Man, I don't even know where to start.
Oh, yeah, I want to talk about Brandon Circuses.
Oh, but first.
Oh, BTC Mentor.
Yeah, if you're looking to secure Bitcoin, you have a new hardware wallet, you want to figure out and need help with, like, inheritance planning, multi-sig, making sure your wife, your girlfriend, your grandmother can get to it.
Ben, Nathan, Mike, Gary, Jesse Berger, front of the show as well, all these guys are more working over at Bitcoin Mentor.
I use the promo code in the description.
I don't know what it is.
But tell me something you get a couple bucks off, I think.
And I mean, you can't be in better hands than Ben's.
So feel good about that.
You know, it's service worth looking at.
You're probably now thinking about your setup more than you have in the last decade if you're like us.
So go there and get some advice at the very least.
Check them out.
So if you are a D-Gen and a hockey fan, I think this is a good time for you to be alive.
That's crazy.
Now you have the ability to invest.
and well, I'll explain why.
The name of the company that's releasing this thing,
volatility shares trust.
Just the name alone is just fucking...
How can you have volatility and trust in the name?
I don't know.
I don't know.
So they filed with the SEC
to create 32 individual
ETFs, one for every NHL franchise, right?
And...
What can you say about this story?
So the funds are designed to track
the on-ice performance of a specific team
through financial derivatives.
And this is like
fan duel,
having this in your retirement account type of this situation
where you can now
dictate or predict what's going to happen
on the ice in terms of their performance
and that's going to then
you could have your retirement funds
benefit from that.
Somebody, I think it was Mike.
I don't know if he listened to the show or not, but he's certainly in the chat.
He made an amazing comedy.
He said, I can now short the Toronto Maple Leafs.
And get rich.
Retire off of it.
Retire off that.
Like, you know, you see stories like this.
And it's like, this is truly a bread and circuses event.
I'm not saying they're trying to distract us.
I don't know who the fuck they are.
This is psycho behavior, though, to be betting your investment money.
Like in your TFSA, you're short or long, the Leafs.
Like, that's crazy.
And my daughter's RESP.
I'm going along the Calgary Flames, you know,
2023 or 2029 futures.
I don't know, whatever the options are.
I think they're going to get the first overall pick
in the next of a while and they're going to just turn around the franchise and rocking.
Good question here.
Are these from Nietzsche,
Nietzro, but are these hockey volatility trust shares capital credit for money?
I don't know.
We got to ask Mike.
It's an I owe you.
buddy. We'll just say it's an IOU because in the end you got to take that money out.
And if they say no, then that's what it really is.
When you're dealing with Fiat like this, it's all IOUs in the end.
God, that's so funny. I love that. Listen, it's not the worst thing people are doing.
They're still buying tacos and for easy payments. So this is like, you know, it's on the, it's on the totem pole.
Can I say totem pole? I guess on this show I can. It's on the totem pole, but I don't know where it is.
did you see the the story here we don't share screens on the show
Len just pulls up his phone
puts it in front of the camera the Toronto Star car
he wants to vacation in Italy you know when I
when I saw that Joey that fucking it made me irate
that story I don't know I don't know why but that story
it really rubbed me the wrong way because if you look at it
the timing of it number one we have this tariff that is
looming a couple of days from now.
19th, right?
Is that?
Yeah, Wednesday morning.
So Wednesday morning, I believe it may come into effect if I got my timing right.
And the dude is doing the personal stuff in Italy.
I mean, the timing is really bad.
So that's, that's number one, that's pathetic.
But then the second thing, the title of this article, talking about vacationing there,
wouldn't you do it?
Like, this is not fucking journalism, man.
This is borderline fucking trolling, right?
Like, I get it.
I understand there's a hierarchy here.
And I'm very far on the totem pole, as you mentioned,
and I'm looking always up to see what the fuck is going on.
But you don't have to fucking rub it in my face.
You know, I got to go out there and grind.
And grind, we all do.
You fucking grind joy.
I grind joy day in and day out,
doing fucking this.
And because we get ourselves ground to a fucking pulp because of what's going on.
And then they're trolling us that we are stuck here in Canada.
And that's all we could do is vacation here.
and delete and all the people that have could go fucking travel over there that is fucking bullshit
you know like come on if you're going to do it if if at least give the perception that being in
canada is where you want to stay where you want to visit where you want to travel where you
want to spend your mind could you imagine if the dude went somewhere anywhere even if the
you know the prime minister has a summer residence it's something like 35 kilometers from auto i don't
know where to hell it is it's near meech lake from what i understand but
If he even went there, I would take it.
