Welcome to the show. How are you, sir?
I'm doing great thank you for
having me on there you go so give us your dot coms where can people find you on the interwebs
so it's easy it's joyful fix.com is my website and so on the contact page people can go to the contact page of the website and they can record their voice in there
oh really i can i can just get contact with them and then we arrange for free consultation and all
of those good stuff ah there you go so give us a 30 000 overview of your book Fix, and what's inside? So that is the problem with the stagnation.
Stagnation means being stuck in life.
And every one of us have had that experience.
You know, it is normal.
Sometimes we face some challenges that the challenge is a little bit higher than we can handle.
So we go to the freeze mode.
Have you ever had that experience sometimes we feel that i don't want to get out of the bed because the challenges that i'm facing
are so big so we go to the stage that we we don't want to face that I call that the static stagnation. So that is based on whatever I wrote in my book,
I call static stagnation. But there are different other types of stagnation. The second type that we
can just open it up a little bit is dynamic stagnation. So what is dynamic stagnation?
Dynamic stagnation means that you are moving forward, but on a hamster wheel.
So sometimes we feel that our life is leading us to the land of nowhere.
So we go to work and come back home, do the things that we do at home the next day, over and over again, no achievement,
no impact, no excitement.
That is the path that is promised to a lot of us as a safe path.
So I sometimes call it tiptoeing towards the finish line because we are on the safe side we don't we don't do anything that
challenges our capabilities we stay in the comfort zone those kind of type of things
and then what happens is that we look back and our life is over so that is the second type of stagnation but there is another type too there is the third
type of stagnation do you want to know what is the third type of a stagnation sure so the third type
is i call it inner stagnation sometimes everything is perfect on the outside and then you have whatever you want in life the fame and possessions whatever
you want is there and even other people envy your life because you're famous and you're on top
but on the inside you're empty and you're not happy. And something is missing.
So I call that inner stagnation.
So give me the titles of each three.
So there's inner stagnation.
Static stagnation.
Dynamic stagnation.
And inner stagnation.
There you go.
And I think I've experienced all three of those i think most people do you know you you you ask yourself you know why am i here and how am i
doing we'll get back to how to more of the details in your book and how to get out of stagnation
but let's learn a little bit about you tell us a little about you growing up what influenced you
when did you start writing and what made you become the person you were and
where you're now helping people with this so now let's go back to the time that i was 12 years old
i was growing in an environment that everything was fine but somehow i was feeling that
something is missing i didn't have the joy that I was looking for.
So I had big questions at a time.
It's not normal for a 12-year-old kid to ask these kind of questions that,
why am I here and what is the reason for my being and those kind of things.
But I started asking those questions.
And I wanted to know the reason.
And I wanted to know what is joy and what is happiness
and those kind of things.
So I started looking.
I went through the path of being a seeker.
So I went through all the books, all the material I could get my hand on.
So after 12 years of search and practicing different paths,
I had a library of thousands of books in my house, but I was still not happy.
And one day I said, so it should be fixed. It cannot be like that.
And I'm serious about it.
So I said that I'm going to go trap myself in a room,
in a windowless room and turn the light off.
I'm going to stay there until I get the answer because I was serious.
So I went in, in a room.
And that was a radical experiment and decision that I made.
So I went in there.
What happened was after a while, because everything is dark,
so you cannot feel if it's day or night or how the time is passing, how many days has passed.
So you are in that stage.
And I went through a lot of ups and downs inside myself.
And in one of those experiences, I had something that changed my life, basically. In the pure darkness, all of a sudden I saw lights, different kind of lights, different colors of lights.
And I heard the music that was playing from inside me, not from outside, because everything on the outside was silent.
And that kind of experience took me to a joy so have you heard
the story of the acres of diamonds so that was a an old a farmer in africa that was told that
it's better to go and find diamond than just farming in here. So he decided to go through the path, and he went through discovery,
and he passed away during that time that it was away.
So he was dead, so he never came back.
But the farmer who bought the farm was digging for farming,
and then he found a piece of stone that polished the stone,
and turned out that stone was diamond.
And actually that farm was one of the largest diamond mines in Africa.
And the first farmer
was looking for something
outside, but it had
all those diamonds
sitting on them.
So it is like us.
So we look for the joy
on the outside, but it's actually
inside. So it changed
my life. My perspective was
changed based on experience.
There you go.
The Acres of Diamonds speech by Russell Conwell, who started the Temple University.
