me, bitch, I'm doing the breakfast club.
I don't got to talk to you right now.
You got to stop calling him bitch.
No, no, I'm just saying.
That's what I'm sorry.
That's what I'm frustrated like you can get sometimes, like.
The right woman will understand.
your work you have to you got a whole tour
you got an album you're about to drive it. This is when it's the worst
so this is when oh was with me
on tour last year like
I can't uh-uh I'm happy
this is this the happy tour for Malawi
yeah we we're not gonna be like
Clifton Pile will learn to love at 70 right
you're gonna I mean honestly
I feel like
I feel like I'd have met a lot of great women
I've been with great women and I just feel like
my strength is when I'm single
and I just got all the time
for my kids my two kids
And my money, sometimes I don't feel like spending on money.
They get a check.
And then it's like the girl just knowing the check hit without you even telling me hit.
Oh, baby, you think you can do this?
Like, man, if you want to hear, I wouldn't have to give up this money.
I could have sat there and just be playing two K's smoking.
Like, I just love having my peace.
I'm just not boyfriend.
I'm not there yet.
Have your wife is expensive.
No.
I got, my girlfriend is expensive.
There's too many women.
Like, I got too many female friends.
It's hard to cut off relationships.
Like throughout my journey that I met girls for that's 16 years of friendship now I meet you you
become my girl and we go on tour I'm out here Houston all these places like it's just
hard for me to tell the friend that 18 years hey as well as you know my girlfriend she was like
I don't give a fuck thing I've been knowing you for how long and then your girlfriend like well I've been
with you for two years it's like it's like a hundred girls I've been known for 18 years it's like it's
it's the boundaries it's how you talk to them how you lead them
no I mean it was between 18 years that's not a platonic homegirl that's not a playtime of
18 years.
A hot with a tonic.
And we're not.
We don't.
Okay.
So these are friends that you've been.
Yeah.
But I'm saying.
Yeah.
But then when we get around it just we ain't got to.
But I got, you know what I'm saying?
It's just tough.
Y'all, oh, you know me, bro.
I'm a host naturally.
I love to.
A host.
A host.
A host.
And it bothers a lot of women that, you know, you be a, a host.
around a lot of girls.
And it's like, well, they don't want nothing from me.
They ain't got worried about battling for girls when they're around.
And it's just cool.
I made a fortune off of women.
So I get to hear them talk and converse.
I can make that a record.
I can't write about some shit.
Like, having conversations with different people.
I don't know.
I just can't be pent up with one person forever.
It's just not realistic to me.
Like, it's hard.
That's why I look to you.
This is my brother, man.
You see the dynamic.
Like, as soon as I'm about to go left,
I'll go to him for the go right.
Like, all right, though.
But do you listen.
Yeah.
Yeah, of course.
I don't listen to him.
I hear it.
But isn't it hard too?
Like you and Amario,
like how do y'all know women want you all for y'all?
You know.
You know.
You know.
You know.
Okay.
Yeah, there's a certain, well, I mean,
I'm a person that likes to take my time.
You know what I'm saying?
Especially when it comes to titles and ideas.
I don't like to invest blindly.
So, you know, we'll see if they stand a test of time.
If they do, then more than likely, keep a friendship.
Always a sniper, too.
Don't let that shit fool you.
I'm glad I'm here.
with him today.
I just want to put that in there.
He's like sneaky sniper.
Don't get it confused.
He almost somebody's pineapple.
Look that, man.
Sneaky sniper?
Hell yeah.
He just ain't, he just, you know, you know, oh, he just, yes.
Yes.
He wants to maintain that.
Yeah.
So, Marian, if you meet somebody, though, that she gives you all the right vibes,
you're down to be in a relationship, like,
because I thought you said you didn't really believe in, like, the monogamy thing.
Yeah.
I'm definitely down to explore a partnership.
Yeah.
I'm going to follow a shit.
I'm going to be interested.
It's possibly exploring for a partnership.
Explain a partnership.
Like, how does it work?
Well, I mean, it could come in different ways.
You know what I'm saying?
Again, I'm going to.
It's tears to it.
It is.
It's a sneaky sniper.
I can see it all this.
