Welcome back. We are going to dive right back into the conversation about East Ohio Regional Hospital, what I've been hearing from sources, what we have been able to dig up ourselves. And between ourselves, Otis, and our sources that have been reaching out to us nonstop since this announcement last Monday, the biggest question is the intentions. What are the intentions of Mr. Ramsey, the two businesses that are involved with the person? of the hospital. That is the main question that people want answers to. And I don't think that's wrong to ask. No. And I think with some of the research that you've done, you know, I have overheard some of your conversations, not in depth, but I've heard a few questions here and there. Again, you've been on this like a rabid doll. And I commend you for that. And I think you're doing our listeners in this valley a huge service. But from what I'm hearing, what I've seen from your notes, what I've seen on my own, I'm not seeing like a major change coming.

To me, there are tons of red flags around this. And I'll let you dive more into that. Well, and that's one thing. I'm glad you just sparked something in my memory. That is another question I was going to have for Mr. Ramsey if he would not have ghosted us on Tuesday for the interview. I was going to ask him if he has any connections, whether directly or in a roundabout way, to Dr. Johnson, his son, or anybody else involved in the former ownership of the hospital. That is another major question that needs to be addressed. Is there any connection to Dr. Johnson?

because that man in his wake has left a lot of destroyed people here in the Ohio Valley, financially and emotionally. So that was another question I was going to address. And while we both were trying to find information on Mr. Ramsey, you know, there are some red flags under his name as well, and I'll let you dive into that. Yes. And again, I'm going to preface with this. I am not the only one that has got this information. My sources has provided me.

I've had four sources provide me with this report, along with myself finding it. And how did I find it once again? Simply Google. That's it. So what I found is called a FINRA report, F-I-N-R-A. Now, you're going to ask yourself, what is that? Well, what that is, it's a financial industry regulatory authority. So it's an organization, which is non-government, that regulates brokerage firms and brokers

who sell here in the United States. It's not for profit. It's a self-regulatory body overseen by the SEC. What their main goal is to protect investors and maintain the integrity of the securities market. It oversees the activity. of all registered broker-dealer firms and brokers. So it's the oversight committee, if you will, for those in the broker world, in the investment world.

As soon as I googled Mr. Ramsey's name, his report came up. Now, I'm going to be up front with you. This is not a report I'm familiar with on how to read. Okay? I reached out to a couple people I know that are in that world, they gave me kind of a brief overview. So it's basically a report card for a broker, for an investor.

The first two things that really caught my attention with Mr. Ramsey, from 2006 to 2022, he was registered as a broker under 12 different firms. To me, that does not really highlight a very good track record. I mean, at the most, I think it was three years looking at the most. at that document that he remained at one location. There are things on there about disputes. There are things on there about license being taken away. So if you want to dig into that report, it is out there for you to look at. I'm not going to go into the weeds with it. I'm going to put that in your hands. Again, it is F-I-N-R-A, and it is a simple.

simple, simple Google search. That's all you have to do. That's it. That's all you have to do. And you can see the track record as an investor or broker that Mr. Ramsey has. That's all you have to do. Well, and one of the other things that one of your other sources was telling you was about the debts of the hospital. And how they need to be taken care of before anything can happen.

Well, one of the first things that we've been told needs to be taken care of is turning on the power, which as of yet has not happened. Think about everything in a hospital facility. If the power's not on, you can't do anything. And that goes down to the basics of keeping medicine cold in the pharmacy. From what I have been told by multiple sources, the state of that hospital when it comes to licensures, when it comes to insurance, when it comes to insurance, when it comes. to the physical building itself, you might as well be starting a hospital from scratch, from scratch.

Things like the license for the elevators, all of those inspections need to be done. The power needs to be turned back on to the entire facility. So folks, this is not, if this opens the 1st of September, I'm buying myself a lottery ticket. Because from everything that I've been told

by many sources, the chances of that, not going to happen. Again, I know I sound like a skeptic, but I'm trying to be realistic, people. Are we seeing an entire smoke and mirror show? Is this a dog, another dog and pony show that has come here to the High Valley?

Now, and I will say, I have listened to the other interviews that Mr. Ramsey has done. Sounds like a nice guy. But one thing that really caught my attention was the fact the words that he used. Is he gaslighting us?

He's throwing around words like oncology in Martin's Ferry. Cardiology in Martin's Ferry. Is he gaslighting us? That's my question, because that's what happens. Big words, fancy words, big dollar numbers thrown around here in the Ohio Valley,

and it builds up our hopes. It builds up our excitement. We're waiting for that thing that really reignites the spark here in the Ohio Valley. And we have seen them come and go through the decades. And we have fallen time and time again for the dog and pony shows, the big words, the excitement, the hope. And we have yet to see it be successful.

So that is my question with this entire thing is, who is Mr. Ramsey, who is River, Rising River capital? and who is 360 Health Care Inc? And is this another dog and pony show? Or are the intentions good? And we are finally going to see success in promises that will be upheld that have been made to us here in the Ohio Valley?

Those are my questions. What a Monday we are having. What a Monday Otis we are having. And I've just scratched the surface. You just scratched the surface. I mean, there is so much more. And, I mean, I'm surprised that, you know, that you've got all this in already. But, you know, I mean, we could keep going.