You told that story.
And it was such a great famous story because the farmer gives up his farm and goes wandering the African continent to find diamonds.
And the diamonds are right there on his farm the whole time.
He just never knew what to look for and you know he died looking for something that he he already had in
his possession and we do that a lot you're right so were you able to find was that your was that
your vehicle to find happiness then was looking inside yourself yeah Yeah, so something triggered in me
that changed my perspective towards life.
So before that, I was thinking that life is my enemy.
I have to be on my toes all the time.
I have to be careful of whatever is happening.
Everybody can hurt me.
Any situation is against me.
So that was the perspective that I had.
But after I concluded that life is my friend.
If something comes to me as an accident or whatever that life brings to me, it might be ugly.
But the paper that gift is wrapped with is ugly there is a gift inside so
so you you get a gift from your friend and it is it is wrapped in the ugly paper so you know
that there is something valuable in it so that was my perspective after that experience. That's why, yeah, it's very interesting.
So how did you develop your happiness and ensure that it stayed there after that?
So when we change our definition, we change our life.
Ah. you expect life to be your friend then you can go to the ups and downs of life but consider those
as a roller coaster so you enjoy those ups and downs instead of just resisting them so it changes
everything that's why when i had an accident a few years after about 20
something years ago when I immigrated to Canada I had an accident at work that I
injured my back and so I had that back injury that caused me to leave my job and do something else and so the pain stayed
with me for 15 years because it was chronic pain it is not just the normal
pain nobody could find the source of that pain no a specialist could help me
there was no sign in the MRI tests that tells that this muscle is injured that has to be fixed or something
like that for 15 years I was looking for the answer for how can I do to prevent me to not to
go to the physiotherapy almost every week to just get unfrozen from the situation that I was because it was so painful.
I go to the frozen shoulder and I couldn't move.
I had to go to therapy almost every week.
So it was for 15 years.
Can you imagine the time and money I spent during that time?
And then I met a friend of mine and she suggested that she might be able to help me.
I was suspicious because all those specialists and medications and advanced technology couldn't help me.
She said, I'm just going to do something.
There's no harm.
Let's try it.
I was desperate.
I wanted to try it.
She gave me a call, and she released the trapped emotions that I developed.
I was developing during that accident.
When you lose your job and you are worried about protecting your family
and those kind of things, there are some emotions involved.
And sometimes our subconscious mind cannot process that emotion properly,
so we store those emotions as trapped emotions the balls of
energy in our body so she released those and then i was fine but i was expecting to get to the frozen
shoulder the next week but it never came back and i was amazed about whatever that happened. And she said that you have the talent to just do the same for other people.
So that started my entrepreneurship.
I started going through the certifications under Dr. Bradley Nelson and I became a motion core practitioner and started helping other people with those invisible conditions
because sometimes the physical symptoms are not just physical there's a background sometimes it's
emotional sometimes it's mental but it's there all the information is there and when we get access to
the database which is our subconscious mind we can track those down and heal those through the root cause, not just the band-aid solution.
You know, two different approaches.
There you go.
You know, we do store a lot of pain in the body.
And, you know, it's why people sometimes get sick.
I think sometimes it's why people get cancer.
They store, you know, we hold it.
You can call it stress.
I mean, I've seen people hold stress in the body. When I used to have anxiety attacks, they would start in my stomach.
I would seize in my stomach with a muscle, and then it would expand from there.
And I would just lock up muscles throughout my chest and body and yeah it's and and
so with damage and trauma you know a lot of times we we do that we store it's like a reference point
that we use somehow i don't know what i don't know what the whole psychology or term behind is
but it's almost like a reference point that we store it in a place where we can remember pain
in a physical sense as opposed to just mental and we connect the two of the mental and the emotional at least i mean
this is my opinion and theory but you know we've talked about enough on the show where i think i've
pretty got a pretty good analogy of it you know so you you found that really helped you when you
started helping people you do coaching at your website etc etc we'll get into some of that let's move back to the book what are some of the you know we want
people to buy the books we can't give away everything but what are some techniques or
some advice you give to people to get out of stagnation to release themselves you mentioned
earlier when you were telling us the overview of the book, you talked about how challenging yourself, getting out of your comfort zone, you know, instead of just kind of doing the same lockstep thing all the time.
Is that one way to get out of stagnation?
Yeah, that is definitely one way to get out of stagnation.
But is it the best way?