No, because it's like,
like Charlemagne said, you know what I mean?
How do you know?
Only time will tell circumstances and situations
show you who people are.
People could do this all day.
And women are excellent at it.
You know, they're excellent at the mask.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's like, okay, time is our friend.
You know what I'm saying?
Show me.
Let's go through some situations.
Let me see how you respond
to really see if you're on a level like that.
You know what I mean?
How are you?
responding to life, you know what I mean?
Like, what's your family situation?
Have you dealt with your childhood traumas?
And a lot of beautiful women,
sadly haven't.
So I just, I just take my time.
You call me sneaky sniper, but time is...
I got a better name for you now.
What?
It's O'Pollyon.
He's given the Pollyon like that.
Polion.
And then when you think about it, you know what I'm saying?
Because, again, that was funny.
But again, when you think about it, it's like, okay, you know, we've literally given ourselves to our audience.
They're women.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's like, hold up, you can't make your main.
You don't want to make her mad.
You know what I'm saying?
Bringing out this new one.
You know what I'm saying?
So I think for me, you know, I don't want to share my space with someone who really isn't qualified.
You know what I mean?
Because I've done that.
Because I've done that before.
What did you say?
I said, Omar, you, I'm a hilly bitch right out.
them drawers.
You don't get some of this healer.
That's my boys got his wife and his Bible on this talk.
That's right.
The last time I talked about this,
it was like, yeah, you know,
we spread our seed and we just want to be honest
to parents and now it's like, yeah, because
heal your trauma, girl.
I'm just saying.
But what's saying? He's right.
It's not wrong with it, but
it's just listening to you. It was like,
I thought it was you were monogamous
because you really just don't want to be one person.
And then now.
I still don't, I'm not sure about that.
I can't come across a woman that I feel like, oh, okay, well, you know, like I came across
one woman that quality time was her love language.
So it's like I spent more time with her than maybe some other chicks that I had.
So it was like, oh, okay, I'm not really, I don't need to be inundated with a whole bunch of chicks.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's possible in that avenue if I just so happen to love somebody on that level, then I can see it.
But if, you know, if I get bored,
You know what I mean?
If I get bored and you ain't, you know, this girl on Monday, another girl on Tuesday, another girl on Wednesday.
Now, did that move shoddy up in the roster because her love language was quality time he was spending that?
Okay.
It did.
It did.
So how did she get moved back down?
You got bored, he said.
No, no, it was.
No, it was childhood trauma.
She didn't deal with that.
She was avoiding.
So she went back down to number eight.
It's like, nah, but she got to be it.
She disappeared, actually.
You know what?
I don't know if I haven't heard a bunch of women say women be like you I'm not dating no man that's not in therapy
dealing with his childhood yeah so why should it be different if a man I'm just I'm sure
wrong with it I don't think there's anything wrong with it I just was trying to figure out where your
sense of I want to not be what one person came from yeah it just came with just being honest about my
lifestyle and about how many women just really are insecure and don't deal with that you know what
saying and it's like, you know, some secret territory vibes going on.
And it's like, no, baby, this is my space.
Yeah.
This is my space of work.
If a fan comes up and she wants a hug, I'm not going to be like, get off of me.
You know what I'm saying?
Or who is that?
Or have to explain, it's just like, as a man, you don't want to do that.
Yeah.
You know what I mean?
You want to be like, okay, he's doing this thing.

There's a mature woman out there too.
Even like our supporters, like I've seen them like,
I'm with my wife, they'll walk up and be like,
you'll ask her, like, you just find out if I take a picture.
You know, I think it's cool.
You got to have the right chick, though.
It's all about the right woman.
Got to have a right woman.
Or the right women.
Man, I didn't man, one you.
Yeah, who can...
Never about?
Dang.
Oh, no.
Who was the woman to introduce you to collard greens at your big age?
Well, remember, you said...
Collegraines.
No, no, because he was too old, not that having my damn collard greens.
I don't need collard greens.
No, you got...
It was a laundry.
Oh, you don't know that.
Oh, that was Corinne Steffis.
Some...
You said somebody made you try some collard greens because you never ate them.
Oh, yeah, I never ate collard greens before.
Okay.
