Today we're tired of an amazing young man, but let me preface it for. As you guys know about every time this year, we start profiling, I think we've been doing it for like 10, 15 years now.
All of the, well, not all of them, but some of the top things we see at CS show, which is approaching here in January 6th through the 10th, I believe it is,
the exhibitors show at CES in Las Vegas.

and some of the amazing things that are coming to CES.
And let's get to it.
We're going to be talking with a great young man, his company that they are launching, or I shouldn't say they're launching, they already launched it, but they're going to be at CES.
Let's put it that way.
At 2026, their company is called Dentomi, and we have Chun Wang on the show with us today.
We're going to be talking about his insights, his startup, and what they're doing over there and all that good stuff.

dentistry through technological innovation and strategic collaboration, aiming to enhance
oral healthcare accessibility and effectiveness for underserved populations.
Welcome to Shochun, how are you?
Thank you, Chris.
It's a great pleasure to be here.
It's a pleasure to be here.
It's a pleasure to have you as well.
Give us any dot coms or dot biz wherever the websites are.
You want people to look you guys up on the internets.
Our website is dentany.combe.
Set for Cibra.
And so people can find that link on the Chris Vos show.
Give us a 30,000 overview, what you guys do there at the company.
Well, here in Denhamie, we work to bring our health care to everyone at home,
be it's daily citizens or people who have mobility issues,
you want to help everyone to have access to a certain level of all health care for technology.
And what do you find that's lacking?
What was the need that you guys are trying to fill that was lacking maybe in the dentistry field?
For example, here in Hong Kong or probably in the States, seeing a dentist may not be the most
affordable things for everyone daily.
And by our technology, we want to see this such a gap.
Like we have some senior adopts here.
We have some people who have mobility issues.
They probably just cannot go to the dental clinic that regularly or not.
or to afford such a poor health care.
And that's something we want to help them with.
Affordable health care.
We kind of have out of control problems.
And do you make, you know, a lot of people don't like the dentist
because there's some pain involved.
I don't like doctors either because they're, you know, pain involved.
So do you guys help mitigate some of that anxiety that people feel
and have in dealing with dentists and pain?
Asking for a friend.
Well, we do a slightly different.
We are tackling such all-health care issues on a more upstream angles
before you actually walk into a dental clinic.
Like, for example, if our friends have walked into a clinic and saw a dentist before,
he or she may have received
some of the comments from the dentist
or you have not been brushing well
properly
and the question we will have is
what we are exactly
have not been brushed properly by us
how we can follow it up at home ourselves
I mean most people will forget
about it like five minutes
after they step up with the clinics
yeah
and using our tools
we will help you to
visualize that's usually at your home
on your own smartphone or iPads.
So you can just do it properly at your bathroom or laboratory.
You do not need to worry about that part on a dental chair.
And talk to us about what made you want to create the startup?
Is this your first startup?
And was there some sort of personal experience you had in dentistry?
What was the scenario behind you going, hey, we need to start a company.
We need to fix some of these issues.
So this is actually offered my first startup.
And you have read to my background.
I have been doing some research from academia, actually, and more on the technology and public
health.
So you know at our institutions, we do some event, what we call a knowledge exchange.
And we go out to the community and do some community service for different parts of population
and communities.
So when we did such events, we noticed that, especially after COVID, there were increasing difficulties for people to access a dentist.
And not only because it's expensive, as mentioned, but also because they are not enough dentists, but just for everyone.
So what we thought about, can we do something about it?
I mean, we probably can look at some technological means.
I mean, probably it's not feasible to send physical dental teams to everywhere.
It's going to be like a sky high course for the government or for the universities.
So what we think about is can we use technology to like and use something that is readily available
for everyone here in our case
it's like a smartphone to
bridge such a gap
to bring a dentist
to everyone's home instead of
bringing everyone to the dental cleaners.
That's why we want to start this stuff
and start working on these solutions.
Yeah, there's lots of solutions
that need to take place for a lot of this stuff.
You know, they say, you know,
the dentists aren't quite a favorite.
So anything you can do to
ease the pain, make things easier,
and all sorts of stuff.
How is AI impactful?
My understanding, correct me if I'm wrong,
is you guys utilize a lot of AI technology in this.
How is that being utilized and making the difference?
Well, here in Denton, we train our AI to think and do the visual screening,
just like what the dentists do.
So, but using our tools, it's actually very easy to use.
it does not require any specialized training or hardware.
You can just take an image of your nose with your own smart device, like a phone or iPad,
and then our AI, we have a look and see which part of your mode that you have not been
brushing properly.
You will highlight it in red color.
Oh, wow.
And something that is like a marginal case, you will be in yellow.
You will be able to see on your screen.
that which part will require more attention from you.
Then you can do more brushing for yourself properly
or consider using dental flaws.
It will help you take better control of your all health
and you will finally have less known terrial issues
or carry that you need to deal with when you go see a dentist.
So these are really important.
Now, and give me your booth number.
I forgot to ask you that at the beginning.
