55 gallons of water, 500 pounds of concrete.
Or maybe not.
No country willingly gives up their territory.
Oh my God.
What is that?
Bullets.

Good morning, Angela Yee.
Good morning, DJ Envy.
Charlamagne Tha God.
Peace to the planet.
It's Thursday.
All day.
Yes, it's Thursday.
Tomorrow's Friday the 13th.
Nah, that means nothing anymore.
Donald Trump's in the White House.
Every day can be a bad luck day.
Well, good morning, guys.
Yes, what's happening?
Good morning.
Bow Wow will be joining us this morning. Stop calling that grown-ass man Bow Wow. He calls himself Bow Wow as well, guys. Yes, what's happening? Good morning. Bow Wow will be joining us this morning.
Stop calling that grown-ass man Bow Wow.
He calls himself Bow Wow as well, though.
Bow easy.
He needs to stop.
He's 31 years old.
His name is Shad Moss, all right?
That's the name on his birth certificate.
Shad.
You're right, Shad Moss.
That's the name on his birth certificate.
That's the name on his checks.
That's what his mama calls him.
We should call him Shad.
Well, your name should be Lenard, then.
No, because Charlemagne is a name that you can grow up with.
Bow Wow is not necessarily a name you can grow up with,
especially when you were a child star.
Now, if I was a child star named Charlemagne, I probably would drop that.
I mean, look, the man want to call himself Bow Wow, he's Bow Wow.
Yep.
That is the problem.
He still thinks he's Bow Wow.
Okay?
All right, but we'll see what he has to say, because he said this is his last interview.
His last radio interview.
And y'all believe him?
No, I don't.
Y'all believe the architect of the Bow Wow Challenge?
Come on, man. Stop.
Well, we'll kick it with Bow Wow in a little bit.
Now, you're out in L.A., right?
Excuse me?
Okay, maybe you're not.
Envy, I saw your Knicks coach got fired overnight.
Yeah, well, the Knicks suck.
Jeff Hornacek got fired?
Yeah, he got fired last night.
Wow.
In the middle of the night.
Yeah, well, yesterday was the last game.
So after the game, it's a wrap.
It's over.
They shouldn't have fired Jeff Hornacek.
I mean, Chris Stapps' boy Zingas was hurt this year.
So it's not like they can do much without their star player.
I mean, Jesus Christ.
They said they gave him two years, nothing happened, so he's up out of here.
Oh, my God.
They treating this like millennials treat their life.
They want everything to happen overnight.
No, man.
That's the process.
No.
I would have got rid of him so fast.
No.
Well, they did.
So we'll see what happens.
And that's your team, Abby?
That is my team.
Who do you think should be the next coach?
Mark Jackson.
I've been saying Mark Jackson for the last couple of years.
Oh, you know what, Mark?
He's an ex-point guard.
He's from Queens.
He was coaching Ocase.
No, he was coaching...
Golden State Warriors.
He built the Golden State Warriors.
Mark Jackson is a God-fearing man.
You know, I know he believes in a higher power extremely,
and clearly God is keeping him away from the devil.
That is the New York Knicks for a reason.
All right.
Maybe it wasn't time.
And maybe now is the time.
So we'll see what happens.
Maybe God never will have that in his plans for Mark.
And I want to shout out to D.L. Hughley and to Jasmine Sanders this morning.
I did their podcast yesterday.
Very interesting conversation.
Those two are hilarious.
D.L. Hughley is crazy.
But he says what's up to you guys.
That's my guy. Salute to D.L. Salute to Jasmine. All right. Well, let's get the show cracking. Front pageL. Hughley is crazy, but he says what's up to you guys. That's my guy.
Salute to D.L.
Salute to Jasmine.
All right, well, let's get the show cracking.
Front page news, what are we talking about?
Yes, we're going to talk about a school district that has now decided to arm teachers, but not with guns.
I'll tell you what they'll be using.
Okay, we'll get into that when we come back.
Keep it locked.
This is The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
Breakfast Club.
Now let's get to the front page news.
Now let's talk about school districts now.
Yes, officials in the Mill Creek Township School District in Pennsylvania,
they decided to arm their teachers with tiny wooden baseball bats.
What the hell is that going to do?
Lean A, ask Joe Clark, lean on me, baby.
Yes, so they're giving out the 16-inch bats to about 500 teachers.
It's part of a training that includes how to react during a school shooting.
Ah, ha, ha, they're going to hit the bullets like baseballs.
Let me tell you something, man.
Have you ever seen the movie Lean on Me?
Joe Clark had a baseball bat.
But that baseball bat's not going to do nothing against no chopper action in 2018?
Nothing at all.
If it's that serious, hire armed security.
Why is it so hard to hire armed security for the schools?
So now they're trying to figure out what's going to happen in different school districts.
You know, in Parkland, when the school shooting happened,
officials have required all students carry clear plastic bags as one safety measure.
And so that's just, I guess everybody's trying to figure out what can we do to help prevent these things.
A Bible would make people feel more safer than a freaking 16-inch wooden baseball bat.
Yeah.
Okay?
Only because people are so God-fearing.
But other than, like, why?
What's the point of the 16-inch baseball bat?
They said it's more symbolic.
I don't know.
That can't be.
It's like a waste of money.
Yeah, you come with a bat and I got a gun?
No, it won't work.
Duh.
All right, now, a Missouri State House committee has released a report about the governor,
Eric Greitens.
A woman is saying that he coerced her into sexual encounters.
Now, the woman, whose name is concealed, said under oath that the governor staged and took a photo of her bound and blindfolded and threatened to release the photo if she ever told anybody about their encounter.
She said during their first sexual encounter, he held his penis near her face as she was uncontrollably crying.
She said she felt coerced into oral sex and didn't feel necessarily able to leave without performing oral sex.
And she feared for her physical self.
Then she also said in another meeting, he asked her whether she had been sexually active with anyone else, including her husband.
And she said yes. And that's when he slapped her across her face very hard. Now, other people who were witnesses that interviewed with the committee under oath
said they found the woman to be an overall credible witness.
So we will see what ends up happening to the governor in Missouri.
All right.
Now, night owls, it has been discovered, have a 10% higher mortality risk.
They did a study in the U.K.
They studied about half a million adults in the U. the UK over an average of six and a half years.
And what researchers found is people who identified as definite evening types
had increased risk of all-cause mortality compared with the morning types.
So you were more likely to have diabetes, neurological disorders,
psychological disorders, gastrointestinal disorders,
and respiratory disorders, according to if you were a night owl.
Duh. Lack of sleep.
We've been telling y'all for years, oh, sleep is the cousin of death.
No, it's not. If you don't get no sleep, you're probably going to die.
That's why I can't stand a lot of you woke folks,
because you woke folks, y'all so tired.
If you stay up too long, it's going to cause health risks.
Well, they're not saying you don't sleep.
They're saying that you prefer to stay up at night
as opposed to being a morning person.
I would assume that those people get a lack of sleep.
I guarantee you that if you read deeper into that study,
it's because they're getting a lack of sleep.
Because they're evening types.
So what they're saying is this mismatch
between their internal clock and their external world
could lead to problems for their health over the long run,
especially if their schedule is irregular.
Okay.
All right.
Well, that's front page news.
Now, get it off your chest.
800-585-1051.
If you're upset, you need to vent, hit us up right now.
Or if you want to spread some positivity and you're blessed,
you can hit us as well.
The number is 800-585-1051.
And Bow Wow will be joining us next hour.
Shadmos.
Shadmos. Shad Moss. Shad Moss.
That's The Breakfast Club. Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
This is your time to get it off your chest.
Whether you're mad or blessed.
We want to hear from you on The Breakfast Club.
Hello, who's this?
Hey, what's good?
This is Brandon from the Metro, man. What's up, bro? 803, what's happening? Get, what's good? Envy, this is Brandon from the Metro, man.
What's up, bro?
803, what's happening?
Get it off your chest, bro.
First, I got a request for the mix.
You got to play Wale Negotiations.
I don't know if y'all heard that.
I'm pretty sure y'all have.
Come on, man.
Tough tune.
Envy actually got a little bar in there.
I got a little bar in there.
Wale hard as hell, but this is why I'm calling y'all.
I was telling y'all a few days ago, Nicki Minaj hates on Cardi B.
She fears what Cardi B got coming.
Literally, after Cardi B drops her album on Friday,
then all of a sudden you pop out of your hiatus.
Oh, look at me.
I'm coming with some singles.
Come on now.
She's setting it up.
Come on now.
She fears Cardi.
It's so clear.
I don't know if she fears Cardi, but I know she better come with some heat today.
Because if she don't come with some heat today, it's not going to be a good look.
Yeah, I think she will have some heat.
I mean, I can't see her dropping today without having that heat.
Not necessarily.
Sometimes people make bad decisions.
That's all.
Sometimes energy is everything and timing is everything.
Hello, who's this?
This is Jan from Pooler.
How's it going?
What's up, bro?
Get it off your chest.
Man, I just want to let the world know, man,
just how I'm blessed this morning, man.
I just want to thank my Lord and Savior for waking me up this morning, man.
And I want to thank y'all for letting me, you know what I'm saying,
talk to y'all this morning, man.
I appreciate y'all.
Y'all have a great day, man.
And we'll talk to y'all soon.
All right, brother.
Love, brother.
Hello, who's this? Yo, this E. E, all right. Get it off great day, man. And we'll talk to y'all soon. Love, brother. Hello, who's this?
Yo, this E.
E, all right.
Get it off your chest, bro.
Ye.
I'm mad at Ye, man.
I'm mad at Ye.
Ye always giving baby moms, I mean, she always giving single moms love,
but she don't never give a single dad's love.
I was a single dad for years.
That's not true.
I definitely have shown love to single dads.
Yeah, I listen to y'all every morning.
I don't, you know, never show us no love.
That is a lie.
There's been a lot of single dads who have called up and said,
guess what, I got custody of my son.
They have called the breakfast club in the morning.
And I said, congratulations to you. I think that's dope.
Well, shout out to all the single dads out there.
Yeah, shout out to everybody.
Like, all the single parents, moms, dads, all the parents who are together.
Everybody doing the right thing they're supposed to do for their kids.
That's right, the ones doing the right thing.
Some of y'all are single dads and single moms for a reason.
Y'all, they need to leave Charlamagne alone.
Charlamagne, I got your back.
I don't think you gay, Charlamagne,
but you got a lot of questions that need to be answered.
And even if he is, so what?
I'm not, and don't make me sue both of y'all.
Oh, my goodness.
Get it off your chest.
800-585-1051. If you're upset, you need to vent, hit us up now.
It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
Let's go!
This is your time to get it off your chest.
Whether you're mad or blessed.
Let's say it with your chest.
We want to hear from you on The Breakfast Club.
So if you got something on your mind, let it out.
Hello, who's this? This is Mayne.
Hey, mama, get it off your chest.
I want to know what happened to the dating games.
Like, even for us females, the males do the same thing.
So I can't just say it's one sex.
It's both sex doing the same stuff.