You don't like it?
Hell no.
So you got rid of her.
Fired.
I don't like that shit.
You had to do.
I don't like collard greens.
I don't eat collag green.
Mm-mm.
Mm-mm.
You like collard greens?
Hell no.
Turkey?
Hell no.
Like, because I don't like, I don't, man.
It's like, I don't like how to turkey, like that pink shit be just floating all in the green juice and shit.
Like, I never was a fan of it, man.
Hell yeah.
I was a saying.
That's what that's what you.
That's what you want to say.
I don't know why it just don't look a pill in the me.
I don't know.
I just don't.
Man, I'm cool.
Solid.
Shit.
I ain't anything green.
I don't.
Hot.
Great.
You shouldn't be eating pussy that look green.
Nah.
Nah.
I ain't isn't.
Oh,
I ain't even a pussy that's green now.
What do we eat no green?
That's wild work.
But I ain't met one yet, though.
No cap.
It's tough, man.
It's tough, man.
It's like.
He eat them groceries, though.
Yeah.
Damn.
Yeah.
Can he have a collard green.
Damn.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
Make sure y'all get your tickets to the boys my life
Get your meet and greens too
Get your meat green
Tickets are on to sell right now
Personal meat and grease for bow wow
Yeah
I said yo he goes
Get your meat and greet
I think I know who the collard greens girl was
You think?
Was it Jake?
Mm-mm
No
Mm-mm
You're going to whisper
That's what I'm saying
Yeah I don't know if I'm
ever meet it though
That's why I'll just be chilling
I'll be cool
When y'all shopping, tell them again.
Tell them where you're shopping?
But where do I post the coffee being in the morning?
Starbucks.
Don't post to go.
Go to Starbucks.
Go to church.
Nick of the biggest freaks being church.
You know what?
You know what?
You know what?
You know me strippers.
I know that get off work and be like this.
I'm, I got to go to, I got to get them to go to church.
I'm like, oh, okay.
That is true.
I free to go to church.
He said, how many shippers there be like, I got to get up?
So that means you sleeping with him.
They're like, I got to go to church.
I'm going to go.
Oh, God.
I mean, it's in Atlanta.
I mean, look.
I love this man.
I like looking at the brotherhood, man.
Like, what does the brotherhood mean to y'all now?
Outside of the contracts, outside of the toy, outside of the cameras, just this relationship
that y'all all have.
The five of us is really friends.
Like, real talk.
We talk.
We hold each other accountable.
We talk a lot of shit in our group chat.
You know what I'm saying?
It's not just business.
You know what I mean?
We hanging out.
And what do you say, Fizz-O?
What it means to us?
Mm-hmm.
Shit, man.
This is brotherhood.
It means like never being judged.
You know what I'm saying?
Walking in front of somebody feeling like I can fully be wholly myself.
You know, I don't have to put on an act.
I can take my shades off for a second.
You feel me?
So it's just, it's true authenticity.
There's no smoking mirrors.
Did you in O ever feel like y'all would get back to this point?
shit I didn't know
I didn't know I was praying
I believe that it would come
yeah it would happen yeah
just because of the brotherhood raspberry
like what was your like hope in it
um I truly understand the platform that we've been given
so love covers a multitude of sense
so the fact that we can come back together
show the world that we can heal we all can go through
you know our traumas and different things and overcome
and that's that's huge right
so just having that faith
And then, you know, we have families and stuff.
So to be able to go out and, you know, not only just be friends and brothers,
but we get to go out and make money and we get to, like, finish what we started.
And really, like, not that we took it for granted, but, like, appreciate it even more.
You know, just being back up here.
It's cool, man.
It was good.
I think for me, it serves as a grand remembrance.
You know, sometimes you go off into life and you forget things.
And, you know, sometimes you feel like you're doing it alone.
You know what I mean?
And quite frankly, even when we disband, you know, I realized that wasn't our doing.
You know what I mean?
So for me, I think it's beyond brotherhood.
I think it's a grand remembrance of our of our hard work and purpose in life.
You know, I think you meet people along your journey and they reflect your purpose to you.
And they remind you the importance.
of walking, you know, on your path
and how it's different, you know,
is different from others.