But anywhere in Canada, there would be an economic benefit
to spending wherever he went, right?
Because instead of spending money in Italy,
let's be honest, money was spent to get there,
buy food and whatever the fuck.
If it was spent locally,
that would have been a little bit of a boost to that area.
They would have loved that.
But no, it's this article.
It just, it drives me nuts.
And I get it.
There's a fucking divide here.
And I am not in the upper class.
This is why I,
fucking Bitcoin. And I don't know if I'm the only guy that's truly irate, but I'm fucking
pissed. When who the hell they wrote this thing? The fuck's that guy's name. Matt Gurney.
You know who you fuck he is? Matt Gurney. I know Gurney. Grnie and Matt Gurney and Matt Gurney.
Fuck off, Matt Gurney. Fuck off. Son of a bitch. Like, seriously, like that guy, why would you
write such a thing? You want to know what the best part about that is? Matt Gurney and Jen
Gerson, who are the co-founders of something called
the line.ca, consider
themselves to be, I think, moderate
conservatives. So
the Toronto Star posts that or ask Gernie
if he wants to write something like that about the vacation.
They're so
detached.
Gurney and Gerson are like particularly stupid.
I don't wish him any of will, but I had to stop
listening and reading the line a while.
I'm so disappointed. And you know, I'll be
honest. I say this
all the time. When the time comes, I'm going
And the only reason I'm here is because of family.
And unfortunately, I'm just waiting for either me or them to go first.
And that's a sad reality.
I feel every day more and more.
I'm just a fucking visitor here.
I feel that.
My fucking bones, I do not belong.
And just see shit like this.
It just amplifies my feeling and it solidifies my beliefs that, you know what?
You got to do what you got to do.
There's so many, the fucking brain drain that's going on right now in this country, it will never recover.
and the people that are coming in to replace that,
they will never be able to provide the expertise
and the output that is being lost.
This is done.
You may find pockets out there
and bless you if you find it and you find solitude there.
But as soon as you get out of that,
you go a few minutes out, it's a fucking war zone.
This guy, I don't even know where to fuck this guy lives.
But you know what?
In the next few years, if he lives in a nice area,
I bet you in the next few years,
there's going to be somebody next door
that smells worse my fucking turd.
And probably that my turd is going to have more integrity than that person living next door too.
And then I'm going to see what happens.
And I'll be happy to send pictures of what I'm doing.
I'm grinding.
I'm grinding for one reason just for my family future and my future.
And I'll be more than happy to share pictures of me living it up when it's time.
And I'll share it to this motherfucker every fucking day of the week.
They show that, yeah, you know what?
I'm not there because, you know what?
I don't want to be.
I'm going to where you say people should be vacationing.
Is it's fucking right?
Staying here is not the right fucking thing.
Unless you believe it is, all the more power to you.
But to me, it is just a fucking disaster.
I am disappointed in, I mean, the PMO has been bad at messaging for a long time.
And I think the, the sympathizer would say, well, it's a difficult time because the economy is bad.
And, you know, things are hard because of the U.S. Canada relationship.
And Canadians are struggling.
calms are difficult. I think the actual truth of the matter, though, is that the reason
calms are difficult is because you guys have not done a good job turning things around for Canada.
It's plain to see at this point. We're in the midst of a, it looks to be an ongoing
basically terrorist investigation against a few students from Asia who looks to be manufacturing
bombs at a university in Canada. I won't say which one for fear of litigation, but everyone can look
with this story. It's on Google. It's in national post, open mail. Could you say to province?
I'm not familiar with it. I can't remember it's Ontario or one of the prairie provinces.
Fair. I don't know any further. Yeah. So, I mean, this stuff is going on. People are experiencing
the most food inflation and develop the world. We have printed, I think, you know, 286% more
currency than our next closest competitor since 2020. Our bank is, you know, maybe the most incompetent
central bank on the planet. We can't seem to figure out the Trump terrorist thing. We're about
to lose our trilateral agreement in favor of a bilateral agreement, which, you know, from first
principles means we lose negotiating power because we're no longer in it with Mexico. Mexico doesn't
seem to care. They seem to have decided they're going to go along to get along, or get along to
go along, I should say. And all the while, RPM is able to do this really through no particular
like cunning or creativity of his own, but because of two things. One is an incompetent conservative
party, in particular an incompetent conservative leader in Pollyavent and two is a cooperative
national media landscape that is paid for by the government, of course. And by the way,
you know, we're sort of in the middle now of unraveling of some, I would say,
disproportionately large spending in Canada, part of it, obviously, in the public service,
but there's also, you know, this this Hocanating Canada thing that kind of came out today.
