The Connect- with Johnny Mitchell - Inmate Reveals How K2 Changed Texas Prisons Forever & The New Drug Economy Inside

Episode Date: July 8, 2026

K2 has changed the entire prison game. In this fifth and final chapter of Tim Greishiemer's series, he breaks down what he saw inside Texas prisons during a new era of synthetic drugs, violence, co...ntraband, and prison politics. He explains how K2 became one of the biggest hustles behind bars, how inmates made money through tattoos and underground businesses, and how the culture inside Texas prisons has changed over the years. But Tim’s story does not end in prison. After years of living inside that world — learning to tattoo, navigating prison politics, surviving the system, and planning to come home still caught up in the streets — he says everything changed the day he walked out. Instead of going back to the same life, he made the decision that he was done. This conversation is an unfiltered look at modern Texas prison life, the rise of K2, the underground prison economy, and one man’s attempt to leave that life behind for good. Topics covered: How K2 took over Texas prisons The new era of synthetic drugs behind bars Prison tattoo hustles and underground money Contraband, extortion, and corrupt movement Texas prison politics and violence How prison culture has changed Tim’s redemption arc after getting out Why he decided he was never going back This is a raw prison story about chaos, consequences, survival, and redemption. Starting point is 00:00:00 Say you got a visit. You'll have your girl going to the bathroom, pull the balloons out, drop them in the toilet, and flush them. Anybody who was trying to get something flushed and get it brought back in, they had to go through my home boys. The law didn't shake him down. They made sure he got back to the pod with the fucking dope.
Starting point is 00:00:17 He's got the laws on payroll because they know what he's doing. The laundry man and the K-2 man is probably the best hustle down there. This is the final episode of a five-part series we filmed with Tim Greishheimer. From blood gangbanger to meth kingpin to devout Muslim, Tim has spent his life trying to figure it out. In this episode, he talks about his final prison bit, exposing the new age of prison drug smuggling, the corruption of the guards, and how he managed to put the life of crime behind him. It's been an absolute pleasure hearing this man's story. Remember, you can get the fully uncensored and ad-free interviews over at patreon.com slash the Connect show.
Starting point is 00:00:57 Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for the grand finale. It's Timmy Greshheimer, right here on The Connect with Johnny Mitchell. So you're 44 now. 43. 43 now. Yeah. You'd be off paper when you're 44. So, and you went into prison when you were 17.
Starting point is 00:01:18 Yeah. So you've been, and the whole time you were selling drugs, you were on parole. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So you haven't really been free for almost 30 years. Yeah. Fuck yeah goddamn You went back in
Starting point is 00:01:33 2014 You never caught a drug case But you went back in 2014 What was What was the major thing That struck you as different Than your first time You went down in 2000
Starting point is 00:01:45 What had changed about the Texas Prison System The inmates Like the respect level And shit like that The way the inmates Carried themselves Just the whole respect level
Starting point is 00:01:58 the cleanliness of the prison on the inmates part as well because like the first time I went to prison like you couldn't be dirty you couldn't throw trash on the floor you had to pick up after yourself if you made a spread clean up after yourself it was extremely clean the kitchen was clean like it was respectful
Starting point is 00:02:22 stuff like that like now there's like not a lot of respect down there the inmates are fucking lazy, they're dirty. It's just it's more wild. More wild, I should say. The respect factor is not there anymore.
Starting point is 00:02:39 That's like the first thing I realize. Do you think there's more addicts? More people are addicted? Yeah, yeah, because everybody down there is on that K2 shit and they want the K2 that's going to put somebody in the hospital. Like they find out that, oh man, they got that gas over there, homeboy locked up.
Starting point is 00:02:57 They want to get on that shit. And it's weird. I don't get it. I don't get it at all. But yeah, definitely for sure more addicts are down there. Is there money in K2 if you can get it in? Hell yeah. The fucking K2 man makes more money than the tattoo man. And then what's different down there now? So when I was in prison the first time, like if you washed somebody's clothes, like not if you worked in the laundry and you could get somebody's clothes and take them in and they could stay in fresh whites. There was guys that got bags. They had bags from the laundry and they could take clothes in and wash them in the washer personally and fucking press them. And you'd be wearing, like they call it tight whites all the time.
Starting point is 00:03:39 That was different. But somebody who washed people's clothes was usually somebody who was riding who was paying protection. But now that's a hustle down there now. Like that's a job. Like the laundry man, be washing clothes. The laundry man and the K2 man is probably the best hustle down there. Why is the laundry man such a good hustle? Man, it's mainly them Pice and Mexicans that be doing that shit,
Starting point is 00:04:05 but because so many people wash their own shit, like if they hand out brand new sheets, motherfuckers will keep those brand new sheets, or they'll buy them if the laundry person has them, so they hand-wash their own sheets. So if they're busy, they work a lot or this and that, somebody will wash them for them. They get new clothes, they'll have that dude wash them for them,
Starting point is 00:04:26 wash them and press them, they'll press them, they'll get starch. out of the kitchen and fucking put it in a bowl and liquid it and starch their clothes and put them on a clothes line and put fans on them and fucking fan them up. And then when their clothes start to fall apart, they'll have a makeshift needle or they might get a real sewing needle from the laundry and they'll sew them up. They sew up shoes. Then Pisces are invented, bro. They're fucking crazy. Them motherfuckers are stupid, fucking inventive, bro. Like, they'll fucking shave the metal off the bunks and then the bunk will come like this and then the lip will go down and then they'll shave
Starting point is 00:05:02 like a little piece off each lip and then like you can buy ID badges off commissary and they have like a like a cheap metal clip that clips on here so they'll get wire like a positive and negative and they'll hook it up there and they'll run it either into the plug or they'll run it to the back of the radio usually they run into the back of the radio where the coax cable is and they'll fucking be making fajitas and shit off that motherfucker fucking bed and the laws come in there and smell it. And remember how I told you they had that food bank at Torres unit? The kitchen commissary clerk, him and the kitchen captain were super cool, so she would let him
Starting point is 00:05:38 get some shit before she stole it all. And they did give us some of it, like the cheesecake and stuff like that. But he would come back with fucking free world, fucking fajita meat, fucking free world, like the Mexican cheese and shit like that. And then he'd bring a bunch of tortillas. in and he'd get the butter and fucking bro he'd be whipping up fucking fajitas tacos that bitch would be smelling like a tachorea i ain't fucking lying and then he would feed they would feed the cops too so the pice of mexicans they they wash the clothes they fix the shoes they build the radios speakers
Starting point is 00:06:12 they build the tattoo guns they they yeah them and the k2 guy make them they made more money than me i had like five lockers and the motherfuckers have more money than me so it's kind of like in the free world Yeah, yeah. Mexicans run, run it. The Pisces, yeah, they fucking, they don't fuck around. So you got back and you're short timing. Did you have a hustle in there? Like you were doing dirt.
