The Breakfast Club - Will The REAL Slim Shady Stand Up? RHOP Recap

Episode Date: November 11, 2025

The Black Effect Presents... Reality with the King! RHOP ladies, take note: less is definitely more — in Jassi’s bachelorette party looks and in this battle to prove who’s a “1...0.” Because let’s be honest… we need a few 5s, maybe even a couple 3s, to keep things interesting. Are we buying Stacey’s claim that she didn’t sleep with Chris Samuels? The producer cams said “let’s roll!” this week, and honestly… we’re grateful!YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@BreakfastClubPower1051FMSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Starting point is 00:02:45 Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real House by some Atlanta, New Jersey, and my own creation, The Love and marriage franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode, we recap reality television from the Real Housewives franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset, in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well. All right, so Rain Drives, we are now getting into the latest episode of the Real House
Starting point is 00:03:24 Vice of Potomac. Claudia already starting. starting it off with Angel feeling uncomfortable. So listen, let's get into the episode. Let's get right into it. Before we get to Angel in disguise, I do want to get, hi, Brandon, I would my favorite album. I want to get it to the admission that Stacey said off camera
Starting point is 00:03:53 from a producer camera about the fact that, listen, she admits that she was hanging out with Chris Samuels, who is the current ex-husband of Monique Samuels, Stacey said, look, I was going through something. I'm single, he's single. He is super cool and respectful, but said that she did not sleep with him. Dustin, do you buy it? And why do you think Stacey lied on camera about it? Could Stacey be lying?
Starting point is 00:04:24 We are, and we know that about her now. It's part of her charm at this point. She ain't told no malicious lies that have ruined nobody's damn life yet. So we've been able to enjoy her lying ass. You know what I'm saying? I'm thoroughly enjoying her lying ass on this show. And she did lie. And no telling what her and Chris Samuels did.
Starting point is 00:04:41 But I like the way she told it. You know, she set it up. If you want to deliver some information, add context. You know what I'm saying? Paint the picture. And that's exactly what Stacey did. I also want to give a nod and also talk about the producer. for a second, right? Because whoever that producer was that was camming in that moment,
Starting point is 00:05:02 you're messy. And I love you for it. First of all, the angle was from upstairs. Somebody was upstairs leaning over a rail with a cell phone. Dedication. And you're hustling and recording that. That's what that was. That's why the angle was shot the way it was. That was somebody turning around a corner and leaning with a phone out. And that is hilarious to me. I want to know who it was. I'll find that for you, but shout out to the producer made that moment happen. Claudia, what are your thoughts on this? Because listen, a lot of people do get on reality stars for not being real, not being honest. It does seem to be this trope that people nowadays do get on reality television and want to be able to select which truth that they want to talk.
Starting point is 00:05:54 talk about on these shows. Some people have gone away with it for a very long time. It seems to be this new trend. You obviously have been on reality television on several shows. What are your thoughts on that and why do you think Stacey does it to begin with and why you think the audience forgives her for doing it? They forgive her because she's not being like fake about her fakeness. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:06:19 Like I know that sounds like, wait what? But she's like she's in on it as well. she's not oblivious she knows what she's doing and it's funny like if she was just a little bit delusional it'd be like yawn boring uh she's annoying but she leans in all the way and that's what makes her fun to watch do i think her and chris samuos did something yes i do just because the way her face lights up when she was talking about him when you pay attention to body language like i do i look at people's body language and the look in their eye when they say things, not their words. Words can be whatever.
Starting point is 00:06:58 You can't hide when someone's lip turns up on the corner, when they get a glimmer in their eye, when they look like they're blushing, they look like a schoolgirl when they talk about someone, just like how Giselle gave it all away in her face about her man. It is so obvious if you look at people's actions and there's things that they can't control and they think they are and don't listen to the words. that's why we know people lying or telling the truth I just be looking at like other stuff don't look look how they look up into the left
Starting point is 00:07:23 when they're talking look how they're well no like words me nothing but I do think it's I don't think it's as big of a scandal as people want it to be Monique and Chris Samuels are divorced if they if Stacey and Monique were friends that'd be something different were they friends
Starting point is 00:07:41 I don't think so right they don't know what they owe she owes from that they owe each other nothing I agree like Monique and go date who Stacey's ex-husband if she wants to because there's no connection there. I think it sounds good because we know Monique's coming back. So it's like, ooh, ooh, but clearly if Monique still want to be with Chris, I'm sure she should, she could be as she wanted to, okay? But she's, whatever, that chapter is close.
