The Oscars was amazing. No, genuinely. It was my first time there. I, eternally grateful to anyone who like, like it happen. It's like, no matter who you are on the world, you watch movies. Do you know what I mean? It's like movies that'll make you happy, movies, it'll make you sad. These people, you see them as part of your life, you've grown up with them's like all these after parties that come afterwards and I didn't know about these things So it line everyone there has achieved something in some way you know what I mean? So I'm standing there's myself it's Terry Cruz you know what I mean is it's like like you're standing in the line with people people knows they're like you know it's like yeah we've done stuff you know us and then we're moving forward and then

we're moving forward and then through. And literally we're all like, sorry, sorry, sorry. Sorry. And Jalo walks in and she goes and she stands. And this was the funniest thing because there's all these photographers taking pictures, right? And they're like taking pictures of us while we're standing there. And then when Jelo comes, it's almost like the photographers wish they could untake our pictures. Like they wish they could be like, ah I wish I hadn't wasted any battery on this man. Because she, I don't know if you saw the pictures of, she looked amazing, she had like this glitterball

gown thing, it was like mirrors, it was reflecting, it was like, so she's walking through and everyone is just like she's like, she's, the, the, th.... th. th. th. So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, th. And then, in my opinion, probably the best afterparty the night is the JZ.Biance afterparty. Yeah, so they throw, and it's like the coolest thing

of there's no social media, there's no anything, there's just people having a great time. And like everyone's like, like, the coolest, the coolest, the coolest, their, their, their, their, their, their, th, th, th. It's th. It's like what's next karaoke with Beyonce no, it's not fair It's not fair you you go dance over there and speaking of beyond like beyond like the best things like? Like beyond like Beyonce and nice as people ever you know, this was the weirdest moment of my night and maybe my life? I? I? I? I? I? I? I? th? I? th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I? th. th. The NWACP Image Awards were like super amazing this weekend. Some of the most fun I've ever had. Jay-Z and Biance attended, which is always like a, like it's anywhere they go. It's like, I've seen presidents that have less security than them. Like literally, literally, like, they arrived and it was like royalty. looking over and you can see and like everyone in the back is almost like breathing the same air breathing the same air. breathing the same air. Well, this was honestly one of my favorite moments in life that I will cherish until I die. So at the end of the awards, so Jay-Z was the recipient of the President's Award for all the work that he's done with criminal justice reform. He's done an amazing job fighting to reform, you know, mass incarceration in America. And Beyonce is up for the final award of the night, which is entertainer of the year. So she might go up and then receive her award. And so like there's gonna be a whole thing,

like when she goes, is she gonna leave? Is Jay-Z going to stay? So she wins, right? She's, Bionse, she wins. And so his bodyguards are like standing at the edge of the theater where we had, and we're in the middle of the theater. And then Anthony Anderson comes out and he's like, they just bum-rush the stage and then everyone just rushes to Jay-Z because they're like, hey, Jay-Z!

Everyone rushes towards him. Now, I'm trying to get out, because if you've ever left any, you know when you leave an event, there's going to be chaos, there's going to be, it doesn't matter. The celebrity or not. And then the security guys, the most amazing thing. They're walking together. And I guess they were two, one was supposed to be ahead of him, one's supposed to be behind him, but there's a moment where they look at each other, like, wait, if you're here, if you're here. There's a panic and the one turns and then he sees that I'm like pushing Jay-Z and this guy just he came up he was going to break me

It was like slow motion he like turned and he comes and I'm like I'm like no I'm like I'm sorry and he comes and then as he grabbed Jay-Z's like he's like he's like no man he's doing a great job man let's go and the bodyguard goes and then like I just like I just the the their their their their. their. their their their their their their their their their their their their he. It's not just the organization, who the people they're supporting. And I get to the event and I speak for like 10 minutes, and I get off stage and I'm waving at the crowd. And I'm walking backwards off the stage, moving to the backstage area. And then I crash into them time and I turn and the person I bumped into was Barack Obama, right? Yeah, but like physically like when

Here's the thing with my mom, two things. One, she has no interest in television or any of these things that I do. She just loves the fact that I can pay the rent and she loves me for who I am. She genuinely does not care for all of these things. She genuinely does not care for all of these things. And I'll give you an example. This is how not interested in it my mom is, right? My mom, two and a half years ago, I met Lionel Ritchie for the first time. And growing up, Lionel Ritchie was the soundtrack to me and my mom's lives. So, like, Sunday morning, she'll be playing Sunday morning, the two of us will be there, we'll be dancing together, play all of Lionel Ritchie's song. We'll be singing them in the house together.

And then I meet Lano Ritchie. So I'm like, this is amazing, Lionel Ritchie. My mom and I used to dance to your music when I was a kid. When I was a kid, the kid, tho' thin thin thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, my thin, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom, my mom th. She, like she just genuinely, and then like four or five days ago, I guess she was on

the internet, which she doesn't regularly do, she goes emails and then she's done. And she was on the internet, and then my brother like was going through pictures of me or something, and then she was like, hey, I saw a picture of you and Linal Ritchie, when did, I'm, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, it happened when I sent you the picture two and a half years ago.