Starting point is 00:06:38 You were selling cigarettes and... Not the second time I didn't fuck with... Cigarettes didn't even sell in there, dog. Like, ain't nobody smoking cigarettes in prison anymore. Not that I saw. Like, my homeboy had got a free world pack of Newport. And nobody was even trying to... buy them. That's how I, I used to always be an off and on again smoker my whole life,
Starting point is 00:06:59 and he had got those ports in, and I used to smoke menthols. He's like, bro, you want to come smoke a square with me? And I was like, yeah. And we went and hit that square. And man, the room started spinning, and I was in my bunk, and my fucking stomach was knotted up. And I was like, never again. But no, so like my first hustle, I mean, everything I did obviously was illegal at jail, but I didn't sell like drugs or cigarettes or K2. I never, I didn't any of that shit because I just wanted to come home. Like I knew some of the artists in there and got cool with some of the artists in there. And I asked them, would they teach me how to draw?
Starting point is 00:07:33 So they started teaching me how to draw, and I kept learning how to draw and how to draw. And there was two dudes in there who used to tattoo on the streets that had caught free world charges. One of them owned a shop. And he was like tatting on strippers and doughboys. And he was like living the street life, but doing legal shit. And he had a fluke-ass case how he had got caught up. So I'm like, man, if I want to stop hustling, even though in my mind I was coming home to hustle. Like I was like, I'm at least going to come home and hustle for like a year and fucking run it up real quick and then I'll go legit.
Starting point is 00:08:05 That was really my plan the whole fucking time. And that changed the day I walked out of prison. Like as soon as I walked out of prison, I was like, I'm not going back. I'm done. But my whole time, even in my parole program, I still like was going to come home and sell drugs. You know what I'm saying? So that was my whole plan. But I was like, I'm going to tattoo.
Starting point is 00:08:28 I'm going to go to the strip club. This is the plan I had in my head. So I started learning how to draw. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. And then I got my first tattoo machine and I had like an off-brand motherfucker that nobody really fucked with. But he let me tat him up.
Starting point is 00:08:45 And I just started fucking tatting him up and taking care of him. I paid him to let me tattoo him. How do you get a tattoo rig in prison? They get them from like the relays That'll be like in like the lights and the wall There's like a thing in there called a relay And uh they get it
Starting point is 00:09:03 And um I never learned how to build one I always paid somebody to build one for me But like some of them like they're they got like the The copper wires that spin around the red wires or whatever And I know like when they build one from scratch I think they do like a hundred wraps one way And then 120 the other way
Starting point is 00:09:23 and then after that you just fucking, you like, they'll get like a, like we would always get a piece of the cans out of the kitchen, the metal can, and we'd get the top of the can that they, the can good, and we have it cut down to a piece like that, and we'd have it sticking off there, and then you, like, blow the ink out of the fucking pin tube, and you get like a wire brush needle from the fucking maintenance shop.
Starting point is 00:09:52 They call them Vs. Like they have these like wire brushes and they'll get the brand new one and pull them out. And then we'll make the sand the tip down with real fine sandpaper to make the needle. And then you just get like a pin and cut it in half. Use like a fucking, you got you got a paper clip. We solder the paper clip onto that metal piece from the can so it sticks off. And then you put a little hole through the ink cap and then it sticks on there. And then we'll take like a piece of an eraser and put that on there.
Starting point is 00:10:20 and then once you run the wire, like you run it into the wall or on the radio or whatever, but on the transfer units, they don't have radios unless they've changed that. So we had run it into the wall, or we had run it into the exit sign, and that motherfucker like that,
Starting point is 00:10:35 and fucking it looks like a coil machine. Or the ones that I used to like using because it was really easy to get rid of it if you had to get rid of it, was like if you knew somebody who worked in the schoolhouse, the electric pencil sharpeners, you can get, they call it a spinner, a spinner motor out of there,
Starting point is 00:10:56 get that, and then I would get a dude to build me like a wrist thing. So the spinner would be in here, and then I'd have the wires ran from there to the gun, the machine. No, so I got the spinner on the actual machine, the tattoo machine, and running the wires to the D batteries, like the square D-volt batteries
Starting point is 00:11:15 with the two different weird ends. so I'd have that under here and it's so light and fucking tattoo so if somebody's like man the laws are coming I just unhook it and go like that and drop it in my shorts and just fucking walk off but I always tattooed when it was good so I didn't have to do that but it was mobile
Starting point is 00:11:31 so I could just go wherever I wanted to I didn't have to do all this crazy hookup shit so the spinner tattoo machines were the best to me and how powerful are they compared to like an actual tattoo gun Like, can they give a full, a full-on tattoo or do they look kind of janky? No, I'm fucking sleeved out. And that's all from the joint?
Starting point is 00:11:54 Everything's from the joint. All my shit's from prison. Wow. Everything's all, this is all from prison. Everything is from prison. All of this. It's all from the joint. Single needle.
Starting point is 00:12:05 Every single bit of it. Wow. I ain't got, I mean, I ain't saying my tattoos are fire, but motherfucker, my shit look good for some fucking, some penitentiary shit. Shit, I got this motherfucker capped off on my 19th birthday. Wow. On medium custody, I fell out of place in a white dude's cell. They called him Snowman.
Starting point is 00:12:25 And he came down into my cell in my homeboy spice. We fucking smoked a joint and fucking smoked a square. And fucking he filled all this in. And then we did this bottom half all on my 19th birthday. And fucking, yeah, so shit, I don't got no janky prison tattoos. My shit looks straight. So how much did you? you, how much were you able to charge for tattoos? And what were some of the, what were some of the
Starting point is 00:12:52 biggest jobs you did? All, all I did was sleeve work in prison, sleeves and chest, like, you couldn't just come and get a single tattoo for me. You had to spend $50 or better. And I, I didn't tattoo for commissary. I tattooed for free world money. So you had to wire the money to my mom. So I was make, I wasn't wanting commissary. Of course, I, I had commissary. Like, I mean, I made money, but I was worried about building an account to come home to. So everything had to be sent to my mom's house, I mean, to my, you know, to my mom's account or whatever. So you had to spend 50 or better. I charged 50 a sleeve.
Starting point is 00:13:30 So if you pay me 50 bucks, I sleeved you out. If somehow you got moved and we couldn't, you know, get anything else, then I'd have my mom wire the rest to your family that, you know, you lost. but you had to pay me first because my word is good, and I'm going to make sure you get your money back. So you got to pay me first before we do anything. And then depending on the situation, like if I tattooed if it wasn't good and I went in your house, like say I didn't have like a spinner,
Starting point is 00:14:01 I didn't have the spinner, I had a relay. And I came because the relays hit the hardest, like the ones that had like the, they had like a black box on it, a cover. And then they called, they called them copper tops. But then they had the ones with the blue, the blue box. Those hit harder than the black ones. They called them blue demons.
Starting point is 00:14:21 So, but they were loud. I'm talking about them. E. Like, that bitch was fucking loud. But if I fell in your cell, I would straight up tell you, if the cops come, the case is yours. I'm leaving everything here. I'm walking out because it's a major case. Is giving a tattoo a major case?