Like, you'll get a text message, hey, mama, I'm really into you.
I want to get to know you.
As soon as you say, okay, I'm
single. What's up? Let me
see your news. That's what happened
to the dating game. People don't know how
to speak to each other anymore. Everybody's texting,
using social media. What
happened to picking up the phone and getting to know
somebody and staying on the phone all night?
I agree with that. Social media made
everybody socially awkward. They don't know how to communicate with
young ladies or young men anymore.
Well, no, because I've had people
to call me and then it's
like, can I come to your house?
You ain't even took me on a date.
I'm not a girl that I'm raising as a
woman. I can't, no.
Or maybe it's a vibe you're giving off.
What's your Instagram? Let me go look at you and see what kind of
vibe you give it off. Well, see,? Let me go look at you and see what kind of vibe you give it off.
Well, see, I'm old school, so I don't have an Instagram.
Yeah, people don't know how to communicate with each other anymore, though.
You're absolutely right.
Yeah, I just wish the respect would come back on both parties.
How old are you, mama?
I'm about to be 41 on the 25th.
Okay.
Okay.
Are you dating a lot of young men?
No. I actually don't discriminate because you can be 40-whatever and still have the mind of a child.
It all depends on your priorities.
What are you looking for these men, Mama?
I don't go looking for them.
Actually, I do have a Facebook.
So I'll have people hit me up, and the first thing they say is, man, your body, you got a fat, you know.
I need to see this. Let me
see what you're working with. What's your Facebook, ma?
Alright, guys, leave her alone.
Yeah, please leave me alone.
I'm average. I'm not.
Everything is natural.
Well, what's your Facebook? Let me see. Why you won't let nobody see?
Shout out to all the natural women out there
like you. Thank you. Thank you.
No brush shots.
No breast shots. Alright, take your organic
ass on then. Have a blessed day since you don't
want to give out your Facebook. You're missing
your blessing right now. Hello, who's this?
Hey, this is JD from Lawrence.
What's up, bro? Get it off your chest. Hey, man.
I feel blessed, man. I got a
wife at home, four beautiful kids.
You know, I just opened up a business.
I airbrush.
I call JD Airbrushing. You can look me just opened up a business. I airbrush. I call it J.D. Airbrushing.
You can look me up on Facebook or Instagram.
I listen to
you guys' show every morning on
my way to work. Thank you, sir. We appreciate
that. That's why we let you get your free advertisement
off just now. So you do t-shirts, you do hats
and all that, huh? Hey, man, I do anything.
Yeah, cars, motorcycles, walls, clothes,
whatever you need. I mean, if you
guys want to look me up, you guys want to share my page,
I can get you something free if you want.
Just put out your Instagram.
Hurry up, man.
No problem.
All right.
I guess he's not putting out his Instagram.
Well, he did already.
He did in the beginning.
Yeah.
I didn't hear it.
Get it off your chest.
800-585-1051.
Now, you got rumors on the way?
Yes.
Let's figure out what's going on with Khloe Kardashian.
Apparently, she is having early contractions. We'll give you's figure out what's going on with Khloe Kardashian. Apparently, she is having early contractions.
We'll give you an update on what's going on with her because I'm sure the devastating
news about Tristan Thompson isn't easy right now.
No.
Didn't we just say yesterday she was due any day?
So if you're due any day, you're probably going to have contractions.
I ain't early if you were due any day yesterday.
You know what?
Whatever.
Believe all this Kardashian stuff if y'all want to.
Okay.
All right.
And don't forget, Bow Wow will be joining us next hour.
Sean Moss.
Lil' Bow Wow, Bow Wheezy.
All that will be joining us next hour.
Rumors up next is The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha Guy.
We are The Breakfast Club.
Let's get to the rumors.
Let's talk Khloe Kardashian.
This is The Rumor Report with Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha Guy. We are The Breakfast Club. Let's get to the rumors. Let's talk Khloe Kardashian. This is the rumor report with
Angela Yee.
On The Breakfast Club.
So Khloe Kardashian is having early
contractions. How?
What do you mean how? How is she having
early contractions when just yesterday we were saying
she is due any day now?
Well, her due date is late April.
So it looks like the baby is going to be coming earlier than it's supposed to.
So she's having early contractions.
Now, Kris Jenner flew out yesterday morning, and Kim Kardashian and other family members are scheduled to fly out today and tomorrow.
All of this after these revelations about Tristan Thompson possibly cheating. He was also reportedly
with two women last fall in a D.C. area club and then over the weekend with another woman in New
York City. Now, according to reports, Khloe Kardashian went ballistic when she found all
of this out. They're saying that she really wanted to go back to L.A., but she can't fly back right
now. So she is in Cleveland. She had remained at home there while Tristan Thompson has been traveling. He had his game
in New York against the
Cavs and everything. So
we'll see what happens. Now the word
is that she is still going to let him be
in the room while their baby
is born. He will be allowed in the delivery
room. She's going to put her feelings on hold
because he is the father of their child.
That's nice of her. Yeah, so she wants
to make sure that he is there.
Listen, that Kardashian marketing machine's timing is impeccable.
According to a family source, though,
the Kardashians were not completely surprised
because he has a pretty bad reputation,
and they actually did warn her about him
and that he's done things like this before,
but she loves him and she didn't want to hear it.
Yeah, and Kris Jenner doesn't care
because season 15
or 16 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians
will be announced any day now.
I don't think nobody wants that, though. Not while I'm pregnant
and I'm going through all that. Man, they've been planning
this ever since they got hands on that tape back
in October. Once again, the Kardashian marketing
machine's timing is impeccable.
And we fall for it every time. Lamar Odom
reportedly feels terrible about everything
and is not sure if he should reach out to Khloe Kardashian.
French Montana started following her again on Instagram.
And Amber Rose posted,
I know we've had our differences in the past, but my heart is broken for you, sis.
SMH, no one deserves to feel that pain, especially during such a sensitive time.
God bless you and your baby.
Well, I mean, didn't Tristan do this to his last girlfriend, allegedly,
from what I saw on social media yesterday?
Well, yes, his last girlfriend was pregnant,
and he ended up getting with Khloe Kardashian while his last girlfriend was pregnant.
Well, another thing that I saw yesterday, which is an interesting fact,
is the last time Tristan Thompson did this, the Cleveland Cavaliers won the championship.
So that's a good omen for them.
Oh, my goodness.
I know LeBron doesn't like all this drama, though, going on.
I'm sure not. Nobody's focused. Hell no.
I'm sure LeBron don't care.
LeBron is a focused individual.
All the distractions he got going on in his life,
he not thinking about that.
But his team got to be focused.
He went really hard for Tristan Thompson to get signed
for the amount of money that he got for the Cavaliers, right?
So, all right.
Jesse Williams, his estranged wife,
is going to court asking for more money.
She says the $50,000 a month that she's getting right now is way
short of covering the expenses
for their two kids.
So she wants him to pay
$73,000 a month.
$73,000 a month?
Yeah, he pays $50,000 now.
Holy cow. She says he can afford it.
He makes at least $250,000 for
every episode of Grey's Anatomy.
She also wants him to cover legal fees.
Now, in the meantime, Lil Wayne.
Grey's Anatomy's still on?
Yeah, I guess so.
Now, Lil Wayne is not the father.
Remember, a woman said that he was the father of her little boy and the older money and all of that.
Turns out he did not father her 16-year-old Dwayne Brown.
There's a 0% chance that he is the father.
Cardi B is going to be going to Coachella.
And she's not getting the money you think she is.
She's getting $70,000 for that show.
She's actually going to end up coming out of her own pocket.
Check out what she had to say on Shade 45.
I didn't know that Coachella was just such a big deal like that, and I did not know it
was a lot of people.
When I was talking to my dude, like, man, we put $600 on our stage set.
Like, we been booked Coachella like six months ago, seven months ago.
So I'm getting paid for Coachella like 70 bandos.
And then it's like I have to invest so much money on my stage set,
my own money that I got to go to Wells Fargo and write a check that is crazy,
like almost $300.
That's how you know somebody paying their taxes.
When you're telling people how much you're making for a show,
drop one of the clues bombs for Cardi B.
Absolutely.
Paying her damn taxes.
They got her early, too.
According to Google, she's the one artist in particular
that people are very excited about.
When they did the trend section, they said with Coachella,
Cardi B is one of the biggest artists that people are searching for.
Of course, Beyonce and The Weeknd are up there as well.
She's on Pace to have the number one album in the country too, right?
Yes.
So we should know.
I think we should know that now, right?
Yeah, we should know that by now because yesterday was Wednesday.
They go do it up to Wednesday.
So we should know by now.
All right.
Well, I'm Angela Yee and that is your Rumor Report.
All right.
Thank you, Miss Yee.
Now, when we come back, Bow Wow will be joining us.
Shad Moss.
Bow Wow, when we come back.
Don't move.
It's the Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God.
We are the Breakfast Club.
We got a special guest in the building.
Calling by his government name.
Shad Moss.
Yes.
Bow Wow is here.
That's the name on the checks.
You're a grown man now.
Yeah.
Appreciate it. I don't feel like we should call you Bow Wow anymore. Is it Shad? I think we should call you Shad Moss. Yes. Bow Wow was here. That's the name on the checks. You're a grown man now. Yeah. Appreciate it.
I don't feel like we should call you Bow Wow anymore.
Is it Shad?
I think we should call you Shad Moss.
The reason I say I don't think we should call you Bow Wow is because I feel like Bow Wow
was a moment in time.
And I think people still look at you as a kid.
That could be.
You know what I mean?
That could be.
You know, it's crazy, though.
Like, people do say Shad, though.
That is true.
Like, we just left Norfolk, Virginia.
We was in the club.
And they'd be like, Bow Wow in the club?
No, no, no, no, no, no. He's Shad Moss now. Y'all got to call him Shad Moss now. That's what we just left Norfolk, Virginia. We was in the club, and they'd be like, Bow Wow in the club? No, no, no, no, no, no.
He's Shaw Moss now.
Y'all got to call him Shaw Moss now.
That's what we keep doing up here, too.
You've known him for so long as Bow Wow.
Yeah.
But, like, even in, like, my rhymes and shit,
like, even early on in my career,
I would always say, like, my real name,
like, all the time to, like, brand it,
you know what I'm saying, in people's minds.
But, you know.
Even on Twitter, your name is, like, S Moss,
but it still says Bow Wow above it.
Yeah.
And it's crazy because I was trying to get my name back on my socials.
What you mean?
Like, at Bow Wow.
Nah.
Keep it out there?
Hell yeah.
Absolutely.
Let's start from the beginning because your last couple of years have been a little crazy.
Now, when you first got into the music industry, you started off with Snoop.
Yeah.
Now, were you ever signed to Death Row?
Yeah. Under Snoop and under Dre and, were you ever signed to Death Row? Yeah.
Under Snoop and under Dre and all that.
What happened to that deal?