Starting point is 00:08:03 It's not that big a deal. But yeah, I do think they mess around just from her body language. I think she told them herself. And, yeah, I think there was a lot of pressure on reality shows to provide you have to have something going at all times. And the Potomac women, the way they are going so hard this season, it almost feels like everybody feels like their job was on the line, the way every single episode, every single scene, there's no break.
Starting point is 00:08:26 No one gets to just chill. Like, you gotta have your head on a swivel with this cast. Because if you don't, you will get clowned. And I feel like that's what, I know I'm bringing up Angel very early on this conversation. No, go right ahead. I think Angel is uncomfortable because when she watched the show, I don't think she realized how difficult it was in that pit. Like, these women are quick, quick, quick, quick,
Starting point is 00:08:46 and they clock every little thing, and they don't let you rest for five seconds. They don't. And I don't think Angel is a bad person at all. I think she's just green. She's just green doing reality. She's not green watching, but she's green doing it. And I do think that there, I ain't going to lie.
Starting point is 00:09:00 This last episode, she does inflict, cause a lot of stuff on herself. Like, she picks the worst time to, like, have a gripe with something. Like, I wish she, like, kind of pick and choose when she, okay, maybe I'll talk about that later. She kind of ruins the moment sometimes. But I will say the other girl. girls to me are very much the type of girls that gang up on one person when they feel weakness like they're like a wolf pack when they sense any weakness amongst the pack they're going to just go for that person's Achilles heel Achilles tendon the whole show and it's almost getting a little
Starting point is 00:09:31 old you know this woman's insecure right now she's the bigger girl the group I'm just going to go ahead and say it she's coming off of giving birth and these girls are kind of they are being a little bit mean girlish to her they keep on doing this to her you know she's sensitive she's still not comfortable in this group. And I don't really know if reality is for her when I see this. Because when they see you show a weakness, they're going to keep on picking that scab. I actually agree with you. And we will get into the rest of the episode. I'm going to start by saying this. This is my advice to the Potomac cast. I think the production is fine. The producers are doing a great job. This is not about the producers. This is the great season. It's not about
Starting point is 00:10:13 that. But to me, this is my fair warning to the Potomac ladies. And this is a fair warning to all reality shows. Mine included. You know, I'm not going to sit there and say, it's not about the production. It's more about the, it's more about the
Starting point is 00:10:29 cast. Everybody can't be a force multiplier on these shows. Okay? I will always bring up this show and I don't care how many times I bring it up. I don't care how many times I get exhausted about me bringing it up. because this cast is the best cast
Starting point is 00:10:45 to ever be on reality television and I will go on record saying that. When you look at the Real Housewives of Atlanta season nine on down, okay. The beauty of that cast is everybody played their role and everybody play their position.
Starting point is 00:11:05 It's the reason why we love Cynthia Bailey. She never wanted to be Nini. Nene never wanted to be Fadra. Fadra was Fadra. Porsche was Portia was Claudia was Claudia. You know, you, you, candy was candy. LaLis goes on and on, Sherey, Shiree, Kim, Kim. It was never a show as much as activated
Starting point is 00:11:26 as Sherey Wilfield can get. Shiree Whitfield was a silent, um, killer. You know what I'm saying? You know, it took her, you know, it was a solid killer. Then he came in, bam.
Starting point is 00:11:42 And Phaedra lean in on the juxtaposition of being a church girl and a lawyer and also being somebody who had these sexual overtones, right? Right. That's a nice way to put it, but yes. So they all leaned into what they were, but I never, I never looked at those girls like they're all trying to be the Queen B. They all respected that every girl played their role. When I look at this current Castle Potomac, I need everybody to stop doing Jesus. job. Yep.
Starting point is 00:12:14 And I'm going to say it. It's annoying, actually, to watch. It's annoying. If I, if, Giselle Bryant is great at being Giselle and let her do her. It was one of those things where I remember, and I regretfully forgot to mention the queen the legend of the icon, Kenya Moore, who is everything to me. So blame my memory, not my heart. I remember producing season eight of Atlanta Housewives.
Starting point is 00:12:42 and we were in Miami and the girls was nothing was happening really and I remember somebody saying where's Kenya? I'm not going to say who said it and they're like get Kenya over here because when Kenya's around something happens
Starting point is 00:12:59 I bring that up to say that's when you know you have a team and I feel like Potomac is not operating as a team I feel like Potomac is operating as everybody wants to be Tom Brady. The reason why Karen was great. Karen was Proverbs Dustin Ross on Twitter. Don't start no more be none.