Starting point is 00:14:41 Yeah, yeah. It's a major case. Like, will they refer it to the DA? No, no, no. Like, it's like a, so you have like minor cases and major cases. So like a major case is that you'll get like a loss of, like say you're a, you know how I told you like a S1, S2? I don't even think they make S one. They give people S ones anymore, but a S2 is a trustee.
Starting point is 00:15:00 Then you got S3, S4, line one. That's all minimum custody. Then you got like line two, line three, I think line four. That's all medium close custody. So if you catch a major case, you can be an S&M. S3, they can drop you to an S4 or a line one, take 60 days good time, put you 30-30 commissary restriction, record restriction, you know, sale restriction if they want to do that. So they just strip you of shit if you do that.
Starting point is 00:15:30 And a major case, if you get a major case with what's called major punishment as an automatic year set off. So if you're about to see parole that year, you can cancel Christmas because you ain't seeing parole that year. Did you ever get popped? No, because I always tattooed when it was good. I usually always had the green light to tattoo. Sometimes I didn't, but I had lookouts on my team.
Starting point is 00:15:52 So if we tattooed when it wasn't good, like, sometimes you just, like, they rotate the good laws out. So, like, say for like a week, this card's going to be on your building, and they're not a good card, but this dude's already sent me his money. I'm not trying to make him wait. So I'd pay a guy to look out for me. So say we might be tattooing over here in this cell. When the cops come in, if the motherfucker's like, you know, people, they would always be like, hot water, hot water. I don't know why they say it stupid ass shit.
Starting point is 00:16:22 But if you notice, a lot of state criminals are not that smart. So say you're tattooing over here, they'd be like, hot water. And the guards, they're not, they might be stupid, but they're not that stupid. So they look at your eyes. They follow your eyes next to you know, they're going straight to that cell or that area. So I'd pay a lookout, and I'd be like, hey, fool. Hey, don't yell no fucking hot water. just be like, look out, bring me, Tim, give me, shoot me some coffee.
Starting point is 00:16:48 Look that way, motherfucker. Don't look where I'm at. Look the whole other way because they're going to follow you and they're going to go that way. So I never got caught. I mean, I got close to getting caught, but I mean, I was always pretty, you know, slick with how I did my shit. And you said the guards, by the time you went back in it in 2014, the quality of guard in the Texas correctional system had really fallen off. Yeah, I mean, the boat, the majority of them are fucking Nigeria.
Starting point is 00:17:14 It's a gang of Nigerian guards. And some of them are cool, most of them are not. They're fucking robots on the real. Like, they don't have, like, a gray area. So they just, like, and they don't really have any social skills. So it's like, they're just, like, robots. Like, they just, it's weird. It's just, like, they, how they act.
Starting point is 00:17:35 And they don't have any social skills. They stink. The majority of them don't wear the odor and shit like that. I ain't trying to be an asshole. I'm just keeping it real. but uh and they're fucking rude as fuck like some of them are cool but the majority of them are are rude and is that because they can't find it's obviously because they can't find americans to they can't find again americans americans aren't wanting to do the job you know so they lowered
Starting point is 00:18:03 the standards when i before i left the first time like the male guards just have to be like six foot or six one two 30 and they got to pass a fitness test and shit like that they don't do that they hire old people i remember before i left the last time this lady was doing mail call right because they'll come and sit down at the table and they'll do mail call the dude's last name was washington and she couldn't even say it so everybody's fucking with they're like they're like what's the name of the first president ever in our country and then she didn't know the guys like george washington and she goes oh yeah yeah yeah the guy that's on the one dollar bill yeah he's like so what's that say and she she didn't even know how to fucking read
Starting point is 00:18:43 Like how to fuck you or a prison guard? You don't even know how to fucking read. And these Nigerians, they're the same way. They're, they're, they're, some of them are smart. You know what I'm saying? Like some of them are, but some of them are just like plumb fucking dumb. And they're just there for bodies to like babysit inmates. That's really what it is.
Starting point is 00:19:05 I guess that could be good for inmates that want to hustle and get over on shit. Yeah, but it's not good because, but I mean, like, They're lazy. Like, they never pop the doors. Like, they never give you any leeway to fucking do anything. Like, they'll come, like, I told you. They'll come do an in-and-out. They'll do an end.
Starting point is 00:19:25 And then, like, say you're on the third section. They come and do in all the way around. And then they're supposed to go back to one section and then do an out. So it gives you enough time to get a shot of coffee or whatever you're trying to do. They never fucking come back. So now you're stuck. And then there's, like, no movement. like they'll control the movement because they're so lazy.
Starting point is 00:19:46 So like say you got to lay in and you're trying to get out or they're supposed to let you out to go to work and you can't get out. So they basically, they fuck it up to where you're like trying to hustle, but you can't, you're trying to move this money. They won't let the SSI get over here to do his fucking job. Like they'll just be sitting in the picket and you'll be like, hey man, let me in the pod. And they'll just be fucking looking at you.
Starting point is 00:20:06 They won't even hit the button. Like they literally like they fucked the shit up. Like they cause more. chaos than harm, whereas an American law, they're probably just lazy and just like, yeah, whatever, do what you got to do, I don't give a fuck. Like, I'm not getting paid that much to fucking, you know. And yeah, that's really what it is. They cause more problems than they, you know, are good.
Starting point is 00:20:30 I should say that about them. And at this point, you're transitioning. You go in, you're still a five-nine bounty hunter blood, but you're, you transition to becoming a wood. Yeah, yeah, I became a Muslim, and then I became a wood later on, yeah. Yeah, it's a fascinating kind of trajectory. But what were, did you still have homies from back in the day? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, because like there's people who never leave or there's people that have came back and stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:21:07 So, like, that was why, like, my time, because, like, Torres, like, it's different than Polonski. like it's a lot of fighting over there. Like you got like, so you got like two sides of the unit. You, and instead of like A side and B side, it's called, you know, like, a J. You got like J1, J2, J3, J4, and then J5. So like J1 and J2 is like medium cussy. And then J2 is like all the confirmed gang members that are just trapped in the pod all day long.
Starting point is 00:21:37 And all they can do is go to school, like how G-Pod was on 7-Builden. I told you about. But like on J3, just like on J1, like say you're white and you come in and then they'll let you put your stuff up and then they're going to come up to yourself and they're going to be like, hey, fool, you will, you a wood, or they'll be like, are you a homeboy? That's how they talk now. Like, that's how the blast talk. What's up, home boy?
Starting point is 00:22:00 What's up, home boy? So the wood pile is now kind of like a version of the Tongo blast, I would say, like with the lingo and how they do the heart checks and shit. So they'll come up and up and be like, you a home boy. And he'll be like, nah, they might ask you, are you a wood? Either way. And then if you're like, nah, bro, I'm solo. Then they're going to be like, bro, you got to get up out of here.
