Ever dreamt about starting your own?
I planted the flag. This is mine. I own this.
It's surprisingly easy.
55 gallons of water, 500 pounds of concrete.
Or maybe not.
No country willingly gives up their territory.
Oh my God.
What is that?
Bullets.

It's Tuesday.
Yes, it's Tuesday.
I feel good today.
I got me a prescription of Vicodin.
Okay.
Because I had to get my tooth removed yesterday.
Removed?
Not even a wisdom tooth.
I had a tooth that had an infection in it.
I'm wondering, like, why do my breath smell like this for the past couple days?
So you had some major surgery yesterday.
No, I just had an extraction.
That's all.
I got to get an implant in a few months.
Nothing crazy. But the beauty
of it is I got a Vicodin prescription. Drop on the clues
bombs for me, God damn it.
I got to go back to the dentist this week and then I got my physical
this week, my yearly physical to make sure I'm okay.
Hey man, tell them to give you some Vicodin. You'll be fine.
Yeah, well it ain't any more than Vicodin.
And good morning to our newest family
member. Who we got?
107.3 to beat the ghost home for hip-hop and R&B.
What is that?
That's in Mobile, Alabama, and also Pensacola, Florida.
Drop one of the clues bombs from Mobile, Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida.
Good morning, guys.
Mobile for participating in that election today, right?
Yep.
All right, with Doug Johnson.
Doug Johnson called in yesterday.
Doug Jones?

I don't know. He called in yesterday. He got Johnson called in yesterday. Doug Jones. Doug Jones. I don't know.
He called in yesterday.
He got a call in yesterday.
Represent Alabama.
Doug Jones, yes.
He's ahead right now.
He's going up against
the alleged pedophile.
He should be ahead
against an alleged pedophile.
He wasn't previously.
I can't believe he has to compete
against an alleged pedophile,
but whatever.
Alabama, y'all do the right thing.
Right.
And shout to Jeezy,
who had his listening session yesterday.
I was supposed to go, but I passed out.
I fell asleep.
Did you go, Yee?
Yes, I did.
Oh, you represented the Breakfast Club.
I was supposed to go, but I don't go to stuff like that.
Well, yes, of course I was the only one that showed up and represented.
So shout out to Jeezy.
I also went to SZA's show last night.
Salute to SZA.
Salute to Pastor Young.
Jizzle, that is.
Yeah, it was a great night.
It was a SZA and Jeezy night.
How did Jeezy's album sound?
It sounded good.
I actually liked it a lot.
And he was there with Fab, Fabulous, and Dave East, and Lil Mo was there.
Nice.
When's it coming out?
I don't know.
Friday?
It's Friday?
All right.
Listen, I'm all here for new Young Jeezy music.
Young Jeezy is one of my top seven favorite rappers of all time.
It was fun because then they were playing all his old music, and it was real exciting,
and then you get to hear the new music.
It was a great event.
I really wanted to go too.
I passed out.
My son had a game
and then I just,
I'm going to close my eyes
for a second.
I really did not want to go
but I definitely passed out
last night
because I was on
that Viking and Baby.
That Viking had you going?
Yeah, I had a nice day yesterday.
I left here.
I went to do an interview
at Salon.com.

And they always ask me
Like I'm just asking you
Even though I know
You're gonna say no
Yeah you're right

I'm going to be right riding into work.
Nice little listening party.
Jamming.
Okay.
All the water you want on me.
All right.
Well, let's get to show cracking.
Front page news.
What are we talking about, Yee?
Well, we talked about Keaton Jones yesterday,
the sixth grader that is being bullied, and the video that went viral.
Well, now we'll give you an update on what's going on with all these GoFundMe accounts
and Confederate flags.
Let the record show I told y'all yesterday morning he was going to show up to all these events
in a MAGA hat.
Okay?
I told y'all that.
All right.
We'll get into all that when we come back.
Keep it locked.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
It's Bodak Yellow.
Everybody, it's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God.
We are The Breakfast Club. Let's get in some front page news. Everybody, it's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God. We are The Breakfast Club.
Let's get in some front page news.
Now, on Monday Night Football, the Patriots lost last night to the Dolphins 27-20.
Now, where do you want to start off?
Do you want to start off with Trump or do you want to start off with the terror alert?
Which way?
First, I'm going to start off giving you an update on what happened in New York yesterday.
You know, there was a homemade pipe bomb that was set off at 7.20 a.m.
And that was at Port Authority Bus Terminal on a walkway.
And they said that was an isolated attempted terrorist attack.
They do have the suspect, 27-year-old Akayed Ullah, who pledged allegiance to ISIS.
And the investigators said the suspect had at least two devices.
Five people were injured, and Ula is at Bellevue Hospital
where he is being treated for lacerations and burns to his hands and abdomen.
And that is the update on what happened yesterday in New York City
causing all kinds of chaos at 720 in the morning.
I wish he'd have blew himself up only.
That's what I really wish would have happened.
I'm actually kind of glad that he didn't die.
He's going to get to suffer a little bit.
You know what I'm saying? But this ain't going to be peeing out of a bag for a long time. That's what I really wish would happen. I'm actually kind of glad that he didn't die. He's going to get to suffer a little bit. You know what I'm saying?
But he's going to be peeing out of a bag for a long time.
That's great.
He blew off like a part of his abdomen or something I heard yesterday.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, let him suffer for a while.
What's wrong with that?
All right, now let's discuss this video that went viral.
It was middle schooler Keaton Jones, and this was in Tennessee.
And here was the video that went viral.
Why do they bully?
What's the point of it?
Why do you find joy in taking innocent people and finding a way to be mean to them?
They make fun of my nose.
They call me ugly.
They say I have no friends.
How's that make you feel?
Why did they do it to me?
And I'm sure you know why they do it to other people.
Because it's not okay.
People that are different
don't need to be criticized
about it. It's not their fault.
I didn't post that video.
You know why? Because you gotta hit both sides.
I needed more context.
Regardless, the kid shouldn't get bullied if he's being
bullied for no reason. But if he's being bullied
because of what he's saying
or what he's doing. Did you hear what I just said?
Yeah. You gotta hear both sides.
I gotta know the whole context. So we don't know
the whole context, but what we do know is that
pictures had surfaced of the mom
and the kids, and there was a Confederate
flag, and so
that already took
quite a turn, and then there were
GoFundMe accounts that were started.
Now, we're still a little unclear on what happened, but apparently MMA fighter Joe Schilling says that he was
touched by that story. So he reached out to invite young Keaton to a show and he was surprised
by the mom, Kimberly Jones's reaction. Here's what he said.
I feel pretty stupid right now, people. I was pretty moved by Keaton Jones's video.
So I reached out to his mom and was going to bring him out to L.A.
for a Bellator event that's coming up, big show,
and she just wants money.
She just wants me to share her GoFundMe account,
and I asked what the GoFundMe account for, what is it for?
And she said, oh, you know, Christmas is coming,
and I'm a single mother, blah, blah, blah, money's tight, whatever.
Make your own judgment on that.
I told you I don't trust no GoFundMe account around Christmas.
When I see a GoFundMe account around Christmas, I read it as go F yourself.
Well, the mom, Kimberly Jones, is saying she didn't start any GoFundMe account,
and there was another GoFundMe account that was set up,
and that, they found out, was created by someone else, Joseph Lamb.
He wanted to help Keaton out financially,
and that had gotten about $58,000 in donations but they
froze that so that doesn't have anything to do with the mom
so she's denying that the family
set up any GoFundMe accounts.
I thought it was the mom's account but then
somebody else came to take claim of it?
No, they're saying that there was like a fake
page that was set up where people could buy accounts.
What is money going to do to stop
bullying? You going to buy them some security?
What is money going to do to stop bullying? People do start Go him some security? What is money going to do to stop bullying?
People do start GoFundMe accounts for other people all the time.
So I don't know if this was the mom who started it, but she denies.
I guess I wanted to give him a nice Christmas because he was bullied.
You're praying off people because they have sympathy for you.
You're praying off people because you're using somebody else's pain to make profit.
You don't need no money because your child is getting bullied.
Unless you go hire full-time security to be with your child every day.
Well, we don't know that she started the GoFundMe.
She's saying she didn't.
And they did tie it back to somebody named Joseph Lamb.
What about the Confederate flags and all that kind of stuff and all of the rhetoric she was saying about Colin Kaepernick and taking me and all of that type of stuff like that?
What about all that?
Well, no, that's different.
And her comments after the Charlottesville riots.
What about all that?
Yeah, that's her.
