That's quite the title there.
What does quantum life mean in health?
What is the definition of that?
Yeah, so if you look at the word quantum,
quantum is the smallest measurement of the unit of energy or matter.
And so it's the smallest unit of that.
But there's another definition of it as well.
Most words have multiple definitions, but quantum also points towards possibilities.
Because people look at reality and they see a fixed reality.
They see things that are physical and they look real.
But we know that scientifically isn't true. So the quantum points to the waves of possibility.
So your life has many possibilities.
And most people, when they see it fixed, it's become a particle.
So it's called wave particle duality.
So the possibilities, quantum coaching is actually opening up other possibilities that
you have in your life that you may not have seen.
Wow.
There you go.
It's all about possibilities,
people. You can have possibilities. You can stay home and drinking. Don't day drink, people. It's
bad for you. So your book, Four Secrets to Healthy Weight Loss, give us a 30,000 overview of what's
inside it. Yeah. So probably the best way to describe it is over 20 plus years of working with patients, helping people heal from digestive cancers, diabetic conditions, sickle cell anemia.
I've had AIDS patients across the board.
I wasn't interested in weight loss, but I watched people, my patients, do the unhealthy weight loss programs like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Metabolic Centers.
The list goes on.
Yeah.
What about meth? Meth is a great way to lose weight, I think.
Yeah. I've seen that one. Yeah. They just don't work. So the medical community has hypnotized
people into thinking that it's completely unrealistic, but 80% of weight loss programs
in America do not work. That's a statistic, right?
Sounds true to me. Yeah. I don't think I need data. I think I know.
Yeah, exactly. Right. So exactly. So I basically finally said I was fed up with it.
And I had a patient who got cancer from doing one of these weight loss programs.
Really?
Yeah. It's called the HCG. It was very popular. Several thousands of dollars.
Doctors were injecting pregnancy hormones into people.
Eventually, the FDA banned it, but I had a patient who got cancer, and I said, fine, that's enough.
So this book is inspired.
Number one, I wanted to be a doctor who is finally telling people the truth.
I'm not in it because I don't know. I need to sell you on prepack finally telling people the truth. Like I'm not, I'm not in it because I,
I don't know.
I need to sell you on prepackaged meals for the rest of your life.
I just wanted people to be free from the enslavement of false ideas.
Um,
and,
and one of the best ways I love,
as you've probably seen,
I love empowering people.
I love talking about quantum physics and higher level things,
but if your body's unhealthy,
you're not reaching for high level things.
You're just reaching for survival.
So this is a great way to start.
Yeah.
And it catches up to you, man, as you get old.
It's pretty interesting.
So you have something called the Fast 40 program we'll get into.
I'll tease out to our listeners.
Do you want to tease out to us the four secrets to healthy weight loss of
course we want people to buy your book damn it to find out the truth but no totally they you know i
could go through this we probably go this for four hours and they still wouldn't have everything it's
pretty content rich and by the way it's only 90 pages i did that on purpose there's no there's
no filler i just cut out all the filler stuff so um so that's a good idea let's go through the four
secrets because they're very i think you'll like this, Chris. They're very controversial. Uh, yes. I know you
like that. And, uh, exposing the secrets, right? So the first secret, number one is you must
determine the type of weight loss you want. And the reason that's the first secret is everyone
walks around saying I'm gonna lose weight, but you do not want to lose weight. You got three types of weight.
You got water, muscle, and fat.
What I have found is that most of the weight loss programs that are popular now, they are literally causing people to lose muscle.
And it's one of the most unhealthy things that you can have happen to your body is when you start breaking down proteins in your body.
Yeah. have happened to your body is when you start breaking down proteins in your body. And so, yeah, the misnomer here, and I'll just give you the gist here, but reducing your calories,
this is what people have been taught. Cut your calories and you'll lose weight. Wrong.
Cut your calories and you start causing dis-ease. You cause malnourishment. And by the way,
it doesn't work. so when you cut your
calories there's a mechanism in your brain called the anti-starvation mechanism and this is this is
this is actually from our pre pre-animal like our animalistic brain from caveman times it's the
amygdala the brain knows if you don't get food like as we're cave people we might shoot a deer
and we eat it and there was maybe several days we didn't get food, like as we're cave people, we might shoot a deer and we eat it. And there was maybe several days we didn't get food. Your brain is so smart. It stores fat on
your body to survive. So if you want to get fat, just starve yourself. Now that sounds people like,
wait a minute, I don't understand. It doesn't make any sense. Yes, it does. When you starve yourself, you trigger fat storage.
Your body will not burn fat.
And when people think that fasting and skipping meals is somehow a good idea, no, it causes you to be fat.
And I know this because I meet with hundreds of people every year who go, Dr. Goldman, I love fasting, but I'm 30 pounds overweight.