Starting point is 00:22:19 They won't let you live over there because the thing is, is that they're not going to let a weak, white person stay there. So if you start getting hogged, you're making all them look bad and they're going to have to set it off behind you. And like I had told you before, like Torres is like 90 plus percent, probably 90 percent. It might be like 85 percent Mexican. But it feels like 90. and the white dudes that are there, a lot of them are not stiff.
Starting point is 00:22:48 And it's not because, you know, they're hos, but a lot of white dudes aren't brought up like that. They're not brought up fighting all the time and shit like that. You got the country boys. But then, like I also told you before, whites are hard on whites. They ain't like other system where whites come in and they're like, hey, bro, and give you some commissary
Starting point is 00:23:11 and hey, this is the rules, and they got your back. The whites are immediately like your fucking enemy. So it's like, that's why I had became a race realist because I know like race matters. Like, you know, like even me growing up with a lot of blacks and you know, I had white friends and Mexican friends, but predominantly black. When I went to jail, like even though there weren't whites around me
Starting point is 00:23:33 when I went to that first tank, I know if there were whites, I know my inner mind would have been like, go hang out. with who look like you. That's just natural law. You can't dispute that, right? Even though I relate to these people, the natural order of things is different.
Starting point is 00:23:52 So, like, when you come to prison and then nobody's trying to be your homie, only a small, a minute group of people are built to fucking go against everybody, even your own, looking at you like you're a fucking piece of meat. And that's why a lot of white boys get handled in Texas prisons because whites don't accept them
Starting point is 00:24:13 because they only want the toughest of the toughest and that's one of the reasons why they don't have a lot of numbers but also at the same time to add to that Texas prisons is fucked up because and even the white units even the white administration that run these units will do this if there's like five or six stiff woods on a pod the laws will break that shit up because they already know once and I'm not saying that because I became
Starting point is 00:24:40 of wood and I'm like trying to blow whites up or nothing like that. I'm speaking that because any real motherfucker that's been in prison in Texas and there's been a couple of black dudes I've seen on podcasts that have said this, you get five to eight white boys on a pod, there's going to be a problem. A, they're going to start bringing dope in because they usually control the dope trade anywhere they go because most of them are on the maintenance crew, and they will make things happen for dope to come in. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:25:06 Like cheap example, like say you got a visitation, right? So the majority of people on the maintenance crew are white and a couple of essays. There's usually never a black on there, maybe one black, but it's usually white boys. So like when you, like say you flush contraband down the toilet, they have, there's gears or something, there's grinders under the system in the pipes. The white boys and the maintenance are so fucking dope. They figure out how to shut the grinders off, but they, they go to different buildings.
Starting point is 00:25:42 I really don't know how it works, but I just know it's like that. It's not like a main one. They go to different, I think they are at different buildings or something. They'll get the grinder shut off. So say, you've got to visit. You'll have your girl going to the bathroom,
Starting point is 00:25:55 pull the balloons out, drop them in the toilet, and flush them. They'll make it through the grinder. Then they'll have the dude at the bar screen. There's this thing called the bar screen where all the fucking, like, the shit water goes through. But there's like a big ass, like, hole in it. And there's a cage.
Starting point is 00:26:10 down in there. So all the trash and everything, the person from the bar screen will pull up that cage and get all the trash out of the cage so it doesn't like clog up the pipes or go like, I guess out into like the public area so that it cleans the water. You know what I'm saying? Like it makes sure that there's no like chip bags or whatever. But the contraband that comes through there, that motherfucker can get it, clean it off, keester it and fucking bring it back into the fucking pot. And it's all white boys who set that shit up. And anybody who says, says anything different, it's fucking lying. And this is from somebody who wasn't a wood, they're fucking lying. So like Jay, like Jay, too, if you're not a wood, you can't live there.
Starting point is 00:26:50 They're going to make sure, like, my homeboy chief I talked about, they're going to, you're going to leave. You're going to get up off that fucking pot. And the same thing is for Mexicans, too. If you're a solo Mexican, they're going to Tongo Blas going to run that solo heart check on you. And they're going to fucking beat your fucking ass. And if you, even if you fade it, they're just going to keep coming. So you might as well just get down or or fucking get the fuck off the fucking, the pod. So, yeah, Torres unit was, it was the politics over there were definitely a lot different.
Starting point is 00:27:19 Every bench was spoken for. Every shower was spoken for, and they fucking enforced that shit to a T. And there was fighting over there like 24-7, bro. Torres thumps all day long. All fucking day long thumps. That's all they do over there. Like, and that ain't no fucking lie.
Starting point is 00:27:38 Yeah, you were saying the, the way that they flush the dope bags down the toilet, the visiting bathrooms. They, weren't they extorting a chomo? They had the chomo digging through the shit water? Yeah, yeah, my boy, man.
Starting point is 00:27:53 He was a cool dude. You know what I'm saying? He had a fucked up case. So I was waiting to come home and so he was working the bar screen and the law that worked out there on his shift was cool with my homies.
Starting point is 00:28:09 So they were... The woods. Yeah, the woods. Yeah, my homeboy. So they were having... Anybody that wanted... Anybody who was trying to get something flushed and get it brought back in,
Starting point is 00:28:21 they had to go through my homeboys to get the shit brought back in. So unless they were trying to smuggle something from visitation on their own, or they had a law bringing it in, if otherwise it had to get flushed and go to the bar screen because my homeboys were the ones
Starting point is 00:28:35 getting the grinders turned off and the laws were letting them do this. They were the ones getting the grinders turned off so it could make it through and get to the bar screen and then the homeboy had to bring it in. So this fool had a fucked up case. And when he got to the building, like I spoke on the last podcast, there was a bunch of racial tension going on at that time between us and the Mexicans over a K2 debt. When he got to the pod, because there was only a couple of homies on the pod, they were still supposed to run his paperwork. But he was like, no, I'm not a homeboy or whatever. and they, because of the racial tension,
Starting point is 00:29:12 I guess they were just more so focused on that that they didn't run his paperwork. And he was only on the building like one or two days on J3. I think he was on J3. So he comes out to R-Pod. And then my homeboy a little bit shoots word of the building, like, hey, what's up? Is this fool good?