When I got with Dawg, once the label started,
I wouldn't even say the crumble,
but once Dre and everybody decided to part ways
and then Snoop was last to really leave,
he just felt that me being at Death Row
just wasn't the right situation
for a seven-year-old kid at the time.
Right.
When they had discovered me, I had moved out to L.A.,
and I set, like, I just set up a label.
What's crazy is, like, a couple records had leaked,
which they're actually on YouTube,
records that Corrupt had actually wrote for me
that was supposed to be on the Murder Was a Case soundtrack
that never made it.
From there, you know, Snoop just had in his mind, like,
if I can't be with him the way I need to be with him,
and he was going through his own situations trying to get out,
he didn't really have the time to back me like that.
So the first person he thought about was Jermaine
because of his relationship with Chris Cross.
When Chris and him would always come to LA,
they used to always kick it with one another.
So he was like, man, the best situation I can put him in
because I care about him so much is to give him to JD.
And, you know, I wasn't feeling that shit.
I really didn't understand that because I wanted to ride out with Dog.
Like, he found me.
He discovered me.
I moved to L.A., spent a hell of a time out there.
And then once he did, it was over.
And he just told me, we'll meet up again.
So when you posted that pic, it wasn't inflexing?
No, no, no, no, no.
That was really, that was death row.
Like, what's crazy is one of the most memorable stories I have
was when Shul called my mom's this is real and was like bring about office right now and you know
she'll call you don't know what the to really like expect and um we pulled up and the first
thing she did was give me my dog pound chain my dog pound chain which meant a lot me dad's
and corrupt we had a dog pound chain actually shout out to dads because the dads are dads
to tell you i was the one who dads would be like I was the one who went out in the crowd and grabbed out and brought him to the back, which is facts.
So the original dog pound was you, Daz, and Corrupt?
Yeah.
Get the fuck out of here.
Look it up.
You can look it up.
You just started a DPG.
What?
You can look it up on YouTube.
For real?
Me and Corrupt, yeah.
I got a song with Corrupt.
I mean, it makes sense because of the whole bow thing.
I remember seeing you when they brought you out on Arsenio.
Yeah.
Cursing like a motherfucking.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
What age were you?
When I did Arsenio?
I was like six.
And you were cursing it?
Like a mother f***er.
That's crazy.
Even on the song with me and Corrupt, I'm cursing.
Man, it's like, it's crazy.
Is it true you used to ghostwrite for Snoop at seven?
No.
Shut up.
Definitely not.
He just said Corrupt was writing his line.
I heard that before.
Nah.
I never ghostwrite for dog. No, okay. No. I never go right for dog.
No, okay.
No, I never go right for dog.
Are you Daz and Corrupt still cool?
Hell yeah.
I was just with Daz.
Daz got a crib in Atlanta.
I always pull up on Daz, shop up game and smoke and just chill.
Those are some funny guys right there.
Now hold on, this is Bow Wow's last interview, so we got to fact check.
Is it really your last interview?
I did.
My last radio interview, most definitely.
All of these things have to be fact checked later.
So Bow Wow said he was the original member of the Dog Pound.
That's one.
All right?
Now, also, of course, they're all Crip.
Are you affiliated through that?
He's down on All Blue right now.
Nah.
It's the first time I've seen him wear it all blue.
He wears red, he wears yellow.
I wear everything.
Yeah, I wear everything.
No, no, no.
I'm not affiliated with no Crips.
Nah, I don't do that.
I don't do that.
I got homies at Bang, though.
Heavy.
But, nah, I don't bang.
Yeah, I saw you threatened somebody the other day.
You said a dude posted a video of your girlfriend.
No.
Fake news.
That was fake news?
Yeah.
Oh, that wasn't you?
No, that was a Photoshop conversation.
Oh.
Oh, so the guy made up a whole conversation?
Yeah.
I don't even know why.
Because, like, why would I trip over my lady doing this when I don't even know her?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like, that sounds stupid for me to...
I never DM nobody.
What?
Because you told the dude you run Atlanta.
Yeah, that sounds ridiculous.
And of course he said that
because of the whole run Ohio thing
that came about out of nowhere,
which I still don't know where the...
People have been messing with you, huh?
But, yeah, that was fake.
That was a whole photo.
When my girl saw it, she was like,
you don't call me Keough.
Like, what the fuck is this?
Yeah, so you said you run Ohio
and then Trippie Redd got married to you.
I never said that.
You never said that either?
No.
I'm confused.
I don't know what's going on.
I felt the same way when I woke up and heard the news.
I'm like, what?
I'm like, y'all can't have that.
Like, I haven't lived in Ohio since I was 10.
Like, I've been in Atlanta my whole life.
I don't even sound like I even talk like I'm from the city.
Like, yeah, like everything is Atlanta with me. Growing up, hip-hop Atlanta, my show I produced, that's Atlanta. On my third album, I don't even sound like, I don't even talk like I'm from the city. Like, yeah, like everything is Atlanta with me.
Growing up,
hip-hop Atlanta,
my show I produced,
that's Atlanta.
On my third album,
I was throwing up the A.
In my songs,
I be saying Atlanta.
So when that came up,
I'm like, yo,
my f***ers be waking up.
I guess they just,
you say my name,
they want clout
or they want to be in the block.
I don't know.
Since we're addressing
all these fake news things,
right,
and there was also this video
where they said that you got
punched and knocked out.
No, I didn't get knocked out.
It was just a miscommunication. You know what I'm, um, really it was just a myth to me still It was just a miscommunication into the future. Yeah, so they say the backstage. So they say who's that at the Jay-z concert?
The video was
Well probably now seven months ago. Yeah, dude called me though. Yeah, he did
Yeah, he called me there call me and um and he said that you were saying something about future.
Yeah, which was all false.
And that he seen you backstage, and he was basically watching you.
And then he came around and snuck you and hit you, and then y'all was fighting.
After the fight, it all broke up.
Police came, and then he said—
I ain't seen no police.
He said he lost his—maybe security.
I ain't seen no police.
And then he said his watch fell off, and then he thought one of y'all stole his watch.
So what happened?
First of all, you need a new offensive line back.
He's going to tell us what really happened.
They shouldn't be able to just run through the offensive line like that.
Something to that effect.
All I can say is this on the situation.
Because, like, there's some shit, right?
I'm going to just say this.
Number one, I never got hit in the face.
Number two, things that occur after that point, because I was with people.
And it was like a blindside type of thing.
But as far as knocked out, like, I'm little.
Like, if you come from way on the right side without your force,
I'm supposed to be down.
That's not what happened.
It was more like a football, like a shoulder type shit.
There's things involved with that situation that it's kind of like,
you don't even really want to talk about it.
Like, everything right now is calm water.
Yeah. So you don't have any problems to talk about it. Like, everything right now is calm water. Yeah.
So you don't have any problems with Future?
Nah, not at all.
Or what they said,
they said you were sneak this in Future
because he was dating your baby mom.
And yeah, like, I don't,
yeah, like, once again,
like, I don't even understand that
because I'm not even that type of person.
Like, you know,
like, I haven't spoken to my baby mother
in damn near like two years.
I haven't seen my baby mother
in a question two years.
You haven't seen her?
So how do you,
you don't go pick up your daughter from her
or y'all don't communicate
over your child? No. How do you
guys communicate then? My daughter is seven.
She has a phone. We FaceTime. We talk every
day. We don't have to talk.
You don't have a good relationship with your baby mom? Um, I
respect mom. I respect her. But I thought you guys were still
cool because I know for a minute y'all were still trying
to work it out at one point. It didn't seem like it was
two years ago. Yeah, nah.
For me, it's like how I live my life is,
not that it's detrimental to me,
but anything that I feel like if, you know,
you took something from me or, like,
you gave a bad, bad energy or just a bad print,
you left a bad something, it's like I'm just cool.
I just don't want it around, you know?
I can respect her from a distance.
I love, like, she's a wonderful mom,
but, and, you know, she knows, and I know we've talked about this before. I'm like, yo, it's. You know, I can respect her from a distance. I love, like, she's a wonderful mom, but,
and,
you know,
she knows,
and I know we've talked
about this before.
I'm like,
yo,
it's just best that,
like,
our lives are just so much
at peace
when we do not communicate.
You know what I'm saying?
You're able to live your life,
love who you want to love.
She does not bother me
when I'm out doing my thing,
which I love,
and it's just a peaceful situation.
Like,
she can talk to whoever.
You know,
most baby daddies be tripping.
All in the baby mama mix once she get a new, that's not my style because she's no a peaceful situation. She can talk to whoever. Most baby daddies be tripping. All in the baby mama mix
once she get a new...
That's not my style
because she's no longer my woman.
We just have a child with one another.
That's it.
I love my daughter.
I'm there for my daughter
but her mom,
this is my daughter's grandmother,
holds it down.
That's who keeps everything cool.
That's who you communicate with.
Absolutely.
Got you.
Sweetheart.
Flies my daughter down to Atlanta
anytime.
Stays at the house.
She stays at the crib.
When I go to L.A., I make sure I take her out to dinner.
And it just works.
It just works for us.
You have a child support?
Hell yeah, I'm on child support.
That was another rumor.
Hell yeah, I'm on child support.
That was a rumor that they wanted you to pay, I believe, $3,000 a month.
And you told the court that you were broke and you only made $4,000 a month.
Yeah, I mean, I'm a businessman.
I mean, it's cameras rolling, so I can't.
I got you.
All right, enough said.
You're not broke.
No.
I'm not.
Hell no.
I was about to say, you made millions.
I can't.
Nah, I got knots on me now.
Tour money and all that.
Yeah, nah.
Definitely not.
Definitely not.
All right, we got more with Bow Wow when we come back.
Don't move.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
The Breakfast Club come back. Don't move. It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning. The Breakfast Club.

Back. to everybody when you tweeted out suicide, I guess spelled backwards, and everybody thought, oh, my God, what's going on with Shad,
with Bow Wow, because you have put out things like,
I wish I wasn't here anymore and things of that nature.
Did you feel like, okay, maybe that was a bit much?
Because people were so concerned when that happened and it had everybody going crazy, but it turns out it's the name of your album.
No, it's because that's how I was really feeling.
You really wanted to kill yourself?
Yeah, there's been times where even before, like years ago, where this came out.
You know what I'm saying?
Where, you know, people thought like I was suicidal.
I've been saying like I don't want to be here.
Because what people don't understand is like I done lapped the world eight times.
And it's like me being coming into the game young and seeing so much and doing so much.
And sometimes I just question life like, damn, like, what else is there for me to do?
Like, but I don't mean you got to kill yourself.
Right.
But there's plenty left to do.
Yeah.
But sometimes I just, I just be thinking like, damn, like I've done everything that I really
wanted to do.
You got a daughter.
I mean, yeah, of course.
I mean, absolutely.
Yeah, absolutely.
But as far as like money or things I want to accomplish or.
I'm sure there has to be a compromise.
I mean, is there something deep rooted? money or things I want to accomplish? I'm sure there has to be a compromise.
That's not real. I mean, is there something deep-rooted?
Because what happens is you feel like you're doing the same thing.
