So anyway, guys, that's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it.
We have a most interesting guest.
Now, this is going to blow you away.
When you first look at the title of this, you may think,
what's going on here, man? We're going to be talking about high-tech technology disruption in the world of lawn care and sod. This is going to blow you away because some of the stuff this
company is doing is pretty amazing. So I've got Drew Wagner from sodsolutions.com. Welcome to the show, Drew.
How are you doing, buddy? Doing great, Chris. Thanks for having me on.
And we're glad to have you on. We did a bit of the pre-show and I got to know you guys' company
and what you guys are doing. And wow. I mean, and give us your title that you have there at
Sod Solutions. Yes, I'm the Chief Technology Officer here at Sod Solutions. So in that role, I do deal
with traditional technology in the form of our software, but I also deal a lot with our intellectual
property contracts and creating new types of grass. There are sod lawn company people that
have technology. This is going to blow you away because I was joking with Drew earlier that
I have a, you know, I started out as a kid mowing lawns for like five bucks a thing.
You know, this is back in the day when kids actually worked for money and crap.
It wasn't in mines, of course, but, you know, it's close.
But, geez, wow.
I mean, now it's not just about lawns.
It's not just about sod.
It's a high-tech business.
So we're going to find out this hour everything that's on solutionist comm does and drew and and drew they actually
have a technology I mean I I was mowing lawns I should have hired a technology
officer as well that's right man that's right everything revolves around
technology these days so it does this is blows my mind you guys have a sass so
let's get into it let Let's start from the top.
How did you get into this business? What kind of led you down this pathway?
Yeah, absolutely. So my dad started this business back in the mid-90s. He worked for Martin Marietta
Aerospace, was a contractor there, mechanical engineer, and lived next to a guy that had a
sod farm. They kind of became buddies. He's got a bigger green thumb than anybody I've ever met.
And so when he was there, kind of got to know the guy,
was actually going to start a business, you know,
shipping sod down from Florida up to the Carolinas as a broker.
The guy had a type of grass on his farm.
He was like, this is kind of interesting.
It's got a little more shade tolerance than other types of grass,
and maybe there's a market to bring this out.
So with that, he kind of ran with it, went and found some, uh,
some key customers that decided they would plant it. They did. Um, you know,
and that was this grass here, Palmota St. Augustine, um, still growing today.
We've got thousands of acres in production and you have all this started from,
from one little piece of grass and they just clone out from there. So.
That's how it always starts.
You always have a friend and he turned you on to some grass and then
but, uh, we, we love our grass too.
So, so where are you guys based out of?
Yeah.
So we're in Charleston, South Carolina.
We've got representatives, you know, throughout the country.
Um, our primary markets are down in the Southeastern United States.
Um, you know, the Carolina's down is down, Florida, Texas, California.
We've expanded into cool season with a couple of products
like HGT Bermuda Bluegrass.
And so we've also got operations worldwide.
So one of our grasses came out of Australia.
We brought some other grasses down there
and had that business that we sold back in 2007.
And also one of our grasses Empire came from Brazil
and we've got some reciprocal agreements down there where we grow some grass as well.
In Europe, Spain, we've got a couple of growers.
Also down in Mexico.
Holy crap.
You know, I'm just trying to barely handle my front freaking lawn.
You guys are like worldwide, international lawn business.
That's right.
That's right.
That's crazy, man.
I can barely handle a lawn in the front yard. lawn business. That's right. That's crazy, man.
I'm barely holding it down and when things go right, I'm really
freaking proud of it. I'm like, I got
the lawn thing down.
You guys are worldwide.
I've got a pretty good lawn myself.
When you get genetics like these,
it's kind of easy to keep them looking pretty good.
I do miss my lawn in Las Vegas, though.
You can't beat that xeriscaping.
It's a little hot there, doesn't it?
And I see you guys have got stuff behind you where you guys have done some big fields.
Have you guys done golf courses?
Absolutely, yeah.
So one of those back there, we've done major college sports stadiums, our grasses, and some of the top golf courses on the planet.
We did the World Cup last year.
We've done the Olympics.
We've got our grasses that have just really been – if you watch sports on TV, you've almost certainly seen the product of some of our company.
Do you guys have one of those Caddyshack Bill Murray characters who's growing the grass and he's got the grass down and the grass down and this little thing we should um we definitely have a few of those in the industry
that we know of so that's your doctor bluegrass right there yeah exactly well so one of our
favorites so you know les miles down at uh lsu you know he's mr grass eater that's celebration
bermuda grass one of our products so you know he likes to chomp on that a little bit and uh
there's a couple guys that like to like the sample and they're finished.