I'll ask you that at the end of the show again, too.
Can you give me your booth number of where you guys are going to be at CS?
Are you guys at Eureka Park?
Is that where you're at?
Yes, we will be at the Hong Kong Pavilion of Eureka Park.
Our number is 6-3-2-00-205.
All right, sounds good then.
And people will be able to see you there?
I mean, Eureka Park has some of the most amazing new startups and ideas and concepts.
I mentioned we had Gary Shapiro.
I don't know if you know who he is.
But he's the CEO of the CTA and CES, and a good friend of mine, a wonderful guy.
And he was talking about how even like, I can't remember the big company of the CEO that told him that his favorite place at all of CES is in Eureka Park.
You'd have to go watch the episode.
But he was saying he was surprised that some of even the top CEOs, they love Eureka Park because it's such a fresh business things.
you can see some of the cutting edge, probably futuristic startups that are there
because a lot of their ideas are new and changing the world or trying to change the world.
And so a lot of CEOs, a lot of people, I mean, even press, we go down to Eureka Park
because we're going to find some really interesting stuff.
And usually it's kind of on the forefront of problems that need to be solved and stuff.
So I'm really excited to learn more about what you guys are doing and how you're doing it.
Is there anything special about the booth that people need to know?
any features? Sometimes people do giveaways or they have like some sort of interactive setup
for customers at the booth? I will actually prepare an iPad or booth where if you're interested,
you can come and have a screening of your mouth. If you do not mind doing it in a semi-public setting
of the CES, you can do work on display on. And we are very happy to have a chat about how things can
go from here or how
you know for potential partner how we can
work together for some
communities or issues yeah
and it looks like one of the product features
you guys have is you guys have
have developed a gingivitis screening
solution powered by AI so
enables health monitoring
tell us a little bit more about why this
gingeritis screening solution is important
maybe give us a groundwork of what gingivitis is of
People don't know what that is.
There's always somebody who doesn't.
And is this in an app on your smartphone?
First, this is actually more web-based tool.
It's mostly because we have quite a few feedbacks.
There are too many apps on their phones.
They don't want to install an extra app.
And why exchanger fighters is important,
is actually a more academic name for gum information,
which I guess most people will have experienced it a few times in their life.
You know, you have your gum swelling, some sort of bleeding, quite common.
But it's actually the early stage of more severe issues.
Because we know that if just information is not managed and checked properly,
there are trends that you can progress into a later state of disease.
You can cause your teeth.
And we also know there are many research nowadays
who have pointed to some association
between like uncontrolled gum information
to more severe systemic disease
like your lung and your heart
and even as part of the period of dementia
is now getting a clear picture that all our health
that interweights with each other's.
So from what we see here,
if you can reduce your risk
by taking better of your mouth effing using our tooth,
it's a good investment.
Ah, a good investment.
And yeah, I mean, you've lost a few teeth myself.
so I've seen that movie
seen that movie
what else haven't I asked you about
maybe that we should know about
what you guys do there and how you do it
is there anything I've missed
you find we have
covered most of it
we were discussing about
the disease about
the gum information
I mean
what we have just mentioned
they are probably the case
in the States, but in other places of the world, you can be also more severe that the
government information did not only cost you your teeth, but may also eat away part of
your face as well.
I mean, I mean, it's probably more common in Africa than call it no mark in short terms.
It's also started with gingerful information.
So it's like
Not only we want to
Partner with partners in the States
To help with different people to access their own health care better
We also want to do it more broader scale
In the world
Have a different part of the regions
And see if we can actually contribute
To what they call universal health health care
Yeah
Oh, universal health care
You know, anything we can do to promote health and teeth, I know if your teeth are not good,
it kind of can affect the rest of your body and stuff and things like that.
So it's really important.
So I'm glad you guys are utilizing this AI to take in advance things and make things life easier for everyone
because prevention is part of the cure.
Do you guys have to deal with HIPAA laws and all that sort of good stuff?
So you have to deal with the security of health records and things like that?
Actually, no, at this moment, it's not related to the
your channel health record. It's more like
straightforward on your smart device. You have a look of
your mouth and give you more some of professional
advice face on the screenings. It's more on the side of
screening and education. Well, that's awesome.
That'll work. So as we go out, give
people final pitch out to come see you guys, your booth number
at CES, where, I don't know if you know the section or whatever, but where they can find you
and final pitch on what you guys do and how you do it and your dot biz.
We also have our own linking page, actually, besides our, so we will update our activities
on our website and our LinkedIn faculty, so that everyone know what we have been doing.
And actually, we have got quite a few exciting things coming up, and we certainly hope
you all have to see what we are doing.
Yeah. So thank you very much. Give me the booth number and the dot biz one more time as we round out.
Yes. So our company website is Dantomi, D-N-T-O-M-I, dot B-I, and it's set for separate.
And then we will be at the CES at the Hong Kong Pavilion at Eureka Park. Our booth number is 632-2-2-2-2-205.
We look forward to see you all there.
Well, thank you very much, sir.