It's like a big circle, right?
It's like when I went to Australia the first time, I was like,
damn, this is crazy.
Year two comes around, you're back in Australia, okay.
Oh, go back.
It's like, okay, I'm just running this big circle of life.
It's like I want to go like, I want to go right.
I want to go left.
Like, what's new?
So for me, that's why I always dip into different avenues of the game as far as, okay, TV producer, let me try that.
Oh, host in 106th Park.
Oh, I never host.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Let me, this is different.
Yeah, this is a turn.
Let me do this.
If not, you keep doing the same shit over and over, you're going to get bored.
It's like, what the fuck?
That's great, but with all those options, suicide shouldn't be one of them.
Right. Heaven is not a destination.
Even helping other people. Now, have you
sought therapy? Have you
been suffering from depression? Like, what
is it? For me, I think people always
think, like, it's the internet. That shit don't
bother me. It be real life shit.
And it's the shit that people don't know. I saw you
on social media saying you don't put your
sisters and your dads and drugs. I don't fuck with them. It's a lot of things that haunt you, that ha don't know. I saw you on social media saying you don't put your sisters and your dads in drugs.
I don't fuck with them.
There's a lot of things that haunt you that are hard to explain.
My sister's real sister.
My half.
Half.
So, no.
They did an interview years ago on Worldstar, and they was just airing out family business
and just talking shit.
When I got whiff of it, matter of fact, the story went like this.
When I was living in Miami, somebody had tweeted me, and it was my father, and I didn't believe
him.
And you didn't grow up with your father, though?
No.
My father's been an alcoholic.
So what happened was when I got the number in my DM, I said, damn, this number do look familiar.
So I called him.
When I called him, I had my cameraman filming it.
I'm like, damn, my fans know I never had my father in my life.
This would be a dope moment to share with them.
On the other end of the phone, he got two cameras.
He recording, too.
I'm recording from a good space.
Like, damn, this is going to be dope. So when I put the video out there i look in three days on world star somebody
send me some this my two sisters mind you i ain't seen them in like 11 12 13 years they just going
off you never try to put daddy in did i'm like what i'm looking at my list it's like i can't
believe you out of all people i didn't when jamster what's how i used to my credit card up
downloading all these,
going to the mall,
taking you shopping,
all kind of stuff.
I can't believe,
like,
out of all people,
you would actually do some s*** like this.
And for me,
sometimes,
it don't even gotta be
the same blood type
for it to be family.
I got motherf***ers
that been with me
that's not my blood type,
that's more than family
than my actual real family.
You know what I'm saying?
So that,
to me,
that's not what family do.
So when they did that,
I'm done.
I'm a one-time dude.
So you said it's things that haunt you that are
hard to explain. Yeah. That's what you're talking about?
Yeah, things like that that I got
questions and it's like there's just no answers
to them. Like the fact that I haven't seen my grandmother
in like 10 years.
How old is she? Like early 70s. Why haven't you
seen her? That's what I'm saying. I do not know.
Have you seen her, bro?
It's the weirdest in the world. Like it's so hard to explain. Like do not know. Have you seen her, bro? It's the weirdest shit in the
world. Like, it's so hard to explain. Like, there's only one person
I've talked to on my father's side of
the family, and that's my aunt Shel. My aunt
Shel was, like, the one that holds everything
together. Like, it's such a weird
touchy situation. My uncle,
he's, like, a straight weirdo. He's
dressed up like a woman he done been put in
jail. Like, my whole mom's
side of the family is just crazy. I think that's probably where I get my crazy side from is them, but... You think people who dress up like women are weirdos done been put in jail. My whole Ma side of the family is just crazy.
I think that's probably where I get my crazy side from is them.
You think people who dress up like women are weirdos?
No, no, no.
It's my uncle.
My Uncle Manny is different.
Uncle Manny is different.
Going to jail.
Yeah, he's different.
But I don't know, man.
It's just hard to explain.
The last time I seen my grandmother was like scream tour too.
Why?
So you think it's because of your dad?
No, it's just... Did you help them and then you stop helping them and you think it's because of your dad? No, it's just.
Did you help them
and then you stopped helping them
and you think it's the money?
No, not even.
I think once the business
just kind of just swept me away.
Like when I hit the ground running,
I hit it running hard.
We just lost contact, man.
It's just weird.
It's so hard to explain
because once again,
I don't have the answer.
I really don't know.
It's like our relationship
just fell out in the sky.
It's like the weirdest
in the world. So when people look up and it's like, oh, he getting trolled or something. I don't give the answer. I really don't know. It's like our relationship just fell out in the sky. It's like the weirdest shit in the world.
So when people look up and it's like,
oh, he getting trolled or something,
I don't give a fuck about that shit.
My mother been talking about me before I came in the game.
I don't give a fuck about no jokes.
The shit that bother me is the real shit that I can't control.
Like me getting served at my daughter's birthday party.
That's how I got put on the child support.
People don't even know that.
So every time I think about my daughter's first birthday party,
I think about this shit.
So that's the shit that I battle with.
So sometimes I just wake up and I'll be angry.
If I'm on social media and I'm, that's the shit.
I mean, suicide, you shouldn't go there.
You should put it in your music.
Always there.
Like you and Chris Brown.
What's y'all problem?
I seen y'all grow up in the game.
Together.
Friends.
Best friends at times, I thought.
What happened with that?
I just think with me and Brown, we don't even have a problem there is no problem at all
chris brown told us on twitter after you put that song out he's like what are you talking about yeah
no he's i'm confused you're right bro yeah yeah um there is no issue but like you said we grew up
together we made a lot of money together and throughout the game we grow and we end up going
separate ways sometimes and once
for me even with that record drunk i'll rock i'm like it was more of a question like damn like you
just look up and it's like we ain't even tight like how we used to be like i don't know why like
my daughter never met his daughter but sometimes it's making an effort on your part too i mean it's
both sides right but i just think that sometimes like you go through things in life and you
navigate like he's been through things i've been through things in life and you navigate. Like, he's been through things. I've been through shit. And it's like, you navigate.
You took a girl apart because of life.
Yeah, you just, yeah, it's normal.
He had a kid.
He was dealing with his stuff.
And me, too, at the same time, dealing with my daughter.
When he was going through all his stuff with, you know, the Rihanna stuff, did you reach out to him at that time?
Oh, I was there.
Okay.
I flew to D.C. and sat in the courthouse all day to see my man.
And when he came out, it was a, and that was it,
and they took him away.
But that's when I say, I skipped the show
just so I could see you, Chris, in that line.
That's what I meant.
I didn't even take a date.
I said, nah, I'd rather go to D.C.
and go check Brown out,
because I don't know what's going to happen.
And me, me ho is right here, man.
Shout out to me ho, his mom, his aunt.
We all sat in the courthouse for hours
and just sat there, waited.
So for me, that's why it's not really a touchy subject,
but the question is like, damn, what happened to me?
This family was involved.
Like I said, with moms and auntie, you came to my crib.
It's like, what happened?
But to me, I think maybe we just grew up, grown now, we got kids,
life changes, life revolves, and it goes on.
But there's never no situation or beef or any problem with Brown.
It'll never be that.
Have you guys both since that song came out?
Last time I seen Brown was at Snoop's Compound in LA.
Dog had an old 80s party.
That was the last time I seen Brown.
It was like three months ago.
There was rumors that, I mean, the internet said the people that allegedly robbed Brown
is now hanging with you.
And that was part of the problem.
No, that's false.
That's false.
Now, somebody that you have always had in your corner is Jermaine Dupri,
whether you're arguing or not arguing.
Where do you guys stand now?
Because you did tweet out that if he don't answer your call,
you're going to tell the world about him.
No, it was a big-time joke.
See, people don't understand.
Me and Jermaine, I'm the only person who can really fuck with him like that.
So, of course, that's a joke.
And that's why you called me so fast.
Because I'm like, you ain't been picking up.
Like, we got business to handle.
You not, like, what is you doing?
Y'all went a while for not talking, though.
Oh, absolutely.
What was that about?
Multiple occasions.
The first time me and Jermaine fell out.
When you destroyed the studio.
Damn, you remember that?
Yes.
Why'd you destroy the studio?
That's what I'm saying.
Like, I've always been a crazy little motherfucker. Like, people don't understand. Like, you remember that? Yes. I destroyed the studio. That's what I'm saying. I've always been a crazy little
motherfucker. People don't understand. Even then.
The wild one, as you once said on
Twitter. Yeah. You said when Birdman
came up here, you was like, Birdman, come. I'm the wild
one. Yeah, I am. Nobody never seen me
like the blow up. It's bad.
So you rip up Jermaine Dupri's
$1 million studio. That was the first
time. That was the first time. It was creative
differences. What happened was no bullshit. It was creative differences. What happened was, no bullshit, it was creative differences.
We got in the studio.
He wanted to go one direction.
I wanted to go this direction.
And I was like, man, you know what?
I can just do it on my own.
I don't need you.
I'm like, Snoop found me.
I'm like, yeah, dog found me.
I done learned from you.
I done soaked up all the game.
I don't need you.
When I did that, get the
out. Don't come back.
I'm like, man, I haven't even seen
JD raise his voice one time.
I'm the only person
who can press the button and you will
see a whole other side of JD that you've never seen.
We just got on Twitter two days ago on the phone.
For what? Because Jermaine
works differently. And I get on Jermaine
about communication. I'm like, dog, you got to communicate on Jermaine about communication I'm like dog you gotta communicate with me
You know what I'm saying
If you got an idea or whatever the plan is
Communicate with me
So Jermaine might not communicate with you but be working
But don't let you know what he doing
So you'll be sitting over here like
And then I'll start moving without him
And then like a week later he'll come in and say
Hey explain the album title on Twitter
So people know what it is It don't think you're crazy.
It's like, dog, you ain't even here for everything.
How you calling my phone now type of shit.
So it's like everything with me and Jermaine
is always business.
It's never personal.
But you did do it.
You did explain it.
I tweeted the mother.
I did because it's like I respect him so much.
I love him so much.
And he do be right about a lot of things.
All right, we got more with Bow Wow when we come back.
Matter of fact, let's get into a little Bow Wow mini-mix.
Check it out.
It's the Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
That was a Bow Wow mini-mix.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God.
We are the Breakfast Club.
Bow Wow's in the building.
Charlamagne?
Why did you name the album Bow Wow Challenge?
Because that's what I named the show.
I got my TV show called it.
I don't even know if I believe that.
Oh, no, that's going down. It's hard to believe things that come out your mouth. No, that's what I named the show. He has a show called Bow Wow Challenge. I got my TV show called it. I don't even know if I believe that. Oh, no, that's going down.
It's hard to believe things that come out your mouth.
No, that's going down.
That was like the easiest show for me to pitch.
But explain the Bow Wow Challenge.
I mean, you put up a private jet.
That's what it is.
So you were lying.
Players, fuck up.
Players, fuck up.
So you're admitting you were lying.
Players, fuck up.
Just say you was lying, Bow.
I just said it.