So they take, they take the, they take the, uh, lawn and they put it in the wine glass
world.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
We saw like, you know, Gary Woodland, when he won the U S open this past year, he was
using it a little bit.
So no, I don't.
Um, I know some vegans that do that though.
There's, yeah.
You guys have been around for how long?
So we've been in business, this is our 25th year.
So we've been in business for a pretty good while.
That's right.
I should have just stuck with it when I was a kid.
I'd have a career by now.
Holy crap.
Absolutely, yeah.
So now you guys have a lot of cool stuff.
Tell us about some of the technology that you guys are developing into with the grass business.
Yeah, absolutely. So one of the things about grass is most people really struggle
to know where to go when they want to purchase it. A lot of people have lawns. Most people
by default might go to Home Depot or Lowe's and pick up a bag of seed and throw it down.
But one of the things about seeded varieties is you're going to plant it out, not quite
as good vigor. So if you buy sod you
can have a ready to go no waiting time you put it on the ground water it and it comes in so we've
we've over the past four or five years been developing technology through both the sod farm
so on the farm we have a product called turf logistics and the farm can use that they log in
every day place all their orders they can manage all their trucking. And that gets them the ability to know what the availability they have is. And then we've tied that to our website so that
customer can go online, enter their address, how much they need and order it right there.
So it's one of those things that looks really simple on the front end, but there's a lot going
on behind the scenes to kind of make all that happen. And for most part, you can go on the
website and within two days have a 2,000pound pallet of grass sitting in your front yard.
So it's been a pretty cool business.
I used to have that one.
I used to live in Vegas, but it was a different type of grass that was getting delivered.
I love that recreational stuff.
You guys should get in that business.
No, I'm kidding.
It sounds like you guys have mastered this.
So what else do you guys have on the technology side that you guys have delved into and really really yeah yeah so i mean obviously our first uh deal was
just with the turf grasses so you know we've it's kind of amazing you look at the genetic diversity
so i brought a few you know samples here so this is a bermuda grass and you know one of the the
yes what you find like a golf green or golf fairway up to you know st augustine grass that
you find throughout florida
so you know when you get a product like this you know a lot goes into the breeding development of
a new product um you know our company works with a lot of private breeders a lot of universities
we really focus on you know helping to fund and support and get the the research out so that we
know you know not only is this going to grow great on a farm, but also is it going to perform well in a home lawn. So there's a lot of things that kind of go from that, you know,
farm all the way to the home. And we really work to market, promote, and work with both farms and
installers and different people to grow these products. So there's a lot of breeding, a lot
of inbreeding. You guys are, there's probably a lot of inbreeding in that Florida, in that Florida, you know, Florida man, right? Florida man, Florida man. The, uh,
that's just crazy, man. It's how many different variantials of, of lawn grass would you say there
are in the world? Like, uh, there's, there's thousands, thousands, thousands of thousands.
Um, you know, we, and it happens all over the place. Um, there's a lot of people that are in
this industry. I think we're a little bit unique in that because we really focus on vegetatively grown grasses.
So in the turf grass world, you've got seeded varieties, which is what you might find at a big box store. You can grab seeds and throw it in the ground.
But we would deal with what we call vegetative products. So the definition of vegetative is literally, you know, it'll all start from one little sprig.
So, you know, if you have a little piece of that grass and you can plant that in the ground and that'll grow and that'll spin, you know, grow into a piece of grass and you can expand and expand and expand that.
So almost all of our products actually just start with one little piece of grass and then we grow that out in some trays and then we expand those into more trays and we put it in the ground, harvest you can you can do it about 10 to 1 so it's geometric and it grows fast so it but the benefit is that it
provides absolute genetic purity so as that expands you know you're getting perfect clones of
that product so it's a complete monostand and beautiful lawn nice the uh genetic purity um you
know the one thing i'm good at uh I'm actually good at breeding lawn parts,
but mostly weeds. Yes, yes, yes. It's a big problem for a lot of people. One of the things
that we really focus on in a lot of our breeding efforts is developing grasses that will either
out-compete weeds, either through being a little bit more dense or by setting it up so that maybe
it has a unique growing pattern or, you know,
we'll blend in better. So there's a lot of things that we've done in our products. And, you know,
one of the benefits of having a vegetative grass is that typically there'll be a lot more dense.