Starting point is 00:13:22 That's right. And when I look at this episode, I feel like everybody is so messy. And everybody's trying to activate one another. And we all appreciate that that's Jazeel's job. I don't want to see Wendy throw KKK under the bus. I don't want to see Ashley although she's messy
Starting point is 00:13:49 and that's who she's always been the beauty of Ashley was Ashley allowed to be it and Ashley wasn't when she had to be when I'm watching this show I do feel like they're getting up on Angel I feel like they're getting up on Stacy nobody is allowed to breathe
Starting point is 00:14:06 nobody's allowed to just have a moment I love me some Jazzy. I'm with Jazz to be a housewife. Even when Jazzy and Tia got into it, Jazzy, I love you down boots. We all can't admit that Jazzy was trying to have a moment. The way she yelled across the table. It was so unnecessary.
Starting point is 00:14:25 It felt like I didn't get my flute, peach, whatever. So guess what? I'm going to make y'all regret that y'all don't give you one. Or this is my second chance to get one now. And it was like, less is more. Like, we're not dumb. You don't have to shove yourself down our throats because I feel she got enough motion in her life that she doesn't need to do all that. It felt very forced like, and I think the exhaustion that angels feeling is what we're feeling.
Starting point is 00:14:50 Like, angels feeling with it like, oh my God, I didn't think it'd be from all different directions. It's everybody is doing it. It's too much. Like you made a great point, Carlos, housewives. You had the funny one, the shady one, the classy one, the lion one, the one that's going to twerk, the one that's going to like pop up over here when this thing gets said. the one that's going to bring comedy right now you've got six want to be jazelles or six want to be ninnies or six want to be whatever's everyone's trying so hard to be that girl and in that you're like losing your what made you dope like let jazelle be have that lane but like everyone doing it's like i can't keep up with who's who everyone's doing too much and it's like and i started off i love this show i'm a new fan of this show like i think potomac is dope as hell i don't think it's over but i think everyone's on 10 right now. Everyone's on 10. When you need some eights,
Starting point is 00:15:41 you need some sixes, you need some fives, you need some threes, and that's going to make your show a 10. But when everyone's trying to be everyone can't be Beyonce, okay? He's got to be a little bit, a little everything, and that's what makes it be like
Starting point is 00:15:57 fit, dope. Imagine on this show if all three of us try to do the same thing every single show. What makes the show work is we all know, I'm going to say, some fucking wild shit. That's going to be borderline offensive. We know Dustin going to cut your ass out when the comments go sound away, but he's going to know every single fact. I can't be Dustin. I cannot do what Dustin does. And Dustin wouldn't be as reckless and unprofessional
Starting point is 00:16:23 as I am. And then we have Carlos who blushes when his wild friends' children go left. But that's what makes it. Like the fans know, we know Carlos, look at Carl's face. when Dustin says this, look, Claudia is chomping at the bitch and say some? Is she hating on Porsche? Then we know Dustin's going to say, you know, we know he's going to come with his stuff.
Starting point is 00:16:46 But that's what makes it work. We fit together like a puzzle. If every single show, all three of us was trying to read down, like how I do every single time, y'all would turn this shit off. If every single show, we all was empathetic, like how Carlos is to everybody, no, I love the girls.
Starting point is 00:17:01 I can't. If every show, Carlos and I tried to out dust and dusting at what he knows and does. And no, well, in 1997, we know, y'all would turn. Maybe the historian, honey. Y'all would turn this shit off so fast. It's just like this show. Go ahead, Dustin.
Starting point is 00:17:20 Let's get your thoughts on it because we're talking about what we're seeing when it comes to the cast and what we brought up was even Jazzy and Tia. And we love Jazzy. And listen, every girl's going to get it once. Jazzy, I love you, baby. It's your turn. It's okay. It's okay.
Starting point is 00:17:34 I feel like Jazzy overly acting. with her response up with the fork and saying, you get to watch. And I was like, too much. It was too much. But that's one of your thoughts. It's real simple, y'all.
Starting point is 00:17:46 We don't even have to try to reinvent the wheel, right? Somebody being a mad and an argument is only entertaining when they're actually mad and upset, right? When the motherfucker is really pissed off. That's when that's interesting to watch. Heightening the tone of your voice and pointing people's face and stuff when there's no real context that warrants that. Behind it, it doesn't land well with the audience, and that's just what happened.