Starting point is 00:29:28 And they lie and say, yeah, but he wasn't good. So he lives on the pod for a minute, bro. But he, like, used to wear these, like, I'm not lying to you. Like, if you pull up a fucking mug shot at Jeffrey Dahmer, those 70s, big bifocals. I used to joke with him about the shit, because the dude looked like a fucking Greek god, bro.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Like he wore clothes that were too big for him. And he was always like real slouchy. And he poor posture and he read all the time. Then he'd go to work and then he had come back and he didn't really talk a lot. But he exercised. And when he popped top, this motherfucker, it was like he was Clark Kent, bro,
Starting point is 00:30:05 going from a fucking three-piece suit to fucking buffed back. well, this cracker was ripped dog, and I used to fuck with him. I'm like, damn, I was I had your body fool. But my homeboy always felt there was something weird about them. So, like, they took the jackshots out the penitentiary, but you can still order, like, they took the nudes out,
Starting point is 00:30:25 but you can, they call them jackshots. You could still order, like, pictures from a company, and it's porn stars and models and G-strings and shit like that. And there's this one, I guess she's a porn star. I think her name is like Tia, Topanga or some shit. but every time she like they make the car she's like in pig tails she's got braces and there'll be like little teddy bears on the bed so like makes her look like like a little 15 year old girl she's super skinny with no titties so every time we've seen dudes with jackshots or no matter what color
Starting point is 00:30:56 they were we would always think that fool's either got a sex case no matter what color they were or they just got a weird fetish well that dude Blake he kept fucking like collecting shots at this girl. And my homeboy little bit was always going to his house, getting magazines from them or books, and your TDC number is either A on the magazine in the subscription or in the book, they do like a TDC stamp and your numbers on it. So usually when people get books away or magazines away, they'll cut their shit off there so anybody could have it. So my homeboy is getting books and shit from them, but because he went and he was like, I've got a jackshot you got. He saw, all those Tia jack shots.
Starting point is 00:31:41 So he goes down and jumps on the phone and he has his old lady look up his case and he sees that he's in there for like some type of child porn shit. But he digs even further. He took, I think, like a day or two to do this because he didn't even tell nobody he was doing it. So there's, you can pull up people's court records.
Starting point is 00:32:00 I don't know if it's like a FISA thing or you have to pay or something, but you can find out people's information. But the thing about Texas prisons is if you got like a sex case on a child, like if you have kids under 18, they can't visit you. But when I was getting visits, he's in there with his wife and kids.
Starting point is 00:32:18 So when a little bit brings you, he's like he's a fucking chomo and he wants to smash him. I'm waiting on a parole answer. We just spent $8,000 on a parole lawyer. Like, that ain't happening, dog. Like, we ain't smashing them. There's something funny about this case because my mom was back from Poland.
Starting point is 00:32:36 and she was overseas with my stepdad, but she had came back from a couple weeks, so they granted her special visits. Because one thing about Texas Penitentiary, a lot of those people that are high-ranked, they're veterans. So they respect that military shit. So when my mom called and was like, hey, I'm coming back, I only got this amount of time.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Because I didn't have her on my visitation list because she wasn't in the country. And she wasn't even in the state either anyway, so I wasn't getting no visits down there. So they allowed her to come and see me without that whole process. So when I was in visit, he was in there with his wife and kids. And I got up and I walked over to the table. And, you know, the guards, they fuck with me.
Starting point is 00:33:18 So they didn't say nothing, which they should have. And I squatted down and I asked his wife, I'm like, what the fuck is he in here for? And she gave me some bullshit story or whatever. And I'm like, all right, and I walked off. But it's like, I knew it was bullshit. But there had to be some kind of truth to it because they're letting his kids come in there. And that was what was stumping me. But at the same time, I'm waiting to see parole.
Starting point is 00:33:42 I'm like, bro, I'm not. Look, I'm a wood and everything, but I'm politicking different, dog. Like, beating his fool's ass ain't doing nothing for nobody. Like, we got to, the homies had a lot going on. They were making, they were making money. They were controlling everything, basically, that was coming in. Like, we had it good. Besides the little beef with the Mexicans, we had it good.
Starting point is 00:34:03 Like, homies were having money. Everything was, like, kind of going our way type shit. So beating him up was just going to cause fucking problems. I come back from visitation, and I tell the homies, what's up? And they're like, man, we want to go ahead and we smash him and get smash him. And I'm like, dog, just leave them alone. We're out here on the dorms, bro. Like, just, we're not on the building.
Starting point is 00:34:25 Leave it alone. Like, they politic harder on the building. The dorms is Cadillac. They called it the White House. So I'm like, just leave the motherfucker alone. So behind my back, they fucking go and tell this fool, hey, bro, you're going to start bringing these drops in. And if you don't bring these drops in,
Starting point is 00:34:43 that we're going to beat the fuck out of you. And if you try to catch out, we're going to get, they scare the fucking shit out of them. You can't walk nowhere in Texas. We'll get you. So they got this motherfucker bringing drops in for free. I don't even know this is going on for a while behind my back. So they got him a job at the screen.
Starting point is 00:35:03 To make him start bringing drops in. That catches all the debris. And the dope. With the shit water that's coming down. And he would have to go fish out the drug bags. Yeah. And then shove him up his own ass. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:16 And bring him back. And I don't even know. I don't know this is going on the whole time. They're keeping it from me. And do the woods have the guards in pocket? Yeah. Yeah. They got them in pocket to fucking let all this happen.
Starting point is 00:35:31 And they're like, hey, we're going to send this. guy down here, I mean, because that takes power to be able to tell the guards, hey, we want this guy working this job. They had them on the job, what shift they wanted them on, working with the law that they wanted them working with. The law didn't shake him down. Nothing. The law escorted his ass all the way back to the fucking pod, to the front door of the pod. Because you can be walking down the slab. You could have just left the job and got shook down. You could have left, like, when you leave the trades, they shake everybody down. You can walk, there could be a law sending down there, watch you get shooking down, and you walk, and just because they want to be
Starting point is 00:36:07 a hoe, or maybe they feel like that law didn't do a good enough job, they're going to be like, hey, look out, Mitchell, come here, get out of them. So you can get hit at any time. You're never safe, but if that law is escorting him straight to the door, and then a law says, hey, let me shake him, come here, come here, Mitchell, get out of me, he going to be like, nah, I just shook him down, get you, you fuck out of here, fool. Like, you ain't shaking him down. That shit ain't even happening. So they made sure he got back to the pod with the fucking dope And that was their way of extorting him Was making him bring all that shit back
Starting point is 00:36:38 That shitty ass shit And fucking him not getting the lick out of it And bringing it back And then how I even found out they were doing it Because I was, you know, speaking at the time They jacked these cripples For their shit And my home
Starting point is 00:36:58 my homeboy, who was a Muslim from Somalia, he was in on it because he's a big hustler. So when they go confront Blake, he tells them immediately, I didn't do this, they did this, because he was supposed to bring the drop back and give it to them, and then they're supposed to be breaking off my homeboys
Starting point is 00:37:19 a percentage for allowing, for shutting the grinders off, and him bring the mule bringing it back, so they got to break off a percentage. I don't even know none of them. This shit's even going on. I mean, I know that they got things going on, but I didn't know this. Well, instead of them fools getting their pack, they made Blake tell them that the pack got
Starting point is 00:37:39 damaged and fucked up and he couldn't bring it back when the whole time they got the drop. And then they turn around and they start fucking sending shit here and there. And motherfuckers is like, this is our shit. What was it? It was K-2. How do you K-2? what is K2 stuffed in a balloon? Is that like K2 sprayed on pieces of magazine?