Hocanating Canada, Punjabi, which I didn't even really know was a thing.
I feel like I knew about it, but hadn't really thought.
I've obviously never mentioned on this show, even though it's, I mean, it's right up our alley.
We've never talked about it, I don't think.
these guys have been running a broadcast alongside HNIC for 15 years.
Is it on,
is it on like CBC 3 or something?
Like what is the,
no one knows.
For whatever reason,
I don't give a shit about that.
I don't care,
but the point is that they spent all this money running this broadcast for 15 years.
Do you know how many viewers they had?
I wouldn't even have a clue.
1,500.
Yeah,
that's a terrible rate of return.
You know,
like,
so we're paying,
it's one thing to pay for the prime minister.
vacation, which we are.
And that's got its own issues.
But the reason Canadians are not thrilled
well paying for that is because we're also paying for this.
And we're paying at the pump.
And we're paying at the store.
It's everything.
It's everything.
And that's why people are upset about this.
Not necessarily because he's vacationing in Italy and we can't.
Like the prime minister, Mark Carney gives you a lot of things I can't.
But for Gurney to write that, it's attached.
It's detached from the reality of the situation.
Matt should know better.
And I've actually, when I was reading the line,
And I messaged Matt and asked him if wanted to come on the program.
And he never wrote back to me.
But maybe now that we're a little bigger, he would.
But anyway.
He doesn't deserve to get any more publicity than what we just give him.
Because why?
What is he going to say to defend his position?
There's nothing.
I've read the article.
He's a willing, I think he's a willing combatant.
I've heard him kind of go toe to toe to people on his show.
But maybe, you know, maybe, maybe not.
We'll see.
So this next one is the Canadian taxpayer taxpayers,
Federation to see.
Franco and Company over there.
Chris Sims,
Chris Sims, Franco Tarasano, a few other people.
Franco, by the way, fucking...
He's a lawyer, right?
I don't know. I don't think so.
But I tell you why, he doesn't miss a day in the gym.
Guy looks yoked. Big neck on that boy.
They did some research on the Senate speaker,
and they realized that there's been some international travel
that's been done.
And included in international travel on many of these trips
was the husband of the speech.
speaker. Daniel Baudet is his name. So he's been tagging along for a lot of these trips.
Actually, eight international ones in total. And so we have an example. We have September
2023. There was a trip to Belgium and Romania. And the individual transportation and
per diem's costs were $11,000 alone. $11,000 per diem rate.
Is that a lot? Like, I'm trying to eat the dollar.
or 50 hot dogs.
Per diem is what it costs for every day
of the trip, I think, right?
It's like your meals, travel, lodgings,
incidentals.
They went to dinner.
12 people, almost 3 grand was spent
at the Oxford and Cambridge Club.
That's an exclusive place.
Almost 2 grand.
3 grand for 12 people, isn't that bad.
That's not a bad deal.
But to go to one of these expenses,
come on.
This is, we're all paying for it, Joey.
If I go out, I got to,
I got to count your receipts.
Submit your receipts to CVP accounting.
Because I got to, you know, in the end, I don't want to screw up my budget, right?
Yeah.
They said that they went to Bucharest, at Madrid, $900,000 in total bills for in the 14
international trips since the speaker took role in May of 2023.
That's, you know, like, look at that.
Steve.
Why does a, why does a senator need to go?
travel for the like i i want to
because they're because they're expected to vote a certain way on some
tight legislation coming you know what coming such shit that's why there will come a point
in time and when i take my cp and whatever and spend that somewhere else i'll be so
fucking happy when i do that and i'm going to do that with a smile because i know that
it's accelerating the whole fucking thing and i'll be so fucking happy doing it this shit is it's like
i say it's embarrassing it's i can't believe people look at
this and are not in an uproar.
This is another one.
Like, why are we accepting this bullshit?
You know, if you're in a role where you're spending money, you should be a little more
diligent with spending it.
You should, you know, think about, oh, should I spend three grand for fucking dinner?