Starting point is 00:18:11 Rookie mistake, you know, Jazzy is, this is her second season on the show. She's contributed a lot to the franchise, honestly, as a friend of the show. And so it'll be interesting to see her move forward, but what we don't need are some, you know, famed, made-up-ass arguments over Tia saying that the guy that Jazzy said, or who was it, or Kiana said, he had two teeth and two dreds, right? We don't need that. One of the guys who work at the location, yeah. Okay. And so she said one of the dreds was in his pocket. But I, you know, we don't need to see a made-up argument about that. We just don't. And it fell flat. That's a lesson, though. I guarantee you this. Jazzy strikes me as a type of woman that will pay attention
Starting point is 00:18:58 to that. She'll see, she's going to edit herself and give herself notes. So she'll see that. She'll watch it herself and see that it did not land well. And she'll see. won't do that anymore. You're mad because one of your girls like, oh, girl, the way does play with your girl, oh, your man better look out. That is like something that you would laugh at for two cycles with your friend and move on.
Starting point is 00:19:17 You would never in real life, bring that over to the next day and be, oh, you said that 14 days before my wedding. Yeah. Are you okay? I'd be like, I feel like, girl, are you okay? What up y'all? It's your boy, Kevin on stage.
Starting point is 00:19:36 I want to tell you about my new podcast. podcast called Not My Best Moment, where I talk to artists, athletes, entertainers, creators, friends, people I admire who had massive success about their massive failures. What did they mess up on? What is their heartbreak? And what did they learn from it? I got judged horribly. The judges were like, you're trash.
Starting point is 00:19:56 I don't know how you got on the show. Boo, somebody had tomatoes. I'm kidding. But if they had tomatoes, they would have thrown the tomatoes. Let's be honest. We've all had those moments we'd rather forget. We bumped our head. We made a mistake.
Starting point is 00:20:08 The deal failed through. We're embarrassed. We failed. But this podcast is about that and how we made it through. So when they sat me down, they were kind of like, we got into the small talk. And they were just like, so what do you got? What? What ideas?
Starting point is 00:20:22 And I was like, oh, no. What? Check out Not My Best Moment with me, Kevin on stage on the Iheart radio app, Apple podcast, YouTube, or wherever you get your podcast. On the podcast Health Stuff, we are tackling all the health stuff. questions that keep you up at night. Yes, I'm Dr. Priyanka Wally, a double board certified physician. And I'm Hurricane Dibolu, a comedian and someone who once Googled, do I have scurvy at 3 a.m. On health stuff, we're talking about health in a different way. It's not only about what we can do to improve our health, but also what our health says about us and the way we're living.
Starting point is 00:20:57 Like our episode where we look at diabetes. In the United States, I mean, 50% of Americans are pre-diabetic. How preventable is type 2? Extremely. Or our in-depth analysis of how incredible mangoes are. Oh, it's hard to explain to the rest of the world that you, like, your mangoes are fine because mangoes are incredible, but like, you don't even know. You don't know. You don't know. It's going to be a fun ride. So tune in. Listen to Health Stuff on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. And she said, Johnny, the kids didn't come home last night.
Starting point is 00:21:37 Along the central Texas plains, teens are dying, suicides that don't make sense, strange accidents, and brutal murders. In what seems to be, a plot ripped straight out of Breaking Bad. Drugs, alcohol, trafficking of people. There are people out there that absolutely know what happened. Listen to paper ghosts, the Texas teen murders, on the ice. Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. The forces shaping the world's economies and financial markets can be hard to spot. Even though they are such a powerful player in finance, you wouldn't really know that you
Starting point is 00:22:19 are interacting with them. And even harder to understand. Donald Trump's trade war, 2.0, is only accelerating the process of de-dollarization, which in a way is jargon for people turning away from the dollar. That is where the big take from Bloomberg podcast comes in, to connect the dots. How unusual is a deal like this? Unprecedented. Every weekday afternoon, we dive deep into one big global business story. The biggest story of the reaction of the oil market to the conflict in the Middle East
Starting point is 00:22:50 is one of what has not happened. Katie, you told me that ETFs are your favorite thing. They are. Explain that. Why is that the case? And unpack what it means for you. Our breakfast foods. are consistent consumer staples,
Starting point is 00:23:03 and so they sort of become outsized indicators of inflation. Listen to the big take from Bloomberg News every weekday afternoon on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. What do you get when you mix 1950s Hollywood, a Cuban musician with a dream, and one of the most iconic sitcoms of all time?
Starting point is 00:23:24 You get Desi Arnest, a trailblazer, a businessman, a husband, and maybe most importantly, the first Latino to break prime time wide open. I'm Wilmer Valderrama, and yes, I grew up watching him, probably just like you and millions of others. But for me, I saw myself in his story. From plenty canary cages to this night here in New York, it's a long ways.