And when that happens, you know, with regular care and maintenance, it'll really help you
out-compete all those weeds because it's a product that's bred to be where it's at.
Yeah. I want like death match lawn grass so that the weeds pop up, those dandelions.
We ain't having your kind.
That's right.
And one of the things that is good too is there's been so much advancement in weed control
technology over the past couple of years.
So there's a lot of really good products for controlling weeds and lawns.
But we always say that by far the best
weed control is just keeping up with your lawn and keeping it well-maintained, mowing regularly,
not over-fertilizing, not over-watering. A lot of people think that turf grass is an
environmental hog, but if it's taken care of the right way, it really doesn't take much.
That's just amazing to me. So the question I had for you was, let's see if I, the suddenly went foggy there. It's, it's probably my, uh,
it's probably my dementia kicking in, but the, do you guys,
do you guys scientifically breed like the grass seeds?
Like you go into a lab and you're like, Hey man, we're gonna like,
does the breeding get to a, uh, you know,
that sort of molecular level where you're in like, you know,
there's all different kinds and you're like in the, absolutely. Yeah. There's all, there's all different kinds of breeding. So, you know, that's sort of molecular level where you're in like, you know, there's all different kinds of, and you're like in the, absolutely. Yeah.
So there's all, there's all different kinds of breeding. So, you know, um,
you know, with these products, you're crossing them. So you have grass,
just like anybody else, they have male and female parts and you can pollinate
them. Um, there's also a lot of kind of more advanced, uh,
methods out there today. There's,
there's a process called embryo rescue that allows you to take something that
may not be able to continue to process.
And you can actually go in and, as the name suggests, actually rescue that embryo to grow out of a plant in tissue culture.
You can also do, there's technology such as CRISPR that actually do DNA editing.
There's a gene gun out there that you can use that you can actually basically shoot
DNA from another plant into that plant to get qualities you want.
So there's a lot of technology that goes into the development of these
products.
Yeah.
The whole DNA shooting thing.
That's what I call Friday nights around here.
Yeah.
That means,
but no,
that's really,
it's really wild.
They can go into the DNA and they're,
they're like creating their own lawn.
Like what if they create a lawn that becomes like,
I don't know,
it goes Skynet on us and becomes like its own, like
it decides to take over the world and it becomes like zombie lawn or something.
Yeah.
It can be a definite concern.
But at the end of the day, it's a grass that can be controlled just like anything else.
So it's just being careful with it and making sure you apply sound science to it.
This is why I always keep my lawnmower gassed up because if that lawn ever goes zombie on me that's right you got it right i've got i've got the fences i've got one
of those rider lawnmowers because i'm just i'm i'm not taking it when the lawn apocalypse comes
uh so so you guys also have a lawn sass this is what i thought was really even a while in your technology arsenal uh you
sass like salesforce or something tell us about that how that works that's awesome yeah sure so
um you know it primarily works for sod farms and for sod distributors people that kind of deal with
this you know one of the biggest challenges in turf grass is it's a palletized product so
if you're selling a pallet of grass, you might have four to 500 square feet.
It's probably gonna weigh 1500 to 2000 pounds.
And most of them, because they're in rural areas,
have to manage their own trucking.
And so with that, we kind of had this idea back
four or five years ago where we were kind of talking
to some farms and they're like,
man, there's no software out there that we can really use
that helps us to kind of manage all of this.
So we worked with a couple of farms to
kind of get started with we've got over 50 on our platform now and they run their day-to-day
operations on there so like you're saying it's kind of like a sales force or an erp system for
sod farms helps manage all their orders what they need to harvest on a daily basis where the grass
is going all their trucking all the fields and those kind of things and it really helps them
to kind of coordinate that and then now with our e-commerce fields and those kind of things. And it really helps them to kind of coordinate that.
And then now with our e-commerce piece,
it also kind of helps them provide daily availability and also fulfillment of
orders as they come through.
I've seen, I've seen where farmers have this stuff that, you know,
they can put technology in the ground and it monitors water,
it monitors growth, you know, soil context or quality.
It's really crazy what's going on in the world today.
Oh, without a doubt.
Between drone technology, what you have available, and, you know, daily satellite imagery, all these things.
And it's pretty cool.
We've got some farms that we work with that have really done some innovative things as far as that goes.