They go, yes, you have starved yourself to fat.
Huh. but I'm 30 pounds overweight. They go, yes, you have starved yourself to fat. Huh? Now, is there a certain point though, where, you know, I imagine initially it's the body's
reaction. Like if I, in the old days when I used to take a drink, my body would react with,
you know, putting on water weight and trying to overcompensate for the day.
Is there a point that you push through with fasting where you know initially it
then the body knee jerks to it but eventually it adopts or adapts um yeah you uh eventually
you become very malnourished um there's there's actually studies in the book so when you say
adapt how do you adapt to starving yourself of the vital nutrients you need. Well, I mean, you take vitamins and different supplements
when you're not in fasting mode to offset that.
And vitamins and supplements are absorbed 30% or less
by the human body as opposed to real food.
So what you're talking about is vitamins and supplements.
What I'm talking about is actual calories.
Now, but when you're not fasting wouldn't you know you
don't fast forever i mean there's a you do windows i mean you'd be taking in food during your windows
right um people the the so this all says to you fasting is a really bad idea if you want to lose
weight huh there's other spiritual reasons sure i get those, but I'm telling you after having
consultation with thousands of people that say, Dr. Goldman, I fast all the time and I'm 30
pounds overweight. And so the moment you rob your body of calories, I'm talking about within a few
hours, when you miss a meal, your brain, you can't override your ancestral mechanisms. Your brain goes, oh, crap.
I'm not getting food.
Let me store fat.
Now, fat is the best fuel source for the human body.
It's by far hands down the best fuel source.
So that's what it's all about.
So if you want to release fat, you've got to get the right amount of calories in.
And what happens is, you mentioned is when people uh they start you know basically starving
themselves that's what we call fasting you're starving yourself over time you do lose some
weight eventually your body starts digging into vital proteins and that's what that's muscle so
that's why people end up feeling like shit over time when they end up digging into fat they know
they go i'm digging fat storages well that doesn't happen very long. Your body won't keep letting go of fat. It just won't do
it because it's a survival mechanism. So when you get enough calories in, you do release it.
Now, there's an important piece to this though, just that's missing. And it has to do with the
second secret. It's that you must understand that there are different types of energy burners that a
person can become. Meaning when you were born, Chris, you and I are born and all of us, we're
born as fat burners. That is what God or universal intelligence, whatever you want to call it,
designed you to be. So when you burn fat, your brain is on target you are sharp mentally sharp you're emotionally have
less ups and downs you sleep really well when you're burning fat you have energy throughout
the day there's so many so many amazing things but in our country at least and i've seen this in in
mainly in america and it happens elsewhere but we had a really fun thing called the food guide
pyramid that was one of the worst suggestions ever.
Yeah.
You don't remember that?
The bottom of it. I think there was pie on it and McDonald's or something.
The very bottom of it said the most servings, 6 to 11 servings, the biggest part of your diet should be bread, cereal, rice, and pasta.
That was the suggestion.
Now, if people don't know, those things turn into
sugar. Okay. And so what happens is, I want you to hear it like this, Chris, whatever you give
your body enough of over time, it will become efficient at burning. So this is what I'm
proposing. And I've seen this for thousands of times. Most people's physiology, if you can't
lose weight or if you're doing programs and
weight's coming back, you might've had a hormonal change to becoming a sugar burner.
And you know you're a sugar burner. If you have problems with sleep, problems with energy,
sometimes more joint inflammations, digestive issues, emotional imbalances, this is the result.
And your body stores fat instead of using it.
That's how you know you're a sugar burner.
So do you have to switch out of becoming a sugar burner?
And what sort of burner do you need to be?
So you really want to be a fat burner, which is what God intended you to be.
Yeah.
So fat is the cleanest burning fuel source for the human body.
Even when you look at cancers, many types of cancers will use sugar to metastasize.
So there's many, many reasons.
This has nothing more to do with than just weight loss.
It has to do with being healthy.
So yeah, you can be a fat burner or a sugar burner.
Sugar burner, you'll be very sick, a lot of emotional problems, a lot of digestive issues from it.
Most people, when I switch them from sugar burning to fat burning, we do it in 40 days.
I have people that are off all arthritic medications, all of them.
I have a lady who just got off all of her blood pressure medications, every single one, cholesterol medications.
I have a person who got off depression medications. Now Now I didn't tell him to get off these things. They just started going,
Dr. Goldman, I'm feeling so much better. I don't have the joint pins anymore. Should I take the
arthritis medication? And they go talk to your doctor. See if your doctor is trained to get you
off. If they're trained to get you off, wonderful. If not, I'd find someone who's trained to get you off. So yes, we spend 40, 40 days.
Um, and we've got a program that actually, um, via the, we have a proprietary supplement.
It's herbs.
There's no chemicals, but it triggers the hypothalamus from identifying sugar as the
primary fuel.
