It's not worth winning if you can't win! Welcome back everybody to the Cake Eaters podcast. My name is Brandon and I'm joined by my co-host Heath today. And we are getting closer and closer every single day, Heath, to the new Game Changers Season 2. We have a couple updates for everybody here. If you remember back a couple episodes episodes we talked about the new characters well we finally have casting news heath yep absolutely our predictions were not necessarily on the spot but it was a whole lot of fun to go through it as usual disney did not take any of

our ideas to their detriment if we're just being completely honest with ourselves i mean i wasn't gonna say it but i'm glad you did he's yeah listen i'm not gonna pull any punches anymore because after what disney did to boba fett i'm i'm upset i'm upset with that right now i just i wanted it to be super fucking cool and it was just okay yeah it's fine. It's worth watching. But I'm curious about Moon Knight. I'm just, I've got some interesting takes on Disney content right now. So I'm about to give Moon Knight a try and see what that's all about. I haven't tried that yet either. Comic books are cool.

And that's why if they mess it up, I'm going to be kind of mad. I'm like all marveled out. Really? Just too much? Too much superhero stuff happening i think i need to take a take a break because the next like movie doesn't come out till next year right or is this is it this summer when does yeah and you know honestly wandavision is so far the only marvel tv show that i felt feel like is really worth watching wandavision was great i enjoyed loki

as well i haven't watched it yet i guess i i shouldn't judge that one too fast some of the other ones are just i think it's because i started with some of the other ones and they're not that great definitely watch loki loki was solid hawkeye was okay but you don't need to watch it okay um but yeah i think i'm just i'm all marveled out i think i just got to take a break until the next movie's come out you know man we got an ob1 um ob1 kenobi tv series coming out very soon as well that i'm interested in because i love ewan mcgregor yeah and that's why i'm excited about that because they brought ewan mcgregor back to play ob1 and so i don't know that's who

they should have fucking put in in mighty ducks game changers where the fuck we need ewan mcgregor in here imagine dude imagine obi-wan as a fucking peewee hockey coach come on uh just that's right itself the the force would have been strong with that series for for sure with assistant coach yoda you know i don't know. I don't think kids would have liked his backwards talking. Wouldn't have made any sense. But anyways. That's true. Nick the Stick would have been really confused. I still feel like it's okay to remain cautiously optimistic for season two of Game Changers.

I'm going to read the description. My optimism is waning by the second. Absolutely. changers um i'm gonna read the description my optimism is waning by the second absolutely because i'm a little worried we're gonna lose the heart and the charm of the ducks as we move into the west coast in california we we already lost that that's yeah that that that went away with emilio you know guys let me let me read this description and then we can then we can lament on how we're unsure that this camp plot line is going to be okay okay um so after winning back the mighty ducks team name last year the squad with heart and their coach alex morrow take to the road to attend an intense summer hockey institute in california run by the charming yet hardcore former NHL player Colin Cole.

That's Dumel. It's a place for kids to get excellent at hockey without school to get in the way. As our Ducks try to survive this super competitive environment, they're faced with the question, can you win summer? Okay. That's what it says. I know. I i know it's a lot to unpack right there brandon it feels like it just got a little bit of a vinegar taste in my mouth i love how they throw without school to get in the way because fuck school you know well yeah that's this is a

hard core hockey camp brandon it's not for a bunch of fucking nerds how are they how are they affording this is what i want to know that's a very good point where is alex getting the money to pay for this listen these are hardcore hockey parents all of a sudden like funds for their kids enjoyment it just i'm assuming stephanie um is gonna do i'm assuming stephan is going to do some wiggle room to get the full money machine behind the ducks into the don't bothers or the now ducks. Yeah, I mean – I'm expecting that to happen at the beginning and that's how they pay for this because otherwise it doesn't make any sense. I think that what helps it make a little more sense is that not everyone is going maybe potentially like maybe it's just a handful because they didn't mention the whole

entire team when we get to the returning cast who all do they mention with the returning cast so we got brady noon we've got maxwell simkins. It just would not be the same without Nick. So yeah. So that's Evan and Nick the stick. Yeah. And then sway Batia, Sophie, and then Luke Islam.