So this serves as a grand remembrance,
and I'm so happy to be a curator
along with my brothers of nostalgia
because nostalgia is a special gift.
And to be quite frank, I'm gonna say this,
we brought that back on the plan in 2019.
You know, a lot of, you know, shows and promoters,
they wouldn't putting together early 2000s before 2019.
So to be a, you know, fathered into this level as an entertainer when artists nowadays, they don't even survive five years.
They don't even survive two or three years.
So it's a high honor to be in this position to still be able to come and, you know, sit and have an opportunity to make $200 million.
I was glad.
I was going to ask you.
That was my question that I was going to wait.
I was working the whole time.
What's up, Charlotte, man.
Talk about how's it feel, dog?
So you know,
survive the game.
Yeah, I was going to ask him the whole time.
I couldn't wait.
When they asked you about the 200 million.
Over five years?
I think y'all missing what he was talking about.
You're not missing.
You're not missing.
No, no, we got you.
It's about the process.
It's about the process.
It's a higher.
I'm glad to hear you say that, though,
because I feel like there is a response.
responsibility when you're performing music tied to people's formative years.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know what I mean?
You don't feel that?
Yeah, facts.
It is a responsibility.
Yeah.
What about you in the Brotherhood book?
Oh, man, I'm excited, man.
I'm just happy.
I don't know if his words that could express like what it truly means to me.
So I'm just saying, being with these guys from basically 12 years old, you know what I'm saying?
Like we spent some of the most
valuable years
The most valuable like really like maturing
Like you know the experiences that we had
Only we can you know what I'm saying
Talk about that like when he was saying
We was overseas at 14 with no no
Adult like we was thugging it
You know what I'm saying?
I felt like when the group broke up
A big piece of my puzzle was taken away
You know what I mean?
And it wasn't complete no more
And it made me go to a space where I would never trust
nobody again because I trusted them so much to see something like that be able to be broken up
it made me feel like the only thing I'm going to trust is my kids and my woman you know what I'm
saying my household and for all of those years I literally didn't make no friends
you know what I mean y'all should have seen him in rehearsal and it's like damn I don't hang out
with nobody no I'm like hold up being started a dance battle I'm like oh we're going back
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I shut down, you know what I'm saying?
And I just, I always say that, like, I couldn't talk to nobody around me and be like, remember when?
Remember that?
Bro, so it's like, all my jokes didn't make sense.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you know, like, it just was lonely.
You know what I'm saying?
And then when we were able to come back this time, it's on a different level, and we solved every, like, issue that we had.
And it's like, finally my puzzle is complete again.
you know what I'm saying and I can call oh and be like bro I remember when we was little
and I can laugh with them and it's like I got I got that that part of my life back so it's like
overall I'm at 100% now yeah that's got to be the same for you too about right thanks brother
yeah I mean you know even though the boys went through they through they drama me oh we didn't
me oh we didn't went through our drama multiple times you know what I'm saying even like
yeah oh yeah like the last tour me oh and say one word to each other we passing each other
the shoulder. Not saying one word.
But my aunt like, hey, oh, he's like, oh, hey, I see, y'all, y'all, what's up? Oh, what's up?
Oh, going right there.
So for us to go from, I got the ego.
I got the ego. I got the ego. So it's like, yeah, I don't want to do it.
Tray, trying to get this. Man, y'all need to talk.
Well, all right, if you walked out here and I walk right there and then we can talk,
we all meet him in the middle of all like this. All right, I'm going to talk neither.
So it's like, for us to watch them what they went through, me and old, we've had our own
things as brothers. And then for us to finally be like, all right.
Especially the BT Awards.
I was already,
but was like,
let's go.
Yeah,
you know what I'm saying?
Like, that was the perfect time.
They tried to do it.
They tried.
It was like,
nah.
Yeah,
but we end up.
Last time,
oh was in.
Okay,
always like,
I would never do another tour.
You said,
you would never do another tour
about why you were being in.
He said,
because it was at times.
Yeah, I'm telling you.
So, like,
what did you do?
But I would say,
we never.
We,
we,
we don't do much.