Starting point is 00:38:04 No, it looks like fucking potpourri. Right. Like that's what it looks like is fucking potpoury. Wow. And people roll it up and see it. Yeah, and they roll it up and smoke it. So there must be a ton of money involved if they're able to pay off a guard like that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:20 And pay off probably a few more people. Because it was like, I think the little bag you can get from the smoke shop or the corner store, wherever they were getting it at, I think the bag, dude, somebody I knew that was selling it, he was a black dude. I'm actually going to send you his shit. He fucking, him and a Mexican partner of mine, they just got caught up in a kidnapping case in the tone. So they're locked back up in the county. So the black dude, he was a big time hustler. He was stupid, fucking cool, though. I asked him, I was like, bro, how much money are you making off that shit. I think he said like a bag was
Starting point is 00:38:57 15 or 30 bucks and he was making 1,500 off each bag. Wow. How many bags fit in a balloon? Well, shit. I mean, there ain't that K2 shit. I mean, I don't know how much comes in that bag, but it depends on how big the balloon is.
Starting point is 00:39:15 Honestly, it depends on how big the balloon is, you know? How big the chick stuffs it up in there and then flushes. I mean, it can't be like super crazy I mean, obviously you can push it down or something and it's going to go down that toilet. Yeah, because that's like heroin money.
Starting point is 00:39:33 Dude, they're making crazy money off that fucking tune. And like I told you, they want the shit that's the strongest. So that dude right there, because me and him used to chop it up all the time, because he was on the trash crew. So he goes around everywhere on the unit and picks up trash. So he's getting commissary in the trash, putting it at the bottom of the trash, putting trash. He's trafficking, he's moving the whole time.
Starting point is 00:40:00 But he's got the laws on payroll because they know what he's doing. They know he's making moves. And so he would get some type of seasoning, because he told me this, he would get some type of seasoning out of the chow hall that looked like the tune, and he would mix it in with it if it was too strong. Because he didn't like people were like to fucking season up on his shit. You know what I'm saying? but he would make it just strong enough to where some people would spaz out on that tune.
Starting point is 00:40:30 So they had a full route. They have a full-ass drug route through this septic system. Yeah. That the white boys are charging a fee for and then bringing in their own shit. Still robbing people. And this guy, this guy Blake with bad paperwork, he must have been kind of a bitch because, you know, what are they going to do, stab you on a dorm? Everybody's going home.
Starting point is 00:40:57 Like, even a guy like me, I wouldn't have taken that seriously. I would have been like, no. Like, you could just jump me and run me off. That's, that's, dude, I think he got scared because he was just worried about being shipped off. I guess they could have shipped him off to a different prison. They were going to shit. Yeah, they would have shipped him off. And then they could have touched him with a knife or something over there.
Starting point is 00:41:17 They could have done something to it. If, if he would have left there, he would have had to go somewhere else. And he's going to have to start all over again. he brings in some shit. I don't know how often he was doing it because I didn't find out. But how I found out even the whole operation was my Muslim homeboy came up to me.
Starting point is 00:41:34 He was like, hey, bro, come out at me. And what's funny, so we're in the dorm, so it's the cubicle. So my homies that are doing it, they're all in the cubicle together making a spread. So they don't already talk to my homeboy that's the Muslim and the Crip dude.
Starting point is 00:41:51 So when I walk by him, I see how they're looking at me. they got this guilty look on their face. So we walk down and we go and sit in his cubicle. I'm like, what's up, Doc? And he's all like, he's like, say, bro. He's like, what's up with your home boys? And I was like, what the fuck you're talking about?
Starting point is 00:42:05 He's like, you don't know what's going on? And I'm like, no, and he's like smiling. And he's all like, bro, for real. I'm like, no, what's up? So he's the one that even tells me the whole fucking play. I'm like, what the fuck? And then I turn around and look because Blake stays like on this side right over here. And he's sitting in his cell with,
Starting point is 00:42:23 these book-ass eyes and these big-ass glasses because these crypt fools done told this motherfucker you're going to fucking pay us. We don't care what them white boys got you got going on and we're going to fucking smash the fuck out of you. And fucking, now he's got my homeboys telling him that they're about to fuck him up because he told them the fucking whole fucking play.
Starting point is 00:42:44 So he's just sitting there looking straight like he's like zoned out on some fucking drugs. And I'm like, what the fuck? So he tells me everything. So I'm like, bro, let me go holler out. them. So I get up and I turn around and look, and they're down this way, and I just see them looking at me. And it's like dim in the dorm. So like how these lights on, they got like a night light they sell on commissary. They got the night light on. I just see my three homeboys
Starting point is 00:43:06 looking at me. I come walking down there and I'm like, man, I walk in and I just squat down on floor. I'm like, what the fuck is going on, fool? And I'm like, what? And I'm like, bro, don't what? Like, what is up, dog? Like, y'all fucking, what is up with this shit with Blake? Now these cripples, like they were talking about they want their fucking money. Man, fuck them motherfucking Toad motherfuckers. We took their shit.
Starting point is 00:43:29 Da-da-da. I was like, I'm waiting on parole, homie. This ain't how. This shit's going dead. Man, that's on Blake. Fuck him.
Starting point is 00:43:37 They can answer to him. Da-da-da-da-da. And so then I was like, that ain't happening. Like, these fools are getting their money. We're going to have to work out something. And then I went downstairs and I hollered at the crypt fool.
Starting point is 00:43:49 And then me and him talked and then fucking my boy Southwest, the Somali and Muslim, came downstairs and we started talking and I was like, look, I don't give a fuck if I got to have my fucking people, why are you some money, my motherfucking self? At least you're re-up, like, don't, please don't, I'm trying to, I'm waiting to go home. And then Southwest was already had parole too. So I'm like, we don't even fucking need this. If I have to, I'll clean it up and we'll make this shit right. But then I went back upstairs and then I'm like, bro. So they were, they were like just, they wanted to work something out where they got the money back. And
Starting point is 00:44:23 it all got worked out and everything got cleaned up and they got their money back and stuff like that. But I ain't going to allow. I was going to wire that fool's people some bread to clean up that mess because I don't know. We just spent $8,000 on a parole lawyer, bro. I'm trying to fucking go home. Like, hey, nobody got time for you to be jacking these motherfuckers. And y'all are already making good ass money. There was no reason for it. Well, plus the re-ups, what, 30 bucks? Yeah. It's like, dude. Well, I told the motherfucker I'd give them $300. I was like, bro, I'll send you $300 right now.
Starting point is 00:44:57 I'll go get on the phone and talk in code on the phone. Because you got to talk on code because they're listening to it. And they're listening to it heavy. Like they listen to key words because I caught a major case for that. Because I got put on fucking, you remember I told you I owed back child support? I had so much money on my books that child support seized my account. and I couldn't fucking make store because I had to release all my money to him.
Starting point is 00:45:25 So I had my money wire some money to another dude's books to go to store for me, which was Southwest. How much bread did you have in your books? Shit, like $8,000. Is that a lot? Is that enough to cause red flags?
