That was Button's idea.
They sprint for the car and flee the scene.
To this day, no one has been able to identify the animal species captured on the recording.
Well, that was a fantastic piece of audio there, Button's.

Well, it might even look like a cold offical.
Yes.
Yes, it is.
Okay, Okay, but remember,
female mammoth on a remote island in the Arctic Ocean. Now the head of the
expedition, Mr. Gregoriev, said the animal died at the age...
Mr. Who? Look, as soon as I, every time with the names, I mention a name, I hear laughter
from around me because I, oh, I didn't pronounce it right or whatever. I mean,
come on, I give it a go. It's a Russian guy. Just do it again for us, just do it again.
Gregoriev. Perfect. That was awesome. Anyway, he said the animal died at the age of
around 60, some 10,000 to 15,000 years ago. I don't know how quickly he came to
that conclusion. I'm hoping he said it literally after he found it, in the way
that Sherlock Holmes would, you know, just by sort of summing something up very
intelligently. Anyway, he said it was the first time that an old female had
been found, but what was more surprising was that the carcass was so well
preserved that it still had blood and muscle tissue.
Whoa! Good God. When we broke the ice beneath her stomach, the blood flowed out
from there. It was very dark. So actual blood came leaking out. I mean, this is
it's intense, Rhys. Quite amazing if this is true. The blood actually, after how
many years did he say? 10,000 to 15,000 years later, blood still poured from the
carcass. I'm wondering about that, whether that's possible, but I suppose who am I to know?
I don't know. This is the most astonishing case in my entire life, he says.
How was it possible for it to remain in liquid form? And the muscle tissue was
also red, the color of fresh meat he added. Obviously, you know, it's the frozen
element to it all. It just, that's what, that's what, you know, freezing things does.
It absolutely preserves it as it is. That's why I say to you, this is a, you
know, people spend so much money on liposuction and getting their lines taken
off their faces. Just put your head in a chilli bin and walk around with a fridge.
I mean, I should invent some sort of fridge device that you keep your face
completely frozen and a block of ice, you know, when you're not in public,
obviously, when you're at home, you know, people go home. You could make a public
version as well, that's kind of see-through. You could do. Oh, here he comes, old ice
face, you know, you look through it, you might, because of the ice, you might get
some sort of magnification. But my, my initial invention would be to, when you
go home, instead of putting your feet in a feet spa, put your face in a massive
ice chilli bin device that closes up. It's the size of a head, closes, you know, do
it when you're about to go to sleep and just freeze your head for eight hours a
day. That's got to preserve something, right? I couldn't agree more. I couldn't
agree more. Now, that's the note we're going to end this week's scripted factor
on. Yeah, the old frozen head. Been watching buttons for a while now. Quick, quick
vote. Searching for Sasquatch noises. He's been searching for Bigfoot for a
while. He's just changed the search terms to Sasquatch. You're too much. You're not
supposed to watch me. Trying to get better results. I'm trying to, I'm trying to.
Well, quick telly then. Quick telly, what? Vocalizations, one or, let's ask Rob. Rob's
here. Rob's watching. Vocalizations. One of our big fans, Rob, has turned up.
Caught the last five minutes of the show. Expedition updates. Rob, it's up to you.
Remember who pays your wage. Expedition update. There we go. Expedition update.
There it was. Because, I mean, that's quite insane. Mate, that's blood flowing from a
10,000 year old mammoth car. Vocalizations. It was actual recordings of a screen from
Bigfoot. Yeah, we've all heard that. We've all heard that. What we want, and we'll end up doing it
next week when we play this game again, How Low Can You Go, is we'll actually get some very low
Bigfoot vocalizations, and we'll see if we can go lower. So next week on The Cryptid Factor,
another edition of How Low Can You Go, weekly World Weird News, some more crypto news, and of
course we'll have Archbarker from America talking about UFOs. He's a UFO enthusiast,
not an expert. He's an enthusiast. Very, very interested. And he's very interested in UFOs.
So thanks for joining us for another edition of The Cryptid Factor. I'm just trying to find
a quick another vocalization. We're out of time buttons. Damn it. Next week, you wait.
You wait. Next week, amazing. That's about it. All right.
Thanks very much, everyone. Look after yourselves. Remember. Just remember.
It's a simple message. But a lot of people forget to remember. And it comes in handy, especially
for birthdays and anniversaries. And watch out for asses and beavers this week. Yeah. Asses and
beavers. In other words, don't go night clubbing. Good night.