But did you Google the picture?. You Googled the picture?
How did I get the picture?
Take the picture.
Why though?
That was an old Cadillac Escalade.
That don't seem right.
Because for me, I'm going to tell you one thing.
My girl with her right now, she's like,
one thing about Belle, that really shows 31 when it comes to social media.
It's s*** that I just don't know.
I still don't even know.
I'll be like the magnifying thing on Instagram.
What's it called? They like the sport, bro that I just don't know. I still don't even know. I'll be like the magnifying thing on Instagram. What's it called?
They like the sport.
I'm like, whatever.
So for me,
I'm like,
I don't know how to do a mood pic,
but I'm flying.
I'm like,
I like the picture.
I'm going to throw it up.
I am flying to New York,
but I like this picture better.
You know what I'm saying?
Stop it.
No more captions.
I put a whole caption like,
I said travel day.
But I didn't say like,
oh, I'm on this jet.
I'm about to travel,
but I'm like, yo.
But that's what you insinuate. Yeah, I like the picture. I said, fuck it. Put it up there, travel day. But I didn't say like, oh, I'm on this jet. I'm out to travel. But I'm like, yo. But that's what you intended.
Yeah, I like the present.
Put it up there.
Travel day.
And no, I wasn't in coach.
I was in first class.
And you're an executive producer of a show.
You come here to do promo for your show.
I'm like, why?
Why is that not fly enough for you?
Look, and when I put the picture up, it was so funny because I was coming here.
So by the time I got to New York.
I know.
It was crazy.
No, but look, I'm doing press with Growing Up Hip Hop.
So my mom called me.
I'm literally at the hotel watching the game, right?
My mom called me like, hey, did you do something about a plane?
I'm like, what?
She's like, oh, never mind, boy.
I don't know.
Maybe it ain't nothing.
I don't know.
Then my homies called me.
Hey, bro.
I'm like, what's up?
You popping. I'm like, popping
what I do? Man, talking about this airplane
shit. Man, you better check the shame room. You better check
everything. Man, my f*** is going crazy.
I'm like, what? So I just happened to refresh my
Twitter. My s*** was
rammed. I'm like, is it
that big of a deal? And then
by the time I got back to Atlanta, when I got
home, that's when I knew, okay, this s*** is a big-ass deal. And that's by the time I got back to Atlanta, when I got home, that's when I knew,
okay,
this is a big ass deal.
And then that's how it all started.
And I started seeing 50,
then everybody started doing them.
And the one thing I said was,
okay,
I ain't tripping.
I'm like,
that shit don't get to me.
I'm like,
I'm about to turn this around though.
I'm going to get a check out this.
And Mona Scott reached out to me,
like two months after.
And she was like,
um,
you ever thought about doing a,
doing a Bow Wow Challenge show?
And I was like,
no. She's like, nah, you got thought about doing a Bow Wow Challenge show? And I was like, no.
She's like, nah, you got to own this.
Everybody for us on Instagram.
You need to make a show like that.
And you need to bust my right in the act.
It's you.
You started it.
You did it.
Cool.
I said, okay.
Well, let's do this, Mona.
I'm down.
Let me call my man Anthony Z, the creator of CSI, and let me get him involved.
That's my guy.
I called Anthony.
I said, listen, I'm going to put you in a room with Mona.
Us three, we're going to pitch this show called the Bow Wow Challenge.
So mind you,
this is the creator of CSI,
Anthony Zucker.
This is my guy.
He goes, I'm all with it.
And we just got the news
that we got picked up.
I'll start filming the show next month.
I'll let y'all know when the cameras are on.
I'll let y'all know when the cameras are on.
So the concept is you busting people
who fronten on Instagram.
Right in the spot.
You're going to be on the first episode.
You're going to bust the second one.
No, no, no.
No.
No.
But it's like made punk all in one.
But it's different.
And catfish.
Yeah, it's crazy.
Now, did you ever get Keisha Cole pregnant?
That was another rumor.
No.
Since this is your last interview, you're going to address all rumors.
No, yeah, we're going to talk.
No.
Did you ever get Keisha Cole pregnant?
No.
That's false.
Now, do you fall in love fast with females? Well, hold on. Would you smash Keisha Cole at least? Because the rumor got to talk. No. Did you ever get Keisha Cole pregnant? No. That's false. Now, do you fall in love fast with females?
Well, hold on.
Would you smash Keisha Cole at least?
Because the rumor got to come from somewhere.
You guys were dating?
I wouldn't call it that.
You wouldn't call it dating?
Yeah.
She was just a cool person.
Not your girlfriend, but y'all dated.
I had sex.
I went out together, had a good time with the premise of maybe we'll take it further.
You had sex with Keisha Cole.
That's what you said.
You can say yes and then put hashtag Bow Wow Challenge.
Bow Wow's a silent sniper, yo.
Hey, I am.
You are the silent sniper.
I am, but y'all, every time I come, like, it's been six years, though, but you f***ed up the last time when you said her name.
And I was like, oh, s***.
Like, how'd you find out?
That was Kim K.
Exactly.
But this is like, yeah, I wouldn't say we dated.
It was just a cool person.
You hung out.
At that time, we hung out, and that was that.
Has Shad Moss ever gotten a break?
Meaning, you've been Bow Wow for so long.
Have you ever taken time just to be Shad?
Every day.
Shad is the weirdo, though.
Shad is the motherfucker who sits on YouTube all day,
watches old WWF classics,
watches Food Network,
watching animals and shit like that.
That's shy.
I do that every day.
Playing video games, that's me.
Bow is the work, the crazy one.
The other side, shy is the more cool, calm,
and relaxed dude.
I get to be shy when I'm doing movies.
When I'm doing TV and this,
only the music bring out the other side.
Because from the outside looking,
it looks like you can't let Bow Wow go.
I'm thinking about that video where you was running
and you paid those people to chase you.
That shit was real. I don't believe that.
You said you paid people to chase you.
Why did you make that shit?
That was a rumor online that you paid people to chase you.
Yeah, it was, but that shit was real.
We walked out the stadium
and I was like, yo, what the fuck is this shit?
They was blocking the barricade, all the kids was.
And I'm like, so what, we going to just stand here?
Like, I'm ready to get on the bus.
Like, I'm not about to just stand here at the barricade all fucking night.
So Jermaine said, what you going to do?
I said, well, I'm about to run around this shit.
I took off.
I ran around that shit.
There you go right there.
I look, and they just started taking off.
I'm like, I'm out.
When they started taking off,
we start taking off. And we ran up on the bus like last night in Norfolk, Virginia.
Like girls was passing out in the club.
I ain't seen that since I was little. On God.
When you grow up with that level of fame
and then that doesn't, that changes.
Because your fans grow up, people not passing out no more.
They're not chasing you. Does that affect you mentally?
Because I think about that video where you were walking with the hoodie
on and you was like, oh, they don't even know it's me.
I'm like, they're not thinking about you, pal.
Shout out to my problem because he just did one of them videos
and I had to get in his DM and was like,
dude, but you need to hood on.
He ain't wear the hoodie, but shout out to my boy Problem.
But no, no, no, not at all.
Because it's still the same.
It's weird, and plus my fan base, it varies.
It varies.
So sometimes even though I might fuck up and I do shit online,
I still have to be cautious
that I even have
younger fans too.
It's from white kids
to you name it,
all colors
and sometimes
I'll always be forgetting.
Like even,
you know,
I smoke hella weed.
I'm like,
damn,
I gotta stop smoking
on my Instagram sometimes.
I'm like,
man,
because I have all age,
like it's old people
from Roll Bounce
that love me.
You know what I'm saying?
Mine never even knew I rap.
When I did CSI, I got
middle America, who
I probably never touched, that
now it's, oh my god, Nelson.
I love you, Nelson.
And it's like, thank you. It's like gumbo.
It's all mixed up, so I be forgetting
sometimes. That's why I ask you, is it hard
to let Bow Wow go?
You got that. Those plaques are on the wall. Those jerseys are in the rafters. Yeah. But, is it hard to let Bow Wow go? Like, that's your, like, you got that.
Those plaques are on the wall.
Those jerseys are in the rafters.
Yeah.
But is it hard to just let
Bow Wow go?
Hell no.
You said you were inspired
to make music again
because of Diddy
calling you legendary.
Nah, Puff got on me.
Did he get on you?
Nah, nah, come on.
Come on.
Party or a party party?
Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah.
Look, this man is right here.
I just saw him just asking, is this a party or a party party?
Nah, it was a party at his crib, though.
But nah, it was a party, and it was Halloween.
And everybody went back to his crib and shit.
And the next thing you know, pow, he pulled me to the side right there in front of Jermaine.
I was like, listen, cut the bullshit out.
You got me in your corner.
You got J.D.
You got Dog.
You got real ones behind you.
I don't condone clowns.
You done put in too much work.
You done did too much s**t, boy,
for you to even think that you gonna just do it like this.
I ain't letting that happen.
Get it together.
Go ahead, Diddy.
Drop on the coos box, Diddy.
I like that type of real s**t.
And I looked him in the eye, and I was like, I respect it.
I deserve it.
I respect it.
Would you change anything?
Because you went from superstardom, and then it kind of, we lost you for a couple of years.
And now it's kind of like going back.
Would you change anything?
If there's anything I can see people saying, like, why did he sign with Cash Money?
There was no Jermaine in my corner at the time.
Always had a relationship with Stunner.
And I said, you know what?
Let me try something different.
Because I was really close to signing.
I was going to roll with Atlantic.
My only issue was, every time I've been with a major,
every time I get ready to drop my projects, the staff changes.
Like, right in the middle of my shit.
And before I made the decision with Kevin Liles at the time,
Kevin Liles left and started his own management company.
So I went with Stunner.
I'm like, let me go with Stunner.
Somebody I know.
My situation was straight.
Like, even to this day.
Like, I have nothing bad to say about Stunner. Like, he never...
I got all mine. You got beat?
Absolutely. I got all mine. He took
care of me. Me and Chris Torr,
he ain't got to pay for the bus, young'un. I got that.
I got no complaints. That's coming from me.
That's my word. I ain't got no complaints when it came to me
and Stunner. All right, we got more with Bow Wow
when we come back. Usually, we do the rumors when we
come back, but Bow Wow's still here. Don't move.
It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
You're checking out the world's
most dangerous morning show.
Morning, everybody. It's DJ Envy
Angela Yee. Charlamagne, the guy.
We are The Breakfast Club. Bow Wow is
in the building. He's still here. Usually we do rumors
here, but Bow Wow's here.
Charlamagne? Is it true Janet Jackson
really wanted to holler at you,
but you were too young,
so you told J.D.
hold it down until you get older?
No, definitely not.
Where are you reading these from?
I was just curious.
Where are you getting this information?
It's on the internet.
Cite your soul.
It's on the internet.
I have to know.
So that's not true?
No, not at all.
That's not true.
That's fake news.
Gosh, they have some real weird stories on there. Oh, absolutely. That was, yeah, absolutely. That's not true. That's fake news. Gosh, they have some real weird stuff.