Starting point is 00:45:40 I found out if you have 4,000 or more that child support will come after it. And they fucking sure as hell did. They fucking seized all that money. I had to release it to them. So from then on, the commissary, the dude that ran commissary, because I worked in commissary at one point in time, he was the one that told me, he said, don't keep no more than $500 on your account to keep child support off your ass.
Starting point is 00:46:03 And so they're really listening on the phones in those low-level facilities. Yeah, they're listening. They listen to key words. It's key words. And I think it's an AI system or something. Because when we got popped, so as soon as Southwest came back with my fucking e-com, It's called an e-com where your people can purchase stuff online and they can just go pick it up. As soon as he comes back, she orders two pints of ice cream.
Starting point is 00:46:27 So me and this motherfucker are both eating a pint. Laughing. I mean, I remember a mint chocolate shit, we're laughing, talking it up. And I'm like, I'm like, man, all of a sudden the fucking extortion officer comes in. Grisheimer, 97. I forget Southwest's last name. Said his name. Said his bunk.
Starting point is 00:46:45 was the fucking main building. I can't line building. Come down a line building. You got to talk to extortion. I was like, fuck. My mom had said something to me that was a key word because I was cool with the motherfuckers. So they called, there's a, what's the, what's the,
Starting point is 00:47:08 because you know Spanish, what's the Spanish word for like a beast or cuckooi? They called him cuckooey. That was his nickname. So when we're walking, it's him and another extortion officer that run in. She's a bitch, but he's cool as fuck. So I'm like, Kakuoie, what the fuck is up? What happened?
Starting point is 00:47:23 He goes, man, it was something your mom said that the machine picked up. And that's how we investigated, and we saw the money. And I was like, fuck. So he tries to get us out of the case, and he don't let us out of the case. And then there was a dude that worked in line building for the captain. They called him crypto. He was born with, like, skinny legs.
Starting point is 00:47:45 He had to wear braces, but he walked like this. And he was like, so they called him crypto. And he worked for the captain. So Kukui tried to get the case thrown out for the captain. But there was a new warden on the unit. And he was like, if I let them make it, then I've got to let other people make it because they're going to talk. And then Kikuyu was telling him they're not going to talk.
Starting point is 00:48:08 And he was really trying to get the case pulled, so they weren't trying to hear it. I'm waiting on that parole answer right at this time. I'd already seen parole. I'm waiting on the answer. My stepdad flew over here from Poland to go to my parole hearing in San Antonio. And I'm like, fuck, I got to get this case. So I go to crypto and I'm like, hey, motherfucker,
Starting point is 00:48:30 get the captain to give you this cases, bro. I'll pay you whatever the fuck you want. He's like, all right, Tim, I got you, baby, because me and him were super tight. So he went down the line building. Next thing, I know I get called to line building. So the captain called me in the office. and crypto's behind him. So he's like, just the deal I'm going to do.
Starting point is 00:48:46 He's like, Southwest case is going to, he's not going to get a case. His case is going to be thrown out. But for some reason that captain, he didn't like me. I don't know why. He goes, but your case, you're getting a major case, but I'm going to get it dropped the minor punishment so you don't get an automatic year set off. And he's like, and you're going to pay crypto $250 before this case runs,
Starting point is 00:49:09 or it's going to be a major case with major punishment. He's like, so have your mom wire him $250. And I was like, well, what happened if I, the phone situation? He's like, we already got it. He's like, get on the fucking phone and call your people. He let me use his fucking phone to call my people and have her fucking wire $250 to that fool to squat, to give me a minor punishment for that case. And then I made parole on that case.
Starting point is 00:49:31 So that's how much it cost me to fucking make sure I got out was $250. Wow. Wow. So somehow the court system. identified that you had a bunch of money on your books. Somehow, I don't know how, but they did. Because that's what this whole, the whole reason you went to prison. Yeah, that's the whole reason.
Starting point is 00:49:53 Right. Was that you were behind on child support. Yeah, and they were sending to go in. Now, what do you say to people in the comments of these past episodes that say, how could Tim have gone to prison over a bullshit child support if he was making, you know, all these millions selling meth? and moving tons of weed to Ohio. That was the only criticism I saw of you.
Starting point is 00:50:16 What do you say to that? Well, first and foremost, what I say to that is fuck the system. And that's that. The comments. Well, I'm not saying fuck the comments. They can say what they want. I'm talking about fuck the system. Like, you're making me pay child support for a case that I, for a kid that I'm not
Starting point is 00:50:37 even getting to see. But you have to realize that whole child. Child support thing, I got put on, I had the back pay for being locked up for the dope case. So they're charging me for that seven months. I'm in the county with a 10% interest off every missed payment. So for seven months. So when I get out of the county, remember, I'm back out. I'm making my payments.
Starting point is 00:51:01 I'm thinking child support stopped because I'm locked up. It didn't stop. They did the same thing to me when I was in prison this time. I owe them like $50,000, bro. and when I hired a lawyer and went to court to get the child support dismissed, they left left it up to my baby mama to keep that back pay. So I'm paying fucking back pay right fucking now, $1,200 a month. For a kid, I'm not even fucking seeing.
Starting point is 00:51:27 So remember, I get out. This is for the people in the comments, and this is for people who think I'm lying, because you can go back, you can roll the beautiful bean footage. You see, I'm in the county for seven months. I get out. that sheriff comes to my house and says, I got to go to court for child support.
Starting point is 00:51:45 No, no, no, he didn't come to my house. I get a thing to go to child support, and then I go in and I owe that back pay. Like I said in the video, I could have paid them that money right then and there. It was like $7,500 or some, I can't remember. I could have gave them all the money, but I didn't want to give them the money
Starting point is 00:52:00 because I'm like, bro, you charge me while I was locked up? I'm already paying, y'all. So I said, you can agree to these payments. So the payment was $750 on top of my child support payment. And then that's, but the system was like it was still old then. Like now you can just pay child support over the phone. They got a couple of places like wanting Bastrop. You can go and pay there.
Starting point is 00:52:22 But I just pay over the phone. You can pay online, but it wasn't like that back then. So I'm like, I'm not fucking giving these. And my baby mama is a fucking piece of shit, dope fiend. Like I told you, well, you remember when we talked last time, I told you she watched the, she somehow she saw the videos and she contacted my girl on fucking Instagram threatening her. And guess what?
Starting point is 00:52:45 She did. And child support called me again. Called me again talking about, oh, you know, you need to keep up. And I'm like, bro, I'm paying you every month. Like, stop calling me. Like, I was in jail for, you're not getting any more money out of me. So I'm dealing with this statistic fucking female. So, like, you want me to pay money to give to this fucking woman?
Starting point is 00:53:05 and she ain't even giving it to the kids. Oh, you got money you just give it. I'm not getting, fuck her. Fuck her. Even when they told me, oh, well, you should pay more because you know you owe us $50,000. I told child support in court, I said, before I give you, before, if I had $50,000, I would take it out into a field and burn it before I gave it to that motherfucker. You got me fucked up.