Starting point is 00:23:45 On the podcast starring Desi Arnaz and Wilmer Valderrama, I'll take you in a journey to Desi's life, the moments it has overlapped with mine, how he redefined American television, and what that meant for all of us watching from the sidelines, waiting for a face like hours on screen. This is the story of how one-man's spotlight lit the path for so many others
Starting point is 00:24:05 and how we carry his legacy today. Listen to starring Desi Arnaz and Wilmer Valderrama as part of the MyCultura podcast network available on the IHard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. This is Reality with the King. And I'm Carlos King.
Starting point is 00:24:21 Let's get back into the show. Claudia's right and you're right to Descent. It was way too much. I do agree. It's a rookie mistake. I still want jazz to get her flute, but it was a rookie mistake. But again, I think we're all saying, ladies, we all love y'all individually, but let y'all play your role when it comes to this ensemble team. And Claudia Clark came when she's talking about the three of us. The three of us work well together because we're all individuals. I do want to get into Giselle versus KKK in this whole windy thing.
Starting point is 00:24:55 So Keanu said that she was upset that she did not hear from Giselle when the altercation happened and how Giselle said that she was the aggressor in the situation. Giselle got vulnerable and said that happened around the time my father had a brain cancer tumor, and she was dealing with the fact that he, you know, did pass away because Wendy did spill the beans that KK hated Gizel. although I love you Dr. Wendy. However Keanu never said the word hate it and
Starting point is 00:25:32 even when Wendy said it in person and her confessionals, she didn't say hey, but it's how I took it. Again, the game of telephone really got the best from them in that situation. But Dustin, what are your thoughts on
Starting point is 00:25:48 that whole Giselle and Keanu and Wendy trifecta? I'm going with Keanu with this one. I thought that that was horrible what happened to her when the girl that Deborah, that's the lady's name. They started all that shit in the first place. Debra came on that cast, hanging around, begging for scraps, trying to film. And she came on that cast, started all that shit. And that was a brawl.
Starting point is 00:26:11 And I know that Keanu, watching Keanu on this show when she appeared as a guest previously, what we've seen thus far, although feisty, although, you know, a little hot tempered at times, she's not a violent person. and she was not the aggressor in that fight we all saw that cell phone footage we all saw the whole situation and keanu was not the aggressor jazelle was wrong as hell they do that was jazelle doing that shit that she always does that makes people have issues with her regarding it that her and robin were notorious for doing that taking other people's size twists twisting people's words looking at shit through a fucked-up lens that's all that was keanu was not the aggressor in that fight she was defending herself against that girl that wanted to be a part of that show and set up there and lied on Candace's husband, saying that he was
Starting point is 00:26:59 and lied on Eddie, you know, this is not a trustworthy person. And so if I was Keanu, that would have pissed me off to and I would have told Giselle how I felt about it as well. Now, I do have, of course, empathy and grace for Giselle losing her father. And you are a person who you're out of your head when you're dealing with grief like that. And you might do and say things that typically are not, you know, normal for you to do, but that kind of shit is what Giselle always does. And so I don't, the correlation of the two, you know, I'll give her grace for that, but it still was not surprising. And it doesn't seem like a result of her grieving. It seems like typical Giselle shit.
Starting point is 00:27:38 Damn. I had a situation like this with a friend of mine where it was very, very, very similar, except it wasn't death, but like my friend, I'll say her name because it's, one of my dear friends, my girl Tony that lives here in Dallas, I was going through my breakup with the coach and I was very, very devastated because it came out of nowhere, right? And my friend Tony was going through a divorce. We both felt like each other wasn't there for each other because I think we're both Aries too. So we both, I think, put on this, I'm good. I'm not tripping while secretly home devastated, right? So we didn't talk for like six months. And all it took was one conversation where
Starting point is 00:28:20 she got to hear where I was mentally and I got to hear where she was and we both realized, damn. You know what I mean? Like, it's easy to feel like you weren't there for me, but then you have to put yourself on other people's shoes. Yes, that is a Giselle thing from what you hear, right? But we got to give her a pass a little because her dad did pass. And, you know, this particular one, right?
Starting point is 00:28:46 On this one. We can talk about other ones. But on this one. I mean, I'm not going to be as receptive or even paying attention to what you got going on right now if my dad's an ICU, my dad dies. And then also for Kay, I'm not even probably thinking about what you're going through because all I'm thinking about is this bitch try to fuck me at a club and where were you?
Starting point is 00:29:05 And why was you taking her side? They both have valid points. But I will say, stepping back, you know, it is hard to be empathetic for someone else when you're going through your shit. And I honestly think that that was a conversation that's going to change the trajectory of their friendship. If they both were keeping it a buck in that country, I do think they were. I think we're going to see a better relationship now moving forward.