But, you know, listen, I wouldn't say that it's cool
to bully a sixth grader ever,
and he clearly was upset and crying
and having a difficult time.
And bullying is a subject
that is important for kids to discuss.
You're right.
So it has...
What if, I'm just hypothetically speaking...
Oh, here you go.
What if he called a group of kids the N-word
or some other racial slur?
And that's not bullying.
I'm just throwing it out. I'm not saying that's not bullying. I'm just throwing it out.
I'm not saying that's the case.
I'm just saying hypothetically speaking.
Or what if the case of his mama did
and the boys would take it out on him?
Nah, don't take it out on the kid.
But that's what happens sometimes.
The kids pay for the sins of the parents.
Well, yeah, so we don't know the full story,
but I'm sure more details will come out.
And that's why I don't cape for nobody
until I got proper context.
All right.
Get it off your chest.

Because,

If they don't want
to claim that penis
in public,
don't DM down
in private.
Shut up, Sonderman.
So how was the meeting? How was everything?
It was good. His mom was real cool. His brothers was actually like really down to earth. And
it was like really cool, actually.
It's official now. You going to give us an invite to the wedding?
If it took two years to meet his family, I don't know when that wedding coming.
Did you have sex with him?
Say it again?
Did you have sex with him? Yes, two years to meet his family. I don't know when that wedding coming. Did you have sex with him? Say it again? Did you have sex with him?
Yes, two years.
I'm asking you a simple question.
Did you give him a little box for the holidays?
We've been together for two years.
We've been doing it.
Oh, I thought you said you never met him.
I don't know what's going on.
No, he said he hasn't met the family, but he's been dating them for two years.
Oh, the family.
He's not listening at all, Trav.

Goodbye.
We got to kiss you below that.

Thank you for calling, Drab.
All right, Drab.
Bye.
You have a great day.
Hello, who's this?
Yo, Envy, shut up, man.
What?
What's up, my G?
Why are you so angry?
Why are you so mad at me?
Because, man, I'm mad at y'all, man.
Y'all be cutting me off every morning.
Why y'all do that?
What do you think is about to happen right now if you don't lower your tone?
You're about to get cut off in a minute. So you better hurry up and get it out. Oh, for real? Oh, y'all do that? What do you think is about to happen right now if you don't lower your tone? You're about to get cut off in a minute.
So you better hurry up and get it out.
Oh, for real? Y'all gonna do it like that?
Y'all owe me money anyway.
Y'all been biting off of me. Y'all owe me money.
How you been biting off of you half?
What you mean half? How y'all gonna play dumb?
What?
How y'all gonna play puzzled and all that?
Have a blessed day.
No, no, stop eating pork in the morning.
You know what I'm saying? Show some respect. Call up here with some respect. That a blessed day. No, no, hold on here. Shut up. No, no, stop eating pork in the morning. You know what I'm saying?

And Charlamagne, I know you're like Simon Cowell, man.
I need your critique on the 16, man.
Talk to me.
Give me the 16.
Let's go.
I will say I don't like Simon Cowell anymore because he's becoming a character of himself.
Go ahead.
All right, here we go.
I'm at the bottom of a bottomless pit surviving.
Doing all I can trying to exist.
I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I wish I could cash in my problems.
My God, I'll be rich.
Gotta get rich.
I polish my dip, make myself better.
So I promise you this.
Another rapper could never be hotter than this.
I'm like the weather in the desert.
I'm as hot as you get.
Whoa.
How long you been rapping, bro?
Down in the ditch.
Go to jail.
You'll see for this minor offense.
That's it.
My lifestyle is here.
He's not holding the phone.
He's holding it like this because he's spitting it out.
It's a microphone.
Hey, my brother, I'm going to tell you something, man.
It's a lot of temp jobs hiring during the holidays.
You know what I'm saying?
You can pick up some extra work for Christmas.
I don't think rap is it for you based off what I just heard.
Can I finish just the rest of it?
No.
I don't think you need to do that.
You know what I'm saying?
I think I know what direction you're going in.
You know how sometimes you can see somebody walking and know what building they're going in?
I know what direction you're going in, okay?
You know what I'm saying?
What direction is that?
Well, right now, he need to walk on down to UPS because I really think they're hiring.
They got great benefits.
I love the UPS people.
They're so friendly around this time of year.
I just don't think rap is for you, my brother, okay?
But I mean that in the greatest way possible.
Have a blessed day.
Happy holidays.
Merry Christmas. Happy Hanukkah. Happy Kwanzaa. Whatever it is you're celebrating, okay? But I mean that in the greatest way possible. Have a blessed day. Happy holidays. Merry Christmas. Happy
Hanukkah. Happy Kwanzaa. Whatever it is you're celebrating, okay?
It's Christmas, Tom. It's
Christmas. And I appreciate it, man. I love
you guys. I love you too, my brother.
Why you put up the peace sign like he can see it? I just want
him peace and blessings. When I tell somebody F
their dreams of rap, that don't mean that, you know,
F them all together. That's just
find a new thing to do. But get it off your chest.

Yes, we'll tell you about a brand new couple who just got married over the weekend.
Also, Jimmy Kimmel.
This was heartbreaking as he talks about health care reform on his show.
All right, we'll get into all that when we come back.

Actually, that's not what we're doing here,
but we are going to talk about Latoya Luckett.
Congratulations to her. She got married over the weekend in Austin, Texas.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong.
Why does it always feel like Latoya Luckett getting married?
She was engaged before, never got married.
Engaged, okay, okay.
And now she is married.
Who's she engaged to, Slim Thug?
His name is Tamakis Walker.
Yeah, the pictures look good, too.
She looks good.
She looks happy.
Yeah, Michelle Williams was there, Latavia Robertson,
her old bandmates from Destiny's Child,
and Ludacris' wife was one of the matrons of honor,
Eudoxie, and Tank sang at last honor, Eudoxie. Oh, nice. And Tank sang
At Last while they had their first dance.
So, congratulations. Who she was engaged
to? Her fiancé.
Nah, not him. The guy before that. Oh,
Rob Hill. Rob Hill. My man, Rob Hill.
Yes. And that didn't
work out. So, now she is married, though.
All them love quotes Rob got on Twitter and I can't
believe it didn't work out for him.
If you know so much about everybody else's relationship, then yours should work out.
Salute to my guy Rob, though.
That's not true.
It's very important to know when it's not going to work out.
Maybe that's why he didn't proceed, because he knew it wasn't going to work out.
Right.
It's a very inaccurate meme on Instagram, too.
It's like a jug of water, and it shows your hydration level.
And they got LaToya too high up on that list.
They got her up there with Farrah and the other people from Destiny's Child who didn't work out.
LaToya had a good career.
Oh, okay.
I didn't understand what you mean.
Yes.
All right.
Now, Jimmy Kimmel, he was holding his baby son as he returned to his show.
And his son was born with a heart defect in April, his son Billy.
He needed one surgery just after his birth, and he had a follow-up operation last week.
Jimmy Kimmel's been very vocal about Congress restoring
and improving children's health coverage,
and it's called the Children's Health Insurance Program, CHIP.
That's been left unfunded.
It's been stuck in a political stalemate since September,
and he thinks it's disgusting that right now Congress is putting tax cuts
for millionaires ahead of worrying about health care for kids.
Here's what he had to say.
This happened because Congress, about 72 days ago, failed to approve funding for CHIP
since the first time since it was created, two decades ago.
This is literally a life-and-death program for American kids.
It's always had bipartisan support, but this year they let the money for it expire
while they work on getting tax cuts for their millionaire and billionaire donors. And
about 2 million chip kids have serious chronic conditions. I don't know about you. I've had
enough of this. I don't know what could be more disgusting than putting a tax cut that mostly goes
to rich people ahead of the lives of children. And he's very right. Imagine not having health
care for your child. No, it is very very expensive. If you have some type of chronic illness and have to get surgery,
I mean, that is so ridiculously expensive.
A lot of people can't afford to pay for that.
You don't even need chronic.
It could be like a staph infection.
When my daughter had the staph infection,
if we didn't have health insurance,
that bill came in at $48,000
for her staying in the hospital for three, four days.
I mean, that's just ridiculous.
And thank God we had health insurance,
but yeah, that gets expensive for people.
What about the people who don't?
They can set up a GoFundMe link.
That's what they're trying to push people to do.
They're trying to push everybody to have to set up GoFundMe links
when they're in dire situations like this.
All right, now Beyonce, her team has had to put a stop
to a brewery in Brooklyn that was using her name.