Nah,
it's just,
you know,
the boys,
know because even in the group chat they'll know
Bal going to come in that motherfucker spazzing at least twice
every time but
it's about the work it's just
niggas is just really passionate about this shit
this is all I know since five so it's like
I know what we're supposed to be at
I know how to look post to be and if everybody
we are on the same page but if we can't
get them on state like it's frustration built
and this is the fact that we want to be great so I think
to watch like oh there's definitely ego for sure and then
you know like I said with the brother thing it's like
I don't like working with people if I don't really
don't know you and it's a lot of artists that's like that like i don't ask for features before and they're like man i don't know
about wow though i need to hang with him i need to do da da da da like they know they shoot me over record i'm doing
it right there sending it right back like these is the guys that it ain't about the money it's just
about like this to me i don't even care about the money like this tour is to do it with them it's a full
circle moment and you see anytime i tour i'm touring with one of my brothers if it ain't them
as a group if it ain't b2k if it ain't oh then it's Chris if it ain't chris then i'm trying to do
something with snoop like i like working with people who i genuinely rock with and fuck with it's just the
Work feels better.
The fans can receive it better.
They know it's organic.
They know it's authentic.
And it's just received well.
So like I said, I couldn't, like, I wasn't going to tour this year at all.
I was just going to pop over in the screen festival.
My 25th anniversary show in Columbus and call it a day, really, and just do all the festivals.
But when he brought this up, it was kind of like a, I was like, damn.
I was like, damn.
I just, man, Trey just got done.
Y'all just want to do it again.
So I was like, ah, you know, this is different.
I don't know if they're going to see this again.
You just said, me and Trey just got done like I wasn't on the tour.
Oh, my God.
That's what I'd be like talking about it.
Hey, I said you started it.
I said you started a millennium.
I said me and Trey.
Oh, my God.
All right.
All right.
All right.
All right.
There you go.
Me up.
I was thinking.
I was talking too fast, bro.
My back.
What was the first conversation between you?
Like, how did y'all finally just do it?
All right.
It was after two.
It was in London.
No, it was in London.
I would tell you, it was in London.
Go, Trey.
Be in Trey.
Shout out the Trey.
He go.
Come on my room.
Come on.
We part in the room.
I said, I'm part in my room.
I got a girl, we're chilling.
We're in London at the last show.
He's like, come on, come on, come on.
We're going to do like a last photo or whatever.
I'm like, all right, cool.
Y'all got to see the photo.
You got to see the photo.
So I walk in the room.
Oh, yeah, oh, walk in the room.
I walk in the room.
Trai, like, oh, man, you know, I got my brothers here.
Oh, man, we're going to do this picture, man, let's go.
I'm like, niggum, man, all right.
Come on, take the picture.
Let's do it, man.
Oh, like the same way.
We still don't speak.
We all in London.
It didn't really crack open until BET.
We was on the side of the stage.
And I, you know, I even, no, it was because I apologize
while I was hosting.
I told him my fault, I was in my ego.
You know what I'm saying?
Even though the tour was a success, you know what I'm saying?
What, top five, R&B hip-hop tour last year, right?
Yeah.
But we fucked up because we didn't get the fans what they wanted.
We never performed together not one time.
Never spoke to each other at one time.
I was serious.
Yeah.
We were serious.
Yeah, it was just work.
It was weird.
It was weird.
And, you know, I was like, man, we ain't going to let that shit happen again.
Like, we just not going to let that happen again.
Not even the work, but we got to get back how we was.
The work is there.
We're about that shit later.
Like, let's fix this.
And once I apologize to him and said, yo, bro, I was ego-tribing sometimes.
I ain't even going to cap, bro.
You know me.
You know me, bro.
And same vice versa.
And we put that shit to the side and group chat popping and we cracking jokes.
They'd be sending these memes.
I don't know who'll be sending us.
It's just crazy.
Incents and candles.
But it's all.
It's all lit, though.
I love it.
I love it.
Did you, Mario, piece it out?
Because y'all were going through your thing in one time.
They don't have a problem.
So why everybody think they got a problem?
And we ain't close.
They don't got a...
We ain't close.
They don't got a problem.
Y'all ain't ever seen us hanging out.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm a whole part of a group.
You know what I'm saying?