Oh, absolutely.
That was, yeah, absolutely.
Are you looking forward to getting married in life, though?
Because you almost did it.
Yeah, but, um.
What made you decide this isn't going to happen?
Shit don't work out.
Like, for me, I like a strong woman.
I don't like no woman that is weak-minded or you look at comments and you let my
Disrupt your life or disrupt the way you move because of what somebody say we have a nobody say about me That's that's what I've always been that way always
If I care like I don't care it over if you care
Yes, I don't understand how when people read on the internet or they look at they comments really affects them
It don't affect me and And that was a problem.
It's like, yo, I just can't do it.
I can't do it.
There's outside people interfering because they...
Yeah, I just can't do it.
Your girl now don't care.
She don't care about the comments.
She coming to you straight.
That doesn't matter.
Yeah, she hood, too.
So she with all the smoke.
What about your girlfriend now?
Have you brought your daughter around her?
Absolutely, man.
My daughter love my girl.
Okay, and so your daughter's mother
has no problem with that?
No problem whatsoever.
Okay, so it wasn't just that
she doesn't like anyone.
It's just that she didn't like...
No, it was a situation
that she wasn't grooving with.
You know what I'm saying?
At all.
What was the situation?
An ex.
Okay.
That I don't really like to,
you know, shed no light on.
They still be talking about me
on their little show and shit.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
What can you do, right?
We say it at the same time. What can I do? Yeah, I mean, what can you do about that? I'm good. I know. Oh, okay. Yeah. What can you do, right? We say it at the same time.
What can I do?
Yeah, I mean,
what can you do about that?
I'm good.
I know they not, though.
I seen they situation unfold.
What's they situation?
It ain't one no more.
But I'm happy.
All my exes in car,
it's just shambles right now.
Oh, you said my exes
I'm happy.
You said all your exes
in shambles?
Damn near, except one.
CCI.
Oh, Ciara?
Exactly.
She good. Daughter mom is good, but the others, good luck. Well,. Sierra. Exactly. She good.
Daughter mom is good, but the others, good luck.
Well, you have a lot of exes.
I do?
Kind of.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know if you have a lot of exes.
There might not be exes.
There you go.
We know who you're talking about, though.
You're going on a media tour just to tell the media you aren't doing interviews anymore.
Why is that?
That's it.
Why is that, though?
Why are you-
My last radio interview, because everybody knows my story, pretty much.
It's like, okay, Snoop found him, da-da-da-da-da, blah-zee-blah, Jermaine, it's the same.
So for me, it's kind of like, even like last year, all the dumb...
I did all the L's I took last year, all the dumb...
I done said, I noticed that I'm the one can't really comment on shit.
Like, even if I say something, like, even with the Drunk Off Sarat record, people just went straight to Brown.
Right.
That's not what it is. I said
about Jermaine. I spoke about Cash Money.
I spoke about a lot of shit.
And I noticed that when I say
things, they take them, maximize
them, and flip it or make it something.
So it's like for me, it's like, alright, you know what?
I ain't doing interviews no more than you.
You didn't do an interview then. You did a song.
Right, but still, it's like, I could say
damn, man, Jermaine something, something, but it was
whack, though.
Oh, Bow Wow said that Jermaine Dupri was whack.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And it's like, yo, go the fuck I didn't.
See, now y'all causing, like, this really be affecting it.
I never said that.
But is that media or is that social media doing it?
Man, that is the media.
That's people on social media.
Man, when you look on, man, I know how the media go.
You look on Page Six.
You look on all this this and everybody running these stories
and you looking like, man, what?
Man, what? And so then you just stand back like,
okay, now I'm going to take the media
in my own hands now. If I do an interview, it's going to be
a black and white and I'm going to put it out.
And I know when I put it out, they're going to grab it, but it's
going to be what I want out there. It ain't going to be
no more I come sit down and do an interview and you take
bits and you're going to sell it the way it is.
Like, put some on academic page. Like, it's're going to sell it the way it is. Like, put some shit on Academia's page.
Like, it's real shit.
Like, it's a setup.
Like, you go in here with certain people to ask you questions.
They hem you up.
The next you know you leaving, now you beefing with a rapper.
Like, I woke up with the whole I run Ohio shit.
I'm like, I never said I run Ohio.
What the fuck is going on today?
I don't know him.
Like, I don't even know him to not like him.
You know what I'm saying? It's because, like, I don't even know where this energy coming from. Because I don't know you. When I I don't even know him to not like him. You know what I'm saying?
It's because, like, I don't even know where this energy coming from
because I don't know you.
When I was making records, you wasn't born.
That sounds crazy to me.
Bow-wow.
I know.
I'm 31.
Like, I'm 31.
Right.
I don't know if he's 18.
I'm not.
And I said this.
I'm not about to go back and forth with an 18.
I'm just not.
We're in a different tax bracket. I'm in a whole nother league. What props I'm not about to go back and forth with an 18. I'm just not. We in a different tax bracket.
I'm in a whole nother league.
What props I'm going to get for that?
I ain't getting no props for that.
You right.
Is the album done?
Almost, but the G6 is done, though.
The mixtape is done.
The shit that they want, the Greenlight Six, that's done.
When's the release date?
I thought you said you were going to say the release date on Breakfast Club.
I did.
I want to put it on my daughter's birthday.
That's the 27th, this month.
Is it true that you helped Hov get his 92 bricks back that he lost? I mean, he hit me, but no? I did. I want to put it on my daughter's birthday. That's the 27th, this month. Is it true that you helped
Hov get his 92 bricks back
that he lost?
I mean, he hit me,
but no, I did not.
Fight your sources, man.
Where'd you get that from?
I'm just asking the questions
that people wanted to know.
You think you could be
with one woman
for the rest of your life?
I thought I couldn't,
but yeah, I can't.
I thought I couldn't.
And the reason why
I thought I couldn't
was because I didn't
meet the right one.
I damn near cheated
on every girl I've been with.
But this one?
Yeah.
Well, it's been still early. Yeah, but I've been with But this one Yeah Well it's been This is different Still early
Yeah but like I've been with my girl
I've been with my girl every day
And my girl don't play like
When I go in the clubs
And I got a hose
And I gotta do shit
I'm the type of nigga like
I FaceTime my girl
When I'm in the section
Like yo baby
It's crazy in here right now
Get in the bag
I'm going right
And I do like
I do that because I know
My history
Is all the stuff you see scare you
Like when you see Kev Hart get caught up?
He's right.
Tristan Thompson.
Yo, listen.
That's why Jermaine had that talk.
When you find something, and you didn't know it came from him.
He knows best because he knows.
When you find something, lock that door.
Because this is crazy out here nowadays.
And I'm going to tell you what I can't take.
And I ain't never said this.
This is my weakness.
Let it be some real shit that happens. And then, then like y'all talking about a report in it that is gonna affect me like I couldn't deal with a scandal if they said you
had herpes and you they're like that's a f***ed up rumor you know I'm saying you had worse though
they said you got ripped by your bodyguard yeah but like that was that was yeah but for me that
was like when I was a little kid,
I heard that rumor when I was 13, 14.
And I'm like, whatever.
That sounds ridiculous.
But I couldn't handle what Tristan Thompson
was going through. I'm going to just say it.
I'm weak for shit like that.
In the club? In the hookah lounge?
But think about this. There's nobody outside.
You think you good?
He was in the hookah lounge,
though. No, no, he's talking about outside.
When he was walking into the hotel.
He just hit a camera.
I wasn't no fan. That was like higher
shit. Right. That shit?
You can see it in my eyes.
I got chills. That shit terrifies me.
Yeah, but he deserved it after tongue-kissing the girl
in the club. I couldn't go through what
Kev went through. That was f***ed up.
Anything. Both was f***ed up. imagine you not thinking about the camera nothing you wake up your pr call you like uh tmz just called we got a problem and you clueless to what
the problem is a picture with it in your mouth that's crazy but some went down and whatever
they explain to you you know it is in facts but it But it's only, the news is only a two-day, three-day thing.
And we understand that.
Right.
But some things get dragged out.
Some things get dragged.
Bow Wow Challenge is still going on.
Right.
Have you had a dildo situation?
See, I don't know.
I ain't know nothing about it.
The only reason the Bow Wow Challenge is still going on is because they don't know when Bow
Wow is telling the truth or not.
Everything you say sounds like a lie.
That or, not even that.
It could be people that are doing something.
Like, you know,
if you connect with Baller, you good through the city.
After the game, they pull up.
Baller like, hey, man, I'm in the strip club right now.
You know, I'm about to bring the Lakers through.
My man Baller, I'm in your cap and ass, man.
Trying to battle our challenge.
I'm thinking, I'm like, man, get out of here.
You ain't about to bring no Lakers through the studio.
In my mind, I'm already working.
I'm like, ooh, I'm about to put one of these on this court.
So when they came, I forgot one of they dudes name, but I smoked him 2-0.
I got him out of here.
I think he played for the Lakers.
I got him up out of here.
Then Lonzo got up.
I was like, what you want to do?
They're like, what?
I'm like, man, what you trying to do?
This is what I want.
He said, well, let's go.
I ain't saying nothing.
Here we go.
He got the first round.
Mind you, I got on no shoes.
I'm playing in socks.
Second round, I beat him. In the third round. You beat Lonzo. I'll shoot jump shots. Shoot three the first round. Mind you, I got on no shoes. I'm playing in socks. Second round, I beat him.
And the third round... You beat lines away.
Shoot jump shots. Shoot three-pointers.
In socks.
So, the third round, he f***ed me up.
I didn't hit s***. I was tired.
He knew it. He was talking cash. I mean, this boy went
missing. They be talking about how he shoot.
That b***h was going in like a m***.
Jermaine, everybody recording it. I knew that s*** was gonna
go viral. I knew it was because of who he is and his pops.
And he's like the hot new current dude.
He's heavy on social media.
And me, you know what I'm saying?
I just knew it was going to go.
You know what I'm saying?
Just two young cats.
I played Kobe.
That was cool.
Then Snoop hit me, like, right after.
Like, I'm mad.
I'm like, why?
Like, because I never met Lonzo Ball.
I'm like, you never met Lonzo?
No.
And I'm a real Laker, man.
And you got the meeting before I did.
That was dope.
And I looked up.
That was on SportsCenter.
I was having them all.
I was happy.
I'm like, I love SportsCenter.
So that's how that whole thing came about.
Well, technically, you'd have been in the league 12 years by now.
If this was real.
Like Mike?
Yeah, yeah.
You'd have been in the league 12 years.
You're 31.
He, what, 19?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it was cool, man.
And he's a cool dude.
So I had a lot of fun shooting with Lonzo.
That was fun.
Well, Shad Moss, ladies and gentlemen.
He said this is the last radio interview.
We know that's not the truth.
It is.
He'll be back.
If it's yours.
Okay, so you will be back.
And we appreciate you for joining us.
Come on, man, absolutely.
Bowwow, a.k.a.
Shad Moss.
Ain't no a.k.a.