That's a coup, right? Yep. Yep. And then Tegan Burns. That's a, why can't I remember her character name? It's a,

not Lauren, but who's the maya maya thank you maya yeah sorry maya that's that's maya tegan burns is yeah tegan burgers is uh is maya oh nice okay and then uh dejan watts and that's uh crap what's his uh the wild card kid sam sam yeah sam wild card and so that leaves off lauren and logan you know they dropped them oh you know what they did they dropped a couple l's i am i am on fire today that's the that's the one joke you get oh man i'm just fucking on fire today and then then, of course, Lauren Graham comes back, too. Okay, so they don't mention Lauren, the character. Not Lauren Graham.

Lauren, the character. Yep. Logan. We get no mention of Stephanie's kids, the twins. Yep. Double trouble. Yep. Okay.

So, yeah, maybe. No mention of Stephanie, either. No mention of Stephanie. No mention of. Terry or. Terry or of stephanie no mention of uh terry or terry or uh what's crap leah well leah franklin that's the the actress's name yeah why can't i why can't i remember any of these characters mj thank you mj good god brandon you need some more coffee this morning or something i know i think it's just because it's my my optimism in this thing is just going downhill by the second.

Was it me reading the description just like knives to the heart of like, man, this is no longer the Ducks. This is some weird Disney Plus shit. Yeah. So I'm going to be completely honest with you. I sent you the article. Yeah. I did not read the article at all. I skimmed at the names of the people they cast, and that was it.

So I didn't read the actual article. And so when you read that description back to me, yeah, it was like, you know, somebody freaking jabbed me with a needle or something. I don't know. I'm glad we could get your live reaction, but I think that the listeners would agree with me that we do expect a little bit more from you brandon and i think that we can all doubly agree that this is why we don't have nice things i think we can you know we all know i'm a consummate i'm the consummate professional right is that is that even how you say it the consummate professional yes that is how you say yeah and as the consummate professional i'm not going to do any prep work because you just just get by on natural talent

and skill you're just the tom brady of podcasting dude i honestly think if we want to if we want to get deep and if we want to delve into some some brandon therapy sessions i honestly think that i was like throughout my childhood i was able to skate by so easily on just raw charisma and talent that I developed zero work ethic. I mean, you have to find a balance, Brandon. Life is all about balance. But when I was a kid, I didn't find that balance. Now as a 31-year-old, soon to be 31-year-old, it's too late to find the balance. I've cursed myself.

I feel terrible for the people that employ you brandon that's all i'm going to say about that fair enough but so anyways um that i think we can officially you know write terry and and mj i hope and what's Winnie, their names on the tombstones. Because I think they are dead. I hope they're not dead. I hope they're paused. Like them plus Bombay are paused until potentially season three. Season three.

And even if Bombay doesn't come back, I would imagine season three, they would bring MJ back, right? Yeah, potentially. And maybe bring Josh Duhamel. Maybe bring Josh Duhamel from California to coach the team. Yeah, if Bombay doesn't come back, then you bring Duhamel to Minnesota. Yeah. But then you also bring, hopefully you'd have Winnie reprising her role with the ice palace and you'd have terry coming on you'd have all of the old parents again yeah um i hope that yeah i hope they

i know we're not going to get any parent stuff other than lauren graham this season but hopefully season three we can get a return because honestly those were terry uh mj and then all the parents they were the best part of of season one yeah they really they really helped drive it i am a little worried after this description that we're just gonna get a whole lot of lauren graham and josh dumel will they won't they you know back and forth love story the mom that coaches uh you know fun first uh going up against the the crazy you know charming yeah hardcore the hardcore hockey guy yep yep so i think we're gonna get a healthy dose of that i i think what you're gonna you're gonna get a healthy dose of that you're gonna get a healthy dose of things because you know with with bombay leaving with the casting of josh dumas and then