No, man, go to McDonald's.
You know what I mean?
Like, fucking do something that's, and who's going to fucking say you went to McDonald's
that was too expensive?
Like, you know what I mean?
Like, somebody would say that was a decent, you know, it makes sense, right?
Don't fucking run up the bill
just because somebody else is paying for it.
Everybody, just don't do that.
But you know what?
This is the way it is.
This is like end of Fiat Empire.
It is another example of that.
Totally.
They're out to trough, man.
They're at the trough every chance they get
and you're not allowed to be there.
In fact, your contributions to the trough only go up
as the needs of the elected officials go up for sushi and sandwiches.
So there you go.
I got another beauty story.
That's two or not beauty enough.
national travel corner continuing here yeah well we got this this guy named jinz joseph he's an
international student from india and studying in newfoundland and labrador and buddy is asking for leniency
from the courts after being convicted of eight counts of fraud and one count of theft so the backstory here
is he came to canada back in late 2022 this was the height of all that stuff going on and he was going to be
studying the Bachelor of Business Administration at Memorial University.
And at his job, he was found repeatedly manipulating the prices of meat products
so his buds can get discounted price for meats.
Because he's working for part-time as a butcher at a Dominion grocery store,
and in total $2,700 was stolen.
So he's just discounting shit.
People coming in, his buds are discounting.
They know that the price bought it in the way they go.
So a legal team that he has, you're making an argument here.
You're trying to say, you know what, a formal conviction here would likely jeopardize his immigration and lead to his deportation from Canada.
Who the fuck cares?
Did you see, did you see Len the picture they used for the fucking like news articles on Twitter?
Instead of putting a picture of this guy who's obviously a visible minority, they put a picture of a fucking pack of me.
You can't beat it.
You can't make it.
up, man. You can't make it up.
So the thing that I wonder, so
if he is convicted and this could potentially
impact his ability to stay here,
why would we want to have him
stay here? Because if he had
that very same criminal history when
applying to come here, he would be inadmissible.
So we would turn
away somebody from coming in
if they had a criminal background.
But if they come here and do something which results
in them having a criminal background,
the argument is he should
stay? Like, that doesn't make sense.
to me. At least
the final decision is pending
so nothing is said in stone
yet. I'm hoping the judge
I'm hoping the judge like you know
weighs everything and makes a decision
that is. Let's be honest.
If you are
basing decisions
not primarily but at least part of
their immigration status, it's not
a fair system. If I were to perform
a crime and somebody else
who's in this situation.
So like
We should both get the same punishment.
There should be no difference in terms of punishment.
It'll never happen, but you're so right.
Yeah.
What is that whole thing where the justice is blind?
But if it's blind and it should be blind for everything,
everybody is subjected to the same fucking bullshit.
I agree.
I love it.
It's everyone else's like everyone else's grievances matter more than mine now in Canada.
And I'm fucking getting pretty tired of it.
I got to tell you.
I got to tell you, I'm starting to wear thin a little bit here.
I don't know what I'm supposed to do.
Ford came out this past week and he said that illegals and temporary residents are ineligible for welfare.
And, you know, interesting.
It's not the W that I think he's trying to portray it to be.
Because let's be honest, why was it there in the first place?
And these changes, they come as a result of an Ontario works and the Ontario Disability Program
that anybody living in a province illegally,
even as temporary residents,
well, they're now going to be deemed illegible
because we talked about a case
that somebody was here in Canada for decades
and collecting and then they decided to look at it
and there's a loophole
and they decided to close that loophole.
But in the end, more embarrassing stuff,
I understand the press that he's getting here
and what he's trying to convey,
but the reality is this loophole was in existence
for fucking decades.
People were taking advantage of it,
not working.
They weren't even fucking, they didn't have a legal status here.
They were collecting money.
The money that you and I presumably paid into it.
We were giving it to them, you know.
Or they borrowed it because we don't pay everything to cover all the bills.
It's, it's, our future is paying for our kids or kids, kids, and so forth.
This is fucking bullshit, right?
Like, this is another, you know, end of Fiat Empire bullshit.
And it's just like, what could you say?
You know, pat on the back, Doug?
Like, fuck.
You should have fixed this from day one.
It's hard to believe this was even a policy, right?
The people were here, presumably the way this worked is that they would come here on TFW or something else and then just stay.
And they'd apply for benefits while they were here on status.
But then when their status expired, they just kept getting the benefits.
