Hi, I'm Chris Voss here from thechrissvossshow.com. Hey, coming to you here from NAB 2019 and we're in a really cool air-conditioned truck and if you get a chance to come by, this is ME Pro Video and Distribution and I'm here meeting with Jim. Jim, how are you doing today? I am doing great and we're glad to be hospitable and let people come in to get out of the heat. Get out of the heat. Yeah, the air conditioning is really, really nice in here. I live in Vegas, so cool air conditioning is definitely a premium. So you guys have got this massive truck. We've got some pictures from the outside,

and of course we're going to be giving some tours of the inside. And tell us about who you guys are and what you guys do. Well, we're a video production company. We do turnkey production. We produce. We rent this truck it's uh and we tried to when you say huge i'm gonna digress we'll go back just as huge for me yeah it's not really huge when you look at trucks out there in the business and then the normal trucks are 53 feet and that's the trailer alone now this truck is 37 feet from tip to tip. So what we tried to do is get the big truck fill all the high-tech equipment that a big truck would normally have, consolidate it just a bit,

and put it into a smaller unit making it more affordable both to the client and us as an operating business. That's awesome man. So they could take and hire you guys or rent the truck to take and utilize their production? Absolutely. take in hire you guys or rent the truck to take and utilize their production Absolutely. Mm-hmm. And you guys broadcast in up to 4k? Yes, we do. Awesome sauce 4k is getting pretty popular. I mean, it's pretty much you pretty much got to be 4k yes we do awesome sauce 4k is getting pretty popular i mean it's pretty much you pretty much got to be 4k nowadays they're really you do you know just to future-proof things but primarily

we are an hd video production company we do it just like everybody else and so but what we tried to do with this is put the latest equipment that we could possibly get our hands on and put it in this smaller unit and we think we have a real winner here. It's awesome. It's a beautiful truck especially in the back. I was looking at all the different plugs that you can take and jam in. What are some of the specs? If you're a news agency utilizing the truck, is there any specs that they want to look at?

Now, as far as camera goes, we're wired for 12 cameras. Okay. And these are both 4K and just standard HD. And some of the specs that people look for with TV stations is they always ask the same question. What type of switcher do you have? How do you mix your cameras? And what we use, I don't know if you can see it from here, but we go Grass Valley Cayenne. It's one of the biggest. It's one of the best in the business it's also also a 4k grass valley one of

the other questions that people ask you and we'll show you that video here in just a minute is back in our other room is they always ask the same thing what type of replay system do you have we want with the best evs nice so So replay-wise, probably really important, especially if you're doing sports, right? Absolutely. We can do up to 12 camera feeds through our EVS system. So it's big enough to do the big projects, but at the same time, we can do the smaller projects as well. They probably could have used you guys at that NFL Saints game replay. I think they need a lot of help. A replay help over there at the NFL. So this is a pretty cool truck and you can see I think it's a good size and when I say big truck of course I'm

you know I don't normally see big trucks. What you're looking at right now is graphics. Mm-hmm. Okay so anything more we need to know about the truck, Jim? Not really. We do want to show you our audio board. It's CalRec, one of the industry standards. We would like to take you back or let you go back to our video room, which is our shading system. What a shading system is for somebody who might be watching not knowing what I'm saying, it just makes your cameras look better. It's camera control from inside the truck is what it is. It makes everything balanced and looking pristine. And also back in that same room is our EVS system.

Okay, cool. All right, so anything more we need to know, Jim? No, I don't. We hope you come out to the show.