with the casting of all of these uh new people i think and i i i think i believe i've said this before i think disney and the writers of the show are taking, for lack of a better term, the easy way out. And so you're going to get a whole lot of stuff that you can easily write away. You're going to get a whole lot of stuff in season two that you can write off and completely forget about if Bombay comes back. Yeah, that's a good call out. Like this is going to be a state it's a standalone camp season it's like when saved by the bell went to the beach and worked at the at the resort for the summer yep so you're going to get a lot of lauren graham josh g mill love interests

but there's going to be that cliffhanger of you know they're not actually together yet until we figure out if we can get bombay to sign back on you know yeah i i agree so do you want to do you want to dig into some of the characters real quick uh yes let's refresh some of the the characters um because because we we lost at least one from the the last episode we did where we talked about the new characters. So first we have Jace, who is going to be played by Naveen Paddock. He's a rebellious, cute stud with a bad boy attitude. Despite a surprising connection to the Hardcore Hockey Institute run by Coach Cole, Jace has no interest in being there or spending his summer on the ice but some of our team have other plans for him bum bum bum that feels like maybe a little Maya Naveen Paddock

will they won't they or or do you think Sophie jumps in here helps Sophie helps uh you know call the rebel i would imagine you get a sophie jace evan like love triangle nice nice and and i think that evan loses that one if i'm just being honest um i mean i probably won't in the show but I feel like in real life, Evan would lose that one. Cute stud with the bad boy attitude versus Evan. Come on. I don't know. We don't know anything else about this kid. I think we can just.

I mean, I've seen a picture. I mean, he's a fairly good looking guy. He's definitely a sharp looking kid. No offense to Brady Noon, but he's a little bit better looking than Evan. Yeah. But you got to be careful with the stud bad boys. That's a fine line to tread. Yeah.

I mean, listen, I'm not saying it would be the best choice, but I'm saying it's – If anybody should know how dangerous and uh a bad boy stud can be it's you heath yeah listen i 100 there is you just there's always a little bit of flight risk in there there's some behind the eyes you can never fully trust them it's just you know sometimes people will just break up with you and move to another state i am not speaking from experience um but but yeah so you mentioned naveen paddock is the guy who's who's playing jace yes look going through his he's i i have zero idea who any of these kids are same they cast um so i'm just going off of imdb here his acting credits are fairly small he's

only got like four other things yeah he's been in an episode of law and order an episode of the code and an episode of new amsterdam so yeah i don't watch any of those shows so he's got he's he's a fresh face yeah yeah oh let's hope we can get a little breakout star coming out of this. Yeah, breakout role. Yeah. That'd be cool. The next... The next character?

Ready? I was going to say he could be the next something, and then I was trying to think of a bad boy stud actor. What's that? Jake Gyllenhaal? Yeah, the next Jake Gyllenhaal yeah yeah the next jake gyllenhaal yeah heard it here first that's that's no pressure naveen yeah no pressure at all all right you ready for the next character yeah all right so the next character we have margo anderson song she's gonna play the role of gertie an oddball homeschooled girl from alaska who has

very little contact with other kids and people in general back home she was the best hockey player on her team because she was the only hockey player on her team okay i have i have i i have a huge bone to pick with that description really okay i actually kind of got excited about this one because she's gonna be a she her and nick are gonna be quite the duo well she's gonna take over the the comic relief the weird oddball thing from lauren if lauren's not in this um good point but and i'm excited for the character the the way that that was written though is what i have offense with whoever wrote that is is who i have offense with especially this article that you sent me especially the last line whoever wrote this article didn't write those these

character descriptions these are sent to them by disney oh gotcha um you think disney's gonna let somebody go free reign on a character description you fucking maybe now obviously you know you're not i do i do like that she has had very little contact with kids or people and i just don't like that they mentioned she was the only person on her team that doesn't make any fucking sense yeah because a team of one is no team at all no plus everybody in alaska plays hockey you know she there she would have had more people on her team maybe her house was like one of those houses that you have to take like a boat across the lake to and then once the lake freezes over you're kind of just like stuck there for the winter okay so she's just playing hockey with herself then yeah not on team yeah she's just