Is that what I'm supposed to take from this?
Because I can't think of a way that a government service would allow you to register for payments while you can't be legally living here.
How would that work?
You don't have a job.
Your passport's expired.
You don't have a driver's license.
There's really that little connectivity between the government systems
that we can't figure this out well in advance of somebody taking advantage of it.
That's scary to me if that's the case.
Even if you look at the interim federal health care that's providing
provided to asylum claimants, either the ones to be heard or approved,
it's not given to people that have their case rejected.
No, no.
It's still given.
I believe, I could be wrong, but I believe if you file an appeal to the courts.
But then once a decision is rendered, then is taken away the interim federal health care.
So like even that case, like that's right, right?
Like you give it.
It's all fucking psycho.
It's all psycho.
There's no good way to spend this.
Like people should be asking the question you're asking.
What took you so fucking long?
You should have been there for 10 fucking years, right?
This is now coming out.
Let's fix it.
Like MP Sean Chen is a, our guy.
He's like Wolverine.
Miracle Recovery.
This guy,
riding in Scarborough, I believe.
Do you have the video?
Send me the video in the back chat,
the link.
I'll try and pull it up.
I don't have any video.
I have no link.
I'm going to find it.
What is the guy's,
remind me the guy's name?
How do you spell it?
Sean C.
Sorry,
S-H-A-U-N-C-H-E-N.
Sean Chen.
So for people who aren't aware,
he's an MP that just announced his retirement.
I would discussed it briefly
with Boomer last week.
Because all stems from a car accident he had in Ottawa.
And it was a rollover, in fact, back in October last year.
And he's having some medical issues as a result of that rollover.
And so the travel from to and from his riding in Toronto to Ottawa is causing him grief because of his injury is fine.
I get that.
But there was images and videos of him in China this past March after his accident.
and that, you know, a flight from Ottawa to Toronto is less than an hour.
A flight from Toronto to China, I wouldn't even guess.
Actually, I will try to guess.
I got the hours.
I got the day if you want to watch.
So, you know, the office, his office is trying to defend the trip to China saying that it took
place during a scheduled break.
And people are saying that he may have voted while there.
I don't know what really happened.
But you know what?
The dude is obviously traveling internationally, far, far away.
Where do the priorities?
Whatever the fuck they are.
The optics look brutal, but whatever.
Look at this video.
If you ever have any doubt that there was something going on between Canada,
let me put your doubt to rest.
Okay.
Here we go.
Hello, everyone.
This is Sean Chen, member of parliament for Scarborough North.
And I'm delighted to wish everyone celebrating a very happy mid-autum festival.
During this very special time, families and friends are gathered to observe the full moon,
to enjoy each other's company with food, festivities, and prayer.
Let this be a time for all of us to appreciate the harvest and look forward to the future,
one that is filled with peace and prosperity.
I wish you all good health in the future.
I will do you all.
the health,
Zimu Kyi Kyi Kyi Kyi,
Kyi, thank.
The tweet to match here.
Kudos to outgoing Liberal MP,
Sean Chen, for bravely musling
through this important video
addressing his constituents
after sustaining his serious
head injury and significant health issues
from an accident in which he rolled his car
on the 416
less than 24 hours before.
Oh my God, man.
What is going on up there?
There's so much.
So,
now, remember, he went to China.
His video was displayed on the
Chinese consulate website
of him traveling there and speaking there.
So, now you can put your...
It's like a Taliban hostage video, by the way.
Like, what the fuck is going on?
You could put on the tinfoil a hat
on this because there have been
reports by the RCMP
of meddling by the Chinese government
in Canadian government.
Totally. I'm not trying to say...
Meddling.
They're running police stations
in Ontario.
Like, what am we talking about?
I just want to be certain.
I'm not saying it's taking place here.
Just got busted for making bombs at a university.
Like, of course they're meddling.
What are you talking about?
So, you know, the optics, again, you look at that.
And one could make an argument that this is looking really bad.
I'm not making that argument.
Well, one certainly can.
But another argument somebody can make, again, not me, but somebody can make an argument
in that shit that's going on in BC is fucking crazy.
and that you have the indigenous lands that are going to be granted back.
So we got the two different areas.
We have the ones on the North Bank of the Fraser River in Richmond.
And that is one that is going to be going to the T.
I can't even fucking pronounce it.
Some loop over there.
And it's not, so the area that they're talking about is 1,800 acres.