And it goes back to being fat as a primary fuel source.
Wow.
Yeah.
And that's the fast 40 program that you guys have in your website. It's the fast 40. Wow. Yeah. And that's the fast 40 program that you guys have on your website.
It's the fast 40. Exactly. Denoting that it costs, it creates 40 days, not just to lose weight,
but to reset your hormones and become a fat burner again. There you go. But it doesn't
involve starvation or fasting diets. It involves your program. Yeah. We're pretty, we're pretty
anti-starvation because again, it doesn't work.
I mean, someone who's listened to this, they already know.
What happens the last time you did a diet?
You lost weight, and then you gained it all freaking back, and you gained more back.
This is what everyone says.
So we already know that reducing your calories doesn't work. And the whole exercise thing, the problem is when you reduce calories and then you go exercise, you've put yourself further into the pit of caloric
deficit. So now you've, you're, you've told your body you're, I'm not giving you more food and I'm
going to work you harder. So it's, it's why someone, when the weight comes back, it comes
back to the vengeance and it comes back more.
So the most people are losing weight the wrong way. That's why they've lost so much faith in weight loss programs because you spend thousands to do something and then you gain it all back.
So yeah, we get people, we first of all, we stop the ridiculous counting of calories. Stop that.
You cannot live counting calories. have a family wouldn't you like
to go vacation wouldn't you like that like don't you have a job stop counting calories that's not
your job right so we get people to actually we we teach them to eat the amount of right amount of
food um we will first start them off with lean meats vegetables and fruits we eat real food
over the course of 40 days, no prepackaged meals.
Cause that crap doesn't work either. So the thing is you can't do a, this is why diets don't work.
You can't do a temporary diet and you, because it is all diets are temporary. If you do that,
you can't keep eating like that for the rest of your life. Like no one can keep, um, just eating
perfectly. That's just not as ridiculous. We're intended to have to eat perfectly.
But once your hormones reset, you don't have the desire to want to take in sugars and alcohols and breads and all kinds of stuff.
That goes away tremendously.
Wow.

that's interesting. Chris is, I didn't realize what was going to happen on the 40 days. We have people remove sugar,
okay.
Alcohol and sugar and specifically simple carbohydrates,
pastas,
breads,
and the alcohol.
That's one thing to remove.
Everyone understands that.
It's all sugar,
You got it,
man.
Now what happens is sugar uses the same receptors in the brain as cocaine.
You get the dopamine hit. Is the dopamine hit? Do I have that right?
Well, sugar does release dopamine for sure. So it gives you a sense of, oh, I've done something good with my life, right?
So you're right.
I ate a burrito or a donut.
Yeah, you feel good about yourself. You're like, wow, you've accomplished something really dramatic and amazing in your life, right?
Exactly.
When you stop sugar, you stop dopamine, and there's the problem starts happening.
Oh, shit.
When you don't have the dopamine storages there, it's like people will go sometimes into a little bit of a low emotional state, and they don't know what's happening.
And also, I have people who have massive headaches, all kinds of stuff.
Sugar has got such a grip.
Chris, there's a book that I highly recommend everyone get.
It's from a, from the seventies.
It's called sugar blues.
It is unbelievable.
It tracks the rise and fall of every major civilization.
According to who basically ran the sugar plantations.
It is amazing.
It's wild.
It's wild.
So anyway,
we,
we work people through the sugar with a trough.
It's one of the reasons that people have a hard time doing any kind of diet
because you always hear,
you always hear the sugar calling is like,
come get me,
come get me.
I know you can just have some fun with me.
Right?
So I work people through that. That's, that's a big deal. It's a big deal.
Oh yeah, definitely. Most definitely. Well, this has been very insightful and people are
going to learn a lot from the book and it sounds like they can learn more from you if they reach
out. Give us your final thoughts, your final pitch and tell people how they can onboard with you.
You know, if someone's listening,
and I know most likely a lot of people
have struggled with every diet under the sun,
Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Metabolic Centers,
usually someone's very frustrated.
And they've given up that they're even going to be able to lose weight.

listen, I think I'm just supposed to be fat.
And it was very sad because that's what they believe.
As if you're supposed to be fat. And it was very sad because that's what they believe. Like you, as if you're supposed to be, be, you know, in a, on this planet
with a body that can't do the things you want to do. This isn't just cosmetic fat is robbing people
of their lives. This country is, has made a change after COVID to start loving your fats.
And I'm telling you that is absolute bullshit. I'm telling you, the fat is killing you.
It's causing high blood pressure.
Many of the people can't spend time with their family
because they feel so bad, can't go on for a walk.
It's killing you.
So I'm going to be the anti-loving your fat.
I want you to love yourself,
but I want you to make sure you do the thing
that's going to keep on this planet
and keep you here long enough