they're playing all by myself in the background and she's just skating in circles shooting at the shooting at the nothing you know shooting at a grizzly bear i don't i don't think that's safe you know i wouldn't i wouldn't recommend that but i i am i am excited about uh the character the character sounds fun she said yeah her and nick i bet we'll have a ton of great interactions yeah um as long as they don't force it right you you know they're gonna force it it's it's disney dude they're gonna they're gonna force it's true that's true and then and it so it's gonna be a little a little much probably

where they like it's like okay have you ever lived in a small town that's not how they act exactly exactly it's gonna be it's gonna be very reminiscent of nell from the movie nell you know no i haven't seen the movie now oh you've never seen now no i actually have no idea what i couldn't even picture it in my head. You don't know. Oh, it's about, about a girl who grew up in the woods by herself. Oh, no shit. Yeah. Oh,

and then they discuss somebody discovers her when she's like, you know, 17 or something like that. And then they like try to reintroduce her into the world. And let me tell you, Heath, she has some troubles. It's I,

I can, I can only imagine. Sounds like something that I will not be watching anytime soon but thank you it's uh shoot who's uh someone famous in it yes hold on it's from 1994 i'm trying to remember who is the first. Jodie Foster. That's who plays Nell. Jodie Foster. Okay. I'm okay on Jodie Foster.

She's fine. Okay on Jodie Foster. She's amazing. She's a national treasure, dude. Oh, and Liam Neeson's in it too. Okay. Well, you know, Liam Neeson. Taken was awesome.

And then, you know, Taken 2 and Taken 3 were a bit much. But that first Taken movie, son of a gun, that was awesome. Okay, let's move on. So, Margot Anderson's song. Yeah. Much like Naveen Pad paddock because they're so young not a ton of acting um credits so again a little bit of fresh face uh margo has been in a little bit more than naveen though she's been in a bunch of tv she's been in a couple tv episodes okay as

well as it looks like one two two movies she was in a movie called Alternate Ground, which came out last year. Never heard of it. Neither have I. And then a movie called Splintered Fear from 2019. So some fresh faces, and that's exciting. I love when people get an opportunity. Well, there's going to be a new feel to the show with all these new faces. New rhythm to the interactions. um let's go let's go next character we have noah baird who will play fries which is a fun nickname the

little brother of aj lawrence the self-centered hockey superstar of the camp who we'll get to in just a second somewhat of an off-brand version of aj he has the palpable self-esteem he has sorry he has palpable self-esteem issues and is used to used to living in his brother's shadow he has the nickname fries because in their family lawrence is always the main course and fries is always the side dish he's previously my god isn't that that's that's his nickname little side dish fries it's it's it's awful they they make it sound like a joke in that character description but the self-esteem issues this kid must have he he it says they're palpable self-esteem issues, which makes sense because in his family, he's the side of fries. This poor kid.

Yeah, he's going to move far away in college and never come home. Yeah, as he should. Yeah, he deserves to go out. Honestly, he should move away now. Yeah, I agree. Go out and find your own voice uh fries like man go go be the burger across the country get the fuck out of california and go be the burger be your own entree god damn do something at least a chicken sandwich there's a t-shirt right there be your own entree there you go brandon be her own entree never a side of fries

but so so noah baird is the guy who plays fries yeah um and he uh he's done a lot of looks like he he did the voice of a couple different characters for the TV series DuckTales. Oh, life is like a hurricane here in Duckburg. You know what I'm talking about? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Dude, I fucking love that intro. It's a banger. It's the new version because it's 2019 to 2021, the new version of DuckTales.