Starting point is 00:29:29 I hope. That's good. I agree with that. Dustin, how many minutes you got? I'm good. I'm good. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:29:37 So one of the things that we have to get into, and this is where we're going to bring an angel. Like 10. I'm sorry. Like 10. Okay. We'll do this for quick. So one of the things that I want to get into is the fact that Angel was talking to Jazzy. Jazzy, this is where we're, I want to give you props, Jazzy, as a human being.
Starting point is 00:30:00 Okay, although I feel like all conversations need to happen on camera. But hey, as a human being, I'm with you, sister. So with that being said, Jazzy had an off-camera conversation while the crew was on break, where she did tell Angel that a woman who is a current wag that is wives and girlfriends of athletes and sports stars DM'd her to say that Angel is a mean girl and to watch out for her. Did Angel call this woman a snagatitude?
Starting point is 00:30:37 Yes, stringy hair. Stringy hair. We did. Angel, I like you off camera. If she kept that same energy, we wouldn't be having half the conversation about Angel. Like, she needs to keep that. We like that, Angel.
Starting point is 00:30:52 I like that, Angel. Okay, so with that being said, Jazzy is getting her bachelor party on. Ashley licks the Adams apple off of Jazzy. Not the Adams apple. First of all, shade. Women don't have Adams apples. Oh, I'm sorry, the throat.
Starting point is 00:31:11 Oh, no. No, no, no, no. I did not pass biology in high school. Carlos, you are in the community. You know a damn Adam's appellate. I was a many studying industry. Okay, my bad. You tried it.
Starting point is 00:31:28 Okay, shut up. I've learned something today. Thank you very much. Okay, with that being said, all that is happening, and then it comes up that Jazzy has been confronted by Angel. because Jazeel and the girls see that Angel's not herself. Wendy's like, what happened while y'all were on the golf cart? Angel proceeds to tell them what Jazzy said.
Starting point is 00:31:55 And then, honey, Angel said that this woman alleged that she stole $30,000 or tried to steal $30,000 from her husband, Bobby, what they were dating, and wasn't taking birth control, all these wild accusations. And then she left the room and called Bobby and started crime. I was so confused by that because for me, it bothered Angel so much that she just wasn't the same after hearing the information. And I would give Jazzy her prospect of fact that Jazzy did not mention it from the girls. But Claudia, what were your thoughts on that entire situation?
Starting point is 00:32:38 And do you think like Angel is a fit to have these confrontational conversations? Those things she's what unfit? yes she is um she's not healed from whatever's going on like her esteem it seems to be in the toilet again i hope you to this doesn't hurt your feelings angel i'm not trying to but i think you needed maybe another year after your baby before going and doing a show like this it's too rough for you and every single show we're saying she's not herself well now i don't know what herself is because every i don't because every show there's a time where she's good then she's not She's good that she's not.
Starting point is 00:33:10 And I hate that. That's got to feel like shit. You can say Jazzy did a solid by not saying it on camera, but she did tell her on the trip. Girl, if you weren't going to tell her on camera, you could have waited until y'all got home and just called her on the phone because it definitely ruins the vibe of the trip. You know, we've seen her enough time to know once you give her some news like that, she's going to have an attitude. She's going to retract. She's going to like, she's going to go inside her head. She's not going to be fun anymore.
Starting point is 00:33:38 Or like, it's going to be, she's going to talk shit for a minute. And then 10 minutes later, she's going to be sad, right? I just think she's just like, she's just very fragile right now. And I think she cares so much about what these women think of her that everything feels like a, it's on 10 for her. And then the girls don't help it either because they do kind of poke fun. They see weakness. And like a wild pack, well, no, let me not say that. Like, ah, ah, ah.
Starting point is 00:34:07 I can't say without being offensive, so let me not say it. When people are in groups, group think mob mentality, like when they feel like one is kind of like limping behinds, they're going to go for you. And you see, like, they're not really that, but then, oh, for a minute, are you okay? But then they're going, oh, she's mad again. You know what I mean? Like, they don't really care for her. They don't care.
Starting point is 00:34:32 That's what she ain't talking about shit, Claudia. That's why. It's not like she's talking about when Giselle was talking about losing her father. We cared about that. People cared about that. They were sensitive to that. Angel getting mad because somebody called Jazzy talking shit about her. Sorry, we got real, all the shit going on in the world today.