That is the question so we want to know if that is the best
way because i i believe that we are preached by all those kind of motivational speakers and they
have a good intention to just get get us out of the comfort zone so we want to move forward so they say that if you want to
move forward you have to do your best you have to get out of the comfortable
position that you are in never give up they say that never look back you have
to fight and you have to go through the hustle and grime and there isn't there
is a reason for that because when when you have to go through the hustle and cry. And there is a reason for that.
Because when you want to move forward, what happens is that you want to change the scenery of your life.
It is easy to say that, but when we want to try that, it is not that easy.
The reason is that we have a big battle to win
that battle is with our all the programmings that has brought us up to this point you know
it is the automatic reaction is the beliefs all the beliefs that we had all the emotions that we
carry all the definitions or pictures that we have, they are all in our subconscious
mind and they are leading us to this point. It is like a train. Train is going south and then all
of a sudden I decide to go north. What happens that I can go walk towards north but I'm still
in the train. So where do I end up? I'm going to end up south because the
train is going south. I move in the train towards north but it doesn't matter. Subconscious mind is
dictating our destination. So if we want to change the direction of that train which is a million times stronger than us, we have a big battle to win.
And it comes with a price.
So when we want to build a business, when we want to change ourselves, when we want
to do something substantial.
So we go through a lot of stress, anxiety, a lot of changes because that thing is not
matching with our self-image.
Sometimes the fear of success is even more affecting us than the fear of failure because
we are not matching with that image that is in the destination. So we have a big battle what happens is that we might be able to
win that battle but we are like a wounded warrior it means that we didn't enjoy our ride we didn't
enjoy our journey we were just fighting and fighting to to get whatever we want and then
in the meanwhile with a lot of stress and anxiety
and those kind of things that we develop, it affects our health,
it affects our relationships, and it affects our happiness as well.
That's why we go, even if we go to the top,
we still have that inner stagnation.
We're not happy.
Definitely.
And there's different levels that we seem to reach
where you'll, you know, you reach a new level
and then you stagnate at that level
and somehow you've got to figure out
how to get to the next level.
Is that right?
Exactly.
So the question is that, is that the only way?
Because sometimes we wonder if that is the only way
that price of success is going to be too much so but based on
my experience and based on the experience of the people who i helped them is there is another way
do you want to know what the other the is? Okay, so the path is alignment.
What is alignment?
If we be able to move to the same direction that our subconscious is programmed to go,
and if we be able to put our heart into it, if we'd be able to have that kind of inspired actions towards wherever you want to go, everything is aligned.
What is the burnout?
Burnout is the lack of alignment.
Imagine that we have a car and the tires start to burn out fast, faster than normal.
So we go and change the tires.
It doesn't change anything.
The new set of tires are going to burn out again.
It's just as fast, yeah.
Yeah.
And then we take the car to the mechanic
and the mechanic says that you need alignment.
Your wheels are not aligned.
That's why your tires are burning out.
So he just might fix the alignment or might be another reason behind alignment.
Maybe the front suspension needs some work or something like that.
And then what happens is that after those kind of root causes are fixed,
we are aligned.
We can just thrive the way that we like and without burnout.
The same thing happens to us.
When we are not aligned, we burn out.
We have those kind of burnout moments.
So it affects our health and happiness and relationships everything for example the
relationships most of us spend as higher achievers when you want to establish something new you have
to spend a lot of time on it sometimes we miss the time that we need to connect with the loved ones
and it affects our relationships and that is not a good thing
that is the sign for being out of alignment but what what if be able to bring all those
in alignment then you're going to enjoy the ride you're going to be in the flow you're going to
just be in the position that you are moving forward but with no resistance you're going to just be in the position that you are moving forward, but with no resistance.
You're enjoying your ride.
So that is the difference, being aligned and not being aligned.
There you go.
So let's talk about some of the things that are on your website.
What are the offerings people can find?
Give us the.com real quick for a plug.
And what are some of the offerings on there that people can find,
and how can they onboard with you?
So on the website, there are some options for my book.
They can buy the book.
They can go to the joyfulfix.com, and there is a link for the book.
The book is on Amazon as well.
They can find it in there.
And when somebody buys the book and communicates with me as a bonus,
I send them the free audiobook because that is the way I consume the material,
mostly by audio, so I like to give that chance to others as well
so they can have the audio book for free.
And then there's a bonus chapter that was not published in the book.
They get it with the bonus as well.
So what is the bonus chapter?
There's a story behind it.