Well, I hope that they kept the theme because – I would imagine they did. They'd be an idiot not to. I mean, don't broke what ain't fixed you know what i mean like come on that's that's one that you just listen to they really don't do cartoon intros like they used to teenage mutant ninja turtles was awesome like you name it there's just an endless amount remember gummy bears i love that gummy bears intro i mean rocket power was a solid intro to you yeah yeah i was a little too old for rocket power and rocket power was that was my jam that was when i really started like you know i was really into attitude era

wrestling i think and and you know oh you would try to be cool playing sports you would have loved rocket power then dude fucking. Fucking skateboard it, dude. No, you know, I was never a big skater. I wasn't, you know, no skater die over here. No JNCO jeans, even though I think they're hilarious now. Skaters don't really wear JNCO jeans. Oh, yeah. You know how cumbersome that would be to skate in?

Yeah, that would be to skate in yeah that would be yeah you wouldn't be dangerous yeah too but do you imagine wide leg jeans were were the worst in the snow and you would just have water up to your the back of your knee it was just like pressing on you oh that was the fucking worst yeah i hate baggy like baggy pants in general especially like like bell-bottom style where it's like really baggy at the bottom yeah i like loose fitting pants but not not that loose no i had to be comfortable i i just i finally hit that age where like i go 100 for comfort over style like i don't i don't give a shit dude if you look at me and you're like gosh that guy looks like a dork it's kind of like yeah dude i'm just wearing a t-shirt or a polo dude especially especially

since uh covet and work from home dude it's it's a thousand percent comfort all the time all the time yeah i i wear a my work uniform is a polo and basketball shorts. When I walk the dogs, people ask me if I'm a coach. We're at polo and basketball shorts every day. And I don't know how to dress outside of that anymore because it's been two years. You don't need to, though. Exactly. I just trade the basketball shorts for khaki shorts.

There you go. Boom. Dude, too bad it wasn't jorts or cargo shorts i'm really pissed at the fashion world for making those uncool like cargo shorts you just had all kinds of extra pocket space like especially if you like went to a concert or something like those those little pockets came in very clutch yeah yeah concert concerts they came in clutch they were fine and like you know what also doubly doesn't make sense i don't think anybody would i don't think anybody would would

dog you for wearing cargo shorts to like a practical event but like if you're just if you're if you're walking around the mall with you know cargo shorts what do what do you need all those pockets for you listen cargo shorts were cool don't don't at me on cargo shorts, Brandon. And especially shorts. I miss shorts. Cargo pants. That's where it was at. Cargo pants are great, too.

With the zip-offs, dude. Remember those? Oh, yeah. Come on. Listen. If you're a dad and you don't have zip-off khakis, then are you actually a dad? The zip-off khakis with the white New Bal man so yeah it's it's i i shouldn't make fun because now that i have we my fucked up my foot i have to wear new balance walking shoes in the house and like my grandpa had it's very humbling i i i like new

balance i i listen i've been wearing New Balance for years. I have to wear them because otherwise the arch of my foot is collapsing. They make some stylish shoes, though, for sure. And they got great speed. Well, I got the cheap walking ones, so they literally look like the ones my grandpa wore. You got to step it up, Heath. Dude, they're indoor shoes. No one sees them except for Kelly.

Why do you need to wear indoor shoes? Because my foot fucked up i just said like i tore the tendon a long time ago and it never properly healed and now there's like a ton of scar tissue and it's causing the joint to like collapse and so i have to wear like special you have to constantly wear shoes yeah more or less yeah damn yeah because uh i special prescription insoles. Yeah, more or less. Yeah. Damn. Yeah, because I have prescription insoles. It's terrible.

Sometimes I forget how old you are, Heath. Well, I'm 36, but I like tore the tendon in my foot in high school and it just never worked better. Never got fixed. But yeah, dude, I feel like I officially hit that moment in time where even like you sleep on your neck wrong and you wake up oh dude i had that i had that was it last weekend i slept on it wrong one night and it fucking fucked me up for like four days i was like god damn it dude yeah but having prescription insoles at 36 is some real fucking bullshit and and to end to be losing my hair having to constantly wear to be yeah just beginning to lose your hair beginning um but having to wear shoes constantly