I guess they were trying to use it.
It's called a Baryonce.
So they made it a, if you have Revolt TV, you can see what the cans look like. Oh, they were trying to use it. It's called a Baryonce. So they made it a if you have Revolt TV, you can see what
the cans look like. Oh, they're wild.
It's one thing to name a drink after somebody. They got
the logo on the can and all kinds of stuff.
That little accent after the C-E.
And it's in pink. Yeah, Katerina Martinez
said she was inspired because she
missed a Beyonce concert even though she
purchased tickets. So after
that, you know, she's a huge Beyonce fan
so she's made these Beyonce's
and they found out about it
and did a cease and desist. Beyonce's saying
inspire these nuts, alright? Run that check.
What the hell is wrong with you?
I hate when people say they're inspired but they just steal
your whole swag. Like, you can't do that. You can't
put my name on your beer
can, change the name a little bit, put the accent
same font, same color. Put the accent. Same font.
Same color.
Like, no.
Stop.
All right.
And speaking of Beyonce, she has gotten another number one song with Ed Sheeran.
Great record.
His song, Perfect.
That's dope.
Great record.
Is number one.
And you know what?
I was discussing this.
This is Beyonce's first number one song since 2008.
And it's her sixth number one song, by the way.
But it's the first one since 2008.
And that's when Single Ladies was number one.
I think Beyonce's done a good job of being able to sell bodies of work.
Like, you know, people, when she drops an album, people go out there and grab the whole thing.
Right.
As opposed to gravitating towards one single.
Hey, now let me some Beyonce.
All right, well, I'm Angela Yee, and that is your Rumor Report.
All right, when we come back, we got front page news.
What we doing in front page news, Yee?
Well, I mean,
let's talk about
this election in Alabama.
Okay.
We'll get into that.
Doug Jones is actually
calling in.
All right.
We'll get into that
when we come back.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
That was Raking Up
Yo Gotti.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy,
Angela Yee,
Charlamagne Tha God.
We are The Breakfast Club.
All right.
Now it's time
for front page news and we got a special
guest on the line. He's running for U.S.
Senate in Alabama, Doug
Jones. Good morning. Thanks
for having me this morning. Hey, Doug, I'm gonna be
honest with you. I'm not too familiar with you,
but I know that you have to be a better option than a pedophile.
Okay.
Well, you know, I appreciate that.
There's a lot more, there's a
lot of contrast between me and Roy Moore. I promise you.
So Roy Moore has really fallen back from going out and I guess promoting himself now because obviously, you know, you don't want to have to keep answering those questions.
Well, it's not just those questions. I mean, people have, you know, as this election draws closer, people are looking not only at those statements of those brave women, but they've gone back and look at his history. And it's been a history of divisiveness,
getting kicked out of office twice, making comments that, you know, that the marriage
equality Supreme Court decision was worse than the decision of Plessy versus Ferguson that,
that, you know, gave lawful credence to slavery.
He's had comments like that.
So people are looking at the entire body of work for Roy Moore,
and it is not a good one, and it is not reflective of the values of Alabama.
Well, he actually said that America was a better place during slavery.
That's right. He said America was a better place.
He's made comments that we would be better off if we would get rid of all the amendments after the Bill of Rights, the first 10, which included those 13th, 14th, and 15th post being trying to work for all people in Alabama to try to reach across,
find that common ground,
as U.S. Attorney going back in time
to prosecute the 1963
bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church
when it would have been very easy to just
let that be buried in the past.
But it was the right thing to do.
It was the just thing to do when we were on the right
side of history. Why hasn't he dropped out the race?
Like, why do you think that they're allowing this alleged pedophile to keep going?
And not to mention the president is still supporting him too. Well, I can't, I can't
speak for the president. I can only speak for our campaign. Um, I am not surprised he's not
dropped out. He's been defiant. He has been inconsistent about his denials with these women,
uh, whose credibility is, I think the women's credibility has just soared
the more he has been inconsistent with his denials. But you know, that was his call.
The Republican Party sometimes in Alabama, at least right now, are putting their party interest
in a potential vote over the state's best interest, and they're condoning this kind of conduct. And I
think that that's wrong. It's inappropriate. But I think the people of Alabama are going to see through that
because we've gone straight to the folks,
and we have been working consistently to try to make sure our message of inclusion
and all of the issues that are most important to people are at the forefront.
And that's what's giving us traction on this campaign,
even before these allegations surfaced.
Do you have any celebrities campaigning for you?
Because I heard Roy Moore has R. Kelly campaigning for him.
He does not have R. Kelly.
Well, you know, we had some Congressional Black Caucus members come in.
Cory Booker was here, Governor Duvall, Patrick from Massachusetts, and some CBC guys.
But, you know, this is an Alabama campaign.
This is not a celebrity campaign.
We had a couple of Alabama celebrities that helped us with a concert the other day,
Jason Isbell and St. Paul and the Broken Bones.
But this is an Alabama campaign.
Yeah, I think he was just joking when he asked you that question.
R. Kelly's not really.
You don't have to tell me.
Okay.
Now, let me ask you this.
How do you feel about Black Lives Matter?
Since we're talking about the Congressional Black Caucus and all of that,
what are your thoughts on Black Lives Matter as a movement?
Well, I think it's been an important movement,
and it's been important to bring to attention something that I've talked about in the past,
and that was racial disparities in our criminal justice system.
You know, I think folks have to understand that we have spent a lot of time trying to be very tough on crime.
And you can be tough on crime and protect our communities.
But we've also got to have an element that we need to make sure we get into some community policing and get more training for both police officers in the community to try to build that trust.
So I think that right now, we in this country, we've got to have some tough discussions.
I think that that's what I can bring to this table.
Roy Moore doesn't want to do anything like that.
He has his own lane with a select group of people, and he doesn't want to move outside that lane.
He thinks that that lane represents Alabama, and it does not.
Well, Mr. Jones, would it crush your spirit if you lost to this alleged pedophile?
Well, you know, look, I'm not going to do that.
I'm not even going to go there because I have faith in the people of the state.
That's right. Positive energy.
Absolutely.
Where we're going and if folks could just see what we feel from folks all over the state.
It is a movement that I think is going to continue long past December the 12th.
Okay.
Well, good luck, man.
And hopefully we'll be talking to you next week
and you will be the new senator in Alabama.
Yeah, don't forget to check in with us
and forget about us when you win.
Yeah, Alabama, go make the right decision.
You got it, and I'll be back with you, folks.
All right, have a good one, man.
Thank you so much.
All righty now.
Thank you, bye-bye.
All right, Alabama, go out there and vote today.
Yep, Doug Jones is in a heated campaign.
A heated campaign for alleged pedophile.
Yes.
Who they sent the 12-year-old girl to interview yesterday, Roy Moore,
which is, that's talk about tone deaf.
We'll talk about that for after the hour, though.
All right.
All right, but coming up next, we got to talk about Keaton Jones.
Who is that?
Now, explain to the people who Keaton Jones is,
who this young man is, or young boy is.
Well, his video went viral, and that's because he was talking about being bullied at school.
He's a sixth grader in Tennessee.
And since then, though, a lot of information has come out.
The mom has pictures with Confederate flags and just, you know, posting things that are pretty nasty.
And she seems like a bully.
Well, read what she said after the Charleville riots.
Well, before that that let's play
Keaton Jones if you haven't heard the Keaton Jones
video. Play it right fast.
Why do they bully? What's
the point of it? Why do you find
joy in taking innocent
people and finding
a way to make me do them? They make
fun of my nose. They call me
ugly. They say I have no friends.
How's that make you feel?
I don't like that they do it to me
and I feel sure I don't like that they do it to other people
because it's not okay.
People that are different
don't need to be criticized about it.
It's not their fault.
I haven't posted that video,
didn't comment on it,
and the simple reason I didn't do any of that
because Edgar Allan Poe has an old saying,
believe nothing you hear and only half that you see.
And that quote means more than ever nowadays,
especially in this social media era.
Okay, I think we shouldn't cape for people
until we know the full context of any situation.
Now let's talk about Keaton Jones' mom
now. Right, there were pictures of her
and the family with the Confederate flag.
And she posted, dear butthurt Americans,
if you aren't bleeding, no bones are sticking out and you can breathe the Confederate flag. And she posted, Dear Butthurt Americans, if you aren't bleeding,
no bones are sticking out,
and you can breathe,
stop crying.
For the love,
some folks clearly never picked a switch.
And before y'all start talking to me about metaphorical, emotional, financial,
or historical blood and brokenness,
don't join a group.