No, I mean, Mario's an incredible talent.
Nah, I love Mario.
But people ask me, like, what's your problem?
Like, why do we say we got a problem?
We just, we just did verses together.
We are he.
I mean...
He?
It was Mario
It was because Mario
It was a
It was raging
It was
It was raging at first
He was breaking the music
And then he said that
And then when you responded
People were like
Wait
Even Mario when he was here
Was like
Okay we have an issue
Like he was a little confused too
Because we were all at the Ebony Power 100 gala
And he was like
Well he didn't say nothing to me
So I didn't know
That there was a thing
But you said that he didn't respect
Your craft because he said
Whatever he said about how you seem
Yeah he was like
He said something like
it was
it was the demeanor
hit and miss.
He's like hitting a miss
and this is like
come on bro
20 years
come on bro
I'm hitting a minute
everybody knows
it's going to
wait
y'all has changed
your
your own
the host of these
podcasts
that's some messy
stuff right here
you feel me
like
you present
the opportunity
for us
to have to go
head up
you know
like
like literally
what kind of
question is that
you know what I mean
and at the same
time
shout out to
Mario
but like what kind of
answer is
that. You know what I'm saying? We all work to build this music industry.
And guess what? Your favorite artist has bad days.
Your favorite artist is flat. The greatest singers, they don't sound great all of the time.
Like, it's a part of it. Y'all come here and show up every day. Y'all not feeling good every day.
Y'all don't feel like talking about this. You know what I'm saying? They don't see that, though.
You know what I mean? So it's like for another person at another station to be like, oh, yeah.
And you'd be like, yo, what's up with that?
You know what I mean?
And I've never been an artist to hate on other artists.
That's never been my thing.
We've always supported everybody.
Yeah, so when people try to do the little slide thing, I have an issue with that.
Because it's unnecessary.
We all here and we have enough room to make space for everybody.
You know what I'm saying?
And that's why everybody sees me and then they put their arm out.
I want to say, what's up?
But then they go on an interview and it's just like, I have a problem with that.
Another thing they fuck with you about, Mar-on, which is crazy because I've seen real dances give you props.
like the Chris Browns and them.
But for whatever reason, there's always this meme going around tomorrow.
You're getting away with this bullshit.
Yeah.
It's just that one dance that everybody redone, but he gets busy dancing.
Crazy and everybody knew it.
Is that fuck with you when you see those?
No, never.
Oh, it's still cold.
What?
Yeah.
First of all, when you dope at something, you don't lose it.
You know, you might shift and it might change for you, but, you know,
you changed from how you used to be in the beginning, but you don't lose it.
You know what I mean?
Unless you don't use it.
And trust me, I'll be in a lot.
I'll be in the lab.
Yeah, old dance 24-7.
Now that's not a cat.
I'm gonna be in the lab.
O' gonna dance everywhere we go.
He's joy.
I'm joyous.
I think the other day we was at rehearsal and he just, out of nowhere, was like, I just love dancing.
Nobody asked me none.
He was like, I want you all to really know this.
Yeah.
I really do.
Well, the tour kicks off.
You got a number?
Yeah.
You mentioned the beat here.
BT Awards where y'all were talking that was the year that just was the yeah yeah the one that just
passed we did the 106 in park tribute I agree I'm glad you said that because I got to ask you
oh yeah I was there are we talking backstage yeah yeah yeah yeah I talked to you for BT yeah we
we wanted we were we wanted the Sierra bow wow like what we wanted what
it was it was um it was um it was um it was um I'm gonna be honest it was never discussed um
I know I mean I've been performing by myself for 20 plus years so it's it's it really
creatively didn't even pop in my head. I was just more
putting the show together. B.T.
came with the records that they
wanted me to do. Honestly, on
everything I love, and I said it too. I think
TMZ or somebody caught me coming out somewhere that weekend.
I didn't even know that they were there
in attendance. Because when you hosting the show
or performing, the
luxury we get is we don't got to go in the audience.
We get to stay in our trailers and just come get us
when it's time and we go back to the trailers.
I never set out there. So I didn't know.
But I think that, you know,
if BET would have known, or if I would have known,
That's something that we probably could have worked towards.