is is that's pretty hilarious though honestly yeah it's it fucking sucks do you wear them when you sleep too just like hanging out of the the blanket i'm picturing you with your feet out just outside the blanket with your new balances on i mean sometimes if i like well because the problem is i i can't really just like sit and watch tv for a long time so i'll like get up and pace a little bit and so like i'll wear them until like i officially shut it down and then i'll kick them off okay okay yeah but like if there's a if i'm gonna get up and kind of mosey around sometimes i stand and watch tv otherwise i get distracted you don't do that with your hands on your hips you stand out there yeah you you don't stand i used to do it used to be worse in houston when i had a big i had a big house i would just stand

and watch tv and hold Jenkins. I actually do sometimes do that. Sometimes if I get up and go to the bathroom, when I come back, what I do is I stand behind the couch and lean on it, and then I'll watch it. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I totally know what you're saying. We're in a two-bedroom apartment, so we don't have that back space behind the couch. So I just kind of like pace around off to the side. It helps you focus on the show and you're not like looking at your phone the whole time.

That's fair. You know, especially if it's like a good new show that I want to watch, I'll just, I'll stand and watch it. If it's a good new show that I need to like pay attention to, I have to like sit up and lean forward, you know?

Yeah. I'm like, I can't put the phone away yeah put the phone anyways anyways all right okay let's get back on topic yeah sorry let's let's not talk about my fucking old man fee anymore i have to live with it i don't need to talk about it so so let's so that next character that was noah baird and and fries fries so let's let's talk about aj then the brother okay okay the burger the entree yep yep the the burger aka the entree aka aj lawrence is going to be played by connor de wolf um he goes by lawrence he's a godlike teen he goes by his last name yeah he goes by lawrence

that's a power move when you have a sibling is to go by the last name because that's they identify the family as him that's why you get a side of fries damn poor fries and also because he's a godlike teen athlete whose main interest is himself he intimidates the heck out of his socially awkward goalie roommate. Lawrence becomes a superstar player on one of the teams. Great smile, great hair. He's never suffered any adversity in his life and has the ego to prove it. Again, these fucking character descriptions, dude. Or something else.

So we know that him and Coob are going to have some real back and forth. I don't think they're going to have a back and forth at all. I think Coob's already quiet in general. He's just going to sit there and be mortified. And he's probably going to get schooled by AJ throughout the whole camp. Because he just learned how to move his fucking feet. Yeah, you thought Coob was a bad goalie before. Just wait until he runs up into a god.

Yeah, and they even say it, can they even win the summer? Like, no, I don't think so. I think they're going to. I mean, I take that back because they'll get. He might be on their team, you know? Yeah. I was going to say, like, summer camp, they'll split people into groups. It won't be based on teams, right?

Like, they'll split people into teams. I imagine they'll split up into teams i i i imagine they'll split up and you'll i imagine you'll get a bunch of ducks on separate teams because that'll add a little bit of drama you know um yeah so i would imagine they'll get split up and by win the summer you know they're the the main goal heath is to become a better hockey player you know that's that's that's how you win the summer yeah that's you become a better hockey player. You know, that's how you win the summer. Yeah. You become a better hockey player, you become a better person. That's one lesson for everyone to hear out there. If you want your life to be good as a youth, be good at sports.

Yep. Be your own entree. That really is. That's like a powerful message, Brandon. Like, you know, don't take no for an answer. Be an entree. That's a T-shirt. I'm going to throw that up in the merch store.

Everybody keep your eye out for it. Yeah, keep your eyes peeled. Go out there. Go be an entree out in life. But so you mentioned he's being played by Connor DeWolf. Yeah, I don't know this kid either. So Connor, I recognized his face because he is a TikTok star or an Instagram, or he's an influencer of some kind. Okay, okay. And he does a lot of TikToks and reels and stuff.