Y'all need some porch therapy,
coffee with Jesus, something.
And there's also things flying around
that the young boy might have said something racist to
his alleged bulliers, you know. And look,
I'm sorry I'm so cold about these situations,
but I've been got too much via the internet,
okay? I've caped before because of viral clips
and things that I've heard about people. I just can't
allow myself to do that anymore, especially in
this era of alternative facts and fake news.
That is the social media way. And the court of public
opinion is very dangerous because people are getting
the sentences they don't deserve and possibly getting rewarded
in this case
when they don't deserve it.
All right.
I don't have an opinion.
Well, let's open up the phone lines.
800-585-1051.
Do you feel sorry for Keaton Jones?
Do you feel sorry for him?
How can you feel sorry
if you don't have a full context
of the situation?
After hearing what came out
with his mom,
because a lot of people
felt sorry for him before,
you know,
and a lot of people
are changing their opinions
due to the things
that are coming out
about his mother and his family.
Because they have more context now.
So let's open up the phone lines.
800-585-1051.
Do you feel sorry for Keaton Jones?
Call us up now.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy Angela Yee.
Charlamagne Tha Guy.
We are The Breakfast Club.
Let's open up the phone lines.
We're talking Keaton Jones.
Let's play an audio of what happened and how his name first got out.
He said he was bullied.
Why do they bully?
What's the point of it?
Why do you find joy in taking innocent people and finding a way to make me do them?
They make fun of my nose.
They call me ugly.
They say I have no friends. How's that
make you feel? I don't like that
they do it to me and I feel sure they don't like that
they do it to other people because
it's not okay.
People that are different don't
need to be criticized about
it. It's not their fault.
And then it came out that his mom
might be a racist, huh? Well, is.
Is racist.
Yes.
Look, man, Edgar Allen Poe.
I keep going back to this old saying because I feel like it's something that needs to be reinforced, especially in this social media era.
Believe nothing you hear and only half that you see.
Period.
And I just think we shouldn't cape for people until we know the full context of any situation.
Sure, it's a kid crying.
But I had many questions when I saw that video.
That's why I never reposted it. Number one, why would a parent be videotaping that correct that was about that was the first
thing i thought about i'm like why would you be videotaping this and why would you why would you
post it on your social media exactly because all that's gonna do is lead to what more bullying
and i'm sorry i'm so cold about these situations but i've been got too much via the internet i've
caved before because of viral clips remember that little dude that was on the plane and he was
claiming racism but it turns out he was just some YouTube prankster
who does stuff like that all the time.
I can't allow myself to get caught up like that
anymore in this era, man.
I think that it just depends. Of course
I feel bad for a child that's being bullied
but if he's the one that... But you don't know he's being bullied.
Hold on, that's what I'm saying. But if
he's the one that initiated things and
used the N-word and said racist things to kids at school
and they retaliated, then he was the bully to begin with.
So I just don't know what happened.
I don't know if I can feel sorry.
And I'm going to tell you why.
Right.
You have kids, Charlamagne.
Two beautiful daughters.
You know, I have five kids.
If I am racist or something that I feel in my house, it's going to trickle down to my kids.
Sometimes kids suffer for the sins of their parents.
It happens. If I'm an ass,
nine times out of ten, my kids see that
and then they're an ass. It is what it is.
So when I look at this situation, I'm like,
damn, if he was bullied, why was he bullied?
Maybe he wasn't being bullied, like you said earlier.
Maybe the other kid's jokes was a lot worse
than his jokes. But we just don't know.
We don't know that that's the case. But this is what
everybody needs to realize in 2017 going into 2018.
It's okay to say you don't know.
You don't have to have an opinion.
Just because a video comes across your timeline and everybody else is retweeting it
and they're showing sympathy and empathy,
if you don't understand the full context of the situation and you don't feel right,
don't do it.
You don't have to go along with the groupthink, people.
But let's go to the phone lines.
Hello, who's this?
Hello.
Hey, what's your name?
Hey, what's up, brother?
It's Baldwin.
What's up, man? Now, do you
feel sorry for Keaton Jones? Yeah,
man, you know, because it's crazy
to me that everything goes back
to the kid, you know. The kid ain't got no
say in it, you know. He's just living his life
and his mother's one of the ones, you know, the one really
doing all that stuff. So, you know,
at the end of the day, the kid could be getting bullied,
you know what I'm saying? Because of that,
so it's like, you know, there should be no reason for people to stop feeling sorry for him. Because at the end of the day, the kid could be getting bullied. You know what I'm saying? Because of that, so it's like, you know,
there should be no reason for people to stop feeling sorry for him.
Because at the end of the day, he's going to go to school and get bullied, you know?
We don't know if he is getting bullied.
Exactly.
We got to be very careful about what we're doing because people are slow nowadays.
And I'm going to tell you why.
Now it's the narrative that his mom was racist and that's why he was bullied.
We don't even know if that's the case.
We don't.
We don't know what really happened.
We don't know the context of nothing yet.
Hello, who's this?
Hey, it's Nicole.
Hey, Nicole.
We're talking Keaton Jones.
How do you feel about it?
Yeah, I kind of feel sorry for him, but, I mean, it kind of starts at home if he was making racial remarks at school.
We don't know if he was making racial remarks.
These are all hypotheticals.
These are the rumors that are out there.
Oh, right, right.
So we don't really know, but I do feel sorry for him.
I don't do all the bullying, so yeah.
But with his mom, you know, I don't care.
But I don't feel sorry for him because I don't know what happened.
Now, you know, see, now let me tell you something.
Like, Logan had an incident where a kid called him a**, right?
And, you know, the parents called him and was like, you know,
I really don't know Where our son got that from
And see I think it's bull crap
Because it has to start
From the home
I'm gonna be honest with you
I don't know
Where they got that from
Because I've seen Logan
Okay
He don't look like a nigga
Alright
He like
You know what
You know what
You don't take anything serious
No I'm serious
Not like a typical nigga
Like dark skin
He don't look like that
He's black
I'm black
He's black
He's black
What you mean
Black
What you mean
Black adjacent He's black He's black Can pass as black. He's black. What you mean? Black. What you mean? Black adjacent.
He's black.
You know what I'm saying?
He's black.
Can pass as a little Dominican.
You know what I'm saying?
I ain't going to say black.
Light skin, black.
Dog skin, black.
Brown skin, black.
They're all black.
Okay.
If you feel that way.
Listen, I'm not knocking what he identifies as.
I'm not talking.
You know what?
Forget it.
800-585-1051.
We're talking Keaton Jones.
Do you still feel sorry for the little boy?
Call us up now.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
That was Kendrick Lamar with Love.
Morning, everybody.
It's DJ Envy Angela Yee.
Charlamagne Tha God.
We are The Breakfast Club.
Now, if you just joined us, we're talking Keaton Jones.
That's the young boy that's been all over social media
about being bullied.
Let's play a clip.
Why do they bully?
What's the point of it?
Why do you find joy in taking innocent people and finding a way to be mean to them?
They make fun of my nose. They call me ugly. They say I have no friends.
How's that make you feel?
Why did they do it to me? And I'm sure they do it to other people because it's not okay.
People that are different don't need to be criticized about it.
It's not their fault.
So it came out that his mom
is not necessarily the nicest person out there, huh?
Yeah, his mom is being accused of racism
because she's online holding the Confederate flag
and saying negative things about,
well, not negative things,
but after the Charlottesville riot,
she said, if you aren't bleeding,
no bones are sticking out and you can breathe,
stop crying for the love.
Some folks clearly
never picked a switch.
And before y'all start
talking to me about
metaphorical, emotional,
financial, or historical
blood and brokenness,
don't.
Join a group.
Okay.
Whatever that means.
I'm sorry I'm so cold
about these situations,
but I've been got too much
via the internet.
I don't feel sorry
for Michael Keaton.
What's the one name?
Keaton Jones.
I don't feel sorry
for Keaton Jones,
but I don't. Michael Keaton's Batman. But I don don't feel sorry for Keaton Jones, but I don't...
Michael Keaton's Batman.
But I don't not feel sorry
for Keaton Jones.
I just don't know
because I don't have
full context of the situation yet.
I don't know.
Hello, who's this?
It's John from Bronx.
Hey, John.
What do you think
about Keaton Jones, man?
Man, I don't feel bad
for that honky man.
Oh, whoa.
All right, stop.
You're no better
than his mom right now.
You're no better
than his mom right now.