And it's not wilderness, right?
This is like heavily developed private homes, parks, infrastructure, shit like that.
That's number one.
The second, we have this treaty with the T. Mexu.
Yeah, I'll probably butcher that.
But anyways, it's those people there.
They are going to be getting some land closer to Victoria.
The one that is the absolute best I saw is that the federal crown land,
they are currently leasing out lands to Royal Roads University.
And this is part of the lands that are going to be given up.
So what is going to be done here,
the First Nations that is going to pick up this land,
they're simply going to just sell it back to Royal Roads University.
So they're going to get the lands.
Free.
If you want to,
people talk about the infinite money glitch.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
One could make,
every hundred years you say,
It was stolen from you in a bad deal.
They get it for free and that's sell it back.
What did you do?
What?
You know, I get it.
Stuff in the past, blah, blah, blah.
Let's be honest.
Government will claim treasure from Oak Island for CBB.
There's no way.
There's no evidence here.
Anyway, still in BC.
We got to just continue on because there's this beauty story.
And I learned this past week that the BC government,
they're maintaining a 110 room former hotel in Vancouver's Granville Street.
Oh, on Granville. Wow.
And this 110 former hotel is being, it's there simply to house a single remaining residence.
This is costing this BC government,
$101,000 per month.
And this all stems back to a purchase in 2020.
The province bought this place for $55 million.
They did this as a part of the emergency pandemic initiative.
And they did this to house people that are vulnerable.
So now everybody but one has left.
When you say vulnerable, do you mean homeless?
You mean people who had COVID?
Because there's a little bit of both.
No, no, people that are poor that just don't have.
Okay, okay.
Yeah, got it.
So give them a place.
So there's one holdout.
Everybody else has left.
This person living there has a seizure disorder and requires specific accommodations.
And the person refuses to move out stating he wasn't sure if alternative options suited him.
So as a result, you have this building that is slated for complete closure, but it has to remain open.
And with that, the BC Housing Department has to keep.
keep the entire facility running
complete with dedicated staff
to service one
person. That's a dream, baby.
You can imagine you have a 110
room building
all to yourself, staff
there to, you know,
your beck and call. I don't think it's a
your beck and call, but I mean, I'm just
that is simply, like, is there a kitchen
and stuff in there? Like he's eating for free,
living for free.
I don't know, but the dude, he's got like a sponge
Beth. Like what is the, I realize the guy's got a medical issue, but like, I mean, I mean, come on.
What, are we serious here?
We are definitely serious. But you know what? Maybe we could have this given up to some of our,
the people and they can sell it back and everybody makes some money. And then I don't know,
there should be a way to get those people involved that have claims for this stuff. So we'll just
leave that. Last story quick, I'm not sure if you're believing this stuff, but there's a story going
around that Poliyev is getting some flack from his colleagues.
About a year too late, but yeah, okay.
So people are saying, MPs are saying that, look, if there's an election, my job may be in
jeopardy because if looking at the polls, things are not looking good.
In fact, Carney's approval rating went up today as of the latest polls.
Incredible stuff.
So Poliev, for everything he did right, he was very good as an anti-trudeau, but he
has done a very good job, not a very good job painting himself as anti-carney for whatever
reason.
It's not resonating with voters.
And he was given it another mandate earlier this year from the rank and file.
So I'm not sure what sort of mechanisms there are available within the party to jettison him when just a few months ago, the grassroots said, yeah, let's give him another chance.
Check the blackmail list.
Either tell him he's got to go or they're going to share tax, emails, you know, what?
Whatever. Like, I don't know. How did they get leaders out any other way?
Whatever. Whatever. Whatever. Like, who's got the video? Who's got the pictures? Like, let's find out. I don't know.
So, you know what? I'm wondering too.
Who has a hot mic? Something. There's no obvious challenger here. So if they do get rid of him, whenever he leaves, because nobody's there forever. There's nobody there in a waiting.
Do you know who I think is, you know what I think is making a push? Like slowly, quietly, but there's one mounting here? No, stockwell day.
He's putting out more content. It's produced.
He's not that old.
He's not that old.
And because Carney raises the bar on what's allowed in terms of age.
He's 75.
That's, you know, you just need someone who can beat Carney.
That's all you need.
You don't need someone who can carry the party.
You just need someone to get Carney out of there.
Because Carney looks like a force now in Canadian politics.
