Starting point is 00:00:56 I'm the president and co-founder. And yeah, it's been a great run. I'm glad to be here at CES. There you go. It's glad to have you. So give us an overview of what LapLock is. Sure. And.com if you have one.
Starting point is 00:01:08 Sure. Yeah, so we've been developing LapLock the last few years. We've invented the world's first retrofitting physical laptop security device built for the work-from-anywhere world. Nice. And so can you give us a demonstration of how it works? Sure. Okay so it's a super simple design all you do is with any laptop or tablet any device you have a one-time permanent mounted mount arm on the bottom of your
Starting point is 00:01:39 device. Okay. That stays there when you're ready to use your lap lock you've got to go to the restroom you've got a meeting in a shared workspace. You're That stays there. When you're ready to use your lap lock, you've got to go to the restroom. Okay. You've got a meeting in a shared workspace. You're at CES. You're at CES. Yeah. Your laptop. You take your device, take your lap lock, you adjust the bottom of the arm to the height of the table.
Starting point is 00:01:58 We fit up to a three-inch table. You then put the lap lock into the arm mount mouse, cinch up to the bottom of the table press down lock button and you're locked on rock solid oh wow super secure easy to use very tough very rugged anti best anti-theft product on the market for laptop security when you're ready to use your lap lock and come come back and you're ready to go and leave your Starbucks or wherever, hit your code.
Starting point is 00:02:30 We have the default at 111. You can set it to any three to five digit code. Pop your lap lock open, open the arm. There you go. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Who are your clients usually? Who usually buys your product? You know, it's really a wide variety.
Starting point is 00:02:47 It can be anyone from college students in a dorm room or a library to lawyers and consultants that have sensitive data. Really, there's 1,600 laptops stolen every day in the U.S. Wow. With cybersecurity compliance and policies being at an ultra high, it's really any user with a laptop that may not work in a secure area. So it's a huge market from lawyers to college students to really anybody. But I imagine maybe business to business or, you know,
Starting point is 00:03:20 Silicon Valley has these big open areas you can work in. Last thing you do is go to the bathroom, come back, and your laptop's gone. Shared workspaces are the new norm. There's no cubes in 9 to 5. It's a totally different world post-COVID. So we cater to that audience. So if you're in a big shared work common space and you want to leave your devices out, not pack everything up, lose their spot. This is a great, convenient solution. We can offer custom branding, Google, Facebook, Ford, Nike, you know, we can custom
Starting point is 00:03:52 brand them, and we're hoping that these will be brought into the security portfolio when companies onboard new employees, you get your little computer bag and laptop, and you get a lap lock with it. There you go. What does it run? This product is $79.95. It's got an adjustable alarm. We've got a smart software password recovery program. We include the bag, and then we've got other accessories like the bag lock feature, which can actually lock your book bag or purse to the table as well.
Starting point is 00:04:23 And then we also offer a bundle with the smartphone sidecar accessory. That's $14.95, so we bundle it as the remote productivity security kit with the phone holder, the lap lock, and the bag lock for $99.95. Wow, they thought of everything. We tried to. There you go. So on the bottom, if people try and take that laptop, they're going to break the case on the bottom if they really try and steal it.
Starting point is 00:04:50 We don't really see the cases being ripped off. First of all, if someone tries to steal it, there's a high-piercing alarm that goes off. Oh, wow. So when someone tries to wiggle it, we turn it off for the show because it's very loud and annoying. So that's a theft of turn itself. So if anybody tries to mess with it, it's going to... Yeah, and this is really a rock-solid piece. I mean, the laptop doesn't come off.
Starting point is 00:05:12 This is made of spring steel. The product is made of aircraft aluminum and steel. Really well-built, rock-solid, and it weighs under a pound. Portable, convenient, easy to use. There you go. Sounds awesome. Give us a.com where people can find you on the interwebs. Yeah, super easy.