Let me talk to Keaton, man. You know why he came out looking like that, Keaton? Because that's what happened when you... Stop, now. You're no better than his mom right now. Let me talk to Kim, man.
You know why Kim all looking like that, Kim?
Because that's what happened when you...
Stop, stop.
We're not doing that.
We're not doing that.
My brother, my brother, my brother.
We got to be better than that.
We're not doing that.
We don't know the situation.
We don't know the situation.
He's a sixth grader.
Why are you talking like that?
Now, trust me.
If we find out that he really did indeed call somebody the N-word or some racial slur,
he could get all the slander, all right?
But not today.
He's still a six-year-old boy. He's got to learn.
He's a sixth grader.
Oh, sixth grader. He has to learn.
You got to teach the boy different values.
He learned from his mama, if that's the case. And that's why
when you call him the N-word, you got to pour milk
down his shirt and let him know it ain't sweet.
Oh my goodness. Hello, who's this? This is Ralph Carter
from Columbus, Ohio. Ralph, good morning, man.
How do you feel about Keaton Jones?
White supremacy is real as long as always going to continue to be real.
But I don't even want to shed no light on him and give him hype.
I really want to shed light on the little girl that was just bullied
and she hung herself.
The little black girl.
We don't shed no light on that.
And I feel like as black people, we really still got to stand up.
We talk about it all the time.
Everybody talks about it.
But still, I mean, this little boy went on there to share his child's story about how he looked and everything.
They just got $50,000.
$58,000.
But they froze that, though.
They're not going to give anybody that money.
And that wasn't her doing that.
That was somebody that doesn't even know the family that raised that money on the GoFundMe.
And I'm going to be honest.
I saw that story of the young girl last week who hung herself, man.
Thank you, bro.
I be dismissing stuff from that mind because I don't want to think about it. And what I mean by that is
I got a nine-year-old daughter, so when I think about
situations like that, I think about my little girl. You know what I'm
saying? So it's like, I don't like to hold
on to thoughts that I don't want to happen
in my life. But we have to have those conversations
because there are people being bullied, there are kids
being bullied, and we have to talk to them.
It makes my anxiety bad. But people are not
talking to these kids, and that's why they're
trying to take their life. Like, could you imagine even thinking about taking your life at that age?
That's what I'm saying.
Why do we have to have these conversations?
My daughter has no social media.
Thank God.
I want to keep her off that social media the way that people in the 80s wanted to keep their daughters off the script before.
All right?
I don't want her on social media because I don't need other people's opinions reinforcing things that she may not have even figured out in her mind yet because she's only freaking nine.
Right.
You know what I'm saying?
But you also got to build a, you know, well, you also got to, you know, she'll be fine.
But, you know, these kids have to build a skin where they realize that social media is just people with no faces.
I think it's impossible, man.
Because think about it.
We all grown.
Right.
And you're not going to sit here and tell me that some of the things you read on social media now don't affect you in some way, shape, or form.
It absolutely does.
If you take too much of that negative information
and too much of that toxic information,
it will get to you a little bit.
And kids that are in school,
sometimes it's not faceless people.
It's people you know who have different groups on Facebook
and posting all kinds of stuff.
And, you know, it's a real situation
that kids have to be educated about.
And these are conversations that I have with my daughter
and my son all the time.
And you have to educate your kids to not be bullies also.
Yeah, you got to guard your energy, man.
Bishop T.D. Jakes did a speech with my guy, Stephen Furtick,
and Bishop T.D. Jakes said how we can't see each other.
You can't see yourself.
I can't see myself.
Angelie can't see herself.
But other people can see you.
So other people have opinions about you.
And being that you can't see yourself,
sometimes you put too much stock in those people's opinions.
And you'd be like, am I really like that?
How does this person see me?
And I think that's very dangerous for kids, man.
These kids are 9 and 10. They don't even know themselves
yet, and they're not supposed to. They're growing,
developing. We're not even giving them a chance to grow.
They're all going too fast. Like you said,
the social media age is very, very scary.
What's the moral of the story? The moral of the story
is this when it comes to Keaton
and any other thing you might see online, man.
Edgar Allan Poe, old saying that applies so much
to this social media era.
Believe nothing you hear
and only half that you see.
Okay?
Don't cape for people
until we know the full context
of any situation.
All right.
Yee, we got rumors on the way?
Yes, let's talk about an NBA player's mom
who's being evicted for trafficking drugs.
What went wrong?
All right, we'll get into all that when we come back.
Keep it locked.
This is The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
The Breakfast Club.
It's about time.
What's going on?
Rumor Report.
Rumor Report.
Rumor Report.
This is The Rumor Report.
Talk to them.
With Angela Yee on The Breakfast Club.
Well, at least 15 women have come forward with a wide range of accusations against Donald Trump.
You said 15?
Yes.
Oh, boy.
And those accusations range from sexual harassment and sexual assault to lewd behavior around women.
And of those 15 women, 13 of those women say that Donald Trump did attack them directly.
And two other women say that they witnessed behavior that made them uncomfortable.
Now, all this was before he was president.
Rachel Crooks, who was a former receptionist, accused him of kissing her on the mouth without her consent in 2005.
Samantha Hovey, who was the former Miss North Carolina 2006, accused him of inspecting beauty pageant contestants.
Check it out.
In an objective setting without question, a person with this record would have entered
the graveyard of political aspirations never to return. Yet here we are with that man as
president. I want to believe that as Americans, we can put aside our political inclinations
and admit that some things, in fact, do transcend politics, that we will hold Mr. Trump to the
same standard as Harvey Weinstein and the other men who were held accountable for their reprehensible behavior.
I ask that Congress put aside their party affiliations
and investigate Mr. Trump's history of sexual misconduct.
Now, we told you before about the woman, Jessica Leeds,
who accused him of grabbing her chest and trying to move his hand up her skirt on a flight.
So a group of women did come together and have a press conference yesterday
about Donald Trump and these situations.
And let's be clear, a lot of people are losing their jobs,
stepping down from certain positions because of these.
So should you be allowed to be president of the United States in a situation like this?
Now, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said that these allegations took place
long before he was elected president
and that Donald Trump has actually addressed these accusations directly and denied everything.
What does long before mean?
Not in this era where people are, you know, getting caught up in something they did back in the 80s.
This is 2005, 2006.
That's not long ago.
And in the world of politics, all you got to do is deny the allegations and it's cool.
Why Hollywood and all these other industries seem like they got a zero allegation policy,
but the government don't?
Yeah, so listen.
Are they going to investigate or something?
They should.
They definitely, definitely should.
And I'm sure there's a lot more people who will.
Fair is fair, right?
I just want everybody to be treated equally across the board,
whether it's Hollywood, whether it's government, athletics, whatever it is.
All right, 50 Cent accidentally broke $1,000 worth of DJ equipment.
Apparently he was performing, and he was in Miami at Aura Nightclub,
and that's when he jumped from a speaker to a VIP table
and then to the top of the DJ booth.
But unfortunately, there's equipment on their DJ booth,
and he broke the mixer, so they did replace it,
and he did offer to pay for the equipment.
But the club owner said, no problem.
That broken mixer was worth every penny.
He's welcome to come back and jump on our DJ equipment anytime.
That's cool.
That means he was probably performing.
Yeah, he was performing.
Probably walked through and he just grabbed the mic and performed.
So the club owner's like, nah, we good.
We'll take care of it.
All right, Chris Bosh.
His mom, Frida Bosh, there were allegations that she is trafficking drugs out of the house that he owns.
And she's saying those allegations are untrue.
Here is Frida Bosh.
This is a home that my son and I built together like 12 years ago.
Chris is evicting me from my home because he's evicting me in the last three months.
I had to take in tenants.
I had a 30-day tenant. They moved, and as a matter of fact, the police got them,
and they tore my house up.
So I guess she's been trying to supplement her income
by having tenants come in,
and those tenants might have done some illegal activities.
Tell us some drugs.
So what happened? Chris Bosh did what now?
He said cut his mom off somehow, some way,
and not give her money, so his mom ran it up the street.
Got to hit both sides?
So he's trying to evict her from the home. He owns it. Got to hit both sides. We don't know what his mom off somehow, some way, and not give her money. So his mom's running out the door. Got to hit both sides. So he's trying to evict her from the home.
He owns it.
Got to hit both sides.
We don't know what his mom's into.
And I keep telling y'all, when you pray to God to take negativity out of your life,
sometimes you're not swinging that spirit.
You're swinging that people and things.
That is the embodiment of that negativity.
And sometimes it might be your mama.
So cops believe that crack, cocaine, and heroin were being trafficked out of the home.