He's pretty funny. I've seen a couple of them. They're pretty good. I'm looking it up right now i don't i don't think he has any actual acting credits yet when i googled his name nothing popped up yeah yeah so just just yeah just an influencer um so that'll be i was influencing the other day brandon did i tell you that he did not oh yeah I um my comment on one of the ringer posts got pinned oh yeah did you mention the cake of this podcast no I didn't I was just I was just commenting on the video it was really funny it was uh Kyle came to you we watched kyle come to the realization that his parents lied to him about

his dog quote unquote going to the farm and it like dawned on him as he was talking about it like oh shit this is like when they flush your goldfish yeah yeah like your dog can't just run around like running into people and biting people in the city. There are consequences. Anyways. Anyways. But. So I'm an influencer.

Long story short. Sure. Sure. Sure. Sure. Isn't that how it works? We need to get Connor on though. We should see if he'll come on the podcast.

Maybe he can teach us something about the algorithm. sure she played this character on mad tv i'd say stephanie multiple times stephanie weir for anybody who's who's not familiar with her she was on she's she was a mainstay on mad tv in the in the 2000s and you other listeners might recognize her as the newscaster from godmothered did you watch that movie it was surprisingly really good she's also in um a million little things i don't know what that is that's uh it's the nbc show with with james roday james roday's in it dude come on no i don't know i i'm i really can't my tv watching is something else she's uh i mean i've never actually seen it i just know because because of james roday but she's um she was a mainstay on mad tv so she's she was awesome hilarious and then she she has a you know a million um acting credits she's been on

any tv show you you can think of she's been in at least one episode of i i guarantee you yeah she's a great character actor yes great character actor and she's gonna be she's gonna like i think she's really gonna crush this part she's yeah she's the only one well she's the one i recognize the most out of all these names um for these she's the only one i recognized the the other the other um i think that she'll be really good comic relief too with like her and nick and the the alaska girl like and i watching her just like i bet you her and i bet you her and lauren graham have have a have like... Very smart, a bit odd with a sharp eyed intensity. Tim Sharp has previously starred on The Verge on The Verge.

Yeah, I didn't recognize recognize tim tim at all either um but this is i think this is gonna be a fun he's like like a he's like smart and odd and intense so like he's gonna i don't know i i think he'll be a good um counter to uh marnie yes and so we uh we had um the the episode we previously did there was two male uh coaches camp coaches whatever um characters that they mentioned this article only mentions one so i'm assuming the other one got yeah i'm assuming they rolled both characters into into one role essentially um so tim will be doing doing that um which makes sense what was because what was the other one the other one was just like a nutrition coach wasn't it yeah yeah it was uh it was like a yeah a crazy nutrition coach

that was a little over like an eager beaver yeah so yes you could cut you could dissect that role give some of it to tim and then the rest of it to um marnie uh not marnie kids or nick no but you would give it to you would give it to the the trainer the strength and conditioning coach oh yeah yeah some of like the crazy fun intensity yeah yeah the nutrition aspect of it yeah Yeah. And honestly, I think they crush this one. Tiffany Denise Hobbs is going to play Jackie, the incredibly jacked strength and conditioning coach.

She's tough tough challenges the kids but has a surprisingly sensitive side and i googled a picture of her and this test tiffany denise hobbs is yeah like she's jacked and like her like her shoulders and biceps like those are very well defined like she's got you know i would not fuck with her no and she's a again she's another fantastic character actress she's been in uh a million great shows she's she was in claws she's a recurring character on claws she's in atlanta she was in a couple episodes of atlanta i believe she was in ozark that's that's where i recognized her from was ozark and then uh the haunting the hill house she was in an episode of that as well's where i recognized her from was ozark and then uh the haunting the hill

house she was in an episode of that as well um which i i love that fucking show yeah this i mean this looks i literally pulled her up and i was like oh yeah geez this is this is a great casting like she is she's very jacked she's like got some bodybuilder picture on here yeah yeah the i i i'm very pleased with her casting and stephanie weir's uh i'm excited to see what tim does i don't really know tim but he he looks uh from his credits and everything he looks like he's a good solid cast as well and then you know god knows about these kids i don't know a single thing about any of them on tiffany hobbs is a former like broadway actress too so like i think like what we might miss in like you know some of the storyline we might get back with like some of the new casting with with stephanie weirbs. I think that, you know what I mean?