Starting point is 00:34:51 Okay? And then we're supposed to feel what for her crying about that. You know what I'm saying? If anything, let's focus on the comedy. When she walked out, when she left out the bridal shower, which can you a bachelor's party, can you imagine? If some niggas had a bachelor party and got to licking on each other's chest and pouring shots on each other's chest and shit on camera, the world would implode. But I thought it was hilarious that they just fell right in and all that and it was just fun.
Starting point is 00:35:18 But anyway. Yeah, by the way, love that moment. Yes, when she love it. When she walked out, did you all see that angel wing? You know, she had the wings and that halo on. So when she had been sitting in that chair, apparently she, yeah, so when she walked out to row. She walked out in a in a huff that motherfucking wing was bent up it looked like a chicken wing it was bent up so and all I could think about was Sparkle remember in the movie Sparkle sister came fly on one wing I was like you can't fly on one wing baby you have an angel having a hard time and if she would just lighten the fuck up and have fun a little bit like damn everything doesn't have to be a emotionally damning fucking moment like just Everything's a thing.
Starting point is 00:36:06 And my thing is this, if you're a wife of an athlete, anyone that's ever dated an athlete or a celebrity or reality star or is one yourself, you have got to have thicker skin than that. When you first date an athlete, all the girls that want him or that was in his roster or whatever, I don't know if he did have one or not, but there's going to always be a lot of girls that are going to be mad and comfy. I'm surprised this ain't old news to her by now. Like me, I'm used to being called, they're going to call me, oh, a ho, lonely cat lady broke. It does not fail.
Starting point is 00:36:42 It can't still bother me at this point, right? It can't so bother me. Like, you got to just, at this point, like, girl, so what? I mean, the man married you. I don't think he'd marry you if he really thought that he, you stole $30,000 from him and try to trap him into a baby. So at the end of the day, Angel, I think you don't realize how much you're really winning in real life and you're so worried about what these people think and the internet
Starting point is 00:37:09 and think that you're not even like present for your blessings you had a husband that's a good looking man i'm not trying to get at them that loves you a child you're on a popping reality show she's pretty she's got a sexy body and she's so busy worrying about what she don't have or what people are thinking about her that she's not enjoying her life you have a very blessed life angel i hope you receive this you don't worry too much about what the popular kids at high school sink and I think that's going to be your downfall and I hope you can get out of your head and enjoy this like I wish I can go back to my one season of house fives and maybe like enjoy you know what I mean like it was fun when you look back at it and like not everything
Starting point is 00:37:47 can't be so serious my friend like I feel bad for you I do I feel like you need a home girl on there you need a Claudia Jordan like what Claudia did for Kenya on season seven to come and help you out because you don't have it on that yeah and further to your point you you you did that's fun I remember in season seven we talked on the phone when y'all were in Puerto Rico and if you had Tornini's ass up we talked on the phone about it
Starting point is 00:38:09 and you were laughing. I was. After it, Claudia was laughing that same damn day. So that she did, like you have to read. I called a half breed, a slut, bankrupt, a whore, my clit left my body. Y'all was coming from my bau.
Starting point is 00:38:22 But my hair was the only real hair inside. Me and Carlos King were the only ones of real hair. And I said, everyone had a wig on, a shocking cap, a swim a, yeah. You
Starting point is 00:38:34 try this. They all had that. They all had a 27 piece bust downs. Y'all had all kinds of shit. A lace front, a closure.
Starting point is 00:38:43 I don't know. None of that shit. I had my real short hair that was shoulder length and it was humid. So I curled that shit up because the ends get frizzy.
Starting point is 00:38:52 Real hair reacts differently than fake hair. Fake hair will be smooth and silky in the most Amazon of Amazonian forest. But fake hair, real hair,
Starting point is 00:39:00 It's going to react. It's going to react. It's going to get. So yes, I had a bootleg bob, and I think that shit was mad funny. Imagine still being upset about that. I'm not. But yeah, Carlos,
Starting point is 00:39:10 Carlos, me, he was the only one with real hair. Now, why am I in it? At the end of the day, I will say this. I will say this.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Look at you. You had doesn't raise a really good point because. Oh, look it. Wait, wait, real quick. Let's see the shirt. There's no black shit on there now, right? No, first of all, girl,
Starting point is 00:39:29 It never was. You need bombs. You couldn't do that before. Look at you. Like how Whitney, who's like how Whitney? Who did the Whitney touch and did this too? I forgot who was. Aretha Franklin did that to Whitney.
Starting point is 00:39:47 Yes, a VH1 divas. So there we go. Yeah, yeah. No. Okay. So Angel, honestly, listen to Claudia. We got to run. But I will say this.
