Hi, I'm Chris Foss here from thechrisfossshow.com. Hey, come in here with another podcast. We certainly appreciate you guys tuning in. I am here at the WPPI show, the Wedding Photographer Show, and we're in a really cool booth where they have some really cool software and apps and stuff. And I'm here with Proof Picks and Julian. That's correct. Hi, how are you doing?

Good, Julian. How are you, bud? Yeah, great, great. So you guys have got some interesting software that you guys have launched. It's studio management software, I guess? Yeah, well we do. We're an all-in-one solution for professional photographers. We do client galleries, studio management, and we have some high volume solutions. So we really cover up a lot of needs for photographers and we do it all at one low-grade price. Wow, awesome. So before we get into your software, if you're coming to the show, you can go to booth 1064 to take and see these guys, look them up, say hello to them, get some information on what you guys are doing. Pretty simple and easy. Yeah. So I'm seeing a lot of cool stuff you guys have here on your banners. Yeah. And different things like that. Go ahead and show us how it works. Sure. So typically, well, since we're at the wedding show, bride and groom, you know, want to buy

their pictures after the photographer has uploaded them. So we provide that service, make it very easy for a photographer to upload a shoot and the bride and groom can log in with or without a password protected protection and basically browse their galleries and we make it very easy for them to buy the products that they want we also make it very easy for the photographer when an order comes in we'll handle any downloads that were sold for them. The photographer can also elect to use one of our partner labs. We're currently our White House Custom Color and Richmond Pro Lab and they will actually take the

order and drop ship it directly to the client so saves them a lot of time some of the other things we offer which make us kind of unique and in fact it's all built in is we do digital contracts so you can create contract templates and reuse those over and over again and send them out to your clients when the contracts come back I'll With one click, we can turn that into an empty photo shoot waiting to happen where we attach the customers to that event, populate their shopping cart automatically so when they come to choose their pictures, there isn't a lot for them to do or to get wrong. So there's a lot of pain points that we've thought of after dealing with tens of thousands of photographers over the last 12 years that we've sort of narrowed it down to a solution that's very, very streamlined.

And one of those tools that we offer that really makes us quite different are our high volume photography solutions. This would be more for photographers who shoot sporting events or teams or schools. This is a solution that makes the tedious task of culling thousands and thousands of images into hundreds of galleries absolutely automated. So with just a couple of clicks between photographing each subject,

that's the only addition to their workflow. So yeah, we've really really really done well with this this this app is called sort magic and everything we've mentioned here is all included so we do it all this is the best part we do it all for $60 a year. Holy crap. Yeah we're able to charge our rock-bottom price because unlike other services that are selling disk space or storage, we decided not to get in that game. So we just asked that people sign up for their own AWS storage account, which is the same storage that everybody in the industry uses, the same class.

So we just asked them to go to the wholesaler and pay the same wholesale price that everybody else is paying and not be up charged or oversold. And so you get the rock bottom price of $60 a year and the rock bottom wholesale price for your storage. Plus you kind of have control of your own stuff, right? Yeah, exactly. Because you're not worried that somebody might erase it. That's true. We do manage all of that for them as well though. So if they delete an event in our system or a photo in our system, we remove it from their storage so they're not paying. So they don't need to worry about managing two different aspects of that.

So you guys really automate a lot of different things for photographers so they can spend more time taking photos and less time selling prints and everything else. Yeah, that's true. You know selling prints and everything else yeah, and they can just give them the portal and say go pick what you want Hey, hey right on the portal. You know I mean I came back from the I came from the photographer world We had to do everything by hand you're like yeah Like give me your credit card number and you're like slightly credit card number than you knew We haven't got your check yet the pay for the photos But I want my wedding photos In the envelopes, yeah, all of that stuff. We haven't got your check yet to pay for the photos. Exactly. But I want my wedding photos, but you've got to pay for that whole.

And a lot of people that are artists and photographers, they don't like the whole money business side of doing the business. They're for the art part of it, the photography. And so I know a lot of my great artist friends, they hate the muck and grind of doing the business. So it's really awesome that nowadays they have stuff like what you guys do where they have the studio management, we have the client galleries, the sales, and they can rehearse

through the high volume photo shoots. And they can work it from their laptops or they can work it from their mobile phones. So pretty awesome. Thank you.