And I think that could that really would have been like even it would have made the 106 tribute even more major.
Would have been crazy.
But I'm good.
Yeah, y'all got to talk to.
Like, for me personally, I mean, she came on stage.
Yeah, see, I didn't know none of that.
Like, yeah, we asked her about it as well too.
What did she say?
Yeah, she ain't saying nothing.
I'm surprised her PR ain't stepping and say something.
My own thing is this, like you is my record.
It's a number one record, right?
No, it's y'all record.
It's about
Bow Wow featuring.
Yes.
It's mine.
What is y'all?
I got to say it's all.
I got.
Hold on.
We got.
You know what we can do.
It's all.
It's my record.
You're not.
You know.
I got two verses.
So I'm going to say this.
I'm going to say this.
Y'all made a great record together.
Y'all did.
I,
personally the love of Sierra came out.
I think that was the record with you on the Boys for Life tour.
I said it.
This is.
We want to see it.
We want to see it.
C.C.
It's all love.
Man.
We see that you love and life and it's beautiful.
That's good.
Just for old times sake.
I want to break the internet.
I want trip.
But for me, I'm not about to be campaigning for it, though.
Like, I ain't about, you know what I'm saying?
I'm already rocking.
I'm not fucking.
I ain't campaigning.
You go under control.
No, I do, but I'm not about to
begging. I'm a motherfucker to come out and perform my song
with me. Like, I'm not about to do that.
What's not about to do that? That was ego too?
There's one thing I want to see, too. I want to see 3-O-W
get back together as well. So,
that ain't happened. If y'all, you hear this message,
Keely, Natura, Adrian, we got a spot for y'all.
That's right here. Natori, the homie,
the toy, the toy, the toy, Nottori, the only thing.
And she came to one of the millennia. She came, she came,
she came, Latry, that's sad. Adrian, rich as hell.
and Keene-Chilin.
We can't talk about that.
She got to.
I do got one last question.
How funny.
Standing on stage together now
feel like closure or a second chance?
It's something different.
I think standing on stage feels more like power
than a second chance or forgiveness.
It feels like, yeah, we did this.
Nobody got in our way.
All of the mishaps, the misunderstanding.
It's like, yeah.
it's our choice now.
So it's power to me.
So piggyback on that, though.
One thing I want to see happen out of this is we don't do this this time and that's it.
Like, I remember just talk like just, I know how passionate Razz is about it.
And I know I heard O say this one interview, like we left a lot on the table that we got to go back and clean up.
I want to see, God bless you.
I want to see them do all the festivals this summer.
After we wrap off the tour, I want them to do everything.
Like go get everything that y'all left on the table for them years.
you felt that whatever's O'Diago,
get that shit, because it's there.
And being that this nostalgic thing is in,
you see, God bless you again.
You see everybody on tour.
You see what, Nelly and Wayne went out last year.
You see Tim, by the damn to have the number one record right now.
You know what I'm saying?
Monica, Monica and Brandy's got done like he said.
Like, he booted it back up again.
And it's like, I want to see the boys go get it
because it's a space for B2K.
It's a hole that's missing for y'all.
And I know for a fact that motherfuckers go cut the check.
Like, for the next two, three.
for me that's what I want to see I want to see them go back and clean up everything that they left on the table project coming out
I mean that's it ain't about you all it ain't about you all it ain't about you all and it's we listen we're taking the whole circus on the road yeah that's what I want to see on everything
March 6 make sure you pick up your tickets if you haven't gotten them already March 6th and the new album
appreciate you yeah all that's right well thank you guys for that's right now I appreciate it appreciate
For sure.
Hell yeah.
Fizz.
I had to write this one.
Opalillon.
Wow.
Razby appreciate you.
Bye, wow.
Come on, man.
You all right know.
You're all right.
So, man.
Come find me, man.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Hold on.
Every day I wake up.
You're all finished or y'all's done?
In the middle of the night,
Sasquia awoke in a haze.
Her husband, Mike, was on his laptop.
What was on his screen would change Saskia's life forever.
I said,
I need you to tell me exactly what you're doing.
And immediately, the mask came off.
You're supposed to be safe.
That's your home.
That's your husband.