Starting point is 00:39:58 You're really, listen. We have fun of this show, but I really do hope that because I think you guys know that all the girls watch this. What's up, y'all? Hi, y'all. Don't be mad at us. We just trying to get this. No. It's all I love.
Starting point is 00:40:12 What I want to end by saying is this. I really believe Claudia has given some great advice and doesn't bring this up. I really think I hope Angel watches and listens. And if she is, asks back for a second season, take heed. I don't know too many women on reality television. that can be that can say your clit left your body and and to be to have that back and forth exchange and to leave that table because mind you me and the producers were back there screaming laughing we've never seen anything like it and the girls heard us Porsche and Faber said Carlos can you shut up we can hear your the audio person said um Carlos can you stop laughing we can hear you that's how funny it was But for the woman on the receiving end to call Dusted afterwards and laugh at having that exchange, it goes to show you that, look, yes, be yourself, but I think Angel has to understand that you leaving these rooms and the calling Bobby, that's not what's going to make you great. It reminds me of, you know, when Tanya from season 8 just wasn't present because she was overthinking and I love Tanya.
Starting point is 00:41:26 listen being a reality starts a hard gig it's not easy but i feel like angel you have everything it takes to be a great one and if you are asked back for a second season i really do hope you take a lot of your and dustin's advice and it's like have have fun just have fun and just know that you are there to be you and you are there to defend yourself in the moment and not walk off from it so she shows moments that she has it in her she shows moments of that but yeah i i think she's um too much whoever is emotionally involved invested loses the argument the reason why i was like that with mine was i didn't give a fuck i wasn't a fan of no one i wasn't looking at anybody like they were larger than life i think because she was a fan and really watched the show from the
Starting point is 00:42:09 beginning she may be a little bit intimidated like well that's joselle well that's wendy so she can't like pop up like she's in her head too much she better wake the fuck up then because that that shit is not serving her wouldn't you say it's time to pop your head out of your ass angel and get in the paint. It's time to. Listen to some Kendrick Lamar. Yeah. Some Trina. She can play some Trina. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:42:33 You know what I'm saying? Yeah. I love it. Angel, we love you. And we're rooting for you. Go ahead, Dustin. Sorry. But before we go, because y'all know I got to go. Reasonable doubt on Hulu. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. The sister or the mama did it. Asi didn't do it. It was either that sister or his mama that killed the girl Wendy on there. Number two, what was the other show you brought up? It was reasonable about another show.
Starting point is 00:42:59 All fair. All fair. Love it. First of all, I love Ryan Murphy's shit anyway. Anything Nisi Nash is in, you know I'm watching it. That's just cold. We watch Nisi Nash. And it's a good show.
Starting point is 00:43:10 Kim Kardashian's acting. Of course, I didn't expect to see her being Viola Davis or Meryl Streep. You know what I'm saying? But the show is good. It's shot beautifully. It's interesting. It's hilarious. And Sarah Paulson is.
Starting point is 00:43:24 So they were hating on the show because they were trying to give it like zero. The thing is this, it's because look, look, look, no shade and Justin, let's log up when you have to it. All right. All right. All right. I love you. I love you. Bye.
Starting point is 00:43:38 Okay. Bye. So no. So Claudia, the thing is this, it is what Dustin is saying is one of those things where the weight is on Kim because she's number one to call she and look, she's not this Academy Award winning actress. And she, but she does have going close, Nisi Ness, Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, Tiana Taylor, around her. And it's campy and it's soapy.
Starting point is 00:44:03 So I like it. But, yeah, they're panning the show and her. I like, yeah, it's because they put her front and center. Maybe they probably would receive it better if they didn't put her front and center and probably put her fourth on the call sheet because then they'd be like, oh, and then the fans could be pleasantly surprised,
Starting point is 00:44:19 like, oh, she's hanging with them instead of. Like American Horror Story. Emma Roberts carried the show. show she was not from on the call. She came like number three or two, but they raised her acting skills in that show because she wasn't caring the show. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:33 I got to watch you. I'm going to check it out. So you got to come to New York on Friday, maybe? Well, look, we'll see what happens, but I'll call you. You know what? They're going to say I'm begging you to hang out if you don't. You're not begging me.
Starting point is 00:44:44 No, send me the details. You ain't coming. You got something to do up Friday. No, no, no. Seriously. When a man's voice goes up like that, He's lying. Remember everybody.
Starting point is 00:44:56 I can see you. Ranger, next Monday, we'll let you know if we talk out in New York. I can't wait to gag you. I'm going to see you. Oh, I want to be gagged. It's been a long time because I've been gag. On that note, Ray Jock, I love you. Have a great night.