So I think people remember Stockwell Day fondly.
He's got the Harper connection.
He worked with Carney.
He's a political leader.
Obviously, like the, what was name is party land?
Was it Houston?
That wasn't UCP.
It was reform.
and then
Reform.
Yeah,
yeah, the alliance party.
But don't think
that that is good thing
being associated
with Harper
because when he got
kicked out,
remember you had the issue
with Nigel,
fuck I forget his name,
those three senators,
there was some issues there
and one being a Duffy
Wallin or whoever the fuck they are.
And then you remember
you had fake lake.
There's a whole bunch of bullshit
that came out with him.
So everybody has a shelf life.
So maybe association
with Harper may not be the best of things.
Also, also you have, he's a federalist, right?
He's not talking, I haven't heard him speak anything about Alberta separation.
So that's their...
I'm assuming that's table stakes for the conservative party, though.
It's a federalist party.
We said this before.
I don't think anyone is going to support secession from Quebec or Alberta from either of the flagship, any three of the flagship.
But this is ground zero for their support for the party.
This is where the party started from.
Then they got, if that's, if that's what you need to win is the successionist vote, then you get a new party.
I'm not saying you need that to win.
I'm saying this is something you have to take in the whole equation.
You can't piss off your core supporters because they're the ones that are going to be putting up sides.
They're the ones going to be donating.
But then at the same time, you can't support them because you're going to be able to stay out the rest of Canada.
they're in a difficult position
with this whole separatist movement thing.
Totally. I agree.
I don't think they're in a position.
I agree.
I agree with that.
Yeah, I agree with that.
So that's it.
We've been going for quite some time,
but we have the Hamilton versus Brampton.
We've got to do it.
It's sponsored by 256 heat.
Our guy Twan has made stakes for Len and I twice.
We got to take Twan to Cumbraise and Dundas for a stake,
I think next time we all get together.
And we'll sit in and break bread in a proper
a new restaurant in town. I haven't actually been to
a cumbray's restaurant. They're a good butcher. But anyway,
winter is coming. Okay, you know this as a Canadian. It's getting
cooler at night already. It's cooler in the morning. It's a welcome break
from the heat. Don't get me wrong. But it's a reminder that soon
you'll need to heat rooms in your house so you don't need to heat right now,
including the one that I'm sitting in. How do you do it? You have two choices. Do you
buy a space heater that does nothing for you besides heat and create noise and
create problems, or you buy a unit from 256 heat, one of these Ghostbuster briefcase style
miners that will heat your room quietly, safely, and give you stats to do it. You can't beat that.
You want to switch out the board. You want to do a repair. You want to do, like Twan has got you,
no matter the size of your room, the setting you're in, whatever you need. Give him a call. Go to the website,
256Eat.com. Tell them we sent you for a bit of a discount, of course. But work with him on a thick
and a setup that works for you.
Don't get that anywhere else.
You can go to HeatBit and get the same unit that Bob and Idaho gets that Jane and Vancouver gets,
or you can go to Twan, get something that's cheaper, aesthetically pleasing, functional,
and works specifically for your needs.
256Heat.com.
Don't forget, tell them we sent you, get a discount, and enjoy it, man.
Enjoy the heat and hash.
All right.
So I want to say thank you to Wilhelm.
He's in a chat right now.
Oh, fuck. Forget it.
Forget it.
Forget it.
Forget it.
Forget it.
Over for me already.
Fuck.
Fuck.
So I got to go change my predicted bet here.
I was gambling on my own outcomes but an hour ago.
And I'm,
fuck,
I got to go take some money off table.
Just in time,
people,
I'm not looking at the comments because it's,
they might give it away.
Actually,
I'm convinced people want me to fail in this point of the show.
So there's probably nothing in there.
You know what?
It's the comedic value more than anything.
Yeah.
It's,
yeah.
For you,
I'm trying to win.
I'm trying to collect scalps over here,
okay?
And I'm missing one.
starts with a W. Joey, we're all winners when we read these stories, but in the end,
we're also all losers when we read these stories too.
I know. I know. A little bit of everything. So, okay, story number one, we have massage therapist
charged after sexual assault during appointment. And police say an unlicensed massage therapist
working out of a house has been charged with sexual assault. An adult female attended a scheduled
massage therapy appointment during which she was touched inappropriately, please say. And investigators
say the woman did not suffer any physical injuries and a 52 year old man has been charged with
sexual assault. Police allege the man is not a registered or licensed massage therapist,
but provided massage therapy out of our residence. And please say there may be more victims
and urging them to come forward. Story number one. I think I got a good angle here that may surprise
you like, it's your story number two.