I mean, the technology across the spectrum has just gotten incredible from irrigation to application techniques to try. I mean, heck, there's an auto stacker in
our industry now that a lot of the companies have that literally one man just rides in an
air-conditioned cab, eating his lunch and drinking a cold one, and he's able to go through the field
with GPS precision. And that machine has robotic arms that harvest the grass, pick it up, put it
on a pallet and stack it perfectly., it's come to the industry pretty hard. I need one
of those for when I wash dishes and do laundry and stuff. I'd say the same thing, man. There's
way more advanced stuff on a turf farm than you would see in most kitchens.
Yeah, what's going on there, man? So you guys have got SAS. You guys have an app that will measure your lawn area?
Yeah, our area calculator. You can do that. We have a standalone application that you can use.
You basically just click around and you can get exactly how large your lawn is.
We also have that technology baked into our online ordering process.
You can go online, type in your address, click through around your yard
where you're going to need grass.
It'll tell you how many square feet you need
and then hook you up with the right grass
for your application.
You know, this is funny
because I just had one of my friends
who's in Florida actually,
and he did a joke about how no one
has ever ordered sod grass pallets
and gotten the exact amount or
enough.
Like they always come up short.
He was joking about that.
So now we have to talk about you guys.
We always recommend,
you know,
ordering 10 to 15% more than you think you're going to need.
Cause you know,
by the time you cut corners off and all that,
it kind of gets a little dicey.
So.
Plus it's always good.
Cause then your friends like me can come by and sneak some grass
because I've got two Huskies.
I've got two Huskies, so there's always holes in the yard.
I'm always like, hey man, you going to do anything with that extra freaking saw there?
Exactly, exactly.
So you guys have got the SaaS.
You guys have got, let's see, what else? You guys have got the SaaS. You guys have got, let's see, what else?
You guys have got the app.
You guys have got the technology.
This is crazy.
I mean, so do you have a team around you that's running the technology for you guys' company?
Yeah, absolutely.
We've got three full-time developers on staff with us.
We've got a customer service department.
We've got people out in the field that deal with any kind of issues on the farms or with quality control.
So we've got a staff of around 25 that fully kind of support what we do as a company.
Wow, that's just amazing. And that's just the technology part, right?
That's our company. So we've got, you know, one of the things that's kind of interesting about us is like we don't actually produce turf grass.
So really our whole mission from the beginning was to support farms. And
so within that, the way our business model works is we develop new types of grass and
then we license sod farms to grow our products. And so with that, they get marketing support,
they get the genetics, and then we have a team of people that help them with production
issues, with sales, with marketing, all those different things, and really help build a business around our, you know,
the biggest problem with turfgrass was a lot of things are viewed as a commodity.
We really try to change that by putting brands around our grasses
and really creating a value add within that space.
So I could take in, if I want to start like a grass business sort of thing,
I could take in, you know, start using your business platform to build one out maybe? one out maybe I don't know yeah exactly so like our software platform would help
you on the business side of things our grasses would help you to you know have
a competitive edge in the marketplace with you know advanced genetics and
those two things you lead a lot of companies that have a lot of success
that is awesome that's just amazing man you wouldn't think that the lawn
business be that technical but but everything is technical.
Is 5G going to impact you guys?
There's a lot of talk now about how 5G is going to be so revolutionary in stuff.
Do you guys see some impact coming from that?
Big time.
I think our biggest struggle when we first started the SaaS application
was really just finding good
internet access with our farms and just the advancement in fiber and rural areas and decent
internet in rural areas has really gone a long way. So man, having a 5G network out there where
you're able to get really high speed internet just about anywhere would be really huge for us.
And also, a lot of these farms have got a mobile application that's on iOS and Android for
our farms to use.
And one of the things that's great about that is they're able to track where those trucks are.
They're able to take photographs of deliveries for delivery confirmation.
So a lot of the stuff you see from large applications like UPS or Amazon, we're able to bring to this industry.
And that's been pretty cool.
That definitely is interesting the so we're talking with drew Wagner and you can go to their website at sod solutions calm that sod
solutions calm and wow man so you guys been doing this for a long time you guys
are pretty much using a worldwide sort of selection system pulling all these
different things.
What do you think has brought you guys the most success in your business? Is the technology giving you edge?
How much of your competition is this technology driven,
or how much have they adapted this?
Where do you fall in the sphere of some of your competitors and stuff?
Yeah, I think I would put our technology from both the web application, our genetics, across the spectrum. I think one of the really neat things that we've done as a company is really work with others in the industry.
So we've got university relationships with the University of Florida, with North Carolina State University.
We've got a grass out of Texas A&M. We've got a couple of grasses out of Oklahoma State.