No arrests have been made, but they're saying that could happen sometime soon.
If Chris Bosh's mom is selling crack and Chris Bosh is a multimillionaire,
there's something wrong.
That makes me know that something ain't right on her end.
Well, the two of them haven't spoken in five years.
Something ain't right.
You got to hear both sides.
I bet you Chris Bosh got a perfectly good reason,
and he probably been trying with his mom forever,
but I'm not one to speculate.
All I'm simply saying is you gotta hear both sides.
Alright, well we're just reporting what
she had to say about the allegations
that she was selling drugs out of the home. Her
explanation is that it was a tenant that she brought
in. Okay, tenant.
Alright.
LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball have signed
contracts in Lithuania.
They're gonna be going to Lithuania. They have a one year
contract there. I couldn't pronounce Lithuania for nothing.
I was trying to pronounce it. I know, but before that
I couldn't pronounce it. Alright, so
they're expected to report to the team in
early January. They did get multiple offers
but they felt like this would be the right fit
because it's a year-long contract and
expected playing time that they'll have.
I thought Lithuania was the battery in the phone.
But ain't one of the boys still in high school?
Lithium. That's lithium.
Okay, I'm close.
Round of applause for me.
That's close now.
No, don't give no round of applause for being close.
You can't be almost.
Is lithium batteries made in Lithuania?
See, ain't nobody thinking about me in this room this morning.
You woke.
Clearly.
I'm woke.
You woke.
I think that's good, but I mean, he took his kids out of school.
He got them on a professional team, and I'm sure he'll get them a tutor.
What's wrong with that?
All right.
Well, I'm Angela Yee, and that is your rumor report.
All right.
Thank you, Ms. Yee.
Charlemagne.
Yes.
Who giving you a donkey to?
Listen, I totally understand why sketch comedy doesn't work in this day and age,
because there is no sketch comedy that is better than reality, okay?
We need this group called the America First Project to come to the front of the congregation,
because what they did with a potential Senate candidate,
Roy Moore. Not potential, he's a Senate candidate.
Senate candidate Roy Moore is hilarious.
Not to me, anyway. We'll get into it.
We'll get into it when we come back. Keep it locked. It's the Breakfast Club.
Good morning. It's Cardi B.
I was born a donkey.
It's the donkey
of the day.
It's the donkey of the day.
It's the donkey of the day.
It's the donkey of the day. It's the donkey of the day. This is Donkey. This is Donkey. This is Donkey. This is Donkey.
This is Donkey.
This is Donkey.
This is Donkey.
For the Donkey of the day.
That's pretty funny.
Is Charlamagne the devil?
Possibly.
The Breakfast Club.
Yes.
Donkey of the day for December 12th
goes to the America First Project.
Now, what is the America First Project?
It is a pro-Trump political action committee
founded by former Breitbart news reporters.
And these individuals are clearly in support of Roy Moore.
Now, Roy Moore is running for a Senate seat in Alabama.
Polls open now, right?
Over now?
Polls open now in Alabama.
He's running against Doug Jones.
Salute to Doug Jones for calling in here earlier.
He's going up against the alleged pedophile Roy Moore.
Roy Moore is absolutely the R. Kelly of the Republican Party.
Turn that up, turn that up a little bit.
He's absolutely the R. Kelly of the Republican Party in Alabama.
It's been allegations made against him,
saying that he molested and assaulted young girls
when they were underage,
with one accuser saying that she was as young as 14.
Yikes.
If you haven't heard this story yet and you're wondering why is Roy Moore still in the Senate race,
well, it's because in the world of politics, all you have to do is deny your allegations and you can keep working.
I bet Harvey Weinstein wished he had become an elected official instead of a Hollywood executive.
But nevertheless, the American First Project had Roy Moore sit down and record an interview at the Alabama GOP headquarters.
He discussed border security, health care and tax reform.
Regular things to discuss with someone running for Senate, right?
Well, here's the thing.
If you were accused of sleeping with underage girls, some as young as 14, what do you think the smart thing to stay away from would be?
What do you think, Envy? Underage girls. What do you think, smart thing to stay away from would be? What do you think, Envy?
Underage girls.
What do you think, E?
Young girls.
Okay, now I don't know if Roy Moore is guilty of these allegations or not.
I have no idea.
All I'm saying is if you were accused of sleeping with underage girls,
what would be the smart thing to stay away from?
That's all I'm asking.
Underage girls is the answer, right?
Well, America's First Project is clearly ran by someone who wants to work for Saturday Night Live.
Because a sketch comedy of epic proportions happened recently, ladies and gentlemen.
All right, see, the America's First Project had Roy Moore sit down with a young woman named Millie March to do this interview.
When I say Millie March is a young woman, I literally mean she's a young woman.
In fact, she's 12.
Okay?
Yes, Millie March, who has gained notoriety as one of our celebrity-in-chief,
Dope 45's smallest supporter, sat down with Roy Moore for an interview.
The America First Project had 12-year-old Millie March sit down with a Senate candidate
who has been accused of sleeping with underage girls.
The visual on this is crazy.
Some donkey today has just sold themselves.
Let's hear some clips from this interview, please.
Are you going to support President Trump
and help him build the wall?
Yes, I think we need something,
and I think it could be stopped sooner than that
with the military.
I think the military could be used
down with the Border Patrol
and actually stop immigration,
or not immigration.
It's not illegal immigration.
It's illegal aliens coming across the border,
which is illegal. And I think
that can be stopped in relatively short time. And if we need to stop it permanently, we build the
wall. And I think it would be not an inexpensive way to do. I bet you he's sitting there thinking,
oh, I'd like to build your wall. Oh, I'd like to secure your young border. Let me hear some more
clips. What are the most important issues to the voters of Alabama? Well, I think one is religious liberty.
I think we've got to look at that.
Madison said a long time ago that if we don't preserve that,
they will become tyrants and we will become slaves.
Health care is a big issue because people can't afford it.
It's not giving them good service.
I think we need to open state borders.
Taxes are always a problem.
Taxes? I bet you he'd like
to tax her young reform uh did somebody zoom in on roy moore's crotch area to make sure he didn't
have a boner one of my favorite movies in the world is devil's advocate when the young girl
was on uh was on the stand accusing the guy of sexual assault and uh keena reeves defending the
guy but then he looked down at the guy's crotch and notices he has a boner go watch this video
zoom in on roy moore's crotch and make sure has a boner. Go watch this video, zoom in on Roy Moore's crotch,
and make sure he don't have an erection, okay,
while he's sitting there talking to this 12-year-old girl.
Now, now that I think about it,
why was Keanu Reeves looking at his client's crotch in this movie?
Anyway, I totally understand why Keenan Ivory Wayans
decided not to bring back in Living Color, okay?
What sketch could they possibly do that's better than this?
All right, Roy Moore accused of molesting and assaulting underage girls.
The America First Project thought it would be a
great idea to have Roy Moore
interview with a 12-year-old girl. This
is the equivalent of some
company getting Chris Brown to teach
his self-defense class
to a group of women.
This is literally like
when Bill Cosby was supposed to go out
and have those sexual assault town halls
where he was supposed to offer useful advice to young men about how to avoid being accused of sexual assault.
Like, some things just aren't a good idea, people.
And having an old man who's accused of sleeping with underage girls interview with an underage girl is one of them.
Please give
the America's First Project
the biggest hee-haw.
Hee-haw.
Hee-haw.
All right.
I wake up every day
thinking I'm in the Matrix, bro.
And as a parent,
would you let your daughter
go interview Roy Moore?
Oh, clearly you must think
Roy Moore is completely innocent
if you allow that to happen.
All right.
And Roy Moore must think
he's completely innocent, but I would take delusional for 500, Alex. Thank you for that to happen. All right. And Roy Moore must think he's completely innocent, but I
would take delusional for 500, Alex.
Thank you for that, Don.
When we come back, let's talk Meek Mill.
Now, allegedly the FBI
offered Meek Mill a deal, right, Yee?
Yes, it was an FBI investigation
that was brought against a judge in his case.
This was last year because
Meek and his legal team said she was trying to
extort him for favors.
Now, they said you could wear this wire and we can catch her.
And he just he declined.
He refused to comply with that.
And it could have altered his case significantly.
Well, let's open up the phone line.
This is true.
I read it. But is it like actual and factual?
I mean, as factual as can be.
Yeah.
Well, let's open up the phone lines.
800-585-1051.
If you are in jail right now because you feel a judge put you behind bars for an unjust reason,
and they came to you and said, wear this wire so we can catch the judge and let you free,
would you do it?