So man steals over
150 pairs of women's
underwear in crime spray.
So over $200,000
of jewelry, family heirlooms
and electronics were stolen from several homes
over the last few months, but it was
hundreds of pairs
of women's underwear that
tipped off police that they were dealing with one
suspect. And police were saying,
I know it's disturbing.
So in late July, police determined
that a series of break-ins that they were investigating were linked together.
And over the course of four months, many random homes were broken into.
He would go up, knock on a door, and if nobody answered, he would target the back of the property.
So jewelry, cell phones, video games, all stolen.
But the fact that women's underwear were missing from each home led police to believe that they were dealing with a single suspect.
True sicko.
To deal, that they helped identify him.
So the police are saying, we're also fortunate that,
one of the neighbors had video in their house.
So the police carried out a search warrant,
found hordes of stolen property stashed in the closet.
Some of the stolen goods were caked in mud.
The man was making his getaway from the crime schemes on a bike, please say.
So it's possible some of the items fell off on the way home.
And a 23-year-old man was arrested and held for a bail hearing.
So there you go.
So you have.
Number one, the massage therapist.
That isn't the massage therapist touching.
a lady inappropriately and charged with assault.
And number two, we had the single guy stealing a bunch of jewelry, family heirlooms, electronics,
and most specifically, 150 pair of underwearers.
Who is the Hamilton and who is the Brampton Man?
Okay, I'm going to not mid-curve this and just let it hinge on one thing and one thing only.
The Brampton Man never lives alone.
So it's hard for me to imagine that multiple people went to this guy's house.
and got felt up by an unlicensed massage therapist.
Well, there was grandma, grandpa, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
fucking 20 cars in the driveway, fucking, you know what I mean?
Like, that's the fucking fulcrum.
That's the Hamilton man.
The Brampton Man is the underwear electronics thief.
That's it.
So we have the Hamilton Man is the underwear and the massage therapist is the Brampton Man.
What? You gotta be kidding.
Is there a name for this guy?
Let's see.
Oh my.
Yeah, it's a picture and a name.
God.
I'll send you the chat, the private chat.
You gotta be shitting me.
The fucking people are going to this guy's fucking house.
Yeah.
You know what?
Fuck, it's the wrong kind of Asian.
Fuck.
I couldn't have known that.
That's a tough one.
People want to look the guy up.
His name is, uh, let me see if I can find it here.
Oh, his name's not here.
But you can, the story's from 20, 23.
So, oh, his name's there.
Min, Min Khan.
M-I-N-H-K-H-A-N-H.
I'm guessing that's Vietnamese.
I mean, it's definitely not.
Definitely not traditional Brampton, man.
I'll tell you that.
That's where I, that's where I went wrong.
I'll go Cambodian.
I can't, I can't believe that.
I cannot believe that shit.
I got to check the fucking, like the, the, the, the, the story.
behind these URLs.
Like, is he just making these and fucking building them on easy DNS for the fucking show
just to fuck me up?
No,
this looks like a legit link.
Oh,
my God.
I can't believe this shit.
Holy Christ.
So I appreciate that Wilheim for providing the stories.
If you want to provide more,
I'm more than happy to take them.
No,
no, we're not happy to take them.
No,
we're not happy to take them.
Like I said,
we're all winners and we're all losers.
There's only one guy losing here every week.
It's only one guy wearing it.
No, no.
And it's me.
Collectively, we lost.
Trust me, Joey.
we fucking lost.
So yeah, if you did enjoy this,
this is brought to you by 56 heat doc.
There's a theme emerging here where the Asian guy is not,
he's not an Indian guy.
He's like an actual Chinese or Vietnamese or Korean guy that I need to
bake that into my memory here.
Yeah.
That's exactly it.
I think that's the best course of action we were trying to
present these stories.
It's got to be, you know, not what you think it is
the background.
Because then you know, wondering what the fuck,
who the fuck is. Okay, let's let's get out of here before we get in trouble. God bless you guys.
Well, we're not going to do the Victoria. Sorry, the Vancouver versus the. No, no, we're not.
I got a Burnaby story. I've got to bring it. Listen, good night. Good luck. And we'll see you next Monday.
And don't be a cock.