We work with Mississippi State on a couple of things. So just the sheer volume of university
partners we have and private breeders we work with really lets us to select the creme de la creme of
kind of what's out there. And so we've just had so much success with a lot of the products we
release just because we might go through 10 success with a lot of the products we release
just because, you know,
we might go through 10,000 different types of grass and only release one of
them. And usually we're looking for something that, you know,
finds the balance. You know, a lot of times you'll,
you'll go through breeding programs, you know, look and the grass will have,
you know, they'll check for the five boxes, but you know,
maybe it grows really great on the farm and it'll harvest. Okay. But,
you know, you put it in and it gets transplant stock and it won't make it well that grass isn't
commercially viable so you can't use it anymore and then a lot of times it's
it's also release cycling so you know you can't go and put a hundred grasses
on the market so you got to build markets around things so when we find
something you know we really want to push it out there and also we're a
little bit different because you know we don't offer exclusivity to farms we've
we've really tried to build a community around our farm network. So within that, we make
sure there's enough acres of the products out there so we can do large jobs. I mean, you know,
like a great example is, you know, down in Louisiana, there was a project in New Orleans,
you know, they needed like a million square feet of grass, like pretty quickly. And, you know,
we were able to make that happen through a number of farms so it's just things like that where people need quality and volume
we've got a great network of people that are able to provide that and then i guess on the on the
consumer side you know we've got a program called sod university on our blog it's our basically our
blog on our website and we have an email newsletter and it's great because you know weekly we put out
content just helping homeowners with lawn related issues, outdoor issues, things like that.
And then, you know, they can they can just learn about how to take care of their lawn better and make sure they're being stewards of our environment.
Not watering too much, not over fertilizing, just doing the right things.
I think that one of the big things we try to fight is just overuse of of material on grass.
People think it needs more than it does. And, and so, you know, you compare,
you,
you put the right genetics with the right maintenance plan and,
you know,
it really is a great program.
So you guys are working with golf courses,
sports,
stadiums,
uh,
youth fields,
parks and recreations.
Uh,
uh,
you have a network of 250 sod farms worldwide.
You talked about building a community that I think that's pretty interesting
because that's what a lot of people do in, in like my sphere and social media, you know, everything's about building a community that i think that's pretty interesting because that's what a lot of people do in in like my sphere in social media you know everything's
about sharing a community whether whatever industry you're in nowadays you build a community
around it and stuff uh give me a little bit more data on how you guys have done that uh is there
is there a is there an interaction sort of environment where they can interact with each
other share notes uh you know is there like a Facebook?
Yeah, so I guess one kind of interesting thing about our company is like we really have kind
of two, I guess, divisions within our business.
We've got kind of our retail and consumer side where, you know, that's where we do
Sod University and our website and you can buy graphs online.
But then we also have what we call Sod Solutions Professionals.
And so within that, you know, that's really when we talk about this community, you know,
we do about 70 events a year um we'll we'll put on events at golf courses or
sports fields um farms different places and bring people that are in the industry together so that
they're able to you know share those ideas we'll bring a speaker in talk about you know something
that might help the professional out to just better use our products and I think those have been really great we also do a lot of what we
call lunch and learns for the professional markets or like landscape
architects people that specify grass parks and rag government people being
able just to bring out our people in you know feed them a lunch and sit down and
do a presentation about you know how our grasses might be able to help them out
or if you're a home builder being able to to say like why using one of our
products might be beneficial for you.
So that's a lot.
One way we really do that, we have really wanted to focus this past year
on trying to build some of that community.
So we have a really active Facebook page.
We post on that really regularly.
We've also made a huge commitment to customer service over this past year.
We've got online chat on our website.
We've got the ability for people to call our phone anytime they need to to have conversations.
And that's something we've really tried to expand on this past year.
Wow, that's really awesome.
In the lawn business, you need a chatbot.
So there you go.
That's right.
We've been working on it pretty hard, and we've got a lot of really good resources on our website.
So hopefully someone looking to just get a little bit more out of their lawn or improve can, can kind of go on there and learn a little
bit about it. So we've really committed to putting some good content together and it's been pretty
cool to see just the organic growth we've had from that. I'm just building that email list out.
And I mean, we've, we've almost tripled our web traffic this past year just through our blog and
growing that. So Google thinks it's good, so maybe you will too, you know.
Nice.
So how can people get in touch with you, do business with you?
Yeah, so, I mean, our website, sodsolutions.com,
is a great place as a residential consumer.
On the pro side, sodsolutionspro.com.