Because when I wrote the book,
I had that kind of experience that I told you sometimes there's a blessing in disguise and those kind of moments, you know.
So I went skiing a couple of years ago and then I fell down.
As a good skier that had 40 years of experience, it was not normal for me to just fall down on a flat surface
that nobody was around me and I wasn't even moving fast. So I fell down and turned out that I broke
my scapula. Scapula is a big bone in your shoulder. And then the surgeon said that i've ever i've never seen this kind of
fracture by the type of accident that you have because normally those kind of things
appear in car accidents how did you manage to fracture your scapula and I knew that there is another gift wrapped in an ugly paper for me so I went home I
was facing a lot of pain and I couldn't sleep so I decided that now they can't use my left arm I'm
going to use my right arm and start writing that book that was overdue for a long time so i started writing but what happened was
as i was started to write i noticed something special because i would go to the basement and
write for 12 hours 14 hours but i i didn't take any medication during that time because i had to
go take the medications regularly because i I was facing a lot of pain.
So I noticed that it is something that is described as the state of flow and being in the zone.
I knew about it.
I never had that firsthand experience.
So I started writing, writing, writing. After a couple of weeks, I had a lot of manuscripts to submit to my publisher. And the publisher said
that it's too much. You have to cut it and cut it shorter. Then we can publish it. I almost cut it
in half to be able to publish that book. Wow. And then, so there was a chapter about creativity
that I didn't have room in a book, but book, but I just provide that as a bonus for people
when they buy the book and communicate with me,
they receive that chapter as well.
There you go.
There you go.
Might be good for a second book.
There you go.
Something like that.
So on your website, you offer several different packages,
I believe, for physical wellness, emotional wellness, and mental wellness.
Tell us a little bit about those.
I think we have to have a holistic approach towards wellness.
It's not just one way we focus on one thing and then everything is fine because they are interconnected.
So it brings us to the discussion of holistic approach to success
and to the wellness as well.
So when I work with people, for example,
I have a program for people who are high achievers.
The program is called From Burnout to Balance.
So in that program, most of it is done for you based on the done for you basis
because nowadays people don't have a lot of time to spend.
So some of them, some of the program is on a one-on-one basis and some of them is on
done-for-you basis. So what I do is that I just remove those blockages that they have inside.
It might be emotional blocks like trapped emotions. It might be mental blocks like trapped emotions it might be mental blocks like limiting beliefs and
those those kind of things and everybody on average is carrying more than 200 of
those trapped emotions and that's why well as we age we have a problem we get
heavier recovery is harder than before because it's like a backpack that we are carrying that is full of a stone.
And it gets accumulated even more and more because when you have a trap emotion of, let's say, anger, you are vulnerable to that emotion.
You get angry a lot of times that you don't need to.
And then you get the trap emotion again somewhere in your body
that trap emotion of anger so one trap yet one emotion can be trapped several times in several
parts of your body so we carry all those and they are blocking us from being the best version of ourselves. So when I remove those kind of blockages that is between us and our ideal life,
things start to clear up.
Things start to shine.
And then we can move much easier.
Our immune system is stronger.
Our energy level is up.
Our motivation is different we wake up every morning full of energy
to just go through the life that we create for ourselves because sometimes have you had that
experience and sometimes we wake up in the morning you're not in the mood and you're not happy and
we don't want to face the things that we expect to happen during the day,
it's not a good feeling to have.
So there are some programs to just address those kind of issues
that we all experience.
There you go.
You help them through it and all that good stuff.
So how can people onboard on the programs that you have
that they can find on your website?
How do they onboard with you?
Do they reach out?
Do they fill out the contact form?
How do they give you a handshake to find out things and you can work together?
So if they go to the contact page of my website, so it's joyfulfix.com slash contact. In there, there's a form they can fill out or they can record their voice in there.
I'd rather have somebody recording their voice because I can have a better heart-to-heart connection with them.
So it is private.
It is secure.
So they record their voice and then we arrange for a free consultation
based based on whatever they have whatever they are experiencing in life and we arrange for a
consultation and during that consultation i give them the roadmap from wherever they are to wherever they want to go and the blockages that they are facing.
So they can either go and use that roadmap to go through that themselves
or I can help them out.
There you go.
Sounds like they can do that.
And give us the website as we go out.
So the website is joyfulfix.com.
There you go.
Well, it's been great to have you on the show and learn so much about you.
People can go to your website and onboard with you.