Starting point is 00:53:28 Fuck her. I'm not giving her shit. And that's what I say to the people in the comments, why am I going to fucking give money to some fucking piece of shit for it? so she can sit around and wait for me to pay her fucking bills, you got me fucked up. I'm not doing that shit. So obviously I'm going to be me and string it out.
Starting point is 00:53:45 Pay the $750 on top of the other little money. And then they fucked up the payment because the lady on the phone had me send it to Austin when you were supposed to send it to the head corporate office in San Antonio. And then that's when that sheriff came to my house because the child support nor Western Union even told me that they rejected the payment. and that Western Union had the money sitting down there the whole time.
Starting point is 00:54:07 So the sheriff comes to my house. He's like, I ain't going to take you to jail, but you need to clean this shit up. And that's how I was able to call child support because I had to, after you make the payment, you got to take that paperwork, go to like, you had to go to like Office Depot or something unless you had like a fax machine at your house.
Starting point is 00:54:24 You had to fax that paper to them. They signed it, faxed it back, had another paper you signed it. And it was a whole fucking process just to do that payment. dog like that's the whole process so they didn't even call me and tell me that they fucking didn't that they rejected the money western union never called me and told me that they fucking had the money back the whole time so that's that whole bullshit is how everything even happened and then on top of
Starting point is 00:54:50 that they were sending me threatening letters when i was in the penitentiary talking about you missed your child support payment if you if you miss another one we're going to suspend your license and i had to fucking i had a typewriter right because like i told you i'd be on that i'd be trying to stir up some shit. So I was typing letters and everything else in prison about the conditions in there. I was typing all these different organizations trying to get shit changed the second time I was
Starting point is 00:55:13 in prison. And fucking, I was getting, I typed the lady, I was like, are you fucking stupid? Like, this literally, like, cussed her out. Like, I don't vibrate, I typed, I was like, are you fucking stupid? I was like, do you think that you're sending a letter to an apartment complex?
Starting point is 00:55:30 It says Torres unit. TDC numbers. where do you think I'm at? I'm in fucking prison, bro, and you're threatening to take my driver's license from me? Like, are you stupid? I'm in jail, dog. This is how backwards this system is in Texas.
Starting point is 00:55:46 After I went to child support when I was in the county and they told me my child support payments would stop, and they turned around and still fuck me. And now I'm like, I think it's like $48,000 in debt to child support. I'll be paying that shit until I'm dead unless I become a millionaire. That's how fucked up the system is. So I don't give a fuck what those comments got to say. Because I'm not giving my money to some fucking piece of shit if I got it or not.
Starting point is 00:56:10 I just can't do that. I'm not built. Why would I give it to you? Why would I do that? Well, the comments would say to stay out of prison, the first time, right? Obviously, now it's different because you've fulfilled all your, you don't have a dope case hanging over your head. Right? Because remember, for people that were, you were on probation, or basically like.
Starting point is 00:56:33 Fighting my, yeah, I was on, I was on, no, I was already on probation for the dope case when this happened. But, you know, you got to realize you charge me while I'm locked up. Like, to me, that's just like, I feel like I've been fucked. I'm just that type of person, bro. Like, I do clean business. Like, just do clean business. Like, that, okay, like, I even told you when I went to child support court and then they left it on her, did she, want the back pay. I told them, I said, okay, well, at least kill the interest. And they're like,
Starting point is 00:57:09 we can't do that. And I was like, that's not right. If you want to say morally, you're charging me child support for a kid, that's mine. I can eat that. It was my choice to fuck up, my choice to go to prison. I can understand that I should have been home taking care of my responsibilities. I can eat that payment. But you charge me 15% interest on every missed payment for seven and a half years. That's not fucking right, dog. And I don't give a fuck what nobody says. And it used to be 10%. So when I was in the county for seven months, you're charging me for a payment plus 10%. If they would have told me just pay your normal payment, I would have gave them the money because that's my son. I have a personal responsibility. That's why I'm not a rat, because I have personal responsibility
Starting point is 00:57:55 own up to your shit. But now you're telling me the state is in my business. Now the government is telling me, pay me 10% on a payment I couldn't pay, fuck you, fuck you and fuck her. You got me fucked up and people say, oh, I didn't think I was going to prison. Like, I didn't, like, what, is it my fault that they fucked up a child support payment? I paid them their money. I just dragged it out. Could I have prevented everything by paying it all in one lump sum? Yeah, I could have, but who thought that they were going to fuck up the child support payment?
Starting point is 00:58:26 I didn't think that. You know what I'm saying? I didn't, I didn't think that. And, you know, I didn't even have to go on the run for that fucking case anyways because they can't violate your probation or parole behind a civil case. And I didn't know that. So I caused all this on myself anyways by just freaking out and running. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:58:44 So, you know, that was me being stupid. I should have been not so emotional. I should have called my lawyer. And then he'd have been like, nah, bro, just go to jail and we'll bond you out and you'll be good. And everything, I probably would have never even went back to prison. Or maybe I'd have went back to prison for a bigger piece. than what I went to prison for. But to people saying, like,
Starting point is 00:59:05 then you just don't understand the outlaw mentality. Like I'm an outlaw, bro. I don't like the fucking government. Either side. Fuck Trump, fuck Biden. Fuck them both. They don't give a fuck about none of us. They're taking 30% of your paycheck
Starting point is 00:59:19 before you even get fucking paid and they're not doing nothing with that fucking money. Then they're taxing you on gas, groceries, and you can't even fucking make it. And you talk about why, fuck the funk, Uncle Sam. Fuck him. Fuck them.
Starting point is 00:59:31 Plain and simple, bro. Fuck them. I'm an outlaw and I do outlaw shit. I might motherfucking be doing the right thing now, but I'm still an outlaw at heart, bro. And that's why I didn't fucking give them all my money because it killed me to know that I was going to have to give this some fucking feminist fucking caseworker talking to me like I'm stupid in court.
Starting point is 00:59:52 Oh, you got that nice ass watch on. You got that nice, looks like you got money to me. Fuck them. Fuck her. That shit's a fucking scam. am anyways, child support. Straight up, and it's a violation of your civil rights. Motherfuckers don't even know that.
Starting point is 01:00:06 And they can just fuck you, and then you don't even get to see your kid, and she can just keep calling the system and keep dragging you back in court. And then she don't even have to let you see your kid. Like, that whole system is fucking corrupt, bro. So to me, that's just the outlaw in me, bro. Like, that's the outlaw in me. That is what it is. Fuck them.
Starting point is 01:00:24 Fuck them all. For real, bro. I'm on some street shit, dog. I'm about... humanity about American citizens' homeboy, like us sticking together. It's us versus them. And when we get that straight, this whole fucking thing will change. It's us versus them.
Starting point is 01:00:42 Period. So for the people in your comments saying that, they must like the fucking police want me to give my money to the motherfucking system. Fuck the system. Period. And that's that. Period.