And, you know, we've got email and phone support, chat support on there.
So that's a great way.
Also, just connect with us on Twitter.
A lot of our professional users are on Twitter.
And then Facebook's more for our residential side typically.
And we're very engaging on both those platforms.
Nice.
This is just amazing to me.
I mean, something that was for me as a kid was just a simple sort of mowing lawns business.
And I've never really given it too much thought on the lawn because you're like, eh, it's the lawn.
Right.
And here it is, a high-tech business. You you guys like the silicon valley of freaking lawn care right mark zuckerberg's of lawn care
going on over here you're like yeah we even have an uber for the lawn something i don't know
you go and get your lawn delivered um no it's really cool, man. And the technology is amazing. Being able to
measure your yard properly is amazing and get this stuff delivered. And, um, and, and I love
how you guys have it set up to where you can really help vendors. You can help people that
are associated in the business from, from, you know, what, I forget what they call the term,
but from point of origin to point of delivery, um,, you've got where you can go with builders and you can sit down and go buy all our lawns, eh?
And, you know, and then you're helping them because they're able to pick a lawn that's going to be sustainable
or, you know, continue looking good, at least until that house sells after that.
You know, it's their problem.
I'm just kidding.
But, no, it's really amazing.
I'm just blown away, man.
I mean, lawn care has gone high tech.
It's just, it's crazy.
Everything's getting disrupted in this world and stuff that you would take for granted.
It's just amazing.
So anything more we need to know about you guys, what you're doing and how you're doing it?
Yeah.
So I mean, I guess two things that I would say, just one, you know, if you're interested in kind of what we're doing, sign up for our Saudi University blog, just saudiuniversity.com or on our website.
Great way to just keep in touch and see some of the things that we're working on.
We also have, one thing I didn't talk about earlier was we have a plug tray business that
we've started up too.
So if you want to try out one of our varieties or you want to see what that's about, or if
you have one of our lawns and you have a cheap places You need to clean up we offer plug trays
So these are like mini ones, but it's basically we'll mail this kind of style to you
So you get the grass right in the mail comes in a couple days
Open it up plant it and it'll grow in in a couple months. So that's been pretty cool
It's lower cost. Yes, about 60 70 bucks to get one of those delivered to your house
Also, we can do full-size pallets and those kind of things which is which is pretty cool
And then I got the other thing would just be, if you've got a lawn, we've got lawn care guides that are
really great on our website under our care section. We've got one for every type of grass
that'll kind of lay out by season what you need to do. We've also got a lawn care program called
Lawnify. You can check out the details of that at kind of lawnify.com, but it's basically a hose
in spray bottle that you can use on your lawn.
It covers 5,000 square feet.
House sizes have shrunk over the years.
Dealing with that bulky spreader and granular and hauling stuff around is tough.
Basically, lawn care delivered right to your door.
You get the box, open it up, put on that hose, and you can spray it.
It makes that lawn care really easy.
Holy crap, you guys are like the Amazon of lawns.
You can buy it on Amazon.
I was just going to say, oh my gosh, wow.
Can I get that delivered prime? Is that on prime?
It is on prime.
You get the free shipping when you're having a pallet delivered.
Wow, that's awesome.
And is the university, is that available for just normal
consumers or is that just for is it like is that is the university available for like normal joes
like me who'd want to do it it's basically like a collection of just resources and articles um so
we have sod university on our consumer side and then we have what we call turf talk on the
professional side um so that's pretty cool and also on the professional side. And then we have what we call turf talk on the professional side.
So that's pretty cool. And then also on the professional side, you know, the big brother,
I guess, of Lawnify, we have a brand called Amp Agronomy that comes in like two and a half gallon jugs that cover like acres of grass that people use in agriculture and, you know, farming and also
in, you know, commercial lawn care. So when it comes to turf grass, we've got a lot of things that we can offer people.
That's crazy, man.
You can get your lawn delivered off of Amazon Prime.
Well, that'll make that $100
that Amazon Prime charges worth it right there.
That alone worth it.
But no, this is great.
You guys have got a way to educate consumers.
When you're building a community in any given field,
having an education sort of base as the thing that makes people you know gives
people some loyalty to stick with you and if you teach them you know if you if
you teach a man to fish he'll buy the fish from you or something I don't know
something like that he'll fish in your stream you can charge him for that there
you go that's one of anything more we need
to know about sod solutions.com i think we covered it man we've got uh we've got a lot going on so
definitely if you've got a lawn you should check us out for sure that's crazy man the uh so be sure