Shad Moss.
A.k.a.
That's it.
Shad Moss.
No, we said Shad.
It's Shad.
Shad.
Yeah.
Shad Moss. Yeah. All right, Bow That's it. Shad Moss. No, we said Shad. Shad. Shad. Yeah. Shad Moss.
Yeah.
All right.
Bow wow.
It's the Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
It's time for Donkey of the Day.
Donkeys of the Day at Jungle Man.
I'm a Democrat, so being Donkey of the Day is a little bit of a mixed place.
So like a donkey.
Keyhawk.
Donkey of the Day.
The Breakfast Club, bitches.
Now, I've been called a lot in my 23 years, but Donkey of the Day is a new one.
Hello?
Yes.
Donkey of the Day for Thursday, April 12th goes to Fox Sports Oklahoma play-by-play broadcaster Brian Davis.
Now, Brian Davis is in his eighth season as the Oklahoma City Thunder's TV voice.
And OKC, the last couple of years, have been blessed with the greatness that is Russell Westbrook.
Drop one of the clues bombs for Russell Westbrook, damn it.
All right.
That man puts on a show on the court and he puts on a fashion show off it.
OK, Russell has truly made the world his catwalk.
And even if you have things to say about his sassy style of dress, there's nothing you can say about his style on the court.
Because the man has averaged a triple-double
for the past two seasons, okay?
Dropped one of Clues' bombs for Westbrook again,
damn it, right? Last year, he became only
the second player behind
Oscar Robinson to average a triple-double during the season
and this year, he did it again, alright?
Now, if you were Brian Davis or any NBA
announcer who was privy to witness
such greatness, you would be excited
watching this history being made, right?
Well, last night during the Oklahoma City Thunder's final regular season game
against the Memphis Grizzlies where Russell finished with six points,
20 rebounds, and 19 assists, Brian Davis got a little too excited,
and he said this.
Russell looking for Ferguson in the corner for three.
Westbrook is out of his cotton-picking mind.
Russell Westbrook is out of his cotton-picking mind. Russell Westbrook is out of his cotton-picking mind.
Now, I read an article a long time ago about racist English phrases with a seriously awful history,
and it just so happens that cotton-picking is on that list.
Now, if you don't understand why this phrase has a racial overtone, particularly against blacks in America,
then you simply don't know, don't show, or don't care about real American history, okay?
Black slaves in the United States were the pickers of cotton for the masses and no melanin.
And the term cotton picking was usually used as a stand-in for the word damn
because the term cotton picking was more socially acceptable than swearing.
The irony, slavery and the rape and murder that came with it were
considered socially acceptable, but the phrase damn wasn't what the term cotton picker was.
Now I'm from South Carolina, so if you're not from the South, you probably never heard
the phrases, you are out of your cotton picking mind, or wait a cotton picking minute. You can
see how easily they replaced the word damn, okay? You are out of your damn mind.
I'll wait a damn minute.
I am so glad this is something that didn't grow legs
because it would have hurt my heart to hear a white announcer
say Kendrick Lamar is nominated for Album of the Year
at this year's Grammys for his third studio album, Cotton Picking, okay?
Kendrick Lamar, Cotton Picking would have won Album of the Year, by the way.
But if you're not from the South, you're probably not used to this phrase.
Cotton Picking is a pretty old term.
Dates back to the first European plantations in the 1700s,
but didn't start getting used as an adjective until about the 1940s.
And many people still believe that to ask somebody to wait a cotton picking minute
is to make a derogatory link between a slave occupation and a modern expression of frustration.
And those people would be absolutely correct.
Now, they try to make this term seem like no big deal,
but the oppressor will never give a damn about the feelings of the oppressed.
They will hit you with things like, well, Bugs Bunny used to say it.
As if a cartoon saying a racist phrase makes it any less racist,
let's hear Bugs Bunny say it.
Hey, just a cotton-picking minute.
Yep, still sounds racist to me, and I don't give a damn that Bugs Bunny said it. Hey, just a cotton-picking minute. Yep, still sounds racist to me.
And I don't give a damn that Bugs
Bunny said it, okay? Bugs Bunny's been around since the
1940s, alright? Bugs Bunny was probably created
by racists, alright? In fact, Bugs
has been around since the 1940s
and Bugs Bunny and Elmo Fudd were all
originally black. That's a fact,
okay? And the original episodes of Bugs
Bunny were racist. Elmo Fudd
was a slow-witted black hunter and his speech patterns and mannerisms were like Stephen Fetchit.
And Bugs Bunny won all the man's clothing through a dice game.
Go look it up. All right. Bugs Bunny beat the black man in the dice game, won the man's clothes and then runs off with the man's clothes,
leaving the man naked with nothing but a patch of leaves covering his meat.
I'm not making this up. I am not Bow Wow. Okay? I am not Bow Wow challenging
you right now. This is real. Go do your Googles.
Alright? Due to the racial stereotyping of that
cartoon, it has not been seen
on TV since 1968. So when you try to
defend the term cotton picking
by bringing up Bugs Bunny, you need to go do your
Googles about Bugs Bunny.
Okay? And when you bring it up, you know,
using it, you're just proving our point.
Alright? That the term cotton picking is racist. OK.
NBA announcer Brian Davis is an old man, ladies and gentlemen, an old, bald colonizer.
OK, so he knows better. He knows exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it.
Or maybe he didn't. But that's why donkey of the day exists to give people the credit they deserve for being stupid
and to make teachable moments out of messy, non-melanated moments like this one now let me
hear the clip from nba announcer brian davis again please russell looking for ferguson in the corner
for three back westbrook is out of his cotton picking mind no for the record for the record
all right because we don't want any other colonizers making this mistake all right for
the work with the record the term cotton picker, cotton picking,
picking cotton, however you want to word it,
all right, based on the history of this country,
to call somebody a cotton picker,
especially a black person,
is absolutely positively racist.
Okay?
Please give OKC announcer Brian Davis
the biggest hee-haw.
And don't tell me people are reaching by being
a tad bit perturbed by this.
All you gotta do is do your
Googles and go do the history
to the phrase cotton picking.
Okay? Cotton picking mind,
way to cotton picking minute, whatever. Just go do
your Googles. Okay. Alright.
And there you have it. Thank you for that donkey today.
Up next, ask
Yee. 800-585-1051.
If you've got a question for Yee, you can call her right now.
She'll help you out with all your problems.
Again, the number is 800-585-1051.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
That was Post Malone with Rockstar.
Good morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha Guy.
We are The Breakfast Club. It's time for Ask Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha Guy. We are The Breakfast Club.
It's time for Ask Yee.
800-585-1051.
What line you want to go to, Yee?
Most every line five.
Hello.
Hello.
Hey, what's your name, Mama?
Keisha.
What's your question for Yee?
My question is, I'm in law enforcement.
I know Yee has her juice bar.
Yes.
So I'm in law enforcement, and I want to branch out into real estate and just
trying to figure out how to promote myself with still keeping my primary job, but still promote
myself in a way to get my real estate business off the ground. Okay. So you have your real estate
license already? Yes. I will say this about real estate. Are you trying to sell properties and
rent properties to people? Or are you trying to flip stuff? I want to buy and sell. I want to
buy and sell. Well, first of all, real estate is a very time-consuming thing
if you want to really make that sale, because I don't know what the average is,
but I know, like, when I was looking for my house
and I know when people are looking to rent, it is a competitive thing
because there's a lot of realtors out there competing, you know,
to make those same sales and to rent those properties as well.
So it is going to mean a lot of time, dedication and flexibility for you. Right. So with that being
said, I think one of the main things you need to do, and actually Paris who works with me,
she has a real estate license also. So she's been, you know, trying to dibble and dabble in it
is to make sure that you know that even when you are off the clock at your main job,
you have to be available and accessible to these potential clients you might have.
Because one thing you do know is that we have a lot of options as far as realtors.
So when I'm coming to you as my real estate agent,
I'm also going to about five or six other realtors as well.
And what that means is we have to be able to trust you, right?
When I have a good realtor, the best realtor I can think of that I have, her name is Sarah. She sold me my house.
And what I loved about her was that she wasn't trying to just sell me anything. She understood
what it was that I wanted. So she didn't waste my time showing me properties that I didn't like.
She paid attention to what I had to say. And she was honest. She wasn't like there was one house I almost got
but it was in front of a bus stop and she was like you don't really want to buy something in
front of a bus stop because there'll be a lot of traffic in front of your house all the time when
you come out you can't park in front of here. Just those little things like that really mattered to
me to know that she really cared that I got something that I loved. So I think for you what
would be really important is for you to make sure you stay in touch pay attention to your clients
that you're persistent but not annoying,
and you're not wasting your time and their time.
And that's going to be a work in process because once you do a great job with someone,
that's how you get more and more referrals.
So I think being available on the weekends,
because there's a lot of people that won't be able to look at properties,
you know, while you're on the clock also.
So making sure that you dedicate a lot of time to that
because if you eventually want that to be your primary job, what that means is you're going to have to grind and go really
hard as you make it your side gig. And that means establishing relationships with people,
doing a great job so that you get great referrals, asking people to leave a review when they work
with you so that that helps you out with that positive input. And are you working with a
company, a real estate company? I'm kind of interviewing a few
places right now. Right. So once you get your foot in there, that'll be helpful also. But just know
that it is really competitive and you have to be patient. But the main thing is that you have to
be honest. And another thing that really helped me out was that my realtor knew a lot of people,
like as far as helping me get my mortgage, you know, insurance and all of that stuff that they
could refer me to.
So make sure you have a network because then people can refer people to you also.
So it might not necessarily be, oh, this person is going to be my client,
but they might be able to say, oh, you know, my girl Keisha actually is a realtor.
You should talk to her and just go to these networking events.
A lot of times, where are you located?
I'm Maryland.
Okay, yeah, a lot of times there's all types of networking events for real estate.
There's all types of conferences.
So make sure you go to those things, and so that way you know people,
but understand that it is a job that does require a lot from you.
I appreciate it.
Thank you so, so much.
But good luck, Keisha, and I know you're going to be so excited
once you get your first sale or rental.
I appreciate it.
Thank you.
No problem.
All right, Mama.
All right.
Ask Yee.
800-585-1051.
If you need advice, you can call Yee right now.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha Guy.
We are The Breakfast Club.
We're in the middle of Ask Yee.
800-585-1051.
What line do you want to go to, Yee?
Let's do Leon on line 10.
Leon.
Hello, hello.
Hey, Leon, what's going on?
Not so much.
What's going on with you?
What's your question for Yee, bro?
All right, so my question is, so I've been with my girl for a little while,
and I'm about ready to, you know, pop the question and all that,
but I'm worried that it's not the right time for her being in school and all that.
Okay, so you want to get engaged, but you feel like because she's in school,
you don't want to be a distraction?
Yeah, exactly.
Have you guys ever discussed marriage?
Oh, yeah, definitely.
And she wants to get married also?
Yeah.
She doesn't know that I have the ring.