Hey, don't answer.
Don't answer yet.
I think I told you what I thought.
Don't answer yet.
800-585-1051.
Would you wear that wire against the judge to set you free?
Now, you know Christmas, Thanksgiving, you just missed Thanksgiving.
Christmas is around the corner.
Then there's New Year's Eve.
You just haven't made a lot of money in the last eight months
because the judge had you under house arrest.
You couldn't make nothing.
It seems like she's trying to bleed you dry.
This is Charlamagne Tha God.
Hey, don't answer!
800-585-105.
Don't answer! I'm not going to answer.
But I'm letting you know right now, my answer is racist.
Alright? Letting you know that right
now, okay? 800.
Letting you know that right now. My answer is
absolutely racist. It doesn't matter if the judge is black or white.
Go ahead and get mad. 800-585-105.
What would you do?
Letting you know that right now. Yeah, this guy.
It's The Breakfast Club. Good morning.
The Breakfast Club. Good morning. The Breakfast Club.
That was Notorious B.I.G. with Juicy.
Morning, everybody.
It's D.J. Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God.
We are The Breakfast Club.
Now, if you just joined us, we're talking about Meek Millie.
Now, Meek Millie, we all know he's in jail.
They believe that maybe the judge was unjust a little bit, and that's why he's serving so much time.
Yeah, he believes the judge was trying to extort him, asking him to do certain favors that he didn't comply with.
So the FBI did launch an investigation.
Now, is it true that the FBI said if he wears a wire and they catch the judge, they will let him free?
Well, that's what the story is. They offered him the opportunity to wear a wire, and he declined.
All right, so let's open up the phone lines.
800-585-1051.
This is going to be good.
Let's start in the room.
Now, Charlamagne, now if the FBI, you're locked up right now, says,
hey, if you wear this wire to catch this judge, we'll let you free.
We'll let you go.
I thought about this.
Okay.
I really did.
I thought about this whenever I first heard about this story.
I can't say what I would do in this situation because I really don't know,
but if this is true,
Meek Mill is a really stand-up dude because
even being in the situation
that he's in, he's not allowing the same
system that's railroading him
to use him to bring down another black person
because the judge is a black woman.
I am a very self-aware person
and I know exactly what I'm saying right now
is racist, but if it was a white man, a white judge who had been doing me dirty for as long as this judge had been doing Meek Mill dirty,
and, you know, he was doing me dirty on that stand and railroading me, and they offered me this situation, mic me up.
Mic me up.
If it was a white judge.
I'm telling you right now.
Mic you up.
White man.
White man.
I'm specific.
White man.
White man.
But not a white woman.
I'm not sure if it was a white woman probably though oh my boy more than a
woman I'm saying about 80% you know I'm saying the women part makes me think
about it a little like I don't know but if it was a white man black you wouldn't
do it Mike me up Mike me all the way up yeah
right you eat something about wearing a wire just doesn't sit right with me.
I don't want to be known as that person. You wouldn't get off the stoop when your friend was fighting.
You'd be everywhere.
So, you know, I don't think that I would do that.
Now, I will say, you know, it's a difficult call
because clearly I've never been in a situation
where something like that has happened.
But I also feel like I don't trust the system to work in my favor either.
So imagine you wear that wire,
and then somehow she knows you're wearing a wire,
or they decide to do something,
and they get the evidence,
and then they still go against you.
It'll be even worse.
I mean, he's going to have a lawyer,
so his lawyer's going to take care of that.
But me, if I'm in that situation,
black man, black woman, white man, white woman,
if you have me in jail for something I did not do,
and you are the law,
and I got a chance to get you back, and I don't want to miss Christmas with my five kids or make money because I'm the only one making money in my family.
I'm holding everybody down.
I'm holding the crew down.
I'm going to stay in jail longer because the man has me here wrong.
F no.
I'm wearing that white.
And I'm going to say something else.
I want to.
Yeah, I know what I said. I know what I said was racist um it depends what kind of black man it is what you mean a light-skinned black man what grade of black man are we talking about what do you mean grade
are we talking Ben Carson you know what I'm saying you know what I mean Uncle Thomas yeah
Jason Whitlock type like I might you know I mean put that mic on me baby I like, I might, you know what I mean? Put that mic on me, baby. I might just sing a little song for you, you know what I'm saying?
Oh, my goodness.
And if I ever fall in love, I'll go in that bling and say,
you know what, Judge, I thought about that On Bended Knees song
you wanted me to do.
All right?
Let's sing it together.
All right.
Jay, good morning.
What's up, Breakfast Club?
What up?
Jay, would you wear a wire and stitch on that judge that put you in jail?
I'm definitely, definitely
wearing a wire to put this judge
in jail, whoever the judge is. Judges
just have too much power in general.
Like, they always say there's
this separation between church and state, but they
give these judges the power like God
should have, like determining life or
death, things like that. And it's like
judges start off as lawyers. They start
off as professional liars, you know?
So by the time you get to the Supreme Court,
you have the power to just about do anything.
They can veto what the president says if they want to.
So, yeah, if you're crooked, line them up, knock them down.
I'm with you.
I ain't going to lie.
I just wouldn't feel right with a white man putting a Y on me
and I'm going down to take down another black woman.
But they're crooked.
They're doing crooked business to keep you.
And the judge didn't feel bad putting you in jail.
Hell no.
I'm just telling you I wouldn't feel right.
But I told y'all, if it's a white man, he going down, baby.
I'm going to sing.
You hear me?
585-1051.
These judges ain't loyal.
If you meet Mel, would you have wore the wire to get the judge so that way you can be free?
Call us up now.
It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
That was Drake with Controller. Good morning, everybody. the wire to get the judge so that way you can be free call us up now it's the breakfast club good morning that was drake with controller morning everybody is dj envy angela yee charlamagne the guy we are the breakfast club now if you just join us we're talking meek mill now allegedly
the fbi offered meek mill a deal if he wore a wire and basically set the judge up that put him in
jail and that was allegedly being so unjust. Would you do it to be free?
Me personally, the judge is the system.
The system turned on me.
If I can get the system back, I would.
But I'm not a rapper.
You're a high street guy.
I don't sell drugs.
I don't know.
I'm a civilian with five kids, but I'm coming home for Christmas.
And that's what I said.
Meek Mill is a really stand-up dude, if this is true, man. But I understand him not allowing the same system that's railroading him to use him
to bring down another black person.
Because I even think to myself, well,
if the judge wasn't a black woman,
would they even be offering this to Meek
to wear this YA and go in her chambers
and potentially try to set her up, you know?
But I'm a very self-aware person.
But she doesn't deserve to be a judge, though.
And Meek probably also doesn't have much faith in the system.
That's true, too.
As well, either.
So even doing that still might not get you home. And Meek probably also doesn't have much faith in the system. That's true too. As well either. So even doing that still might
not get you home. And listen, no need to
waste your time calling up here and sending
emails complaining that Charlemagne said
he would only probably do it to a white
judge. I told y'all it's racist. I'm
clearly understanding that what I
just said was racist. Hello, Chris.
Hey, what's up? We're talking Meek Miller. You think
he should wear that wire? Man, let me tell you something.
This is the difference between smart man and street man.
Smart man says, I'm getting out of jail to give him my family.
The judge is crooked.
I'm going out on the, I'm getting the judge.
Yep.
But he decided to stay, quote unquote, true to the streets.
And see, you dummies, Uncle Charlemagne told you guys a long time ago,
be true to yourself, no one else.
He's stupid.
And guess what?
He deserves it.
Nah, nah. I'm going to tell you something, though. I like what you said,
though. I do feel like you should be true to yourself.
And just me, honestly speaking,
being true to myself, I wouldn't feel
comfortable with a white man wiring me
and having me go in there to try to take down another black
person. But if it was a white man getting me
to set up another crooked white man,
he's going down, baby. There's still a crooked person that put you in jail.
I know. They could possibly put you in jail for years.
I know, I know.
Hello, who's this?
And it's even worse that she's doing it.
Listen, if Meek did it,
I wouldn't be looking at Meek like,
yo, you a rat, you a snitch.
I wouldn't, but I wouldn't.
Hello?
Hey.
What's your name?
My name Cooper.
Cooper, you in a similar situation, they say?
Yeah, I'm one way or the other.
Let me tell you why.
Come on, Meek.
You trying to get off papers and stuff.
Go ahead and sing that remix of Boyz N' Ness song and get that hell off my face.
Goodbye, goodbye.
I ain't gonna lie though, man.
I kind of feel he go in the judge's chamber and start singing on Bended Meek.
No, no, no.
I could lead that judge good.
Be like, look, you know, I've been thinking about it, man.
I'm gonna do the remix that you wanted me to do.
But you can't do that now because she saw it in the news.
Hello, who's this?
Hey, this is Miles from Milwaukee.
Now, you don't think he should wear the wire?
No, not at all, man, especially not me coming from Philly, man.
Wearing the wire, you know what that would do, man?
So you think he should let his lawyer handle it?
You see his lawyer trying to handle it now?
That's why his ass is in jail.
Well, I'm saying he don't got to be his lawyer
specifically wearing the wire,
but somebody that's in the room with him,
seeing, you know, whatever they're doing,
trying to offer him something else on the side, you know?
All right.
What's the moral of the story, man?
The moral of the story is, man,
I get why Meek wouldn't want to cooperate with the same system that's railroading him.
I see why he wouldn't want to be used to bring down another person.
I don't know if it's because the person is a black person or a black woman.
I don't know.
I just know that I'm a very self-aware person,
and I really don't disagree with anything anybody called up here and said.
I don't disagree.
If you decide that you want to take down the crooked black woman judge,
I don't disagree with that.
You know, me personally, I just know that if it was a white man,
it would make my decision much easier.
All right?
You know what?
Crooked is crooked, man.
It doesn't matter white, black, Asian.
It doesn't matter what it is, Spanish, Latino.
What you said is real, too, though.
I don't trust the system.
Like, why is it?
You meet going there with the wire on, gets around recording, nothing happens, but then
they announce Meek wore a wire.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, it's just on sound.
Ah, it's all.
Hey, man.
I don't know.
I'm just happy to be a civilian.
The system works.
He wouldn't even be in jail right now.
All right.
I'm just happy to be a civilian, man.
I'm a civilian.
All right?
I'm a taxpaying citizen.
All right?
And when the time comes for me to have to snitch, best believe I'm going to let y'all know what I'm I'm a civilian. All right? I'm a tax-paying citizen, all right? And when the time comes for me to have to snitch,
best believe I'm going to let y'all know what I'm doing for the culture.
All right?
My goodness.
See if we got rumors on the way.
Yes, we are going to talk about the NFL Network,
find out about some drama going on there with some accusations.
All right, we'll get into all that when we come back.
Keep it locked.
This is The Breakfast Club.
Good morning.
It's DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God.
We are the Breakfast Club. Good morning.
Hey, why the hell I put my headphones up like we done?
I don't know.
This is so crazy.
I don't know what you're doing.
All right, well, let's get to the rumors. Let's talk who's getting fired.
Listen up.
It's just in.
All the gossip.
Gossip.
The Rumor Report.
Gossip.
Angela Yee.
It's the Rumor Report.
The Breakfast Club. Well, Mario Batali is accused of inappropriate touching now by four different women.
Three of them are his former employees.
So now he has to step away from his restaurant empire.
One of his accusers said that he was creepy and he gave me this provocative, icky feeling.
Others say that he groped a woman's breasts, grabbed someone from behind, and compelled her to straddle him.
I wonder if these people are being forced to step down.
Because I'd be looking at what's going on in the American government.
I'd be like, Trump ain't stepping down.
Roy Moore ain't stepping down.
Okay, I'll freaking step down.
But he ain't us.
I'm standing on mine.
Well, the two co-hosts has also been asked to step away from the show while they review the allegations.
So he said, I apologize to the people I have mistreated and hurt. Although the identities of most of the individuals mentioned in these stories have not been revealed to me,
much of the behavior described does.
What happened to your shoes that stepped down?
Hold on.
He said it does, in fact, match up with the ways I have acted.
What happened to your shoes that stepped down?
Probably get fired.
I mean, he's acknowledging that he did these things, the behavior.
Oh, he said he did.
That's what I was saying just now. He said even though he doesn't things, the behavior. Oh, he said he did it. That's what I was saying just now.
He said even though he doesn't know the names, the identities,
he said much of the behavior described does, in fact,
match up with ways I have acted.
So he's saying the behavior described with the grabbing
and the touching and the groping matches up with things that he's done.
I'm not mad at him for confessing.
Let me ask you a question.
If there's a female coworker, can you say you look nice today or is that...
Don't be ridiculous.
I'm asking because how far do you go?
Of course you can say you look nice, but you can't grope someone's breasts.
I'm not groping, but if you say that shirt looks nice on you, can you say that shirt fits you well?
Can you say that?
I'm not even entertaining.
I'm just curious.
Boy, I done told you mind your goddamn business.
Now, if you want to be one of these Negroes that learn the hard way, keep on complimenting women and all kind of stuff.
This is my...
You guys, there's a big difference between giving some...
Yes, you can say I like your shirt.
You can say I like your sneakers.
You can say that, yes.
You can compliment someone.
I'm just going to say hi.
If y'all don't know the difference between that...
Peace, queen.
How are you?
Greetings to you.
All right, the NFL Network has also suspended analyst Marshall Folk,
Heath Evans, and Ike Taylor after allegations of sexual harassment
and assault also. So they were all former NFL
players and they were named in a lawsuit
by former NFL Network employee
Jamie Cantor. She worked as a wardrobe
stylist with the company from 2006
until 2016.
Now what did they do? You gotta tell us. Now now is when you
ask, what did they do? What's the details?
She said she received inappropriate and
sexually explicit text messages
from Evans, McNabb, Taylor, Evans, McNabb, Taylor, and Weinberger
on separate occasions.
And Falk, according to the lawsuit, groped her and asked her deeply personal
and invasive questions about her sex life.
That's very different than saying hello and I like your shirt.
I didn't say that.
No, no, nobody compared the two.
I just asked a question.
Yeah, I don't think anybody compared the two.
I didn't compare anything. I was no, nobody compared the two. I just asked a question. Yeah, I don't think it'd be compared. I didn't compare anything.
I was just asking, what is considered sexually assault or harassing?
I do want to see what's in them texts.
I understand the groping and all that stuff, but I do want to see what's in them texts.
All right, well, if she has that as evidence, then potentially.
I think it's very good to release that kind of information so men can learn.
All right, now Matt Barnes has retired.
He posted, had a cool 15-year run, traveled the world, met a lot of cool people.
Some will be brothers for the rest of my life.
But now you telling me I can dress like this for business meetings
and make more money off the court than I made on and spend more time with my kids?
He said, ha, me the one that wasn't supposed to be ish and ended up making it.
Let's do it.
Love me or hate me, I did it my way.
Well, Matt getting out before them allegations start hitting the NBA.
That's what he's doing.
Matt like, let me bow to him before these sexual allegations hit the NBA.
I bet you he'll be back for the playoffs.
All right, and Jimmy Kimmel had his baby son with him as he returned to his late night show.
He was off for a week while his son had heart surgery.
And he started crying from the first moment of his monologue
as he was talking about congress and health care and
children's health coverage he talked about chip children's health insurance program which is
unfunded right now and a lot of people if anything goes wrong with the kid they have to go to the
hospital and you don't have the money for that imagine how difficult that would be because we
don't have children's health care coverage well here's what he said this happened because congress
about 72 days ago failed to approve funding for CHIP.
Since the first time since it was created, two decades ago,
this is literally a life and death program for American kids.
It's always had bipartisan support.
But this year, they let the money for it expire while they work on getting tax cuts
for their millionaire and billionaire donors.
And about 2 million CHIP kids have serious chronic conditions.
I don't know about you.
I've had enough of this.
I don't know what could be more disgusting than putting a tax cut
that mostly goes to rich people ahead of the lives of children.
All right.
Well, I'm Angela Yee, and that is your rumor report.
All right.
Thank you, Miss Yee.

Great actress.
And also, shout to Jeezy. He had his listening session
last night in New York and I
missed it. I fell asleep. I was there.
Yes, I was. So shout out to Jeezy.
Also, shout out to SZA. She had a
show last night as well at Irving Plaza, and I went to that too.
Shout out to Natina too for setting all that up.
Natina.
So I salute to Natina for asking me if I wanted to go annoying.
The answer would be no.
Great.
Yes.
Love you, Tina.
She already texted me like, thank you so much for supporting me.
There you go.
I love you.
All right.

Had enough of this country?
Ever dreamt about starting your own?
I planted the flag.
This is mine.
I own this.
It's surprisingly easy.
55 gallons of water, 500 pounds of concrete.
Or maybe not.
No country willingly gives up their territory.
Oh, my God.
What is that?
Bullets.