I think if anything, if you're a supportive and loving partner,
that could actually help her and motivate her even more.
You know, just when you propose and get engaged,
that doesn't mean you have to get married right away,
but you guys can have that period of time to start planning,
and that way she can take her time with it.
But I'm sure, if anything, it's a relief when you have somebody great in your corner
to know that you have that stability and somebody that's there for you.
And the fact that you know you don't want to be a distraction
and you want to be a support system is great.
You know, I think, if anything, if you know that she't want to be a distraction and you want to be a support system is great. You know, I think, if anything,
if you know that she wants to get married and y'all have discussed it,
then that's just going to be something even more exciting
for her to add to everything she has going on.
Yeah, I never think about it from that angle,
but yeah, I really appreciate that.
Right, if anything, things like that are really helpful
to anybody in a relationship.
I'm sure she makes you better, you make her better,
so just continue to do that.
Yeah.
All right.
How are you going to propose?
I haven't even, honestly,
I haven't even had that part down yet.
I just got the ring and I have it,
but I haven't really thought about
the exact way I'm going to do it.
All right.
Well, when you do it, let us know
and make sure you film it
so you can send it so we can post it.
All right.
Definitely.
We'll do it.
All right.
Good luck. All right. Thank you.'ll do it. All right, good luck.
All right, thank you.
All right.
Ask Yee, 805-85-1051.
If you need relationship advice or any type of advice, you can call Yee.
Now, we got rumors on the way, Yee?
Yes, let's talk about Meek Mill.
He's been getting a lot of great visitors while he's in prison.
And somebody posted he might be coming home earlier than you think.
Okay, all right.
We'll get into all that next.
And also, shout out to Bow Wow for joining us earlier.
The whole interview will be up in the next hour.
Wow.
You're all hating on Bow Wow like that.
It's up on YouTube now.
You can check it out.
It's not that they're hating on Bow Wow.
They just don't believe Bow Wow.
No, they're hating on him.
Why do you think it's hate?
Why do you call it hate?
What's hate about it?
Bow Wow, you're whack.
We hate you.
Yeah.
All right.
You might think the man's whack. That sounds like hate to me. What's hate about it? Bow Wow, you're whack. We hate you. Yeah. Hey! Everybody think the man's whack.
That sounds like hate to me.
What's their reasoning, though?
They don't believe a girl passed out.
They don't believe him.
Yeah, everybody thinks Bow Wow's a liar.
They don't believe he was signed to Death Row.
There's no picture with him and Tupac.
That's a good point.
They don't believe he has Diddy's number.
I mean, come on, this is just ridiculous
Yeah, I mean, they hating on Bow Wow
Poor Bow Weezy, man
Well, I hope nobody comes out and says he lied about anything in this interview
Oh, I'm sure they will
Well, anyway, you can see the full interview online right now
And rumors are on the way, it's the Breakfast Club, good morning
Morning, everybody, it's DJ Envy Angela Yee
Charlamagne Tha Guy, we are the Breakfast Club
What's happening?
Let's get to the rumors.
Y'all just can't get enough of Bow Wow, huh?
It's time.
She's spilling the tea.
This is The Rumor Report with Angela Yee on The Breakfast Club.
Well, I see a lot of people going in on Bow Wow
and not believing things that he said on the interview
on The Breakfast Club just now.
I'm looking at my timeline right now.
What you seeing? What you seeing?
Liam Marie said people talk about him because of the lies he tells.
Get it right. Did you hear the actual interview?
Prime example, the Bow Wow challenge.
The thing is, with Bow Wow, he tries too hard to be relevant
instead of just being him, so braggadocious.
Nothing sounds authentic.
Well, here's one thing that just got verified this morning.
Now, in the interview, Bow Wow said that a young lady passed out.
Check it out.
Like last night in Norfolk, Virginia.
Like girls was passing out in the club.
I ain't seen that since I was little.
Oh, God.
Just shaking, crying, and then she just fell out in the club.
I'm like, what the?
Like, this is crazy.
He said, oh, God.
All right, well.
He said girls, too, though.
He said girls, plural. Well, first he said a girl. He said a girl. God. All right, well. He said girls, too, though. He said girls, plural.
Well, first he said a girl.
He said a girl.
Yeah, I think he just.
Okay.
So the security, actually, who was my security when I went to Virginia, actually texted me.
He said, hey, Missy, this is the security that was with you when you came to VA.
I was working the venue Bow Wow came to, and I can say the girl really did pass out.
He didn't lie about that one.
Well, the club is hot.
You know what I mean?
People be on drugs.
Stop it.
Stop it.
Nobody's on drugs.
You know what I mean?
But I will say this, though.
I know some people who have emotional investments in Bow Wow because they grew up on it.
I didn't grow up on Bow Wow.
You know what I'm saying?
So some people do have an emotional investment.
So she probably saw her and was reminiscent about her childhood.
Yeah, some girls are going crazy on my Instagram.
One girl was like, oh, my God, he still looks so good.
I mean, it's believable.
And people are just retarded.
Let's just throw that out there, too.
All right, Mariah Carey has come forward and confessed something that she has been suffering from for years,
and that is that she was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder in 2001.
Now, she said she's been in constant fear of being exposed, but now she wants that stigma to finally be lifted.
She said, until recently, I lived in denial and isolation
and in constant fear someone would expose me.
It was too heavy a burden to carry,
and I simply couldn't do that anymore.
I sought and received treatment.
I put positive people around me,
and I got back to doing what I love,
writing songs and making music.
That's good. Congratulations to her.
Drop on the Clues Bonds for Mariah Care.
If you remember, and this is in People Magazine,
she's on the cover right now,
she was diagnosed at that same time back in 2001
after being hospitalized for an emotional and physical breakdown at that time.
So she said she only recently started to receive treatment
after a difficult few years.
Well, that's not going to make people, you know, disregard the fact that sometimes she sounds good singing live and sometimes she doesn't nowadays.
No, not at all.
Okay. Just making sure.
Right. So she has symptoms of periods of depression and persistent elevated or irritable mood, sleeplessness.
And I'm sure that does affect your performance, though, when you can't sleep and you're having terrible mood.
I'm sure. She said, I was working and working you can't sleep and you're having terrible moods. I'm sure.
She said, I was working and working and working.
I was in constant fear of letting people down.
It turns out I was experiencing a form of mania.
Eventually, I just hit a wall.
I guess my depressive episodes were characterized by having very low energy.
I would feel so lonely and sad, even guilty, that I wasn't doing what I needed to be doing for my career.
I knew y'all was going to use this as an excuse
as to why her vocal cords be trashed sometimes nowadays.
But imagine having these episodes where you can't sleep,
you're experiencing that, and you have a lot of anxiety
and very low energy, all of those things,
which are symptoms of bipolar disorder that she's experienced.
So she said, I'm hopeful we can get to a place
where that stigma is lifted from people
going through anything alone.
It can be incredibly isolating.
And not telling people that you're having these struggles,
and she hadn't treated it until recently.
Well, therapy is great.
I go to therapy every Friday at 3.
Congratulations to her.
I see Safaree's in therapy now also.
He just had his first therapy session.
Safaree actually hit me up last week
and asked me to recommend him a therapist.
He actually did.
I never responded to him, though.
What kind of friend are you?
I did respond to say I got you, but I forgot to hit him back.
I did.
Well, there you go.
All right, Meek Mill, he's getting support from a lot of people.
As you can see, they've been going to visit him while he's in jail.
And Wale actually went to visit him.
He posted about it.
And they had to remember that very public spat when Meek Mill said,
while they didn't tweet a thing about his album,
he said, we look back and laugh at the dumb ish
and we welcome the endless possibilities
of our future with open arms.
The silver lining in this effed up situation
is the clarity and wisdom he has gained.
So he said, the body can be captured,
but the mind can remain elusive when there is clarity.
Also, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft went to go visit Meek Mill in jail as well
as the Philadelphia mayor, Jim Kenney.
Now, TI posted Meek Mill is expected to be released from jail Monday after his court
hearing.
Hashtag free Meek.
So I just don't understand if all of these important people are going to see him and
you got the governor and the mayor all saying that this is wrong.
Why don't they just pardon him?
I guess it's still due process.
No, I thought I read something that he might be freed Monday.
Yeah, that's what I just said.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, so maybe it's working.
Yeah, it's just a process.
You can't just be like, all right, let him out right now.
I guess they still have to go through.
I thought you could just pardon people.
I don't know if that works just like that.
I think they had to appeal to the higher court there
to overrule that judge's ruling.
Alright, once again,
Khloe Kardashian, she's having early contractions.
So she is due late April,
but it looks like the baby is actually
going to come soon. And this is all in the midst of the whole
cheating scandal with Tristan Thompson.
Now, Tristan Thompson will be allowed
in the delivery room, according to sources.
Even though she is devastated by these recent revelations,
she doesn't want her personal feelings to ruin him being in his child's life
and being there while the child is born.
She did go ballistic when she found out everything that happened
because she's in Cleveland right now.
She really wanted to go back to L.A., but of course they said that's not the time for this right now
because she has a baby on the way, potentially.
So Kris Jenner has already flown out there, and her sisters and family and friends are supposed to be going out there between today and tomorrow as well.
That Kardashian marketing machine timing is impeccable because I could have swore yesterday they said the baby was due any day now.
Now she's having early contractions.
They've been sitting on this tape since October.
I guess when you're due, I mean, she's due in a couple of weeks, so it could happen
sooner than that. Yeah, they've been sitting on this tape
since October, and they just
conveniently put it out a couple
weeks before her due date. I guarantee they're going to announce
season 16 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians soon,
and everything we're seeing now is going to be in the
promo, and we're going to act so surprised, like,
wow, they're quick. I don't think they would do that, not when
she's pregnant. I don't think they would do that. Now, one of the women
that Tristan Thompson allegedly made out with back in October
said she had no idea that he was serious with Khloe Kardashian at the time
or that he was having a baby.
The woman is named Marie.
She's in the surveillance video, and she said she's a mother herself
and did not want to be a homewrecker at all.
So she had no idea that, I guess, all that was going down.
Now, Lamar Odom also feels terrible for Khloe
and doesn't know if he should reach
out or not. Amber
Rose posted, I know we've had our differences
in the past, but my heart is broken for you, sis.
No one deserves to feel that pain,
especially during such a sensitive time.
And French Montana has since re-followed
her on social media.
He's a sniper boy. I'm Angela Yee
and that is your Rumor Report.
Alright, thank you, Miss Yee. Up next is the People's Choice Mix. You want to hear something, and that is your Rumor Report. All right. Thank you, Ms. Yee.
Up next is the People's Choice Mix.
You want to hear something, hit us up right now.
Revolt, we'll see you tomorrow.
It's the Breakfast Club.

Had enough of this country?
Ever dreamt about starting your own?
I planted the flag.
This is mine.
I own this.
It's surprisingly easy.
55 gallons of water, 500 pounds of concrete.
Or maybe not.
No country willingly gives up their territory.
Oh my God.
What is that?
Bullets.
